It's a photo of a bunch of tiki torch black white supremacists, okay? Standing outside of soon to be governor Glenn Youngkin's bus. Now, Glenn Youngkin was running for governor at the time. And this image ping pong balled around the Internet as the defining image of the white supremacists who support Glenn Youngkin. But this doesn't make any sense because there's well,

there's a black white supremacist there, and then there's sort of a dumpy chick white supremacist there who looks like you're, you know, run of the mill liberal activists. You can zoom in on these, uh, Royce. Here you go. You have your Clayton Bigsby. Anybody know, uh, the Chappelle show? So here's your Clayton Bigsby character, right? Uh, and then you have your, you know, lib classic physiognomy, unhappy cat lady lib. Right. So everyone scratched their head and goes, this don't make no sense. Media Matters, as you know, is the Soros funded dark money organization that is funded by this, by Arabelle, Arabelle Advisors. This is a dark money left-wing group. Man, why are these people so, they are so organized. There's one thing about the communist man. They spend all their time organizing. Man, when will Republicans get wise and start putting together the infrastructure the way the libs do? Anyway, Arabelle, Arabelle Advisors is this dark money source fund group that is simultaneously funding the Hamas protests, okay? Like all throughout America and on campus.

They're anti-Israel, pro-Hamas, right? And then they're also at the same time funding Media Matters to do anti-Semitic hit pieces on Elon Musk. It's amazing. They're like, they're funding both sides. It's great. Media Matters came up with a hit piece on Elon Musk saying that neo-Nazi advertising, Arabella, Arabella. Okay. So Arabella, Arabella is the name of the group. This is a massive dark money Democrat pack that is really behind some of the most duplicitous and evil things happening in this country. And quite frankly, like there needs to be major campaign. There needs to be major finance reform when it comes to this kind

of stuff. This is like an easy way for foreign money to flow directly into America and mess with our systems. And you are now seeing the results of that right now throughout the country. Anyway, this firm is funding both sides of this, right? And so they went to Media Matters, they put out a hit on Elon Musk. Wow, look at this. Here's screenshots of advertisements next to neo-Nazi content. And much like with Glenn Youngkin, it was actually the left, it was actually them creating and supporting the Nazi accounts.

They had to manufacture it. There's a supply and demand problem. There's real economic inequality. There's real inequality in the supply and demand of hatred on the right. That's why they had to manufacture January 6th. That's why they have to manufacture every hoax. They have to create this stuff.

They had to create a white supremacist march in order to try and smear Glenn Youngkin. Anybody watching from Virginia, shout out. So anyway, okay. Democrats decried dark money. Then they won with it in 2020. Yeah, this is a New York Times piece on this Arabella advisory firm that's funding, again,

the hit jobs on Elon Musk for being anti-Semitic while funding the Hamas protests. See how that works? It's all about the destruction of America. And it's all about destroying things that they don't fully control. They can't stand not controlling 100% of all media and social media companies. Elon Musk owns one social media company. So he must be put down.

So how do you do that? Well, you go after the big time advertisers. And you say that Elon Musk is advertising against this, you know, Nazi kind of. Well, here's what happened. Here's how it worked. Media matters. These people are human scum. They signed up for an account that they followed only the brands that they wanted to target. They followed Apple. They followed IBM. They followed Disney. And then they followed neo-Nazi accounts, all right? Like, are you a free speech purist, right? Like, if you're a free speech purist,

you're going to say, like, I disagree with what you're saying, but you have a right to say it, okay? So there it is, right? These accounts do exist. And they're not going to be ever in your timeline. You're never going to see any of this unless you like follow them, engage with them. Like, unless that's really what you're seeking out, but that's on you, man. Okay. That's on you. Free marketplace of ideas. So media matters follows neo-Nazi accounts and then they refresh like 50,000 times. They like refresh the page in order to try and get one screenshot where they integrated the ads next to those accounts. And then media matters finally had their screenshot. That's fraud because that is not, that is not authentic behavior on the platform. That's not

engagement the way that any user would ever engage on the platform, right? Not a lot of neo-Nazi accounts following IBM for their content, unless, of course, they're big fans of what IBM did to collude with the Nazis to effectively put together the infrastructure for the concentration camps, which IBM did do. Why else would a neo-Nazi account follow a place like Disney? Well, because Disney helped China build concentration camps. Amazing how these companies have no problem with China.

Putting Muslims in concentration camps. Disney thanked the Xinjiang province. When they made Mulan. This is a province that has concentration camps. But Disney, it's beyond the pale that Media Matters put together a fraudulent piece saying that his advertisements were placed next to a neo-Nazi continent.

Meanwhile, Disney is straight up supporting Chinese concentration camps. Same thing with Apple. Apple uses slave labor in China to put together an iPhone. That's Chinese concentration camps. when it comes to putting an iPhone together using slave labor. But yes, when Media Matters refreshes the page 50,000 times to get one screenshot of an ad that was served one time to one user in an inauthentic behavior, then there's moral outrage and preening and we pull all the ads. Well, this is designed, obviously, in order to destroy Elon Musk, in order to destroy the one free speech network, one of the few free speech networks that exist and the only mainstream one. We have the actual, we have the actual lawsuit here. Media Matters executed this plot in multiple steps.

X's internal investigations have revealed. First, Media Matters accessed accounts that have been active for at least 30 days by bypassing X's ad filter. Media Matters then exclusively followed a small subset consisting entirely of accounts in two categories, those known to produce extreme fringe content and those owned by X's big name advertisers.

The end result was a feed precision designed by Media Matters for a simple purpose, to produce a side-by-side ad content placements that could be screenshotted and in effect to alienate advertisers. Media Matters therefore resorted to endlessly scrolling and refreshing its unrepresentative hand-selected feed, generating between 13 to 15 times more advertisers per hour

than the viewer of an average X user, repeating this inauthentic activity until finally it received pages containing the result it wanted, controversial content next to X's largest advertisers. Media Matters omitted mentioning any of this in a report that they issued on November 16th, 2023 that displayed these instances.

This is fraud. This has criminal liabilities associated with it. This has civil penalties associated with it. And every company that does this should be ashamed of themselves. IBM, of course, should be ashamed of themselves for helping the Nazi party design the concentration camp system. IBM did do that. You're aware of this, right? Okay. And Disney should be apologizing for working with China with concentration camp labor on Mulan project.

And Apple should be ashamed of themselves for outsourcing their iPhone manufacturing to slave labor. But none of that ever scratched the surface. Meanwhile, all these companies advertise on TikTok where the number one trending topic is Osama bin Laden's letter to America, anti-Semitic letter to America. No calls for the banning of advertisers on TikTok.

Here is the lawsuit news, first and foremost. Ex-owner Elon Musk filing a lawsuit against the

watchdog group Media Matters for allegedly misleading his platform's advertisers and users. And now the Texas attorney general is opening an investigation into the group's potential fraudulent activity. Carly Shimka joins us right now with the very latest. Yeah, good morning to you. That's right, guys. Media Matters is going under the microscope in the Lone Star State. Elon Musk says Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton revealed there would be an investigation into the left-wing group, saying, quote, We are examining the issue closely to ensure that the public has not been deceived by the schemes of radical left-wing organizations

who would like nothing more than to limit freedom by reducing participation in the public square. Media Matters published a report on Friday claiming that X is placing ads next to white nationalist hashtags. But Musk is standing his ground, saying the group's claims are false and threaten the platform's relationship with advertisers and millions of users. And that's why he's taken legal action filing a lawsuit yesterday. Come on, baby. Not just Elon Musk, as enumerated there in the report from Fox News.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has said now that they are investigating media matters for fraud. Hot damn. Check this out from Fox News. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is opening an investigation into media matters for potential fraudulent activity after ex-CEO Elon Musk accused the left-wing watchdog of manipulating data on social media. After a slew of advertisers, including IBM, Apple, Disney, and Lionsgate, Paramount fled X, formerly known as Twitter. Musk pledged the watchdog group a thermonuclear lawsuit. Turns out that fraud is actually illegal, according to Attorney General Paxton.

And so in their reports, if they had published their reports saying hey what we did was we followed a white supremacist account and then we followed all these brands and then we refreshed the pages 50 000 times to get one screenshot nobody would have taken them seriously nothing would have happened so now the backlash is here and now these state attorney generals which have enormous power are finally finding their balls and their spines and saying wait a second we can do this too and once you crack open this little pandora's box you'll start to realize wait a second you can also charge fraud the biden family hold up Wait a second. The Biden family committed major acts of fraud

in the state of Florida. Where's our attorney general, Ashley Moody? Where's our attorney general? Sure would be interesting to open up some fraud investigations into the Biden family. Why don't make them squeal? Time for a state investigation. Use the taxpayer dollars to our advantage. It's not like what the, I mean, at least we're not doing what the left does, which is going after nothing, creating, fabricating crimes. The Biden's had real crimes in Arkansas. Michael Schellenberger saying this is all fraud. We couldn't replicate these results at all. So actually, these screenshots may actually they may have actually been not real at all. Watch. How fraudulent was this boycott attempt by Media Matters? Hey, Jesse, good to be with you. I mean, it sounds shocking. It sounds like if you're on X, formerly known as Twitter, that you are being served up neo-Nazi content and that it's all being tied together with these big brands.

Well, as you pointed out, they created fake accounts to follow neo-Nazis, and then they say that they got those ads served. Well, we did the same thing, as any journalist should have done, as soon as they heard about this. We created fake accounts. We followed the exact same pro-Nazi accounts that Media Matters names, and we couldn't get any ads. We refreshed constantly. We went into the actual content itself. We then went and followed three times more pro-Nazi accounts. Same thing. We couldn't get any ads served up to us. So first of all, we were not able to replicate Media Matters. We asked Media Matters to respond, to explain how they gained the system to be shown the ads after having already followed new pro-nazi content we didn't hear back from them I think that tells you that what's going

on here uh there's more to the more than meets the eye I would say so this is how they do it amazing Cernovich friend of the show had this incredible tweet that the second that Elon Musk took over Twitter he said said left wingers will create Nazi sock puppet accounts to try and get advertisers to flee. Man, Cerno just nailed it like two years ago. It's so predictable. This is so predictable and shame on these organizations. This is why this show has pledged a huge advertising budget on X just to support free speech, along with Tim Pool and the Babylon Bee. We joined together and we're going to be doing big ads. should be against Apple and IBM. We should do ads about how Apple uses slave labor, about how Disney thanked the Communist Party of China who runs concentration camps, and how IBM helped Hitler plan the concentration camps. These people, these corporations have despicable, despicable histories when it comes to human rights. They're filthy.

And this is what virtue signaling is all about. They're virtue signaling. They have no virtue. And they are being weaponized and rolled by left-wing dark money, humanity-hating groups funded entirely by George Soros. Media Matters is a Democrat front group. Holy smokes, this guy's been successful and maybe it's time to rein that in. I'm so proud of Republican attorney generals finally finding their balls and saying, oh, we can investigate you too. Now we just need to move that to the Bidens, the Clintons and so forth. The Obamas. Elon Musk says that George Soros hates humanity, that he is fundamentally anti-human. And that is true. It is true for every Marxist that has ever. Marxist, is there like an adjective there? Every Marxist who's ever Marxist, they hate humanity. Karl Marx himself was a bearded slob who was a bum who never worked, who lived off of effectively the money that was given to him

by people who funded his research. He was a fat, smelly slob. He smelled of old wheels of cheese and mold. He was a despicable, repulsive human being. Again, physiognomy never lies. George Soros is a repulsive, despicable human being, and Elon Musk says he hates humanity. Watch. I mean, Soros actually, you know, he is, I believe, the top contributor to the Democratic Party. The second one was Sam Backward Freed. So, And Soros, I don't know. I mean, he had a very difficult upbringing. And in my opinion, he fundamentally hates humanity. That's my opinion. Really?

Yeah. I mean, well, he's doing things that erode the fabric of civilization, you know, getting DAs elected who refuse to prosecute crime. So he's good at spotting basically arbitrage, like spotting value for money that other people don't see. So one of the things he noticed was that the value for money in local races is much higher than it is in national races. So the lowest value for money is a presidential race. Then next lowest value for money is a Senate race, then a Congress. But once you get to sort of city and state district attorneys, the value of money is extremely good. And Soros realized that you don't actually need to change the laws. You just need to change how they're enforced. Such a, I mean, listen, game, respect, game.

George Soros, according to Elon Musk, arbitraged our electoral system here and bought all of these attorney generals and destroyed, destroyed cities like St. Louis, Chicago, New York, LA, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle. And they tried as hard as they could in my city, my city, and credit where credit is due, Ron DeSantis fired the guy because, well, you're not allowed to just not enforce the laws. It's incredible what happens when Republicans actually find their muscle and just say, hey, yo, this is how this is where power actually resides in us, in the populace, us, we, the people. The populace doesn't like Joe Biden. They don't like these international leftists and they don't like these Marxists. We are.

Eighty, 90 percent of the population, Nobody wants to live under a communist super state micromanaged by people like Joe Biden. I mean, in fairness to Biden, he hasn't been napping as much as he needs to. It's an incredibly hard job. I mean, this administration just doesn't seem to get a lot. Yeah. I wonder why Elon Musk is a target.

Under President Joe Biden, we have seen the most unsecure open border policies ever in American history with over 450% increase in fentanyl that is killing Americans nationwide. We see the 1.5 God ways where we don't know where they are. But guess what? The FBI is saying, we think that something, some kind of terrorist action may happen on American soil. Well, wow, you are a brain surgeon. Of course, when you have 1.5 million people who got away, we have no idea who they are. And we know we have over 100 known terrorists on the terror watch list in America, who by the way, are not out serving turkey hot meals to the underserved in our community, but who want and are coming with intentional

harm to America. That is Joe Biden's America. That is Joe Biden's open policy, border policy. Congresswoman, you are a victim of this. They attacked your office. They vandalized your office and could have harmed people that work for you. I believe we have the images here to prove it. You are a victim of a terrorist sympathizing at the very tangential, even just tangentially terrorist sympathizing element inside of the Democrat Party.

Like, what was this like? This must have been horrifying for you. Look, it was horrific for myself and my staff who, by the way, the hardworking individuals in my office are working on passports. who vandalized my office thought they were going to scare us away until whole, it actually ignited the opposite. Our community came together. We stand with the Jewish community. I called the rabbis and said, whatever you need from me in my office, I stand with you. This will not deter my efforts and my voice. So right now, Elon Musk is being accused of being an anti-Semite, right? It's absolute and blatant, undeniable, demonstrable and malicious fraud, right, for Media Matters. And a Texas judge is going to be overseeing this. Obviously, Elon Musk, I don't think it's in your district, but Elon Musk provides a lot of jobs to Texas, has a number of factories in Texas, likes Texas a lot, wears a cowboy hat on occasion, goes down to the U.S. border.

That might have been in your district. I'm not sure. But he's visited the border and brought attention to it. Your thoughts on this lawsuit that dropped yesterday and the great state of Texas being the place where the shootout is going to go down. Well, you are absolutely right. Elon Musk has a location right here in South Texas, about 30 miles from my district. And he's got a lot of jobs and opportunities. And he's actually toward the border in my district. So I thank him for investing in Texas, and what a great place to be in the free state of Texas. I support Ken Paxton,

and I support the case that they have opened on Media Matters. You know, Media Matters will say that they're fighting anti-Semitism and censoring. But we know that's the exact opposite of what they're trying to do. Because if censorship actually mattered, if anti-Semitism actually mattered, then they would be covering Rep to Leave and the anti-Semitic comments that she has made on the Capitol and the what happened on the Capitol because of her anti-Semitic comments. So we know that is not what media matters. It is about. And you said it earlier, Benny, you hit it on the nail when you said it is about control. That is exactly right. It is about controlling freedom of speech and controlling information such as Hunter Biden's laptop in the last election. What kind of impact would that have made to the election?

So this is about control and the upcoming election for 2024. And they see the numbers that you just showed on your screen. President Joe Biden is going to lose to President Trump. We all know that the writing's on the wall. And that's why Media Matters is now engaged. They can't win in a fair fight. It sounds like from Politico this morning, there is going to be an impeachment vote on Joe Biden that those articles are being prepared. Can you illuminate

for us what that process is inside of Congress right now and give us an update? Well, that actually goes into another committee that would be under a judiciary committee and the fine work that Jim Jordan does. He is an excellent rep. He is fact-finding. You have seen him in his work. And I can tell you that Judiciary Committee is going to do something that the Democrats failed to do when they brought these charges to Trump. And that is that they are actually going to be bring real evidence to the table

and they are going to bring facts to the table. When this happens, they are not going to do what the Democrats do, which is absolutely nothing when it comes to facts and they build cases on emotion and not even factual emotion. Yes. even factual emotion yes just like with just like with this media matters story there is criminal and civil penalties for fraud in the state of texas which i mean if if the attorney general finds that media matters uh committed fraud which seems demonstrable when you look at the actual evidence. Would you be for civil and criminal penalties being leveled against the people, the leadership at Media Matters? Look, people need to be held accountable. And I'm thankful that this, this case will be held in Texas. There's reasons why people are fleeing communist California and coming over here is because we follow the law.

We want to see people succeed in our nation. We want to have a secure border. And so that's why I'm supporting Ken Paxton and this case, because the truth in Texas will be heard. Yes. Yes.
