Minneapolis my wife asked last night? Sorry for this little rant off the top. Like, what's going on with Minneapolis? Well, what's going on with Minneapolis? Which when you were growing up was Minneapolis some type of third world war zone hellscape? It looks like Black Hawk down now. You know, I talked with Nick Sotor yesterday. He's got he's got his camera getting ripped out of his hands. I'm trying to figure out how to help him. Did Minneapolis, was this like peaceful, Scandinavian town, maybe some breweries. They have a football team called the Vikings. And they have a baseball team, the Twin Cities, their mascot, some little happy baseball, the Mall of America.

Minneapolis was just like Pleasantville when you and I were growing up. And then in the 1990s, they started air dropping infinity Somalis into that community. What does that do? Well, one, it gives one party permanent political power, which is the intention. The stated goal is to give 100,000 guaranteed block votes to the Democrats that can rig every election. That's what they do with these Somali maximal housings there in Minneapolis. But the forward progress of this culturally is that you tear apart the homogeneity of a place. And what do I mean by that?

Well, it has very little to do with skin color. It has everything to do with, can you speak the same language as your neighbor? Like, there have been black people living in Minneapolis for a very long time. That's not the point. The point isn't that they'd like different, different levels of melanin in the skin.

The point is that the Somalis brought a culture that was totally and completely incompatible with Western civilization. That's the point. had nothing to do with skin color. You could go to Minneapolis in 1990 and find black people and Asian people and Hispanic people.

And you didn't find the city wasn't on fire every single couple of months. No one was like killing or attacking each other in the streets. It was like every other American city where people just kind of like chilled. And they all like the thing, they all like the Vikings, right?

Like that's it. Minnesota go first. What the hell happened? of that place. It's a perfect allegory, a metaphor for what they're going to try and do in every city in America. Air drop in people who are incompatible with Western civilization. How can you say that, Benny? Well, because we've looked at the data. The data is quite clear when it comes to Somalia. When comes to Somalia, the data says that these individuals who are raised in Somalia, who are Somalian, according to the World Health Organization and the

United Nations. One, Somalia is the single worst place to live. Why? Well, because the IQ in Somali, the average IQ in Somalia, hovers around 70. That's borderline mentally handicapped, depending on your measurement. Why? Why is that? Well, because there's massive inbreeding in Somalia. Why does nobody talk about this? Somalia is the most inbred nation, arguably on earth. That's just a matter of fact. They've proven it. Why? Well, because second and first cousin marriages are normal in Somalia.

Why? Because it's a tribal country. That's a failed state. And that's what tribes used to do. That's what royal families used to do all across Europe until they realized it was really bad for your genetics. And you get low IQ kids. Why? Well, because it's a collapsed society that's governed by Sharia law and piracy.

Then why is everyone so dumb? Because malnutrition, because they literally steal the food aid. because they can't run a functional society. I think this was part of something that they intended on doing in order to destroy a once great American city. And then they're taking that plan and they are bringing it nationwide. And this is how you can get like what happened with Don Lemon so easily. You know, there's a bunch of people in my timeline being like, a bunch of people. black people in my timeline being like, why don't you try that at my black church in Alabama? Hey, Don, try it at my church. I got a church. He's like, this dude is like in my timeline.

He's like, I don't know. I didn't save the clip. I like, he's like, gives the address of his church in Alabama, outside Mobile. And he's like, I beg of you, Don Lemon, try it at my black Baptist church. Try it. Like half the people at my church are packing heat on Sunday morning. try it. You know, it's amazing.

They choose these churches inside of these places. They get a mob. You wouldn't be able to do this in normal cities, in normal American cities. But they can do it in Minneapolis because Minneapolis has been ripped to shreds. It's a tinderbox. It's been left for dead by its leaders

who benefit off of this. And of course, the tenuous relationship with the Somalis is you better keep the fraud go. You better keep the money flowing. Well, anyway, President Trump is saying we're going to stop all of it. He's President Trump on truth social. he hadn't chimed in.

He chimed in now. He chimed in late last night. Looks like at 2 a.m. Got old President Trump at 2 a.m. Making sure that everyone knows. Just watch the footage of the church raid of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The agitators are insurrectionists. These people are professionals.

No person acts the way that they act, highly trained. Scream, rant, rave, lunatics, certain manner. Just like they're doing. They're troublemakers. They should be thrown in jail. The first should go should be Walsh. Governor Walsh, the fake sleaze bag, Ilhan Omar, who's supposedly worth over $30 million.

And President Trump posted, by the way, our investigation into that. Even though she's never had anything but a government job, investigate these corrupt politicians and do it now. So Trump kind of blending it. Oh, is this it? Boy, man, my boy, our production team's good. Can we listen to this? Do we have some sound on this?

Man, we are flying this morning. I mean knew better than to go to a black church. He would have never tried that. It would have been a totally different scenario. That would have happened. I don't even want to say what would have happened that day, but a lot of righteous indignation would have went down. We would have righteously indignated that whole situation and shut it all down. You think he's going to lean into a black pastor? He's going to lean in like that. Tell him, hey, don't touch me and lean in on him. With his auntie watching in the front row, you think he's going to do that? Bro. I would, I would pay, I would pay, pay, pay-per-view. I would pay to see that.

Okay. Don Lemon knew better. He would have never done that, bro. So this is, this guy proves a perfect point. And it's a point that Harmeet Dillon made yesterday. on our program, which is that there's a racial component here. Don Lemon, and this is the, this is exactly the headline. Don Lemon is attacking a church because they're white.

Don Lemon did this because the church is filled with white people in Minnesota. He didn't do this at a Somali mosque, which would have been filled with black people. He wouldn't have dared run up to the imam in the mosque and tried this. there are black churches in minneapolis he wouldn't have dared done it then and there he knows exactly what would have happened a haymaker from a guy that's out on parole right yeah he's gone don lemon out cold client sitting here laughing being like yeah man that that that's that's a weak jaw you know glass jaw when you see one no way don lemon targeted white people he targeted a white church BLM he was rolling with BLM, paid, trained Marxists who attack white people and did so all throughout

the summer love and they're trying to crack open the same playbook. And that's what this was all about. This was a racial hate crime. Dylan Roof, I think it was over a decade ago. Dylan Roof, white supremacist who attacked a black church. He killed people inside of this black church. I believe it was in the Carolinas. And it's been a while. There you go. Yes. Okay. So Dylan Roof was charged. What was he charged with? What was he charged with? Now, I'm not saying that anybody went in and, you know, nobody got killed this time in a Minneapolis church. It did just happen a couple months ago

where a transgender, same ideology, by the way, as Don Lemon, the exact same ideology that Don Lemon has. The far left, a member of the far left, a believer in woken. he went and shot up a Catholic church, killed two children, shot 17 children. Nine counts of murder, one counter possession of a firearm. I have a feeling that there was probably some type of racial component or some type of accelerant that was added onto this. Got it. Three new charges have attempted murder.

Dylan Roof was somebody who was attacking a black church. So when Harvey Dillon says, I want to investigate if there's a racial, component here. I know we have a clip from yesterday that involves that has both harm meets comments and Don Lemon's comments where he straight up admits I'm doing this to white people. You know, we played you on the show yesterday. If we could grab the dual, the dual commentary. I know we posted it on X. Uh, if we like, and this is why we ask Harmeet that question. Because Don Lemon is out yesterday with these scared white kids running into, like fleeing the church as they were attacking them being like this is the point the point is

to make them uncomfortable this is the point that's exactly right this is exactly right listen to don lemon here we're here but that's what really careful please really slippery not kidding that's what protesting is about and so that's what protesting is about making people feel uncomfortable he said um and you know i've just imagine it's uncomfortable and traumatic for the people here i said that's what he says he says it's traumatic it's traumatic that's the point the point is to traumatize these little white people and scare them into doing what we want them to do this is terrorism it's racialized terrorism is what this is now don lemon being dumb as a box of rocks confirmed that this was what he was doing this is why he should be charged with the kKK act

because he's targeting a specific group to deprive them of their civil rights. Ladies and gentlemen, Don Lemon just walking right into it yesterday saying, yeah, I'm doing this because these are white people. Here we go. A certain degree of entitlement. I think people who are, you know, in religious groups like that, it's not the type of Christianity that I practice, but I think that they're entitled. And that that entitlement comes from a supremacy, a white supremacy. And they think that this country was built for them, that it is a Christian country when actually we left England. because we wanted religious freedom.

It's religious freedom, but only if you're a Christian and only if you're a white male, pretty much. And so, yeah, absolutely. There was a racial element to what was said as well. The man you're referring to, who I believe is a vet, a very disturbed-looking man. He had recently just been arrested and catch and released by Minnesota law enforcement officials,

law enforcement officials, two days earlier, I think it was on Friday. And that's why he was free to terrorize this child and his parents and this family, shameful, but he's shouting about them being white and privileged. And so those are additional things that we're looking at is there a racial element to this church being targeted because, you know, that's also illegal in America committing crimes on the basis of the race of the victims. These people need to be in jail.

to deprive them of their civil rights or God-given rights. It's called the Klan Act. Because the Klan would get together, gather together, and go out and kill people. Or go out and, like, steal their ballots or whatever. Like, get, steal their civil liberties from them. And that's what the Klan was doing to black people. So they passed this act. They said, like, it's illegal to collude to plan on doing this.

We can arrest you and charge you for even, like, planning it. You're not allowed to go do that. This is not, you should, you know, you can charge people, by the way. With, with RICO, you can charge people as accessories. if they're instrumental in planning crimes. And so this is what they're doing. Klein has it right here on screen. Vigilante groups like KKK would threaten.

Black Americans undermine their plan for reconstruction. This was in order to protect the Republican Party, of course. At the time, blacks were Republican. Abraham Lincoln. So here's Harvey Dillon. There's the clip of the day. This clip has been on Fox, was played nonstop. 50 different articles written about it.

Army Dillon saying, we're going to use the Klan Act, potentially, or whatever, I'm just going to read into it. We're going to use the Klan Act to go after these people. We're going to use the Klan Act to take down BLM. Oh, what a timeline. Here we go. We will pursue charges in this case. I see various crimes that have occurred exactly what they are.

I'm not going to flag, but the FACE Act has been mentioned as one of the predicates there. In other cases, the Biden DOJ used. the Klan Act conspiracy charges tacked on to the FACE Act in the case of protests outside abortion clinics to bring much longer sentences. So there are a number of tools available to us. Who funded this? What else, what other crimes may have occurred? Was there a use of the wires or the males in preparing for this event? Did anyone cross state lines to do this? All of those are potential predicates for additional federal charges. You unpack this for us, Harmeet. Yeah, the Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes. And it goes

back to the time when President Lincoln emancipated the slaves, and yet the southern states, Dixiecrats, mainly, were refusing to give them equal rights. In fact, that you had sheriffs and you had law enforcement harassing the newly freed slaves. So the Klan Act is a law that makes it illegal to terrorize citizens to violate their civil rights, to get together and conspire to violate the civil rights. It is often used against law enforcement, but is now used against others as well. So whenever anyone conspires to violate the protected civil rights of American citizens, the Klan Act can be used to bring a conspiracy charge. We in the federal law enforcement parlance call this 241 and 242 civil and criminal conspiracies. And so what the Biden

administration did is if three grandmas got together to prey outside an abortion clinic for the souls of the people inside and including unborn children, they would say, no, that's not just a violation of the Klan Act. That's a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of women going in there to get abortions. And so we're going to add additional charges and punish that more and make it from a misdemeanor under the FACE Act to a felony under the Klan Act. God bless this administration. Oh, man. We are ready to fight back against this.

It does not extend to somebody just trespassing and being embedded with a group of rioters and being part of the group that storms inside of a church.

So as our assistant attorney general said yesterday, we are absolutely investigating that conduct and the fact that that that man, that Mr. Lemon thought that that was a good idea to do that and then to race away from it saying it was freedom of the press, well, we'll see, we'll see. It's a crime. And so they will face a jury.

If they're convicted, they will go to prison. And you're right. The Face Act has been abused by administrations over the years. You're absolutely right. But when you look at what happened yesterday, you know why that law was passed, and we're going to use it for the reasons that it was meant to be used for, which is to stop this type of conduct. And again, this should not – every single American should be enraged and heartbroken at what happened yesterday in that church. People going to worship, and they are stormed by anti-law enforcement, anti-Christian rioters, and the response that you get from city leaders, today the governor just throws his hands up and says, oh, I've always said you should peacefully protest.

That is just completely made up. You can listen to what that man has been saying for the past three weeks. He has not been encouraging people to peacefully protest. He's been encouraging people to do exactly what they did. And what happened yesterday is a consequence of the governor's words, period. All right. They are taking a strong stance against this telling you, President Trump is saying years and years in prison. And you have to.

You have to make an example here. You have to make an example. You have to say you must draw a line. It'll be your church next. It'll be my church next. How many your churches have to start having security outside? How many church shootings? How many murders?

How many guys driving their trucks through the church? I have a cop outside of our church. You have to do live shooter drills at our church. What kind of a country are we living in? It's because of these monsters. Because of these complete and total maniacs. Mike Davis, ladies and gentlemen, is ready to roll, it looks like. He has been posting scorched earth about how these are federal crimes given the Face Act.

18 U.S. Code 248. This would be the exact same statute that the Biden administration used throw grannies in prison just for praying and priests, along with that. terrorists and Don Lemon who stormed this church? Well, I would use the Biden, Justice Department playbook to build this case. Remember under the Biden Justice Department with Attorney General Merritt Garland and an associate attorney general Benita Gupta and assistant attorney general for civil rights, Kristen Clark, three radicals, Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general for radicals. They politicized and weaponized the Justice Department to go after their political enemies and to protect their allies. And there's not even more glaring example from the FACE Act when they went after elderly Christians praying an abortion clinics. They went after priests. They went after Bevelin Williams, a black young mother of young kids

and threw her in prison for 41 months under the FACE Act while they gave amnesty to people who attacked places of worship, Christian churches and synagogues. They certainly wouldn't have given amnesty if someone attacked a mosque. But they definitely gave amnesty to people who desecrated Catholic churches, Christian places of worship, like trans-terrorists who went in there and destroyed churches. Well, we have a new sheriff in town with Attorney General Pam Bondi and her All-Star team, including Army Dillon. These are two bold and fearless warriors for the Constitution.

And I talk to both of these women regularly, and they're not going to put up with this. There's not even close will they put up with this. You're going to see indictments coming out of the Justice Department under 18 U.S.C. 248, which is a FACE Act violation, and 18 U.S.C. Section 241 conspiracy against rights. And that's exactly what the Biden Justice Department did to Christians praying out of abortion clinics. There's no question. There is no question what Don Lemon and his co-conspirators did violated the FACE Act. And there's no question that violated conspiracy against rights, the Klan statute. I mean, think about what they did.

We are now in a country where these Democrat governors, these Democrat mayors, are fighting the federal. government. They're fighting federal law enforcement on immigration. That is that is insurrection, right? That that is seditious conspiracy textbook insurrection textbook seditious conspiracy. We now have confederate governors in America like Minnesota governor Tim Walts. We have a Confederate mayor with Minneapolis mayor Jacob Pry and now we have their clan foot soldiers. like Don Lemon, who is rounding up agitators to go harass, intimidate, threaten, disrupt Christians during the middle of their Sunday church services. This is a red line. And I would say to Don Lemon, you're not a journalist. You are an agitator. Your own videos you post it show that you're an

agitator because you're so stupid that you would actually post the most incriminating videos possible. you're so stupid that you can't keep your mouth shut because you're this DEI reporter who the only reason you're there is because you're a DEI reporter. If you were a white man, you would be homeless. You might be homeless after you go to prison, but now you think that you're you're sanctimonious and you're righteous and you're going to go disrupt Christian services. Even if you are a reporter, Don Lemon, you would still go to prison for this because you do not have a license to break the law. You do not have a license to violate the face act. You do not have a right to conspire with your other clan members and go shut down Christian church services. That's going to put you in prison, buddy. And Harmie Dillon and Pam Bondi, they're not going to have any

sympathy for your argument that you're a gay black man or whatever the hell you said. Who cares? you're going to be a prize in prison. So this is a remarkable clip from yesterday where Harvey Dillon said, you know, we're going to use enhancements here like the Biden administration did using this Klan Act that says you're not allowed to conspire to steal the rights of your fellow Americans. Can you talk us through that, Mike? A lot of people were laughing this off.

Don Lemon laughed this off on his little podcast with that psychotic SSRI Wine Mom. You know, who really does, and I heard this. I can't get out of my head. She looks like she's an alien in a ill-fitting skin suit and like a bad exoskeleton, like not like the Terminator type. But anyway, this is totally aside, and that's totally petty and bitchy. No, no, no. What I'm saying is. Isn't that that's shit or for Welch, right?

Yes, that's correct. That's a trans. Isn't that a trans woman? You have a trans woman, and then you have and then you have, I don't know. I don't know. I don't want to, I don't know anything. I don't want to ever know anything about this lady. I don't know why I have to talk about this lady so much, but she's such an unhinged sociopath that, you know, and I saw this clip and I'm like, of course this is where Don Lemon goes in order to give his sob story. And Don goes there, Mike. Don goes there and goes,

I went to the church because they're white people. And what that did was it fell right into the trap that Harvey Dillon was talking about on my show just an hour earlier. And she said, well, we're going to explore whether there's a racial component here. Like, were they trying to attack white people? And here goes, Don Lemon, like, just as dumb as stupid as you could be, walks right on Jennifer Walsh's show and says, yes, I went there to attack white people. So can you please unpack that for me? Sorry for the long answer, a long question.

Can you unpack that for me, Mike? Like, how would the KKK act work here? How would you make this a racial hate crime? I mean, is that, could that possibly happen? So when Don Lemon went on Dylan Mulvaney, Dylan Mulvaney's grandfather show with Jennifer Welch there, then we, then they, again, Ben, you're not taken by bait on this, which is hilarious, but what's so crazy is Don Lemon is so stupid.

He's going on these shows, and he's saying out, his criminal intent when he's doing these things. So there's, he is building a slam, dark pace against himself for a face act violation, for a conspiracy against rights. And not only is this criminal conspiracy against rights targeting Christians, he's also targeting white people. So you can actually charge him twice under 18 USC section 241,14. conspiring to violate the civil rights of Christians and that another charge for conspiring to

violate the civil rights for white people. This this guy is this guy is in deep deep deep trouble. And Don Lemon thinks that he's going to go play the race card and the gay card and whatever other card he has to get out of this. It's not going to fly with Pam Bondi or Harmie Dillon. They're they're not pushovers. This is not the. Trump. This is not Trump one justice department. These are actually bold and furious, fearless warriors who are running the justice department this time. Yes, I, boy, we've been talking with them. And is that ever true? All of the black pillars and all the doomers are like, well, nothing ever happens. Trust me. Something's going to happen. Like, you have that directly from

me. And you can hold me accountable. But I'm telling you, we've been having a lot of offline conversations. Like, things are going, they're not going to just roll over on this. Can I just say this to the online people who are constantly attacking Pam Bondi? Let her do her job. This woman has gone in there. She's fired a ton of people in Maine justice. She's fired a ton of people in the FBI. She fires prosecutors regularly in the U.S. attorney's office.

She brings cases constantly. She opens investigations constantly. people constantly are biting at her heels, little chihuahuas, conservative online chihuahuas, biting at her heels. Let her do her job. She's doing her job very well, and you're going to see results. I'm sorry, you can't just tweet and have an indictment. That's just not how it works in the Justice Department. That may be how it works on Twitter, but that's not how it works in the real world.

Mike, would you please, since it made so much news and was the number one, and clip on X and has been played nonstop all across the internet yesterday. Could you please unpack for us this KKK law? And that like shocked people. It spawned a lot of memes. And it made people say, wow, this is exactly what I voted for, charging BLM with the KKK law. How would that work, Mike? The only thing that would have been better is if they did it on MLK Day. But that we just, we couldn't get it done because the grand jury is not working on a federal holiday. Otherwise, that would have been the icing on the cake. Look, Democrats are very familiar with 18 U.S. C. Section 241,

conspiracy against rights, the Klan statute, because that's the charge they brought against President Trump with Jack Smith in Washington, D.C., one of the four felony charges in Washington, D.C., against President Trump, for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment, Again, we've said this on your show for almost four years. This is why Hillary Clinton did not go to prison for objecting to President Trump's win the first time, right? Or Democrats didn't go to prison for objecting in 1968, 2000, 2004. You don't see Al Gore and John Kerry in prison for objecting to George W. Bush's wins.

And so this is the statute that the Democrats actually used to go after President Trump for objecting to a presidential election. This is a post-Civil war statute to target people who are conspiring to violate the civil rights of the freed slaves and other Americans, right? And so if you are, if you are a governor, if you are a mayor, even if you are a private citizen like Don Lemon, and you're organizing agitators to go harass Christians and church or people because of their race. And Don Lemon did both of those things on Sunday. He's stupid enough to admit it on TV repeatedly. That is textbook conspiracy against rights. That's the whole point of conspiracy against rights is so you don't have clan members going harassing, lynching, threatening people because of their religious

beliefs or their race. That's exactly what Don Lemon did. And that's precisely why Don Lemon must be indicted by a federal grand jury and put on federal trial that they find them guilty. I don't know how they can't after the dumbass actually admitted to his crime repeatedly on TV, then Don Limit needs to go to federal prison. So, Mike, many would say, hey, you know, to your last point, well, you're going to have some federal lib judge. It's going to throw this out. You're going to get indictments. And then some liberal in Minneapolis appointed by Obama or Biden, Marxist, probably getting money from the smally daycares.

It's just going to say, no. How do you fight that? How do you insult these leering centers like you, you call them Somali daycares? These are these are the finest leering centers in America, Ben Johnson. How dare you? You're quite the leering yourself, Mike. I would say this. Like let's see, well, first of all, they would appeal that to the Eighth Circuit and the Supreme Court.

There's no chance that a liberal judge is going to be able to stop an indictment against Don Lemon for what he did. I mean, they'll temporarily try to stop it if they try to throw it out, but it will get appealed. and this indictment will happen. But I want Don Lemon to go through this process. I want the process to be the punishment. And, you know, these journalists out there who are going to say that the Trump administration is now arresting journalist and now arresting black journalist and gay journalist or whatever the hell, they're going to say, just watch the videos and just watch what Don Lemon said

after he filmed the videos, after he knew that he could be under federal investigation and that the dumbass goes on and admits his criminal liability repeatedly. It's a slam dunk case. If he would have just kept his mouth shut, he still committed a crime, but he probably would have gotten away with it. There's no chance he's going to get away with it now because he's too stupid to keep his mouth shut. Okay. So final question for you, Mike, on this. What about the argument? I'm, you know, I have a first amendment right too. You saw Don Lemon say that the pastor, up front of the church saying, well, I have a First Amendment right and Jesus would be in favor of my First Amendment right because I also have freedom of speech and assembly. And that's why we can storm your church.

He said it right here. That's why we can storm your church and we can, I can go up and threaten your parishioners. I can threaten your congregants. I can scare the hell of these little kids. Don Lemon admitted that he is doing it in order to make them uncomfortable and terrorize the kid. That's what he said. I wanted to create trauma in the children. Don Lemon says it on his live stream.

and he's using journalism and the First Amendment as a shield, will that hold up in court? Not at all. You do not have a First Amendment right to trespass. You do not have a First Amendment right to disrupt a church service. Those are crimes. And the latter is a serious federal crime, a series of serious federal crimes. It's a FACE Act violation under 18 U.S.C. Section 248, and it's conspiracy. Against Rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241. Church services are not public forums. This is not, you know, a free speech zone and a public park where you can go debate other lunatics, homeless people, or whoever Don Lemon wants to go debate. This is a church service. Just imagine if Mike Davis went into a mosque and did what Don Lemon did. Or Mike Davis, with my Maga Hat, went into a black church and did what Don Lemon did. There is, there would be righteous outrage on the left. There should be outrage, right? But of course, there's not going to be outrage here because this is a gay, black, mentally disabled man going in to a Christian church, a white Christian church.

And so they don't care. They actually support it. So look, again, Don Lemon's antics. criminal antics may have flown in the last Trump administration when we had pussies running the Justice Department, that's not going to happen with Pam Bondi and Harmeet Dellen because they are bold and fearless warriors. And there will be justice. I imagine it's going to happen this week. Yeah, I mean, it just struck me when I was talking with Harmeet. You know, there were a lot of people, some of them I consider friends who tried to say, yo, I was filming during January 6th, right? And I, you know, I like, look, I'm a journalist. protect me. Steve Baker is a pretty famous one at The Blaze. And his, you know, they came after him.

They came after him with a vengeance. And I know it's not apples to apples. I'm well aware. They're very different things. But that whole like, you know, the Biden administration was perfectly happy to bulldoze the whole like, I'm an independent journalist thing, you know, on January 6th. Here's where it's apples to apples. You look at Bevelin Williams, a young black mother of young black kids who the Biden Justice Department sent to prison for 40. for preying in an abortion clinic. They sent several, many elderly people in Washington, D.C. to federal prison for many years, including under the FACE Act and conspiracy against rights. I think they did the same thing in Michigan in the Biden Justice Department.

They had no problem filming, throwing elderly Christians in prison, a young black mother in prison. They had no problem going after journalists constantly if they were disfavored, journalist. Here, Don Lemon, even if he were acting as a journalist, you can't trespass. You can't disrupt church services. Don Lemon went up to the pulpit and harassed and disrupt the pastor during the middle of the service. That you, that is that you can't get more of the face act violation than that other than maybe burning down the damn church. There it is right on your screen. Bevelin Williams sentenced to two, three years and five months for praying. outside of a Planned Parenthood in New York City. There you go. Yes. Look at that.

Yeah, Democrats didn't care about this black woman because it doesn't fit their narrative because Democrats actually do not give a damn about race or gender or transgender. They're Marxist, and they want their foot soldiers. And if you have Marxist black women, those are those are perfect foot soldiers and they'll go to the mat for them. But if it's a Christian, if it's a Christian, Williams, they'll throw in prison for 41 months. third world immigration to destroy America. and right off the top, we were talking about this, the Somalis in Minneapolis is like a perfect play in order to destroy that once great American city. Do you agree? The floor is yours. Yeah, Benny, great to be on with you. Thanks for having me. Yeah, I mean, we've been having debate in this country

about immigration, which is vitally importance. This book is about weaponized immigration. It's about how foreign adversaries and entities, whether it's the Muslim Brotherhood, the government in Mexico or China, have weaponized immigration. And what do I mean by that? What I mean by that is they are creating political networks inside the United States.

There are Mexican government officials, for example, who are organizing some of these violent protests that happen in Los Angeles or happening in Minnesota. These are diplomats. These are Mexican government officials. You mentioned the Somali fraud case. I quote in the book from Islamic leaders who say that engaging in welfare fraud is actually a good and holy thing because we need to be taxing non-Muslims to pay taxes or reparations to Muslims. So I think the biggest argument I make in the book, and I think it's related to current events,

is that migration has been weaponized. It's not random. It's not just about jobs. It's not just about our culture. Those are important things. This is an attempt to establish political control and political sovereignty inside the United States through mass migration and by activating those migrants that are already here. So you're saying that it is actually foreign powers that are operating a shadow network inside of our nation that brings about some of the chaos that we've seen in our streets?

Yeah, 100% very well said. So for example, look at the Mexico. We think of Mexico as a corrupt kind of hapless government and to a certain extent that's true. But what I quote in the book extensively, are senior government officials saying that they view mass migration, is a means of retaking territories that they lost to us in the 19th century.

In December 2024, there was a government report by one of Shinebom's top aides who said, and I quote, there are 39.9 million Mexicans inside the United States. We are quietly retaking the territories that were stolen from us, end quote. And there are dozens of others. Now, we may look at that and say, okay, that's just a bunch of bravado. But the fact is, Benny, they actually have the infrastructure inside. the country. So, for example, this vast network of consulates in the United States, China and the United Kingdom, Great Britain, have six and seven consulates in the United States

respectively. Mexico, they have 53. And as I mentioned in the book repeatedly, they're engaged in organizing violent protests. I name some of the people that are doing this. They're also involved in meddling in our politics. We got a hold of a transcript of a meeting that was held at the consulate in of all places, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. And what they did is they brought consular officials from Los Angeles to Orlando to Oklahoma City. People flew in from Mexico City from the foreign ministry. The foreign minister even addressed to this group. So you had all these diplomats.

What was the one other segment that was part of this meeting? Democrat Party political activists and consultants. And what they discussed, according to the transcript, was how they were going to turn states from red to blue. They were bragging about how they had changed California from red to blue. They changed Arizona from red to blue. And they were going to do the rest of it to the country. And that Donald Trump and the Republicans were going to learn if you up around, you're going to find out. This is a meeting involving diplomats who are not supposed to be involved in partisan politics.

They're not supposed to be doing any of this. So we need to look at that infrastructure. We also have to recognize that Mexico has created this bizarre intrusion into our sovereignty. I was stunned by this. Many, there are Mexican elected government officials who sit in the Mexican Senate, who sit in the Mexican parliament, who live full time in the United States, because their job is to represent Mexicans living in our country. There's a senator from Arizona. Senator Ruiz, who sits in the Mexican parliament. She's actually introduced legislation arguing that California should become the next state of Mexico. You have other members of this quote-unquote parliamentary system who are organizing violent protests and getting involved in American politics. We should not tolerate this. We will not tolerate this. And I expect that the Trump administration will be taking firm action as they become more aware of this information. We've covered some of these stories, Peter, with like, for instance, the Beijing cops that were running police forces to police Chinese people throughout America.

Totally extrajudicial police forces and juries and judges outside of the American system here on American soil. It was a wild moment. You're saying Mexico is doing the same thing. There was a Chinese student in Michigan. This is one of the most curious cases I couldn't believe when I fully researched this. This Chinese student votes in Michigan in the 2024 election. I wonder who he voted for. He used a student ID to do it.

And then when he was caught and he was indicted, he fled the country. How did you do that exactly? Because we took his passport. We took everything. Well, he had a Beijing official smuggle him passports, effectively smuggle him out of the country through our TSA under the radar. And they were able to sneak one of theirs that committed election crimes out of the nation. So it's like this full state operation that exists outside of the American justice system.

Is this what you found in your book? Yeah, yeah. It's a parallel structure. And it's an intrusion or sovereignty. I mean, imagine if we had American members of Congress and U.S. senators who lived in Canada and their job was to represent Americans in Canada. Canada would not tolerate that for a second. and yet we are allowing Mexico to do that. You mentioned China. China is doing a similar thing, not only the infrastructure that you talked about, but they've created an industrial scale model

to exploit birthright citizenship in this country. You know, birthright citizenship, Supreme Court is going to hear the case. You know, somebody is in the United States at the time. They give birth. That child is automatically given U.S. citizenship. Our federal government, Benny, has zero. zero idea how many people have been born this way in the country because we don't keep records.

If you get a birth certificate that your child is born in the United States, which makes them a citizen, we don't list the national origin or the citizenship of the parents. So our federal government has no idea. The Chinese government has actually looked into this because the Chinese government encourages members of the Chinese elite to do this in the United States. and the numbers that they come up with are absolutely stunning. And it's another example of this immigration subversion. The Chinese government believes that for every year over the last 13 years, roughly 100,000

Chinese nationals a year have been born in the United States. They are then taken back to China. So think about this. You're looking at more than a million U.S. citizens. I'm going to put that in air quotes. They are U.S. citizens, according to this claim about birthright citizenship. But they're being raised in China. They're going to CCP schools.

They are members of the elite. Their parents are military officers, intelligence officers, propagandists for the CCP. When they turn 18, Benny, they're going to be able to vote. They're going to be able to donate to political campaigns. They're going to be able to get government jobs. They're going to be able to do a whole host of things. Keep that in mind to more than one million when the 20,000. 2016 election with Hillary Clinton was settled by 80,000 votes. So China is doing this in a different

way than Mexico, but it's very, very similar in their goal, which is to chip away at our sovereignty and to wage what I argue is civilizational warfare on the United States. You just blew my mind, Peter. That's exactly how you would do it. If you wanted to hack our idiotic systems, which of course, birthright citizenship is one of the dumbest rules. in place. It was never intended to mean any pregnant person just has an American randomly. It doesn't work in any other country that way. Where if you're pregnant, you just happen to be in France, then your kid's French. It's so stupid. It's so arcane. And this is exactly how you would hack it. And see the article here. So now they're able to get welfare benefits. You would be able to get

all of the benefits of an American citizen. And then you're able to vote. Straightfully, from China. That's just crazy, man. Have you seen like, is this like the largest scale election fraud hack that you've seen? Do you cover that in the book? Is this like how China is hacking our elections using this as like biological warfare? Yeah, I know. Great, great question, Benny. Yeah, that is a major component of it. And the first wave of this is going to start cresting in 2030. That's when we're first going to see the tip of this more than one million Chinese nationals. They're doing something else, Benny, too. And that is they're exploiting something called the EB-5 visa program. This is a program that was started in 1990. It was developed into law by Congress. It was passed. It was signed by

George H.W. Bush. We now know, by the way, that the person that pushed for this EV-5 visa program was a Chinese national name Maria Sai, who was later outed as a spy. So that means one of our key visa programs was created by a Chinese spy. What the EB-5 visa program does, it says if you invest a million dollars in the United States and you create a certain number of jobs, you get permanent resident status in the United States. All right. Interesting idea theoretically. The problem is the Chinese, to use your words accurately, have hacked this as well. So more than 90 percent of the people going through the EB-5 visa program are Chinese nationals from the entire planet. And here's the thing.

They get permanent resident status, but they brag on Chinese social media that they never live here. They remain in China. They're part of the Chinese elite. They now have permanent resident status in America, but they're never here. So why do we care? It matters and we should care because permanent residents of the United States, whether you live here or not, can donate to political.

campaigns. And there's literally tens of millions of dollars from these Chinese nationals that are flooding legally into our political campaigns. And it will not surprise you and probably your audience that those donations break 80, 20, 90, 10 Democrat Republican. So this is another example of how they are hacking our political campaigns because we believe that immigration is the same way it was a hundred years ago, when people are just sort of coming here, they want to be part of the American dream, they want to immigrate, they want to assimilate. No, it's been weaponized by these foreign actors, and China is particularly effective at doing so. So one of the first major handouts to China, the person who actually brought China into the new world, into the modern

world, would be Bill Clinton. Of course, you've written the exceptional and legendary book, in cash. I couldn't let you go, Peter, without asking a question about the Clintons and their role in this and also get your take on, well, will they be potentially held in contempt of Congress tomorrow? What happens next? Why are they so cagey about Epstein? Big question there, but you're the man who wrote the book on it. So the floor is yours to unpack it, Peter. Well, thank you, Benny. Yeah, no, I think that James Comer, who's the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, who has seen subpoenaed them is not somebody to be trifled with. I know him a little bit. He's very strong. He's very solid. I would anticipate that they are going to push referral to the Department of

Justice. And I certainly hope this Department of Justice will say, you've been subpoenaed by a sitting committee in the House of Representatives. You, the Clintons, need to go and testify. And if you don't, you are going to go to jail. They use this against people like Steve Bannon. It certainly should apply to the Clintons, I would say even more so, given the gravity of the issues that we are discussing. In terms of their role in this immigration thing, they are neck deep into it. I talk in the book about during the 2008 and 2016 elections, there was a lot of, let's say, very, very dicey Chinese money that poured into the Hillary Clinton campaign. And the Clintons in the 1990s were really the first ones who recognized that recent immigrants, if you could get them as citizens, if you could

mint new citizens, they would vote 85 percent Democrat. That's what their studies determined. And they were the first ones in the Democratic Party, Obama and Biden followed them to, during an election year, set aside criminal background checks, set aside literacy requirements, set aside moral character arguments, and just ram through as many, new voters is possible by granting new citizenship to people who didn't deserve it. And so we, the last, the biggest years that we've had for naturalizing new citizens in the United States were 1996, Bill Clinton's reelection year, 2012, Barack Obama's reelection year, and 2024 Joe Biden's reelection year. So the Democratic Party, beginning with Bill Clinton,

saw the need to weaponize immigration. Wow. And a final question. question on Epstein, you know, given the fact that you, and here's the Clinton Cash book, obviously you've probably read it before. And it is, again, just a piece of literary history going through the, oh, sorry about that. I touched my phone screen there and happened to hit a highlight reel of the national championship last night. So you have unpacked. the Clintons and their network, where did Jeffrey Epstein exist in that network? Obviously, here's a photo of him visiting the White House. Over a dozen times, Bill Clinton, working very closely with Jeffrey Epstein. The Clinton's very, very cagey on all this, very worried.

Some very scandalous photos of Bill Clinton with little, you know, young women in his lap on the plane, have been released, Bill Clinton in hot tubs and so on. Here are just a few of them. And, you know, I don't know what those silk shirts are exactly, you know, like Austin Powers, spy who shagged me kind of shirts. But it's something weird going on. What's your take on this, Peter? Yeah, I think that a huge mistake by this Department of Justice not to release everything. And by everything, I mean, obviously you want to redact the names of victims,

but they need to release everything. And I understand they're very powerful people who are saying, oh, I didn't do anything wrong. and it's going to look bad, so please don't release it. It doesn't matter. The country deserves answers on this. I think when you look at the Clinton's relationship with the Epstein's, obviously I don't have personal knowledge, but it seems to me to reek of cover-up. It certainly fits the pattern of behavior with Bill Clinton. I think it all needs to be released. And the desperation with which certain people do not want this information to come out speaks to me of the fact that these are people that are guilty of some pretty awful behavior.

Yeah. Bill Clinton and his little, his little screed that he wrote after being held in contempt after not showing up, said, I don't have any relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I dumped the guy. Well, here's a photo of his daughter's wedding with Jolaine Maxwell. Oh, stay in one of the front rows. It's like, it's pretty obvious here. You know, you could, you could almost write a book on. on it, Peter. It's, uh, yeah. Here's the thing, Benny. I mean, if that's the case what Bill Clinton, what Bill Clinton claims, go and say that to the committee. Sure. Not that hard. It's not that hard. You're under oath. Go and say it to the committee. The fact that he doesn't even want to show up, uh, to me speaks of very serious problems that he has in this area.
