What up? What up, my people. How are we doing, chat? How are we doing? We made it through Pump Day. Here we go into September. Oh, man. That was a wild summer. And I was not like never my wildest dreams did I think that the entire summer would be talking about the balls in the WNBA. The more sex toys being thrown onto the course of the WNBA. I thought we were over that. Nope. And who knew that we would also be talking about jelly roll? The war in Iran? It's a crazy summer. I know. It's not Labor Day yet, so I'm not sure we're exactly ready for fall, but I'm kind of ready for a change in the news cycle, and I'm certainly ready to lock in and to talk about what is the work that we're doing here? What are we building? Why are we doing this? You know, we've been doing this show for five years now, and we've, it's been awesome, and there's been a ton of highs and a ton of lows and a lot of lows and a lot of. of like we've just witnessed a lot. I mean, there's some incredible guests. We have incredible guests today. But what are we building? Why are we building? What's the point of all this? And we're like facing sort of a new, I think, season right now where people are starting to materialize what this is all about. What's the purpose of this fight? And if we don't set that

foundation, then we won't be able to fight. There'll be no fight left because there won't be a meaning behind any of it. It actually does take, like, a lot to motivate people politically, just to get up and vote. Just to get up off their tuccuses and, like, go cast a ballot, hold a sign, be part of the civic discussion, be part of the fabric of civilization, be part of this, like, story. And I think that it's, like, good to re-center and reset a little bit. and there's a lot like obviously we've been trying to fight off the black pills trying to fight off people who I think have been trying to monetize a controversy and counterculturalism I guess

like okay so if Trump's in power then I guess we got to be anti-Trump now even though we were the ones who got Trump in power now it's time to turn on him immediately as soon as he does something we don't like or just for no good reason at all. And like, well, why is that so bad? Why will I never respect you again? Why can I never listen to anything you ever have to say again if that's your opinion in life? Because you don't understand what time it is.

Here we go, one two zero life.com. All right. I want to talk about a little something that happened last week that we didn't actually cover on the show. And I feel like this is something that is going to be important for the future of the fights that we're going to do on this program. And given the fact that there's, I mean, ALX, typically when ALX calls me in the morning, it's like pretty obvious what we're going to cover, right? Here's the next big news story.

This is what's going to happen. Okay, got it. Lock it in. This morning, we were like, man, there's really not a lot of been going on. And so maybe it's time to like step back and have a little discussion about the most important reason to vote Republican in the midterms and why we haven't crashed out on Trump. why we haven't turned on Trump. What's driving us when everybody else seems to be losing their minds?

Why we have stayed steady and committed to America first, remained loyal anon, right? That is how they say it. And for me, it gets really personal. And I think for a lot of you, it gets really personal because this is a story emblematic in this example from last week for our family. when my wife and I were at federal court in Tampa, and we had to face down a man who threatened to kill us in the aftermath of the Charlie Kirk murder.

And it's amazing how when it comes to life and death, your calculus changes and changes quickly. When it comes to the survival of your children, your family, your precious babies everything becomes crystal clear and what we are building on this program and what we are building in our movement

as a movement for families without families there is no future for America what's the point exactly of any of this what's the point of your policy or your law today if there's no Americans to live out that law. What's the point of, and what I mean by this is literally Americans, okay, not paperwork

Americans, not somebody who comes here on an 01 or an H1B visa, not parasitic populations of people that are here for welfare. I'm talking about Americans who built the nation, who built the country. You know what an American is. I know what an American is. You know it when you see it. It's the people that actually have a love and a care for this place, a history with this place. It's the people that actually are here for more than just the check that can be handed to them

or the goodies and benefits of migrating to an already developed greatest nation on earth, which is what we have. I'm talking about people that came here back when the country wasn't a welfare slush fund for Somalis. that came here in settled and untamed nation that came here and civilized the Indians brought them to heal, took over manifest destiny from coast to coast, island to island, spanning the seas north to south.

We did conquer Mexico and Canada. Canada was the first shots of the Revolutionary War, the Battle of Quebec. And we marched in five weeks. We were able to march our Marines right into Mexico City. so we actually technically conquered all of North America, should have kept it. Too bad.

If I had a time machine, these would be one of the things I'd change. Wouldn't it be nice to have a land bridge to Alaska? Wouldn't that be nice? Who knows what will happen in the future? But that's a very different American. That's a heritage American. Somebody who loves this nation,

in the words of Jack Kennedy, not because of what it can do for us, because of what we can do for it. We're building something together. It's a Christian experiment more than anything. It doesn't mean you need to be excluded if you're not a Christian or we're going to cast you out necessarily. I would argue, however, that there are some ideologies that are totally and wholly antithetical to the purpose of this country. And it was those ideologies that immediately declared war on this country.

What was a first nation that declared war on us after the revolution? I'm talking after the revolution, independence. What's the first nation that declared war on us? The Libyans. Muslims were the first people to declare the shores of Tripoli. Why is that in the him of the Marines? Because we had to go defend our interests. As soon as America became an independent nation,

Muslims demanded tribute for ships to pass into an out of regions of the Middle East, and they started attacking us. Barbary pirates. Like the first thing that happened in America, actually. was Muslim is attacking us. It's a fact. And Thomas Jefferson, like, what the hell is this? Thomas Jefferson bought a Quran and went and studied the Quran to figure out like, why the hell are these people attacking us?

Oh, well, it's because it's moral in their religion to tax people who aren't Muslims, to attack people who aren't Muslims, to kill people who aren't Muslims. and if anybody's trying to exchange in commerce around you, you should do what Muhammad did, which is to raid them. These are the people just don't understand history, man. This is the learnings of Thomas Jefferson. And this is what Jefferson went out and felt like, wow, okay,

we're going to have to smash these people. But we certainly shouldn't like be inviting them in mass into our fragile Christian nation. that would be disastrous and totally foreign and antithetical, of course, to our Constitution. And so those are the kind of Americans I'm talking about. We don't have a future without them. There really is no reason to fight for any of this or do any of this. Go on live show or like YouTube videos, speeches, to go around the country. There's no reason to do any of it.

No reason to do any of it if there's not American children. The goal of my life will be to create a new American baby boom. That will be the goal of my life. The goal of my life will be to inspire young people to do the thing that will lead them the very most. I personally believe to Christendom and to Christ, which is to fall in love, get married, have a family. That is the structure that God presents to Adam. It's the first structure, the first command that God gives to Adam and the first words of the Bible. go be fruitful and multiply.

And I think that that's actually the key to unlocking an American Renaissance and American revival, probably more appropriately. And as soon as you have that responsibility as a man, your life like totally reorient. You stop getting blackout drunk. You stop drinking whiskey.

Sounds like a terrible thing. I like gave away my whiskey collection, right? It's like it's no fun being hung over when you're a dad of little kids. but you start like living for something far beyond yourself. And those are the kind of men who build civilization. In fact, parents are the only people that you should really be entrusting your society to. You can see what have the horrors that happen in Europe when you have a class of European leaders that are completely and totally childless, which you had.

And I think you still have in many cases. Angela Merkel is a good example of this in Germany. is they will reject their own civilization and try and bring on children from the rest of the world. Let's go ahead and look here. Because this is the question. Like, if America isn't America, why even fight for it?

I really mean that. Like, we all understand what an American is. If Europe is no longer Europe, if Europe is a Muslim colony, then is it Europe anymore? The answer is no. Europe fundamentally, and for the last 2,000 years, I mean, a little less than 2,000 years, but for thousands of years, the entire empires of Europe, the kingdoms of Europe, rise and fall,

but they do so with the backbone and the bedrock of Christendom under their feet. It has always been the basis for European civilization, always, since the darkest age. And that makes it a fundamentally unique aspect of being a European. If nobody's Christian anymore in Europe, and if nobody is European anymore, and what I mean by that is they're all immigrants from the Middle East, you can see here. Let's see. Europe's population is 14% foreign-born. There are 64 million people in 2025 that were foreign-born. 64 million people in some countries, it is 50%.

Luxembourg, it's 50% of the country is foreign-born. Germany, it's 20%. Sweden and Belgium, it's 20%. Ireland, it's 23% Ireland, this teeny little island. Well, what's going to happen there? There's going to be no more Irish people. Irish people are going to become a minority in their own land. And then what will happen is they'll be oppressed, right?

Then the Irish will become a people that are viewed as through the lens of some type of historic wrong, some type of historic grievance. And they'll be asked more and more and more to deliver more and more and more to the public services that sustain all the Moroccans that have come there. And eventually the entire system will collapse. There'll be no more Irishmen. There'll be no more Irish people that will even want to live in Ireland. It'll be perfect and total colonization of the island. It'll be gone. The entire culture will be gone.

It's suicidal. There is no magic dirt. They're not third world nations. There's third world peoples. There's people that who their own traditions and histories, religions and decisions make the third world, the third world. Christendom makes the first world the first world. I think something like the vast majority.

of first world nations, I don't actually have the data on this, are Christian nations. And so there is a fundamental difference. And of course, what happens then when you bring in people from these foreign lands is that they bring in a foreign sense of justice, in Islam, for instance, taking concubines. Like one of the first things that Muhammad did in order to grow the religion, One of the first things that Muhammad did in order to get low IQ under classes to start converting to Islam in Medina, which is where he was granted asylum as the first Muslim migrant, a Jewish city, by the way. You regret that. The first thing he started to do is like you can go rape foreigners.

That's the first thing. This is how he started to get. You can be violent and raid the care of. vans that are going to Mecca, and then you can rape the foreigners. You can take their women as your slaves. That's a command. I mean, that's an offering. It's one of the benefits of joining Islam. So when you're watching the rape of Europe, and you're watching what's happening to these young European girls, and you're certainly starting to see this metastasize here in America, just know that these are people following out the dictates of Muhammad. It's important to start

studying these things. We certainly are. This is why we call it incompatible. You want to live in a high trust society. You can't live in a high trust society with people that believe that your daughters because they're white or because they're Christian need to be raped and that they got it coming. You can't live amongst those people or that you need to pay a tax because you're not a Muslim, which is what happens in every single Muslim country. It's called a Jiza, and it's a specific religious tax levied on all Muslims that go straight to the mosque. And that's what welfare fraud is, by the way, in our country. It's considered, is considered a Jiza. It's considered a tax. Welfare fraud is considered them taking from us what we owe them for some perceived grievance.

Abdul al-Said had some tweet that he deleted yesterday, where he's like, yeah, 9-11, we It was bad, but what happened to Muslims is way worse. Muslims are the real victims of 9-11, right? You owe us. It's incredible. Some people did something. Remember this? I have a calming feeling, says Rashid Tleave, about September 11th.

They loved September 11th. They loved it. They loved it. So how does this all tie back to what we're talking about? If you don't protect, preserve, and then grow the American family, we're finished. We're not producing a replacement. population. That's because of liberals. Actually, every right winger that I know is having four or five kids. I hope to have more kids. All right. I'll just openly say that. Now, that's awesome.

There's actually been a little bit of a baby boom on the right. If we keep going, then by 2100, when my kids are grown and old, 80% of the nation will be the descendants of right wingers today. We'll live in the Red Kingdom. It'll be awesome. But we have to keep going. We can't keep going if our families are under threat and under terrorism. But we can't keep going if our daughters are being raped. If nobody feels safe in their own neighborhoods, if we can't speak the languages of the people around us, if there are no go zones in America, if our children and our families are under attack. It's going to be very hard to sell the family, to sell having kids, which more big announcements on that.

I want that to be the purpose of my life, actually. to speak that into young people to offer a white pill against the nihilism, the childless nihilism, and Lindsay Clancyisms and the demons that are out here saying you should murder your children. I mean, it's so toxic, it's so poison, so evil right now. Some guy tried to do this to us.

Anyway, he was put in federal prison. You got an 11-month sentence. a restraining order. And he apologized to us in court. It's fine. I'm a Christian. I'm commanded to accept your apology. I'm also commanded to support the justice system of a just nation that wields the sword for evil men.

And what you do to families like this, what you did to my family was evil. The Trump administration went after this guy. Because this was right after Charlie got murdered. and the Trump administration put the full force of the federal government into going after this guy. And, oh, my apologies, guys. Oh, I'm sorry, ladies and gentlemen. I'm sorry. I just checking him in my production chat.

I thought James Comer was coming on at. ALX, you have James Comer on at 1040 here in the script. I'm sorry, James Coff, now I'm checking my production chat, and James Comer has actually been waiting. Alexa says James Comer, 1040, I just assumed I had 40 minutes to rant. Okay. Sorry about that. Still got to get to my point. But, yeah, my apologies, ladies and gentlemen. Okay. Well, sometimes there's a bit of a miscommunication on the productions. So, anyway, I guess we had to move up Chairman Comer. I apologize. I never want to be rude to our guests. Ever. We're honored to have our guests.

But since I'm here, I do have to finish my thought. Why is this also important? What ends up happening when you have open borders? What end up happening when you have mass immigration of people that don't assimilate? And I'm not just talking, I'm not just talking Islamic terrorists. I'm talking people who have, who are here, who are foreigners that are trying to meddle in our politics. Milo Yanopoulos was just deported. I celebrate that deportation.

He was just on Pierce Morgan's show, just. describing the horrors of deportation. I think this should be an advertisement, honestly, uh, for, for ICE. They should, they should run this on TV. Here we go. I didn't really, I didn't really understand the physical reality of, of how institutionalized the brutality is in America. The manner in which they arrest you, they put your manacles, your hands, your feet, chain it together. I mean, like, everybody is arrested is like an MS-13 gang. member and it hurts a lot more than it looks like on television. You know, I was put from,

from, you know, detention facility to a correction facility. You know, every three hours, they were sort of trying to keep ahead of my lawyers so I couldn't, you know, so whatever. But no one would tell me anything. It was, I mean, I know it's designed to be like that, but it's, it was, sure, it was humiliating and it was disorientating the rest of it. It was physically degrading. It was frightening. It was frightening. I don't think I've ever been frightened like that before. Well, you should have listened to the judge when he gave you final notice of deportation. You could have left the country. You knew you were an illegal. And you could have left the country. We called ICE about this, actually. And so much of what Milo said was a lie. All of it as far as we can tell is a lie.

there were no ICE agents that walked off the job because of this. There were proper notices sent. He did have a deportation hearing. The judge did order his deportation. He was given final notice. And then the Trump administration acted. Now, much like the man who has threatened my family and threatened to blow my head off in front of my children, Milo has also terrorized my family.

I view this as deporting a terrorist and terrorize the families of a lot of people. Too many to name, honestly, in our movement, who do not deserve that. But by the way, he's a foreigner. So, like, this is more election interference than anything that Russia's ever done, as far as I'm concerned,

than the Russia Gate operation, because this is a foreign national, illegally in our nation, constantly attacking the administration, constantly attacking the president, constantly attacking the people who support the president, constantly going after their families, constantly peddling lies

and all manner of degenerate slander and evils against them. And so good on the Trump administration. There's a massive, extrapolation of what we've experienced, like the relief that my family has experienced, just in a small microcosm to have these terrorists either charged or deported. And then amplify that on a national scale. ICE arrests 50,000 in July, the highest monthly total in Trump's second term. Immigration and ICE enforcement arrest nearly 50,000 people in July alone.

And they tell me the numbers this month are going to be even bigger. This is a record. There are apparently 70,000 people, climb my window, please. There are apparently 70,000 people that are in detainment right now in ICE prisons. One of the most successful operations in agencies' history was just run in New York, Maryland, and Virginia, thousands in one day. And we got off the phone with ICE and, oh, man, the numbers that they were giving us account for millions of deportations every single year. How many of those people are from countries that, based on the all available data, are exceedingly violent?

and again, the third world is a people. It is not a place. And that is just the choice that has been made over thousands of years of heritage, history, cultural norms. How many of those people have committed terrorism in the United States of America? Lots. How many of those people have terrorized American families lots? And every single day, there is a new illegal alien crime. day, the woman was pushing her child in a stroller and got run over by an illegal in New Jersey.

It is the single most important civilizational battle that we can fight, which is what is an American, how do we keep American civilization strong? How do we preserve Western civilization? And how do we ensure that we are not colonized by power? by forces, by ideologies that are totally antithetical to the experiment of freedom that we live in. And the Trump administration doing this work, I mean, just this week, shut down 270 driving schools that gave licenses to illegals. Trump orders shock voter fraud crackdown. He put ICE agents inside of the voter booths in nine different states. Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, California,

Pennsylvania, Nevada, New York, and Connecticut, Washington. What's happening is the single most important work that can happen for any administration anywhere. It is reason alone. You can disagree with Trump on a lot of stuff. I do. I've voiced those disagreements. Not a big fan of the Iran War. Not a big fan of how they handle the Epstein stuff.

Okay. But this is the civilizational battle that will determine whether my children can be Americans and live in a safe, prosperous, clean nation. We're not. And so to that end, there are so many victories. The administration is taking it extremely seriously. We've witnessed it ourselves with the locking up or deportation of people who've terrorized my children and my family. And so we're eternally grateful. And we'll ride or die with Trump, with the coming Vance Guard administration,

and with those who are here to assist in this, the preservation of Western civilization and Americana, the American Empire. Ladies and gentlemen, one of those people is James Comer. And I apologize for the mistake here. I'll apologize to James Comer. I did not know that we had moved him up in the show, and it is what it is.

So we'll take whatever time we have with the chairman, live right now. Sorry, Mr. Chairman. I heard you were coming on at 11 at 40 and my apologies. Hey, I've enjoyed listening to you, Betty. I know you've got other things to do. And so maybe we can just give people a little, this is the white pill show.

So we're like trying to like galvanize as to like, what exactly are we doing here? What are we trying to save? And you've been one of those guys that have actually been fighting. And so maybe you can give like a bit of a vision cast for what Republican and oversight is going to be doing into the fall and into the midterm election cycle. We're still focused on waste, fraud, abuse.

We're looking squarely at the abuse in the social programs, Medicaid, SNAP, or what we used to call food stamps, the housing, transportation, any type of government program that would be considered in the realm of welfare. We're focused on that. We're not focused exclusively on Democrat states, but I'll be honest with you, Benny, that's where the overwhelming majority of the fraud happens. in Democrat states. So, you know, if we get a tip from a Republican state, we'll go in and look at that. But we're seeing success with the Vance task force on fraud. They're actually pushing the Department of Justice to actually prosecute people now with Todd Blanche's confirmation as Attorney General. It's already daylight and dark from the last Attorney General with respect to holding people accountable. So I think we're finally seeing the fruits of our labor with respect to going after people with welfare fraud and not just identifying it, but actually, number one, getting them removed from receiving government payments.

And number two, hopefully with Vance and Blanche taking the lead in this and holding them accountable by putting them in prison. Can you explain to me why somebody who's here illegally can have any access to any money anywhere? So the problem, this is the biggest problem with these government. programs. They're federally funded but administered through the states. So the governors get this money from Washington DC and it's not their own money. I feel like if it were state money, they would have a tighter grip on it, but it's federal money and it's going to to fraudsters and what we saw in Minnesota with Tim Walts and Keith Ellison. They don't care because the fraudsters are

actually their friends. They're the ones that donate to their campaigns and they're the ones that turn out in droves to help real elected Democrat machine in Minnesota and in California. So they kind of turned a blind eye. What we found and what made the Minnesota investigation so successful is that there were good state employees who, thank God, were registered Democrats, most of, most of whom were registered Democrats. They blew the whistle and they admitted under oath.

We brought them in for depositions. They have been trying to warn the Waltz and Ellison administration for years. that this fraud was happening. But both Tim Walms and Keith Allison didn't want to do anything about it because they don't want to rock the boat. I mean, this, you know, primarily Somali fraud, it wasn't exclusively with Somali. There were white people committing fraud. There were other nationalities going on, but a lot of Somali nationals that were committing fraud. They, they're big donors and voters in Minnesota.

So they didn't want to do anything about it. Thankfully, and I give Vance a lot of credit for this, there are people now that are being, being prosecuted for these crimes. And I think when you prosecute people, that makes people think two or three times before they continue to defraud the welfare programs. I think the single greatest prosecution that could happen in arguably my lifetime in American history would be the prosecution of Ilhan Omar just to send a signal that you're not allowed to do this from such a high position, right? Because so many of these people, nobody knows who they are. They can't even pronounce their names.

Do you believe that Ilhan Omar committed fraud? I think that her husband committed fraud, and I believe that, you know, the ethics committee, waiting on the ethics committee is like waiting on the U.S. Senate to do anything. Our rules in Congress say only the ethics committee can investigate other members, because we rolled in on Omar, because it's not a complicated investigation. You saw her financial disclosure form, and the discrepancy was on a whiner. in Minnesota and a couple of other projects where she had tried to get earmarks for things that would have benefited the Somali community that were already, that have already been identified in committing fraud in Minnesota. So, you know, it was, it was not going to be a complicated investigation, but Hakeem Jeffrey started raising teetotal hell because he said,

the rules say you can't, the oversight can't investigate members of Congress, only the Ethics Committee. So we had to turn it over the Ethics Committee. And again, And they're about as quick as the U.S. Senate at getting anything done. So the Department of Justice, Benny, the Department of Justice is investigating. I do know from the Blanche Department of Justice, they are investigating the entire Omar family. So that's what's been breadcrumbed out to us, right? Live on stage with Tom Homan, he said, wait and see, this is all happening. The gears turn slowly.

J.D. Vance told us straight to our faces. she committed immigration fraud. Maybe you could like take a step back and explain like what, what would happen here if Ilhan Omar was actually prosecute, you know, if this would be quite a, I mean, that'd be quite a day, right? Like if they actually actioned this. Yeah, I mean, you're seeing a lot of members of Congress and former members of Congress that have gotten in trouble in the department.

You should have seen Eric Swalwell now. You know, they just apprehended his phone and laptop. And what we believe he was doing was with the Chinese spy and some other things. So you've got members of Congress that this Department of Justice is now zeroed in on. And from everything that I'm reading and everything that I've been told, Omar is one of those in the crosshairs. So maybe, I mean, you know Eric Swalwell, right? He was on your committee. No, he wasn't on my committee, thank you.

Was he not? Okay. He was on Jim Jordan's committee. Got it. But you saw him melting down about the ducks and the cats and the memes and, you know, making this, you know, I think he crapped his pants on MSNBC. You know, it sucks. And he ate a lot of Taco Bell. He kept making videos, me eating Taco Bell. And he has all those horrible stuff has been said about him.

And, you know, his career is destroyed. But things can always get worse is something that you learn. in this business. And what do you think happened with those federal agents? I mean, eight federal agents wouldn't surround him in an airport and confiscate all of his devices if there wasn't something big going on, Mr. Chairman. I never saw the intelligence file on him. I don't have access to that. But Kevin McCarthy, when he was Speaker of the House, did and said it was bad. He said that many times. I'm not saying anything that I'm not supposed to say. He's done interviews and said it was bad. He said it publicly. So I'm glad that the Department of Justice has taken

that seriously now. You can't have members of Congress who are compromised by foreign agents, which one would assume that possibility existed with Swalwell. Obviously, he gets due process and he's innocent until proven guilty. But according to things that Kevin McCarthy said when he was speaker about the reason. Remember, McCarthy kicked him off the Intelligence Committee, if you'll remember, that when he was speaker, he kicked, which has never been done before, he kicked him off because he was, in Kevin McCarthy's words, a national security threat because of a relationship with a Chinese spy. We now learn that your best friend, one of your old college buddies, Jack Smith, that he's the

guy who let him off the hook here. I mean, I just couldn't believe it. I was just like, how incestuous this world, Mr. Chairman. So is Jack Smith, am I reading this correctly, that like had Eric Swalwell dead to rights, according to just the news, and they go through and they detail how Eric Swalwell was getting placements in his office from the communist Chinese, from Fang Fang. And they assumed that that was a pay for play. And obviously, like a threat to national intelligence, he has a classified clearance. And that means members of his office could have access to this information. and it was Jack Smith who let him skate.

Nothing happened. What's that about? I read the story that John Solomon wrote about that. So it's not surprising based on what Kevin McCarthy said. I think there's always been frustration that after Kevin McCarthy made that declaration, again, remember that Congress can't investigate. Only the ethics committee can investigate until members, what would be hard for the ethics committee to investigate

Swalwell is ethics committee doesn't have access, doesn't have security clearance. I don't have, I didn't have the same security clearance that Eric Swawa had because he was on the Intel Committee. So it has to be the Department of Justice to do anything. So I feel like McCarthy was screaming to the top of his lungs. And that was during the first Trump administration that the Department of Justice needs to come in and check this out. Well, now this Trump administration is. I think Todd Blanche is going to be an attorney general more like the people that you and I communicate with want to see somebody that's going to hold deep state actors accountable for bad behavior. A real bulldog. That's exactly right. We've seen that. Have you been satisfied? I mean, you've come on here a couple times pretty upset about the way that the Justice Department works. Have you been satisfied with Todd Blanche?

It's a significant improvement from the last one. I'll put it like that. Now, what about a significant improvement for Democrats' chances in 28? Your gal-pal, AOC, she's going to run, Mr. Chairman. I've said that a long time ago. I went on Hannity's show a long time ago, and I predicted that she would be a major force in the Democrat presidential election. And she is. She's polling at the top right now.

You know, the bad thing about this whole deal with AOC is she's leading a movement. And remember, the Make America Great Again. was a movement of frustrated disgruntled people, but they were hard working, tax paying, God-fearing people that led this movement that elected Trump. I see the same kind of movement, but they're young people that believe socialism is the answer. And I don't know what's happening in the kids that are going to certain universities. I mean, it's not just the Ivy League schools. It's not just the Atlantic Coast schools and the Pacific Coast. We've got schools in Kentucky where we're kids go and they're from good conservative families and they come home and they're, you know,

just, just socialist. I mean, there's no other way to say it. So there's a, there's a huge movement out there that should be concerning to everybody. It's not a movement to drain the swamp. It's not a movement, you know, to like the Tea Party movement to cut spending. It's a movement to enact socialism them because they believe that, you know, that the system's rigged, that, you know, young people don't have a chance. And you're thinking about it. They're graduating from college with all this student let. That's all this student debt. That's because of the Democrat policies.

The Democrat policies that encourage everybody to go to college. And a lot of people that go to college shouldn't go to college. They should, you know, go to community college. They should go to technical school. They should get a skill. and they're getting worthless degrees from college with all this debt. And then the college say, oh, my God, look at all this debt you got. You'll never be able to make it.

You know, the system's rigged. You need to have socialism in place to take from the rich and give to the poor and let the government balance it out. Let the government tell you, you know, where you can buy your food and how much food you can eat and, you know, where you can go on vacation. That's the movement that she's leading. And it's not a majority, but it's something that I think we should be concerned about. And I honestly, Benny saw it coming about six years ago.

And here she is. And, you know, she's polling 15 to 18 percent. That's a lot. It's a lot. Has she told you? I mean, she's the inheritor of the Bernie Sanders movement. That was a very powerful movement. That movement, I think, in a fair fight, beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

No question. rigged it to get Hillary to be the nominee. They took it from Bernie Sanders. That is a fact. And I think that Bernie Sanders would admit to that. So that's a power that and that's a force before Donald Trump. And so now we've had two terms of Trump and the Democrat Party self-immolate. And so I think it's very powerful. I'm telling I I keep telling people it's going to be it's going to be a has she told you she's going to run. No. She she was on my committee and we, we, have a cordial relationship. I just don't agree with her on anything.

But I respect that she's got a huge social media following and that she's the leader of a movement. I mean, there's probably no member of Congress that I would define as the leader of a movement. I mean, there's people in Congress that I think have a great chance to be president like Ted Cruz and some people like that. But she's leading a movement. And we should be very concerned because I don't think this movement is. the answer to the problems we have in America.

I think it's only going to pour fuel on the fire. The theme of the show is getting Republicans, keeping Republicans in power through the midterms. Final question, can you just vision cast for us? What Republicans will be doing in the next Congress? If we maintain Congress, if we keep these chairmanships, if you keep the oversight committee, what are you going to be looking into? If we keep the oversight committee with the momentum we have with J.D. Vance's task force on fraud with Todd Blanche now taking control of the department

judges, you're going to see a whole lot more prosecutions of people that are committing welfare fraud, defrauding Medicare, which isn't welfare, but Medicaid, a lot of the SNAP benefits, housing, transportation, every form of public assistance that's federally funded but sent to the states to be administered. There's massive amounts of fraud. And we're just now getting a handle on it. And if the Democrats win control, they will drop those investigations on fraud, Benny and just focus on trying to impeach Trump.

That's their sole purpose. They don't have an agenda. They're not campaigning other than the ones like AOC or campaigning on socialism. Most Democrats in Congress are just campaigning on we're going to impeach Trump. We know that that's going to happen because we've seen it happen. we've seen this movie before. And I guess it does. Ultimately, it ends up helping Trump in the end because he can hold up the whole acquitted thing, you know, in the Washington Post.

But you'd hate to see the lost inertia. You'd hate to see the lost energy. So thank you. I hope that we'll see you at the GOP convention in Texas. Ladies and gentlemen, what happened with Tyler Robinson and the judge last night ruled that Tyler Robinson will be facing the death penalty. He will be facing capital murder charges. He, the judge agreed to the capital murder charges and has signed off on all seven charges for Tyler Robinson.

Those seven charges include, pull this up right here, a, I'm sorry, ALX. Can you please send me the charges listed out? I thought that we had them. The reason why the capital murder charge, the aggravated murder charge is so important is that it's an accelerated charge that compounds onto the others that allow for a death penalty sentence to be considered by a jury. Aramment comes next, then a jury, and then that jury will decide. if Tyler Robinson lives or dies. Aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, committed violent offense in the presence of a child. Here are your counts.

Thank you very much. So the judge agreed to all of them, didn't throw any of them out, and then agreed to the accelerated charges that allow for, ironically, murder by firing squad in murder by firing. squad in the state of Utah, one of the few states that allow for that. So I guess that would be a bit of justice. I'm not exactly sure I'd call it that because Erica will be a widow forever. Charlie's children will be orphans without their father. And that is a profound cruelty and injustice for life.

And so we just ask for prayers for the Kirk's. We speak out against the people, the Charlie Kirk Industrial Complex, who have tried to monetize all of this in the most ghoulish and evil and destructive thing that I've ever seen in my time. I know I started the show off, talking about the people who have had their brains broken,

who are constantly fighting against our movement, fighting to free Tyler Robinson or fighting to destroy Maga, to break up the coalition, to smash it, or to smash us, destroy our families, come after us. Anybody who's even close to Trump sees the full withering weight of the destruction that can be wrought by these,

I don't know what they are. Lost souls getting paid, I'm not sure. I don't know. I don't know. but I know that it is the greatest single loss of political energy that I will ever witness. After Charlie's death, there was a unified 100 million plus Americans that were ready to go on a righteous crusade against the radical left and the violent left. and immediately voices from inside of our movement began to rip apart that coalition.

And tear at Charlie's legacy, his family, to cede into the minds, these soft minds and broken minds of people, to be quite honest with you. And I'm not criticizing anybody. COVID did break the brains of a lot of people, but also our federal government. Unfortunately, President Trump and his team have inherited a federal government that has just constantly lied to us for the last, probably for all existence, but certainly for the last hundred years. The USS Maine explosion, that was a lie. That was an op. Pearl Harbor was a lie, right? They knew what they were doing. They knew that they were getting us into war and they needed a moment and event like that.

The Kennedy assassination was a lie. The Gulf of Tonkin was a lie. It starts a vehicle. Weapons of mass destruction, Gulf War I, Gulf War I, II. These are lies. Coming up on the anniversary of September 11th, there are just too many failures that happened in perfect sequence for me to believe that there wasn't some type of operation going on behind the scenes.

And I do fundamentally believe that because I've seen the documents. You can see the documents. You can see them out of Guantanamo Bay. They've done interviews with these people. The hijackers are allowed into our country, right? Allowed to train. And are from Saudi Arabia. Not from Iraq or Afghanistan.

What's going on? Did we learn any lessons? Oh, the guy who's running for Senate in Michigan, his mom funded Osama bin Laden. So no, no. Michigan might put that guy in the Senate. So no, we've learned zero lessons for many of this. COVID, January 6th, there have been too many ops. So people's brains have gotten broken.

But I would just caution you, that doesn't mean that everything is a lie. That doesn't mean that everything is a conspiracy. They don't deal in absolutes, right? SIF. Not every single thing is some type of 4D nine-dimensional federal conspiracy. Some things are. I would appeal to everybody to use their brains to look at the evidence and to see what has been presented before you. And then to recognize that the people in Charlie Kirk's corner who have been presenting evidence, the prosecution, who the evidence that they presented is empirical, demonstrable.

Tyler Robinson did admit to killing Charlie Kirk eight times in his own writings. his roommate, his transgender roommate, did affirm that he cried in his arms and admitted to killing Charlie Kirk. His parents turned him in. I think honestly that's the thing that gets me. I'm a parent. No parent would turn their innocent child in for murder. No, sorry.

I don't care what all the forces of Israel, all the forces of the deep state, couldn't get you to turn your innocent child in for murder. that they didn't commit, march into the police station, to a certain firing squad or the end of their lives. And I sat in that courthouse with Tyler Robinson. I have never seen anybody more emaciated, sallow, bony. It's terrible. So sickly.

And I'm just asking people to use their brain. Yes, there is footage of him wandering the campus and stalking the campus. Yes, there's footage of him on the rooftop. Yes, you can see him in a prone position over Charlie Kirk. The entire defense admits all of this. They admit that it's Tyler Robinson in the security footage. I can't believe we were attacked for that. Everyone was so retarded.

Well, like, why? Why were we attacked for it? We were telling the truth. Everybody, we were telling the truth. The people who were attacking us are liars. And that's been proven because the prosecution presented all this evidence, and the defense didn't punch a hole in any of it. Never once have they said that it was fake.

Never once they say that Tyler Robinson was at a steakhouse somewhere and couldn't be there. That is not him. In the surveillance video, in fact, they say the opposite. They say it is him. Yes, that's him. Yes, he was walking around with a barrel shoved down the front of his pants, a firearm on campus. Yes, that was him. they openly say it.

Here's the filings. You can see the filings from the actual defense team. Admitting that it's Tyler Robinson. Mr. Robinson entering and exiting the campus parking structures four times on September 10th, 2025, twice before the shooting, once at the time of the shooting. Vehicles seen matching Mr. Robinson's on campus. Mr. Robinson went to the amphitheater and spoke to. representatives. This Robinson went to a chick-fil-A. This Robinson left campus a second time.

This is from the actual defense team. Do you guys not have it? No? Okay. So I'm just asking you, I'm not saying that the federal government isn't capable of lying or deceiving all of us. I'm saying that it's time to use our brains. And it's also never time to torture a innocent woman and her children and her family. And that is what's been going on. It's been happening in a much smaller degree to our family and to other families around the country. It's been happening at maximum effort to Erica and her children. It's time for that.

Not only is it like, of course, immoral and indefensible, but it is also antithetical to the commandments of God when it comes to widows. And so we're thankful that the judge got it right here. We pray that we hasten the actual trial and pray for justice. And we are thankful for the Trump administration for delivering justice to those who would be torturous, tormenting, terrorizing American families. We've seen the Trump administration step up and do that for us or hundreds of thousands of others as the deportations rise into the millions. billions and keep going. That is the single most important reason for me to vote for Republicans in the terms. It's the best motivator that you can get. Ladies and gentlemen, I invest with
