Okay, let's hop on over directly to the news of the day, and that is that Donald Trump is going to say tonight that the Chinese were able to raise. the 2020 election. Let's go ahead and read here. Trump to allege Chinese meddling in the U.S. election and primetime speech. Part of Trump's speech Thursday night is expected to touch on previously unreported allegations that the Chinese meddled in the elections using electronic voting.

So what if you're able to connect the dots here, let's just go tink, tink, tink and connect the, what is the Nicholas Maduro rate about? Where does Smartmatic and Dominion operate out of? Who created and owned Smartmatic and Dominion is of Venezuelans. Now, if you talk to the right people in the administration, then you'll hear a remarkable story that includes Elon Musk, Mark Wayne Mullen, the president himself, some of the top advisors to the president, and a crack team of intrepid individuals that stopped the theft of the 2024 elections shutting down. the machines that would effectively do the stealing. And this was like a spy novel movie, the likes of which needs to be made into a Netflix series, although they'd probably swap all the care.

Elon Musk would become black, and then you'd have to call him an African American. Elon Musk is also an African American. So I'm not exactly sure how they're going to do that. Maybe Elon must be the one person that Netflix doesn't race swap because he's already an African American. I don't know. I don't run Netflix.

I wish I did. But the point is that, Like, this is like a spy novel. This is better than any James Bond. It's better than any mission impossible. What happened on the election for 2024. And it needs to be studied and that story needs to be told. And because I've heard little bits and pieces of the constellation,

I think I can put some of it together for you and architect it for you without, I guess, betraying any of my sources. Because I want to be the one to tell this story. It is a fascinating story of espionage, intercontinental flights, and sabotage, arbitrage, and espionage. Okay. Way to go. They got them all.

This is something that happened. And it's not out of a fantasy spy novel. It's real. And it was stopped. The election theft of 2024 was stopped. And this is why you didn't get the results that you got in 2020. Of course, we all remember this result. Remember this?

Oh, wow. Donald Trump's up by 10 points in Georgia. Oh, wait, there's a water main burst. Oh, wait, look, all the ballots. Oh, that's a shame. Suddenly, we found all these ballots for Joe Biden. And the numbers just happened to just so elegantly hit 49%. Every loser just always hits 49%.

We'll always give you 49%. Look at this, Kelly Leffler. You'll just get 49%. David Purdue, you'll get 49%. It's like we plugged it into a machine, and that's exactly what they did. They did plug it into machines. This is why Nicholas Maduro was dragged out of bed

And also his wife's ass was dragged out of bed too In her silky pajamas And they true them in the back of a bus And then they threw them Flew him over the Statue of Liberty You know, you're not allowed to do that. They did it on purpose. And then they frog marched them through New York City

A message to all the communists out there But also a message to any election thief That we have you, we got the birdie that's going to sing. Why do you think they grabbed up his wife? They grabbed his wife as leverage. Nicholas Maduro is the man who knows all the dirty deeds of these electronic voting and rigging systems. How do I know this? Well, because I've spoken to so many people in the administration about what's going to happen next and about what Nicholas Maduro knows or is alleged to know.

And this is great. Please pop that up. Thank you. Why'd they do this? Why'd they frog march them like this? You can see the vapors of the federal chopper as they bring them in. They did it to send a message. They did it as a humiliation ritual.

They did it in order to say, we got the canary that's going to sing. I find it very interesting that they're going after China here because, of course, China, the Chinese were were operating Venezuela as a proxy state. China was buying all their oil. They were building all their infrastructure. China was taking all their minerals. And Venezuela, you can look at it on a map. I know my geography a little better than AOC.

It is above the equator. And Venezuela is a perfect place to run a massive clandestine operation against America. You're going to rig our elections. You're going to do it in this hemisphere? I mean, it's not too far, actually, from America. It's really close to our country. And it's a place that is perfect for China to have leverage over the United States and our elections based on the fact that Venezuela has written all of our election software. How is that legal?

I don't know, but it's true. These are Venezuelan companies, Smartmatic and Dominion. They've since been sold. I think that's a good thing. They've since been sold. Here, we got the photo with the wife in there. There you go. That's the one that I want.

Why they grab up the wife? Everyone's like, that seems pretty mean. They did it for leverage. They want this guy to talk. An important reminder that Beijing, maybe you can find this old article, that Beijing had a Chinese delegation there of tippy top leaders.

The night they grabbed up Maduro. The Chinese were actively meeting with Maduro, taking selfies with him, yapping with him, talking about how much they love him. They were there to watch. This was a demonstration for the Chinese. And then Marco Rubio goes ahead and wears the Nicholas Maduro sweatsuit on his way to China as a message. This has all been a message. Look at that. Chinese diplomats arrived in Venezuela for talks with Maduro. An hour before the U.S. struck. An hour. They were still there when Nicholas Maduro was yeated.

in black bagged in the back of a chop up. Okay. This was a message. They've known this. There it is. There's the selfie. They've known this for a very long time. They've known what was about what they're doing there.

They're holding the ad in an urn that includes the ashes of one of Nicholas Maduro's bodyguards after the discombobulator. Can we please go back to that? Can we stop the war on Iran? Can we please? It looks like, is this what Donald Trump's going to do? Is he going to be using the Nicholas Maduro leverage that Nicholas Maduro understands exactly like who's going where and what's going to happen? Like he knows where all the bodies are buried in all this. Part of the President Trump's speech tonight is expected to touch on previously unreported Chinese mess.

The audience, the primetime speech is expected to include members of the president's cabinet. Among those invited are heads of the CIA FBI office and director of national intelligence, Department of Homeland Security, as well as other agencies and staff. Some cabinet members will not be there due to scheduling conflicts. As for comment on the plans, the president's address, White House press secretary Caroline Levitt said, as usual, anonymous sources and speculation about what the president will

stand Thursday. The truth is, nobody knows what the president is going to say until you tune in. Mr. Trump announced that his prime time address earlier this week and disclosed few details. Well, President Trump was speaking about this yesterday. President Trump teased the remarks on camera yesterday. Let's go ahead and listen in. All around the nation are anticipating your big announcement on Thursday night regarding election machines and integrity. Can you give us sort of a sneak peek about what you expect? Well, I'd rather save it. It will concern that subject and we'll have a couple of other things to say also.

But I'd rather save it, but it's really big news. It's really, really big news. And our country has to shape up. But what we're going to be talking about Thursday is It doesn't get bigger because without free and fair elections, you don't have a country. We'll be discussing other things, too. But it's going to be a very big announcement. Okay, without free and fair elections, you're not going to have a country.

So the other allegations here are that Donald Trump's going to say that the two senators from Georgia are illegitimate. We'll, of course, see what the president says tonight. But as you can see here, look at this. You know, they won their elections, both of them, by about 70, looks like 70,000 there and 50,000 here. So if what we heard yesterday from John Fredericks, we have John Fredericks, ALX, what we heard yesterday from John Fredericks, which went thermonuclear viral, that there is a massive, operation in order to rig this election that involves unfolded ballots, perfect ballots with the same marks every single time that were never processed, we're never mailed, we're on different paper, we're on different cardstock that don't have corresponding envelopes.

Is that something that we're going to get tonight? They allege that some 30,000 votes came in that way for Joe Biden and for John Ossoff. And as you can see here, obviously that would make the difference in these razor-thin cases. So they're going to announce this. Still no explanation, never been an explanation as to what's going on here. Never been an explanation. Nobody's ever explained this. Nobody's ever explained the giant stacks bins of ballots out from under the table, ran through the machine 50 million times.

Nobody's ever taken the time. They just don't care. So I guess we're going to find out. Tulsi has previewed this for us. Tulsi was there on site. Tulsi has previewed this for us and has explained to Donald Trump that this is something that is real, that you can rig elections this way. They can manipulate the actual results of the election. They can change the votes in the electronic voter systems.

So, I mean, I don't know what this is going to lead to in executive order against. electronic voting, I'm not sure. But we've already won the populace on this. I think that's what's critical. We've already won the population on this. And I don't know if Tulsi Gabbard... I don't know if Tulsi Gabbard. Yeah, you can load it and play it, Klein.

I don't know if Tulsi Gabbard got to her friend Joe Rogan. I don't know what, but the biggest voice in all of media, Joe Rogan, went completely based on voter fraud yesterday. Again, here's what Tulsi found. A list of things that we're investigating. We have the best of the best going after this. election integrity being one of them. We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate

the results of the votes being cast, which further drives forward. Whoa, manipulate the results, the votes being cast. Well, what is that? That's just obviously election fraud. And we've won because we've got the biggest name in all of media on our side. Yesterday, Joe Rogan, dropped a banger with J.D. Vance, an excellent interview. I encourage all of you to watch and listen to it. But this I found was the single most compelling element, the conversation on election fraud, where the two of them, in a winding conversation that went across a ton of different topics, Epstein, aliens, and so on. But this one is what I think is most important. They talked about the Save Act, and Joe Rogan is completely white-pilled on this. Let's go. Every country does it. I'm not skeptical. I'm accusing them. I think they stole the election. Yes. And I'm, I think it's common. And I, you know, this idea that elections can't be stolen. I always say to people, okay, do you think that the amount of election fraud is zero percent?

No one thinks that. Yeah. No one thinks it's zero. Exactly. There's always some overzealous person that works somewhere that's doing something. There's always crazy people. They're like blue no matter who, we got to win or red no matter what. There's always people right and left that are going to try to rig the election because they think it's imperative. Look, look, we saw there was people like Oprah Winfrey was saying it. Like, if we don't win this election, you may never vote again. Like, what the fuck are you talking about? Like, why?

Who's going to tolerate that? Left or right. That's crazy. That's right. But that attitude allows people to justify cheating. Correct. And I think they cheat. And I think they've been doing it forever.

And I don't think there's any other reason why you would have no voter ID. And they try to say, oh, it's racist to have voter ID. Like, what are you talking about? Do you think other races are incapable of going to the DMV? That's insane. That's racist. It's actually super racist. That's really racist.

The implication of their argument is literally like blacks and Hispanics cannot go to the DMV to get an ID. By the way, if you look at the polling, black Americans are as pro voter ID. Even though most black Americans vote Democrat, they're still pro-examil. voter ID as much as white Americans is. Most Americans are voter. They want voter ID except for operatives. So I'll offer on the Joe Rogan podcast this deal as vice president of these United States that if Democrats really don't think that there's any cheating, give us voter ID.

I just don't know how it's not. And we'll stop talking. Why is that not a federal thing? We are trying to make it a federal thing. So we are part right now trying to pass the Save America Act. One of its main provisions is a requirement that. that you do voter ID. And we actually have, I think, a majority of the Senate

that would support it. But this is just weird Senate procedural bullshit. There is a sub segment of people who want voter ID, but won't blow up the filibuster in order to achieve it. And so they're so married to these old world Senate procedures that they're going to make it impossible for us to pass Save America. Now we are for what it's worth trying to fix that

and trying to address these like weird procedural archaic things. It's insane, though. Like, if you ever, okay, I'm sure you hear people talk about the filibuster all the time. Yeah. I want to go too far down this rabbit hole. Here's what the filibuster is. It is a pure Senate rule. It is a creation of the Senate procedures, which basically says that anything that has to do with the budget is a 50 vote threshold. And anything that everything else, non-budgetary, is a 60-boat threshold. Now, as you can imagine, there's some gray area on things that maybe your count as budget issues and should be 50 or. Okay, don't need to hear JD go on and on about the filibuster.

But like the point is that you have Joe Rogan. They're openly saying not only is there fraud in our federal elections, but then there's also mass fraud in the California elections. We have Mike Davis on in just one second to talk about all of this. Here's Joe Rogan very quickly on the California elections, which of course he's somebody who's been run out. He's the most famous podcaster that's been run out of California. And so this is very close to home.

Here we go. Why is it that large population centers, like places like Los Angeles in New York, are almost always run by the Democrats? Yeah. Like what is it about, first of all, what happened with the last election in Los Angeles, just the primary? I think it was so super sussy. Yes, it is. And here's why it's super suss. Not just super suss that Spencer Pratt, who was in second place, got overtaken by Nithya Rahman

in the mail-in ballots, but that the mail-in ballots also passed a tax hike. The people voted to pay more taxes. Yep. In a state where you have the highest taxes. That's right. They're like, we don't pay enough. That is insane. And then when you have direct evidence that they were recruiting homeless people.

That's right. And they were getting homeless people and giving them cigarettes and cash. There's evidence to use their address and mail-in ballots. Yeah, I would have, I wouldn't be the Californian Joe who wakes up in the morning and says, you know what? I'm going to go and vote for higher taxes. I don't pay enough taxes. It's amazing. If we can just get our act together economically, we can win for 100 years.

The 100 year, the 100 year MAGA rule is what we are fighting for. And we're fighting for it with Mike Davis, who is our favorite attorney. I'm going to call them our, our in-house out-of-house attorney here on the program. Mike Davis is fresh off of the battle to get Todd Blanche in as attorney general in the Senate and a lot of other very prickly issues. And Mike joins us live right now. Mike, welcome back to the program. We heard that Jack Smith was being a jack ass and stealing everybody's text messages when he said under oath that he wasn't going to do that. And as we were producing our video on this, a clip of yours came up a while ago.

You and I were both fatter. We had worse lighting. But it worked. And you said that Jack Smith belongs in prison. ALX, I'm sure we have that clip in the show. And this was like a two-year-old, this is like a two-year-old clip. I think it was like on the eve of President Trump's election victory. And you're like, Jack Smith has been lying to Congress.

He belongs in jail. And I just want to pin one more scalp, you know, sort of up on the, one more skull on the death wall of Mike Davis. What should happen to Jack Smith now that we know that he lied to Congress? Well, first of all, I want to thank you. Did you say I was your outhouse attorney? I appreciate that. Oh, yeah, in-house, out-house, yeah. Okay, good, out-house.

I want to be the out-house. But anyway, thank you. So I, on Jack Smith, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, as he always does, the best oversight in Congress, he unearthed clear evidence that Jack Smith testified to Congress that he did not look at the substance of these phone calls or text messages. He said he just got the toll records for members of Congress. which he didn't notify them, which is a violation of the law. But he got their toll records, which shows when they made the calls, the duration of the calls. But apparently they said they didn't listen to the calls or read the text messages. We just found out from Chairman Chuck Grassley working with acting attorney general Todd Blanche

and FBI director Cash Patel that yes, in fact, Jack Smith did read the substance of the communications, the text messages of members of Congress, 44 of them, including 20 U.S. senators and 24 members of the House, including the House leadership, like the House Speaker and the House majority leader, this has to be prosecuted. This is a pretty clear case of providing false statements to Congress under USC, Section 1,001 out of minimum, more likely it's perjury because he was under oath. He was, I presume he was under oath in his deposition when he testified. So the Justice Department, I presume, is on top of this.

I don't know if this will be something that's handled by Joe DeGeneva and Jason Redding Kenyote's in the Southern District of Florida as part of the broader grand conspiracy investigation or if this is something that will happen with Judge Dene Piro in D.C. The problem with that is you have D.C. grand juries and juries who protect Democrats. So regardless, this seems like clear-cut criminal violations here of false statements and perjury and the Justice Department needs to prosecute this. Here we go. Here's the proof.

You just pop up the tweet, Mike. Mike, this is from, let's see, yep, 2024, two years ago. Mike Davis message for Jack Smith. Right now you are the hunter. After today, Jack, you're going to be the hunted. Legally, politically, financially, lawyer up, buddy. You give such great legal advice here, Mike. It just, it really withstands the test of time.

It's really special. Well, I mean, we know that Jack Smith politicized and weaponized our justice departments to go after President Trump and to take him out because Democrats feared that he would win the White House. and they almost succeeded in doing this. But for John Sauer and Will Sharp teaming up with Todd Blanche and Amel Bowie and Alina Hapa and Boris and others to make the presidential immunity arguments that ultimately prevailed at the Supreme Court and halted these cases while the issue was resolved by the lower course of the Supreme Court, President Trump would be in prison on bogus charges in D.C. because it's a D.C. jury with a 90% plus Democrat jury pool, 95% jury pool in D.C. Trump would be in prison appealing his prison sentence right now rather than back in the White House.

Yes. So, okay, let's move venues here down to Georgia because we're going to get a really big announcement tonight. And we've been talking about Fannie Willis. I'm like, I'm very thankful for Fannie Willis, like seeing sort of the larger, architecture here. She was a blessing to us, Mike. Like this is amazing. Like the affairs, all of it, the name, the theatrics, the fact that she brought this case so they had to preserve all the evidence so that we have all the ballots from 2020 that they now have gone and seized the FBI. What do you expect to hear tonight from the president? We hear that the FBI has

surged resources down into Fulton County, 300 agents down there. And the kind of any election officials are saying that they're preparing for criminal charges. That's not something that innocent people do. What's going on? I mean, look, it's pretty obvious that Democrats rig and steal elections. We just saw that happen in L.A. with Spencer Pratt that he magically drops out of second place and avoids the runoff. And there's a magical vote spike for the woman who was not doing well all along until the very end. This is the problem with the Democrats. They went to all-male ballots. like they did in Colorado where I live. It went from a red state to a blue state because they mass mail ballots out to everyone,

including old voter lists where people have moved, people have died. College students, these ballots pile up. The only way you stop the fraud with all mail ballots is signature verification and election observers. And what did they do during COVID? They threw out the election observers and said, oh, that COVID, we can't have them. but they also got rid of signature verification because somehow COVID changes our signatures. My name is Peter Parker, but I'm also Spider-Man. This July, we're faced with a threat.

That can be anyone. The world may have forgotten Peter Parker. I'm just a neighbor, friendly neighbor. But he hasn't forgotten them. Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing. That's my responsibility. Dr. Banner? I didn't know you could get that big.

Spider-Man, brand new day in theaters July 31st. While you have these magical vote spikes at 3 o'clock in the morning in Fulton County and, you know, four key counties around the country in 2020. And President Trump goes from winning the 2020 election to Joe Biden from his COVID circles where he didn't leave his living room magically wins the election from behind. It's obvious that the election was a fraud. That's why the Democrats don't want any audits of the election. How does an audit change the outcome of an election?

It's after the election. If you are trying to prevent audits of election or audits of your books as a business, then it's pretty obvious there's something nefarious going on. It's obvious the Democrats rigged and stole the election by the fact that they're trying to cover up the evidence. It's called spoliation of evidence in the legal world. If you hide evidence, you can presume the evidence, the evidence was bad for you. So what do you expect tonight? I expect that there's going to be, if President Trump is setting up a prime time speech to talk to the American people about election integrity, I think he has the goods.

And the fallout of this, look, if it comes out, if we have hard evidence that this election, that our elections are rigged in stone, which we all know that they are. But if that actually comes out, that's going to be pretty damning for Democrats. And there's going to be absolutely no excuse for Senate Republicans to not pass the Save America Act and every other election integrity measure. And they need to cancel August recess to do it, right? If they think that they're going to go take a month off and then pretend like we don't have time to pass the Save America Act when they take the high. holy month of August recess off because they they are that they think that they're working in a nursing home instead of in the United States Senate. That's just a big problem, right?

But after this speech tonight, there's going to be so much pressure for John Thune to actually do his job, which is to lead. He's the Senate majority leader. He needs to lead the majority. The Save America Act has the support of over 80% of Americans, including a super majority of Democrats, a super majority of minorities. These married women who Democrats pretend aren't smart enough to get a voter ID and black Americans who Democrats pretend aren't smart enough to get a black ID, to get a voter ID. Look, we all know why Democrats are saying women,

married women and black voters aren't smart enough to get a voter idea is because Democrats are trying to make sure they're illegal aliens votes in our elections. We just saw this in New York City. Democrats know that Americans do not support their Democrat, socialist, communism, Marxist, crap, right? So what they want to do is imports these third world Marxists, these third, this third world trash, and have this third world trash vote in our elections, right? That's what they're trying to do. They're trying to conquer us from within through our elections. And we just saw this in New York City, where we put this Trojan horse Islamist in charge of

America's the world's financial capital with Mondami. So many follow-up questions there. I guess since you went to the Mondami point, I would like to just ask, what is stopping the administration from doing more hardcore immigration enforcement? That would maybe be a little messy. But the reality is I've been told from the highest levels and the highest echelons of DHS all the way through the vice president that Ilyaon Omar committed immigration fraud. You know, we should never have naturalized Zoran Mandami.

He's a communist. And it says right there in the Immigration and Naturalization Act in 1965 that you're not, you're not allowed to become an American citizen if you are a member of the Communist Party. If you are a red book believing communist. And like, would you advise the administration to go a little harder on denaturalizations and to make people sweat a bit who've been taking advantage of these systems? Absolutely. And the Trump Justice Department has been bringing denaturalization cases under acting attorney general Todd Blanche, but they need to ramp them up, including people like the New York City mayor, as you said, Ben, who is an about communist. And you can't be an American citizen. You can't get naturalized through the process.

That means you have committed fraud through the naturalization process to become a citizen if you are a communist and you check the box that you're not, right? So it's obvious that he is. It's obvious that he was before he was naturalized. It's obvious that he lied about it. And so, yes, the Justice Department should denaturalize him and get him the hell out of our country. He's exactly why we have denaturalization procedures and processes because you don't want Trojan, hoarse, subversive communist in our country like Mandami, because then they divide and destroy our country.

They conquer us from within. We're seeing this in the United Kingdom, right? They just let all these Islamists flood into the United Kingdom. And now you have London that's run by an Islamist. You have a king of England who said that he's no longer run. He no longer rules a Christian population. He runs a diverse Noah's art population. In other words, he's been conquered by the Islamist.

We can't let that happen in America. So yes, we need to enforce our immigration laws. I've been lighting up DHS secretary Mark Wayne Mullen because he has two strikes against him. He goes on CNN with Jake Tapper after we spent five years winning the fight to NTPS temporary protected status for Syrians and Haitians who have been here for over 14 years. And what is Mark Wayne Mullen's first response when Jake Tapper asked him about this? Well, they can apply for permanent residency. No, we don't want Syrians and Haitians. in our country who don't share our values.

Sorry, Mark Wayne. I'm sorry that Senate Democrats don't approve. I'm sorry Susan Collins doesn't approve, but we don't want them in our country. And then we just saw this with we've been fighting like hell defending these ice agents, these good men and women of federal law enforcement who put their lives on the line. They defend themselves when they're getting run over by cars. And what does Mark Wayne Mullen do?

Instead of defending these ICE agents who are putting their lives of the line, He puts out a policy directive saying he's going to stop ICE agents from pulling over vehicles. Well, how the hell do you think you're going to deport 2,000 illegals a day if you can't pull them over in their cars? Well, you physically can't. Yes. And again, I think that you could send a major message by just beginning this operation against Ilyan Omar. I think that you could just to start just to open the investigation or to make an announcement. The fact that it's like it's just prima facie so insulting to all of us because it's all so out in the open.

It just signals to everyone that you can commit immigration fraud. You can bang your brother. And you can do so to the tune of laundering 30 million or more dollars straight back to Somalia under a mattress. And everybody's aware that that's what that was, that it's like just pure money laundering. Yeah. It's a bad signal dissent. Yeah, you're exactly right. Maybe that will happen after August 5th or August 6th that they're taught is confirmed as the next attorney,

Yeah, please. But I would say this, that, look, we are a welcoming country. We are a nation of immigrants, but we are not stupid. We've been played. Joe Biden led in 20, over 20 million illegals into our country. And he intentionally imported people from places where they hate us, right? People who are not coming here to assimilate. Syrians are not coming here to assimilate.

Haitians are not coming here to assimilate. Somalians are not coming here to assimilate. here to assimilate. Most Muslims are not coming here to assimilate. Sorry, guys, I'm not going to be politically correct. So if they're not coming here to assimilate, if they're not going to be loyal to the United States, if they're not going to share our culture and values, if they're not going to become one of us, we don't want them here. And that is our choice as we the people, the sovereign citizens of America, we get to decide that through our elected members of Congress, not unelected federal judges, no one else. We get to decide that. If we don't want Somali

warlords as our neighbors. If we don't want Elon Omar and her doofus brother and their, you know, their, they're terrible Somali warlords and pirates, we don't want them in our country. That's our choice as the sovereign citizens of America. And there's no constitutional violation there. As Justice Thomas just clearly pointed out in one of his concurring opinions, there's no equal protection claims against the federal government as it relates to immigration. Yes. Such a brilliant ruling. It's just a perfect ruling. Yeah, Ted Cruz was on yesterday and he went off on Amy Coney Barrett. He said the exact same thing. He must have listened to your podcast. He said the same thing. He's like, all she did was write some papers. And we can't ever confirm anybody like that ever again without very, very long jurisprudence record. Like we can't, without a very long series of reasoned decisions that we can look at, we'll never confirm anyone like that again. Like Ted Cruz. That's exactly right. But here's the problem. But here's the problem. You know, Justice Kavanaugh was on the bench for 12 years on the D.C. Circuit. Now, he didn't go as far as Amy Coney Barrett.

He didn't say there was a 14th Amendment right to Chinese birth tourism, which you mean it's constitutionalized like Roe, and you can almost never change it. It takes 50 years to change it like it did for Roe. At least Kavanaugh was modest enough to say it was on the statute, which is still wrong. But that's what we're up against. When today's lawyers, today's judges are weps, right? They've been, they've been trained in these elite schools by these Marxists and they're we're weps.

And so we need people the next time President Trump has a Supreme Court vacancy, we need savages. We need people like Emil Bovey who do not give a damn what Democrats think about them. We need people who actually enjoy being attacked by the left. Todd Blanche is somebody who clearly. enjoys being attacked by the left. I think he's an unbelievable job as acting attorney general. He's like, we've been hyping him up and you've been working, I think, to get him confirmed. He's going through that process right now. How's going? It's great. He just had his hearing yesterday.

He did a phenomenal job. The Democrats landed no punches. Todd's on a glide path to confirmation by August 5th or 6th. We're going to have a big party at the Article 3 project to rub the Democrats' noses in it. And the Democrats today, They have their counter witnesses as they do at these hearings. And the Democrats are putting up the Biden Justice Department's pardon attorney who recommended the pardon commutation. I'm sorry, she recommended the commutation of rapist, murderers, pedophiles. She's right on point for today's Democrats, the party of illegals, rapist, murderers, pedophiles. So she's in the mainstream of the Democrat party.

She's going to get up and say that Todd Blanche was mean because Todd Blanche, Blanche fired her only after two days. Well, you know, if your job as the pardon attorney is to advise the president of the United States and his AG and his deputy AG on pardons and you're recommending pardons for child rapist and murderers and pedophiles, we don't really want your advice anymore, sweetheart. Adios. What can we expect out of a Todd Blanche, a DOJ? Can you vision cast for us, Mike?

Look, so Todd has been at the DOJ for over 16 months. he came in as the deputy attorney general, which is the chief operating officer, the number two. By statute, he has almost all the powers as the attorney general. So he's been running it for over 16 years with Pam Bondi as the AG. He's been the acting attorney general for the last month. Last several months, he's been the acting attorney general. So we've seen what he's going to do in the job. He's going to fire the bad people.

He's going to hire the good people. He's going to get rid of the bad cases. he's going to bring the good cases. Remember, Todd hired Joe DeJeneva to go run the grand conspiracy case down in the Southern District of Florida with Jason Redding Kenyone. He's my friend, who's the U.S. attorney. If you read the news reports, they have a grand jury in Fort Pierce. They have a grand jury in Fort Lauderdale. They are using the grand jury in Miami, and they've sent out many subpoenas, and they're bringing in witnesses. So I think you're going to see action that we've been talking about on your show since the Mar-a-Lago raid,

for many years, Ben, because I'm going to make damn sure justice is delivered. Now, something that Rand Paul and Ron Johnson and Senator Cruz have all complained about on our show over the last seven days, because they've all been on, is where are the DOJ charges against Dr. Fauci? Rand Paul is going to drag the rat doctor in July 27th. and get him under oath again. But they all say that there are charges that are sitting at the DOJ and they want some action on them. What do you think? I thought that Biden pardoned Fauci.

So if he pardoned Fauci, I'd be hard to bring the charges unless he's committed crimes after the pardon, which maybe he has, maybe in subsequent testimony. Look, Fauci is one of the most evil people in our history. He lied. Look, he created COVID. He illegally funded COVID in the Wuhan lab, this gain of function research that he knows is extremely dangerous. He knows it's against the law.

So he secretly funded it in the Chinese Wuhan lab illegally. He got caught, so he lied about it. He covered it up. COVID caused millions of deaths, trillions, and lost. treasure destroyed our lives for many years, learning loss for kids, particularly minority kids, neglect, abuse. This guy is truly a monster. And then he profited off of the vaccine that he helps create for this COVID that he created in the Wuhan lab illegally. There's no question that this guy should be in prison for the rest of his life or worse, right? They should look at

the death penalty for the resulting deaths of what he caused. This guy is truly, evil, but he has that Biden party, so they're going to have to figure out a way to get around that. Anything else? Any other, like, there's some things that I've been watching Todd Blanche work and then, you know, the man's, the man's like seems to be in a flow state right now. Act blue. That seems

to be something that sort of like got stuck. Maybe like close out on Act blue. What can we see like some motion there? And then how will Todd Blanche help enforce if we can't get the Save Act passed by the cocked and neutered Senate, like, how will Todd Blanche help hold the side up on election fraud? Well, I mean, Todd is the Attorney General of the United States. He can denaturalize people. You can prosecute people.

He's already doing that. Like they need to put it on steroids. They need to start denaturalizing people on steroids. They need to start, and they have been. They're going to start prosecuting this fraud. And this fraud is in big part being committed by these illegal aliens, these fraud. foreigners, these third world Marxists and, you know, third world hellholes like Minneapolis, where they have these Somali warlords who are, you know, defrauding the American people of

tens of millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars. And then what are they doing with that money? They're buying fancy houses, fancy cars and sending the back, sending the money back to Somalia to their warlords to fight America. I mean, it's just, you have to throw these people in prison. And Todd's been doing that and he's going to ramp it up. Okay. Good. Okay. Well, everybody, obviously, this audience, and I certainly support Todd Blanche. I love to see the work that he's doing. And so welcome this intelligence star to the program. Good morning. Hi, Gary, how are you?

Pleasure to meet you and be with you. Yes, thank you. Thank you for being on the show. How are elections stolen? How are democracy is threatened? And maybe we can just start with that. I'd like to just jump in and say that I'm a retired CIA officer that was, I'm the guy that did the entry into Afghanistan 20 years ago, put Karzai in power, speak Persian. I was the chief of hisbollah operations globally, chief of station in the Middle East, chief station a couple of times in Latin America.

And so I have been sort of in an ops environment for most of my life. I wrote a book years ago called Jawbreaker about the invasion of Afghanistan with Ralph Pizzulo. So Ralph is actually the writer of the book that you're talking about, the stolen elections book. I couldn't write it because the CIA wouldn't have ever approved it with the publication review board. Wouldn't have let me write it.

We began about seven years ago working together and doing what we call whistleblowing and targeting the cartel del Solis, the cartel in Venezuela. People need to understand that the cartel that operated out of Venezuela, which was led by Nicholas Maduro when he was captured, is a cartel worth $2.7 trillion. That is what they have stolen in oil. oil money, drug sales, gold, everything else.

It's the largest transnational criminal organization in the history of the world. They make the mafia in Italy look like pikers. So we were doing operations against them, collecting on their finances, and continually stumbling into this company's Smartmatic, their employees, their involvement with the cartel, people were telling us things about it. And then, of course, in 2020, when the election was stolen, many of the people that we, sources that we had, came to us and told us they had contacts inside the Concejo National Electoral, that's the National Electoral Council in Venezuela, and inside Smartmatic. And they explained us pretty quickly who the players were, how they were doing this. And so for the next two years, we, Martine and I, traveled the world, finding engineers that work for the companies, recruiting them, bringing them on board, debriefing them.

And they essentially laid out this conspiracy, which we found shocking. Look, I was the senior officers in CIA. It was the top guys in counterterrorism. I was in charge of the East Africa bombings, the Cobar Tower bombings, invasion. I mean, did a lot of stuff. but I was shocked by the scale of this and even more shocked by the fact that the I see, the intelligence community of the United States wasn't doing anything about it. We went to them.

We brought them information. We briefed them on the cartel early on. We actually briefed the Trump campaign about election theft before the 2024 election. We went to them in 2020. When the election was stolen in 2020, we went right to the campaign. We went to Rudy and to Sydney. Sydney and Rudy believed us. The problem was they had a very narrow window, right?

And to prove the case because you're up against a January swearing in of a new president. So from 2020 to 2024, we really put our shoulder to the wheel and built a group of sources. We had assistance from Mr. Patrick Byrne, who's a fantastic guy that helped finance the recruit. of a dozen engineers from Venezuela who built and managed the system, who built the source code, and we were able to put them together first in the Caribbean for about a year, and then we wound up moving into Switzerland for a year and set up a computer lab there. And even though we had the plan, we knew early on what this was, it required all those engineers together and the investment by Mr. Byrne to break the engineering to actually figure out how they were doing it, specifically

from a computer engineering perspective. And so, you know, this has been a long haul. We briefed the FBI, you know, almost a year before the election. You know, we went to an FBI officer in Washington, D.C. And this was during the Biden administration. And we showed them what we had. And that FBI officer told us you need to leave the city. You need to flee because if my supervisors find out what you have and what you're doing, they will destroy your investigation and they will find a way to put you in jail. So here I'm a guy that spent 23 years in the CIA, four years in the Air Force. I had to leave the United States and live in Switzerland for a year so that our efforts and our activities wouldn't be interrupted. After Donald Trump won the 2024 election, we were able to return.

But the point was, as we briefed them, we briefed the Department of Justice six months before the election in 2024. We sat with the U.S. attorney and we showed them exactly how it was going to be done. The U.S. attorney told us, okay, they took detailed notes, and they told us that the FBI would contact us and work with us against us. Or they never contacted us. They investigated us. They pursued us. It's, you know, if it wasn't made, it would be hard for me to believe the, the experience that we had in investigating election theft. But to get back to your, to the, your initial question, this was something that began in Venezuela in 2003 when there was a recall referendum. And Chavez had come to power in 1998. Hugo Chavez, the dictator, had come to power legally in 1998.

Back in 93, he tried a coup, was in jail, got released. He won a legal election in 98. In 2003, there was a recall referendum. And the Cuban intelligence service went to him and said, Hugo, you're going to lose. You need to figure out how to win. And we think you should look at these electronic voting machines. So they were able to assemble a team of three Venezuelan Americans that had a company in the United States.

They had all studied at Simone Boulevard University in Venezuela, which is a very fine university. Ironically, the computer lab there is linked to the computer leg in MIT, you know. And they would be brought into Venezuela, flown into ramp for meet with, and that's the presidential ramp. and in the conference room there, they would have their very first meeting with Hugo Chavez, with Hugo Carval, Diostata Cabello, and Jorge Rodriguez. And Jorge Rodriguez is the brother of Delsey Rodriguez, and he would eventually be the head of the C&E, the Concejo National Electoral. And they would have a meeting with them, and they would discuss how to steal elections.

And they took money from the Venezuelans, and they told them, we've got to do two things. We've got to get software. We've got to build a source code. And we've got to get hardware. So they put a team together to start building the source code that would enable them to do election theft. And then they flew to Italy and went to Olavetti. You may recall in the old days, Olavetti did electronic typewriters. But they also did lottery machines.

So they bought several thousand touchscreen lottery machines in Italy, brought them back to Venezuela, and ran an election, the recall election in 2000. on that technology using their source code and the hardware from Italy. Hugo Chavez was thrilled. He was able to steal the election. And then he began improving the system and assisting people like the Kitcheners in Argentina, Evo Morales in Bolivia, Korea, in Ecuador. They started stealing elections first all around Latin America.

Their first entries into the United States would be in Democratic primaries in Cook County. and at Democratic state primaries in New Jersey. Actually, Carolyn Maloney, who was a Democratic congresswoman in New York, wrote a letter to John Snow during that period saying, hey, these Venezuelans are here and they're stealing elections in the United States. And actually, her letter was so specific. It named one of the key technologies that we would learn about a decade later. She had a source, a very good source.

So Scythius, under John Snow, initiated an investigation of smart, Matic and Smartmatic was forced to to sell its company. First, they tried to sell it to themselves, an entity called SGO, which was the board. They were blocked. And then they attempted to sell it to, and they did sell their, to the technology to a company called Sequoia. But Sipheus came again and said, who are you? Are you Americans?

Are you Venezuelans? What are you? So they were forced then, Sequoia was able, was forced to sell to Dominion. And Dominion is the company that's been running elections, mostly in the United States, and all the swing states, was a company out of Toronto that was in a startup business thing of George Soros. They had only run one election prior to getting this, you know, getting involved in the U.S. And they came into the United States and they started improving the technology and then would get investments of money out of China. the Chinese would become their partners and the system would grow.

So what would happen was is smartmatic would remain in Venezuela stealing elections and they would become a global entity stealing elections around the world and they had an agreement with Dominion, which had their technology,

and Dominion would steal them in America. They cut the world up. And so, you know, we've had the engineers that we recruited, we've brought them to the United States, we've done multiple debriefings and meetings at the DNI's office as soon as President Trump got elected, we went in there. I felt like I was doing stand-up comedy. Every time I was in there was another group of eight or nine people there.

But the point was, they were horrified by us and our discussions of Venezuela. Part of the reason for this, what I believe, and I know it's true, is that during the Obama administration, the IC, the intelligence community, set up liaison relationships with the Cubans and the Venezuelans, and they probably did things that they are ashamed of. They knew about these machines. They had involvement with them. Ultimately, Cuba and Venezuela would have the Chinese become their partners, and the Chinese, of course, then would wind up doing the manufacturing. So you had these, the hardware would be manufactured outside of Beijing, about 60 miles outside of Beijing. We had the name the company, they would move the hardware to Taiwan, and in Taiwan, they would white label it as

made in Taiwan. You know, if you read about the laws governing technology, people sort of accept the fact that Taiwan, you know, accepts downstream technology from China. But the fact is, is that technology allowed it to communicate. It allowed the Chinese also to enter. So you wound up with the Venezuelan cartel, had a, created the software, the Chinese wound up building the hardware. And then, of course, these guys understood tradecraft. So when I talk about tradecraft is they don't want to do the attacks in the U.S. or for some Venezuela. Dominion, the company out of Canada, that would take over like 32, 33 percent of the market in the United States, set up a research center in Belgrade. So in Belgrade, they had.

98 system administrators, Serbians, Venezuelans, and some Chinese, operating off of Huawei servers that controlled the swing states in the United States. Our votes were stored in Belgrade and communicated to Hong Kong. This has been going on for years. This is an attack. This is the most grave attack on our democracy since the Civil War. And one person who really wanted to get to the bottom was Donald Trump. Trump understood that there's a problem. A lot of people in the I.C. have done everything possible to block us. They have done everything possible to disparage us, to call us, say that we're trying to damage U.S. foreign policy. The fact is, is we know more about the cartel than they do. And we know who they're dealing with in the United States.

And we've had members of the cartel tell us which Americans are on their payroll. And we've walked that in too and told them who was working for them and who was being paid to their horror. So this has been a very difficult road that we have been on. Mr. Rodeal is very, very brave, my business partner. They have tried to kill him multiple times. Patrick Byrne is a hero. Patrick Byrne put his fortune on the line, spent tens of millions to break the engineering. Without Patrick, we wouldn't have finished this. Mike Flynn was a big help. Mike Flynn flew out.

Mike Flynn met with the engineers to see it, to see how they were, how they would. We were using images, court-approved images in the United States and practicing with them, entering the systems. You know, the U.S. government knows quite a bit about this. and they didn't want to report. And look, there are people in jail in the United States that have confessed. You have Hugo Carpahal, the chief of the D. Hasseem, the Directorate General of Counterintelligence Military in New York. You think they're debriefing him?

Would you do, Benny, if you were the chief of the CIA or the chief of the FBI or the chief of any of these things, would you go and wouldn't you want to debrief the chief of a foreign hostile intelligence? service if he's in a jail that you control. Would you go there and do that? They didn't for three years. There are some people in there talking to him now, I believe. But I literally had to do a video to say, Mr. President, there's a man there. Please move him to Quantico. Please put him down there so they don't kill him in jail. Have they moved him? No. I know these are some like serious accusations, but this is the most deadly serious threat to our country, our electoral system. And this has been going on since at least with significant capacity since 2010. So, Gary, what you've just laid out

here is the largest espionage cartel crime in human history. Let me say something else. Please. Three years ago, an American ambassador, by the name of Manuel Rocha was arrested, right? Manuel Rocha had been ambassador in Bolivia. Manuel Rocha had been the political counselor at Southcom, sitting next to General Hill reading every intelligence report, everything. My business partner and I are the ones that turned him in. We did.

We found him. They didn't find him. We flew to Puerto Rico, sat with two FBI counterintelligence officers, hammered this out with them. And then that U.S. attorney there very bravely sent the message to Miami. They targeted Rocha and Roaches in jail. They got him in meetings. They had an FBI officer posed to be a Cuban intelligence officer.

And he confessed under six hours of working for the Cubans. That was done by two civilians. Okay. Retired. You know, I'm retired. I'm 68, you know. So let me run this back just so that we can get the architect. of this. Nicholas Maduro creates election theft technology. Ugo Chavez does.

Hugo Chavez does. Maduro inherits it. The Venezuelan cartel creates, the communist Venezuelan cartel creates the technology to steal elections. They start stealing elections. The Chinese make a large investment, a material investment in that and start creating the hardware. where this all gets laundered through into American elections and therefore our elections can be stolen by a cartel abroad of communists. Yes. Something else that was interesting.

And our elections are stolen. Yes. Just there's just a fine point here. Our elections are stolen along with other countries around the world. Our elections are stolen along with other countries' elections through this technology that can be manipulated by manipulating simply the tallies at the end as just algorithmic? What they do is it the manufacturing,

how would an election be stolen in Cook County, for instance? There are 14 different techniques within the hardware, where they can go at the tabulator, they go at the scanners, they go at, so what they have in Venezuela is just imagine this. Imagine 150 C&E, Concejo National Electoral, government engineers, and 150 smartmatic engineers working together, and they have engineers, and they have statisticians, and they have comms engineers,

and it's the science of election theft. So you want to do two things. You want to figure out how to steal an election, one, and how to defeat audit two. So let me give you an example. On absentee ballots. Absentee ballots come in, and they put them on a scanner.

Scanner takes a picture. Then they put another one on. takes a picture. It does like a hundred of them. And then when it's got a hundred pictures, it's ready to save them all. That picture of those hundred votes disappears. One comes in from Serbia, and they're all voting for one candidate, possibly Joe Biden. And then that is saved on the machine. In many states, you're not allowed to look at the physical ballot in the box. You must do the audit on the machine. Benny, these people actually own a number of the audit companies that come in and do the audit.

They bought and own the paper companies. Some of the ways they do it also is just imagine you have a piece of paper, right, like 8 by 11, and the margin is, say, an inch on either side. Well, if you change that by a quarter of an inch, it forces the machine to trip after about 50 or 100 of these things you run through. Then a smartmatic employee comes over or Dominion Tech puts a thumb drive in the machine to fix the problem and now it's loaded for theft. They had at least 14 ways on the machine and you can use number one and number three, number one and number nine, six in eight, and you never use the same technique in contiguous counties. Also, if you look at a state like Colorado, you have a state that is red through most of it, and it has blue, right, in Colorado Springs in Denver. They don't steal the election in Colorado Springs or Denver.

They shave all those other counties. So instead of a conservative winning 70 to 30, they went 68 to 32. And they take points every place, and they have designed this one year in advance. This is the greatest grift in the history of the United States, these machines. And it was a evil attack on our democracy. And we have briefed this to a lot of people. A lot of people were afraid they ran away from us. We've just continued on and on.

And we brought witnesses, and they've testified in front of members of the Department of Justice. we actually tried to assemble the group of them together and get the DNI to give us a contract to do additional and the DNI gave a contract to their friends not to the people

that we assembled that could have done it. I will say this one politician in America that was very, very brave that stood with us Mark Wayne Mullen. Correct.

Mark Wayne Mullen. Guys, a man. Yes. He was not afraid and this is, you know, when he was a senator, he saw it, He took us to people.

He was a real hero about this. So, I'm so grateful, Dan. So, I mean, this is just kind of, Gary's just kind of hard to process all of this.

I know. I know. It's very difficult. And we started, we started the show off by saying Nicholas Maduro would be the key to everything. And that this, that the black bagging of Nicholas Maduro.

You were correct. I was listening to you. Had a much more profound and important piece in all of this. And while I don't have the full. Constellation. I have had conversations with Elon Musk about this and Mark Wayne Mullen about this. And some of them have been on the show to talk. There's some gaps. And you're filling in a lot of the gaps. So it's like it's really remarkable to see. Okay. So dig down on one or two things. One, the intelligence community. You're saying that the American intelligence community allowed

for this to happen. Can you unpack that? We have probably the most problematic counterintelligence environment in our history. The Cuban intelligence service using Venezuelan resources have probably recruited more penetrations of the IEC that in any time since the founding of the agency in the late 1940s and the passing of the National Security Act of 1947. Look, the Cubans have a history, right? They recruited Anna Montes, who was at DIA, the head of the Latin American desk for Cuban, Venezuela. They recruited Kendall Meyer at the State Department, who was the chief of intelligence and research for 30 damn years was their asset. He was arrested 10 years ago, right? The Russians had gotten Hansen, they got older James.

But I'm telling you that, and that was a shock for us, right? When Alder James and Hansen were arrested in that period, it was devastating because we lost a lot of sources. The Cubans using Venezuelan resources have done 10 times that damage. We have more people walking around who have been in senior positions and have been on the payroll of our adversaries than at any time in our history. Look, I came into the agency into the Career Service Training Program in 1982. I served abroad in the Middle East and learned Persian, worked against Iran, was the chief against Hasbullah, did a lot of things. But I was selected for very, very large jobs like bombings. Like I led the response to the East Africa bombings and captured those guys.

When they needed to invade Afghanistan, we sent four teams in. I had the biggest piece of the invasion. I seized Kabul. I was the architect of the battle in Torabor that fought and killed most of those al-Qaeda guys. You know, I didn't fall up an onion truck on the way to this.

And then I worked in Latin America as the chiefest station to encounter narcotic programs after the Afghan conflict because I wanted something different, you know. I got another language, got Spanish, went down there, I did that, and then I left. But we have a terrible

problem. Counterintelligence intelligence problem. And something happened in the United States after the Cold War. You know, we all joined the national security apparatus. I did in the 1980s because, you know, the United States had a population of about 200 million. The Russians were 300 million. The armed forces was larger. I studied Russian in college. You know, after the Air Force, I went through the PLC program in the Marine Corps to be an infantry officer and was a skydiver and I was recruited by an agency recruiter and didn't take that commission and went to the agency instead. So I was a case, officer and a paramilitary officer. The level of commitment to the Constitution was a little different

there because we had an existential threat from the Russians. The world has changed. People don't see the world the same way and people are selling out. There are a lot of people that have sold out. Just so you know, Manuel Rocha, who was arrested as a spy, was recruited in the 70s. He was ceded into the State Department. They recruited him in Chile 10 years before and seated him in, worked them up until he was an ambassador. They do long-term intelligence operations. I have said to a lot of people that, you know, my vision of the future is that we need to build a new intelligence service, a smaller one, like a OSS or a DSS, Directorate of Strategic Services, and a very large CI service like MI5. There are very good people, fine people, discusses.

like Sam Fattis, John McGuire, bring them back, let them run it. There's some really great people out there that have 30 or 40 years of experience and understand this business. Not everybody can do this just because you're smart. Look, we have been defeated by these people for the last 20 years. But you, but, okay, so, so zooming in a little bit and, and coming in on the question of stuff, yeah. Of that the intelligence, that our intelligence services allowed for this to happen, allowed for

this penetration of software and hardware created and written by our enemies in order to run American elections. Why didn't they, they didn't stop it? Why didn't they tell the president in 2020? The 2020 election was stolen. Clearly, we have it. We had the whole thing. We briefed this.

We've showed them how they've done it. We've showed them how they've done it. We showed them how they entered into the system. We really showed them how it was done. And scrolling with Haley. And how come they didn't warn the president that these capabilities existed? When the president was screaming that the election was stolen, he was correct. Why did the IC stand and say nothing? It's like COVID. They knew. Yes. They knew. Shame on them.

Yes. Shame on them. So what will the president say tonight? Well, is this what the president? president's going to say tonight? Is this the architecture? I think that the president, well, you have to remember something that I think he will focus on China because China came in with massive resources and they're a gigantic enemy. I don't know how much he'll say about the Venezuela stuff because you've got to remember, there's prosecutions going on. Yeah.

There are legal cases down south, right? The president of Smartmatic, Roger Pinata, is in jail down of Miami because of a bribery case in the Philippines, but it wasn't bribed to get the contract. It was bribed to get a response. Now, they had their superseding indictments that have come on to that case because we brought witnesses that have been introduced there. But the witnesses are there. What hasn't been there, Benny, is a will on the part of the government. The one person with the real will in this is Donald J. Trump. The rest of these people haven't had the will.

They want to look away. Look, there's, and I'm going to say this, that all of these election companies, we focused on smartmatic and Dominion, right? And that, that alliance that they had. And, but there's other companies, and there are Venezuelan senior engineers that went there with the source code in these other companies. You know, we wrote the book, Ralph wrote the book about Martine and I, and Martine is, he's a Venezuelan, America. He's a genius. He really is. He is the bravest guy I've ever met. And the cartelist threatened him again and again. And it has been disheartening to watch our government fail to execute. Look, they won't even pursue the cases, the legal cases with finance that we brought to them. It's been very difficult to get them, I mean, billions and billions of dollars. When I said to you, it's $2.7 trillion. that is not an overstatement. We have surrendered filings under QTAMs for 50 billion, 30 billion, 15 billion, 20 billion,

again and again and again of money stolen by that cartel. It is a wash in the world. It is a wash in all these major companies. And they've invested those things in companies in the United States and in Europe and China and Russia. You just cannot, I mean, the Venezuelan cartel is Specter. You know, like James Bond movies. Yeah, I mean, that's it. This is how I frame it up, but this story needs to be told from a James Bond perspective.

This is like greater than any Mission Impossible movie. And it needs, it's like, it actually needs, it needs to be cast and somebody needs to do a screenplay because this is an remarkable story. So how did this, so how did this? So how did this not, how did the election not get stolen in 2024? And how do we prevent election theft in the future? In 2024, we knew that they were going to attack the swing states via Serbia during that office right there. And so it was arranged for a team of patriotic Americans to use the Cybersecurity Act of 2015 and block them. So they blocked them by shutting down the server houses or, I mean, was there really?

They were attacked. They were attacked electronically. Attacked electronically. So they shut down the servers in Belgrade. Yes. Wow. Anybody go away in handcuffs? Did anybody walk in with a GoPro and film?

What was happening? No, we were told to do nothing. Okay. We were told by the campaign to do nothing. Remarkable. Remarkable. Okay. So how do you prevent it in the future?

I mean, how do you prevent it the future? Well, there's a lot of people that have done. You need to get rid of electronic voting. Ralph Bezullo did a great job writing the book that he wrote. Ralph and Martine were an event in Las Vegas last week. There was 700 people there live and 3,000 people online and we're doing this hand-to-hand. We're doing this in every city, every show, everybody we could talk to. You've got to read the book.

And, you know, we, my business partner, I have borrowed millions of dollars to finance this ourselves. Patrick spent tens of million. We spent millions ourselves financing our activities over the last six years. We're not rich people. Okay? We have accumulated massive debt doing this because we care about the Constitution. I have kids. I have grandkids.

I don't, I'm not backing down. Final question. Is my contention correct that the black bagging of Nicholas Maduro was to get to the core of all this and to get him to to talk about how these systems operate to get his witness on this um i think that that that that it's part of it they i'm not sure that the they they they knew that look they knew that so let me just explain some about the drug trafficking at venezuela it was like the Costco the drugs the physical drugs are produced the cocaine is produced in bolivia right in bolivia they get three places the apollo

the Chapari and the youngest. Most of it comes out of the Chapari. Then there's a lot of other cocaine that comes out of Peru. Sure, sure. I'm sorry, Gary. I'm short on time here. Okay, I'm sorry. But the point is this is yes.

The answer is a combination of things. It's the drugs and the election stuff. Yes. So that's part of it. That's part of the Nicholas Maduroke. Yes, sir. Wow. So I'm sure you'll be tuning in tonight.

I hope the president, I hope they've listened to you. I, is it what you've told us. here is just utterly remarkable. Terrifying, but remarkable. And it rings true because I've heard it from multiple other people. A lot of other people helped us. There's a people like Conrad Reynolds out of Arkansas and Bill Waldron. There are other people, former army officers that stepped up and helped us too and a couple of other donors. But it's been a, and some very brave journalists. Emerald Robinson, Laura Logan.
