Starting point is 00:00:00 Today is Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, and Joe Biden announces his run for re-election in meh video. Tucker Carlson's exit from Fox News was pushed from the inside. We have the full story. It will shock you. CNN calls Don Lemon fake news after kicking him out the door. And Mike Cernovich, one of the smartest men that we know, joins the show to talk all about it. My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. Why do we do this show? Why does any of this matter? What's the point?
Starting point is 00:00:32 We're like building and brawling and trying as hard as we can to make a little company here and to create a new ecosystem. Why? Why does it matter? Why does Tucker Carlson matter? Why does Joe Biden and what he plans on doing to this country, which is very scary, and wait until you see this video that he just released. Why does all does it matter? Why does Tucker Carlson matter? Why does Joe Biden and what he plans on doing to this country, which is very scary and wait till you see this video that he just released. Why does all of it matter? Well, if you're watching this right now and you're a parent, you know why I am. Here's my kids. These are my children. This is me without glasses because my one year old there likes to rip them off my face and chuck them onto the floor.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Maybe she's Greek. Maybe she's mazel toving. Who knows? Ladies and gentlemen, this is why I do what I do. I do it so that my kids can, at the very least, have the same quality of life that I inherited because my parents and grandparents fought for me. And how will I protect my children? Well, I'll work really hard, but even hard work can't protect my kids from some forces inside of our society that wants to destroy them. That is why I endorse the Freedom Academy. Freedom Project Academy was built on Judeo-Christian values and classical curriculum. They are dedicated to the mastery in the subject matter, in teaching kids how to think, not what to think. What you put inside of your kids' heads will affect them for the rest of their lives. So ladies and gentlemen, I want to make sure that all of the work that I do as a parent is not undone by some pink haired lizard person
Starting point is 00:01:50 who thinks that they know better than me and know better than the age old timeless values that I have instilled in my child. It is the toughest, hardest work I will do and it is why I do this to this very single day. Ladies and gentlemen, you can also enroll your children in the Freedom Academy. Save 10% on tuition when you enroll today. Freedomforschool.com. That's freedomforschool.com. While you're there, you can check out all their courses, their teachers,
Starting point is 00:02:17 their preview videos. Ladies and gentlemen, you can see all of this in a free informational packet they'll send right to your door. We cannot afford to hand over our generation to the left. Freedomforschool.com. Freedomforschool.com. They are our most precious assets. And as I've often said, we can outbreed the left because, you know, we're attractive and are having kids and actually have functional, good, decent, happy lives. That's what parents are made out of. Outbreed the libs. But that's a totally different subject matter. Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who, well, has failed as a father and has failed as a guiding light and has failed as really any type of a mentor or a role model for any child that he's not behind sniffing, driving his old syphilitic
Starting point is 00:03:04 nose into the back of their hair is Joe Biden. Joe Biden this morning announced that he's not behind sniffing, driving his old syphilitic nose into the back of their hair is Joe Biden. Joe Biden this morning announced that he will be running for president again. He released this video very strangely because you just you think if you were really proud of your record and proud as president of the United States that you would have, you know, done a rally, called some people to the White House like Donald Trump did, brought people into maybe a swing state somewhere and filled an arena and really given a Roomba bish boom bang speech, right? This is what you do in retail politics, right? Nope. Not Joe Biden. Joe Biden released a TikTok video. We're not joking. Joe Biden released a video shot in the TikTok style and shot in the TikTok aspect ratio in order to announce his
Starting point is 00:03:55 2024 presidential run. It is incredibly embarrassing. It is also being panned right now by the corporate press. I think it's important to play you the reaction to this video first by Joe Biden's biggest cheerleaders who are saying, nobody wanted this. And this is deeply, deeply underwhelming. And then we'll play you the full video and we'll react along with you to that video. First and foremost, here's what the reaction was from the corporate media, from MSNBC anchors to Joe Biden's 6 a.m. announcement release video. So he released this at 6 a.m. Eastern Standard Time this morning. This is not what normal people do.
Starting point is 00:04:34 This again, none of this is normal. None of this is healthy. you have some reason to encourage people to run again and vote for you again and to coalesce around you and your message. You don't release a video on a Tuesday at 6 a.m. in the morning in a TikTok aspect ratio. But there's so many problems with this video. We'll detail them all for you very quickly here. But first and foremost, Joe Biden's biggest Praetorian Guard protectors are saying uh this ain't it joe to that the president faces is this kind of meh attitude from democrats here 70 of all americans including 51 of democrats so more than half of democrats say they just don't want to see him run again okay so uh they're saying we don't want to see you run again expect some very exciting stuff to happen in the in the in the coming months and in the coming years as Joe Biden tries again to run for president, I guess, from his basement.
Starting point is 00:05:35 That's the plan. Joe Biden didn't give any public statements about his run for president again. He released a damn video. Now, I think that there is a coalition of people inside the Democrat Party that really don't want Joe Biden to run. They don't want the Muppets that actually run Joe Biden, the people who the shadow campaign that is actually president because Barack Obama's actually president. Susan Susan Rice is actually president. Susan Rice just left the White House in order to go run for president again. These are the people who are actually in charge, the managerial class. They run Joe Biden as an old dementia riddled, poopy pants, Muppet. Full depends, head full of applesauce, not there, not with it, not able to deliver a speech,
Starting point is 00:06:19 not able to speak the English language. And we ain't trying to call names here. We've literally detailed the fact that Joe Biden is in deep and abiding cognitive and mental decline. But that's perfect if you don't actually have to run for office. My ultimate takeaway here before we show you this announcement video, and this all ties in actually to Tucker Carlson's firing at Fox News. Watch. I will show you how it all ties into Tucker Carlson's firing at Fox News. The point is to not go viral. Put America to sleep. No longer have people effectuated and interested in what's going on behind the scenes. It's much easier to do criminal activity in the dark. It's much easier if you have people in the dark. If there are people who are shining a
Starting point is 00:07:02 spotlight from some of the hottest, brightest spotlights on the criminals, the uniparty Republicans make up half of them, the uniparty criminals, the people who are getting us into Ukraine, the deep state apparatchiks. If you are revealing what they are doing, then you start waking people up and they go, my God, what the hell is this country we're living in? This isn't America. This is an America with a coup d'etat. This is a this is a different country than I thought it was. Everything is a lie. So they need to lull you to sleep. They didn't want this to make big news. They don't want Joe Biden to make big news. He's a perfect candidate because no one really cares about him. They don't want him. And that's the feature, not the bug.
Starting point is 00:07:51 The purpose, when you have ballot harvesting every state that you need to win, when you have these ballot harvesting machines, millions of dollars of dark money flowing in, Joe Biden doesn't have to win Wisconsin. You'll just harvest the ballots. Carrie Lake is running. She was 17 points ahead on ding dong Katie Hobbs in Arizona. Katie Hobbs didn't need to campaign. She didn't need to debate. She didn't need to expose herself at all. She didn't campaign. They had a mechanism in place in order to hoover up all the ballots necessary because ballot harvesting is legal and because they can just go through the apartment buildings. That's how it works. It's actually better for them to just not campaign under this system. That's the world we're heading into. So expect a lot more Joe Biden's expect a lot more announcement videos like this. And this all is a through line directly to Tucker Carlson's firing. And I can explain to you exactly how
Starting point is 00:08:55 this is Joe Biden's announcement video. Freedom. Personal freedom is fundamental to who we are as Americans. There's nothing more important, nothing more sacred. That's been the work of my first term, to fight for our democracy. This shouldn't be a retribution. To protect our rights, to make sure that everyone in this country is treated equally, and that everyone is given a fair shot at making it.
Starting point is 00:09:33 But you know, around the country, MAGA extremists are lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms, cutting social security that you've paid for your entire life while cutting taxes for the very wealthy, dictating what healthcare decisions women can make, banning books, and telling people who they can love, all while making it more difficult for you to be able to vote.
Starting point is 00:09:54 When I ran for president four years ago, I said we're in a battle for the soul of America. And we still are. The question we're facing is whether in the years ahead, we have more freedom or less freedom. More rights or fewer. I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too. This is not a time to be complacent.
Starting point is 00:10:21 That's why I'm running for re-election. Enough. Okay, enough. I'm sorry that I had, I pained you all with all that. I felt like since this is all you'll get from Joe Biden, it was we might we might as well talk about it. There's a through line here to Tucker Carlson. Ladies and gentlemen, let me let me let me pivot here to Tucker. There's a through line here to Tucker Carlson and why Tucker Carlson was fired on the eve of this video. Now, why exactly would that be? Why would Tucker Carlson and why Tucker Carlson was fired on the eve of this video. Now, why exactly would that be? Why would Tucker Carlson be fired on the eve, literally hours before Joe Biden announces? Let's talk about this. And let's look at the details and the information that we know right now about Tucker and about possibly the most watched show in my lifetime in cable news. In Joe Biden's announcement video, he uses the iconography from January 6th, not once,
Starting point is 00:11:12 not twice, but three times. Three. January 6th, something that happened nearly four years ago, something that is of extreme moral repute when it comes to the American electorate. Poll after poll after poll shows people want everyone to move on from that. Poll after poll after poll shows that Republicans, conservatives are highly skeptical of federal involvement in that day. And there was one man, one man who called out the lies, who got the security footage and who put everything on the line to tell the truth about what happened on that day, to crash and to crack and to create an earthquake for the narrative, the fraud that was being sold to you about that day on January 6th.
Starting point is 00:12:07 That one man's name is Tucker Carlson. He put everything on the line. Tucker Carlson, in a multi-day special, it went on for three nights, went through lie after lie after lie and knocked down, destroyed forever the official fraudulent narrative of January 6th. And little did I know sitting here in my position, and I'll explain to you my connection with Tucker Carlson in a second. how much that resonated inside of the controlling class, the managerial class, who need a national crisis in order to implement and to crush a movement that stands between them and total control of this country. Little did we know while we were watching Tucker Carlson that we were watching history. Now, we've shown you the ratings. Tucker Carlson dominated. He had six times the viewers of CNN that night. He had five times the viewers of MSNBC that night. Tucker Carlson destroyed in the ratings. But more importantly, he broke something far more esoteric and ethereal in our country. He broke the connection of trust that you might have
Starting point is 00:13:28 with federal narratives and federal law enforcement. He smashed that. The new BMO VI Porter MasterCard is your ticket to more. More perks. More points. More flights. Starting point is 00:14:04 Into oblivion. And he did so by doing reports like this. Dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed in outlandish costume who led the violent insurrection to overthrow American democracy. For these crimes, Chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison, far more time than many violent criminals now receive. What did Jacob Chansley do to receive this punishment? To this day, there is dispute over how Chansley got into the Capitol building.
Starting point is 00:14:33 But according to our review of the internal surveillance video, it is very clear what happened once he got inside. Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape. The tapes show that Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his tour guides. Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber. Capitol Police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him.
Starting point is 00:15:01 We counted at least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley. Not one of them even tried to slow him down. Chansley understood that Capitol Police were his allies. Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate. Watch. Contrast the reality of what Jacob Chansley Thank you, Heavenly Father, for paying the inspiration needed to these police officers to allow us into the building. Contrast the reality of what Jacob Chansley did in the Capitol building on January 6th. Oh, got it. OK. So the guy who's scoring earth shattering ratings, the guy who's actually attracting, doing the impossible, attracting young people to cable news. You can see the ratings here.
Starting point is 00:15:47 We have the ratings card. You don't have to just hear it from me, who's a huge Tucker Carlson fan and somebody who's worked with and for Tucker Carlson in my career and who has Tucker Carlson to thank as not only a mentor, but as somebody who has been good to me. Don't take my word for it. Look at Nielsen. Look at the cable news ratings. This is for Tucker Carlson's January 6th reporting, which not a single person has said was false or that Tucker did anything wrong here. Tucker Carlson, 4.1 million people, 500,000, the key demo. That's key demo, meaning young people, meaning the people that advertisers want to reach. Tucker Carlson, these were regular numbers for him. He hovered around 3 million.
Starting point is 00:16:32 Tucker Carlson was the dominant force, a cultural icon, and a generational talent inside of that cable news hosting chair. Tucker Carlson had worked his entire life to get there and had done 10 years at Fox News. And then out of nowhere, in the wee hours of the morning, Tucker Carlson on Monday morning got noticed that he had been fired. A decision that was made the Saturday night before by the higher ups directly by the Murdoch family. We are learning at Fox News and he was fired in part for his reporting on January 6th. We are now learning, according to the Los Angeles Times, according to Post Millennial. Tucker Carlson pushed out at his own network.
Starting point is 00:17:24 He was the king of cable. He was the most watched, highest rated, most culturally iconic cable news host of my lifetime. You heard people talk about Tucker Carlson's monologues. People would wake up in the morning and discuss his monologues. My wife and I, who have multiple little kids and have a very busy schedule, and we're trying to build our own media company here, my wife and I would stop everything to tune in at 8 p.m. every single night. We are the demographic that does not tune into anything. I don't watch live sporting events, but we would tune into Tucker Carlson for the last four or five years. We would stop our lives on a dime to turn on Tucker.
Starting point is 00:18:15 Literally everything paused in my household just to hear Tucker's monologue, if anything, because it was so powerful, impactful and important. Not only that, Tucker Carlson was the face of Fox News's streaming platform, which was the entire hook into the next generation. Get them to sign up for a streaming platform. Get a new avenue of revenue. Cable news revenues are declining. Viewership, overall viewership is declining. So use Tucker Carlson to do a podcast, to do a documentary series. You can go on Fox Nation right now, and the entire brand of Fox Nation is built around Tucker Carlson. So why the hell would you get rid of a guy like that? But especially in a way that insults his audience, that doesn't give Tucker Carlson the long goodbye that he deserved, that doesn't give him even a chance to sign off.
Starting point is 00:19:01 He was kicked off without a chance to say goodbye to those loyal viewers what a vicious insult this is a bud light i can destroy my company and my loyal customers faster than anyone and fox news says hold my beer this. Why is this happening? Well, let me begin by saying that I've done a lot of research on this over the last 24 hours. I have been obsessed with this. I know Tucker Carlson. I've worked for Tucker Carlson. I've worked with Tucker Carlson. He is a friend. He is someone who is a, I'd like to call him a mentor. That's probably being too generous. I'm just blessed to be able to see in the way that the man operates behind the scenes. I want to state that none of what I'm about to tell you is directly from Tucker.
Starting point is 00:19:56 None of what I'm about to tell you comes directly from him. Okay. I've reached out, but Tucker hasn't been talking to a lot of people right now. I've reached out. This Tucker hasn't been talking to a lot of people right now. I've reached out. This isn't directly from him. This is from my connections to that world and to my understanding of the ecosystem that is happening right now. And what I'm about to tell you isn't public knowledge, but it will be, I think, soon. And I think I know what's happening here.
Starting point is 00:20:21 And I think it's a little more clear-cut than people try and make it out okay so first off what's not happening here what's not happening here is that chuck schumer and aoc are getting what they wanted okay this is what's not happening. What's not happening is that beleaguered old dusty Chuck Schumer shuffles down to the Senate floor, makes comments like this, and then Fox News listen to him and go, oh, yes, absolutely, Chuck. Watch. These lies continue tonight. Rupert Murdoch, who has admitted they were lies and said he regretted it, has a special obligation to stop Tucker Carlson from going on tonight now that he's seen how he has perverted and slimed the truth and from letting him go on again and again and again.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Not because their views deserve such opprobrium, but because our democracy depends on it. OK, so it's so painful. That was like that was like a 15 second clip. Like, oh, isn't it like grueling to listen to Chuck Schumer speak? This is not because Chuck Schumer called for it. Mark my words, OK? I'm hearing this from people on the inside. This is not because Democrats were able to cancel Tucker Carlson, although they did give them a win. So Fox News did give the left a massive win. And you cannot debate that on this issue. And you should never forgive in Washington, D.C. It certainly ain't because of AOC. AOC was calling for Tucker Carlson to be deplatformed this weekend. And just like AOC is like single cell amoeba brain, like she's, of course, going to then suddenly think that it's because of her.
Starting point is 00:22:18 It was because she's Captain Marvel. She just said she spoke. She spake it into existence. Listen to AOC. Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. Couldn't have happened to a better guy. What I will say, though, is while I'm very glad that the person that was arguably responsible for some of the largest, driving some of the most amounts of death villains like hand reemerge out to grip grip over like the end of a building or something. But deep platforming works and it is important. And there you go.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Good things can happen. Yes, you're right, AOC, because you sent tweets and because you sat down for an interview There you go. Good things can happen. Mark my words, it's not because of them. It's not because they called for it. Tucker Carlson has been through worse. Let me tell you what. Tucker Carlson has been through much worse as it pertains to trying to be canceled and hit jobs on Tucker. It was partly due to his reporting on January 6th, but for a reason that is not being announced to you right now. Why would Fox News get rid of their most iconic host, the host that they have built their entire platform around, the longevity of their platform, their streaming service? They tied it all to Tucker. Why? There's two reasons. There's two reasons,
Starting point is 00:24:27 and they are harmonious, and they should give you a little bit of hope, and they should help you understand this current moment. Reason number one, Fox News is going to sell. That's what I believe. I believe that Fox News is preparing to sell. Why do I believe that? Ladies and gentlemen, the average Fox News viewer is 68 years old. Tucker Carlson wasn't going to change that. Tucker Carlson was an important aspect of driving Fox News potentially into the future. But there comes a point where you have to sit back as a business and say, actually, this isn't working. Consider the way that media changes. Cable news demographics have been declining for my entire life. For my entire life,
Starting point is 00:25:14 people have stopped watching, have stopped watching in mass cable news. People are getting news from different platforms now. But more importantly, that has been accelerated exponentially up to the year 2016. What happened in 2016? Donald Trump. Donald Trump got elected and gave new zombie-like life, like a brain fungus that infects an already dead person, a zombie-like life to cable news, where cable news actually thought, because people were returning to watch the Trump show, which was very entertaining, which I liked watching, they thought that they actually had returning viewers. It was fake. It was false.
Starting point is 00:25:52 Their viewers are collapsing. Their demographic is collapsing. And their medium is going the way of the dinosaur. It's like being the king of the white pages advertisements. You remember when you were young and a phone book would be delivered to your house a couple times a year, a phone book, a physical book, and you could advertise inside of that book. And there were people who made a mint being the kings of those advertisements. Where are they today? Well, I hope they sold their business in 2001 when they were still printing those books, because if they tried to sell their business in 2007,
Starting point is 00:26:22 then they would go bankrupt. Fox News is looking at the demographics and looking at the arena and saying, we better offload Fox. And what I mean by Fox News is News Corp that owns Fox News. We better offload this asset while it still has value. And how do they offload an asset like that? Well, one, to sell, you must settle all lawsuits. So that kind of explains Fox settling with Dominion, doesn't it? Then Tucker Carlson has some extremely frivolous lawsuits that have been brought against him.
Starting point is 00:26:53 This is just natural. This doesn't mean Tucker Carlson did anything wrong. This is natural for people with high profiles. Frivolous lawsuits have been brought against Tucker, and the best way to get rid of those is actually to just have Tucker decamp. More importantly, also in the near term, that means that some advertisers will return to this time slot. Tucker Carlson was the victim of some very successful ad boycotts. And Fox News may make a little extra coin in the near term without Tucker being on the program. That's just the dollars and cents of it. I don't like it as much as you do, but the left is very good at organizing people against media personalities.
Starting point is 00:27:30 So that's Fox News' perspective on all of this. And it is actually belied by somebody who used to have that time slot. This theory is proven correct by a piece of media that was broadcast last night by Bill O'Reilly on another cable news platform. Bill O'Reilly actually detailed all of this and it made a ton of sense. Bill O'Reilly, of course, was kicked out of that time slot and Tucker Carlson got his job. So I feel like this commentary has some real weight. Watch. As every day in the TV news business, the producers of the Tucker Carlson program and all other news shows were having their morning meeting, laying out what was going to be on this evening. All right. In the middle of that meeting, they got word that
Starting point is 00:28:19 their host was not coming to work ever again. Carlson, because of the impending litigation, was harpooned this morning. Carlson didn't know. I mean, it wasn't like it was a discussion. Same thing with Lemon at CNN. He didn't know. It just happened. And that's the nature of television news, the most wicked industry in the United States of America. The most wicked industry in the United States of America.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Well, so that's one side saying it. The leftist side, you see Chris Cuomo there was fired by CNN and Bill O'Reilly was fired by Fox calling broadcast television the most wicked industry in America. and that is followed up by steve bannon let me show you both both perspectives here i try as hard as i can to at the very least show you the real content the real assets of what's going on let me show you steve bannon's take on this it's it echoes perfectly what's going on on a liberal network is now being echoed by steve bannon show. In case you're wondering if this is a verifiable fact, go. Because these guys play nothing but smash bros. The only way you're going to get their attention is to cut the TV off and watch anybody else. And I'm not saying you've got to come and watch Real America's Voice or War Room.
Starting point is 00:29:37 You pick it. Even, you know, go meditate. But don't watch that crap. And particularly don't buy anything that they're advertising. Let me repeat this. Am I being too subtle here? The Murdochs are foreigners and scumbags that hate this country. They've pruded again last night.
Starting point is 00:29:50 How could you not just pull him off the air with what he's done, but to show the lack of respect to the audience? And you've seen the whole thing of their deposition. They have no respect for the audience. The lack of respect for the audience that Tucker's built up. That is the most powerful audience in primetime. So. Steve Bannon and Bill O'Reilly and Chris Cuomo are all on the same team. Well, there must be something there. So what is there exactly? What about somebody else who was summarily the king of Fox News and then left to go start his own thing. What about a guy named Glenn Beck over at The Blaze, who's gone and made a very successful
Starting point is 00:30:30 career, leaving Fox News, being the number one rated host on Fox News? He was too controversial. And so then Glenn Beck left. Well, I've worked for Glenn Beck. I've worked very closely for Glenn Beck. I'll tell you what Glenn Beck told me personally in just a moment. listen to glenn beck's live reaction tell me if you see a theme here we would love to have you here you won't miss a beat and together two of us will tear it up just tear it up that would be fascinating and it would be i'm sure there's they're going to be quite a large
Starting point is 00:31:06 contingency of people trying to get that done i think that'll kill fox i i really do i i know so many people that you know still kind of like fox and they watch the other shows but they're like tucker's tucker is the only one that i really trust you lose t Tucker Carlson, I think that really kills them. Hey, have I reminded you to join the blaze? If you lose Tucker Carlson, that kills them, them being Fox News. Now, Glenn Beck, years ago, when I was in Glenn Beck's office, told me that the Murdochs who run Fox News, and Glenn Beck, of course, knows this because, well, Glenn Beck was the top ratedrated anchor at Fox News. They actually begged him to stay.
Starting point is 00:31:56 Glenn Beck left under somewhat similar circumstances where they were attempting – he had become very controversial, a bit of a headache for Fox. And it wasn't exactly the most harmonious parting. Glenn Beck told me that the Murdochs are leftists, that they're liberal. And we looked it up yesterday. You can go see that Rupert Murdoch's sons and Rupert Murdoch is in his 90s, 93, man, 93, same age as George Soros. I mean, Klaus Schwab, these guys are in their late 80s and 90s. One, why wouldn't you want to sell fox when it's still worth some money get that payout two does his kids even want to run fox you can be a liberal we have liberals on the show we've talked with that it's a fine fine whatever i ain't like knocking you but his
Starting point is 00:32:40 kids are leftists his kid donated james Murdoch donated twenty million dollars to Joe Biden. Did you know it donated twenty million dollars to Joe Biden's election campaign? Did you know that? This is the guy's son. So why would they want to run Fox? Why would they need Fox? Sell it, make the money while it's still worth something and do it without your most controversial. You got to get rid of your most controversial guys to make that sale work because you ain't going to be able to sell it with these guys that have these huge advertising boycotts and lawsuits out against them. It's a business decision. Just in case you're wondering, I'm not trying to I'm not trying to slam anyone here. Here's the article. You can read it for yourself.
Starting point is 00:33:27 The Murdochs donated $20 million to Biden. Well, well, well. There's your receipts. So here's a tweet from Jeremy Boring. He's the guy who runs the Daily Wire. Jeremy Boring co-founded the Daily Wire with Ben Shapiro. It's a funny tweet. Has Michael Scott in there. The check to science for 300 bucks.
Starting point is 00:33:45 A lot of people are asking, Tucker Carlson come to the Daily Wire. I suspect Tucker already has a plan. We'd break out a big novelty check if he doesn't. Jeremy Boring went on to say that he'd pay Tucker Carlson eight, I'm sorry, correction there, eight figures, nine figures to come to the Daily Wire. So we don't know exactly what Tucker Carlson makes. I think that the Tucker Carlson made six million when he first took the spot that was reported. And then there
Starting point is 00:34:09 were reports that he was making thirty five million. And here's where I get to here, ladies and gentlemen. This is where it all comes down for me. And this is where I've done my research. And this is where my inside knowledge will really come in and come into play for what's going to happen. Tucker Carlson looked out at the media landscape and said, why not me? Why is that guy named Jeremy Boring, this guy right there? Why is that Jeremy Boring guy, the guy in the king outfit with like the fur coat? Why is that guy at the Daily Wire pulling down $250 million a year? They're pulling down a quarter of a billion dollars a year. How the hell is that happening? And I'm Tucker Carlson over here working my ass off, doing the podcast, anchoring Fox into corporate Fox News, which is worth billions.
Starting point is 00:34:49 They saw a billion dollar loss when they fired Tucker Carlson, but they're worth multiple billions, of course. And they'd sell for billions. I'm sitting here working my tail off. Me, Tucker Carlson, I'm famous as hell. I got a real loyal audience. Why am I doing all this when I could just take a fraction of my audience and turn them into paying customers directly to me? Tucker Carlson brings on, think about this with me. Tucker Carlson brings on Candace Owens, who works for the Daily Wire. He brings on Matt Walsh all the time. Tucker Carlson brings on
Starting point is 00:35:21 people like Russell Brand. And if you go and you watch Russell Brand and Tucker Carlson's interview, Russell Brand went to Rumble. Russell Brand has his own thing that he built outside of the corporate ecosystem. Russell Brand was a famous Hollywood actor. And Tucker Carlson, whose typical interview style is very passive and like just sort of let someone talk. Tucker Carlson was really intense during that interview going, how the hell are you doing this?
Starting point is 00:35:44 Wait, so you just you just flip on a live switch And you get paid money for that? You do that independently And nobody tells you what to say And you can see the wheels turning in Tucker's head Going, wait, what? Tucker Carlson, I've done the math If Tucker Carlson pulls just a fraction
Starting point is 00:36:00 Of his three and a half million viewers Over to him A fraction You're talking 300,000 fraction of his three and a half million viewers over to him. A fraction. You're talking 300,000. Let's say he pulls 300,000. Rough math, cocktail napkin math here. He's making twice what he made at Fox News. If he was making $30 million a year at Fox News, Tucker Carlson can double it by bringing over 15% of what his audience was at Fox News. And so maybe what's happening here is a harmonious, maybe they're not lying to us for once. Maybe this is a harmonious departure. Tucker Carlson was too controversial.
Starting point is 00:36:36 They needed a non-controversial, Ken Dahl, out of a box Fox News host. Trust me, it'll be Will Kane. Will Kane will just get put in there to read off the prompter and then advertisers will return. They'll make a little extra money. They'll settle these lawsuits and then they can sell. It's actually a wise business decision. And I'm not standing here for Fox. I'm angry at Fox for doing this. The way that they did this was evil and dirty and wrong and insulting to longtime Tucker fans and allies like myself. From Tucker's perspective, why not go make $100 million a year doing your own thing that is uncancellable? We now have the ecosystem to do it.
Starting point is 00:37:13 I do it every single day to an incredibly much, to a much, much smaller degree. But then you can bring all those young, attractive viewers over to your own house and build it yourself. We do it. It's a lot of hard work, but it's fun. And it's great to be the owner of your own company and to have your own footprint and to be able to be like, no, I'm going to cover that. No, I'm going to cover this. No,
Starting point is 00:37:35 I'm going to listen to my audience. And we're going to do more. We're building an entire ecosystem here where you can communicate with me. I can communicate with you. I'm not in a box. I'm a real person and we can be connected. And that's what this is all about. And Tucker Carlson's sitting back and he's looking at all these Daily Wire people coming on the show. He's looking at Russell Brand coming on the show. He's looking at these Rumble people coming on the show.
Starting point is 00:37:56 He's looking at all these independent creators, the Tim Pools out there. And he's going, what the hell? What am I missing out on? And here's where my knowledge of Tucker Carlson comes into play. Final thing I'll say. Tucker Carlson is an entrepreneur. I worked at the Daily Caller. I was a writer for Tucker Carlson.
Starting point is 00:38:11 I worked at the Daily Caller. Tucker Carlson is an entrepreneur. He would be there late into the night working, writing. He would come in after his Fox News show and write and grind inside of the newsroom at the Daily Caller. One time I left with him late into the night and we shared an elevator and there were three Guatemalan women in the elevator, the cleaning crew. And those women, I'm not sure they knew exactly who Tucker was, but they knew he was famous. They recognized him. And in broken English, they asked him for a photo because they knew they were riding the elevator with a famous person. And Tucker Carlson stopped. And this is my one anecdote I'll share with you. Stopped and spoke with two of them, three of them, for like seven minutes. They could barely speak English. And Tucker Carlson asked them about their families, asked them where they came from, Guatemala. Asked them about the garbage cans
Starting point is 00:39:01 they were rolling around, the brooms, the dusty brooms, they were there to clean and scrub toilets. And Tucker Carlson stopped and spoke with them. Instead of rushing off to his black car to go meet with literally any powerful person he could have. We were in downtown D.C. Tucker Carlson could have commanded an interview in a conversation with the president of the United States, which was just three blocks away. And instead, Tucker Carlson was talking with three Guatemalan women that were there to scrub toilets. That's the kind of man he was and is, of course. And that's why it translates. The takeaway here is that people didn't watch Tucker Carlson because he was on Fox News. They didn't watch Tucker Carlson because he has the coveted 8 p.m. time
Starting point is 00:39:42 slot. People didn't watch Tucker Carlson because of a glossy, expensive advertising campaign, the best that can be put out by Madison Avenue, and Fox can certainly afford it. They watched Tucker Carlson because they are starving for truth. They watched Tucker Carlson because they are starving to have someone connect with them, relate with them, speak with them, assure them that everything's
Starting point is 00:40:06 going to be okay, or at the very least, we're not crazy for seeing the world the way that it is. That's the magic of Tucker. And he did that, but he did that inside of a box controlled by evil people. And so that is why I believe that Tucker Carlson's best days are ahead of him and not behind him. This is why Tucker Carlson was so successful on his show. This is why when Tucker Carlson did segments, they would go viral. Because this is when the segments go viral on cable news. That's all my company does is viral segments and nothing goes viral. But Tucker Carlson's the guy that said that he brought back to life Michael Jackson in the form of Nancy Pelosi.
Starting point is 00:40:47 You want to talk about virality and connecting with your audience. This is gold. So yesterday was Sunday. You may have found yourself on the couch idly flipping around the TV dial. And if you flipped far enough, you could have had the shock of your life. Michael Jackson was on Face the Nation. Now, to be clear, this wasn't video of Michael Jackson performing his hit songs in the 1990s. This appeared to be a living version of the international pop star that news reports claim died of a drug O.D. more than a dozen years ago.
Starting point is 00:41:21 And yet, despite those claims, there he was, fully undeniably Michael Jackson talking on television. How can that be? Honestly, we have no idea. We're not theologians here. This is merely a news program. We can only show you what we saw. Here it is. There's nothing more important for us to do than protect our Constitution and our democracy. What the Republicans are doing across the country is really a legislative continuation of what they did on January 6th, which is to undermine our democracy. See? Michael Jackson. That was him. No, Billie Jean, apparently he's given up singing now he's telling lies about politics.
Starting point is 00:42:03 Same man. If you've ever seen Michael Jackson, you cannot forget the face. Though admittedly, he's had a lot of work done since we saw him last. Recognize, very important to recognize, that you're living in the good days when you are living in them. When Michael Avenatti decided to do a media tour and go up against Tucker on his own show, it might have been the most fatal mistake of the man's career. In fact, he may have enjoyed his time in federal prison, which he is in for 14 years, more than this moment when he decided to go and stride onto the set of Tucker's show and try and own Tucker. Get ready. That's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:42:51 Why don't you show some respect? What's disgusting is you are thriving and curious. Why don't you show some respect to my client and me and stop calling us a porn star and a creepy porn lawyer if you've got that big a problem with porn? Do you have that big a problem with porn? I'm not making fun of you. Slow down. When's the last time you saw porn oh you busted me actually maybe humiliation porn that's why i watch you on cnn no but when's the last time you when's the last
Starting point is 00:43:15 time you viewed porn you're a little creepier even than i realized with porn you're dodging the question that i have asked you let me asked you repeatedly. Do you believe that people that view porn should watch your show? I'm not even sure what that question means. But I will say this sincerely, that I have never attacked Stormy Daniels. Yes, you have. I think you are exploiting her, as I've said five times. And you haven't answered the question, which is, why is it that her life... How good is Tucker?
Starting point is 00:43:46 So good that inside of Democrat pocking circles and inside of the PR agencies that affect in the consultants that effectively run every single Democrat. Office on Capitol Hill, they banned going on Tucker Carlson because it was a career ender. When you went on tucker carlson's show you would effectively end your career he had the capacity to destroy you and even though they stopped going tucker carlson kept getting clips and a month before tucker carlson's show ended well he was able to finally end the world Economic Forum in the most delightful way, by calling them lizard people and making fun of their music. Go.
Starting point is 00:44:29 Time to check in with our lizard overlords in Davos, Switzerland. What are they up to? Well, this. Thank you for watching! Yeah, those people run the world. They're so impressive. What a bunch of freaks. We appreciate your watching so much. We'll be back tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:45:20 Actually, back Monday. God willing, have the best weekend with the ones you love. We'll see you then. Those people around the world are so impressive. Why would you get rid of that man? It's a murder suicide. Again, it's a murder suicide. And I've outlined for you how Fox News may be putting itself up for sale and that the issue with Tucker Carlson was he was too good and that Tucker Carlson will be better off.
Starting point is 00:45:50 This is what Donald Trump is saying on Truth Social as it pertains to Tucker Carlson's departure of Fox News. The fact that Tucker Carlson will not be on Fox News is a big blow to cable news, to America. Tucker was insightful, interesting. Ratings gold. He will be missed, Greatly, greatly missed. Brian Kilmeade is the man who had the unenviable responsibility of taking Tucker Carlson's seat last night. He tweeted out that everyone should join him, to which he got summarily ratioed into the sun.
Starting point is 00:46:19 This tweet was deleted after getting a like 200 to 1 ratio. Brian Kilmeade tried a second tweet, didn't work out well for him. And then his show and all of their guests also got summarily nuked into Planet Zod. Not great. I think that, again, you are seeing something very, very different happening behind the scenes than they are announcing. And what you can see now as it pertains to the shares of Fox News is that they have collapsed. Fox News has lost a billion dollars after Tucker Carlson's departure. And I believe more pain is to come ultimately my final point on all this and i know we've talked about this uh in in absentium but i do have a final point on all of this and then i'm very very excited to bring on
Starting point is 00:47:15 mike cernovich because nobody is more primed to talk about the media ecosystem than mike but ultimately this is the end of corporate media. What do I mean by that? All of the corporate press is currently locked inside of a prison together. It's like the scene out of the movie. You know, I'm not locked in here with you. You're locked in here with me. What will MSNBC have to talk about when Fox News has no ratings and has no hosts of import, when nobody cares what Fox is doing? What will CNN do when Fox News is the same ratings as CNN, which is toilet bowl level? We have more viewers than CNN. They're digital viewers, but that's going to become the gold standard. Mark my words, not just in my lifetime, but in like the next 10 years.
Starting point is 00:48:12 Cable news is done. Corporate media is over. This was the end. You lived through the end of the corporate media epoch. This was it. What will they do? They're all dependent on each other. They needed Fox News to be big, important, powerful, and scary for their audience to tune in. When Fox News is no longer big, important, powerful, and scary culturally, no one will tune into any of them. And I say good riddance, actually, because now we have the ecosystem and the infrastructure to survive without them, without the people who hate us, without the people that want to sabotage our content or tell us what to say. And the advertisers, well, they're just going to have to suck it up and go where the audience is. And that's exactly what they'll do. It's exactly what they'll do.
Starting point is 00:48:51 Is Joe Rogan hurting right now? Another person that Tucker Carlson regularly features, Joe Rogan, The Daily Wire, The Blaze, Tim Pool. Those guys are making a mint. I promise you every single one of them and even smaller influencers are making more money than Tucker Carlson made at Fox News, even though he was the king of cable. And Tucker's going to realize that real fast. And so what you saw now was the final ripping of the veil, the piercing of the veil, the end of corporate media as we know it.
Starting point is 00:49:23 And I really hope they don't rest in peace. They don't deserve peace. The filthy and dirty industry. They did Tucker dirty. And while it may have been the end of Don Lemon's career yesterday, it certainly is, I believe, just the start for Tucker Carlson. Joining us now, somebody who is a friend of Tucker, somebody who has been featured on Tucker's shows and his documentaries,
Starting point is 00:49:43 somebody who could talk about this far better, with a much higher IQ than I ever could. Mike Cernovich. Mike, thank you. I don't want to I just want to sort of hand off to you because you've been following this much longer and much closer than than me. You are the godfather in this industry. You're also very close with Tucker and you've been featured in multiple Tucker documentaries. And so I would like to just hand off what you make of this situation and what is actually happening behind the scenes. Yeah, I wouldn't say close with Tucker personally. I don't want to play that up as if I'm communicating anything from him personally. But as someone who is watching this and knew that he was going to be taken off the air pretty soon, I think what is being revealed, the big grand reveal of Tucker that that i think you know a lot of people know but
Starting point is 00:50:46 maybe a lot of people who don't listen have understood yet is it isn't about corporate profits we we live in this delusion still on the right in the conservative world of libertarian world is that these companies exist to make money free market capitalism blah blah blah and yet we've watched companies make decisions over and over again that are bad for business, that are insulting to their audience. So I think that this is why on the younger people anyway, who are considered conservative, don't really feel like protecting Google and other big corporations. There's still that strain that I see. And even with people like Jim Jordan or
Starting point is 00:51:25 Massey, who's great, you don't see me bashing Massey except when it comes to antitrust, because they still have that strain in their mind that, oh, yeah, it's a free market. And we just got to let companies compete in the free market. It's not, though. It's not. This is a plutocracy that we're living in. It's more of a corporatocracy that we're living in. So even though Tucker is the biggest person of Fox, they don't care. They don't care what the ratings are. They care that Fox News is part of the regime. Right. And I think that I really worry about now and I don't want to get conspiratorial. I mean, I don't care if I get conspiratorial, but something for people to think about is that, you know, we give Fox News a pass if we're younger. If you're older, like me, you remember that Fox was very responsible for pushing public opinion into that last Iraq war.
Starting point is 00:52:21 They were a very crucial player in the warmongering. And based on what I've been seeing out of Ukraine, based on what we're hearing from the UK and other countries, I think that Murdoch said, you know what, we need nuclear war with Russia, we need World War Three, it's time to cook this up. We can't have Tucker acting as a wedge against that, because he knows Hannity's going to go along with it hannity went along with every every war he does what he's told and i think murdoch and other media people met with the regime uh apparatchiks and decided that it's time to turn the heat up on this war 200 billion for ukraine's not enough we need a full-scale attack
Starting point is 00:53:02 and then of course people would say, well, why? Why, Senator? That doesn't make any sense. Well, does it make any sense for Fox News to fire its top commentator? No, no. So something that our people are still missing. And you've talked about a lot, Charlie Kirk, other people, it's the spiritual dimension. The demons, the evil, whatever people want to call it it i don't really care to to single out one religion or what's what's true they just the bad entities call much well they just want us killing each other and they don't care what the war is they don't care what starts the war causes the war they don't care who when you know wins the genocide they just care that there's destruction and you have to look at like whose people like people like Murdoch serve? Is he serving God? Is he serving the American people? Is he
Starting point is 00:53:49 serving decency? Do people think of Murdoch as a great, I mean, he's a successful man in terms of a grand figure, but no one talks about him as, as they would Elon Musk, or as they would Elon Musk or as they would talk about Tucker. So my real concern right now is that we can expect a full frontal push for World War III and nuclear war with Russia. And that's why Tucker had to get removed from Fox. No dissenting voices now. Here's what's going to happen. And watch for that push. Everybody needs to be aware of that. Wow. Who does that serve nuclear war well the the demons be you know the evil and human you know call it what you will the i mean if you think about it fundamentally when you go back and you look at every war and if you have a very simplistic history class version of war oh we were the good guys and we fought the bad guys so the us we were the good guys and we fought the bad guys. So the U.S., we were the good guys and we fought the bad guys who were who was the Hitler and Nazis.
Starting point is 00:54:49 OK, yeah, they were the bad guys. OK, so what happened after we won World War Two? Oh, we gave over half of Germany to the Soviet Union. They created gulags. We gave over half of Europe to Stalin and the gulags. How many people died? People say 10 million, 20 million, 30 million. Nobody's really quite sure.
Starting point is 00:55:09 But, you know, we did that. So we said, we're the good guys. And we fought with Stalin. They were the good guys. And we were all fighting the bad guys. And that's just how people think. But at the higher level, dimensional level, all the bad entities or call it what you will, energy, people can debate this stuff. And
Starting point is 00:55:26 I try not to get people to focus on a singular religion where they, because then you're losing the plot, right? You lose the plot when you're like, well, Cernovich, why do you say people should go to like temple or, you know, go to mosque? You should just say church and a specific church. It's like, man, we just got to get people thinking about the higher spiritual dimension before we get into the weeds. And we start doing, cause now, now we're serving those purposes now because now we're bickering and we're saying stuff saying, Whoa, Hey, how about we just all take a step back? The, the, the entities don't care if Christians kill Muslims or if Muslims kill Christians, or if Muslims kill Jews or if Jews, they, or if Muslims kill Jews, or if Jews,
Starting point is 00:56:06 they don't care. As long as humans are killing everyone else, are killing each other, and C.S. Lewis writes about this stuff often, then they're satisfied. So they're always trying to create war and then getting people to believe, well, this is a just war. It's a just war against Russia. And then, of course, when you go down that rabbit hole, you realize that there's a lot of ethnic strife going on there. It's not even that simple. So the big picture here is that people like Murdoch and who do they serve, right? It's just something to think about. As you watch Tucker Carlson over the last couple of years, sort of create a name for himself by calling out regime lies. And his highest rated shows, of course, are blowing up in the Nord Stream pipeline, January 6th, exposing the lies of the regime.
Starting point is 00:56:52 That was the trademark of the show. And that actually became suddenly the purpose of the show, whether it pertained to JFK's assassination, Watergate, Nixon, Vietnam, ideas that had never been platformed mainstream were suddenly platformed on the highest rated cable TV show. And you're saying that it is because Tucker walked that line with Ukraine specifically that he was kicked out. Yeah, look, we all we all know. I mean, not we unfortunately we don't know. And that's why losing Tucker, even though Tucker is going to reach more people, the boomers are going to miss out on the truth-telling now. So I saw a great thread Darren Beatty linked to that I agree with. So in a way, everybody's right.
Starting point is 00:57:34 It was great for Tucker, and it's probably better for the long term that Tucker is now independent, but he can reach more people and smarter people. But those boomers, that's kind of the last stand man if you've compared the kyle rittenhouse trial if you watch that was a boomer judge the boomers even democrat boomers they're different than what were the bolsheviks that were dealing with underneath so not reaching those boomers is painful and that again is why i think murdoch had him removed because how are you have World War Three if you still have boomers saying, wait a minute, this doesn't make any sense because they're being influenced by watching Tucker. So Tucker, yeah, his influence and scope is going to 3X, 10X almost overnight. dimension of the war, you have to think about the boomers now who primarily get their information from television, what's going to happen to them and who's going to exploit them and what kind of
Starting point is 00:58:29 elder abuses Fox News got planned for them. And how does that relate to the war in Ukraine and ratcheting that up? So if you look at Tucker, that's why they had to get rid of him. They had to get rid of him because he was telling the truth about January 6th, or at least the truth as we know it, which is kind of the following you and i watched it you know i didn't go into town i was watching it all live and i remember going i think i tweeted at the time i always go wait a minute if i give an event in dc and i'm a nobody there's 50 antifa people there go. How is it that there's a million people marching for Trump and I don't see Antifa? And I started getting really nervous because I
Starting point is 00:59:12 initially thought that maybe a bomb was going to go off. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I was talking to my wife about it. And I said, man, I'm really worried about people because Antifa is not there. I wonder if they planted a bomb. Oh, and then this was all of course, before the pipe bombs were found at the RNC and DN dnc so right away we knew sketchy things were going on because you're thinking there's no there's no what they call counter protester right they're not there where are they something weird is going on and then i started seeing videos of fencing being removed by people who look like they work there at the Capitol. This is weird. I go, something's going on, man.
Starting point is 00:59:46 This is bad. This is really bad. And well, so what happened was indeed really bad. It just maybe wasn't what I anticipated. And of course, there's no interest in finding out what really happened. And then, of course, I mean, here's just a question for you, Benny. Rack your mind for a second. Can you think of any example, you know, many women in conservative media who faced death threats by Antifa? You remember that swimmer who was just almost
Starting point is 01:00:16 beaten to death? They tried. I think Sanford State University, I think it was Riley, someone like that. She's trying to give a talk. So my question to you, not rhetorical, would be, can you think of an example of 60 Minutes and the New York Times reporting on a conservative victim of rampant left-wing violence and disinformation? no but but they're doing that for ray apps that's really strange to me because i know people who because you know me you don't see you don't see yourself you're not like benny johnson oh i need i need people to say that there's lies about me and i don't i don't sit around thinking that way about myself either but i know that there are people who have just been attacked violently who aren't even hardcore culture where people like that swimmer, for example. Riley Gaines. Yeah. There's no 60 Minutes. Oh, here's the dangerous disinformation that when you dehumanize people, here's what happens.
Starting point is 01:01:13 Here's how the media has lied about her. Here's how the media lied about Leah Thomas. No, no. No New York Times piece on that. No 60 Minutes piece on that. The only time we ever see a Trump supporter, because that's how Epps is being marketed as, oh, he was a former Trump supporter, and then's how Epps is being marketed as. Oh, he was a former Trump supporter, and then he was abused by the meanie conservatives. And now he is not a kind of former, but what a poor sack. Wow. What does that tell you? Right? It doesn't tell you that
Starting point is 01:01:40 we're being told the truth. It tells you that, boy, if you guys want to do a segment on people who are being attacked unfairly by the media, then we have a whole list of people for you that don't include people like us, that include people who are just involuntarily drafting the culture war. Nothing ever about them. every every sign points to sketchy things man and murdoch again because murdoch's loyalty and we've always known this murdoch's loyalty is not to the american people it's not to the patriots it's to whatever interest he served and he's always served the pro-war interest before you know we lose the plot sometimes because we talk about tucker tucker is the minority of fox news it got felt as good. Waters is good. It's gotten better. I don't want to, you know, throw shade at everybody.
Starting point is 01:02:30 But in general, if you look at, I think Jennifer Carson's her name, always serving up Department of Defense propaganda. Fox News is propaganda for the regime. When that bombing happened to the innocent Afghani family, Fox News is right there saying, oh, yeah, there was a secondary explosion when they blew up all these people. And yeah, some kids died, but that was a terrorist family. And that was, of course, a lie. Fox, that's Fox. That's the real Fox News. They're in Hoax Movie. In Hoax Movie, we do a mashup of all the pro-war propaganda. Fox News is right even there. So you take Tucker away, and what do you have? You have just another outlet that isn't really that much different than MSNBC.
Starting point is 01:03:13 Remember, Megyn Kelly has changed her ways now, but, you know, she tried to take out Trump in 2015. I remember all this stuff too. That's why people get frustrated by me because an elephant never forgets. And I remember who was where in these years. And now everybody pretends like that didn't happen and people change and everything else. And it's like, okay, well, sure. If that's, that's what you want to go with, we can, you know, you can tell yourself that. But I remember Fox News tried to take out Trump in
Starting point is 01:03:40 2016. They couldn't. Trump wins. Well, are you going to be the anti-Trump network? No. So Fox had to play along a little bit, but they weren't doing him any favors, really. They weren't covering the issues that really mattered until they got bullied by their audience. So Fox News is not a good network. And with Tucker gone, Fox News is going to be back into the pile of dust heap of CNN or MSNBC where it's not any different and people are not going to watch it. What you're looking at here is the Nielsen ratings for Tucker Carlson on the night of the January 6th special where he's doing 6x CNN and he's doing 4x MSNBC. So this is a man who is dominating in his profession, was the peak of his profession, and I think a generational talent that you'll never get again.
Starting point is 01:04:30 Somebody whose monologues would regularly make news. Since when does that happen? That doesn't happen for Hannity. There's never been an article written about a Hannity monologue. But it happened nightly with Tucker. And you can see it reflected in the numbers. And so I suppose my question for you, Mike, in sort of parting here is, where does Tucker go based on your knowledge of the ecosystem? And then where does Fox go from here? Is this the end of corporate media as we know it, which is my contention? And what is in the future for Tucker? Okay, so I think that this is probably what Murdoch thinks, too, and I can see the case for the following. Waters is still good. Very good. Gutfeld is still good. The Five is still popular. So they would say, look, we still have a bench. We have we have a lineup. We know that Hannity is kind of riding Tucker's coattails and we might have to figure out a solution for Hannity. But you're thinking, who can we plug into Tucker's spot?
Starting point is 01:05:26 It won't be Tucker, but it'll still be a good show, and the network will be fine. And that's true of Fox's existing audience. I think for the next five or ten years, they're not thinking long-term because Fox got a certain cachet from Tucker, really did. They got a lot of crossover audience, which is really hard to do in this day and age. And it definitely hurts them, but they probably think,
Starting point is 01:05:50 yeah, we still have it. We have a strong lineup here. And like, I like Waters. You like Waters. Gutfeld's great. The five, I don't really watch. It's not my vibe, but I don't really have anything to say about the five bad.
Starting point is 01:06:02 So if you look at that ratings chart you just showed and you're you're a you know a bean counter you go okay yeah we lose tucker that hurts but jesse's still great and brett bear he's pretty good too yeah i mean he's a contender the five you know nothing wrong there key demo my i'm sorry to interrupt you and i would never would but the key demo that was unbelievable for tucker look at him, Dom, look at all the numbers. The key demo is the 556,000 of people that are 25 to 45 that are watching Tucker. I mean, that is triple what his competitors have. And it's a crossover audience. So, but I'm, I'm making the bean counter case where if I'm a bean counter and you show me this, this would be the conversation you would
Starting point is 01:06:45 have. You'd say, Cernovich, make the case for Fire and Tucker. And I go, well, yeah, you're going to lose a lot of crossover audience. You're going to lose a higher income demographic. You're going to lose a smarter demographic. But you still have a solid lineup there. You just have to figure out somebody who's going to fill that slot. The slot is going to look more like the Brett Baier ratings. And life will go on, the company will go on, at least in the short term. That would be what they're thinking. And then of course, if you're watching Tucker, if you care about Tucker's work, you're just so optimistic for him that you wonder if this would be his only weakness. I don't think he realizes how powerful he is because
Starting point is 01:07:26 he's a very humble guy. He's a humble person. He tries to be spiritual and, you know, understands that we have a judgment at the end of all this and he doesn't buy into his own hype. So if anything, Tucker might be limited by not having enough ambition and realizing, oh, wait, I'm actually way bigger than I thought I was. And hopefully yesterday showed him that I said that it's like going to your funeral before you die. What a great gift. Yeah. And I don't think he realizes like what a big deal he is because he's such a humble person. And that's where humility can sometimes you don't want to be an arrogant, humble person. And that's where humility can sometimes, you don't want to be an arrogant, bad person, but if you're too humble, then you might not realize what your full potential is. So that's my only concern for Tucker is that does he realize what
Starting point is 01:08:16 a big deal he is? Yes. Yes. Final question as it pertains to mediums for Tucker. Do you see him doing his own show as his own streaming show? Do you see him joining another network? That's the hard question, right? Because it depends how entrepreneurial Tucker wants to be. I'm sure he's being circled with people who want to write checks or want to be part of what he's doing or want to fund things that he's doing. And what does he want to do things that he's doing and you know what you know what does he want to do because he has the team you know fox news has they're all fox news employees but if tucker
Starting point is 01:08:51 wanted to he could raise a little bit of dough wouldn't cost that much money and he could have the same monologues he could hire that guy that they had to fire that blake kid because he was posting on internet message boards and kind of being a little trolly and maybe posting stuff that wouldn't be what you call over the line, but just a little dodgy by Fox's standards. So Tucker could say, okay, I'll, I mean, I can bring Blake back to do monologue. You just, you gotta just think of the team, right? Who are you going to do? If I'm Tucker, I, you know, if I'm advising Tucker, I said, will you bring back Blake? Cause Blake was doing a lot of those monologues that people loved. Cool. That's easy. How much you can get him for?
Starting point is 01:09:25 Not much. So you can afford that for how long? You can let him know for the next couple of years. You're going to have a job as long as you're not a buffoon. Okay, great. You hire a couple more people. You hire a video person, and then you get on that grind. The question, does he want to do that on his own,
Starting point is 01:09:49 or does he want to package his content and bundle it with other people? I don't know. But that's how people are going to be thinking. Yeah. So Chris Pavlovsky from Rumble, Jeremy Boring, Glenn Beck, they've all made massive ovations to Tucker. Jeremy Boring saying eight, eight and nine figure checks are coming your way if you want it. My contention based on my business is, Tucker, you you have 3.5 million people that watch you every single night Just take 15% of that
Starting point is 01:10:09 You take 300,000 of that You have those people pay $10 a month You're making $100 million a year All you need is a teeny fraction of your audience And you're making 3x what you made at Fox Busting your ass And then that's an owned audience Yeah I don't know that
Starting point is 01:10:25 he's thinking in terms of money anymore i think that he's thinking more in terms of impact and he's made his money he's not somebody who talks about money a lot people who know him will admit that he lives a knife nice life but he's not driving a bugatti right he's not he's not wearing patak watches and every you know he's not saying where's your bugatti at it's not wearing Patek watches. He's not saying, where's your Bugatti at? It's not really what his vibe is. His kids are grown. I would be for the undertaking of Tucker, though. That would be. I think Tucker could pull it off, but then he would feel.
Starting point is 01:10:57 It would just feel like not the right vibe. The undertake Tucker makeover. I'd watch that. You know, if we really wanted to launch a video it would be well wherever the i don't the bugatti might have been seized but tucker and andrew tate pull out of a bugatti that that might be the biggest tweet other than elon's of all time that that tweet would reverberate across the past and the future in ways that we don't even know on like a quantum level they have done an interview they've done interviews before so he did he's
Starting point is 01:11:29 andrew tate sat for an hour with tucker via via video and so they definitely know each other what didn't talk about where's your bugatti where's your where's your bugatti yeah what what a like what a fascinating time to be living in i i suppose like i suppose we are witnessing history as it happens and there's there's a privilege to that and also a responsibility. And we deeply, deeply appreciate your insight, Mike. Thank you. Always a pleasure. Thanks for having me on, guys.
Starting point is 01:12:00 All right, ladies and gentlemen, this is such a fascinating time. It is tectonic plates, earthquakes happening inside of the realm of politics and speaking in power and the changing of the guard. And we are very excited to bring you, of course, some good news. We've spent the last 90 minutes talking about Tucker Carlson and why and what and how this world is changing. Corporate media is finished. Corporate media is done. Yesterday was the swan song, the Waterloo, the Antietam of corporate press. It was the final shot across the bow. Trust me, nothing, nothing but downward from now on. You will never find a personality to fill those shoes. You'll never find a generational talent like Tucker again
Starting point is 01:12:51 to fill that slot. And again, I think the Fox News is gonna sell. I think the Fox News is gonna sell. I think this is all a play to make a long-term sale of Fox while it has real value and while it still has viewers. And I base that totally on data. The average Fox viewer is 68 years old. This ain't a knock on anyone who is 68 or even older. I love my grandparents as much as you. But that ain't a growing demographic.
Starting point is 01:13:17 And you look around at the cohorts that we have inside of this industry, the Tim Pools, the Ben Shapiros, the Daily W daily wires is the glenn becks the blazes rumble russell brand and you see stratospheric growth and a total ecosystem that is built outside outside of the control of the machine and people are hungry for it they're starving tucker carlson will do very, very well wherever he decides to go. So this is just the start for Tucker, entrepreneurial as he is. He's already started his own news site from scratch, The Daily Caller. I used to work there. I know that Tucker is an entrepreneur. He'll hustle, he'll grind, he'll work hard, and he'll build something epic
Starting point is 01:13:58 as Fox News falters and fails and their audience slowly atrophies. Meanwhile, Don Lemon will not be doing any of those things. Don Lemon was fired also yesterday from CNN. It doesn't matter. Imagine working for a place for 17 years thinking that you are top dog, thinking that you are king shit, and you are like the guy. Don Lemon, man, nobody loves him more than don lemon ain't no one loved on lemon more than don lemon that's how could you say and he was just samara he was like fired by tweet so don lemon released a a mewling statement all about himself yesterday it went like this one why is this in purple like why why is why is this not in black and white it's like a purple it's like a
Starting point is 01:14:44 purple font not sure yeah it translates what why why is your text purple? Why is this not in black and white? It's like a purple font. Not sure. Yeah, it translates. Why is your text font set to purple, you freak? But really, I was informed this morning, CNN, I'm stunned. After 17 years, I thought that someone from management would have directly contacted me. Well, you about to be contacted, Don Lemon, because CNN tweeted tweeted right after that it's a follow-up statement from cnn communications cnn pr uh don lemon statement about this morning's event is
Starting point is 01:15:11 inaccurate he was offered an opportunity to meet with management instead he released a statement so cnn making sure that they throw uh napalm at don Lemon as he's being kicked to the curb by security. CNN, make sure that they drop a grenade bomb by a drone on Don Lemon, calling him fake news on his way out the door. Check it out. I want to share with you some important news right here at our own network. CNN's Oliver Darcy is back with us. Oliver, what do you know?
Starting point is 01:15:44 Some shocking news. Again, John do you know? Some shocking news. Again, John, in the world of cable news, Don Lemon and CNN have parted ways. This is according to a memo that was sent out to CNN employees just moments ago. I'll read to you part of it, John. Actually, most of it. It says CNN and Don have parted ways. Don will forever be a part of the CNN family, and we thank him. Okay, great, got it. All right, okay. Yay, we fired Don Lemon via tweet and then nuked him on his way out,
Starting point is 01:16:14 calling him fake news. Bold move, CNN. Gotta tell you, I kind of like the new guys at CNN. There was a thought going around the internet that CNN was gonna hire Tucker Carlson. Whoa, go with me here. Tucker Carlson's worked for CNN before. Tucker Carlson's been a CNN employee. Tucker Carlson. Whoa, go with me here. Tucker Carlson's worked for CNN before. Tucker Carlson's been a CNN employee. Tucker Carlson had a top show on CNN called Crossfire.
Starting point is 01:16:32 And so, I don't know. The management of CNN, while they may not be conservatives, a lot of their investors are. A lot of the people who are now in charge of the CNN board are actual conservatives and Trump voters, Trump supporters, Trump donors. Would CNN make a play for Tucker? My God, my God. What an earthquake that would be. I don't want to endorse it. Tucker would make a lot more money on his own and would be better off. But wow. I mean, what do you think about that? No, no, no. We do know why Don Lemon got fired. So according to New York Times, Don Lemon was fired because of this exchange with Vivek Ranswami, Republican presidential candidate for office, when Don Lemon couldn't stop talking about his favorite coffee, and more.
Starting point is 01:17:29 Limited time only at participating Wendy's Taxes Extra. To get guns, that was the reason that you're there at the NRA. That was the reason for the Civil War. It is a fact. I think that's reductive. It's not reductive, Don. And I think it's insulting. There are a whole plethora of reasons for the Civil War.
Starting point is 01:17:44 With due respect, I find your explanation reductive and actually insulting i cannot keep a thought if you guys are talking to me in my ear so hang on one second so to say that that black people say what you said again black people secured their freedoms after the civil war is a historical fact they got the nra played a big role in that but today down the nra didRA played a big role in that. But today, down the... The NRA did not play a big role in that. That is a lie. That's a lie. That's not... The NRA did not play a big role in that.
Starting point is 01:18:09 This is just historical fact. It's not a historical fact. The part that I find... Just because you say it's historical fact... The part that I find insulting is when you say today black Americans don't have those rights after we have gone through a civil rights revolution in this country. You are sitting here telling an African American about the rights and what you find insulting about the way I live, the skin I live in every day. Here's where you and I have the freedom of black and
Starting point is 01:18:28 white that black people don't have in this country and that black people do have. Well, here's where you and I have a different point of view. I think we should be able to express our views regardless of the color of our skin. We should have this debate without me regarding you as a black man, but me regarding you as a fellow citizen. You're sitting here, whatever ethnicity you are, explaining to me what it's like to be black whatever ethnicity i'll tell you what i am i'm an indian american i'm proud of it but i think we should have this debate black white doesn't matter oh man it's so delicious the vic the vic we uh we're booking the vic right now we'll have him come on the show and talk about that. That was the kiss of death for Don Lemon. whining and crying on TikTok and those straw man arguments. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:19:29 You could make a Wizard of Oz remake with the amount of straw man arguments. I'm black. You're not allowed to talk to me. Got it? Also, I'm anti-racist. But look at my skin color. You're not allowed to speak to me that way. It's like
Starting point is 01:19:44 we are literally living in the dumbest times. In the mind rot that Elon Musk often talks about, about the woke mind virus, the mind rot that that creates, the last of us, the fungus inside the brain that reanimates you. It's like sort of like just a zombie. That's Don Lemon. That's the end. Don Lemon took the full blue pill. He took the full woke mind virus pill. Gobbled it up like a Tic Tac.
Starting point is 01:20:11 And that's what you get. That's what you get. Don't talk to me because of my skin color. You're not allowed. We're not allowed to argue. Wherever you come from, Vivek Ranswami. Whatever. Wherever you may come from.
Starting point is 01:20:30 It's so great. And I'm sad. I'm sad. We won't be able to do many nuclear cringe alerts anymore because Don Lemon content is now officially over. Too bad. This is our last nuclear cringe for Don Lemon saying that another Indian American, Nikki Haley, ain't in her prime. This is what really got him fired. This whole talk about age makes me uncomfortable. I think that I think it's the wrong road to go down she says people you know politicians are
Starting point is 01:21:05 something and not in their prime nikki haley isn't in her prime sorry when a woman is considered being a prime in her 20s and 30s and maybe 40s that's not according to me or what it depends and it's just like prime if you look it up it'll say if you look if you google when is a woman in her prime it'll say 20s 30s and 40s i don't necessarily know i got another thing i agree with that so i think she has to be careful about saying that you know politicians aren't in their prime to qualify are you talking about prime for like childbearing or are you talking about facts are google it everybody at home when is a woman in her prime it says 20s 30s and 40s and i'm just saying nikki haley should be careful about saying that politicians are not in their prime and they need to be in their prime when they serve because she wouldn't be in her prime. It says 20s, 30s and 40s. And I'm just saying Nikki Haley should be careful about saying that politicians are not in their prime and they need to be in their prime when they serve,
Starting point is 01:21:48 because she wouldn't be in her prime, according to Google or whatever it is. OK, so one of our producers for the show, Danny D'Arbino, actually fact check that Google does not say that that's when a woman is in her prime. We know this. But more importantly, Don Lamon, who exactly is your audience? The most wonderful thing about doing a program like this is I can communicate with you. I love you. We're making an entire interview program. We're launching a new program where you'll be able to effectively interview Ron DeSantis.
Starting point is 01:22:18 And you'll be able to interview Donald Trump. And you'll be able to interview Tucker Carlson. Or Don Lamond, if he'll come on. And you'll be able to actually ask the questions. We love you. We can interact with you. I know my audience. I know my audience. We're always up grinding in the comment section. We're always we're here for you and with you. Does Don Lamont know his audience? Don Lamont, do you know that the only people watching CNN, it's certainly not any men, not any men with any like not any men with any vapors of testosterone left inside of their body. I mean, maybe total, total hormonal men. Fussy. Passive-aggressive.
Starting point is 01:23:06 And really angry that you just called your entire audience not in their prime. What a trend of insulting your audience, your paying customer. I would never do that to you. I love you. But Don Lamon would, and that's, of course, what gets Don. See you later. Sad for a guy like me. We're missing out on content. Don Lamond will never, ever, ever be back on TV. Trust me, that guy ain't ever getting a job again. Unlike Tucker, Don Lamond was a ratings
Starting point is 01:23:35 nosediver. He lost his shows after the collapse in viewership. He used to have like a long, five-minute handoff with Chris Cuomo to try and like boost viewers for his show. It didn't work. Nobody needs to hear like the end of the woke mind virus yipping and yapping and to be told
Starting point is 01:23:54 that you can't listen to me or argue with me because of my skin color. My God. I mean, how regressive is that? How regressive is that? Just, I mean, flip it around. Flip it around and tell me
Starting point is 01:24:04 if that's right any time throughout history. You're not allowed to talk to me or argue with me because of my skin color. So way to go, Vivek. Way to go, Nikki Haley, actually. Both of you led to the end of Don Lamont's career, and we are here for it.
Starting point is 01:24:17 We're also here for our verse of the day, as ever. It is important, especially in these tumultuous times, to stay grounded. And so we have a Bible verse of the day on this program. It comes from Psalms 3.3 today. But you, O Lord, are my shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. Do you feel down? Do you feel like you need to have your head sort of raised up out of the dirt?
Starting point is 01:24:38 Do you feel like things are not going well? They're not. Mark my words. But you need to keep your eyes on the prize. The victory is ours in this life or the next. And God has that as his promise. And so stay the course onward, Christian soldier. It's your boy, Benny. This has been the Benny Show. Thanks for watching. See ya. Former MLB All-Star Sean Casey, aka The Mayor, keeps hitting it out of the park.
Starting point is 01:25:00 Take my 30 years of experience. Take the wisdom and knowledge I've learned from the failures. When I got sent down my rookie year, all the injuries I had to overcome. Your mind is the most important tool you have in life. Be relentless. Keep charging. It matters how you talk to yourself, how you look at the world. That matters. We talk about that.
Starting point is 01:25:15 I don't know. I'm fired up. Baseball's back, and it's going to be incredible. I love it. The Mayor's Office with Sean Casey from Believe. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
