My name is Benny Johnson. On this vote, the yeas are 50, the nays are 50. The Senate being equally divided, the vice president votes in the affirmative and the bill as amended is passed. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are sick and tired of this swamp scum alert. This is the worst thing we have seen D.C. do in a very, very long time. It's not that it's the middle of a recession, and it is a recession. We've had two negative quarters of GDP growth. It's not that it's the middle of, I don't care what you call it, a economic malaise, a horrible time economically for regular Americans every single day. My wife comes home and is like, hey, you know what used to cost us 80 bucks. The grocery store costs $300. It's not that this administration has destroyed our currency, our border, national security,

has destroyed our schools, and destroyed our crypto markets, stock markets. Have you had any gains this year? It's not that everything under the Brandon administration is on fire, a dumpster fire. It's that they don't care. A Congress that cared would seek to affect the prices of gas for regular Americans. They would seek to close the border. They would seek to deflate the amount of currency that it currently takes to get your grocery bills. But they don't care, ladies and gentlemen. And that is why an orgy of spending was just passed last night in Congress.

Kamala Harris cackling while she did it. And Democrats cheering while they raised your taxes and raised inflation and funded the IRS to hire 87,000 new agents. Do you know that now the IRS has better funding in America than most first world militaries? We have more expenditures in the IRS for America than the vast majority of first world countries spend on their own national defense, lethal defense forces. The IRS is now one of the most powerful armies in the world. And who are they coming after? Well, they're not coming after the Democrat base, by the way. Those people don't pay taxes by and large. Those people are not making enough money or are taking too much from the system to pay any taxes. The 50% of Americans who don't pay income taxes, those are the Democrat base.

The 87,000 IRS agents are coming after you, ladies and gentlemen. They're coming after the productive class, the deplorables, the MAGA class, the people who have jobs or want to improve their lives. The purpose of this move is to engorge the administrative state and to bring power, assume power, onto the administrative state. The administrative state has no power constitutionally. Our country was founded in a manner so that you would have very separate, very diluted federal power. And the IRS is one of those agencies that brings glut unto the federal purse. It's one of those few agencies that has the power to really step in and destroy a life.

See Lois Lerner a few years ago under Barack Obama. Barack Obama targeted regular Americans, including but not limited to my family, my direct family, who had to pay expensive lawyers for a small digit that was missing on one of their tax forms and to fight the IRS when it turned out the IRS actually owed them money. She belongs in jail. She ended up losing her job, having to go testify before the Senate. Expect that to happen more and more. It's not enough to have the FBI going after every little granny who waved a 25 cent flag at Trump's rally in Washington, D.C. It's now they will come after you every single year because they need a reason to come after you every single year. And that's what this bill is

all about. And that's why they're cackling. This bill is also a climate bill, which all that is, is payouts to Democrat donors in Democrat run industries with Democrat stockholders, most of them being in Congress themselves, putting money from the federal coffer into their own bank accounts. You've been watching Nancy Pelosi do it around the world, and now you're watching this. I'm enraged about it. It's so enraging, truly, because the Senate is 50-50. You should never be able to pass something like this in a 50-50 Senate. A 50-50 Senate means that Americans want moderation. You can say whatever you want about the Georgia Senate races. So those are the two races that flipped from Republican. Both seats flipped from Republican to Democrat. And you can say whatever you want about those races. There's a lot to be said. There's a lot to be said about the Republican establishment inside of Georgia.

It's a crazy state. It's a totally weird state. But what is happening inside of a 50-50 Senate, which should never be that way, by the way, Republicans should have a dominant 10-vote advantage inside the Senate if things were normal. But things are not normal. You have states like Republican West Virginia and Montana that send Democrats to the Senate for some reason. West Virginia and Montana, I'm praying with you. I'm pleading with you for the love of God. Get rid of John Tester and get rid of Joe Manchin. Joe Manchin is the reason we have this happening right now because of the reconciliation process. You can get something like this passed as long as it's a spending bill in order to break the 60 vote threshold inside of the filibuster in the Senate.

So that's what's happening right now. So so you get it's called a reconciliation process where you can pass it with a simple majority, 51 votes and avoid a filibibuster, which Republicans would be able to then filibuster every other piece of legislation. Democrats get just a few bullets in the chamber for reconciliation, and they used it on this one, and Kamala Harris was the tie-breaking vote for this bill. The bill, once again, spends nearly a trillion dollars, $739 billion that goes after climate change and funds the Affordable Care Act and fixes health care. What does that mean? Well, I saw a great comment this morning from economist Stephen Moore, who worked in the Trump White House, saying that the Inflation Reduction Act will reduce inflation the way that the Affordable Care Act made health care more affordable.

You see, what they do is they take buzzwords and terminology, Democrats do, and then they couch it inside of an issue that people care about right now. Inflation is one of those issues. But let's begin, notwithstanding, with Bernie Sanders straight up calling his own party out before voting to increase inflation. I want to take a moment to say a few words about the so-called Inflation Reduction Act that we are debating this evening. And I say so-called, by the way, because according to the CBO and other economic organizations who have studied this bill, it will, in fact, have a minimal impact on inflation. Well, so there you go. Well, I mean, listen, if Bernie Sanders is the guy who's coming at you and saying this is a lie, you got a major issue. Bernie, of course, voted for it because Bernie Sanders wants the federal government to spend and spend and spend as much money as humanly possible because that is Bernie's worldview. Bernie Sanders is a communist.

He wants the federal government to be as powerful as possible, and he wants to be able to crush all small industries. Bernie Sanders would love it if the federal government took over your industry. Where do you work? Chances are you don't work for the federal government. They haven't been able to hire their 87,000 new IRS agents. And so Bernie Sanders would like for the government to take over Benny Media LLC. They'd like for the federal government to be able to take over this show, to take over everything. Bernie Sanders loves this kind of spending. Of its $700 billion spent, $396 billion goes to climate change initiatives. Huh. I wonder who's in charge of that. How many of those companies does Nancy Pelosi currently own? $64 billion goes to fund the Affordable Care Act

because that's what you wanted, more Obamacare spending. More Obamacare spending. Get ready. Democrats claim the size of the bill's budget will be made up by a 15% corporate minimum tax. They're going to tax you more to spend. The massive spending package raises taxes for everybody, except those making between $10,000 and $30,000 a year. Those are Joe Biden supporters. Those are the voters of the Democrat Party who do not make anything, who do not create anything, and who live off welfare. That's it. Do you think the IRS hassles those people? They don't have anything to report. They probably haven't done their taxes ever. That's the Democrat base. That is consistently and now perpetually the Democrat base. Joe Biden promised he would never raise a penny of taxes

on anybody making less than $400,000 a year. Remember? Guarantee and promise. I've never broken my word. Anyone making less than $400,000 will not see one single penny in their tax raise. President Biden breaking his promise not to raise taxes on the

middle class. Senate Democrats look to fast track a bill that multiple now nonpartisan experts say would raise taxes on nearly all Americans. Give you my word as a Biden, no one making less than four hundred thousand dollars a year will see a penny in their taxes rate. That compilation made by the RNC, Joe Biden has lied to you. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris cackled all the way after lying to you. I have a thought on exactly why this is happening and exactly why they are doing this. I worked for a long time in Washington, D.C., and I know that the chambers of power, when they change, the party that knows that they are doomed is going to then throw Hail Marys in attempt to pay off as many people as they possibly can in order to attempt to desperately either stay in power or they took care of you. This is what's happening right now. Currently, the Democrat party is not spending all this money on climate change. They're spending all this money on their own personal donors in order to gorge their packs and their C3s and C4 operations with American taxpayer dollars. What do you think these billions

of dollars are going to go? They're going to go into Democrat organizations and trust me, the climate change organizations that are getting funded through this are going to be knocking doors for Democrats. This is a payout to themselves and to their own corruption. And they are doing this not out of an act of strength. They're doing this out of an act of desperation. They're doing this because they know that they will not have these chambers for probably the rest of the decade. And hopefully they won't have these chambers. The White House being the chamber I'm talking about now, as you watch Joe Biden, who leaves quarantine,

who was leaving quarantine yesterday, he went immediately to vacation. There he goes. Immediately off to vacation. This is the leadership currently in our country. So they spend a trillion dollars during the weekend in the dark of night when they know no one else is paying attention. They cackle and laugh in your face as they raise your taxes and lie to you.

They hire an army of IRS agents to harass you and hurt you. And they lie to you, calling this the Inflation Reduction Act when it does absolutely no such thing. Now it's very faint, but listen, dear viewer, listen to Kamala Harris literally cackle while she raises your taxes and hires an army to harass you and put you in prison. And they know they're probably going to lose for a generation Democrat supporters by doing this. The Democrat Party is dying. The Democrat Party may very well at this moment be dead. The Democrat Party is becoming more white and more elitist and more rich. All the numbers show that. Republicans, on the other hand, are turning into the party of the working class and minorities. The Republicans are actually the party that has usurped and absorbed the working class person. Go talk to a truck driver or a plumber.

Go ahead and talk to a farmer or somebody who works with their hands every single day. And they will tell you, to your face, that while they may have been Democrats, they are now turning into Republicans. I had this happen this weekend at my house. I was hosting some of my neighbors for dinner and they work inside of the medical industry. One of them is a doctor and they, you know, doctors in the medical and professional. One of them is a doctor. One of them is a lawyer. And they're both they both call themselves DeSantis Democrats. That is the new hybrid Republican that we are seeing, a phenomenon happening across the country because of things like this. There's only so much that can happen.

the Consumer Price Index as an economic gauge and the consumer prices would actually increase and the savings would be slim. Maybe you would see a decline at the end of the decade. Washington Post straight up admitting this on their front page. This is the front page story of the Washington Post. Now, the Washington Post has been lying to you, calling this the Inflation Reduction Act for the last, I don't know, couple weeks. The reason why is because the corporate media wears the jersey of the Democrat Party.

They want to lie to you. Now, if Republicans were building the wall, let's say, and they called it the Open Border Act and Republicans built the wall, what would happen is so the Republicans do something and then they call it the exact opposite of what they're doing. What would happen is you'd have fascist experts on CNN day and night talking about how this is how democracy dies, how this is how fascistic regimes start. This is the end of our republic as it stands. You'd have fact checks from every single outlet. They wouldn't be, Republicans would never be able to go on

without a chyron saying, you know, the Open Borders Act, parentheses, they're lying. Remember how they used to do that with Trump? Well, now that it's been passed through the Senate, which is the big issue, the big chamber that you have to get this thing through, because I think it's going to fly through the House. We'll see.

We'll see what they do to it in the House. But Washington Post, now that it's been passed, says straight up, this is not an inflation reduction act. Why the inflation reduction act is no such thing. One of the more enduring facilities in forming discussion on the economy is that there are a couple of dials located in a vault somewhere in Washington where officials can turn on or control employment output and inflation, even the price of gasoline. Anytime something good happens, some politicians inevitably step forward to claim credit for having got the dials just right. And anytime something bad happens, you can be sure that the media and political opponents

will blame the officials for the wrong settings. That's what happened earlier this year when the inflation began to take off under President Trump's first term. I'm sorry, under President Biden. First term, Congress and Federal Reserve were criticized for overstimulating the economy in response to the pandemic.

We heard it again and again late last month. The domestic product triggering dire and exaggerating predictions, recessions and Republicans, and now Democrats in Congress are embracing the same fallacy as they rammed through a package of climate change tax, care, climate tax, and health care incentives fantasifully marketed at the Inflation Reduction Act. This is insane. This is from the Washington Postation Reduction Act. This is insane that this is from the Washington Post who wrote this. This is just bananas. Given the pre-pandemic prosperity

was already dependent on a large dose of fiscal and monetary stimulus, it should have come as no surprise that the pumping of trillions of dollars in added stimulus over the next two years would lead to rising prices and wages. Indeed, that point of these rescue efforts to prevent a deflationary spiral set the floor under the house, set the floor under household income, stimulate investment and prop up prices of stocks, bank loans and real estate. In hindsight, it's clear that policymakers ignored warnings and overdid it. But it is equally true that the economic policy is not science and that the global economy is not a system that can be controlled by a couple of dials in Washington. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that

over the next two years, the Inflation Reduction Act is likely to change the inflation rates by less than one tenth of one percent. They lied to you. They lied to you in passing of this bill. And even more malevolent, in case you're wondering whether this is just incompetence or malevolence, even more malevolent is this. They used the crisis of inflation that is breaking the back of the American worker. And we hear it every single day on the show. They use the crisis of inflation as a prerequisite to create more inflation. So they called this the Inflation Reduction Act. Joe Manchin walking into Chuck Schumer's office.

Hey, why the hell is spending $700 billion going to increase, going to increase or decrease inflation? It's not going to Chuck Schumer. Well, we'll just call it the inflation reduction act. Senate Democrats on a party-line vote rejected an amendment to their Inflation Red reduction act that would ban the IRS from being used to go after middle class Americans. In case you were wondering who do middle class Americans vote for? What do middle class Americans believe? Well, the opposite of what the Democrat party believes. So they're going to now harass you. On Sunday, Senate Democrats passed the Inflation Reduction Act, which includes $80 billion for the IRS to target working-class American households, squeezed already by inflation with more audits. The Joint Committee on Taxation has reported 78% to 90% of the taxpayer money raised via new audits and investigations as a result of legislation would come from American households

earning less than $200,000 a year. That is the vast majority of American households. Meanwhile, under 49% is expected to come from households earning more than $500,000 a year. Mike Crapo offered an amendment that would ban the IRS funds from being used to target Americans making less than $400,000 annually, essentially an amendment to make Joe Biden a truth teller, not a liar, because Joe Biden promised not to do this. The amendment was rejected by Senate Democrats on a party line vote. The point is to go after you. We're going to weaponize the federal government. I swear to God, ladies and gentlemen, if the next Republican Congress does not defund this and then begin to strip mine the IRS, the FBI, the Department of Justice, the federal agencies, and properly defund our government. And then Republicans went ahead and handed Joe Biden another massive victory on gun control with John Cornyn passing gun control. Remember, we have a 50-50 Senate. So virtually all of these wins have to be with Republican support.

The CHIPS bill to get Nancy Pelosi an absolute crap ton of vodka for her bar off the dividends that she is going to make off of these bills. $700 billion for the Inflation Reduction Act. I mean, if you're a fan of 1984 and George Orwell, this would be called doublethink. This would be called doublethink. Doublethink is systematically and concurrently holding two conflicting ideas at the same time. The Inflation Reduction Act, that spends another trillion dollars that we don't have.

As Politico noted, these expenditures amount to roughly $3.5 trillion to address leftist priorities and is going to lead to total and complete economic disaster and fallout. And quite frankly, Republicans only have themselves to blame, sadly, because Democrats, we know they're going to do this. So Republicans need to send Republicans to the Senate. You need to send Republicans to Congress. You got to support JD Vance. You got to support Blake Masters. You got to support Adam Waxall in Nevada. We must win the Senate, ladies and gentlemen. So what Trump is going to do with Schedule F is decrease the amount of time it takes to fire these people by redefining the positions by redefining how their positions are categorized right and trump will win this fight he has some very very smart people working for him we know a lot of them we are in regular communications with them and as steve bannon said this weekend at cpac uh the team the band is back together again and unlike in 2016 where you didn't really, they weren't planning on winning in 2016

and they didn't have a operation in order to take place as soon as they had won. They had to build it from the ground up. These people are going to be there, not just on day one, but they've been working. They've been readying the D-Day landings and they're going to storm the beaches on day one. You have an assault team ready to go,

and those people have looked into this, and this is how you gut the administrative state. And the GOP is down for it. The base is down for it. In Arizona, record numbers of GOP voters showed up for the primary election after the passing of election integrity laws. Amazing how that works.

Seventy percent of the vote count was still out. So this is absolutely the largest turnout for Republicans in history in this state. We commend you, Arizona. You're taking back your state is it's such a beautiful thing to see. It's freedom-minded. It's liberty-minded. It's just the energy is incredible. God bless all of you.

The reason why we need turnout is because we need to turn out the Bidens from the White House. Joe Biden did meet with Chinese energy executives in league with his son, Hunter. We're going to be covering this more in depth tomorrow. We're going to be doing a big look into all of Hunter Biden's crimes. But the 15th meeting now on record for a businessman tied to Hunter Biden that were able to sit down and meet with Joe Biden inside of the executive branch while he was vice president, two Chinese businessmen who tied, who have ties to Hunter Biden, met with Joe Biden inside of the White House and then sent fawning emails. The way this worked was simple. It is very hard to get meetings inside of the White House, as you can imagine.

These are things that happen for people who curry favor with the party in charge. What occurred here was that Hunter Biden was the bag man for this operation. You would pay Hunter Biden and then you get meetings with chief executives inside of the executive branch. It's called pay for play. It is totally illegal. It's completely immoral. And Hunter Biden did it and he did it and got rich doing it. And there were no investigations up until this point. Now there are going to be an absolute rainfall of investigations, a monsoon that hopefully will wash away the corrupt Bidens forever and put them in prison.

Chinese executives for an energy company, Wang Jiang, secured a meeting with the vice president and the West Wing on July of 2014. This was just with one day's notice, according to the White House visitors logs. The client of Hunter Biden's company, Seneca Global Advisors, partnered with Wang Zhang in 2012 to create a $1.5 billion natural gas plant in China. In case you're wondering, the Hunter Biden enterprise was to build up the Joe Biden enterprise because it was all the direction of Joe Biden was to build up the Joe Biden enterprise, because it was all the direction of Joe Biden, was to build up the energy supplies and to build up the resources of America's geopolitical enemies, whether that be Russia, whether that be China, whoever that may be,

whoever was paying them the cash, baby, the money, follow the money. And now Joe Biden's entire sole purpose, including with the bill that just passed, is to destroy American energy so that we are utterly dependent upon them for everything. And it will eventually atrophy and destroy this country. Ladies and gentlemen, it's nefarious. Truly, it is malevolent and it is by design. That's why we fight. So the Chinese communists met with Joe Biden.

We know this now. It's cataloged in Hunter Biden's emails and it's cataloged inside of the White House visitor logs. And now is panic time. Now you can see the reason why Joe Biden was installed here is that they had leverage over him. They knew that Joe Biden had criminality in his past and that at any time they could use that chit and they could destroy him. As soon as Joe Biden was no more use to the regime, they will destroy Joe Biden. And so that is why you are now starting to see the media turn on Joe Biden. A shocking clip from this weekend, Brian Stelter of CNN straight up saying, hey, yo, this Hunter Biden story is not a right wing media smear. This is not going away. This is going to destroy the Biden regime. And it's going to lead. It's

going to lead to indictments. It's going to lead to criminal probes. And here's CNN, the company that pretty much wrote the PR game plan and operates as the professional PR agency for Joe Biden, the Democrat Party turning on him. Read the tea leaves. Watch the clip. Run. I haven't heard the reason why. What about Hunter Hunter under federal investigation? Charges could be coming at any time. This is not just a right wing media story. This is a real problem for the Bidens. Could he decide not to run for reelection given his son? Look, they make decisions as a family and they will make that decision when it's time. But do you think they've talked about it yet? No, they're the president's doing his job. He's doing his work. He's not

focused on that. It's 19 months. Why would he be doing that? OK, so you're saying the press is getting ahead of way ahead, way ahead. Look, there's more work to do. It's been 19 months. And, you know, he he intends to run, like you said. But I think we I think I think the focus should be from the press on how what he is doing is affecting people out in the country, because these are things that Democrats have wanted to get done for a long time. And just over in just a week, veterans manufacturing the unemployment rate. It's it's been remarkable to see a president rack up so many substantive wins, as even your anchors have noted in the last year.

That's the guy who quit Jill Biden's staff last week. That's Michael LaRosa. Oh, my gosh. So cringe. Please put that guy more on television. So bad. What a bunch of amateurs. You saw him sweating there and like and like his lispy, like nervous ticks. He's like, he's like, he had knows

they have no wind. They have nothing. And here you have Brian Stelter straight up giving up the game. The game was always that when Joe Biden became inconvenient and damaging to the Democrat party, they were going to turn on him. They were going to use his criminality and his business dealings to eradicate him from the White House, to kick him out, and to pressure him into not running. That's what's happening here. Brian Stelter, simply a waterboy, lackey, Praetorian guard for the corporate press, doing exactly the janitor work of CNN and the DNC media, corporate media apparatchik.

It is, ladies and gentlemen, a savage move for the Bidens because without the corporate media, they have no election chances. You have no hope because they're the ones who ran Joe Biden in the first place when Joe Biden was sitting in his basement for the entire campaign, and they're the people who can now destroy Joe Biden.
