Starting point is 00:00:12 This is my kingdom. If I don't fight for it, oh, will. You are more than what you have become. You must take your place in the circle of life. Okay, Jerry, what's going on here? My kids watched the Lion King for the first time this weekend. Are you, like, are we, are, is this what we're doing? This is what we're doing?
Starting point is 00:01:00 Should my kids be picking the meme to start the show? every single weekday show. Welcome back to 11 a.m. It is so nice to be back at 11 a.m. This is the hour I think that is going to work out the best for our audience across the country. It's an hour that works out great for us, obviously, in order to get better guests, in order to get better guests that can be available in all time zones and all time hours.
Starting point is 00:01:27 Obviously, a 10 a.m. show on the Eastern Seaboard means something very different. If you're in the West Coast and we want to win the West Coast, We want to win across the country and we're going to. That's what today's show is about, ladies and gentlemen. Do you feel good today? I feel good. I feel empowered today. I feel like we are on the right track in the right direction.
Starting point is 00:01:48 And I believe that in 30 days, the world is going to be shocked at what happens in the midterms. I have that feeling in my bones. Do you? Is it blind optimism? It's something that we have been blessed with. I got to tell you, if we have a. single, like a key to success in what we've been doing and what we've done over the last two decades of trying to build online, energetic, kinetic America first influence in order
Starting point is 00:02:20 to win elections in order to deliver that energy back to the people, save our country, save our nation, stop the open borders, stop the utilization of children, stop communism dead in its track, which we are. doing worldwide. It is having a heightened spirit. It is having a chip on our shoulders that allows for us to be optimistic, sometimes blindly optimistic in the face of some really bad things. And I think that we're in for a shock on election night. And the news out of Brazil has awakened the sleeping giant, got what you voted for again. If you voted for communists to lose power around the globe and for hopefully to be imprisoned, because that's what every dirty communist deserves,
Starting point is 00:03:06 then you win. Then we just won. It's going to be awesome. Today is Monday, October 5th, 2026. We're getting what we voted for again as Trump has remade the hemisphere, the most dynamic and important hemisphere on earth, is our Western hemisphere. Ladies and gentlemen, this is where Western civilization lives. And I got to tell you, man, the Lion King memes work out well.

Oh, we just found 100 million ballots. They were shoved into a project in Detroit and Philadelphia. We found them buried in the desert in Arizona. This Jay's awesome. Let's follow Jay.
Starting point is 00:04:44 But we're like, we're sitting and he's been posted by the president. Look at that. Jay's been posted by the president. I mean, come on. Boom, ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you why I am so encouraged right now. I am encouraged. Like, because I've seen this play before.
Starting point is 00:06:25 I've seen the whole like blue wave sciop thing before. And the reality is that the polls are tightening. The reality is that we've known for now a generation that polling is fundamentally broken in the era of Trump, in the era of the populist and nationalist movements. We saw it last night in Brazil. But I want to rewind the clock back exactly, I checked this this morning, exactly 10 years to the day. Exactly 10 years of the day,
Starting point is 00:06:57 the New York Times published this. Hillary Clinton has a 91% chance of winning the election. Hmm, 91% chance. Wow. You know, it's funny, the amazing thing about the Internet archive is that you can go back
Starting point is 00:07:09 and find the artifacts from this era. You can go back in time and find Hillary Clinton, look up this, 68% 70% chance. She's going to win. There's no chance that Donald Trump will went. Look, Donald Trump's at 37%. Hillary Clinton's at 50%. Look at what's going to happen. If current polling holds, Hillary Clinton will beat Trump by 150 different electoral votes.
Starting point is 00:07:35 Goodness gracious, Donald Trump is going to get completely obliterated. The polls are so bad. Oh, boy, look at this. Look at these little teeny little artifacts. And then what happened to all of us on election night? What happened? Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business. Alex, we have that. We have that club. Sorry to keep you waiting.
Starting point is 00:07:59 Complicated business. I was there. Case you're wondering if you're speaking with a true believer. I was there. I got a chance to choose in New York City, the Trump party and the Hillary Clinton party were down the street from each other. I got a chance to choose which one to go to.
Starting point is 00:08:15 I chose the Trump party. It was like a ghost town. I was one of like three reporters. that were there at the Hilton in downtown. To watch this climb pop it up when you get it. I was at the Hilton. Thank you, Danny. Downtown.
Starting point is 00:08:29 And I was like three, the room was like empty the entire night. Thank you very much, everybody. Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business. I have to keep it with complicated business. Ladies and gentlemen, don't believe them. I don't think you should believe the polls. And by the way, the polls,
Starting point is 00:08:58 that had Hillary Clinton winning. There's a famous Washington, but I don't know if you guys have this. The last thing I'll call for, I promise. There's a famous Washington Post article was written by Chris Saliza. And it goes, the headline goes something like this. Donald Trump's chances of winning the president,
Starting point is 00:09:13 presidency have now approached zero. Well, let me tell you what. Like, the midterm polling is not that bad. It's not great. But it ain't that bad. And Donald Trump won those odds. And now something really remarkable is happening. Something really interesting is happening.
Starting point is 00:09:30 If you know where to look, you can find the breadcrumbs. Check this out. Democrats rethink their mail-in voting strategy. Oh, no. Hey, ALX got it. Look at that. Klein, you feel free to just pop it up if you want. So you got out of all these doomers about the midterms.
Starting point is 00:09:45 And listen, admittedly, I'm no fan of rising prices. I'm no fan of gas prices. I'm no fan of home affordability or grocery affordability. There needs to be major work done in ending the Iran war. I want the end to the war in Ukraine. I want the end to the war in Gaza. I want the end to all of this. All of this is destabilizing.
Starting point is 00:10:03 I think it's all should be decadable. Look at that. There it is. Donald Trump's chances of winning are approaching zero. Well, let me tell you what. We faced worse odds. And something remarkable is happening. Something very interesting is happening here.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Thank you, Klein. We are sharp today. It's doing the show at 11 a.m. Doing the show at 11 a.m. Changes everything, does it? Yeah, everyone gets their chance to get their zen or get their nicotine and their caffeine. Okay, fantastic.
Starting point is 00:10:31 Good. All right. It's good. It feels good. Look at this hedging article. Look at this. Democrats, where do you think their mail-in voting strategy as voters grow wary? Oh, what is this?
Starting point is 00:10:45 This is Democrats starting to hedge. You know, Democrats are behind in the early vote in comparison to 2022 and 2024. They're behind. Their votes aren't coming in. We're 30 days. We're within the window 30 days before election. can start count the votes. The early vote is failing right now for Democrats. It is not where it needs to be. They're starting to plant stories like this to say, uh-huh, uh, maybe what's happening
Starting point is 00:11:08 is Democrats are demanding to vote in person on election day. Oh, really? That's what this article's about. This article buried deep in the article is that like Democrats are not where they want to be right now with mail-in votes. And they thought that the entire future would be mail-in balloting. And they thought their whole, the whole point of their entire rest of their lives is going to be like, we're going to have everybody mail in all the votes. Something remarkable is happening right now, and it is connected to Brazil. Let me tell you why. I think it's just such a fascinating article.
Starting point is 00:11:39 They're hedging. The hedging continues. Everyone can see clearly in the data, Dems are behind 2020 and 2024. There's a couple of exceptions, but really, like nationally, they're behind. Rather than admit this, the media says, Democrats are rethinking their strategies. Oh, really? Democrats are now saying, they're going to vote in person because they don't trust Donald Trump's mail service.
Starting point is 00:12:01 They don't trust Donald Trump running the postal mail service. If this is a D plus 10 national environment, wouldn't that be reflected in the data? Nope, we're voting on election. Isn't that interesting? Well, well, well, Donald Trump says the polls of ours always doesn't our estimated MAGA, and they try to suppress the vote. I won all seven swing states, popular vote. Dick Morris saying that Donald Trump still has very, very high approval ratings among the MAGA base,
Starting point is 00:12:27 is Donald Trump saying, if we can all vote together, we can kick their asses. This weekend, we just have to show up. You're a big surprise. You just got to, very simple, you got to get out and vote. You got to get out. You got to vote for these guys. Just get out and vote. If you do that, we're going to win, and we're going to win big.
Starting point is 00:12:45 And we're going to shove it up their ass, okay? All right. Well, there's the energy. Trump says the midterms are going to be a big surprise. Hmm. Well, look at this from the New York Times, three bright spots for the GOP. There's been a turnaround in Maine. Suddenly, the Republicans are winning in Maine, like by a very comfortable margin.
Starting point is 00:13:12 There's also been major Republican turnabouts in key swing states, like in Michigan and New Hampshire. Because Democrats have horrendous candidates. Democrats are very divided. They're staving off a civil war inside of their party. Republicans are united behind President Trump. The party is totally united. The MAGA base has not broken. And look at this.
Starting point is 00:13:35 It kind of depends on what poll you're reading on Latino voters. But look at this. Latino voters. Republicans, 52, Democrats, 48. Whoa. Maga enthusiasm is absolute fire. According to CNN, listen. If there's certain to vote in 2026, again, 71% of Democrats say they are certain, in fact,
Starting point is 00:13:53 to vote in 2026. And look at this. MAGA Republicans the same. It's simpatico. It's simpatico. So MAGA Republicans are not just saying that they're still supporting Trump. Maga Republicans aren't just saying they're going to, if their choice for Congress is, in fact, Republicans at basically the same level they voted for Trump, but they're also saying they are going to turn out in very, wait a second. So they're going to turn out and vote? Generic ballot among Latinos, Republicans are winning. President Trump, when a Harvard Harris poll finding that it is a 50-50 toss-up right now for the congressional ballot?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Hold up. Are we facing down the barrel of a new SIOP? Like the next biggest sci-up? Or is something bigger happening than just a SIOP? Why the polls are lying? Republicans are about to sweep the midterm election. Okay. So there's a lot of hopium here from the Washington Examiner. But let me explain something that's happening behind the scenes. that I can't wait to talk about with Mike Davis, who's joining us and getting set right now. Ladies and gentlemen, the cost-benefit ratio to rigging an election just went up, skyrocketed.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Sorry for the yelling. I'm very excited about this. Like, once I put this together, it all made sense. every single day the DOJ under Todd Blanche is announcing that they have arrested 10, 20, 50, 90 new election fraudsters. Here's new, here's new announcements for voter fraud. Announcements for more voter fraud. Here's announcements for more voter fraud. We're just going through some of them.
Starting point is 00:15:42 There are, it's a daily occurrence where the DOJ announces, here's a new. pile of people that committed voter fraud that have now been charged and are either facing denaturalization, deportation, jail, massive fines. Ladies and gentlemen, a big time motion from this. We're going to put, we're going to take photos of them, we're going to put them on camera. We're going to signal to you that if you rig an election, if you vote fraudulently in election, it's no longer fair game. It's no longer like the DOJ is going to look the other way. It's no longer state sanctioned. In 2020, it was state sanctioned voter fraud. Now it is not. Now you'll get handcuffs and you'll get a five-year sentence for it. And you'll be a felon for the rest of your life.
Starting point is 00:16:28 And you'll never be allowed back in America or you'll never be allowed to vote again. And your family's going to have to visit you in prison. And you're going to go to federal prison for doing this. You're going to get your mug shop put up. You're going to lose your job. Your life will be destroyed. So something just happened in the voter fraud market. The voter fraud market, the cost of being a mule for the Democrat Party, voting fraudulently for the Democrat Party, just went up exponentially. Now, would I prefer the Save Act? Yes. But the DOJ cracking skulls of election fraudsters is a big deal. It is a signal. And what Democrats are going to find, And what I think I've put together here with this political article is that suddenly there's no more Democrat mail in voting.
Starting point is 00:17:22 Where did it all go? Poof. It's gone. Where to go? The election fraudsters, the ballot mules, the ballot harvesters, they're not in the game anymore. One, USAID has been defunded. The DNC is broke. They have no more money to pay these people.
Starting point is 00:17:40 The dark money, NGOs and groups that actually pay this and funnel the money for the mules and the fraudulent. and the ballot harvesters, that money has dried up. That well has never been more dry. It is bone dry. So they're like handing out IOUs to do this work in the first place. And now the work is no longer worth the money. The delta between making this a viable business model when the risk on the other side is a you get your, you get your mugshot. you get your mugshot put up on a DOJ website. You get your name printed on the DOJ website as an election fraudster. You get either deported or your career destroyed or your rights taken away as you get thrown into prison.
Starting point is 00:18:30 $250,000 penalty fee imprisonment of five years, a maximum fine of $100,000 for violation for an alien. so you're talking close to half a million dollars that you will owe the federal government for voting illegally plus you're in jail, plus you get deported, plus it destroys your family. Guys, what Trump has done is he has changed the entire math, the whole algorithm on voter fraud. The DOJ has done this under Todd Blanche.
Starting point is 00:19:01 And that is why I'm bullish on the midterms. And why I don't believe the poll, I don't believe the polling right now. I think that the machine has been broken by Donald Trump and that there's been enough signals to say this can't stand any longer and that the math is all gone now for somebody who would want to vote fraudulently and get paid for it or get whatever little benefits that they had. What does Mike Davis think about this? He's in charge of the Article III project. He's the architect effectively of Donald Trump's approach to law
Starting point is 00:19:34 and order and he joins us live right now. Yo, what up, Mike? What do you think about that? What do you think I think I put it together here that the election fraudsters, the delta is all wrong now. The math doesn't work anymore. Algorithmically, you can't, the expense, because the Trump Justice Department is going to go after election fraudsters, the math no longer works. And Democrats are now screaming from the rooftops. We're behind. Where are all of our mail-in votes?
Starting point is 00:20:10 They're underperforming 2022 and 2024, Mike. Well, we know what the Democrat playbook is, is they perfected this. during COVID, they mass mail ballots, live ballots, out to old voter list, including people who have moved, like college students, people who have died, even illegal aliens who are easily registered to vote in states through voter voter. When they go get a driver's license, oftentimes they're automatically enrolled to vote, to register to vote. And so they mass mail ballots.
Starting point is 00:20:41 Even during COVID, they got rid of signature verification because somehow COVID changes our signature. They got rid of election observers from the parties. They got, they got rid of a lot of the rules. And so they can rig and steal these elections. And now they're saying we don't need to pass the Save America acts. Voting by illegal aliens is rare. Well, we know that's not true now. We've uncovered thousands of illegal votes by illegal aliens. And the Democrats in these blue states are hiding probably tens of thousands more, right? And so what the Trump Justice Department is doing now is that they are going to enforce our federal criminal statutes,
Starting point is 00:21:24 which makes it illegal for illegal aliens to register to vote and illegal for illegal aliens to vote. And so I commend Attorney General Todd Blanche and his team for doing this. FBI director Cash Patel, Trent McCodder, the acting deputy attorney general, many others. Akash Singh and these U.S. attorneys around the country who are bringing the heat. There was an activist judge on the Ninth Circuit who tried to say that this law was unconstitutional, that Congress cannot outlaw, cannot criminalize voting by illegal aliens.
Starting point is 00:21:57 But even the Ninth Circuit, which is not exactly mainstream, or even, let alone conservative, just put an administrative stay on that ruling. So we are off to the races. If you're an illegal alien and you register to vote and or if you do vote, going to be federally prosecuted. Do you think that that is actually something that is causing great panic inside of the Democrat machine right now because they so depend on illegal votes and they are starting to see depressed numbers and we're starting to get calls from inside of the House right now that there's a lot
Starting point is 00:22:29 of fear building up, that there's the people who would commit voter fraud are not willing to put their lives on the line to do so. They just don't believe in it that much. Well, here's the bigger problem for these Democrat politicians. Democrats election workers, you could be charged with conspiracy if you do this. If you are conspiring to have illegal aliens illegally register and conspiring to have illegally, illegal aliens, illegally vote, you could be charged with conspiracy, which is a federal felony and you'll go to president.
Starting point is 00:23:01 So what about the election in Brazil last night, Mike? A lot of people are saying, well, wait a second, USAID gets defunded and then suddenly the same principles apply. Like right wingers are winning all throughout the continent of South America. And the left has lost seven elections in a row. Soon with Cuba, it will be eight straight and the entire continent will be remade. How much of this do you think was actually happening with USAID funding the septrofuge of communism in South America? One of the most important things that President Trump did was shut down USAID or largely shut down USAID. U.S. Agency for international development was supposed to help the third world to help them build sustainable
Starting point is 00:23:45 economies and get out of the third world. And really, it's done the opposite. Instead of feeding the poor in third world countries, it's lining the pockets of Marxist politicians. So that has come to an end under Donald Trump. And you're seeing the results. You're seeing, like you said, Ben, these countries in South America that were largely leftist miraculously are voting for conservatives after USAID got defunded. And so, There's a lot of smoke there. And do you think that there should be a full criminal investigation into USAID, some of the people who ran it? I mean, would you be calling for that?
Starting point is 00:24:19 Do you see any type of, you know, preliminary information that this should be investigated? Yeah, I mean, I don't think it's legal to use funds for feeding the poor and third world countries to line the pockets of Marxists who hate America. That would be a misappropriation of federal funds and it should be investigated. What about Act Blue? This is something that's been a major frustration for me. I don't, like, I don't understand why. Jim Rome takes on sports. Everybody pointed out the obvious Harbaugh connection
Starting point is 00:24:51 and everybody, as it turns out, was right because Nine is officially now a New York giant. You know, you talk about selling low. Even the Niners got a fourth for Trey Lance. He's out of the building. We will take that fifth pick, and we will surely turn it into something more valuable than Nine ever was to this organization.
Starting point is 00:25:09 The Jim Rome Show podcast. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. We didn't go harder against Act Blue. They just dragged all their chairman in before Congress, every single one of them pled the fifth. It's like been, I think, proven now by the investigators in Congress that this is just a simply a foreign money laundering funnel. And yet we allow it to continue to raise money for the left. What should happen with Act Bloom? They should be prosecuted. And I think the Justice Department needs to move and move quickly to prosecute Act Blue and their other co-conspirators. They were taking illegal donations, including foreign donations to fund the Democrat Party. It was probably, well, I wouldn't say probably.
Starting point is 00:25:55 It could have been USAID money going back into Act Blue to fund Democrat politicians. But this grip is ending. The foreign funding grip is ending. We see these illegal aliens fleecing our social. safety net programs all across America, Medicaid, Medicare. It seems like every federal agency, when you let these third world pirates into our country, they are looting our social safety programs. And we need to get them, we need to prosecute them, put them in prison, and get them the hell out of our country. Mike, I know that we are up against a heart out, but I want to use
Starting point is 00:26:34 the next 30 days on this program to motivate people. You are, of course, the de facto spokesman. person, unofficial, but a de facto spokesperson for President Trump and his approach to law and order. You know so many of the people in the mechanism and in the machine that are working right now. Can you give sort of a vision cast for what we will get in the next two years if Democrats do not gain control of the House of the Senate? Well, if Democrats are not if Democrats take control of the House and the Senate, they're going to defund ICE. They're going to defunds law enforcement. They're going to defund the DOJ. And it's going to be very hard to go after illegal aliens, including these fraudsters, these rapists, these murderers, the base of the Democrat
Starting point is 00:27:22 party, really. It's going to be hard to go after them if Democrats defunds federal law enforcement and federal immigration enforcement. Here's the choice for this November. I realize that justice has been slower than we'd like. Accountability has been slower than we'd like, but it is definitely coming. If you read the news reports from John Solomon and others, they are definitely building the case against the conspiracy. You know, you get setbacks here and there with judges, with personnel changes, but we are moving forward. But here's the choice for this November. Do you want to go with Republicans and Team America, or do you want to go with Democrats and Team Mohammed? Because the Democrat Party of today is the Islamist Party.
Starting point is 00:28:09 It's the illegal alien party. It's the party of Marxist. It's the red, green alliance. It's the party that hates America. So that's the choice you have this no member. Team America with Republicans or team Mohammed with Democrats. You're going to put that on a shirt, Mike? You going to put that on a hat?
Starting point is 00:28:27 I should. I should. I think the team Muhammad hats will surely sell great. I mean, Muhammad America. Great again. It'll be good. We can workshop it. It'll be great for you, Mike. This is, yeah, you need a cartoon. My team is saying, go for it, Mike. We're cheering, we're cheering you on. All right. Well, good. I hope, like, I really hope that there's a lot of, I really hope that this happens.
Starting point is 00:28:59 I love that Harmie Dillon. She was on the show a week ago saying that they're going to put DOJ, Minder, like, D.O.J. agents inside of the polling location. in order to watch in order to see what is happening. It seems like the Trump administration is like completely locked in for this midterm. Remember what they said bad on that. Remember what they said when Harmeet said she's going to do that. The Democrats said that she's trying to suppress the vote. And that's a tell. Yes, we're trying to suppress the illegal aliens who are illegally voting.
Starting point is 00:29:31 That's that's the whole point. We don't want illegal aliens rigging and stealing our elections, right? We don't want them illegally registering illegally voting. The problem is that Democrats, rely on that base, that new base of voters, illegal aliens. Just a final word, Mike. What is your message to an illegal or somebody that wants to commit fraud in this election? Final word?
Starting point is 00:29:53 Get the hell out of our country and get out of our country fast because this is not the Republican Party of the past. President Trump has secured our border. He's expelling illegals at a record pace. We have no people, no one's coming across our border anymore. We're hunting down illegals, the fraudsters and President Trump's fraud task force led by J.D. Vance is putting people in prison. So get the hell out of our country. Ladies and gentlemen, Mike Davis.
Starting point is 00:30:23 Thank you very much, Mike. Godspeed. Follow Mike. See ya. Thank you. I missed the red wave joke about Mike. He's a ginger. So I'm like, why not you like, we need to do the red wave.
Starting point is 00:30:43 I mean, it's like you could make it go easily. But I missed it. And I'm sorry about that. Ladies and gentlemen, I don't want you to miss an opportunity to invest with advantage gold. Don't miss your golden moment right now. Things are changing. The world is moving very quickly. Ladies and gentlemen, when we want to hear about what is going on in the world and we want to make sense of it, we call in Mike Benz. Oh, hey, look at that. Sorry about that, Klein. I don't want to give Mike a proper introduction here.
Starting point is 00:31:51 But it's good to know that he's set and ready to go. He's getting stretched and liver. Here's the Mike Ben's tweet that's gone viral. I believe that Elon Musk reposted it, if that's correct. Is that right, ALX? What you're watching, first election in six years, where Lula no longer has tens of millions of dollars of USAID operating money, propping him up and his.
Starting point is 00:32:15 allies. This is Mike Ben's quote tweeting himself from a year and a half ago saying here's a shocking statistic you may not know. USAID more than doubled expending in Brazil as soon as Bolsonaro won. And that is not because Brazil suddenly needed twice the aid. The money was spent on projects to undermine Bolsonaro and to censor us. To censor sites like Rumble, they're spending hundreds of millions of dollars in Brazil. You can see it. It's tracked. And so we're having a free election for the first time in modern history in Brazil, an election without USAID.
Starting point is 00:32:59 And what happened last night? We'll total and complete revolution. A political earthquake happened in Brazil. Where Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of Yeir Bolsonaro, one by five points. He didn't get 50%, which sucks, but he won. It looks like the final was three points here.
Starting point is 00:33:24 But he ends up winning the outright, not only the outright vote, but he ends up winning in the governors in Brazil, an absolute landslide when it comes to senators in Brazil and his party won the House as well, the most members in the House as well. what is a what is an earthquake a political earthquake and you can see the people rallying in the streets for change and they got their change ladies and gentlemen we got our political and cultural change
Starting point is 00:33:57 this is the map this is the freedom movement in south america i tacked on cuba there just for fun because i believe that that's like this is what's going to happen i have it on very good authority that Cuba will be next, pretty much Mexico will be the last far left country, and how long until Donald Trump calls for regime change in Mexico, he's already doing it. What has happened after we defunded USAID has been the largest wave of nationalism, populism, freedom movements, free voices, and free energy in order to give back to the people all around the world, not just in South America, but also across the European Union, across the pond in England, we're seeing these revolutions happening around the globe.
Starting point is 00:34:45 It's very, very exciting. There's a runoff in Brazil that's going to happen. The polls woefully undercounted the Bolsonaro majority, which is a dominant landslide majority, while the presidential election will be in 20 days. They've already won the chambers of the House, the governors, it's set. And by the way, all the candidates that have been kicked out, they are all right wing. There's not a bunch of left wingers that are suddenly going to get behind Lula. It's right wingers. So, Bolsonaro, ladies and gentlemen, will be, will be.
Starting point is 00:35:23 You can see here in the markets. Look at that. 84%. The Lula's 14%. Complete collapse. You can see the crying, the seething, the screaming. And just a reminder, before we get to mine, of God's extreme providence. Yeah, you can pop up the, you can pop up the Elon must tweet here. So we'll let Elon bring Mike Benz onto the show. That God's providence is majestic and almighty and exciting. They did the same thing to Trump, man.
Starting point is 00:35:57 The same thing. Yair Bolsonaro got the same, they ran the same playbook. Evil is not creative. It cannot create. So they, What do they do? They rigged an election against them. They used massive dark NGO dollars to rig elections, to fake ballots, to fake votes. Then they tried to assassinate him. Then they staged a hoax, a coup, January 6th. They then charged him for that. They tried to put him in prison. They ended up succeeding in putting Yair Bolsonaro in prison for 28 years. They wanted to do it for Trump for life. They ran the same playbook. And now both men. have come back with a vengeance.
Starting point is 00:36:37 And I think you could probably argue that Yair Bolsonaro is even more of a rising Phoenix story than even Trump, given the fact that they did get him prosecuted. He is under house arrest. And now his entire family has won positions. All three of his sons, his wife, his ex-wife even won. Anybody with a Bolsonaro name won yesterday. Something remarkable is happening. And it's why I don't trust the polls for the midterms here in America. It's why I think that something incredible is happening around the world.
Starting point is 00:37:10 And Elon Musk does too. And you should take his word for it, not mine. As he quotes Mike Benz saying USAID engaged in election interference and regime change around the world causing massive strife. The man who's investigating all of it is Mike Benz. He joins our show live right now. Mike, you do enough cable news. You know, they do previews. That's just all we did with you.
Starting point is 00:37:40 Okay, we just did a preview. You know, they do a preview at the top of the end. hour, you know, you stand there and you smile. So I'm just saying we love you. That's it. You too many. Okay. All right. So enough of me yapping. I am not the expert. You are the expert. What is what went down in Brazil last night? Well, it was an earthquake. It was, I think what a lot of people, basically everyone but the pollsters saw coming, which was many years of rage being taken out at the ballot box. It is kind of the one moment where there is accountability to the people, no matter what you do, no matter how many people you throw in prison, no matter how much speech
Starting point is 00:38:22 you criminalize, no matter how many institutions you turn basically communist or Chinese. I mean, the story of what's happened in Brazil over the past four years is truly a case study for the history books. But coming back to the USAID aspect of it, you have to understand, first of all, Brazil is the second largest population in the Western Hemisphere. It's the second largest military. In the Western hemisphere, it's one of the largest economies in the world. There's a lot at stake for basically American trade, American prosperity in terms of the Don Roe doctrine. If you're will in terms of just having, trying to shape the Western Hemisphere in a way that is in the American interest in the, I guess, most effective way. Now, so because of that, Brazil has been
Starting point is 00:39:24 a laboratory of American action since at least the 1960s. You know, famously there was a sort of CIA facilitated military coup and, you know, some of this goes back even to the to the late 1800s. But the fact is, is what happened, I've seen a lot of commentary today on, today and last night on social media, about the impact of eight elections now in Latin America and the Caribbean, South America,
Starting point is 00:39:54 all tilting far right after USAID's closure. And I've seen a lot of commentary saying, well, so USAID was funding communism, you know, all over Latin America. Why was USAID funding communism? And one thing I guess I just want to say right out the gate is that communism is actually good for certain industries and certain players in certain industries. This is like an important framework to understand. I know that, for example, the American companies that I can talk about or I can sort of weave into this USAID story that profiteer from having communist government. governments, why they're capitalist companies, why would they prefer some breed of communism?
Starting point is 00:40:44 And you have to understand, communism is basically state capture of private industry. Everything gets folded into government. And government protection of certain companies or industries, government quotas, government subsidies, government mandates can actually create a cartel in which a handful of private companies gain a monopoly advantage over their competition in a capitalist system. And so you have a strange world in which oligarchs who belong to basically the DNC donor class have effectively used USAID or they pay their politicians to install personnel at USAID or in the intelligence community or the State Department of the War Department to do the opposite of what was done in the Cold War.
Starting point is 00:41:43 And the Cold War, there is, and this is sort of the left-wing challenge to what I've presented over the past many years, here as they say, oh, really? You think USAID was trying to install leftist regimes in Latin America? May I remind you of Exhibit A, the 1940s through the 2010s, but it's, certainly through the 1980s when the CIA would go around toppling leftist regime after leftist regime in Latin America. Business has evolved. And for example, I'll give you some examples. Think about what's happening right now in the AI space, where you have anthropic and open AI who have been on this crusade to basically create government regulation that would effectively
Starting point is 00:42:33 end open source models in AI under the idea that if we don't have some sort of regulatory superbody that gives a kind of license to release new models to a handful of qualified AI companies, then the world will end. This is their argument. Well, what happens if you are not one of those handful of companies and you can't release open source models? You can't be a capitalist company and compete in a free and fair market of competition? Because you have effectively state capture of private industry. What about pharma? Think about, for example, Pfizer and J&J. Why would they benefit from a kind of communist-style economy? Well, because how else do you get people to take, to buy your products even if they don't want it? When the state forces vaccinations or the
Starting point is 00:43:32 state forces the mass acquisition of billions of vials of Pfizer vaccines. Now, that's really crappy if you say sell, I don't know, some sort of alternative therapeutic remedy. If you're in the business, say, for, I don't know, hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin or I don't know, pick your advanced stretching, whatever it is. You can't compete in the market anymore because the state has basically outlawed you and has mandated and has forced every institution in society to require people to take Pfizer vaccines before they do business. How about energy? And this is where we start getting even more so into the Brazil story.
Starting point is 00:44:19 Climate finance, for example, alternative energy, clean energy sources to hydrocarbons like oil, gas, diesel. Well, if you can't compete on price in a capitalist market, what you want is a communist government to come in and for the good of the people basically mandate ethanol-based diesel replacements and outlaw your competition. So what you have is effectively a class of financial and corporate profiteers who have hijacked the regime change apparatus of the U.S. national security state in order to topple capital. governments and install socialist ones in order to create a protection racket of the businesses that made them oligarchs in the first place in the position to be able to donate to leftist politicians. And then the cycle repeats. They donate to a leftist politician. The leftist politician uses USAID and the CIA and the State Department in order to topple the government to profit the private sector companies of that oligarchs. And then they take some of the skim of that and
Starting point is 00:45:28 put it right back into the machine. And by shutting down USAID, we have temporarily ended the cycle. What you just laid out there, the architecture of what you just laid out there is remarkable. And it makes perfect sense. Why wouldn't you want state mandated force on a product or an industry that you want a monopoly on? This is a great tool. This is how communists have worked for all times. all across the world.
Starting point is 00:46:02 And so this, I think, makes perfect sense. So what you're telling me is that this is what was actually happening with USAID. So the United States aid was creating communism around the world so that monopolistic companies could profit, global companies could profit with the oppression of the people inside of these poor countries? Not in all cases. I wouldn't consider USAID ideologically communist. What it was was basically tactically communist.
Starting point is 00:46:37 Like, for example, USAID was legitimately trying to regime change the government of Venezuela. There was a bipartisan consensus on that. If they were full communists, they would not have done that. But that is because in Venezuela, for the time being, the first task is to get control over the natural resources, not to, you know, basically reapportion the success of various, you know, American and British interests in that, in that, if that makes sense. But so there is a bipartisan consensus on Venezuela,
Starting point is 00:47:11 at least there was for the past decade of rogue statecraft in around USAID. But what I would say is, for example, if anyone wants to FOIA, the Economic Affairs Division, for example, at USAID and see in their own, in their own writings, what they see as the interests in Brazil and what they saw. And I'll give a couple anecdotes. Bolsonaro was effectively arrested
Starting point is 00:47:47 over his COVID skepticism, over his skepticism to basically impose Pfizer on Brazil. One of the first things that Lula did is basically commit, result to some crazy $1.3 trillion climate fund where who does that profit? Basically every DNC mega donor, whether it's Bill Gates's breakthrough ventures or whether it's George Soros and his billions of dollars of clean energy investments or whether that's Tom Steyer or whether that's Al Gore. I mean, it's, if you look at George Soros's longest continuous running equity investment for 13 years, Soros is a special opportunity investor.
Starting point is 00:48:40 He very rarely makes continuously held equity investments, but the longest one was the company. He was the seed investor in his company called Attico Agra based out of Brazil. They have they sell ethanol-based diesel fuel replacements and can't compete with diesel on price. So what did Lula do? Basically, day one is he imposed a cap on diesel and basically required people to buy Aticoagra. And you see this time and time again, the same thing in the telecom space, same thing in the pharma space, same thing now in the AI space.
Starting point is 00:49:19 And the fact is, because Brazil, does have the Amazon and it does have, you know, a tremendous amount that could be, if you were to basically contort the market to be able to try to, you know, basically end, I don't want to say end the oil market, but basically, you know, affect this green energy transition. And if you're an investor who wants to profit here from that, there's a lot that Brazil can be done for those private coffers of those who hold equity in those companies. And so what you had was basically this USAID, and this is what I've been referring to it for several years now, but this has been the Jim Rome takes on sports.
Starting point is 00:50:05 Everybody pointed out the obvious Harbaugh connection and everybody, as it turns out, was right because nine is officially now a New York giant. You know, you talk about selling low. Even the nine has got a fourth for Trey Lance. He's out of the building. We will take that fifth pick. will surely turn it into something more valuable than nine ever was to this organization. The Jim Rome Show podcast. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
Starting point is 00:50:33 Second undeclared Cold War where instead of going after left-wing communism, the American national security state was going after right-wing populism in Latin America, in Europe, all over. And in fact, USAID definitely doctrinally defined populism as a threat to democracy. And I can't impress the impact of that on people enough. You have a apparatus which was set up to be able to influence societies at every layer. You said something in the beginning of this where you said evil is not creative. And I laughed at that as I was thinking through how creative USAID actually is. Because what was happening in Brazil, was a full-on Truman show.
Starting point is 00:51:26 You had the media funded by USAID. You had the universities funded by USAID. You had the staffers of the Supreme Court and the TSE, the election court, USAID. You had all the constitutional law advocates funded by USAID. You had the LGBT activists funded by USAID. It's full specter. If you were to walk down a city block in Sao Paulo or, I don't know, Brasilia, you would have a 360 vision of institutions funded and puppeteered by USAID without ever knowing it.
Starting point is 00:52:12 In fact, USAID knowing what they were doing, I need to be careful about what I can and can't say here. Let's just say, would anyone be surprised, for example, if USAID was going around and telling its grantees in Brazil to remove the USAID logo so that it doesn't get out that grantee's connection to USAID. They knew what they were doing. They knew how sensitive it was. Would you be surprised, for example, if USAID, which basically set up. the censorship state in Brazil.
Starting point is 00:52:53 And this is actually something, let me quickly pivot to say. It is true that this is the first Brazilian election since the 2020 municipal elections in Brazil that does not have USAID money slushing around Lula and his allies. But it is still an election that is in many ways under the thumb of the ghost of USAID. there is something I call kind of the clockmaker's dilemma, which is USAID, even when you remove it, the institutional and legal changes that a country goes through can live on even if you cut USAID funding down to zero. So for example, in Brazil, you have this apparatus through the STF and TSE, the Supreme Court and the basically election.
Starting point is 00:53:52 court that determines all things around elections. And in basically after Bolsonaro won in 2018, the TSE court with the Alessandra de Morayas, famous Voldemort judge, they declared disinformation a threat to free and fair elections, not just disinformation during an election season, but disinformation anytime, misinformation, disinformation anytime about anything because it could pollute in people's, I don't know, sense of what's true or false in the information ecosystem. And so it could have an impact on an election three years away if this false information is allowed to circulate online. That was set up by USAID. USAID flooded the zone. USAID had contact at every level with the TSE court, with the
Starting point is 00:54:44 Alashondra de Morayas court. I testified to the Brazilian Senate Relations Committee and put pictures from USAID's website of Alessandra de Morayas being trained by Ceps, the USAID grantee, by Ned, the USAID, has gotten $3 billion from USAID and was created by the Central Intelligence Agency. Every aspect, for example, I think it was four or five of the nine of the inside groups that did all the flagging at the TSE were funded by USAID or the State Department. which is the kind of co-company, everything USAID does is supposed to help some State Department interest. The list goes on and on and on, and that institution is still weaponized to an unbelievable degree in Brazil. That now finally has a chance to be crushed, to be blown to smithereens in the event of a ultimate bull.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Bolsonaro victory during the runoff election at the end of the month. But what is good to see is that Brazil has compulsory elections. So Bolsonaro did not clear the 50% threshold, but he won convincingly. And this is a harder election that this general, in theory, should be much harder than the runoff because there were several other right-wing competitors. sort of has a UK-type situation going on right now, you know, where there was, in the UK, there's reform and there's, you know, restore, I think they're calling it advance. So there's a couple of different right-wing competitors to the Labor Party. So, too, it is in Brazil.
Starting point is 00:56:39 And so if they all coalesce behind Bolsonaro, assuming they don't want to, I think at this point the differences we put aside and you will have an even bigger blowout. Because you're not going to, in theory, you really shouldn't have surprise votes because elections are voting as compulsory in Brazil, if that makes sense. But so can't fully count the chickens. I know I've been going on for a while, but there's a lot I want to say and a lot of not yet at Liberty too. So we, we know. Every single time you come on our show, you're doing some type of extremely exciting investigation. And we enthusiastically wait for the.
Starting point is 00:57:21 results of your new investigations into some of the major abuses inside of these dark systems and intel agencies and what's been going on. Obviously, Mike, what you described there is perhaps horrifying for the American taxpayer. You've explained something similar that was happening in the Median Revolution in Ukraine, so it shouldn't come as a shock to anybody who listens to this show. But perhaps you could like summarize why would we need to have a client state in Brazil? why would we need to have a Truman show in Brazil? What would be the net benefit? Is it that we need more Pfizer vaccines?
Starting point is 00:57:58 Like, was it Pfizer that did this? I mean, that connection is wild enough. Like, did, did, was it the interest actually of companies like Pfizer that led to the creation of this fake world in Brazil that led to, you know, like you're talking about, we refer to him as Voldemort. Here's the photo. you'll you'll you've probably seen it on social media there it is yes well done okay great it's great to see when people are central casting uh like this like um klaus schwab was always central casting it's
Starting point is 00:58:32 like it's just perfect lula is central casting like old leftist cretinist gangster um but yeah good job with the cape and everything like i don't the USAID fund the cape do you think um Mike I it's sorry for that long question You know what? Can you explain to us why would this be necessary? Why would this Truman World be necessary? Because the donors have business interests there. You can think of it is, it's the same.
Starting point is 00:59:05 Read Smedley Butler's Wars racket, 1936, you know, which begins with him saying that he was, you know, as a military general, he was a high class muscle man for the city national bank boys and for DuPont and for, I mean, the list goes goes on. This is, what you had was a party divide, not even a party divide, because there were neocons in the, in the first Trump admin. I mean, this didn't start with Biden in 2021. It started in the same way that DHS CISA was acting independently to basically attack the Trump movement from within Trump's own government in, ahead of the 2020 election, way the FBI was not really under the administration's control in the first term.
Starting point is 00:59:54 USAID was completely rogue and they basically took the lack of oversight and their infinite opakness and their basically ability to keep all of their operations in-house without any transparency. And they did favors for their donors. They did favors for DNC donors. They did favors for all the outside interests that all the personnel at USAID revolving doors into in their corporate board seats or in their fellowships at the Carnegie Endowment or at the Atlantic Council or Brookings, who all have their own donor wall. And what you had was basically the classic story of regime change for corporate interests and financial interests. And it had nothing to do with American national security. It had nothing to do with American interest. Basically, what Lula did,
Starting point is 01:00:46 is he just took all of the contracts and license agreements and gave it all to China instead of the United States. But then you look at how close the Biden administration was with China. You look at who the national security folks were around Biden and their relationships to China. I'm not just talking about Hunter Biden in the $10 million of China CFC energy deals and Sino-Hawk holdings and all that. But look at, for example, Bill Burns, the CIA director, who went down to threaten Bolsonaro ahead of the 2022 election. for seven years before that, before he was made CIA director, he was the president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace,
Starting point is 01:01:21 where he put a CCP guy on the board and created a whole new Carnegie Center in Shanghai or I forget which province in China. You look at Tony Blinken and all the Chinese money flowing into the Penn Biden in what center for global engagement or whatever it was at Penn. I mean, there's, you have this. inside dealing and the best, unfortunately, we don't live in a capitalist system where the market is necessarily the biggest determinant of how well a market does, where who wins an election often determines the profitability of a market and the leadership position of different entities
Starting point is 01:02:12 within the market. I mean, you can even think, look at the crypto space, for example, Why were the crypto folks were behind Trump in 2024? Well, it was because there were these, you know, basically there's a crackdown from the Biden admin. So you had a whole industry going for. And this is a very common story. And this is what was happening around basically the DNC in Brazil and around the DNC all over Latin America, frankly. And so you had a kind of, this is part of what justifies a second Cold War, except one, the world doesn't know. about, which is you take all of these, basically politicians who are trying to do what's best
Starting point is 01:02:52 for their own people, and you say, well, that goes against the institutions, the Democratic institutions. And so it's a threat to democracy. And because we said the magic phrase, threat to democracy, now we get to break in case of, you know, break glass in case of emergency. Now we get to pull out the CIA, the State Department, and the manifestation of those two apparitions, which is USAID, which is how it gets operationalized. What happens to Bricks now that the B is facing a populist and nationalist and Trump-centric, Brazil-first, American-allyship leadership sweep and landslide? What happens to Bricks? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:03:37 There's a lot of really interesting things happening, for example, in the India relationship and also in the China relationship now. that I don't, it's hard to say. And part of this depends on the trajectory that crypto, this sounds weird, but my view, part of this depends on the trajectory of, you know, some of the crypto dollar machinations that are happening. I'd prefer to, I'd prefer to let that mature a little before I,
Starting point is 01:04:09 uh, issue my, my own kind of thoughts on it because I'm, I'm a little out there on that one. and I don't want it to be too weird and esoteric, but I'm a wait and see on how things develop there. There's a lot in motion that could make things go. You know, obviously, I think, you know, the hypothesis is that it will take a big hit
Starting point is 01:04:32 because of what's happening right now in Brazil. But there are some strange, there are some strange things happening on the other side of the bricks equation that I don't know how to read the tea leaves on. Okay. Read the tea leaves on the Donne Row Doctrine. And what's happening from the very Arctic tips of Greenland down to the touching of Antarctica down south, the entire continent is being remade and is being remade in Western interests and being reorganized to the allyship of America. And there are obviously some outwires in Canada and Mexico, but those seem like strong. stubborn old birds that will eventually come along. And with Cuba and what the administration is promising in the regime change in Cuba, it seems like a fait accompli, right, when it comes to the reorganization of the Western Hemisphere in favor of the West and not the East. Am I reading that correctly? Will that be the lasting Trump legacy? Can you architect out for us like,
Starting point is 01:05:43 how does Brazil enter into that entire mosaic? Well, it's fascinating because, I mean, you mentioned Mexico, for example, and USAID did not like Lopez Obrador. They accused Obrador and Trump of having a bromance. And so it is kind of funny. And they set up an incredible censorship state in Mexico, by the way. I did some threads on this, but anyone who wants to FOIA files, just looking to disinformation, Mexico and what all has. has been done to create a kind of, in fact, all the way down to using the EMB strategy, the election management body strategy to partner with the Mexican courts to get disinformation
Starting point is 01:06:29 censored. It's disgusting. But to Claudia Scheinbaum's credit, when USAID was shut down, she was one of the first leaders to come out and say, this is actually a good thing. Now, I think, I think she was probably basing that on history, to be honest. I'm not sure that she was surprised of the extent of USAID involvement in Mexico. And the other thing is, is even when USAID like someone, they were like someone over their political opponent, there's two basically methods that USAID uses for getting what they want. One is basically revolution fomending a coup. And the other is reform, pressure to get the government to pass. reforms or to pass them faster or to pass more of them, which is basically changing laws,
Starting point is 01:07:22 doing various favors, signing some agreement, not doing this. And there was, there was reform pressure. But on the general sweep of the hemisphere that you laid out, it's fascinating to watch how statecraft is evolving without USAID as a weapon that can be unfastened from, you know, the bat belt. You know, it's like when Batman wants to scale a wall and he's got a, you know, his belt used to have some gatling thing, some rappelling thing, you could shoot it and climb up. Well, what happens if you don't have that, but there's still a wall? And, you know, there's still the Batmobile.
Starting point is 01:08:18 You could just drive that like 400 miles an hour. smashed it through the wall. And so we have this slick weapon that allowed evil to be very creative has been effectively taken out of the toolkit for the time being. Now look, there's still a State Department foreign assistance budget, but State Department is much more transparent. It's really, really hard to get away with, it's got oversight. It's got everything's public facing. So really what the administration has been doing has been using the Batmobile to slam through walls rather than using kind of like a, you know, a slick, creative way of trying to climb them. And, I mean, even think about Greenland. The Greenland thing is happening
Starting point is 01:09:14 with military, right? I mean, we're basically doing the Starbucks strategy. in New York City, where instead of, you know, I mean, just the coffee company now just owns so much real estate that it's a force in the city. I mean, we're basically using military bases to just kind of geographically take up enough landmass in Greenland, and then we're, you know, getting agreements to make sure other people can't sit on them. I mean, you put enough military bases on a country. It becomes yours militarism. You think about what happened in Venezuela. That was the military.
Starting point is 01:09:55 You think about the encirclement of Cuba. That's military. We're in a weird world where when USAID, when the shutdown was announced in early February of last year, I made a pretty, everyone was expecting me to kind of be, I was obviously celebrating the shutdown. But I think everyone was expecting my tone to be twirling batons in a kind of unadulterated effusion, like a ebullient, no filter. The reason that I had a kind of somber tone during that was because it's the right move.
Starting point is 01:10:42 There has to be attention, though, to what fills in the gap. This heart was carotid. This heart had, you know, I don't know, the cancer had spread into it. It's clear this heart needed to be taken out of the patient and it needed a new heart. So throwing them on the operating table and ripping their heart out was absolutely the right step one. The problem is if you just leave them there on the operating table and you don't put some sort of new heart back. in what happens to that patient in that time. And we are in a modality of hard power right now that has had some very fascinating short-term implications already. Right. How would we normally
Starting point is 01:11:41 cajole, for example, Iran into doing a deal? We would create a USA Truman show inside of Iran. We would fund all of their constitutional scholars. We would fund all of their universities in order to get the, we'd fund their energy departments at the University of Tehran. We'd infiltrate their thought leadership. We'd infiltrate all their media organizations. We'd create the astro-turf protest movements with their young people to demand a deal, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But we don't have that. And the deal wasn't happening, wasn't happening, was happening, wasn't happening, so we decide we're going to use the war button. Greenland, we're using the Department of War button. Venezuela, we're using the Department of War button. And the encirclement of Cuba,
Starting point is 01:12:28 we're using the Department of War button. There is a, and even with Russia, Ukraine, it's still, and we have a $1.5 trillion dollar Pentagon budget now to be able, and we're using this new, basically, the almost private equity division within the military to do deals. I mean, we just, what the Pentagon now is a 35% equity interest in Venezuela's second largest oil company. And while this is new and exciting in the sense that it hasn't been done since the rules-based international order was set up to basically create an edifice of lies so that you could kind of have this outcome without having the accountability of it or without
Starting point is 01:13:17 looking like you're doing it. There is a real question for MAGA foreign policy going forward of who we want to be, who we hold ourselves out to the world as and how to do things responsibly. and this is like a weird word coming out of my mouth, but like sustainably, because life is really long and the world has a large memory and a long memory. And I think that everything is kind of being,
Starting point is 01:14:01 it's very ad hoc right now, rather than kind of having a central doctrine. And we're using the war department to do an influence that was traditionally the purview of USAID and state. And I don't know that there's been a lot of reflection on what the implications for that are as a going concern. Yes. I mean, obviously you can see it. There's been a shock factor.
Starting point is 01:14:32 Yes. People are not used to it. Yes. We're used to the Median Revolution. And we kind of like like the sciops, the siops are cozy, like a cup of hot tea and a warm, fuzzy, blanket. Like the sciops feel good. And it's nice to be like, oh, they're just smashing the, you know, statues of the dictator. They did it all by themselves. Yeah. Like, yeah, it's magical. We're just, they just love us so much. Right. Well, the other thing is,
Starting point is 01:14:59 the comforting lies, right? The comforting lie. It's like the comforting lie versus the hard truth. Yeah. And it's like Trump's choosing hard truth, hard truth, hard truth instead of comforting lie. and there's no plausible deniability. Correct. Which means when we break something, we buy it effectively. It's our, we can't really wipe our hands of it and say, you're, I mean, you can, but then there are the diplomatic implications of that. There's plausible deniability in Ukraine. And yet, we still broke it and bought it, right?
Starting point is 01:15:32 I mean, it's still a client state. Yes. Well, and there is in Ukraine because there. this was pre i mean that was the u s a d era i mean it was usa id who basically created the my don revolution that ended up uh forcing yonukovych to flee in a helicopter and set all this in motion but um i that was the u s a id era where even though we were funding coordinating organizing the in virtually the entire thing top to bottom we could plug possibly deny our involvement to the world and say, what a spontaneous act of fiery but mostly
Starting point is 01:16:18 peaceful protests in the Ukrainian parliament. I remember what was it a year or two ago where I texted you this New York Times article that confirmed exactly what you were saying on the show that month. Like, it's like New York Times comes out. I was like, yeah, the CIA is effectively running the entire Ukraine war. There are 14 different CIA access centers and hubs. Yeah, remember what they said? February 23rd, 2014, the day after the coup in the Maidan Square,
Starting point is 01:16:48 the shadow Ukrainian intelligence minister, who is going to become, walked into Ukrainian intelligence headquarters and found the lights were off and the files are missing. So he made two phone calls, one to the head of the CIA station chief and one to the head of the MI6 station chief. And together, the three of them opened the door and decided that they were going to have a tripartite intelligence system jointly run by the CIA, the MI6, and the Ukrainians.
Starting point is 01:17:19 And it's like, okay, so he just had his number. He just randomly, random guy who was not even a government minister until like, you know, a day ago, just happened to have the phone numbers to the head of the CIA and the head of the MI6. And he just decided to, you know what, instead of actually running this intelligence agency, I'm going to have it be co-run, apropos of nothing. They did nothing to help me
Starting point is 01:17:44 over the past several years or in the past four months of protest. I'm just going to randomly decide, yeah, just blindfold, pick the names out of a hat. Yeah, my two partners are going to be the CIA and MI6. Wow, that's crazy.
Starting point is 01:17:58 I thought it was going to be my buddy Craig. And I don't know, my ex from high school. But, oh, it turns out, okay, the says CIMI6, but that is the way it's been. And the last thing I just want to say about Brazil, please,
Starting point is 01:18:14 because I have to bounce in a second here, is there has been so much hand-wringing and now actual legal investigations in Brazil into American interference in this election. I don't know if you saw the headlines about this, but the Lula administration in Brazil has just launched a, I think, criminal probe to investigate American interference
Starting point is 01:18:41 in the 26 election there, which is, can I say the artwork? Okay, let me constrain myself here. Do it. This is so, it's so funny, and I hope karma arrives in the form of the marshmallow man, And, you know, in Ghostbusters, when they pick the form of their destroyer and it's the marshmallow man, because whatever the first thing comes to mind is. So here's the plain, let me explain what I mean here.
Starting point is 01:19:23 The plain fact is there's been no American interference in Brazil. And actually to the shock of a lot of Trump supporters, and I think to the surprise of many folks in Brazil who think, We're so aligned. Can you help us break free of this tyranny? And the fact is, is the Trump administration has not put, there was basically one, there was like two months of sanctions,
Starting point is 01:19:51 micro-targeted sanctions on Alessandra de Morayas, in tandem with 10 other people from 10 other countries. Even that was short-lived. There has been no funding. There has been no USAID architecture. There has not been 300, new programs stretching from the labor unions to the constitutional legal advocates, to the youth movements, to the LGBT movements, to the media outlets, none of that in Brazil, but there
Starting point is 01:20:22 wasn't 2022. And with the Lula administration effectively declaring that it's some sort of criminal law breaking that I don't know, the Trump administration squinted too hard at Lula, when the way they robbed the bank. This is, Lula understands the power of USAID and state to be able to do this because he is the factory creation. He is the test tube baby who's, who only got there because of that apparatus. That is why Lula blocked the U.S. from being able to have an ambassador in Brazil. He said, the only reason you're putting this new guy in as ambassador is because the State Department is going to try to create a Truman
Starting point is 01:21:09 show inside Brazil and work with all these different groups to manipulate them to vote for Bolsonaro. No, none of that was done. But the guilty party kind of reveals themselves with this because the reason he's thinking that must be what's
Starting point is 01:21:25 happening is because that's the only reason he became president. And so I hope that him opening up that probe If the Bolsonaro faction wins the runoff at the end of the month, they open up a probe of their own. And as part of the sweeping reforms to make Brazil free again,
Starting point is 01:21:51 they include in that one all the activity that put the Lulaites in all the institutions in the first place. Turnabout is fair play. If they're going to investigate U.S. interference in 2026? I think the Bolsonaro faction should investigate U.S. interference in 2022 under Biden. And the difference is there, I think you will find many actionable, I don't want to say criminal because I want to say criminal, but I will try to restrain myself.
Starting point is 01:22:31 You will find many actionable skeletons. in that closet. Mike, I know that you are up against a hard out. I just want to get your parting thoughts on something because you mentioned it earlier in your last comment. And I want to give, we just talked about what is happening in Brazil right now, why it happened. We talked about a little bit about what should happen next,
Starting point is 01:22:53 which is criminal proceedings or at the very least a full scale investigation in the Biden rigging the election in 2022. Moving upward in the hemisphere just a little bit, but to something that is a topic of great interest to this audience. what is going to happen in Cuba? What do you see? What kind of tea leaves? That's like the bit that I know I know there's a lot going on in Brazil, but like Cuba,
Starting point is 01:23:14 from an iconoclast standpoint, from a communist dictatorship standpoint, so it's such a thorn in the paw of American intelligence, such like a scar on the face of the Western Hemisphere. It sounds so much like that it's not even saber-rattling anymore, like that the plan is already done. you can see Marco Rubio with the maps of Cuba, the way Donald Trump talks about it, the way he's talked about it with us in private meetings at the White House.
Starting point is 01:23:43 And the way he talks about it on national TV is very similar. Like, they've already decided how they're going to take out, how they're going to do regime changing Cuba. Anyway, I want to get your take on this. Well, they're very confident. It'll be interesting to see what happens. I think the midterms are going to have, are going to have a significant impact on the leverage and leeway that the admin has to,
Starting point is 01:24:12 you know, effectuate the situation in Cuba. And, I mean, these things are all kind of interrelated, in my view, the Venezuela, the Cuba, the Iran. Of course. And then what's happening domestically, you, and, and it's going to, run into kind of the civil war that's happening on the left with the DSA versus the kind of limousine liberal types as well, who themselves have a kind of divide over Cuba, where you have, I think, the traditional limousine liberal folks actually have, there is kind of a bipartisan consensus on Cuba with the Republicans on regime change. Now, in terms of the remaking it post-regime
Starting point is 01:24:59 change, there are differences. But then you've got the DSA types who are sort of Castro-Stalwart types. And it will be interesting to see, for example, if Democrats win the midterms, what kind of pressure the DSA faction of Democrats put on a Democrat majority to try to slow or impede what the Trump administration is, you know, clearly driving at in Cuba. It would be interesting to see whether or not it kind of goes the way Venezuela went or whether it goes the way that Nicaragua went in the early 1980s when Democrats basically passed a kind of Bolin amendment to block any sort of executive. branch action around Nicaragua. I don't think it'll go that far in Cuba, even if Democrats do
Starting point is 01:26:03 take the House and the Senate. But I do think that there could be, it's hard for me to, you clearly see the strategy. I don't know if there are also certain tricks up the Trump administration's sleeves, particularly Secretary Rubio has, I think, a very, a very, a very, a very powerful network of regional allies, newly empowered ones, and, you know, giving him two years more to crack that kind of regionalized coalition, things could, very dramatic things could happen. At the same time, there are a lot of other balls in play. I don't know how much concentration is able to be done if there's if democrats do win if the sort of cuban government is going to see that as a preview of 2028 and try to hold on and try to get kind of like an economic lifeline from
Starting point is 01:27:13 china sort of thing to hold on for another couple of years this is kind of like what we're seeing around iran diplomacy right now where it's like okay if they the midterms are going to be a sign I think, of whether or not you can hold on for another two years and hope for, from the perspective of, you know, say, the new Iitol or something, right? Like, there's a, what happens in just a few weeks here is going to radically change what the calculus is in terms of do you just basically quit and try to make a deal because it looks hopeless for the next half a decade? Or could the pressure all be over in just two years,
Starting point is 01:28:01 in which case, no deal, no capitulation, find a way to keep the lights on, find a way to make promises, give more of our oil, to give more of our exports to, you know, this partner, just to hold on because our fates could reverse. In Toronto, every arrival is a statement, and nothing says it better than this. Cadillac Optic was the number one selling luxury EV in Canada for 2025.

Luxury sales claim based on S&P Global Mobility Canadian New Vehicle Total Registrations for calendar year 2025 for the Cadillac definition of luxury in not too long in time. So I don't, I can't make a prediction on the Cuba thing right now because there's, there's too much, too many balls in play. And, but we'll know soon what, at least what the, what the, where the pieces on the board are. And I think once you know that,
Starting point is 01:29:11 it's easier to calculate what moves can be made. The moment we saw the CIA jet land in Havana and John Ratcliffe get into a motorcade zip over to the Cuban intelligence headquarters. I was like, it's over, dude. It's over, bro. Like, CIA has a very, very long memory. And I don't think they'll ever forget the Bay of Pigs. And I think they're going to, they're going to cook. They're going to cook them like bacon, dude. I think it's over. But who knows? I live in a place with a lot of Cubans that will be very happy in Tampa. I know you live in a place with a lot of Cubans. I will be. I'm moving back to Miami. Yes, that's right. So. I guess we'll see. It's going to be a party. It's always a party when Mike Davis is on the program.

Starting point is 01:31:41 But whenever you book Mike Ben's and Mike Davis, you know, you're going to have a bangor of a show and you're going to have people speak very wisely about this kind of stuff. So let me just speak very wisely. to you about a rerun. We've seen this before. White House on high alert assessing options of plague breaks out in Russia, hundreds put into quarantine in hospitals, and one worker is dead because of a plague outbreak. Yo.
Starting point is 01:32:13 So she, this, this worker at the anti-play, you're going to love this. The anti-plague institute, isn't it amazing? the anti-plague Institute creates the plagues. It's a black plague, by the way. And it's a mnemonic black plague. So it is something that is able to be transferred via droplet. So this is awesome. Allegedly she broke a vial.
Starting point is 01:32:44 She got the plague. She died. And she was admitted to a hospital. Nobody knew what went down. 200 people that were in contact. with her. You've not been quarantined. Now an entire city's been quarantined. People are saying that entire, some of the biggest cities in Russia will be quarantined. Members of Congress are calling for us to ban flights from Russia right now. The virology center in Wuhan, just a reminder,
Starting point is 01:33:11 their job was to stop infectious coronaviruses. That was the goal of this laboratory. The goal of the laboratory is always to do the opposite of what they end up doing, which is to infect and to destroy and to kill innocent people. So this is like real as a heart attack. So you take it very seriously. Again, there are people posting that sources say that it's far worse in Russia. Like what is happening right now is far worse than what the reports are even saying. Russia has, of course, a controlled, state-sanctioned media apparatus. They do not have free speech in Russia. And so something big is happening right now.
Starting point is 01:33:56 Something seemingly extremely dangerous is happening right now. So keep your eye on it. There's a news clip here. Is this about the White House? Let's go ahead and play it. What they're calling anti-epidemic measures after a laboratory worker, studying the plague in Siberia died of a mysterious illness. Russian authorities had not officially confirmed the plague as the cause of death,
Starting point is 01:34:25 but local media reports say that a 28-year-old lab worker became infected after a test tube containing the pneumonic plague pathogen broke while she was collecting samples. Foreign officials have not detailed the level of exposure, but nearly 200 people are now being monitored as a precaution. The White House now keeping an eye on this situation, the State Department telling Fox News in a statement, We are monitoring the situation closely with the CDC and our other interagency partners. Many details have not been confirmed.
Starting point is 01:34:58 We encourage Russian authorities to share accurate information quickly and openly. The mnemonic form of plague can spread through coughing or sneezing. Symptoms can begin one to four days after exposure, and they include fever, a headache, weakness. The good news, early antibiotic treatment can cure the infection. The State Department is now recommending that U.S. citizens traveling overseas sign up for its smart traveler enrollment program to receive updates. I've seen this one before. Starting point is 01:36:20 And gas prices are high. I don't like it. I don't like the affordability issue. I think this is obviously something that is critical for us to solve. But just because I don't like that doesn't mean that I give my country back to communists who want to open the border, enslave my children, force vaccinations on them, destroy their lives, censor them, and mutilate them. Like, that, that, that, I don't, that doesn't mean that I do that. because I'm like I'm not retarded. That doesn't mean, I like that.
Starting point is 01:36:52 That's not the wager. Okay, the wager isn't like, go hand your country back over to the Marxists. Okay, yeah, I don't like gas prices. Yeah, I don't like where they are. I also like the alternative is really, really bad. And like way worse on many levels. And I fundamentally believe that the gas prices are going to be fixed because they already were fixed.
Starting point is 01:37:11 I'm angry about it. Ladies and gentlemen, stay locked in. Our verse of the day from first John. This is how God showed his love among us.
