Democrats have finally admitted that they registered thousands and thousands and thousands of illegals. And they all voted. And like, you know, that's just like one small state is happening in every single state. It's happening everywhere. And we were right, we were right, we were right, we were right. We were correct. This is that we've been telling you the truth. Everybody else was lying to you. Every other, even the chuds on the right were too big of cucks. We even talk about this. We were right. Flower on our shirt. It doesn't matter.

ladies and gentlemen. We got some major problems in our country, and we got some major heavy hitters on the show today. Harmeet Dylan from the DOJ is going to come out swinging on the show about what she's going to do to end illegals on the voter rolls. We have confirmed now. A reminder that this is the state. New Jersey is the state that they registered automatically thousands and thousands of illegals. Now, they did this through their motor voter system, which is you get a driver's license. and you get registered to vote. So, I mean, just off the top of the dome, why are we giving all these illegals driver's licenses? How are you getting driver's licenses if you're an illegal? Why are you allowed to buy a house if you're an illegal? Why are you allowed to get a car? Why are you allowed to get welfare?

Why do you have more luxuries and privileges? Take a step back. Let's view this as a metaphor, like a house. Like, so I have a home. Do you have a home? Most people have a home. Most people have a domicile. Maybe you're watching this under a bridge.

But like, do you have an apartment? Either way, you're paying rent. You can lock the door, right? It's your castle. Let's say I'm in my house and somebody breaks into my home. And they get to stay in my home. They get to eat my food. They get to drive my car.

They get to sleep on my couch. They don't pay anything. And more importantly, when the cops show up or there's a problem, I'm the one who gets punished. They never, ever get punished. They have more privileges than me inside of my own home. How effed up would that be? How messed up is that? That is what it is with these illegals.

I just, like, I don't think Democrats realize exactly how red-pilled or black-pilled, all of us are getting on all this. The reason why food is so expensive is that 100% percent. million people in America get their food for free. The reason why rent and homes are so expensive is that 100 million people in America get their rent for free. The reason why educations are so expensive in America, the reasons why everything, car insurance, healthcare is because these illegals get it for free. Your life becomes so much better when we deport them all. Now, sadly, I'm not sure that they are taking this very seriously. I would like to see deportation numbers a lot more than a couple hundred thousand a year. That's not good enough. It needs to be in the many, many, many millions. And I

realize there have been some big roadblocks here, but it's been so frustrating for me to watch this. Sorry for like just sort of off the top, like, angry about it all. I'm angry about it. In New Jersey, they like, they registered everybody because they were all getting driver's license. Why are you able to get a driver's license? Why are you able to work? How are you able to do that? Why would we allow these parasites in our society? And they get more privileges than you. You want to know why? Because they don't pay taxes.

But they parasitically suck dry to the bone every single welfare program in the country. Every single assistance program in the nation. So they don't pay into it. The way these things are supposed to work, that all of our grandparents paid in, all of their grandparents paid in, everybody chips in a little bit. There's a big pot of money, and that pot of money goes up. Nope, they're all unfunded liabilities.

Because the moment we started a welfare program in this country, like it was just obscene amounts of fraud. And now it's been extorted by the rest of the world. No, they shouldn't have any rights. This is what Clarence Thomas just ruled. You don't have rights under the Constitution as an illegal. We are not granting you the rights that we give to a American citizen born rightwise in a birthright in this country to an illegal. Clarence Amos just ruled that.

Like, no, you don't have these same article, these same constitutional protections because you're not under our law. You're not a citizen of our nation. You don't pay taxes. You don't contribute. But we're giving them driver's license. homes, rent, education. Texas should have to win a big battle. Texas won this huge battle to not pay in-state tuition for illegals.

President Trump is on his way to dignified transfer. And that's happening as we speak. I wanted to bring to you the comments of the president and what he has said on his way to this dignified transfer in Dover. It's not too far from D.C. It takes very little

time to get there. And Donald Trump's going to be there as the caskets are taken off the plane. I believe the number is now four American soldiers that will be taken off the plane and the flag-graped caskis. Donald Trump will be with their families today in Dover. Donald Trump getting on the brand-new Air Force One in order to kick on over. It's like a 30-minute flight. What does Donald Trump say about the dignified? transfer and about the solemn duty that he has. All I'm going to say is we love you. We love your child. And that's what they are to them.

They're their children. There's no games, no nothing. That's their child. And all you can do is throw out your heart. Thank you. Thank you very much. So President Trump is, expect some of this today. Resolve some rage, some fury.

President Trump has been taking out the resolve rage and fury on Iran posting this morning. And this has the potential to really change everything, frankly. And I think this is important. I want to talk about voter fraud and election fraud. But man, boy, howdy, this just happened seconds ago. And so we need to cover it what's happening in Iran. From this point forward, anytime the Islamic Republic of Iran shoots at a ship in the strait of Hormuz. whether it is a missile, a rocket, or a drone, or any other device or weapon.

The United States will bomb and destroy one bridge or power plant, including those located next to in the capital city of Tehran. Thank you for your attention to this matter, says Donald Trump. Now, you shouldn't be effing around with Trump on a day like today. This is, I think, the single strongest statement that Donald Trump has made about Iran, and he followed it up with commentary. from the White House yesterday. A reporter goes, when are you going to make peace with Iran? And Donald Trump has a peace with Iran. Like, we're just getting started. Anything yet. If we left today, it would take them decades to rebuild. And I don't believe they could ever rebuild. And honestly, they haven't seen anything yet. Haven't seen anything yet. And what did Donald Trump send in last

night? The B2 bombers and the B1 bombers. These are bombers that fly effectively in low orbit. You can't hit them. They can't really be knocked out of the sky. You have to have a space program to do that. Iran doesn't have a space program. Let me tell you. And so these bad boys zipped in about 50 of them have now headed to Iran. What this means is that you can bomb anywhere in Iran and you could take, well, the whole country out. That's a huge country. The last thing that I would ever recommend would be a ground invasion. of this arid desert, mountainous country, the most mountainous country on Earth. Twice the size of Texas. But what you can do is you can fly in low orbit over the country and hit pretty much anything yet you want. And you could send them back to the Stone Age.

You really could. And if they want to play this game, then it's just going to end badly for them. And that's exactly what started happening last night. Now, I will tell you, before we get into what Donald Trump did to Iran last night, there's already been like extreme devastation in the nation. This is what, this is President Trump's response on a missile factory in Tabriz, Iran. This is the missile factory that created the missiles that bombed our soldiers, an airman, and killed four of them. this ladies and gentlemen is a drone manufacturing facility.

Absolute and total slaughterhouse. Trump's saying, we've been nice. They haven't seen anything. We're being nice. I've been restrained about what's going on. But Iran has not been restrained. They launched this ballistic missile. This is an Air Force base in Jordan called Muffy,

salty Air Force base. And this base was hit with a new style and that sidelines its way down so that I can avoid the fad missile defense systems. And look at this. Containerized housing and that containerized housing, some of the soldiers were not able to get out fast enough. And Donald Trump said,

okay, now it's game over. for you. Trump's response to this wasn't to surrender or to retreat, or to even accept diplomatic olive branches. Trump shot down a 10-day ceasefire. Central piece of the proposal was a middle corridor through the Strait of Hormuz, a squeeze between Auan and Iranian waters. Trump's making it clear. It was not a lot of a steep price for the MOU violations and the loss of U.S. service members' leverages are being squeezed. And what happened last night? I mean, Iran has been begging now for de-escalation. They sent an emissary to Pakistan to try and to get peace.

Peace negotiation started. They were received nicely and peacefully in Pakistan. If I didn't stop Semmikom from last night, sending in these bad boys. And here we go. Legend gentlemen. This is the devastation of the B-1 bombers over Iran. Bad. Let's just

Met the gates of hell Last night The footage out of Iran Is totally and completely devastating. The nation has No capacity. They have no air force. They have no capacity to fire

Munitions and hit missiles or ballistics out of the sky. Everything is just a sitting target. Look at this. Look at the scenes from the roads. and the entire country could be laid to waste. And I don't know why you have to keep firing on ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

Like you understand that that is like the pinprick. That's the problem. I don't know why you got to do it. It's completely and totally retarded to me why you would make this choice. Could you just not fire on the ships? That seemed to be like the easiest logical thing. But now look, look, this is what was struck in Iran last night. All the way into Tehran.

And this is what Donald Trump's talking about. Air defenses activated in Tehran last night. The air, the, there were major, major bombing. Look, look at this. So they're shooting, they're totally helpless. They have no more anti-missile or anti-aircraft sophisticated technology. So they're shooting like World War II style anti-aircraft guns to try and hit a B-1 bomber that is in low orbit. No, sorry, it's not going to work.

and they're just trying to maintain some order and show people that they're not completely helpless, but they are. And I think this is what President Trump is going to expose. And so it's going to be a tough day. You're going to see a lot from President Trump at the dignified transfer. Trump making a very strong statement here about Iran. This is clearly the issue. Their harassment of ships in the Strait of Hormuz, you either stop it. or your nation goes dark.

So this, ladies and gentlemen, I think is a very strong move. And sometimes, and you know I'm not a huge fan of this war, obviously. I want to win the midterms. This war is not particularly popular. I don't like what it's doing to grocery prices or gas prices, commodity prices. That kind of stuff really matters, frankly, to me a lot. And what matters is the keeping up the coalition together more than anything. But that being said, some people, the only language that they understand is war.

and strength. And that's the majority of the world. Might does make right. It always has and always will. And all wars are won or lost based on logistics. If you can get to the battle and if you can maintain your fighting forces. And if you have no power, you have no water, you have no bridges, you can't maintain your fighting forces. And Donald Trump can get to the battle.

America can get to the battle. And things are getting, I mean, it seems like we've gotten even more sophisticated in the capacities that we have to strike deep. into the heart of Tehran, which happened last night. So maybe this is the way to get a lasting peace. We hope so. Pray for that, please. The elections matter a lot to me and should matter a lot to you. Obviously, we had a shocking revelation yesterday in New Jersey,

where New Jersey announced that they accidentally registered, they say thousands, 6,000 illegals. in New Jersey were mistakenly added to the state's voter rolls, the Department of Motor Vehicle software glitch. But the people who run that software are calling BS on that. The software company is saying that's a total lie. The software vendor, who allegedly glitch enabled 6,000 citizens to register to vote, and hundreds of them voted, by the way, in New Jersey is out with a CYA statement,

blaming the state, saying that, no, no, no, no, the state is, the state is purposefully registering illegals. Voter registration information is transmitted to New Jersey Department of State, division of elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility for a vote. Information submitted here must be validated and adjudicated. So, well, what is this? This is just like the first and probably in a long series of smoking gun proof that there is a systematic machine that is designed to register as many illegals as possible in Democrat states and maybe even in Republican states to vote and to rig elections. And by the way, when you have a single illegal voter, a single illegal vote is too much. It is amazing to me, and we're going

to bring on Harmeet Dillon here, it is amazing to me how it went from there is no voter fraud, the most safe and secure election in American history, 2020, Chris Krebs to, well, there's no mass proof of voter fraud. And these are like the headline from NBC News this morning. They still haven't showed mass proof of voter fraud. Remarkable. I mean, remarkable, sincerely. Yeah, J.D. Vance saying, J.D. Vance saying the exact same thing.

The theft of a ballot from another American citizen. It is something that is intolerable to our system. And there's one person in our system and at our DRJ, DOJ, who's done more to burn down the regimes of voter fraud in our country than anyone else. Her name's Harmeet Dillon. She's in charge of the Civil Rights Division. This is a civil rights issue, obviously, when your vote gets stolen. Armeet joins us live right now.

Harvey, welcome back to the program. I think that you deserve an enormous round of applause of vindication because you've been talking about this for even long time. And everybody has attacked you and said, where's the evidence? Where's the evidence? And then suddenly this bombshell just drops them from out of nowhere in New Jersey with the verified evidence that they are machine registering illegals

and those illegals are voting. Oh, Benny, thanks for having me here. Absolutely right. I've been talking about this through all my decades of service and Republican politics for free at the RNC and trying to make that a centerpiece here of the work we do at the Department of Justice. And we are vindicated. I already knew this was happening. Now the governor of New Jersey has been forced to admit it,

but they move the gold post even further from. There is no fraud to there is a much fraud to, well, the fraud didn't matter. It didn't sway the outcome of any elections. How do you know that, Governor, Cheryl? There were several municipal elections in New Jersey that were decided by a handful of votes. Elections are decided by one vote sometimes in this country, and to brush that off is ridiculous. So we have opened up our own investigation here at the Department of Justice yesterday within hours of reading about this and have demanded the identities of the individuals who were put on the rolls wrongfully to ensure that they've been removed, but also 400 plus of these individuals self-identified as not.

non-citizens and then they went ahead and voted. And this is after the left says, oh, this SAVE Act isn't necessary because it's already illegal to vote. Yeah, and it's also happening on a massive scale. And, you know, I suspect it's much bigger than what was disclosed yesterday in New Jersey and in many other jurisdictions because if it weren't the 30 states or so that are fighting me on getting the voter rolls so we can help avoid this type of situation, wouldn't be fighting it. They'd be handing them over. We'd all be cooperating. Kumbaya, we'd be getting together. and getting this done for the American people so that everyone has confidence, but instead they're fighting. This includes some Republican states. I don't even understand that. And this should be a big wake-up

call to all election officials. And I sent a letter less than two weeks ago to all of these election officials warning them that if they knowingly allowed non-citizens to stay on the voter rolls and vote, we would come after them at the Department of Justice. I was mocked. I got nasty letters back from secretaries of state. And in fact, we see that it was very necessary and even more needs to be done. This is facilitating a felony, a federal felony. So what are you going to do about the illegals that voted that, of course, know that they're not American citizens. They went into rig elections. They know they're not allowed to vote. Nobody stopped them. I guess there's a problem there. But those individuals made a choice and they committed a crime in America.

Well, I'm not going to call them illegals. They may be green card holders. it's still illegal for them to have voted, to be very clear, though. And so what I want to say about that is that we have been doing prosecutions here throughout the United States quietly. It's, you know, you find them one at a time and then you prosecute them one at a time. You have to go send either Homeland Security investigators or FBI to go take statements and then check. I mean, I just checked some lists that some activists sent me recently.

And, you know, we're very careful before we accuse somebody of illegally voted. So first step, demand those names. Second step, verify that they voted. I don't trust anything New Jersey is telling me at this point. And then, yeah, they are subject to both prosecution as well as removal from the United States. And certainly, you know, when people come up for citizenship, they're asked that question, have you voted? And some people proudly say, well, yes, I did. I've been voting for years.

That makes you ineligible to become a United States citizen. So we are going after this all over the country. So, yes, so you're saying, I mean, because this is something that I constantly ask, there needs to be a warning sign effectively printed out. I think this is happening really, really nicely with the fraud issue, where people are seeing that there are actually consequences to engaging in hundreds of millions of dollars of fraud against these people of the United States of America. The wheels of justice are grinding slowly, but it's nice to see. You know, there have been some big, big stories that we've been able to cover that, like, this guy committed fraud and now they're going to prison. This person, this woman committed fraud, now she's going to jail. It'd be really nice to see, like, hey, these 400 people voted illegally.

They stole the votes of American citizens to paraphrase J.D. Vance. Like, they neutralized the votes of actual legal Americans. And now they're all going to be deported. Like, that'd be nice, you know. Well, you're preaching to the choir here. I mean, just understand that we've already been doing this at DOJ. We want to amplify it. I think it's also important that we actually have some public service announcements out there and stay tuned.

You should be seeing those coming as well. Like I said, I was mocked for warning public officials that they needed to stop this. And in fact, it's very necessary. And so we are drawing attention to this issue. And everyone watching this should tell their neighbors who are maybe here legally but not American citizens. The consequences of voting when you're not allowed to in a federal election can mean removal to, your home country and worse. It's a crime and, you know, people need to just stop cold in their tracks and not enable it. Shame on New Jersey for its sloppy and incompetent handling of this issue or

worse. I want to put up something that you just posted on X minutes ago. I'm getting a lot of love for this. Oh, sorry, posted yesterday at 5 p.m., but here we go. Civil Rights Division, Justice Department, investigating this unlawful dilution of American votes. It's such a great way to put that because. Well, yeah, of course. I mean, it's cancellation of American citizens' votes. And it is happening. And, you know, I have cases in the pipeline and criminal cases. We do not generally comment on them unless they already become public. But I'm working with several United States attorneys in every single incident that I find. I don't think one incident is like Penny Ante. we are prosecuting every single incident we can find. So I call up one of the U.S. attorneys and I say,

here's the evidence. Let's get this together and let's get a guilty plea or conviction in this matter and let's go. So we're taking this very seriously. I remember I lived in New York back in the day when Rudy Giuliani became the mayor and he started prosecuting, turnstile jumping and other what was called sort of petty crimes. I don't even think this is a petty crime, but every single one of them needs to be prosecuted and you'll see an end to it. Broken Windows theory. It's genius. It's spectacular. I didn't actually know that you said, did you work on Rudy? team or were you just living in New York? No, I lived there as a young lawyer a long time ago. So, okay, so now you've seen it all. What is going to happen to the state of New Jersey? The software company is calling out this BS and saying, no, wait a second, this is not a software glitch. This isn't a glitch at all. You didn't do your job. Yeah, well, this is, I think,

look, to be very frank, I think it is a feature and not a bug that some of these Democrat leaders have pushed this idea that it is sufficient. for citizens and to self-identify as such and get on the voter rolls with no checking. Not every state does this. I will say that I've been investigating some counties and some states that are, you know, some of these swing states and found that in fact some people who tried to register and they weren't citizens, they were caught. Like so some people do do their job.

But for the most part, New Jersey apparently just, you know, did not verify. It's required to do so under our federal laws. And, you know, or turning a blind eye, willful blindness to this problem is. is a huge problem in our country. And so why did I start this process? Why did I ask for the voter rolls from 50 states in the District of Columbia? Because I knew from my decades of work in the space, you know, you've seen me on the ground in New Jersey and other jurisdictions, in Arizona and other jurisdictions, that this is a problem that election officials are not doing their jobs to remove dead people from the voter rolls, to remove duplicates from the voter rolls,

to update their voter rolls for people who have moved, to coordinate with other states on their voter rolls and to make sure only citizens are on their voter rolls for federal elections. And so this is a bipartisan problem, to be very clear, it is not a partisan problem. It's happening in blue states and red states. The fact, the matter is a lot of folks

who run for Secretary of State, they're parking their campaign finance money or whatever. They don't really want to be Secretary of State. They want to be governor or attorney general or whatever. So people aren't doing the job as well as they should. and these are the consequences. American citizens' votes are stolen and elections are stolen, and citizens lose confidence in the outcome of elections,

and then they don't vote, and it's a death spiral of democracy. So we can't have that, and I'm really proud to be part of the president's effort and the DOJ's effort and really leading it. We sent election monitors into Arizona yesterday, and they were able to help and troubleshoot in real time. We did that in – we're doing that in five other jurisdictions in the primary alone.

And I'm designing a very ambitious program to make sure that election hotspots that have been trouble in the past are going to be heavily covered by federal monitors in the actual midterm elections in November. That's excellent. Could you explain like what areas are you targeting and what does that monitoring look like? It looks like what you saw in Arizona yesterday. We have federal trained observers, lawyers, who are from the Department of Justice. they may be supplemented by other lawyers who are in the government, but we give them training.

And then, of course, their other groups are monitoring as well, but we're providing state-of-the-art training, and they go and observe within the bounds of state law, and they can help troubleshoot sometimes. Like, for example, in Arizona, there was a polling place yesterday where the machines were, quote, unquote, down. Well, they were down because somebody plugged them into outlets that didn't work. Duh. I mean, we've all had to troubleshoot that kind of thing. With help, it was quickly handled, and people were able to vote. I mean, it happens. Classic.

Yeah, that's right. There are a lot of, I mean, who hasn't done it, I've done it. And then you're like, duh, you know. But anyway, we can't have people not able to vote. In the 2024 election, I was on the ground for the president's campaign. And Apache County, which is a lot of Native Americans voting there could not vote because of gross incompetence on the ground there and their election officials. So we sent monitors there.

So in November, you're going to see places where our Department of Justice has observed there being problems, irregularities. In the past, New Jersey is actually one of those jurisdictions or we sent monitors last year for their election. And they were cooperative. They allowed us to send monitors to these places where they'd have repeated problems. Michigan has gotten monitors in this election cycle. And whatever we did in the midterms, it's going to be many multiples of that in the general election. And so I'm excited about that because I want citizens to see monitors there and say, yeah, the government has eyes and ears on this. We aren't just letting people do whatever they want with our elections because the right to vote is so precious.

People die for this right in the rest of the world. We take it for granted. We allow, I mean, most of the mail I got picked up yesterday when I got home after work, Benny was junk. Okay? That's how you get your ballots in most of America now. That's nonsense. And so we really need to tighten that up and treat it like the precious right that it is and handle it with all due respect by law enforcement. I think one of the most genius things that I've maybe ever seen from election integrity is the postmaster general coming out saying if you don't turn over your list to Harmie Dillon, your voter lists, then you're not going to get ballots.

Right. And that just stood withstood in a pellet decision in D.C. That's correct. That's a huge victory for you. It is. It's a huge, not for me, it's a huge victory for all citizens of this country who want to be able to count on the outcome of elections. And, you know, ever since COVID shifted the Overton window to this default of treating our precious right to vote like, you know, grocery circulars, you know, it's degraded that right. And everyone has stories of, I mean, I've got ballots, several ballots at my house. I'm the assistant attorney generally United States.

I got ballots at my house in D.C. for other people who, you know, used to live there. There's just absolutely no care about this. And that needs to end. So, so you, so this is what's seemingly going to happen, right, up through through the election. Is this rule going to stand that if you don't turn over your voter list, that the U.S. Postal Service is not going to be complicit in a crime by delivering ballots to illegal voters? I certainly hope so. I mean, Mark Elias and his cronies are working hard to undermine. election integrity. That's been their full-time program for a long time now. And we're not deterred. To be frank, you know, the effort to get the voter rolls from states has run into buzz saws of liberal judges who have come up with some fairly nonsensical arguments to say

that I, the proxy of the attorney general here under statute, cannot get the voter rolls because they're not a quote-unquote record within the meaning of the civil rights statute that we're suing under the 1960 Civil Rights Act, because it doesn't exist until someone pushes a button and calls it up. That's the most tortured logic ever. I mean, Governor Cheryl basically had to admit yesterday that the record of people entitled to vote interstate was certainly was generated and it included a bunch of people

who shouldn't have been there. This is exactly why we need to review these materials. This is exactly why every state needs to be running their list through the saved database and cooperating with Americans. I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat. this is about doing your job competently and correctly and for the American people you represent. I mean, yesterday she came out and said and making this shocking admission that it was President Trump's fault somehow. I mean, these people are just totally nuts when it comes to being

honest about these issues. And so it's up to us at the Department of Justice to be very clear-eyed about it. And I think she tried to protect the people who did it by saying they were Republicans, they were Democrats, they were independents. I don't care. I don't care how they voted. I do not care. you'll be going after all of them. Yes, correct. Oh, fantastic. You keep talking about people voting, but Harmean, I think you're missing a huge constituency of illegal voting, which is dogs.

In your home state of California, there's a lot of dogs vote. I don't know about a lot, but it has happened for sure. Yeah, dogs. In the county, that was an example of that. And, you know, one time the registrar caught the vote and the other time, the registrar didn't. So an American human biped was canceled out by the quadruped. It is unforgivable and it needs to stop. What about the state of California?

It brought so much attention unto itself over this. I know Spencer Pratt was just meeting with the president at the White House. I know you love that state and that that's your home. But man, what a mess. And of course, that California system is what they're trying to nationalize, of course, if they get power again. So, you know, what are you doing about the state of California? Well, I mean, we're going to, we're suing California,

just like these other states that are not giving us their voter rolls. And whatever you see in New Jersey, it's a fairly small state, I can guarantee you that the problem is 100 times worse in the 40 million population, California that is so dear to my heart. And it's not even disputed, as I've said many times publicly, Judicial Watch entered into a settlement with Los Angeles County, which has 10 million people in it in 2017, where they agreed.

The Los Angeles County Register, agreed that there were one million people on the voter rolls who didn't belong there, dead, moved, you know, not citizens. And it took years to clean it up. I remember during my confirmation hearing with the Senate, Senator Padilla tried to gaslight me about that. And I brought some facts out, and he immediately withdrew the question. It's a fact, and they all know it, and he was the Secretary of State. And so, you know, they point fingers immediately on vendors and computer systems to deflect from their irresponsible conduct. And to be clear, she wasn't,

a governor, Cheryl, wasn't the governor when it happened, but it totally could have happened under her watch because these are the policies of the left. Don't check ID. Don't even allow people to present ID. Let them self-identify and then sue them if a state like Arizona tries to require voter ID. So with California,

how bad is it? The president gave this prime time address last week. He released documents from DHS that said there are 200,000 illegals registered to vote in California, if I'm remembering the chart correctly. And that's probably the tip of the iceberg. Like how bad is it in California and how does it get cleaned up? Well, I don't think we know how bad it is in California. I want to be very clear about that.

Why? Why? Because they hide the ball. They lie and they obfuscate. And so how we get it, I mean, ultimately, I'm going to go all the way to the the Supreme Court on this issue of trying to get the voter rolls, which I'm entitled to do in our interpretation of federal law. And if I don't get them, because the Ninth Circuit, this is already California and Oregon,

already ruled against me in district court level. And the Ninth Circuit is sitting on an opinion. We've already seen, I went and saw the oral argument in Pasadena. We're waiting for the result of that. I think I know what it's going to be. And, you know, ultimately, I think this issue will be decided by the Supreme Court. But ultimately, you know, it's really up to Congress. I can only do my best up through the courts, but ultimately, if the courts decide that nobody has the authority to look at the voter rolls, well, Congress needs to fix that, Pronto, and fix these loopholes that exist, like, you know, Save America Act is a great example.

I think people should be allowed to vote by mail if, you know, they meet certain criteria. But the wholesale mailing of ballots combined with the very loose, as we've just seen yesterday, voter rolls. is a disaster and needs to be corrected by our lawmakers. Yeah, final question here. What would this, how, how helpful would the Save Act be in your mission to clean up the voter fraud in our nation? I mean, it would be critical. For one thing, you know, we would be addressing if the whole Save Act gets passed,

the mail ballot issue. But, you know, requiring states to use a saved database and, and cleaning up their voter roles regularly would be absolutely critical. Requiring voter ID is just common sense. The number of times I walk around DC, I have to go to the White House, I have to go into meetings, I check into a hotel, I go on a flight. I have to show my ID so many times during the week as every American does, and it's no big deal. And states that have required voter ID, give them for free if you don't have one otherwise. And so that common sense measure would immediately crack down on, I think, the vast majority of voter fraud in our country because it'll become so

And my constant, my constant approach to try and get myself a harm to drawing sweater. Yes, that's right. Yes, I'm trying to get. Yes, that's exactly right.

Yeah. Okay. Finally on Harvard and China. I know we wanted to touch on this. We don't have a ton of time. So last question here. You've been going after. Harvard for their China-based student aid program.

Oh, okay. this is totally going to work out great. Something like one and every four students is like a foreign student from another nation in our country. A lot of them are Chinese. We've seen some real problems here. In fact, a Chinese student voted illegally in Michigan. That was, you guys caught that and confirmed that.

And that vote counted, of course, Kaching, right? And then he fled off back to China. Cool. Really great system. What are you doing here with Harvard? Well, so look, without demagoguing any particular person, what I want to say is that I think it is very concerning that the United States enemies are sending massive amounts of money and students to, and professors to staff labs that are paid for by Chinese money in our American

top institutions. And that is paired with, you know, a culture of intellectual property theft. And it's just a fact, these are facts. I'm not, you know, I'm going to sugarcoat it. And so I learned last week from data that the State Department released that China has, disclosed, $630 million, sorry, Harvard has disclosed, $630 million or so of money from China alone, and several billion from other foreign parties, but I'm focusing on America's enemies, frankly. And then you then look at the gifts, and I've got spreadsheets, and the gifts are, many of the gifts are restricted, and the restrictions include this money is for Chinese origin students to pay for their, you know, whatever, education, tuition, labs,

whatever fellowships, that's illegal. You cannot condition admission or benefits in an American institution of higher learning that accepts American money, which Harvard gets billions annually, or employment. That's also a problem. So we're beginning an examination of this at Harvard, and this will be expanding to other top institutions. You go over to Stanford, they got the same problem. Stanford, any library or cafe in Stanford University campus is full of Chinese nationals and some sensitive technology and research is incubated in these institutions. So we want to know what's happening with that money and where it's going. And we also want to make sure every American student whose mom and dad or family paid taxes gets the full benefit of the education that they've

been promised with our American tax dollars that are going to all of these institutions. So just stay tuned. This is going to be an expanding investigation by the Department of Justice at the end of the day. if people are breaking the law, we're going to put a stop to it. We'll be talking about that a little bit more in the few months. But we've got to finish strong over these next four months. This is my fourth term in Congress. And, you know, I take seriously that you're supposed to come up here and be a citizen legislator and go back home. But I'll be back in the fight and there's a number of things we need to do. But right now we got to we got to deliver over the next few months, regain the majorities and deliver. So you wrote the SAVE Act, which I don't think many people give you credit for. The SAVE Act is the most popular piece of legislation and more, it's legislation we've talked about more on this program than any other piece of legislation in history. and like way more than the big beautiful bill.

And I got members of Congress come on here and they bang their fists. Because I'm like, the big beautiful bill, nobody can tell you what's in that. Nobody can tell you what that did. So you're having a message problem, right, on this. Sure, you got a past and that's good. But like, nobody knows what it did. And you haven't communicated that to the American people. The SAVE Act actually has been communicated to the American people very effectively.

I know there's a lot of different people with a lot of different thoughts on how to get this done. on, are you blackpilled on this? Is it going to get done, Chip or no? Well, number of things. Number one, you're right. Look, simple bills are always better. Okay, so the Save America Act is a simple bill. And citizens should vote and you should show voter ID.

That's basically the deal. Most people get that and it polls at 80%. And look, I think that matters how you message it. That's why it's important. That's why the president's instincts are so good. They're always very good that we need to put this front and center and run on it. Put Democrats in a box. and that's what we're doing.

The side note really quickly on the Big Beautiful Bill. We have not messaged it well because it's a very big complex bill. But in very short order, it cut taxes for millions of Americans. It cut spending on massive programs that needed to be cut and restored a lot of important barriers to all of the abuses and welfare that were carrying out for illegal aliens getting that funding. And it did a lot of other things. But at the core, that's what it did. And that was an important building block for the next stage of economic growth in the United States,

was to solidify low tax rates and to starting to reduce the burden, an historic amount of cuts to welfare and Medicaid waste and being able to make sure that we were able to get that down. $1.7 trillion. That's a big deal. We've never done it. So putting that aside, harder to campaign on than the Save America Act. The Save America Act is front and center because the American people are tired. of their country getting abused by Democrats and by illegal aliens voting.

That's it, plain and simply. And you're asking, can we get it passed? Well, I'll be honest. I'm always trying to be honest. I don't know. We're going to try as hard as we can. We've attached it to multiple bills in the House. You and I have on this show talked multiple times about the Senate and its adherence to the,

I call it fake filibuster threshold of 60 votes. They refuse to amend or tweak the rules. in any way that, by the way, that will preserve long-term cooling saucer filibuster tools, I think they're risking blowing up the Senate and turning it into a pure majority body. I think they're risking the future of the Senate. But we're going to pass a budget this week, I think. I mean, look, the votes are tight. I think that will at least set the stage for the next step.

Ultimately, this is going to boil down to, will the Senate do the right thing and attach full save? Benny, I want to be very clear. And I've delivered this message to the White House, to the Senate, and to my House colleagues. It needs to be the full save, not a watered down version. And when I say full save, I mean the House-passed version that has the requirements that only American citizens vote and checks the voter rolls,

cleans the voter rolls, make sure you're a citizen, and voter ID. And that is mandated on the states. Do whatever we need to do to get that done, and then we'll be winning. If we get a watered-down version that is like, well, we'll give you some money, California, if you will adhere to these rules.

That ain't going to work because that's not going to get the job done. That's not going to fix the glitch with New York and California, Illinois, Virginia and all these places. So if they do their job in the Senate, which I know it's going to be a close call,

then we'll be cooking with peanut oil, as they say in the South. Can you respond to Lisa Murkowski with her mulling, itching, op-ed in the Washington Post? I'd never trust, like, a Republican, by the way, that, like, rights for the Washington Post.

Like, by the one, it's like the first big, like, giant red warning sign. But she wrote something that's like, I'm not going to vote for the Save Act. I refuse because, like, Eskimos can't vote. Or it's, like, hard for Eskimos to vote because their fingers are colder. Like, did you read that our op-ed?

Can you, like, can you break down her arguments against? She says, I'll stop being glib. She says that it creates unnecessary burdens on people to vote, effectively, is her argument. What's your counter to that? That it's just false. I mean, first of all, our privilege as Americans, right, our right to vote, of course, but our privilege as Americans is to be able to take part in this Republican form of government.

And we have the right to vote without it being, you know, fettered in any way, right? They cannot put any barriers up, no purposeful barriers. That does not absolve you of the responsibility to do the things you should do as a citizen to protect this republic, right? And so we've had all these jokes on social media about the Olive Garden or whatever, all these different things that people use examples, sporting events, all these things that you've got to show ID for. And I don't usually tweet those things out.

They're humorous and I know why people do. But because for me, I'd say, look, this is a very serious thing. I don't want to ever do anything to interfere with someone's right to vote. But the bare minimum of being able to say, I'm going to go and do my part, right, and get my documentation and say, I'm going to be registered to vote. We're not asking for much here. And we have multiple layers to give you the ability to figure that out. If you don't have a passport or real ID that's a single document solution,

then you can go with any form of photo ID with any form of a printed, by the way, under Supreme Court precedent, under every state's laws, you can get that for like a dollar or free, right, a single document that's your birth certificate or equivalent. You take that in your ID and you can register to vote. By the way, you don't have to do any of that until you have a change in life circumstance. So if you're currently sitting in your house and you're currently registered, you're going to be able to vote. For better or worse, by the way, we could have been tougher and said, well, by a date, certain, we're going to make you do it. But we just said, look,

we'll let this unfold over a matter of years as people have life events. They get married, they move, they whatever. And you can go, you know, present that information. So if you're an Eskimo, if you're any other person that's got some more difficult setting, you can still do all of that. You can still go through that registration process, but only when you have a change of circumstances. And then ultimately, if you can't, all of that is fails, we allow a process for you to just simply sign an affidavit saying, I am Chip Roy and I am a citizen of the United States. I am the same person. And you can go through and do that. And then you can still register a vote and be able to vote. We put in all of the safeguards possible. And by the way, if Lisa, if Senator

Markowski has a problem, then present a solution, right? What is your solution for an exception for some person unable to get to the registrar, right, you know, whatever? Or, hey, they vote by mail and they're going to do whatever by some sort of absentee ballot situation. All right, what's your solution? Because we're talking about a tiny fraction of the population who has every ability to do it and will be able to vote. I don't believe there's an issue at all. If you do present a solution don't just shrug it off because that's not a solution. It's amazing how she posts this.

By the way, scroll down here, Klein, look at how she's getting ratioed on this. The ratio is obscene. I've never seen anything like it. I've never seen this side of Kamala Harris, I think, or like Ilhan Omar blocked all of her comments so she can't get ratioed. She was getting ratioed really hard.

2,000 reposts, 25,000 comments. Right. They're not even people sound. And you got, you got Pressler there, who's rightly, I see him right there, say any person without documentation would be able to sign an attestation. Exactly. That's, by the way, we added that after the first version of save, which I don't believe was necessary. I think our initial structure was good, but we added that.

You hear, you take feedback in the legislative process. You go, all right, we'll make it where, but again, it's under penalty of perjury. So we added that, but, you know, you're going to perjure yourself. You're going to lie, you know, if you're going to say something is not true. Of course you get that. And look, by the way, Scott's exactly right. Why don't you suggest an amendment which would allow remote Alaskans to attach copy of the proof citizenship photo ID? Again, I don't know that that's necessary. But if she's got an issue with that, great, bring forward your issue and offer a solution that would tweak the bill. That's by the way how the legislative process is supposed to work. We're supposed to put legislation on the floor and then debate it, amend it, improve it and send it. But these guys won't do it. I think the bill's good as it is, to be very clear. I think it's, good as it is, we've gone through these motions. But if she offering tweak, I doubt anybody would say, oh, no, we can't have that.

Bro, the, bro, the white knighting here is so cringe. It's so peak. Look at what she writes up at the top. She writes, I support voter ID, and I believe that only U.S. citizens should vote. Like, as though we're supposed to applaud for her for that. As though we're like, she's acting like a Democrat. I mean, these are like, these are the kind of words that are written by Democrats.

Like this is the kind of stuff. This is exactly what Cory Booker sounds like. This is exactly what Chuck Schumer sounds like. It's like the first. Benny, we have a glossary, those of us who've been around the hill for a while, we have a glossary that we keep. And one day I'll share it with you. I think it's public in some ways where we keep all the phrases people use

or the structures they use to not lead. Right. Whenever I hear somebody here going, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. I know they're about to compromise and sell out, right? When you have somebody say, I take a backseat to no one. But in terms of my fidelity to the Constitution or my desire for voter ID, you know they're about to totally ignore all of that and tell you that they don't support voter ID or that you literally know that's what's coming next. So there's always this is what she's doing right here. I support voter ID.

Trust me. I love America. I believe only U.S. But I'm not going to do anything to make sure it happens. Because, and by the way, that's the Senate in a nutshell right now, not the whole Senate, but those particular individuals in the Senate. Every single day you become more vindicated. Every single news cycle becomes more torturous for those of us watching cheering for the SAVE Act. Yesterday, a brand new bombshell.

And we were hit over the head. We were demonetized. We were taken off social media for talking about stolen elections after 2020. So was everyone, right? Who wasn't in the Senate? I think it was Ron Johnson and like Rand Paul were like both taken out. They were both like had their channels taken down because they talk about this kind of stuff. Anyway, the point is that, like, we were all vindicated.

You were vindicated. You, you in writing of this bill were vindicated when New Jersey just out of nowhere, it's like, yeah, we've registered tens of thousands of illegals. Yeah, they've all voted. But, like, we don't think they change the election results. Is that where we are, Chip? Like, this is where we are. This is where the goalpost has been moved.

Like, the goalpost isn't even on the football field anymore. It's in a different stadium and a different... Recently, our company's softball team lost the big game by one run. County. You know, we were on a different issue. We were voting on the HR2 bill that we shoved through the Judiciary Committee yesterday to sort of codify President Trump's border policy, stuff we've done before. We can talk about that separately. My point is, I listen to Democrats who they literally are separated from reality, right? They cannot acknowledge, although a few of them started to, by the way, acknowledge how bad things were under Biden and the consequences of open borders. The president has solved that problem. We want to make it permanent, right?

you should border security shouldn't depend on who's in the white house like respectfully to trump and homin and miller we need to have actual laws in place that prevent Biden from doing it again but they got they'll go off and they're just divorced from reality same thing on this stuff they'll say there's no evidence that elections were stolen and then you hear harmeet talking about what what we know with the data in california or new jersey where the governor's like oh yeah whatever yeah there's 7000 but whatever it's just 7000 like they're so separated for what's really going on. And if I might fall on my sword for a minute, you're being kind and taking a, you know, like not a victory lap because we haven't gotten this done yet. But, you know, I'm proud

of what we've done with the same act. I'm glad to be the lead author. Mike Lee, we're fighting for it. But remember that they can't even look at me who I take some arrows because I was one of those Republicans that said, we didn't have a different slate of electors on January 6th back in 2021 to vote for a different slate of electors. So I voted for the electors. So most of the audience right now is going to throw a shoe at the TV saying, you're an idiot. You shouldn't have done that.

We can agree to disagree, right? My good friend Ted Cruz did one thing Mike Lee was with me. That was our read of the Constitution. The reason I bring this up is not to like follow my sword again. It's because Democrats can't even look at someone like me who was trying to look through every step along the way. I believed there was fraud. I believe that we would get the evidence of fraud and that we could get one state to change the electors.

That was my goal between November and January that year. We didn't, right? We didn't get a different slave electors by D-Day. So I voted for the electors. So they were like, oh, you're a hero. You voted for the electors. I don't want to be a hero to freaking crazies. But what I want to do is try to follow the Constitution.

Now, I come along and say, guys, there's fraud, and we need to stop it. So let's just simply do something about it. So Save America Act was a product of many things we did over the years to try to combat it. And they look at it and they go, you're crazy. This is unnecessary. You want to keep people away from the polls. You're the devil. They're so divorced from reality.

They can't even look at it and go, hey, you know what? You're right. We can at least agree that only citizens should vote. Let's fix that. We disagree on asylum or this or that and the other. There's no ground upon which we can stand alongside them right now on anything saying, I'm being honest about this. I mean, we had four or five Democrats who voted with us yesterday on boys not competing against girls, I think, in sports, maybe a couple on not paying for training surgeries and DOD.

So you got a few, but it's it's few and far between on any of the issues that I think matter right now. So I think like the, I mean, they're like, they're completely scared out of their minds about what's happening with the DSA. I think the Democrats are terrified. I think your colleagues know that they're all up, right? Like TikTok, now's the time and the hours late. And the DSA is going to come for all of them. Like, if they can get people in Iowa, you know, if the DSA can, like, primary people in the heartland,

then there's no districts they can't reach into and, like, get them. Like, are Democrats terrified in the halls of Congress? I know you have plenty of colleagues that, like, you got to be cordial with. I think worried about this? I mean, you know, look, I think they're looking at it and they're saying, I think they are concerned. I mean, and I think you're kind of, what's funny is, I mean, I say old guard Democrats, aren't that many old guard Democrats left. But even the sort of new guard Democrats are looking at this going, yeah, this stuff is not going to sell nationally and this is a problem. You know, look, you know, but I don't want to sugarcoat too much, though.

the vast differences we have even with mainline Democrats. Like, let's take a stock trading bill, right? We're going to have on the floor of the House today a version of it. Could be stronger, but it's a big step forward and I'm proud. I was the lead on that bill too. I was the first, and I did, and reason I'm bringing this up with you now, it was a bipartisan bill with Abigail Spanburne. Remember, former congresswoman from Virginia?

She and I came together and we said, let's do this bill on stock trading. And we did that. and now six years later we're finally getting a vote. I'll come back to that more than a minute if you want. But I'm bringing it up because fine. You'd think, all right, well, there's someone you can work with. And look, I get along with Abigail. I'm not trying to trash her.

But as governor of Virginia, she has been insane. Okay? I want to be very clear. Her policies have been insane. Allowing what's been happening in Fairfax with respect to the illegal aliens, you know, doing what she's doing to try to push, you know, they were trying to do the crazy, crazy, crazy. maps that they were doing in the redistricting, which were, I've never seen anything like it with

five districts with fingers up into crazy socialist Arlington and Alexandria trying to disenfranchise southwest Virginia voters. I could go down a list, policy after policy, energy, crime, illegal aliens, voting. Insane policies. To your point about the DSA, I don't know whether she's fearful of that flank or whether it's just part of the DNA of the modern Democrat. I think it's largely part of the DNA of most of your modern Democrats who are elected today. The DSA is just reflecting it with more kind of legislative and political violence. So you're going to be missing the Nancy Pelosi vodka infused edible arrangement this Christmas if you pass the stock trading ban.

Well, I mean, she has plenty of money to buy plenty of those for everybody at this point. You know, I mean, it's crazy when you watch the stock trading. But let's be clear, it's been not. nonpartisan or bipartisan, right? I mean, Republicans do it too, and we should clean the decks. And I'm a believer. People say, Chip, this is insider trading. Kind of. What it really is is your trading equities on stuff you're voting on. I think that's a conflict of interest. Insider trading are not, right? If you're sitting on the House Armed Services Committee or the defense appropriations and you're voting on like, well, do I want to do something with Lockheed? Do I want to go down this road? Do I want to do something

with Palatier? Do I want to do something over here? Am I going to vote on A? I'm going to vote on health care regulation, big insurance, big hospitals, big pharma. How are people voting on that stuff when they have massive positions in these things? Now, it's not easy. I get that, right? My wife works as a lawyer in the oil and gas space. So we have to manage whatever they give out and some equity part of the business. And then we have to then take that and then sit there and then we have to, you know,

divest over time whenever they've, you know what I mean? We have to deal with complications of that. And you're accomplished people. Congress, so you're going to have to deal with some of that. But when I came to Congress, I stopped trading, and I lost money because I just sat on stocks. I finally took them all, put them into S&B 500 funds, because I don't think I should be trading on stuff while I'm voting on it. Again, not insider trading. That's maybe a piece of it, but because how can you make a true honest judgment for good of country when you're voting on stuff that's directly tied to the

stock performance of a company? So we ought to do that. We're going to put a bill on the floor today. Now I have to say one thing. I'm glad it's on the floor and I'm glad it's getting a vote and it's a giant step forward and I expect all Republicans to vote for it. comma, however, some political gamesmanship is going on. We attached save to it. Now that's great. Attached saved everything you want.

But what that means is, is a lot of people are going to vote for this with save attached as cover and then the bill's not going to go anywhere. We're not going to be able to pressure the Senate because it's not a standalone bill. So this is a little bit of political. gamesmanship between now and the election. It's the first time we're going to have a vote on a straight up ban on members of Congress being able to buy equities. And I think that's a good thing.

So I'm supporting it and I'll vote for it. But I'm going to keep pushing between now and November and lame duck to say, guys, we need a straight up or down clean vote. We need to get the policy. We need to change the rules. The American people are tired of the games. They want us to deliver. So that's my two cents on that.

People don't trust Congress to behave morally. from a financial perspective because they watch Ilhan Omar file reports saying she's now worth $30 million. And then whoopsie Daisy. Now she's back to being worth negative $100,000. The $30 million was stuffed into mattresses and flown to Somalia. We're all aware of that. Nobody trusts Congress because of garbage like that, right? Like nobody believes you, you know?

And it's like such open. And it's meant to be almost a humiliation ritual, I think, maybe, to all of us, that she can get away with that. Is she going to get away with that? You know, I don't know. And I'm actually due for, I hate commenting on things I'm not fully up to date on. I'm due for an update from ethics and where those guys are on that stuff. I think we ought to have votes on these things. It's very clear that they were playing games more than playing games.

And this is, you're right. I mean, at the end of the day, we're getting this vote on the floor of the house. is a very big step forward. You know, we haven't had a change on this since 2012. That's when we passed the Stock Act, which created a lot of the transparency, which is now open to people's eyes to, oh, now I can see some of this stuff.

So now that's led to, again, Abigail and I introduced the bill in 2020. Now we get the vote this week. I hope we will make changes and go further, and I hope there'll be consequences. You know, we've got to, look, the reason Abigail and I named that bill restore trust in Congress

was because just that. We're trying to get people to actually believe in Congress again. But we've got to do stuff to make them believe it. And that's both personal, having consequences for Ilhan Omar or putting in a ban on stock trading to get there. But it's also doing our job, balance the budget,

stop spending money we don't have, deliver on border security, deliver on the things we said we would do. A lot of my colleagues were mad, and I'm bouncing around a little bit for a reason, mad that I forced to vote on HR2, it's a new bill number now, but the border security bill yesterday and Judiciary Committee, she's like, well, Chip, it's not going to pass because we have a block of your amnesty lovers

and your anti-border security members of our own conference, Republicans, who are like, well, we don't want to vote on this too tough before election. So what do you mean it's too tough? We're literally just codifying what President Trump has done and that we've all voted for and supported. Why don't we all want to unite around that? So by forcing it through the Judiciary Committee, I've now created this live fire exercise that I think it's important. The American people need to see us continue to fight for them.

That's why we're doing the border security bill from yesterday, stock trading today, stay back we're fighting through. I expect us to probably get the budget framework passed this week so we can get the first step of like five to see if we can get that done. But the American people expect us to look to deliver. So I just want something really quickly. I mean, you talk, you keep talking about this border bill and Trump's immigration. policy. Trump seems to be going at loggerheads with Mandami right now. And Mandami just released a video this morning where it's like, this guy thinks he's, this guy thinks he's president, you know, like the video is unbelievable. And he's sitting here saying like, you know, he's doing like almost

a presidential address about arresting a foreign head of state. And I don't even care what you think about that foreign head of state because I have some very strong feelings. But like, I don't even care what you think about it. Like you're not allowed to do that. You're a derpy mayor that just got it. Like, you don't even go here. He doesn't even go here. Like, you just became a citizen like last week. And he's sitting here like saying, like, I'm going to arrest a foreign head of state. This is insane. Like, it has to end. Like, this is, these people are not Western, right? Like, their mindset isn't Western. This is not about, like, law and order. A separation of powers. And, like, they really, they really do have like third, like third world, uh, group think.

and brain rot. Yeah, look, I've been, I've been very public. I think Mom Dhani should be denaturalized and deported. And I think that's true. I think any sane country that has looked at what's been occurring in our nation since 9-11, when 19 hijackers overstayed visas, which, by the way, we put penalties in the bill yesterday in H.R. 2 overstate visas, and Democrats hate it. But attacked our country, the march of Islam, association with care,

association with terrorist groups, violating probably the Logan Act and engaging in foreign policy as a mayor of New York, in direct, I think, contradiction of law. I mean, you could debate that one way or the other, but very clearly you know what he's up to. And this is somebody who has given the gift of naturalization. You don't have any right to that. That's the people of this country saying, okay, you know, we want people to be able to come benefit from being an American. And this guy is completely attacking everything good and great about our country.

I mean, it's very clear and obvious. He saddles up of people who talk about waging jihad against the West and against America. And then he gets up and wants to go play Secretary of State in direct contradiction to our elected president and Secretary of State talking about arresting Benjamin Netanyahu. meeting with Iran. They did the State Department had to stop it. Like they came out and said that we stopped Montgomery from meeting with Iran.

They just killed American citizens. American military members. Yeah. I mean, sadly, and God rest their souls and think there's great patriots. And, you know, but I, we just beat around the bush on this stuff. Look, they want to destroy our way of life.

They do. They want the Judeo-Christian values upon which we were founded, the principles, our Constitution, the Declaration, it is reviled. And they will use the Constitution. They will use the First Amendment to kill us with it. And we either acknowledge that there's a war being waged against our way of life, or we will lose the war that is being waged against our way of life. And that's what I believe. And again, a sane country wouldn't have imported five million people from majority Muslim country since 9-11. We wouldn't have naturalized somebody now that is,

Now the mayor of New York who wants to destroy our way of life and is cohorting with the enemy and saying that he's going to take into his own hands arresting a head of state that is, by all accounts, an ally of the United States of America. We have lots of opinions we can share about what we're doing, how we're doing it, Israel, Iran, and I've got my own concerns. For example, as we vote for this budget resolution and we're voting to fund the Defense Department, the war department, sorry, to the tune of $83 billion between defense and intel. Well, I'm for that broadly because I want to restock our munitions.

I want to do all of that. I want a strong position around the globe, and I want to support the president and Secretary of Hexat. I want to rebuild our military. I want to get it the best in the world. But we haven't had a full-throated debate about are we at war with Iran or not? And as Congress backing it, we have not done that. Okay, I'm sitting here in this body, and I'll tell you right now,

I'll debate anybody anywhere. we are only kind of acquiescing to the idea of being at war. If we're at war with Iran, let's own it, and let's do what we need to do to have a goal, a mission, carry out the mission, win it, do what you need to do to do it, and then be done. But I don't want to see Americans dying with something we're not all committed to as Americans. And let's commit to it, let's do it, let's unite and go do whatever we're going to do, or let's not. So there's going to be a lot of debates coming up on the reconciliation bill because we're funding,

that stuff, the National Defense Authorization Act. I'm not sold on voting for that yet until I know what defense war is saying what we're going to do about this war in Iran. We can have that debate a separate day, but my point is just this. Mamdani, he represents everything that is abhorrent about our broken immigration

system, our weakness in the march of Islam in our country, and putting people in power that we're not willing to call out and even denaturalize and deport if they're carrying forward things that are against our country, undermining the Constitution. of the rule of law. Yeah, it's right there on the immigration documents and laws that have been passed by Congress.

You're not allowed to naturalize communists. You can't do that. If you had an affiliation with a communist party, you're not allowed to become an American citizen. It's in the black and white. It's like in the law. It's American law. Okay, quick, just final follow up on that. Denaturalize and deport Ilhan Omar?

Like, what's your take on this? Like, what's your take on your colleague? So, I would say that that is certainly within the role. on the possibility. I've seen her actions. Look, I think, I certainly think so. I think at the end of the day, she's got all of the same qualities that I'm talking about with respect to Mondani. What I'm seeing with Mamdani and sort of direct action, like this direct work and reaching out to Iran and calling for, you know, Netanyahu to be arrested. All of that stuff is just immediate and obvious. With Elon Omar, I think she represents a block of constituents in Minnesota that are going to replace her

with someone basically the same. But we ought to deal with her and make sure that we investigate her fully and where there's evidence connected to terrorist activity, connected to care, connected to the entities that are undermining our national security and our interests, then denaturalize and deport. By the way, we should denaturalize and deport lots of people. There have been lots of people who have been naturalized over the last two decades plus, probably longer, who shouldn't be in the United States.

I don't mind saying that. And so, you know, I think we should pursue all those options where we can. Yeah. It's a great way to inspire good behavior, quite frankly, start seeing nasty rotations. We can pray for that, maybe in my lifetime. Thank you, Chip. And it's a fun conversation.
