This woman, and this was news to me when I saw this clip, this woman is saying that she's possessed by spirits and the people around her are possessed by spirits. Uh, anybody read the new Testament? match the actual documents. Then there was really good days in the hush money case, which I cannot speak as much to because there's a pending trial. But I think the news has spoken for itself. You know, the people they select to use to probe President Trump, the first president to ever be criminally tried by a state like this, says it all, in my opinion. And then we just keep hitting them one after another. We'll get there. I always say we'll get there. And then don't forget judging Gorin, my favorite from the AG case, who was allegedly speaking to an attorney about what he was going to put in his decision weeks before he made his

decision on the attorney general case, which is completely improper. Yeah, along with Fannie Willis now, the appeals court accepted that. And Fannie Willis being now investigated and going after the state of Florida now. I'm sorry, the state of Georgia now going after Fannie. This has been-

And the DOJ, I think the DOJ is doing an investigation because it's federal funds as well. So this has been, again, a really, really exciting week. It must be hard, actually, in the midst of all of this to keep up the esprit de corps. But you did, and you've always been on the show very optimistic. You've always been fighting. And now, again, it seems like in real time, all four of these cases are just at an extreme collapse. We didn't even mention the

supreme court hearing on presidential uh immunity and that of course went very well in your favor at least it sounded like from the court yeah we'll we'll hear what happens there i think it's pretty straightforward and i think that everybody needs to remember that one specifically is about all presidents and actually i think all of these cases are. Do we want an America where you sit in office, you do your job, you take care of the American people, and then you're criticized and ridiculed and persecuted after you leave? That's not good for anybody. That would really discourage anybody from being in politics. I know it discourages me from ever even thinking about it, looking at what's going on. It's sad,'s it's not supposed to be the way it is so it does seem however like the the tables are sort of writing and that the energy has shifted now in in your

favor i want to start in new york because that's the trial of course that's ongoing uh this is a trial that you have obviously been up to new york have you been in the courtroom all week yeah yeah okay so this is something that i really wanted to get sort of your response on because they seem to obviously been up to New York. Have you been in the courtroom? All week, yeah. Yeah, okay. So this is something that I really wanted to get sort of your response on because they seem to be now stopping Michael Cohen from doing his TikTok lives. They're not going to call Karen McDougal, Stormy Daniels from every single conceivable takeaway, CNN to MSNBC to the experts on Fox. Everyone's like, this is a nightmare. I mean, you were inside the courthouse. Was it a nightmare?

I think it's just obvious that this really is not about books and records. And like everything else, when you start actually having to prove your case and the American people are waiting for months and they're hearing all these press conferences about DAs and AGs making it sound like there were real crimes. Well, when you get in a courtroom and you have to listen to everybody speaking and you have to look at the evidence and there is none, it speaks for itself. So what they're doing is distracting with a lot of fluff, with a lot of salacious fluff, just to have a smear campaign, in my opinion, and in most Americans' opinions that are watching. And I think that's true of the left and the right. I think everybody's

seeing this. Let's talk about what else happens when they do this. They stop New York. There are so many police officers brought into New York, sitting there, focused on this trial, focused on the surrounding areas, while New York is truly falling apart this trial, focused on the surrounding areas while New York is truly falling apart. And the people that are pulling these attorneys are the same ones that are supposed to be taking care of the New York public, citizens, and constituents. And instead, they're pulling them all to go to this show trial, this Biden show trial that has all been coordinated from the top. And it's't, it's not my opinion. If you look at the White House logs, it speaks for itself. They've all visited before they've

filed the complaint and have continuously visited and coordinated. So I think the American people are seeing this really isn't about books and records. It's about trying to keep him in that courtroom in New York. It's about salacious information and trying to make this sound like something it's not. And it's like reading like the National Enquirer. It's terrible. I mean, except this is supposed to be a courtroom and it's not being perceived that way at this moment. We've done some deep dives on what Stalin did when he illegitimately took control of the Soviet Union and how he immediately started to do show trials. And Stalin's show trials are things of legend, right? They study

them in history books. And he rigged the judges, he rigged the juries, and he put every single political enemy, not a specific group, not the hoi polloi. He went after his political enemies first and he shoved them into courthouses and courtrooms, and then he banished them or worse. Do you think this is Stalinist tactics? I mean, would you call this Stalinist? Yes. Yes, absolutely. Yeah, I mean, look at some of the people that have been selected. So that's exactly what they do. It's the equivalent of if President Trump had brought his private attorneys in and they're supposed to now go and persecute and prosecute from the DOJ, DOJ or the FBI or DAs and AGs, the outrage would be screamed from the top of their liberal mouths. But we're supposed to sit here and act like it's

not happening. And then when we do actually act like it's happening, they gag us and they say, you can't talk about it. You can't talk about it. Anyone in your control can't talk about it. We don't want you to bring up the unsavory facts. We don't want to bring up the fact that the judge here should absolutely have recused himself because of his affiliations. And we're not allowed to speak about that. That is third world stuff. That is, you know, dictator level. Stalinist. Yeah, it is. And just because the man eats ice cream and can't walk, don't think that he's not acting like a dictator, you know? Yes, that's right.

And in fact, it's those people with the collapsed brain stems that really act the most like dictators because they're losing it. Well, they have henchmen. They have henchmen. They go crazy. So you've been inside of this court. You brought up the judge here. As far as I know, you're not under any gag order. And so can you describe like how the judge has been behaving inside of the courthouse? Well, the judge is, you know, clearly trying to appear. And this is the thing that you always see. They try and appear like they're impartial for the record, but it always seeps out in the decision. So then they'll come out and they'll ridicule the team or they'll put down one set of lawyers, but not the

other. And they do this on purpose. Number one, there's press. Every single thing that you're sitting in there has shown that there's press and that that is what they play to. That's not what judges are supposed to do. Then there's the jury. When the jury's in there, you really are supposed to act like an impartial judge who's just deciding what evidence comes in and out. Well, the only problem with that is when you're not impartial to start with and you shouldn't have been sitting there, your biases come out. And I've definitely seen that. He's not, you know, you know, it always comes out. It always shows.

It has a million times. So some who are in the courthouse say that even the judge was repulsed by Stormy Daniels's testimony and was quite shocked about it, repudiated a little bit. And like, was I, what the hell, you know, what the hell is this porn star doing in my corner? You know, we're going to run a esteemed court and we're going to run a true by the books trial here. Now, please, our porn star witness first. What is what was that dynamic like? Well, I although, you know, we do have a gag and I do have my ethics, so I have to be very careful about that. But I can say that, you know, there were times that he tried to create guardrails for the prosecution and said this was out of that realm. But they blew through those. They took a bulldozer and literally drove it through.

They didn't care. And the problem with that is, and it's a tactic, honestly, it's a tactic I'm watching and seeing them do is, you know, you get it out and the judge will say, oh, it's sustained or disregard, you know, strike that, disregard that jury. You didn't hear what you just heard. Well, you can't unring bells. And that's the truth about courts. You can't, you can pretend that that's what's going to happen. You can do it for the record. You can give a limiting instruction at the end saying you are not to have considered anything that I struck. But everyone knows once you say it, once they hear it, it's out. And we're human beings. We can't unhear those things. So I think they're doing it on purpose. I think it's

disrespectful. I think it's unethical. And it's really, frankly, grounds for a mistrial. So is that what you believe is going to happen here? There are many people who obviously don't like Trump on CNN and MSNBC saying this is going to be a mistrial. Yeah, I think so. I think eventually, yes. I don't know that this judge will grant the mistrial, but for sure on appeal. OK, hung jury. A lot of fatal errors here. Hung jury. Have you seen the jurors? I don't, you know, I've learned a long time ago. I am not a rookie lawyer. Sorry, liberal media, but I have learned a really long time ago that you cannot read a jury. You cannot, you can think you can, you can look at them. You can say this and that you can't.

What I do tell you is they picked a Manhattan jury. That was not by accident. Stalinist. Stalinist. We can say it. You don't have to say it. We can say it. We've been saying it for weeks. It's Stalinist. You need to say it. It's not Biden trials. These are Stalin-level Soviet Union purge trials. And that's the way that we see it. There are people, though, who can, I guess, see into different dimensions or see into the spiritual realm or perhaps be possessed by the spiritual realm. This came out on MSNBC about the star witness for the prosecution here. Now claims that she is a medium and that she communicates with dead people and has participated in a TV store uh tv series about the paranormal where she explores things including the fact that at one point an ex-boyfriend of hers

was inhabited by spirits so people who believe in god and people who read the bible would say inhabited by spirits uh that sounds like demonic possession actually um any comment on that alina i'm not going to comment on her testimony i i it speaks for itself okay and i also believe in god yeah that's right okay yes so all right i did have a personal question i know that this is something i know that this is something that uh that that this is something that, uh, that does interest that does interest the audience. Um, mainly because it was written, it just, it was written up. Okay. And I want to know, and I don't know the answer to this, but I do want to know, did you wear your FJB necklace to the, uh, to the action? Because here's the photo of you with

When we got a bunch of African American DAs, now we need a daddy to tell us what to do.

They can keep looking i'm not interested in them looking they can look i'm sorry they pissed off justice is now actually blind lady justice is blind everybody can get it so everybody can get it this is the these are the the words i mean write it in stone right carve it in a marble put it above most courthouses right like these are the new prophetic words of the smart no one is above the law is their favorite except them except them yep yep and everybody can get it so um and why is race a factor because i'm missing this i i don't understand why their goal in this country is to be divisive we were never like that. I didn't vote for Obama,

but guess what? When he was president, I was not a savage. I wasn't talking about race. I was not talking about making it us against them. And what are we doing? I mean, this is so toxic, this behavior and the, frankly, the lack of ethics. What are you talking about? She's not a spokesperson. I'm a spokesperson. She's not a spokesperson. She is sitting here prosecuting a former and future president.

And she is now introducing daddy. And who speaks like that? I mean, shame on you. Truly shame on you. Shame on you. Because I do a lot of talking and I don't I don't I don't try and be divisive about race. I don't talk about people's children. I don't do there are rules. There are boundaries. And our country has literally forgotten them. So Steve Sado posting this morning about the appeals process, talking about this and saying that this has been racialized and that they have been, they have been cast, the Trump team have been cast as racist by the DA.

And this is, this is one of the many grounds for appeal. And he's going in hard on this, obviously, and the appeals court took this up. We learned that 24 hours ago, your thoughts on that process with the, I think it's fantastic. I agree with everything Sado's saying. He's one of our attorneys. He's doing a great job. But I mean, it's exactly what I said. To be honest, I wasn't aware of that statement this morning. But I will say I'm glad the appellate division is going to look at this. In Georgia, you have to be granted that right to do that. And he did get that granted, which is another win for, for team Trump. But I will say this is unbelievable.

I mean, also let's talk about one other thing. These comments are made to the public, much like Letitia did in the AG case. And then we're left with gags. We're left careful of our words, constantly trying to do a dance, but they can say whatever they want. They can call us racist.

They can call us whatever you want. This is all really truly about one thing, that's the campaign, and that's 2024. This has nothing to do with law. You've heard her. Did she mention anything about the case? Did she mention anything about the facts? Anything about the rules?

Anything about what was actually done? No, she can't. It's all propaganda, and it's wrong. It's wrong. I mean, off the top of our head and we were we were broadcasting live like 12 straight hours with a Fannie Willis courtroom Judge Judy level drama. But off the top of our head, I mean, she admits to campaign finance violations. She lied to the court at least four times that we can count. She lied against the Secret Service. Secret service pits her at the white house. She said she never visited the white house. And then of course she behaves totally unethically before the court, uh, with all of her filings,

right? She, she clearly admittedly lied. So my question to you is this, like, how do you, how do you unpea in the pool? Right? Like, so if, if the pool is contaminated, the judge says the pool is contaminated. How do you, how do do you you have to drain the pool, right? Like, how do you get rid of it? You can't drain half the. It can't drain over. It needs to be over. It's over. It's just like Jack Smith. You did too much. You did it too fast. You were blinded by your animus. And now the cases are falling apart. So so you so you believe that it would be right?

I mean, I still can't. I have to dismiss it. This case should be dropped. This case should be dropped. In Fulton? Yeah. It's a joke. It should be dropped.

And what did he do? I am yet to hear that. What did he do? Just like the current case in New York. You know what I'm hearing about? Again, salacious stuff. People taking money from federal government, people overpaying employees, people sleeping with other people that they shouldn't be and having inappropriate relationships. I mean, all that keeps coming out here

is that every time they go after him, their own dirty laundry comes out. And it's terrible. And I don't know what they're thinking but at what point do they look at their pr play because that's what this is this is a pr play this is not about law and order this is not about justice this is about the dnc's pr play campaign against trump and they're using courts to campaign against trump and it's not working it's's just not. So what are we doing? You know, at what point are we going to say, let's be Americans again, go debate Trump, get up and debate him. I dare you go, you know, it was like a five second video that Trump dropped yesterday. Like debate me, you coward, do it anytime, anywhere. Very, very UFC,fc alina very ufc energy actually alina

very is it very if he ufc move if he goes to the debate i will wear another necklace of one i'll think about it but i'll i'll be there wearing some sort of something i mean i i you know it's not really about fjb and all that stuff it's really just about pro america know, it's not really about FJB and all that stuff. I would argue that possibly that's your best win of the week. We've been notching them up. But man, Judge Cannon with the full cannon against jack smith so you're saying

effectively like you you you you planted evidence at mar-a-lago these you can't you can't tell us right you staged it you brought in the cover sheets okay and you've been saying this for a while but now you actually have all the evidence at your back or at the very least of evidence is public. And now we can all see it. So this must be extremely vindicating for you. Yeah, because I was asked, you know, does it look like this? Does it look? No, it doesn't look like that. I've been in his office. I don't see that. What are you talking about? That is a staged picture. And everyone's like, sure it is, Alina. Wait a second. So Trump has documents,

classified documents just all over his floor. That's what we're glad to believe. Come on. Like, what was that? And then we find out, and this was the most important part, that the documents were mishandled. He admits in a footnote, a footnote, that the documents were mishandled, that some of the cover sheets were not on the correlating documents. So how do we know what anything is? How do we know that it wasn't just some random cover sheet that just, how do we know anything at this point?

If you mishandled that, that's like saying somebody shot someone. Sorry, there's a bunch of fingerprints on this gun, but we're going to go ahead and use it anyway. Okay, no problem. What? What? Again, we're not accomplished lawyers like yourself.

We're just community college graduates over here. But even we can watch old Dave Chappelle show sketches and find them funny because of the planting of evidence. Like that's a, it's an ongoing joke, right? The cops plant evidence, sprinkle some crack on them. And it's like, that's a joke because it's so immoral. Yet Jack Smith in multiple instances admitting we lied to the court. We planted evidence. We staged photographs and the gut.

This is the one I can't get. This is the one I can't get out of. The GSA had pallets of boxes. They forced Trump to take, and there's no way to tell if that's where the classified documents were. So presumably the government was planting evidence. Potentially. Jack Smith admitted it. He admitted. Imagine this is what he's willing to admit. What's he not willing to admit that we haven't found out yet? And that was only after Judge Cannon forced certain documents to be off seal because they were under seal. She forced documents to be unredacted. She released those. If we didn't have that transparency, first of all, the defense would never know, let alone the American people. And by the way,

it's one in the same because the defendant happens to be the leading candidate. So when you're trying to hurt him, what you're doing is actually hurting all the people that would vote for him, all the people that don't want President Biden in office for another four years. You're actually not hurting Trump. You're hurting us too. And it's not fair because we get a right in November to pick who we want. And taking away that right and taking away his rights to campaign and have fair campaign is really, really wrong, really wrong. So here's my final question on Jack Smith, because we've covered this extensively on the program. We brought in a bunch of experts. Obviously, Julie Kelly doing incredible work on this. We've had her on for an hour to talk through this. I think the audience is well aware of how that case is really imploding,

how it's been delayed indefinitely, probably no chance it'll ever get to trial. I mean, do you think it'll ever get to trial? I don't think it should continue at all. I think that once evidence, the key evidence, which is the basis of their complaint, once that has been completely jostled, manipulated, and by the, I think all credibility is gone. I think number one, I think that there wasn't really much credibility, to be honest. The fact of the mistreatment between Biden and Trump and President Trump was at the time that he took the documents. I think all of that speaks volumes. But now we have a serious evidence. That President Trump is not treated like everybody else. But now we have a problem that I don't know how we get around. And I think Judge

Cannon did the right thing, did the only thing you could possibly do, frankly, no matter what judge it is. How can you possibly continue when the key evidence of what you're saying he did has been manipulated by the prosecution? Can't, needs to be dismissed. So really quickly here, one of the hearings that one of the hearings that she scheduled was, is Jack Smith a legitimate special prosecutor? Does he have the right to be a special prosecutor? Ed Meese from the heritage foundation has filed with the Supreme court that he's not a legitimate prosecutor. What's your take on that? Yeah, I agree with that. I agree with that. Like I said, he's a henchman and you can't do that. Can't do that. But we're

seeing that not by the way, I pay attention. I can't speak to some of it, but we're seeing that in some of the trials that are ongoing. So really, so speaking of henchmen, I just want to close with this. You had a henchman come for you this week talking about your celery cutting skills.

And, um, uh, he would hand two four-month sentences for two charges of contempt to run concurrently and he's fined sixty five hundred dollars uh bannon appealed uh that the districts were sawn to say willfully ignore the penia that is conduct uh government officials uh and a 20-page ruling but they rejected that ruling wow okay so here we go At the end of the article, he is not entirely out of legal options. He could ask full appeals court to hear his case, take it to the Supreme court. Legal analysts were quick to say that he had little hope of winning. Bannon joined the Trump

campaign in 2016 when he went to the white house chief strategist. Um, he lost power, a struggle and was ousted. Unfortunately, I think we'd have a very, very different country in a very different Trump administration. If, if, if Steve Bannon had stayed in the administration, Michael Flynn had stayed in the administration, but they can't cry over spilled milk. Judge Eileen Cannon is preparing to unseal motions filed by Trump related to the Mar-a-Lago raid and Obama judge Beryl Howell's unlawful order that pierced Trump's attorney-client privilege. Cannon held a telephonic status conference Wednesday to expose Howell's order obliterating the Trump attorney-client privilege. Howell previously ordered the Trump lawyer, Evan Cochran, to testify before a grand jury. Judge Howell flipped Trump's own lawyer, Eric Cochran, into a witness. So Cannon is about to let the documents fly again.

gag order. The first part of it would have. So it's Michael Cohen is allowed to wear a T-shirt depicting the defendant in a trial he's the star witness in behind bars on TikTok, which is Trump. And you can clearly see him wearing the shirt there. And I made the point that he's allowed to do that while being the star witness, but the defendant cannot defend himself publicly against these attacks. And he's clearly raising money and benefiting from the trial. So Trump probably saw it on Hannity, and then he took my quote from the bottom, the part which wouldn't violate his gag order, and put it out. So I was quite flattered by seeing that this morning while just scrolling through Truth Social.

So Donald Trump does watch Hannity. You know that he does interviews with Hannity all the time, either interviews or call-ins. And so he probably saw this. This is the screenshot from yesterday. I mean, listen, man, it's a really good time if you're getting this much uh credit it's great time to have that avatar man you got you got that avatar and fit i mean it looks great on tv yeah yeah it has well that's the thing too it's like the iconic red background really like stands out when people are scrolling so that was kind of my thought process

behind keeping that red background it that's i originally just had a regular headshot of myself with it. Um, but once that whole AI avatar thing, like became a thing, it, you know, it became my, my Twitter 2.0 and now X profile. So earlier in the show, I believe that you deserve the credit for Michael Cohen now saying, Oh, I'm not allowed to talk about anything on TikTok. You've seen sort of a sea change with Michael Cohen and you've been doing a lot of reporting on this. What's the status? Yeah. So as I mentioned earlier in the week, TikTok is kind of hard and I'm not a native user for TikTok either to cover these things because you can't go back and rewind live streams and you can't watch the replays so anything that is said you have to be you know screen recording live and

and kind of hope that you get um he does like a show every night at like 10 10 p.m and uh ominously last night he said he is going to be taking a week off what do you think that means he's going to uh testify in the trial um so yeah so last night he was asked a question about the trial and he said, yeah, we don't talk about that. And which is, you know, the tone change from this entire time when he has just been dunking on MAGA and Trump live. And, you know, everyone's been saying, why is Trump gag? Meanwhile, he can do that and fundraise. But he was asked about the shirt. One of the people asked where they could buy it. And he he gave a little plug to the Midas Touch store, which he's a partner with for his podcast and told the person who called in exactly where they could buy it. So he is still profiting off of it. Man, these people are such scum. They're so scummy. It's like, I don't know how you can be on the side of these people. I mean, you do like, how are you on the side of these people? Let's say you don't like Donald Trump. How can you say that these people are like,

have a righteous mission? How can you watch any footage of Fannie Willis, Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels, the people that are up defending this and say, yeah, I'm on the side of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden? Like, I just I don't understand it, man. I don't get it. Yeah, the people who are protecting democracy, quote unquote, want to prevent a leading candidate from speaking out and want to throw him in prison. But, you know, they're protecting democracy. They're doing all of it to save our country, apparently. So that's their point of view and their twisted brains, I guess. It's good to expose these people, though.

You know, there's not a lot of people paying close enough attention, but it's remarkable the amount of power you have. I have seen polling though, to show the Donald Trump's up at seven swing states and that he's broadening the map that, that states like Minnesota are in play, that Donald Trump's winning in Minnesota. There are, there are states that Donald Trump shouldn't be winning in. Obviously you have the Michigans and the Wisconsin's, the Georgia's, the Arizona's, these states are like swing, swung, are swinging Trump. But then you have these states and you

know, North Carolina kind of used to be a swing state. Now Trump's dominating that Florida used to be a swing state. Ohio used to be a swing state term, completely dominate, completely changes the map. And that there are now like, there are now states that are big pickups would be huge pickups, landslide pickups for Trump. I haven't heard Illinois in one, in that list. We'd have to look at the numbers. I'd have to look at the numbers. I'd have to look at the numbers. Okay. Uh, the problem with Illinois is there's a single County cook County. This is the County where Obama's are all from. This is the Chicago County and this County accounts for the entire state, right? It can outvote the whole state. The machine there

pumps out enough ballots. Okay. That can be harvested from these slums. Okay. From these, from these packed in areas, you know, think about it like these, these farm counties, you can have, you can have 1500 people throughout the County. There's plenty of counties that have like 1500 people. And I'm from one in Iowa. And then you can have one, one building with 1500 people in it. And then you can have thousands of those buildings, say like Cook County. So you can have one building with 1,500 people in it, and then you can have thousands of those buildings in St. LeCoultre County, so you can counterbalance the whole county. So it's tough. It's tough math. It's how Democrats are able to roll the state of Illinois up into their column when there's only one county that votes for them. It's crazy. Every other county's red in Illinois. There's one county that votes blue,

and they're able to rig effectively the entire state by weaponizing that county. So it's a tough one. It's a tough one. Thought about this a lot, obviously. Should totally break off those cities. If you broke off Manhattan, New York would go blood red by like 50 points. If you broke off Chicago, a single county, Illinois would go blood red by 50 points. If you break off Minneapolis, if you broke off Seattle, if you broke off Portland, Oregon, those are red states. Take three cities out of California, all 50 electoral votes go to Republicans. It's just, unfortunately, it's like the way the system works. So it is what it is, I guess, right? Okay. I'm totally for breaking off Manhattan. It's gonna send it, push it into the ocean.
