Starting point is 00:00:35 Irish jig there. That's right, a little sea shanty. Derived from the aisles of Ireland. We were at the White House for St. Patrick's Day. I've married an Irish lass. And so I said, alas, maybe we should just go enjoy St. Patrick's Day at the White House and do a couple of critical meetings about the SAVE Act in Washington, D.C., and where we are on something that actually affects the everyday life of American people. And I think this is like a critical point, and it's like got me a little bit. bit like, you know, hot under the collar this morning, Wednesday, March 18th, 2026. What actually matters?
Starting point is 00:01:14 What matters? What is the point of all this? Why are we doing this? Why are we live right now? Why are we live every single day? Why do we work every single weekend? Why was I at the White House yesterday? In meetings to try and like effort to get something for the American people.
Starting point is 00:01:35 people why is scott pressler hitting the bricks in the senate every single day why are we constantly talking about the save act with a 10 minutes to do a show yesterday was like we get ron johnson and we got to hit the br we got to bully the senate into getting the save act passed because the american people don't need more podcast wars they don't need more egos talking about how important they are or how hurt their feelings are who cares they didn't elect you we're not electing Pierce Morgan or Ben Shapiro or Megan Kelly or Tucker Carlson or Candice. We're not electing any of them. None of them were on the ballot.
Starting point is 00:02:15 If you want to say in what's going on, get on the ballot. Who was on the ballot was Trump. We elected Trump. Three times we elected Trump. Popular vote elected Trump. 77 million people elected Trump. All seven swing states elected Trump. All Belwether counties elected Trump.
Starting point is 00:02:34 he's a president and I was at the White House with Trump yesterday because that's how you get things done for the American people. I'm done with this dumerism and also done with taking your eye off the ball. You know why Charlie's a legend? You know what Charlie is so memorialized and beloved? Was because he was a coalition builder to get things done to help the American people to help you and your children and your grandchildren. not to just sit there
Starting point is 00:03:02 and bitch and whine and piss around all day because you got your feelings hurt who the hell cares it doesn't matter it's like check the comments section check the live comments right now on the chat it's live comments right now on the chat
Starting point is 00:03:21 like half of them are going to be like talking about how much they hate me how stupid I am how dumb I am every conceivable pejorative that could possibly be written about me on the internet has already been written and i don't care it doesn't matter because my because it's not about me it's not getting the save act past it's about doing something good for the country for like my children to live in a functional nation it's clean and peaceful and orderly and i want that and i think that like the majority of the American people are sort of sick of Republicans, but then especially like the chattering class
Starting point is 00:03:59 of influencers, like not delivering. As of the White House, all day yesterday, the vast majority of the day was spent in meetings, doing our level-headed best to take the priorities of this audience, and I'm not going to betray the exact conversations, but let me just tell you, we read the chat and we read the sentiment of this show, and I was there to deliver on that sentiment. And the White House, tactical team, political teams and legislative, they actually changed direction on a number of things based on insights that I had from this audience, doing the show every single day. Being online, pretty much terminally, every single weekend, every single weekday, every single evening, every single morning, like never stop, never stopping.
Starting point is 00:04:49 That's what this is about. It's not about your ego. It's not about your feelings. It's not about somebody who has a big YouTube channel or a big podcast show like getting butt hurt. This is about delivering for the American people. And it's all we ever care about. That's why I try and keep my nose clean on this stuff. Speaking of keeping your nose clean, a big sign at the White House, big giant sign as you're checking in.
Starting point is 00:05:16 No marijuana allowed on site. I was like, dude, how did any of the Biden people get in here? How do anybody from Biden's family or anybody from Biden's administration get in here? here. I are all coke heads. I guess there was no side that said no cocaine. That's why. That's the point. That's why all we've done is yell and do interviews and bully senators, members of Congress on the show until our voice cracked because the point is to deliver for the American people. That's the point. There is no other point. And so with that is the main building goal of this show is coalition building, victory, winning, not being a doomer.
Starting point is 00:06:05 America is the greatest country on Earth. America is a blessed nation. I love this place. We should colonize the moon. It should be the 52nd or 53rd state after Greenland and Venezuela. Whatever. This is what people are talking about here. I'm done.
Starting point is 00:06:23 I'm done. I'm done with the drama. Okay? And I was like, I like I've tried not to like sometimes speak. even just speaking about it or like it involves you in it right i'm just saying what's the point if you want to be better than the corporate media if you want to be better than what we're trying to replace then you have to act better you have to show the fruits of actually locking in and delivering so ladies and gentlemen that's what we're going to do on this program and it's what we're going
Starting point is 00:06:59 to be setting our hearts about doing as a constant motivation to stay out of the bit like stay out of other people's business stay out of the drama keep charging keep moving forward keep working because i know that the vast majority of the american people are on my side they know that this moment is dire they know we're headed towards a thousand years of either light or darkness depending on how we behave in this moment. We must behave with courage, bravery, and absolute clarity of mission. To save our nation, starts with the Save Act. Okay. So let's do the, let's do the show. Okay, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. Trish McGlachlan and Carl DeMio, join us on this program. Critical victories for the American people, critical victories for life.
Starting point is 00:07:48 It's the most pro-life administration. There isn't really a remote argument to to the, to that. This is the most pro-life administration in American history. Preborn, ladies and gentlemen, assists in ensuring that we stay a nation of life. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is everyone's birthright in this place. Foremost is life. You cannot have, of course, a country filled with Americans if you are killing generation after generation. And preborn is trying to reverse that evil and demonic.
Starting point is 00:08:25 trend. At pre-born network clinics, a woman receives what the abortion industry will never offer. Compassion without pressure, clarity about the life growing inside of her, real support for her baby when all of the hope comes from the gospel. She is given an ultrasound and spaces to breathe. And more than 80% of the time when a mother sees her pre-born ultrasound, she chooses life. This March, pre-born is believing to help save six. 6,800 babies, it will take 124 partners saying yes every single day. For just $28, you can provide an ultrasound. 140 gives five mothers ultrasounds.
Starting point is 00:09:06 Every dollar helps save a baby. Donate, dial pound 250 and say the keyword baby. That's pound to 250. Say the keyword baby or visit preborn.com slash benny. That's preborn.com slash benning. Okay. You know, I just like, you know, it was amazing yesterday because we did a series of We did a series of meetings.
Starting point is 00:09:27 And I was just kind of like, I was constantly being asked by members of the president's staff. You just cycle through them, client. Thank you. I was constantly being asked by members of the president's staff. Like, why, why are you not blackfilling? It's amazing. You know, there's so many historic crashouts. You know, a lot of the recent news cycle has broken people's brains.
Starting point is 00:09:55 I would argue a lot of people who, of course, were ever MAGA before me, you know, maybe it's time to like not let the people who abandoned MAGA or weren't ever MAGA in the first place define what MAGA is. I had a blast. We met with a number of friends. We talked strategy with a number of great people. And then we got to enjoy, I mean, again, my wife's Irish. And so I said, you know, St. Patrick stayed at the White House to put on an amazing spread. It was really fantastic. Probably wasn't very healthy.
Starting point is 00:10:23 They had like fried fish and chips. and corn beef and I had a Guinness. Oh man, it was delicious. It was great. Green Fountain was beautiful, by the way. It was very proud to be an American. That gorgeous, giant American flag. Could you imagine the White House without that enormous American flag?
Starting point is 00:10:39 Can we please remember why we're all doing this? We're not doing this for anybody's hurt or damaged ego. We're doing this to save America. We're doing this so that your children and my children can experience the Green Fountain at the White House powered by the leprechauns. I just see a leprechaun yesterday. I saw Sean Spicer on my way out.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Yeld at me and came charging at me. Stay back. You know, magical. Go find your pot of gold somewhere. Remember what we're doing this for. I do need to lengthen my tie, though. I don't work on that. It's what happens when you get dressed on the plane.
Starting point is 00:11:16 You know, is what happens with tie your tie on the plane. We popped in, popped out, talked about the Save Act, and we had a wonderful update yesterday on the SAVE Act. The GOP has officially voted to trigger marathon Senate fight to expose Democrats' opposition to Trump-backed voter ID bill. So we have a very good bit of news here and a massive update. Senator Republicans on Tuesday successfully launched their floor takeover
Starting point is 00:11:42 to put the Senate Democrats on record against the Trump-backed voter ID legislation. It's moved to shift the spotlight from the internal GOP divisions over safeguarding America's voter eligibility, something that, of course, 80% of the country or more agree with, who are ultimately withholding the needed votes to pass the bill. Not a single Democrat will support the SAVE Act. It is a radical bill. That's Chuck Schumer. And if Republicans try to burn time on this legislation here on the floor, we will oppose them as long as it takes.
Starting point is 00:12:13 It's also a culmination of the pressure campaign, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Republican Donald Trump, conservative conference, and fervent online. campaign against bill what are we doing this for we're doing this to deliver for the american people that's the point if you're not delivering for the american people like actual legitimate wins then you're not going to have a movement you have to deliver for the american people that needs to be the only goal that need like delivering actual results i want my mass deportations i want them i need them i have to have them and i i want my border wall and i want greenland and i i want want voter ID. These are things that the American public wants. They want the total and whole focus
Starting point is 00:12:59 of the United States government to be on domestic policy. That is something that I reiterated time and time again yesterday. Something that I really hope John Thune can get across the line. President Trump said yesterday at the White House, he gave a wonderful speech. It's hilarious. President Trump, totally unturnured by the moment. So let's go ahead and pop on in and listen to Mike Lee is an update. I mean, obviously, Mike Lee doing updates every single day, must listen to. Mike Lee doing an update on what happened yesterday with Save Act as they moved to open up debate on the Save Act, a critical hurdle that was jumped by only 51 votes. Tom Tillis and Lisa Murkowski not present for the votes. So traders in our ranks, Lisa Murkowski,
Starting point is 00:13:47 of course, winning her seat based on very dodgy election laws in Alaska. Here we go. Okay, I know it's late. I got a good excuse for being up late. I was on the Senate floor late tonight debating the merits of the Safe America Act. One of the arguments that I've seen and heard made over and over again on the Senate floor and on social media and elsewhere, but including on the Senate floor, multiple times today, is this absurd argument that goes something like this. If the Safe America Act passes, then if you don't have a passport, you're not going to be able to vote or if you can't find your documents and can't afford to spend a lot of money getting those documents you're not going to be able to vote therefore it's going to disenfranchise
Starting point is 00:14:31 people who don't have their documents on hand and don't have a lot of disposable income to spend on it look all this is a lie go to the house passed bill the save america act the same bill that we turn to today go to page 12 line 22 and the text that follows from that and onto the next page. It makes very clear you don't have to shell out a dime. You can't find your documents. You never had them. Your dog ate them. Your house burned down, whatever. No problem. We've made accommodation for that. If you've gotten married and you've changed your name to where it's your married last name, we're taking care of that too. You can handle that by affidavit and put the burden on the state to track down the background documentation without shelling out a dime. Even if you don't have any
Starting point is 00:15:19 of the documentation because your house burned down, you're dog aided, or you never had it, or whatever. You've got to stop lying about this, Democrats. Because the fact is, the more you lie about this, the more it calls into question your other specious arguments, including the fact that voter fraud supposedly never happens or that non-citizens never register to vote and never do vote. You're exposing those as lies as well. But you're lying about the bill. I really look forward. I'm probably going to go back to D.C. I was like, man, I need to just like get into the Senate.
Starting point is 00:15:58 I need to get into the Senate and call people out. Like Tom Tillis, for instance, who was on a plane. He skipped the vote for voter ID. This is the single most critical issue. I mean, am I wrong chat? This is the most critical issue. I've never seen the base more laser focused on a single issue than this. Voter ID.
Starting point is 00:16:15 Never seen it. ID to vote. I've never seen. the base more obsessed with something than the Save Act. Don't tell me big beautiful bill. No, no. Nobody can even tell you what it does. I'm not saying it's bad.
Starting point is 00:16:30 I'm just saying like that it's a messaging thing. Never seen the base more connected with a core issue. If a Republican cannot deliver for our base, for the vast majority of the American people, not only for our base. I mean, look at this. You're looking at 300 million people, not just the 77 million Trump voters,
Starting point is 00:16:46 300 million people favor voter ID. That's 84% of the nation. If a Republican can't show up, stand and deliver for those people, then you have traitors in our midst. Tom Tillis was on a plane. He showed his ID to get on a plane to skip the vote for voter ID. Every Democrat that voted against it yesterday used their ID to vote against voter ID. There's not a single logical or consistent argument that you can possibly make against this legislation. I hopped on a plane.
Starting point is 00:17:19 We went viral yesterday. I hopped on a plane and asked a quick question. Here we go. I went through TSA at the airport right here and I had to show my ID. I pulled the numbers and it turns out that 90% of Americans have flown commercially. That's 300 plus million people have flown and had to show their IDs. Yet Democrats say that requiring your ID to vote is somehow racist. So it's TSA racist?
Starting point is 00:17:52 Ooh, TSA race. Oh, no! And no! It's amazing. The Democrat argument through this is so sad. We'll jump over to Trish McLaughlin here in just one moment. I'm very excited to hear. Like, what could possibly be the argument against this?
Starting point is 00:18:10 Here it is. I asked my team, like, what is the argument against this? Actually, it's interesting. Republicans, even like some of the, like, more soft-spoken, just call him weaker Republicans. Like John Barrasso is this doctor. You know, he's from Wyoming. Like he, like, you know, he does, this guy's not a flamethrower.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Listen to him yesterday on this. It's like getting people actually like going. Let's go. 10 million illegal immigrants flooded into our country. Boom. Well, Joe Biden was president and the Democrats who were in charge in the United States Senate and House. And now the Democrats want those same illegal immigrants to have an impact on the
Starting point is 00:18:48 elections in the United States. I believe only citizens of the United States should be allowed to vote in American elections. Get them. And I believe you should have to present a photo identification card in order to vote. It's common sense. You need to present a photo ID to buy a beer, to board a plane, and to do so many other things that are part of American life. Or to buy a beer on a plane. Why not to vote? The great number of American people agree completely with this, that you should have to have a photo ID and be a citizen in order to vote. The Save America Act is the best way to secure and safely provide elections that represent the viewpoints of the American people. Okay, it's true. Like, you never hear Republican leadership,
Starting point is 00:19:36 like sort of like come out swinging like this, especially soft-spoken doctors. Okay, let's get Adam Schiff here, and then we're going to bring in Trish McLaughlin to, like, respond to this, because of course these are the same Democrats that have defunded TSA. I thanked every single TSA agent that I saw yesterday working at the airport. These people are working without pay. They can't pay the rent. It's not their fault, especially at a time when, of course, terrorist threats are at an all-time high right now based on military action throughout the world and terrorist hotspots. The defund, the DHS, when their credible reports of Iran launching a drone attack off our coast and they defund the Coast Guard, this is malevolent.
Starting point is 00:20:25 They were saying that Iran was going to drone California. Yet Senator Adam Schiff from California is saying here that what matters the most to him is illegal criminal aliens voting in the election. Because of course it does. Here we go. Which brings me to the so-called Save America Act. This legislation will not save anything about America, but it will destroy something precious about this country. It is not meant to empower people to determine the direction of the nation, but to deprive them of that power. Not to encourage citizen participation in government, but to discourage it, not to heal a nation that is badly divided, but to cause further division, disunion, and democratic decay.
Starting point is 00:21:11 All right. Wow. Adam Schiff, and I quote, the SAVE Act will destroy something precious about our country. Yeah, the something precious is the reason why you imported so many criminal aliens. Every single day, by the way, we're tracking this. The DOJ prosecutes more criminal aliens for voting in our elections. It's obviously the goal. That's why mass deportations are completely and totally critical. Joining us right now live is Trisha McLaughlin.
Starting point is 00:21:38 Trisha is a friend of the show, former assistant secretary for Homeland Security and Public Affairs. Here we go. Tricia, that's got to kind of piss you off that we're living in a time where there seems to be quite active attacks, frankly, against our nation. You can count them as like five or six in a week from Islamic extremists. And Democrats have defunded DHS. It's got to like hit close to home. Yeah, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:22:10 It is absolutely bottom barrel politics. Talk about putting politics ahead of public safety. Of course, TSA that's going to impact every single one of us, those terrorist attacks that we've seen just three in the last week and a half. And we have about 400 TSA agents who have quit. And that's on top of the volume, increased volume, because of course, spring break. I just spoke with some TSA agents who I've gotten to know for my time at Homeland Security. They're talking about colleagues who are selling blood plasma so that they can pay their rent. They have colleagues sleeping in cars there and put in dire situations. That's them personally. And then on top of that, our national security is put in a very dangerous situation here.
Starting point is 00:22:54 You mentioned the Coast Guard. I'm so glad you mentioned that. So many people, you know, understandably, I don't appreciate how big of an agency DHS is. You're talking about secret service. Of course, we've just seen threats to the president's life in recent weeks here. here. CBP and ICE are funded through 2029. So as much as the Democrats talking points is that they're going to really stick it to ICE and stop these mass deportations. That's not happening. Those mass deportations, those arrests and deportations are still going on. This is just gutter politics, Benny.
Starting point is 00:23:25 And I hope we start seeing the RNC putting up advertisements at our airports and say, you want you want to get through security fast. You want your safety. Vote Republican. the Democrats are causing you to stand in line for three to four hours. Yeah, I think so. I mean, I'm looking at, I'm checking the chat and we check it constantly for the reflection of the vibe of the show. And a lot of people are saying, well, do we have mass deportations? And I guess like since you've done a year and more at DH. Where are my gloves? Come on, heat. Winter is hard, but your groceries don't have to be. This winter, stay warm.
Starting point is 00:24:13 Tap the banner to order your groceries online at voila.ca. Enjoy in-store prices without leaving your home. You'll find the same regular prices online as in-store. Many promotions are available both in-store and online, though some may vary. Jess, like, what would you classify as mass deportations? Where should DHS be going? And I know Mark Wayne Mullen is in the middle of his confirmation hearing right now. So I want to get to that.
Starting point is 00:24:39 But like, what is the classification of a mass deportation for you? Well, I think the classification of a mass deportation is if you were in this country illegally, then you need to be arrested and deported. And that absolutely should be happening. And I think we'll continue to happen. I think we also have to look at our illegal immigration system, which the Joe Biden administration completely plundered. They completely exploited the parole program, temporary protected status, which a lot of your viewers are probably familiar with, really was just a rubber stamp to let these individuals in with no vetting. So I think that we also, I mean, we did see about three million illegal aliens leave the country. The vast majority of that was from self-deportations, which are a lot cheaper, a lot safer for communities, a lot safer for law enforcement. But what we saw a lot of at least during my 13 months there, Benny, was that the more arrests we were making, the more of these illegal aliens within the interior of our country were getting the message, hey, if I don't leave now, I'm going to get arrested and I'm never going to be able to return. And so I'm hoping under a mullin tenure, we're going to see more and more of that. Okay. So the number is three million voluntary deportations.
Starting point is 00:25:48 Three million total. So I think it was around 2.5 million self deportations and a little over 600,000 deportations last year. What was the major? Because, you know, everyone was like, well, you know, and Stephen Miller, you know, it's constantly messaging and driving home. Like, you know, we have 20 million. Let me take a step back. Why would I lecture you on this?
Starting point is 00:26:12 How many criminal aliens are there? How many people illegally are there living in the country today? Around 15 million is based on estimates. That is a huge problem, though, Benny, is that there's not total consensus on how many are actually in the country illegally. I think that's a big part of the push to have that U.S. census finally start checking on what citizenship is in this country. Yeah, I mean, that's obviously a critical question. I invited time machine go back and like tell the founders you know please please please make the
Starting point is 00:26:42 second amendment really really specific and then say like citizens not persons when you're counting the census but um so you know i don't have time machine and they they're really smart and i think we're fine with uh hopefully amending something that counts just the citizens but though i guess the point is like okay so 15 million and three million have has either self deported or have been deported or have been deported. Yes. Otherwise, exited the country, exactly, right? And we only have a couple more years for sure in office, so we've got to crank those numbers
Starting point is 00:27:15 up. And I'm confident President Trump has the will and fortitude to do just that. Okay. So one-fifth. So one-fifth is what we're, so it's been one-fifth in the first year. So if you could keep those numbers constant, you could get almost, if you're saying at 3 million deportations or self-deportations per year, then you're almost at the entirety of the illegal population in the country. Is that correct? Am I doing
Starting point is 00:27:41 the math there right? That's correct. But I think Benny, the other piece of this too, and I mentioned that temporary protected status, those parole programs, Cuba, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela, CHNV, a lot of your viewers might be familiar with. I mean, really, again, rubber stamping these people who were not vetted into our country. It really was an optics play because these programs really started being stood up right around 2003. The Biden administration, saw the optics of the border were abysmal. They were losing public support. Border security was becoming a huge national security issue.
Starting point is 00:28:15 And they said, hey, instead of having these massive droves of people come to our border and they're being photos and video of that, instead we're just going to let these people in and call it legal. Yeah, that's right. And they flew them in the dark of night. Yeah. I saw some statistic that ISIS deported like 10% of New Orleans. Does that square?
Starting point is 00:28:34 I haven't seen that statistic. I mean, we did have a lot of cooperation, right, from the Louisiana governor and the state and local government there, those 287G agreements, which basically means that ICE is allowed to deputize state and local government and law enforcement to actually carry out deportation and make immigration arrest. So, I mean, you saw Florida. I would think that number would be even higher there, Texas as well, because of those authorities. So, I mean, those those agreements, I mean, they sound very technical, but they're actually incredibly important to the safety of the country. And then on the other side, you have the Virginias of the world where under Yonkin, we saw a lot of cooperation. They were honoring ICE detainers, meaning that if illegally alien was came into state or local custody, that they'd eventually be turned over to ICE once they served their sentence and so that it could be deported. Now under Spanberger, we're not having that even with the most violent criminals. That's that's a huge problem. Yeah. Okay. So, I mean, obviously this is a huge problem. Like the base, the MAGA base and the American First Movement want mass deportations. I guess that these numbers, you could almost say that all criminal, I mean, if you stay up at $3 million per year and there's $15 million, based on all, then you could say, well, in the first year of the second Trump term, we would get virtually all criminal aliens out of the country as long as you're allowing zero more in. I think that's like, I think that's good. I think it's like, yeah. I think it's like a good start.
Starting point is 00:30:05 Okay, so Mark Wollin is going to carry the torch here. Why don't we did? This is your first time on since you've left DHS and since Christyneome was, I guess, reassigned. That'd be the right way to say it to like a different, you know, to different job. What's the background story there? What's your advice to Mark Wayne as he's going through his confirmation this morning? So far it looks so far so good. He's doing a great job.
Starting point is 00:30:28 I think he's going to be really pushed to make different commitments to especially to every senator. but especially the Democrats on the committee. And they'll push for ending administrative warrants. Stop using mass. They'll push for not you going into safe location. So what the administration changed was what we saw in past administrations was that the Joe Biden, he said, if you are ICE law enforcement, if you're CBP, you cannot go into a church. You can't go into a hospital.
Starting point is 00:31:02 You can't go into these so-called safe. locations. What was happening was these criminals then were taking safe harbor in these locations that absolutely has to stop. It puts innocence, of course, in danger and it hampers our law enforcement officers. So those are commitments that you're going to see Democrats try to force Mark Wayne Mullen to take. And he really shouldn't take the bait there. It does imperil our law enforcement. And he needs to be able to run that agency as he sees fit and talk to these career law enforcement officers who deal with the day to day on the ground there, that the Democrats, I mean, I don't think any of these guys have ever been on an ice operation. Benny, you've been on multiple ice operations. And you see
Starting point is 00:31:40 what these men and women deal with day to day. There's a reason they wear masks. There's a reason that they conduct the operations and the way they do. And that's what they're going to need to be effective. Yeah, it was insanely dangerous. And obviously, we've seen how radicalized and how violent the left is they are truly a paramilitary force unlike anything i've ever seen they behave like isis frankly uh in our country uh and attacking federal law enforcement they do worse uh on a day-to-day basis than anything that ever happened on january 6th to federal law enforcement is totally allowed because of who is in power it's incredible how the heel turns uh as soon as democrats get in power if you were to behave like this against federal law enforcement with democrats in power
Starting point is 00:32:25 you know of course like you know it'd be 22 years in solitary confinement but they're protecting their own and we know that they're going to do this and it's like something i guess like yeah i mean i guess the okay so mark way mullen i haven't been five he's live they're live right now do we have a live feed of this by the way team like do we have a do we have a live feed of the confirmation hearing because i think it's like uh kind of be critical mark's been such a great friend of the show um we did go out with uh christy gnome on a number of different trips and do a number of different things Obviously, mass deportations is critical to the core of the MAGA movement. And it was, like, important to tell that story.
Starting point is 00:33:01 What, like, what, like, what was the, what was the big, you know, what, what was the reassignment? Like, what, like, what was the behind the scene story? Yeah, so I wasn't there. Many, you might remember. It was in February, earlier February, I had left, departed DHS. I was there for 13 months. State was supposed to leave in December, really, or excuse me, January, really goal for my family and I is to start a family, and that was going to take precedence to get back to Ohio. But I stayed on in the wake of the Minnesota shootings and kind of the what happened, the events after.
Starting point is 00:33:43 As far as, you know, the conversations between the president and Secretary Nome, he makes the best personnel decisions for that moment. an enormous job. That is an incredibly difficult job. There's 23 component agencies underneath the Secretary of Homeland Security, mentioned them before. TSA FEMA, which by the way, FEMA is a monster in itself, sheerly the bureaucracy there, the undermining there. There's also SISA. A lot of people are not familiar with, but it really hardened our infrastructure, especially we've talked a lot about the Save America Act. That's essential when it comes to election integrity and safeguarding those systems. And then of course there's CBP, ICE, WMD, weapons of mass destruction. So it's a huge agency. She had an incredibly difficult job, worked incredibly hard. But I'm really praying and wishing
Starting point is 00:34:35 for her success in this next role that President Trump gave her. Yeah. And so Mark Wayne, okay, so here's the live shot. So we have the live shot here of Mark Wayne at the at the hearing. I mean, based on what you know, and of course, you've been operating at top levels of DHS. Like, you just said don't let Democrats sort of cow you into some of these niche issues. DHS is obviously defunded right now. I presume that like when Mark Wayne comes and is confirmed, and it sounds like he's going to get confirmed, Democrats are already saying they're going to vote for him. You know, what would be beyond like the niche issues, like masks or no masks? Like beyond those, like what's your broad stroke advice to Mark Wayne coming in?
Starting point is 00:35:16 Because obviously, like, what needs to be said to the base is like we have in, we, we promise mass deportations, three million a year, gets us to the 15 million number. We have mass deported all criminal aliens in our country. Like that, that's what the base needs to hear to tick the box. Like what's your message to Mark Wayne Mullen to get that done? Yeah, I think that he really has to focus on self deportations. How do you make that carrot so appealing to these illegal aliens that they get the heck out of the country? and you can make sure that they don't come back. The most untold story, I think, of this administration has been that border security.
Starting point is 00:35:51 He's going to make sure he keeps an eye on the southern border that doesn't, he doesn't lose sight of that, as well as the northern border as we were seeing increased activity there in 2025. Yeah, I mean, all of these senators in this hearing, it's three to four hours. They're going to be trying to get something out of him, some sort of commitment to an investigation or some sort of commitment to their state specifically, whether it be fee. or TSA or otherwise. So he's got to stick to the high line vision. And also, he can't forget, there's not, I mean, of course, this audience of this panel of senators who are going to confirm him, but this is President Trump's vision. This is President Trump's number one issue was mass deportations.
Starting point is 00:36:32 He was partially elected on that issue. I would say he's largely elected on that issue. And to your point, Benny, this is going to have huge midterm ramifications. The base wants and demands mass deportations and that's something that has to be delivered, even if, you know, the right of center senators and the leftist media is going to fight every day as they did under Secretary Nome's tenure to prevent us from doing that. Yeah, like you like I actually care a little less about criminal illegal aliens voting in my country. I would I would much rather than just not be in my country. You know, you're going to get rid of the problem of illegals voting illegally if there's none of them here if they're not here if they're gone and back to where they belong where they
Starting point is 00:37:15 came from so it's like wow that problem kind of fixes itself it's not even a problem if they're not here they're not here to go yeah yeah okay all right um cool so that so that that that that well um a final parting question because it's it is like a great booking to have you on walmark wands here i am howling looking at john fetterman in his hoodie uh when they zoom out chat you can see john federman and just sitting there in his car heart like it's that down the desk it's funny um uh what was what would be the thing that you like okay so you just talked about there he is all right you just talk about the um you know asking you to be a little self-reflective here like you just this is a massive organization i mean dhs probably would be like the last place i would want to be
Starting point is 00:38:00 in the government just because of how and just the enormity of how much how much structure there was there um we were at the white house yesterday is like the guy who was in charge of you know, Sean Curin, you know, was, was there. There were various other functionaries of federal law enforcement there. Like, dude, this is like a really tough job. What is it that you wish you knew going in? Like, what is the piece of advice you wish you had going in at DHS that maybe we could carry on with Mark Wayne since we text them virtually five times a day, every day? No, I mean, that's a great question.
Starting point is 00:38:34 I think I've done a lot of self-reflection since leaving this job. I mean, as far as purely priorities, from my perspective, I was dealing with the press each and every day. And 80% of the questions we were getting, of course, we're on ICE and CBP. But there were, you know, there's also Coast Guard. There's also FEMA, which those are going to sneak up on you when there's a massive disaster.
Starting point is 00:38:55 So he needs to know where the president's priorities are, where the president's public priorities are, because that's right, you have to be in line with the president. And I think that that's sometimes where there's footballs there, is you need to know on a day-to-day basis, what does the president want you to be saying, and where does he want you to be focusing your efforts on? And so I think he needs to make sure he has those close relationships within the White House with Stephen Miller, with Tom Holman, and make sure he's really fostering those. That's going to be essential for him as well,
Starting point is 00:39:26 having great relationships with those 23 component officers, whether it be TSA, CBP, ICE. He's not going to be able to micromanage all of them. And so he's going to be, it's going to be essentially, he's going to be able to upward manage and manage his agency itself and really echoing what the president wants and what the American people voted for the president on. Yeah, I just, just it almost like boggles the mind how the enormity of this agency and then various competing personalities and requirements. But, and, and obviously to get them deployed, it's easy for us to talk about mass deportations. It's a little harder to actually implement it. But nonetheless, the single most critical issue facing our country. In fact, the SAVE Act wouldn't be necessary.
Starting point is 00:40:10 I mean, it's a great legislation. All we do is talk about it. But like, it wouldn't be necessary if you didn't have so many Dan illegals in this country. Like, because you just assume that all the only people, when you and I were born, like I was born in the 80s, it was just kind of like the basic assumption that only Americans voted in our elections. Of course. You think twice. Yeah. So you bring, you know, you bring. You know, you bring 30 million illegal foreigners here and you have to, then you have to have the Save Act. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:40:37 So tail waggs the dog. Trisha McLaughlin. Everybody follow Trisha. Thank you so much for popping back on, obviously. And what a, what a wild time we're living through. I can't wait to see how Mark Wayne does in this hearing. Me too. We'll vote for him.
Starting point is 00:40:54 All right. Thanks, Trisha. Thanks, Benny. Ladies and gentlemen, Carl DeMio is joining us to talk about his own version of the SAVE Act in California. You know, you could do it on a state level. Be a lot easier, actually, than doing it on a federal level. And there is a man who has actually made this his driving force and his life force.
Starting point is 00:41:22 And his name is Carl DeMaio. He's joining us in just one second. He is like the king of voter ID enforcing the state of California through referendum to have voter ID in the state. absolutely critical battle. Ladies and gentlemen, to Carl in just one moment. Our partners today wanting to help you have a golden American future advantage gold. I talk about it a lot. Let's be honest.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Gold and silver are exploding to new all-time highs. The media melts down. Smart Americans are cashing in protecting their growing money with real physical gold and silver. If you got a 401k IRA or retirement account, this is your wake-up call. Keep trusting the broken system. Bad idea. Go, gold. day, a strategy that is 100% legal and smart and 100% back by physical gold and silver.

American financing can make sure that you are out of debt and have a great American future.
Starting point is 00:42:36 talked about this at the White House when it comes to President Trump's considering executive orders on capping credit card rates, something that I call usury rates, rates that should be illegal, 20 and 30 percent that take advantage of the people that need help the most. I hate it. American financing hates it too. They're not in charge of the executive order pen, but American financing can help reconsolid your debt, something like the low fives. and get away from those usury rates and to save you big time every single month Americans home for America home loans 888 528 1219 you can call them today 888 528 1219 American financing dot net slash Benny the man the myth the legend Carl DeMaio who's the
Starting point is 00:43:23 chairman of Reform California who has delivered on a massive massive victory for our nation in the state of California. Let's step on over and chat with Carl right now. Carl, you absolute madman. You've done it. You total legend, you. 1,368,000 signatures of Californians verified in order to put voter ID initiative on the ballot.
Starting point is 00:44:02 We have a massive cheer actually for you right now from the chat. You actually delivered on your California, your own California version of the Save America Act. Of course, it gets put up to a vote next. Congratulations, Carl. Thanks, Benny. But the credit goes to all of the grassroots volunteers who collected signatures to all of our coalition partners who helped us raise funds, including Julie Lucky, in her committee, the Californians for voter ID, which include Nicole Shanahan, who you had on your podcast. You brought a lot of national attention to this. So this was a real team effort. And it goes to show that even in the blue state of California, when everything is stacked against us,
Starting point is 00:44:44 all the money, all the media, all the infrastructure, that the conservatives can actually work together, rise up and do something to move the needle. And so part of what I'm trying to do by moving voter ID forward in the state of California is send the message to the red and purple states out there. If we can do this in California, then what the hell are you waiting for? enact your own voter ID initiative at the state level. Don't wait for those sellouts in the Senate to do their damn job. They never will. Let's rise up, make this a grassroots rebellion state by state by state.
Starting point is 00:45:20 Now, we got the signatures, but we're not out of the woods yet. We still have to pass it in November. The polling shows 70% of Californians are in favor of voter ID, but there's a lot of dirty tricks that the Democrats and their friends in the liberal media will poll. so we've got to work hard between now and November to actually win the vote on election day. Yes, a lot of dirty tricks. We were able to find them when we were out in California. Boy, we found a registered toilet with 27 people at it.
Starting point is 00:45:47 It is a port of John in the middle of an empty parking lot. 27 registered voters there, Carl. I bet all of those voters will vote against voter ID. Well, and that's what we're up against, is that this first election, where our initiative is on the ballot, we're doing it without voter ID. So we have to win by more than 50% plus one. We have to make this big a rig, which is why when people say, congratulations, you've got the signatures. It's a 70% issue.
Starting point is 00:46:12 This is in the bag. It's going to pass. I'm like, no, I do not trust how things go out around California. They've got all this dark money, all the super PACs, the lying liberal media. So we've got to make our case. And this is not going to be easy, but we are going to go district by district, turn out the vote and went by such an overwhelming margin that they're not going to be able to rig it. Okay. So what is now the strategy? So you got and just so just so that people understand what
Starting point is 00:46:41 Carl has here is he already hit the too big to rig. So the number here at one point, I was just going to round up, 1.4 million signatures, even if like Gavin Newsom and his lawyers try and pry away some of those signatures, it's on the ballot. It's guaranteed on the ballot. Yes. Yes, we had to get 874,000 signatures to put it on the ballot. But as you note, I don't trust these people. And that's why I told everyone we have to get more signatures than we're legally required to so that it's so overwhelming. And Benny, we also did 100% signature verification internally at our campaign. But we have a...
Starting point is 00:47:22 It's never too early to plan your summer story in Europe with WestJet from rolling countryside side to cobblestone streets. Begin your next chapter. Book your seat at westjet.com or call your travel agent. Westjet, where your story takes off. A scanned copy of every single signature so that if Gavin Newsom and the Democrats want to play games and be sneaky and dishonest and say we don't have enough, we will go into a court of law, present that evidence and show that, yes, we do have the
Starting point is 00:47:52 signatures. I'm not leaving anything a chance on this because these people are fundamentally corrupt, they are dishonest, and you must treat them as such and act accordingly. Look at this. A county by county signature totals statewide support for California voter ID initiative here on Carl's website and the Reform California website. You can see everything. This dude, this dude is locked in. This is why we have Carl on the program. This is why we're constantly retweeting him. He is locked in. He knows it. And he's going to be able to defeat Gavin Newsom based on the actual rules of the state and I, you know,
Starting point is 00:48:28 just hope that, man, I saw it the other day, Stephen Miller was posting about it, how the vast majority of Californians voted against giving illegals state benefits, but then a judge strikes it down, right? And now you get, you know, state benefits. How are you going to prevent something like that happening, Carl? Because, you know, again, it looks like you have, let's just say you have the momentum at your back here, right? You have a big issue that a lot of people care about, that everybody agrees with. And, you know, just like most of California. Californians agreed with not giving illegals, state benefits, but some dirty corrupt judge goes and strikes it down.
Starting point is 00:49:04 And then here, like, here's all the Medicaid fraud in the world, right, to every illegal. Yeah. And going into this, we knew that not only did we have to beat them at the ballot box, we have to beat them in the courtroom. And so I actually filed this constitutional amendment twice before, just to smoke them out. I filed an initiative back in 2021, then again in 2023. And what I was trying to do was surface their legal arguments against the initiative. And it was a very helpful process because every time they would write a title and summary,
Starting point is 00:49:38 and the attorney general would issue an opinion that said what we were doing was flawed or illegal. I then went back to our team of attorneys nationwide election lawyers who are top shelf, top notch. And I said, let's tighten this up. We actually hired three law firms. One firm was in charge of drafting the language. One firm I hired just to tear it apart. I said, pretend to be a sneaky Democrat and come up with every single legal trick in the book
Starting point is 00:50:05 and throw it at the initiative. And then the final firm, we had them build what I call implementation architecture. And that is we have a whole five-year litigation strategy, Benny, that once we pass this, we're then going to issue demand letters to the Secretary of State and every county registrar of voters saying, look, this is now in our state constitution. We believe this is plain and simple, but how are you going to implement it? And as you think about that response, here's how we think you should implement it based on best practices. And any county registrar who decides not to follow this initiative, we're going to sue them.
Starting point is 00:50:43 We're going to sue them in the local court system. We're going to sue them in federal court if necessary. But we feel very confident that not only will this survive any challenge, but we also know that we have to force them to do it. it step by step county by county. And so this is not a one and done thing. We've got to get it passed, get it in the state constitution, and then litigate it if necessary in the counties where we have registrars that we don't trust. It's so smart, Carl. It's so smart. And you've devoted, I don't know, decades maybe to this issue. And to secure- last five years. Yeah, securing elections in California. Okay, so maybe take a giant
Starting point is 00:51:26 step forward and tell me what happens if this passes. Give me a vision of a future of safe and secure elections in America's largest and most populous state. What does that look like, Carl? So we actually broke the challenge into two steps. Because when you look at elections, people say, well, let's just get voter ID. That's not enough because in California, they issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. So you need to have more than just voter ID. You have to start first with cleaning up the voter rolls. And that's why we require, number one, citizenship verification of anyone registering to vote, as well as an audit of the voter rolls by the independent state auditor. And that audit will happen every two years on the off year
Starting point is 00:52:17 before they use that list to mail out ballots. We spent a lot of time listening to voters. We listen to Democrats, independents, and Republicans. And while it's frustrating, a lot of the Democrats and the independents and even 40% of Republicans, in California, they said they like the convenience of mail and ballots. I don't like mail and ballots. I actually like going into the polling center and pulling a paper ballot and casting a vote. But remember, many, we've got to win this at the polls. And so what we did was we said, okay.
Starting point is 00:52:51 If we keep mail-in ballots, how do we make sure that we have an ID requirement to verify that the person who is registered to vote actually mailed that ballot back? And it's really simple. You require the last four digits of a government document, a government ID associated with that person as a pin. We all know how to use pins on our ATM card and, you know, various things throughout life. So we created a system in our initiative that said if you don't use a photo ID in person, if you want to, to use a mail-in ballot, you have to first register with the county registrar of voters and say, here is the document I want to use. And it could be your license, it could be a voter card, it could be your Social Security card, passport, but the voter would have to proactively say,
Starting point is 00:53:39 this is what I want to use as my pen. So anyone who's no longer alive or no longer lives in the state of California, what happens? They're not going to contact the registrar to proactively select a pin. That registration would then be moved on at least a mail-in ballot basis to inactive. And that's very important because there's a lot of people. Two million people have left fled. The better word is fled, the state of California. The corruption, the high cost of living. In the last six years, two million million people have moved out of the state. But guess what? They still receive ballots to their old address because no one is removed. Those ballots would basically be rendered inactive. And then we also require that that pin match, obviously,
Starting point is 00:54:23 before the mail-in ballot is counted. So the first part of our initiative is tightening up the integrity of whose registered to vote. Are they a citizen? And are they actually the person that they say they are when they're casting a mail-in ballot? The second part, obviously, is the voter ID requirements. All of these things are best practices. And when, our opponents showed up at our press conference last week when we turned in our signatures. They showed up with signs that read voter ID equals racism. And I said, well, you better tell that to the black and Latino voters because they support voter ID by wide margins, a supermajority. So that dog don't hunt. The other one was
Starting point is 00:55:06 voter ID equals voter suppression. And on that one, you know, the most important thing to point to is that in states that have enacted voter ID, participation has actually on up, including amongst minority voters. If you take a look at Georgia and some of the other states that moved to more robust election integrity requirements, voter participation increased in the election right after those reforms were enacted, including amongst minorities. And then finally, here in California, in the focus groups, we heard time and time again from women who said, you know, when I registered, it was before I was married, I don't know what my signature looks like, because we have this inadequate, loosey-goosey system of signature verification on mail-on balance.
Starting point is 00:55:51 We did an audit in 2022, showing that the counties actually do not do signature verification properly or consistently. But a lot of voters feel as though they can't vote because they don't remember how their signature was 20 years ago, 15 years ago, when they first registered before they've since married. So the argument that the Democrats are making about married women actually is the opposite. We are the anecdote. We actually fix the problem of low confidence and concerns about signature matches by doing a way with that requirement. Now you don't need to match your signature. You don't have to remember whether it was your maiden name or something else. It's simply the four-digit code, last four digits of a government document that you can select.
Starting point is 00:56:36 You can change it at any time. It's super simple. So it's the Democrats that are practicing voter suppression and reducing the confidence in our election. And we're going to make that case in this campaign. And for the life of me, I cannot understand why U.S. senators can't be making this case right now on the U.S. Senate floor. It's as though they don't even want to win the argument on citizenship verification and voter ID. They're letting the Democrats literally run roughshod on the messaging war on the save act. Yeah, it's been so frustrating for us.
Starting point is 00:57:06 And we have senators on every single show, and we should keep badgering them that you're losing the information war here on the easiest issue to win the information war on. so many people. You're like 77, you owe it to 77 million Trump voters. Bro, this is something that is supported by like 300 million Americans. Forget Trump voters. Like you're looking at numbers here in the 85 percentile of all Americans. You're talking hundreds of millions of people to support voter ID. And, you know, including the races that, you know,
Starting point is 00:57:36 including the demographic breakdowns that you talked about that cut across all sections of society. You know, when I talk to Democrats who are a little unsure, I say, look, are you sick and tired of the conspiracy theories? You want to shut up your Republican neighbor? Well, then give them what they want, voter ID. And then the light goes off. And they're like, you know, that's a pretty good argument. That's right.
Starting point is 00:57:57 There's almost no one that we will lose in this debate. Yeah, there's fringe of 20% that will never, you know, support this. I don't even think they support the American flag. Don't worry about the 20% fringe. focus on the 70 to 80% bipartisan consensus. This should not be hard. And again, I look at the U.S. senators
Starting point is 00:58:20 and I just want to smack them. This is dereliction of duty. This is, you know, and many, this shows how corrupt and broken our political system is. When you can't even give the American people an 80% bipartisan consensus, it shows that our system is fundamentally corrupt
Starting point is 00:58:38 and dysfunctional. And that we need, We need to intervene with these elected officials, even many within our own party. Yes. Yes. It's been maddening. It's been incredibly frustrating. I was in D.C. yesterday, just trying to box about the years on messaging here.
Starting point is 00:58:53 But when the Republicans don't even agree on this issue, when the Republicans aren't willing to fight for them, what the hell is going on? Like, what are we even doing here? Right. So just really quickly, Carl, in closing here, what is your message to Gavin Newsom? He's obviously going to fight you tooth and nil here because this is going to mean less power for him. going to mean, I think that like California instead becomes more of like a purple state, which is probably where it rightly sits. If it were, if everything were done, sort of fair and equal and same same, California to just kind of be like a swing state, right?
Starting point is 00:59:27 Eventually, I mean, part of what I'm trying to do, and this is a, I had to hold the Republican Party of California accountable for its ineptitude and its lack of courage, lack of principles. They've sold us out for 20 years. They haven't organized the fight. Let me just say this right now on your on your show. The party chair, Corinne Rankin, not only is she inept and incompetent, but she actually undermined our voter ID initiative. They didn't lift a finger. The California Republican Party did not lift a finger to help us with voter ID. This was done despite their efforts to undermine our process. This was a grassroots rebellion. And so when people say, well, why is California so blue?
Starting point is 01:00:12 California is so blue because Democrats are working it and hustling, and the Republicans have literally sold us out. And so I do believe we will become more purple, as you've just predicted, with voter ID, but it's not just because we're enacting voter ID. It's because we're showing people that there is the ability to fight. We're giving hope to the hopeless out there. I'm meeting so many people who say, I don't want to flee California.
Starting point is 01:00:39 I love California, but I hate our government. And I don't want to move to another state. But I feel like it's hopeless. Well, guess what? When people see others fighting, not only does it give them a hope, but they will join that fight. They will get off the couch. They'll get into the street and they'll be part of it. And so that's what's going to make California purple and I predict red again is the fact that we actually have a fight and we're giving people hope and giving them something that they can be part of.
Starting point is 01:01:07 So I do think Gavin Newsom is going to try to lie and cheat and deceive and break the law on this. He's going to ignore the law, particularly as he's running for president. And I warn people across the country, do not underestimate him. Oh, he's a lousy governor. He's failed his way upward with the help of billionaires. But the one thing he is very good at is he's a very capable liar. I mean, this guy would sell his mother for a nickel. and he's so good at looking into a camera and just lying in such a, you know, a convincing way and having this umbrage of like, oh, how dare you, you know, challenge my position on this. Of course it's true. Of course I've always believed this. He is dangerous. And you underestimate him, I believe, right now, as people dismiss him, he is very capable of winning the White House.
Starting point is 01:02:03 And it would would destroy this country in a single term. So we've got to make sure people learn the truth about his character flaws and his failures here in California. We have a Gavin Newsom Soundbite, actually, that we play constantly from his hilarious black podcast interview. Gavin Newsom, who grew up in a multimillion-dollar mansion and inherited multi-million dollar properties, owns a vineyard. and, you know, has a rich, rich father. I'm hustling. And it was just like hustling. I was just like, hustling, man.
Starting point is 01:02:40 I just, you know, just hustling. Right? With my Gettie, with the Getty family, you know, and the cruel, the rich kids photo shoots for Vanity Fair, you know, like, you know, I was just hustling with my ass got. Yeah, but you got the other clip where he basically said, I'm just like black people. I can't read and I'm dumb.
Starting point is 01:02:58 I mean, this guy literally said that if a Republican says, that you know that there would be no stop to the chorus of calls for resignation um he i'm just like you hey you know you're we're we're homies like you know we're cut from the same cloth no one has anything in common with this guy he has led a privileged life everything has been handed to him on a silver platter and he has failed upwards yeah yep so now it'd be time to like knock him down a peg and this is what we headed out to California. Uh, to do this is what Nick Shirley is doing right now. We're going to like take the fight where the fight belongs, which is the state of
Starting point is 01:03:37 California. It's why we're so thankful for Cole de Mayo and your work and your constant effort here. Obviously, you're so right about bravery and having people that continue the fight and that that is contagious. It is critical, uh, to follow Carl DeMio. Uh, he has nearly a hundred, a thousand subscribers right now here on X. Uh, and then we have just this little. piece of data from Stephen Miller that I love because it does show that 60% of California
Starting point is 01:04:05 voted to strip all taxpayer funding of criminal aliens. Scroll down, please. Uh, Clay. I mean, California voted to do this. California's not lost. You can still win on common sense issues in California. There are fellow Americans. There are brethren. So they don't write it off. we can go on offense as a party and win. And Carl's the guy doing it. So thank you, Carl. Thank you, Benny, for all your help. And in the fall, when we hit the road on our bus tour,
Starting point is 01:04:37 come to some of our events, we'd love to have you. Let's go, man. Just as long as you're not in L.A. I don't think I'm invited back there. But yes, let's go. It'll be a blast. I would love that. Thank you, Carl.
Starting point is 01:04:48 Godspeed. Abysmal Oscars CB ratings, reveal. After Snore Fest Awards ceremony, the Oscars had a absolute wholesale collapse. A 67% collapse in viewership from 10 years ago, down 9% from last year. This, of course, shows kind of like a really nice hook end to how worthless California is, how worthless the propaganda economy of California has become,
Starting point is 01:05:29 how they're literally hanging on to the vapors with every single passing billionaire or trillion dollar company that leaves California, the capacity for them to project power diminishes the capacity for Hollywood to project power has all but been ground to powder.
Starting point is 01:05:47 The Oscars will now be on a live stream on YouTube. Hey, no hate, but like, we're new here, all right? You're the Oscars. You've been around for 100 years. 98th Oscar. And the reason we care about it is because it is actually a signal of the waning power of the system, the deep state and those who wish to control us. And that's a very, very good
Starting point is 01:06:10 thing. And it's something that, you know, Elon Musk this morning had a great tweet. I don't know. You actually got it. What he says is like an insult. It's an insult to win an Oscar these days, right? Is Elon Musk like, it actually is actually something that, kind of funny. there was a roast about Kid Rock having an alternate Oscars down the street. You can go to the Kid Rock, Dave and Buster, the Oscars down the street. Well, the Kid Rock Haphtime Show did more views, winning an Oscar as become an embarrassment, says Elon Musk. The Kid Rock Halftime Show did more views reach more households than the Oscars.
Starting point is 01:06:50 In fact, depending on what number metric you use, the Kid Rock Halftime Show, did twice as many or three times as many views or reached as many households. And the Oscars did. So you played yourself, right? Whatever. Insert DJ Callie meme here. You played yourself. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:07:13 This is a fun and wild time. That could we flip California? Don't ever black pill. Don't ever doom. Ladies and gentlemen. Good things await. Especially if you have maza chips at your dinner. Masa chips.
Starting point is 01:07:29 The chip of the Johnson household. We talk about it a lot because, well, as soon as they get, you know, as soon as we get our hands on a couple bags, they're gone. Poof. You know, you get a little hungry kids. They have their favorites. They have the things that they want. I don't, I'm not raising picky kids. They're like little things they're allowed to have during the day.
Starting point is 01:07:49 Beef jerky, you know, is one of them. And masa chips on the other. And they just love these and they're good for them. Three ingredients. Salt. beef tallow and corn and that's it for the masa chip. It's so good and it leaves you feeling good because you're not jamming your arteries
Starting point is 01:08:09 with a bunch of chemical sludge. It's literally indistinguishable from the fuel you put in your vehicle. That's what they're trying to feed you. Anyway, the point is, Masa chips. I hope you feel satisfied. No bloke crash or sluggish feeling afterwards.

Starting point is 01:08:42 Okay. President Trump says that Venezuela will become a state. All right, bro. You're just messing with us now. No? Yes. I don't know. Whatever. Like, I, what really?
Starting point is 01:08:58 I don't know. Trump fires off one word message after Venezuela It's U.S. and World Baseball Classic. I guess you can't have it all. Anyway, Venezuela's been on a legendary run thanks to President Trump and thanks to our movement. Maduro is gone. Venezuela oil is flowing. The nation is getting so much wealth.
Starting point is 01:09:16 The stock market is up like 400%. And Venezuela down the U.S. 3-2 in Miami. I guess some good ballplayers man in Venezuela. apparently like the noise in Miami from the world baseball championship apparently like the no like it's the loudest ever record there've been like Super Bowls in Miami and stuff the loudest ever recorded street volume of these baseball games I've been watching them because I don't want I just don't watch a ton of sports I love Team America but just is what it is all I do is work um Donald Trump responded by saying what does Trump say statehood
Starting point is 01:09:55 Okay. Well, what could the argument be here? Well, the argument for statehood for Venezuela, not that I'm here making it, okay, I'm just giving you the broad strokes. The argument for statehood in Venezuela goes like this. Venezuela controls the single largest oil reserves in the world, the largest known reserves in the world. They also have something like $8 trillion worth of minerals in Venezuela. Like since these are the kind of like, this is the kind of hardcore mineral deposits that you need to build batteries, that you need to build vehicles and infrastructure, and Venezuela has a ton of it. It's buried up in the mountains and you develop it.
Starting point is 01:10:43 So what could happen if Venezuela became like a Guam, you know, or like an American, like an American territory or something and you get mineral rights. Kind of like the same thing that Trump's trying to do with Greenland. I mean, Trump's from trying to do that with Greenland. was just going to, like, move that direction with Venezuela? I don't. I don't know. But that would be the argument. Okay?
Starting point is 01:11:05 Wow, Venezuela defeated Italy tonight, 4-2. In the semifinals, Trump said in a different post. They're really looking good. Good things are happening in Venezuela lately. I wonder what the magic is all about. Statehood, anyone? He's just traw him at this point. Whatever, you know, it, well, I guess we'll see.
Starting point is 01:11:23 I guess we'll see. Will the U.S. invade Cuba? in 2026. Let's go ahead and check in. 26% chance, skyrocketing, in fact. Way up. Way up.
Starting point is 01:11:39 26% chance that the U.S. will, in fact, invade Cuba. Boys, we're cooking. That's when I can get behind. I will always admit to you my biases. I will always tell you where I'm coming from here. I will always tell you like what I don't care about. Top line is from.
Starting point is 01:11:56 American children to be able to live the American dream and for your American children to be able to grow up in a safe and clean, prosperous and functional country. The potholes are fixed. The bridges are strong or the buildings are being built. People have access to housing, the middle class. People have access to a life in their church. Future. That's all I care about. And partly, you know, sometimes you actually have to pair that vision with getting rid of your enemies that live directly off your border. This is the problem with the Iran excursions, is that Iran isn't particularly close to America, but Venezuela was, and they hated us.
Starting point is 01:12:38 And so is Cuba. Cuba is just one of those places that if, like, if it had the right guidance could be one of the most prosperous nations on earth. And it's 90 miles from where we're doing our broadcast right now. I live in a neighborhood packed with Cubans. The regime is in a wholesale and total. I think this is night two or three of complete blackout. They have zero electricity. They're having a known cook with like airwood to make bread. And while that sounds like fun and wholesome, like it's
Starting point is 01:13:08 actually terrible if you're trying to sell bread. You don't have any electricity. So that it's in wholesale collapse. I think that the regime will collapse without Trump even firing a bullet. But I want, I would want that like big time. I would want that. That's something we've been waiting to happen for a long time. Marco Rubio, Cuban descent is somebody who is, I think, on it. Might be growing out of beard, getting his cigar chomping ready,
Starting point is 01:13:34 getting a little green fatigued ready. But it looks like there's a chance. Okay, so you're saying there's a chance. I'm saying there's a chance of a verse of the day, every single day, on our program, Philippians three. For today, I press forward on the goal to win the prize for which God has called me
Starting point is 01:13:52 heavenward in Christ. Jesus. Philippians 314. I love this series of Bible verses that we've been going through. Because like day after day, it's about like continuing forward and despite setbacks. And setbacks have happened to the America First Movement. Setbacks have happened to MAGA. There's been a ton of crashouts.
Starting point is 01:14:12 Nobody promises, you know, nobody promised that this would be perfect. It's definitely not easy. Trump was just shot in the head less than two years ago. Trump shot in the head. You know, Charlie was shot and killed live for the world. to see. Man, it's been actually really tough. And you read your Bible and you realize that that's what the Bible promises that like life is tough. We live in a sunken world. You're going to need Christ. You're going to need something outside of the disappointments of this earth. And there are a lot of them. And they, they come in waves. And sometimes it just feels like one after another. One, one battle after another, right? Didn't see the movie, but I drink your milkshake. I'll take you. Take your little movie title. Anyway, one battle after another, that's the truth.
Starting point is 01:15:01 That is life. So make sure that you have something that is consistent through all of that. And that is your faith in the Lord. Jesus Christ, as it says here in the holy verse, God has called me heavenward in Christ. Right? Keep your eyes fixed there. And you won't be, you'll have something good.
Starting point is 01:15:19 You won't be disappointed. You'll have something good. All men will disappoint you. Trump will disappoint you. The government will disappoint you. The Republican Senate will disappoint you. There's no such thing as a perfect. man, there was only one perfect man.
Starting point is 01:15:29 Your faith in him. It's your boy, Benny. March with us on the victory. See ya.
