into something else. And they will do whatever they can do in order to do that. And some people think that that's of recent origin. That's been going on for a long time. You go back and look at the congressional record, January the 10th, 1963, over 60 years ago, Congressman Herlong of Florida read in the 45 goals of communism in America. What do they want to do in order to gain control in this country? Like gain control of the public

school system and the teacher union so you could indoctrinate the kids, gain control of the media and Hollywood so that you could change the culture in America, denigrate the role of fathers in the family, get God out of the public square, make sexual deviance normal, natural, and healthy. All of these things fighting at the core of who we are, eroding our faith and our families. And look what's happening to the families in America. Look what's happening to our birth rate. In the 60s, it was 3.6 average births per woman. Now we're down to 1.6 and declining.

And people are not getting married, not understanding the importance of that family unit. And there was a study by Princeton University and the Brookings Institute looking at traditional nuclear families and prosperity in different states. And they found that the most prosperous states were the ones that had the most traditional nuclear families. There's something about providing the right atmosphere for a child to grow up in. Since you've done such remarkable work with children, with babies, separating successfully the first conjoined twins who are conjoined by the head, these things are remarkable acts and you clearly care about this issue otherwise you wouldn't have devoted your life to it what does it say to you that there's such a

collapse in birth rate around the globe this seems like such an existential crisis for civilization well we have the the rise of the dinks double income no kids and people just thinking about themselves and, you know, how can I make myself feel better right now? How can I have a more comfortable existence? I wonder what they'll say when they're 85 years old and they don't have anybody who really cares about them. They're not thinking long term. And, you know, God had a plan. Adam and Eve, he said, be fruitful and multiply and dominate the earth, control your

environment, what's going on, we have responsibilities. We were made that way. And there was a system that was made and it worked very well for a long time. You know, it was because of the values that we had as a nation that we went from a bunch of ragtag militiamen to the pinnacle of the world in record time. That was not a coincidence. That was because of the values that we had.

And as we began to lose those, as we were rapidly doing, we start going in the other direction. I think this is the time for the other direction. I think this is the time for the course correction. I'm glad to see it happening. Now, I've gone to a lot of universities in the last year or so, in conjunction with Turning Point USA. And see the enthusiasm of the young people who used to hide in the shadows, who now don't mind wearing an American flag or a MAGA hat. It gives me hope that things are turning around our country and

people are recognizing that you play a part. Every one of us has a sphere of influence and we play a role in what happens in that sphere. that it is reasserting that American greatness. You're obviously very close friends with Donald Trump and you've worked in his first administration. And I know that you're still actively working with him. This message of peace and this message of self-determination and sovereignty is really being well received. Can you sort of break down what this Trump doctrine 2.0 looks like? Well, you know, Donald Trump is a very smart guy. He has a very good sense of what works and what doesn't work. You look at all the times when the media and everybody has

said, oh, he's crazy. And then what he does works. And he recognizes that right now, it is very important for us to establish strong relationships with all parts of the world, including the Middle East, where we have sometimes neglected seeking peace. And he recognizes that if he does not do that, China will. They will fill that void, and they will create a solid wall of opposition against us. And ultimately, that will lead to our destruction. He knows that. And he's taking advantage.

So the knee-jerk reaction to Donald Trump, the polling out as of today, it looks like we're going to get Kamala Harris running again in 2028. Maybe with AOC as her running mate. So what say you, Doctor, about that ticket?

Well, I suspect that I wouldn't mind seeing that ticket. That would be good because it makes the contrast so vivid. It shouldn't be confusing for people. And I think maybe that's what we need to drive the craziness out completely. One of the reasons that you see Gen Z and a lot of the young people moving toward the Republican Party

is because they're sitting there saying, two Xs and you're a female and an X and a Y and you're a male. We've known that for thousands of years. Why is that suddenly a controversy? They're saying, of course, men shouldn't be playing in women's sports anymore than the featherweight boxer should be boxing the heavyweight boxer. I mean, they're using their brain and they're thinking, this is absolute bizarre stuff that's going on, and we don't want any part of it. And they also want to be able to buy a home. They want to be able to have a family. And they realize that the direction that the left is leading will never lead to those goals.

Well, very quickly here, I wanted to cover this because you just talked about biological realities. And there's a biological reality that a lot of our food and a lot of our environment is toxic. It's poisoned and that it's been poisoned on purpose by corporations that have not been held accountable by the agencies and federal government that, you know, I'm not in favor of like mass regulation, but don't poison my children is one of those things that I'm happy my tax dollars go to. But they've been failing. And there's been this massive Maha movement, executive orders on prescription drugs and so on. I'm sure you have quite a take on this, given the fact that you're one of the more famous doctors to ever live in this country. So the floor is yours, doctor. I am thrilled with the Maha movement and recognizing that we have a major responsibility, the government has a major responsibility to protect the people under its domain. And the things that we're putting into the food, petroleum products for coloring, we're putting them into people's food?

Are you kidding me? And there must be something going on because we're less healthy than we used to be. Our longevity is actually in the process of decreasing. A third of our children have some type of chronic medical condition. 40% of them are overweight. You know, you look at the things like ADHD, which have just increased dramatically. You look at autism spectrum disorder. Decades ago, it was one to four in every 10,000.

Now it's one in 31. Something is going on. And I think Bobby Kennedy is right to say, we're going to pull out all the stops and we're going to find out what it is. It's probably multifactorial. It's probably a combination of all the things that we're putting in the food or allow to be putting the food and some of the things that we're doing behaviorally. For instance, when I was still in

practice, frequently parents would come to me and they would say, pediatrician wants us to start the kid on such and such drug for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. And I would ask them, well, can they watch television? Oh, yeah, can they watch TV all day? Can they play video games? All day long. I said, well, tell you what, let's wait for three months and during that three months, let's you wean them off of some of those electronic avenues and substitute time with you, quality time with you, reading and discussing material. And then in three months, when you come back,

if they still need it, let's talk about it at that time, the vast majority did not need it. So, you know, it's a combination of some of the things that we're doing to the kids. As soon as the baby's able to sit up, prop them in front of the television, zip, zip, zip, zoom, zoom, zoom. They get a little older, they have some manual dexterity, you give them controls to the video game, zip, zip, zip, zoom, zoom, zoom. They get a little older, they have some manual dexterity,

You think they're going to pay attention? Probably not. So, you know, we need to look at a whole plethora of things that are affecting the way that our children are being raised, if we really love them and we want them to succeed, we have to pay attention to them. If you really loved them, then you'd pay attention. I want a final message to you, to Jill Biden, because this is the one-year anniversary of Joe Biden

and this very embarrassing taunt to Donald Trump where he said, I'm going to beat you in a debate. You know, come make my day, pal. Right. This is the one year anniversary of probably the biggest boomerang tweet in the history of politics. And this ended predictably for Joe Biden. You were on our program constantly talking about Joe Biden's mental state. You are an expert on what's happening inside of the human brain. And what's become clear in the appearances that Joe Biden has made since the demolition of his own party, which we thank him for, I guess, in 2024, is that there's something horribly wrong

and that Joe Biden is clearly using a very infirmed Joe for fame and for money. And it just seems like elder abuse to us. What's your take on the status of the Bidens right now? I've said that for a long time, that I feel sorry for Joe Biden. He's being used. And he has no idea what's going on. And obviously was not running the country. And we were in grave danger.

Fortunately, you know, the winds of destruction held off. Probably because a lot of people were praying. But I feel sorry for the man. He clearly is not all there, has not been all there for a significant period of time. We see these kinds of deteriorations in older people frequently. He has classical signs, And they knew it. And they were hiding it from the people.

Or just denying their state of denial, like all sorts of sticking their head in the sand. But the people that I really blame for all of that, the news media. No curiosity whatsoever. No willingness to investigate what was actually going on and hiding it and clearly taking sides. And they've been as responsible young journalist, I say you could be on the forefront of helping to change the narrative of bringing integrity back to your profession, and being objective, and helping the people. The reason we have freedom of press is because our founders recognize that you were the ones who were supposed to inform the people so that the country could be run on the will of the

people. But how can it be run in the will of the people when you're giving them distorted information, and putting your finger on the scale, probably putting your whole foot, you know, body on the scale. And, you know, a lot of people aren't going to investigate things for themselves. So they just take what they hear and they run with it. And particularly if they hear it a lot, you know, it was Goebbels and Hitler who understood that. Just keep saying the young journalists out there to have some courage and to step out and to be honest and to be decent and to be patriotic do you think that jill biden should be charged with elder abuse i would uh hope that she could just fade into the background and disappear. Let's just move on from that whole embarrassing episode.

The for whatever reason, whatever protest group this is, they hired a trans militant brigade to patrol the the perimeter. As soon as I walked up, they radioed in for backup because, you know, they just at this point, I'm getting I'm getting a little known among these protest groups around here because it's the same people every time, Benny, every single time. So you're out front of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is looking at

two major cases that would have huge consequences. Obviously, the really big one being, can these little district courts do nationwide injunctions? And this is why there's a large crowd in front of the Supreme Court, because this is like the last and only tool of the left right now to stop President Trump's agenda. Yeah, right. This is what the protest is about. Yeah, well, it's that. And then you've got they're talking about birthright citizenship. They want the ability, you know, first off, they want to have any of their six hundred

and ten district court judges to be able to block any move that President Trump makes. There are six hundred, at least six least 610 district court judges, Benny. I mean, why should one of them from BFE be able to block anything that the Trump administration does? I don't think a Northern California judge should be able to say that Trump can't deport violent MS-13 gang members that cross the border. That's ridiculous. That affects the entire country. Secondly, birthright citizenship.

That is on the docket today. These people want you to have it. Look, part of the goal is for them to be able to import voters, right? We know that. Bring them across the border. Give them amnesty. Eventually get them on the voter rolls. That is part of the long-term Democrat plan.

So they need these illegals to be able to come over the border, pop out a baby 15 minutes later, and that baby become an American citizen, an anchor baby, we'll call it. Trump's been saying it for years, and he's been right about that. That's what they do. They send over, I mean, as soon as they have a baby in the United States, all of a sudden they're anchored down here, and the left says that they can't be removed after that. That's the problem that we need to fix. Yeah, and it's not just criminal aliens from the third world. This is something that happens with Chinese billionaires and Russian billionaires and elites from all around the world. They do this. It's totally weird.

That was never, never part of the Constitution.

The question that I want to know is, does pelosi why do raskin continue continue to defend uh joe biden first off you know about their cover-up of joe biden's mental acuity and secondly uh kilmar abrigo garcia you know jamie raskin just yesterday calling him a maryland man still even after all of the stuff that's come out about the guy about you know every day it seems there's more confirmation that this was a violent gang member trafficking people, being paid to traffic people, illegals, from Texas to Maryland. And for whatever reason, they're still on his side. And nobody is really pressing them hard in person on those questions. And that's why it's good for independent media like ourselves to be on the ground doing that if i get the opportunity to do it you can guarantee that's going to be one of the

Well, ladies and gentlemen, there have been some very, very interesting updates on the ground in Washington, D.C. Obviously, it's going to be a massive day. They're going to be they're going to be the hearing is happening live right now we can just give you a little bit of an they let you listen in to the oral arguments at the supreme court this is a month this is a

monster day here listen in i am right and i can do whatever i want now on a multi-member appellate court that is restrained by one's colleagues. But trial judge, the trial judge sitting in the trial judge's courtroom is the monarch of that realm. And there are situations in which trial judges, the president does something, it could be President Trump, it could be President Biden, it could be President Obama. The trial judge says this is unlawful and I'm going to order, I'm going to enjoin it. And I'm convinced I'm right, so I'm not going to stay the injunction. And then an application is made to the Court of Appeals to stay the injunction. The Court of Appeals gives it the back of the hand and then the case comes immediately to us in the context of an emergency application and some of us have said

well we don't think we should do anything in those situations unless the unless it is indisputably clear that the court below was wrong so what do you say to that practical problem so we're mindful of the practical problems. I will say the states have had a through line as well across administrations. We have never believed, even as nationwide injunctions restrained policies that we favored, that they were categorically off the table. We've always taken the position that they are sometimes available in narrow circumstances, whether we like the policy or don't like the policy. And so you might have some cases where the nature of the harm,

this is the example from my friend on the other side, where the nature of the harm, which was Texas saying it had to give benefits to residents in the state, is actually entirely remedied by a nationwide state-only injunction that applies just to Texas, because that might incentivize individuals to leave Texas, and then Texas doesn't have to give them benefits anymore. So you might have a case like that. But sometimes you are going to have cases where it is impossible to remedy the state's own injuries and the alternatives are not

practically or legally workable. And that describes this case perfectly. And so I don't think the answer is a bright line that means even in those situations, it's not possible for the states to get relief. In deciding the question that is before us here, do you think we should – never mind. I withdraw that. I have no further questions. Justice Sotomayor? Let's start with the answer you've been trying to give and haven't concluded. Oh, she's so dumb. Which are –

Let's just listen to how low IQ she is. to give and she's so dumb which are um this was now low general suggested there were two ways that uh your injuries could be remedy he claimed they were both presented to the court below i didn't see that but that's a matter that we could check on um do you agree with me that i'm not gonna i'm not gonna decrease your your i IQ by having to listen to Sonia Sotomayor. Just pray for the Supreme Court. These four, this is a real problem. This is a real problem, these four on the Supreme Court. Looks like a woke DEI staff meeting at a feminist liberal arts college.

It's just bad news. They have proven out. This wing of the court has proven out to be disastrous. You should have a 6-3 dominant conservative majority. It's so important. These court seats, I believe that God is on our side here. President Trump's already gotten two Supreme Court correction. My goodness, three Supreme Court justices. And he may get more, actually, in this term. We'll see. Sonia Sotomayor is getting up there,

and she's barely hanging on. Honestly, she uses ChatGPT to write her rulings. You know it has to be the case. She uses ChatGPT. No one did so smooth brained. You know, her dissents and her commentary on this stuff. I mean, she is really so breathtakingly stupid. Okay.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm glad that we're actually having this conversation. It's good to be having these conversations. I'm glad that this is a question before the court. Should we have birthright citizenship? Let's accept how great that is. That's awesome. Like good, we're having, fantastic. Let's have that conversation.

And then of course, obviously the emergency relief from these little district courts. You heard Alito mention that right now. The emergency relief from these teeny district courts that are sitting there usurping presidential Article 2 powers and saying they're the presidents. These are tyrants in robes. It's good to be – the fact that we're having these conversations, this proves that we are on offense, they are on defense, and that's a place you want to be on. Okay, on offense, finally today, Vladimir Putin skipping part of the delegation. We thought today, and we previewed this yesterday, that Trump may fly to Turkey,

may skip this leg of the trip, may fly to Turkey and meet with Putin and Zelensky. That still may well happen. He's not too far. He's certainly in that region of the world. It would be a hop, skipping a jump, as they say, especially when he's got those kick-ass military escorts. Putin skipping part of the delegation heading to Turkey for Ukraine-Russia peace talks. Now, I don't think this is confirmation that Vladimir Putin is skipping the entire thing.

But at least we're having the conversation. At least there's peace talks going on. Russian President Putin will not attend high-stakes meeting in Turkey aimed at ending three-year-long Ukraine war. Despite proposing direct talks in Istanbul, Putin's name did not appear on a list released by the Kremlin Wednesday Russian officials will be attending. Ukrainian President Zelensky, who has not had a face-to-face meeting with Putin since 2019, is expected to be in Istanbul for talks. Zelensky will be joined by high-level U.S. delegations led by Marco Rubio, who just arrived. President Trump, visiting the Mideast,

is not expected to attend the meeting, despite floating the possibility that he might do it earlier in the week. If Putin joins, then Trump said that he's going to be there. Trump talking about the potential meeting earlier, saying, if Vlad wants me there, I'm there. Let's go. happens on thursday if president put doesn't show up in turkey for the talks with ukraine what will you do well i don't

know if he's showing up i know he he would like me to be there and uh that's a possibility if we could end the war i'd be thinking about that now tomorrow, tomorrow, we're all booked out. You understand that? We're all set. But you move. He goes. You eat tomorrow. And so we have a very full situation. Now, that doesn't mean I wouldn't do it to save a lot of lives and come back. But, yeah, I think they're thinking about something. I don't know that he would be there if I'm not there.

Police arrest one of four suspects behind the murder of an InfoWars reporter, Jamie White. Now, we covered this story when it first broke. It was horrifying. We had Alex Jones on to cover it.

Alex Jones said that one of his reporters was gunned down in front of his house. Jamie White was his name. He's an excellent reporter. We've shared his stuff before. After nearly two months, police in Austin, Texas, has announced the arrest of one of four suspects believed behind the murder of top InfoWars writer Jamie White, who was shot and killed outside of his apartment last March. The suspect, a 17-year-old Eloy Adrian Camarillo, taken into custody, booked in the Travis County Jail for capital murder and terror threat charges, $250,000 bond. On the March 10th killing, so you can just get out on bond?

This is insane. They should hold these people without bond. Alex Jones is responding, I'd like to find out more. Is this a criminal alien why is a 17 year old killing uh why is a 17 year old doing doing murder of just like a random journalist something confusing is happening here let's let alex respond eloy camarillo 17 year old austinite who appears to be an american citizen. We're checking his background right now, was arrested and booked in to the Travis County Jail on May 1st and charged with capital murder in the terror style murder.

That's the coding of it of InfoWars reporter Jamie White. Reportedly in the affidavit, he is the accomplice of three others that are still at large. And I want to commend the Austin Police Department for the police investigation they've done. The local news just broke the information and has how they used geolocation from a cell phone and witnesses and other investigations they were doing to be able to track this down. Again, Jamie was killed execution style, one bullet through the carotid artery, through the back of the neck. My prayers go out to Jamie's family, his dad, his sister, and others, just amazing people. And we're obviously going to be looking to see if the Soros DA, Jose Garza,

who will let people out of jail, who shoot three or four people in one night, like the next day, with no bond. So I'm quite frankly surprised that he didn't release this guy with no bond. That's what he normally does, but I'm guessing he's probably got a big, long rap sheet, at least a juvenile one. So this is obviously what looks like a really bad guy off the street. It doesn't make any better for Jamie's family or for the M4's family, but there you go. We had to ask, was he killed by Ukrainians? He's on the Ukrainian hit list.

But from day one, I said it was probably part of the crime wave we've seen here in Austin because they cut the police by almost half and just let criminals out, and they just think it's a free-for-all. So that was my first approximation. He is innocent until proven guilty but we'll put the report up here obviously on screen for you and again pray for jamie white's family and we will continue to track this story as it unfolds but even with their budget massively cut and the crime wave the austin police department overall is doing a very good job i may have missed calls from detectives or something but i checked most of my messages i missed some i never got a call about this surprisingly he's been in jail this long

and we're just now learning about it but it shows how this violence all over the country has just become too too common and uh just the disrespect for life by these criminals and then just by all of us getting numb is really really frightening god bless you jamie we love you live forever i really care about your family and you don't think about it for the support and outpouring of concern by everybody out there.
