March 4th, 2024. Why are we live so early?
Well, because expected at the Supreme Court in any moment,
well, approximately 10 minutes, is going to be the decision
as to whether seething, crying, unhappy, miserable,
intersectional, feminist libs full of tears can keep people off the ballot because they don't like their skin color.
Orange man, down!
And we are here, ladies and gentlemen, to talk about the Supreme Court's announcements, which will come in about 10 minutes from now.
We'll also talk about Nikki Haley winning, well, the live shot that you're seeing right now, winning Washington, D.C.
The swamp claims their own in what is the greatest
advert for Donald Trump's
future presidency. Washington, D.C. voted against Donald Trump.
Nikki Haley won the D.C.
presidential primary, the queen of the swamp.
Gene Hamilton from the America First Legal Foundation joins the show.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
All right, so ladies and gentlemen, we are awaiting the decision from the Supreme Court.
Again, that will potentially drop in approximately six minutes. While we wait,
I will certainly not be silent. We have some interesting little clips to play for you
as we head into the show, because the libs that tried to petition the court in order to defend
this unjustifiable decision by Colorado, Maine, and now traffic cops in Illinois.
Still can't get over that one. They got their asses kicked. They got their fannies spanked by the Supreme Court, and it was absolutely delightful. Ladies and gentlemen, before we
get to that, I do want to let you know that we will be traveling later in the week. We will be
heading to Miami. We're going to be the guests of the Trump Organization. We'll be doing another
episode of Trump Cribs. And so we look forward, obviously, to that. And we look forward to bringing
you more content from inside of Trump's very impressive real estate empire when we travel we make sure that we use our silent
backpacks in fact got one right here in the studio oh man there we go beautiful silent backpacks and

technology that keeps wireless networks from interacting with your wireless devices while
you're traveling or while you're sleeping. This kind of stuff messes with your brain and also
messes with your privacy.
We want to make sure that all of our data is secure.
Obviously, we live in a very insecure world.
So please go to silent, slnt.com, silent.com.
Use Benny at checkout,

Obviously, this is where my phone sleeps every single night.
Go to silent.com, slnt.com,

and travel in style. Their stuff actually is like super stylish, ladies and gentlemen.
So here we are. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on whether Donald Trump can hold office.
The Supreme Court is expected, ladies and gentlemen, to deliver a devastating blow to libs. What we really look forward to
is the amount of salt that shall flow down the streets of D.C., turning them into salt rivers.
Actually, gondolas. In fact, I will put on a striped shirt. I will wear a beret and I will
grow a little mustache and I will take you on a gondola ride through the salt rivers of Washington, D.C. as the salt flows.
And we await this ruling right now.
Why do we think that this ruling will be so devastating in favor of Donald Trump?
Well, because, one, we actually still have a constitution in this country.
That constitution designates who can and cannot be president.
OK, so if you're foreign born, sorry, tough luck.
Right. You can't be president.
You have to be a natural born American citizen.
If you are under the age of 35, you can't be president.
If you haven't lived in America for the last, I think, 15 years.
Funny little clause in there, but you can't be president. Right. You have to be lived in America for the last, I think, 15 years. Funny little clause in there,
but you can't be president, right? You have to be living in America. And that's about it.
About it. Now, after the Civil War, they decided to put in there a little, you know, teeny little caveat that's like, if you engage in insurrection you if you fought a war, if you took up guns and then
fought a war to destroy America and the American government, then you also can't be president.
But you'd have to be found guilty of that. You would have had to literally held arms in the
civil war against standing against the federal government. Right. So not commenting on the
wisdom of that amendment or like or how that could or couldn't be interpreted.
That's the rule. Right. Fourteenth Amendment. Here's the deal.
They're trying to ban Trump for something he didn't do.
We can play it again and again and again, but like there's there's all these all this evidence that has been presented on this show
and that has been that you can literally watch with donald trump where he says yo march peacefully
we love cops don't fight people go home here's 20 000 national guard troops nancy pelosi mariel
bowser were the ones who wouldn't take them. Also, more importantly, how do you
insurrect against yourself? Donald Trump was the chief executive. You staged an insurrection
against yourself? Can I get the galaxy brain meme? I don't even know how that works.
So they don't work. So ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump is the executive. He was president.
So it doesn't make any sense. So, ladies and gentlemen, this argument got absolutely
decimated at the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas, for instance, was asking the petitioner from Colorado who argued this about, well, has this ever been used?
Are there any examples of anyone doing this? Seems kind of wrong in a country that spans
thousands of miles and has 50 independent states that are effectively their own little micro
nations that we wouldn't be able to, that one state
would be able to declare for all the 50 other states who can and can't be president.
Ladies and gentlemen, didn't go great. Here's Clarence Thomas dropping the gavel.
That would suggest that there would at least be a few examples of national candidates being
disqualified, if your reading is correct. Well, there were certainly national candidates being disqualified, if your reading is correct.
Well, there were certainly national candidates who were disqualified by Congress refusing to
seat them. I understand that, but that's not this case. If you are right, what are the examples?
Well, Your Honor, the examples are states excluded many candidates for state office,
individuals holding state offices i understand the states
controlling state uh elections and state positions what we are talking about here are national
candidates so oh here we go ladies and gentlemen here it is okay here we go we get it it's in it
we got it we got it we got it we got it here we go
here we go here we go let's read it pop it up i'm just gonna start right now i got it up in front of
me just dropped 10 o'clock on the dot here we go ladies and gentlemen supreme court of the united
states donald j trump petitioner uh rich of centauri the supreme court uh the a group of
colorado voters who contend Section 3 of the
14th Amendment of the Constitution prohibits former President Donald Trump's presidential
nomination in the Republican Party, the year's election, from becoming president again. The
Colorado Supreme Court agreed with that contention. It ordered the Colorado Secretary of State to
exclude former president from the Republican Party ballot and disregard any write-in votes for
colorado mike castrum former president trump challenges the decision uh on several grounds
because the constitution makes congress rather because the constitution makes congress rather
than the states responsible for enforcing section three federal officeholders candidates uh
candidates we reverse, there it is.
So they just reverse it. We reverse.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a 20-page ruling.
This is a 20-page ruling. Hold on. Again, this is states may not unilaterally disqualify there we go alx if you could get me the page number um do you get me the page number this is great do we have uh can we do like some
confetti or something can we do some music celebrate good times all right ladies and
gentlemen here we go yes Yes, yes, yes.
We now reverse the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Boom.
Okay, there's the rap.
And we, does that mean that this is a unanimous decision?
Are they writing this unanimously?
Is this a 9-0 decision? This is crazy. Is this a total and complete repudiation?
This is awesome. Again, ladies and gentlemen, released seconds ago, here it is. You are
reading it yourself. We reverse the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Wow. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to read, we're going to rip through this thing
and we're going to get you, we're going to get you what, we're going to get you what the Supreme
Court decided. Under terms of the opinion of the
Colorado Supreme Court, it's ruling. Okay. Yeah. So, wow. This is a unanimous decision. Confirmed.
Unanimous decision. Donald Trump, unanimous decision. Yes. the entire court has declared that Donald Trump, it will be on the ballot and not a single state can, in fact, rip off the ballot.
Somebody just because they don't like his skin color.
Okay, let's get some
celebration music let's get some celebration music going right now go
find go find me some mom no that's not that no no all right ladies and
gentlemen here we go Donald Trump responding on truth social
there's not Royce's the Royce is trying to play dj now stop
stop we say i say stop okay colorado supreme court accordingly um all right here we go ladies and
gentlemen like forgive me there's a 20 page ruling that was that was just that was just dropped. And I'm waiting on my wonderful production team.
Big win for America. Donald Trump just posted on Truth Social. Okay, here we go.
Guys, get me the parts of the ruling that particularly lend themselves to kind of like the crystallization of what the thinking is.
Here, because there's a lot of, well, there's a lot of citations, 20 pages, in fact, of citations.
This case raises the question of whether states, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that states
may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office, but states have no power
under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect of federal offices, especially
the presidency. Boom! There it is, right there. Page 6, Show the people. Page six. Trump v. Anderson. That's
the section right there. Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, reading it live on air. Here we go.
Donald Trump on the ballot. Suck it, libs. Sorry. It takes a second to actually get through these
massive rulings. This is the most important quote right here at the very top. Highlight it right
there after section B. This case raises the question whether states, in addition to Congress,
may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that states may disqualify persons for holding
or attempting to hold state office, but states have no power under the constitution to enforce section three with respect to federal
offices especially the presidency suck on that libs yes baby so good okay our federal systems
the national government possesses only limited powers the states and people retain the remainder, bond the United
States. Among those retained powers is the power of the state to order the process of its own
government. In particular, the states may enjoy sovereign power to prescribe the qualifications
of their own officers in a manner of election free of external influence, except so far as plainly
provided by the Constitution of the United States. The 14th Amendment restricts state power,
noting in it plainly withdraws from the states the traditional authority and ratification of
the 14th Amendment. States use this authority to disqualify state office holders, not federal ones. Such power
over governance, however, does not extend to federal office holders and candidates because
federal office holders owe their existence and functions to the united voice of the whole,
not the portion of the people. Powers over their election and qualification must be especially delegated to rather than reserved by the states.
Wow.
What a repudiation.
Nothing in the Constitution delegates to the states any power to enforce Section 3 against federal office holders and candidates.
Man, this is just an ass kicking.
Here, ladies and gentlemen is just an ass kicking here, ladies and gentlemen,
such an ass kicking. Here we go. We grant we granted former Trump President Trump's petition
of for Centurati, which raised a single question. Did the Colorado Supreme Court
err in ordering President Trump excluded from the primary ballot? Concluding, we now reverse it. The American people have the power
to vote and elect candidates for national office. And that is a great and glorious thing.
Page 20. Let's go ahead and see it. The Thomas Court. Let's read the conclusion here, ladies and gentlemen. And then I got it.
Guys got to be great. Let's grab as much reaction to this as possible. OK, let's go.
9-0. If you were just joining us, a 9-0 unanimous decision by the Supreme Court.
I saw Don Jr. just chimed in, ladies and gentlemen. Donald Trump will be
appearing on all presidential ballots. So ordered by the Supreme Court. Donald Trump will be
appearing on all presidential ballots. So ordered by the Supreme Court. Don Jr. Supreme Court rules
unanimously that Donald Trump can run and will remain on the 2024 ballot.
Boom.
Shaka laka.
Restoring Trump to the ballot in all states.
Amazing.
Amazing.
Libs are throwing a fit right now.
They are throwing an absolute meltdown fit.
Stay tuned for the salt,
for salt that you have never, you've never seen salt like this. You've never seen it.
You've never seen, you've never seen salt that will flow through the streets of Washington,
DC. And I shall be your guide. Again, I'll be one of those little guys with the striped black and white shirts on the Venetian gondola with my little beret, and we will sing and we will flow downstream,
ladies and gentlemen.
Here we go.
Let's read the very conclusion of this.
Trump v. Anderson.
Section three serves as important, though rarely needed, role of our democracy.
The American people have the power to vote for and elect candidates for national office. And that is a great and glorious thing.
This is the conclusion of the ruling. The ruling, which as far as I can tell, structured effectively
just like guts, guts, these seething, salty libs for like 20 straight pages, saying states do not have the
right to determine whether someone can stand for federal office. American people have the power to
vote for and elect candidates for national office, and that is a great and glorious thing.
The men who drafted, let's put the decision, please, up on screen. We're reading directly
from page 20 here, Royce. The men who drafted and
ratified the 14th Amendment, however, had witnessed an insurrection and rebellion to defend slavery.
They're talking about, of course, the Civil War. They wanted to ensure that those who had
participated in that insurrection and possible future insurrectionists could not return to
prominent roles. I mean, obviously, that's a great point.
There's an enormous amount of Congress that engaged in direct, like, there's an enormous
amount of Congress that actually fought a war for six years against the federal government
here, okay, during the Civil War.
That was 150 years ago. That was, of course, remarkably and profoundly different
than what happened on January 6th and also different on what happened with the BLM riots
and so on. It's not the same. It's not the same. Seceding from the Union and then taking up arms
in battlefields against the United States of America, it's not the same. Whatever you want
to make it, even as a chief critic of BLM
and of course the mob that attacked Donald Trump
on the real insurrection,
May the 20th of 2020 and throughout the summer,
like that's not exactly the same.
Again, still not the same.
But January 6th totally isn't the same.
Let's continue reading and we'll get into that.
Today, the majority goes beyond the necessities of this case to limit how Section 3 can bar an oath-breaking insurrectionist from becoming president.
Although we agree that Colorado cannot enforce Section 3, we protest the majority's efforts to use this case to define the limits of federal enforcement of that provision, because we
would decide only the issue before us. We concur only in the judgment.
So here's what this is saying. This is effectively saying that the federal government can hold a
trial. The House can hold an impeachment trial for any federal official. You impeach them. You
impeach your own members. You can kick your own member out of the House. You can hold an impeachment trial for any federal official. You impeach them. You impeach your own members.
You can kick your own member out of the House.
You can hold trials.
You can literally kick them out, right?
Send them home.
You do that in the Senate.
You do that for the president.
Congress can do that for any federal official right now.
Mayorkas is impeached, for instance.
Donald Trump was impeached for this.
They had a trial in the federal government, in the Senate, and Donald Trump was impeached for this. They had a trial in the federal government, in the Senate,
and Donald Trump was acquitted.
Donald Trump's the most acquitted man who's never run for office.
Donald Trump's been acquitted by our federal government
more than any official in the history of the federal government.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, this is incredibly important.
Donald Trump did face these charges in the Senate,
and they found him innocent of those charges. And now we continue. That's the rule. That's how it
all works, ladies and gentlemen. And the Supreme Court now backing that up. Goodness gracious.
This is really important, ladies and gentlemen. from Based Mike Lee. The Colorado insurrectionists
failed. So critically important. The Colorado insurrectionists have failed because this is
what actual insurrection looks like. Actual insurrection looks like if you try and stop the people from voting for their candidate.
The actual insurrection looks like if you tried to stop Americans from choosing a candidate that
comes from us, the American people, a champion for ourselves, Donald Trump, if a single small group of seething traffic cops, like is
what's happened in Illinois, literally a traffic, literally a traffic judge said Donald Trump can't
run for office in Illinois. Yeah. So that's what they're saying. They're saying that these judges,
some of them, some of them
unelected, many of them appointed the Colorado Supreme Court. It's all Democrats that all of
these that these teeny little group of radicals can't stop you, the American people. What a
wonderful, wonderful decision. That's the true insurrection. The true insurrection, the true
insurrectionists are the Colorado Supreme Court, the Secretary of State of Maine, and a traffic cop in Illinois.
Oh, yeah. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. From page 16, from the liberal justices,
Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. So the liberal justices sounding off here.
Let's have a listen here. What do they have to say?
The novel constitutional question to insulate the court and the petitioner from future controversy.
Although only an individual state's actions is at issue here, the majority opines which federal actors can enforce Section 3 and how they must do so. The majority announces that the disqualification for insurrection can only occur when Congress enacts a particular kind of legislation pursuant
to Section 5 of the 14th Amendment. In doing so, the majority shuts the door on other potential
means for federal enforcement. We cannot join an opinion that decides momentous and difficult
issues unnecessarily. We therefore concur in the judgment.
Complimentary summary from the SCOTUS blog. These justices still think he committed an insurrection,
but Congress has to vote to convict. Well, Congress, sorry, Libs, Congress already decided.
So Congress has already made their choice. Boom, ladies and gentlemen. All right. It is being
covered across the internet. We are excited to be bringing you now clips, ladies and gentlemen,
from the Supreme Court. This is such a momentous occasion. We are so excited about this. Ladies and gentlemen, the libs are seething and crying.
ABC News reporting on this right now. Here is David Demure demuring over this decision,
almost breaking into tears on air. Here's how the corporate media is covering it.
Get that salt shaker ready.
We got some salt coming your way. Off the ballot in that state, given what that court believed was
his behavior leading up to January 6th, the Supreme Court speaking loudly on this just moments ago,
disagreeing with Colorado's highest court, saying that that state should not be able to keep Donald
Trump off the ballot. Super Tuesday tomorrow, voters in Colorado will go to the polls. They will be able to vote for Donald Trump. His
name is already on the ballot, by the way, but now they have cleared the way the Supreme Court has
for Donald Trump to be on the ballot, not only in Colorado, but in every state in this country as we
inch closer to the presidential election. Our coverage continues. Ladies and gentlemen, the seething and the crying continues apace.
We have producers scouring the Internet for some of the juiciest clips.
Ladies and gentlemen, first, a celebratory clip from Fox News.
This is how Fox initially covered, this is how Fox covered the ruling with, I believe this is Andrew McCarthy,
who is on live, talking about how this is such a devastating blow for libs and that they will
never recover from this one. The river of salt flows unencumbered in Washington, D.C. Let's go about the bottom line,
sweeping nine nothing decision with respect to the states. But I think that this case is actually
a five four case on what may be the most important decision. If I'm reading this right, what they're
saying is that Section three cannot be enforced unless Congress legislates through Section 5 of the 14th Amendment,
which it has done in enacting a criminal statute which would allow someone to be convicted of insurrection.
What I gleaned from this is that they're saying that in the next January 6th, the next time that Congress is called on to ratify an election
result, that Congress cannot use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to try to deny Donald Trump
the presidency if he wins the presidential election, which is pretty momentous. And it looks to me like
Justice Barrett and the three progressives on the court are unhappy that the court reached out and
decided that. Shannon Bream, now that you've had a chance maybe to take another look here,
anything about the Sotomayor-Kagan-Jackson contingent? Yeah, I think Andy's exactly right
there. And what Professor Turley said as well,
there's not a dissent. They concur in the judgment, but they say they don't think the
courts should have gone to all these additional questions that they did. They said it was enough.
And Justice Barrett said in her concurrence, too, just to get to the bottom line that states cannot
do this. It's not in their purview to do it. But the dissent, again, not dissenters, the concurrence
that comes from Justices Sotomayor,
Kagan and Jackson takes a different path.
They think the court goes too far.
They say this by resolving all these extra questions, the majority attempts to insulate
all alleged insurrectionists from future challenges to their holding federal office.
So they feel like the court went too far.
You try to go as narrowly as possible.
Again, they agree with the overall decision, but think that the court is trying to give too much cover to future candidates who may face this scenario.
And they just don't think that. Such a massive revelation there from Andy McCarthy, who is a expert on said issues here, a legal expert and a writer and an editor on legal issues decided
by the court saying that if so, Trump wins in 2024, Congress can try to do like a backdoor
trial of Donald Trump and again, try and convict him. And the Supreme Court now like shuts the door on that,
has now devastatingly destroyed that option for Dems. So expect the libs to seethe. They will seethe. We have such special, such a special clip here, ladies and gentlemen. I hope you have your
salt shakers ready. We have our salt here. Here is one of probably many times that we will salt libs on this show. Ladies and gentlemen, CNN's reaction is so good to this.
So good. CNN on air having to like holding back tears, effectively weeping on air,
saying this ends all challenges that Donald Trump will never be able to be challenged again
for his right to run for president and if you wish if you wish to try and rip anyone off the
ballot anyone that you're going to have to have a trial congress is going to have to have a trial
congress is the one who enforces these laws and they're going to have to vote to convict
which they can do which they which they have done
in the past you have to go back hundreds of years but congress can hold trials and convict people
that's like that's that's such a wonderful ruling because it actually gives power it spreads the
power island starts breaking up this uniparty it starts like creating these power vectors that balance our government. Do you
remember checks and balances? This is actually awesome. So CNN doesn't think so. CNN, the libs
are seething. Here's our salt that lib, probably one of many for the show as we are producing this
show live, as we were getting you live reactions. Here is CNN like holding back tears on air. You can
see the shaking, quivering of the lip, the shaking in their voices saying Trump wins
now and forever. This ends all challenges. Libs get effed. Here we go. Salt that lib. Let's go CNN. Kind of to bring it up a few thousand feet. Politically, this was considered by a lot of
Democrats as too big of a swing to be taken by the groups that filed these suits in these states. Remember, a lot of states, even those who are run by Democrats, where the secretaries of state are Democrats,
they said to the people in their states who are trying to get Donald Trump off the ballot, like Michigan, for example, we're not going to do that.
This is not something I mean, some of them said it's because of the state law, but others just said that this is not the right way to go.
That was not the case in Colorado and in Maine and then just recently in Illinois.
And even though there are some constitutional scholars, Jamie Raskin is one of them, the congressman from Maryland, who said that this is an appropriate avenue. Others said, no, it lets this is never mind the legal part of it, just
politically denying voters the right to vote for the person who their party says is their nominee
is just bad politics. Never mind the legal side. Yep. Ladies and gentlemen, we are back, baby. We are back. Is that, that was all,
that was all Dana Bash though. That's not this clip. I want this clip. I want this clip.
That was all Dana Bash. This is the one I want for my salt that lit. Is that, do you got that
loaded, Royce? Yeah, let's continue the salt. The salt's going to flow, ladies and gentlemen.
The salt must flow.
There's only one rule on the Betty show, and that is that the salt will flow.
The salt shall flow.
The salt must flow.
And the sweet salt will continue to flow until morale improves.
I want giant rocks of salt the size of baseballs.
You ever seen hail?
Like snowball hail?
Like falling from the sky?
I want baseball size rock salt rolling through the streets. Ladies and gentlemen, here we go. CNN.
The CNN legal expert saying this is it. This ends all challenges against Donald Trump.
Suck on that, libs.
I hope you are not experiencing a sodium deficiency
because that salt is flowing.
Another salt that lid.
Let's go.
Yeah, just a quick point.
The scope of this ruling will essentially end all the 14th Amendment
challenges. The ones in Maine, the one we heard about just last week in Illinois,
they are all done at this point because of the way the Supreme Court put this decision together.
And when we step back and look at the national landscape on this, here we have a 9-0 ruling from
the Supreme Court. Slightly different bases, as Joan pointed out, but a 9-0 ruling reversing what Colorado did.
And even before that, there were dozens of these challenges, somewhere between 20 and
30, depending on which you count or don't count. And the success rate was very low for
these 14th Amendment challengers. They really only ever got any traction in those three
states. But this has been rejected by state courts, by federal courts, by trial courts, but as
Dana mentioned, by state level secretaries of state.
Brad Raffensperger, the guy on the other end of that phone call from Trump, I need you
to find eleven thousand seven hundred votes.
He rejected it.
So there is a very broad consensus on again, not on whether Trump committed insurrection
or not, but on the legal grounds for these 14th Amendment challenges.
So much salt. Can we do it? We've never done three salt that lives in a row. We've never done it.
It'd be a world record. We've never had so much salt on the show.
We popped popcorn for Big Fanny last Friday, eight straight hours of pop and popcorn, ladies and gentlemen, for the big fanny trial.
But now we have salt and that salt continues to flow. We have a clip from MSNBC.
You'll recognize some of the legal scholars on MSNBC, read communist Marxists who wish to weaponize everyone and everything that they can get
their little tentacles on against you and erode your rights. They hate America. They hate our
founding principles. They hate our founders, not just because of their skin color. They hate our
founders because they set up a system that could stop them from doing this. Praise God for the
people that created this nation. Praise God for the people that
foresaw the tyranny because they were begot by tyranny. You know who also staged an insurrection?
The founding fathers. They were staging insurrections against the tyrannical
British empire that was taxing them and eroding their rights, eroding their liberties,
ripping away their ability to defend themselves, even quartering soldiers in their homes.
I know this is a Third Amendment. I know it's a joke, meaning I know that we don't talk much
about it, right? And it seems like a Babylon Bee headline. But imagine living in the Revolutionary
War period, pre-Revolutionary
War period, and some soldier knocks on your door and says, it's my home now, walks in, puts his
money boots up on your kitchen counter and starts stealing your food and sleeping in your bed.
That was the life of these people. That was the life. They were treated as slaves they were treated as servants to their masters
the crown 5 000 miles away in in in on an island called england that was the life they had no rights
so our founders threw off that yoke of slavery a long and proud american tradition and decided to
say no we have natural rights we have real rights and the way we're decided to say, no, we have natural rights. We have real rights.
And the way we're going to protect those rights from the forever slow creep of the government.
And right now in Joe Biden's government, you have the slowest possible creep that has ever existed
in charge of our government. The way we're going to protect it, we're going to split up the powers.
We're going to create this court. We're going to create the Congress,
the executive. They're going to balance each other out and check each other.
And that's what you're seeing today. Oh, it's beautiful. Oh, it's incredible. And libs are seething because even though they have so much control, they own Hollywood, they own the recording
industries, they own everything. Think of what thing does the leftist Marxists not own? They've done great work over the last hundred years in America.
Go read some of the Cloward Piven playbooks.
Man, they are really getting their way.
They're not happier for it.
They're more miserable than ever.
But they have all this power, yet they cannot, from on high,
like strip away your most fundamental rights. I guess if that's a W,
we'll call it that. We'll take the wins that we can get right now. And they're seething over it.
Demonically seething, spitting venom. And it's so good on MSNBC. This is such a great clip.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. Even the photo they use of Donald Trump in this clip is just
gold. As gold as Trump's hair.
Here we go.
Ladies and gentlemen, MSNBC wanted to strip Donald Trump off the ballot because they didn't like his skin color.
Far too orange.
Orange man bad.
And they got stopped again by the founders of this nation because they knew what real tyranny was.
Salt these libs, please.
We don't need to play the singer again.
But, like, just throw up some salt. We'll throw your comments up. Salty, salty libs, please. We don't need to play the singer again, but like, just throw up
some salt. We'll throw your comments up. Salty, salty libs. Go. This is 100% the decision that
was expected after the oral argument, which went so poorly for those who are trying to defend the
Colorado decision to kick Donald Trump off the ballot. What the decision says, and it's unanimous
on this point, is that there isn't any way that this 14th Amendment provision has been implemented
by, for example, congressional legislation. There's some debate among the majority of the court and
Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson, as well as Justice Barrett, about what Congress or someone
else, some other government entity, needs to do. But the bottom line is it is the sweeping victory
for Donald Trump that was expected on this issue of disqualification.
MSNBC goes further. They go further and say that this is now a warning to those who are trying to
try Donald Trump in Washington, D.C., saying that he doesn't have presidential immunity,
because, of course, he has presidential immunity. He was the rightful president
elected legally by us in spite of all the dirty tricks. Donald Trump is your president.
And Donald Trump, they're trying to say that he does not have
immunity. That Donald Trump can be put on trial for acts that he did as president of the United
States. Of course, opening up Barack Obama to be put on trial for using a drone to kill an American
citizen, an American teenager, actually an American child extrajudiciously without trial. So can we put on trial Bill
Clinton for everything that happened with Jeffrey Epstein? I mean, maybe this is like the greatest
thing ever, but you don't want that actually. It means that you won't be able to have a president
because the president will always consider every single action he takes for like how he'll be sued
after he leaves office.
So this is a warning on that case, the case that's being brought by Jack Smith. This is a very good sign. This 9-0 unanimous decision is a dark, dark cloud. And the libs at MSNBC are starting to see
that cloud forming and they're starting to panic. Watch. We didn't need to decide anything more here than the
principle that states don't have the authority to disqualify candidates for federal offices.
And by going further than that and saying that only Congress has that enforcement power,
you have decided something that didn't need to be done. And they say we protest the majority's
efforts to use this case to define the limits of federal enforcement of that provision because we would only decide the issue before us.
We concur only in the judgment.
They are saying this is a warning, right?
This is a shot across the bow.
Don't decide more than you have to in this immunity case.
If you don't have to decide on a general principle governing presidential immunity for all time,
given how egregious the facts are here, let's not do that.
That's what I read in that.
Ladies and gentlemen, all good signs.
And also we have our meme makers that are making memes for this moment.
Meme makers that are creating memes for this moment, that are meant to inspire you
and uplift you, as is our next guest,
which is a very rare circumstance.
Let's do the Iron Man meme, Royce,
if you have that loaded, please.
It's a very rare circumstance.
We are going to welcome our next honored guest,
an expert on this issue, to the show with a meme.
Again, we've never done this before,
but we are in a celebratory mood right now. Ladies and gentlemen, the guest that is joining
us right now is Gene Hamilton. Gene Hamilton is the executive director of the America First
Legal Foundation that is fighting these battles on behalf of Donald
Trump and fighting these battles on behalf of you and me all across the country.
They have just scored a monster victory against woke judges.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, welcome Gene Hamilton to the show for the first time ever
via meme.
Let's go.
Gene, thank you so much for being on the program.
I hope you look like a young man.
You look like a young man.
It seems like I hoped that you would appreciate the Donald Trump meme.
Absolutely.
That was fabulous.
The Iron Man meme.
That's great.
That was a great movie, man.
That's great.
Iron Man.
So woke judges.
See you later.
You've read the decision.
You have my producer.
Tell me you have it before you.
Your takeaway, sir. Look, this the Supreme Court's unanimous decision in this case is exactly what we all expected.
But it's also not just like what MSNBC said. Neal Kochal, who was the acting solicitor general under Obama.
It wasn't just after the oral arguments that people knew this. All of the right-minded
people in this country, all of the fair Americans sitting at home knew that this would be the result
of this case as a legal matter when we got into this thing. And the sad reality is that it takes
this entire process of going through the state of Colorado courts all the way up to the Supreme Court to finally get a decision that is unanimous, nine to zero.
This says states can't disqualify candidates for federal office under the 14th Amendment.
That's a power that's reserved exclusively for Congress. Now, just think about what that means.
How did we get to a place as a country where we have to go all the way up to the Supreme
Court to correct something that's so radical, so harebrained, and just so wild that I look,
I mean, what I view this as is as a legal matter, and as a practical matter, the left likes to take
legal theories that are basically the equivalent of like a square peg. And they find these round holes and they just keep trying to hammer that damn peg into those holes. And they
keep doing it and doing it and doing it. And they inflict all kinds of pain. They inflict all kinds
of damage and they do all kinds of harm in the process. It's never going to fit there. It's never
going to work. But here we are as a society. And, you know, look, it's the right decision,
but it's sad that we had to go all the way to Supreme Court to get it. Can you sort of parse out for me like a comment
that was made by Andy McCarthy saying that what this does is it insulates Donald Trump when he
wins in 2024 from Congress trying to pull some type of backdoor impeachment trial against him?
Yeah, look, so Congress would have to pass specific legislation to enforce the Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. And so they've done so in the past, historically, 100 and something years
ago, 150 years ago, they've done that. But they can't do anything with the 14th Amendment with respect
to him engaging in an insurrection, which he didn't. But of course, for those members of
Congress who would bring those arguments, who would do these procedural motions, refuse to
certify electors or whatever the case may be, we've all seen the shenanigans over the years,
they're not going to be able to do so on the basis that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection, because that is
something that Congress would have to separately pass through both chambers, a new law that says
that these types of things happen to folks who are not eligible for the presidency under the
14th Amendment, Section 3. So it's honestly, it's a good, it's some good insurance.
It is good insofar as it should shine a clear light
and clear away things in other parts of the country,
like state of Illinois, a court there just last week
issued a decision that was similar
to the Colorado decision and said,
you couldn't be on the ballot there.
These cases are in other states as well. So this should clear a lot of things. It should.
That's a key word. Should. Will the radical left continue to try other harebrained and
wacky legal theories to try to harm Donald Trump and keep him off the ballots? Absolutely. That's
what they do. But at least this one is resolved nine to zero. So you served as the counselor to
the attorney general, United States Department of Justice. It must really pain you to see
the DOJ be so weaponized and so shot through with Marxism and the totalitarian drive to protect a
single political party and go after
and weaponized against the American citizenry that is there to protect your general takeaway
on these tactics that seem to be directly targeting the American people and the candidate
that they wish to vote for. Absolutely. Look, it is a sorry place that we are in as a country when you have
perceptions that are perceptions based in reality. They are real that the Department of Justice
is engaged in targeting political opponents of the ruling regime. It is not there to do justice.
It is not there to serve the interests of the American people. Instead, it's there to serve the interests of Joe Biden and his allies.
And that's it.
And we can see that play out time and time again in the actions that they're taking,
the things that they're doing, whether it's in terms of just yesterday, Merrick Garland
went down to Selma, Alabama and gave a speech saying that they're going to be fighting
restrictions to voting access and fighting things like voter identification laws in election integrity measures because somehow it's disenfranchising to minorities.
I mean, this is the Department of Justice in the year 2024, the same Department of Justice
that three years ago issued a memo targeting parents for speaking out at school board meetings,
the same Department of Justice that has expended
tremendous resources going after every single peaceful protester who was on the Capitol grounds
on January 6th, but somehow is letting Washington, D.C. fall apart. It is a criminal cesspool right
now. People are going on, they're committing crimes, they're stealing cars, they're murdering
people and getting away with it because the Department of Justice is so focused on taking out its
political opponents and doing things that it shouldn't be doing, that it is not doing
its basic duty as a department, which is to ensure that justice is done in the United
States, that the American people are safe and that the rule of law prevails in the United
States.
So what would a Trump 2024?
And obviously you work for America First Legal, which is an awesome organization,
probably the biggest bulldog when it comes to defending and fighting fire with fire,
when it comes to courts and when it comes to lawsuits and when it comes to just putting up
some type of stopgap, right, for this Marxist march against our rights. But, like, what does it look like in
2024 to reverse these trends? Because what a lot of people, especially in our audience,
is going to be saying is, okay, well, turnabout's fair play, right? Now every person that stormed
the White House, you all have to be treated like, stormed the White House in May 2020,
you all have to be treated like J6ers. And every person that burned down a building, burned down a city during the BLM riots, you're going to be treated
the same way. You know, what does it look like to sort of like steady the ship? And also, I mean,
I think the concurring question here is like, how do we not get the sort of like typical D.C.
weakness inside of a next attorney general where it's like, no, we're like above
these fights when we know full well that like what it looks like to have the DOJ fully weaponized
against us like the next time around, because everyone's just going to be like, well, we know
what's going to happen next time a Democrat gets in. Yeah, look, those are good points and good
questions. What we have to do as a country is I think we have to see radical restructuring within the Department of Justice.
We have to see a lot of things change with the way that it is actually configured.
And we have to see the department focus on its actual priority areas.
The reasons why Congress created the Department of Justice, the reasons why Congress created the FBI.
We forget as Americans in your intro to this bit and talking about the, you know, the third
amendment, right, in the quartering of soldiers in people's houses. We as Americans, we forget
about history and we forget about why we set this country up the way that we did and why Congress
created things like the Department of Justice and the FBI. And it damn sure wasn't to go after grannies protesting outside of abortion clinics
all across the country. That is not what the purpose of the Department of Justice was for the
FBI. The Department of Justice was set up to help combat and enforce the rule of law in a federal
system in the 1800s. The Attorney General predates
the creation of the Department of Justice, but DOJ was created in the 1800s. And it was created at a
time when you had rule of law deficiencies across the country in different jurisdictions, territories,
states, whatever the case may be. And you want to ensure that you're able to apply consequences to
criminal acts across state lines, and you're able to defend the interests of the United States.
And so what you have to do as a Department of Justice is you have to focus on your core mission.
And you have to focus on things like violent crime and rule of law and going after people who are actually terrorizing American citizens all across this country in cities all across this country. If you actually focus on the things that Congress
wanted you to focus on, things like the border, things like prosecuting illegal immigration,
folks coming across the border illegally, going after a major crime that's ruining major cities
in the United States, even going after things like interstate retail theft rings, all of this stuff,
there's money behind it. These are things that ruin this country. These are things that ruin
the fabric of our society. And if you are focused on tackling those things, you can address all of
the other issues because, folks, there's only so many hours in a day. And so if you as a prosecutor
or you as an FBI agent or if you as a, you know, any other person in the Department of Justice are talking about going after someone who's protesting outside of an abortion city are solved and that all of the street gangs and the cartels and the drugs that are flowing into this country are solved.
And then and only then can you even think to talk about those other issues. And guess what? Those issues, most of those cases are examples of abuses of power, violations of constitutional
rights, like the ability to protest and petition the government. The list goes on and on. There
is so much to be done in the future for whomever the next conservative president is.
We're deeply thankful for the work that you do, again, as General Counsel for America First Legal,
one of the few organizations that actually does work and does make a difference. We are regularly covering the work that you're doing there. And we say
Godspeed to you, Gene. Keep fighting, man. Thank you very much for having me on. I appreciate it.
Appreciate you all. Have a great day and enjoy this moment, everyone. This is a great day in
our country's jurisprudence. So thank you.
That's right.
Celebrate good times.
Come on!
Celebrate good times.
Thanks, bye.
9-0, a unanimous decision, ladies and gentlemen.
9-0.
And the libs continue to seethe.
The libs continue to cry. It's going to be great.
It's amazing. We have another clip here from MSNBC that's very special here. You're going to
love this one. The person in this clip is Valerie Jarrett's daughter. In case you're wondering,
Valerie Jarrett is like the consigliere for Barack Obama,
right? This is how it all works. This is how corporate press works. They will literally hire
the low IQ, low information children of Democrat politicians in order to gain favor with said
Democrats. Valerie, Laura Jarrett's her name. Again, she is like the right hand of Barack
Obama's daughter. She's sitting here opining on the verge of tears talking about this ruling from
the Supreme Court. I wonder if she has any bias or anything. No, nothing. Donald Trump just pissed
in the punch bowl of the entire Obama legacy. But no, no,
she's not bitter at all. Let's bring on Valerie Jarrett's kid to talk about it. Salt, baby,
salt. Ladies and gentlemen, let's go. One response here from Donald Trump himself
on his social media posts in which it's quite simple. It's quote, big win for America in all
caps. His attorney, Alina Haba, one of his attorneys, is also noting that this is a moment here in which the millions of Americans will not be disenfranchised.
This was at the forefront of the arguments of Trump's attorneys, as well as his political advisers, making the case that look at the results from these early primary states so far.
Overwhelmingly, Republican voters want Donald Trump
to be their Republican nominee again. And let's face it here, whether folks agree with it or not,
there are systems in place when we're talking about ways to keep Donald Trump from the ballot.
One of those is referred to by the Supreme Court here is Congress to determine whether he engaged
in insurrection or not. And in the weeks after the January 6th attack, the U.S. House did, in fact, vote to impeach
Donald Trump for his role in the efforts to overturn the 2020 election. But then the U.S.
Senate, which would require a two thirds majority to actually convict and remove him from office
and bar him from ever serving again, fell 10 votes short. Seven Republicans voted to convict and remove him from office and bar him from ever serving again, fell 10 votes short.
Seven Republicans voted to convict him, but they needed 10 other Republicans. So at that point,
the Congress way of getting Donald Trump off the ballot in 2024 failed.
The Congress way? The smartest? I didn't know Laura Jarrett didn't speak there.
I'm so excited to hear her pearls of wisdom, ladies and gentlemen.
Valerie Jarrett's daughter getting the Nepo baby treatment on the panel there.
Maybe there's something.
Maybe there's a good clip of Laura Jarrett melting down.
They are melting down across the board.
CNN calling this an unfortunate day for America. It's unfortunate.
CNN having their own problems. CNN is apparently going to fire, apparently on the chopping block,
Anderson Cooper and Jake Tapper, among others, are ready to be fired at CNN. We'll see what happens.
CNN can't hold it in, can't hold back the tears, saying it is
unfortunate for America, this decision. It's nice when the Marxists don't lie. Normally,
being a communist is something that you want to hide. You're embarrassed about it. But they're
just now straight up admitting it on camera. Here we go. You know, look, unfortunately for America, the court isn't necessarily wrong that this is the way the framers wanted it to be.
They wanted Congress, the people who are closest to their constituents, to be able to make the rules of the laws.
That doesn't change the fact that because of gerrymandering in the House and all kinds of other issues, they're not doing their job on a lot of these big issues.
I agree. It's very unlikely, close to impossible that Congress will take action.
But this is now a fair question that Manu Raju, Melanie Zanonis should be asking members of Congress.
Are you willing to pass legislation that would give us rules for how this works?
It could only be in the future, by the way.
So it's a very depressing day, very sad.
Salt Flows, ladies and gentlemen,
Jonathan Turley is one of our favorite
legal experts and scholars.
And we are also just getting word
that Donald Trump may be speaking soon.
Well, at noon.
So we'll see, ladies and gentlemen,
if we're able to cover that live.
But Jonathan Turley, one of our favorite political pundits and legal experts,
weighing in on this decision, saying this unanimous decision effectively ends forever
the leftist fetishized fever dream of being able to effectively protect democracy
by stripping away your ability to vote for the man you wish to vote for. Go.
Let's move to our team now. John Pinterli, you are first up to react to this now, sir.
How do you hear it? Well, I've just been reading the opinion. It's obviously a sweeping. There
aren't any real dissents, so it
does look like it is unanimous, at least on the result. What they have a disagreement on
is whether the court had to go as far as it did. Now, the most practical result of this is that
the voters will be able to vote for the candidate that they prefer. This was a critical moment for this court in history.
After all of the years we have spent in this republic, we came to a point where these states
claimed that they could unilaterally bar the leading presidential candidate from ballots
to prevent people from voting for Donald Trump. The court here spoke with a strong
and it appears unanimous voice, at least on the result, that that's not going to happen,
that voters will vote. They'll make their own verdict regardless of what happens in cases
involving President Trump. They will cast the most important verdict of all. They will vote for the next president of the United States.
Voters will vote.
This is the moment that we have reached, ladies and gentlemen, where it is a profound statement
to effectively say that you have the right to vote for and select the candidate of your
choosing. Such a exceedingly and important moment in our history, obviously, but also
showing you exactly the panic that is occurring right now as it pertains to the left. The left
knows that they cannot beat Donald Trump. They are throwing every this is these are moves of
desperate people. What do they say about the caged animal, right?
It's put in the corner.
Like the caged, wounded animal that is infected with rabies, which is, have you ever seen any modern, woke, intersectional feminist?
Well, that is precisely what a lot of people who ascribe to the woke mind virus look like. These people are truly deranged
and they must be fed a steady diet of copium
by leftist corporate press.
And they must be told
that there's going to be some magic wand
that they can wave
and Donald Trump won't be your president again.
And that Donald Trump was never your president.
And you can just forget the four years of Donald Trump.
Why you would want to forget those four years
and 99 cent gasoline and some of the best economies that we've ever, the best
economy, arguably, and with data, the best economy we've ever seen in America. And like, quite
frankly, like a really great time to be alive because there were no new wars there was peace peace was uh springing forth eternal in the middle east
arab nations were signing economic and peace pacts with israel and then gumdrop smiles for
the children and the chocolate river donald trump walking into north korea high-fiving kim jong-un
doing a kickflip ollie skateboard trick into north Korea? I don't know. Why wouldn't you want
that? I don't know. They don't like the color of his skin, I guess. They've had their brains broken
by the woke mind virus, and they've been lied to that there's some type of like special little
trick that can be used to stop Donald Trump from becoming president again. And that's a lie, ladies and gentlemen. Our election update proves that Donald Trump is dominant,
dominant in the polls.
Even the most seasoned leftist pollsters in America
are now admitting that there really is a very, very
collapsing, narrow, if not totally collapsed path for Joe Biden to win the presidency again.
Ladies and gentlemen, here's our election update.
Is it the bake as the Undertaker.
It's good.
It's good.
Vivek actually way taller than you think when you meet him in person.
Vivek's like six foot one.
Did you know this?
Like Vivek's like six foot one.
Everyone always says like, wow, including myself.
Wow, you're taller than I thought you were.
Ladies and gentlemen, the New York Times
with a poll out yesterday.
Trump 48, Biden 43.
Boom.
Oh yeah, baby.
The New York Times.
Again, these are leftist rigged polls.
These are polls that are rigged
in order to determine an outcome for the left.
So how bad is it really? Well, let's go over to the CBS poll here. The salt flows. CBS poll shows
that voters perceive Trump's economic economy positively, propelling him to national lead over
Biden. So again, CBS probably even worse than the New York Times as it comes to rigged polls,
polls that over index or oversample Democrats in order to lead to a pre-prescribed results, right?
Remember when Joe Biden was winning Wisconsin by 20 points? Yeah, got it. OK, Biden. Let's let's uh let's punch in here Rolls-Royce uh Trump 52 Biden 48 choice for likely voters
oh man their policies will make prices go up look at that Joe Biden bad bad bad
who has a better vision for the country Donald Donald Trump, absolutely dominant. And migrants trying to cross border
policies would increase Biden's policies, would increase migrants, Trump policies,
decrease migrants. And that's what the people want, ladies and gentlemen. Of course, we don't
use the term migrant here because they're not migrants. They're criminal aliens based on the
ways our laws are written, based on the 1964 Immigration Act, which still stands as law and
has been re-ratified by Congress every single decade. Like, no, it's criminal to enter our
country criminally. And you remain a criminal as you stay here illegally. It's not migrants.
They use words in order to trick you. Ladies and gentlemen, CBS having to read these numbers live
on air, holding back their tears. Let's go. Our CBS News poll out this morning shows the
former president with a four point edge over the current president among likely voters nationwide.
That is Trump's largest general election lead yet in our surveys this cycle.
Our polling has shown perceptions of the economy have been improving. So why isn't that helping
Joe Biden? Because it's the comparison that people are making between how they rate the economy today
and what they remember it being during the Trump years. And it's the remembering is the key word there. I specifically
asked, how do you remember it? And two thirds of voters say they remember it being good,
which is also interesting because if you go back and look at the polling from that time,
people did, in fact, rate it good in 2018, 2019. But then these are the economy cratered
after the pandemic and the shutdowns. And it doesn't seem like they're remembering that part of it here.
But that's the reality today.
So it's that comparison that isn't holding up for the White House, number one.
And then, number two, you push that forward and ask, well, whose policies might make prices go down?
And there's a lot of Republicans who think that prices will go down if Donald Trump
gets elected. But what's troubling for Joe Biden is that you still get him associated with price
increases because a lot of people think the prices would continue to go up under his policies.
We know that immigration is a key issue for voters across the country. And according to our
polling, by more than five to one, voters believe President
Biden's policies will lead more migrants to try crossing the border compared with President Trump's
policies. Only 22 percent think your policies will decrease migrant crossings.
Ladies and gentlemen, Babylon B headline from right now, in major blow to democracy,
Supreme Court rules voters can vote for favorite candidate. Okay, that's pretty good. And you're seeing, of course,
the sobbing and crying and tears, and they continue to roll in. Ladies and gentlemen,
our production team is the best on the internet, and we will get you more salt. We also have, for your viewing pleasure, Byron Donalds, who
was planning on joining the show during our normal time. We bumped up the show to do a special on the
Supreme Court. And so we are going to be getting Congressman Byron Donalds up and on the program
to talk about this incredible moment, ladies and gentlemen. We are very, very excited about,
well, the future. Donald Trump is very excited about the future. Donald Trump is triumphant
in these polls. CNN having to report that Donald Trump is triumphant in these polls.
And more importantly, and because this is all about addition and not subtraction. The issues that stand for Donald Trump right now
is that he is gaining in every demographic. They don't talk about it enough. Do you know
that Donald Trump is winning the youth vote? 18 to 35? The people that work for this company are between the ages of 18 to 35 i myself am 37
they're like do you know how much it sucks to be a young person right now in this economy
do you want to just you know how how limited your options are like how devastating it is
how uh out of touch and out of reach the american dream feels like for young people so of course they're
gonna vote for the guy who like created the best american economy in the world and didn't create
wars to send us off to go be used as cannon fodder for shoved into meat grinders young people kind of
like those things i know it's wild but also donald Trump pulling like something like 25 to 30 percent of the black vote.
Do you realize that Mitt Romney got like five percent of the black vote?
Those are probably people that like accidentally took the wrong boxes.
Don't know why anyone really vote for Mitt Romney.
I'm ashamed that I voted for Mitt Romney.
Nonetheless, Donald Trump is like even with Biden
when it comes to the Latino vote,
that's not supposed to happen.
Don't you understand?
Like the world is changing at quick pace.
And I have like a very like concise theory
as to what you're going to see now in the coming months,
ladies and gentlemen, as you watch Biden lose support.
Presidential races are about addition, not subtraction.
You want to add as much support as you possibly can to your candidate, not subtract as much support.
And ladies and gentlemen, we are now watching people subtract from Joe Biden.
Get ready because Super Tuesday, what we're going to have is we're going to have a bunch of hundreds of thousands, maybe millions more Democrats vote like unaccounted for.
Right. This is what happened in Michigan.
We're hundreds of thousands of Democrats in Michigan like decided not to vote for Joe Biden.
Decided to vote for essentially none of the above with Joe Biden's own being the only name on the ballot.
A protest vote.
You're going to see a ton of that tomorrow.
Joe Biden is losing people by the hundreds of thousands and millions of like supporters,
whatever supporters you had.
Like you better start painting those white COVID circles on the ground at your rallies
again for people to stand in.
You're going to need them.
Nobody's showing up. Even CNN is noticing. Watch. He said one of his biggest concerns is young
voters. So in addition to black and brown voters, which are showing low enthusiasm for President
Biden, a lot of Democrats are really concerned about young voters. Yeah. And as we dig into that
a little bit further here, he's just performed. Biden is performing well worse in the polls than he did in 2020 with those key demographics was black voters, Latino voters,
young voters. And just in the Siena New York Times, Siena poll voters of color without a
college degree, 72 percent supported Biden in 2020, 47 percent now. And Trump has a 15 percent increase since then.
And then women voters, 57 percent of women voters back in 2020 backed Biden.
That is down 11 points.
Now, if you believe the polls trump up slightly, that's got to be alarming, too, for the Democrats
that you're talking to all the time.
Yeah.
So what are we looking at here?
We're looking at polling that is outside of to all the time. Yeah. So what are we looking at here? We're looking at polling
that is outside of the margin of fraud.
Donald Trump had rallies this weekend.
The new, then get me the asset here, please.
I want to put up the signs on screen.
The new call, rally cry for Donald Trump is too big to rig.
Do you see this?
They rolled out new signs, too big to rig
are the new signs for Donald Trump.
Oh, it is getting good, baby. Ladies and gentlemen, New York Times, New York Times poll on president helped versus hurt. This is so important. This is so important. Remember the Ronald Reagan, probably
the best campaign ad ever. Ronald Reagan saying, are you better off than you were four years ago?
Jimmy Carter, right? And we are living through the modern day Jimmy Carter with Joe Biden. Not
only is he as old as Jimmy Carter, but like Joe Biden, Jimmy Carter were like best friends. There's
a bunch of old photos of them from the seventies. And now Joe Biden is able to terrorize us with Jimmy Carter 2.0
effectively term. This is now you're living through the second term of Jimmy Carter. Just
had to wait 40 years. This is the question. Are you better off? Has the president helped or hurt
you personally? Trump helped us. 40% of the people say Trump helped us.
Only 18%, less than half, say Biden helped us.
Hurt Biden.
43% say Biden hurt us.
Donald Trump, only 25%.
Wow.
I mean, wow.
This is your classic Reagan question. Are you better off than you were four years ago? And this is from The New York Times. Imagine if like a real pollster
did this question. Imagine how much more lopsided it would be. CNN can't hold in their tears. Go.
What this New York Times, Siena College poll showed Joe Biden, iden 43 donald trump 48 but if you look inside the poll
and i want you to talk about this as well the question about whether or not people feel that
each of these individuals has helped them personally joe biden only has 18 and donald
trump has 40 wow well i mean listen ladies and ladies and gentlemen, you're going to you're going to
you're going to eventually like reach a point. And this is where I think we are right now.
Where those who are those who are in charge effectively say we don't have any other options.
We've lost on every front. We've got nothing left. And we're we're we are going to move to a containment strategy, which is what we are seeing, ladies and gentlemen, a containment strategy for the eventual Donald, the guaranteed Donald Trump victory in 2024. And again, Donald Trump is to be speaking. He's going to be making comments soon, ladies and gentlemen. So we'll see.
We are also working on getting Byron Donalds onto the program.
Byron Donalds was our original guest for our morning show at the original time.
We're working on getting the great congressman up and on the program here.
So stay tuned.
We think that we can get through to Donald Trump's. We think we have enough to cover to get through to Donald Trump's live comments. So we'd like to carry through to that. And so, ladies and gentlemen, we will
endeavor to, we will endeavor to get there. What has Donald Trump been saying? Well, Donald Trump
has been taking a massive victory lap on this front, and he has a good reason to. We'll play
a few clips and read you a couple articles about this. Fox News with an exclusive from Donald Trump saying that this is a unifying
and inspirational decision for the country. But what's the broader game at play here?
The system is already in crisis. I'll just stop for just a moment to let my team sort of catch
their breath and catch up here. All right, boys, here we go.
The team is the the the institutions of our country are in crisis. There has never been lower institutional trust in federal law enforcement for federal election systems, for the sanctity and the honesty of our elections.
Like they can't do what they did in 2020 again.
They just can't.
I think that you're like facing system collapse
in moments like that.
And they've tried everything they can
to extra judiciously keep Donald Trump from running again,
because they knew that if Donald Trump ran
and continued to run the races like he's running now, you should see him this weekend. I'm sure
we have some clips for you. It was just unbelievable. The energy is just so different
than it was in 16 or 20. It's just magnetic. Ladies and gentlemen, they can't stop them and in cases like this like it's it's all falling to
pieces the jack smith case is falling to pieces georgia fulton county they're gonna disqualify
fannie the judge said i gotta take two weeks he wouldn't take two weeks if he was gonna keep her
on the case he's taken two weeks because he knows that he's got to be so
airtight when he disqualifies her and Nathan Wade and her entire office, right? That he doesn't get
invited to go tour a federal penitentiary jail cell with Hillary Clinton as his guide overnight with the cameras off.
That's what the judge has got to, the judge is going to disqualify Fannie Willis.
Jack Smith's case is the presidential immunity question is being heard by the Supreme Court,
the same Supreme Court that just decided 9-0 that you can't do this to Donald Trump as president.
And so they're now in panic. And so now what you
are beginning to see and we're seeing the little crump breadcrumb trail of it is you're
seeing the system, these systems, these institutions, the Uniparty beginning to now make some really
overt motions against just simply containing Donald Trump as president, right? You're going to see
the rabid gerrymandering and attempts to rig elections for the House to try and, at the very
least, like make sure that they don't hand Donald Trump a Republican House and Senate like they did
in 2016 after eight years of Obama, where Obama lost some 1,400 different offices for Democrats.
They're going to ravenously try and ensure that the Defense Department and the CIA and federal
law enforcement sort of have these bumper car rails on Donald Trump and that they are so ready
to fire off all these lawsuits and just hinder and kneecap and tie up Donald Trump and that they are so ready to like fire off all these lawsuits and just hinder a
kneecap and tie up Donald Trump as much as they possibly can when Donald Trump becomes president.
You're already seeing various, and this is great article, let's source this article. I'll show you
exactly what I'm talking about here. This article about the Pentagon and generals in the Pentagon, like preparing for a
Trump presidency and making sure that there are systems in place where Donald Trump can't command
them or tell them what to do. It's remarkable. They're already like opining about it. They're
already like seething about it. They know what's about to happen and so they've now moved from stop Donald Trump
to destroy Donald Trump,
to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president
to you can't even vote for Trump,
they've lost all those battles,
so now it's contain Trump.
Check this out.
Fear grows that Trump will use the military
in dictatorial ways if he returns to the White House.
Uh-oh.
They've actually changed,
they actually self-edited this headline.
The headline originally was,
military is prepared to stop Trump
when he becomes their commander in chief again.
It's amazing.
They're doing it out in the open.
Here's a little section from the article. Now bracing for Trump's potential return,
a loose knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers quietly devising plans to try and
foil any efforts to expand presidential power, which would include pressuring the military
to cater to his political needs. They're doing it in the open. They're doing
it in the open. This 9-0 decision is just the next brick to fall out of this plaster wall
that they have tried to create to stop Donald Trump.
It's not working and it's not going to create to stop Donald Trump. It's not working.
And it's not going to work, ladies and gentlemen.
They're doing this out in the open.
And it is a really, really spectacular moment to be alive.
Now, we will carry forward this energy.
And we are going to, again, do our level-headed best to get to Donald Trump's live remarks.
His live remarks will take place at noon.
So Donald Trump will be speaking live at noon.
And ladies and gentlemen, we're going to get us there.
So we have no word from the White House yet.
Joe Biden, it is 1115 Eastern Standard Time.
Joe Biden is still asleep.
There is no doubt in my mind.
Joe Biden is asleep right now.
He has his sleep apnea machine strapped to his face.
He hasn't gotten this news yet.
He'll punch his life alert button as furiously and as quickly as possible.
When he does get that news.
He'll be so angry. He'll go reaching and crawling through the White House trying to find whatever little baggies of cocaine Hunter stashed around in whatever little cubby holes.
Joe Biden's going to need a real one here. Joe Biden, no word from the White House yet
on this just absolutely devastating ruling.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's hilarious, though, to see the way it's being covered.
And our and our team putting together some really, really funny memes and some really, really funny lib reactions.
The meltdowns, they shall continue.
The salt, it shall flow.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's go.
Can't wait to hear from Biden on this one.
It's in response to this latest Supreme Court ruling, and we really have zero expectation they are going to do so.
Biden's reelection campaign, though, is highly likely to put out some kind of a response to today's ruling.
So we're keeping our eyes and ears peeled for you on that, of course. Now, the reason I say this is because back on December 20th, that's the day after Colorado first issued this ruling kicking Trump off the ballot,
effectively, Korean John Pierre was asked about the issue and to weigh in from the podium. And
she said very clearly to reporters there that day that Hatch Act considerations prevent the
White House from commenting on this or any other presidential reelection campaign matters.
The president himself has been asked about this. Most recently, back at the end of January,
he told a reporter that he was fine with President Trump, former President Trump,
staying on the ballot inside in Colorado personally. But you got to keep in mind,
Bill, the president's reelection campaign is built around this message of trying to save democracy.
And the president himself personally has depicted the former president as a direct threat to
democracy many times over now.
Most recently, when he traveled to the state of Pennsylvania for his campaign swing, he
delivered that primetime address to the nation in which he proceeded to, you know, depict
the former president as a direct threat to democracy. He's made no bones about the way he really feels about this. So you can
guess based on those comments how the politically minded Biden feels versus the presidentially
minded Biden. Again, we're not going to hear anything from the White House today, tomorrow,
or moving forward on this. But the Biden campaign is likely to give us something any moment.
So we'll see. Joe Biden has yet to respond again. We are rounding the corner on noon here and we've heard nothing from the White House as their hopes and dreams go down in flames and as Donald Trump
will be facing off against Joe Biden. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. Fox News breaking a second ago.
Trump says Supreme Court ruling Colorado is a unifying and inspirational ruling.
The Supreme Court ruled unanimously for President Trump.
Colorado ballot disqualification dispute exclusive.
Former President Trump told Fox News Digital an exclusive interview
that Supreme Court's unanimous ruling Monday is both unifying and inspirational,
while stressing the importance of the court's pending decision in the immunity case. This is
hugely important. The Supreme Court sided unanimously with the 2024 GOP front runner
in the challenge to Colorado's attempts to kick him off the 2024 primary ballot.
The high court ruled in favor of Trump's arguments in the case, which will impact,
of course, the efforts of states to try and remove Donald Trump, which culminated in a traffic judge
in Chicago saying Trump can't run for president.
And also your meters expired.
You double parked.
Don't park in handicapped spots.
Joe Biden needs them.
The court considered. Can we get get that too, by the way?
I want that citation that they literally were dependent.
This is how pathetic these people are.
That they were literally dependent.
We put it up on the show a couple of days ago.
They were literally depending on traffic cops to stop Trump from running again.
The court considered the first time the meeting and the reach of Article 3
and the 14th Amendment,
which bars officeholders engaged in insurrection.
Donald Trump tells Fox News,
this is a great win for America
and very important,
an exclusive interview on Monday.
Equally important for our country
will be decisions that they will soon make
on the immunity for a president,
without which the presidency would be relegated to nothing more than a ceremonial position, which is far from
what the founders intended, Trump told Fox News Digital. No president would be able to properly
and effectively function without the complete and total immunity. Our country would be put at
great risk, says Donald Trump correctly.
On this question, which has been fast tracked and will hear oral arguments begin on April 22nd on the merits of the case.
That decision is expected in June. Smith's investigation has been now put on hold. Again, more libs seething and more desperation as they twist and writhe like demons. And we got a really special montage of Jim Acosta.
Remember Jim Acosta? Jim Acosta is allowed to go on CNN to have some like a therapy couch meltdown. Little soy, beta, low testosterone
therapy couch meltdown. We have the best of coming up. Today's decision, this is what Donald Trump
says, is a big win for America. This is Trump's exclusive comments. Donald Trump coming up live
here in about 30 minutes. We'll stick through this and cover obviously Trump's live comments. Donald Trump coming up live here in about 30 minutes. We'll stick
through this and cover, obviously, Trump's live comments on this. We look forward to that.
Today's decision, especially the fact that it was a unanimous 9-0 decision, is both unifying
and inspirational for the people of the United States. It is, in fact, ladies and gentlemen,
the states have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respects to federal offices, especially the presidency, the Supreme Court wrote.
The Supreme Court then broke the backs and the dreams of the Democrat Party, which were solely and totally reliant on a traffic cop, Tracy Porter.
Look at this.
There we go.
This is the they were.
This is the desperation for the lips. Okay, here we go. Tracy Porter was the person who on Thursday,
she decided in spite of the fact that every court and every judge and even the election board of
Illinois, which you have to
assume is totally Democrat, said that Donald Trump will be able to be on the ballot. This glorified
traffic cop with her butterfly necklace decided that Donald Trump, I don't like his skinny collar,
so he can't be on the ballot. Check this out. Here we go. Tracy Porter is an at-large Cook County Circuit judge.
Porter was sworn into office in 2021 where she presides over minor traffic violations.
Oh, it's good. Oh, you love to see it. That's right. The desperation, it is so delicious. It
smells so good. It is, it just, it just, it's so tasty in the morning. You can smell it. The
desperation, the cringe, the fear, the seething, the sobbing, the weeping, the gnashing of teeth.
We have some of those gnashings of teeth.
Here is Keith Oberman, special little post on X.
The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy.
Its members, including Jackson Kagan and Sotomayor,
have proved themselves inept at he got re-enchant
and collectively the court has found itself to be corrupt that little bit of it it must be
because of the justices that were put on the court
due to dei initiatives of joe biden and i say that because Joe Biden straight up selected, he says he's going to select a black woman for the Supreme Court, right?
Not the merits, not like the knowledge or judicial jurisprudence or wisdom, but based on immutable qualities and characteristics, which is a horrible and actually, by definition, racist way to select somebody for anything, right? It shouldn't matter.
But nonetheless, Keith Oberman, because of Joe Biden and Barack Obama's selections to the Supreme
Court, all of those justices were Barack Obama or Joe Biden selections, Sotomayor, Jackson, or Kagan.
He says this court should be dissolved.
That is the current state of the libs right now. This is the current state of the left.
Jim Acosta, ladies and gentlemen, having a just apoplectic childlike meltdown,
took his pass fire out on CNN and decided to throw a fit.
Here that is just just in case you needed a little extra satisfaction for your for your morning.
Here's Jim Acosta. Remember, Mr. Tough Guy yelling and barking at Donald Trump every time he got a chance.
Donald Trump couldn't even complete a speech or a sentence at the White House without Jim Acosta froth literally foaming at the mouth. Mr. President, what do you think about Putin?
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen, keeping his act up. Will Jim Acosta keep his job at CNN? I hear
they're going to be cutting back. We'll see. Go. Justices are in a bubble and they're not dealing
with I mean, when they say, oh, Congress can do this. There are members of Congress and we can go through the list who are never going to do anything that would make life difficult for Donald Trump.
So to think that the Congress is going to solve this, they barely can get a post office name these days.
It's. It's Duke. All right, all right, all right.
Okay, here we go.
Just one meme.
Just one meme we got to put up for the people.
Guys, when is Byron hopping on?
1140?
Let me know.
When's Byron hopping on?
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
We'll have Congressman Byron Donalds joining the show in a moment to talk about this
and do a victory lap with us.
Byron Donalds was recently with us in South Carolina.
We did an interview about Big Fanny, wherein Byron Donalds would not call her Big Fanny.
We're going to work on that. We're going to see. We're going to ask Byron Donalds live on the show. But it doesn't matter because Donald Trump actually made massive news this weekend by talking about Big Fanny at his rally and talking about Nathan Wade.
And I think what would be maybe not X-rated, but definitely R-rated commentary that set the Internet into a tailspin. Trump mocks Nathan Wade for plenty of sex with lover Big Fanny Willis at rally
as judge weighs disqualification in Georgia election interference case against the ex-president.
Here we go, baby. Donald Trump's Big Fanny joke that set the internet on fire. Let's go.
I was indicted by Fanny in Georgia. How did that work?
And her lover, Nathan Wade. And they hired him for almost a million dollars because of his great,
great experience. Of course, he didn't have any experience. He had experience in something else.
You know that a A lot of experience.
And at that I'm quite sure he was very good based on the fact that she called him 2,000
times. I didn't know the gentleman. I didn't know him. Oh, you have 2,000 phone calls,
3,500 text messages. How is it possible in a short? I know a lot of people. We like a lot of people. I happen to have a very good relationship with a woman called Melania. but i would venture to say in all the years that i've known her i might not have called her 2 500 times that's a i know i didn't send 3 500 text messages
what do we do to deserve trump what do we do to deserve this
donald trump he must have been good at something. And then he goes like this.
A classic.
Big fanny getting humiliated there in front of a crowd of 10,000 people.
And we have the crowd shots coming for you in just a second.
Maybe we have them right now.
Put them up.
Look at that.
That is not a, you know, monster megachurch.
That is not a massive sporting event. That a donald trump rally in north carolina you can barely see donald trump like you zoom in you can like barely see
trump up there on the stage look at the people look at the people joe Joe Biden didn't have like a fraction of this for his inauguration.
And people were like forced at gunpoint to go to that.
So what are you looking at here?
You're looking at a system that is too big to rig.
We have the brand new, we have the brand new Donald Trump framing coming in here in just a moment.
You got to get those signs.
I want the commentary on too big to rig.
I love this, ladies and gentlemen.
I think that is just such a sharp campaign rally cry.
So overwhelm the polls.
Do not make it close.
Make it so that they face defeat on the night of the election.
No more shenanigans.
No more, oh, water pipe burst.
Oh, we're just going to stop counting because the machines don't like to work overnight.
Yeah, Argentina counted like 80 million votes
by 9 p.m.
Like, doesn't,
those definitions
and those excuses won't work this time.
There are too many smart people in the room.
Donald Trump effectively saying
that he's going to fight the new messaging from the White House, newcomers.
Newcomers!
It is not criminal alien migration into our nation.
It is newcomers.
And they're trying to collapse our systems in America.
But ladies and gentlemen, we are going to fight them. Here's the
too big, here's the too big to rig messaging from Donald Trump. They actually printed out signs
here from Donald Trump to be played at, to be held up at the rally. So you can see them
here. The giant sign saying too big to rig, pop them static image yeah um and we're loving it here we go that's the that's
the right messaging right there there it is i i want one of those signs we'll hang them we'll
hang it in the studio it's so good to just like directly call these people out to their faces. It's so good
to call them out for like their criminality. Donald Trump being harsher than I've heard him
in a long time describing the plot to actually just destroy America. Right. Evil leaders would
gladly rule over a nation of ashes than to give up power. Donald Trump calling like as we round the corner, right, into the,
into like the heavy election season,
right, as we round the corner
into the campaign season
leading up to the conventions.
This is the new messaging
that is crystallizing for Donald Trump.
And it is savage.
Watch.
Biden and his accomplices
want to collapse the American system, nullify the will of the actual American voters and establish...

A new base of power that gives them control for generations.
Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen,
let's get there. OK, there we go. That's the actual clip. The newcomers clip. Donald Trump talking about the new messaging newcomers. Newcomers, ladies and gentlemen, that's what
they're calling criminal, illegal aliens that enter this nation and that commit murder and that commit all sorts of heinous acts against American citizens.
Obviously, Lake and Riley, her mother is now beginning to speak out.
I hope that they are being contacted by the Trump team to speak about the horrific evils that has been done to their family.
Nursing student that
was slaughtered in cold blood. Donald Trump going in hard on this issue, as he should.
This issue is obviously a polling winner, even if it's not. It's a moral winner. You cannot have a
nation with open borders. You, of course, don't have a country if you have open borders. Donald Trump knows this.
Donald Trump's been right on this issue since 2015.
And earlier, there's only one man in the entire political arena who has been consistent and correct here.
And it is Trump.
And now he's like really hitting his stride with this one.
Go.
The bill Joe Biden once passed would give him unlimited power to grant asylum to millions and millions and millions of illegals.
You know what they call them now, right?
You know, they changed the name as of yesterday.
You know what they call them?
Newcomers.
Newcomers.
No, no, the word is newcomers.
We're not allowed to say it's politically incorrect.
This political incorrect stuff is killed.
From now on, you have to call them newcomers
or you will be indicted by the DOJ in Washington.
Expect that kind of tenor from Donald Trump
when we hear him speak here in approximately 20 minutes.
Donald Trump is set to speak on the Supreme Court ruling.
Still no word from Joe Biden.
Nothing from Joe Biden.
Nothing yet.
White House is silent on this as Joe Biden again furiously punches the life alert dangling around his neck.
Jill Biden hiding in the drapes that she's going to turn into a dress very soon.
Hunter Biden on his hands and knees searching for the crack bag that he left in the somewhere,
you know, under the sink, one of the visitors in one of the visitors closets, the White House
panic inside of the White House. Donald Trump this weekend,
the sort of the sort of crystallization of the muscular messaging that Trump will be taking
forward into the 2024 election. Every day, Joe Biden is giving aid and comfort to the foreign
enemies of the United States. Biden conduct on our border is by any definition, a conspiracy to overthrow
the United States of America. This, ladies and gentlemen, is now the actual, this is the
messaging that gets carried forward. And people are feeling this. People are feeling this.
Go talk to the communities. We do. And we intend to do much, much more. Go speak to the
communities of Fulton County. Go speak to the South side of Chicago. Go speak to the people
in the Bronx. You can like hear them like screaming and begging for help. They're saying
our political power is being eroded. Our voting power is being eroded. Our high schools, our gyms,
our sports facilities, they're being taken over.
That like rampant crime, Phil, degeneracy is overflowing into our streets and is making our communities less safe. How much more evidence do you need of that than Lake and Riley? Of course
you need none. This is how Donald Trump wins 20, 30, 40% of the black vote. This is how donald trump wins 20 30 40 of the black vote this is how it's done this messaging
let's go everything else is so crazy who would want this think of it who would want this open
borders where people are allowed to come in from mental institutions and jails. Who would want this? Who would? Is there something good?
I guess the only thing I can say is they're trying to sign them up to get them to vote in the next election.
That's all it is.
But they don't really need that because what they do is they just use blank ballots.
You know, they just drop by.
So they don't really have to destroy our country for that.
Although when you use blank ballots, I would say that's also destroying our country, wouldn't you say?
Every day, Joe Biden is giving aid and comfort to the foreign enemies of the United States.
Biden's conduct on our border is by any definition a conspiracy to overthrow the United States of America.
That's what's happening. The anger, the anger, the hatred,
the fear Biden and his accomplices. And that's what it is. It's really more of the accomplices.
I mean, the guy can't put two sentences together. He can't find the stairs to a platform. Gosh, I love I I have a I have a deep and profound love of Donald Trump's Joe Biden impressions.
I do sincerely love Donald Trump's Joe Biden impressions.
He does these he does these impressions. He wanders around the stage, acts like Joe Biden.
They are they are hilarious. And they do, in fact, give a great deal of credence to Shane Gillis, comedian, says that Joe Biden's like a Roomba, like that's out of batteries.
Joe Biden behaves like a Roomba that's out of batteries.
That's like kind of like humming a lot, like trying to like get back to its charging station.
Abjectly and absolutely correct.
So is Donald Trump triumphantly having just massive crowds?
I mean, check this out.
This is this is the line to get into the Donald Trump triumphantly having just massive crowds. I mean, check this out. This is the line to get into the Donald Trump event.
This is in North Carolina, this line.
Look at this thing.
We saw a line very, very similar in South Carolina.
Look at this.
It just goes on.
It goes on and on and on.
I wish I could tell you that that's the end of the line. Nope, not the end of the line. It just continues forever, seemingly. Look at this. Have you you've never seen anything like this? Of course, for Joe Biden. This is the line to see Trump.
This video was taken Saturday.
Holy cannoli.
Let it go.
It goes on and on and on. How much longer, Royce?
Do we even have, like, how much longer?
It goes on for like minutes.
There you go.
Continuing.
People showing up. We touched on for like minutes. There you go, continuing.
People showing up.
We touched on this on Friday,
but it's worth noting once again, that the reason why,
the reason why
there is such an outpouring and so many people that are willing to stand in these lines and come
out and show their support to Donald Trump is that they believe that their support matters.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why you don't see lines like this for Joe Biden.
This is why lines like this do not exist for Joe Biden.
Let's play it again, Sam. Yeah, yeah, play it again. I want to make a point here because what we're seeing in this moment is the
remaking of a political party. The Republican Party was a party that gave us John McCain,
that gave us Mitt Romney, and said, you'll like it. You'll like Mitch McConnell. You'll like Kevin
McCarthy. You'll like Ronna McDaniel. You're going to accept these things because we have
centrally chosen that. And we said, oh, yeah, OK, off you're gonna you're gonna try and force feed
us mitt romney well mitt romney is resigning he only served i think one term in the senate
romney's resigning you're gonna try and force feed us tell us that mitch mcconnell represents us
mitch mcconnell resigning announced yesterdayounced last week, live on the show.
Ronna McDaniel resigned. Kevin McCarthy, see ya.
This is what it looks like when people actually believe that their support matters.
When people believe that what they are doing, their activism is actually having a
difference, when they believe that they're in control of a party and us collectively are a
movement together that can save this nation. That's what it looks like. We, of course,
filmed this in South Carolina, South Carolina, not a hugely populous state.
We sped up our shot.
Took Rolls Royce like all day to film this.
Goes the length of Chris Christie's belt is what we called this line.
Stretched into three different counties.
This was filling a massive event center. This was filming a sports arena that was packed to the gills.
We have a man on the street from inside that event center coming out this week that we
were filming packed to the gills.
This is what it looks like when people feel like their vote matters, that their
politics matters, their opinion matters. And this is only happening within the Republican Party.
So what does that tell you, ladies and gentlemen? It tells you that we have retaken our party,
that we are in control, that the patriots are actually winning, and that those central planners,
the collectivists, call them what you will, they're collectivists at heart.
Truly, they just wish to rule over you, and they're angry that you have a political opinion
and that you are able to voice that opinion,
ladies and gentlemen, those collectivists are losing.
They've actually, they've been winning for a long time.
They've never lost at such a quicker pace, such a faster pace.
Can we put this up?
This is a live shot, ladies and gentlemen, of our friends on the left
learning that Donald Trump has received a 9-0 victory.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we await, there is now a there is now a live link for C-SPAN.
For Donald Trump's remarks at Mar-a-Lago. So Donald Trump will be speaking shortly, ladies and gentlemen.
At Mar-a-Lago and Donald Trump will be speaking on, of course, this decision today, the 9-0 decision. And we are going to hold
for Donald Trump. Very important to note here from Viva Frye, one of our favorite guests and
somebody who's just really sharp on these kind of issues, the Colorado Supreme Court and Maine
Secretary of State, Illinois Judge Tracy Porter, Lawrence Tribe, and Mark Ludig, all just attempted to
engage in insurrection. By definition, insurrection is, and he notes here what the definition of
insurrection is, whoever incites any rebellion against the authority of the United States
or the laws thereof. So that's interesting. Could you make the argument that these that these
people actually incited their own insurrection because they were standing
against the laws of America but they were going and like based on the like
unbelievable last time you saw a 9-0 Supreme Court decision. The unbelievable repudiation and slap in the pee-pee that the Supreme Court just handed.
The seething, crying libs.
Like, could you argue that the actual insurrection was them trying to break the laws of our country?
What an interesting little argument from Viva Frye.
Maybe that deserves a little bit of judicial oversight. Perhaps we will get a little congressional oversight on this matter. said that it is Congress's right and sole right to enforce Section 3 in the 14th Amendment.
Congress can, of course, hold trials and determine the rules for federal office,
and the states cannot. Don't care if you don't like Donald Trump's skin color, orange man bad,
orange man good, irrelevant. Ladies and gentlemen, you cannot ban somebody because you don't like
them for running for office. Again, we are going to be hearing from Donald Trump in short order, ladies and gentlemen.
But since it is up to Congress, thus decided the Supreme Court today, we thought it'd be good to
have a member of Congress join us today and talk about this, well, newly solidified and established power via the Supreme
Court on the decisions of who can be president. We also thought it'd be particularly special to
have somebody join us who is a deep and abiding ally of Donald Trump. Somebody who, well,
appears on the vice presidential shortlist, probably just by sheer moxie.
We don't know, ladies and gentlemen, what Donald Trump's going to choose.
But somebody who is certainly excited
to be campaigning with Trump, giving speeches
with Donald Trump, spoke right before the South Carolina rally
that Donald Trump took the stage in that barn burner, packed a sports arena.
And we got Friday night
lights energy for Trump now. Joining us, the great congressman from the state of Florida,
Congressman Byron Donalds.
Congressman, we hear you are in the state of Florida right now.
It's got to be good to be back in the Sunshine State.
Donald Trump will be speaking live from Mar-a-Lago in just a few minutes.
Any idea what he's going to say?
He's probably going to say, I told you so, and that these people are crazy.
I love Benny.
What these states were doing was insane.
Everybody knows it was dumb.
But this is where the radical left has taken us. There was a time where we could disagree. We could call each other names.
It could get really tough. It could be barn burner conversations and debates,
but they've gone to a whole new extreme. They have turned the judicial system on its head
because they truly believe they're saving the country.
But what they're really doing is destroying the country. And so these people got to be stopped.
I think Donald Trump is the person to do that. And so I'm very happy that the Supreme Court
nine zero ruled that y'all are crazy. Stop the foolishness. The only body who's going to say
that somebody can't be on a ballot is Congress. That is the foolishness. The only body who's going to say that somebody can't be on a ballot is Congress.
That is the right decision. Yeah. And Donald Trump was tried in Congress. Right.
And he was acquitted. This seems like this seems like the system worked.
Am I missing something here? Well, look, if you're a radical Democrat, the system never works until you get your outcome.
And that's the way they view everything. Benny, it's not just about President Trump.
It's about how they look at what the EPA decides to do.
It's how they look at banking regulations.
It's how they look at energies, thinking that, oh, no, wind turbines and solar panels, they're
going to solve everything.
But when you actually look into the details, you realize that solar panels are dirtier
than natural gas.
Wind turbines have killed more people than nuclear power plants have.
And so this is the problem for the insane left. These are the people who would say
that you've got to support Palestine, the Palestinians above all else, even though it was
Hamas who was elected by the Palestinians in Gaza that perpetrated one of the greatest atrocities
in the modern era, definitely in the last hundred years. And so this is the stuff that
you're dealing with with these people. So they got to be defeated. You can't reason with them.
You got to be defeated. And that's it. We saw sort of the rally cry this weekend from Donald Trump
talking about Lake and Riley, speaking of sort of the horrors that are homegrown or home imported into our nation. Obviously the death of the nursing student
just north in Georgia.
This is horrific.
Donald Trump using this as a rally cry to say,
these policies are insane.
And now Lakin's family sort of getting into it
and saying, our daughter should be here right now.
These are policies that killed our daughter.
That's a powerful message,
obviously, and a story that's happening around the country. How do you see that progressing as we head into the November election? People seem to be waking up right now. And more importantly,
Byron, every single morning, there's some new horrible bit of news we got to cover with a
criminal alien that comes in and devastates
the life of an American. Well, first look to Lake and Riley's family and to the family
of everybody else who's been lost to like, we usually talk about senseless violence.
This is, this doesn't need to actually happen. If the, if the federal government led by Joe Biden
and the radical Democrats actually followed the law, we wouldn't even be here.
So my heart and my prayers definitely goes out to them because this all could have been avoided.
But you're dealing with people in Joe Biden, in these nutty Democrats who truly believe this is the best thing for our country.
And it's a flat out lie. I think that this issue of immigration is here to stay.
It's not going to go anywhere. It's the number one issue in our
country. It has surpassed the economy. And usually the economy is always the number one issue. It is
now border security and immigration because people, no matter what your politics are, are
looking at the situation and saying, they're saying something real simple. They're like, look,
we care. We want people to have an opportunity at the best life ever. But you cannot flood our streets with illegal immigrants. You just can't do it.
We don't have the capacity. And now when we find out that in Venezuela, the knucklehead leader down there is empty in his prisons.
And some of these people are ending up in the streets of New York, the streets of Georgia, the streets of Chicago, et cetera.
It's only going to lead to more of these tragedies.
We have to have a major change in leadership. We're going to have to deport a lot of people,
send them back to their countries, whether Venezuela or any other country wants them or not,
they're getting dropped back because that's the type of consistent, dedicated leadership you got
to have in a country if America is truly going to live up to all of its ideals, all of its ability, and our people can thrive.
Maybe you can calm some of the nerves in the audience because we regularly cover how
Paul Ryan promised to build the wall and didn't get it done.
How Mitch McConnell said they'd be there for Trump and didn't get it done.
And Donald Trump was handed a Republican Congress and a
Republican Senate, and we couldn't even get the wall because it was too expensive, right?
And there's still a hundred billion, hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine to protect their
border, nothing for our own. And so many people saying like, how do we get a Congress that when
Donald Trump comes back from the office, how do we get a Congress that actually stands aside Trump
and delivers? Because as you just said, deporting a bunch of people, that's going to be one hell of a fight.
Well, let me just tell you, there's some things I'm not going to say right now, Benny,
but the conversations internally in the House and even in the Senate are, what are we going to do
when Donald Trump comes back? And I think what definitely happened back in 2016, 2017 is they weren't prepared to do the job in that Congress.
We're making sure that does not happen again, because to be blunt, I think we got one shot at this.
We have one opportunity to make sure that we get our country back on track in every way possible.
It's not just immigration and border security. It's our financial system.
It's sound money. It's cutting spending. It's foreign policy. We have a lot of work to do
in a short amount of time. We got one moment in time to get it right. And I think that we're
marshalling all of that, all those resources on the Hill to be prepared for the 47th president
of the United States. So you're saying that they just weren't prepared.
I mean, I guess that you could almost.
Oh, I'm not just saying it, Benny.
It's true.
They were not.
Listen, here's let me just cut straight with you, please.
Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell didn't think Trump was going to win.
And they were not prepared.
Didn't want him to win, I think. I mean, if you follow what Paul Ryan's been saying,
playing right here is an ad playing right here is an ad that Paul Ryan cut out in March of 2017
saying we're going to build the wall.
This was a lie.
This was the Speaker of the House
and he's just lying.
He's just lying.
He never built the wall,
never passed the funding,
never even tried.
And so I guess the Republican base
is just sick of lies.
You've gone out on the trail
with Donald Trump.
You speak regularly with Donald Trump
at these rallies.
I don't think I've ever seen energy like this.
And I think the American people are going to hold into account Congress and the Republicans
who stand beside Donald Trump and say, like, OK, as you said, now or never, like, let's
go do this thing.
No, I totally agree.
And I think, look, here's the deal.
First of all, the energy on the trail, I've never seen anything like this.
I mean, this is this is at a fever pitch pitch and I truly believe we're just getting started. We haven't really
hit the meat of this thing. I think the meat, you're really going to start seeing it in
August, September, October. It's really going to be at a fever pitch. I think that's one. Two,
you know, for my colleagues on Capitol Hill, it's great to have majorities, but you got to do
something with them. If you don't do something with the majority, in my opinion, you don't deserve to keep a majority.
And so that's the pressure that I put on my colleagues and a lot of other members are putting on because we don't just want to run for office and be members of the House or members of the Senate and have a cool pin and go give speeches.
We actually want to get something done. And so I think that that's going to be the mission ahead for Speaker Johnson or whoever the next Senate majority leader is going to be, because I think we're going to take
the Senate as well. The mission is going to be about getting the job done, not about worrying
about the Sunday shows or worrying about, you know, some cocktail party in D.C. It's about
getting a job done for the American people. Yeah. So I guess the question that has to be asked,
based on, of course, all the recent polling,
is the vice presidential question.
Your name is always on there.
You don't have to ask it.
So what's up, man?
You don't have to ask that question, Benny.
You could have let that go.
Well, let me ask it in a different way then.
How about this?
What's the mindset of Donald Trump?
You speak with him regularly.
You're backstage with him regularly. What's the mindset of Donald Trump? You speak with him regularly.
You're backstage with him regularly.
What's the mindset of Donald Trump heading into this thing?
Because we're getting
into convention season here.
Honestly, he's focused.
He really is.
He's focused in on,
of course, finishing the primary process.
Super Tuesday is going to go
a long way to that.
But he's really just locked in
on what needs to occur.
The one thing I think most people don't know about President Trump But he's really just locked in on what needs to occur. The one
thing I think most people don't know about President Trump, he's always taking input from
everybody. He takes it in from all sides. And what he always tries to do is make the best decision
based upon all the information available to him. That's what you need in a leader. But he's locked
in and focused. He wants to get rid of Joe Biden like everybody else does. And then it's about what
are we going to do? How are we going to get the job done?
Really, in the first six to eight months of the 47th presidency.
That's it.
That's his mindset.
That's where he is.
Oh, and of course, beating back these stupid cases.
These people are done.
They're crazy.
You know, that's unfortunately he has to deal with that.
But he's prepared to do that as well.
I have a final question for you, Congressman.
And this is a theory that the show has running right now as we go through the news cycle and sort of pick up the breadcrumbs.
It does seem like the left has done everything that they possibly can.
It's not worked.
It's all fallen to pieces.
And now there is this move to containment of Donald Trump, the Donald Trump presidency of 2024. And there seems to be sort of a a very like below the
surface, like this guy's going to win. There's nothing we can do to stop it. And now it's time
to like try and kneecap him again. Do you see that sort of metastasizing right now in Washington,
D.C.? Do you see sort of like depression on the Democrat side um that they have properly failed um and how do you prevent
them from pulling the russiagate 2.0 so i mean i don't they're not at their best right now i will
say that they're not there they're not at their happiest uh which is a good thing for america
but um look what we got to be able to do and let's be very clear. We have to use every tool at our disposal to make sure that they don't try to stonewall, slow walk.
What's going to happen when Donald Trump wins and comes back in 25?
We got to make sure none of that occurs and so are limited really to the best of our abilities.
So it's going to mean that we're going to take some tough stances and that's fine.
That's what we got to do. And we can't be we can't be worried about apologizing for it or worried about being blamed for it because the left never apologizes.
They're never worried about blame. They are full speed ahead every single time.
We got to do the same. Essentially, you got to meet force with force, politically speaking, of course.
And so that's what we're prepared to do. I think when it comes to the administration and when it comes to some maneuverings in the Senate, the next majority leader in the Senate has to have, in some leadership for Republicans combined with that in the House, we're going to accomplish a lot.
And the country is going to be changed in a dramatic way for it.
Just a really quick follow up there.
What's going on in the Senate leadership?
And it seems like there's some pretty interesting moves.
Rand Paul is people are beginning to drop that name as somebody who would wish to be a leader.
Do you have you heard anything? Rick Scott, a great senator from Florida, obviously,
some of the that, you know, and work with joined the show last week to talk about it.
Now, he was he was singing. Oh, man, I've never seen him so happy.
I mean, that guy, yeah, I was whistling. So what's so what how's that shaping up?
That's obviously is hugely consequential for what
the House does in D.C. Well, I think what's really going to shape this is that the Senate
hasn't, Senate Republicans haven't had new leadership in 15 years. So it's going to be an
entire new way to look at Senate Republicans. I think that the additions you've had over the last
several cycles, Katie Britt, Tommy Tuberville, obviously Rick Scott came in a couple of years ago, J.D. Vance.
Hopefully we get Bernie Moreno, you know, support Bernie Moreno. If you're in Ohio, get out, vote for Bernie Moreno, get Bernie Moreno in the Senate.
You have a whole new crop of guys, different new mindsets in the Senate, that's going to have to be reflected in the
leadership. And so, you know, I'm excited to see what comes. I think it's going to be a really
good thing for the Republican Party overall, because, look, Mitch McConnell, you know,
there are things I disagreed with him on. You know, there are things that he did a good job on.
I'll give him credit for that. But we need a conservative leader in the Senate.
We need somebody who's going to be mission minded and agenda minded at all times.
And I think that that kind of leadership is going to bode well for the Senate.
It'll actually make the job easier in the House and it'll actually help President Trump be able to accomplish the agenda.
Well, I'm going to tell you is I think it's going to be a wild ride for the Senate. They've never they haven't done this in a long time. But what I'm
really counting on and hoping on is that you have about 25 to 30 really tough, strong America first
members of the Senate that they hold the line to make sure that the leadership reflects their
values, their interests and what's going to be best for the country.
Yes.
Uniparty in panic on life support and Mitch McConnell obviously stepping aside,
opening the way for a Republican to represent us for the first time in my adult life.
You said 15 years.
Yeah.
I mean, we haven't had a Republican actually representing us in the Senate for a very,
very long time.
We're very excited about it.
Final thing, because I have asked you before. Final thing, because I have asked you before,
final thing because I have asked you before,
Friday was a nightmare day for Fannie Willis.
You've come on this program to talk about Fannie Willis
before, your takeaway thoughts?
Things are not looking good.
Man, the judge just needs to do the right thing
and remove her from the case.
Like what she's done is unethical.
And then she got caught and she lied to the court.
She's got to go, it's that simple. And so I think that's what the judge is going to do. He's going to remove her, going to remove to try to run for governor or whatever she wanted to do in Georgia. I mean, she was going to lose anyway, but that's what
she's trying to do. So I think that's what's going to happen. We'll see in a couple of weeks. I think
that's what the judge said. He's going to come back in a couple of weeks and give his ruling.
But that RICO case should have never been brought. I mean, the thing is just,
Benny, it's just crazy. In America, you're allowed to contest elections. That's the thing that
candidates are allowed to do.
It happens all the time.
For it to be akin to John Gotti, I mean, come on, give me a break.
The lady was just trying to get headlines.
But when you're messy, Benny, and this is a rule for everybody, when you're messy, things don't work out for you.
Jim Jordan, your colleague going after Benny Willis in Congress, should we expect motion on that you aren't you you are allowed to contest election you're not allowed to embezzle money federal funds and then use them for lavish vacations on yourself and then fire whistleblowers
that's what your colleague jim jordan is looking at on a on a committee that you sit on actually
so no he and jim is right to do that glad for his leadership um he's right to do that we're
gonna get to the bottom of this thing because you just can't have it, man. Look, politics is politics. If you want to disagree, disagree.
If you have a legitimate disagreement, okay, I can live with that. I'm an American. Look,
everybody's got families. We got disagreements in families. You're going to have disagreements
in politics. But what you can't do is turn the law on its head for political retribution. Because
if you do that, you're a third world
country. And if you're a third world country, you can't have a great economy. You can't have
a great building, better school systems, having flourishing companies. You can't have a situation
where families get to just, you know, enjoy life and build businesses and create wealth.
You're too busy worrying about if somebody is going to come after you or they're going to take
your property away. That's not what this country is founded upon.
That stuff's got to be stopped immediately. And if it means that we got to knock people
off their pedestals like a Fannie Willis to make sure that happens, so be it.
Yeah. God bless you, Congressman. We certainly hope that Big Fannie
takes a pounding in Congress. And we look forward, sir, to your work there. Godspeed.
The fact that you said that with a straight face, Benny, oh my gosh. Good being with you, my man.
Yeah, thank you. We do it. We can do it. Congressman Donald is a father.
I am a father.
I will reclaim my right and forever protect my right to a dad joke,
to even like a off-color dad joke pun.
And we say them on this program.
So be prepared, ladies and gentlemen.
We are prepared for Donald Trump popping on screen at any time.
Donald Trump.
We even have we even have the live shot up now on.
Can you put up that photo up on up on screen, please?
The live shot of Donald Trump from Mar-a-Lago.
Very presidential.
Got the golden got the golden symbol there. The gold. That's like the seal of Mar-a-Lago, very presidential, got the golden symbol there.
That's like the seal of Mar-a-Lago.
We got the flags and everything.
But as of this moment, Donald Trump not speaking.
We will cut to Donald Trump speaking, of course, as soon as that happens.
You see the sweet gold seal there at Mar-a-Lago.
If you go to any Trump properties, as we will be heading to Trump
properties to film Trump Cribs on Friday of this week, we'll be in the Miami area doing a lot of
very interesting content for the show. We look forward to sharing that with you.
You'll see that Donald Trump has a lot of gold in his properties. That is because gold obviously reflects and connotes and communicates value and lasting value.
That is, again, ladies and gentlemen, why we encourage you to potentially, as you see the way the economy is going and you see the polling on Joe Biden, how much more damage can they do in the next eight months?
A lot.
You see the need to potentially diversify
your savings and your retirement.
That's why I strongly encourage you to invest a little bit,
diversify a little bit in gold.
Use my friends at Allegiance Gold to do that.
The media is certainly trying to distract you
from the kind of horrifying state of our economy,
$34, $35 trillion in debt.
Every hundred days, we add another trillion dollars to our debt.
What a sickness our political elite ruling classes have projected upon this great and
healthy nation.
Please consider maybe turning over your 401k, your IRA into something that is backed by gold or getting
physical gold like I do.
Because it's awesome.
There's not a fiat currency because actually real.
It's good to have something real that you can hold in your hands.

Don't get fooled by inflated stock values or the promise that the economy is stable. Protectwithbenny.com today. My friends at Allegiance Gold will take
care of you. All right, ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump speaks soon after Supreme Court
ruling. We got the brand new photo up, ready to go with that seal. Maybe that seal is from
Allegiance Gold. We have no idea. We don't know. We're not sure,
ladies and gentlemen. They got the live shot up, which means that Donald Trump,
incoming imminently from Mar-a-Lago. Donald Trump will, of course, walk out onto the stage there,
flanked, well, maybe not on camera, but flanked always by Secret Service.
What do the elites in this country use to protect themselves?
Well, firearms.
What should you use to protect yourself?
Well, firearm, honestly.
You have a right to do it.
We have an ongoing and running celebration of the Second Amendment on this program. There's a reason why we have a wall of AR-15s behind us, behind us, provided, of course, by our friends at Spikes Tactical.
It's called Monday Gun Day. And while we await Donald Trump and his armory to give a speech,
let's do our Monday Gun Day feel good story of the week. Oh, yeah, baby.
John Cornyn, the guy who passed the restrictions, the guy who's like always helped Democrats pass restrictions on firearms.
A man from Texas to the great shame of the state of Texas.
You've got to vote this guy out.
John Cornyn, a guy who's voted to send billions of dollars to every nation except for his own nation of Texas
to protect his own border. John Cornyn has announced, for some reason, his bid to be
Senate leader. The gun owners of America quickly took to the offensive against him,
noting that his support for various gun controls throughout his years in office disqualifies him.
Good.
In September of 2022, Breitbart News reported that President Biden specifically named Senator Cornyn
as somebody he wanted to thank for the passage
of the bipartisan Safer Communities Act,
a gun control package.
They always name these things gun control packages.
John Cornyn, not in favor of your rights.
John Cornyn was roundly booed, in fact, for his lack of support
for firearms. You wouldn't even have a Texas if it wasn't for firearms. You wouldn't have an
America if it wasn't for our right to own firearms. John Cornyn hates that right. But somehow he
wishes to be your leader in the same vein as Mitch McConnell. He wishes to simply take over
for Mitch McConnell, the same cut of the same jib, same diseased rhino Republicans, totally cucked uniparty Republicans who hate you and hate the
base and despise their voters. John Cornyn cannot, cannot serve, ladies and gentlemen.
John Cornyn getting roundly booed, which is, of course, the right way to greet John Cornyn.
Here we go. And plant the flag for freedom.
My friends, that's what I try to do every day on your behalf in Washington, D.C.
All right. That's John Cornyn getting booed inside of his home state of Texas. I'm not sure
what event was that at. I'm not exactly certain,
but he was in Texas and he was getting booed. The director of Gun Owners of America
said that John Cornyn's aspirations for leadership, Americans deserve someone who will
refuse to compromise with their God-given Second Amendment rights. And unfortunately,
John Cornyn is always, always, always
cutting deals against our Second Amendment.
So boo him roundly.
That was at the Texas GOP convention, says ALX.
All right.
All right, ladies and gentlemen,
that Monday gun day brought to you by Spikes Tactical.
You see back here their logo right on the wall. They are just an
absolutely spectacular brand of firearm made right here in the U.S. of A. Made right here in the great
state of Florida. They just brought us out to shooting range, actually. And you'll be able to
see us using some of their wonderful tools to project freedom down range.
We're excited to share that with you.
Was trained how to be a sniper by an Army Ranger sniper that works for Spikes Tactical.
Super awesome, ladies and gentlemen.
Will be very, very fun.
The Spikes Tactical AR-15 is the firearm of the Johnson household,
so don't come a-knockin'. You know what I mean? Yeah. All right. So here is the firearm of the Johnson household. So don't come a knocking.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
All right.
So here is a tweet from Caroline Leavitt.
Caroline Leavitt is Donald Trump's spokesman, campaign spokesperson.
She says that Donald Trump is ready to speak at Mar-a-Lago.
However, Donald Trump has not yet spoke at Mar-a-Lago. Here's the behind the scenes sort of look at all of the press gathered there
and the live shot and the live feed.
They're inside of the beautiful building of Mar-a-Lago
that's apparently only worth a pittance
of what Donald Trump paid for it like 40 years ago.
Got it?
It's only worth $18 million.
This place is only worth $18 million.
Got it?
Okay, good.
All right. Well, while we await Donald Trump, of course, we will cut to Donald Trump as soon as
he does walk out before the cameras. We do have some hilariously embarrassing, but very, very predictable news, which is that Nikki Haley has won a single
primary, which doesn't really count as a state because Washington, D.C. is not a state,
doesn't have members of Congress, doesn't have senators, anything like that. D.C. is not a state,
so it doesn't actually count. Donald Trump will win all of the states, but Nikki Haley won a district, a federal district yesterday.
So Nikki Haley won Washington, D.C.
Gets very, very few delegates for that victory, but does really tell you everything you need to know about Nikki Haley.
The Washington, D.C. Uniparty corrupt Republican consultant class wishes to have Nikki Haley
as their candidate. And the people, well, say, no, thank you. Nikki Haley lost in embarrassing races all around the country this weekend.
Donald Trump's Super Saturday. Trump wins clean sweep of Idaho, Michigan and Missouri, blows out Nikki Haley, blows Nikki Haley out of the water.
Sorry, let's read the full headline. Blows Nikki Haley out of the water in Republican caucuses, inching closer to a rematch with Joe Biden.
Donald Trump now well above 200 delegates.
Donald Trump at 247.
Remember, you need 1,200 to clinch the Republican nomination.
Super Tuesday is tomorrow.
I don't know how many delegates are at stake.
Not exactly certain, but certainly hundreds will be on the table for Super Tuesday tomorrow. Can Nikki Haley
muster a win of a single state? I don't think so, ladies and gentlemen. I highly, highly doubt it.
This does tell you everything that you need to know that Washington, D.C. voted for Nikki Haley. She is, in fact, a Democrat. She has Democrat policies. She has
Democrat politics. She fetishizes Democrats. She says that she loves Hillary Clinton,
and Hillary Clinton is her slay queen hero. Okay. She has Democrat voters. We've gone through this
time and time again that, like, only Democrats show up to vote for Nikki Haley.
Polls show that the last person that Nikki Haley voters voted for was Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
So there are literally Joe Biden voters showing up to vote for Nikki Haley.
What does that tell you? She's not a Republican. No real Republicans wish to vote for her or support her. And so, ladies and gentlemen, Nikki Haley is a.
Is an awful Manchurian candidate, 800 plus votes up for grabs.
Tomorrow, 850 delegates. Donald Trump is currently at 247 delegates. And all Donald Trump needs is 1,200 delegates in order to clinch and zip up the Republican nomination for president.
And so with a massive victory, I mean, if Donald Trump sweeps all the delegates tomorrow, he'll be only like 100 delegates short, actually.
He'll have 1,100 delegates.
So he'll be like 100 delegates short of like clinching the Republican nomination.
Donald Trump may well clinch the Republican nomination tomorrow.
Ladies and gentlemen, we shall see.
So we are remaining here in sort of a holding pattern for Donald Trump.
Here's Donald Trump, the live shot at Mar-a-Lago.
This is the live shot.
OK, so we got the live shot of Mar-a-Lago.
Going to sit here and chill and wait for Donald Trump, obviously, to hop on and talk about this historic and important ruling in the Supreme Court from this morning. 9-0, unanimous decision.
Something that is some, I mean, something that you could argue is something that we were waiting
for, obviously. There were many people who declared that this was going to be something that was going to happen for Donald Trump.
Even before this ruling, there were mewlings, gripings, bitchings, moanings of some of the worst libs in Washington about how Donald Trump could win a direct 9-0 victory.
The reason it got to that point is because the petitioners couldn't even convince like
Katonji Brown Jackson or Elena Kagan about their argument. Like, you know, it's really bad when Katonji Brown Jackson and Elena Kagan
are the ones arguing against the libs. Ladies and gentlemen, here are some of the, well,
our favorite bits of audio, actually, from the actual arguments before the Supreme Court.
Again, as we wait for a wait for Donald Trump's live remarks here, where they're calling out the liberal petitioners from Colorado.
They're calling them out being like, what the hell are you doing here?
Like, this seems like it's really bad for democracy, they say,
when single states can decide who can be on the ballot.
This is when you knew it was doomed from the start.
Donald Trump going to spike the football. Shockingly, the liberals on the court supporting
Donald Trump in this. Have a listen. The question that you have to confront
is why a single state should decide who gets to be president of the United States.
The framers were concerned about charismatic rebels who might rise through the ranks up to
and including the presidency of
the United States. But then why didn't they put the word president in the very enumerated list
in Section 3? The thing that really is troubling to me is I totally understand your argument,
but they were listing people that were barred and president is not there. If there's an ambiguity, why would we construe it to,
as Justice Kavanaugh pointed out, against democracy?
So why would you be arguing that you are protecting democracy by not allowing people to vote,
says the liberal justices on the Supreme Court? You wonder why this thing went down in flames. Justice Kavanaugh, obviously, asking, like, hey, you're trying to rip Donald
Trump off the ballot because of insurrection. Yet he hasn't been charged with insurrection.
Nobody's charged him with insurrection. I mean, not just not found guilty. He hasn't been charged with it.
So what would you say you do here?
Here's Kavanaugh's line of questioning.
Again, sort of like previewing how doomed this all was from the start, how desperate
and pathetic and what a waste of time this all was, but still delightful and exciting
to watch it all go down in flames.
He had the opportunity to call witnesses remotely.
He didn't use all of his time at trial.
There was ample process here.
And this is how ballot access determinations in election cases are decided all the time.
OK, second question.
Some of the rhetoric of your position, I don't think it is your position, but some of the
rhetoric of your position seems to suggest unless the states can do this,
no one can prevent insurrectionists from holding federal office.
But obviously Congress has enacted statutes, including one still in effect,
Section 2383 of Title 18 prohibits insurrection.
It's a federal criminal statute.
And if you're convicted of that, you are, it says, shall be disqualified
from holding any office. And so there is a federal statute on the books, but President Trump has not
been charged with that. So what are we to make of that? Two things, Your Honor. Section 2383 was
initially enacted about six years ago. Okay. So how are we going to rip him off the ballot if he hasn't been charged with insurrection?
You know, it's the insurrection clause, right?
You do realize that, like, we're taking him off the ballot because supposedly he's an insurrectionist, yet he hasn't been charged, not even by the federal government, with insurrection.
So what would you say you do here. So, yeah, the libs were seething after those after after listening to
those arguments. Even Andrew Weissman was saying that this is probably going to be a 9-0 decision
against the libs. Andrew Weissman is the guy who ran the Mueller hoax against Donald Trump. So pretty devastating when you get a guy
who's openly admitting the total and complete failure here. And with every time that they go
after Trump for something that is fake, something that is fraudulent, something that is totally
specious, every time they do this, his poll numbers go up. So like, keep doing it. Keep it up. Great job, everyone.
Again, awaiting Donald Trump's remarks. This is a live shot. Here is Andrew Weissman
holding back tears after the Supreme Court decided to end his hopes and fetishized dreams
because he doesn't like Donald Trump's
skin color. Orange man bad. Orange man bad. Orange man bad. Go. In this process and that ambiguity
would favor keeping the candidate Donald Trump on the ballot. I agree with you. My takeaway from
this is you're counting the votes. Remember, Justice O'Connor famously said when she was
asked, what's it like to be on the Supreme Court? It's about counting to five. Here, there is clearly, I think, five votes,
if not nine votes that are going to reverse this. So this is kind of shocking because Andrew Weissman
correctly predicted that there would be a nine vote reversal. He almost choked on his words there. Of course,
we weren't choking at all. We knew exactly what the truth was. We knew it because there
was such an effort to create this fake narrative that Donald Trump is an insurrectionist.
Why such an effort? The effort is, of course, because they needed to rip
Donald Trump off the ballot. They were so scared that they wouldn't be able to pull the shenanigans
they pulled in 2020 again, right? The Wuhan lab, got to get something cooking up in the Wuhan lab
again. Hurry up. Peter Daszak, Dr. Fauci, hurry up. Give me something. Ladies and gentlemen, the issue is that they couldn't pull it again.
So they had to just stop Donald Trump from running.
They needed to create an illusion that Donald Trump staged an insurrection.
Since they needed that to happen, that's why you saw all the federal agents in the January 6 crowd.
It's obvious.
They admit it.
Like they say it on camera. And you look at the actions 6th crowd. It's like obvious. They admit it. Like they say it on camera.
And you look at the actions of social media
and how they treated Donald Trump
and what were like the breaking points for that.
We have this really special clip here.
And since we're awaiting Donald Trump speaking here,
we might as well just go to it
because there is a single clip
that has resurfaced from the date, January 6th, 2021.
Donald Trump from the White House.
Sending a message to his supporters who may have been in Washington, D.C. or at the Capitol.
And this is the tweet that got his account taken down. This is the tweet that got Donald Trump banned forever,
or so they thought, from Twitter, now X.
Elon Musk, of course, brought back Trump's account.
Trump has posted his mugshot, of all things.
And, well, let me ask you the question.
Why did they need to delete his account?
After you watch this video, you will know why.
This is the video that got Donald Trump ripped off the internet.
They couldn't have the truth.
The truth was too he's the government.
Yeah, this is inconvenient. Have a listen.
I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us.
It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side.
But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order.
We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don't want anybody hurt.
It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened,
where they could take it away from all
of us, from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election. But we can't play into
the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You're very special.
You've seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that
are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel, but go home and go home in peace.
That's the message that turned Donald Trump into an insurrectionist. Now,
we are able to get that message. We are like the only show, as far as I know,
that has gone out of our way to play that multiple times because it should be like the profound,
centralized piece of evidence that gets played.
And any of these bullshit trials, I'll say it,
Donald Trump says it often,
that should be the centerpiece of evidence
about Donald Trump.
And again, as we say regularly on the show, there were three groups of people on January 6th.
There were actual hooligans. Some of them were Antifa members. Some of them were BLM members.
We know that because we follow the federal charges. But there were actual hooligans who
fought with cops. Those people deserve to go to prison. I don't care who you are. You fight a
cop, you punch a cop, like you break things or whatever. You deserve to go to jail. We're sad that it only happens
when Republican, if a Republican's so-called Republican does it, but whatever. We're people
of moral integrity and principle. So we're going to like say that's bad. All right. That's one
group of people. And that's an extraordinarily small group of people. Remember, there are like
50,000 people there, maybe 100,000 Trump supporters
in Washington, D.C. during January 6th. So that's like a vanishingly small group of individuals.
Then on January 6th, there is a second group. Those are the people who peacefully and unwittingly
just kind of wandered into open doors at the United States Capitol. Didn't know what the hell was going on.
It was a very confusing day.
And any day, actually, you can go and legally enter the United States Capitol.
You walk through into the visitor center.
I know this because I lived in Washington, D.C., worked at the United States Capitol.
You walk through the visitor center.
You go through a little metal detector.
Oh, I'm in the Capitol.
That's how it works.
You contact your congressman.
You go take tours you know and many people maybe don't know that but the house like congress is like a
public building it is open to the public like i think every day of the year and so that's those
these are the clips that you see for of the little grannies with their little flags as they walk
up and down the hallways peacefully, fist bump the cops.
That's the second group of people.
It's the large preponderance of people who are being treated as political prisoners who did literally nothing wrong.
They showed up.
It's the kind of thing that has Nancy Pelosi screaming, trespassing at the Capitol.
I'm waiting for it.
The final group of people are all the federal agents who were in the crowd. And we know that there are hundreds of federal agents in
the crowd that they were pushing and agitating the members of the crowd to behave in a manner
that they knew was going to be treated and prosecuted in a criminal way. And those people
deserve to stand trial themselves. That's entrapment. You're not allowed to do that.
But we know one thing for sure, that all of those groups of people, above all of them, is Donald Trump, who's the only person that really actively tried to stop January 6th, shockingly.
Kash Patel tells us time and time again that Donald Trump authorized the use of 20,000 National Guard troops to stand guard at the Capitol to ensure that no shenanigans went down.
Donald Trump knew about this. Nancy Pelosi said no.
Leave the Capitol grounds wide open.
And Nancy Pelosi is the one who actually allowed this to happen.
That's a matter of fact.
Stephen Sund, the Capitol Hill police chief, has said this many, many times.
Nancy Pelosi refused to pick up my phone calls.
She refused to secure the building.
It's actually her job to do that.
And so if you're looking at somebody who actually should be prosecuted for what happened on January 6th, you should start with Nancy Pelosi, who was in charge of security of the building.
Donald Trump's one of the last people you should charge, because Donald Trump's the guy saying,
this place should be secure. Go home peacefully. Donald Trump at the rally saying, march peacefully
and patriotically. It's all insane. And so again, if you're looking for our breakdown of these events, there they are. They're there. Donald Trump.
Now, this event, of course, like you can tell in a criminal enterprise, like who benefits
from these events, like who are the ones who are the beneficiaries of this kind of stuff happening?
The left is trying as hard as they can to maximize the imagery of Donald Trump as a insurrectionist.
And the reason
why they're doing that is because they need that narrative. They needed that narrative to be out
there, to rip them off the ballot. Boy, these people, they are central planners, dude. But
they planned on this and now it's all falling to pieces. Now it's all collapsing. The goal was to suppress the vote. The goal was to stop Donald Trump from
becoming president again. And now, ladies and gentlemen, they are losing, not just by a little
bit, they're losing 9-0. 9-0. Oh, this is good. Yeah, Donald Trump.
9-0 is what's up.
We are looking at a live shot of Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump, to speak.
We heard it was at noon.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, we thought it'd be a nice way to cap off the show.
Trump's remarks.
We're going to stick with it, obviously.
Fox News has the same shot up with Kayleigh McEnany, of course, who was the spokesperson for Donald Trump at the White House,
talking about how the ultimate goal here, and we totally agree with her, was to suppress the vote.
Yep, the ultimate goal here is to smear and slander Donald Trump as an insurrectionist, something that he is not, in order to make it dirty to vote for Donald Trump.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
You look at Colorado, where they said you can't even write in the candidate.
You look at Maine, it was one unelected secretary of state.
And then you move over to Illinois and they actually use the word suppress.
I just want to quote them exactly.
The Illinois State Board of Elections shall remove Donald J. Trump from the ballot or cause any votes cast for him to be suppressed. That is the word they use, the brazenness.
I thought Democrats were fighting against suppression. I'm so confused. They need to
make what rules they like on certain days clear because we can't keep up.
So thankful for Katonji Brown Jackson, for Elena Kagan, for these justices appointed by Democrats.
Sotomayor, who said the rule of law matters.
Democracy matters.
This is Americans institutions working.
Suppress the vote.
That's the goal.
And these people are the ones who, of course, cling to the illusion they are in favor of democracy.
So. It's all collapsing and it's wonderful to see the salty tears roll down from on high
in Washington, D.C. They come directly out of the newsrooms in Washington. The cameras are
barely operable anymore because of the amount of sodium buildup, calcium buildup all around them.
MSNBC continues to have an on-camera apoplectic meltdown.
Again, ladies and gentlemen, what you are seeing on your screen right now, a live shot of Donald Trump, Mar-a-Lago, awaiting Donald Trump's remarks at Mar-a-Lago. But ladies and gentlemen, while we await, we might as well savor the salty
tears of our leftist friends in Washington, D.C., as they cry and mule, whine and bitch
about not being able to destroy the nation as quickly as they want to.
There's some cold comfort in the fact that they have lost again. But we also do indeed love the fact that there is, well, some justice.
And it seems like the justice is being delivered swiftly and with great aplomb these days.
And it is delightful to watch.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
MSNBC having apoplectic meltdown on camera about not being able to rig an election against Donald Trump.
Well, I think this court is exactly where it doesn't want to be and doesn't need to be, and that is right in the middle of an election.
Not since Bush v. Gore have we seen a court that's had this many opportunities to interfere in the election going forward. Look, that said, I think that this campaign is going to come down to whether voters want to choose somebody who either is facing criminal conviction or is convicted of a crime and whether or not they want to preserve democracy.
Those are really going to be the choices. And, you know, my view is that at
the end of the day, voters are going to say they don't want to return back to the chaos of Donald
Trump, to him undermining the rule of law and possibly being convicted of a crime.
OK, got it. So this was all about the courts interfering, they said. The courts are interfering
and outrigging the election against Trump. The court has now interfered, says Representative
Donna Edwards. Okay, got it. We are right now, ladies and gentlemen, prepared to bring you a very special video from the Colorado Secretary of State who was on MSNBC with a fake plastic plant and some art that you get from TJ Maxx.
Some creepy little office crying and bitching and moaning and mewling, again, about not being able to rig
an election against Donald Trump
because we don't like his skin color.
A reminder that these people are totally vacuous and sad.
Their personal lives, they have like such,
you can see it in their eyes, right?
They have such like, such,
you're gonna see a clip here
and you're gonna see somebody who's like.
Clearly, a miserable person who looks unblinkingly into the camera as they read their talking points and is just so angry and seething, searing and dripping with hate at her fellow countrymen.
She hates the fact that you have
the right to vote. She hates the fact that you have rights at all. She would very much love to
be the rosy-cheeked face of fascism, making sure that you had no rights ever again, because you
may disagree with her at some point. Ladies and gentlemen, here is the Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, and her reaction to the Supreme Court's unanimous decision to shove a
gavel sideways where the sun don't shine. Here we go.
My larger reaction is disappointment. I do believe that states should be able under our Constitution to bar
oath-breaking insurrectionists. And ultimately, this decision leads open or leaves open the door
for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation. But we know that Congress is a
nearly non-functioning body. So ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in
November. OK, all right. She's very disappointed. She's it's a disappointment. The Supreme Court
nine oh decision, including multiple justices who were appointed by Joe Biden
and Barack Obama, citing against her and her state.
There you go.
Here we go.
Donald Trump.
For its unanimous decision today, it was a very important decision.
We're very well crafted.
And I think it will go a long way toward bringing our country together, which our country needs.
And they worked long, they worked hard, and frankly,
they worked very quickly on something that will be spoken about 100 years from now and 200 years from now, extremely important. Essentially, you cannot take somebody out of a race because an
opponent would like to have it that way. And it has nothing to do with the fact that it's the leading candidate,
whether it was the leading candidate or a candidate that was well down on the totem pole.
You cannot take somebody out of a race.
The voters can take the person out of the race very quickly.
But a court shouldn't be doing that.
And the Supreme Court saw that very well.
And I really do believe that will be a unifying factor because while most states were thrilled to have me, there were some that didn't,
and they didn't want that for political reasons. They didn't want that because of poll numbers,
because the poll numbers are very good. We're beating President Biden in almost every poll. New York Times came out yesterday with a very big poll for us.
So they didn't like that.
And you can't do that.
You can't do what they tried to do.
And hopefully Colorado, as an example, will unify.
I know there's tremendous support.
They brought our support up very strong in Colorado
because people in Colorado thought that was a terrible thing that they did.
And while we're on the subject and another thing that will be coming up very soon will
be immunity for a president and not immunity for me, but for any president.
If a president doesn't have full immunity, you really don't have a president because
nobody that is serving in that office will have the courage to
make in many cases what would be the right decision or it could be the wrong decision it
could be in some cases the wrong decision but they have to make decisions and they have to make them
free of all terror that can be rained upon them when they leave office or even before they leave
office and some decisions are very tough.
I can tell you that as a president,
that some decisions to make are very tough.
I took out ISIS, and I took out some very big people
from the standpoint of a different part of the world,
two of the leading terrorists,
probably the two leading terrorists ever
that we've ever seen in
this world. And those are big decisions. I don't want to be prosecuted for it.
Another president wouldn't want to be prosecuted for it. It had a tremendously positive impact.
It stopped everything cold. And sometimes you have to make those tough decisions. Sometimes
you have to make decisions like that.
When you make a decision, you don't want to have your opposing party or opponent or even
somebody that just thinks you're wrong, bring a criminal suit against you or any kind of
a suit when you leave office.
I have that right now at a level that nobody's ever seen before.
I have rogue prosecutors and I have rogue judges.
I have judges that are out of control.
And it's a very unfair thing for me, but serving perhaps as a sample to others of what should not
be happening when you make good decisions. And in my case, the economy was great. We didn't go
into any wars. We totally defeated ISIS. We provided the largest tax cuts in history. We provided
the largest regulation cuts in history. But think of it, no wars. We beat ISIS 100 percent of the
caliphate. There were no wars. We did a job that was great, but maybe I wouldn't have done that.
The caliphate defeating them was very powerful. It was going
to take four years. It took me four months. But it was a very strong dictum that I gave. I said,
get them, defeat them, end it. We were fighting for 20 years against ISIS, and we did it very
quickly. I don't want to be prosecuted. In that case, it worked out very well. There will be some things that perhaps don't work out so well, but I don't want to be prosecuted
because I decided to do something that is very much for the good of the country and
actually for the good of the world. The president shouldn't have that on his mind, and he has
to have a free and clear mind when he makes very big decisions or it's
going to be nothing more than a ceremonial post you'll be president that'll be a wonderful thing
and you won't do anything because you don't want to be hit by your opponent or hit by somebody else
because who wants to leave office and go through what i've gone through i'm being prosecuted by
biden my opponent because every one of these things,
whether it's Fannie Willis or Bragg, these are local and state, but they're in total coordination
with the White House. You can't do that. It shouldn't be done. I mean, a thing like that,
in the case of the DA's office, they put one of the top people, maybe the second person, in the Manhattan
DA's office to get Trump. They had a Hillary Clinton lawyer leave the law firm, very prestigious
big law firm, leave the law firm to go into the DA's office to get Trump, Pomerantz, Mr. Pomerantz.
So he goes in to become a prosecutor, worked for the Democrat
Party and Hillary Clinton, goes in to prosecute Donald Trump at a local level, in total coordination
with the Department of Justice, meaning Biden. And then you have the Fannie Willis, or as she
would say, Fannie, Fannie, F-A-N-I, Fani. And she hired somebody, knew the person long before
this horrible prosecution took place. And she went out and she paid him an unbelievable amount
of money, more money than he ever dreamt possible, much more money than other people that do that
for a living. He never did it at all, had no experience in it at all. And they had obviously a conflict. We don't have to go into that.
But they were able to get a lot of money because it was a high profile person, me. I'm a very
high profile person. So they were able to pay him close to a million dollars when he
was not equipped to do the job. And she's not equipped to do the job. And that case should
end immediately. That case is so conflicted. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. And then
you have deranged Jack Smith, who's a Trump hater and represents all the Trump haters.
And he's going wild. He's just a wild man. He's been overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court,
went after other people over the years. He's a great failure.
But he's mean, he's nasty, he's unfair. And the judges on these cases, they're all Trump haters,
other than we have maybe one or two that I think can be fair. But you look at New York,
what's happened. I mean, these people have tremendous hatred. You can't do this to a
president. And again, I'm not talking about me. I'm talking about in the future.
A president has to be free. A president has to be if the president does a good job.
I did. Some people would say a great job. But if the president does a good job, a president should be free and clear and frankly celebrated for having done a good job, not indicted four times and not gone
after on a civil basis and not demanded to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in fines on
something that was absolutely perfect, where there were no victims, where the financial statements
were absolutely flawless, where you have disclaimer clauses.
I mean, nobody's ever had a thing like this. I wasn't given a jury. And I had a clubhouse judge just come up with this number on a perfect loan and very conservative financial statements. But
even at that, if you look, the disclaimer says, don't rely on the financial statements in any
way, shape, or form. Go out and do your own work.
The bank in question had the most sophisticated lawyers in the world, frankly, a very top one of the top law firms anywhere in the country.
And they can defend themselves. and Letitia James and Fannie and deranged Jack Smith,
what they should be doing is fighting violent crime.
And that would lead me to the end.
I will say that President Biden,
number one, stop weaponization.
Fight your fight yourself.
Don't use prosecutors and judges
to go after your opponent to try and
damage your opponent so you can win an election. Our country is much bigger than that. The other
thing I say to President Biden, close the borders now. This is not sustainable for our country. It's not sustainable for our country. It's not sustainable for our cities. Our country is under siege.
This is a violent thing that you've done.
And many people are dying.
Many, many people are dying.
They die on the trip up.
They die going through the border.
And they die in our country.
But many of the people coming up are from prisons and jails, from mental institutions
and insane asylums. Many are terrorists. You see it. Many, many are terrorists. And I believe the
real number that we have right now is probably closer to 15 million people. And by the time
the term ends, I believe the president's term ends, I believe you'll be at close to 20 million people.
That's almost larger than any state in the union.
Our country, it is not sustainable.
Many of these people are tough.
Many of these people are bad.
They come from some of the roughest countries in the world and some of the
roughest prisons. We have prisons in the Congo, in Africa, coming. We have people coming from all
parts of the Middle East. They're coming from Yemen, and yet you are bombing Yemen. You have
to stop. You have to close the border. You have absolute authorization. You don't need Congress.
I had the safest border in the history of our country. And I didn't use Congress for it. And then I built hundreds of miles of wall. And the
reason I built it and how I built it was I considered it an invasion of our country. And I
took the money from the military and the Army Corps of Engineers did it with me. And we did a great
job. And we had the safest border we've ever had. And now we have the
most unsafe border anywhere in the world at any time. There's never been a border like this at
any country anywhere in the world. They would have fought with sticks and stones to stop the
horrible situation that's occurring. Our people can't stand it. And the people coming in really
can't stand it because they're dying. Many are
dying on the trip up and they're dying in the country. And also many of the people are criminals
and they're doing tremendous harm. I call it migrant crime. It's migrant crime. It's a new
category of crime. They're hurting our country horribly. And we've become a laughingstock all over the world. So I say respectfully to
President Biden, you have the authorization right now. I did it. I didn't go to Congress and say,
do I have the right to close? I fought Congress on it. Close the borders. You can do it right now.
You have everything. Use my policies. My policies were great. Everybody said it. Use my policies. So just to finish,
I have great respect for the Supreme Court. And I want to just thank them for working so quickly and
so diligently and so brilliantly. And again, this is a unifying factor. Everybody now is together, and they can go after me as a politician.
They can go after me with votes, but they're not going to go after me with that kind of lawsuit that takes somebody out of a race who's leading in this case, but even if the person wasn't leading.
And I want to thank you all for being here.
Do we have any questions?
Yes.
Mr. President, the poll numbers are massive for you going into Super Tuesday.
We found that a lot of people that were agnostic to politics in general see these legal cases against you.
They see how life was back under a Trump administration.
Do you think that's the key to pull some of these independent voters into this next election,
seeing that new cases are unfair, they have no merit merit and also the poll numbers and for life before trump it's such an interesting
question because historically a thing like what i've been going through would have hurt a political
party or a political candidate terrifically you wouldn't even run you wouldn't be able to run you'd
get out this has happened over many years many times times. In this case, the polls show that I'm
much more popular than I was before weaponization. It's been weaponized like it's never been. This
is for third world countries. This isn't for us. Biden ought to drop all of these things. And
frankly, he may do better if he does, because people would say, wow, that was very reasonable.
Look, they're all the state, the, and the federal, they're all coordinated.
Fannie Willis's lover spent hours and hours at the White House,
I guess with White House counsel and with DOJ, plotting out this plan.
Nobody talks about that.
They're all coordinated with the White House.
It's weaponization never been done in this country.
It's been done in third world countries, banana republics, never in this country.
So I really believe what they should do is really go all the way, go out and stop all of this nonsense.
They're nonsense cases and everybody sees it.
You just look at Atlanta.
It's such an embarrassment to Georgia, what's happening there.
But Jack Smith, I don't think is any better. Letitia James is terrible. She campaigned on,
I will get Trump, I will get Trump. And then it goes before a Trump-hating judge.
I mean, the whole thing is a rigged deal. And the public understands it. I'm lucky that I'm able to
explain it to the public, because if you weren't able to explain it, the public wouldn't know.
They'd believe what they see.
So I don't want to win this way.
Look, I want to win based on my policies are better.
We're going to cut taxes.
We're going to get interest rates down.
You're going to be able to buy homes again.
I mean, you can't buy a home today.
The interest rates are so high.
I want to win on safe orders. I want to stop wars. I want to stop the war in Ukraine with Russia. I
want to stop what's happening in Israel. Israel would have never been attacked if I were president.
Ukraine would have never, ever been attacked if I was president. You wouldn't have had inflation.
Inflation was caused by high energy prices. I had low energy prices. I would have kept them there very easily.
And it probably maybe caused the war with Ukraine because Putin became rich all of a sudden. It went up so much. And I watched President Biden talking about Putin.
Putin became very rich because at $100 a barrel, he's got so much money to fight a war. At $40 a barrel, he doesn't have the money
to fight a war. But he wouldn't have done it anyway, because I told him not to. So I just
want to thank all of you for being here. I think it's a very big day for America. I think it's a
very big day for liberty. And I think it's just a great day for this country. Again, I hope it's unifying like I think, but it is, it's a big step toward unification.
I hope that the justices,
because they'll be working on some other cases,
but one in particular,
presidents have to be given total immunity.
They have to be allowed to do their job.
If they're not allowed to do their job,
it's not what the founders wanted.
But perhaps even more importantly, it will be terrible for our country.
Thank you all very much.
Thank you.
Ladies and gentlemen, while Trump was speaking about our border we have breaking news absolutely
spectacular news donald trump walking away there from the questions donald trump delivering an
absolutely strong and confident message to the american people saying, I wish to win on my policies, not
because of lawfare. Well, Donald Trump just had a massive win, ladies and gentlemen, or at least
the policies of Donald Trump, a massive win in federal court. The governor of Texas has just
announced breaking huge news. Federal appeals court allows Texas immigration law to take effect. Law enforcement officers in Texas are now authorized to arrest and jail any illegal immigrant crossing Texas has the right, in fact, the obligation to deport criminal aliens that are entering their state illegally is now going to take effect March 5th.
Tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen, federal appeals court granted the temporary stay of the lower court's decision to block the enforcement of Texas controversial immigration law paving the way to go into effect this week. Supreme Court, if the Supreme Court
does not intervene, last week a federal judge in Austin, Texas blocked the state government's
implementation of Senate Bill 4, which would allow the state enforcement authorities to arrest
and detain people if they suspect they are entering the country illegally. Judge David
Allen Ezra wrote in the Thursday decision
to halt the law that if allowed to proceed,
it would open the door for each state
passing their own version of immigration laws.
Texas appealed the ruling.
The Republican governor Abbott said,
we will not back down our fight
to protect our state and our nation.
President Biden's border crisis.
And now the Fifth Circuit of Appeals
has granted a stay of the decision,
put the ruling on hold, allowing for the Biden administration to try and go to the Supreme Court.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are winning.
A federal court just rules that the Texas immigration law will go into effect tomorrow.
The law allows Texas to bypass federal authorities, arrest illegal immigrants crossing the border and deport them.
Oh, man. Oh, man.
Oh, man.
We are winning.
Donald Trump taking a single question there at Mar-a-Lago,
speaking what seems to be off the cuff.
Everyone, all eyes on Donald Trump.
As that breaking news broke,
I wish that Trump had heard it before he went out
because it would have been great to see it.
This is what all of the, can you make this big? All of the news coverage was on Donald Trump. This is what
victory actually looks like, ladies and gentlemen. Look at that. Every single news company in the
world covering Donald Trump's remarks at Mar-a-Lago. What seemed to be Donald Trump just speaking off the cuff about his victory
and also seeming to be like a perfect, the tenor of the message, absolutely perfect,
which is I'm going to win because of my policies, not because of lawfare. And Joe Biden should pull
back his dogs on this because they are actually making my poll numbers go up, is what Donald Trump said.
Incredible, ladies and gentlemen. D.C. Drano, with a great banger that sort of like encapsulates
the moment that we're living in, they banned the sitting U.S. president from all social media.
They raided his house with the FBI, forced masks on children, indicted him four X times,
arrested his top advisors and supporters, removed him from election ballots, and they have the nerve to call us fascists. Thankfully, the Supreme Court ruled
that Americans can now freely vote for President Trump in saying how fascistic the left has become.
But we will defeat fascism today as we defeated it with the Nazis in 1945.
Oh, man. Also, a massive victory lap for Harmeet Dhillon, who's which is absolutely one of our favorites.
I want to have her on the show this week if we can get her. Harmeet Dhillon is just a wonderful patriot.
Congrats to our client, Donald Trump, for his victory at the Supreme Court.
It is tremendous privilege to be on briefs with with her law group.
Saying we argued and we won. Ladies and gentlemen, an incredible,
an incredible moment. All nine members of the court agree with the result, says the ruling,
saying that the Americans have a right to elect their leaders and select their leaders and that the criminal contingent of the permanent political
class does not have a right to force down our throats a John McCain or a Mitt Romney or Mitch
McConnell or a Joe Biden. I think that we should end today with a perfect encapsulation of what
it's to come from one of our favorites, what I call
our in-house attorney here on the program, Mike Davis. Mike Davis saying the 9-0 Supreme Court
decision reversing the Colorado Supreme Court was a major blow to the Democrats' lawfare and
election interference against Trump. And it's just starting. And aside here, the Supreme Court
effectively ruling that Donald Trump didn't commit an
insurrection today. Like that's like read between the lines, like between the lines is that the
entire insurrection narrative now completely is completely blown out. Done. Remember, the Supreme
Court will likely reverse the obstruction convictions of many January 6th defendants by
the end of June. That will lead to probably the largest class action lawsuit in American history, hopefully, against the federal government by people who are wrongfully detained and treated as political prisoners.
Because of the Biden Justice Department intentionally misapplied and weaponized a post-Enron obstruction statute aimed at corporate fraud to destroy political enemies.
That's half of Jack Smith's bogus January 6th case against Trump.
By the end of June, the court will likely hold the president and any president is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts,
just as federal judges and members of Congress.
Then remand the case to the D.C. Obama judge, Tanya Chutkin, who to hold an evidentiary hearing, she will
likely have to determine what Jack Smith alleges Trump did in his official capacity. That decision
is subject to immediate appeal. There is very little chance the D.C. Obama judge, Tanya Chutkin
and Jack Smith can railroad Trump before a D.C. jury and convict him before November 5th, 2024.
Eighty percent of Jack Smith's cases will be gone before the trial even begins.
The other 20% will be reversed on appeal
because it's not a crime to object
to a presidential election.
It's specifically allowed by the Electoral Account Act
and the First Amendment.
This is why Democrats like Al Gore, John Kerry,
and Hillary Clinton aren't in prison
for objecting to Republican wins.
Jack Smith is used to getting reversed unanimously
by the Supreme Court as he brings bogus political charges against likely Republican presidential contenders, such as the Supreme Court's unanimous 2016 reversal of Jack Smith's conviction of former Virginia Governor Bob McDonald.
But it was too late.
Jack Smith destroyed his political life.
Then Mike Davis saying we will prevail.
It does feel, ladies and gentlemen, as though we will prevail.
The indications are everywhere.
But most importantly, no matter what happens, it is important to remember this, that we are fighting spiritual battles here.
Not ones of flesh and blood, but spiritual battles.
And that there are enemies to the nature of God.
What is protecting us today
is the same thing that protected us 250 years ago and throughout all time, which is God's
providence for us and his gifts to us, our free will, the nature of man to live and desire to
live free. That's what's called natural rights, rights that we were born with that the government doesn't give us
and the government can't take away.
It's why we always end the show
with a verse of the day from Psalms 46.
Be still and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among nations
and I will be exalted in the earth.
Come on.
Y'all need Jesus.
We'll just say it every single show all the way up till November.
Let God be exalted among the nations,
even this evil nation and the earth,
ladies and gentlemen.
Super important for us to remain united,
to remain united in victory, to march together.
We hope that you consider joining the Benny Brigade at BennyJohnson.com to be an official brigade member, to be part of the community that we're building here as we march onward to victory.
