So many strange things about the Trump assassination once again, but thankfully, the assassin is alive because now we will be able to hopefully get some answers. And he left quite a trail of mysterious and dark webs of information that we are going to try and piece together today on this program. Did Ryan Routh have inside information about Donald Trump's whereabouts, where Donald Trump was going to be yesterday? We need to start asking some tough questions on this program. There's so much we don't understand and so much we don't know right now. And we're going to try to make some sense of what seems like a crazy deja vu to certainly to me and probably to you. If you pay attention, then you're potentially piecing together some very odd similarities between this shooter and the shooter in Butler, Pennsylvania. And I want to begin by saying there's no such thing as a conspiracy theory. There's just theories. There's just people asking questions. There are facts, and we wish to present to you as much as we know right now. And then there's speculation, and we're going to have to speculate a little bit on this program. But what the hell happened as a man who just a quick update on the news, a man named Ryan Ralph, who's a life, who's a Democrat. and has donated to Democrats dozens of times, was within just a few hundred yards of President Trump with a rifle with a scope inside of a sniper's den when nobody knew where the hell Donald Trump was that day. His schedule was not public.

It was OTR, off the record, meaning the president moves very fluidly and sort of in the cover of darkness. It would be virtually impossible to track Donald Trump's whereabouts. How the hell did the shooter know where he was? We're going to cover all that. Thankfully, Donald Trump survived. The shooter could have killed the president and clearly wanted to kill the president, as was his stated goal in many social media posts. This guy has a very strange past, was hunted down by the authorities, thankfully, in the state of Florida, and then arrested. On our show yesterday, during the breaking news, we knew so little. We didn't know the man's name.

We didn't know anything about his social media or his past. We had no idea what he looked like, who he was, where he was, what age he was. We didn't we didn't even know if he was arrested at the time when we went live yesterday. We had on a man named Eric Prince. Eric Prince is the founder, CEO of Blackwater, one of the largest protection organizations and most sophisticated protection groups in U.S. history. They're the people who effectively secured war zones when the U.S. military said it's too dangerous. They outsourced this to Eric Prince, and Eric Prince knows about dangerous men and dangerous places. On our program yesterday, Eric Prince said something that was remarkable, that was picked up very widely and was shared very widely and led to real world action that may well be our saving grace in all of this. This may well be the reason why we will actually find some justice and learn about what happened. And it won't just be swept under the rub as you are seeing the corporate media trying to do this morning all across corporate media, calling it an incident instead of an

assassination attempt and saying his motivations are unclear. The guy had a Kamala Harris sticker on his car. Put it up. Got a Kamala Harris sticker on his car put it up got a Kamala Harris sticker on his car the guy voted for Democrats I want you to see it here's a guy's truck sitting in his driveway the guy had a Joe Biden Kamala Harris sticker on the damn car you were seeing Time Magazine this morning got community noted into the sun but still Time Magazine this morning saying uh we don't know his political ideology we'll never know we may never know you can see what they're trying to do here there's one reason why they might not be able to pull it off and that's because of our show yesterday i'm not here

to um egregiously pat ourselves on the back but i am here to sort of plant a flag and say how important this audience is how much we care about you and why we are so thankful for you. On our show yesterday, Eric Prince made this very, very harsh declarative statement. declared this a joint operation with independent Florida state investigations and the Florida Bureau of Investigations and must grab from the feds and rent rip from the feds the authority to charge, interview, observe, scan, scrape Ryan Ralph, social media, texts, signal chats, telegram chats, whatever. His entire phone is going to be a treasure trove of who he was operating with, what he was saying to them, how he knew where President Trump was that day, what his digital ID,

who was paying him if somebody was paying. The state of Florida must have access to this. This happened in the state of Florida. Thank God it didn't happen in a blue state or a state run like a decrepit state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania could have, with proper leadership, done the exact same thing in the Butler shooting. Of course, Pennsylvania leadership was clawing and clamoring to be vice president for Kamala Harris

so they did nothing they turn it over to the feds to go into scrub operation and to make sure that we know nothing we'll never know we'll never know we'll cremate his body we'll hose everything off we'll make sure that the place is scrubbed clean that you never find out anything about the kid, never find out anything about his background, who he was talking with. We'll even lie to Congress about it. Thankfully, Ron DeSantis heard us. This is the power of this audience.

I want to just begin with a victory today as we get into the dark story and strange actions of Ryan Ralph. Here is Eric Prince calling for Ron DeSantis to assert state control over this investigation and rend back the information and power from the feds. This is called the 10th Amendment inaction. Can you please, since we know that the governor follows our accounts quite closely, can you please give a message to Governor DeSantis from your security expertise and perspective on this? Governor DeSantis, love what you've done to the state of Florida. Now is the time to prove the Florida Bureau of Investigation's merit in cracking this crime and not brushing it under the rug like happened in Pennsylvania. Yes, I believe that at the very at the very least, what this would provide is transparency that then all of us could agree on the the terms because because what we saw in Butler was Thomas Crooks, the FBI contacting Gab saying that we have the account of Thomas Crooks. He's a far

left winger who supports Joe Biden. You can see that through his posting and the owner of Gab coming out and saying, here are all of his posts. This guy is a left wing Joe Biden supporter. The next day, the FBI comes in and testifies that he's actually a right winger. And I don't know if that the intention, obviously the intention there is to confuse or to cross the wires. But guess which narrative the corporate press run with? Of course. Exactly. So, again, the state government has a huge role in this in preventing assassination and murder in their state. Clearly, the federal government cannot be cannot be trusted here.

Sadly, it's a it's a time for Governor DeSantis to flex up and to see that this is done properly. Well, we want to thank you for watching yesterday. Ron DeSantis, yesterday, after we went live and after our post, after that post went thermonuclear viral, I don't know, it got millions of views on our social media and it was picked up by hundreds of news outlets. Ron DeSantis, through that pressure, put out this post last night. The state of Florida will be conducting its own investigation regarding the assassination attempt of Donald Trump

at Trump International Golf Club. People deserve the truth. Do you see that? You see that? See what we did together? People deserve the truth about the would-be assassin and how he was able to get within 500 yards as president and current GOP nominee.

Attorney General Ashley Moody, still silent on this. So we look forward to that and we are going to be muscularly driving for the Attorney General of the state to launch her own and open her own investigations. Let me like layer on top of this something I believe is incredibly important. Ron DeSantis has an opportunity to become a living legend in this moment. Ron DeSantis needs to assert full control since this happened inside of the Florida jurisdiction. And my team is telling me to state this correctly.

There is no Florida Bureau of Investigations on my apologies. Florida Department of Law Enforcement, FDLE. So this would be who would be investigating. I want to make this very clear. Okay. Because, you know, leftwing violence is the only true violence that is happening with regularity on a political landscape here in the country. And we need to really have a hard take on this. In the program, we're going to show you exactly, in this program, we're going to show you exactly what the unhinged radicalism of the left and how, quite frankly, what they say is this. If you disagree with them politically, you're not human.

If you disagree with them politically, you're not deserving of life. This is the ideology of the left, and we wish to expose that. Many members on the left are celebrating the fact that there was another assassination attempt on Donald Trump, just like they did the first time. The only way to actually make this stick is to have a real investigation of this real Kamala Harris and Joe Biden voter and donor who tried to kill Trump yesterday and to start saying it and putting it in those terms. And the only way we're going to be able to put it in those terms is if Ron DeSantis has the balls to step out there on a daily basis and give press conferences. This is what we need. We need a daily press conference base. I have a tweet on this. Put it up. I said, great job, governor. Here's what you do next.

Full state authority. This crime happened in your state. You have full rights legally to not only participate in this investigation, but to learn everything along with federal authorities. This is a 10th Amendment situation. The state of Florida must muscularly assert its right to learn everything the feds know and to be present during interrogations, assessment of electronics, gathering of evidence. Two, hold a daily press conference. Do not let this slip from the psyche of American people. Release information. We've heard nothing but lies from the Secret Service. We've heard nothing but lies from the feds on the Butler assassination. I mean, lies, verifiable lies, demonstrable lies.

Josh Hawley just released a whistleblower report this morning. Devastating. Then, when we find out who was working with him, they would be assassins. When we find out who was giving him information, we go after all of them.

We expose the network of people who wish to kill President Trump from the inside, from the outside. Not sure. Was it somebody at his club? Was it as simple as that? Or was it much, much darker? As we get into this guy's past, nothing makes sense. What's going on here? Is this MKUltra gone wrong? What's happening

with this guy? There is no logic to this man's life. We're going to give you all the evidence that we know right now, but the only way for us to understand what truly happened here and a reminder that the secret service had to open fire. There are many reports that this guy did in fact fire shots. Well, I guess we're going to have to look, but I say this and I hate that. I have to say it. I hate it. This will be the thing I dislike saying the very most in this program, because there should be things that connect us actually as human beings and Americans together. But sadly, those threads are so bare right now.

I'm glad this happened in a red state. I'm glad it happened in a red state. I'm sure you are too. It's happened in a red state with a strong governor and a governor who is good at prosecuting crime, very good, and getting to the bottom of these things, and good at asserting his rights as a governor through power, through the power of his office, asserting his rights as a governor against the feds

and against the federal government. And so I'm happy it happened in this red state. If this happened in a blue state, if this happened in Connecticut, it'd be the same thing all over again. Oh, just turn it over to the black box of federal investigations. And we'll learn something. Maybe 2026 we'll learn something. They'll release a report when nobody cares. No.

Now is the time. Now is the time to muscularly approach this. I'm really, I'm so thankful for this audience. I thank you. I thank you. I thank you. You will not find a creator in this space that is more appreciative

because this is what we wish to do. We wish to affect proper change. This is actual change. We were able to do it together. We were the first ones out of the gate. And so, ladies and gentlemen, my appreciation to you. President Trump up with a 0-2 post. Actually, sadly, this is a Photoshop.

It's a Photoshop, but an epic one. I hope that Trump sees this, and I hope that he actually does post this. There are so many strange similarities between these two. Let me go through them off the top of my head and then we will be having a member of the assassination task force joining us momentarily. But I want this to be driven home. Both assassins are in videos for promotional events for BlackRock. That doesn't make any sense. We can show you the videos. We got them.

Thomas Crooks and Ryan Ralph. Are there actually that many coincidences in life? Both assassins. Here, you pop it up. Both assassins have very strange and very murky ties to overseas interest groups. Let's just call them. For lack of being able to really properly pin this down. This man, here's Ryan Routh here, appeared in an Azov battalion propaganda video in May 2022.

That's strange. Why is this American citizen appearing in Azov battalion propaganda? This man was completely and totally radicalized by the Ukraine war. He spent what seems to be the last bits of his free life, because I don't believe this man will ever see the light of day again, not in the state, not being prosecuted in a state like Florida. He will die in prison. And he's 58 already. You can see here Thomas Crooks in a BlackRock ad. What the hell is this? What the hell's going on here are there really that many coincidences according to feds because we have to just depend on them because they're the ones who have tall thomas crooks's devices thomas crooks completely disappeared off the map nobody's nobody's interviewed his parents nobody asked his parents about this his parents are still like wandering around the town nobody's like sat them down for an interview nobody's asked his parents. Nobody asked his parents about this. His parents are still like wandering around the town. Nobody's like sat them down for an interview.

Nobody's asked anyone like what the hell is wrong? Why? How'd your kid try and kill Trump? How does he have bombs on him? Where do you get the money to do this? And I asked the same question on Ryan Rau. It defies any moderate level of common sense that some zit-faced, jackass kid who's 20 years old

would have the capacity to build sophisticated canister bombs and then run an op where, with no military training, he gets within 100 yards of the president and gets a scope shot on Trump in a black rock ad. The feds tell us that after reviewing all of his electronics that he had, he had all signal accounts and accounts set up overseas. What's that about?

Who has an account set up overseas? ALX. I'm going to call for that. I'm going to call for that. I'm going to call for that Iranian video that shows Trump golfing and shows a target on his back. This is very, very strange. I don't think it's in the production,

but we got to show this. Do we have it? Oh, great. Okay, let's show that. Here's a video from Iran showing Donald Trump golfing. This was posted by the Ayatollah Khomeini, demanding that Trump be shot and killed on the golf course. In a self-published book, Ryan Ralph begs Iran to kill Trump.

And here's Iran's video. Both these guys have very murky, very strange ties to international military operations and or dark web operations. Are you starting to see a pattern here? Ryan Routh has been captured alive. So maybe somebody can, uh, could ask him in an interrogation. Um, Hey, you're, you're pretty much a penniless unemployed part-time roofer from Hawaii. So then can you explain to me how you voted in the Democrat primaries in North Carolina? How'd you do that? You got that?

Okay. How'd you do that? Exactly. Here's what Iran released. Look at this. Oh, good. A guy shooting from the bushes. Hmm.

Interesting. Oh, God, it's a little drone. Okay. Hmm. A couple questions just God, it's a little drone. OK. Hmm. A couple of questions just off the top of the head here for for the would be assassin of President Trump. How did you get to. The place where you could be within a couple hundred yards of Donald Trump. Who told you where Trump was going to be? His trip was off the record yesterday. Nobody knew where Trump was. How'd this guy know what Trump was? We didn't know where Trump was. We do this professionally for a living. We know everything. We're on the advance and everything. We get

special emails from the Trump team, like totally telling us where Trump's going to be months from now. If they have stuff booked, inviting us to go. We get the most sophisticated external internals that we possibly can, what Trump's doing and where he is. We're also extremely online, which means that when Donald Trump makes movements and they're public,

you tend to know because there's typically going to be somebody tweeting it. How'd this guy know what whole Trump was going to be on his golf course? This man has a arrest record. Here it is. You can find this. You can find the same as me. Go ahead, check out his arrest record. he has a hundred different criminal offenses including one for and i kid you not possession of a weapon of mass destruction possession of a weapon of what weapon of mass destruction do you possess how was he able to purchase a firearm who Who paid for that firearm?

This guy lives in Hawaii. How is he able to fund travel from Hawaii to Florida to D.C. to Ukraine? You can see him all over the place. Here's a photo of him in Ukraine. Here's a photo of him in D.C. He's dressed pretty nicely. He's going to meetings. These are expensive trips.

We as a company have to think through how we utilize our resources to get our teams to these places when we want to do documentaries and things. Yet this guy, this unemployed man with no money, you know he's unemployed because we can see it on his donations page can we pull that up uh boys act blue donations page for this guy he says unemployed so who's paying for these trips who's paying for the weapons who's paying for the ceramic tiles who bought the gun how'd you buy a gun when you have a hundred criminal charges you're a felon. How are you voting? How are you voting in a state you don't live in? Go. Would you look at this? Dozens of donations to Democrats. They're going to try and tell you this guy's a Republican. Oh, he's a Trump support. No, he's not. There's no proof that he ever voted for Trump. The guy has a vicious screed online. We have all of his tweets and many of his Facebook

posts before they deep-sixed his accounts. This guy hated Donald Trump. This guy was regularly calling for the Iranians to kill Trump. This guy wanted to fight and die for Ukraine. And he donated exclusively

to Democrats as of late. So don't let them lie to you. This is the information. And now if you're, if you're starting to sit back and wonder, like, and think, wait a second, that seems, it seems really, really strange. All of this information. I mean, it gets even worse. Apparently, according to the people who arrested the guy, he was just like behaving. He was behaving in such like a strange manner. So totally paradoxical to the moment. Like as though this was part of a greater plan this is according to the sheriff

according to the fbi and a former fbi agent nobody knew where donald trump was that day how did this guy have how did this guy know where donald trump was that day also more importantly you remember this this message from the secret Service, a Secret Service whistleblower saying there's going to be more attempts on Trump's life. This was after the butler. How did he know this is this guy was right? We covered this great detail. This guy was right. He said they will kill.

They will try to shoot Trump again. How do you know? I'm not saying this guy's in the wrong. This was a whistleblower sent to the Secret Service demanding that the top levels of Secret Service get axed. Because they're the real problems here. He says what's going to happen next is they're going to try again. And sure enough, he was right. Ooh, baby.

Okay. Somebody who has oversight of the Secret Service, somebody who is currently investigating the first Donald Trump assassination, you have to say first, and we're going to start losing count. It's a baker's dozen, going to get a discount here,

is a wonderful member of Congress who's obviously joined our program before to talk about this, a man who deeply understands what being in a war zone means and stakes right now. Congressman Waltz joins the program. Congressman, there's too much here, and we're so confused, and we are so bothered by the strange situations that presented themselves yesterday. Maybe you can just start off the top. How did this individual get a gun in the first place?

Yeah, don't know. Well, right. Let's just start with, you know, Kamala Harris lied to the country during the debate, said nobody's in combat on her watch. And, you know, I'm going to tell President Trump he's starting to see more combat than I did as a Green Beret. I mean, this is just absurd. Here's one distinction from the framework that I think, as you follow this, Benny, and that's really starting to piss me off. The Secret Service

is being pretty forthcoming in their failures and what went wrong. And I'm happy to get into what we've been briefed thus far. The FBI, on the other hand, responsible for Crooks' motives, responsible for getting into those encrypted accounts, all of the backstory, how was he radicalized? How did he make those IEDs? How did they so quickly come to the conclusion that he acted alone, yet we know nothing about him, kind of all in the same breath. They've gone down the dark information hole of it's all under investigation. We'll let you know when we get around to it. Totally unacceptable. And I'm in discussions about getting them all subpoenaed because they should be. That's just not acceptable. This wasn't like Bill Clinton or Jimmy Carter, a one-time incident that we could take our time unpacking and cross the T's and dot the I's. The Secret Service is responsible

for its failures. We were briefed last week and I about fell out of my chair a half a dozen times. The very basics like giving local law enforcement instruction for how to secure the AGR building. That didn't happen. The site lead basically said, you guys got it, right? Good to go. Local law enforcement, especially in these rural areas, they may not have anybody they could spare. I mean, they didn't cross-check, are you putting one officer on there? Are you putting them on top of the roof? Are you putting them inside the building? What kind of assets are you putting in place? The Secret Service site lead in advance didn't even check Butler County PA's plan. Butler brings in another county, Beaver County, and they never attended any of the meetings. They all were on

a common radio station or a common radio frequency. Nobody was using it. Everybody was texting and calling. So when you have shooter on the roof, get him off the stage, act now, across the net, never happened. The unified command post was in a different place than the detail lead for the president himself, his body guy. So when the Secret Service did get the call one minute before shots were fired, he should have been able to turn right there, look at the president, don't go out or get him off the stage. But they were in different locations. There were so many failures across the board that it's almost, it's hard to

wrap your mind around and what was happening there. And then the final thing, I still can't get a straight answer on, why was the building out of the security perimeter in the first place? And why did you have a fence line 50 yards from the stage that anybody could have approached with any weapon system before they even touched a magnetometer? And my message to the acting director was accountability isn't what just happened with your assistant director over the protective detail that you get to retire with a 30-year pension and sail off into the sunset and go fishing. We need to see actual punitive accountability.

People fired, people penalized because we have people dead. We have Americans dead because of these failures. That's one. And then two, and I know you've been covering this, the rhetoric from the left has got to stop. This demonization. What did they take? A three-day break after Butler PA, and they've gone right back to it.

President Trump called out Harris for it during the debate, said, the stuff you're saying about me about got my head blown off. And then here we are again. And finally, Benny, I'm the only one on the task force that's also on the intel committee. I can't get into it here yet. But the plots from Iran are very real. They are ongoing. And we have heard zilch, squat, nothing from this administration, not even a strongly worded letter in terms of consequences for an adversary that is trying to kill a former president and current candidate. If it were Russia with ongoing plots trying to kill Harris or Biden, the media would be screaming their heads off, demanding condemnation from every Republican that came on television. But it's just kind of washed away.

And I'm glad you showed the book from Ruth, his online self-published book that was apologizing to Iran and calling on them to assassinate him. And with ongoing plots with Iranian operatives trying to recruit people, is there a connection there? And that's what I'm going to drill down from my perspective hard on. I mean, you know, pass this prologue, right? So here's Iran producing a video where they shoot President Trump, they kill President Trump on his golf course from the bushes. This is available. This is currently available.

This is put up by the Ayatollah Khomeini. This guy had really mysterious, very strange international ties. For some reason, he was allowed to vote in the November primaries in North Carolina. He lives in Hawaii. He has a Biden-Harris sticker on his truck. He's traveled to D.C. and lobbied Congress,

traveled to Ukraine and tried to recruit soldiers to the war there, and he's unemployed? This guy has a criminal record? Long as my arm, 100 counts, including a weapon of mass destruction count, yet he's free to walk the streets and buy weapons and show up at Trump's golf course? What the hell is going on, Congressman? Yeah. And by the way, the plot that

was thwarted was a Pakistani national who were recruiting spotters with ties to Iran, recruiting spotters, put down payments, put cash down for hitmen and were recruiting protesters to stage a distraction. So these these plots are very real. They're ongoing. And the first plot was an Iranian operative that passed through Venezuela. So you were talking about the FBI and how they withheld evidence. You have a former FBI official who was on Fox News this morning saying this this shooter clearly, clearly may have had inside information about Donald Trump's whereabouts. This makes a lot of sense to us since we follow Donald Trump's movements obsessively on this show. And we're well aware of where the president's going to be and planning to be. This was an OTR trip. How did he know the exact hole

that Donald Trump was going to be? How was he prepared with the entire sniper nest set up? Look, we'll dig into it. I will say just two data points just to figure in. One, it is not hard to figure out when President Trump's motorcade is moving and to see that movement towards the golf course when you're in Palm Beach and you know how confined and small that area is coming across the bridges to the fifth hole. And I'm convinced I don't know this for a fact, but I'm convinced that the reason the agent was scrubbing the tree line so closely is because that's where the paparazzi usually sets up. That's where the photographers usually set up. It wouldn't even surprise me if the photos that you see in the Iranian video were taken from that hole.

And so I just don't think it would be that hard for him to see the motorcade movement. And by the time you get to the clubhouse and play four holes for him to get in position. But if there's an inside issue, I mean, that is just explosive in so many ways. But just take those data points. And then I definitely praise Governor DeSantis for stepping in and putting his resources in. Yes. I call on, but I also call on New York and New Jersey, where President Trump also has residences, also has courses. If the Secret Service is saying they're resource starved to

get up to a presidential level for Biden, Harris, and Trump, and you have the UN with 150 world leaders coming in, you've got world leaders coming in to Delaware this weekend. If there's a resource problem, then the governors need to step in and help. This is all hands on deck for the sake of our republic. And again, I call on Democrats, if you really care so much about our democracy, then stop demonizing them. Because when you tell your followers that the ends justify the means, he has to be stopped no matter what it takes. Clearly, some deranged individuals are listening and they're taking the left at their word and they're willing to do anything necessary. And then we already talked about the foreign components here. There is a lot to unpack.

Just very quickly here. I know you're from Florida. I want to give sort of a closing argument for what the state of Florida should be doing here in this investigation. You've obviously just detailed for us how tough it is to work with the FBI, how you know nothing, how we may find out in 2026, something about Thomas Crooks. No one will care. What should the state of Florida be doing?

I am advocating for daily press conferences, for releasing of information to the public, for full capture of the man's electronic devices, who he was working with, who he was communicating with, who was being funded. I think the public deserves to know this and know this now. 200% information that we get. And look, I went right to the microphones immediately after the acting director of the Secret Service briefed us on Thursday and said, here's the failures that he just shared with us. Of course, there are some elements that are classified and rightly so, but I also will tell you, Benny, I will question if I think things are getting over classified. So we should be releasing to the Republic information that we get as we get it. The service is doing better.

I praise the Florida Sheriff of Palm Beach yesterday for having a press conference immediately, having the secret service there, having the FBI there. The acting director was on a plane last night to go walk the ground. I encouraged him to have a press conference today. Look, we're in the middle of a contentious presidential campaign for the future of this country, and we have our enemies trying to kill one of the candidates. The public needs to know everything we know as we know it, like you said. And the FBI has kind of taken this, well, we'll get to it when we cross all our T's and dot our I's when we get to it. That's unacceptable. Yeah, totally unacceptable. And this man is alive and he can be interrogated. We can find out, you can ask questions of him. And we really hope that Ron

Well, yeah, look, first of all, we should all pray for President Trump and pray for America and fight for freedom. You know, what the left routinely says about Trump creates this mindset that I can only describe with the title of a movie, Operation Valkyrie. And it's that kind of mindset that leads to assassination attempts. If anyone needs to tone down the rhetoric, it's the left. Now, this is the second time someone's tried to kill Trump just in the last few months. And Chuck Schumer is wasting time with messaging bills on things like in vitro fertilization with a bill that does a whole

lot more than that to try to hurt Republicans rather than to protect our democratic institutions and our constitutional republic to say nothing about our presidential candidates. This isn't helpful. And it's certainly not helpful for people to be going around saying things like Trump is a direct threat to American civilization and he has to be eliminated. And yet you continue to hear things like this uttered on MSNBC and other channels, even within the last 24 hours. It's disgraceful. So what happens next? We've gotten nothing from Butler, nothing. And it's been incredibly frustrating. Your colleagues, Senator Hawley, out of, I think, a Secret Service is something typically not a tone that he strikes, especially since he so despises President Trump. Will we ever get answers or

will this just become normal where we just have to assume that if you stand against the machine in Washington, D.C., you're just going to have shots on your life? Yeah, look, I hope and expect that we will get answers. We will get answers, especially if we see Donald Trump elected as the next president of the United States. Then the information will come out. In the meantime, I don't think we're going to see anything terribly certain come out of the investigation surrounding Butler. Now, with this attempt yesterday that we had taking place at President

Trump's Trump International Golf Club, we do have some light at the end of that tunnel because the state of Florida, as my friend Governor Ron DeSantis announced yesterday, will be conducting its own investigation regarding that attempted assassination. And that's a good thing because the state of Florida has its own subpoena power, its own investigative authorities, meaning we don't have to rely on federal investigators who ultimately answer to somebody who serves at the pleasure of President Biden in order to release this truth. The people certainly deserve the truth about the would-be assassin and about how he was able to get within 500 yards

of the former president and the current GOP nominee. That one, of course, is a little bit different than Butler in other respects, including the fact that the shooter in the Butler attempted assassination is dead, though he's not on trial, which makes the Secret Service's penurious holding of information, the stingy release of any information relevant to it, all the more inexcusable. It's not like there's a criminal trial that they have to prepare for in that case with regard to that shooter. And yet they're holding it all back. And

I think that's disgraceful. Like I say, I think that will change once President Trump becomes president again. There's got to be, you're a man who knows the Constitution better than anybody. I'm sure everyone's taking a hard look at the 10th Amendment right now and saying Ron DeSantis does have every right. Eric Prince was on our show yesterday, right off the top and within the hour of this happening, saying Ron DeSantis needs to lock this down, lock this information down, get state agents in as witnesses to interrogations, go through his electronic devices. This is something that's been such a black box out of Butler. Oh, we can't get – best hackers in the world. We can't get into his phones.

All of these platforms clearly have back doors into them, but we just can't figure out what Thomas Crookes' motives were. This is clearly something that Ron DeSantis has the right and actually the obligation in this current environment to do. And it's going to be good because then we'll be able to make sure that the evidence that is put out there is true and is clear and has been independently verified, right? No, that's exactly right. And they have this investigation going, I believe, with an eye toward keeping the public informed. Doesn't mean they'll be able to tell us everything right away, but it does mean that they are doing an investigation with an eye toward making it something that can inform the public once they have the facts straight,

once they have a handle on what has happened, as opposed to the investigation that is allegedly going on within the Secret Service, run by many of the same people whose lapses in judgment led to the assassination attempt in Butler in the first place, their effort seems to have no end in sight. It seems to have no objective that relates to the eventual release to the public of what they discover. What changes in a Trump presidency? I know that you're actively advocating and hitting the campaign trail 50 days away from the election. People are rightly sick of having their federal government lie to them. And in just these short, small hearings in the Senate and in the House, the Secret Service lied to the American public senator. The Secret Service

lied to us about their protection of President Trump and Butler. So, I mean, faith is at an all-time low, I believe. Yeah. They lied to us in the first instance, told us some things that simply weren't true. And then they made it worse. About two weeks after the shooting, we held a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and we had Acting Director Rowe on the stand, and I asked him some very basic questions, questions that he should have been able to answer a couple of weeks after the attempted assassination in Butler. And he still didn't know them. He still said he couldn't answer them.

For example, I asked him what happened to the three sharpshooters, the three snipers who were placed at that window with a direct overlook onto the roof where Thomas Crooks was positioned at the time he shot Donald Trump. And he said that investigation is ongoing. Look, this is a very basic fact. There is no criminal trial coming up for which they have to preserve evidence. There is no reason why he shouldn't have known that and shouldn't have been able to tell me about that. Now, that itself was now about going on two months later. And he still hasn't told us anything about that. That's inexcusable. And to me suggests a willful desire to keep from the public things that are the public's business to know. Yes. Yeah. I mean, this is a guy who's gotten hundreds of hundred plus a hundred million votes for the presidency. He's one of the most famous, if not the most famous man on earth,

Donald Trump, with the largest footprint of any politician in the world. And yet the Secret Service is saying, and this was confounding yesterday to me in the press conference, they're saying, well, he's not the sitting president. If he was the president, we would have locked it down. He's just a candidate. To my understanding, you match the detail to the threat level, not just the office. Is that correct? Yeah. Yeah. Look, it is also true that the sitting president does have a lot of protection. And I don't think any of us would dispute that. But that doesn't mean that when you have a candidate, especially the leading challenger, the only significant challenger to the Democratic Party candidate, Donald Trump,

who has faced multiple assassination attempts now, doesn't mean that you don't raise his protective detail, even if that means raising it to the same level that President Biden has. You've got to keep raising that until it's adequate to address the series of threats that he faces. And his threat level is very significant. And his detail needs to reflect that. Yeah. What happens if we find out that this man who has been advocating for the Ukrainian Foreign Legion has gone to Ukraine a bunch of times, tried to recruit soldiers?

Nothing makes sense about this guy's life. How'd he get the money? He's unemployed. How'd he get the money to go to Ukraine? How'd he get the money to travel Eastern Europe, go to D.C.,

lobby your colleagues on the Helsinki Commission? How does he get the funds to do this? Makes no sense. How's a guy who has a hundred criminal felonies on his record by a gun. What happens if we find out that there is some type of foreign involvement here that is nefarious? Yeah. Look, if we get to that point and if what we have is foreign involvement, if he was acting as the agent of a foreign power of some sort, that'll be deeply concerning. And there are an infinite number of questions that we'll have to

follow from that. But right now, we don't know. What we do know is that this guy was not a fan of Donald Trump. We know that he does appear to have been a fan of various causes championed by people on the left. And we know that he shot at President Trump and is now in custody. That's we don't know a whole lot more else than that. But I hope and expect that we will learn more very, very soon because this needs to be known and it needs to be known right away. I just want to end on sort of a personal note. I know that you are a believer and I got to tell you, you know, I don't believe that it's the secret service, uh, defending Trump was why he's alive today. And I don't believe that any federal authority or any law enforcement authority is the reason why president Trump's alive today.

I believe the man has the hand of God on him and that that is the sole purpose. The sole reason that Donald Trump is alive is that there must be some greater purpose here because nobody should be able to endure what the man's been through and survive. I know you're a believer. I just want to, in closing, give you maybe a chance to sound off on that and your thoughts for the next 50 days about protecting the president. Yeah, well, Benny, it's certainly the case that if a sparrow can't fall from a tree without God's notice, surely an empire can't rise into existence without his hand. We don't know exactly what involvement he might have had in protecting Donald Trump, but I'm very grateful and feel blessed that his life was spared, first in Butler and then yesterday in West Palm Beach. When you think of all of the bad things that would flow from that, this would be a devastating

loss to the American people, regardless of your political party, regardless of whether you love Donald Trump or not. This would be devastating. So it is a blessing, and I appreciate it as such. And as far as we know, this may well have been divine protection. But either way, it's a blessing. And I'm very, very grateful that he's safe. I suspect you, like me, like so many other Americans, heaved a huge sigh of relief

yesterday after learning that shots had been fired and then learning immediately thereafter that President Trump was safe. Regardless of how that came about, I'm grateful. We'll be grateful for you, Senator. As you continue to ask these questions, just in closing here, is there anything on the schedule to do another hearing like you did with Director Rowe on this new assassination attempt? There undoubtedly will be. I look forward to that. There's nothing scheduled yet. This this occurred less than 24 hours ago. And so it's not entirely surprising it hasn't been scheduled yet, but I'll be pretty upset if by the end of the week we haven't put something on the counter. I'm going to push to make sure that that happens. But look, the American people need to think this through long and hard. They think through how things like this happen and think through the fact that we've got to come together to make sure that Donald Trump gets elected. The people who are trying very hard to make sure that

he doesn't make it to a second term need to be stopped. And we need to make abundantly clear that this is not an acceptable way to resolve differences. I call on people on the other side of the aisle to stop using terminology that inflames and that tends to incite people to violence. When you compare someone to Hitler, that is what that does. So if you want to make the Hitler comparison, you've got to be prepared to back it up. They can't, and therefore they haven't, and they won't, because it's not a fair comparison here. But when you do that, and you do it unfairly, as they have here, over and over and over again, these are the fruits. This is where it leads, and I call on them to stop.

A just wild series of events taking place. We've got to pop into two or three different things. And you've already seen the supercut of what they say about president trump i don't think i don't think we really need to go there i do want to play you a breaking news update because the criminal complaint was just leveled in court against this guy so ryan ralph has a criminal complaint in court he just appeared in court apparently he was laughing and sneering uh in the court of law the the the sheriff has said that he would behave

behaving very strangely and they're gonna try and say this guy's out of his mind and he may well be but like what's going on here like like who behaves like this and i know how how again like will this investigation be handled very important breaking news right now from the courthouse we've been looking we've been waiting for this okay so what is he being charged with and what do we know now here we go ladies and gentlemen just moments ago on fox news from the courthouse let's go well harris we're looking through this criminal complaint that was released on the federal court docket. As we know, he made his appearance in federal court. And I want to read some of this man's history.

It says that on or about December 20th, 2002, he was convicted in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he's from, of possession of a weapon of mass death and destruction. That's a Class F felony. Law enforcement indicates further that on or about March 3rd, 2010, about eight years later, he was convicted of multiple counts of possession of stolen goods, another Class H felony. That's what they used for the probable cause so they could keep him in custody today to charge him with possessing a gun as a felon and obliterating a serial number as a felon. So he remains right now in federal custody. He has a hearing next week as we look at that second photograph released by the Martin County Sheriff's Office where he was picked up.

Meanwhile, Ron Rowe, the acting Secret Service Director Harris, on the ground right now in West Palm Beach, meeting members of Trump's detail, also members of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and Martin County Sheriff's Office. He was once a West Palm Beach police officer himself. He will be giving a briefing later today with other members of law enforcement. Harris, the Secret Service, the DOJ and FBI all taking different pieces of this case. We saw the DOJ charges, the FBI investigating the suspect himself, his background, potential motive. Was anybody else involved? Another big question.

The DOJ filed those charges and the Secret Service, though, doing some self-reflection about this, how this happened. There are conversations going on, as you can imagine, again, two months after what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, about beefing up the security perimeter as if Donald Trump would be the current president to give him the same security perimeter as the current president and vice president. Harris. All right. Real quickly, just a follow up for you. So Roth was convicted of possessing a mass weapon of death. Any sort of comment or details did they give on what that would have been? No details, according to this criminal complaint. It just says that it was a weapon, possession of a weapon of mass death and destruction. I'm reading from the complaint, violating North Carolina general statutes, which is a Class F felony.

That's how they were able to say that he was a felon in possession of a firearm. And I'm told that more DOJ charges Harris will likely be coming. They just charged him with these two so they can keep him in custody. What about the state charges? Where's Attorney General Ashley Moody here in the state of Florida? None of it makes any sense has anybody interrogated this guy do we have clearly we must have his devices the guy's tweeted hundreds of times i think he sent i think he sent something like 507 posts on x all of them have been catalogued where What was his DMs? He's tweeted at David Muir.

He's released a self-published book where he calls for Iran to kill Trump. And he's gone to Ukraine to try and fight in a war in Ukraine. He wanted to die for Ukraine. He said it before. He wants to recruit soldiers. None of it, again, none of it makes any sense where to get the funding where to get the info where to get the intel a sheriff this morning was asked in palm beach is this the a part of a larger conspiracy theory to kill trump like will can you comment on the idea that this was part of a massive, a larger conspiracy theory to try and eliminate Donald Trump? Here's what the sheriff had to say. About two miles to get all the resources in play so we could surround that vehicle and force it to a stop.

How was he driving when he saw? How was he driving? We saw him. He was a he was smart. He was he driving when your deputy saw him? How was he driving when we saw him? He was smart. He was just driving with the flow of traffic. Yeah, I think that he may have thought he got away with it. I think what we're finding out, he's not from this area, which of course raises the bigger question is, how does a guy from not here get all the way to Trump International, realize that the president, former president of the United States, is golfing and is able to get a rifle in that vicinity. I think that's the question the FBI, the Secret Service, or Glacier focused on today. Is this guy part of a conspiracy? Is he a lone gunman? If he's a lone gunman, President Trump is that much safer because we have him. But if he's part of a conspiracy,

then this whole thing really takes on a very ominous tone. Sheriff, you mentioned the witness. Your correction, of course, this is breaking, and that press conference was ongoing. The sheriff himself brought up, is he part of a conspiracy? The sheriff himself is saying, is this guy part of a larger conspiracy right now? Not what you want to hear from law enforcement. What are we hearing from the FBI? The FBI is

telling us that the million dollar question is, how the hell did Ryan Ralph knew where President Trump was going to be? Why was he stalking out this position from 1 a.m.? How is he sitting in this exact position waiting for Donald Trump? Who had the kind of intimate knowledge of Donald Trump's OTR schedule that would have allowed for that information to pass through? And then most importantly, where the hell is the guy's electronic devices? Where's his phone? Who's telling him what? On what platforms? We need to know. We need to know those questions. Did somebody tell Ryan Ralph where Donald Trump was going to be? Again, Ryan Ralph was standing guard.

He was sure as day that he was going to get a shot on the president. How? How is he so certain? What what is it that made him so certain of that? There's no such thing as the wrong question. There's no such thing as the wrong question. There's unanswered questions. There are fact patterns that you might have to put together. You might have to make some assumptions. But there's no such thing as asking the wrong question.

Who is setting all of this up? Who is setting the groundwork for it?

So if you begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment. Now you go to indictment and none of them work. What's next? I mean, you know, graph it out, man. We're speeding toward assassination, obviously. And no one will say that. But I don't I don't

know how you can reach that conclusion. You know what I mean? Like they have decided permanent Washington. Both parties have decided that there's something about trump this that's so threatening to them they just can't have it what is that thing well if you listen to eric weinstein in a recent podcast interview, Mike Benz, who's regular on this program, then you're going to hear exactly what it is. Donald Trump will actually bring back democracy. This is something that I think is such a profound point. They say that Donald Trump is the person who's going to destroy democracy.

He's a threat to democracy. Actually, it's the exact opposite. As I paraphrase here, I want to obviously give credit to Brett Weinstein, actually, who sort of planted the seed. But you have to understand what Donald Trump is. As a populist candidate, as somebody who wasn't pruned from both parties to be totally ideologically the same. Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, they're the same people. The true, true moment of understanding American politics is realizing that George W. Bush and the Obamas are on the exact same side.

George W. Bush and Joe Biden are the same people. They're on the same side. Michelle Obama. And John McCain are the same people. They come from the exact same pruning process to ensure that nothing ever gets upset, because what has happened is that we do not live actually in a real democracy. You can see that. It's apparent to you. It's obvious. The unanswerable and unexplainable question is what do we do next? Here's what's happened. There are institutions that have sprung, quenched force, and at one time they sprang from democracy. We did used to have an

actual democracy. People voted and the federal government was small and the institutions in control of our lives was very limited from a federal standpoint. And the constitution was real. And then what occurred was the obesity glut and Orwellian overarching of our government, the institutions began to control everything. The ghost in the machine, the deep state, the institutions became so engorged on the American public that they destroyed any semblance of democracy. The Democrat Party is not allowed to put Bernie Sanders up as a presidential candidate. It's not allowed. You're not allowed to put Bernie Sanders up as a presidential candidate. It's not allowed. You're not allowed to do that.

The Republican Party is not allowed to have an actual populist like Donald Trump, a free radical, somebody who wishes to actually attack the problem in our federal government, which is the size of the federal government, which is the permanence of the federal government, this is not allowed. So as I just explained, type A democracy and type B democracy. Type A democracy is actual direct democracy where we get to vote for the guy that we want. And then slowly over time, the policies that you and I want, because we're the majority in democracy,

we're the majority in this country, the policies that we want get enacted. Type B democracy is that the institutions rule everything and put downward pressure on the political parties to make sure that they only provide a choice, a false choice, magician's choice. We think you have a choice, but it's not it's not actually a choice. Of two candidates that are have been preselected to continue on the institutions, continue on the treaties, continue on the status quo. Donald Trump in the return to the presidency would be Britain in 2016. Donald Trump brought real democracy. To this country. Because we chose him in spite of the suppression polls, in spite of them demanding that we choose Hillary Clinton, we chose him.

And so that actually reasserted type A democracy, not democracy by committee, not democracy run by institutions that were maybe democratically created, but now exist entirely separate from you or me or anything checking them inside of the federal government, with the exception of the executive branch, which is why they so fiercely protect it. Because all of these organs have sprung from the executive branch. They get funded by Congress. That's a totally different conversation. Donald Trump would usher back in real democracy, and they can't allow that. The reason that they want to kill Trump is because they can't. They cannot allow, they cannot let the grains of sand

slip through the fingers and allow the people to have control again because we can't be controlled. They've figured out an end around to like try and tell us that we live in a real democracy it's not a real democracy so this is where the threat of donald trump really really metastasizes and is actually rooted this is real democracy what you and i are doing this is real democracy. What you and I are doing, this is real democracy. Profound and worthy of our time. Dan Bongino has broken down what he sees as the core issues and questions to be asked about this newest Donald Trump assassination attempt. Of course, Dan Bongino has been in law enforcement for the majority of his career, was a Secret Service agent, protected the president, was on the president's detail. Nobody knows more. He had time to set up, clip a couple ceramic ballistic plates to a fence, set up a GoPro, and sit on the president's position? Where's the helicopter surveillance?

The helicopter would have fleer would have picked this guy out like that. How come they didn't? The answer is because the asset wasn't there that's why the answer is that the secret service is still criminally malprotecting president trump we heard this yesterday in the press conference we took the press conference live and the sheriff for palm beach said, Trump's not the president.

So if the president was here, then of course there would be a total lockdown of the golf course. But instead, Trump's just a candidate. Well, this is a lie. We actually spoke with somebody who is a Secret Service source, who we are beginning to establish

through our reporting some very interesting relationships. Let's just leave it at that. Who told us that this is not how the Secret Service works. It's not like it's not like a Lego kit where you just get a certain number of blocks

if you are a certain kit. That's not how it works. The Secret Service detail matches the threat level. They still don't have Trump on the correct threat level. Dan Bongino just alliterated all of the assets that could have been deployed to protect President Trump would be pretty hard to hide from thermal imaging and drones and helicopters. But of course, none of them were deployed. Because the Secret Service still doesn't have the correct threat assessment on Donald Trump. Donald Trump is.

The most famous man in the world. I'll fight anyone on that. Just call it what it is. He's the most consequential politician on earth, the most talked about politician in the world. And he has the highest footprint in the world. And so therefore, he has the biggest footprint on earth. And so therefore, Donald Trump is without question,

the man who deserves the most protection. I'm not saying take protectees away from Joe Biden or Kamala Harris. I'm saying that the Secret Service, last time we checked, we just checked moments ago, has 4,000 agents. So where are they exactly? This is 4,000 agents. OK, so more for the president and an eerie series of messages. Charlie Kirk, who's a friend of us and an ally of the program has talked about how weak the secret service production feels for Donald Trump and how the Butler assassination has not improved it. And we witnessed that firsthand, how lax the Secret Service protection

was backstage when Donald Trump spoke at an event in Detroit that we were at as well. And the entire operation was, let's just say, porous. It was really hard. It was really strange. I mean, it was really strange to see. I mean, I was not supposed to be back there. I was speaking on stage. I was supposed to walk out. ALX and I were both back there. There was no reason for us to be back there with Donald Trump, the protectee. We hadn't been screened. Nobody had done any security for us. Why was this allowed? Why wasn't the place locked down? And there were other instances of this. I keep coming back to, and I guess I'll return to this, you know, this final, just this final creepy moment.

But gross incompetence indistinguishable from malevolence. If you have enough stupid people together making stupid decisions, it really doesn't matter what's in their heart or their souls. It's going to lead to something horrible, and people are going to get hurt. And that's what we've seen. And we do not want that in this country. We know, we know, ladies and gentlemen, what we stand for. We are here to defend this nation because, well, it's all we got. I got kids here. My children are my motivator. It was my son's birthday this past weekend. Why not? Why not? Just pop it up as pinned to the top of the feed for a while. It's my son's

birthday. He's one. He turned one. And my fight is for him and his future. That's it. I got kids, man. I got another one on the way. That's what we're battling for right now in this country. And so that's our motivation. We don't want our presidents to get shot. We don't want Donald Trump, who has many grandchildren.

I don't know what he's up to. Is he up 10 grandkids? Donald Trump has a bunch of grandkids. His son's in college, first year of college right now at NYU is Barron Trump. Like we want for Americans to live happy, prosperous, peaceful lives. And we want to be able to leave this country a better place for our children. That is what a moral generation does. And that is our motivation here. We thank you for being part of it. The best way that we can possibly say our thanks to you is to give you uplifting at the end of every single show.
