Starting point is 00:00:00 Today is Thursday, March 7th, 2024. Trump's lawyers provide bombshell testimony provable on this program that Fannie Willis lied under oath. We will give her a big, hard spanking. And she's beaten with her best B, Kamala. Oh, we have some new information on Kamala Harris. You'll be seeing her tonight at the State of the Union. If Biden makes it, maybe she'll fill in. Nobody knows. Kamala keeps cackling about how much she'd love to be president. I'm ready. I'm ready to be
Starting point is 00:00:38 president. Exciting times. Congressman Mike Collins, Georgia congressman, joins the show. We'll be talking about Big Fanny and Nathan's hot dog and the weenie roller. My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. Today we travel. We head to Miami. We have a bunch of stuff to shoot and do and a bunch of big interviews, and we're going to be live tonight for the State of the Union. We have, of course, our own very special guests that will be here for the state of the union. I don't know if we have our previews up. Do we have previews for our state of the union? Yeah, just a second. Ladies and gentlemen, we have a very important graphic that we have made, um, with Joe Biden has a helmet on it. Uh, it's going to be exciting tonight. Please join us.
Starting point is 00:01:18 I know that there's going to be a lot of things happening. Donald Trump's apparently going to be truthing live. Here we go. This is what we think will probably happen. We'll see, ladies and gentlemen. Hopefully Mike Johnson's gavel is bigger than that. This is the size gavel that we got in the studio. You're speaker of the house, Mike Johnson, no relation. Ladies and gentlemen, we are excited. Again, join us tonight. We're going to be live at like eight o'clock and we're going to be live actually from the Trump property in Doral. So what does that tell you? Going to be some special guests, ladies and gentlemen, tonight. So please, please join us. When we travel, we use Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is the company that keeps us connected and locked in and loaded on the trail. We'll be going to a lot of different events. We had a raucous good time in South
Starting point is 00:02:06 Carolina with Donald Trump and at the Trump rally. Um, it's been a really, really wonderful, um, season quite frankly, for original content. And we look forward to hitting the road and hopefully meeting you when we meet you, you can just hit us up right into our DMS using your Patriot mobile phone, using the Patriot Mobile phone, using the Patriot Mobile network, because the Patriot Mobile network obviously is run by Christian conservatives who care about our values, namely, first among them, freedom of speech. Okay. So Joe Biden will be given the State of the Union tonight and we're going to be having
Starting point is 00:02:51 a hell of a good time. It's going to be really funny. I just, I think so. I think it's going to be funny. I am already, there's already all these rumblings and all these like hilarious comedy gaffes. Uh, do we have the, do we have the promo graphic that they put up from the white house without with the wrong date and the wrong time and the wrong year, the white house cannot get anything right. It is so unbelievably cringe and embarrassing. ALX, if we don't have that, let's pop that up.
Starting point is 00:03:24 Here we go. Okay. The entire administration is incompetent. Look at this. This is what they put up. This was from Joe Biden. Look, can we zoom in on this? This is from Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Look at this. State of the Union 2023. February 7th. They got the wrong month. They had to delete this one. Oh, oh man. So we will have plenty of mockery. They had to delete this one. Oh, oh man. So we will have plenty of mockery. We'll have plenty of memes.
Starting point is 00:03:49 We'll probably have me. If you've been following our Fannie Willis coverage, we'll have plenty of funny memes that we can slap up. And we'll have a damn good time tonight. But the comedy is already beginning. The comedy is already rolling. We got, we got like already loads of cringe from the White House. So you don't even have the right year.
Starting point is 00:04:11 They don't have the right month of when this is all happening. What else has cringed Jean-Pierre completely and totally botched as of this morning? Well, she was on TV talking about the preview of what Joe Biden's about to say. And ladies and gentlemen, it's been a while since we started our show with the cringe alert, but ladies and gentlemen, up, up bright and early from the White House lawn was cringe Jean-Pierre talking about what Joe Biden's going to say today. Now, will Joe Biden even be able to say it? Will he be able to make it to the dais there in the in the House chambers? Will Joe Biden be able to stand for that long? Does he have a pocket catheter in? Will he have
Starting point is 00:04:51 to press his life alert? Will the depends give out? It all depends, ladies and gentlemen. Cringe Jean-Pierre is probably worried about all these things and also Joe Biden probably tripping and falling or not knowing where he's supposed to go after the speech. But instead of talking about that, she talked about this this morning. Here's our cringe alert. It's going to be important for the American people as he knows it and understands it. And as you all have been talking about it this morning to hear directly from him on his vision, how what he has done in the last three years, he's done more in the last three years, Willie, than most presidents have been able to do in their first in their two terms. And so that is going to be important for the president tonight.
Starting point is 00:05:33 They're not doing a great job at the White House. Joe Biden is, quite frankly, not prepared for this. In fact, Joe Biden has decided that since he is himself a meat Muppet president, and since he himself is a fake president, that he's going to prepare for the state of the union by talking to a bunch of fake presidents. Joe Biden released a video this morning where he talked with a bunch of fake presidents. We kid you not. So this program, we've been saying that Joe Biden is installed. He's a Muppet. Barack Obama talks about how his third term would be great if he could just have a little earpiece in and talk to the goofball who's not really president. It's like standing around. Ladies and gentlemen,
Starting point is 00:06:16 shockingly, Joe Biden made that real this morning by releasing a video with fake presidents, teaching Joe Biden how to be a fake president. I mean, at this point, they're actually like mocking us and laughing at us or making our dreams come true. I don't know exactly which, but here we go. Here's Joe Biden's preparation for the State of the Union with fake presidents. Go. I never spoke to so many presidents all at one time. Some of you might know what a big speech like I have to do is coming up to State of the Union. Any advice you have for me in delivering my speech? Well, sir, in my capacity as president, all I had to deal with was a meteor.
Starting point is 00:06:58 One of the things that I came out of that with my speech to people. Hope. Hope is the strongest force we have on this country. It is the most useful and the most effective. My advice is just keep telling us how you're working for us and building hope. Well, Mr. President, you know, looking back on my own presidency, I behave very badly in a lot of situations. In preparation for your speech, it's just there was one sort of piece of advice that meant a lot to me when I was president. And so I just wanted to share that really quick with you tell them that you exist for them tell them that they make you a better man and um yeah that's pretty much that's pretty much it and also when i used to give big speeches i
Starting point is 00:07:54 would always wind down with popcorn and red wine so but i know for you that would be ice you know do that with ice cream i highly encourage encourage it. I know from experience, obviously, what a tough job it is. And, you know, when I was president, it seemed like every week there was some new crisis that I had to face. You did a hell of a job. What did I just watch? The full thing is like four minutes long of Joe Biden sitting there like a wax, like a Madame Tussauds wax figure, not interacting with these people.
Starting point is 00:08:39 There's a creepy, like on a Zoom call, all these Hollywood people from their mansions in Tahoe talking with Joe Biden about when I was president? The whole thing is like, when I was president, you weren't president, you jackals. Like, what are you talking about? You were never president. You're an adult pretender, professionally.
Starting point is 00:09:05 Also, none of you, like, have had success. Like, none of you even, I don't even know who any of these people are. I know who Morgan Freeman is. That's it. What is it?
Starting point is 00:09:13 Morgan Freeman, White House down? Is that it? That was like, that was, that was the, that was it? And they're talking about,
Starting point is 00:09:20 like, giving Joe Biden advice? Like, when I was president, when I would give a big speech, you wouldn't give a big speech. What are are you talking about the guy was getting tearful when i was president bro you weren't present what's happening they're about as real a president like this is amazing they i are they actually are they doing are they doing this because they watch our show like are they doing this because they know they're gonna we're gonna make content out of it is this inception this is like the matrix attacking us when i was president bro you read lines off a
Starting point is 00:09:57 script that you can barely read to a sound stage that's. You are about as real of a president as Joe Biden. I guess that's the one thread here that's quite harmonious. And important to note is that all of these people are also fake presidents. The entire clip's like too long to play on the show. It's four minutes long. It's gobstopping. You're crying? you're crying talking about how you'd wind down you're an actor you're a child's play thing line from toy story you are a toy right you remember that yeah what the hell is going on all right ladies, ladies and gentlemen. Okay. Uh, moving on, uh, to the person who put out the wrong tweet that saying the wrong year and the wrong month of Joe Biden, state of the union cringe Jean Pierre, who probably said all that up. So Joe Biden could sit there like
Starting point is 00:10:57 a melting wax figure the whole time. When you're having a conversation with somebody like we do interviews all the time on this program, right? Every single show we do an interview. Like we're having a conversation with somebody. You should like interact the time on this program right every single show we do an interview like we're having a conversation with somebody you should like interact with them you like talk with them like we do in this entire program we're like making memes and like rolling through the show like joe biden just sitting there joe biden just sitting there like this like like like somebody you know you know, like seconds before somebody was putting a mirror under his nose to see if it fogs up. Like you there? You there? That somebody was cringe Jean-Pierre.
Starting point is 00:11:32 OK, so here's cringe Jean-Pierre talking about definitely the strength of Joe Biden, the majesty of Joe Biden, the power of Joe Biden. Can't even sit through a Zoom call with adult pretenders who are all unemployed. We're all out of work. Wow. Tough job. Here we go. Cringy Pierre. Go. Look, you're going to hear the president address how our democracy is under attack, how our freedoms are certainly under attack. He's going to speak to what we've been seeing across the country as it relates to a woman's health care and the radical, extreme bills that we're seeing on abortion, on IVF. You're going to hear the president be very loud and clear about that. And we know that voting rights is an issue here that the president has spoken to, has been spoken to very, very clearly, even took an executive action very early on as an administration to see what we can do on the
Starting point is 00:12:36 federal level to deal with, to make it easier for folks to vote. So you'll hear him certainly lean into that as well tonight. Look, it is important. It is important. We believe that as the president, let's not forget when he first ran, decided to run in 2019, he talked about the soul of this of this nation and really fighting for the soul of America. That didn't end with the president being elected, obviously, in 2020, that continues. That continues. And it is important for this president to continue to talk about our freedoms and how they are under attack. They are in extreme ways by extreme Republicans.
Starting point is 00:13:13 And so he's going to continue. You're going to see whose side he's on. He's side of the American people. He's going to continue to fight for the American people. And tonight is going to be a really important night to hear directly from the president on these critical issues tonight. And we will do that about 14 hours from now. Yes. On Capitol Hill, White House Press Secretary. Mm-hmm, yes, America is under attack from Republicans. Yes, that's right. It's Republicans who are attacking America. Just say that to any single mother trying to walk through downtown Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, New York, L.A., San Francisco, and not get stabbed with a fentanyl needle.
Starting point is 00:13:58 Or accosted by some homeless hooligan who most likely is a criminal alien. Say that to Lake and Riley's parents. Say that to Lake and Riley's parents. Say that to Lake and Riley. Go to Lake and Riley's parents. Apparently Lake and Riley was invited to the State of the Union. Lake and Riley's mother and father were invited to the State of the Union.
Starting point is 00:14:16 I think our guest who will be joining the program, Mike Collins, actually invited her parents. This is the nursing student that was murdered by a criminal alien, a Venezuelan, who is a career criminal, most likely released from a Venezuelan prison, and came here to go murder. And they murdered an American nursing student, sweet, sharp, intelligent young lady who just wanted to help people, according to her teachers and her classes. And because of Joe Biden, this person should have never been here. Because of Democrats, this girl is murdered. It really makes you wonder. It really makes you wonder.
Starting point is 00:14:57 You saw during COVID how the corporate press can weaponize the actions of a president or an administration and deaths of Americans to create a narrative to tell to the American people. Whether that's justified or not, I'll let you decide. But here's what's most important. Like Americans are literally being slaughtered in the streets. It's not just Lake and Riley. It's dozens, hundreds, thousands. I don't know. I'm not sure if there's like a like a database of this. If there is, I'd like to find it, put it up on the show. They're being like regular Americans are dying because of Joe Biden's policies getting quite literally slaughtered in the street. And nothing. No, like no effort to like talk about this. Luckily, there is an effort to talk about this. There are a number of Republican ads out right now previewing the State of the Union
Starting point is 00:15:55 and what the real State of the Union is under Joe Biden. Here's the first one from Donald Trump, from Trump, I believe Trump's super PAC, ladies and gentlemen, chilling, quite frankly. Watch. I guess I should clear my mind here a little bit. We can all see Joe Biden's weakness. If Biden wins, can he even survive till 2029? The real question is, can we make America great again? Inc. is responsible for the content of this advertising. Very good. Very sharp. Really like the Kamala edition there
Starting point is 00:16:42 at the end. Ted Cruz out obviously ted cruz senator from border state up for re-election this year out with a very savage ad uh previewing the state of the union here are the republican responses quite serious uh quite dark and uh doesn't paint a good picture for joe biden again we've seen how the corporate media, when they wish to, can weaponize the death of Americans against an administration based on their policies. Amazing how you hear nothing about the wholesale slaughter of Americans that are happening now because of Joe Biden and Democrat open borders policies. Ted Cruz is trying to make people pay attention and listen. Watch. There's a pattern we're seeing all across the country now.
Starting point is 00:17:28 We're seeing violent crimes committed by illegal aliens that Joe Biden released. I would, in fact, make sure that there is we immediately surge to the border. All those people are seeking asylum. An illegal immigrant charged with the murder of a 22-year-old Georgia nursing student, Lakin Riley. Jose Amara, her accused killer, came to the U.S. illegally from Venezuela. Whether it is Lakin Riley or whether it is Jeremy Caceres, a two-year-old boy who was murdered just outside Washington, D.C. by another illegal alien that Biden released. In recent days, a 14-year-old girl in Boston raped by an illegal alien Biden released. In recent days, a 14 year old girl in Boston raped by an illegal
Starting point is 00:18:07 alien Biden released. A child under 14 raped by an illegal alien in Louisiana that Biden released. When you release violent criminals into our community, Americans are going to be killed. Ladies and gentlemen, the Republicans are going to be hitting on, obviously, this message. And this is, I believe, a very uniting message for everyone. This is also a winning message based on the polls. Every single poll, every single breakaway poll says that immigration is like the massive motivator inside of the 2024 election vector. Like people are hyper focused on immigration and security, obviously, because open criminality, open borders, opening the prisons in the third world and letting those people come here is going to lead, of course, to the wholesale slaughter of American citizens. And you're seeing it happen right now. Some of these messages are very much on the nose. The Senate Republicans newly departed Mitch McConnell resigning Senate Republicans changing their tune a little bit
Starting point is 00:19:17 and actually going hard in on the murder of Americans, namely Lakin Riley with the Say Her Name ad. Here we go. Lakin Riley should have been able to go on a run in broad daylight without being murdered by an illegal immigrant. But Joe Biden promised not to deport illegal immigrants. Should that person be deported? That person should not be the focus of deportation. Biden vowed not to detain illegal immigrants who crossed the border. No one, no one would be put in jail while waiting for their hearing. So when Jose Ibarra crossed into America illegally, he was not deported. He was not put in jail.
Starting point is 00:19:59 Biden also supported sanctuary cities. Should undocumented immigrants arrested by local police be turned over to immigration officials? No. So when Jose Ibarra was arrested in New York City for endangering a child, he was freed a second time. Ibarra went to Georgia,
Starting point is 00:20:17 where he beat Lake and Riley to death. How many more killers has Biden set free? Building America's Teacher is responsible for the content of this advertising. Good. This is the correct messaging. Now you need to unite around a solution. Remember that time when we delivered the White House and the Senate and the House and we had unified control of the government and a Supreme Court that would probably allow the president to do what he needed to do
Starting point is 00:20:47 to secure the border, for sure. The year was 2017. Donald Trump put his hand on the Bible. Why wasn't the wall funded and built right then? Why? Well, many people have come to this program and said that they weren't prepared for victory. They weren't prepared for Donald Trump
Starting point is 00:21:03 to be elected president. And Republicans were left kind of pissing into the wind. And so let's not let that be the reality this year. When Donald Trump comes roaring back in 2024, let's have our act together, please. And not allow this. The only reason this is continuing is because Republicans did not have their acts together. So it's enough to like, it's one thing like point out a problem. Yeah, Biden bad, Biden bad, Biden bad.
Starting point is 00:21:35 Okay, now what do we do as a movement? What do we say as a party? How do you fix it? What are the solutions, right? Building the wall, day, permanent border stations, permanent security measures, new laws to criminalize human smuggling. The pro absolutely the prosecution of everyone who engaged in the human smuggling network, put people from the UN in prison, but Joe Biden, Joe Biden, charge him.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Come on. I mean, this is like obvious, the things that you do. Mayorkas, 10 million counts of human smuggling. Here you go. Here's your charges. Here's your federal charges. That's illegal, right? It's quite literally illegal to enter the country outside of a port of entry and to stay in the country. These are felonies, right? These are federal felonies under the 1964 Immigration Act. So there you go. Start prosecuting people. That's actually quite, quite literally, that is how you end it. Okay. That is how you ensure that this never, ever happens again and never be as used as a political football ever again. So how do they get out of this hole, right? Joe Biden's policies are getting people murdered.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Joe Biden himself is obviously incapable of standing up, delivering a speech, speaking the English language. How do they get out? Well, the easiest path forward is lie. The easiest path forward is North Korean levels of propaganda, which is what you are seeing in these clips like from Morning Joe. Oh man, this one is so special. Joe Scarborough is straight up looking down the barrel of the camera and telling all of us that not only is Joe Biden like sharp as a tack,
Starting point is 00:23:22 Joe Biden's better than he's ever been. Joe Biden's never been better. He is as intelligent and as tuned in and acute as any president in the history of America. The best path forward. The only way out is to lie like hell to our audience and pray that they don't have a phone
Starting point is 00:23:44 that connects to the internet and they can't see clips of Joe Biden. That's it. This is the new desperation tactic. Here we go. But comparing that guy's mental state, I've said it for years now, he's cogent. But I undersold him when I said he was cogent he's far beyond cogent in fact I think he's better than he's ever been intellectually um analytically because he's been around for 50 years and you know I don't know if people know this or not Biden used to be a hothead sometimes that Irishman would get in front of the reasoning. Sometimes he would say things he didn't want to say. This is and I don't really you know what I
Starting point is 00:24:33 don't really start your tape right now because I'm about to tell you the truth. This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever. Not a close second. And I've known him for years. The Brzezinski's have known him for 50 years. If it weren't the truth, I wouldn't say it. You have to actually worry about these people's souls right like how do you sleep at night how do you i sleep like baby at night because at the very least i can look myself in the mirror and be like i'm not going to egregiously lie to myself to my my soul, to my audience today. I'm going to spit facts. We're going to tell it like it is, and we're just going to have it out. Plenty of Republicans I don't like. We go in hard on this show, on Mitch McConnell. We go hard on Ronald McDaniel. We go hard on the
Starting point is 00:25:41 Republicans we don't like. We're not servants to anyone. We have our own independent show. We're not owned by anyone. There's no earpiece. No corporation telling us what to do. It's awesome. At the very least, as a man, I can stand there and I can say, yo, I have my dignity. What do they got on Joe Scarborough?
Starting point is 00:26:03 It really makes you wonder. It really, it makes you wonder. What do they have on joe scarborough it really makes you wonder it really it makes you wonder what do they have on joe scarborough because it's just it's bad right like it's it's just it's really it has to be morally degrading to your soul to do that every single day and to just like we don't have to play all the clips. I'm like, I'm tempted to be like, give me all the clips of Joe Biden, like falling down, crapping his pants and everything. You've seen it. You've seen it. You've seen it. It's, it's humiliating. Right? So Joe Biden saying this, the best Biden ever, the best version ever,
Starting point is 00:26:39 bro, bro, like get some help. Stop it. Get some help. Take a vacation. Like read your Bible. Maybe get a workout in. Like get some sunshine, right? Take a breath. Like you degrade yourself. You're degrading yourself reading that cue card, like lying for these people. They're not worth it. They're not. No one's worth it. No one's worth you selling your dignity for. What's remarkable is that that same network on MSNBC was remarkable is that like hours earlier on that same network, there are people who were unable to like get past the fact that Donald Trump is demolishing Joe Biden. And that's what's really interesting. This guy named Steve Kornacki, I know he works at MSNBC. I know. But we always zoom in a little
Starting point is 00:27:32 bit when he has a clip because the dude's like the data guy. I'm sure he's a lib like everyone else. But this this the guy like delivers lots of black pills on MSNBC about the policies of Joe Biden. And he just kind of like reads the data. And so we respect that. And we think that it's interesting when the people of MSNBC, like the viewers of MSNBC actually hear these points being made on their network, like and get like these little doses of reality. And then they have to then they get like the oxygen mask of copium like drops down from the ceiling. They can listen and then they can listen to Joe Scarborough. Right. Joe Biden's better than ever. Didn't I just see Joe Biden sitting like drops down from the ceiling they can listen and then they can listen to joe scarborough right joe biden's better than ever didn't i just see joe biden sitting like a melting wax
Starting point is 00:28:10 madame tussauds figure unable to do a zoom call with morgan freeman a bunch of fake actors adult pretenders yeah okay but don't worry joe scarborough's got me. We've known Biden for 50 years. This is the best Biden ever. Copium, copium. Yeah. Here is MSNBC being unable to, MSNBC, the people who still have souls at MSNBC being unable to not reveal the facts that the Trump campaign is taking voters from Biden,
Starting point is 00:28:48 that Biden's incompetence is going to lead to destruction. And well, ladies and gentlemen, that's just what happens when you lead a very evil life and you have big liars defending you. Here's a bit of truth from MSNBC. So the numbers he's posting in general election polling against Biden right now are absolutely consistent with what he's got among Republicans in past elections. So, again, if you're if you're looking at the primaries and saying, boy, there's all evidence here of Republicans turning on Trump, unwilling to vote for Trump in the fall. You're not seeing it in the general election polling in these Trump numbers. And then you take a look at one final thing here. This is from the New York Times Siena poll.
Starting point is 00:29:33 They looked at it this way. They asked respondents in their poll, who did you vote for in 2020? And are you still with that candidate now? Ninety seven percent of folks who said they voted for Trump in 2020 say in this poll they're still with Trump. But only 85 percent of Joe Biden's 2020 voters say they're with him. So, again, I think if you're the Trump campaign, you look at a finding like this and say, maybe there's some slack on the Republican side. They're probably thinking, but not a ton. And meanwhile, it's Biden who has the slack.
Starting point is 00:30:02 And the reason Trump is leading in these polls right now over Biden and their polls, they can change and they can be wrong. And all of the all of the disclaimers we can put on it. But I think the Trump campaign would look at this and say they're picking off Biden voters right now more than Biden is picking off Trump voters. Hmm. Well, what does that mean? Joe Scarborough. What do they have on this guy? It really is remarkable. Joe Scarborough was a Republican elected congressman. He used to be quite the rising star in the Republican Party.
Starting point is 00:30:35 What do they do to these people? Like quite, like literally, what do they do to these people? Joe Scarborough has a super shady past, man. Look into it sometime. It's interesting. Joe Scarborough has, that shady past, man. Look into it sometime. It's interesting. Joe Scarborough has, that dude's got some skeletons, metaphorically, maybe literally,
Starting point is 00:30:51 in his closet. What do they do to these people? What do they get on them that turn them into people that can't even, like, that are unable to, like, determine reality, right? Like, that are unable to, like, see reality? Like they're unable to like see reality, they just degrade themselves on national TV like that.
Starting point is 00:31:10 I don't get it. We may not win every fight. Well, like, dude, like we're in the David and Goliath battle. Every ESG, every publicly traded corporation, every law firm, Hollywood, the recording industries, all these institutions, the recording industries, all these institutions, all of academia, wholly and totally owned by the Marxist left, all of it.
Starting point is 00:31:31 It's all collapsing. It's all going down in flames, but nonetheless owned by the Marxist left, right? Owned by these guys, all of these institutions. Like, but at least I have my balls. At least we got like our, at least we got like our dignity when we talk to our audience. At least we have like some semblance of like, I'm not going to lie to you. I don't know what it would be like to have to like get trotted out. Like what level of
Starting point is 00:32:05 humiliation to like take the ball gag out of your mouth, unzip your gimp suit, get off your knees and then be trotted out on MSNBC and say, Joe Biden's the best version ever. This is the best version of Joe Biden ever. What do they do to you, man? What do they do? And stop it. You're getting old. Like you should be retired. You should be like on a beach somewhere. You shouldn't be doing this. You're disgracing yourself. There is this moment,
Starting point is 00:32:32 probably my favorite moment that has ever been broadcast on CNN from yesterday. When CNN, the anchors on CNN just straight up like admit it. Like at the very least, whatever they got cooking in
Starting point is 00:32:46 the break room over at MSNBC, it hasn't made its way, whatever's in the punch bowl there, it hasn't made its way all the way to CNN because there's this moment of lucidity on CNN where they're like, listen, there's no stopping Trump. It's Trump's party. This idea that there's going to be some neocon, never Trump resurgence. That's gone. That's done. Mitch McConnell endorsing Trump. The only person in the Republican Party who hasn't endorsed Trump, Nikki Haley. And she signed a little agreement. She signed a pact with the RNC to endorse the nominee.
Starting point is 00:33:14 Now Trump's the nominee. No one else running against him. Joe Biden, on the other hand, is losing in American Samoa. It's just some dude, Jason Falmer. So anyway, CNN, CNN having an opportunity to like straight up say, yeah, guys, it's done.
Starting point is 00:33:35 The Republican Party is the party of populism, the party of the working class, the party of Trump. This is what, it's shocking to say, this is what honest reporting looks like here we go percentage of it has actually jumped up even more it's 88 percent of the delegates so you're looking at the percentage uh donald trump cannot mathematically clinch tonight but he can get within 100 or so uh of what he needs and he can do that next week and so what you have here is
Starting point is 00:33:58 you know he has remade the party in his image there are there are still some republicans who are trying to take it away, like take it back. That's over. That's over. There's no back. That party doesn't exist anymore. It just doesn't. It just doesn't. Look at the House of Representatives. Look at what's happening in the United States Senate. Mitch McConnell stepping aside and some of the more governing conservatives trying to keep their power even just within the Senate Republican Conference. This is a new Republican Party. And so you have a very formidable Republican frontrunner who has remade the party in his image. And the weaknesses come in the sense of in very much the way you're talking about how he is reformed. rib eye sizzling on the barbecue that was carefully selected by an Instacart shopper and delivered to your door. Service fees, exclusions, and terms apply. Instacart, groceries that overdeliver. Forming the Republican Party, more working class people, including voters of color, African-American men primarily, but also Latinos. This is Trump's party. He's remade the party, working class people, minorities, Latinos. Everyone is flocking, quite frankly, to the new party of populism to say, we are proud of our nation and we want this nation to be strong. We want America first.
Starting point is 00:35:35 It's a winning message, ladies and gentlemen. It is a winning message. You might even say it is a golden message. Ladies and gentlemen, what we have going on in the state of Georgia is just too good.
Starting point is 00:36:54 It is quite literally better than any Jerry Springer show we've ever seen. Ladies and gentlemen, we got, we got, we got him. Ladies and gentlemen, we got him. Res of the Pentagon, we got him. We got him. Ladies and gentlemen, we got him. Pentagon, we got him. We have the actual lie from Fannie Willis. We have it based on a testimony yesterday that Fannie Willis has officially lied to the court, that she paid Nathan's hot dog
Starting point is 00:37:23 almost double his salary, that she met with Kamala Harris before indicting Trump. Bombshell testimony about their affair and the 1,200 text messages exposed yesterday during a hearing inside of the Georgia Senate. Ooh, man. Ashley Merchant, who of course is one of the lawyers in this sordid affair defending one of the Trump co-defendants, was testifying yesterday inside of the Georgia Senate. And hot diggity damn, do we ever got it now? Big Fannie going down. She lied. We have it. We have the proof now. Big Fannie testified that she had never been to the White House, that she'd never met with Kamala Harris or anyone, that she wasn't coordinating with the national democratic party and their infrastructure to go after Trump and to prosecute Trump. Big Fanny lied.
Starting point is 00:38:32 Ladies and gentlemen, we have it on tape. Take it away. I wonder. Okay. So in that testimony, did she deny, uh deny the start date of this affair? Yes. She said it started in early of 2022. There was some discrepancy between them, you know, a month or two here and there, whether it started.
Starting point is 00:38:57 Generally, it was around March is what Mr. Wade and Mrs. Wesson said. What are the consequences for an attorney to give sworn testimony that she did? If you're Bradley, what is it, Yerkey? Yerty. Yerty, your trackhawk data, your other independent verifications are found to be truthful. It's a crime. It's a felony. You'd lose your license.
Starting point is 00:39:22 It's perjury. Same for Wade. Yes. And we have rules that are one of the, I mean, outside of privilege and confidentiality, we cannot suborn perjury. So if I have a client who tells me I did it, I can't put them on the stand to say I didn't do it. I mean, I would lose my license over that. I cannot do that. So maybe that's why Fannie Willis's Bud Light lawyer is so nervous. Maybe that's why Fannie Willis's DUI traffic stop lawyer, who was sweating profusely and
Starting point is 00:39:57 who was wiping his face and who was jittery and shaking, quite literally, trying to defend her. Maybe that's why. Because he knows that he is defending liars. And they are totally and completely indefensible. Fannie Willis testified she had never met the White House. How does that stand up? How does that stand up to the actual facts of the case? Let's check in.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Open records for the White House access. And we had records that Ms. Willis and the mayor of Atlanta were at meeting with the vice president. Okay, and so this is the access history. How does that work? The White House keeps records of anybody that comes in and has any kind of official meeting for sure? Yes, and my understanding is it's highly regulated who can access the White House. And so you have to apply in person or apply ahead of time. And then they give you a time when you make the appointment and they give you a time when you're
Starting point is 00:40:52 allowed to be in and when you have to be out by. And they track you. And I mean, that makes sense. They don't want anybody lingering in the White House. But they keep that. And so these are they're called WAVE records, I believe is what they're called. And I'm not sure what that's an acronym for, but they're publicly available. They're open records. And this record that's shown on the screen shows Fannie Willis was a visitor with V. POTUS. I presume that's Vice President of the United States. Yes. Yes, it was. And what was the date of that back in, was that February sometime of 23? February 28, 2023. Is that before the indictment? Yes. So is Fannie Willis lying?
Starting point is 00:41:31 Is the White House lying? This seems like a huge issue for the Secret Service. Does the White House records lie? Because you can see here that Fannie, the proper name there would be Big Fannie Willis, the White House needs to amend their record for that, that she visited right there. It's in the record, 2023. Hot diggity damn. So she's meeting Kamala Harris at the White House. Surely the Secret Service didn't lie about this meeting
Starting point is 00:42:13 and didn't doctor this record, right? Seems like that would be a horrible breach of security. So there's no way to get out of this, right? Like you couldn't ever testify that you didn't go to the White House, given the fact that the White House has a record of you going there. Seems like a big deal.
Starting point is 00:42:32 Seems like that's something you shouldn't do. And yet, ladies and gentlemen, Big Fanny, sitting on the bench, saying this. My next question is based on her opening the door, and therefore I'll just ask it, and Your Honor can decide whether or not it's appropriate. When you went to D.C., did you go to the White House? I did not go to the White House.
Starting point is 00:42:56 Well, apparently I'm going to get the answer anyhow. There you have it. Next question. Okay. Okay, so listen. There's something in the court of law that's like a credible witness, right? If you go up to the stand and you're drooling and you're wearing a helmet and you are trying to eat the microphone, okay? And they're like, you can't eat the microphone.
Starting point is 00:43:21 So you pull out a bag of beef jerky, and then you eat one of those little white packets inside the beef jerky. You, like, eat that. They're like, I don't think this witness is very credible. They're kind of behaving like an insane person. When Fannie Willis is like, I've never been to the White House, yet this record exists of her at the White House? One of these things is not like the other.
Starting point is 00:43:46 One of these things doesn't belong. Somebody is lying. And I'm going to say that the liar is probably the person who is wearing her dress backwards
Starting point is 00:43:56 with the upside down American flag pin. Coming storming in like a hot mess. Comes raging in. Screaming and ranting. Yelling. The judge had to put her in timeout. Oh, yeah. Fannie Willis, total and complete meltdown. What the hell is going on in Fulton County? What is going on in Georgia?
Starting point is 00:44:28 Oh, man. So many things are happening right now, and they're happening at such a quick pace. It's exciting. It's an exciting time to be alive. Two or three real quick other things. Obviously, Fannie Willis will face felony charges. That alone. I think we have the Don Jr. tweet. Do we have that Don Jr. tweet? I mean, the president's son this morning is being like, ah, this looks like a really big deal. This seems like not a great thing to do. This is like demonstrable. It's a demonstrable lie.
Starting point is 00:44:57 Fannie Willis specifically and categorically denied ever having visited the White House in DC. Ashley Merchant provided the receipts. There are more receipts, by the way. You know, campaign finance violations are a big no-no. You can't go take your campaign cash and just go let it rain at the strip club like your T-pain. But apparently, Big Fanny is ready for the pain. Big Fannie may be ready for a hard time. Ladies and gentlemen, also campaign violations, big time no-no, big problems for Big Fannie. Go. Receiving money and not paying it back. And there was testimony about that. You know,
Starting point is 00:45:40 Ms. Willis came in and testified and Mr. Wade did that. She paid him back in these sums of cash, but there's no records of any of that or where she got it. Anything shows him depositing cash or receiving cash? No. And we asked her where you got it. She said that she – first she said she borrowed it from her campaign. So she said the original large sum of cash came from her campaign. I think all of us up here that have campaigns know you can't take campaign funds for personal use, right?
Starting point is 00:46:08 I'm not well-versed in that area of law, but that is my understanding. It's pretty black and white. So she testified that the majority of the cash she had on hand was from her campaign, that a loan she had given herself from the campaign. She was very clear about that. And then she also said that when it got low, she would supplement it by getting like $50 back at Publix. But I mean, she's giving him, you know, $4,000, $2,500, you know, large sums of cash. So, and there's no trail, obviously. There's no record of any of that. There's no record because Fannie Willis kept
Starting point is 00:46:42 her cash where she lays her head. You see, sounds like a very responsible adult. You should totally entrust that person to prosecute the president of the United States. That's a smart person. But Fannie Willis just, so let me paint you a picture here. You're walking down the street and you see somebody who is wearing their dress backwards who has an upside down american flag pin who's like ranting and raving and waving papers around kind of like this and then she also has a pillow sack full of like one dollar bills that she's dragging behind her is this the kind of person you're going to entrust as like a prosecutor for your county the kind of person you want to vote for what's going on
Starting point is 00:47:30 fulton county that's why we keep covering this case it's just too good it really it's just too much fun apparently fannie willis begged for public money, millions of dollars, in order to prosecute homicides in Fulton County. And I say homicides because the only person she went after is Donald Trump, because she doesn't like the color of his skin. Orange man bad, remember, right? Had the wrong skin color. You can't be president. This is what Fannie Willis went after. She literally embezzled funds that were meant to go after cold-blooded murderers and used them to go after Donald Trump, but gave us the greatest mugshot ever. Four-foot-tall version of it hanging in our studio. So I guess we say
Starting point is 00:48:15 thank you, Fannie, low-key. Here we go. That is their argument in their reply briefs that they filed in court, that they have inherent authority. They don't have to comply with the county ordinances, don't have to comply with the statute inherent authority they don't have to comply with the county ordinances don't have to comply with the statute so they don't have to comply with our state statute that they have once they're awarded the budget they can use that budget however i mean how their how their motion and i and i'm happy to send the motion um it's public record but how their motion argued it was if they get five million dollars they can pay that to one person if they want, as long as the, you know, because the voters authorized her to do that. So the county, their position is the county authorizes a budget and she can pretty much has inherent authority to do it, however. Even though she specifically asked for the money to prosecute backlogged
Starting point is 00:48:59 homicide cases in Atlanta? Yes. Okay. So she asked for the money to prosecute backlogs of homicide cases in a place that has a massive crime problem in Atlanta, in Fulton County, and she used it to go after Orange Man Bat. Got it? And how did she do it? Oh, she went with the ace lawyer, certainly the sharpest tack in all of Fulton County. The guy who, well, when asked if he's ever been in a cabin, had to wipe the liters of sweat that were pouring down his face, stare at the ceiling into the middle distance, look up and pause for like 60 seconds before he could figure out the answer. The guy whose legal pedigree has been prosecuting traffic tickets, name changes, getting somebody a couple bucks back for a stolen speaker out of their car.
Starting point is 00:50:00 The kind of lawyer who's like faces on the the bus stop seats right this guy you know this guy the slip and fall ambulance kind of guy ambulance chasers you call this is nathan wade he has no legal pedigree he has no pedigree in prosecuting felonies that's a matter of fact that's something that his lawyer admitted to on the stand and this is the guy theest, the sharpest guy there is. In fact, he was paid, according to the testimony yesterday by Ms. Merchant, Fannie hired Nathan Wade and circumvented ethics and enabled him to be paid nearly a million dollars instead of the $100,000, which are the rules for the county. It's money laundering. Straight to the booty call.
Starting point is 00:50:50 Let's go. What's the most they could have made? Well, first, she couldn't have hired Mr. Wade because it violates county policy. So she would not have been able to hire Mr. Wade as an employee. How does that violate county policy? They have a lot of policies on nepotism, relationships, personal. There's a lot of guidelines in the county policies. So she would not have been able to hire him. It would not have been approved. And that would be something that actually did have to get approved
Starting point is 00:51:14 by the county. And because of their relationship, that wouldn't happen. So she wouldn't have been allowed to hire him because of violations of other county policies? Yes. He couldn't have been a direct employee of the district attorney's office? Yes. He couldn't have been a direct employee of the district attorney's office? Exactly. This process circumvented those rules and ethical obligations? Yes, it did. So let's say it wasn't Mr. Wade. So if it wasn't Mr. Wade and someone else, I believe most of the other prosecutors on this case make around $175,000 annually. I interrupted you. I'm sorry. That's okay. No, that was the answer. So, you know, if she had hired Mr. Wade or somebody else as a salaried employee, they would make around
Starting point is 00:51:53 $175,000, most likely. So using this technique that didn't obtain approval and didn't have to follow the ethical guidelines of her own office, She was able to pay him $700,000 over two or three years. Yes. And way more than he would have made as an employee. Way more. And also he's able to have a private practice. So Nathan Wade was able to make five times what the other attorneys made with no history in prosecuting felonies. The slip and fall, ambulance chaser, back of the bus stop, back of the bus, right? When the city bus is driving around and you see the scumbag lawyer ads, that guy, the boyfriend,
Starting point is 00:52:38 this is the sharpest guy they got in Fulton County. We have one final important piece of evidence to show you Nathan Wade's pedigree. It is, of course, the time when Nathan Wade was asked one of the toughest legal questions, a question that's so tough it doesn't even make it onto the LSAT. Most lawyers can't ever answer this question. I mean, this one is a a doozy have you ever been to a cabin this got him this got him but watch nathan wade not buckle under pressure but instead stare at the ceiling and sweat for 60 straight seconds on this very difficult moral question of our time have you been to a cabin ladies and gentlemen here we go did you go to a cabin? Ladies and gentlemen, here we go. Did you go to a cabin with Miss Willis ever? Ever.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Ever. No. You never want no capitalism. No. Ladies and gentlemen, joining us now, Georgia Congressman Mike Collins. Let's go. Sir, you are a master of memes, and we thought you'd appreciate that memes. Interesting time to be a member of Congress from Georgia. You had a Senate hearing yesterday. This entire case is falling to pieces and is quite embarrassing, I think, for Fulton County and the entire state of Georgia. Your thoughts, sir? Gee, thanks, Benny, for having me on after that. You know, I don't know how you follow that up.
Starting point is 00:54:30 But other than say that, you know, the wheels on her bus, man, they've been coming off a long time ago. You know, people it's it's it's a sad situation. You keep saying that is Fulton County. That's every day Fulton County. So, you know, that's nothing unique there. And it just goes to show the scam that this, that her and her friend, boyfriend there were trying to pull over the American people. Yeah. I don't think they had any intention other than just making some good hard cash at the end of the day. Yeah, that's right. But they may be getting hard time after all of this. What's the update from the, I mean, obviously you're a member of Congress from the state of Georgia. You must know people on the Georgia Senate committee that was questioning Ms. Merchant yesterday. What are the major takeaways from that testimony? Well, I do. I know the Senator Cousert there in
Starting point is 00:55:19 the middle that was doing the most of the questioning. I hadn't had an opportunity to catch up with him yet. But you know, Benny, my goodness, it doesn't take very much common sense to understand that these people not only should be kicked off of this case, and her entire team, from what I understand, will be kicked off this case, but she's got some legal troubles. You know, it's odd that you ask somebody if they went to the White House,
Starting point is 00:55:43 and then you show up the the logs where they were there and it wasn't even a year ago uh you know your memory's that bad uh there's definitely something you're hiding there and and all of it's coming out you know this this poor old jerry springer man if he'd have been around this would have been a hell of an episode for him you're you're in obviously, you're obviously in a branch of government that is also investigating Fannie Willis. Jim Jordan, your colleague, has sent subpoenas to Fannie Willis to look into this because she's been witness tampering, apparently like as a big no-no to misuse federal funds. Can you inform us from a congressional perspective,
Starting point is 00:56:21 what's going on right now with the Fannie Willis investigation? You know, Benny, I wish I sat on that committee. I really do. I would love to be a part of some of this stuff, especially with what Jim Jordan, but I guarantee you one thing. I wouldn't want to be on the other end of Jim Jordan's questions
Starting point is 00:56:39 because that committee and him in particular, when he sits down and does his homework, man, he's going to know exactly what the answers are before he asks the questions. And when they get through with her up here, she's probably going to wish it. She probably never had been around trying to get her cash from this forum, maybe a different way. You are a strong ally of Donald Trump. You've appeared with him before. Donald Trump, I think, is going to be doing rallies in Georgia, started doing rallies in Georgia as we hear over the next
Starting point is 00:57:09 couple of weeks. And so moving forward into the general election, now that Donald Trump is the Republican nominee, obviously, I assume you're going to be going to those rallies and appearing with him. How does Donald Trump fight shenanigans in Georgia and win? Well, most people in Georgia already see this as bogus BS to begin with. And I think in short order, as a matter of fact, I was asking for an update when we were walking in this morning, whether or not the judge had already ruled on this case. And I think that, you know, short order, he's going to go ahead and rule on the case. But Trump, all he has to do is keep going out there and doing what he's been doing with the American people.
Starting point is 00:57:54 And that's letting them know that he's back, back in big fashion, that the events that we've been attending. I know I saw you in South Carolina. We didn't get to speak. But you see how these these crowds are huge. The excitement in the air is there. People, this is, this is just like 2016 over again. The only thing different that you have now is you've got proof of what Trump can do. And you've got proof of what's happened to you throughout the Biden administration. And it's not a hard comparison to make. And it's not, it doesn't take much to say, man, you give me my America
Starting point is 00:58:29 first agenda back. We'll take that all day long. So that's exactly right. We were, you were at the event in South Carolina. We were, we were both there. That was great. It was like, we've talked about on the show. It's like a sports arena that Trump filled up like a, like a, a minor league sports arena. It was a massive indoor basketball arena that was filled, packed to the brim. My takeaway from that, Congressman, was that this is like bigger than 2016. And obviously 2020 had its own frustrations. So it can't be compared that the energy is entirely different. What were your takeaways from the Trump energy of 2024? And I would agree with you to a large extent with that. And, you know, when we walked
Starting point is 00:59:10 up, the line was freaking around the bill and back. Uh, so yeah. And I think that comes from people really realizing, yeah, man, this guy's for real. And this is what he stands for. And those Trump policies worked because if you think about everything from the border to even just general rules, regs, taxes, the Biden administration has tried to do a 180 degree of whatever Donald Trump will do, 180 degrees on it. We don't care what it is. And the American people, man, they've woke up to that a long time ago. Donald Trump at his rallies has been bringing in Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade and slowly working them into the setup, right? And slowly working them into the routine. And Trump has a routine.
Starting point is 00:59:58 He has a series of jokes. And he typically does like the Fannie, F-A-N-I. And the crowds go nuts. But but our jaws were on the floor this weekend when Donald Trump went a step further talking about Nathan Wade. We want to play the clip for you here. Just a really short, just a really short section and then comment on get your commentary on it, because obviously you'll be advising Donald Trump when he hits the state of Georgia for general election rallies soon. Would you advise these kind of jokes? I was indicted by Fannie in Georgia.
Starting point is 01:00:33 How did that work? And her lover, Nathan Wade. And they hired him for almost a million dollars because of his great, great experience. Of course, he didn't have any experience. He had experience in something else. You know that. A lot of experience. And at that, I'm quite sure he was very good based on the fact that she called him 2,000 times.
Starting point is 01:01:01 I didn't know the gentleman. I didn't know him. Oh, you have 2,000 phone 3 500 text messages how is it possible in a short i know a lot of people congressman this is comedy gold donald trump he has experience i like okay so on one level it's really funny on another level it's got to be just like embarrassing um to have this be something that the the country is seeing happening of course it is of course it's embarrassing but uh in true trump fashion he knows how to handle himself and uh hey man he's not gonna find anybody objecting to what he's saying in georgia i can guarantee you that
Starting point is 01:01:42 this is uh this has been a sham and a joke. It's been a joke to Georgia. And it just goes to show you that this administration will do anything they can to get rid of their political opponents. And in this case, they've got several objectives. They want to kill this guy off any way they can through his business, through his family, and make them suffer so that one day if somebody else rears their head and they don't have as much money as President Trump, they're going to say, man, you don't want to step in this arena. Look at what we did to that fellow. We can take you out quick. And it's these sham, all of them are shams, but it's these sham court proceedings that, uh, that I think are backfiring on them. And the American people are getting behind Trump. I encourage, keep
Starting point is 01:02:30 it up. I'm fine. That's good. Yeah. Uh, I do think it's backfiring. You'll see, I think some of the backfire tonight. I don't, or do you intend on going to the, say the union will be there? Yeah, we'll be right. I need to be here for Lake and Riley. You know, that's right. Can you give us a preview? That was such an important, I mean, all this aside, Congressman, we got to know you because you're great at posting memes and we obviously love your content online and everyone needs to follow the Congressman obviously for that reason. But you invited Lake and Riley's parents to the State of the Union for obvious reasons. They have decided to pass on that, I think, quite obviously a grieving process and so forth. But can you talk about what you expect to hear at the State of the Union, what that process was like?
Starting point is 01:03:20 Are they from your district? No. The murder took place in Athens, Georgia, which is in my district. And I have talked with them several times on the telephone and we've texted back and forth. And quite naturally so. I mean, they're devastated. I mean, this is a tragedy. And as someone that has a 26- old daughter you know I cannot imagine when you send your child to a to get a higher education at college and you think you're sending them to a safe place and and lo and behold you would never think anything like this could ever happen but you know there again we've got people
Starting point is 01:04:03 that choose which laws that they want to abide by. And there's a mayor up there and a sheriff as well that have decided that they want to be a sanctuary city, even though sanctuary cities are illegal in Georgia. And that doesn't matter. That doesn't fit their profile of what they want to do. And so they have treated that place like a sanctuary city. And I guarantee you that the majority of the families that send their child there, they don't know that. They had no clue. And, you know, we've got some legislation that's going to be voted on today, and we'll
Starting point is 01:04:33 vote on it before the State of the Union address and make sure that we get that passed out so that we can help local law enforcement detain these people and get them over to ICE and get these people out of our country. Forgive me, Congressman. It sounded like we got a little bit of interference in your last answer. I guess I'll leave you with this question. Perhaps you could inform our audience. What do you expect to hear tonight? Is Joe Biden going to be able to make it through? We know Sundown Syndrome is a big deal. Do you expect Biden will actually be able to make it through the entire speech? What's he going to say? What are the Republican responses going to be?
Starting point is 01:05:17 Well, I think we're going to get a pool up, whether or not he can make it through the speech.
