Today is Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025.
We've been offline to a degree,
having our incredible team fill in here.
And now that mommy and baby are brand new home,
safe and sound, ladies and gentlemen,
we are going to lock back in.
Here we go.
Donald Trump making his grand return to the White House.
Executive orders, pardons, and press conferences.
It's been the most consequential 48 hours in American political history.
Trump destroys all institutional racism inside of the federal government with executive orders.
Ladies and gentlemen, the cultural shift has been incredible and we are so excited, so excited right now
to be welcoming new life and new Americans
into this great new American century.
Today on the program, we are going to have
January 6th political prisoners joining us live
who've just been freed by President Trump.
We're going to have members of Congress,
Tim Burchette and Gianna Caldwell, who's been an freed by President Trump. We're going to have members of Congress, Tim Burchette and Gianno Caldwell,
who's been an advisor to President Trump, joining live, as well as Julie Kelly,
who's going to give us an update on everything Jan 6th political pardons.
Nobody has done harder work than Julie on this, and it is a joyous and wonderful day.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson and this is The Benny Show. So I want to begin by saying that Baby Whitaker is here. Baby Whitaker is on his third day
of being alive and happy and in our arms. Ladies and gentlemen, born early on the morning of January 20th,
baby Whitaker joined us to celebrate President Trump's inauguration.
We actually watched it from the hospital room.
I'm now a father of four.
Mommy and baby are fit as fiddles, were cleared by the doctors within 24 hours in the hospital,
are home. have were cleared by the doctors within 24 hours in the hospital our home last night we were able
to sleep in our own bed although it's just a lot of uh a lot of waking up in the middle of the night
and back and forth and we're here and we're locked in ladies and gentlemen Whitaker is here meeting
his brothers and sisters for the first time and uh I've never been more proud or happy.
This is a very, very proud father moment.
The first photo, first family photo right here.
Ladies and gentlemen, back climb.
First family photo right here, there we go.
And it was the happiest day of my life.
There's no other way to explain it. To have the ensure that we leave this country better off
than we found it for the sake of our children.
And to have my newest son,
I have two daughters, now two boys,
to have my newest son arrive
on the day where all of that was crystallized
and made real
was just something profoundly special,
something I will never, ever forget.
Here is Baby Whittaker.
We just like the name Whittaker.
Doesn't have any particular deep family meaning to us.
We just, we liked it.
Baby Wit, we'll probably call him as a nickname.
We have Theodore also as my other son, nicknamed Theo.
And so there we are, ladies and gentlemen, the motivation for
us to keep fighting and keep winning right there in our arms. And one final thing, because I'm just
a gushing, proud, happy father. Again, mother and baby, home, safe, happy, tons of support,
network here, the studio's five minutes from the house. We're surrounded by family, friends, and wonderful
people right now, and we're just really profoundly thankful and grateful for all of this. The
moment where my kids got to meet Theo for the first time. Here we go.
Hello.
We brought a balloon.
Thank you. They're so cool! Mama, is that baby sleeping? You want to meet him?
Is that baby sleeping?
Is he a new brother?
Is it Whit?
Your new baby brother, Whit?
Do you want to hop up here?
Hi!
Hi!
Mama, is that baby sleeping?
Yeah, you see him sleeping?
Yeah, he's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping.
He's sleeping. He's sleeping. He's sleeping. He's sleeping. He's sleeping. baby brother wit. You want to hop up here? Hi!
Mama, is that the baby sleeping?
Yeah, you see him sleeping?
Hi, bud!
Mama, when the baby
wakes up, I want to see it.
Yeah.
Mama,
why is the baby waking up?
You want to see him?
So, ladies and gentlemen, this is the motivation.
Is that your brother?
You're so kind and gentle.
Oh, nice.
The reason we are trying to make America great again is to make America great for our American children.
You can.
Protect and preserve this country for them. And
this is why we continue to fight.
And this is why. This is the why.
You asked what we are motivated by.
You asked why we do what we do on this program.
This is it.
And President Trump, who is also a father and grandfather many, many times over, J.D. Vance, who is the youngest vice president in American history.
He enters office with two little kids as well
and his beautiful family.
Being a parent is an incredible motivator
to make this country great
and to continue to protect and preserve this place.
And this is what we're about here.
And so we just want to say thank you for your love and your support
as we were off for the last couple of days.
We were and thank you to the team, obviously, that filled in and crushed it.
And we are so happy to be back and fighting.
It's the best motivation on Earth, ladies and gentlemen.
So President Trump has given my family and your family possibly the greatest new baby present ever,
which is the total and complete restoration of sanity and reality in our country.
I want to head on over here to a breakdown from Charlie Kirk,
who has just an incredible summary of the last two days. It has been neck-snapping and mind-boggling
what this administration has gotten done, and we have so much to get to on this program.
We have so much to catch up on on this program and so much to celebrate.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's begin with a list of accomplishments.
Day three of the new Trump administration is just getting underway.
On day two, the president restored merit-based hiring at the FAA, ending insane Obama-era push
to put travelers' lives in the hands of incompetents hired for diversity reasons,
ordered the closure of all federal DEI offices with existing employees placed on indefinite leave and special orders to prevent them from being protected through reclassification or deceptive wording. saying, and of course a reversal of what this country was actually founded on, the exact
polar negative of the purpose of the last 250 years of history in this country was that you
weren't going to be judged by the pigmentation in your skin or how you were born or where you
were born. You were simply going to be judged by your merits. You're going to be judged the way that God judges you as a man or a woman, somebody with agency,
and somebody who is able to make their own choices and provide value, prove worth through your
actions, which is how we should all be judged. Order to repeal LBJ's infamous Executive Order
11246, which mandated affirmative action rather than merit-based
hiring in federal employment and contracting. Prohibited all use of racial discrimination or
DEI at federal contractors' universities receiving taxpayer dollars. This is effectively the end of
federally instituted racism in our country. It is mind-boggling that all of this has existed since the 1960s. This is not modern-day
wokeism. Modern-day wokeism is simply an extension of the first radical Marxist takeover of this
country that happened in the 1960s, where everyone went nuts and you began your social and restorative
justice. We will actually judge people by their skin color. We will actually pay
people grievances. We will speak about reparations from people who never held slaves to people that
were never slaves. We are going to judge people by the content of the color of their skin,
not the content of their character. The exact antithetical opposite of why this country was founded. It is up in flames, up in t flag on American properties, period. These are not properties for particular political movements,
sexual orientation, particular branches of or subsects of any society. It's American.
We are America. We have things that bind us and unite us, and these are not partisan political flags.
This is a beautiful thing to see.
Launched the Stargate project, a collaboration with Silicon Valley aimed at cementing America as the global leader in emerging AI technology.
Unleashed ICE with full authority to target criminals that Joe Biden allowed to roam freely around the country, raping and killing,
granted a pardon to Ross Ulbricht, who was wrongfully given a life sentence by overzealous federal prosecutors. Ladies and gentlemen, day two, just as incredible as the first,
36 hours down, 35,000 hours more to go. And ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump getting in early and coming out like a roaring bull out of a gate at a rodeo.
An incredible moment in our country. who's on Fox News this morning talking about the sheer number of
criminal aliens
who have decided to turn back
now, ladies and gentlemen,
and reverse course,
the CBP One app completely shut down,
all asylum flights canceled,
all asylum appointments canceled, all asylum appointments canceled.
The ICE agents who had been handcuffed effectively, incapable of doing their job,
have been leased and loosed onto large metropolitan areas around America, including,
but not limited to, Chicago and Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles.
And now, ladies and gentlemen, Tom Homan giving the updated immigration numbers. Let's go.
Absolutely. Look, the greatest president in my lifetime, he's back. Because in two days,
the last 24 hours, total apprehensions on the southwest border 766 compare that to the 10 to 12 000
biden had at one time cbp uh cbp1 releases zero chnv cuba haiti nicaragua nicaragua benzo
weddle releases zero total of 766 across the entire southwest border that is a game changer
donald trump posting this image this morning of him running
with the energy of a lion. This is President Trump's first post from this morning, an AI of him
with a lion, roaring like a lion. This is the beginning of the golden era, and it's starting in such a such a spectacular way ladies and gentlemen so I wish to
bring you my favorite clip from Trump's inaugural speech the clip that crystallized what this
election was all about and what President Trump is about to do in this nation. Here we go. Many people thought it was impossible for me to stage such a historic political comeback.
But as you see today, here I am.
The American people have spoken. I stand before you now as proof that you should never believe that something is impossible
to do in America. The impossible is what we do best.
Speaker 1 Speaker 2 Speaker 3
Speaker 4 Completely inspiring. Kate and I were watching
that from the hospital and we were sitting there with her brand new baby and watching
Donald Trump mercilessly roast Joe Biden to his face for 30 straight minutes and Barack Obama and Kamala
Harris, and they could do nothing. They just had to sit there and take it. Ladies and gentlemen,
the hardest photo maybe ever taken in American politics, Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and J.D.
Vance waving goodbye to this corrupt administration. See ya later. It's been completely and totally illegitimate.
It's been an administration that is antithetical, clearly, to the principles of America. And you
can see this in the first actions of the Trump administration, the first video that was posted
on the White House website, The moment that it all changed,
ladies and gentlemen, here we go. guess the people going
that's like so either you have uh jd vance I guess the people going.
So you have J.D. Vance just a second ago walking into the White House for the first time. This was just posted moments ago.
J.D. Vance getting a first opportunity to see the Oval Office in person.
If this doesn't melt your heart, I don't know.
Well, you have a heart of stone.
Here we go.
All right. melt your heart I don't know well you have a heart of stone here we go
Wow this is JD Vance's first time to step into the Oval Office.
It's incredible.
This is incredible.
The Diet Coke button is officially back on the president's desk.
Oh, man.
What an incredible time to just be alive and just absorb it.
It's actually really hard to take it all in. It's hard to process the curse and the weight that we have all been living with. just night and day, watching this all happen in real time
has been one of, I mean, it's been hard to sleep,
quite frankly.
It's been one of the most profoundly exciting
and electric moments.
And lucky for us, as like a new parent and a new dad,
you don't really get any sleep.
So it's been incredible to see.
And it's been a moment of extreme joy.
I mean, true, actual, literal joy, ladies and
gentlemen, to watch all of this come crashing down. The affirmative action and DEI executive
orders, I just want to take a moment on this and note that this is effectively ending institutional racism.
If you want to know what ending institutional racism actually looks like,
well, then look no further, ladies and gentlemen,
than these executive orders that stop hiring based on skin color,
that stop institutional racism from your kids, my kids, because you know
what this is all about. This is all about racism against white people, right? All oppressor,
oppressor, oppressed, victimhood, racialized, blood libel politics. That's all it is. It's taking one group of people,
telling them that they've been victimized
when they haven't
by a system that doesn't actually exist
to victimize them
and then using that for political credit,
favors, and power.
It's been evil.
It started in the 1960s
and it's truly a curse broken
here by President Trump. It's hard to really process the amount of winning right now,
ladies and gentlemen. If you are finding it a little bit tough to also process the change in dynamics from one administration to
the other. I can understand that. The Biden administration has been absolutely catastrophic
for us and for our nation. A lot of people got into debt. A lot of people got debt piled up to
their neck, and it's hard to get out of that, especially, ladies and gentlemen, as the country turns itself around economically. If you have found it difficult to pay your expenses over
the last couple of months, then let me advise you to consider linking up with my friends at
American Financing. American Financing can help you if you're a homeowner and you're frustrated

All right, ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump did his first press conference in the White House yesterday.
He was announcing a massive project, a multibillion-dollar project with AI investment here in the United States of America. important is because it reshores, it onshores tech from Asia, from China, from Japan, Taiwan, Korea,
and it onshores that tech actually here where the tech is being created and where the tech should
be manufactured. This is a point of great American sovereignty and security, you should have the most cutting edge technology
made here in this country. China obviously steals with reckless abandon. Every innovation that we
send over there to be manufactured and created and then is used against us, hopefully never
militarily. But we'll see. Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump announcing this massive project
yesterday and then, yeah, getting getting some getting some great responses.
Let's go. It's my honor to welcome three of the world's leading technology CEOs.
And in the case of Larry, Larry Ellison, it's well beyond technology, sort of CEO of everything.
He's an amazing man and an amazing business person.
But to announce the largest AI infrastructure project by far in history, and it's all taking
place right here in America.
As you know, there's great competition for AI and other things, and they're coming in
at the highest level. We're joined by Oracle Executive Chairman Larry Ellison,
SoftBank CEO, my friend Masa, Masa Yoshisan,
and CEO of OpenAI, and I would say by far the leading expert
based on everything I read, Sam Altman. so that's great that you're coming in together. That's a massive group of talent and and money
together these world-leading technology giants are
Announcing the formation of Stargate
So put that name down in your books because I think you're gonna hear a lot about it in the future. A new American
company that will invest $500 billion at least in AI infrastructure in the United States and
very, very quickly moving very rapidly, creating over 100,000 American jobs almost immediately.
Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump wasting absolutely no time. My producer is having to actually update us live while we're on the show
because the actions are happening so fast.
That's why it's been really hard to sleep.
Okay, the newborn, the newborn, all right, doesn't live by typical schedules.
So that actually makes it very easy to follow the news cycle these days
because if you sleep, then you'll miss what's going on
inside of the administration. Donald Trump pardoning effectively all January 6th political
prisoners. This was done within hours of President Trump taking office, but there has been a little
bit of a glitch in the matrix. Apparently some of the prisons don't want to acknowledge these pardons because they have so mistreated and abused these J6 political prisoners.
That's why we're going to be having January 6th political prisoners on the show today, along with the number one advocate for them, Julie Kelly, members of Congress as well.
Ladies and gentlemen, the media asking Donald Trump about these pardons.
Let's go.
Among those you pardoned, D.J. Rodriguez, he drove a stun gun into the neck of a D.C. police officer who was abducted by the mob that day.
He later confessed on video to the FBI and pleaded guilty for his crimes.
Why does he deserve a pardon?
Well, I don't know.
Was it a pardon because we're looking at commutes and we're looking at pardons?
Okay, well, we'll take a look at everything.
But I can say this.
Murderers today are not even charged.
You have murderers that aren't charged all over.
You take a look at what's going on in Philadelphia.
You take a look at what's going on in L.A.
where people murder people and they don't get charged.
These people have already served years in prison,
and they've served them
viciously. It's a disgusting prison. It's been horrible. It's inhumane. It's been a terrible,
terrible thing. I also say this, you go to Portland where they wrapped police officers,
shot police officers, nothing happened to anybody. You go to Seattle where they
took over a big chunk of the city and people died. Portland, a lot of people died. Wait a minute.
And you go also take a look at Minneapolis because I was there and I watched it. If I
didn't bring in the National Guard, that city wouldn't even exist today. People were killed
and nobody went to jail. So these people have already served a long period
of time. And I made a decision to give a pardon. Joe Biden gave a pardon yesterday to a lot of
criminals. These are criminals that he gave a pardon to. And you should be asking that question.
Why did he give a pardon to all of these people that committed crimes? Why did he give a pardon to the J6 unselect committee when they burned and destroyed
all documents which showed that they did what was wrong, not me? Wait a minute, wait a minute.
Why did they give a pardon to all of his relatives, his brother who made millions of dollars to all
these different people? He gave pardons. That's the question you should.
Why is it, ladies and gentlemen, that Donald Trump can behave in this manner? This is a fearless President Trump administration. This is a President Trump administration that is unrecognizable
from the last term. The last term, and as I sat back and like processed this and watched it,
I personally believe that the last president Trump administration was cuddled into believing
the press headlines that they were illegitimate, that they were racists, that they were Nazis,
that they were evil, that they were Russian stooges and collaborators.
This is a Trump administration with the full legitimacy of the American people behind them,
with the popular vote behind them, with every swing state behind them, with this map behind
them.
This is a Trump administration that has the will to power, ladies and gentlemen.
And that's the difference.
A mandate to fix the wrongs of the past,
not just the near future, ladies and gentlemen,
but into the future for all time
to reset the table of what racism actually looks like in America.
What's happening today
is the end of institutional racism.
The left should be screaming and cheering.
Their voice should be brave.
The no, like that person
should be crying tears of joy right now
because institutional racism is now ended.
Affirmative action, gone.
DEI, gone.
Airports are now safe again.
We won't have these near collisions anymore.
The meritocracy, ladies and gentlemen,
is what you would all be asking for.
This type of administration is only possible because those who are working inside the administration now has the undergirding of legitimacy, power.
Not that the first one didn't.
It's just that the first administration, I think they weren't they weren't ready to absorb.
That the American people want this.
And now Donald Trump is a man totally committed.
Now Donald Trump has been unleashed to deliver these results.
And he's delivering them in short order.
Here we go.
Look at this.
Michael Pasciutto is a father of three. He was facing 47 years in jail from BS charges of the DOJ. His hearing was supposed to be today and it wasn't looking good.
He's a free man. He was able to go home to his family and see his newborn son.
Thank you, President Trump. Something that, of course, for me right now,
is deeply profound.
January 6th, political prisoners
freed across the nation.
Here's just a small sampling
of posts
of J6 political hostages
who were freed by President Trump.
Keep going.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Having meals at what looks like maybe Waffle House individuals like Jacob Chansley
who's been a friend of the show
posting a cartoon of himself
let's see what does Chansley have to say
I just got news from my lawyer. I
got the pardon, baby. Thank you, President Trump. I'm going to go buy some guns. I love this country.
God bless America. J6ers are getting released all across the nation. Mothers of J6ers,
J6ers themselves, calling me, texting me pretty much nonstop. The entire phone, like my entire
phone just melting out.
We've tried our hardest to be an ally of these people, to be a friend of these people, to defend these people, to push their cause.
And to see this happen now, it's like an answer to a prayer that we've been praying for such a long time.
The releases have begun.
And now thousands of January 6th political prisoners are done.
And I love that it's a full pardon, not a commutation.
There's a major difference in that.
The pardon says something wrong happened to you.
What happened to you was an injustice.
The commutation just says, okay, time served.
You deserve this. The pardon
says something evil happened to you. And we're going to fix that. Mothers being reunited with
their sons, fathers being reunited with their children. This all happening within the first
48 hours of the administration. It is like an answer to prayer. It is like a dream.
President Trump from the Oval Office talking about the January 6th pardons, explaining, ladies and
gentlemen, why. Here we go. Sir. Yes, sir. First, we have a list of pardons and commutations
relating to events that occurred on January 6th, 2021. The President Okay. And how many people is this?
Mr. I think this order will apply
to approximately 1,500 people, sir.
The President So this is January 6th.
These are the hostages.
Approximately 1,500 for a pardon.
Mr. Yes.
The President Full pardon.
Mr. Full pardon or commutation?
The President Full pardon. We have about six commutations in there. The Press The Press The Press The Press The Press

The Press The Press The Press The Press The Press So this is a big one.
Anything you want to explain about this?
We hope they get a — we hope they come out tonight, frankly.
They're expecting it.
The Press How many people?
The President Approximately 1,500 people.
Six — six commutations.
The Press Were there any cases you did not
commute or part of people commuted?
The President We're looking at different things. But the commutations would be the ones that we'll take a look and maybe it'll stay that way or it'll go to a full pardon.
And the order does require the Bureau of Prisons to act immediately on receipt of the pardons and commutation orders. Sir, this is— lie about the death of a police officer, as Chuck Schumer just did, and I just have to get to it
before we go to Tim Burchett. Ladies and gentlemen, Chuck Schumer just continued to push a debunked
lie inside of the United States Capitol about the J6 political pardons. They've been losing
their damned minds. And I want to establish something very important, which is that I sat in
the hospital with my kid watching the news with my newborn son, holding him and with my phone in
one hand, holding him the other hand, because there's so much news going on. And I see this
notification on my phone that says Dr. Fauci had been pardoned by Joe Biden. How many dads were robbed of seeing their newborn children having to wait outside
in a car while their wives were laboring inside the hospital because of COVID restrictions? How
many wives had to labor with masks on their faces? They tried to put a mask on my wife's face during
COVID in Washington, D.C. when we had our first child,
how many children were unable to see their parents in their dying moments in the hospital because of Dr. Fauci? Dr. Fauci is
the single greatest monster in history because his crimes affected the greatest number of people in history.
Tens of millions across the globe because of the crimes of Dr. Fauci.
How does he live with himself? I do not know.
Joe Biden committed a crime against humanity by pardoning Dr. Fauci. I really, truly, in my bones, hope that Congress is able to find a
way to drag his rat's ass in and to force him to testify. And if they find that he's lied,
they can recharge him. We need justice for them. Also, Liz Cheney got a pardon,
which I think is very fascinating
because she just got the Presidential Medal of Freedom
or whatever,
and in the same week,
she gets a medal from the president
and a pardon from the president.
That's never happened before.
These people are sick.
These are sick.
These are sick, sick puppies.
Here's Chuck Schumer
lying just seconds ago
inside of the United States Capitol
about Brian Sicknick, who died of a heart attack days after January 6th.
They're going to cling to this thing.
They're going to cling to this ship even at the bottom of the ocean.
Here we go.
And sadly, it's a golden age for lawlessness and lawbreakers
who were pardoned yesterday by President Trump.
There is no other way to describe President Trump's pardon of January 6th offenders than
un-American.
It is so deeply un-American to do that, to pardon them.
And let's be clear.
President Trump didn't just pardon protesters.
He pardoned individuals convicted of assaulting police officers.
He pardoned individuals convicted of seditious conspiracy.
And he pardoned those who attempted to undermine our democracy.
It's a betrayal of the highest order of our Capitol Police officers who risked their lives
to keep us safe.
It defa—it just is so cruel to the Sitnick family who lost a police officer.
Amazing.
The left is now concerned with police officers.
Ask yourself a simple question.
We're doing a research right now on this,
so I don't have the exact numbers.
Ask yourself a simple question.
When you watched police officers getting ravaged, beat,
by attempted murderers, Antifa and BLM,
by left-wing murderers,
and you just saw it again with Hamas,
the Hamas protesters.
When you saw a police officer get targeted,
did you hear a single word from Democrats?
Anything.
It is the definition of sociopathic,
nihilistic behavior
to use these deaths only when they give you power,
to use narratives only when you think you can get a political point off of it.
Brian Sicknick died of a heart attack. He's a cop who did die. He died of a heart attack
days after January 6th. So to continue to lie about him, as the New York Times has done, is just despicable behavior.
It's why the Democrat Party is going to lose and continue to lose, ladies and gentlemen.
One more video I have to show you.
January 6th.
Father.
Daddy's home.
Daddy.
Daddy's home.
This is one of the January 6th political prisoners Meeting his daughter
He's got to be about two or three years old
Embracing his child
Wearing an American flag
So many of these people are patriots
Love their country
And want nothing other than
To have an America for their children
that is lawful, that is legitimate, and that is functioning.
That is why they are in prison, because those were dangerous ideas four years ago.
Now the hunters have indeed become the hunted.
Too many victories to get to in a single show. We're going to do our very best
to get to all of them, ladies and gentlemen, in this moment. It is a moment where I have had very,
very little sleep, where I have had very little time, ladies and gentlemen, to do anything other
than consume the glorious moments that are happening across the news landscape and to be there for my family in these times, including this morning.
It's important that you get your fruits and vegetables and nutrition that you need to keep going.
This is why I'm extremely excited to be partnering with Field of Greens from Brickhouse. This is the nutrition that I need in
my diet, especially when we are on the breakneck track that we are on right now. What an incredible
way to kick off the golden era. Field of Greens is the only, the only drink, ladies and gentlemen,
that offers a promise of better health or your money back. Enjoy a delicious glass of Field of Greens every single day, like I do. And at your next checkup,
your doctor will notice your improved health. Each fruit and vegetable in Field of Greens is
a doctor selected for a specific health benefit. The heart group, the lung group, the kidney group,
metabolism, healthy weight. I get energy to keep going. I'm on, I don't know. This is like, this is like day,
like I've probably had like five hours of sleep
in the last four days.
It's like, it's just, it's what it is.
I love the energy that Field of Greens gives me,
ladies and gentlemen, and it improves my health.

Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who needs absolutely no introduction to this program, somebody who has been keeping us definitely in check, predicting these massive victories,
and has been keeping our spirits up, quite frankly, on this show
because he demonstrates that not all is lost in Washington, D.C., and real people still reign,
is the great Congressman Tim Burchett. And Tim Burchett joins us live now. Welcome to the Golden Era, Congressman. Thank you so much for bringing
this about. The entire show here, me and my family are appreciative for you, sir.
Thank you, Benny, and congratulations on the new Bambino. I've I missed that. You know,
I married my wife. My wife was a widow and I adopted Isabel. And I missed diapers and those sweet little cuddles. But now I'm getting boys at full force.
Now she's 17. I'll probably you're probably doing one of these.
I'll be doing through a jail cell bars and I'll be. And I told this kid, I said, I said one kid and one kid was kind of sweet on my daughter.
And I said, by coming there and find your mouth on her. I said, I kid was kind of sweet on my daughter. And I said, if I come in there and find your mouth on her,
I said, I'm beating your ass.
And I said, if I catch you in her bedroom, it's over.
And I said, I got 60 acres to spread the ashes.
And my wife, as I walked out, she said, honey,
you think that was a little strong?
And I said, no, I think it was just about right, baby.
It's been a very very strong
uh but i'll take i'll take some lessons from you by the way uh congressman uh definitely my my daughters are still thankfully uh decades away from dating age but um you know there is a nunnery
in a convent actually just down the road so uh you There you go. Things go sideways. We always get thee to an unring.
It doesn't seem like we're going too strong.
It seems like this is exactly right
for the president's administration.
The kickoff and the start to this administration
has got to be music to your ears.
You've got to be whistling Dixie.
100%, brother.
But I've warned people, though. You know, we got about 100, 150 day honeymoon.
And I and I don't want any hearings. I want to start passing some dadgum laws.
Let's do what we said we're going to do. You know, I've I've filed my bill.
On the defunding the Taliban, we send them over 40 million.
Of course, Trump got a hold of it and said it's more like 40 billion and um which is kind of funny Elon Musk tweeted it and then I'm you
know I'm back on getting after the Chinese for getting our genetic information and Fauci was
all wrapped up in that garbage and uh you know I'm excited about where we're going as a country but I
want to warn people let's let's hold us accountable man man. Let's keep it. It's kind of like those drones, you know, that everybody was harping
on a couple of weeks ago. Ain't nobody talking about dadgum drones anymore, but they're still
out there. And let's, you know, I got appointed, Marjorie put me on her doge committee and I was
completely honored by that. A little surprised, but honored. But I want to warn people,
what some of the big boys,
and this is not Marjorie or me or any of that, these people, but what they're,
I think what they're intending us to do is pass some really tough cuts in the
house, pass some really tough cuts in the Senate,
but they don't line up and then it just all falls apart.
And then we pass another big spending bill because we're going to shut down
government. We don't want that on our watch, although we've had it on our watch before we've
done it before and we've and all we got to do is put the message out that they're the ones doing it
but again i worry about us being gutless i'm not so much worried about the democrats right now
because they're in the minority i'm worried about the republic Republicans. And we got a lot of work to do.
And I hope we can get this fiscal house back in order.
And I'm sorry I'm talking too much.
But one thing I want to warn people of, too, is on this big, beautiful bill that we're getting ready to pass.
If they show a bunch of cuts in there and then they say, oh, we're going to put that money we cut
into the Pentagon. It is no savings. It is no savings. You know, I passed a law when I was in
the state legislature in Tennessee. I was in the Senate and I'll never forget it was in the finance
committee. It's finance when you're on the committee, but when you're trying to get on
the committee, it's finance. So I was on the finance committee and I remember a Democrat
sitting beside me said, man, that's a great deal, Bart.
And I turned and said, thank you. And he said, and I know exactly where I'm going to spend that money.
And so let's watch that. Let's cut it and leave it. Let's not cut it and spend it.
So sorry, Benny, got off on that. I love you.
I love you back, Congressman. So, okay, this is going to be a moment where we really see if John Thune and Mike Johnson do what they told us they were going to do.
You said the one big, beautiful bill.
When can we expect that in Congress?
This is something that, of course, we've been seeing these executive orders, and it's really great to cheer them on.
But the executive orders can be undone, right?
And this sort of proves it.
It's a glorious thing to watch,
but all of this can come back,
and it can come back even worse with a left-wing president.
Of course, we don't want that to ever happen,
but it's laws that actually change the country forever
and that actually cement the nation
in the way that it runs permanently.
And so what you're saying is the big, beautiful bill is currently being written.
Have you seen it? Do you know what's going to be inside of it?
Nobody's seen it. Everybody's got all these ideas, you know,
and the main street or whatever they call the moderates, they'll be in there.
And then there'll be, you know, it'll be a lot of inner bickering.
The conservatives like myself will, will have our,
allegedly have our say. I just worry about that really, Benny,
because I think too, if they try to wrap it up, you know,
Trump is about results. He doesn't care, you know, one beautiful bill.
I mean, he's in business. He just wants to get it on. Let's get it on.
And these knuckleheads up here, you know,
they might pass 50 bills and the reality is trump doesn't care he just wants some results that's what he's
about you know he's about the freaking bottom line and um and so they the media gets all hung
up on whether it's one bill or america doesn't know they don't know what we're talking about
they just want to see the results and that's and that's what i want to see i want to see the results. And that's what I want to see. I want to see the results. I want to see something in print. And I want to say, I want the spending curve to start
trending downward. And again, one paper I saw, it was written by some conservative folks. It looked
good. And I looked right over there
where that money was going they were upping the money to the pentagon again they've not passed
a audit eight audits you know and when they when they talk about pentagon cuts you know what they
do in those meetings i've been there and they'll say now they make the bullets in your district
they make the helicopters in your district they make the battleships they start pointing out people you know and we've got defense systems as soon as they're produced they're
mothballed and we're going to get to that in Doge and and Marjorie is there are no sacred cows with
her and she gets it and we're going to go after education um you know we ought to shut down the
Department of Education send that money to the states,
force those dadgum unions to say, are you for teachers getting more pay? You're going to get
more pay with this, and we're going to have savings off the top. When Carter created and
made it a cabinet-level position, I should say, the Department of Education, we were number one
in the world, dadgum. Trillions of dollars later, we're about 22nd because you've got,
there is not one dadgum bureaucrat in Washington, D.C. that's taught a kid how to read and write
or do arithmetic at Austin East High School in Knoxville, Tennessee. And we've got to get past
that. What works in L.A., New York, Washington, D.C. Washington, D.C., highest per capita spending
per student, worst schools in the country.C., highest per capita spending per student.
Worst schools in the country.
So there's a lot more going on.
We've got to get to it.
Sorry I went off track there, Benny.
I know you.
J6 political prisoners.
Very important.
God bless them. I was just on with Acosta, and he's probably already called his therapist
because he's going to have to pay him $300.
It was awesome. Somebody called his merchantett just did a drive-by shooting. It was 15
minutes of abuse. I come on with Acosta, you know, and I always end my interviews up with Jim
under the Birchett administration, you'll be invited back into the white house.
And Trump kicked him out and hell I ain't going to the White House. You know that. But we just he just railed on it. And I was and I towns were burnt to the ground and nobody was arrested. And you,
and why aren't you raising cane about George Soros hired attorney generals
across the country that are, you know, releasing rapists and things.
And he goes, well, we're not talking about that. And I said, well, you,
well, you should be. I said, I said, Jim. And I also said,
that's why I see it. And I said,
more people are watching reruns of dadgum SpongeBob square pants on the
cartoon network. Oh man. He just, you know,
I know his therapist is going to hear that one.
Anyway, brother, I, I got a little bit off.
I always pray before I go on those things, honestly,
before I speak or even your show or whatever, I say, Lord,
please let me say something pleasing to you.
And I don't know if that was pleasing to the Lord or not.
So I'm going to have to go back and watch it.
But anyway, I got a little riled up.
I had a lot of coffee this morning. And I just try to get in my head game day on those things.
So I'm sorry I've rambled.
It's a great, it is a great day in America, Congressman.
There are so many people with so much new and renewed energy for this nation,
seeing President Trump deliver on promises.
I think far beyond what anybody was expecting in the first couple of hours.
Man, I was on a live TV show and they were doing those things
and he would call it out.
And this Democrat operative was there
and she was just,
every one of them she used to go,
I could just see her going,
oh no, oh no.
You know what I mean?
She was, it was just,
oh, it was beautiful, man.
I was, sheesh.
Quick, Congressman,
you were at the inauguration.
How did that go?
You were actually inside of the Capitol of Thunder.
Yeah, I loved it.
I mean, you know, I had the over-under on Trump speaking.
I don't think any, I think Las Vegas lost their ass.
Excuse my language.
Because he spoke, you know what?
But I dug it.
Because you know why?
He had business to get to.
Forget all that pomp and circumstance, dadgummit. I'm going to start signing those executive orders.
And he blistered those liberals and they deserved it. And America got to see what a real leader looks like.
You know, I get a lot of talk from people about there's my best friend calling me.
I have to send him a message. So call me back. You know, he sat up there and he just railed.
And it was classic Trump. But he but he kept with his lines. I felt like he didn't get too far off the script.
But he hit what he wanted to do. And he told America what to expect.
And we got down to business. And, you know, all they're doing right now is talking about Jeff Bezos' fiance, what she was wearing, which I think is just classless, you know, attractive ladies wearing fashion.
I don't know.
You know, I don't know.
I mean, I'm in a dadgum car heart there on the aisle seat.
So what do I know about fashion?
But I.
Nothing wrong with that.
I loved it, man.
I loved it.
And it was it was beautiful.
And it was classic Trump. It was unexpected. I mean, it was expected what sort of what he was going to say, but he did it in such a short and concise manner. I love that. I love that. And, you know, they're going to just attack people personally in the crowd trying to drive these billionaires off. They see what's going on. They're capitalists.
I had a nice conversation with Bezos.
I invited him to Knoxville.
Come on to the Mexican restaurant attached to Exxon.
But I did tell him, though, they jacked their margaritas up to $7.
I said, so bring your checkbook when you come.
It's got to be a steep one for Jeff Bezos.
That's right.
I mean, mean listen his wife
looks like she she loves herself a margarita or two so we've got ourselves a brand new country
and it was such a spectacular send-off no we got our country back we got our dad country back that's
right man and you know it must have been amazing to watch joe biden get roasted to his face for
a while yeah you know what know, what do you think?
I had the line. I said back there, I wish it had been picked up.
So I said, what do you think Biden's saying? And I said, hey, this isn't a birthday party for me.
Where's my cake and ice cream? I think it looked like you just tricked him into coming.
I know where he is. It's just that's the picture of that.
That is the picture of the decade outside. You know know, I wouldn't say it's the best picture.
Mount Suribachi, where they raised the flag, the Marines, you know, on Iwo Jima was the picture of the world.
But that is a pretty telling picture right there.
I thought that couldn't have been any better.
So you're very close with President Trump.
In closing here, Congressman, what's your
piece of advice for the president? It seems like he is roaring out of the gate and he's
back in action. It just seems like Trump 2.0 is so much different than Trump 1.0.
And we want to keep up this energy. How do we keep it, Congressman?
Watch the people you got around him.
Know their history.
Yeah.
I would, you know, I'm really worried about that.
I see these guys that, you know,
got Doge tattooed on their foreheads.
I'm like, where the hell y'all been the last four years?
Y'all tell you where you are.
You're spending dadgum money.
Now you're reading opinion polls.
And when it gets a little hot,
they get two phone calls from home. Oh, we can't start ex.
We can't start deporting these people with Mexico. They're,
they're here on asylum. We can't be doing that.
You know what they ought to be asking where the hell are those 300,000 plus
children? I mean, they're kids years in my age, Benny. Yes. Listen, man, there's no telling what hell they're in and what these deprived SLBs in this country are doing with those kids.
You know, we need to send them to hell as fast as possible. And I'm not over exaggerating. That's
the one thing I lay awake at night thinking about is what's going on with those children. I just
can't even imagine people say you know thank
you god for blessing us they need to be asking god to forgive us they need to ask them to forgive us
because we've allowed this to go on in this country not enough people get to the polls
and this is what happens let's let's take our dadgum country back man uh you know it's in this
and this is just the first few days of the fight
we're in the honeymoon stage man i'm talking 100 150 days let's me and you get back i want to get
back together before then but but dad gum please pray for our country you know you know it you got
kids and when you have a kid it just it's a different world it is a different world and
in what world are they going to inherit my daddy daddy fought in the Pacific in the Marine Corps. My mama lost her brother fighting the
Nazis. I can look at that dadgum 48 star flag that was on my uncle's casket, 33 years old,
didn't have to go. And, you know, I do not want that sacrifice to be in vain.
Yes, that's right. And I mean, the lowest possible tier of a function of society would be,
do can you protect innocent children? And we have failed that test for decades. And it is atrocious
to me as a father of four as a brand new father, that you can't count on the ruling class elites
in this country to protect children. Yeah. I mean, as a follow-up, I think the first step to ensuring that we set the
table correct here and right historic wrongs would be to prosecute those who were at Diddy parties,
who were on Jeffrey Epstein's island, even if that means that Bill Clinton,
standing there at the inauguration, gets prosecuted, right?
If they're messing with kids, they need to be hung. You know, the Bible talks about
how you treat the least amongst you
is how you treat me.
You know, that was Jesus talking.
He's my guy.
And man, that's,
I would not want to stand before my maker
on judgment day and say,
what did you do for the least of those people?
Well, I let the ones that abuse them go.
I don't want that on me.
Yes, that's right.
None of us would ever want that.
And so.
Hey, Benny, I do want to thank you, brother.
All kidding aside, man, everywhere I go, people say, man, I've seen you on the Benny show.
It's like I saw you at the Walmart.
But listen, man, people, people dig what you're saying.
The reason they do, because it's the dadgum truth, brother.
Keep it up.
And I mean, I'm so proud that I consider you a friend.
I mean, you know, as I've told you many times,
my love for you is unconditional.
And in Tennessee, it's probably unconstitutional.
Right back at you, Congressman.
Ladies and gentlemen, follow the Congressman.
Follow the Congressman, Tim Burchett. follow the Congressman Tim Burchett.
He's making so much news.
He's just absolutely blown up.
He's stopping terrorists from getting funding.
There's so much to cover.
We've got to do a whole other segment on that, Congressman.
Thank you, man.
As you've said many times, I'm more than just a pretty face.
You're an all-time hero to this program. And we love you.
Welcome to the golden era.
We've taken our country back.
And you rung the bell on this one.
Godspeed, Congressman.
They just sent it in.
Here we go.
Put it up.
Here we go. Tim Burchett in the Carhartt. Tim Burchett in. Here we go. Put it up. Here we go.
Tim Burchett in the Carhartt.
Tim Burchett in the Carhartt.
During the inauguration.
There we go.
There he is, ladies and gentlemen.
Who had the more striking outfit?
Melania Trump,
Jeff Bezos' wife,
or Tim Burchett,
or John Fetterman, right? And his shorts and his hoodie. Ladies and gentlemen, what an exciting time. We have a, I think we have a brand new emoji. Do we have a new emoji? Do we have a
Tim Burchett emoji? Yeah, pop it up, chat.
Pop it up.
I think we're loading it into the chat.
We've heard you, ladies and gentlemen.
We know you love Tim Burchett, so we got yourself a dad gum.
We have a dad gum emoji for when Tim Burchett comes back on the program.
The gulf of dad gum.
I can't even say it correctly.
I can't even say it.
I mean, I can't even say it. I need to learn. Okay, I wasn't born say it correctly. I can't even say I mean you could You I can't even say I need to learn. Okay. I wasn't born in the south
I currently live in the south if you consider, Florida the south dad gum
Dad gum bad gum. I'm gonna work on it. I'm gonna get personal lessons. I got a personal tutor Tim Burchett
We'll load this one up for Tim Burchett emoji in the chat.
Ladies and gentlemen, we've discussed how President Trump just ended institutional racism.
Seems like a pretty important headline, right?
So you would assume that libs would be celebrating this.
Instead, they're lecturing Donald Trump
from the dais of a church.
It's crazy.
It's like, you really, like you'd expect lightning bolts
and plagues in this moment.
That was crazy.
We'll play those clips in just a second.
Donald Trump getting lectured by a woke priestess yesterday
in something that is just completely and totally
grotesque abuse of Christianity and of a of a dais inside of any faith establishment.
But anyway, zooming out, President Trump actually ending racism.
The lecture from the priestess was about was about was about racism in America and how racist Trump is and how scared everyone is and how the people who pick our crops are scared.
Isn't it amazing?
Like if given the opportunity,
we've given the opportunity to explain
why they want immigration.
Everyone from Jerry Nadler to Nancy Pelosi say,
to pick our crops.
Is that not like prima facie,
the most racist possible explanation for open borders?
Because we need people to go out into the fields
and labor for us anyway.
I'm getting off topic.
I would love to talk about this with Gianno Caldwell,
Fox News political analyst,
somebody who we've been a fan of for a long time
on this program, who joins the show live now.
Giano, thank you so much for being on the program.
We're massive fans, dude, and love your work.
And yeah, I mean, this has got to be a pretty exciting moment for you. You've obviously been talking for a while about this on Fox News.
And yeah, the table's yours, Gianna.
What's been the moment over the last 48 hours that really piqued your interest?
Well, first off, being over here with you, Benny, it's an honor.
Thank you for inviting me.
I call you, I text you, you don't answer, you don't write back.
And then I realize I don't have your phone number.
So here I am on your show,
excited to talk about what's going on.
I just got back in from the inauguration,
and I got to tell you, the energy is so high.
I don't think it's just in D.C.
I don't think it's just Trump supporters, Trump voters,
people who supported him for many years.
I'm hearing from Democrats
who would never give Trump the time of day.
People who voted for Kamala, people who voted for Joe Biden, I've been a reporter for many years. I'm hearing from Democrats who would never give Trump the time of day.
People who voted for Kamala, people who voted for Joe Biden, they're excited because people see that the country is finally about to be put back onto his feet.
We have a president, Donald Trump, who's strong, who's creating a level of strength on the world stage that countries, including terrorist groups, respect.
It's a deterrence. And we haven't seen that in many, many years. So we're really excited. People across the
country and world, I believe, are excited to see Donald Trump back in office. Yes. So some of the
initial actions that were taken, pardoning of January 6th political prisoners, but followed
up very quickly by the ending of all DEI offices.
And then the rescinding of an order from LBJ that established affirmative action.
The way that we read this is this is the crystallization of MLK's dream where you're not going to be judged by your skin color. And that this is the ending of what is truly
institutional racism, because it is woven into
our institutions, affirmative action, and then DEI. So this is actually got to be, this is a
glorious day to celebrate, right? You know what's surprising, as you mentioned that LBJ piece,
I think many people didn't realize that that was an executive order that was still
at this. Many people didn't, especially after the Supreme Court decision on affirmative action.
I thought it was usurped everywhere.
But of course, and truly, we should all be judged by the content of our character.
It should be merit-based with hiring.
And with the federal government in and of itself, it's a bureaucracy that needs to change.
And that's why Donald Trump is bringing a culture of change to the federal government.
I used to work for the federal government.
I worked there for almost a decade at a particular agency.
And I can tell you, there's a lot of folks there.
It's very difficult to fire people.
It's been difficult.
And since Donald Trump brought in that executive order in his first term, there's a lot of
people that shouldn't be in there.
They don't want to work.
They just want to collect a check. That has to come to an end. And this is another action and many, many more
actions that Donald Trump is going to take to make our federal government, including Doge,
make our federal government much more efficient, run it a little bit like a business. In some
cases, maybe the post office will be privatized. Whatever the case may be, we do need change
because the American people, the taxpayers, have not gotten full benefits from the federal government in the matter in which they should.
Yeah.
It just seems prima facie like, okay, we shouldn't be hiring people based on their skin color.
It seems like the ending of that should be celebrated by all sides. But you hear the left screaming and losing their minds over it,
including, but not limited to, the priestess that stood up there
and lectured and scolded Donald Trump.
Apparently, somebody missed a vetting there because this lady's been out
and screaming in the streets.
She's been protesting against Donald Trump,
and then she gets a chance to stand up and lecture the president.
What did you think when you saw that happen? Well, you know what? When I saw
it, I thought it was, you know, as a religious leader, inappropriate. You got this man coming
into office who was in office previously, who did a really good job on the economy and many,
many other things. He got illegal immigration down. And then you have somebody who's clearly far left, who took an opportunity to throw a dagger
at him and his family and his vice president. It was extremely inappropriate. And I'm sure there's
going to be many members of that particular parish that are going to leave, because I don't want to
be preached to about politics when I'm trying to hear about God. That's just not the way this works.
And she really should step down, to honest that's not okay yeah i i don't understand like where you get off thinking that it's your job to lecture
the president exactly right is such an i mean wokeness is such a cancer but it's such an insane
power trip and that's not what this is about. On day one. On day one.
Yeah.
I'm imagining she was auditioning for a CNN slot, and I'm sure she got it.
So here we are.
Well, she's on The View, bro.
She's on The View today.
You know that?
She's the guest on The View.
Oh, my gosh.
Well, it seemed like she got her talking points from Joy Behar. So I'm sure she and the people on a very, very far left are very happy with that.
But the most of most of Americans don't see the world, especially don't see the United States in a way in which she does.
It's a very far leftist view and it has no business in the church.
Yeah, you're right. Here we go. Our producers are putting up clips here.
There she is on CNN.
She's booking herself all across.
Oh, so she did get her CNN slot too.
She did go on CNN.
She's booking herself all across corporate media.
That's what this was all about.
What an abomination.
What an utter desecration of the faith.
Anyway, we don't want to focus on the negative.
January 6th, political prisoners are being reunited with their families. We think this is such a wonderful thing. This is arguably
for our show, possibly the greatest action yet taken by President Trump. And this seems like
if you talk about restorative justice, this is actually restoring justice. And it's a pardon,
not a commutation. It's saying something bad happened to you. Do you think that these political prisoners, do you think that they should potentially look at civil lawsuits against members of the Biden administration that did this to them and robbed them of their freedom?
Well, you know, and especially for anybody that committed violence, that's not something I support.
But there were a lot of people who were just exercising their free right to be at the Capitol. There was a grandmother who prayed,
and she went to jail for praying at the Capitol. It was inappropriate. There was a lot of
politics that was played here. And of course, there was many people who should have never
went to jail. What was it, 1,500 that he pardoned? And I'm pretty sure that none of those
people should have went to jail. If you committed violence, that's a different and separate thing.
But to exercise your free right was inappropriate. You saw people in the BLM riots who lit courthouses
on fire, cop cars, and many other things, like really attack people. And what happened to them?
How did they get off scot-free? But if want to say listen i think this is wrong as an american you should have that full-on right
you should be thrown in jail for years you should not be yes it does seem like there's been like uh
curse lifted from the country it's like it seems like there's a it seems like we're living in we're
living in america as it was as it was founded and not this sort of psychotic fever dream that we've been in for the last 10 years.
It's incredibly refreshing and inspiring.
Kamala Harris saying she's not done with politics.
What's next for Kamala Harris, Gianna?
I mean, you know, that's a great question.
And people are even asking, you know, what's next for Joe Biden?
I got to tell you that I don't think there's anybody more excited about the new administration than Joe Biden.
Sleepy Joe finally is going to get a lot of rest.
And Kamala Harris, she's going to get out there and run for governor of California.
But it seems like, you know, her dreams, hopes and dreams continually goes up in smoke.
And, you know, I kept telling people before the election, I said, listen, Kamala Harris' sales pitch is flawed.
Vote for me, and I'm going to make everything great on day one.
Do it now. Do it now. Do it now.
And of course she didn't.
But I think if she goes and runs California, she's going to bankrupt that state, too.
She wants to run for president again.
I don't think she has a chance, and I think she's been full rejected by the American people, especially when you consider
the fact that she didn't do any better than Joe Biden in any jurisdiction. That is a major statement.
Bidenomics didn't work and Kamala Harris doesn't work. So this is not something I think is going
to be fruitful for the Democratic Party. They should stop pushing her.
It was one of the greatest moments of my life, sitting there inside of a hospital room,
because we just had our fourth child.
And so we're sitting there, and I'm watching Donald Trump give his inauguration speech.
And congratulations, Bob.
And just roasting, roasting Joe Biden, Barack Obama,
Kamala Harris to their faces. And they just have to sit there and take it. And Hillary Clinton's
there. And having it inside the Capitol, they have to actually be in really tight quarters.
So they have to be a lot closer than they would be otherwise. They're literally in the shot as
Donald Trump's doing this. And it was just glory. It was just 30 straight minutes of just pure savagery.
And they just have to shut up and listen. And it was an amazing moment.
And it was all, and it was, it was true. It was true. What he was saying was true. And
I'm gonna be honest. I think that was one of the best speeches he's ever given. I would
say that it was probably the best one he'd given. You're speaking before the world. He's consistent.
He's hitting all the proper tones.
He's talking about what he experienced and what the country's experienced as a result of Joe Biden.
And then you got Kamala Harris who ran, and she's sitting down with Oprah saying if somebody comes in her house, she's going to shoot them.
And you're not a union member.
Like all of these different tones to try to relate to the black community.
And I'm wondering, is this Madea runs for president or Kamala Harris?
Like, I can't get it. Like, like, what are you trying to do here?
This is a moment that I think Americans can really just hug themselves and say,
thank God we're going to finally get the economy back on track.
We had over a hundred thousand people who have died as a result of an overdose
on a drug, which we know drugs, fentanyl coming from China and then through Mexico.
And OPA border has been a disaster for millions of families across the country.
And now we got a man who's going to stand on business.
And I couldn't be more excited to see this day come, to be honest.
So, Gianno, in closing what what what are your hopes for
the next 100 days everyone's coming on the program senators members of congress saying we are well
aware that it's a tick tock like it's we have just a few days we have a hundred days to really get
done what we've promised the american people donald trump uh off like a elon musk rocket
but i like that for your for yourself like what do but for yourself, what do you want to see
as the marquee accomplishment for the administration moving forward?
The economy, I think that's going to be a big one.
And I think he's already started that by inviting all these businesses.
If you're going to spend a billion dollars in the United States, we're going to expedite
permits, including environmental.
I think I would love to see the war in the Middle East.
The ceasefire has happened.
But really see that come to an end.
Also, in Ukraine, that would be excellent.
Just to see peace in the world again would be a big deal.
But peace in the United States of America as well.
We got, you know, I've been a black conservative for many, many years.
Our country has been largely divided, especially if you choose to be a black conservative and
support Donald Trump.
I voted for Donald Trump in my brother's memory, who you know was murdered in Chicago, June
24, 2022.
And I started the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety.
And I encourage people to go to caldwellinstitute.org.
I want to see crime, this violent crime that we've seen,
the uprising of that, I want to see that come to an end.
I want to see police officers respected.
I want to see Black, white, Hispanic, all communities come together
for the purpose of supporting our country, our president,
and certainly supporting each other.
Yeah, I mean, the Chicago suburbs went for Trump.
It's like, there's no such thing as a permanent blue state
or a permanent red state.
There's every state in America is a swing state
depending on the political landscape.
And so I could see Illinois go red, man.
I really could.
I could honestly see it.
We were in Chicago not too long ago. I mean, I love i can honestly see it interesting not too long ago i
mean i love chicago we were in chicago not too long ago we were staying in downtown chicago and
i was seeing maga hats in downtown chicago yes yes i couldn't believe it this is not like people that
jesse smallett paid jesse smallett did not pay them they did not have subway sandwiches these are not black white supremacists
and these are just homies these are just homies wearing maga hats because they were down they're down amazing to see you you gotta you gotta so in the cook county the cook county
prison the cook county jail uh you can as a pre-detained inmate you can vote in an election
that precinct went for Trump.
People can't believe that.
But immigration was a major issue for Chicagoans.
You think about the fact that, you know, I grew up in politics.
I got involved in politics when I was 14 years old.
And I remember the politicians coming to the communities, every election cycle, and saying,
hey, you know, this is what I want to do.
And they would say, well, what about what you were supposed to do the last time?
It didn't happen.
And they would point fingers to the white Democrats downtown and say, oh, they're not
allowing this to happen.
We don't have any money.
We can't afford to do anything for these communities.
But then you got the migrants that comes in.
All of a sudden, you find billions of dollars to spend.
All of a sudden, you're giving them housing, cars, gift cards, all of these things where people have been suffering for years and voting for you and you've done nothing?
This is the moment for the divorce of the Democratic Party.
African-Americans everywhere realize that after this cycle, that this cannot be something that people wholeheartedly support because they don't support us.
Republicans do.
Donald Trump does. And he
made that quite clear in his inauguration speech. African-Americans, Latinos, I heard you and I look
forward to working with you in the coming years. The Republican Party is open for business and we
should all go there. Oh, okay. So Barack Obama standing there lecturing you that you're not voting for Kamala Harris, that like you need to vote for Kamala Harris because she comes from the same neighborhoods you do.
So apparently all black people grew up in Quebec, I guess, working fake McDonald's jobs.
You're all Kamala. Everyone's Kamala Harris, right? No, like that didn't work.
I just I still I'm still I'm not trying to like rehash history here, but that clip still blew my mind. We went to the neighborhoods in Chicago.
We went to the South side during the DNC convention. And we asked people in Obama's
neighborhood, Obama's house was like down the street. His library was like two blocks over.
And we asked them about Obama. We couldn't find a single person in three hours of asking
that liked Barack Obama in his own name in the South side of Chicago.
So I guess that, I guess these broke man, the Obama plans broke.
Well, he had, he had the Joe Biden.
If you don't vote for me, you ain't black moment.
That's what that really was.
And people rejected it.
Stephen a Smith.
He's a friend of mine.
I talked to him.
He rejected it.
Many other folks who are
prominent voices or not rejected that theory. It shouldn't be that we have to vote for a particular
party because of the color of our skins. To the point of how this moment between you and I started,
it shouldn't be about race. It should be about policy. How are we going to benefit all Americans?
People are paying taxes.
We got to lower taxes.
We got to make sure we have an immigration system that works.
We have to ensure that there's not violence in our communities.
We got to bring inflation down.
There's so many priorities that the American people have given to President Trump with
this massive victory.
And I'm looking forward to him accomplishing all of those things.
Yeah, that's what that's what everyone said.
With Trump, we had money. Here's the video., that's what everyone said. With Trump,
we had money. Here's the video. With Trump, we had money. With Trump, we had money. With Obama,
we were broke. And this is from Obama's every, even the kids were like, we want Trump. We want Trump. They're like jumping in the microphone. It's crazy. It was crazy. It was crazy, bro.
Okay. Final question. When are you running for mayor of Chicago?
You know, I have to pray about that.
People have been asking.
You can see it all over my social media at Giano Caldwell.
That was a plug.
G-I-A-N-O Caldwell, C-A-L-D-W-E-L.
But, you know, I got to really hear from God.
Brandon Johnson is a terrible, terrible mayor. He's the lowest approved mayor in the
history of Chicago at 15% and going lower. We know that violent crime has been an issue in Chicago
for many, many years, and my family has paid the price for these policies pushed by progressives
like the no-chase policy in Chicago where police officers, if they see a crime taking place or see
someone who committed a crime in their cars, they have to call into their supervisor to get permission
to pursue them, whether they be on foot or car.
Or you think about the Safety Act in Illinois that has no safety in it, which allows for
less penalties and no penalties at all for many crimes, including no bail laws. There's an extreme progressive agenda in Chicago,
which has suffocated the people of Chicago.
It has suffocated the people of Illinois.
And the only way for us to get back on track
is to be tough on crime and say no to the unions.
Enough is enough.
And the people of Chicago has paid the price too long.
Sounds like campaign speech to me. Whenever you launch that, Chicago is a place that's near and
dear to my heart, man. I grew up around Chicago, traveling to Chicago. I still travel to Chicago.
The Trump property there is where we stay. It's amazing. I think it's probably Trump's best
property in the world. I love that city. And you'll never get another Chicago. It's not like
you can rebuild it. You'll never have to either save the one we have or you let it descend to the orcs.
You let it descend to these people that are civilizational destroyers. And so I want to
save Chicago. So let me know when you run and I'll be your first donor.
Oh, I'm going to call you. I'll take your answer.
I'll kick your first Bitcoin man.
I appreciate that. For the run uh thank you
gianna this is thank you benny i enjoyed it it's been inspiring man everybody go hop on over here
and follow 200 000 americans already follow along and ladies and gentlemen this is a man that's going to move and shake things up. Thank you, brother. I really appreciate you.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is an important opportunity for us to go to the very heart of this moment and speak to people who are profoundly affected by it.
Obviously members of Congress and people who are pundits,
this is gonna be really important for them
to sort of crystallize what they've been working for
for so long, but January 6th political prisoners,
what do they have to say?
We've had J6ers on the program before but since we've been offline for the last
two days for the actual Benny show and since so much has
happened on this front we wanted to bring on individuals
who've been affected by these pardons from President Trump, people who have suffered the pain and horrors of state tyranny.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, a freshly pardoned January 6th political prisoner, Angelo Paccio joins the program live now.
Pacheco or Paccio? Pacheco. Pacheco, my friend. Is that Italian? Mexican. Mexican. All right.
Well, there you go. You have been pardoned by President Trump.
And so congratulations.
Can you explain to me, Angelo, your last couple of years, what has this been like under the tyranny, the jackboot of the Biden regime?
Well, it started after 2021.
You know, I was there in D.C. observing, and I decided to get out of politics after the whole January 6th thing.
I started working in a special needs classroom here in Kansas City, and I was going to school to become an EMT when the feds come knocking at my door, you know, saying I'm going to be charged for stepping in the United States Capitol for six seconds, by the way, only a couple of feet in
for six seconds. From there, it was a little bit terrifying at first, I will admit,
but it definitely turned me into the person I am today through that hardship because it was
really tough. It was really tough. And throughout all this, you know, I saw the light at the end of the dark tunnel and it is it's just been euphoric the last couple of days.
That's for sure. We have what I believe here is a case file for you.
And it's very important to talk about what actually happened that day. and if you don't mind, I'm just going to set the table here. We have the footage, the actual B-roll
of the police officers opening the doors. The Capitol is a fortress. These doors, including
the large magnetic doors that weigh tons, cannot be opened unless they are opened from the inside
on purpose. Ladies and gentlemen, what happened was the police officers physically opened the door.
These are armed police officers opened the doors and in many cases, escorted peaceful
J6 political prisoners into the United States Capitol.
This entrance right here is the entrance that you can see here in Angelo's.
You can see right here in Angelo's case file,
that he stepped in for six seconds and then turned around and walked back out. Do I have that
correct, Angelo? You do. But what you can't see in that video is there was police officers on the
right side of that tunnel saying people can come in if they'd like. You're really, that's what they told you? Well, uh, you know, from what I can remember,
uh, it was sort of along the lines of, I said, are you letting people in? And they said,
you can come in if you want. And I, you know, I thought to myself, that sounds like a trap a
little bit. So I'm going to, I'm going to turn the other way and, uh, and go home. And that's
exactly what I did. But then the feds still came after you.
And what happened next? Well, they basically they came to my front door. They basically
hinted that I should get a lawyer, which I did. And then from there, we scheduled my arraignment.
I went into the Kansas City federal courthouse. I was I was in emt school i had to miss one of my tests for it uh
and i go in and and the the u.s marshall didn't even know how to process a misdemeanor uh inside
of there i was hanging out in their office uh they they were actually really cool the u.s marshall
were really cool um they i think they understood the situation a little bit you know it may be in a mocking way just like some of
these articles here from the Yahoo News and Kansas City Star you know six
seconds in the Capitol but so I was in there I did my fingerprints all of that
and they ended up putting me in a jail cell and then to walk me out to the
courtroom they did keep me away from all the other detainees in there, you know, the actual criminals.
But they shackled me by my hands and my wrist to parade me in to the courtroom, almost as a humiliation type of thing.
From there, everything was kind of set.
I knew what was going to happen.
I knew I wasn't going to go to jail.
I just knew it was going to probably be probation. And when I was charged, you know, two weeks, nothing happened.
And then one day I wake up to my phone. I see this, my neighbor texted me this exact article
here. I said, is this true? And I said, yeah. And then my phone just started blowing up. I was on national news articles.
And it was tough.
It's evil because what I witnessed, and I was there on January 6th.
I was at the speech itself.
And I watched what has to be 100,000 people, the shots of the crowd.
It's the biggest Trump crowd I've ever seen in my life.
It's 100,000 people holding patriotic flags who simply wanted a fair election.
That is 99.999% of everybody there.
And I think the only other fraction of a percent
were agitators.
It's the only day I didn't see BLM or Antifa
wandering Washington, D.C.
I think it was LARPers, agitators, and feds. Anyway, brother, I've witnessed and covered
all the BLM and Antifa riots where they torched our churches, our federal buildings, put graffiti
on war memorials, tried to tear down the Lincoln Memorial.
They were attempting to kill the president. So they stormed the White House with the absolute
intention of killing the president. I was there asking people, what are you here for?
They said they want to actually kill Donald Trump. That's what they said.
And nothing happened to those people. And you were invited into a Capitol building for six
seconds from a cop. And then this happens to you and it makes my blood boil.
And I'm so incredibly happy for this moment for you.
And I'm so sorry that you had to go through this.
Were you were you locked up then after this?
So they did a humiliation ritual.
They put you in they put you in shackles like you're some type of mass murderer.
They put me in a jail cell for six hours. And then after that, I did not get a jail sentence.
I was sentenced to two years of probation, 60 hours of community service, and 30 days home detention.
I had an ankle monitor, which was absolutely hilarious. So the worst part of all of that was the Kansas city chiefs won the Superbowl
while I had my ankle monitor on and I was not able to celebrate. So,
you know, throughout the whole thing, that, that was the worst part.
So it wasn't too bad. And I know,
and I say that to try to make light of the situation,
but the other people had it a lot worse.
And my, and my goal is to come on to shows like
these and tell the world about that, about how other people were in jail. I mean, there's still
some in the, I don't know if you've checked in last hours on X, but there's still people still
in the DC jail that haven't got let out yet. You know, I don't know what's going on there,
but my goal is to just show everybody, to tell everybody the story of how ruthless these people were treated. Because yeah, my story sucks and it does,
but other people, man, they had it a lot worse and we need to make sure that we help those people.
So wise, incredibly profound, and I think wisdom well beyond your years, young man. Here's the actual pardon itself.
And this is the photograph of it.
And it includes you on here with Donald Trump's signature right there saying you are not only obviously a free man, but also what happened to you is wrong, which is what a pardon actually means.
You were a victim of an unjust system. You were persecuted. What's your message to President Trump?
First, thank you. I'm grateful. I'm ready for the golden age. I think I feel like this is just a new beginning.
My early 20s really sucked because of all of this. And now I feel like I can just expand from here and move upward.
So thank you, President Trump.
It was great.
If you got a chance to meet President Trump and shake his hand, what would be the one thing that you tell him?
I'd say thanks, President Trump.
Please, please keep on the rest of your promises.
We want to make this country great. We want to make sure it's fair for Generation Z, because my generation right now is in an
economic, not turmoil, maybe not turmoil, but but man, things are going to be hard for
us, you know, in terms of rent, mortgages, all that.
So I hope he really fixes that to help my generation out.
Yes. And your message to the J6 political prisoners who are
still locked up inexplicably against the order of the president who has the power to liberate them,
especially in a place like Washington, D.C.
Your time is coming. We're coming. Hopefully you can get out soon because it's just you think of these things happening in communist Russia and the Soviet Union and North Korea.
I cannot believe it is happening here. I still can't believe it. Sometimes it just feels like a movie.
And I'm just so, so sorry for those guys that are still locked up. Yeah. In a, uh, in, in closing here, Angelo,
uh, you're so, you're so confident about this and you're so at peace with it. How did you,
how did you get there? What was it that held your faith through all of this? Because I mean,
you never know when the next fed raid could come, right? This is something that my wife and I
regularly talk about, which is they're going to come for all of us.
They were trying to pull ops on everyone who they viewed as a threat.
And we were facing the real possibility.
I mean, under a common presidency, you face the real possibility, even if you're like a YouTuber, right?
Even if you're just a streamer of a federal raid, right?
It's a horrible, dark cloud to have over your head and
you suffered a great deal for it um what was it that kept you going uh jesus christ uh everything
is written everything's written before it happened um everybody has their own destiny their own story
you know whether it makes us whatever that goal is um that god has for us you know strength or
hardship it's never going to come easy uh you're always going to suffer uh for something so as long
as you have that cemented faith in god you're going to get through anything even the uh even
the kansas city chiefs winning the super. It's inevitable. And being incapable of going to the,
well, then you'll be able to go to the next one, right?
I will, I will.
That's right.
Man, I hope you go to the actual Super Bowl.
We'll see what happens.
But it's been inspiring to speak to you.
And thank you.
It's been utterly profound.
And you're exactly right, Angelo.
Like if you have your faith in something that is immovable,
that is true throughout all time,
then it really doesn't matter what this life throws at you.
And that faith in Christ our Lord is actually what keeps you going.
And that's it.
I mean, everything else can go up in smoke.
But that's the one.
So thank you, Angelo.
That's just an inspiring message. Everybody should go, Angelo. That's just an inspiring message.
Everybody should go follow Angelo.
He's a bright young man, clearly great taste in cigars and hats.
And he's somebody with a very, very bright future.
You might see him at a Super Bowl coming up for the Kansas City Chiefs.
And now a newly free man and fully pardoned by President Trump.
Godspeed, sir.
Thank you.
What a moment.
What a moment.
This did cause some consternation
in our production chat
because we have Eagles fans in the production
chat. The amazing Ashley is from Philadelphia and she's screaming about the birds right now.
Maybe she can spell Eagles unlike the mayor of Philadelphia. And so maybe we'll put Ashley,
we'll put Ashley to the test one of these days. We'll bring her, we'll bring her on the live
and we'll say, how do you spell eagles?
Let me put this up, just this image right here.
This is what I saw on January 6th.
We've talked about this a lot, how we were there at the speech for President Trump.
We were sitting right next to Alex Jones, of all people.
It was actually my first time meeting Alex. And this was the single most patriotic,
uplifting, warmest, happiest
meeting of patriots.
Look at how far back that goes.
And that doesn't even include the stage.
You're not even seeing like the stage.
This is just the overflow.
Do you understand?
This is the overflow.
This doesn't include Trump's stage
and the crowd inside.
They are listening to President Trump. I mean, this was profound. It was inspiring.
That day. And some of us, ladies and gentlemen, have been banging this drum,
like Jacob Chansley, for quite a while.
And it is such a beautiful day to see this happening.
Joining us now is one of those people who joined our little drum circle
and has been in this show and has been inside shows like ours,
inside this ecosystem, has been everywhere, but also did
something that is so important and it cannot be overstated. Julie Kelly went into the courthouses
and reported about the abuses that were happening from an institutional level to January 6th
political prisoners. And since this issue is one that is now been very close to
completely eradicated by President Trump and the tables have been flipped and overturned entirely,
there's no one better to talk about the absolute necessity of these pardons
than the great Julie Kelly, who joins us, ladies and gentlemen, live.
Julie, God bless you.
I believe that there is possibly no person on earth that has led to this outcome for these sweet and innocent and patriotic people more than you because unlike guys
like me who sit in a studio all day you actually went to the courthouse you when these people were
an anthem when you couldn't touch them they were like lepers right no you couldn't say a single
nice thing about him you couldn't even tweet about him without getting your account deleted
you were actually in the courthouse defending them and doing the reporting. And that started as like a teeny little spark that spread
into the wildfire. And so we just want to say congratulations and thank you.
Well, thank you, Benny, because of course I was doing the work and going to the courthouse and
following the proceedings and hearing from the defendants. But if I couldn't bring my work to
a larger audience like yours and others, it would have gone nowhere. So I have to thank you as well for having me on
since the very beginning, as you said, when these people were considered lepers, domestic terrorists,
insurrectionists, traitors, no one would, as you said, touch them or treat them like human beings. And so I want to thank you and the team for having me on so often and letting me tell these stories to your audience.
But also, Benny, I have to give a shout out to President Trump.
This was not an easy decision to make.
It would have been very easy for him to do the low hanging fruit, the people who are convicted of misdemeanors,
leaving the assault charges in place, ignoring them, or say case by case and dragging it out,
because you see the blowback that he's getting for that. But he didn't. And I talked to the
president last week for about 40 minutes, and he wanted all the details, the updates as to where
the caseload was and what was happening with these defendants. So he not only feels an obligation to
them, I think politically, but also personally. And so I have to really emphasize that he is the
one responsible for this pardon and doing the courageous and compassionate thing here.
So, wow. I did not know this, Julie. There's been a lot that's happened in the last week,
but what? I know, congratulations. I mean, it's hard to even catch up, but this is incredible. So you spoke with
Trump about this. How did that conversation go? I mean, I know that everyone wants to keep,
you know, it's important to keep these things private and be gentle, gentlemanly about it,
but can you give us sort of the overarching,
like 35,000 foot perspective?
How did that conversation go?
I mean, he just, right.
He just really wanted, as I said,
sort of the grasp of, you know,
the different charges
and different groups of defendants.
And as I said, he spoke repeatedly
about doing this sort of blanket pardon.
And he felt very strongly about it. Again,
I don't want to get into details. And of course, you would respect that as someone who talks to
the president. But he really just wanted sort of the, as I said, the details of the status of
the caseload, what was happening. So I think that that animated his thinking as to how to proceed.
But it was very clear that this is what he wanted to do. And no one was convincing him to do
otherwise, including myself. So but I also think he understood the political blowback that he was
already getting from some Republican senators, especially getting that today and earlier this week.
But nonetheless, again, did the right thing. And so that's why I really have to commend him. I mean,
Benny, you know this. He's been meeting with these J6 families and their children for over
two years. So he's talked to them personally. He has brought them to Mar-a-Lago. He understands
what they have been through, unlike Senator Tom Tillis or unlike Lisa Murkowski, who are out there now running their mouth saying they oppose these pardons for people who assaulted police.
These are your constituents.
These are people who were brutally targeted, prosecuted and imprisoned by Joe Biden's DOJ.
And all of a sudden, Donald Trump is the bad guy here. Shame on them. Tom Tillis,
especially, should face a very strong primary opponent for a number of reasons, but especially
what he has said before and after these pardons. They have no grasp of what's been happening here.
None of them covered any of these J6 court proceedings. They wouldn't even meet with
their own constituents. I know that also. And here they are hanging them out to dry once again. So thank you, President Trump. And thank
you. Wow. What a story from Angelo. What an articulate young man. Really sad to hear his
story, but good for him. These people are so resilient and still love their country no matter
what has happened to them. And so thank you for having those J6ers on so they could share their stories. Yeah, we want to do more. We want
to do more. I mean, we've been like it's been building up, you know, a couple of days. We want
to bring more on. I think we're going to bring on a J6 political prisoner pardoned every single day
this week. And we have a whole Rolodex of individuals that we've met at various events and various conferences
who always come up and like tell their stories.
And this is the time I think to make sure
that one, President Trump gets the credit
and then that people understand the true horrors
of all of this is something that obviously
you've come on the show.
And so I have to ask, what did you tell the president?
Right, like when he asked about this, what's the argument? You've made it on the show. And so I have to ask, what did you tell the president? Right?
Like when he asked about this, what's the argument you've made it on the show before, but there's nobody more articulate than you on it because there's nobody who's seen it up close
more. Give me the rock solid Tom Tillis wetting his pants. It makes you wonder what they have on
this guy. I mean, honestly, Julie, it makes you wonder like how compromises this dude,
like why is he going so hard in the paint for this thing that's already done?
You know, it's like this guy's a real scum. This guy's a real scumbag. He's like being operated.
But OK, give me the rock solid argument for these p rigged legal and judicial system in our nation's capital,
where they use bogus charges, including a post-Enron obstruction charge,
Benny, as you know, that was overturned by the Supreme Court in June.
They unlawfully prosecuted hundreds of people on that post-Enron obstruction statute that the Supreme
Court said, no, no, no, no. This is not for interrupting a government proceeding. This is
for tampering or destroying documents related to an investigation. That was overturned. And then
these ridiculous, even these assault charges, Benny, usually, and look, clashes between police
and protesters happen during political demonstrations all the time, especially in Washington.
When that does happen, that protester usually is taken to superior court, which is the local court in Washington, gets a ticket and goes on with their lives.
Many of them face deferred plea agreements.
That is not what happened here. Again, federal statutes uniquely and unprecedentedly applied only to J6ers. Federal assault interfering or obstructing with officers, not even law enforcement, officers, another statute that was abused. and convictions that have never been used this way, political protesters who go into a building
unauthorized or disrupt a Senate hearing, they're hauled away, slap on the wrist, $50 ticket.
They're not charged with four or five federal misdemeanors resulting in going to federal prison
for months or up to a year, which is exactly what we've seen here. So it is the unequal application of justice,
abuse of the law, refusing to move these trials out of Washington, D.C., and then imposing
excessive prison sentences using terror enhancements, even on nonviolent offenders,
to make sure that these people spend years in prison.
I physically stood in an elevator with my home state senator, Chuck Grassley, when during the Kavanaugh hearings, angry, liberal, wine mom, cat ladies with shirts that say I've had 21 abortions on them stormed into the elevator to attack Chuck Grassley.
I have it on my camera. I have video of it.
I stood next to Rand Paul after Donald Trump's speech at the RNC in 2020. It was
an interesting speech because it was at the White House, right? It was COVID protocol, so they had
it outside of the White House. And we were walking out of the White House, and I watched Rand Paul
get savagely beaten with his wife by these left-wing orcs who are physically attacking for the purpose of killing United States senators.
And no one went to prison.
Nobody went to jail.
Nobody was even charged as far as I know, Julie,
for these literal attacks on United States senators
by violent left-wing mobsters,
orcs and goblins.
And it makes my blood boil to this day. I hope and I pray that the Trump administration, when this inevitably happens and the mob is reactivated. Right. like these protests that we've learned our lessons and that these protesters who do
attack with the intent to kill and to damage and to hurt and to burn down.
I hope that they get the literal book thrown at them.
Well, here's what has to happen, Benny. We have a new D.C. U.S. attorney, Ed Martin,
who you may know. He's a friend of mine. He is a devout conservative, ran the Phyllis Schlafly Institute, a very good attorney. He has taken over for Matthew Graves.
So here's what has to happen. The next time a bunch of crazy leftists disrupt a Senate hearing,
or they start to demonstrate in Washington against immigration policies as migrants,
immigrants, illegals are being deported. Once that happens,
then the DC U.S. Attorney's Office, we have a precedent now. You get federal obstruction
charges. You get federal civil disorder charges. You get federal misdemeanors. You're not going
to superior court. You're going into the federal courthouse. You're going to face federal charges.
Doesn't matter where you live. Every proceeding is going to be in Washington. We're going to throw the book at you and then we're going to sentence you to prison for years
on federal offenses never before applied before January 6th. But new rules. That's how it goes.
New rules. And, you know, it sucks because if you are a lib, this sucks because Republicans don't
actually often or ever really demonstrate in Washington, D.C.
This is like kind of the op here, right?
Was this was the first time there was a very large march in D.C.
for the right, really just people that wanted the Constitution upheld.
And so the vast preponderance of protests in Washington, D.C., especially the unlawful ones that raged for months in 2020 are left wing. And so good luck.
Like you're not going to be able to reverse that reflex the first time that like this is going to
happen again, whether it's Hamas, the Hamas protest, whatever it is. And man, it's going to
be, I will be cheering it on. I'll say, yeah, you know what?
Tough luck.
You blocked a senator from getting into an elevator.
You're going to prison for 22 years.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Because I've seen it with my own eyes.
I've literally watched it with my own eyes.
The difference, I think, is that they actually,
like if allowed into the Capitol,
left-wing protesters would have burned it to the ground.
One of my most viral
videos ever was five years ago when I interviewed people outside of the White House that were
protesting Donald Trump. And I asked them what they would want to do if they caught Donald Trump.
And every one of them said they'd murder Trump. Everyone. Like openly talking about the reason
we're storming the White House is to murder and kill Trump and to burn it down, burn the White
House down. So on the level, like that's what these people are that's who they are that's
like what's in their hearts they're not like peaceful they're not like peaceful beautiful
sweethearts like jacob chansley who just wanted to say a prayer and be really happy and like like
hug the officers which is what that man did yes he did. attacked, assaulted by protesters, federal property destroyed. They tried to scale the fences at the White House, resulting in the lockdown of the White House in June of 2020.
This is six, seven months before January 6th. It's not like it was far, you know, a long time ago.
Not only were all those cases dropped, the same D.C. House attorney, Matthew Graves,
entered into an agreement with BLM protesters who were suing the police for excessive force.
He dropped all of the charges and then entered into an agreement and criticized police for their
handling of the mobs in May and June of 2020. J6ers who yelled at a police officer, grabbed a
baton, grabbed a riot shield, screamed at a cop who was probably assaulting another protester? No,
they get the book thrown at them, pretrial detention, excessive charges, excessive sentences,
rotting in federal prisons across this country for years.
It'll be nice to see this reversal, man. I just can't wait. I'm going to do my very best
to tell Libs. I'm going to tweet every single day, Lib libs it's time to go march on dc and protest and it's like please like go i i'm very much looking very much looking forward to
this uh all january 6 political prisoners are not yet free perhaps you could inform me uh if i'm
incorrect here but based on uh the available reporting that i've seen, the D.C. federal courthouse that I'm sorry, the D.C. federal prison is still holding some J6 political prisoners in spite of this pardon.
Can you give us an update on the totality of the releases?
I think most of them have been released. I'm trying to get updates in between the interviews and everything that's going on. And I did just post this, Benny.
These judges are not going down without a fight because this has been their life's work for four years.
This is their big achievement as judges is overseeing the so-called capital siege investigation.
They have thrown their blood, sweat and tears into even minor misdemeanor cases.
And so what I just posted,
and so they're foot dragging. So Judge Tim Kelly, for example, sorry, Judge Tim Kelly, for example,
he forced one J6er to stay in prison for an extra night while he delayed dismissing his
vacating his detention order. He still hasn't dismissed the case, as he should.
You have another one, Judge Colleen Kolar-Catelli,
six-page rant she just filed this morning,
that none of this erases what happened on January 6th.
Nothing will change the facts here.
All the police officers who died after January 6th,
a full-out lie.
So she just issued this six page rant. And
then she finally had to concede that she had to dismiss the case. Reggie Walton, another one with
a footnote. I'll be posting that later. A footnote saying, well, yes, we were forced to dismiss this
case only because of the president's order, but that here's all the charges. Here's what happened
in this case. So they're doing that so they can help the media
continue to shape the narrative of January 6th, that all these dangerous cop killers and dangerous
cop assaulters have been let free by Donald Trump. So these judges work until the last minute
to torment these J6ers as long as they can. And then what they think is have the final word. Well,
they can't have the final word, Benny, because as you and I've talked about,
those are the real villains in the J six prosecution. Nothing happens without their
imprimatur. They need to be held accountable. We need to hold hearings. They need to be
investigated for yes, possibly conspiring to deny the rights of American citizens,
because they are as guilty, if not worse so, than the
prosecutors who brought these charges. So just really quickly here, because I know we're up
against a hard out these judges. What happens next? How do you how do you disrobe disbar?
I'm not even sure what the actual term is. I've seen some photos of these judges. I don't want them to disrobe. But how do you know you don't? Okay.
So but whatever the correct legal term is for it, what's the process of doing that? Now,
I know what Mike Davis would say, right? Like, lock them all up in Guantanamo Bay.
Right. Like, I'm aware, you know, I got it. Okay, got it, Mike. But what's the next step that needs to happen from a legal perspective
to ensure not just the judges, but Matthew Graves? Are there going to be civil lawsuits
against Merrick Garland, the Department of Justice? How can the pain be brought now
by these people, either from the inside or outside, to ensure that equal and appropriate
pain is visited upon those who created these crimes.
So Matthew Graves, a former DCOS attorney, absolutely has to be investigated as well as his prosecutors.
And I would start with using that unlawful 1512C2, how they continued to apply it when they knew that it was wrong,
how they continued to bring the charge even after the Supreme Court granted cert in the Fisher case
that signaled
that they were going to reverse how DOJ was using it. And then after the Supreme Court reversed it,
continue to hold people in custody on that conviction, even though the Supreme Court
reversed it. So that would be one also conspiring, of course, to and working with these judges to
deny change of venue motions, forcing
every trial to go before D.C. juries, looking at potential of juror recycling in those cases.
That's one thing I've heard from defense attorneys. Think of how small Washington, D.C. is.
They've held up to 160 trials in that town in the past three years. So there is a lot that can be investigated there. The judges,
look, Republicans don't have the guts to impeach a single judge, even the worst offenders. But my
understanding is that Congress can reassign those judges outside of Washington or put them on the
superior court handling local crimes, demote them as much as you possibly can, force them to retire,
including some of them who can't even get out of their chair,
like Royce Lambert, the Reagan appointee, and get some new blood in there.
And the new U.S. District Attorney, can you, I know he follows us on X,
and it's an honor.
I hope that he'll come on the show.
Can you give us, because he's your friend,
can you give us just a quick overview of what life's going to be like for criminals in Washington, D.C. now?
Well, what I do think is going to happen is that the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, hopefully, once they, now that they're done with the J6 cases, will focus on the violent crime wave that's still ongoing in Washington that Matthew Graves is responsible for. He declined roughly two thirds of all charges brought by local police
in Washington because he was using all of his resources for the January 6th cases. So now that
that's gone, you can have prosecutors, you can have police working together to stem this crime
wave in Washington, carjackings, robberies, murders, drive-by shootings, everything that's
happening in Washington,
terrorizing the people who live there. So hopefully there'll be a redirection of resources there because that's what they need to make our nation's capitals safe, which I know is something
the president wants as well. Yes. I mean, I, you know, I sent him a DM last night and I said,
I got these, there's this criminal that I see on video that pulled a fire
alarm. His name is Jamal Bowman. You should maybe consider like locking him up. And then there's
this, there's this lady who's like an insider trader named Nancy Pelosi. And she's also an
inside traitor. And she, she possibly both crimes could be prosecuted by the U S district attorney.
And I have the documentation for all of it. It's all on video. And so, you know, maybe they can, he can start there. That's a good idea. Okay. I like it.
I love hearing it's a good idea from Julie Kelly. Just one of the smartest, nicest people. So
battle acts on our program. She's, she's just one of our dear friends and we love her. Julie Kelly,

Well, ladies and gentlemen,
I have glorious news.
Border Czar Tom Homan announces
that all ICE deportations have begun. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands of people
being deported right now. Border Czar Tom Homan said, America on Fox News, that the American American deportations have now officially begun.
No, no, it started, Tom Homan said.
We start these today.
We gave them direction to prioritize public safety threats.
We've been working on a target list.
There's a literal list.
There was some discussion about Chicago because the Pacific Operational Plan was released.
So we got to look at and reevaluate. The deportations start now. It's an amazing moment in American history, ladies and gentlemen. We're so deeply thankful and happy for it.
Let me show you before our verse of the day what you shouldn't do.
Here's what you shouldn't do.
You shouldn't sit on a lectern when you're facing President Trump and advocate against
the Bible.
Right?
Against the Bible.
The scriptures, ladies and gentlemen, say that God made man and woman. That's what the scriptures
say. I'm sorry that that hurts your feelings. But if you are a member of the cloth, as it were,
then it's important for you to not sit there, especially when you're in the president,
when you're in the presence of the president who just sworn in 24 hours ago and deliver some type
of screechy,
anti-biblical sermon to him.
This is exactly what happened.
Here we go.
Let me make one final plea, Mr. President.
Millions have put their trust in you.
And as you told the nation yesterday, you have felt the providential hand of a loving
God.
In the name of our God, I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country.
We're scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and Independent
families.
Some who fear for their lives.
And the people, the people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings, who labor
in poultry farms and meat packing
plants, who wash the dishes after we eat in restaurants and work the night shifts in hospitals,
they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation.
But the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals.
They pay taxes and are good neighbors. They are faithful members of
our churches and mosques, synagogues, wadara, and temples. I ask you to have mercy.
Enough. Enough. Enough. I'm like, enough. I've heard enough. It's blasphemous. I can explain to you why.
Genesis 1, verse 27.
God created man in his own image.
In the image of God, he created him, male and female.
God created them.
So if you're talking about the scared trans children
and you're using the Bible and God
as your foundation for that, then you should re-look at the scriptures and what they say
about God's creation.
God doesn't make mistakes.
God didn't make you the wrong skin color.
He didn't make you the wrong gender.
This is not what God did. This is a lie from man.
And so the bloody cheek to sit there
to lecture and scold from a Christian deus,
this is something that,
that's my blood boiling.
To say that, please, these people aren't citizens.
They broke our laws coming into this country,
but they pick our crops, you see,
and they clean the toilets in our hotels.
This was the argument made
by this psychotic left-wing radical bishop.
What's her name?
I want to make sure that we shame her.
What's her name? I want to make sure that we shame her. What's her name?
Where is it?
Episcopal
Marianne Budd.
Episcopal priestess.
Who used this
opportunity to
scold Trump.
J.D. Vance. J.D. Vance reaction says it all.
There are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and independent families.
Some who fear for their lives.
Yeah, okay.
The Jim from The Office expression from J.D. Vance.
We are not going to get tired of that.
We actually, when we met J.D. Vance at Mar-a-Lago after the victory,
I asked him to do the meme with us.
This was the ask.
We had a nice little conversation.
I was like, can we take a photo together?
And he was like, yeah, totally. I was like, can we take a photo together? And he was like, yeah, totally.
I was like, can we do the JD Vance meme?
This expression will come in handy, I think.
As wokeness dies, as wokeness is destroyed and eradicated in our society,
this is going to be an important, this is going to be a very,
they're going to go down screaming and raging, and this is going to be very, they're going to go down screaming and raging.
And this is going to be an important.
Inception, right?
The inception of J.D. Vance, Jim from The Office, looking directly at the camera and going.
Donald Trump on The woke bishop. Here's what Trump had to say about it. Mr. President, what did you think of the sermon? What did you think of the
sermon? What did you think of the sermon? What did you think? Did you like it?
Did you find it exciting?
Not too exciting, was it?
I did think it was a good service, though.
Thank you very much.
Thank you, press.
Thank you, press.
They can do much better.
Thank you, press.
Donald Trump on Truth Social.
The so-called bishop who spoke at the National Press Service on Tuesday morning
was a radical
left hardline anti-Trump hater.
She brought her church into the world of politics in a very ungracious way.
She's nasty in her tone, not compelling or smart.
She failed to mention a large number of illegal immigrants that came into this country and
killed people, many who were deposited from jails and mental institutions, a giant crime
wave that is taking place in the United States.
Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was very boring and an aspiring one.
She's not very good at her job.
She owes her church an apology.
And whoever allowed, I mean, you've got to have better vetting, quite frankly,
from this perspective as well.
Like you can't, if given the opportunity, you know, these people,
they don't actually serve the church of God, but they serve as the cult of wokeism.
It is hedonistic.
It is something that is truly a cult.
It is an abomination to the Christian church
and to the values of our Lord and Savior.
And so you cannot let those people
get into a position of power
where they're able to genuflect and lecture.
And so I really hope that there's better vetting uh next time this this
priestess that's the correct term uh this priestess uh is a somebody who's been at like
anti-trump marches and like been it's like spoken out against trump before so don't let that person
take the mic right like somebody's gone to me anti-Trump marches and like screaming and frothing at the mouth and no.
Enough.
We're done with that.
We're done.
We're done.
We're done.
We're done.
The country's done.
It's amazing.
Donald Trump actually has a net positive favorability rating for the first time ever in the real clear politics aggregate.
The nation wants Donald Trump to right the ship.
They want this fixed.
And ladies and gentlemen, I cannot explain and express enough
how profoundly wonderful it is to be running a company,
to be working with the incredible team here at this program
to build out this movement and this community so that we keep on winning and so that we save
this place for your children, for mine, and that we make sure that America first means our American families
first, our American children first, the future of this nation first. And this is what you're
seeing right now. And damn, it's inspiring. Verse of the day from Isaiah 65. See, I create new
heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.
The new heavens and earth, a fresh start, revitalization, rebuilding, rebirth of this nation is at hand.
It's been promised to us, ladies and gentlemen, and it has been the honor of my lifetime to actually get a front row seat to seeing all of this with you.
This is the reason, ladies and gentlemen, that we do this.
If you wish, please go on over to BennyJohnson.com, sign up for the brigade,
and make sure that you put a question in the Ask Benny Anything question jar.
That's something that we do every single Friday.
And as we have long promised you, ladies and gentlemen,
we're going to be unveiling some really, really fun features for the community there
and for the communities that we have across social media.
We're just getting started.
It's been a wild run, and, we've had a lot of distractions, all of them very,
very good. And we're going to be locking in. This is going to be your front row seat to the golden
era. And you're in the right spot. So thank you for following along and supporting us and making
this all possible. This is a family. This is a small business. It's a family company.
You're our family.

And guess what, guess what?
Everything will be okay.
