Starting point is 00:00:00 Oh, we are. Get ready. Thursday evening is going to be dooms day for the deep state. And we are hearing little birdies chirp at us as to what's going to happen next. Are we going to get back the Senate seats that were stolen by Democrats? This is my question. Democrats stole two Senate seats in Arizona. They stole two Senate seats in Georgia. They stole Senate seats in Nevada and in Wisconsin. Right now, everybody is focused on the Senate. Lindsay Graham just, just. died. So now we're down one. So that's 52 senators. Mitch McConnell said he's not sure when he's coming back to the Senate and released a marionette photo of himself with his wife who's fresh off the boat from China. So that's down to 51. And then of those 51, you have Bill Cassidy, who is a scorned woman. You have John Cornyn, who is a scorned woman. You have Tom Tillis, who is a scorned woman. You have Lisa Murkowski, who is a scorned woman. You have Susan Collins, who is a scorned woman. Susan Collins probably more manly than all the rest of them.
Starting point is 00:01:07 And so, like, you have an inoperable Senate, and it's really tough right now. The Republicans should have a 60-seat majority in the Senate. I'm going to say it again. Republicans should have a 60-seat majority in the Senate. Democrats have stolen elections in the Senate, and we're going to cover exactly how they did it on today's show. with some of the major reporting, some shock reporting of what happened in Georgia in 2020. We have the receipts, ladies and gentlemen. Trump hatches primetime plan to drop secret files that will prove him right on the 2020 election.
Starting point is 00:01:40 That'll happen again on Thursday night at 9 p.m. Of course, we will be live for that. U.S. military unleashes another round of attacks on Iran. Third consecutive night. It was dooms day, truly Armageddon in Iran. You can see some of the footage is wild. What's the next play here? It's just a feat of strength is what's going on.
Starting point is 00:02:01 Feet of strength. Something that is going to be one by one side or the other. Who can hold out the pain? Like who can manage the destruction the best? And it's very interesting as you saw the Gulf states now turn on Iran. I think that is going to be a sea change here. We'll talk about that with a man who wants major change. in Washington, D.C., Senator Ron Johnson will be on the show, along with South Carolina's lieutenant governor, Pam Evett.
Starting point is 00:02:30 She'll be on the program. My name is Benny Johnson, and this is the show. We are doing our show live today and tomorrow and Thursday. We'll be traveling right after the show tomorrow. Very exciting little interview we're going to do in Palm Beach. And we'll be bringing Patriot Mobile with us. Patriot Mobile travels in our back pocket everywhere we go because we are on the move. There is a country to be saved. And I'm not sure how exactly it's fallen to us. I don't know, the providence of God. The just sure, like, Protestant work ethic. I don't know. But we're going to keep fighting.
Starting point is 00:03:09 It's been an annoying series of demonic attacks over the last, I don't know, seven years since 2020. That's what we're going to talk about with Ron Johnson, because they're going to be dragging Dr. Fauci in front of their, oversight committee very soon. But ever since that, it has been just one battle after another man.
Starting point is 00:03:33 And Patreon Mobile has been with us the entire time. No matter where we went, whenever we had to do. And so we're thankful for them as a partner. You should hop on board. They're the only Christian conservative wireless provider.
Starting point is 00:03:44 Stay locked in. Go to patron mobile.com. Call 972 Patriot. Use promo code Benny for a free month of service. That's peterumobile.com slash penny 972 Patriot make the switch today. We have breaking news for you. massive breaking news actually
Starting point is 00:03:56 breaking news that you're not going to believe are you ready that's exclusive to our program we have an inside source in the Joe Biden 2020 campaign that was at the very top tippy top levels of that campaign
Starting point is 00:04:15 and that inside source has told us that the Joe Biden campaign created the largest voter fraud operation in American history. They've confirmed that to us on the record on camera. And the purpose of this was to steal the 2020 election. And I'm now going to reveal to you our source. Ladies and gentlemen, here we go. Together and you guys, it was Joe Biden. Joe Biden has confirmed to us, maybe in a moment of senility, I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:04:55 But he confirmed to us exclusively that this is what he did. And I want to play for you his on-camera confession right now. It did it for our administration, the President Obama's administration, before this. We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics. Wow. Thank you, Joe. Finally a confession. We appreciate you being honest. It's been six years, but thank you for confessing that you put together the largest and most inclusive. Oh, and we know it's inclusive because we have all the videos. We have all the footage of how inclusive you were of black women in your voter fraud operation. You know, you said you'd appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court. Of course, that's patently illegal. They should strip the robes, make sure she's wearing something. something underneath, but strip the robes of Katanji Brown Jackson and burn her gavel. Katanji Brown Jackson unlawfully appointed the Supreme Court because it's illegal to discriminate against the vast majority of women in America.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Say you're going to appoint a black woman, the vast majority of Americans in America. But anyway, Joe Biden was very inclusive of including black women in his election theft operation. As you can see here, as Wanda, the Stuffer, stuffs balance. We could see Joe Biden's little agents all throughout the country in various places, stuffing ballots, literally stealing ballots out of mailboxes. When they needed the votes, they just walked up to mailboxes, took the ballots, and then wrote names on them. Whatever names they wanted. And then this woman, this is what I find particularly hysterical about these people because they all, they were constantly banging on about the representation of black women. That's why we have Kataji Brown Jackson in the court.
Starting point is 00:06:48 She's like a special needs Supreme Court justice. That's why we have the short bus Supreme Court justice. Yet they have no care for the actual voice of a black woman who had her vote stolen. So that ring camera footage is this woman's home in Massachusetts getting her ballot stolen. Somebody voted for her. And then she goes and tries to vote. And she's like, nope, sorry, you can't vote. Somebody already voted for you.
Starting point is 00:07:13 She says has her signature forged. How come it's not going to be counted if I'm voting right in front of you and I'm telling you that that vote that you have there is not mine. We don't care about your voice, lady, because your voice, even though it's probably a Democrat voice, cuts against our entire fraud operation. We need unlimited mail and ballots. We need to be able to stuff them into as many ballot boxes as possible so that we get the results that we want. And what are those results? We want so much election fraud, in fact, that CNN accidentally captures election fraud on camera.
Starting point is 00:07:45 This is CNN in Ohio filming a ballot dropbox. Now in Ohio it's illegal to deliver somebody else's ballot to the drop box. Tell me, what's going on here exactly? You can see this woman right here, casting her vote.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Did you vote for Reagan or Jimmy Carter? Carter, okay. We don't want to get too personal with people here, but you can see there's actually a try. You can see how uncomfortable the CNN reporter is. By capture, he just realized what he did. There's a lady with a minivan
Starting point is 00:08:14 full of ballots, and she's shoving them into the ballot dropbox. Of course, everything she's doing there is patently illegal. This is why you have to get rid of mail and ballots. You have to get rid of ballot drop boxes. You have to get rid of voter month. You have to get rid of these things. The Save Act is the only way.
Starting point is 00:08:35 Apparently, Lindsey Graham had a way to get the Save Act passed. He told Donald Trump in his dying breath that we're all set for the Save Act. Then he died. an hour later. Shocking timing, all that. But you don't need us to prove to you that the election was stolen. You don't even need the demonstrable data here that proves that there's election fraud in every single state. In every single state in the country, there is an election fraud ongoing court case.
Starting point is 00:09:08 Some states, there are hundreds. Some states, there are thousands. Minnesota, you can see here, a major hotspaw. same with Illinois. Same with North Carolina, where they want to try and flip that state blue, Texas and Florida,
Starting point is 00:09:21 and California, obviously. But to say that there's no election fraud is, of course, insane and robs the, the, robs your sense. Robbs,
Starting point is 00:09:33 even the most, even the most rational people that have tried to argue against this have been left in ashes. The Democratic, have flipped their narrative. Okay?
Starting point is 00:09:47 So like, so here are the people, like the biggest corporate media entities in America used to run headlines that said there's no provable election fraud. Now all of those headlines, all of them have shifted to there's no mass election front. Every single one. NBC just did this. We've caught CBS doing this. ABC did this. The view, ladies, we're talking about like no one's proven mass. election fraud, just a little bit of election fraud, a teeny bit, just the tip election fraud. Okay, here's just the tip. Let me show you. This is it, ladies and gentlemen. This is the
Starting point is 00:10:27 tipping point for me, certainly. Where were you on election night in 2020? You certainly saw Donald Trump up 10 points in Georgia, a very healthy lead in Michigan and Nevada and Arizona. And of course, you wake up the next morning and find that it's all been disappeared because a pipe burst and because unlimited ballots were yanked out from under underneath tables inside of the voting centers. And what you ended up with is a perfect, almost algorithmic, 49.2 to 49.5 for Joe Biden. There you go.
Starting point is 00:11:00 It's just like you punch it into a computer. It's always 49%. Right? Always 49%. And Joe Biden miraculously won Georgia. But it's not just Joe Biden getting 49. Look at this. 49% for Kelly Leffler, Raphael Warnock, 51%.
Starting point is 00:11:16 49% for David Purdue. John Ossoff, 50%. They're computer equations. They punched the numbers into a computer, and they were able to manufacture results. This is exactly what Tulsi. You're insane, Benny. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:11:34 Do you know more than the Director of National Intelligence, who, by the way, just did a massive raid, former Director of National Intelligence, did a massive raid in Fulton County? The weapons they fashion against you. shall be their undoing, man. I'm telling you, we're getting an Old Testament justice here. The weapons that they form against you will destroy them. The only reason that they still had the records for the 2020 election of fraud in Fulton County, the only reason they had the smoking
Starting point is 00:12:08 guns sitting there in a warehouse was because they wanted to put Donald Trump in jail over it. They needed to keep all of the evidence and control all of the evidence. So they were trying to put Trump in prison. That's why everything was sitting in boxes in a warehouse. The FBI has now surged over 300 agents to Fulton County after the initial raid. Something big is about to happen on Thursday night. Tulsi Gabbard is talking to us about these results. What does she say exactly? I've got a long list of things that we're investigating. We have the best of the best going after this. Election integrity being one of them. We have evidence. of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time
Starting point is 00:12:54 and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast. That alone should have been the biggest news clip in the world. We have all the evidence that these electronic machines are manipulating the results of the votes being cast. an FBI memo now saying that they have surged 260 agents to Fulton County in response to the 2020 election fraud raid. The memo states that the July 17th deadline, we are expecting major movement. Democrat officials are preparing for criminal charges and arrests in Fulton County. Do you understand Thursday is going to be doomsday? Thursday is going to be doomsday.
Starting point is 00:13:38 We don't really know what the July 17th deadline is about. It seems arbitrary. But because they put it out there, it feels like they will have to come out with something on the 18th. Fulton County Commissioner Dana Barrett, a Democrat, says the county shouldn't be prepared for anything, whether it be the FBI's potential findings or the announcement of criminal charges. Why would you say that? I'm not prepared for criminal charges. I'm just going to tell you right now. Because I haven't done any crimes.
Starting point is 00:14:03 I've done no crimes. So I, therefore, I'm not prepared for criminal charges. I haven't committed any crimes. But you don't say these kind of things unless you've committed crimes. So why would they be prepared for, why would they be prepared for mass arrests in Fulton County? Ooh, baby. President Trump. I will be making a speech on Thursday evening at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
Starting point is 00:14:25 What's going to be in that speech exactly? Well, you're going to have the CIA director, the director of national intelligence acting, FBI director, and DHS secretary. Ooh, baby. It's going to be a speech about declassified intelligence reports that reveal a foreign nation's plans to interfere in the 2020 election. Oh, by doing what exactly? Well, we're not sure.
Starting point is 00:14:47 But we do know that Tulsi Gabbard has told us that they have proof that they can change the votes in the machines. And now we hear something else. I'm going to cite Matthew Foldy of the DC reporter. And this outlet in Washington, and we know that Matthew is a great dude, says President Trump is planning to announce that Georgia's senators, John Ossuff and Raphael Warnock are illegitimate because of fraud, well-placed sources. in the Georgia tells us, announcement could come as soon as tonight. Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:15:17 So this suddenly broke our timeline, that these elections right here that were won by less than a percent by both of them was due to fraud. And listen, you can go back and check the voter rolls. More people were voting in Fulton County than live in Fulton County
Starting point is 00:15:35 that are registered in Fulton County. That is a matter of fact. What is going to be revealed? Well, we're not exactly sure. I suppose we'll have to wait 24 hours, 48 hours. But this is going to be massive. This is all my entire timeline, Ossoff and Warnock, illegitimately elected. If they are complicit, they need to lose their seats, they need to be jailed. What would happen exactly if you were to prove that a senator was illegally elected? What happens if a politician found guilty of election fraud? Well, you have criminal penalties on a federal level, tons of different fines associated with this in U.S. Code, $250,000 fine and imprisonment for up to five years under 52 U.S. Code 20511. This would be involving federal elections, mail-in ballots, or interstate aspects, major penalties under law.
Starting point is 00:16:32 State level, you would also be charged. Common penalties include fines and prison time, probation, and restitution. Impact on office and political career, a conviction typically would lead to to immediate resignation, expulsion, or judiciary removal. Many states have laws disqualifying convicted felons from holding office. Disqualification from further office could also happen, loss of voting rights and other consequences. Real world examples. Politicians and official convicted of voter fraud, ballot tampering, or related schemes,
Starting point is 00:17:00 have received prison time, one to five years, fines, probation, removal from office. Cases include absentee ballot fraud, false registrations, and bribery of election workers. Okay. So this is as real as a heart attack. Oh, and by the way, Postmaster General announcing that they're not going to be mailing ballots to criminal aliens is just completely genius. I want to ask Ron Johnson about this and the senator is set and ready to roll. So let's go, ladies and gentlemen, just a reminder that they wouldn't be able to pull this off without the post office mailing all of the ballots. It's just an absolute genius moved by the Trump administration.
Starting point is 00:17:38 So hopefully the president talks about that and they stick to their guns there, a man who will stick to his guns, a man that we know to be an absolute fighter in the Senate. His name is Ron Johnson. He's from the Great Strait of Wisconsin. He joins us live now. Senator Johnson, I don't think I'm like stretching here by saying you're probably the only senator that consistently and fearlessly talks about voter fraud and mass voter fraud in how it affects our system. without really apologizing for it. And you've been like a dog with the bone on this for a very long time. So maybe a preview of what the president could be announcing on Thursday night. You're right.
Starting point is 00:18:25 I was, I think, the only chairman of the Senate committee back in 2020 that held a hearing in December, the irregularities of the 2020 election. And there were many. What's always galled me is you hear, you know, 80 courts have looked at this. They saw no. Scrolling with Haley. I'm Haley Karania. I scroll with the homies here in the live chat because there's a lot to scroll through on X, on Instagram, on TikTok.
Starting point is 00:18:52 Cutting through the clutter, one hot take at a time. Love seeing you all in the chat before the show. I tried to jump in just a few minutes before to say hello. I love the chat interaction. Thank you for helping. But I do it to get all of the videos and all of the content that you won't find anywhere else. Scrolling with Haley. Just search that up and I will be there.
Starting point is 00:19:10 Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Evidence. Well, most of those 80 courts never reviewed any evidence whatsoever. They just dismiss charges. The issue is mute. The election was already certified. That's the problem you always have in terms of election fraud. We know it exists. We just don't know the extent. We don't know whether there's enough to overturn an election, but there's nobody ever willing to investigate it. The losing candidate is already tapped out. They probably already have debt that they're trying to pay back. The winners, you know, the elections are certified very quickly. And nobody who's, you know, the election officials once they've certified election,
Starting point is 00:19:51 they don't want to be proven wrong. So there's really, there's no incentive to actually investigate election in voter fraud. And the result is just a continual state of denial. And so, you know, I am, for one, really glad the FBI has, you know, Take a look at this, is investigating this seriously. There's doing investigations in Milwaukee. I mean, there was so many irregularities in Wisconsin. It's only 270,000 ballots that were cured by election officials.
Starting point is 00:20:21 You can't do that, but they did it anyway. You know, voting in the park, people going into nursing homes and probably voting for people. I mean, all these things were completely dismissed. Mark Zuckerberg's election group basically taking over the Green Bay Election Center. All dismissed in Wisconsin, the Supreme Court said, cloak of lashes, whatever that means. They're not going to look at the evidence. We're just declaring we're not going to rule on this. Let's move on. And so, you know, I for one, I'm glad that President Trump is not moving on, that Tulsi Gabbitt in her role and then now the FBI director
Starting point is 00:20:57 and John Radcliffe that they're taking these things seriously, they're looking at evidence. I mean, in Georgia, I remember the adjudicated balance. People don't talk much about that. But, I mean, these voting machines are highly flawed, that they create ballots that had to be adjudicated in some way, shape, or form. Who's doing that? So there are so many things. Maricopa County in Arizona, so many things. What happened with Tina Peters in Colorado? Seen to me like she was just trying to take a look at what is happening with these machines and they're updating their software and things.
Starting point is 00:21:36 And of course, Chris Krebs, when I was chairman of Homeland Security, lied repeatedly saying, oh, these election machines, they're not hooked up the internet. Yes, they are. So again, there's so many issues that have just been completely dismissed, not thoroughly investigated. I don't know what president is going to announce on Thursday. I'm not been involved in that investigation. But all I know is this type of investigation is long overdue, and we have not seriously considered all the irregularly.
Starting point is 00:22:06 that occurred in 2020 and beyond. Let's face it, the Baker Carter Commission, totally nonpartisan. Their recommendations or their conclusions were that absentee ballots, mail and balloting was probably had the greatest potential for fraud in our elections. And what do we do during COVID? We doubled the number of absentee ballots and we've never looked back. We keep pushing these things. Mail and ballots, automatic registration, all designed to make it easy to cheat. And of course, every Democrat in the Senate will continue to vote against any election integrity measure designed to restore confidence and integrity into our elections. That's what we need to do.
Starting point is 00:22:46 I want to make sure that no matter who wins the public, whether you're Democrat or Republican, agree, listen, that's the legitimate result. We've got enough election controls, and there's easy ways to do in it. Things like paper ballots. Don't rely on these electronic machines. We know electronic machines can be jury rate. stop using them paper ballots optical scanners that's what we use in my home precinct that's a sure fired way and by the way when the state department goes into other countries and advises them on
Starting point is 00:23:19 on how they can hold secure and high integrity elections we recommend things that we violate in our own elections day in and day out we have to listen to our own advice that we give to foreign countries that's right so if a foreign country ran an election like california does the State Department would call illegitimate in wage a sanction. Senator Bernie Sanders went down in Columbia. He's, you know, his family's from Columbia,
Starting point is 00:23:45 went down there very close the election, highly concerned. Bernie Moreno. Bernie Marino. Bernie Sanders probably went to Columbia for the other side. No, this is the good, we're talking about the good Bernie.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Yeah, but Bernie Marina went up and he came back and he talked to the election officials. We're probably going to hold a hearing and have one of them come up. Wow. The guy, the questions Bernie was asking him about, you know, mail and ballots, about vote. They have biometric identification. I mean, they take election security seriously. But when Bernie's asking them all these questions that the Colombian
Starting point is 00:24:16 election official thought he was crazy, you know, talking about what we do in America, how loose, how the lack of controls we have in our elections versus what they do in Columbia. So I want to get to a ton of stuff because the Senate is, obviously, there's a lot of breaking news out of the Senate. Big time yesterday was a report out from the DC reporter that says Rafael Warnock and John Ossif, Donald Trump's going to present evidence that they did not win their elections. What's your comment on that, Senator? Well, let's wait to see the evidence. You know Democrats will fight tooth and nail. They've been fighting tooth and nail. They've been suppressing all this evidence for years. Again, there are just so many things that
Starting point is 00:25:00 are just irregular that need, that we're just crying for an investigation. Now we've had the investigation. Let's see what the evidence is going to be. I can't really speak to it until I see it. But you've looked into this, and it's my contention that they've been pulling these games in Wisconsin with your recent Senate election, that they've pulled these games in Nevada and in Arizona, and that Republicans would have a 60-seat majority right now in the Senate had we had fair elections in those states. Again, I just don't know because they've never been adequately
Starting point is 00:25:30 investigated. All I know is there are all kinds of irregularities that just a normal person, completely unbiased, would go, that strikes me as odd. Those videos of these ballots that appear to be, you know, being run multiple times. You know, we've got our own problem in Milwaukee with central count, which, you know, rather than count the absentee balance at the actual precinct, they gather them all together and come in in a late night dump. And again, whether it's legitimate or not, whether they're counting them accurately. And we have observers. I can't really say that they're not counting them legitimately.
Starting point is 00:26:04 It just looks bad. All of a sudden, the vote changes at 2 o'clock in the morning. So you're setting yourself up to have a suspicious and suspected result. Don't do that. Everything we ought to be doing is trying to restore confidence in our election system. That's what we're trying to do, the Save America Act. You've got 75% of people. They don't want their legitimate vote canceled by an illegitimate vote.
Starting point is 00:26:28 So require voter ID, require people to prove citizenship. I mean, these are just basic measures to restore confidence. The fact that Democrats don't want to do it speaks volumes. So here we go. We have Alyssa Slotkin, one of your colleagues from Michigan, saying that if the Save Act was passed, that it would mean that Democrats would never be able to win nationwide. again, and make it very hard for any Democrat in any state to win an election.
Starting point is 00:27:00 Let's play this real quick. The thing that we blocked yesterday was the SAVE Act, right? Democrats appearing before them blocking the SAVE Act. Keep it on. To rig our democracy so that it would be hard for any Democrat in any state to win any election. I want you to respond to that, Senator. What is it? What does it mean?
Starting point is 00:27:27 Thanks, cut. Thank you. What does it mean when she says it would make it harder for Democrats to win elections if you pass to say that? Kind of saying that the quiet part out loud, right? A political gaffe telling the truth. No, I think that's what Democrats fear. Again, it makes no sense. The initial election denial, let's face, was Hillary Clinton, you know, claiming that President Trump is installed by Russian collusion.
Starting point is 00:27:56 No, I mean, it was her political dirty trick that put us through all this political turmoil. So she's the original election denier. So half America viewed Donald Trump's illegitimate. Fast forward with all the irregulators of 2020. Now, the other half America thinks that's an illegitimate result. Completely unsustainable in democracy. You have to have confidence in our election. So that's all we're trying to do is restore that confidence.
Starting point is 00:28:20 The fact that Democrats refuse to restore that confidence just tells you they want to make it easy to cheat because they cheat. They want to be able to cheat. And apparently the admission is if they can't cheat, they can't win, which gives me some optimism in this country. I hope that's true because what they're proposing socialism, 100 years ago, I can understand Great Depression people looking for different economic models, but 100 years later, tens of millions of people dying, being murdered under these dictatorial tyrannies that communism,
Starting point is 00:28:53 socialism produces Venezuela, Cuba, Soviet Union. Why would anybody embrace it? Well, that they're able to embrace it because the news media has been infiltrated by the radical left. Our religious institutions are, you know, obviously politics. Our elections are, unfortunately rigged. They don't have the integrity they deserve. So we need to restore that confidence. We have to return integrity to our election system. Lindsey Graham tells Donald Trump in one of his dying breaths that he's set for the Save Act. We are set for the Save Act, Mr. President. Donald Trump said it on CNN and on NBC and on Fox News.
Starting point is 00:29:32 And Donald Trump retold the story about how Lindsay Graham said that as a budget committee chairman, he has a path forward to get the Save Act passed. How is that going to happen, Senator? Well, it defines which Save America Act you're talking about or how you actually do it. through reconciliation, I think people believe we can pass certain elements tied to some kind of budgetary impact. So you provide grant money for cleaning up for voter rolls. You provide grant money for real ID, tie those to, you know, like real ID that requires proof of citizenship. So there are things you can do that move us down the path, getting the entire Save America Act as President Trump envisions it difficult through reconciliation, which is why I continue
Starting point is 00:30:13 to push my colleagues in the Republican conference, let's end the filibuster. Democrats will do it. The minute they have an opportunity, they will end the filibuster. We're going to look like schmucks for not doing it at this moment in time. Again, maybe based on the evidence here in coming up on Thursday in terms of what is revealed that happened in Georgia, maybe they'll convince my Republican colleagues to do it. We didn't have the votes to eliminate the filibuster on our nominees until Democrats were so obnoxiously obstructionist in terms of not confirming President Trump's nomineesies to
Starting point is 00:30:48 the UNAV's administration, all of a sudden, every Republican voted to nuke the filibuster on all nominations. Maybe the same thing will happen here. That would be excellent. I mean, if you could, I mean, I suppose, I don't know. The makeup of the Senate is getting with the loss of Lindsey Graham, I suppose his sister will be sworn in. I assume she would vote the same way that he would vote.
Starting point is 00:31:10 So I suppose it's not a total loss right now, but it would be really nice to see some movement to be the, see the evidence presented like you've done in your committee to actually get the other senators on board to understand what time, like what time it is and what their legacy could be. Their legacy could be saving the republic. The reason why we had such a mess in 2020 was because of COVID and because of guys like Dr. Fauci, you will finally get Dr. Fauci back in the chair. I believe it was July 29th, is that the date? And you'll be there with Rand Paul. We have the announcement here from Rand. Dr. Fauci will be brought in and you will be sitting right next to Rand. Is that correct?
Starting point is 00:31:55 Do I have the makeup of the committee, correct? No, correct. I'm former sheriff. And I'm next senior member under his chairmanship. So looking forward to it, it'll be really interesting to see how Fauci, now that he has a pardon, it's going to be difficult for him to plead the fifth. He better not lie. So this ought to be very interesting hearing.
Starting point is 00:32:14 I give Senator Paul a lot of credit for his pursuit of the truth when it comes to the whole origin issue here. We're still waiting to get some of Fauci's devices from that's, they've been kind of doing a shell game here, moving it from HHS to the FBI, then back to to HHS, often Inspector General, now back to National Institute. to health. Again, the deep state does not give up its secrets. It has multiple ways of frustrating, even the absolute good intentions of Bobby Kennedy of radical transparency. He's, it's very difficult to accomplish it. There's so many hurdles that they have to go through to be radically transparent. Again, that's, I'm not a fan of the government. Nor has Rand Paul. That's why our founders are so smart to try and limit government. Unfortunately, we've busted out of those constitutional constraints decades ago, we need to try and put those back in.
Starting point is 00:33:12 Again, this will be a seminal moment. This will be very interesting to see how Fauci defends himself. All the gain of function research that he funded, these, what, over 120 labs around the world, 40 in Ukraine alone. Don't tell me that Anthony Fauci was not aware of those things, or aware of the fact that he was funding Ralph Barrett, his gain of function research around the coronavirus, the bat lady. Fouchi had to know all of that, which is why he went in such immediate cover-up mode in those text and phone exchanges at the end of January, early February. Be interesting to see how he defends that record. I know you shouldn't be giving up your questions, obviously, but can you give us like a general
Starting point is 00:33:55 line of questioning that you are going to engage in? And also, Dr. Fauci could be charged. His pardon wouldn't cover if he lied to Congress again. Is that correct? Right, yeah, he better not commit perjury. And so, listen, it'll really be about what he actually knew. It'll depend on what documents I get to see before that. Again, we're still trying to get documents. We don't have all of them. So it'll be, depending on what we got.
Starting point is 00:34:19 It depends on what Senator Paul asked him first, you know, what he says in the statement. So I'll be prepared with a lot of different questions. You only get five minutes. Maybe we'll get seven this round and hopefully multiple rounds. So again, I'm hoping every committee, member member comes totally prepared to ask him some very tough questions. He deserves it. Yeah. We hope you ask about this video of Dr. Fauci, do you have a loaded Klein? This video of Dr. Fauci, like, guaranteeing that there's going to be a surprise pandemic.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Wrong one. Guaranteing that there's going to. Infectious disease. Yeah. Is that there is no question that there will be a challenge to the coming administration in the arena of infection. diseases, both chronic infectious diseases in the sense of already ongoing disease, and we have certainly a large burden of that, but also there will be a surprise outbreak. Well, dude, this guy has worked since Nixon in the federal government. He's never promised a
Starting point is 00:35:20 surprise outbreak until there was a surprise outbreak. The hell is that? He was funding the research to create the coronavirus that would produce that surprise outbreak. You know, an even better clip is with Rick Bright, who'd sabotage hydroxychloroquine for FDA at the Milken Institute, where they've been more than the fact that we don't have a universal vaccination campaign. The flu campaign just isn't doing it. We need a pandemic. This is like October 2019. Well, three months later, they got their pandemic.
Starting point is 00:35:48 They sabotage early treatment with things like ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, you know, all the cheap generic drugs that did work that had an impact. They sabotage all that early treatment so that there was no treatment. so you could get the emergency use authorization on the injection. And then they lied about the fact that they knew there was serious, serious adverse events occurring, serious injury, death occurring. They knew that within three months. They're covering that up to this day.
Starting point is 00:36:20 Final question for you, Senator, if Thursday night, and I'm sure you'll be watching along with us, but if Donald Trump does bring the receipts and the evidence on Thursday night, It sounds like they're really getting ready for a massive bombshell here. And it's found out that some of your Senate colleagues did engage in or have been elected illegitimately. What will you be calling for? Will you be calling for potential removal from office? We have to wait to see the evidence. But at a minimum, I'm happy to hold a hearing to lay this out in all its gory detail.
Starting point is 00:36:53 The president will obviously take the time he's got. But a Senate hearing, I think it would be completely appropriate once we have that evidence as well. So you're going to see you're going to spearhead the Senate hearing based on when you see the veracity of the evidence that President Trump has, you would be the person spearheading that because that's what you did in the aftermath of 2020 in the first place, correct? Listen, if Chuck Grass in the sentence, you sure he wants to do. You know, Chuck and I do, you know, we've been involved in joint investigations in the past. We'll, I'm sure we're cooperatively in terms of, again, we have to see the evidence first before I really tell you
Starting point is 00:37:26 what we're going to do. But no, this needs this needs to be made public. Okay. Yep. Yep. Well, thank you, Senator, for fighting on this. I think you were the first and the strongest and the loudest voice on all of this back when it would get you canceled and back when it would get you deplatformed. And you were canceled and deplatformed, actually, if I recall correctly.
Starting point is 00:37:46 You have been stripped off of social media for all of this and for speaking the truth. So everybody follow Ron Johnson, a man who fights for the truth here. He has 700,000 subscribers. You should be one of them. Thank you, Senator. Have a great day. Ladies and gentlemen, gold has outperformed the stock market. Well, by a wide margin, the last 20 years.
Starting point is 00:38:16 There's obviously ups and downs for everything. But if you look at the charts back to back, it just really is irrefutable. Got to lock in. Make sure that you are investing in something that has everlasting value. And we're happy that things are going well. The stock market's doing great this morning. and they had a big announcement on inflation. Inflation cooled more month to month these last two months than it has over the last five years.
Starting point is 00:38:47 It's been an absolute exceptional run. We really hope that the president and his team get back to the absolute focus of this American economy. I'm so sick. I'm so sick of foreign entanglements. I'm so sick of foreign wars. And I just want to focus on America. and American future and Gen Z and the opportunities that we have. Being financially focused and locked in on your future,
Starting point is 00:39:13 that's why I invest just a bit. I diversify into gold and precious metals. They just a wise thing to have in your portfolio. The numbers don't lie. Gold has been money for 5,000 years. I trust Advantage gold. Top-rated precious metals company. Text Benny to 8554545 right now.
Starting point is 00:39:30 That's BNNNY to 85545 right now. inside you'll discover exactly how you can diversify into gold quick and easy today do it today no cost no obligation to expending to 85545 for something real uh ladies and gentlemen iran is feeling something real right now i think that this is in honor of i think this is an honor probably of lindsay graham i'm not sure hi uh we have some wild footage out of iran do we is this the footage alx insane footage out of iran is this looks like like Armageddon as the biggest, most prolonged strike of the war. It went on for five hours last night, including but not limited to one-way sea drones. I find this stuff very cool.
Starting point is 00:40:17 The Sentcom released footage of the first ever use of a one-way sea drone. And it's a freaking awesome. So they flew, they, they drove on water into a submarine base for the first time ever this killer drone. And it's crazy, man. The footage that's coming out, Alex, do we had? Do we? Yeah, okay. All right. Yeah, yeah. Got it. So it's like been a blackout in Iran. And we're not, the ALX is like, well, they think they were you were using. a lot of the footage. Anyway, it's just been devastating. They're striking farther and farther inland. President Trump saying that we will now own the coast of Iran. We will own and oversee the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. forces have now resumed a blockade of Iran. So I don't know why this
Starting point is 00:41:17 country is led by such suicidal maniacs. It seemed like the MOU was working out just fine and was working out in favor of pretty much everybody. I'm not sure what, like, what their problem, What's the problem here exactly? But it is maniacal. It's completely suicidal. There are now a ton of different countries that are building alternative pipelines. Like, they're just going to, capitalism is going to find a way. It's going to be a pipeline through Iran, a pipeline through Dubai, port on the other side of
Starting point is 00:41:44 Oman. It's like a lot of ways to get around this part of the world. And so that's just what they're going to do. I'm just not sure why these people would F around with Trump right now. But after what we talked about with Lord Trump yesterday, the assassination attempt, Donald Trump, when he was in Turkey. Trump having, they're so serious that Trump had to actually switch planes and fly dark in a military aircraft without a transponder in order to get out of harm's way. Dude, just seems like they're playing an extremely dangerous game.
Starting point is 00:42:13 So I suppose we'll see what happens next. I would like to see what happens next in the state of South Carolina. We were very upset at South Carolina for their Senate, not redistricting. and getting rid of a racially gerrymandered congressional ghetto, we called them. That is totally illegal and unconstitutional based on the Supreme Court. And we had the South Carolina lieutenant governor on at the time to talk about her frustrations with this because she was advocating very strongly for the redistricting. Lieutenant Governor Pam Evitt joins us now once again from the all-important state of South Carolina
Starting point is 00:43:00 to talk about what the future of the state holds. Let's go. Pam, welcome back to the program. Thank you for having me back. Yeah. Are you going to run for Lindsay Gramsit? You know, that's been like the number one question I've been asked. And, you know, I think what we need to do first and foremost. And it's why I've been saying to every interview I've done, I've probably done 12 since the senator's passing has been, I think, there's a time for politics, but right now it's a time to like kind of celebrate what the senator's life was all about. And he, you know, you can't argue with the fact that he gave his entire life, not just to the state of South Carolina, but to the nation in doing what he thought was right, whether you agreed with him or didn't agree with him. He was fiercely passionate about what he thought was right or wrong. And he was fiercely loyal to the state. And so I'm kind of
Starting point is 00:43:54 focusing on his life, his legacy. And I know his sister will be sworn in today. to finish out his term until, you know, January 3rd and government will go on. But I think we should we should continue to celebrate him for a little bit longer before we talk about replacing him. Sure, absolutely. I mean, I think that people are just not wanting to see in the Senate. And I know, and I'm not saying Lindsey Graham was this, but you have in the Senate a non-functional majority because you have so many people that refuse to be MAGA. And I think that's the problem, right? you have Tom Tillis and a Bill Cassidy and John Cornyn and Markowski and Collins.
Starting point is 00:44:32 And it just creates like a, it's almost an unenviable task for John Thune because it's, you have seven people that refuse to be Republicans, even though they ran as Republicans and won as Republicans. So nobody wants to see this seat go to that wing of the party. And that wing of the party is going to get decimated, right? Corny's out, Cassidy out, McConnell gone, Tillis gone. And so, yeah, I think that's why people are, they want a fighter in for the president. Well, you know, I led that fight here in South Carolina, as you talked about with redistricting, making sure that we could give the president everything he needed. You know, it is shocking to me on so many levels.
Starting point is 00:45:14 How many people are afraid to fight for the ideals of our party? And, you know, I remember, I think we talked to. about this last time I was on your show. And, you know, I sat at the back of the state Senate and heard, you know, senators saying, you know, we can't do this. This isn't right. And all I kept thinking is, you know, why do we not believe what the Democrats are saying? Right. The Democrats are telling us today that they will get rid of the electoral college if they take control again. The Democrats are telling us that they want to make Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands a state so that they can get a bigger majority.
Starting point is 00:45:53 I mean, they're telling us their game plan. And it's shocking to me that Republicans are just like, it's falling out of deaf ear. Like, do we think they're lying to us? Because they never have. You know, they're going to tell you what they're going to do and then they're going to do it. And I think sometimes we have to be able to fight for that.
Starting point is 00:46:09 You know, people continue to talk about the filibuster. And it's like, you know, they're saying, if we get control again, we're going to get rid of it. And we're going to do whatever we need to do to get our agenda in place. You know, these are things that can. concern everybody. I think here in South Carolina is really concerning to Republicans. And so you're right. I think we need people who are willing to stand up and fight to get things done. And it's probably why, Vinny, and I would love your take on it, why so few people actually get out and vote. Because I think
Starting point is 00:46:41 they feel like it's even when we have power, we don't use it. When we don't have power, we get run over. And they just kind of throw their hands up in the air and go, well, I don't think it really matters. And I think we have to give them a reason to get out and vote and to support. People are voting. They went out and gutted the Indiana Senate. And I think the same thing's going to happen with the South Carolina Senate. Yeah. Well, I think you're—
Starting point is 00:47:03 So why did so many Republicans, aside with the minuscule Democrat minority in the South Carolina Senate, you have a supermajority? Yeah. Why didn't they play smashout? Like, why did that happen? Well, you know, that is a really great question. and I could never get a true answer from that. You're a lieutenant governor, you know?
Starting point is 00:47:24 Yeah, so it's like, why not threaten them? Like, this is politics, you're right? Like, where's the scorched earth? Where's the, you're talking about what time it is. Yeah, you're right. This is the time. Where was that? I sat back there.
Starting point is 00:47:40 I took meetings. I worked with people in the house. The house passed it. When it got to the Senate, you know, that deliberative body, they went and they you know they they huddled together and and you know people wanted to make it be a fight against the president and the senate and i'm like listen i am all over the state their constituents are not going to forget and in south carolina it's kind of weird it's not like you know the federal senate where half is up one you know one year and then the other half it's a four-year term the whole
Starting point is 00:48:13 senate comes up at one time and they feel like they have this buffer i would think that that people that are mad that they didn't redistrict, well, they have two years. And we all know what a short memory people have. You know, they're kind of on to the next news cycle. And so they get this sense. There's been a lot of talk since that about how do you break up the election term so that the entire Senate isn't every four years at the same time because then it would make people have to think a little bit more about these votes.
Starting point is 00:48:41 You know, and let's face it, a lot of them, if they weren't Trump people, and some of them were not Trump people. they're kind of thinking, well, you know, in two more years, the president will be out. I always have contended that the president will be able to weigh in, way longer than his term, and that will really matter. So I think, you know, changing maybe the structure, which is going to have to be a, I'm not sure if it would have to be at this point. There's been rumor back and forth, would they have to be a constitutional change, or is it something they could do right within the general assembly? But, you know, we'll see what happens there. But it was shocking to a lot of people that in a state with a super majority in the House,
Starting point is 00:49:24 a super majority in the Senate, a Republican in every major office, we have one Democrat sitting in Congress that this couldn't get through. Yeah. And, you know, I did all I could do. You know, the governor did, you know, his job of calling them back to get it done. That was how he pushed. And then it just, it just stalled. And the Senate is, again, because they have this every four year and they all are up at one time,
Starting point is 00:49:54 I don't know that threatening is the best way to go there. But I think the voters were really upset. And the voters will have to come out and make those changes at re-election. Are you going to campaign against every person who voted against this redistricting? I mean, you'll be the next governor in South Carolina, right? Well, you know, what we have to do is make sure, like you said, people don't forget. So when they, when this comes up, sure, but are you going to campaign, are you going to campaign against every person who voted against it? You know, I guess I really haven't thought about that.
Starting point is 00:50:26 What am I going to go out in two more years in campaign? But I'm definitely going to make it known that this was something we needed. And I think it becomes a stronger point for people if we lose the house. If we lose the house and these things come to be that the Democrats did and that one seat could have made all the difference in the world, that becomes something people will actually now focus on, right? We're in the mess we're in because we didn't do our part. It becomes a much stronger message. Yeah. No, you're exactly right. And it's frustrating. You're right, the election cycle. But it's why shows like ours exists to hold people accountable and to remind people what happened. And when we needed the party to be strong and unified, the way that the Democrats are constantly on the attack against us, we don't need internal fire right now.
Starting point is 00:51:13 It's something that we're trying very hard to do in order to create a balkanized party apparatus that says we're here to win and save Western civilization and to not fight amongst each other and to do our best to squash beef and to win. And it's just been, it's been very frustrated. It was wonderful to see what happened in Indiana. And we're going to, like, continue to drive that. I just, I don't know, man. People saw what happened to Cassidy and then what happened to John Cornyn.
Starting point is 00:51:42 You don't think it can happen to you? John Cornyn loses by 60 points? And you don't think it can happen to you? Like, I think it's, I think you're living in a dreamland, man. Well, it definitely sent a strong message. But you actually hit on a point of just how, as Republicans, we do need to come together. You know, I came from the business world, started a company, grew it into a national company, and then came into the political world. And it was the thing that stood out most to me.
Starting point is 00:52:12 You know, when you're really in it, and you know, they call it in the bubble. When you're in the bubble and you see it. And you see how the Democrats will come together. And I mean, they may be, I don't know what they do because I don't have insight into their party, but it seems like they may go in a room and duke it out. but when they come out, they're walking in lockstep. Yes. And we have to take, we have got to learn from that how that makes us more unified, how it unifies the party when they see that we're all rowing in the same direction.
Starting point is 00:52:42 Yes. And so that's why to me it was important. You know, I got behind the president very early on before I was ever in office and when he, you know, began his bid for presidency and have felt that we should stick with him. If he's a leader of our party and this is what he needs, I don't, I don't, I never believe in blind loyalty, you know, where you just do anything at any cost, no matter what, if you don't feel it's the right thing. But we can't keep fighting each other. And if we keep fighting each other, I think we lose interest in people coming out to vote.
Starting point is 00:53:14 I think people tend to then move away from the party and they just get tired of seeing the infighting. I mean, we have to come together and unite. And I think that's why it will be really important for South Carolina to send a senator now in Senator Graham's place, because I'll tell you, I was never more proud to be a South Carolinian long before I was in office when Senator Graham took the floor and stood up for Justice Kavanaugh. I mean, it was like a defining moment for me, and I watched politics, even though I was doing it from the private sector, pretty close, to see a senator with that much fire come after the other side and just call out right and wrong. I mean, it was a proud moment. We need somebody that, you know, will come in with that same fire and say, hey, this is wrong.
Starting point is 00:54:03 And I'm going to call it out. And I'm going to call it out in a big way. So it gets everybody's attention. Yes. That's what you should do. You should call out these senators and, like, start campaigning against them right now. I'll help you raise money right now. We need to send a message.
Starting point is 00:54:17 I mean, say like South Carolina, Donald Trump wins South Carolina by 20 points on election night. And these people can't go and like deliver for our party. No, I mean, you got it. You got to be gone. You got you're a traitor. you're a traitor. And you side with the Democrats? And like for what? Like I'm, I'm waiting for somebody to explain to me what the win was here other than to, as you just said, attack Trump. And so like, why am I what, what, what are you doing? Why are you in office? If your job is to
Starting point is 00:54:41 attack Trump as a Republican, why are you in office? What are you doing here? And so you're like, you're done. That's what shows like ours exist for. So I could never understand the mindset. Because I was, as I was sitting in the back of the Senate, taking note of like, what were the arguments that were going to happen, you know, all I could think of is if this was in reverse, the Democrats would have walked in, they wouldn't have put up one amendment, they would have voted it so fast, and they'd have been out having lunch and we wouldn't have known what hit us. There wouldn't have been that same, you know, let's talk about this for a while and start skewing everything in a direction. I just, I don't know why people don't take Democrats
Starting point is 00:55:20 seriously, which is where we started this conversation. Believe what they say, because they're telling you exactly what they're going to do and they are going to deliver on it. So you have got to come in there and be proud of what you stand for, know why you're doing it, and then be unapologetic about it. It's the one thing that I have always admired about people that get in the political ring when they're unapologetic about what they feel passionately about, right? And they go in with full force. And again, that's why I brought up the senator in Kavanaugh, because you could tell there was a lot of passion and fire. It wasn't made up. It wasn't theatrical. He felt it and he was unapologetic about it. And that's what we need to see more of. And all levels of government is not worrying about the
Starting point is 00:56:06 next election, but worrying about what's happening today and what's right and what we should fight for. Yeah, if we lose the house by one vote, people are going to blame South Carolina. If we lose the house by one vote, there's also, it's not just South Carolina, states like Mississippi and Louisiana and Indiana, of course, like could have gone harder, but combine them all and that this is, this level of weakness could cost you your republic.
Starting point is 00:56:31 It could cost Western civilization. So, yeah, the time is late. The hour's late and people need to understand what time it is. Thank you, Pam, for that. We'll hold you to it and we look forward to campaigning all throughout South Carolina. It's not too far from Florida against these senators
Starting point is 00:56:45 that vote. We won't forget. This audience won't forget. There you go. Trust me. Yeah, we don't. like being betrayed. But we appreciate you and your leadership. And we look forward to working with you in the beautiful state of South Carolina. Godspeed. Ben, thanks so much, Benny. Great,

I thought that was of note.
Starting point is 00:59:29 We don't have much on this. Just 20 FBI agents descended upon Lindsay Graham's Capitol Hill home. We hope that it's nothing, right? We don't want this to be anything other than they're just doing their due diligence. And all that we've ever asked for, you know, this is the professional hazard to being a neocon. You have some very, very dangerous enemies. And Lindsey Graham had a lot of enemies. And we just want to make sure that everything was on the up and up.
Starting point is 00:59:55 The official statement here is that Lindsay Graham died of a heart attack, and he had an aorta just burst in his chest, and you die very quickly when that happens. And so Lindsey Graham was found unresponsive. They had to burst into his door, and the FBI burst into his door yesterday, just to do sort of what we would assume to be a basic toxicology run. And then we're going to get the full toxicology reports. We have the preliminary reports. And just cover your bases here. just cover your basis. We live in dangerous times.
Starting point is 01:00:27 Best to have all available evidence. So ladies and gentlemen, let's pop on over to all available evidence for the balance of power in the 2026 midterms. Let's go ahead and look here. What does it look like? Democrats, it looks like Republican Senate Democrat House is up, but Democrat sweep. The House and the Senate is even higher. at 45% versus 41%. So we've got work to do.
Starting point is 01:00:59 Obviously, the real problem here is going to be gas prices, home prices, grocery prices, affordability. We had really great inflation numbers this morning, but we've got to do more work and the hour is late. That's July, leading into August. August bleeds right into September, October, and there's your election. So we've got three months. How much can be fixed in three months?
Starting point is 01:01:25 Well, I don't know. I'm not sure. This is what we've been banging the table about ever since the Iran war is you've got to stay locked in. On the thing that people vote on. What do people vote on? People don't vote on what's happening in Bondar Abbas. People vote on what the price of eggs and milk and bread are and gasoline
Starting point is 01:01:49 and whether their children will have a future. And so, like, again, as friends, we beg the administration to stay locked in. The republic is at stake. The only thing that matters is how do people feel about their future in this country? That is why we always end with a verse of the day for the upkeep of your spirits. Don't ever put your faith in men. don't ever put your faith in things that men have built. They will always let you down.
Starting point is 01:02:27 I just feel like we've been fighting a spiritual war pretty exponentially for a very long time. And we have to stay at it. Stay locked in with Luke 12. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight. What you have whispered in the ear and in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the rooftops. Those who are lying and those who are deceiving will be exposed and make sure that you are spreading light. Make sure that it is light and good fruit that comes from your life. Build with us, march with us, on to victory. That is assured. It's the best thing about it all.
