Starting point is 00:00:01 On this beautiful Friday, January 31st, 2025, we made it through January! The entire Team Benny here is like, thank you, thank you. January's been a hell of a year, and we're very excited to be successfully through this news fire hydrant, breaking news fire hydrant of a month, And we are eternally grateful for you.
Starting point is 00:00:28 So massive heart to the chat. Much love. Here we go. Shocking new details about the DC plane helicopter collision. Trump signs executive order ending DEI in airlines. Good. Trump nominees Cash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. knock it out of the park. Democrats weren't able to even lay a glove on them. Never seen Democrats so depressed, so demoralized, so incapable of even efforting a single resistance point. You remember how coordinated they all were for like Kavanaugh and Russiagate? Man, Democrats are just in shambles right now. Very exciting time.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Army combat veteran Alex Pleistis joins the program. Somebody who's worked at the Pentagon, somebody who's flown Blackhawks, flown in Blackhawks hundreds of times. He's going to explain what was actually going on inside of that helicopter that slammed into a commercial airline. Also, Senator Ron Johnson, who's been asking questions at all of these hearings for Tulsi Cash and RFK Jr. will be on the program live. He will be explaining to us the path forward for all of those. I don't think that Washington, D.C. understands the reckoning that will be loosed on it if they refuse to nominate, correction, confirm RFK, Tulsi, and Cash. And ladies and gentlemen, Tom Fitton, who is inside of the Cash Patel
Starting point is 00:01:45 hearing, sitting right behind Cash Patel, and who has been advising Cash Patel, will be on the program in order to give us the play-by-play from yesterday's bombshell hearing. My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. The average person is finding it very hard to pay off their expenses every single month. In most cases, there's nothing left to cover any extra expenses, and most are not getting a big raise. Expenses are up, very hard to manage, and the Fed is fiddling around as they did this week. If you're a homeowner and you're frustrated with that cycle,
Starting point is 00:02:17 I need you to make a simple 10-minute no-obligation call today to my friends at American Financing. Consistently carry credit card debt balances is something that happens all the time. Right now, credit card debt is out of control, much like the debt for this country. American Financing can show you how to put your hard-earned equity in your home to work and get out of debt right now. Their seller-based mortgage consultants save their customers an average of $800 a month. So call right now. 888-528-1219. That's 888-528-1219, americanfinancing.net slash betty, NMLS 182334, NMLSconsumeraccess.org. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, I have some good, we will begin with good news because there's
Starting point is 00:02:57 going to be some darkness in this program. And so let's start off with the good news. Before we get into a horrific trend that we've been noticing, and I promise you that this show will do one thing better than any other show on the entire internet, which is noticing patterns. We're pattern recognition experts. We don't, I didn't go to the Ivy Leagues. I went to community college.
Starting point is 00:03:21 I'm just a dude like you. I have kids at home. I just want to put a roof over their. I have kids at home. I just want to put a roof over their heads and bread on the table. What we do professionally here is notice patterns. Ladies and gentlemen, we've been noticing some very dark patterns that have been emerging throughout the month of January, in fact, of individuals who are connected to the American military who have gone freaking ballistic off the reservation, berserker mode. And we're going to dig into that today and what's actually happening
Starting point is 00:03:51 inside of the halls and how we can fix it. We'll hear from Pete Hegseth as well and a lot of the new changes, and they can't come soon enough. Ladies and gentlemen, speaking of not changing, we have a very special message to you from the outgoing DNC chairman that's breaking the internet this morning that's very, very exciting for all of us to hear. We wanted to kick off the show on a happy note. Here's DNC chairman, Jamie Harrison,
Starting point is 00:04:23 saying, oh, get ready. Kamala Harris, the person who brought us this Kamala Harris is back and better than ever. And she's going to be running till kingdom come for president. Get ready. If this is something that you needed to put a little pep in your step. Here you go. So looking ahead, should Kamala Harris run again? If she wants to. You think she could win? I believe she can.
Starting point is 00:04:53 I mean, if I didn't believe Kamala Harris could win, I wouldn't have worked as hard as I did to help her win this last time around. You know, Donald Trump, and when you look at politics, Donald Trump and Barack Obama are just enigmas in politics. I think they do something different to the electorate every time they run that you can't counter. But then when they are not on the ballots, it's almost like you go back to the political gravity pulls people right back into it. That's part of how we won with the, how well we did in the midterms. You did great, buddy. Keep going. Whatever you did, keep doing it.
Starting point is 00:05:34 I want you to keep doing it. Please. I beg of you. Keep Kamala Harris running. Keep her running. I will. I just, I look for every opportunity to play this clip. I'm sorry to put you on the spot, producers. It's the only time I'll do it. Get me Kamala Harris and her
Starting point is 00:05:50 cell phone. You have to get it for me, okay? Get me Kamala Harris and her cell phone. I can't help myself every time. I must have this clip. I have to play it for you. There's no greater clip that shows you exactly how critically low IQ Kamala Harris is. As the team is sourcing that clip, and we have it handy at all times. Here, check this out. This is amazing. 404 from Kamala Harris's website. Look at that. The office of Kamala Harris. 404 message. This page is unburdened by what has been. Now, my producer, ALX, informed me that this is not a troll from the Trump White House. I thought this was from the Trump White House. So the entire internet, the Trump White House, took over Kamala Harris's page. Allegedly, and ALX, I have this right.
Starting point is 00:06:46 Allegedly, this is Kamala Harris's own team putting up this 404 message. Nonetheless, I think it's hilarious. The office of Kamala Harris. It is real, by the way. This isn't a Photoshop. You can go there. And I think it's a great troll. Either way, if it's a self-owned, fine.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Kamala Harris is one to self-own. Here, please, is the number one campaign advert for Kamala Harris to run for the end of time. I mean, she's 60 years old, right? So she could presumably run for the next 20 years. Joe Biden was like in his 80s when he was running. So you could have the next 20 years. Kamala, keep running. I'm begging you.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Here's what I'm going to show you. A little piece of evidence here. If I told you that I was on a phone call and I was faking a phone call and I was holding my phone like this, you would say, Benny, uh, you clearly are not on a phone call. You're you, you are clearly your, your camera app is open. Your camera app's open. You look so stupid. You can, it's obvious that you're on your camera app and the phone doesn't work. And because we're human beings and because we've used cell phones before,
Starting point is 00:07:53 do you need to wear a helmet to work? Do you need help breathing unaided? But ladies and gentlemen, the individual that was put up by the Democrat party to run for the most powerful office on earth, didn't know how to use a cell phone and lied on camera. She's on CNN right now in a room full of people about making a phone call. Here we go. How are you doing? Have you voted already? You did. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, as you can see there, Kamala Harris has the cell phone app. What kind of a sociopath can sit there and fake a phone call?
Starting point is 00:08:52 And fake that she's having a conversation with just the voices in her head? Please, run this lady forever. In a sad and depressing turn of events. Here's more footage of Kamala Harris faking phone calls. Here she is on the VP's plane, clearly with her headphones not plugged into her phone, apparently on a very important, important disaster phone call to save Americans.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Oh yes, pretty depressing. This is the quality of individuals and quality of intelligence and IQ that was running our federal government. And you wonder why planes go smashing into each other. Here she is again. Like, here she's again on clearly a fake phone. What is it with these people? Clearly a fake phone call. It's like you see all around the studio clearly a fake phone call she's on speakerphone but she has it up to her ears and she's talking to the obamas with her what you know the price with her 70 000 necklace on you know that necklace is 70 000 tiffany's necklace right there for the people kamala har Harris, the working class.
Starting point is 00:10:05 All right. We're not going to be able to get to anything before our first game. I just can't help myself, ladies and gentlemen. It's the greatest news. It just hit. This interview just dropped, and you had to see it. I needed to make sure that you had a little bit of, yeah, gunpowder in your gut this morning. It gave me a little breath of fresh air because I want it back.
Starting point is 00:10:24 I want this. We can improve on that. All right, ladies and gentlemen. On New Year's Day, there was an attack from an army veteran that killed 12 Americans in New Orleans. We don't forget. This individual was radicalized by every available report by ISIS. Very strange that the federal government allowed media directly into his home. Why didn't we see this with the, why didn't we get this with Matthew Thomas Crooks who shot Trump? We never saw in Matthew Thomas Crooks' bedroom
Starting point is 00:10:53 or any of his mobile devices or anything. Then on the same day, there was another truck used in a terrorist attack by somebody who spent 20 years in the armed forces, who is in the peak of service to the American military and government. He blew himself up in a truck outside of Trump Tower. This individual was active duty, was working on drone, unmanned aerial drone programs. Very strange circumstances. According to all available evidence, this guy just went nuts, but we don't know. I mean, it'd be really nice to get some type of real rock solid
Starting point is 00:11:33 reporting from this. So America's already primed. This is called priming. So America's already primed with these two attacks to say, what's going on with our military? Is something wrong? Like, we love our military. I don't want this to happen. We have to talk about bad things to prevent them from happening in the future. I have many military members of my family, and I've been on the call with them, and military members will be on the show today. And I've been on the phone call, on the horn with them, like, why is this happening? And then 24 hours ago, we watched one of our most sophisticated pieces of military equipment that exists. Helicopters that can fly actually like drones. They can fly autonomously. There's a big theory about that on the internet. Why not get into it? Why not?
Starting point is 00:12:19 This is what people are talking about. Who was flying this Blackhawk helicopter? Why did this Blackhawk helicopter fly directly into a commercial airline? Jet, upon which I frequent weekly. American Airlines is like the airline that I fly every single week. I'm sure you've flown plenty of American Airlines flights. This one was coming from Wichita, Kansas. It was doing a relatively routine and cleared route into Ronald Reagan. And then a Blackhawk helicopter flies like, like right into it. And it's blaring like the sun. Here's the new footage, ladies and gentlemen, of this Blackhawk helicopter hitting this commercial flight and then crashing into the Potomac. Footage obtained by CNN. You can see the helicopter there. Pause, please. Pause. Pause.
Starting point is 00:13:18 Okay. We're not here to, like, show you disaster porn. We're not here to do anything other than prevent this from ever happening in the future. Americans must be confident that we can travel securely for our economy to run. Americans must be able to move and we must be able to create and we must be able to be confident that we are safe when we're doing that. Now, there have been 150 million commercial airline flights since the last deadly commercial airline disaster in 2009. But that was just the plane malfunctioning, okay? This is what it is. This, look at the light. Obviously, you can see there's the chopper, there's the commercial airline.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Commercial airliner has those big, glaring fiery lights looking like a planet in the sky. And the Apache helicopter, which was flying way too high and was flying on an, now we know an unauthorized route just goes right. Just goes right into it. Right into it. Okay, let's play it. It's tough to watch, man. Watch. Jeez.
Starting point is 00:14:35 You know, these Apache helicopters, the purpose of these helicopters are to protect our service members inside of war zones. Again, we're going to have veterans who served our military and fought in brutal and deadly battlefields joining the program to talk about this. So I'll bring on the experts, okay? We'll bring on the experts. We'll bring on a guy, a dude who's flown hundreds of Black Hawk helicopter missions, okay?
Starting point is 00:15:08 The purpose of these instruments in our American military is maneuverability. The capacity to go up, down, sideways, stop in midair. I mean, literally, like just stop. You can just hover. This is the most damning part of all of this, is that you saw none of that with this crash. You saw no adjustment or maneuverability in this, and there is in no universe the capacity for somebody to lie to me. You will not be able to lie to me or to this audience. This audience is smart, man.
Starting point is 00:15:49 You will not be able to lie to this audience and to say, oh, it's just a mistake. That's not a mistake. If you get into a Tesla, what does a Tesla cost? Like 30 grand, okay? So you get into a new Tesla. Those things, it's like almost impossible to crash them because of the sensory detection capacities inside of those vehicles and virtually all vehicles that are currently
Starting point is 00:16:10 driving on the road right now. You get these automatic braking, you know, automatic stops, right? When you're coming up too fast on another car, probably your car has them. They have them in minivans. Yet you have nothing? Apparently there were three crew members in here. God rest their souls. And everybody who perished here, we're not trying to politicize this. We're not trying to make this red or blue issue.
Starting point is 00:16:39 We're not trying to do anything other than prevent this from happening ever again. And the problem is that people are primed now. So there have been three, and forgive me, dude, it's just, it is what it is. There have been three attacks, deadly instances, okay? Let's just call them that, that directly involve either U.S. military veterans or U.S. military, literal physical active duty U.S. military implements here. There's no other way to interpret this than something went horribly, purposefully wrong here.
Starting point is 00:17:23 How do you explain it? Ladies and gentlemen, how do you explain it? A former air traffic controller was on Fox News last night. And he was like, bro, they have so gutted the capacity for us to do our jobs. They have so destroyed our ability to actually prevent these kind of disasters. Apparently, the person who was supposed to be doing helicopter traffic left early at DCA. One guy was doing two people's jobs. This is one of the busiest airports in the world. Supervisor let air traffic controller leave shift early before DC plane crash.
Starting point is 00:18:10 President Trump posting this morning, the Blackhawk helicopter was flying too high by a lot. It was far above the 200 foot limit. It's not really too complicated to understand this. Is it? Donald Trump with a heater last night saying what the hell is going on the it was a clear night and the plane was shining like the sun how do you fly directly into it in no universe can you explain to me that they didn't see the plane and then the lack of maneuverability is something that's really, really scary. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, really quickly, air traffic controller. This was preventable.
Starting point is 00:18:54 They've destroyed our capacity to keep Americans safe. D-E-I and hiring unqualified people based on their skin color or sex preference. That's what's leading to this. Here, from the source. This is a preventable disaster. The system has been under attack due to DEI and the FAA bowing to wokeness since 2010, since the Obama administration. The lack of staffing is directly attributable to the Obama administration terminating the list of eligible, well-trained air traffic control statements in 36 universities across the country in 2013 because they were too white. The FAA also at the same time implemented an immunity program. So you think you're seeing legitimate statistics?
Starting point is 00:19:44 You're not. In the old days, before 2010, the immunity program, if an air traffic controller got two airplanes too close too many times, it would be decertified and retrained. Now, they just got rid of us because we were too white, says the dude who's been an air traffic controller for 50 years, that guy has flown planes in thousands and thousands and thousands of flights. That dude's been up in the tower keeping Americans safe. That dude probably called one of your jets landing. He's stationed out of Chicago.
Starting point is 00:20:20 How many times have you flown into Chicago? People go to Chicago. I've gone to Chicago a bunch of times. That guy is keeping me safe and you safe and your children safe. That dude says they got rid of all of my coworkers because they were white. What country do we live in? Do we live in South Africa? Are we in Rwanda?
Starting point is 00:20:40 What country is this? These people are demons. They want something like this to happen. This is what it is. Listen to Pete Hegseth this morning, breaking a lot of news on Fox. Pete Hegseth this morning is like, we didn't even realize how bad it got in the FAA with diversity hires and enjoy early retirement. So I don't know exactly how the staffing occurred in that particular air traffic control tower. And it sounds like there was a shortage and the investigation will tell us more about that.
Starting point is 00:21:14 But the environment around which we choose pilots or air traffic controllers, as the president pointed out correctly yesterday, better be the highest possible standard. The best of the best who are managing, you know, multiple flights. I mean, a flight a minute and managing radio traffic. I think the closest analogy to military service, guys, is it pilots or air traffic controllers? I don't care what background they come from, what their race is, what their gender is, if they're rich or they're poor.
Starting point is 00:21:44 I just need them to be good at their job because I need my flight to land safely. The same thing applies to the Defense Department, to our military. I don't care about your background, your gender or your skin color. I want the best. And that's why when the president says merit based and colorblind, he's exactly right across government. So he's correct to point out at the FAA or in our flights, it should not be about anything other than excellence. That's it. Excellence. I don't care the color of the skin of the pilot on my plane or in the air traffic control. But we've for too long under under Biden cared about these things, emphasized those things, pushed real or perceived quotas. At the Defense Department,
Starting point is 00:22:25 we're ending all of that. It's been made very clear across all of our services and commands. It is merit only. And that means we'll get the best of the best. And that's what our taxpayers and the American people expect and deserve. And in the business of warfighting, which the Defense Department is in, if you don't have the best of the best, you lose people.'re massive fans of this. Look at this. This is Pete Hegseth. Please go watch this video. We don't have time to play right now, but please go watch this video. When was the last time you saw the Pentagon do something this transparent? This bro is just sitting there at his desk like we do every morning. And he's like, he's like straight up, just flipped his camera around doing a selfie video. Like here's what's going on in your country.
Starting point is 00:23:23 Here's this. Here's that. Here's evidence. Here's evidence. I'm going video like here's what's going on in your country here's this here's that here's evidence here's evidence i'm gonna read to you what's actually happening can i get pete hegseth's in the chat please that i know we have an emoji for pete hegseth and just a shout out to become a member please you get custom emojis so many expect so many exciting special like little things that we're going to be doing on the program get some give me some pete hegseth's in the chat yeah i see him rolling through. I'm so proud of this dude, man. Check it out. Pete Hegseth with his little American flag jacket.
Starting point is 00:23:51 That's right. Look at this bro. He's just sitting there from the desk of the department. He has Dwight Eisenhower oil painting behind him from his defense department desk. And he's like, here's what's happening with this mishap. Good for him, man. Good for you, dude. Such huge fans of Pete. Way to go. President Trump. Angry. It's the first time
Starting point is 00:24:14 President Trump's been angry in the White House watching this. Who wants to see 70 Americans? Actually, we found out there were Chinese nationals. There were Russians. Who wants to see an international incident that was totally preventable? Nobody wants to see a single death ever. President Trump really angry about this yesterday. Trump's FAA executive order will replace all employees not hired on merit. You must cut out the cancer to keep the patient healthy, to save the patient. Here we go. It is a betrayal of the American people to say that you are going to prioritize the hiring of people with severe intellectual defects to serve at the Federal Aviation Administration, the entity responsible
Starting point is 00:25:01 for ensuring that every single passenger over American airspace safely takes off, safely flies and safely lands. And what it does over a period of time to an agency is that it prevents that agency from developing the new systems, the new protocols, the new programs, the new priorities to constantly adapt and evolve airline safety. Because instead, you're always playing catch up. You're always playing cleanup. You're trying to put out fires. You're trying to stop things from falling apart. You can't build. You cannot learn. You cannot grow because you're not hiring based solely on qualification and competence. They've been playing games with America's public safety in a way that is unconscionable. And President Trump's made clear that he is not only and he issued another order today. He's not only installing the highest standards possible, but the order President Trump issued today tells the secretary of transportation to review every hiring decision at the FAA over the last four years.
Starting point is 00:26:01 And where someone was not hired based on merit, qualification, or competence, then that person needs to be replaced. Love, love Stephen Miller. Guests on this program many times, looking forward to having him and Alina join. You know they'll be joining from the White House now, right? They're only 10 days in, so give us a second. Give them a second, they're drinking from a fire hose.
Starting point is 00:26:22 But they're only 10 days in. They'll be joining from the White House lawn now. It's freaking awesome. President Trump following through. President Trump angry. First time I've seen him pissed was at his press conference yesterday. Now, we were live for Kash Patel. Obviously, you knew where we were going to be.
Starting point is 00:26:39 We're very vocal about this. Kash is our boy. All right? We're going to get our boy in. So we were live for six and a half hours with cash patel and we weren't breaking for nobody but donald trump was angry at his press conference yesterday and then followed through with an executive order here we go we have a presidential memorandum titled immediate assessment of aviation safety uh in light of the damage done uh to aviation safety by the biden administration DEI and WOKE policies,
Starting point is 00:27:07 what this presidential memorandum orders is for your Secretary of Transportation and FAA administrator, in this case acting FAA administrator, to basically ensure that we are actively undoing all of that damage, that we are assessing how much damage was done, and that we're ensuring that people hired within the FAA, in keeping with your memorandum of January 21st, are only the most outstanding, capable people for the jobs that they are being hired into. In other words, competence. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:27:37 Elevating competence over everything else instead of the DEI policies that were pursued by the Biden administration. I think everyone understands that. And Obama. Yes. Both of them. Okay, but Biden much worse. Not even a contest.
Starting point is 00:27:56 What they've done is just crazy in so many other ways. We're about evidence on this program. We physically show it to you. We do our research for hours, days sometimes, like to ensure that we have all the physical evidence and get a load of what we were able to find in the old C-SPAN archives. Way back in the ancient times, ladies and gentlemen,
Starting point is 00:28:22 we were able to pluck a little clip here for your viewing displeasure of a Joe Biden nominee for the FAA. This was the guy who was supposed to be in charge of running the Federal Aviation Administration, who was forced to withdraw. You can see here, when is this dated? 2023. All right. So this would be within recent history. Who was forced to withdraw after a setback, according to NPR. Let's go ahead and check the setback. What exactly was the setback here? Is Senator Ted Cruz asking the questions? Have you ever flown a plane? Thank you for the question, Senator. No, I have never flown a plane. So you weren't a military pilot or a commercial airline pilot?
Starting point is 00:29:10 No, Senator. Have you ever worked for an airline? No, Senator. Have you ever worked as an air traffic controller? No, Senator. Have you ever worked for a company that manufactures airplanes? No, Senator. Have you ever worked for a company that fixes airplanes? No, Senator. FAA administrator is a specialized position. I'm not qualified to be FAA administrator. I have no idea how to fly a plane. No one in their right mind would put me in charge of aviation safety because I don't have that experience. I suspect most of the members of this committee are in a similar position. The American people, when they think about aviation safety, when they think about, I played in this committee, a Southwest Airlines and FedEx plane almost colliding at Austin's airport.
Starting point is 00:30:02 They want an FAA administrator who knows why those planes crash and knows how to fix it to keep them safe. And with all respect, Mr. Washington, it gives no comfort to the flying public that their pilot might be a transgendered witch, but doesn't actually know how to prevent the plane from crashing into the ground and killing them. I believe your record is woefully lacking. And in fact, you have zero aviation safety experience. A transgender witch is a perfect way to explain how the Biden administration hired. I could show you some various footage and imagery from the Joe Biden administration for who Joe Biden hired. Everyone from Sam Brinton to Rachel
Starting point is 00:30:54 Levine to the gay porn that was being shot inside of the Senate hearing rooms. Hope they got a good squeegee and cleaner. Hope they have great maids. Hope you got plenty of Lysol in the Senate. Been watching a lot of Senate hearings. That's the thing that always shoots through my brain. And I'm very angry that it does. Because I really don't want to see that stuff. What a hellscape we have gone through.
Starting point is 00:31:22 Of like just psychotic and suicidal diversity hiring. This guy who had never flown a plane, who has zero experience with aviation, is to be put in charge of all plane flights in all of America. Now, many people are saying, well, President Trump, where's the proof that he's a DEI hire, that you use DEI in the FAA? There's so much proof. We have so many clips of FAA administrators under Joe Biden saying it's so important to have equity. Equity? What the hell are you talking? Equity means equal outcomes. It means you're going to have a quota system based on your skin color and who you like to have sex with for how your planes will be landing and if your children will fly either safely and get there or if they will perish. And we are heartbroken as a father, as a young father,
Starting point is 00:32:26 to see some of the imagery of this plane, of some of the individuals who lost their lives. Some of them were small children. Some of them were little children. I wanna play you the final result here, and then we're going to jump over to Senator Johnson. But this is the final result of Joe Biden's policies. And I will not tolerate, I will not tolerate. We've been nuking people and forcing them to delete their accounts. And we have the power to do that. And we muscularly use it. I will not tolerate people blaming
Starting point is 00:33:02 President Trump, who's 10 days into an administration, for the corrupt rot and failures of this suicidal worldview. Transgender witches. That's exactly right, Senator Cruz. Here's what it sounds like when your plane goes flying into Washington, D.C. in a military helicopter, effectively targets it, and they smash into each other. Here we go. 2-5, this is CRJ, I'm sorry. 2-5, pass on to CRJ. American 472, Washington, one star, 3-2-0-1-7. CRJ, do you see that?
Starting point is 00:33:43 L-832, sorry. I don't know if you caught earlier what happened, Oh, so just a bunch of gasps, huh? No one ordering the helicopter to, like, hover in place since it can do that. Since the helicopter can geometrically move around in like all three dimensions. Nobody's ordering that. Nobody said anything to the helicopter. You want to know why? Because the helicopter pilot was not informed.
Starting point is 00:34:30 Was flying way too high. Flying on an unauthorized path, and the person who was supposed to be directing the helicopters was allowed to leave early. Sick. Truly. I mean, it makes our blood boil, ladies and gentlemen. Senator Ted Cruz asking how many transgender witches there will be in control towers all across America. Maybe the senator, great senator from Wisconsin, can answer that question. A man named Ron Johnson, a strong ally of this program and a person who speaks truth fearlessly in the Senate and has been doing so with the confirmation of RFK Jr. joins the show live now. Senator, thank you for being on the program. This has been a wild week in Washington, D.C. Nobody was expecting this.
Starting point is 00:35:16 And since this is top of mind with the FAA, perhaps you can explain, like from your position, how did this happen and what reforms need to be made? I'd say bureaucratic incompetence across the board. Why do they have any flight path of helicopters anywhere near Reagan National Airport, whether it's at the right altitude or not? I mean, that's just insane to do that. We know that the air traffic system has been broken. It's antiquated. We know it's not properly staffed. Why didn't the air traffic system has been broken. It's antiquated. We know it's not
Starting point is 00:35:45 properly staffed. Why didn't the Biden administration do anything about it? So no, these are problems that have been going on for years. People have known about it. But again, that's why I'm not a fan of government. It's completely incompetent. Really, under anybody's management, you cannot properly manage a $7 trillion a year entity and expect anything better than this, probably. It's just, it's sad. We've got to shrink the size of government so we can manage what we have a whole lot better, because right now it's completely out of control. I will say, given the dark circumstances, at the very least, the Trump administration is being transparent, is telling us the truth, is like coming forward with an enormous amount of information.
Starting point is 00:36:28 And we can rest assured that we're going to get to the bottom of what actually happened here. Final question on the subject, Senator, what do you believe actually happened? I really don't know. It's completely inexplicable to me. It sure looked like that helicopter just purposely ran right into that airliner. Was the pilot, did they close his eyes for, you know, again, you can't, you can't explain it. How can you not see an airplane when you are flying a helicopter close to a international airport? How can you not be looking all over the place, much less like right in front of you? You cannot explain this. Yes. You know, Senator, we played earlier in the show, the camera, Earthcam from the top of the Kennedy Center, I'm sure a place that you've been to many
Starting point is 00:37:13 times. And you can see this wide expanse for 67 seconds. The two airline, the two aircraft fly towards each other. It's a very long period of time to notice a giant glaring light in the middle of the sky. I'm no pilot, but it seems like people's lives are being played with here. And it's very disturbing. We need to know a lot about that helicopter pilot. We need to figure out who that is and what his background was or her. I don't know anything about the pilot at all. That's right. Well, sir, you are on various committees
Starting point is 00:37:49 and one that caused bombshell hearing this week was RFK Jr. And we really appreciated your questions and the questions on the side of the Republican dais that were about chronic health and our children. But your colleagues on the other side were obsessed with RFK's onesies, baby onesies, and of trying to protect vaccine manufacturers. And you've been such an all-star in the Senate for talking about America's
Starting point is 00:38:21 health. And one of the few senators that actually is really doing something to talk about chronic disease in this country. It must have been a breath of fresh air to hear RFK talk about it. How do you think that hearing went? First off, will RFK get confirmed? I'm pretty optimistic he will. I think he did a great job in that hearing
Starting point is 00:38:39 against all the hostility of the Democrats. Again, that's what I was reacting to. I'm kind of lower down in seniority on the finance committee so i sat and listened to that vitriol for about an hour hour and a half before i finally was able to make my comments just talking about the fact that this is something the american people desperately want in a completely non-partisan manner and i have to admit one thing i was thinking as i listened to all that vitriol coming from Democrats was, had Kamala Harris actually accepted Bobby Kennedy's outreach hand, because he reached out to both President Trump and Kamala Harris, you would have had a completely different hearing. Democrats would have been completely in favor of RFK Jr.
Starting point is 00:39:20 I would have been in favor of him because I know him. I think I know what's in his heart. I know he wants to focus on finding the causes of solving the mystery of chronic illness of autism. That's what the American people want as well. And as I said, a completely nonpartisan basis. So when you heard this clip went thermonuclear center, when you heard him call out Bernie for taking big pharma money, did you go, holy smokes, like that's a heater right there? Bernie got very upset about that. You're the number one recipient of big pharma dollars in the Senate, which I think shocked many Bernie bros, Senator. Well, that happened in the next day's hearing
Starting point is 00:40:01 with the Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee. But we knew that ahead of time there were plenty plenty of reports on uh x and other other platforms you know showing all the the millions of dollars of big pharma money that the democrats have received uh it does seem relatively disqualifying at least from a moral perspective, because Elizabeth Warren had a meltdown over him not suing vaccine companies. And like demand, that was her line of questioning that caused this like viral moment where, you know, Senator, you're asking me not to sue vaccine companies. And I won't agree to that. That's kind of my job, actually. And it seems very it seems very
Starting point is 00:40:43 fraudulent. It like uh they're definitely dancing for dollars well let's face it democrat party's in the back pocket of the trials lawyer of the trial lawyers they've been in the back pocket for decades and now she's criticizing a lawyer who has sued corporate interests and you know taking a contingency fee from it uh you know that is their bread and butter that That is what funds the Democrat Party, is exactly that kind of trial lawyer activity. So again, I'm not a fan of lawyers and the judicial process, but I've certainly come to understand that you need an adversarial system. And you certainly need an adversarial system when it comes to science. You need skeptics. You need to examine what evidence, what data we get from from research studies when you pay for science
Starting point is 00:41:25 and this cell's been corrupted when you pay for science nowadays you get exactly the result you're looking for that's not true science that's corruption so i i know that there were two other bombshell hearings i know the senate's been working overtime right now but two that of course we focused on yesterday tulsi and cash Kash Patel. Can you give us sort of the handicaps on where the Senate stands? Apparently, John Cornyn is now announcing he's going to be voting for Tulsi Gabbard. That's a big movement in the right direction. Kash and Tulsi, how did they do, Senator? Well, first of all, what all Trump nominees are doing is they're showing that they are intelligent people, they are articulate, they're unflappable, and they're fighters.
Starting point is 00:42:09 That actually is revealed in these hearings. That's why these hearings are important. You get to understand the mettle of the individual that is going to be running these agencies, these very difficult problems they're going to have to deal with, like Sean Duffy. Not even a day on the job, and now Sean Duffy, the Secretary of Transportation, is having to deal with just a horrific tragedy that should not have happened. And he's got a big mess to clean up on his hands in terms of the FAA and air traffic control. So that's across the board. The Democrats have left so many large piles of messes all over this country, it's going to take a while to clean them up. It's going to take more than one clean them up. It's going to take it's going to take more than one term, quite honestly. Yes. So just a just a final question here,
Starting point is 00:42:50 Senator, to burrow in, because I know this is your pet project oversight of the FBI. Arguably, I don't know if it's you or Chuck Grassley, Senator. I'm not sure which is the bigger thorn in the paw of the FBI and the weaponized Justice Department. But nonetheless, you've been such a truth seeker for Matthew Thomas Crooks, figuring out what happened with the Trump assassinations. You've gotten nothing. You've been stonewalled and blackballed the entire way through. Will Cash get this position? And what will be the first thing you ask of him? Well, maybe the first thing, now that we've uncovered the corruption of the whole January 6th prosecution, persecution of Donald Trump, we have the same thing going on in
Starting point is 00:43:32 Wisconsin. We've got an attorney general who basically said that, you know, the Trump's lawyer involved in that case did nothing wrong. And now he's trying to put him in jail. So I want the communication between the Justice Department, the corrupt FBI, and Josh Call, Wisconsin Attorney General, who is now, again, prosecuting somebody for doing something he ruled a couple of years ago was perfectly legal in terms of coming up with an ultimate slave of the electorate. So there's corruption. It's not at the federal level, but it also goes back down to state level. So that's why I'm very interested in our current oversight letters.
Starting point is 00:44:07 You're showing that corruption of how that FBI individual in the FBI really was the one that prompted that prosecution of Donald Trump as it relates to January 6th. Yeah, I'm sure you'll be whistling Dixie when cash is in. What's the what's the over under on cash getting in? Is this going to happen, Senator? Oh, I think so. Again, he showed himself very capable. And again, his main goal is he has to restore integrity and credibility to the FBI. He'll give us the information.
Starting point is 00:44:33 Congress will do our investigations. Great. It's incredible to hear. I don't know how anybody could vote. Possibly, it seems like career suicide to vote against Tulsi and Cash after the performances. Also, RFK, I think, did so honorable and did such a great job. Courage under fire. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to see more of it in the Senate,
Starting point is 00:44:52 you got to follow one of the true actual fighters and truth tellers, the great Ron Johnson. Follow him right here. Almost 700,000 followers on X, your viral senator. Not quite, but I'm getting there. You're an influencer, Senator. Thank you so much for all of your work that you do. Godspeed. Have a great day. Ladies and gentlemen, joining us in just one second is going to be the great Tom Fitton,
Starting point is 00:45:20 who was at the Cash Patel hearing, who's been by Cash's side, and arguably the final voice, the last word on weaponized departments of justice, and he's been fighting them for decades in Washington, D.C. Ladies and gentlemen, there's been so much news this week. We want to make sure that you are locked in and joining us and connected to us. We've been live. I don't know, Klein, have we slept in the studio yet? Yeah, I've pretty much slept in the studio, right, at this point, right? And just have a little apartment, have a little cot, right? Ladies and gentlemen, locking and loading with a man who was standing next to Cash all day. We say stand with Cash in this program. The man who actually was physically had Cash's back yesterday was the great Tom Fitton. Joining the show live now. Tom, how are you, sir? You're Cash's bodyguard, dude. Good for you. Oh, man. You know, he had three sitting right behind him there.
Starting point is 00:47:05 That was not noticed by the media. The media didn't comment on it. I thought it was unusual to have three guys, at least three that I could see, not standing off to the side or in the back, but front and center right behind him. So he must be under significant pressure and threat because of his says, because it's all about Trump in the end, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, well, listen, if they can, uh, if they can blow off a piece of Trump's ear, right. Like you, and you already heard, was it a man with a Molotov cocktail? I don't think we've even covered it on the show yet. There's so much news.
Starting point is 00:47:42 Bro, the Molotov cocktail, there was that guy with the machetes that were coming in to kill Trump. These people are getting caught at the Capitol building. Ladies and gentlemen, listen to this. There have been multiple left-wing terrorists with deadly weapons that have been nabbed at the Capitol that are coming in to try and kill Trump appointees or nominees. And so it's a dangerous time. Oh yeah, and Akeem Jeffries, I'm sure you saw. Minutes ago called for Democrats to take to the streets. We have the clip, if you don't mind. How about we pop it up, if you don't mind, Tom. We have the clip. Hakeem Jeffries saying, yeah, it's time for us to all it's time for us to take to the street and for us to. Oh, the producers are grabbing it right now. Okay, so. That's only 10 seconds.
Starting point is 00:48:25 Let's do it. Okay. Hakeem Jeffries saying, yeah, this is the head. This is like arguably the most powerful Democrat in all of Washington, D.C. right now. Saying it's time for all Democrats to march in the streets to burn cities down once again out of anger for Donald Trump. Here we go. We are going to fight it legislatively. We are going to fight it. Legislatively, we are going to fight it
Starting point is 00:48:46 in the courts. And we're going to fight it in the streets. Dude, these people are like, I mean, they're like a fifth column. They're like a paramilitary.
Starting point is 00:48:56 It's like paramilitaries. Like, they know the orders that are being given right now. Although I will say, the Trump Justice Department doesn't seem to be effing around, Tom.
Starting point is 00:49:06 No, and, you know, we're reminded left you know violence is the core left-wing value you know it's violence anti-semitism hatred for america and we're kind of seeing that all and you know i was there in the patel hearings yesterday and and it's clear first of all the hearings are a waste i mean if there's anything we should learn from this confirmation process is the Senate confirmation hearings are a vehicle to abuse good Americans and conservatives and smear them and essentially just use the power of the Senate to abuse people for having a speech that is odds with the D.C. establishment. And I think there's no reason to have these confirmation hearings the way they've been developed.
Starting point is 00:49:51 And Senator Thune, if he's looking at the long game, should be curtailing these confirmation hearings in terms of their length and, you know, in their reach to ensure that good Americans don't apply for key positions or put themselves out there for key positions. And, you know, thankfully we got these brave hearts like Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard and Pam Bondi and the rest who are very Trumpian in their approach. That's not the typical Republican way. And, you know, what i saw yesterday and what was going on in tulsi's hearings is that uh you know the left is desperately afraid of anyone who's going to ask the right questions about their corruption and people like patel especially are threatening to them because he knows what they did he knows what they did and he knows what needs to be done to ensure it doesn't happen again. And I hope he takes those actions.
Starting point is 00:50:47 We live in a like, obviously, we we started on a bit of a dark note. There have been multiple what you have to assume, like assassination attempts on not just the president, but also on his nominees and appointees. We live in dark times, like serious times with serious topics. But all democrats wanted to talk about yesterday was the january 6th choir bro i heard like 20 questions about the j6 choir yesterday and about some supplement that cash was selling yeah these are not serious people man i texted cash i go the january 6th choir i texted cash as soon as hearings i was like you were going to sell so many records for the J6 quiet.
Starting point is 00:51:27 This hearing, Democrats just sold out all the records. It's going to go platinum now because Democrats couldn't stop flipping talking about it. By my count, five Democrat senators asked questions about that issue. Is it an issue? I mean, what? It isn't an issue. I don't know. It seemed to me they were just passing time. Yeah. Asking questions about something they think might have a hook with the public. And I don't understand. And I'm and I'm being honest here because it's like, well, you know, you have to consider, well, what, I would see that this issue did not work in November. The public has rejected it outright. But evidently, they think it's a big enough issue.
Starting point is 00:52:10 And it raises questions as to what else they're going to do with it in terms of the lawfare and the abuse. And when you see Schiff screaming about it, you know, if the House, for instance, goes to Democrats in a few years, I guarantee you Trump is going to get impeached two or three more times. That's how crazed his opposition is. Yeah. You saw some very interesting lines of questioning from Marsha Blackburn yesterday. She's like, why is the federal government protecting the foremost pederasts in the entire world, Jeffrey Epstein. And there's a dude, Dick Durbin, on the committee who has refused to allow the Epstein list to be released and refused to do any oversight on this. And Cash is like, yeah, man, we're going to release it. And he got very upset and a little nervous. And it was a bit of a tell. Yeah. Durbin, out of the blue, spent five minutes explaining himself on Epstein.
Starting point is 00:53:07 And I heard Senator Blackburn's questions, and he got, it was very strange. It's like, what do we do? What does this have to do with the price of tea in China? Or Cash's confirmation as FBI director? Yeah, yeah. And, you know, just so your listeners know what, you know, cash is biggest reform.
Starting point is 00:53:27 I think he highlighted maybe more important than Pfizer reform or anything else is that he wants to put the people who work in the FBI, who were assigned here in DC, a third of the 38,000 employees of the FBI. It should be a third of a lot smaller numbers. You might imagine from my perspective. He wants to put them out in the country to solve actual violent crimes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:53:53 That would be a significant reform. And with all due respect to Cash, he's going to do the right thing, I suspect. He'll push hard. I don't think the FBI is salvageable. And I half-jokingly say this, Benny, is that Kash Patel should be the last FBI director. This agency can't survive in its current form. Otherwise, it will be used time and time again to assault our republic, just like the IRS has been used since its founding, essentially, used by politicians as a tool to go after their opponents. We just got to take the tools away. Well, the FBI is an executive order, so it's never really an act of Congress. Right. So
Starting point is 00:54:35 it's like, yeah, I don't, you know, that's a good question. But, um, and of course you say that to the senators in the Republican party, Oh, you know, the FBI, this, you know, we're all supposed to fall on the ground and start shaking when they talk about the legacy of the FBI. I know what the legacy of the FBI is. They tried to put Trump in jail on pretext. They sent FBI agents to my home in retaliation for our speaking out against their corruption. They destroy anyone who opposes them internally. They're a threat to the rule of law. They do more to undermine the rule of law than to protect it. So give me a score for Kash Patel yesterday.
Starting point is 00:55:27 You were in the entire hearing. You were DMing me from the hearing. You're like, hey, they just shouted out your show. It was our great honor, actually. Our great honor. Do we have the- I mean, I look for exciting moments. It was our great honor to have our show shouted out. Well, I got a bit of jealousy, you know, and Senator Booker's wearing a mask. Isn't that ridiculous? I mean, he knew, I mean, he's faced much worse in terms of questioning. And this was a lightweight questioning. And I think the Democrats didn't go after Cash as much as they might otherwise have, because they know, as I say, he knows what they did. He knows what Schiff was doing. He, you know, he wasn't, Schiff hates his guts. That was interesting. Schiff never left.
Starting point is 00:56:12 He's sitting there the entire hearing showing that he's the good new school student as the new Senator paying, pretending to pay attention to everything. And of course he does his histrionics. But what he is the most mendacious member. As I tweeted out, he was the most mendacious and political operator there in the hearing room. And that says a lot. There are a dozen other senators
Starting point is 00:56:36 and a lot of other people in the room watching. Schiff is the worst. And if I were Thune, I'd say, what'd you get pardoned for? We're going to have an investigation. I can't trust you on committees. You're off. He should be a pariah
Starting point is 00:56:53 in terms of ethical conduct in the Senate. Here we go. Here's the tweet. You were this close to Adam Schiff, man. That's right. Oh, man. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:57:04 Hey. I got triggered by Cash Patel launching a watermelon from a... Oh, that's right. With Schiff's face on it. It's amazing. Well, you know, and then Klobuchar was yelling at him because he was selling supplements. And he said, you know, she goes, well, did you conduct any clinical trials? He goes, well, I'm not a doctor, so no. We have Klobuchar here with the shout out for the show.
Starting point is 00:57:32 And then I have one final question for you, Tom. Here we go. Also said you would put the entire fake news mafia press corps on your list. Is that correct? Is that what you said? I don't have that in front of me. Danny Johnson's podcast, 82123. your list is that correct is that what you said i don't have that in front of me danny johnson's podcast 8 21 23. you have said that the fbi including today is a great honor it is our
Starting point is 00:57:54 great honor to trigger your unhinged psychotic cat lady meltdown reach for your box of wine and your comb to eat your salad with and whatever other abuses you will level upon you will visit upon your poor sad staff i pray for they were asking you about his enemies list i i know i don't know what the energy list is talking about it was probably a list of deep state actors i can guarantee you it's too short yeah okay so so you're so so 10 would you say 10 out of 10 for cash patel yes? Oh, sure. Yeah. Yeah. Durbin started off with the questioning and I thought, oh, well, this is over already. They don't have anything.
Starting point is 00:58:33 Yeah. Cause they was like, you're a racist and white supremacist. Yeah. I mean, the interesting thing about being in the room, the TV helps focus on the drama, right? Yeah. But when you're in the room, you see, helps focus on the drama right yeah but when you're in the room you see it's all an act yeah it's like there's every most of the people are ignoring you know cash has to pay attention everyone else is thinking this is ridiculous when is it going to end uh and as i say it's it's a way not to stop cash patel but to try to smear him and prevent him and caution him against doing the right thing. So this is a tool for the left. This is why I think the confirmation hearing process
Starting point is 00:59:11 should end as we know it. The conservatives don't have, they don't use the confirmation process to do that because they probably think it would be unethical. And it's only the right and conservatives who are victimized by it. And again, why is it we just allow these processes that don't have any basis in the Constitution and not necessary to the functioning of the republic? I mean, Matt Gaetz learned the hard way. You don't need a long confirmation process. He saw within three minutes he had no chance of winning and it was over. Similarly, why can't we do that for people who are obviously going to win? So final question for you, Tom, here. Will Kash Patel be confirmed based on all the available evidence that you saw yesterday in your conversation with senators?
Starting point is 00:59:59 What do you want his first act to be as FBI director? I think he will be confirmed. I think all of his key cabinet officials will be confirmed. I think that the opposition was always overstated by the anti-Trump media and their allies. You know, what Kash Patel should do is tell the president, this FBI was so corrupted, I don't even think that we can be trusted to internally check ourselves here. Recommend Pam Bondi as well. Ask the president to appoint special counsels from outside the agencies to do a shakedown, a rundown of what went on in the least the findings for criminal proceedings as required to the degree appropriate initiate grand jury proceedings outside the power and control of the FBI. I'm not sure how that
Starting point is 01:00:52 might work. But you know, I love Cash Patel. I think he'll do what he can. But in the end, the FBI cannot be investigating the FBI. I don't trust them. There are too many James Comey's there for cash to even be able to do it. Yep. Yeah, that's exactly right. Do a criminal investigation on myself. We found nothing. Guess what? You know, it's just us with the fire hose on the top of the AGR building in Butler, making sure that all the evidence gets sprayed off, cremating the body as quickly as possible. It's so evil, dude. It's so evil.
Starting point is 01:01:28 I'm really looking forward to this era of transparency. Mike Davis might get a job yet. Ha ha ha! The viceroy. He just has to grow out that mustache, right? Get his fancy hat. That's right. You have been the OG, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 01:01:42 You've got to follow him. If you don't follow Tom Fitt, I don't know what's wrong with you. Three million people follow Tom Fitton. Oh, I'm just literally a few thousand from three million. So everyone watching needs to start following. Get me over the three million mark. We're going to do it right now. The man who has cash is back. The man who has been providing incredible oversight for us for decades in Washington, D.C., and may have his golden moment yet. And get what he actually wants, which is the destruction of the deep state. Hey, wait, Benny. Yeah. Congratulations on the new one. Hey, man.
Starting point is 01:02:18 That's right. Our golden boy. God bless you. Another gift from God, huh? That's exactly right. On Inauguration Day, no less. Oh, wow. Our cup overfloweth. So is his middle name Donald? Wait, I actually told Don and Eric that if we had twins, I'll name them Don and Eric. No, no, it's not Donald. Named after his great-grandfather. Oh, wonderful, wonderful.
Starting point is 01:02:40 Well, congrats. I mean, that was the most important thing that happened in your year thus far, right? That's a matter of fact. That's right. Well, congratulations to you and your wife. Thank you. Thank you, Tom. We're both fighting to make sure that those kids can grow up in a functioning country
Starting point is 01:02:53 and a functioning Western civilization. So thank you, Tom. Godspeed. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we rock, we roll on this show. We bring on people who are experts in what we wish to talk about because when we see footage like this, you see the helicopter footage, it don't make no sense to us. What's going on here?
Starting point is 01:03:20 We immediately get on the phone. We talk with our incredible team, our producers, our bookers, and we get the right people. I need, I saw this footage, I say, I need somebody who's flown in a Black Hawk. Give me someone who's been in war. Give me a man who has a pedigree as long as my arm
Starting point is 01:03:44 on war fighting and understanding our military. Somebody who's had a chair and a desk at the Pentagon. Get me Alex Pleistis. Somebody who served our country honorably in war zones across the world. Who's flown on these helicopters hundreds of times. Who's received enemy fire on these helicopters and knows so much of their functioning capability and capacity. So we can bring the experts to you. Ladies and gentlemen, joining us right now, live, Alex Pleistis.
Starting point is 01:04:22 Alex, thank you so much for coming on and educating us. We've previewed some of the footage that's been shocking the internet world round. And we had a senator on right before you, brother, that said, it looks like this helicopter just targeted the plane. That's what Ron Johnson said. I'm sure that's going to make quite a bit of news. So the floor is yours, Alex. Why don't you first off explain your history with these helicopters and and these implements and then explain as we play some of the B-roll what you believe happened here. Sure, appreciate it, Benny. So and just building off Tom there, congratulations to you and your
Starting point is 01:04:58 amazing wife and the beautiful family and the successful quest not to raise little communists. So that's quite the feat. Appreciate it. So as everybody's watching. And to fly safe, to live in a safe country. And to live in a safe country. I purposely didn't say anything there, just to let folks watch the video that's sort of coming in. So I want to provide some context. So as Benny mentioned, flown a number of combat missions in the back of these things and over Iraq, other places as well. And then particularly here in the DC area, I finished up at the Pentagon as chief of sensitive activities for special operations and combating about about 10 years ago or so. So what you're looking at there, obviously, is the helicopter, you know, T-boning.
Starting point is 01:05:33 It looks like the side of the aircraft coming in. So just to give everybody some reference, there are several aviation units in the area. This one based out of Fort Belvoir that provide executive transport to senior officials in the D.C. region. This particular flight, according to the Secretary of Defense, Pete Heskos, yesterday, was in the middle of an annual recertification nighttime flight as part of supporting what's called continuity of government. So if everybody remembers after 9-11, President Bush was flown around the country and one Air Force base to another because they triggered that emergency plan. That's if somebody is after our government, we need to move officials to safe locations. Our government exists in Washington, D.C. That's where it's physically located. God forbid there was another attack and we needed to move President
Starting point is 01:06:10 Trump, his cabinet, senior members of Congress. These are the military assets that would do it. It doesn't exist in the middle of an open field in the middle of the country where there's no infrastructure or other planes or stuff around. It's in a downtown metropolitan area. So the first question asked this morning by Josh Howley was, what was this even doing happening here we train as we fight in a real-time emergency we would be in the middle of a downtown you know area like this and the flights would occur so that's the reason why it was happening right now the flight pattern that's normal for dc helicopters right for moving which by the way fly every day is the beltway the ring road 495 that goes around the capital and then to the west of the city the
Starting point is 01:06:45 potomac river is there and then the flight plan will also take you down the potomac river which does cross pass with the um the runways at uh at reagan airport which is where the american airlines flight was landing so a couple other things to keep in mind uh i think everybody's probably seen movies where they believe there's all these you know screens with these massive flashes and radars it's a it's military helicopter. There isn't a really great warning system that they're about to run into something. So that's one. You hear the communication with the tower going back and forth saying, Hey, a helicopter, you know, the, the call sign and you see it there, Pat 25, there's, you know, your incoming aircraft, you know, and he said, Roger visual, you know,
Starting point is 01:07:22 I'm going to maintain visual distance. And so that's his cue to from the tower letting them know there's a plane coming somewhere in the path so there's been a couple of things that have been said in this morning's video adds a different angle to this and some potential different context and that was that they the pilots may have been looking at a potential different aircraft that was coming in they were also had night vision on and for those of you who have not had a night vision system they're literally tubes that look like this you end end up with tunnel vision. You also end up with a bit of depth perception issues with that as well. If they're the older Nodds, it could have been green as opposed to white. So who knows what they were looking at the time. That's all sort of
Starting point is 01:07:55 speculation what they were looking at. And they were told basically to come in behind the aircraft. So this looks like a straight shot as you can see it here. There's been some comments made about altitude potentially being off course, trying to find their way. They may have not been in the right spot. And as they were coming, is it a question of spatial disorientation where the pilot thought they were lower where they were, but the gauges are all there and trying to come behind the aircraft? You can also hear on the radio they're perfectly calm in the communications with the tower. There's no hint of a problem. You don't hear anything from the co-pilot trying to chime in as if there's an issue or one way or
Starting point is 01:08:27 the other that something's, you know, nefarious going on. And there's just an impact. And chances are, because the lighting on the helicopter, the American Airlines plane probably didn't even see the helicopter off to its side. So how that T-bone happened, and it looks like, again, a direct, you know, into the side of the aircraft, you'd hear engines roaring, you potentially see those flashing of the lights if you were looking with night vision. The video from this morning raises more questions than there are answers right now. So, I mean, again, I like I hate to be the person that puts all the patterns together here. But we've seen sort of crisis after crisis.
Starting point is 01:09:00 And let's just call it a deadly incident after deadly incident that I think primes people to say, what's going on in our military? Is there a, is there a vetting issue? Is there a mental health issue? Is there a, are there a nefarious, is there like nefarious fifth column activity going on? You just had a Senator Alex on the show saying this helicopter targeted that plane and it flew right into the side of it. Now, here's a footage. Here's footage. Sure. I prep my team for this because this is the footage that I think is almost the most damning where you can see, bro, the planes. This is a 60, 67 second clip. And you can see the planes fly at each other for the entire time. Sure. And it
Starting point is 01:09:43 becomes almost impossible to say that these planes didn't see one another. At least the military chopper didn't see the inbound plane or hear it. And so it just, again, it just raises some very dark questions, man. Well, I think you raised a couple of points because there's been, you know, a number of incidents lately. The terrorist attack we saw in New new orleans you know from a veteran there was absolutely somebody who had been indoctrinated as a terrorist afterwards radicalized and conducted the attack the feedback on the green beret and the uh probably one of the most bizarre incidents i've seen in terms of the explosion in the cyber truck outside trump tower using like fireworks and like a propane tank i
Starting point is 01:10:23 mean if we look at those things you get a basic level of explosives training and special forces qualification courses. Then your individual specialty specialty. Right. I mean, there's an engineer, a member of the team, the Charlies in terms of 18 series who specialize in explosives. But everybody gets some basic training. There's I mean, anybody who's done basic explosives would know that the crap that was put in the back of the Cybertruck is not going to do any damage. It's not going to actually like it's not a bomb per se in that sense, right? You're missing a main explosive charge with something there. That guy had some serious mental health issues that came out afterwards. So you have one terrorist incident.
Starting point is 01:10:52 This one appears to be mental health. In this particular case with the pilots, I mean, the explanation sort of going into it, you know, perhaps television, looking at the wrong, you know, plane coming up to it, where there's a harder time. And I think, you know, that was the Senator sentiment is as you get closer, right? Okay. I missed the aircraft at first. I'm looking at the wrong one and everything else, but how did nobody see the flashing lights from the side of the aircraft, right? How did nobody hear the roar of the engines coming in? And even at the last second,
Starting point is 01:11:17 if it was the last second, Oh my God, I'm about to hit. There doesn't appear to be in the video, any movement to take evasive maneuvers from the, uh, from the helicopter itself. itself so that's that's where the major question point is right now what was transpiring inside that aircraft at that moment that they didn't see it when it was you know that close in front of them that no neither of the pilot or co-pilot were looking out the windshield to see that and the crew chief didn't see it either um you know and you know unless there's communications they haven't released that suggests that the pilots you know or the crew chief saw it and didn't react uh that just leaves more questions than anything else right now. So I want to jump over to your post here on X when you were responding to Senator Josh Hawley.
Starting point is 01:11:54 You mentioned that and referenced that. My production team grabbed it. This is something that President Trump has been saying. And he said again this morning, the helicopter was not where it was supposed to be. The helicopter was too high. It wasn't on a approved pathway. The commander in chief is saying this helicopter should not be there. But you're saying that this was a training operation and that actually it was certified to be there. Who's right here? So both actually. So Pete Hegsgath yesterday said it was a continuity of government operation, annual training certification flight. So the flight was supposed to be taking place. They were moving down the river, but they were a half mile off course, according to the president's tweets, I think, that were out. And also 400 feet in the air when the ceiling is supposed to be 200.
Starting point is 01:12:38 So they they were outside of whatever their approved pattern was. And if you look at the flight map at one point. If I may, Alex, I'm sorry, I don't have a habit of interrupting, but what the hell, man? Why then? How is that possible? How could you be twice the height that you're supposed to be flying? And you said veering quite radically off course. How is that permissible? Excellent question. So I mean, if you look at, you have to take a look at a few things, right? So, illumination, was it dark where they were? Did they move up in the air
Starting point is 01:13:08 because they were afraid they were going to hit something? What I haven't seen, so we've all seen the flight pattern. What I haven't seen is an elevation change to see if it went up or down at any point. That's the one piece of data that's missing. So, were they flying at that the whole time when they weren't supposed to be?
Starting point is 01:13:20 And right before that, there was a rapid movement across the river over a period of land, over a piece of land. and the river is the visual check mark for most of the pilots to let them know that they're on course when they're flying over right and you can see the lighting here right it's not pitch black at the time it took place uh and it's also in a fairly you know dense urban environment you can see the lighting in the background there uh across the river uh you can see it you see the plane in the foreground so it's taken from dca facing outbound towards uh towards the the other side of the river towards yeah towards maryland towards uh what's actually bowling air force base the headquarters the defense intelligence agency
Starting point is 01:13:52 is right off the coast there so as it's coming in and it hits the side of the aircraft it's not pitch black um so again the questions you raised need to be answered because why were they that high why were they off course how did nobody see it right before it hit the aircraft and again even if you were off course and if you were looking at the wrong aircraft on approach trying to swing behind it how at the last minute there's no evasive actions being taken there like as you can see it will play again because it's in the background watch the helicopter coming straight across there on the left right into the side of the aircraft there doesn't appear to be any movement to show that the Hilo was taking an evasive action. So either the pilot, again, wrong thinking that they were going to be able to swing behind it and the plane was moving faster
Starting point is 01:14:32 than it was, but it's still exceptionally close. And, you know, it doesn't explain no evasive action at the end. I want to establish just one more time your pedigree, because you have been in war zones. You've flown on these birds in war zones, in Iraq, in Afghanistan. You've been fired upon inside of these. These instruments by the United States military are created and designed in order to keep you flying and in order to keep maneuverability and the capacity
Starting point is 01:15:06 to evade any type of an RPG, a missile that is shot at you. Like these are sophisticated pieces of equipment. Am I correct in that assessment? You are. The pilots can take immediate evasive action, you know, and just to move in the stick and they're able to move the aircraft any direction they want. It's clear they're on a straight line flight path from what's in that video. It's like they could hover. I mean, you could almost, you know, and just to move in the stick and they're able to move the aircraft any direction they want. It's clear they're on a straight line flight path from what's in that video. It's like quick, like they could hover. I mean, you could, you could almost, you could, you could be going forward and you could almost hover almost instantly. Is this correct? Or you could up or down, you could move up or down very quickly. Yes. Yeah. And you'd see the nose of the aircraft would come up a little, or the
Starting point is 01:15:40 hairframe would come up a little bit and it would stop and then it would hover and bounce on its rotors a little bit. You don't see sort of any of that. You don't see the tail kicking left or right as if it's trying to turn. You don't see it pitching or yawing any direction, trying to move. It's just a straight line. So, I mean, what it says is there's a couple of theories you can run down. Again, right now we have more questions than we have answers to. But did they really not see it and how did nobody see that coming into it? Or was there something else that took place inside that aircraft? And right now we don't have the data to answer that man i get i mean i guess watching this
Starting point is 01:16:08 chilling footage and living in dc and i know you've lived in dc at least it's it's it's it's it's gal it's a gallows observation but at least it didn't happen over you know at least this crash didn't happen over a huge neighborhood right or a bunch of, or, or, or a government building or a tour bus, right? Full of children. And it could have been even more horrifying, frankly. I mean, again, you're right. So the good thing is that after 9-11, right, they limited the, restricted the airspace over the Capitol for commercial aircraft. Although there was one that deviated directly over the Capitol during this incident, trying to clear the airspace, which was unusual. And the helos are meant to go down the river. So if it was going to occur
Starting point is 01:16:44 anywhere, this would have been the spot to do it. And I've been on the DCR National Guard helicopters that fly over that region as well. If you commission into a reserve or guard unit in the area out of Georgetown to the main ROTC, classmates of mine did, that's where you end up as an aviation unit. I've been fortunate enough to fly on that pattern. And it's really kind of beautiful. You fly over the river, you see our nation's capital, all of our instrumental power and democratic institutions that are downtown. You know, you can see the capital, the White House. It's really fantastic. So to see, you know, something like this happen, the tragedy unfolded is just it's awful. You know, the loss of life on board that aircraft is senseless.
Starting point is 01:17:18 And I mean, it's very clear something went wrong because folks say, oh, it was, you know, why were you training there? We train as we fight if that's going to happen. Do training protocols need to be looked at? Absolutely. Or flight protocols to see what happened. But at the end of the day, we still need to be able to move people and our adversaries in the event of an attack are not going to, hey, guys, can you hold up on the terrorist attack? Or, hey, you know, let us wait 20 minutes to clear the airspace. Like that's not realistic. It's not going to happen. So these flights are going to need to start again. So somebody is going to have to get to the bottom of this and find out what the hell happened. Yeah. Okay. All right. I don't want to go to the dark place, right? I don't want to go
Starting point is 01:17:48 to the, the last thing you want to put out there is that this was something, someone did this intentionally. It's just the evidence is starting to really become, uh, quite overwhelming. Yeah. Yeah. It's raising questions. You're right. I mean, that's quite overwhelming that something bad, something truly dark, uh, happened here. Uh, here. I want to put up Alex's ex profile. I need everybody to go over and follow Alex. He's a war. This is him actually in the photo. This is him in the cover image right there in Iraq. Yeah. Lied to mom and told her a dust job in Kuwait. And then I ended up on the front page of the New York times. That's the third battle scene, American sniper and insider city. So she was a little pissed to say the least. Okay. While everybody goes over and follows Alex,
Starting point is 01:18:29 we're going to get them up to a hundred thousand. Alex is just one of these people that has such a strong voice and such a clear rings like a bell and is always constantly, no matter who's in the White House fighting for our American service members and for the betterment of the men and women in our armed services. Give me a score for Pete Hegseth. He's only been in the chair for a couple of days, but give me a score for the new SecDef. It's actually been quite impressive to watch in terms of his responsibility. For those who don't know too, Pete's responsibility as a SecDef is outward facing. It's operations overseas. It's engagement with Congress and with the Hill, all this stuff with the anti-woke DEI, all that,
Starting point is 01:19:05 that's actually the deputy secretary and the services to handle. So right away there was a crisis overseas. We tried to extend the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. You had to get the agreement back on track between the Israelis and the Palestinians and making sure the prisoner exchanges took place, having to react very quickly to the president's orders to expand the facility at Guantanamo to add more folks down there. Whether you agree with the policies or not, it doesn't matter. He is the Secretary of Defense taking orders in the White House, and he is doing what needs to be
Starting point is 01:19:32 done. And they've, I mean, those were two significant tests overseas right away to see if the administration would be able to handle. And he did quite well in his part for getting those things done. I love this man. Just in closing, I love this. His conversations from the desk, from the SecDef desk, the transparency, the showing us of the documents and what's actually happening and the readouts, man, it's like, it's based on what we've just been through
Starting point is 01:19:58 for the last four years, where it feels like we've just been perpetually lied to or at least obfuscated by the Department of Defense and those in our government. It rings like a bell, man. It's just so beautiful to see. At least you feel like there's adults in the room. It certainly does. And you've got a guy who's a communicator, who's a Princeton graduate, who's sitting there in the chair communicating directly, not going through the press secretary on this one. So you're hearing from the horse's mouth, this wasn't an attempt to sort of avoid responsibility. I'm in charge. Here's what's going on and here's what's happening.
Starting point is 01:20:28 You know, that's not much more you can ask for, right? Not much more you can ask for. Godspeed, Alex. Thank you so much for your service. And please be a regular on the show. Be our like correspondent into all of this because we want to give people accurate information. You're the man for it. At your disposal, brother. Anytime you need. Congratulations. Thanks again for having me. My brother. Anytime you need. Congratulations. Thanks again for having me. My brother. Ladies and gentlemen, we cannot, we cannot, and we have a lot to get to today. We're going to be doing a whole nother, we're going to be doing a whole nother live for
Starting point is 01:20:59 a press conference that the White House will be having here. So I'm just going to like, I just want to let you know the programming for the day. We're going to be doing a whole other live about the press conference. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of questions about this. Carolyn Leavitt will be back at the press dais. We covered Cash Patel for six and a half hours. Do you think I would not do assault that lib for the libs reaction to Cash Patel yesterday? Oh, baby. Here we go. Lawrence O'Donnell soon to be fired from his failing news network at MSNBC that will hopefully be bought by Elon Musk.
Starting point is 01:21:30 Can't you wait for the Benny show? I'll be taking Rachel Maddow's position. And yeah, I mean, Rachel Maddow's makeup person won't have to do, won't have to change much actually, quite frankly. Oh man, that's so sad to say. Okay, here we go. Salt that lip, get your salt shakers ready. Let's salt salty Lawrence O'Donnell screaming, crying, bitching and moaning over cash. Let's go. Kashyap Patel is the kind of person who Donald Trump does not want to be a citizen of the United States.
Starting point is 01:22:08 Kashyap Patel was born in the United States 44 years ago to immigrant parents, the kinds of people who Donald Trump says have poisoned the blood of America. But today, because of his unyielding personal loyalties to Donald Trump and possibly Donald Trump's gratitude for him committing crimes for Donald Trump, which were explored in his confirmation hearing today, Kashyap Patel faced questions in the Senate Judiciary Committee as Donald Trump's choice to be the director of the FBI. He has made history as a nominee for that job in more ways than one. Mr. Patel may be, I don't know, but he may be the first nominee for FBI director in history who felt it necessary to plead the Fifth,
Starting point is 01:22:53 to say that he wouldn't testify to a grand jury because it might incriminate him. He may be the first nominee for FBI director ever to feel necessity of pleading the Fifth. That's right. He is the first nominee in history to plead the Fifth Amendment as a nominee for director of the FBI because he believed his testimony to a grand jury could incriminate him in the commission of crimes with and for Donald Trump. The grand jury was investigating Donald Trump's illegal possession of classified documents, and that testimony to the grand jury remains secret. So hard to, like, honestly, so hard to watch. I don't like these, I don't like, guys, we got to not do clips from MSNBC anymore.
Starting point is 01:23:35 It's almost too sad. It's like watching a grandfather in a graveyard, like sitting there sobbing, crying, reaching for his pills. These people are unhinged. And we do an uplifting show on this program. And so, ladies and gentlemen, we have an uplifting meme for you of Kash Patel. We're going to give you the Kash Patel meme that broke the internet yesterday when Kash Patel informed one of the members of the committee who was having a hysterical meltdown on him that she was out of time. This is Amy Klobuchar who shouted out our program.
Starting point is 01:24:13 Thanks, Amy. Thanks for watching. Eat your salad with a comb. Getting bodied by Kash Patel. Let's go. The rest of the interview. This is why snippets of information are often misleading and detrimental to this committee's advice and consent process. If you consent, I would love to have five hours of questions and then I could read the whole transcript.
Starting point is 01:24:31 You've got two minutes. Wow. Damn! Minutes. Wow. Damn! Wow. Wow. I've never seen them so demoralized. I've never seen them so sad, so off their energy and game. They just, the Democrat, it's just, they just been eviscerated by this. That's a beautiful thing to see. It's what happens when you sell out your soul.
Starting point is 01:25:06 It's what happens when you don't have an actual party that's founded on anything other than power. And then when you're out of power, like you have no, you have no values actually that you represent when you're out of power, then you like, you have nothing. You have nothing. You have nothing. Nothing to hold on to. Nothing to live for, ladies and gentlemen. Exciting time. Ladies and gentlemen, I'll give you something to live for. You can ask questions during our Friday show, but then also we're going to be opening up the capacity to ask questions of
Starting point is 01:26:56 various cabinet officials and people that we will be interviewing for a long-form version of the show, some new products that we're going to launch. It's going to be very exciting. Here we go. Evan says, can we get a meme from Jerry that has scenes from Air Force One movie? Seeing the helicopters photographed from the Ospreys gave me a get off the plane vibes. I think we actually have that, Jerry. Let me know. Jerry might be sending us this. Jerry might be sending us this. We'll see. Okay, so Evan, the answer is yes. And we might have one for you just yet. Juiced Griffin says, how can we make a beautiful official renaming ceremony
Starting point is 01:27:34 happen for the Gulf of America? And should President Trump do more pro-America ceremonies like new buildings? Yeah, a renaming ceremony for the Gulf of America. That's a great idea, Juiced. Bro, we're going to do it. I live on the Gulf of America. We will go there,
Starting point is 01:27:52 and we can do a massive party when they officially rename it. But it has to be renamed through some type of government nomenclature system. There's a government maps and namings, of course, because the courts are gonna have something like that. We've actually put it up on the show before.
Starting point is 01:28:10 It has to be officially certified through that. And once that happens, then it will turn into the Gulf of America. As of right now, the maps don't show that. So when that happens, that'll be a great date to actually pin down and then do like a big party on the beach or to do like the show live from there.
Starting point is 01:28:28 That'd be really fun to do something. We can totally make that happen. And we'll be broadcasting live to you from the Gulf of America. How exciting. It's a great idea, Juice. Thank you. Cash Miller. Nice name, Cash Miller.
Starting point is 01:28:40 Benny, will you visit Washington soon? Are you talking about Washington, D.C. or Washington State? The answer is Washington, D.C. I will be visiting Washington, D.C. or Washington State? The answer is Washington, D.C. I will be visiting Washington, D.C. probably on a weekly basis. We've already been invited. Yesterday we were supposed to be on a plane somewhere with somebody who you know, a cabinet secretary, but we weren't able to get into D.C. because there was a horrible accident there at the airport.
Starting point is 01:29:03 So we weren't able to fly. But expect lots to be happening here on this program. In this space, ladies and gentlemen, this is the number one show and this is the number one channel that will bring you the front seat to the golden era in our country. We're extremely excited about it.
Starting point is 01:29:24 And we're extremely thankful for you. We just can't believe how quickly the show has grown. We are just utterly thrilled about it. And know that we are going to be locking in. It's going to be such a fun ride. We have calls today with members of the administration, with cabinet secretaries, with big time VIPs. We're going to be locked in.
Starting point is 01:29:50 We're going to be speaking at CPAC in D.C. I guess to answer further that question, we'll be speaking at CPAC. We'll be, man, we'll be all over. And it's going to be fun. And we're going to take you with us. We're so thankful for you. It is a profound blessing to have this show and this channel and we are locked in. This team is ready. Let's go. We are ready. Get ready for the Benny show live broadcast from the massive new detention center
Starting point is 01:30:20 in Guantanamo Bay. I kid you not. Get ready. I shouldn't be telling you all this stuff, but it's like, it's too exciting. I can't help it. You're like my family. I love you. Get ready. The Benny Show live from the new massive detention center in Guantanamo Bay. It's freaking happening. It's so, it's so happening and we're so back, baby. Our verse of the day. Here we go. For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his dear son. From Colossians 1, 13. He's rescued us from the kingdom of darkness. You can't get more on the nose than that. Rescued us from the kingdom of darkness, ladies and gentlemen, and into the kingdom of our King. Christ is King.
Starting point is 01:31:07 He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness. That might turn out to be one of my new favorite Bible verses. Doesn't it feel like that? Man, it does for me. We are fighting on this program to ensure, with every waking breath, that we have a future for our children, that we have a country that we can give to them,
Starting point is 01:31:27 and that we preserve this place and do something that only blessed generations do, which is to make their land better for their children, better than how we found it. And so that is the goal and the mission of this show. And I know it's your goal too. And so I wish you a blessed weekend in this, the greatest country
Starting point is 01:31:45 on earth. We'll be live, uh, in a little bit. We'll be live in a little bit, uh, for the press conference, uh, at the white house. Although these things have variable times. So just watch your notifications. We will be live, um, but we'll be starting with a fresh feed because we were not, we were unsure about when, when exactly that will start, but we will be there for you. The front seat to the golden era. We have the meme. Oh, wow. Okay. Well we have, we have the meme. So here's throwing to the meme, just so that your wishes are command.
