Ladies and gentlemen, we will have Ted Cruz here in just, just a moment. It's going to be a, we're going to have a rocking show. But speaking of rocking, I think I know what's actually rocking right now in the Middle East. and we're going to jump right in with breaking news.

An Iranian jet is en route to Qatar right now, Flight Trackers show. It's carrying an official delegation to Doha. Qatar has been the go-between for indirect U.S.-Iran talks, the recent memorandum of understanding to Iran is insisting that it won't meet U.S. officials directly. So it looks like something is about to happen, and that's because Iran, well, there won't be much left.

What is going on right now? I recommend if you are locking in for a summer vacation that you don't plan on going to the Persian Gulf, particularly the Strait of Hormuz, particularly islands around the Strait of Hormuz, which are the military islands that have been weaponized by the Iranians with Air Force bases and sea, naval bases, scouting towers, they are being destroyed systematically right now. in daytime strikes, I will show you the aftermath of these strikes. Islands like Kish, this is an island if you're interested in going to either a men's beach or a ladies beach, if you're into segregated beaches, this could be the island for you.

It also happens to be a massive naval base and air force base for the Iranian military, and it is now without power or water after U.S. strikes. It is effectively uninhabitable. Kashem Island was hit hard. hard black smoke rising throughout the island, varying reports of massive power outages throughout the entire island. This is the major scouting island that they use for the Strait of Hormuz. Happening right now, greater Thumb Island.

Thumb. Look at that. It looks like a thumb and has been reduced to a thumb after a absolute savage series of bombing runs, ladies and gentlemen, that has actually freed up the Strait of Hormuz, shockingly. Now, I thought the Strait of Hormuz was closed, and it turns out that it's actually open. There were 21 ships. Now, there should be 100 ships a day is healthy traffic. So it's a quarter of the traffic that it should be. But 21 ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz yesterday, even though Iran said that the strait was completely closed. Is this because

America is degrading their capacity to actually wage war? I don't know. But right now it is daytime and Iran is getting hit hard. Sentcom says that the greater Thumb Island was the target today. And holy smokes, those targets are, well, getting hit extremely, extremely hard. We have some various footage from the strikes. This is the fifth naval headquarters in Bondar. Iran is completely destroyed today by U.S. strikes forces more than 30 missiles, hit the compound's critical infrastructure,

neutralizing operational capacity. Why do you think the Iranians are flying to Qatar right now? They're doing it because, well, there's not going to be much left after President Trump gets through. We have brand new footage of missile launchers getting nukeed, yeeded from the sky. And we're going to have a lot more of that, ladies and gentlemen, as we can see that there is a massive bombing campaign that is going on right now and also a massive race in order to completely bypass the Strait of Hormuz. Now, this is what I find particularly fascinating

is that this was supposed to lead to all of the Gulf states here, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, all of them making deals with Iran and coming into the Iranian sphere of influence, but it's been on the exact opposite. Now, every single country around here is building massive ports on the other sides of their nations, pipelines. The UAE in Dubai announced a pipeline yesterday. Qatar announced a brand new pipeline, Saudi Arabia pipeline, across its nation, Iraq, Syrian pipeline being built through to Syria. And, you know, you could just do this, right?

Boop. You just pop right over and bypass this straight, and they're doing more than just bypassing it. You know, like, obviously this is what these islands look like right now. This is Kashem Island. The attacks have been totally and completely devastating. President Trump promised this. But now the Gulf states are joining in.

The United Arab Emirates bombing missile sites for the terrorist Houthis right now. And the Saudis bombing yesterday, Yemen. This is a proxy. state for Iran. The Saudis are launching hard strikes against the Iranian allied militias in the region. They're also allowing Heimar missiles to be launched from their sovereign territory. So I want to like just real quick geographic breakdown here of where Iran is. This is not a big Gulf. This is about 55 miles right here. So a Haimar missile system that is run by the U.S. Army, these are mobile missile stations that are satellite guided, precision missiles. You can't really hit them. They launch and

then they can move pretty quickly. And they're being launched from Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait. They have a range of 350 miles. 350 miles into Iran. Look at this. This is only 50 miles. So you're talking fixed, you're talking fixed mobile launchers, no aircraft, pretty cheap deployment of missile barrages, and no American lives really in jeopardy at all, because Iran doesn't have the capacity of technology to strike back quickly. And they're surrounded by these very specific Haimar missile systems that are intended to launch the missiles, strategically, target 350 miles. away 350 miles is like launching a missile from the outskirts of Boston to Washington, D.C. It is an enormous range for a missile. And so you can see the missiles here launching from Bahrain. So everything has been weaponized right now against the Iranians.

And the question is, will they have anything left? Well, this is the breaking news as of this morning. President Trump is locked into the situation room. Trump held a situation room meeting with massive new Iranian strikes. President Trump held a situation meeting Tuesday. to discuss massive offensive in Iran that would widen the scope of the current strikes around the Strait of Hormuz, three sources with knowledge said. Trump appears willing to escalate the war to cause enough damage. The Iranian regime will open the Strait of Hormuz and accept Trump's nuclear demands.

Trump convened the meeting of the U.S. inducted strikes on the Strait of Hormuz, southern coast of Iran for the fourth day in a row. Most of the targets were air defenses, radar systems, anti-ship missiles, positions, and drone launchers. Iran retaliated by launching a couple missiles and drones and U.S. bases but not really doing any damage. U.S. officials said the aims of the strike were to significantly degrade Iran's ability to conduct attacks around the strait of Hormuz. President Trump said as much in an interview yesterday on Fox News, ALX. I'm going to need you to pick the clip as we are rip-roaring here. But let's go ahead and go to the president on what will happen next in Iran. obviously Donald Trump in the situation room right now, making these decisions. Let's go.

Do you anticipate that the strikes were seen this week against Iran will expand? Are you considering hitting energy targets or other locations inside of Iran? I'll save the energy targets for last, but ultimately we'll hit energy targets, yeah. But we're going to hit them very hard tonight. We're going to hit them very hard tomorrow night. We're going to hit them very hard the night after. And then next. Next week, it gets really bad for them because next week comes the power plants. Next week comes the bridges. We're going to knock out all their power plants.

We're going to knock out all their bridges unless they get to the table and negotiate. Do you believe the Iranians are serious about making a deal? I think they have no choice. Well, it looks like that deal may be heading our direction. Again, we are tracking the flights right now and the data out of the Middle East. I want to say the position of this program is that we don't want war. We want peace. Sometimes an ugly peace is better than a hot war.

War is ugly, but you need an ugly war to get to an ugly peace. And sometimes the language of war is the only thing that people understand. The language of force is the only thing that some people understand. And I'd like for the GOP, quite frankly, to use wartime tactics and to be more forceful. Here, ladies and gentlemen, are the first images of what the U.S. is doing right now to Iran to degrade their military capacity. You can see here a major scouting location. Look at that. You see that?

This is breaking right now. This is happening as we speak. Daytime bombings. These are on purpose. Here we go. So this is the scouting tower that watches the Strait of Hormuz that... dictates where the ships will go and where munitions would be fired if they were going to fire upon a commercial vessel. Iran was going to fire upon a commercial vessel.

Watch what happens to it. This is happening right now. Oh, you're going to be able to use that any longer? You think they're going to be able to use that any longer? I'm surprised it's still standing. Is it operable? I highly doubt it. We got more.

Here we go. Two underground missile launcher facilities, the IRGC struck by U.S. Air Force in Shiraz Iran just a while ago. This morning, same facilities were used to launch ballistic missiles in Kuwait and Bahraim. In Iran. Bahrain. Sorry by that. Okay.

So you can see here again, daytime strikes. These are on purpose. This is why Trump was in the situation room yesterday. This is why Trump canceled his plans and is in the situation room. These are daytime strikes intended for the propaganda value of look at how devastating this all is. Boom. Even more. Here we go. U.S. strikes control tower in Iran's Shahidi port in Chabar again on Wednesday. I want to just bring up one more thing that I think is absolutely critical for people to understand about the effectiveness of the U.S. military and also the awesome power of death that we hold over a helpless Iran and how Iran literally doesn't have the cards. And this is the first time a U.S. suicide unmanned, piloted drone boat hit. an enemy target, not just one target, three targets simultaneously. Inside of the Bondar Abbas repair port, you can see here actually in this footage, the submarine that is sitting on the dock. The submarine is being repaired. These are the kind of submarines that you could drive up to a boat.

You could plant a bomb on a boat. You could really severely harass someone's Navy or someone's cargo ship. And so you can see the submarine sitting there. And these boats, it's called a Corsair, Alex, will you get me the actual, I don't have it loaded? Will you give me the actual design of the boat? This is like a very specific style drone boat that can carry a thousand pounds of explosives. And then while this footage is really remarkable and it's like, whoa, this is amazing that we can do this. Notice how we're flying a drone to watch it all,

how we have a crystal clear footage, practically 4K footage of this, we even have the GoPro footage of it happening. Do you know where these boats are? Let me take you to where the boats actually are. Yeah, thank you. Klein, would you mind loading that? Thank you.

Here we go. Here's Bondar Abbas. All right. So again, this island, Kosham Island, no power, no water. Palm Island, no longer operable. The scouting bays all throughout here, all gone. Kish Island, no power, no water, no operations.

I mean, if you don't have power or water, you can't run a military, right? This is Bondar Abbas. This is the main naval port for the Iranian Navy, Shadid port, right here. This, ladies, you can see the government offices and so on. This is where those drones struck. Those boats struck. So our boats were able to drive, like, not just through the Strait of Hormuz. You can see the Strait of Hormuz here.

So they were able to drive not just through there, literally up into this fortified. You can see the protections here. This narrow mouth. They were zipped right in here. Nobody stopped them. nobody prevented anything straight up the mouth of this thing and bombed this port right there that's the one that's gone but not just that one over here one zipped this way i mean it's such an impressive this port might look familiar right here see this gone and then a third one right here gone you can see sort of the the military vessel i mean do you realize like do you realize how deep inside of the what would be called Iranian controlled waters, these things just attacked,

how there's just no, like, how impressive what President Trump is doing right now and how terrifying that this should be for the Iranians that they have, you have, you have no hope. I am efforting for peace. Sometimes you need to make war to make peace. Sometimes war is the language that people understand.

I want to get very quickly, because I want to ask Senator Cruz about, this, I want to get very quickly to Jack Smith yesterday. And what Jack Smith did and why we should be waging war on Jack Smith and how important it is to wage war on a, on these deep state operations, whatever you want to call them, like it's patently illegal. Ted Cruz is a big fan of the Constitution, patently illegal what they've done. Jack Smith yesterday after staying under oath. I'm sure we have, I'm sure we have the clip. Let's go ahead and play.

Jack Smith said under oath, but I never got any text messages for members of Congress. Play it. Did the toll records that you requested from the senators, did they include the content of the phone calls? No. The records that you requested, the toll records from the members of Congress include the content of text messages? No. Can you explain for us on the record?

Do you still intend to take Carg Island? So I can't say that to you because if I did, it would be foolish, right? But it would be nice to make sense, but it would be foolish.

But I'll tell you about Carg Island. So we've already... Are you ruling out a ground campaign in a limited capacity? I don't want to say that either, but I would say no if I thought it was appropriate. Sometimes you need a ground campaign, but we have other people that will do the ground campaign for us. But we already hit Carg Island, as you know, twice, even three times. I said, hit everything but the oil. Just leave that little area from 25 yards out.

Leave that little area. Don't touch you, though. Because I don't want that in terms of the world. economy. It's a, you know, it's a chunk of the world economy. I think that that's the point here now, right? The point here is to say you don't have any other option. And that's, I suppose, the language that people speak in that part of the world, but they are surrounded. And it has been destructive, Donald Trump,

in the situation room right now, planning something here that they may be using moabs next. Let's hope it doesn't get to that, but joining us now, ladies and gentlemen, a man who's been a bit of a moab in the United States Senate himself. Senator Ted Cruz,

locked in and loaded. Let's go. Senator, sorry about the technical difficulties there. All good. Good to be with you, Benny. So we're talking about going on the offensive going on the attack, and sometimes that's the only language that people understand. I'd like to redirect that towards Jack Smith. who hoovered up an enormous number of senators, your colleagues,

an enormous number of Republicans, private text messages yesterday, lied about it under oath. That's a federal felony. It's a crime. What should happen to Jack Smith? What's going to happen to Jack Smith? Well, look,

Jack Smith was part of one of the greatest abuses of power we've seen in modern times. It actually makes Watergate pale by comparison. Watergate was a couple of second-rate burglars breaking into the DNC. Jack Smith, with the official, promoter of the Department of Justice spied on and persecuted virtually all of his political opposition. If you look just at the Congress, he ended up getting the phone records of 20% of the Republicans in the United States Senate, myself included. That is not the job of the Department of Justice to be a spy agency to spy on the opposing party. He targeted over 400 conservative groups, conservative activists under Joe Biden.

This started under Barack Obama, but it really metastasized under Joe Biden. The Department of Justice and the FBI and the alphabet soup of the federal government became weaponized targeting their political opponents. And you ask what should happen. Everyone responsible for that abuse of power should be held accountable. And if they violated federal criminal laws, they should be prosecuted. So Jack Smith lied under oath. We just played the footage. He said that, no, I didn't take any text messages, but he took 44 members of Congress's text messages. If somebody stole your phone, you know, if somebody mugged you and stole your phone on the street, they'd be going to jail for a very long time. Should Jack Smith go to jail for a very long time? Yeah, look, legally it's a different situation because he did so under color of law. He did so under as a prosecutor. There are a lot of things a prosecutor can do that a mugger on a street can't do. So before bringing a criminal prosecution, you'd have to look. into what the legal standard was and also what his intent was. But the scope of it was breathtaking. It was a massive abuse of power. Whether it was a criminal offense, that's a different question,

because prosecutors have broad authority to engage in searches and seizures. Now, the Fourth Amendment requires any search and seizure be reasonable. But for it to be a criminal offense, that threshold is quite high. I don't know if the evidence has demonstrated that yet. I think the Department and justice ought to be looking at that question very closely. So the next question is going to be President Trump's address to the nation at 9 p.m. tomorrow night. Apparently, he's going to be revealing enormous amount of evidence of voter fraud. Do you have any insight into this?

I don't. You know what I know. Voter fraud is a persistent problem. It's why I and others have been fighting for months to pass the Save America Act. And the Save America Act is common sense legislation to protect against voters. or fraud to prevent illegal aliens from voting to require photo ID. I expect that's going to be a significant part of what he talks about, but what he's going to say specifically, I think we'll all learn that at 9 o'clock when we turn the TV on.

Do you what's your what's your greater overall take on what's going on in California with the delayed vote counting? I know that you're trying to fix it with the Save America Act. How rampant do you think that election theft is in this country? You know, it is hard to know for sure. It certainly occurs and it occurs persistently. What I do know is the steps you would take to prevent election fraud, Democrats systematically opposed. Number of years ago, there was a big bipartisan commission to study election fraud. And it was chaired by Jimmy Carter, former Democrat president and James Baker, former Republican

Secretary of State. and the Carter Baker Commission studied it carefully. They had a number of conclusions, bipartisan conclusions. They concluded voter fraud as real. It has occurred many times. It has changed the outcome of multiple elections. And they went and laid out a series of common sense recommendations. Here's how we prevent voter fraud.

One of their recommendations was photo ID, require a photo ID to vote. Another recommendation was limit the use of mail-in ballots, that mail-in ballots increase the likelihood of voter fraud. Another recommendation is end ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is the corrupt practice where you have a political operative go and collect the ballots of other people. And the problem is that that's actually the worst of the practices because it increases the likelihood of voter fraud.

You have, say, a young Democrat operative that goes to a senior citizen's home and goes room to room. And there may be people who have dementia, have no idea what's going on. sit there and fill out the ballot and say, you want to vote for this communist and this communist and this communist. And the poor guy with Alzheimer's has no idea what's going on, and they send that ballot in. And let's say they run into, you know, your aunt Susie, who says, damn it, I want to vote for Donald Trump. And she checks Donald Trump on the forum. Well, if this operative is really dishonest, they take that ballot and throw it in the trash. And they never send in the ballots that they don't like. And they

they only send in the ballots that they like or that they've filled out. Those recommendations make a lot of sense. Actually, a lot of those recommendations are in the Save America Act. What is the position of every single elected Democrat in Congress? It's like they went down the list of the Carter Baker Commission, said, how do we prevent voter fraud? And then they inverted all of them. Okay, let's do the opposite. Let's have no photo ID. Let's have all bail-in balloting.

Let's have ballot harvesting everywhere. The Democrats' behavior is designed to maximize voter fraud. And let me say, California, I would call them a. bunch of clowns, but that's not fair to circuses. These guys, they cannot run an empanada truck. They don't know what they're doing. Look, they're still counting ballots. By the way, Texas has 32 million people. We managed to have elections. And in our elections, we count the ballots, virtually all of them within a few hours. Occasionally, if you have a congressional seat that is decided by a couple of votes, you may have a recount last a little while. But in virtually

every election, you know the results by 8, 9, 10 p.m. Maybe if it takes a little while, it'll take till midnight or 1 in the morning. Texas does that. Florida does that. And yet California can't figure out how to count a damn ballot. That is deliberate. The people who have put that system in place, the longer they stretch it out, the more it invites theft and fraud. And the people running California, I think they believe that's how they stay in powers through fraud. They want to maximize the fraud. So how is the Save America Act going to get passed? The House just passed new legislation, must pass bills, and they're putting it piecemeal into those bills. Do you approve of the strategy? Look, I approve of doing anything possible to pass the Save America Act. I'm an original sponsor.

I've been fighting for it. What I've been advocating in the Senate is that we force the Democrats to do a talking filibuster. Right now, the way they filibuster is they just say, I filibuster. And that's it. We don't make them actually stand up and talk and talk and talk. Think Jimmy Stewart and Mr. Smith goes to Washington talking and talking till he falling over. Remember back in 2013, when I filibustered Obamacare for 21 hours standing on the Senate floor, we should make them do that and make them talk till they can't talk anymore and they collapse. So far, I have not been able to convince 50 of my Republican colleagues to do that. I will tell you last night, I had dinner with Steve Scalise, the majority whip in the House. Steve is a good friend of mine. And much of what we talked about

is the House is trying to pass another reconciliation bill. Reconciliation is the process that you can get around the filibuster. You can pass legislation with just 50 votes. And they're working to include as much of the Save America Act in that reconciliation bill as possible. I very much support that effort. In fact, he and I spent a lot of time talking about how you do it. Reconciliation has peculiar rules. It happens under a statute that lays out what's called the bird rule. It's a six-part test. The basic gist of it is reconciliation.

You can do things that are budgetary, but not policy. And so part of what you have to do is take the Save America Act and write it, turn it into more of a budgetary provision to be able to do it on reconciliation. But I think that is very worthwhile. I've also talked with President Trump about. that. I think we should be doing everything possible to advance this. Just one quick question about Mitch McConnell is sort of going missing for a month. Do you think that should be normal?

You know, Benny, it's weird. The Senate is a strange place. You and I have known each other a long time. The Senate is the only place I know where you regularly see your colleagues grow old and die. It's a very strange. Look, in most jobs, you know, when your colleagues get older, they retire and go home. People die all the time, of course. but they don't generally keep going to work until their last moment on Earth. Yes. The Senate, I mean, since I've been here, I've seen multiple colleagues. You see them get older, wither up.

You see them get Alzheimer's. And look, I saw, you know, whether that was John McCain, we saw that or Diane Feinstein. And there's no doubt. Mitch has aged dramatically. When I first got here, Thad Cochran had very serious dementia issues. Joe Biden, look at the national state. Joe Biden was not mentally competent to be president. And every Democrat hid that from them.

It's a problem. I don't think, look, I'm 55 years old, and people look at me like I'm a young Skippy in short shorts. I have said, by the way, Benny, you ever want to feel young? Just get elected to the Senate. You will feel so damn young. I mean, my colleagues reminisce about Eisenhower.

That's just, it's a strange institution. Look, Mitch's health has been declining the past year. There's no doubt. His plan is to serve out the rest of the term. And then there's a new election. He's not running for re-election. So we will have a new senator for Kentucky in January. I will say, you know, watching Twitter, there's some folks that are screaming, you know,

where's Mitch, where's Mitch? To be honest, if you are a conservative, you don't want Mitch to leave. Because if Mitch leaves our 53 vote majority drops to 52. that vacancy and how it is determined whether there's a special election. Look, you've got a Democrat governor in Kentucky who almost certainly would try to use a vacancy for mischief. So if you want President Trump to keep winning victories, you want Mitch McConnell to stay in the Senate as long as he is physically able. I don't know his exact health conditions. He's been in the hospital. He put out a statement a couple of days ago saying that he's recovering, and I assume that's right and that he'll

come back. But there's no doubt he's getting older. We're all getting older. Look, we're all headed on that path. But in the Senate, you watch your colleagues sometimes in Technicolor in their last days on earth. Yeah, I mean, it seems wrong. Would you be in favor of either term limits or some type of limits to say, this just can't happen? We have obviously seen what happens to the portfolios of many of these members of Congress, except for Lindsey Graham, to his great and dying credit, Lindsey Graham lived a very modest life and did not become obscenely, didn't take the Ilhan Omar route, you know, or the Nancy Pelosi route. Yeah, look, on term limits, emphatically, yes. I am the author of a constitutional amendment to mandate term limits. I would cap senators at two terms and House members

at three terms. I think it makes much more sense. The framers envision citizen legislators, people who were part of the community, who would come and spend a period of time serving and then go back to their lives. And career politicians are a big part of the problem and corruption with Washington. And I will say there's an overwhelming bipartisan majority that supports term limits. You have 70 to 80 percent of Republicans support it, 70 to 80 percent of Democrats support it, 70 to 80 percent of independence support it. You know who doesn't support it? Career politicians. And my colleagues, I've forced to vote on it and they vote no. You have all of the Democrats oppose it. And the Republicans that have been here a gazillion years, they consistently oppose it as

well. You know, look, you mentioned Lindsay. I will say Lindsay was not someone who was fading with age. Lindsay was 71, but he was a young 71. Lindsay was someone who had energy. He was going every waking moment. Lindsay was a very good friend of mine. He was someone who I didn't always agree with. We had areas where we disagreed strongly, but I respected him. He, believed what he was doing. He was ferociously fighting for our military, for the men and women of our military. He was ferociously fighting. If you're an enemy of America, there was no more devoted adversary than Lindsey Graham and that passion. And then he was also, Bennett, Benny, have you ever spent time with Lindsey Graham? Oh, yeah. We made the old cell phone

video and Trump gave out his number. We made that video, that famous, that famous Lindsey Graham meme where he's owning the lib. I filmed that. just randomly. I just happened to catch him at the right time. So we had some work with Lindsay Graham. I can see why he's so successful in politics. He's like all constantly laughing in the face of his haters, good like good Southern gentlemen to the last and a great sense of humor. Great sense of humor. One of the funniest people I've ever known and he was just, he was witty.

I used to periodically, I would ask Lindsay and John Kennedy. I'd be like, all right, which one he is funnier? And they both kind of would puff up their chest and go back and forth. And I think the answer, John Kennedy is a better stand-up comedian. Like if you give him a routine, he can deliver it beautifully. But a lot of what John does, he's worked on. I mean, he's thought about and said, Lindsay was wittier just off the cuff, just sitting there in a conversation. Lindsay would pop out with things that that you would double over laughing. I've had, I don't know, how many dozens of meals with Lindsay, your ribs

would hurt from laughing so hard. And he was always self-deprecating. He would just make fun of himself. Now, look, Lindsay was much more of an interventionist than I am. But Lindsay would make fun of that too. He'd be at lunch. He'd be like, isn't there some country we can invade somewhere, please? Like, there was something, as I said, I didn't agree with him on it, but there was something charming about, like laughing about it. And he believed what he was advocating. In terms of, look, his modest life, his entire life was public service. He spent 33 years in the Air Force. He spent 23 years in the Senate. He grew up, his parents owned a pool hall at a bar. And I think that's where he learned the gift of gab. You know, you think about the best bartender you've ever seen, who's easygoing,

you come in and you're celebrating a great moment in your life, you're mourning, a divorce or the loss of a child or some tragedy. And as a bartender just talks to you and is easy and comforting, that was where Lindsay picked up as an easy rapport. And he spent every waking moment. He traveled all over the world. Look, Lindsay didn't have a wife. He didn't have kids. He spent every minute he was awake working. And in some ways, his last couple of days I thought were fitting in that Lindsay was in Ukraine, meeting with President Zelensky, which he did many, many times. He then came back. He was in D.C. on the phone with Donald Trump. And he was Donald Trump's closest friend in the U.S. Senate. And it was interesting. Trump and Lindsay disagreed on a thousand different things. And yet Trump

loved him because Lindsay, Lindsay would talk to him early in the morning late at night on the golf course. He would make Trump laugh and he was good at sometimes Trump would agree with him. A lot of times he wouldn't. So his last night, he's in Ukraine. He's talking to Trump on the phone and he's scheduled to go on Meet the Press Sunday morning the next morning. It would have been a 64th appearance on Meet the Press and he died that night. I'm still shocked and saddened to lose my friend. But there is something almost beautiful that he went out, literally doing what he loved every waking moment. I don't know that I could write three things that are more prototypically Lindsey Graham than what he did in his final 24th. That's right. And he, of course, will be best known for his bulldog defense

of Brett Kavanaugh, which was one of the bravest things anybody's ever seen, frankly, in the Senate. Corrocious, and it turned that hearing. You worked at the Supreme Court. Yeah. You worked for which Supreme Court justice? Chief Justice Rehnquist. And so you know that institution well. Many in the base are very frustrated with Amy Coney Barrett and very frustrated with some of the ways that the decisions have come down.

Particularly Barrett, she's sided with the Conservatives only 45% of the time since the Dobbs decision. They haven't found the Dobbs leaker, and we saw the birthright citizenship ruling that, okay, and just constantly disappoints. It's hard for me to think of the left getting to pick six Supreme Court justices and thinking that two of them would constantly side with the right. I highly doubt that that would be the case, Senator. So what's your take on this?

Did we make mistakes? Did Damien Coney-Barrant lie? You obviously know a great deal about this. Look, I will say one thing, which is it is difficult to assess the Supreme Court justice until you have at least about a decade. I mean, it just takes some times. I think it's a mistake to have any case define that justice. I've written several books on this topic. One is entitled one vote away how a single Supreme Court justice can change history. And actually just next month, I have a brand new book coming out that is a biography of Clarence Thomas. And it tells the story of Justice Thomas. He's a good friend. He sat down for a... In 2028, Clarence Thomas will become the longest serving Supreme Court justice in history. So I think Justice Thomas is one of the most extraordinary human beings to have ever lived. And so the new book coming out tells that story.

Justice Barrett, I've been disappointed by several of her rulings, but it's early and will assess her career over the years. There is a difference. The Democrats, when they appoint to the Supreme Court, they are not. not looking for judges who will follow the law. They are looking for partisans who will impose left-wing policies 100% of the time. And with virtually no exception, that's what they get. They view the Supreme Court as an instrument of power. I will say Republicans, to our credit, we are not looking for conservatives who will impose conservative policies in every case. We are looking for people who follow the Constitution and follow the law.

That's the right thing. And that sometimes means that the conservative outcome doesn't prevail. The court is different from the legislature. Republicans also historically have been lousy at picking Supreme Court justices. Many of the people that we put on the court ended up being among the most liberal disasters of justice. William Brennan was put on the court by Eisenhower. Harry Blackman, the author of Roe v. Wade, was put on the court by Nixon, David Souter, John Paul Stevens, Earl Warren, all of those were Republican nominees. Sandra Day O'Connor, yep.

I do think today, at least, we treat Supreme Court justices much more seriously than we did previously. You look at Eisenhower. Eisenhower made two appointments. Earl Warren, and he did that, a very liberal Republican who had been governor of California. And Eisenhower, had cut a deal with him at the convention where Eisenhower got nominated to be president, had cut a deal that he would give Warren the first vacancy at the court. And what happened was Chief Justice Fred Vinson died unexpectedly. And so suddenly the chief position was open. And Eisenhower sent his attorney general to fly to California to ask Warren if he had understood the deal to be an associate justice ship or would it apply to the chief. And Warren replied famously the first vacancy, and that's how Earl Warren became Chief Justice. Bill Brennan was a Democrat.

He was a liberal Democrat on the New Jersey Supreme Court, and Warren did it because he was trying to be bipartisan. It was a different era. The court had not yet weaponized itself, and people did not perceive the power of it. So Warren did it as, oh, let's be bipartisan. Brennan was a Catholic Democrat from New Jersey, and he was trying to reach out and brought. in the tent. Warren was, or Brennan was brilliant, but did more damage to the court and the Constitution, perhaps than any other justice. He was incredibly effective in moving the court to the left. Although I think both of those guys would be quite frankly repulsed and shocked and would clinch their robes if they saw some of the rulings from Katanji Brown Jackson. Yeah, look, I,

I hope that's right. Justice Jackson is a hardcore left-wing partisan. She is not doing the job of a judge. She is not pretending to do the job of a judge. Look, I went to law school with Kataj. She was a year behind me in law school. We were both on the law review together. I knew where. We were not close, but we were friendly. She was perfectly fine as a person. She was perfectly nice and charming. But she is a left-wing activist who happens to wear a black robe. And look, when you have someone that is so woke, that is so partisan that they cannot answer the question, what is a woman? That tells you an enormous amount.

And in her time on the court, I have not seen one decision that varies from what the most radical Democrat activist would do. If you just said, what's the political outcome that our side favors? 100% of the time, that's Kataji Brown Jackson and what she does. So I guess it falls to us to be wiser when it comes to selecting the Supreme Court justice. I never thought that we'd make these mistakes again. But now it seems like we have once again a very squishy majority. There is a test.

What I've suggested, the best and most reliable test, when I'm looking for, and listen, in 14 years in the Senate, I've selected a lot of judges who've gone to the federal bench. the way it works for vacancies in Texas is the senators make selections and send those names to the White House, and particularly for district judges, effectively the senators select the district judges. I will say I'm proud of the federal judges we put on the bench in Texas and my tenure here. What I'm looking for and what I've advised President Trump to look for is a proven record. Show me someone who has been, if you look at the greatest Supreme Court justices of modern times, Antenance Scalia, William Rehnquist, Clarence Thomas, and Sam Alito.

Those four stand above all else. Those four all have things in common. All four served in government. All four served in the executive branch. All four had spent years and decades as principled conservatives, and all four critically had been excoriated. They had been pounded, demonized, and vilified for being a conservative and they didn't waver. When I'm looking for who will make a good judge, look, I want temperament, I want ability, but I want to see when have they been in the cauldron, when have they been in the fire, when have they taken the shots, and how did they behave? I think that's the best record. And look, I will say Amy Coney Barrett had a very limited record. She'd been a law professor. She had written a law review article that was critical of

versus weight. And that was one of the reason I think she got appointed. But other than that, look, that took courage. But if you took that one instance out, there was very little in a record to point to to give you any indication one way or the other, what kind of justice she would be. And every single time that we've gone with someone without a proven record, we've said, let's roll the dice, we've lost 100% of the time. Yes, yes. I hope that we get wiser about that. I do have a presidential election question for you, but more recently, the questions of the earthquake, political earthquake in Texas with Kempaxon versus John Cornyn. What's happening in the state of Texas? What should we read into this? What's the mood in the Senate right now?

Look, these midterms are massively important, and I'm worried about it. It is a rough political environment. We're right now in about a D plus seven environment. What that means is the polling is pretty consistently, about seven points more Democrat than it was on election day, 2024. That ain't good. We need to move those numbers. I'm worried about losing the House. I'm worried about losing the Senate. I'll tell you, I'm already spending and will be spending a lot of time on the road campaigning for my colleagues. I'll say in the last decade, there is no Republican who has spent more time and campaigned for more Senate candidates, House candidates, governor candidates than I have. And going into this midterm, I'm going to be on the road a ton trying to win these races.

I'm worried about them. And you asked about Texas in particular, listen, I think we're going to win in Texas. But it is a real race. And people should not take it for granted. Ken Pax said, I've known for a long time. He's a good guy. He's a strong conservative. I think Ken will win. But the current polling in the race shows it is about a two-point race. And Tala Rico, the Democrat, I think is a really dangerous candidate. He is ideologically, very extreme. But he also is affable. He's soft-spoken. He sounds like a preacher. And Benny, what worries me is a soccer mom who's not paying close attention to politics, who flips on the TV and sees him would say, gosh, he seems like a nice young man. That's dangerous because this guy is a whack-a-doodle. But I prefer my wool.

wolves in wolves clothing. And I think the most dangerous Democrats are those that mask how radical they are. I'm going to spend a lot of time supporting Ken Paxton and supporting Senate and House candidates across the country because I think if we lose the midterms, the next two years will be a circus with nothing but impeachments and investigations and attacks. And the Democrat party is defined by just hatred for President Trump. We need to keep them. as far away from the reins of power as humanly possible. The landscape for the Democrat Party, pure communists now, I'm not going to use their language. It's not social Democrats.

It's communism. This should be illegal. I mean, frankly, based on immigration law, this is written into our law that you're not allowed to naturalize a communist. But somehow we don't exercise that. But maybe the landscape, looking forward, AOC is skyrocketing in the polls right now. Kamala Harris not doing that great in the prediction markets. Gavin Newsom has been clobbered. AOC now ascended.

Yeah. Listen, I think the top two frontrunners for Democrat president in 2028 are Gavin Newsom and AOC. And I think AOC is right at the heart of where the Democrats are. They are radicalized. They are becoming a communist party. You are right. It is not just socialist. It is full on Marxist. Part of it is, you know, some of the analysis I read recently I thought was really accurate. the power center for the Democrat Party has moved out of the union halls and it is moved into the university faculty lounge. These are the bearded transgender Marxists who have taken over our elite universities and they now are engaged in a hostile takeover of the Democrat party. And the rest of the Democrats, look, I serve with a bunch of Democrats in the Senate. that most of them are not themselves Marxists, but they are terrified of that wing of the party.

And you looked at all the Democrats who made the pilgrimage to Mecca and went to Manhattan to campaign with Comrade Mondami. And they are terrified out of their mind. Chuck Schumer cannot win another election in the Democrat Party. I have joked, but I think it's true that Chuck Schumer will be the founding member of the AOC for President Committee because Schumer desperately wants her not to primary him. And here's a prediction I've done before on my podcast, verdict with Ted Cruz. I think Mondami is going to end up replacing Chuck Schumer in the Senate. I haven't met the guy, but I have a feeling he's going to be in the Senate in just a couple of years. Wow. So that is a full communist takeover. Yeah. Last time we saw this was Dr. Fauci, COVID. Dr. Fauci is going to be in.

I think you're going to be on that committee, potentially questioning. him. What should happen to Dr. Fauci? He's going to come in in two weeks to the Senate for subpoena. Look, Fauci lied. He lied to Congress deliberately. I think Fauci is the most dangerous bureaucrat who has ever lived. And I think he did massive damage. I think he should be prosecuted and go to jail for lying under oath to Congress. And I've called for that for a long time. To date, the Department of Justice hadn't done that. I'd really love to see that happen. Many people are rumbling. about, there are many rumblings about, and last question here, I know you have to go,

many rumblings about what could happen in 28. Many people say that you might be planning a run in 2028. Is that true? Look, I think there will be plenty of time to worry about 2028 as it gets closer. We've got a midterm election in four months. And I am devoting all of my time. I want us to have a Republican Senate, a Republican House, and I want President Trump. there is a lot of work still to be done. We've accomplished more in the last year and a half than in any time since I've been alive. It has been incredible. The energy, the action that Donald Trump has brought to the White House has been extraordinary. I've been Donald Trump's strongest

ally in the U.S. Senate for more than a decade. I'm proud of what we're getting done. But if we lose the Senate or the House in the midterms, that agenda crashes to a halt. And so my focus is on the midterms, there'll be plenty of time next year to worry about it will matter where we go after President Trump. We need to continue winning the kinds of victories that we're winning now, but there'll be plenty of time for that discussion next year. All right. He's host of the John Frederick's radio show, but also somebody who was a bombshell expert on election fraud and what's been going on in Georgia. And then we have huge news out of Georgia. I think the world is going to change in 24 hours. John Frederick's here to lay the entire landscape out for us as to what happened in Georgia and what we might learn tomorrow night. Let's go. John, thank you so much

for being on the program. I apologize for the slight delay here. We had some technical difficulties and we're locked and loaded. I just want to jump straight to Georgia because it seems like that's what we're going to be talking about tomorrow night. President Trump makes his address. Can you perhaps give us a preview of what you believe may have been found. We hear that the FBI has surged 300 agents to Fulton County. They've really ratcheted it up. The executives in Fulton County are preparing for criminal charges. What are they going to find? John. Well, first of all, Benny, thank you for having me. And I really appreciate a big fan of your showing what you're doing. I'm live right now in Pennsylvania at the War College in Carlisle, Dave McCormick putting on the Defense Innovation Summit,

President Trump's going to be here in a couple hours, and he'll be addressing us at about 233 p.m. Eastern. We have been following this Georgia election fraud debacle since basically 2020. Let me break this down for you. From the very beginning, six years later, we're still trying to get these ballots of forensic order and find out what exactly happened. We had several affidavits after the election in 2020, a veteran. I'm talking about veteran election officials on the Republican side that have been serving for some time on the election board who submitted affidavits saying that they thought upwards somewhere between 25 and 30,000 mail-in ballots were basically fraudulent, that they were on pristine paper when they were being counted. they weren't folded. Now, to have a mail-in ballot, you got to put it in an envelope. Means you've got to fold it. They weren't folded. Well, that's odd. How did they get there? What? Did somebody steam them? Right. So we had that going on. Then they were on paper,

they said, when they were counting the ballots. The paper felt much different than the regular paper on the ballots. Then the affidavits, a veteran said they all voted the same way, right down the line. And there was a squiggly, mark for Biden that was all the same on every ballot they counted, and they estimated there might be 25 to 30,000 of these. So in a number of lawsuits that have gone on for six years, we've been trying to get to the bottom of these ballots. And all we asked for was a forensic audit to prove once and for all, were these ballots, as some alleged, run through a copy machine, and then stuffed into a scanner, which could have given Biden 25,000.

more votes. He won Georgia by 11,000. That would have flipped the state. Wouldn't have mattered, though, in 2020. But what it did matter, Benny, it changed the balance of power in the United States because as a result of that, right, Purdue got in a runoff, which he wouldn't have been. He would have won outright because the libertarian got several percent of the vote, then got beaten that. Purdue would have been the senator yet had no John Ossoff. You also would have had Senator Kelly Luffler and no Warnock. Both of these would have gotten beaten if these indeed were fake ballots. So these are the things we have to look at. They've been in a warehouse since 2020, right? And we had a number of lawsuits every time we got close to getting them. Somebody didn't have standing. It got thrown out.

It got stopped. A number of judges got to have up. We never got to the bottom of the this ever. That's why Tulsi Gabbard went in there, wanted to make sure those ballots were still secure in a warehouse. Here's the other thing I want. I want to make sure there's 30,000 envelopes that go with the alleged 30,000 fake ballots because it doesn't mean you can't match the envelope with the ballot. Those are gone. But if you have 30,000 less envelopes, then you have ballots and the ballots were unfolded. You tell me how the hell they got there. This has been going on for six years. When this first, when the first lawsuit broke, the Fulton County, the Fulton County commissioners in order to protect the people that were counting these,

hired not election lawyers. They hired some of the highest priced criminal defense attorneys they could find in Atlanta. People that defended big time criminals. Why did they do that? three, four hundred dollars an hour because they were all at risk. They were, they managed to push this thing down the road, down the road and down the road. That's when Tulsi Gabbard went down there, and the Democrats went ballistic over it. Oh, why is Tulsi Gabbard there? She has no Joris Dictionaire. Mark Warner, hair goes on fire because they know if they get to the bottom of this. Here's the thing. I actually hope they do a forensic audit. And I hope these ballots, are proven to be valid.

Because think about if they're not. And you're probably saying, John, why do you hope that? Because I don't think they are. But I hope they are. Because, Benny, if these are proven to be fake, you changed two Senate seats. You changed the electrow votes of a state that could have affected who was president. This is why the stakes here, Benny, for the nation are so high. So Rudy Giuliani's been on the program saying,

that based on his assessment of all this, it is his opinion that they had a ballot printing factory that was close to the actual location where they were counting these ballots and that the water pipe breaking and the boxes being pulled out from underneath the table that they're all connected. Have you seen any evidence of this? Well, you know what? I was there for that first hearing that Mayor Giuliani did back in the day. This was like going back, I think, December of 2020. And it was a long time ago.

I remember being actually physically at that Senate hearing. Brandon Beach ran it. Bert Jones ran it just got beat for the gubernatorial nomin nation there as a Republican. But they were state centers at the time. So I was there. And this is what they were alleging that basically in the warehouse that was adjacent to where you count the ballots, that they had a printer that was actually printing ballots. And these are the allegations.

None of this has been proved, many, so we have to say that. It's not been proved, but the allegations were that. We covered this in depth. I want to round the state talking to a variety of people, but the allegations were they were printed. They were run through a machine. That's why they're all in the same paper. Paper didn't match the ballot paper. There were no envelopes.

Paper wasn't folded, right? How do you get a ballot in an envelope and not fold it? Kind of odd. And that there was a squiggly mark that. that Susie, one of the veterans there, the big one, she has, and they're running for Congress, got beat. Susie Foyles was there, V-O-Y-L-E-L-E-S, if you want to look her up, Susie Boyles. And she said that the ballots that she was counting, they had all the same squiggly mark for Biden,

one after the other, one after the other. It was all the same. So she alleged that they ran through a copy machine. Well, she went through her protocol, and what they did was they fired her. Somebody else did that. She ended up, Bridget Thorne also, she ended up being elected to the Fulton County Commission. She went through the same thing. They fired her.

So anybody that said that asked the question, they fired them. So that was suspect right there. Nobody would actually let these ballots be adjudicated. And all we wanted was let's get them out in the open. Let's scrolling with Haley. I am Haley Karene. But you also got to show me where the envelopes are. And you can't match them. You also got to show me why the paper's different.

You also got to tell me all this stuff. And you also got to tell me why, you know, 25,000 people voted for Biden with the same squiggly mark. That's certainly a cool incident. Scott, tell me all that. That was never out in the open. That's why Gabbard went there. And now we're going to find out finally what was,

what was going on with these ballots. If these are found to be phony, you've got the biggest scandal in the country. This is going to rock the nation because the balance of power in the U.S. Senate got changed. These ballots were fake, and they got ran for that machine, Benny. David Purdue would not be in China as ambassador.

David Purdue right now would be sitting in the U.S. Senate. The Democrats would not have had a 50-50 tie. Republicans would have won that seat. Purdue would have gotten seated and reelected that changed the way the country ran. This is a big stuff. Also changed the outcome of the electoral votes in Georgia. Now, you know, even with Georgia Biden allegedly would have still one if the other votes were honest. But this kid, if this comes out, Benny, think of the ramifications.

I mean, you've rocked the nation. Nobody is going to trust another election in the election. United States. That's exactly right. I mean, my contention is that they've stolen a filibuster proof majority for Republicans that there were two seats in Arizona and a seat in Nevada and a seat in Wisconsin, plus the two seats in Georgia that had very, very shady math on all of them. And that would have been given us 60 senators actually right now. So you would have been able to have the save act with the snap of a finger, actually. But, okay, so as an expert in this, as somebody who's on the ground, maybe like the final question for you, John, is what do you think they found, right?

Because I couldn't believe this. I tuned into local news in Fulton County. And the local news report has an interview with the Fulton County Election Commissioner saying, we're preparing for criminal charges against us. Well, I'm not, meaning like, I haven't done any crimes. So I would be shocked if some, if I had criminal charges against me. Like, only people who have done crimes are probably preparing for criminal charges. And that's what they're saying live on camera.

a local news station. So what you think is going to happen in 24 hours, John? The stakes are very high, many, for the country as a whole, let alone the people in Fulton County that are going to have to go through a prosecutorial process if they were found to be knowingly part of this. I'm sure that some were not, but some were. I mean, somebody, if this is proven, you think about this, if this was proved to be true, that somebody, sanctioned, running phony ballots through a copying machine, and then brought them over to get counted. And then maybe they put them in that box under the table or maybe not. Maybe that was a different stack I do not know.

But in either case, if somebody knowingly said, I know these ballots are fraudulent, they're going to change the outcome of a presidential election in Georgia. they're going to change the outcome of a United States Senate race, and I know they're legal, and I'm going to feed them to the scanner anyway. I don't know how you get out of this. This is why the Democrats have fought so hard to keep these sealed. And this is why, you know, there was no standing, there was no this, there was no that. They never got this forensic audit.

However, one thing the judges did, they wouldn't let those ballots be destroyed. They were in a protected warehouse. And so finally, we're going to get some answers. And when you're out there saying, hey, there's going to be, there's going to be indictments and I'm going to get a lawyer, well, you got some issues going on. And look, I don't wish that on anybody. And I hope a lot of the lower level people didn't know what was going on. But somebody did. Somebody authorized this.

Somebody sanctioned it. and somebody put those ballots through a machine, somebody took them over there. From the warehouse, allegedly, this is all alleged, from the warehouse to the ballot counters, somebody got them in there. And then did the person that run these through the scanner?

Were they in on it? If they were not, fine. You're going to find out that they were just an innocent part of this. But somebody knew. That's why back in the day, they hired high-powered, criminal defense attorneys back when this first started in 2020. And we even questioned that.

Why would you spend all this money on criminal defense attorney? One of them is the criminal defense attorney that defended the Ravens famous Baltimore Ravens linebacker when allegedly somebody was stabbed in the car coming back from the super. Ray Lewis, right? And he got him, got him off. I don't know what happened there. I don't, I just remember cursory following it, but he was in a car after the Super Bowl.

Somebody got stabbed. And the cops arrested him. They hired the same lawyer that got Ray Lewis off back before he went back to the Ravens. And then, you know, now he's a hall of famer. Why would you hire that guy? For what purpose? For $500 an hour? Why?

What a proper metaphor. What a proper metaphor being stabbed in the back. and that is I think exactly what happened here. We hope for truth. I really hope that the president brings the receipts or that we just know. I mean, just being able to see the ballots and being able to inspect them, but they've been hiding them, scrolling them away, and now we got them. So I guess we'll see, John.

The F-22 fighters, nope, everybody was expecting that. You didn't get warlord. Jesus,

you got spiritual warlord, Jesus, who laid waste to, the spiritual demons of the time, laid waste to the satanic strongholds, not the physical strongholds. In fact, Christ was like, it's a coin. That's Caesar's face on the coin, given to Caesar. Christ was going and healing the Romans. The Romans, there are oppressors. They're so either. Rome, it's so evil. That's what the Jews thought. Christ was there healing centurions. One out of every, like, three miracles, he's like doing for a Roman, actually. So Christ was there as a spiritual revolutionary and warlord. It was a physical revolutionary and warlord.

So God has given us this land, this nation. Look at this verse from Jeremiah. God gave us this city. Its prosperity and peace has been given to us by God. It is up to us to serve the Lord so that it prosperes, so that we have peace, peace and prosperity linked together. You can't have one without the other. why we pray for peace. That's why we want peace. We're not bloodthirsty neocons. You know we celebrated on

the show when the MOU was signed. We were celebrating this conflict being over, being able to refocus on this country. I do want peace. Sometimes you have to make war to make peace. I'm not in the situation room, like President Trump is right now. So I'm going to sit here and second guess my president. I don't like the war, though. You guys know that. But if it prospered, if our nation prospers, we too will So pray to the Lord for it. So let us pray that the Lord prospers our nation. We have peace and prosperity linked together and that for all time God will have shed his grace on the nation. Still sort of buzzing from our America 250 and our birthday.
