Well, not only did he lie about his son Hunter making money in China, but it also turns out that $40,000 in laundered China money landed in Joe Biden's bank account in the form of a personal check. And the Oversight Committee has it. Here's how Joe Biden benefited from his family's shady deal with CEFC, a Chinese Communist Party-linked company. It all began with a shakedown in the summer of 2017 when Hunter Biden sent a message to his CFC associate demanding a $10 million capital payment. As Hunter Biden extorted this associate, Hunter claimed he was sitting with his father and that the Biden network would turn on his associate if he didn't pony up the money. The extortion scheme worked. Days later,

$5 million flowed in from a Chinese affiliate of CEFC. Well, there you go. You can see the text message right here, ladies and gentlemen. You can read it and I shall for you at this very moment. I'm sitting here with my father. We would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled, meaning we need our cash. I will make certain

Then Hudson West III sent $400,000 to an entity owned and controlled by Hunter Biden. Next, Hunter Biden wired one hundred fifty thousand dollars to Lion Hall Group, a company owned by James and Sarah Biden. Sarah Biden then withdrew fifty thousand dollars in cash from Lion Hall Group. Later the same day, she deposited it into her and James Biden's personal checking account. A few days later, Sarah Biden cut a check to Joe Biden for $40,000. The memo line of the check said, loan repayment.

Well, here it is. No! Oh, man. They know they've been caught. It's delicious. It's really is a wonderful thing. We've been saying on the show, man, you might get justice. You might get justice.

We're guaranteed that there will be justice and victory in the very end, okay? But we may even get justice in our lifetime. We may even see it happen. funds, it's certainly plausible that this payment where James and Sarah used funds from China was indeed a loan payment to Joe. But even if this $40,000 check was a loan repayment from James Biden, it still shows how Joe benefited from his family cashing in on his name with money from China, no less. Now, people are reticent to play the clip I'm about to play for you because it comes from Hunter Biden's laptop and people are scared of it or they think it's dirty. It is filthy. It's dirty. It shows the true debasement and demonic activity that exists inside of this family. It shows generational curses inside of this family. If you go through Hunter Biden's laptop, it is a sick and diseased portal into a much darker and much more sinister, much more criminal world than we can cover here because, well, quite frankly, we can't even show you. We can't show you the image. The entire channel will be demonetized and taken down if we showed you what was actually on Hunter Biden's laptop. And let's just say he's guilty

Or is it much more likely that he's pretending to be duped by the Biden's very meager attempts to subvert any possible investigation into their obvious schemes? I don't think he's pretending to be duped. I think he's that dumb. When does a member, somebody who's been in the U.S. Senate making $174,000 a year, have $200,000 to lend his brother? I mean, give me a break. This is absolutely ridiculous. And we all know it to be true. James Biden, he's on these text messages with Hunter Biden about stepping in, quote unquote, because Hunter was in a bad spot. They've all been involved in this. They've all been involved in this. What is this, actually?

What is the highest crime that you could charge someone with here? So it's something called FARA. We do our very best to simply, you are a busy person. You have a real life. We do our very best. It is our job to synthesize news, right? And to like break down these acronyms and all the jargon and just to lay it out straight. We don't consider ourselves particularly like, I don't have any higher education. I don't have some, you have some doctorate degree or anything like that. It is my job actually to simply explain the world in the common colloquial vernacular, right? FARA violation, FARA violation, Foreign Agent Registration Act. FARA stands for the Foreign Agent Registration Act. It means if you are going to take money to lobby the American

government or to even or to even attempt to lobby the American government or any American policy from a foreign nation, you have to register as a foreign agent. Now, this, of course, is fine. If you are receiving money and if that money is being used to attempt to influence American policy at all on anything, then you have to report that. You have to register and say, that's what I'm doing here. Right. So the American government understands like where the money is

coming from and where the influence's coming from and where the influence is coming from. And that's made public. Then people know, hey, I'm an agent of Qatar, right? Or whatever. It's there for everyone to see, including our government. And so when things go sideways, everyone knows what's up. What Byron Donalds is here saying is that this is the ultimate. These laws are strict and are dangerous if you're caught crossing. Like, again, they took people from the Trump administration and threw their asses in the slammer for this. This would be one of the higher charges that you would bring against the Bidens. What this is really about is the fact that the Bidens. Money that Jim got from a healthcare company that he had allegedly promised investment in overseas secured by Biden family influence. The flurry of foreign calls took place just two days after some highly suspicious texts between Hunter and a Chinese oil giant partner discussing developing projects for the joint benefit of your, of my home and yours. Whoa. This was the burner phone that Hunter Biden got Joe to make the phone calls for promised foreign investment. You remember Jim Biden, the real Jacques Clouseau of this entire operation, was extorting a health care company saying that he could get Middle East investment.

And here's Joe Biden working the phone lines trying to get the Sultans to invest. This this con took place in Florida. What happened in the state of Florida? Man, we are going to Alex. Where did this take place? I'm going to hunt it down. I want to find out where this took place. Where was this operation happening? Who is the D.A. in this area? Why in the F hasn't somebody been filed charges and open an investigation into this Biden crime syndicate? They're opening investigate. Donald Trump throws up. We've learned that they were influence peddling with our biggest adversaries around the world.

And what we're now learning through the bank statements is that they were laundering money. So this is a serious issue. And one reason we're concerned about the emails, obviously, Joe Biden, in one of his many lives of the American people, said he had an absolute wall between the government and his family. That's not true. Many of those emails went to Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden's business associates. We know that. And the other concern is we fear that one of the emails on Hunter Biden's laptop, where he was emailing back and forth with Ukraine,

where they were wiring his family millions of dollars, one of those emails reads like a government email. And it has all the characteristics of a classified government document. I know you're on the Judiciary Committee. I know you have been going in hard against Joe. Where will this lead eventually in Congress? I see people in the comments actually being like, will anything come of it? Help us out. Yeah, well, first of all, it's great that we've got now Mike Johnson, obviously a former Judiciary Committee member, one of our important ones, right, as the chairman of the Constitution Subcommittee, who's now the Speaker of the House, who is quite well-versed on what we have been doing in the Judiciary Committee and is pretty fully informed of a lot of the evidence that we've been uncovering and looking at, obviously in partnership with the Oversight Committee and Jamie Comer. Now, I can't get too far ahead of some of the things that we've been having conversations about.

And frankly, I'm due for an update. I'm looking up the clock tonight at five when the Judiciary Committee members meet again. You know, frankly, Jim Jordan, literally the Monday after he unfortunately was voted down as speaker on that Friday, that next Monday he was back to doing depositions, and he was right back at work doing the hard work of holding the Biden administration accountable because he knows how important it is to do it. And look, you guys, I mean, you just outlined a bunch of stuff, and we know the reality of what we're dealing with here. Anybody with eyes gets it, right? I mean, I've been a public servant for a while. He's been a public servant since the mid-70s. And, you know, my wife looks at me and goes like,

well, can I get that deal? She goes, what's wrong with you? Right? I mean, he's living in this big fat mansion in Delaware. You're a Republican, Congressman. That's the problem. I know. She's like, what are you doing wrong?

Like, I don't know, just a pesky following the law stuff, you know? But, like, we all get the joke everybody gets the joke it's like oh oh so it's oh you're just paying off a loan you're this is all nonsense so we're looking through the evidence we hope to be able to connect those dots but but everybody should understand in terms of i understand the frustration that they haven't seen us take an action yet in terms of impeachment uh they haven't had certain people called in, you know, obviously, in terms of subpoenas. We're getting there. And it took a while because you didn't have the DOJ helping us, right? They're actually standing in the way of seeking the truth. Jamie Comer had to do a lot of work in the Oversight Committee in order to expose some of this evidence,

get some of these whistleblowers and start breaking the dam down. Now we've got more information because we're able to go after bank records and we're able to go see this, right? So this is all a cumulative effect. And everybody with eyes knows what's going on. And we hope to be able to expose that more clearly soon for the American people. But one last point on that. The same obstacle we have with respect to Mayorkas

and we will maybe similarly have with Biden is that frankly, some of my Republican colleagues have a very narrow view of high crimes and misdemeanors. I think some of this is self-evident, and I hope some of this with Biden is very clear. But we're going to have to break some of that resistance that my conservative brothers and sisters, there's a few of them, that have been very resistant to pursuing impeachment, for example, with Mayorkas, and even to some degree here with Biden. And so we're going to have to have those conversations over the coming weeks, depending on the evidence that we're able to submit. Yeah, that's right. You're on judiciary.

Obviously, the only mark that I could see against a speaker, Jim Jordan, is that it would take him off of chairing judiciary. He's done such excellent work there. Can you give us a quick update on what we can expect in the coming days and weeks? We love the fact that you are back to work. Jim Jordan, of course, is a legend, as you are, of course, there, sir. Some of our favorite clips, some of our most viral clips is your questioning on the Judiciary Committee. People just love it. What can we expect here for you holding the regime accountable? Yeah, well, first of all, we've got to make sure that over the coming weeks, we hold them accountable directly on the policies back to the American people, whether it's border, whether it's spending, whether it's Israel. They're trying to jam us

with a massive, bloated, omnibus supplemental bill with Ukraine border funding that would just process more people. Israel and us and Taiwan money put in $100 billion and jam it down our throats. And frankly, some Republican senators would be all too happy to do that, right? The warmongers, well, who never met at war, they didn't want to entangle us in around the globe. So we're trying to... Or a war that they would ever send their kids to go fight in. Well, there's that too. And so we're trying to push back on that. And so I would applaud Mike Johnson for making it known that we're going to send Israel standalone, paid for, out of the IRS expansion. And now, by the way, side note, the Congressional Budget Office magically decides today that they love dynamic scoring.

And they say, oh, if you take that $14 billion out of the IRS expansion, we will lose revenue. Well, you know how they're going to lose revenue if that's true, which I don't think it's true? It's because the IRS won't be going after you. It won't be going after every hardworking American to kind of squeeze blood out of a turnip by harassing hardworking Americans because they audit the poor and minorities far more than the wealthy because that's who they can go after. So expanding the IRS is something that's not what the American people want. And so to take $14 billion from that pot of money to go pay for Israel, the establishment in D.C., the swamp, they hate it. Mitch McConnell and all the Republicans that are, hey, don't rock the boat, you guys.

Let's just do this. Let's be a team player. Put it all together, Ukraine, Israel. Let's just spend another $100 billion. No. I'm glad Mike Johnson has sent that signal. He sent it to the Senate. I hope he'll make it very clear in the next couple of days.

Israel must be separate from Ukraine. We must pay for Israel. We must then focus on any kind of spending stopgap measure on November 17th must be attached to us moving appropriations bills and constraining spending. We're not going to bow down to what the White House and the Senate Democrats and frankly, some Republicans want to do. And I hope Mike will continue to send that message across to the administration. Fantastic. Are you close with the new speaker? I mean, you guys worked on a judiciary committee together. Yeah, sure. Mike's a good friend. He's a good man. He's a faithful man. Obviously, the left likes to use that as a pejorative. I think it's great to his great credit that he understands that our Western civilization, our values in this country are rooted deeply in our Judeo-Christian heritage. But frankly, our understanding of how the West was able to reset

the globe and create more prosperity because we believe in the rule of law. We believe in all of the principles. There's a reason Moses is sitting in the chamber. There's a reason that Moses is sitting on top of the Supreme Court. These are all things that are critical to our founding and who we are. And Mike gets that. But importantly, Mike is a constitutional conservative. He believes in limited government. And look, we're going to have to push Mike, too, because Mike has a job as speaker to bring people together and try to get consensus to get things done. My job is to anchor over here on the right and say, you know what, damn it, I want things paid for. I want more security. And then we all try to push through the funnel to try to achieve something and figure out what

exit ramp is appropriate, if ever, to take one. I did want to touch here. You have been tweeting, obviously, about the budgetary process with Ukraine and Israel and the speaker. I did want to touch on your home state of Texas. The Biden regime has seen a massive loss, actually, in court. They can no longer touch the Texas border wall. Is that correct? Can you give us an update on that? Yeah. So what they've said is that the court ruled that they can no longer go in and just start cutting the Constantino wire and get in the way of the Texas DPS and Texas troopers being able to do the job that, frankly, Border Patrol is supposed to be allowed to do. Now, let me be very clear. That is a criticism of Mayorkas and leadership, not, frankly, Border Patrol is supposed to be allowed to do. Now, let me be very clear.

That is a criticism of Mayorkas and leadership, not of the line Border Patrol agents, who would love nothing more than to work directly with DPS to do their job and secure the border. But this administration has been limiting that. So this court ruling said, hold on a second, you can't go in and cut that wire. They, of course, said with the exception of making sure human safety, if someone's caught in the wire, you take care of the human. But you can't go come in and cut the wire. There's other cases that are going on underway as we speak, by the way, about the Texas border wall situation. But the bottom line is we cannot solve this problem unless we Republicans demand policy

changes that are embedded in H.R. 2, the strong border security bill that we passed out of the Judiciary Committee with Jim Jordan, Mike Johnson, Chip Roy and everybody else getting that done. And that is something that the Senate could take up and pass if they'd be willing to do so. H.R. 2 is a really good bill. And every Republican needs to know that's our demand. I don't want any of this watered down garbage. There are Senate Republicans now that are trying to water it down and say, oh, we're going to do something that's passable, Chip. I don't want passable when it's not going to be truthful.

What happened this year, starting in January with changing the way we do things around here in terms of policies, procedures, who's on the rules committee, who's on the appropriations committee, and then culminating with getting Mike Johnson elected speaker, who was not the speaker, who was not the number two, who was not the number three. We broke the back of the establishment last week, and know it and they're shuddering. Now, a lot of road left, a lot of road left to hoe, right? We still have a lot of work to do, but we at least sent a message to this town that business as usual,

status quo is unacceptable. The American people are tired of it. They're tired of the status quo and spending money we don't have and wide open borders and endless conflicts and woke social engineering of our military and all of the things destroying our country. And they're demanding that we change it. Yes, yes. And let's cut entitlements, please, and start deportations. big health care to take to basically control every aspect of our health care. But that's for a different show. President of Patterson City Council Michael Jackson and Councilman-elect Alex Mendez both charged with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots during the city's special elections on May 12th. I've said it, that I had a suspicion that the integrity of this election was compromised. In addition to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Mendez, 51-year-old Shalim Khaliq and 21-year-old Abu Raisin were also charged. New Jersey Attorney General Gerbert Grewal said the Postal Service alerted authorities after hundreds of mail-in ballots were found in a single mailbox in Patterson. Numerous additional ballots were found in another mailbox in a nearby town.

Remember the most secure election in our lifetime. These Democrat officials, these are just one of many. There are thousands of cases of election fraud, most secure election in our lifetime. There always have been. There are plenty today. Do not fear.

Fear not, please. Do not be dismayed. These people are not in charge. God is in charge. These people can't even be in charge of their own finances. They can't even like hold together their goofy criminal enterprises with China. They don't have control. They think they do, but they don't.
