Well, we've been detailing on this program a considerable a considerable number of crimes that have been broken by the Biden regime. Obviously, he is a morally compromised person. It's worth noting very simply that the nexus of impeaching Joe Biden is really, really simple. There's not really hard math here. There's no logarithms. There's no sine, cosine. It's pretty simple. Article one, I'm sorry, Article two, Section four. We're going to talk about the

But they could also impeach Joe Biden for, I guess, desecrating the memory of the Americans who were murdered on September 11th,

the nearly 3000 Americans who were murdered on September 11th. Joe Biden spent September 11th praising in the hours before flying to Alaska to somehow inexplicably spend September 11th in Alaska. Joe Biden was praising the communist Viet Cong, was kissing John McCain's memorial in Hanoi, and was shaking hands with the Saudis, who we evidenced yesterday were funding the 9-11 hijackers. So that's how Joe Biden led up to the that's how Joe Biden led up to his honoring of the families on September 11th. So what did Joe Biden then do when he finally was trotted off onto a military base yesterday? Well, he began his September 11th commentaries with a joke. And Donald Trump spent it marching into the ash and the fire with his own men from his own construction site in order to help. So that's where everyone inside of our current political zeitgeist spent September 11th. Joe Biden's a dirty, dirty liar. Joe Biden also claimed at the time that he saw a fireball from the Pentagon. This from Miranda Devine. Joe Biden claimed he was at ground zero one day after 9-11, despite his own autobiography placing him in D.C. along with the literal camera footage from the floor of the well of the Senate. He also claimed that he saw a fireball at the Pentagon. No, you can't. You can't. You ever been to D.C.? You can't see the Pentagon

from the United States Capitol. That's not how this works. This is an old age. He's just a liar. Why would you lie about September 11th? What an evil thing to do. What a filthy scumbag. You are a filthy person if you lie about September 11th. But it gets even worse when you get into the actual, like, White House commentary on Joe Biden.

So the White House was asked, why is Joe Biden not at one of the attack sites? This is the first president in 22 years to not visit an attack site. You are I hope you're sitting down and I hope you have, I don't know, your heart medication or whatever ready, because this one's going to send your blood pressure through the roof. Listen to how the White House responded when pressed by Fox News. Why isn't Joe Biden at a 9-11 attack site? Well, our focus the last couple of days has been on President Biden here in South Asia. And when I asked a White House official why it is that President Biden was here and missing the 9-11 commemorations at the attack sites. The analogy that I was given is that 22 years after Pearl Harbor,

U.S. presidents were not still going to visit Hawaii. Oh, OK. Got it. Well done, everyone. Well done. From the same regime that says that Pearl Harbor and September 11th are the same thing as January 6th, where the only person killed was an unarmed Trump supporter shot at point blank range without warning, which is, of course, manslaughter. And that person should be in prison forever for the rest of his life. But it's the January 6th, mostly peaceful protest, protesters that are going to be spending the next 25 to life in prison. Got it? Got it? Yeah.

I wonder why our regime has a lack of credibility abroad. I wonder why we're suffering from a lack of credibility here inside of this country. Kamala Harris was instead placed at ground zero yesterday by our regime, and she ended up cackling, standing there on the ashes and graves of nearly 3,000 Americans. Kamala Harris cackling at the September 11th memorial, because such a fun time, such a lighthearted event, is our nuclear cringe of the day. Ladies and gentlemen, we also have, of course, news yesterday. Just to wrap up how the White House spent September 11th, they spent it giving the Iranians, who also housed September 11th hijackers and assisted in their terrorism, $6 billion in

a new backdoor Iran deal with this murderous regime. So, again, if you're wondering if there is a hostile power in control of America right now, the answer to that is, of course, yes. Thankfully, there may be a solution at hand as Kevin McCarthy is now live announcing his intention to impeach Joe Biden. We're going to go there right now with breaking news. This is live. Kevin McCarthy, let's go. We know that bank records show that nearly $20 million in payments were directed to the Biden family members and associates through various shale companies. The Treasury Department alone has more than 150 transactions

involving the Biden family and other business associates that were flagged as suspicious activity by U.S. banks. Even a trusted FBI informant has alleged a bribe to the Biden family. Biden used his official office to coordinate with Hunter Biden's business partners about Hunter's role in Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company. Finally, despite these serious allegations, it appears that the President's family has been offered special treatment by Biden's own administration. Treatment that not otherwise would have received if they were not related to the President. These are allegations of abuse of power, obstruction, and corruption. And they warrant further investigation by the House of Representatives.

That's why today I am directing our House committee to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This logical next step will give our committees the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public. That's exactly what we want to know. Good. The answers. I believe the president would want to answer these questions and allegations as well. will be led by Chairman James Comer at the Committee on Oversight in coordination with Chairman Jim Jordan for Judiciary Committee and Chairman Jason Smith on Ways and Means. Now, I do not make this decision lightly. And regardless of your party or who you voted for, these facts should concern all Americans. The American people deserve to know that the public offices are not for sale and that the federal government is not being used to cover up the actions of a politically associated family.

Now, I would encourage the president and his team to fully cooperate with this investigation in the interests of transparency. We are committed to getting the answers for the American public. Okay, so maybe she won't answer. Maybe she's too smart. What do you want to every Democrat with a text message from Hunter Biden saying I have to give

my dad 50 percent of my income? And you just said, hey, hey, what do you think of this? What do you think? What like like what would they say? What would they say? But reporters don't have balls. Man, we are going to be doing some amazing things. I believe in the providence of our Lord and Savior. I believe that God is calling us to do bigger, better things and to change the dynamics in this country. And we're going to be doing it. We're going to be putting reporters on Capitol Hill asking real questions on behalf of you. It's going to be really, really exciting. So Kevin McCarthy there effectively laying out the groundwork, laying out the groundwork for supporting the impeachment inquiry. And I have explained and I've been told by a number of members of Congress that this is a very good thing. Now, Marjorie Taylor Greene was on our

show the other day saying, no, no, no. I know there's a lot of people that are going to be like, they're going to be like, oh, the impeachment inquiry, nothing's going to happen. And I look at the comment section, it's melting down, like everyone's like, you know, motion to vacate, don't do it. There are a lot of based members of Congress that are like, the impeachment inquiry is exactly what we need to do. Now, why? Because there is a press, vampire like corporate press that like criticizing the Bidens is like salt, sunlight or a Christian cross to them. Right. Like they can't stand it. It's splashing them with holy water.

OK, splashing them with holy water. OK, splashing them with holy water. You got to actually roll out the facts. And I think that's going to be important. I think that's going to be really important. We're going to begin. And we've been we've been prefacing this for quite a while. We're going to begin on this program like leaning in to this. Just the simple messaging.

Republicans are so bad at just simple messaging about what we need to know about impeachment, how impeachment works, and why Joe Biden is guilty of the impeachable offenses as laid out in Article 2, Section 4 of our Constitution. Article 2, Section 4 simply states treason and bribery. And then it says high crimes and misdemeanors. High crimes and misdemeanors can be interpreted a million different ways. Treason and bribery is the stuff that we should really be focusing on. So Kevin McCarthy has been going through

and rolling out his case for impeachment quite a bit. Now he's talked before about how impeachment is the natural next step as you look at the evidence. And what he said there is that Jim Jordan and James Comer are going to be rolling out this evidence. That's really good because Jim Jordan and James Comer are excellent communicators and got the goods. But there is a preponderance of legal scholars, including ones who are not Republicans, who are saying, hold up, wait a minute, Joe Biden needs to be very,

very careful here. You must look at the White House's own messaging. They are beginning to panic on this. The White House hired a phalanx of lawyers, including Bill Clinton's impeachment lawyer, to try and fight this. They're not taking this lightly. They are scared. Adult diaper depends level scared. Joe Biden's brand, Joe Biden's favorite brand, the oops, I crap my pants brand. Listen to Andrew McCarthy, the resident legal expert on Fox say, listen, man, you got like you got you got bigger problems here for Joe. The evidence is so voluminous against Joe Biden for impeachment, for bribery to be proven here, that maybe this is why you're seeing Michelle Obama and Kamala Harris say, oh, I'm excited to take over. I math than merit at this point. The Constitution provides for impeachment for treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanor. They already have in terms of a bribery investigation. They've got more evidence here of inappropriate behavior than Trump was actually impeached for in connection with the Ukraine transaction back in 2019. So it's not

a question, I don't think, of whether there's a basis to open an inquiry. It's very simply, does he have, does McCarthy have enough votes to get that through? Because it's a really, it's a pointless, unforced error to try to get an impeachment inquiry and to lose, you know, raise the profile of it. And then if he doesn't have the votes, not get it. That really undermines the investigation. So now you're looking at a issue where the impeachment inquiry allows for special powers in Congress to go after special records that Joe Biden may want to keep from the American people. Now they will have the power to penetrate bank accounts. They will have the power

to penetrate the personal text messages. You are now under a official federal investigation. McCarthy jumps in on that. Watch. The right not yet, but here's the thing. thing democrats the argument has to be made i wouldn't need to do this if you didn't slow walk every one of my requests you don't provide the the people to uh for questioning you have 5 000 documents by the national archives they have not given it over with joe biden's pseudonym communicating with hunter. And then you have countless other inquiries that take a year to get back. So now you'll have subpoena power with some teeth behind it. That's what the inquiry does. It puts some muscle behind your requests, but there's still more to find out about. Now,

you have a lot of Democrats coming forward saying, listen, they haven't really found anything. It's been a big nothing. You're going have to hunt her on gun charges. What's the big deal? I think they found out a lot. I mean, my goodness. I think they made unbelievable progress, starting with those 20 shell companies that came out, the millions of dollars with Romania, with Ukraine, with China.

The phone calls, what they have from Devin Archer. The 1023. Firing the prosecutor in exchange for aid, tax dollars. So, OK, listen, what this allows for is new special powers for congressional investigators to really look into what Joe Biden is doing now. They already have the goods. You may recall that there was a news cycle this summer where Chuck Grassley is like, the FBI has a document proving Joe Biden is a criminal and took bribes in Ukraine. And everyone's like, they have what now? And of course, the FD 1023 is

revealed. And then Chuck Grassley is like, wait a second, you redacted the part about them having Joe Biden on tape. Oh, baby, we're going to get there. We're going to get there. There is a card. I could say a Trump card, but whatever. You know, I'm a dad. I'm entitled to a dad joke here and there. There's a something in the ether that I'm not picking up on. Right. Like that's being held back for a month. I'm going to find it. Right. Bolt like a back for a month. I'm going to find it. Right. Bolt like dog with a bone. I'm going to find it. There is a piece of Biden evidence that is very murky out there that members of Congress know about. OK, because they don't they know they have to have the goods before they go in on this stuff. All right. Because they'll get they'll get killed. Unfortunately, we don't control all the corporate press. We don't control all the social

media channels. And so they'll get killed if they go after Biden without having the goods. Congress has the goods. You just saw Kevin McCarthy open up the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden. That just happened live on our show. They have the good. There's something out there on Joe Biden. There's a damning piece of evidence on Joe Biden that exists that members of Congress has seen. Marjorie Taylor Greene was on our show last week and she was saying, you don't understand, Benny, I've seen what's about to happen to Joe Biden. We know things that are not public yet. We have the evidence that ain't public yet. Something big is about to happen and they know it and they're scared. You see a lot of people defending Joe Biden? Really? Do you see a lot of people out there, like, trying to defend Joe, like, staking their

reputation on Joe Biden? Something's wrong here. There's a glitch in the matrix. Republicans have something right now that they're holding back on, and it is going to apparently shatter the political world. Now, listen to you heard Marjorie Taylor Greene on our show say it last week. Listen to Nancy Mace say something eerily similar from this weekend. Watch. I've been saying no matter what the evidence shows, show all of it, because the things that I have seen in the SARS reports would blow your mind, whether you are a Republican or a Democrat. And so we have to show the bank records to back that up. We need witnesses to

come down. We need whistleblowers. We need all the people who know what actually happened to come before House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means, because the American people deserve nothing less than the truth, and they can decide for themselves what should happen. I've seen things that will blow your mind. Well, what have you seen, Nancy? Very unfortunate name to have in the House of Representatives. We don't hold that against Nancy Mace. We don't hold anything against one of our favorite pundits on TV, Greg Kelly, who has a long history as a decorated veteran.

A law enforcement background. His father was the chief of police for the city of New York. Greg Kelly has an intelligence background. And Greg Kelly was on his program last week saying a tape is about to be released. That will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Joe Biden must resign. His campaign will be over when a tape is released. Now, what is that tape? We've reached out.

Greg doesn't have it yet. But law enforcement agents are telling him that I assume law enforcement agents, various intelligence agents are telling Greg Kelly on Newsmax, it's an excellent show on Newsmax by former colleague, that they have the goods on Joe Biden and that they have the leverage to effectively make Joe Biden bow out of the 2024 race. That'll be so devastating to him that he'll be lucky to avoid prison. Watch. But he hasn't seen the half of it yet. There is an audio tape, I am told, by people in the know, not necessarily in government, not necessarily out of government. I can't say too much. But there is incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden's corruption that is about to be made public. It's not going to happen tomorrow.

It's not going to happen before Labor Day, but it will happen sometime between Labor Day and Halloween. This tape will be made public. I'm not sure by what entity at this point, but once it is heard, Joe Biden will have, well, he'll have only two options. Number one, he will not be able to remain a candidate for the presidency for reelection. It will be over and done with. The only thing that he might be able to do, potentially, but probably not, is remain as president. I am told this tape is that incriminating, and they're worried about it right now at the White House. They know about it. They know it's out there.

There may be more than one, and it makes a lot of sense. There may be more than one. Now, what has Chuck Grassley told us from the bottom of the well of the Senate? Chuck Grassley, who is not a fabulist, who is a old bull of the Senate, as you might say, Chuck Grassley, who is in his 80s, who is the king of oversight, the king of judiciary, the king of investigations, has said, nope, there's tapes. No, no, no. There are tapes of we're trying to connect the dots here. OK? So in all my conversations with members of the Senate, with members of the House, many of them come on the show. I try not to keep things secret, but there's some things that like I can hear, that people want to tell us, right?

I'm like, tell me so I can tell the audience. Do they have the tapes? Is this what it is? There is an October surprise that is going to be released by Halloween. Ooh, spooky. Of Joe Biden that will end his political career. Your sins shall find you out. The blood calls from the ground,

God says to Cain after he kills Abel. The blood of your murdered brother calls from the ground. We serve a righteous God and he has judgment in his own time. And these people, these criminals, these crooks, these vicious, vicious individuals, these sick men who've done sick things to their own family, to children, to our country, to our nation, these compromised assets, they will have their justice in the end because we live inside of a universe created by a righteous God. So what does that righteousness look like? Does this look like like the public humiliation, the destruction of Joe Biden's political career after all this time it's finally caught up with him? Chuck Grassley promising that there are tapes of Joe Biden

personally taking bribes in Ukraine. Watch. The 1023 produced to the House Committee's redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them. 17 such recordings. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden. Can you can you give us a little bit of an insight into what the fifth court's ruling was here? Yeah, absolutely. So this lawsuit, Missouri v. Biden, has uncovered a relationship of coercion and collusion between the Biden administration across a spectrum of bureaucratic agencies to silence American voices on big tech social media platforms. We went to court back in May and asked for a preliminary injunction to start building a wall of separation between tech and state. The district court, after hearing all the evidence that we put on, 20,000 pages of documents, numerous depositions, laid the first

brick in that wall of separation between tech and state on the 4th of July when it handed down a nationwide injunction. Joe Biden is so committed to future violations of our First Amendment right to free speech. He's so committed to his censorship campaign that he appealed and he went to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and he lost there, too. Just last Friday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals handed down a decision and said that the Biden administration had threatened and coerced big tech in a censorship campaign, an orchestrated campaign of a magnitude never seen before in this country. And all the speech that was silenced, all the speech we were deprived of saying and hearing was truthful speech. Americans suffered and the harm

is ongoing. And the court found that. And that's why this is such an important case. You're on the front page of The Washington Post right now. I mean, this is wild. The Fifth Circuit finds Biden White House, CDC, FBI violated First Amendment. It's hard to really underscore how valuable this lawsuit is. And they're getting spanked. I don't think they're going to get a really great ruling inside of the Clarence Thomas court. You're the legal professional. Perhaps you could correct me there. No, I think you're right. I mean, there was a decision handed down by Neil Gorsuch just last May, Arizona v. Mayorkas, where Gorsuch opined that it seemed likely that during COVID, federal officials had censored American speech in violation of the First Amendment.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals obviously telegraphed that this is likely going up to the highest court in the land when they opined that these are the worst First Amendment violations in this nation's history. I think it's important to put that in context. Look back to 1798. At this nation's, the time of our founding, just our second president, John Adams and the Federalist Party instituted the Alien and Sedition Act, a statute that allowed them to imprison anyone who voiced dissent against the government. That was bad. But the Fifth Circuit Court has said this is worse. What Biden is doing is worse. Everyone who uses social media has been harmed because it's not only the speakers who have been silenced, but the listeners who are deprived of information and the harm's ongoing because people are now self-censoring. People are afraid to talk about Donald Trump.

They're afraid to talk about COVID. They're afraid to question the integrity of our elections on Big Tech because they think they'll get censored because the government demanded that big tech change their terms of service and their algorithms to achieve the censorship enterprise. Absolutely wild. I mean, truly like such an abomination is it's happening so quickly that the fish it's fascism, right? Like, so it's so fascism defined is the government, a government entity, a ruling party coordinating with private entities, private corporations in order to oppress the people. Because the Bidens were doing deals in Louisiana and in Texas and in Florida. Yeah, if an element of a crime is committed in a jurisdiction, that jurisdiction has venue over the crime. And certainly criminal conspiracy is one way to look

at that. But let me go back to the impeachment piece. I think that's really important. Right now, we're only talking about impeachment based on the Biden hit crime family history. But what I'm saying is when you have a president that has committed, continues to commit and is going to continue committing the worst First Amendment violations in this nation's history, that, too, is a basis for impeachment. This seems on its face to also be suppressing like open thought, free science, like the free exchange of ideas via the government, via direct cash payments by the CIA. I mean, this is not like a, I wouldn't believe this Hollywood script. Do you know what I mean? Like if, if this was something that was being put forward in a Mission Impossible movie, I wouldn't believe it, but here it is happening today, breaking your, your takeaway on this. Well, yeah, I mean, it's, you're right. It's two edges of the same sword. It's a double-sided

sword. On the one hand, what we've exposed, what we've uncovered are suppression of speech, the silencing of dissenting voices. That's part of it. But the other part that is now coming out is that not only did they silence truthful speech, they injected untruth, untruth into the marketplace. They lied to us. So they deprived us of information necessary upon which to make individualized health care decisions and then lied to us. The lies cause people to suffer. That's the harm. When is the government going to step in and say, oh, no, no, no, Moses didn't actually part the Red Sea. Oh, no, no, no, no, like Christ didn't actually do these miracles. Like what's to stop them, right, from doing that or like to Muslims, to Jews, to Christians? Like when do you stop and say, no, no, no, actually, your religious beliefs are wrong. The government can't confirm that. Fact check, fact check. There's no credible evidence, right? No, that's right. It's infinitely regressive. There's no limiting principle. If we go down the road of government censorship, if the government is allowed to spoon feed us what is and isn't true and, quote unquote, protect us from ourselves from misinformation,

rather than allowing us to determine what we believe based on free, fair and open debate. And there is no limiting principle. And that's exactly what's next. COVID tyranny was the Trojan horse that got the enemy behind the gates. But we know it's spread to election issues as well. It's spreading to other issues. This is required. The judge

must follow it. I want to read some of it to you. Canon 1, an independent and honorable judiciary is indispensable to justice in our society. A judge should maintain and enforce high standards of conduct and should personally observe those standards so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary may be preserved. The provisions of this code should be construed and applied to further that objective. Deference to the judgment and rulings of courts depends on public confidence in the integrity and independence of judges. The integrity and independence of judges depend in turn on their acting without fear or favor. Although judges should be independent, they must comply with the law and should comply with this code. Adherence to this

responsibility helps to maintain public confidence in the impartiality of the judiciary. So that's the code of conduct. Has Judge Shutkin broken that code? Well, Levin goes in, scorched earth here, and there's not a stick of grass left. Watch. They cite her past public statements

Chutkan has often handed down prison sentences in those cases that are harsher than the Justice Department prosecutor recommendations. She also previously ruled against the former president in a separate Capitol riot case. OK, so good. Disqualified. That's a good start. They're big mad. This is the program that has been banging the drums. We got we get ripped like the libs rip us. Even the right rips us like various commentators on the right have made fun of this show because we have been doing wall to wall nonstop, even when it was very unfashionable. part of the last two years, three years since Joe Biden was sworn in as president on a Bible and somehow inexplicably didn't spontaneously combust. And so we are really excited about this moment. And we're very excited to put our shoulder to the wheel and get going. We've been preparing for this.

A pit of decay. That is a great use of the English language. That is precisely what I see when I look at clips of Joe Biden, man. That guy is absolutely withering before our very eyes. It's painful, but it is also just, and justice will come in God's timing. Blood thirsty and deceitful. Does that not describe our current oligarchical ruling class? Mitch McConnell included in all that. I'm okay. I'm as spry as a spring chicken. Mitch?

Hey, Mitch? Mitch? Yeah, no. A pit of decay. These people are bloodthirsty. They're deceitful. And we will win. We shall win.
