Today is Monday, January 13th, 2025, and we've got seven days, seven days before Donald Trump
is inaugurated president of the United States of America.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to make the map real.
Oh, and I am ready to rock today.
Moving trucks have swarmed the White House.
We have exclusive footage for you as Melania Trump roasts Barack Obama and Joe Biden on her way in and their way out.
Also, we have updates on the wildfires in California.
What did we tell you last week?
We said this is arson. We said they're going to try and blame this on global warming to get more money for green energy or whatever garbage experience. Nope, this is arson. And now we
have it confirmed. Not only arson, but arson from criminal aliens who should not even be here. $50 billion in damage, 24 lives lost.
And ladies and gentlemen,
we are going to talk about how we've stopped this
from ever happening again.
The Washington DC confirmation hearings
for Donald Trump's cabinet starts tomorrow.
And we're going to go through all of the scheduling as well.
And we're going to be talking to some senators
who will be chairing committees
that will be getting Donald Trump appointees
through the Senate,
including Senator Tom Cotton live on this show.
Congressman Corey Mills will also join the show.
He's from Florida.
He's a friend of the program
and many are speculating that he might be in the Senate.
Soon, we'll see.
We'll ask him about that.
Also, Laura Trump on the program
live. Very excited about that. We're going to talk about inauguration planning with Laura Trump.
What can we expect in the next seven days? My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Ladies and gentlemen, what we're about to see is absolutely wild in this country. It's going to be
a very exciting ride,
but it's not very exciting
if you are looking at the stock market this morning
is an absolute bloodbath.
This kind of stuff tends to happen at beginning of the year.
I don't think that you can expect anything
other than a roller coaster.
And that's just kind of what it always is.
Make sure ladies and gentlemen,
that you are planning for your future
and being smart about it with your 401k and your wealth. It's important to make sure that you are planning for your future and being smart about it with
your 401k and your wealth. It's important to make sure that you're investing in something
that's really solid, something that lasts and withstands the test of time. I partner
with one of America's most trusted precious metals company to give you a free guide that
will show you exactly how to protect your wealth during times like these call 800-900-8000
for your free protection kit. That's 800-900-8000 for your free protection kit that's 800-900-8000 call them now the powers that be want you to rely on a failing system let's show them
that we are smarter than that 800-900-8000 now performance may vary and you should consult your
financial professionals and tax professionals of course on everything yeah be smart about that
ladies and gentlemen i got some professionals that I'd like to introduce you to.
They are moving professionals outside of the White House.
Right now.
Can we get a round of applause?
Can we get some?
Yeah, baby.
Killer Klein, let's load up a much,
let's load up like a more raucous,
like the Tonight Show, right?
Like style, like Ed Sullivan show.
I wanna hear people roaring.
Comment section.
First off, comment section, I love you.
We just fricking, just fricking love you.
But two, shout out where you're watching from today.
Is it snowy?
Is it chilly in Washington, DC?
It is cold as ice asc-cold as ice
as the moving trucks move on in
to pull Joe Biden out.
Oh, man.
They're just going to load him up in a wheelchair
in one of those trucks, aren't they?
And just ship him off to the Sunnydale Assisted Living Center.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's happening.
Right now, the moving trucks have pulled up into the White House.
Do we have the TikTok?
Yeah, let's toss that up.
Check this out.
Here's the actual footage.
Everyone rejoice, ladies and gentlemen.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Here we go.
Biden is moving out.
This filmed from the press dais outside of the White House where people do, they call them stand-ups out there.
And who will you be seeing in that location?
Oh, man.
You're going to be seeing very soon Alina Haba standing right there in front of the White House doing press and media hits.
Biden is moving on out. Oh yeah. Oh, it's just glorious to see. And we have some more things to
add to the gloriousness of this moment. Ladies and gentlemen, while the moving truck is going viral,
somebody else is going viral talking about moving into the White House,
and it is dear Melania.
Melania, who doesn't do a lot of media.
Melania is a very private person, obviously.
We know some people very close to her,
and she just obviously enjoys and appreciates
her privacy, decided to just throw bows this morning on Fox News. This happened a couple of
moments ago, I think in the last two hours. Melania Trump on Fox News stating a couple very
interesting things. First off, Melania Trump states that she is ready to move in, saying, I know where I'm going.
I know the rooms. The first time was hard. Now I have plans and I've already packed.
I've selected all the furniture for the White House on January 20th.
We have five hours for them to move out and for us to move in.
So Melania is saying, you're moving on out.
But also Melania Trump says that she was sabotaged by Barack Obama and potentially Michelle Obama.
Could this be why Michelle Obama didn't attend the funeral last week?
Well, yes, according to all available reporting.
Melania Trump saying that the Obamas sabotaged her on the way into the White House in 2016.
Technically 2017 would have been the year that they moved in, January 20, 2017.
Melania saying, yeah, that ain't happening this time, baby.
We know these parts.
Let's go.
Thank you for having me.
It's an exciting time.
It is.
We were thrilled to hear that this was coming out.
I want to know details why you decided to do this and what what will what
will it be like well the book was such a success and i'm very proud and i get so many messages and
letters how they enjoy the book and they would love my fans and people would love to hear more more from me. So I had an idea to make a movie, to make a film about my life. My life is incredible,
it's incredibly busy and I told my agent, you know, I have this idea so please, you
know, go out and make a deal for me. We started the production in November and we are shooting right now,
so it's a day-to-day life. What I'm doing, what kind of responsibilities I have, people
they don't really know and they will see it. It's day-to-day from transition team to moving to the White House, packing, establishing my team, the First Lady office,
moving into the White House,
what it takes to make the residence your home,
to hire the people that you need.
So it's a snapshot of what it takes
to move back into the White House.
I don't think a First lady has ever done this.
Not that I know, of course.
Behind the scenes, what is it like when you're moving back
in the White House?
Are you, what's different this time?
The difference is I know where I will be going.
I know the rooms where we will be living.
I know the process.
The first time was challenging.
We didn't have much of the
information. The information was upheld for us from previous administration, but this time I
have everything. I have the plans, I could move in, I already packed, I already selected the furniture that needs to go in. So it's very different transition
this time, second time around. Well, you decorated exactly like it was before,
or are you making changes? A little bit of changes, not much.
How have the Bidens been? Have they been accommodating and are they still living there?
They're still living there and they will be out on January 20. So what happened is on January
20, the transition team has only five hours to move Bidens out and to move us in. So everything
needs to be planned to the minute. They sabotaged us on the way in,
says Melania Trump. Maybe this is why Melania looked like this
when she had the sickness to Barack Obama this past week.
Ladies and gentlemen, lip readers said that Trump and Obama
were trying to find a quiet place to meet and talk about something very important.
Now, we covered this live and we thought this was very, very interesting.
The two look like old pals. However, Melania, ice queen, and she has every single right to be.
Listen, I got a wife. I got kids. Barack Obama organized and executed the raid on Melania's
bedroom. Melania has one child.
It's Barron.
And Barron Trump's room was raided by the feds with a kill order.
Moms, how would you react to that?
Now we hear for the first time ever that the Obamas sabotaged Melania Trump moving into the White House.
So yeah, Melania wasn't having it.
Melania wasn't having any of this. Now,
Trump has to be magnanimous. Trump's the guy who's actually on the ticket. He has to be
the magnanimity of Trump is obviously legendary. Everybody who's in his orbit tells us he's in a
very, very good mood right now. He's in a deal-making mood. He's somebody who wants to
build as many bridges as possible. And so I've said on the whole, this is a very, very net positive.
But Melania, ooh man.
She wasn't having it.
Michelle skipped entirely.
Michelle did not attend funeral.
Michelle said, I'm out.
Got going, I don't know.
But according, there's like a bunch of conflicting reports. Apparently she had
a conflict. She's on vacation in Hawaii at one of their many private island homes.
Michelle Obama, somebody who regularly lectures us from the DNC stage about Americans who have
too much. She's extended her vacation in Hawaii in order to miss this. And we know exactly why. I just don't believe the lies.
We're not stupid.
Michelle Obama didn't want to face Melania Trump and didn't want to face Donald Trump and sent Barack to go do that job.
But that job seemed a bit of a shock to all of us. Not only is Melania sitting here saying, I am prepared
to move in and I'm prepared to move them out, which for Melania is a lot of talking smack,
honestly. But also President Trump was up with a video this past weekend showing what actually
happened in the conversation with Barack Obama. Now, not only did President Trump post this to his 8.5 million subs on Truth Social, but President Trump's spokesperson, Dan Scavino, also posted this.
It's very interesting.
Hey, Alexa, can you grab me that tweet?
Because Dan Scavino had a great caption there. What this is, is it's AI reading lips and effectively sneaking into the conversation
and explaining what's actually happening, like filling in the gaps.
The best that we've gotten from this conversation is, of course, right here,
this article in the New York Post, where they consulted a professional lip reader
named Jeremy Freeman, who said that he's a forensic lip reader,
and he said that they need to find a quiet place to discuss a matter of importance.
But apparently, we now know what joke was being told here. And I just think this is too delicious
to not spend at least a moment on. President Trump posting this yesterday. Here's the video. And this is a joke
that would probably cause Obama to belly laugh like this. Please enjoy. Here we go.
Well, Mr. President, for a second time,
Brock, very nice to see you. Congratulations. How are you doing? A lot better, Dad. Yeah, I bet.
I knew you'd win.
Oh, really?
Oh, come on.
Anyone could beat her.
She's just...
I was just as appalled.
You know what happened?
You just didn't want to leave.
I know.
It's what happened.
I did what I could to help her.
She was horrendous.
I know.
You know what I realized?
Hillary still hates me so much
i know she'll never forget me
we should meet to discuss i think so too we can definitely set something up let me know I was going to fly back to Florida tomorrow for the Gulf. Okay. This is my favorite part of the entire day.
Here's Kamala Harris.
Did you see that?
Looking back at them.
She won't even look.
Really?
I was told some of her people, apparently they said she fell off the wagon.
I think she actually may have.
Sure.
And also, she's not really built for this.
I'm out of pressure.
If you're not built for it, we'll do it.
Whoo!
We put up that Scavino tweet.
You can feel the love!
It's from Donald Trump's digital voice online.
It's like the, Dan Scavino, if you don't know Dan Scavino,
he's like the literal digital voice of Donald Trump.
So here we go.
Is this what was happening?
I mean,
it sure does seem to match up to me
as I'm seeing it.
Are they ragging on Hillary
and on Kamala?
Like ripping them to pieces?
Barack Obama saying,
I knew you'd win.
Joe Biden just didn't drop out fast enough. Sure seems logical to pieces. Barack Obama saying, I knew you'd win. Joe Biden just didn't drop out
fast enough. Sure. Seems logical to me. Kamala Harris hates Barack Obama. I mean, there were
certainly like chilly receptions there. I'm Kamala Harris hate Barack Obama and Barack Obama did
everything he possibly could to like help her. She's like the final boss of DEI hires. There was just no way to make that case.
And then Donald Trump invites Obama to go golfing with him.
Do you golf?
You want to come golfing with me?
Dude, if that doesn't give you insight into the state that Donald Trump is in right now.
And again, the Christian magnanimity of this.
The Christian virtue of forgiveness and empathy and resolve to move past things. It's like amazing what's on display. Even if this isn't precisely what
they said, and I think that this probably tracks really closely, all we can say is that Trump
posted it and so did Scavino.
So it's gotta be close to what they said.
It's gotta be close.
Well, ladies and gentlemen,
it's very, very interesting times.
Will we see Barack Obama playing golf
with Donald Trump soon?
Has Barack Obama bent the knee?
Is he gonna be the first president to say,
nope, you know what?
Enough of this sabotage.
I'm just gonna go work with the guy. Like he going to be the first president to say, nope, you know what? Enough of this sabotage. I'm just going to go work
with the guy.
Like, the guy's got the power.
He's got the
popular vote, obviously.
All seven swing states
and the way
the electoral map's working,
we're not going to win
for another generation.
And I've said the math before
many times in the program,
but consider your future,
ladies and gentlemen,
and how wonderful it is.
When the votes are reallocated across the country for the census, Texas and Florida will be getting so many more votes and there'll be so many new House seats moving to dark red states that Republicans won't need to win the blue wall, as it's called.
Wisconsin, Minnesota,
Michigan, Pennsylvania. Republicans won't even need to win it.
So is Barack Obama just like reading the tea leaves and saying, no, actually Donald Trump is the de facto leader of the most powerful political movement in world history, certainly in this country.
Maybe. Maybe. Just because we can't help ourselves, there is one more meme that we
have to play for you, ladies and gentlemen, that's possibly less accurate. My producers
are telling me in my ear that this meme, this might have been manipulated and so to warn you that this is
uh potentially manipulated media but i still i think that it might have gone down this way let's
see all right i missed that also good You know what?
I love this era.
I love this era of AI.
I love this era of...
It won't take long to tell you Neutral's ingredients.
Vodka. S soda, natural flavors.
So, what should we talk about?
No sugar added?
Neutral.
Refreshingly simple. Melania has a $40 million license agreement with Amazon.
So Melania Trump is getting paid, man.
What is it?
It's a Melania Trump documentary.
Amazon will pay $40 million simply to license.
They don't own it.
They're just licensing it.
Melania owns it.
A new documentary on Melania Trump.
Melania Trump will serve as executive producer on the film.
The incoming first lady is not expected to be in Washington full time during her husband's
second term.
Amazon will shell out $40 million to license a documentary on Melania Trump.
The price tag includes the film itself.
Smaller scale theatrical run before being featured on Prime Video in a supplementary
docu-series.
Incredible. Melania Trump will be
an executive producer. It will also feature Donald Trump. Both Disney and Paramount sought
streaming rights to the Melania documentary. Apple and Netflix did not place bids for the
documentary. Multiple sources told CNN in November that Melania Trump would like to split most of
her time between New York and Florida while maintaining a presence at the White House
during her Tosman's second term.
Jeff Bezos recently met with Donald Trump.
Out this morning, the Washington Post has had catastrophic page view collapse.
The Washington Post has no more readers.
It's gone from 22 million in 2021 down to 3 million readership for the Washington Post.
I mean, what world are we?
And Jenna Rubin got fired this morning Jennifer Rubin The sociopathic
Op-ed writer
Who truly has
Probably the most deranged
Of all Trump derangement
Syndrome variants
She's gone
So ladies and gentlemen
Let the good times roll
Very interesting
Special counsel Jack Smith resigned this weekend
as well as Trump fights to block final report.
Jack Smith didn't get any convictions.
He didn't get any dates with Trump in court.
He didn't get anything done at all.
He just wrote a report.
And now even that report may well be blocked.
Special Counsel Jack Smith resigned
from the Department of Justice over the weekend.
President-elect Donald Trump and others continue efforts
to block the release of Smith's final report
because obviously this is just a massive squander
of $50 million in taxpayer funds.
Jack Smith's report has of course led to nothing.
And I hope that he saves some of that $50 million because he's going to need it for his own attorney fees.
As Jack Smith, hunters become the hunted in the new Trump administration.
What's that going to look like in the upcoming week, ladies and gentlemen?
As you know, my wife and I are expecting our fourth child any day now.
The call could literally come live on the show.
And so will we be going to the inauguration?
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
Depends on when the baby comes, how healthy it is,
how my wife's feeling.
I'm not sure.
I don't know.
But this lineup is making me very jealous right now.
So on Saturday, there's going to be a president's reception
and fireworks at Trump Sterling.
This is a golf course in Virginia. And then he's going to have a cabinet's reception and fireworks at Trump Sterling. This is a golf course in Virginia.
And then he's going to have a cabinet reception and vice president's dinner.
Trump's going to be at the Arlington National Cemetery laying a tomb of the unknown soldier,
Wreath, at that tomb on Saturday.
I'm sorry, correction, on Sunday, January 19th.
Make America Great Again victory rally.
Donald Trump, we will certainly be covering that. And then a candlelight dinner, President Trump remarks. All right, well, January 19th. Make America Great Again victory rally. Donald Trump, we will certainly be covering that.
And then a candlelight dinner, President Trump remarks.
All right, well, there you go.
So he's going to have the victory rally.
Some people have said, don't do the victory rally.
Don't do it.
It's a trap.
It's a trap.
Dan Bogino is one of them.
It is what it is.
I don't know.
We're going to have to, we're just going to,
I mean, we're going to be covering it live.
So we'll see.
Some people are saying that it's too risky, right?
You're in Washington, D.C.
You're in the swamp.
Last time you tried to host a MAGA rally in the swamp, bad things happened.
They were able to accomplish bad things.
So we'll see.
Monday, we have the St. John's Church service, tea at the White House, swearing in ceremony
at the U.S. Capitol.
That will happen at noon.
Of course, we'll be live for all of that.
Farewell to the former president and vice president. It'll be just glorious. U.S. Capitol. That will happen at noon. Of course, we'll be live for all that. Farewell to the former president and vice president. It'll be just glorious.
U.S. Capitol departure ceremony. The president will sign the president's signing room ceremony
where he effectively writes his pen to paper saying that he is the president and he accepts
there's going to be a congressional luncheon,
president's review of the troops,
presidential parade down Pennsylvania Avenue.
There's always epic and legendary,
really fun iconography there.
Remember Donald Trump got out last time and waved and Melania waved.
It was a beautiful thing to see.
We'll see if they let him do it this time.
Different threat assessment this time.
Last time, also the left like burned and torched D.C. I know this because I was physically there.
They were lighting cars on fire and trash cans, rioting and breaking windows. So will those people
be prosecuted? Oval Office signing ceremony at the White House. Commander in Chief Ball,
Liberty Inaugural Ball, Starlight Ball. So these will be the balls that Donald Trump
goes to, and then a National Prayer Service on Tuesday. It's going to be rocking and rolling,
ladies and gentlemen. And this week, ooh, man, we were having a conversation before the show
started today. What are we going to cover? Like, what will we decide to go after this week when it comes to confirmation hearings?
Because they're going to be on fire. Tuesday, we have Collins, Hegseth, and Burgum. Man,
we're going to be zoomed in on Pete Hegseth for this. There's no doubt in my mind that that is
going to be, talk about fireworks, that's going to be a barrage. It's going to be very, very interesting.
This is going to be probably
the hottest confirmation,
the hottest hearings for confirmation
that you've seen
this side of the Kavanaugh hearings.
I'm not saying they're the same,
but they actually are building up
to be very similar, in fact.
Wednesday, we have Noam,
Pam Bondi, Duffy, Ratcliffe,
Rubio, Wright, and Vaught. Man, which one are we going to go with that? Pam Bondi, Duffy, Ratcliffe, Rubio, Wright, and Vaught.
Man, which one are we going to go with that?
Pan Bondi, for sure.
Pan Bondi.
Rubio is going to be very interesting.
John Ratcliffe's going to be director.
John Ratcliffe's going to be there at CIA.
So, like, yikes.
We'll see.
That's going to be very, I mean, they're all going to be fascinating.
On Thursday,
we have Zeldin,
Bondi,
Turner,
Kash Patel.
Come on, man.
We're going to lock in with Kash.
We're going to lock in with Kash.
That's going to be the one.
And one final victory,
one final win, if we're going to just be notching up
the wins in the belt over the weekend.
There's too much news to cover.
Denmark is frantically messaging Trump about the security concessions on Greenland after he threatened to take it over.
So according to national polls, the people of Greenland want to have a partnership with the United States.
They want independence on a two to one margin.
And Donald Trump's going to get And Donald Trump's going to get
what Donald Trump's going to get.
It's very interesting.
I'm going to be asking Tom Cotton about this
when the senator's on our show soon.
Denmark frantically messages Trump
about security concessions.
Danish leaders have sent private messages
to President-elect Donald Trump's team
in recent days
for a bid to pacify ambitions
of taking over Greenland.
But that's what the people want. Are you anti-democracy?
Copenhagen is allegedly open to allowing US military presence on the autonomous island to boost security and appease Trump. Well, you already did that when you gave up the island
in World War II. You gave up the island because Denmark was conquered by the Germans, and you gave up administration of Greenland,
and the U.S. Navy had to go over and take over Greenland. We should have never given it back.
Copenhagen is allegedly allowing U.S. military presence on the autonomous island to boost
security and appease Trump, who claimed military coercion may be used. The Danish government,
which is responsible for Greenland's defense, wants to avoid clashing with the U.S. in hopes
to assure Donald Trump that Greenland will be safe from Russia and China without the need for American annexation.
Sorry. No, no. No, no, no. That's not how this works.
You don't have the capacity and the resources, nor do you have the will of the people at your side.
So why are you anti-democracy? We are here defending democracy. According to all available polls, Greenland, their leaders right here, here's an article, their leaders are ready
to speak to Donald Trump. They want to talk, the actual leaders of Greenland, not Denmark. Nobody
cares about Denmark. Denmark does not have the infrastructure or the capacity to get this job
done. They don't. They're an impoverished European nation that can barely
stand on its own two feet, much less hold on to colonial possessions that have been around for
400 years. And so just because they're like plenty of Danish dudes who landed in America,
how'd that work out for you? They didn't get to keep that. And ladies and gentlemen,
deals can be made. The vast majority of American land was conquered through gold, not over blood. And so I think a deal can be made. Polling says that
the Danish people want to be a part of the American sphere of influence, right? Could be like
Guam, could be like Puerto Rico, where it's an independent state, but they get representation in the Congress, right?
They get people there to administer, and they get funding from America,
and they get protection from America.
It's a great deal.
This is a great deal.
So, ladies and gentlemen, win, win, win, win, win.
Ding, ding, ding.
It's been quite a bit to keep up with,
and it's been very interesting to watch
how everything is just falling in line i just the the obama thing still takes me out
how do you how do you go from how do you go from barack obama running a massive 17 intel agencies opt to raid Mar-a-Lago,
put literal troops inside of Mar-a-Lago.
How do you run that to this?
Man.
The wins.
Trump said you're going to get sick of winning.
This is what he said.
He said you will be sick of winning.
Ladies and gentlemen,
we are certainly not sick of having enough energy to do the program.
Keeping up, this is going to take, it'd be a wild week.
We just outlined sort of for you where the week is headed.
And it's going to be very, very interesting how we progress this week with all of the hearings.
We're going to know so much more about what Trump's cabinet
is going to look like. Soon we'll be talking with Laura Trump and Senator Tom Cotton about that.
The energy that powers our program and that powers us every single day is going to be blackout coffee
that sits right here inside of the Benny Show mod. I have to tell you that I probably do have
a problem. I have a caffeine addiction.
I drink way too much coffee. And that is what got us through 2024.
I don't, I'm not sure we'll ever see a new cycle like 2024, but it is something that powered us
through the amount of blackout coffee pulsating through my veins. Oh yes. ladies and gentlemen so please this coffee gets my 100 endorsement they love
america they love the free state of florida where they're based they're family owned they love your
freedoms and ladies and gentlemen they give you the power to fight the communists and the energy
to do so because the communist never sleeps go to blackoutcoffee.com slash benny and use coupon code
benny for 20 off your first order blackoutcoffee. com slash Benny. Be awake, not woke. Blackout coffee dot com slash Benny. Promo code Benny.
All right. So we have a because we've been covering the story of some major, major frustrations with
what's going on in California. So apparently there was a suspect arrested with a flamethrower in Los Angeles.
It was a legal criminal alien. Should never have been in this country, according to Bill
Malusian of Fox News reporting here. Per ICE sources, the man seen in the viral video being
subdued by residents and arrested by police with a blowtorch is an illegal alien from Mexico, but
but he won't be deported because California is a sanctuary state.
This is what it looks like to live inside of end stage madness, ladies and gentlemen. First off,
the cops didn't even arrest this guy. This had to be done via citizen's arrest because the cops are so woefully underfunded and defunded.
Same with the fire department.
The day these fires broke out, the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, demanded that the fire department cut another $50 million from their budget.
So it's really frustrating to see the damage that's been done, and the death count now is in
the 20s, and it makes you hurt for your fellow Americans. However, we do live in a representative
republic. If you are a California Democrat, you did technically vote for this. These people told
you that they were DEI h hires they expressed and demonstrated their
incompetence every step of the way they told you they hate the police they hate law and order
but they had no right to run a civilized society and so now with barack obama's open border i'm
sorry brock well i mean technically right with jo With Joe Biden's open border and zero continuity and zero trust in the society, you have criminal aliens running around setting things on fire.
And that's burning now 12,000 acres, $50 billion worth of damage done in Los Angeles.
The madness, the final boss end stage of wokeness is what's occurring.
We have to use citizens arrests of people setting neighborhoods ablaze.
And they shouldn't even be here.
Ladies and gentlemen, I just got to let you know there's something very important that the governor of California says.
The real problem in all of this is not the fact that there are no qualified firefighters.
Or there's no water in the hydrants, or that there are no funding for any of our firefighting
individuals. It's not that the reservoirs were dried. You know that? They actually emptied a
reservoir for repairs during high fire season. That holds hundreds of millions of gallons of water.
That's why there's no pressure in the fire hydrants.
They figured it out.
Who?
What genius decided to do that?
Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles,
she was in Ghana.
She was in Africa when all this happened.
In high fire season, during all the fire warnings.
She's in Africa.
Who's making these decisions?
No, these aren't the problems that Gavin Newsom has declared. The major issue,
Gavin Newsom is saying the real issue here in California is misinformation.
Here we go together. President-elect Trump has blamed you for this crisis. He called you incompetent. What's your response? Well, I called for him to come out,
take a look for himself. We want to do in the spirit of an
open hand, not a closed fist. He's the president-elect. I respect the office. We have a
president of the United States that within 36 hours provided a major disaster declaration over
a text. We had support from the president of the United States, Joe Biden, with 100 percent
reimbursement. All the resources you could hope for, imagine constant communication. I'd like to extend that to the president elect.
I don't know what he's referring to when he talks about the Delta smelt and reservoirs.
The reservoirs are completely full of the state reservoirs here in Southern California. That
mis and disinformation, I don't think advantages or aids any of us responding to donald trump's insults we would spend another month
i'm very familiar with them every elected official that he disagrees with very familiar with them we
do know though from reporting here locally that that one reservoir that serves the palisades was
not full and that's exactly what triggered my desire to get the investigation to understand
what was happening with that local reservoir that was not a state system reservoir, which the president-elect was referring to as it relates to the Delta and somehow connecting the
Delta smelt to this fire, which is inexcusable because it's inaccurate, also incomprehensible
to anyone that understands water policy in the state.
It's misinformation. There's no water in our fire hydrants, but it's misinformation
There's no water in our fire hydrants
But it's misinformation
That is the bad guy in all this
This is the greatest red pill moment
In the history of California
We're actually quite excited to see this
We have a number of friends
And people who live in California
Who are deeply
Disturbed by all this
and are noticing major political changes in their neighborhoods,
in their left-wing neighborhoods.
And wait until these people try and rebuild their houses.
Wait until they try and go through a permitting process.
Wait until they try and get through the Coastal Commission
and get their homes back.
These places will be devastated for so long
and these people will be absolutely black-pilled,
then red-pilled.
And we're very much looking forward to that.
So finally, ladies and gentlemen,
and then we'll be speaking with Laura Trump,
our salt that live of the day.
Why not?
Perfect clip heading in.
Somebody who has never delivered misinformation on this program is Laura Trump.
She'll be joining us in just a moment.
But somebody who did nothing but misinformation was Jen Psaki.
She now has a show at MSNBC.
The ratings have tanked and cratered.
It's potentially being sold for auction.
That's a real thing.
It's a real thing that Elon Musk might buy MSNBC.
That MSNBC is currently being sold right now by Comcast. That every single talent at MSNBC had to take a pay cut.
Jen Psaki following up.
Notice how Democrats, they always collude on their talking points.
Following up that the real enemy, the real criminal in all this is misinformation.
Please, ladies and gentlemen, let's salt that lid. And with these fires still burning, we are facing important
questions about how to mitigate and prevent disasters like this in the future. Fact is,
leaders will need to confront a very complicated and challenging reality moving forward. But right now, that is not exactly what
is happening. Instead, Donald Trump and his allies are injecting half-truths, misinformation,
and flat-out lies in some cases in order to score a version of political points, I suppose.
We saw something similar play out just this past October
in the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton,
when Trump repeatedly lied about FEMA spending disaster relief funds on migrants,
which didn't happen.
Also baselessly claiming that the Biden administration was absent
and incompetent in delivering aid,
despite what elected officials of both parties on the ground said.
Those lies were then spread and amplified by the richest man in the world
on the social media site that he owns.
So I guess none of us should have been shocked this week
when Elon Musk posted that the Los Angeles Fire Department
prioritized DEI over saving lives and homes.
That's an exact quote.
That appeared to be a disgusting dig at the city's fire chief, Kristen Crowley,
who has served in the department for decades, rising through the ranks to become the first female and LGBTQ fire chief in L.A.'s history.
Musk also amplified a post this week from conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
Yes, that guy is still around. wrote that Los Angeles fires are part of a larger globalist plot to wage economic warfare
and deindustrialize the United States before triggering total collapse. I mean, not sure
that guy's okay. Musk responded to that post by writing, true. Yes, just to repeat here,
that's just the richest man in the world and the best friend of the incoming president
confirming to his 200 million followers that he thinks the devastating wildfires are a part of a globalist plot.
And so now we're back in this vicious cycle where Trump and his new bestie push lies about a natural disaster and then right wing media runs with them.
Weird I didn't hear her say anything about the criminal aliens that are setting the fires
maybe maybe you can cover that in the next monologue jen you can circle back to it ladies
and gentlemen we're so very excited to be circling right back to the great laura trump
who joins our program live right now. No more lies. I can't take it. It's like I can't even listen to Jen Psaki anymore.
Most people don't, Benny. That's the good news. Oh, man. We've been lied to for so long.
It's been so much that we've gone through. It feels like there's a spell that's been broken
over the country. And it is so refreshing and it's so exciting.
What we have in store, breaking right now,
Carrie Underwood performing at Donald Trump's inauguration.
The program, the program was just put out here.
So I'd love to start off and just say the floor is yours, Laura.
What can we expect in seven days from now at the inauguration?
Well, you're right to say that the spell, I think, has been broken. And it feels very different,
really, across the country and I think all over the world right now versus the first inauguration
of Donald Trump. I mean, all of us in the family obviously experienced that first go around and
everything was fresh and new and we didn't know what to expect. Little did we know that there were, you know, people out to get my father-in-law,
anyone who loves America, just on the other side of his swearing in ceremony. But it does feel very
different now. And I think that people are so excited. They're so relieved. And what we're
going to see seven days from now is a celebration of exactly that. The day starts off, as a lot of people probably know, at a church service.
We start off there at St. John's Church, very famous.
Of course, Donald Trump held up a Bible in front of it and drove the left absolutely insane when he did it.
So we're going to go there.
We're going to have a service there.
And then everyone heads to the Capitol.
And at 1110 a.m., the ceremony to swear in our 47th president, Donald Trump, will begin there. And then everyone heads to the Capitol. And at 1110 a.m., the ceremony to swear
in our 47th president, Donald Trump, will begin there. He's going to give a speech afterward.
It'll probably be very cold. So to anybody coming, make sure you bundle up. And then, of course,
there's that walk that we all remember from the Capitol to the White House with the parade that,
of course, our whole family will be involved with.
But probably the most important, our 47th president, Donald Trump, will do that parade.
And then on to the balls.
And there will be many of them.
And we're excited for all of them.
And I just think overall, Benny, what I feel is what a lot of people feel out there, which
is that there has been a shift.
People are truly excited.
They're truly optimistic and hopeful right now
for the first time, maybe even in eight or nine years.
I would even say maybe even more than that.
We remember what Donald Trump did his first term in office.
They were so wrong about him
on almost every front in the mainstream media
and via the left.
He got so much accomplished.
And knowing that, now we understand
what is in store for us on day one. And I actually think, get ready to see quite a few executive orders the second he steps foot into the Oval Office at, I'm going to say, around 2 p.m. on January 20th. He's coming in hot, and we love to see it.
Yes, coming in hot. Watch out for any small baggies of cocaine that might have been left over in the White House.
There won't be any of those coming in with our family.
Not that it had anything to do with family, Benny. I'm just saying.
So Melania Trump said something interesting this morning on Fox & Friends.
She said for the first time that the process was sabotaged by the previous administration, talking about Barack and Michelle Obama.
And do you have any insights into that? I mean, other than, of course,
spying on your father in law and so on. But we haven't heard this side of it.
You know, Melania Trump saying she's very ready to move in. They have five hours to move out. We
have five hours to move in. She's picked it all out. But that this was sabotaged by the previous
admin. Can you unpack that for us? Yeah, I mean, spying, spying on someone will do it every single time. That obviously is a big
problem. But, you know, outside of that, I just generally think that the the naivete that so many
of us in the family, not the least of which, of course, was Donald Trump himself and our first
lady Melania going into being president for the first time and being in the White House for the
first time and being involved in politics for the first time and being in the White House for the first
time and being involved in politics for the first time, I do kind of think that there were people
taking advantage of that to a certain extent. And I don't know specifically what Melania is
referencing, but I can imagine that it's a lot easier to make that transition to this very public
role, to having to move your entire life in front
of the world, basically, when you have a little, you know, give from the previous administration
and the previous tenants of the White House, and maybe a little hand-in-hand talk with you and
telling you what to expect. And I don't think there was very much of that previously. Obviously,
this time is very different. They were
there for four years before. They understand the ropes. They understand how it works now,
maybe better than anybody, given everything that they went through. But I know they're ready to
get back in there. They're ready to do the job that the American people sent Donald Trump there
to do. And exciting four years ahead of us. I can't wait. Yeah, we saw your father-in-law
laughing with Barack Obama and cracking jokes.
I mean, like causing Barack Obama to belly laugh.
Donald Trump posted a AI version of what he might have been saying this past weekend.
Any insights into what was going on between these two?
Well, he said that they got along well.
And I mean, this is the thing.
First of all, let's just take this in a couple of instances.
Number one, it shows you how phony
all these people on the left who are screaming from the rooftops that Donald Trump is a threat
to democracy and this evil dictator actually were. They were all phony the whole time, Benny. And so
if you ever wondered whether or not you could trust anything they said, here you go. Barack
Obama sitting by the guy who he claims is going to destroy our country and the world and yakking it up a little bit. Maybe there's a little disconnect with what he was
telling the American people, but I'll go a step further and I'll say that this is the Donald Trump
that I know. This is the Donald Trump they tried to hide from so many people in this country.
This is a guy who can figure out how to deal with anybody. He might not need to be best friends with you,
but he can sit down with you. He can figure things out. Don't forget this man was a negotiator in
boardrooms, you know, the biggest boardrooms in the world in some instances before he ran for
politics. And you have to keep that in mind. He understands people. He reads people. He knows how
to deal with them. And that's a great thing for the entire world. It's a great thing when you're
dealing with people like Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong-un, Xi Jinping, and even Barack Obama.
So yeah, they had a nice little time there. They laughed a little bit. And I believe this is the
first step to the unity that Donald Trump is actually going to bring during his second term
as president of the United States. Oh, man. According to this, he says Hillary. Oh, man, Hillary hates me. She still hates me. Barack Obama says there was man he's according to this he says hillary oh man hillary
hates me she still hates me brock obama says there's nothing he could do to help kamala win
there's going to be it might be chilly in the air but it'll probably be very very icy at the
inauguration of the reception between those two you're gonna have to sit close to hillary you'll
have to be very close yeah but we were close last time. And listen, it is anything. Did you say
anything like, well, they were they were cordial enough. I don't think she was very pleased with
the circumstances, obviously. But I will say that Michelle Obama was was very vocal whenever she
met with all of us. And she I won't say exactly how she said it, but she basically
said, you guys worked for this. Now don't screw it up sort of thing to all of us. And I'll tell
you what, I don't think anybody screwed anything up except Joe Biden and Kamala Harris over the
last four years. So Donald Trump's ready to go in and fix all of it. Moving trucks at the White
House, Laura, moving trucks at the White House. So moving on out, Jack Smith,
you've come on this program and you've talked about Jack Smith and we've obviously beat up that issue quite a bit. And now all of the lawfare has come to a catastrophic and disastrous,
calamitous, embarrassing end. I think Donald Trump will win on appeal with the New York case,
but nonetheless, Jack Smith is out. And I know that he has been torturous for you and your family and what they put everyone through in this family.
Jack Smith has been sort of the head of the snake there. Any last words for Jack Smith?
And what should he expect in a new Trump Justice Department run by Cash Patel and Pam Bondi?
Well, the only words I really have to say to Jack Smith are it's about time, you know, bye. We don't need to see you here ever again. Everything you did was phony and everything you did was really damaging to the United States of America. So not a moment too soon to see that guy go. Funny the timing, though, Benny, how that all worked out and how he managed to leave right before Donald Trump came into the White House.
Here's what I will promise. All the lawfare that has gone on over the past four years,
all that has happened to Donald Trump specifically, things that we never want to see happen in America
again that are banana republic, third world type stuff will end with this administration.
It will be the guy who had everything waged against him in Donald
Trump who will fix this problem. Despite what they did to him, despite all of it, he wants to see
this country set up for success. He wants the next four years to be rectifying all the damage that
Joe Biden did. And some of that, of course, is that lawfare. But he also wants to make sure
that we're set up properly for the future, not just for four years, but in perpetuity
for the future of this country. It's why a man who had two assassination attempts on his life
still continued running for president. Why a man who they tried everything to take him down,
continued to fight for America. He wants to fix what they broke. And this is a very specific
example of the fixing starting to happen. Bye, Jack Smith.
We don't ever need to see you or hear from you again.
I can't help but think of the Donald Trump waving out the window, the McDonald's meme,
right?
It's just perfect.
It's just bye.
I hope he does that.
And there will be a lot of them lined up there, Betty, that he's waving bye to.
Yeah, that's right.
It's been a nice run for you guys.
Bye.
Laura, I don't think they can open the windows of the White House.
I think it's a security thing, but it sure would be amazing.
It sure would be nice.
Yeah, we got it right here.
Yeah, it sure would be nice to just have them do one of the, maybe we can put the apron back on.
Yeah.
It's a classic.
It's a Norman Rockwell.
You'll never see another one of them again.
I'll tell you what, this past campaign cycle, there will never be another Donald Trump. But yeah, let's bring that meme out every chance we get. I love to see that. And I'm sure a lot of folks on the left do, too. So Donald Trump
saying goodbye to the people that persecuted, persecuted and prosecuted the lawfare against
himself, against his base. A lot of a lot is being made right now of what will happen to J6 political prisoners,
something that you've talked about on this program
quite a bit.
Very interesting.
We think that the FBI is suddenly trying
to find the pipe bombers.
Suddenly, we're immediately there.
What timing.
Yeah, what incredible timing.
Just in conclusion here,
can you put sort of a bell on this?
What will be the policy?
You say there's going to be a lot of executive orders. I'm sure you're tuned into many of them.
What's going to be the policy there with J6 political pardons?
Well, I think the right thing should happen for all these people. And I think that's all
Donald Trump has ever said from the beginning. And the reality is so many of these people were
unfairly arrested, prosecuted, had their lives upended. You know, people can't
afford to kind of in perpetuity pay for legal fees. And that's what they did to so many of
these people. They lost their livelihoods. They had everything just kind of ruined in their lives,
all for being in this one space in Washington, D.C. on January 6th, 2021. Some of these people
never even, you know even crossed onto the steps
of the United States Capitol, Benny, yet they were made to be the worst of the worst. And so
I think Donald Trump wants to go through and ensure that every person who has been treated
unfairly here, that that is rectified. This is a man who understands better than anyone
what that feels like. And so I believe we're going to finally see justice happen and justice by many different ways. Justice for the people who were done the wrong things, I hope we see swift action taken against them.
And it's not retribution.
It's not revenge.
It is the right thing happening.
And so I'm just hopeful because I feel like light is finally, finally being shown in the
dark places.
I always feel like the truth comes out with everything.
I've said that Benny time after time, year after year, even when we were in the midst of the deepest, darkest moments of all the things that happened to my father-in-law,
to our family, to really this country, I've always believed the truth comes out. And I also believe
that the right thing ultimately happens. And maybe that's a little karmic activity for people who did
the wrong thing. But, um, I will say that Donald Trump always wants to see justice served and the right thing happen.
And anyone who has been treated unfairly,
get ready because don't worry, your savior is on the way.
And his name is Donald Trump.
Seven days.
Boom.
We have, I mean, I'm not one to give you fashion advice.
I just wear like Amazon basics every day.
But I'm telling you, I've seen you
in a giant gold Trump chain.
And if you were looking for something to wear
to the inaugural ball. You know I love that chain. I telling you, I've seen you in a giant gold Trump chain. And if you were looking for something to wear to the inaugural ball. You know, I love that chain. I've seen you
there. We've done a whole interview with you wearing that. That's true. Just some advice,
just some advice. Everybody follow Laura Trump on social media. If you don't know what I'm talking
about, I'll post the photo. But yeah, I mean, if you're looking for something to wear to the
inaugural, that's just a little spark, just a little something, a little nod out there.
Just a thought,
just friendly advice.
Ladies and gentlemen,
of course,
2 million people already follow Laura.
You must be one of them.
And Godspeed.
This is going to be
such a great week for our country.
We're so, so encouraged
and uplifted
and the energy is just incredible.
And here it is,
ladies and gentlemen,
just in closing,
here it is.
Laura Trump with the giant Trump chain.
Yes.
Yes.
That's what we love to see.
More of that to come.
I love that energy.
Let's do it.
Godspeed, Laura.
Thank you.
Good to be with you.
Didn't get a chance to actually talk through this, but here we go.
The official program for the inauguration is out, ladies and gentlemen.
Here we go.
The program will include a musical prelude by the University of Nebraska.
Okay, interesting.
The president's own U.S. military marine band.
The call to order by Amy Klobuchar.
Invocation will be Cardinal Dolan.
That's great.
And Franklin Graham.
This is going to be awesome.
Musical selection, Christopher Macchio.
This is the guy who sings opera for Donald Trump at these events.
And then the vice president, administered by Brett Kavanaugh.
That's perfect. And then America the Beautiful by Carrie Underwood. So Carrie Underwood will
be the big performer at this inauguration. Carrie Underwood. A reminder that Garth Brooks is a fraud.
That Garth Brooks, who claims to represent all of America, plays only at the inaugurations of Democrats.
Garth Brooks, of course, got wobbled on up there and sang for Barack Obama, sang for Bill Clinton, sang for Joe Biden.
To that empty, creepy, empty militant.
And I inauguration that he had, oh, man, is the creepiest thing ever.
Can we have an aerial? Can you give me an aerial photo of what Joe Biden's inauguration that he had. Oh man, it was the creepiest thing ever. Can we have an aerial,
can you give me an aerial photo of what Joe Biden's inauguration looked like? I get it. It was during COVID, but this is, this is, this is, it's dystopian. I really like it's dystopian.
It's so weird. There was just no one there. It was like, it's actually a perfect iconography for the Joe Biden presidency.
Zero actual support, zero people in attendance, zero energy, zero legitimacy. There you go.
All right. Well, that's, ooh, man. Is that the same one that alex just sent the the wide one looks crazy look at
this look at this man this is just whoa i was there on that day i wasn't in attendance of course
but i was in dc and that was just a dark day man it was a dark day it was freezing cold
it was frigid no snow at least the snow is beautiful like snow is pretty like it's freezing
cold it was darkness it was like a military hostile takeover the entire city it's like a
military junta is a coup d'etat against the legitimate leader and they had the military
to install an illegitimate leader and this is this is what you get is there is that literally
the number of people that showed up there's like a bunch of mtcs there
perhaps this is taken like like early but you know i don't know if joe biden's this is like
during joe biden like giving his speech do you imagine like having to give a speech to this
this is mad this is like just giant empty field and then the media, like, of course,
you know, the media,
there it is.
Okay, so there's literally
Joe Biden standing there
walking out.
So there's no one there.
There's more people
at your high school or your union.
There's more people
waiting in line at Chick-fil-A
right now for a biscuit.
Oh, it's creepy.
Don't want to see it. I want to see millions of people there for President biscuit. Oh, it's creepy. Don't want to see it.
I want to see millions of people there
for President Trump.
And I'd like to be one of them,
but we're going to see.
We're going to see how it works out
with the birth of...
You're not a good man
if you miss the birth of your child, okay?
So, yeah.
So, it's like, we're just going to...
We're just going to...
That's my take on this,
and so we're just going to lock it in.
So then we have Carrie Underwood,
who sings President Oath of Office,
Donald Trump.
Justice John Roberts
will be administering that.
Of course, he's the Chief Justice,
so this is his right.
Battle Hymn of the Republic
by the United States Naval Academy.
Inaugural Address by President of the United States.
And then Benediction by Rabbi Ari Bremen,
Imam Hussam Al-Husseini,
Pastor Lorenzo Swell.
I don't know these people.
The Reverend Father Frank Mann,
Roman Diocese of New York.
And then the national anthem, again, by Christopher Macchio,
who is the kick-ass Italian opera singer, musician, who sings at Trump events.
We saw him take the stage at Butler and come out with Trump and sing some odes.
And, man, he just – Ave Maria was what he sang.
But he sang also before with President Trump at various different events, and he great he's just uh he's just great you get chills listening to him
so an incredible moment ladies and gentlemen we're uh very much looking forward to
seeing and covering all of this i don't know killer klein maybe maybe it's easier to like
cover it's got to be easier to cover it all from the studio, so we can do more from the studio.
We can. We actually can.
OK, all right. Well, we'll see.
We'll see.
Ladies and gentlemen, I got a good excuse, right?
I got a good excuse. We have to miss.
Ladies and gentlemen, want to make sure that no matter what we're doing,
if we do travel up to D.C. for the inauguration, I know members of our team
will be doing that.
Our executive producer, Alex team will be doing that. Our executive producer, ALX, will be doing that. If we do travel up and go to Washington,
DC, I want to make sure that we are healthy. The way that we're staying healthy in the new year
is making sure that we are eating our reds and greens, our fruits and vegetables, but who has the time? This is why I use Field
of Greens. I do eat healthy, ladies and gentlemen, but five servings of fruits and veggies a day
can be tough to come by. That's why Field of Greens keeps me healthy and on track.
What's the point of supplements or a green drink when you aren't 100% in confidence they're going
to improve your health? Field of Greens is radically radically better it's the only one that has the promises better health or your money back just enjoy a delicious glass of field
of greens every single day your next checkup your doctor will notice improved health or your money
back this is the kind of thing that helps your heart lungs kidneys metabolism helps you get a
healthy weight i'm working on right now honestly i got you 20 off your first order if you get a healthy weight. I'm working on right now, honestly. I got you 20% off your first order.
If you get started, you use the code Benny at fieldofgreens.com.
That's the code Benny at fieldofgreens.com.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we got the cabinet picks.
The cabinet picks are ready to rock.
What are some of the takeaways from various senators about what will happen inside of the Senate. We're going to
be all eyes on the Senate this week. We are, we'll start confirmation hearings so that everyone's
ready for just a floor vote because you have to get a full floor vote. You have to get through
the confirmation hearings. You got to get out of committee the way this works. So Pete's head has
access, for instance, is going to go through the armed services committee. So you have the
appropriate committees. You bring people through Pete Hegseth is going to go through that. And then as soon as Pete Hegseth is voted
out of the armed services committee, which is all run by Republicans, so that shouldn't be hard
getting out of committee. But you see how much damage is done to them. The goal of Democrats is
to damage these nominees as much as possible and to, you know, torture them and make sure that they
can't make a floor vote, that you can do enough personal damage to them
that you can keep them from reaching their intended position,
which would take a Republican majority.
Simply a 51 vote gets them out of the Senate.
You don't need the 60 vote threshold, right?
Break the filibuster.
You don't need these differing rules
as to what passes through the Senate,
different vote thresholds.
You just need a simple majority.
So ladies and gentlemen,
tomorrow we're going to be watching Pete Hegseth.
We're certainly going to be watching
a number of other confirmation hearings,
Pam Bond and Cash Patel
are ones that we're going to keep very close eye on.
Senator Marshall saying yes,
he thinks that Donald Trump
has all the votes he needs to confirm every single appointee.
Let's go.
So you met with President Trump this week, along with your colleagues.
Did you have a chance to speak with your colleagues?
Do you believe you have the votes in the Senate to actually confirm all of his nominees?
Look, you know, I hate to count my chickens before they hatch, but yes, I do.
I think that they need to go through the hearing process. They're going to get beat up by the
legacy media and the left as well. But I think the votes are there. And, you know, as I've
interviewed these people one on one, they've been great communicators. They're great leaders. They're
very accomplished. Yes, some of them are outside the box, but I do think we have the votes.
There we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Senator Lankford, who we're not a big fan of, he's from Oklahoma.
He also sponsored and wrote the bill about Joe Biden's border bill,
which would have given permanent citizenship to pretty much every criminal alien in the country right now
and then allowed for 5,000 illegal aliens to come into America per day.
That's what your Republican majority was delivering to you, the slop that we got
served over the last couple of years. Senator Lankford said yes. He is a yes on Tulsi Gabbard
for director of national intelligence, the committee that he sits on. Here we go.
She came out in support saying, quote, if confirmed as DNI, I will uphold Americans' Fourth Amendment
rights while maintaining vital national security tools like Section 702 to ensure the safety and
freedom of the American people. Are Mrs. Gabbard's assurances enough for you, Senator? Are you now a
yes on her? Yeah, I am. And that was a very important piece for me obviously she voted against 702
authority and just to clarify that that authority is for actually trying to be able to track
terrorists overseas that has nothing to do with american citizens or anything that's happening
in the united states it is if someone's planning to attack us overseas we find out about that we
should be able to act on that that's what 702 authority allows us to be able to do is be able to track international individuals overseas before they come and actually attack us.
She'd voted against that in the House when she was a member of the House of Representatives.
And it said she wanted changes. She's now coming in and say those changes have been done because even since she was in Congress,
there have been quite a few changes that we've made in Congress to make sure we're protecting the civil rights of Americans.
But when she came out and said, hey, this is something I'm gonna stand for. That's part of
the role of the Office of National Intelligence is to make sure we're actually watching for people to
come attack us and stopping them before they do. Okay, so.
I don't like FISA. Give a monster a cookie kind of thing.
That's a book that I read to my children.
If you give the intelligence agency a cookie,
they're going to use those vast weapons of surveillance
on the American people,
and they've proven that time and time and time again.
However, you've got to be pragmatic in moments like this.
We want Tulsi in the chair.
We like Tulsi a lot.
She's an ally of the program,
and she's on the show all the time. And so we are we got her back. She's a really smart, really smart cookie. And she's someone who clearly has her heart in the right place. And that's going to be to prevent the insane number of terrorist attacks that we've seen on this country just in the year 2025. We're a week in and it's been
nightmarish whether you're looking at what happened in front of Trump Tower, which is very
just unbelievably strange, Trump Tower in Las Vegas, or whether you're looking at what happened
in New Orleans or the California fires, just utter gross mismanagement. And zooming out a little bit
to what's happening in North Carolina,
these poor people that had their lives destroyed in the flooding and the hurricane,
what's happening in my state of Florida with FEMA not giving any money to Trump supporters,
the entire system is just rotted, corrupt to the core. And so we certainly hope that what happens next is a swift and immediate installation of the cabinet members that Donald Trump wants in his cabinet.
And we're going to be talking with Senator Tom Cotton in just a moment about that. Friends Affairs, Doug Collins. This starting tomorrow at 9 a.m.
9.30, Pete Hegseth.
So we'll be live then because I certainly want to cover that.
We're going to be zooming in on Pete Hegseth.
I mean, obviously, Doug Collins, he's a veteran, kick-ass dude.
He's a congressman.
He's going to fly through.
It's Pete Hegseth that's going to get major frictions.
Doug Burgum, Interior Department. That should be absolutely zero problem.
That's for tomorrow.
Doug Burgum at 10 a.m.
Okay?
So we'll be doing
the hearings live tomorrow.
Chrissy Noem,
Homeland Security Department
at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 9.30.
Pam Bondi,
expect us to be live
then at 9.30.
John Ratcliffe for CIA.
That's going to be,
ah, we're going to have to
go back and forth.
And then Marco Rubio for State Department. I mean, he's going to fly through. There's going to be no
problem. There's going to be no problem. Yeah. Chris Wright, Energy Department. Russ Vaught,
Office of Budget and Management. Scott Turner, Housing and Urban Development will be 10 a.m.
on Thursday. Lee Zeldin for the EPA, something that shouldn't even exist. And then 10-15, Pam Bondi Day 2.
So they're really front-loading for Pam Bondi.
But not for our boy Cash.
We've got to get Cash in there.
Some of the big ones are going to be Tulsi Gabbard, Robert Kennedy,
Cash Patel,
among others.
But those are the ones who you're going to see major frictions
from the Democrats on.
So we look forward to bringing you those live
and defending our friends
who are here to defend us, ladies and gentlemen.
Speaking of people who's done a fantastic job
defending the freedom movement
and this country
from a muscular position
from the great state of Arkansas,
somebody who is a real champion of freedom,
somebody who is a,
what's the best way to say this?
Like, the background that you expect
Captain America to have, effectively.
Served in Iraq and Afghanistan, signed up in the military after 9-11,
Harvard educated, never forgot his roots in the great state of Arkansas,
and serves on some of the most prominent and powerful committees in all of the Senate,
and will be chairing some very interesting committee hearings for John Ratcliffe and intelligence and so on.
Ladies and gentlemen, the great senator from the state of Arkansas, Tom Cotton, joins us live now.
Senator, thank you so much for being on the program.
Deeply appreciate your time.
This is a very busy week for the Senate.
I know you were on some critical committees like the Judiciary Committee and Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee.
Pete Hegseth is a name that, of course, we have said many, many times on this program.
It's a name who we consider a friend, an ally, and think you do an incredible job, SecDef, as an Iraq and
Afghanistan war veteran. The floor is yours. How's it going to go for Pete Hegseth as confirmation
hearings start this week? Hey, Benny, it's good to be on with you, and thanks for having me. Happy
New Year to you and to all of your viewers and listeners. I think Pete's had a very good run of
about six or eight weeks here of meetings with, I believe, almost
every Republican senator, if not every Republican senator. Democrats are now starting to
acknowledge that he's been the nominee and that he's likely to be confirmed and sitting down and
talking to him about their priorities. The hearing for Pete Hexeth is going to be tomorrow on
Tuesday. I expect he's going to do well on that.
I've talked to him throughout this process about the president's priorities, some of
the things in which I've worked on the Armed Services Committee, about increasing the defense
budgets, about building our Navy, getting manned sixth-generation fighters to counteract
China, addressing a recruiting crisis, which is driven in part, in my opinion, by previous
administrations
focused on crazy politically correct policies. So there's a lot of priorities that I expect
Pete's going to address tomorrow. Obviously, he's going to come in for some withering fire
from the Democrats, but I'm very confident that he'll be able to parry all of that.
Somebody who actually knows what it's like to be under withering fire, right, is Pete
Hegseth and yourself. Well, that's right. And I think a lot of troops out on the front lines will
probably be watching this tomorrow and they're pretty excited to have someone who looks and
sounds a little bit more like they do as opposed to the typical Secretary of Defense, some of whom
I respect and admire over the last 25 years,
who've all been their 60s or 70s, whereas Pete is going to be someone who was fighting in our
generation's wars in Afghanistan, in Iraq, who understands what it's like to be a company grade
officer at the platoon level and on the front lines. That's something that our troops haven't
had in a very, very long time. And again, not to take anything away from some very capable and distinguished secretaries of defense who
themselves have served in the military, but I think it just sends a different message for our
troops on the front lines that you're going to have a secretary who knows what it's like to do
what you're doing, not what it was like to do it in Vietnam or Korea or World War II, as troops
have often perceived the past secretaries.
Yeah, it's such a great point that you brought up because there's plenty of Iraq and Afghanistan
veterans that are still serving today. So it'd be nice to have somebody that represents them
who fought in those battles and in those wars because war, of course, changes so very,
very quickly. Now, I know that you've written a new book on China and their military capabilities
and the horrors of the tyranny state there in
China, many members of Congress actually have come on this program and have said that perhaps
the drone activity was paramilitary and from China. And I know that this is a little bit
out of the news cycle. Apparently the drones just disappeared all of a sudden. But I would,
I'm just really interested in your take on this,
given that you sit on the Intelligence Committee and your background.
Was this like a Chinese operation to flex military power over the United States?
Well, Benny, what I can tell you is I don't really know much more than you know
and your viewers and listeners know from what they've read in the news.
And I think that's an indictment of the Biden administration that as someone who's on the Armed Services Committee,
who is now the chairman of the Intelligence Committee, they can't give even me an explanation
for what was going on. I think it's a real failure of our intelligence community and the FBI not to
be more forthcoming and to allow all these speculative theories to abound. The American
people have a right to know these things, or at least to have confidence that the government is on top of matters. I just don't think they are. This is a
broader problem we have, though, with our intelligence communities, agencies under Joe
Biden's administration. They just don't do a very good job of collecting intelligence anymore.
You know, I went into the Thanksgiving holiday with no clue that jihadi rebels were about to
rampage across Syria and overthrow Assad where
you think that's a good thing or a bad thing American policymakers need to know that the
American people expect our intelligence agencies to do a better job that's one thing that John
Ratcliffe is going to focus on I'm chairing his committee confirmation hearing on Wednesday and
I think he's going to talk a lot about the threat from China and how we need to do a better job of understanding the nature of that threat. And that's what I try to do in my new book,
Seven Things You Can't Say About China, because China is so powerful. It is so deeply infiltrated
American society. It threatens you with cancellation. If you speak up against China,
it has influence operations, government and business on university
campuses. I want to ring the alarm bell for the American people about, like you say, the astonishing
military buildup that China has undertaken over the last 25 years, unrivaled really in the history
of the world, or their aggressive actions towards America from an economic standpoint, from an
espionage standpoint.
And ultimately, there is a threat that China could win, which would be awful because, as you say,
China is a monstrous tyranny on par, if not worse than anything that happened under Stalin or anyone
else in charge of Soviet Russia. So this is actually a really nice lead into the Greenland and Canada conversation.
I know there's been plenty of memes that have been posted about it, but based on our phone
calls with those close to the president, he's very serious about a deal to get Greenland. He's
very serious about the Arctic Circle and the strategic importance of the Arctic Circle, those shipping
lanes and also potential for having military bases there. Can you please maybe broaden our
understanding of why Greenland, why Canada, why the Arctic Circle right now? And I think that it
has something to do with Russia and China, right? Yeah, sure, Benny. In fact, I wrote an op-ed about
this about five years ago in the New
York Times when it first came up in the news, something that President Trump and I had discussed
privately before it was reported. And obviously, he was portrayed, as the media often does, as
crazy. And my point in that op-ed in the New York Times is that, once again, he was crazy like a
fox. There's a reason why America has tried to obtain Greenland in the past. I think Harry
Truman tried to obtain it when he was president i think harry truman tried to obtain
it when he was president and that's because it is critical in many ways it is vital for our national
security you know it sits up there at the arctic where we have unique ability to have insight into
what russia and china might do it might be doing through early warning radars and satellite systems. It's right at the shipping lanes that
would get the Russian military and as ice flows recede in the Arctic, perhaps the Chinese Navy
into the North Atlantic as well. From an economic standpoint, it's vital. It probably has trillions
of dollars worth of rare earth minerals and other elements that are necessary for a modern economy. Everything
from the computer or the phone or the tablet you may be using to stream this show, to your
refrigerator, to cars, to advanced weapons. So there's many, many reasons why it would obviously
be in America's interest to have sovereignty over Greenland. There's long customs of it as well.
Almost half of American territory today was purchased from another country. In fact, Woodrow Wilson, the patron saint of modern
liberal progressives, entered into a deal with Denmark, which currently controls Greenland,
to buy the Danish West Indies, what we now call the U.S. Virgin Islands. So there's precedent here.
There's a strategic and economic rationale for it.
This is something I've agreed with President Trump going back years that should happen,
and hopefully it does happen. So you're very close to the president. He's
incredibly serious about this. Yeah, as am I. And for the reason I just laid out,
I think most Americans should be serious about it. It would be much better for American people's safety
and prosperity for us to have sovereignty over Greenland. And for that matter, let's just be
honest, it would probably be better for the 50,000 or so Greenlanders. Denmark, although a trusted
ally and friend, is simply not large enough. It doesn't have the GDP. It doesn't have the
government budget to properly support those Greenlanders
with the kind of public services, schools, transportation, and economic development
that they deserve. The United States does have that. Yes. So would this be a 51st state? Would
this be a territory? How do you see this shaking out? My expectation is that it would be a territory much like puerto
rico or guam or other of our insular possessions i kind of like 50 states i think it's a nice round
number i don't see a need to change the flag or change the number of representatives we have in
the congress also 50 000 people is a pretty small number to create for a state so i would expect as
it is with Denmark, if we
were able to acquire sovereignty over Greenland, it would remain a territory along the lines of
a country or an island like Guam, which again, we maintain control of after the war because of its
strategic importance for maintaining peace in the Western Pacific. It's very interesting that you
brought that up.
And I'm no historian, but looking into Greenland,
Denmark gave up administration of Greenland
when they were conquered in World War II.
And we actually had to go and protect it.
The U.S. Navy had to go and protect the entire island
to stop it from becoming a deep water port
for Nazi submarines or some type of allied foothold
in the Western Hemisphere. And so America has already
militarily gone and protected Greenland and kept it from effectively being used by the enemy.
So, yeah, I mean. And China has tried to make inroads there as well. Yeah. And we should
absolutely draw a line on that, whether it's Denmark or the United States that has sovereignty
over Greenland. It's kind of like the issue of allowing China to install telecom systems, especially around
sensitive military sites or own land around them. Maybe they're not up to anything bad,
but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. And why even allow that risk to happen? So it's just a fact,
and it will always be a fact because geography doesn't change that Greenland, like say Cuba,
is vital to the
national security interest of the United States. Yes. So looking internally, you're also on the
Judiciary Committee and ranking member. And so I would love to get your take on Kash Patel.
This is obviously something that's really important to our viewership as Kash Patel is a
longtime friend of
the show and has been speaking so boldly on this program about the reforms needed at the fbi i know
that you've run into multiple brick walls and your uh efforts in reforming these agencies and so uh
cash has got to be a breath of fresh air well so first benny let me correct you as of uh january
3rd i'm no longer on the Judiciary
Committee. I'm now on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee. But that doesn't change
the fact that what you just said is correct. Kash Patel is a breath of fresh air, someone who
understands through longstanding experience the need for deep reforms at the FBI. Look,
the Democrats confirmed people like Pete Buttigieg, who is a mayor of a town
of barely 100,000 people to be Secretary of Treasury. They confirmed rank ideologues like
Deb Haaland to be Secretary of Interior, Alejandro Marquez to be the Secretary of Homeland Security.
All those people had fewer qualifications for those jobs than Kash Patel has to be the
FBI director. He was a longtime aide on the House Intelligence
Committee, on the National Security Council. Before that, he was both a federal prosecutor
and a federal public defender, something Democrats used to celebrate when they were putting
liberal ideologues on the federal courts who had been federal public defenders.
And Kash understands that the FBI is in need of serious reforms at the headquarters level.
Now look, I know lots of FBI agents. I served with some in the military who went
on to join the FBI. I know those who have passed through Arkansas over the
course of their career. The rank and file out on their street are by and
large dedicated patriots who want to do the work of the FBI to keep our
country safe, safe from criminals, safe from foreign intelligence threat, safe from terrorists. There's too many, though, at the headquarters who view themselves
as some kind of praetorian guard who are going to adjudicate political disputes or decide who
should or should not hold power in this country. That's not their job. That's the job of the
American people. Kash Patel understands all of these things. Once he has his hearing at the
judiciary, I think he's going to make a very favorable impression on the American people. Kash Patel understands all of these things. Once he has his hearing at the judiciary, I think he's going to make a very favorable impression on the American people.
So Kash Patel will be confirmed. Is that your prediction?
Well, I anticipate that all of President Trump's nominees will be confirmed, Benny.
Now, again, we can't predict the future, but we can look to the past and since bill clinton's transition only two
times has a cabinet secretary nominee gotten a single vote against him by a member a senator
of the president's own party only two times out of 72 nominees and that's just one vote much less
the number of votes necessary to defeat a nominee so again we can't predict the future, but if the past is any
indication, going back to Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Donald Trump's first term,
now Joe Biden's term, we can anticipate that President Trump's nominees will be confirmed
by a Republican Senate. What would be the first thing that you'd want to see Cash Patel declassify?
You started off this interview by saying you are really angry and
frustrated that nobody has briefed you who sits on the intelligence committee about what the hell is
going on in the skies above america when we have mayors from new jersey coming on this program law
enforcement from new jersey coming on this program saying there are suv-sized drones buzzing our
homes and buzzing our military bases and buzzing the president's
house in bed minister. It seems like there's zero transparency in the Biden administration,
and that leads to a lot of anxiety and it leads to a lot of frustration. I'm sure you're first
in line. So what would you like to see cash declassify first? I mean, what would be some
of the first actions you'd like to see? Well benny that's what you cited is an important issue that that matters in the real
world i could give you a lot more than that but but i also think that there are some kind of
threshold questions that the fbi needs to address to restore credibility and confidence if you
immediately go to things like that drone activity you haven't addressed some of the issues that that
has undermined confidence in the FBI.
So going back to the FBI's role in Crossfire Hurricane in the 2016 campaign, the lawfare
that they've used against President Trump and his supporters over the last four years,
from Jack Smith's investigations and the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago, to the FBI agents writing memos about traditional Catholics and how they
should be investigated as potential extremists, why the FBI was not on the scene when you had
left-wing street militias protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court justices trying to
influence a decision, their actions to investigate and ultimately arrest pro-life protesters who
are doing little more than praying or singing hymns outside of abortion clinics. Those are all
threshold questions that I think that Kash Patel and FBI leadership need to come clean with the
American people about. So when it gets to things like the drone activity over New Jersey or threats
to the homeland from the illegal aliens that Joe
Biden allowed to flood into our country, the American people will have more confidence and
faith in what the FBI is saying. Yeah, it seems very the activities of the FBI have seemed very,
very strange. So like just a couple hours ago, releasing all this new footage of the
pipe bomber on January 6. Oh, we just kept it under wraps
for four years. And now we're really, really interested in finding this individual. It seems
shady as hell, Senator. There's a lot of conversation about pardons for January 6th
defendants. What's your position on that? How do you think the Trump administration
should set about doing that as President Trump has promised potentially thousands of pardons
on day one? Well, I think many of them should be pardoned, Benny. If you look at the offenses with which they
were charged, I mean, many of them were misdemeanors, things like, I don't know what the
exact term is, but like parading on public grounds without a permit. These were things where the Biden
Department of Justice weaponized the law against donald trump supporters throwing the book at every
maga hat wearing grandma who was within a country mile of the capitol that day while again they
looked the other way when you had left-wing street militias stampeding outside of the homes of
conservative supreme court justices trying to influence a decision, which is an obvious
violation of federal law. So I know President Trump has said he's going to review each case
on the merits, and I think that's an appropriate step to take. Obviously, Joe Biden didn't take
that step when he issued more than 1,000 pardons last month to some of the worst criminals in the
federal system to say nothing about commuting the death sentences of 37 depraved
murderers. But I do expect you should probably see hundreds of pardons very early on for these
people who, again, have had the book thrown at them by a weaponized Biden Department of Justice.
Yeah, I was radicalized, Senator, by watching one of your colleagues, Rand Paul, get viciously attacked by a mob as he left the White House at the end of the RNC convention in 2020.
And that's when President Trump gave his speech.
He was at the White House and we all left.
I was walking right beside Rand Paul and this mob recognized him and attacked him.
And he needed multiple police officers to protect him and his wife.
And it's all on camera.
I mean, there's footage of it everywhere. And nothing happened to those people. Nothing. They attacked
a sitting senator in the street. And again, that's an example of how you need stronger leadership
at the Department of Justice, not just Kash Patel running the FBI, but Pam Bondi, who I expect will
be confirmed pretty easily to be the attorney general, very highly qualified woman
who is the attorney general down in Florida for eight years. And when you see something like that,
you've got to demand action. These are not criminal masterminds. They're like the left-wing
militias outside Supreme Court Justice Holmes. They post on social media about what they're
going to do, and then they do it on camera you could use the same tactics that
the department of justice used against all those folks who showed up at donald trump's speech on
january 6 2021 to identify these street thugs who were attacking rand paul outside of the rnc in
2020 or who showed up outside of justice alito's homes what's good for the goose is good for the
gander except in this case, the goose actually
committed real crimes like protesting outside a justice's home or assaulting a U.S. senator,
not walking around the grounds of the National Mall or the U.S. Capitol.
Yes. So what do you expect to see under a Pam Bondi? We're very excited about Pam Bondi. Pam
Bondi lives in Tampa. We broadcast out of Tampa. We're ready to rock. I think that Pam is just an excellent choice.
But given the fact that you've obviously served on these committees and had to deal with a justice
department that had no interest in justice, what's going to be the difference with Pam Bondi?
Well, it'll be the difference between night and day between Pam Bondi and Merrick Garland.
You're going to have a tough on crime prosecutor who focuses on putting real criminals behind bars and keeping this country safe.
There's a lot, again, that the Department of Justice needs to air out as well.
Just as we talked about earlier with the FBI. of Justice prosecutors also played a big role in weaponizing the law against President Trump,
against his political supporters, against pro-life conservative activists, against traditional
Catholics. So Pam Bondi is going to need to air that out as well, but she's got to get down to the
nuts and bolts of the Department of Justice, and I know she will, of focusing on violent criminals
and putting them away for a very long time.
Yeah. Criminals would be like the people who left cocaine in the White House, not just one bag,
but like a bunch of bags, according to the Secret Service. And then the Secret Service goes and destroys the evidence after finding DNA on them. Like, what's that about, Senator?
Who could it have been? I have no idea.
Yeah.
It's an unsolved mystery we'll never get to the bottom of.
In closing here, you did post a pretty funny video on your X feed this weekend.
And it's a video of the current resident of the White House,
someone who may or may not have connections to the little cocaine baggies found everywhere.
And here's what Joe Biden had to say earlier.
I don't think so.
I think I would have beaten Trump, could have beaten Trump.
And I think that Kamala could have beaten Trump, would have beaten Trump.
It wasn't about. That's enough.
I mean, you understand what's going on there.
So this is really something you'd hear mumbled from an assisted living center resident.
But here we have the president United States saying, no, no, I'm going to beat Trump.
Kamala is going to be Trump. Do you know what year it is?
Yeah, this is one of the reasons why President Trump won so handily is that Joe Biden has been such a disastrous president.
You know, we just laid to rest Jimmy Carter.
Jimmy Carter was able to live to see someone have a worse record than he did in the White House.
And the good thing about these elections is they're like ballgames.
You know, we're in NFL playoff season now.
You don't have to speculate about who's going to win.
They go out and play the game on the field.
We played the game on the field.
Donald Trump handily beat Kamala Harris.
Likewise, Donald Trump was handily ahead in every poll in 2024 before Joe Biden withdrew from the election.
So I'm very confident that Donald Trump would have beaten Joe Biden at least as badly as he beat Kamala Harris.
And that's because they're both responsible for runaway inflation, for declining standards of living,
for an open border that allow more than 10 million illegals to enter this country,
and for America being less safe, less respected around the world. That's why Joe Biden lost. And Donald Trump is
going to fix those things working in tandem with the Republican Congress. That's why he won.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, that's why he won with a confluence of miracles, including surviving
an assassination attempt. I just want to end with this because we've seen so much from,
I mean, an ISIS terrorist attack, right? In the year 2025, we've seen all these arsons in Los
Angeles. These are now like charged arsons that are happening. Criminal aliens actually
committing the arson. Counterterrorism is something that's really important to you.
Why do we know so much about some of these other
attackers and know nothing about the guy who shot President Trump? It seems like a big question
mark. And then the next guy who tried to shoot President Trump, we know nothing about these
people. We know nothing about who they were communicating with. The federal government's
told us absolutely nothing. I mean, will you push for transparency on these things? These guys
almost started a civil war in this country.
Yeah, and Benny, I think in the case of the assassins of President Trump, that'll go to Kristi Noem, the Department of Homeland Security, who's in charge of the Secret Service.
I think she will be transparent and disclose everything the Secret Service knows.
I think the Secret Service also needs new leadership. They probably need someone to come in from the outside like a Bill Bratton did for the NYPD in the 1990s and then went on to the LAPD as well.
Someone who's going to shake that agency up and make sure they're doing the critical job of protecting the president and his family and the rest of their protectees.
This is just another case of where many of these agencies that have been the site of abuses in recent years
need to regain the faith and competence of the American people so they can do the very important
jobs that the American people expect them to do. Yeah. Like keeping cocaine baggies out of the
White House and stopping, you know, random 20 year olds from taking eight shots at President
Trump and hitting him in the head. It seems like a very basic function.
We're spending billions of dollars. This seems like the lowest possible threshold,
Senator. But we know that you're one of the good guys actually fighting to hold these people accountable. And we very much look forward to following that fight this week during the
confirmation hearings and a prediction from the great Senator from Arkansas,
all of President Trump's nominees
will get through. It's wonderful to hear. Well, Ben, like I said, if you take history as your
guide, there's been no case in the last five transitions when the president's own party
has stopped a nomination. Maybe if you go back further, you can find some, but I don't think
anyone should be surprised or shocked or feel scandalized that a Republican Senate, by and large, is going to vote for a Republican president elects nominees.
That's the way it's always been, not just for Republican presidents, but for Democratic presidents as well. step for people like Pete Buttigieg and Deb Haaland and Alejandro Mayorkas, no one should
feel guilty that Republican senators are going to largely defer and support, defer to and support
President Trump's nominees. Yes. Well, thank you, Senator. Please find out what's going on with
these drones and the assassinations and everything else. And you're welcome back on the show any
any time. And if you want to actually understand what's going on in Washington, please follow Senator Cotton. Seven hundred and fifty thousand
Americans already do. We can get them. We can get them to a million by inauguration. Come on,
people. Let's go. The great senator from the state of Arkansas. Godspeed, sir. Thank you Benny They will
They will all
Get in
They will all get in
They will all get in
Will we see it this week?
They can start voting on the nominees
As soon as Donald Trump's elected
They will all get in It's wonderful to hear it this week. They can start voting on the nominees as soon as Donald Trump's elected.
They will all get in. It's wonderful to hear. It's amazing to hear. I'm excited about it.
And I can't wait, actually. It's an exciting and electric time in the country because there are so many fronts upon which we are winning. Ladies and gentlemen, there were some interesting candidates pulling out for positions.
ATF is a good example of a candidate that got nominated and then stepped back.
Firearms is going to be a very, very big thing for President Trump and his base. This is something I know that has been probably
the most persecuted group of individuals
over the last four years in this country,
have been law-abiding firearm owners.
The Joe Biden administration has tried
as hard as they possibly can
to make owning a firearm effectively illegal
and castigate you as a criminal
for simply following the rights that you were granted by God via the Constitution.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have some very good news on that front to kick off the new golden
era of America.
Here is Monday Gunday brought to you by Spikes Tactical. Ladies and gentlemen, will we get the repeal of the ATF?
Will we actually have an ATF?
Will we actually have a National Firearms Act?
I created the ATF and so many regulatory bodies in order to limit firearm owning in this nation. Well, there is a representative, Representative Burleson,
who seeks to repeal the National Firearms Act.
Very interesting.
Eric Burleson from Missouri will introduce legislation on Monday
to repeal the National Firearms Act.
This was an act from 1934.
He said that his intentions is to stop the unconstitutional banning of firearms as it is stated in the U.S.
Constitution. Of course, all gun laws are unconstitutional if you simply read the Constitution.
Supreme Court regularly proves that to be true. Our Supreme Court regularly sides with more gun
freedom, not less. It's very interesting to see that trend. National Firearms Act is the federal law that controls the sale, possession, and transfer of
firearms and accessories, often referred to as a class three. This includes the suppressors,
short-barreled shotguns, short-barreled rifles, machine guns that are effectively illegal to own,
or at the very least capped. There are only a certain number of machine guns that can be
privately owned in the country, and they're insanely expensive.
If you want to buy one, it's going to be like $50,000.
In light of the NFA, the law-abiding gun owner who wants a suppressor must submit photographs and fingerprints and pay hundreds of dollars in taxes.
I may or may not own a couple suppressors, and I know this,
and you're treated like a criminal when you simply want to purchase an accessory to make sure you don't blow your eardrums out if you're having to defend yourself inside of like the halls of your house, right?
Anyway, we always have to, you know, every single time I'm at my gun store, you have to purchase, go through this background check. It's really annoying. All of it is created by the
National Firearms Act, which is sort of the, again, the regulatory cancer that started it all.
The same cumbersome process applies to short-barreled shotguns and rifles and machine
guns too. Burleson is bypassing quick fixes on Monday and heading straight to the source by
seeking the repeal of the National Firearms Act, a gun control law that was passed in response to
gun violence carried out by mobsters and gangsters during the Prohibition era.
How'd that work out?
Do criminals still use guns?
Yes, they do.
It's just they make it worse for law-abiding American citizens to get firearms.
He's also still focused on abolishing the ATF.
On November 25, 2024, Breitbart News reported that Burleson told Fox,
the ATF is a disaster, and for several decades, it's been a disaster of an agency,
and is violating the Second Amendment. All gun laws are unconstitutional. Ladies and gentlemen,
that's what we believe, and that's why we defend our home with the finest AR-15 on the market,
Spike Tactical AR-15, ladies and gentlemen, featured here in our studio. That's Monday Gunday for you.
ALX, in closing, do we have that 60 Minutes clip?
We were featured on, our Cash Patel interview was featured on 60 Minutes.
I guess we can't play it because of copyright? Okay, fine.
Well, can we put the tweet up at least?
60 Minutes used our show last night, which is freaking awesome.
So anyway, in case you're wondering whose tail wags the dog around here,
when 60 Minutes did a full interview with Christopher Wray, of all people,
on his way out. He's already resigned
and cash hotels way in. They use the Benny show and our commentary with cash. They use a really
juicy fat clip of cash hotel talking about the weaponized, uh, department of justice
and the weaponized FBI. That's freaking awesome. So anyway, it's our, is our, this is our first,
you gotta fast forward like, like 10 seconds of the video here. This is our first, you gotta fast forward like 10 seconds of the video here.
This is our first time on, there it is.
This was our first time.
Okay, Killer Clown remembers the RNC convention.
Oh man, it's brutal, brutal.
Anyway, we were live two times a day
and just pretty much nonstop.
But anyway, if you were following us during that time,
fond memories, I gotta tell you, fond memories.
Well, Kat, you might've seen Kash Patel
with our big live audience.
Man, I'd love to do more of this.
It was fun, it was rocking, it was exhausting,
but it was energizing at the exact same time.
It's weird feeling.
We're probably gonna feel it this week and into next week.
Ladies and gentlemen,
thank you for making this show a success. Thank you for making this the single fastest growing
news streaming show in the world. We were the number one independent news streamer on Friday
on YouTube. It's the largest video platform on earth. And so we're winning and we're humbled by that because actually I just went to community college and like, you know, we don't have some some pedigree in this.
Tom Cotton went to Harvard. Right. Like, you know, Lord Trump's a Trump, but we're extremely humbled by that. We're never going to be perfect, but we are always going to speak the truth and perfectly tell you exactly what is happening in your world.
We're not going to shy away from that. for believing that this country can be made better
when people of faith stand together
and say with a single voice,
please save this place,
which is I think what everybody did in 2024.
And it's why we always center our show on our rock,
our verse of the day.
Ladies and gentlemen, from Psalms today.
Come with great power, O God, and rescue me.
Defend me with your might.
This was what the country was saying, man.
And even through to this moment in 2025, it's just been a wild ride.
There's been, I still believe you need to keep your head on a swivel.
I think there are a lot of
malign forces in this country, and that they're not going to hand over the keys peacefully,
and it's going to be a wild couple of weeks and a wild year. So lock in and make sure that you
are prepared to defend yourself physically, but also spiritually, ladies and gentlemen,
by asking and begging for the great power of God to rescue us and to defend us.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ saying that anything that we ask will be given to us as
long as we are gathered together in number and as we are praying with faith.
So ladies and gentlemen, pray with
faith for President Trump, seven days away from being inaugurated, will happen live on this
channel. Thank you for supporting our work on this channel. Thank you for being there for us.
We will certainly be there for you. Join the Benny Brigade today if you're interested in continuing
to support our work. You can become a member on the channel also, custom emojis.
There are various ways to support us.
If you feel inclined, we know that the Biden economy has been an absolute wreckage and
I know what it's like to be completely dead broken.
So ladies and gentlemen, if you feel compelled, however, this is a way to bless us in the
work that we're going to continue doing at this, at the show and at this channel and
a lot of big announcements coming soon.
We'll be live tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. for Pete Hegseth's hearing in the Senate
for the Secretary of Defense.
He will take rounds of questions from Republicans and Democrats.
We'll be live for all of it.
And then we'll have Senator Mark Wayne Mullen,
who will be asking questions, joining our program tomorrow.
And it's going to be a real one, man. It's going to be a wild, wild week.
Stay locked in with us here. March together onto victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, we won and we're going to keep on winning.
You can't defeat an army of happy warriors.
And so let's march on.
It's your boy, Benny.
See ya.

Former MLB All-Star Sean Casey, a.k.a. The Mayor, keeps hitting it out of the park. I love it. How you talk to yourself, how you look at the world, that matters. We talk about that. I don't know. I'm fired up. Baseball's back, and it's going to be incredible.
I love it.
