President Trump's historic landslide is only going to be so very sweet as it is crescendoed with Kamala Harris's concession later this evening.
Starting point is 00:00:48 At time of show, Kamala Harris has announced a concession speech at 6 p.m. Know this. We will be live for that. Won't miss that for a minute. Know this also, ladies and gentlemen. Our show last night was the most viewed independent stream in the world. The numbers are in. This channel and this stream was the most viewed on earth for independent creators. We are not corporately owned. We got no strings to hold us down. Just that little intro would get anybody else fired in corporate media. I'm willing to say it.
Starting point is 00:01:28 I'm willing to say it. We screamed and we celebrated and we popped bottles live on the stream. Yeah. The floors are very sticky. The floors are way too sticky in the studio this morning. And we all did it together. And we've done this all together. I want to say a big heart to the chat. This is for you, chat. For you, right there. You, chat. This one's for you. Eight hours live. Seven plus million views. 300,000 concurrence, which is
Starting point is 00:02:03 more people than are watching many cable news shows, quite frankly. And we did it together. We're so thankful. We live inside of an absolute aura of Thanksgiving this morning. For our team, the shout out to the true, the true MVPs. Killer Klein didn't sleep. Neither did the artist Eric. They literally did the studio all night. They were at the studio all night through the morning. I think they went and got a coffee break. Yeah. Same with our entire team. The amazing Ashley, Jamie, the creator, ALX, Danny. ALX was publishing. We were publishing content at 4 a.m. last night. 4 a.m. We just worked through it. And we say thank you. We do it for you. And we do it also for our children. That's it. We love our families. We love our country. We dig our heels deep into this black earth here in this beautiful nation. And we say, yeah, this is our country. You don't have a right to take it from us. You demonic bastards.
Starting point is 00:03:24 You don't have a right to import 30 million us. You demonic bastards. You don't have a right to import 30 million criminal aliens from the third world in here to rig our elections. No, you don't have a right to do that. No, it's not your country. You didn't build it and you are unworthy of it. You inherited this, the greatest country on earth. You seized power through illegal means. And all you needed to do was not be totally corrupt and incompetent. But you couldn't help it, could you? You had to defile this place that you didn't build. And then you had to come for our children. This is a vote I think that will forever be remembered as a vote of mothers. Trump won women. Oh yeah, let me tell you what. Trump won women. We'll get
Starting point is 00:04:10 into the data in just a second. Trump won women who were married. Women with children and families broke for Trump by historic numbers. Latinos broke for Trump by historic numbers. Latinos broke for Trump by historic numbers. Black men vote for broke for Trump by historic numbers. Those who still have a connection to reality and something to fight for, something to live for. They voted Trump. Those who wish for the atomization, the self-immolation, and the self-loathing really is what the Kamala Harris movement was all about. It's not even Kamala. I'm going to stop using that name. I never want to say that name again.
Starting point is 00:05:03 Please catch me on this chat. I don't ever want to say the name Kamala Harris ever again. I don't want to say it. She's not real. Joe Biden isn't real. It's Barack Obama and what he represents, the corporate legal interests, the warping of our nation's laws in order to comport to further power for Democrats. Even the even the counting of the census is totally rigged. Listen, last night should have had 20 extra. It should have been finished at 8 p.m. If the American census was fair and accurate, then Republicans would have had 20 more electoral college votes and 20 more congressional seats. But they rig the census by absolutely shoving criminal aliens into districts that need extra votes. And that's how they were able to rebalance everything. These are things that need to
Starting point is 00:06:03 be solved immediately. Oh, we got a list. We got a list. Things that should be done immediately. Project 2025 was real, by the way. Gotcha. Gotcha. Yep. No, Project 2025 is real. We got a list. Number one, there needs to be a law that says voter ID or nothing. There needs to be a law. Congress should pass a law to protect our elections. Voter ID. Kamala Harris won pretty easily every single state with no voter ID. Well, what do you know? There's rampant, egregious fraud in this nation, and they wish to export that to all 50 states. That system needs to be done away with. We need to never vote like this again. We should never have an electronic voting machine ever plugged in again, ever, in this country. We'll stand on that hill and we'll fight, ladies and gentlemen. That's rule number one. Number two, those who have tortured. Oh, that's great. Put it up.
Starting point is 00:07:20 By the way, if you want to know what the majority is, the ruling majority, this is actually even more than the country. The directionality of the country is not 84% towards Donald Trump, okay? It's a good swing towards Donald Trump. It's probably 25%. This is 85% of the nation says voter ID must be required. This is the most, this is the most solid winning issue for Republicans in the country. There is no other. Maybe closing the border, but not by these numbers. Closing the border is very positive, very positive for Republicans. Of course, number one thing that needs to be done. This is, this is the most popular opinion that our side champions, yet our cowards and our coward Republicans in Washington, D.C. refuse to put it up. No, no. Federal voter ID in federal elections. Do what you do what you will with your local elections, OK? But there is a federal law that
Starting point is 00:08:22 mandates that Congress can pass laws for federal elections and voter ID for federal elections must be the law of the land. The end. And guess what'll happen? You'll flip it. It was supposed to be Barack Obama creating a coalition of the dispossessed, of criminal illegal aliens, voting in our elections, swamping swing states so that they're unrecognizable and can never be handed back to the actual American people, breaking every law, rigging every system in order to get a permanent majority. It was supposed to be a permanent majority for Barack Obama. It's actually going to flip. What does the scripture say? That which man intends for evil, God intends for good. And so now with national voter ID, it could turn into a situation where 40 states,
Starting point is 00:09:23 where like the next MAGA candidate wins 40 states. I think if you had voter ID that Donald Trump would have won New York last night. I can see it in the numbers. Donald Trump would have won Virginia. Trump would have won New Mexico. Trump would have won in a 400 electoral vote victory. They would have called it at 7 p.m. Trump probably would have won Minnesota. Trump's Trump's Trump's Delta in Minnesota is like three points. If you had voter ID, you know, they have Minnesota pop up voting booths. Do you know what that is? Tim Walls signed that into law. Yeah, please toss the map up. Tim Wall signed this into law. Pop-up voting booths. They're not, they're not, this is real, by the way.
Starting point is 00:10:10 They need to be sued immediately, investigated by the DOJ and shut down. This is, now the real work starts. You can see it in my eyes. We are not gonna give up. We're not gonna take a single day off. Team never quit. Team always grind.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Look at this. Do you know in Minnesota that they do pop-up voting booths? What that means is they're mobile voting booths where you don't need an ID. There's no record of who voted. And they go into communities with low voter propensity and literally drive the truck up to the projects, to the George Floyd Memorial, to wherever. And they then, like, think about this. A thousand people could just follow the van around and vote again and again and again and again and again in Minnesota. Minnesota is a dark red state. Do you know that that's the law of the land in Minnesota?
Starting point is 00:11:08 Pop-up voting booths. They're mobile. No ID, no record of who actually voted. They just run the votes in. Look at that. There you go. Thank you. Man, we are quick today.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Holy smokes, we are quick. We got the energy today. Have you heard of pop-up stores? Minneapolis has pop-up voting sites. Everybody who was responsible for these needs to be criminally investigated, subpoenas immediately. All of them need to be federally dragged into court. The DOJ should sue immediately for this attack on our democracy. This is an attack on our democracy. Democrat led effort to change Minnesota law last year allows one day voting locations. Minneapolis has 11. Minnesota's a red state. How many red states are they? How many red states did they steal last night? I think New York should have been a red state. Do you want to know what's delicious?
Starting point is 00:12:05 Do you want to know what I ate for breakfast? Kamala Harris eats no for breakfast. Joy comes in the morning. Well, let me tell you what. The number one congressional district that swung to Donald Trump. Number one congressional district that swung by the pure delta, by the pure number, OK, of votes that flipped from Biden to Trump, AOC's. AOC's congressional district. Oh, I love that, Klein. That's great. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:12:39 Man, the team is just the team is just rolling. Nobody slept. The team is just hitting it. Look at that. Voter identification requirement by state. Is this the one that has the overlay of Kamala Harris wins? Okay. So get me the Kamala Harris states. You'll see there every single state that Kamala Harris won is just the non-voter ID states. Do you see what's going on here? Every state that requires voter ID, Trump won. Every state that doesn't, Kamala won. Do you understand? It's pretty simple. Here it is. Here's the map. There, look at the overlay. Oh, wow. Would you look at that? It's a literal, it's a literal perfect mere reflection.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Look at that. Just line them up. There you go. Wow. What do you know? We're going to step in and fix this. No ID, no vote. No American citizenship, no vote.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Try to vote in this election without an ID or American citizenship, immediate deportation, immediate jail. That's how we save the country, ladies and gentlemen. Let's just start. Let's just start. We got the energy to save the country on this program. Look at this sweet mug. Look at this. It is maybe my fifth or sixth cup of coffee this morning. My coffee is blackout coffee, ladies and gentlemen. While I do put salt in my coffee, and we have so much salt to get to in this show, we just were too excited about this moment. I drink the salty, salty blackout coffee. Now, blackout coffee isn't salty, I think, by nature. But I'm adding liberal tears to my coffee this morning. And we are going to win, ladies and gentlemen, because of the energy that Blackout Coffee gives us to fight the Marxists.
Starting point is 00:14:33 We talk about this all the time. We must have energy to fight this demonic system that is set up against us. And lo and behold, by the grace of God, we have struck a blow. And defeat is at hand for these demons. The energy that Blackout Coffee gives us powers us through. Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny. Blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny. Be awake and not woke.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny. You can find them on Public Square, our friends over there. Also an awesome company. Look at this old mug. This is like a mug from like three years ago from the company. Look at that. It says here, $2 gas, the wall, no new wars, cheap groceries, and mean tweets. We were calling it three years ago.
Starting point is 00:15:18 We were calling it three years ago. And that's what the Democrats should have listened to. Listen, I'm not like I don't care if you're a lib that watches the show. I thank you for like having an open mind. If you're a lib that watches the show, we've been telling you. We've been telling you for years on even our merch. What the American people care about. All you had to do was listen. All you had to do was listen. But instead, more money for Ukraine, free abortions forever. That's what you gave the American people.
Starting point is 00:15:51 Oh, and here's 30,000 illegal Haitians in your little city of 50,000 people, your little Hamlet city of 50,000 people. Here you go. Here, let me like, like, let's let, let us air drop this in. Yeah. That's not what the American people wanted. All you had to do was listen to the American people. Now y'all look like this this morning, man. You got some, I want to go through the crying and the sobbing. Oh man. Oh man. Look at it. You did it to yourselves through your own sick hubris. You were led astray. Get that flag off the ground. Get that flag off the ground.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Get it off the ground. I guess we're lucky they're not burning it, right? Yeah, I guess we'll take our victories here. They're not burning the flag. You were led astray. You had a leader who will be undone, like all leaders, by their hubris. I can show you the moment where this movement really, it's inception moment. Our movement. It's the same hubris that is
Starting point is 00:17:10 pulsating through Barack Obama. Again, we will aim, we will aim, ladies and gentlemen, our directionality of this show on Barack Obama, who is the actual architect of the left's pain. Hopefully the left will dispatch from being Obama. Being Obama Democrats is the single most costliest thing to ever happen to the Democrat party. It is destroyed and atomized. What used to be a decent party that fought for American people, like, fine. Like, it used to have some differences with Republicans, but generally, we were on the same side on most issues. Barack Obama has destroyed that party, and it's time for that party to be done and finished with Barack Obama. Barack Obama is the author of your pain. Lib, I can show you why.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Here in this moment, I can show you the exact moment when the exact second that the MAGA movement launched. And guess who launched it? Obama and his hubristic attacks on those who disagreed with him, because, of course, that's not allowed in the America that Barack Obama wishes to usher in. That America was destroyed last night. Praise God. Here's the moment. And I know just the guy to do it. Donald Trump is here tonight. Now, I know that he's taken some flack lately, but no one is happier, no one is prouder to put this birth certificate matter to rest than the Donald. And that's because he can finally get back to focusing
Starting point is 00:19:04 on the issues that matter, like did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and Tupac? Say what you will about Mr. Trump. He certainly would bring some change to the White House. Let's see what we've got up there. You're not laughing now, are you, bitch?
Starting point is 00:19:44 The smug, condescending, repulsive disdain for the American people. I hope Trump does raise a giant golden Trump sign. We actually have a graphic for that. Jamie, the creator on our team, she made a graphic of like a Donald Trump giant gold sign going up in the White House. Barack Obama continued. Remember this gem from 2016? President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States! Exclamation point. At real Donald Trump. down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States exclamation point at real
Starting point is 00:20:26 Donald Trump well at real Donald Trump at least I will go down as a president oh wow I wonder who was I wonder if Obama was dropping. I wonder if Obama was dropping his phone last night as he read the results of the election. Maybe he did that same move, realizing now that Donald Trump is a two term president just like him. And Donald Trump will most likely be memorialized. In Washington, D.C., with a statue of him surviving an assassination attempt, that's the next thing I'm going to push for. We're going to crowdfund for a Donald Trump official memorial in Washington, D.C. I want it to happen in Trump's lifetime, of President Trump carved into marble, carved out of marble next to the Lincoln Memorial with
Starting point is 00:21:23 his fist raised. That's the next thing that needs to happen. Maybe this needs to happen. I'm not sure. Look at this. It's like, okay, all right. We're getting ahead of ourselves. Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump won in a landslide.
Starting point is 00:21:38 Can you tell us the map up? He won everything. The entire blue wall has been destroyed. For some reason, Arizona, and you know exactly the reason, Arizona and Michigan are clinging on to some hope that they can manufacture or find, you know, these big box trucks driving into voting centers last night. We saw it. It's all on film.
Starting point is 00:22:07 Think wisely. Think wisely. You know? It's going to be a very different Department of Justice. As Mike Davis elucidated for us yesterday, we have eyes on you. This is a Department of Justice that will look forward to making examples of election fraudsters.
Starting point is 00:22:26 So that as a deterrent, because election fraud is actually the real insurrection. You're the actual insurrectionist. If you're cheating in our elections, you're the ones who are undermining our democracy. And it's time to frog march the election riggers into jail where they belong and we need to make something we need to make some examples of people so anybody trying to do anything in arizona here's just a warning to you here's my public service announcement whatever you're trying to do whatever you're trying to pull in michigan or arizona think about your own personal for think about your freedom yeah i know these people i've been friends with mike davis for 20 years
Starting point is 00:23:03 think about your own personal freedom. Think about how if you wish to see your family for Christmas over the next couple of seasons and whatever you're trying to do in these states, know that it's a federal felony and that the Department of Justice under a President Donald Trump will not take kindly to people that are threats to democracy. Mike Davis this morning, quote, tweeting Julie Kelly, who will be joining the program in just one moment. I'm getting texts from January Sixers that make my heart so happy. Justice is coming, says Mike Davis. I'm here to assist, says Julie Kelly. Joining the program right now live is Julie Kelly.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Are you the happiest woman in America? I don't know. I mean, I'm not a crier. I'm a cold hearted wasp. So my husband jokes that I cry for six seconds every year. But this could be it, Benny, on your show. This would be record setting. It's just surreal to me. I'm so happy for the J Sixers, the text that I'm getting from them, their loved ones, their attorneys. You can't imagine the burden that has been lifted off of their hearts and their shoulders. Finally seeing hope after four years of this ruthless, reckless, bloodthirsty, unlawful, rogue DOJ trying to destroy their lives. So, you know, what Mike Davis says, and I believe him when he says this, and he will have access, I think, to do this. Not only will the J6ers be exonerated and pardoned and their sentences commuted, but we need a full-blown investigation into this DOJ. Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Matthew Graves, the DC U.S. attorney,
Starting point is 00:25:07 Donald Trump, please let me make the phone call to Matthew Graves. Please let me make the call demanding his immediate resignation. So we need that full-blown investigation, Benny, and the collusion with the DOJ and the Biden White House to bring the two criminal indictments against Donald Trump. We have to have retribution. I'm not saying justice. Justice sounds great. These people have to pay for what they've done to Donald Trump, his family, more than 1,500 of his supporters, J6ers, and quite frankly, the rest of the country.
Starting point is 00:25:39 And we haven't even gotten to the J6 committee and the culpability of those people, starting with Liz Cheney, for defrauding and misleading the American people and committing crimes in the process. There's so much to get to here, but let's begin with what you just said about the Biden Department of Justice and its corrupt rat's nest
Starting point is 00:26:01 that you have been on this program for years, Julie, exposing. You are a very lonely voice. You were in the courtroom for these J6 trials. You were the only person there that was there to tell a truthful story, there to advocate for the political prisoners tortured by our own American gulags run by these sickos in the Department of Justice. Now, I want to begin there and then I want to go to work on Liz Cheney, but let's focus in on Matthew Graves, Merrick Garland, and everybody who have been apparently wrong. It won't take long to tell you Neutrals ingredients. Vodka, soda, natural flavors.
Starting point is 00:26:51 So, what should we talk about? No sugar added? Neutral. Refreshingly simple. and hang a sign and say, don't steal, right? Don't do this. There has to be an example made for everyone to know you cannot do this to Americans. They'll keep doing it if there's not an example made. And Betty, I wanted to thank you because yes, I was the only person reporter, at least on this side in these courtrooms, but you helped bring this to your
Starting point is 00:27:46 audience. And I want to thank you and your amazing production team for having me on when, yes, a lot of people wouldn't touch January 6th. They didn't care about these people. I mean, you had people like Ben Shapiro, I'm sorry, who said he wanted all of these people behind bars. So there were very few people who would touch my reporting. And I want to thank you so much on behalf of the Jay Sixers as well for highlighting this and bringing this to your audience. But yes, there must be retribution. There must be consequences, not just top DOJ Matthew Graves, his line prosecutors and these judges, let's not forget the individuals who made all of this possible. And that is the judges on the D.C. District Court and Circuit Court. They put their judicial imprimatur on the most egregious weaponization of the DOJ against a targeted group of Americans
Starting point is 00:28:42 who are exercising their First Amendment rights on January 6th. Yes, a few committed crimes, nothing like they have brought, nothing compared to what they brought against these individuals to other political protesters in Washington. These judges must be held to account. And now that we're going to have the House and the Senate and the White House, we need to bring a few of these judges before the American people. We need to start impeachment proceedings for the first time in decades against sitting federal judges for denying these people their 1A, their 2A, 4A, 5A, 6, 8A amendment rights, destroying their lives because these people dare to go into their personal professional fiefdom of Washington, D.C. I still have the words of Daryl Howell,
Starting point is 00:29:31 the Obama appointee, who has weaponized her own bench against Donald Trump for years, oversaw the Mueller probe, oversaw the initial DOJ investigation into Donald Trump. And then, of course, this entire thing that was happening in the courthouse against Jay Sixers. She looked at a man from Texas and said, you drove all the way here from Texas on January 6th to hear the president speak. So that's not a crime. These judges have to be held to account also, Benny, and we need to make sure that that happens as well.
Starting point is 00:30:09 So that would be, the process would the beginning with the impeachment of the judges, the firing, obviously, of Merrick Garland, all of his staff, Matthew Graves serves at the pleasure of the president. And then an investigation, you believe a counter investigation needs to be launched into those inside of the Biden Justice Department that brought these charges and continue to demonically bring these charges, even when they have been spanked at the Supreme Court. Benny, the FBI, Chris Wray's FBI arrested a man from Georgia yesterday on Election Day in a swing state, a critical state arrested a man from georgia for his participation in the events of january 6. this is still ongoing they are still hauling people to washington dc to face these judges to face look at what happened yesterday let's think about this you had a red
Starting point is 00:30:59 wave we've never seen before even in blue states my home state of Illinois, New Jersey, Virginia, New York, the narrowing of the gap between Democrats and Republicans there. I mean, they came within, Donald Trump came within striking distance in Virginia and in New Jersey. Yes. There was one exception, one exception, Benny. The city of Washington, D.C., voted for Kamala Harris 94%. How in the world can we continue to allow these residents of Washington, D.C., to sit on jury trials in judgment of Trump supporters? This has been going on for two and a half years. DOJ has a 100% conviction rate for January 6th defendants before DC juries. And not a single judge, Benny, will allow a trial to
Starting point is 00:31:53 be moved out of Washington to a neighboring jurisdiction where they have a slight chance of perhaps a fair trial. All of this has to end. It has to end today. I hope that Donald Trump says something quickly or his team says something quickly to these judges and this Department of Justice. And I know I have faith that whoever takes over the DOJ will conduct a full blown investigation into all of what the DOJ, the Biden White House, the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office and those federal judges did to to to these Americans. I, you know, I certainly am no constitutional scholar. I only I just simply have conversations. I run a talk show here where I talk with smart people. OK, maybe some of it will rub off. But it doesn't make any sense to me why there would be federal judges inside of a place that
Starting point is 00:32:43 isn't even real. Washington, D.C. isn't a state. It's not real. Its members can't vote. The people they send to Congress don't even vote. Right. Eleanor Holmes Norton. Why are we giving full jurisdiction and the capacity to assault and destroy these Americans lives? Why does the federal court why does that system even exist in Washington, D.C.? Why mustn't it be something that is outside in a actual real state, even if it is Maryland or Virginia? It seems insane to me, actually. D.C. used to be run by Congress. We used to have like a, the Speaker of the House was like the mayor of D.C., effectively. It was just seen as a federal city and it wasn't a real place.
Starting point is 00:33:25 It was never designed to be a real place, actually. Right. I mean, I would implore Donald Trump to sign an executive order shutting down the D.C. federal court system, shutting down the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, and shutting down the Washington FBI field office. Good. This is the access of evil.
Starting point is 00:33:44 Enough. This is the rot in our political system. They all work together, Benny. I've seen it. I've seen it. Half of the judges on the D.C. bench came out of the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office. These are their colleagues. These are their buddies. These are the people whose kids go to private schools together. It's not a joke when, you know, we make fun of the cocktail parties in Georgetown. It is a cabal. They all are from the same area. They went to the same schools.
Starting point is 00:34:10 No one is going to step out of line. And I'll tell you what, some of the worst judges were appointed by Donald Trump. Now, I talked to him about this two years ago. And of course, he's taking recommendations like you do from people who, you know, the Federalist Society and others. One of the worst judges in Washington, Tim Kelly, whose wife works for the mayor of Washington, D.C., Muriel Bowser. He was a D.C. prosecutor in the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office. I watched in his courtroom how he systematically denied the rights of the J6 defendants before him, including the Proud Boys,
Starting point is 00:34:45 refusing to allow evidence to be entered into the court, including FBI informants. He fought harder than the prosecutors did to make sure that these J6 defendants had the book thrown at them, seditious conspiracy convictions, 22 years in prison for Enrique Terrio, who was in Baltimore on January 6th. I mean, we could go through, but those are the high profile cases. I've also seen the lower defendants charged with misdemeanors. I was in Washington courtroom last week where the DOJ went back and wanted to put a six-year-old woman, a widow, just lost her husband of 40 years to liver cancer. She spent three and a half months in a dirty, crime-ridden federal prison in Philadelphia on four misdemeanors and the obstruction conviction that was overturned by the Supreme
Starting point is 00:35:38 Court. The DOJ wanted to put her back in prison. I mean, this is what we're dealing with. So I'm sorry for the rant, but again, thank you so much for covering this is what we're dealing with so i'm sorry for the rant but again thank you so much for covering this but we need to get this to the right people they need to understand what really happened here because until you have a full understanding and grasp of the inhumanity the sadistic treatment of these j6ers by judges and prosecutors uh there won't be an appetite for the sort of retribution and consequences that we need. You're right. I mean, once you have proven that a system can be corrupted such as this to destroy our fellow Americans, it must be raised to the ground,
Starting point is 00:36:19 much like every other. This has happened before in American history, where there are institutions that are antithetical to the Constitution, to the rights of Americans, and we do away with them. We dispatch them. And it's a wonderful trait actually in this country that we have the power to do that. And it's something, something so odious and something so criminal as this. I just, I could not agree with you more. Now I want to get to something that I, I'm not sure, I'm not sure I'm emotionally ready for, but I want to give you the opportunity to put some meat on the bones to your tweet saying that you've seen Jay Sixers messages from them and they all know you and love you. I know many of them who follow you like you are leading the Israelites out of Egypt.
Starting point is 00:37:12 Like you're the one person speaking truth in this system and on shows like ours about this topic. And you're defending these people when no one else would. So you have this great rapport with them. And I know, you know, them and their families. Can you build this out? The text I'm getting from Jay Sixers makes my heart so happy. Talk us through some of them. Well, I don't want to sound self-serving. I mean, obviously a lot of them are just very grateful for the work that I've done in the coverage that I've given to their cases and their plate. But they just feel this burden lifted.
Starting point is 00:37:50 You know, I heard from a woman today, another woman, Jay Sixer, who went to prison. And she's like, I finally feel like I can get myself back, my mental stability. I feel like my family can do that, too. People just don't understand how tormented, not just by the DOJ and these judges, but by the media, the shameful J6 media who has added to their torture and torment. And this is national and local media who sees on these people and create. Some J6ers have told me what the media did to them was worse than what the Department of Justice did to them. So just feeling like they are not, that Donald Trump will follow through on his promise to pardon, to commute these excessive sentences. And that I just think
Starting point is 00:38:39 overall, Benny, the idea that they are not going to be called domestic terrorists by their own government, by their president, by the attorney general, and by these judges anymore. They will take that scarlet letter of terrorists off their chest, off their family, off their livelihood, try to get their reputation back, their businesses back. So I think just overall, that's the hopeful feeling that has been expressed to me that this after four years of everyone from Joe Biden to Kamala Harris, to Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, and these judges calling them terrorists, those days are are over so in congress we had a very powerful member named liz cheney who broke the law you don't have to say i'll say it who clearly broke the law in manipulating witness testimony in her committee and who is out this morning with a groveling like thank you to Donald Trump almost like it's time for us to move time for us to move along. OK, let's all ignore the last four years, which we will not forget you. Now, Liz Cheney seemed to have sidled up with Kamala Harris and destroyed
Starting point is 00:40:08 her chances. So in some ways, we're thankful. Donald Trump did historically well with Arabs in Michigan because Kamala Harris promised to put a Cheney back in charge of the Pentagon. So in a sick way, we're kind of thankful for Liz Cheney. Yeah. Thank you, Liz. Yeah. Thank you for tanking Kamala. Every single party that the Cheneys are a part of, what a pox, probably the most poisonous name in all of American politics, I think, officially. So well said. Yeah. Every party they're a part of immediately is terminal. That's right. And doomed. But I want to give you the floor, Julie. This has got to be probably enemy number one when it comes to the rigging of congressional systems against fellow Americans, against President Trump. And Liz Cheney was the
Starting point is 00:40:58 dark witch behind all of it. What should happen? Well, again, another investigation into DOJ collusion with Congress and the J6 Select Committee, because of course they were highlighting some of these J6 defendants, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, while they were on trial in Washington, D.C. This was a coordinated effort. So that has to be added to this DOJ investigation. Liz Cheney, and I have a big piece on Real Clear Investigations on this, we know now that she was conducting backdoor secret communications with Cassidy Hutchinson. This was facilitated by Alyssa Farag-Griffin, who is now on The View. She connected Liz Cheney with Cassidy Hutchinson, who had already testified three times behind closed doors to this committee. She was an aide to then Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on January 6th. Liz Cheney gets in communication with her. All of a sudden, Cassidy Hutchinson lets go of her attorney,
Starting point is 00:42:00 Stephan Passantino, who has a lawsuit, by the way, against the federal government, including the J6 Committee for Defamation for trying to destroy his career. Because what Liz Cheney apparently did is get Cassidy to let go of Stephan, hire two other attorneys, and then all of a sudden her story changed. There she is, June 28th, 2022, making up full cloth the story about alleged conduct by the president in the SUV that day. Everyone has denied that story, including the driver of the limo and including Bobby Engel, who was his security detail. She gave this dramatic, sensational account of what she had heard happened. None of it happened. It is a complete fabrication. Now she did this under oath, right? She also then changed her testimony about
Starting point is 00:42:53 seeing weapons or hearing about weapons at the Ellipse. She had testified previously she didn't hear it, then all of a sudden she did hear it. She claimed that she wrote a note that was supposed to be a tweet that Mark Meadows was dictating that the president could post that day. She claimed that she wrote a note that was supposed to be a tweet that Mark Meadows was dictating that the president could post that day. She said she wrote the note. She didn't write it. It was another attorney in the White House who wrote it. Why would you lie about that? Totally perjured herself. Liz Cheney very likely suborned that perjury, encouraged her to do this, but also tampering with the witness, fabricating evidence, interfering in a congressional investigation. She was a sitting obviously congresswoman. She also is an attorney. So they also have a bar complaint. Stephen Miller's America Legal America first filed a bar complaint against Liz Cheney, because you're
Starting point is 00:43:48 not supposed to talk to someone who is already represented by an outside counsel. But this is just the beginning of that too, Benny. We know, and we've talked about destruction of evidence by this committee. All of the videotaped depositions, over a thousand witnesses to this committee, all those videos have been destroyed depositions, over a thousand witnesses to this committee, all those videos have been destroyed. Representative Barry Loudermilk, who's overseeing this investigation into the J6 committee, says that there's numerous records and documents that are missing and have been destroyed. So people need to be held accountable for that. I mean, Liz Cheney, rule of law, constitution, you know, all the stuff she likes to say back at you, bitch. That's exactly, that's exactly what you posted. Here you go. We will enforce the rule of law and the constitution. You and your committee will be
Starting point is 00:44:38 investigated for fabricating evidence, tampering with witnesses, suborning purgery, purgery, and conspiring to defraud the United States of America. Get ready. You know, Cassidy Hutchinson, man, we've watched her in news interviews. In the words of Donald Trump, she's a few french fries short of a happy meal. And I think that there is a big story that is hiding very, very, very, very shallow below the surface here. And Cassidy Hutchinson, I think, will sing like a songbird about what actually happened with the correct subpoena. So we've got Cassidy Hutchinson was, I think, just turned 25 when she was at the White House. She was very worried about perhaps, you know, she was dragged before this committee three times. She was worried she was going to be bankrupted like everyone else. Now,
Starting point is 00:45:28 Stefan Passantino was being paid by Trump's PAC to represent her. But obviously, she was very vulnerable, very fragile. And so Liz Cheney took full advantage of her. But to your point, she might start seeing like a little canary once there's more legal pressure against her and a subpoena and potential perjury charges against her for not just lying under oath but misleading the american people in the process man we're really we're we're so incredibly thankful for you and your work julie uh you're gonna we're gonna have a we're gonna have a fun four years man this is uh this is gonna be a to be a cleansing fire for this country. And it's going to be biblical.
Starting point is 00:46:09 It's going to be exciting. And we're so thankful for you. This has been a wild ride. And man, the golden era is just getting started. Well, I'm thankful to you and your team. And again, bringing all of my reporting to your audience, it has made such a difference. I think, you know, I think there was part of what happened yesterday is what you're saying. People want this corruption out of our government. They want the weaponization of federal agencies to be perched. And I think that that's something the media is not picking up on, but I certainly believe that that was a part of Donald Trump's huge victory yesterday. You're so awesome, Julie. You have the love and you are cherished by our audience.
Starting point is 00:46:57 We got your back on everything. Now it's time to get to work. Now the fun part starts. Exactly. So here we go. Godspeed, Julie Kelly. Everybody go follow 730,000 Americans. Can't be wrong. Oh yeah, baby. The doggie, the doggie's in control now. Come on. It's your dog. It's your boys. See you, Julie. Thanks buddy. Godspeed. Ladies and gentlemen, moving right along to the man who won us Pennsylvania, the great Scott Pressler joins the show live. Scott, I will never have hair as glorious as yours.
Starting point is 00:47:42 Okay, I'm trying this morning. All right, since we slept at the studio, I'm trying. But Scott, you're the man. You are it. You can spike a football. I don't know if you got champagne. I don't know if you got a football to spike. I don't know if you can do a touchdown dance on the program.
Starting point is 00:47:55 Like this, this, my friend, is something that you have been talking to us about on this program for years, joining us from hotels or in cars, and you focused on Pennsylvania and you delivered the Keystone and God bless you, man. Thank you. It's surreal, Benny. We did it. We did it, Joe. We did it, Joe. Tell me about this wild ride because there was a moment when the most viral thing about Scott Pressler was you continue to tweet at Ronna McRomney.
Starting point is 00:48:30 Hey, I'll help the RNC. I'll do it for free. Let me build a voter registration coalition for you. And in the time span of the last 18 months, everything's changed. I mean, I can't describe how thankful I am to have Chairman Michael Watley and especially co-chair Laura Trump. Laura, I just have to give a shout out. She has had my back since day one. And more importantly, that means our back to every viewer at home that does the grassroots work of door knocking and phone so I just want you to know that this new RNC, this new GOP that we're building, it's going to have the backbone of the grassroots.
Starting point is 00:49:33 And more importantly, all of us are going to have a seat at the table. And I think that was evident in the victory that we had last night. Scott, I'll be happy to sing your praises. I know you're very humble, but I'll be happy to sing your praises and say that without Scott Pressler, we would not have had the voter registration numbers in Pennsylvania to make it a win on election night. And I think that there could have been some funny business without the raw, monstrous numbers of Scott Pressler and then also Elon Musk focusing so heavily on Pennsylvania. Scott, tell me about why did you choose Pennsylvania and what were the total number of voter registrations that you are responsible for in your incredible group? You know, something just has nagged me since even before the 2020
Starting point is 00:50:18 election. Something in my head just kept saying, focus on Pennsylvania, focus on Pennsylvania, go to Pennsylvania. And this is a state, a Commonwealth that I moved to. I purchased a home in Pennsylvania just to vote for Donald Trump. We launched an organization that hired 74 paid field staff across Pennsylvania. And we were able to flip counties, Benny, like Bucks County. Do you guys even realize what happened yesterday? We flipped Bucks County and Donald Trump won this county that hasn't voted for a Republican president since 1988. So when people say that voter registration doesn't make a difference, when people say that we're just flipping ancestral Democrats to Republican, no. Early Vote Action, our organization, EarlyVoteAction.com, we at least, this is a conservative estimate, registered 50,000 voters this cycle in Pennsylvania alone.
Starting point is 00:51:25 Wow. 50,000. Wow. We have members of our staff that live in Philadelphia. Ashley is saying, my aunt was a first-time voter in Bucks County because of Scott, because of your work. You got, I mean, on my staff, we have people who were affected by your work and voted for the first time for Donald Trump. Look at this state, Scott. Look at this.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Look what you've done. That's beautiful. Beautiful. And it's just, you know, the stories that nobody else knows, Benny, or nobody else is going to talk about is I want to give a shout out to members of my team. Very briefly, Hagan moved from washington state he drove to pennsylvania from washington on the west coast on a whim and said scott i'm coming to pennsylvania i'm going to do everything in my power i'm moving to the state we were so impressed by his tenacity we hired him and ha And Hagen, you helped deliver Erie.
Starting point is 00:52:27 You helped flip that quintessential swing county from blue to red. And I want to give a shout out to Will. Will is a veteran, a father who lived in Missouri. And he moved Benny on a whim. He drove to Pennsylvania. We were so impressed by him that we hired him for Pittsburgh. And people don't realize when you win 40% of Allegheny County, that's the election. And I do believe that Donald Trump won 39.6% of Allegheny County in this election. So it's people like Hagan, it's people like Will, it's people like Trisha that get this, Benny. Armstrong County overproduced from 2020.
Starting point is 00:53:06 Indiana overproduced from 2020. Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Lancaster. Those are all Amish counties. And I'm here to tell you that our work courting the Amish with people like Tricia, with people like Ryan Sexton, with people like Ellis Dukhart, the Amish helped deliver the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Donald Trump. Everything that we did from hunters to veterans to fraternity brothers, every gun show we went to, every gun store, all of those efforts helped to deliver the Commonwealthwealth for donald trump and i i i couldn't be more proud i know i'm gonna put you on the spot here scott but which one of these counties
Starting point is 00:53:50 i got i we can we can hover over one of them which one of these counties is your personal pride and joy bucks right here without a doubt without a doubt yep. And look at that. And I hear inside in the building that we're having a private viewing party and just the cheers and the shouts. And my team, J.D. Longo comes running over to me and Joe, my data director, and they're just like, Scott, we did it. We won Pennsylvania. We just delivered the White House to Donald Trump. Oh, man. Bro, I mean, yes, that's that's right. Ladies and gentlemen watching at home. I mean, you obviously know Scott's been on the program a lot, often joins us from a hotel or a gun show or in the back of his car. He's he's been fired. So many memes. Of course, we're big fans of memes. Here's a good one. Scott, it begs the question.
Starting point is 00:55:07 So the touchdown dance is here. You're, you're, you, you, it worked. It worked. Everything from the photo of you at the RNC with Laura Trump, right after the, the, the, the shift and the change after Ronna was fired. Yes. To, to your, you building out an organization with 70 plus staff, right? 70 plus employees, early vote action, to the meme content, which is inspiring in its own right.
Starting point is 00:55:35 What's next, man? I mean, I guess on this program, I'd have to, since I got you live here, I have to just shove and encourage you. We you should run this for you should run this for all 50 states. You should be in charge of that over the next four years. You should build out this system because you've proven it works like an incubator. You've proven it works. Well, I have I want to take a very serious tone for a second because the American people have entrusted the Republican Party with their future. Yes. And I don't take this lightly.
Starting point is 00:56:13 This isn't a game. This is real life. And there are real world consequences. And the American people are expecting Republicans to deliver results immediately. And so to anybody that watches this program, I'm sure that several Congress people do. and all of you are sworn in on January 20th, 2025, that you are immediately pushing and introducing legislation in the House and the Senate congruently, concurrently, so that way we can begin delivering on day one. And more importantly, here's how we need to be focused, Benny. The way that history dictates is that the party of power usually loses in the
Starting point is 00:57:07 midterms. This is critically important. If there's anything you say on your show, this is the most important. Republicans must use these next two years thinking that we are going to lose the midterms. There's none of this baloney that we're going to have four years. That means that if Clarence Thomas is going to bow out, we need to do all of our Supreme Court nominations and approvals within the first two years. That means things like securing the border and any health care legislation. All legislation must be passed within these two years, thinking that we're going to lose the House and or Senate in 2026. Because otherwise, if we lose the Senate, there goes judicial nominations, there goes the Supreme Court, there goes legislative victories, and Donald Trump will be a lame duck. And furthermore, I want to make it very clear that we are not stopping for a second.
Starting point is 00:58:06 I am more emboldened than ever. And my goal, Benny Johnson, is we are going to Florida, Pennsylvania within the next few years. I love hearing that, baby. Oh, that's amazing. So you're saying million vote margins on election night. Is it what you're saying? Million plus vote election night victories. Not a hundred thousand. I'm saying we're going to begin. We're going to continue flipping counties from blue to red. Erie, we're coming for you peacefully. Center County, we're coming for you. Monroe and Okonos,
Starting point is 00:58:41 we're coming for you. Lehigh, Northampton, we are coming for you. And furthermore, I would like to help deliver with earlyvoteaction.com a plurality of registered Republican voters by the next presidential election. Ooh, baby. You can only get so excited on this program, Scott. It's a family show. This is the image that changed it all. This is the photo that changed it all.
Starting point is 00:59:10 Maybe 18 months old, this photo. Here's Laura Trump. Laura Trump welcoming you to the RNC with open arms and saying, we will work with you. The future looks incredibly bright, Scott. It does. And Laura changed my life in so many ways, as did Elon Musk, as did, you know, everyone like you that's had me on your platforms to be able to share our message. But one of the biggest things that I will never forget as long as I live is at the triumphant return of President Trump to Butler, the site of the
Starting point is 00:59:48 assassination attempt. I had no clue this was going to happen. But Laura Trump invited me on stage to speak in front of 80,000 people. And it was the most surreal. It was the most humbling it was honestly one of the greatest honors for me to address the state the nation and and dare I say the world with our message and I'm just I'm forever grateful Laura thank you for entrusting and me the ability to convey our conservative message and ultimately help to deliver Pennsylvania for your father-in-law. We actually have that moment right here. There it is. Scott, that was so awesome, man. We were in the audience for that. That was so freaking great.
Starting point is 01:00:36 I was shorts Benny. 80,000 people saw my legs. I was wearing short shorts, Benny. You're going to scale. You're going to I mean, really? OK, so it's obviously working. I just want to get this pin down. You need to scale your operation with turning point action.
Starting point is 01:00:57 You got to do it and then just bring it national. You got to do it. I mean, obviously, stay in Pennsylvania and Florida, Pennsylvania, but you just you need to just fuse that together and then make that the get out the vote operation that leads us into a new golden American century. Well, and you know, we're, we're team players. Thank you, Tyler Boyer. Thank you,
Starting point is 01:01:17 Charlie. Uh, thank you, Noah for Mike. Uh, thank you, Cliff Maloney. You know, there were, there were so many, I laugh. I don't want to gloat. I don't want to be a gloating person that's not in my character. But to any person out there that said Donald Trump didn't have a ground game, well, how do you feel now? You can say it, Scott. How do you like me now, bitch? You can say it.
Starting point is 01:01:44 You can say it on this program. It's a family show, but we have a bleeper button. Scott, we are so very thankful for your work. We'll do everything in our power to support you, to amplify your message, to bring you and Laura Trump together. We had Laura Trump on the show and we said, will you reach out to Scott Pressler?
Starting point is 01:02:02 And she made quite a bit of news with her answer. And we're so happy to be allied with you. You're literally saving the country. We say this to people. You're literally doing it. Everyone follows Scott. Obviously, millions of Americans already do. Two million Americans follow Scott Pressler, the man who is truly the persistence.
Starting point is 01:02:26 Godspeed, Scott. Thank you, Benny. Congratulations. Congratulations to you, bro. You earned it. Come on, baby. Who was right? Today is a day when you sit back and you say, who defended the Jay Sixers? Who platformed Scott Pressler? Who brought these, like brought it all together? In a, in our, in, in like a moment that is a little too emotional for me right now, I got to tell you, the corporate media is dead. Hollywood influence is dead. People have abandoned them. They'll call this the Joe Rogan election forever.
Starting point is 01:03:13 And to play a small note in that is the greatest honor of our lifetime. It's because of guests like our next guest that we were so confident last night. The great Rich Barris, the most accurate pollster in the country, joins our program live now. Come on, brother. Come on. You're looking like me, baby.
Starting point is 01:03:38 We didn't sleep. We didn't sleep. What's your singing? I did it again. Yeah, that's right You guys just keep trying to go up against me And keep failing epically Bro
Starting point is 01:03:53 He needs silver Kiss my ass You freaking fraud You're done loser Nobody wanted you as a sports handicapper Nobody wanted you at 538. You got fired from your own freaking website. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:04:09 Now look at you now. The truth is this wasn't 50-50. This was not a 50-50 election. Well, let me go ahead and put it in. But the morning got so balls. But Ann Seltzer. Bells are big. Hey, Ann Seltzer, how you like them apples?
Starting point is 01:04:30 Loser. You freaking loser. Ann Seltzer, wrong by 16 points. She's done. She's done. She should be sued. She should be sued. There should be an investigation into how did she collude with Kamala Harris to give in-kind donations to her campaign that were mathematically implausible, that disgraced your profession, Rich. Absolutely, she disgraced it. And by the way, the only reason, because I think we did talk a little bit about this before the election, but people knew about that poll before it came out and people knew about it because of her mouth.
Starting point is 01:05:08 All right. It was leaked because look, from what I'm told, something happened to her after January 6th. It like broke her brain like so many other of these people in that world and that bubble. All right. Look, by the way, Donald Trump took Story County from her. All right. He increased. It's like the thing about Iowa is there are 31 pivot counties, the most out of any swing state in the country. And Donald Trump just added to that number. All right. It hasn't been done this millennia, bro. OK.
Starting point is 01:05:39 And this woman comes out with a Harris plus three or Harris plus four. Unbelievable. You know, I don't know that. Harris plus four. Unbelievable. You know, I don't know that I'm not, I don't know that she did it on purpose from what I understand and what I'm told is that like so many other people, she lost her objectivity. And in this business, if you are looking for something that you want to see, you could convince yourself that it's there, Benny. And in the final week, any professional pollster, anyone who still maintained a model of credibility and restraint and guarding against their own bias would have seen that Republican participation
Starting point is 01:06:15 in the final 10 days of this thing went down dramatically. Why? I don't know. Let's be impartial. Let's be objective. Let's look at the early vote. Maybe because so damn many of them voted already and then tuned it out. And by the way, I think they were on to them, man. I think Republicans at home were on to them. And they said, you know what? I want them to look like fools. I want them to. I'm not going to answer. Maybe I'll lie. I bet you if we call back the people that Ann talked to, they would laugh in her face and say I tricked you, you idiot. I voted for Donald Trump. Of course I did. I'm on you. By the way, why'd you hide the Trump plus 19
Starting point is 01:06:54 a month before they pushed Biden out of the White House, out of his legitimate nomination, by the way. Alright, let's reflect a moment here, Benny, on what they did. Okay? These people tried to install a woman who climbed the ladder by getting on her knees without earning a single vote, without earning a single vote. Nobody voted for her. The donor class called Jake Taffer and said, sit down, little bitch. This is what you're going to do. You're going to push Joe Biden out of the nomination, even though nearly 15 million people voted for the man. Again, you're going to do it because we can no longer cover up that he's senile.
Starting point is 01:07:34 The country is on to us now. And you're going to install Kamala Harris, who nobody likes, who nobody knows. The woman never even made it iowa when she ran for president the first time everything about her was fake look this was a disgustingly dangerous experiment can we get the donor class candidate to usurp the will of the voter okay the completely illegitimate nominee can we get her and bs the public enough uh you know to enough to trick them into putting her in office? And Ann Seltzer played a role in that. Let's get real for a second. Why, Benny, did she hold that poll for a month and only drop it when, by the way, which I accused her of doing publicly, and they sat quietly pretending like they didn't have to answer my allegation or something, right?
Starting point is 01:08:24 We knew about the poll. I didn't make it up. I didn't have to answer my allegation or something. Right. We knew about the poll. I didn't make it up. I didn't come up with this stuff out of thin air. I knew someone told me, what do you think? The same way I got the poll before she spiked it in 2020 before the democratic nomination, because Joe Biden asked her to, because he was in fourth place. This stuff has got to stop in this profession. And the worst part about it is then people come out like she's wearing a chastity belt or something. Holding her up is like the pinnacle of credibility. And everybody else is just wrong. It doesn't matter that I've called the elections correctly over the last how many years? Well, they didn't. She's credible because the media says she's credible. And we're to overlook every other bit of information
Starting point is 01:09:05 we know that points to the fact that she is not. I am not giving her the benefit of the doubt. I am not saying this was the response bias. This was a late, last minute attempt to suppress the Republican vote. This is the stuff that happens. Cartels do it in Mexico. It happens in third world nations. Polls are used as weapons. And that is what they did here. And unless we call it out, we do a disservice to our own damn profession. Look at that myth. You're either the most incompetent idiot in the polling industry or you're completely corrupt. Which one is it?
Starting point is 01:09:42 That isn't even a response by his Bennyny for crying out loud look at the margin he won by five more points than he did the first two times either either she's the biggest moron in the polling industry and can't do her job or she did this on purpose you'd lose your banking license if you had a fiduciary to your clients and you did this in the stock market fraud and fraud you'd go to prison and seltzer and seltzer is the sam bankman freed of polling benny i knew about this poll because somebody can by the way i ran real clear politics immediately and told them when i found out i ran right to to them and I'm like, listen, you're not going to believe this. And the reason why I found out
Starting point is 01:10:27 is because of somebody who believes she has lost her impartiality. They're afraid to bring it up because, I mean, look, man, you could lose your, well, I don't want to say too much, but it's not easy in that position to challenge the impartiality of Ann Seltzer. So basically she's running around telling Harris surrogates
Starting point is 01:10:47 about the bombs she's going to drop in the SOB's lap. Like, I mean, bro, that is not appropriate behavior for a public pollster who's supposed to be trusted. George Gallup is rolling in his grave. Rolling in his grave. Okay. Moving past Iowa, because you're going viral today, Rich,
Starting point is 01:11:09 with that rant. I've had it with this woman. This is like the fourth year in 2020. 2020 twice. Then the spring with the hidden pole. And then this. Come on. Fool me me once what's the expression come on folks give me a break i'm done with these people 312 is what we get with michigan
Starting point is 01:11:32 and arizona and they're going and you're on this you're on this show week after week rich saying 312 312 312 312 you said it you declared it you you planted a flag like months ago 312, 312, 312, 312. You said it, you declared it. You, you planted a flag like months ago, 312. And here we are, uh, fill me in on what's going on here. Over 95% in, in Michigan and Arizona. What the hell's going on? Uh, Senate races. That's what's going on. Uh, let me be honest with you guys. Look at how they were able to pinch it off from Hovda. There'll be probably a recount there. Dave McCormick is going to have to try to use the vote in Bucks. He's from Allegheny, so that last arriving vote, don't actually expect it to go that hard against him.
Starting point is 01:12:16 Number one, he's from Allegheny. Number two, with Republicans doing what they can in the early vote, they weren't experts at this. They did a great job. But a lot of Republicans requested their ballot in the final week. You're not going to get your ballot in time. So those provisionals are going to be more Republican this year than they were in 2020, because a lot of Republicans just didn't get it in time. You could not walk in and say, hey, I didn't get my absentee ballot. Can I vote on Election Day? They will tell you, no, you have to get a provisional ballot. I know personally, so quite
Starting point is 01:12:45 a few people that that happened to. So right now they're playing games. They're doing what they do. We all know it. And they're trying to pluck off the Senate. You know, I mean, the Republicans got the Senate, but they're trying to minimize the majority. And that's another thing, Benny. I can account for about thirty one point2% of the missing 2020 vote. I have been for weeks and months, actually, calling these people, researching and trying to find out vote histories in very granular fashion. And I can account for about 31.2% of the 2020 vote for Biden that is not in this electorate that basically we talked to and said we're not
Starting point is 01:13:25 going to vote because whatever the reason was the rest of it I can't account for so let's just call it what it is where are these votes well yeah you're you're the data you're the data expert and scientist here so so where so where are what would you say, like 15 million? So 15 million people just disappear? Yeah, and poof. And here's the thing. Republicans were much more vigilant this time in catching stuff. We already know about the one group based out of Arizona that was caught attempting to register and deliver and sign and return absentee ballots that did not belong to any real voters. They were basically what we warned about in 2020, change of address flags, even the deceased, although the deceased is very small.
Starting point is 01:14:10 It really is about those change of address flags, people who leave the state, people who no longer live at that residence. All right. You know, that's low hanging fruit for people who are trying to exploit the system. And a lawyer friend of mine called a, well, a friend of mine who is a
Starting point is 01:14:27 local elected in Bucks was called by his lawyer friend, let me get this straight, and basically told that there was another group that was, and this was about a week and a half ago, I guess now, that was another group after the Arizona group doing the same thing, running around, not knocking on doors and saying, oh, look, here's Benny's house. Hey, Benny, you haven't voted yet. Let's get you that absentee balloting. Let's get it returned. They were actually knocking on the door and saying, I just want to make sure Benny doesn't live here anymore. Why? And Republicans were all over that. So look, some degree of the vote. Democrats cheat. Let's cut the crap.
Starting point is 01:15:06 The media can say whatever they want to say. But the bottom line is there are four active county investigations by county district attorneys in one state alone, the state of Pennsylvania, that is investigating this stuff. I mean, give me a break. They did everything in their power, everything in their power to do. Look, Democrats did to voters of Bucks this year what they did to black voters all through the South in the Jim Crow era. Sorry, no more ballots here, boy. Go home. A judge had to extend early voting by three days
Starting point is 01:15:35 because he agreed that that was voter suppression. So, like, this idea that they don't do this stuff, Benny, that's another thing. That's another, you know, we don't have to read, you know, adjudicate the 2020 election all over again, but the work of people like your last guest, I've been on talking to you about groups like in Michigan, and they were also in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, but 10 X votes, they went out and targeted these low and no propensity voters to make sure that in case this stuff happened again, that there would be enough to overcome what they jokingly refer to as the margin of fraud.
Starting point is 01:16:10 They went out and did an incredible job. 10X votes in Michigan. I was tracking it, Benny. Out of the 1.7 identified as low and no prop voters, they got 587,000 to vote. So tell you, ask you something. Oh, well, 587 voted. So, I mean, that was the target list. We'll actually see. We'll be able to specifically see how much that group did themselves. But my point of this is, where's the Democrats loaded no prop voter? Why are they trailing so badly with them? They clobbered Republicans with this voting group in 2020. Where are they? Where are they? I mean, again, the future is the future and we don't have to relitigate 2020. But I think that the result of this election is another data point of evidence itself. It is. And drop the charade.
Starting point is 01:17:00 Let's just drop the charade. Where the hell did the voters go? 67 million is a lot different than 81 million. And somebody is going to have to account for where tens of millions of Americans went overnight in just a matter of a short four years. A lot of the voter rolls, Republican governors like Joe Lombardo in Nevada, even Brian Kemp being nudged and pushed to do it. All right. Shapiro, you know, he did some stuff begrudgingly, but he went. I mean, I personally think that he greenlit a lot of this, like turn the cheek movement we saw from the from Democrats in Pennsylvania in the last waning days. Josh Shapiro wants to be president.
Starting point is 01:17:41 It does not behoove Josh Shapiro to have Kamala Harris win this election. He wants to be president and he wants to be a young president. And as Democrats proved this year, it is not possible to run against an incumbent, even if they're senile. You're not allowed. So you can't become president if Kamala Harris wins, if you're Josh Shapiro. So you kind of want her to lose. Let's get real. He's a very shrewd guy, and he was overlooked for the vice presidency
Starting point is 01:18:08 because, let's face it, we all know why he was overlooked. It's because of his persuasion. It's because of his ethnicity and his faith, and that's why he was overlooked. So if you're him, there's no reason why you go to the mat to make sure that Kamala Harris gets all of this stuff, like provisions for late arriving ballots with incorrect postmarked dates.
Starting point is 01:18:29 All of a sudden, these Democrats on the state Supreme Court decided to agree with Republicans for the first time in history in an election. Republicans don't win in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with election contests. It's never happened. And all of a sudden they won this time and the court agreed with them. Benny, come on. They were like, we're not doing this for you. We did it for Joe Biden.
Starting point is 01:18:54 We're not doing it for you. Sorry, Kamala. Rich, I know that we were tied up against time really quickly here. The blue wall is gone. This is the last remaining blue wall. Assault New Jersey and Connecticut. You tweeted about it.
Starting point is 01:19:07 You said, why not attack the Atlantic wall now? So talk me through this. Talk me through this map. Where should Republicans start? The tri-state area is an overlapping media market. Assault New Jersey. Assault New York. Assault Connecticut.
Starting point is 01:19:22 Changing demographics. Nothing lasts forever. If you think that some state is a deep red or deep blue state, it's an illusion of your mind. All right. When Danny Kaye and Bing Crosby were running around singing White Christmas, one of my favorite movies, and by the way, Merry Christmas. All right. When they were running around doing that, Vermont was deep red Republican. All right. They even crack about it in the movie. All right. Now it's represented by a socialist senator who used to love the Soviet Union. Okay. So this things change assault, New Jersey right now.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Look at the Paramus area. Sean Trendy was just on Twitter and I had a quote tweet him over at Benny because my wife and I had to go to her cousin's wedding in New York and it's, you know, we're in New York and New Jersey, uh, meet, uh, and we were all in that area. It wasn't just that you could see Trump's support. It was loud. It was proud. It was in your face. It was so non-white. It was young and there was just signs everywhere. You're going through, you guys know what U-turns are. If you know, New Jersey, you're going around U-turns during every single little U-turn loop in dangerous areas where cars can plow over you. You can clearly see there are like Jews and seats standing next to each other, like with signs. And we're like, Laura and I know this area well. And we're like, oh my God,
Starting point is 01:20:40 this is real. And it is. Look at it. Go go get it wildwood is where my graduating class went after prom to go be really stupid really dangerous and make a lot of bad decisions and this guy gets a hundred thousand people to show up to a rally in wildwood open your eyes. Take New Jersey. Go get it. Ocean County voted so much more to the right because there were groups like in Lakewood, the Hasidic Jew population put it out, the endorsements for Trump. The lines were huge. Neighboring Monmouth County where there's Freehold, Howell, Marlboro, all the way up Route 9. By the way, if you're there, get me a crock and a half at the Regent Diner.
Starting point is 01:21:25 All right? But anyway, so good, so good. But this is everything from like working class burbs all the way up Route 9 where Marlboro is, where it's the most affluent, rich, white suburb you could possibly describe. And he crushed it. David Wasserman is over there going,
Starting point is 01:21:40 look at County, and that'll be where we see Kamala Harris peel away Trump's support among whites with college degrees. Didn't happen, Dave. She got curb stomped. All right? Morris County, gone. Move now to Bergen.
Starting point is 01:21:57 Go get it. Get the work done. They're ready. They're on the ground. They just need some support. I'm telling you, automatic voter registration is like highlighting the normie group that so many of the you had Scott Pressler on before, you know, the Drew Borns and Drew Weirda in Michigan who did 10x votes. They went after these normie and low prop people. New Jersey is filled with them. Go get them. Turn it red. End of story. You will kill their path to the Electoral college. And by the way, it will slowly eat away at New York. Slowly eat away at New York. Nothing lasts forever, baby. Assault the Mid-Atlantic. Nothing lasts forever. Donald Trump was closer to beating Kamala Harris in New York than Kamala
Starting point is 01:22:35 Harris was to beating Donald Trump in Texas or Florida. Do you remember a couple of weeks ago, I popped this Florida Trump plus 11. I mean, the crap I have to deal with on Twitter with this shit. Pardon my French. All right. But it's unbelievable. It's like a thankless job. I was actually low in Miami. I had them by six, winning Miami by six.
Starting point is 01:22:54 Look, I've been polling Florida for two decades. It's always I've always been a razor thin poll. I've never gotten a state wrong. Like eventually it's going to happen. But I never got a state wrong. Like eventually it's going to happen, but I never got the state wrong. So when I come out, when the people's pundit comes out and says, look, it's Trump plus 11.
Starting point is 01:23:10 All right, then it's Trump plus 11 or something or worse. And it was worse. He beat her in Texas and Florida. Worse than she beat him in the state of New York. Assault the mid Atlantic. Starting tomorrow. beat him in the state of New York assault the mid-Atlantic starting tomorrow you know I gotta tell you
Starting point is 01:23:29 we're very close with Laura and Eric and it's personal because they love the state of New York it's personal they love that area I was born in New York I lived many years in New Jersey I was part of like the Italian exodus out of the five boroughs and into the Jersey burbs.
Starting point is 01:23:45 And that's where I grew up. You know, I mean, and I'm never the look, the Empire State has always just had this special place in my heart. And it broke my heart what they did to it and what they have been doing to it. It is home. When Laura and I went up there, it was like the weather, the air. It's in your DNA, Benny, right? Your ears pop because we're in the lowlands now. And then you go up, you know, New York, you get a little bit more in the high country, your ears pop and you're like,
Starting point is 01:24:14 oh my God, it literally is normal. Like this is what my ears are supposed to feel like. You never forget what home feels, smells, the air tastes like, and it is is i'm sure it's personal to them get her done it can be done do it do it do it do it do it do it we gotta do it rich you're the man everybody follow the people's pundit i know you got a show brother everybody follow the people's pundit here we go uh you know hundreds of thousands of americans you're going to be at a million soon, man. I got to tell you, the most accurate pollster in America. Here we go. Calling it correctly. And take your victory dance, man.
Starting point is 01:24:53 I hope you have a beautiful night. And I hope you have a drink tonight and celebrate on your porch. Thanks, brother. I'll see you soon, okay? See you, homie. Oh, man. see you soon okay see you homie oh man oh man oh it's just so exciting we have so we have so much to talk about there's so much to talk about and is it we had like just such such such awesome such awesome guests on this program the people who actually made it happen. Pressler Barris, Julie Kelly, the people who made it happen, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 01:25:33 Time Magazine cover, New York Post cover. Let's do it, baby. New York Post, he's Don it again. There you go. Here's your president. Look at that. Look at that smile. The Time Magazine cover. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:25:49 Time. President-elect Donald Trump. Again. Oh, yeah. Vanity Fair. This goes hard. Much harder. I mean, this doesn't deserve to go that hard. 34 felony counts, one conviction, two cases pending, two impeachments, six bankruptcies, and four more years. Oh, man. How Trump did it again. He's been shot, sued, put on trial, written off, endlessly branded a fascist.
Starting point is 01:26:19 President Trump shocks the world. Shocks the world. Once again, here's our map. They are trying to pull funny business in Arizona and Michigan. These states are going to President Trump. President Trump will be at 312, which is a landslide. And what you've heard on this program are the marching orders for what comes next, which is the most important. You've seen the shift map. George W. Bush has congratulated Donald Trump. Boy, this must have been hard. George W. Bush has congratulated Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton have not congratulated. Kamala Harris will be,
Starting point is 01:26:56 I guess, crying on camera. It's going to be glorious tonight, apparently around six o'clock. Do we know what time it's going to be? Apparently around 6 o'clock. George Bush. I congratulate President Trump on the election of the 47th President of the United States of America, as well as Vice President-elect J.D. Vance. Laura and I are grateful to the election officials, poll workers, and volunteers who oversaw the election. Vice President Harris for service to the country, strong turnout in the election, blah, blah, blah, democratic institutions, levels of strength in our democratic institutions. Vice President Harris for service to the country Strong turnout in the election Blah blah blah Democratic institutions
Starting point is 01:27:25 Levels of Strengthen our democratic institutions And may God continue to bless our great country George W. Bush The only president And no word from Jimmy Carter yet That's a little strange Remember those photos of Jimmy Carter
Starting point is 01:27:40 Voting for Kamala Harris No word from Jimmy Carter yet Hmm Interesting Kind of like a perfect metaphor actually For how Democrats do votes of Jimmy Carver voting for Kamala Harris? No, no word from Jimmy Carter yet. Hmm, interesting. Kind of like a perfect metaphor actually for how Democrats do votes. But this is the first president to congratulate President Trump.
Starting point is 01:27:53 It's over, baby. It's over. Kamala Harris moving out of the White House. This is gonna happen. It's here, ladies and gentlemen. It's happening and it's gonna be biblical. It's gonna be really, really special. We're very excited about it.
Starting point is 01:28:09 Here we go. Kamala Harris moving out. Mark Cuban is now apologizing to Elon Musk. Mark Cuban is apologizing and thanking Elon Musk. Jeff Bezos, now wait for everyone to kiss their ass. Andrew Yang is up crying about Elon Musk. All you had to do, Libs, was watch this show. We told you you are going to create the most powerful
Starting point is 01:28:36 and strongest enemy on earth. Put it up, Clint. You're gonna create, and give me these Cuban tweets. Mark Cuban's like mewling all over x this morning andrew yang to jeff bezos they're all coming to kiss the ring ladies and gentlemen oh man kiss the ring congratulations to elon musk we want a fair and square congrats to elon as well godspeed it's great to see it's great to see. It's great to see. We accept it. Hey, man, we accepted like a bunch of Democrats on our side, like a bunch of people. You know,
Starting point is 01:29:09 RFK Jr. said bad things, nasty things about Donald Trump before. It shows such incredible servant leadership to expand your part, to not hold a grudge, to have Megyn Kelly, the person who was the first TV personality to attack you live on TV in a public political setting, to have her as your closing argument. What does that say about Donald Trump? The magnanimity of Donald Trump. Look at this, Andrew Yang. Andrew Yang. One of the biggest dead mistakes was antagonizing Elon. He has done more for Earth, the electric cars, than any other human being. Why didn't you tweet it before, Andrew Yang? You know, you're a billionaire, Yang gang.
Starting point is 01:29:52 You're a Democrat. You ran for president. I think he wants to run for mayor of New York. Why didn't you say something before the election, you coward, you sniveling coward? You know, they refused to invite Elon to the White House for the electric car summit. The dude invented the electric car. It's like having a light bulb summit and not involving inviting Thomas Edison, like having a plane summit and not inviting the Wright brothers. He freaking created the
Starting point is 01:30:18 electric car industry and the White House snubbed him because they didn't like his politics. Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, Spirit Halloween is coming for the Kamala Harris accounts. One of my all-time favorite memes here. Kamala wins. Kamala wins was just having the entire Diddy List endorse her.
Starting point is 01:30:42 That's it. That's all the Kamala wins. That was the only win. Okay, here we her. That's it. That's all the Kamala wins. That was the only win. Okay, here we go. Jeff Bezos. You know what? It's big of people. It's big of people.
Starting point is 01:30:52 Donald Trump reached across the aisle, went to people who hated him, and made friends of them. RFK will now be in charge of the FDA. RFK will now be in charge of Health and Human Services. RFK will now be in charge of how pharmaceuticals are pumped into our waters, our bloodstreams, our poisons are pumped into our food. Ladies and gentlemen, RFK has said some mean, very mean things about Donald Trump and
Starting point is 01:31:16 RFK's wife apparently was going to divorce him if he joined Donald Trump as vice president, but she's okay with what's currently going on. What am I trying to say here? J.D. Vance has said some nasty things about Donald Trump, right? The future is the future. The past is the past. Donald Trump's ability to reach out and to expand and to grow this movement, it's about addition, not subtraction. It's about addition, not subtraction. It's about addition, not subtraction. The left has been about subtraction. Every single policy position has, for the left, every single radicalized policy position on the left
Starting point is 01:31:53 has been about subtracting people from their movement, eliminating people from their movement until you have like this radicalized, psychotic, mentally ill core, ladies and gentlemen. So here we go, Jeff Bezos. Big congratulations to our 45th and 47th president on extraordinary political comeback and decisive victory.
Starting point is 01:32:13 No nation has bigger opportunities. Wishing Donald Trump all the success in leading and uniting America. We all love. Watch them kiss his ass because they all need the federal government to protect their monopolies. That's what's actually happening here.
Starting point is 01:32:26 I know I'm going to sound like Senk on The Young Turks, but that's what's actually happening with Jeff Bezos. You need the power of the state to protect the monopolies of Amazon internationally. These are international companies, the cloud computing and the businesses. Wait for the Google executives to come crawling over as well. Mark Zuckerberg's already called Donald Trump like the world's biggest badass and said that, well, that he's not going to be involved in politics ever again. Well, if that's the case, why don't you stop shadowbaiting us on Instagram and Facebook, Mark? That's a battle for another day. Don't worry. Don't worry. We're ready to fight that battle. Believe that. Okay. Do we have breaking news? What do we got? Ah, there it is. President Trump has won michigan oh yeah baby we we needed a couple extra we needed
Starting point is 01:33:30 a couple extra we needed a couple extra dance dance moves who calls it who called it this was the fox and then uh this one is from associated press oh the associated press okay fantastic Oh, the Associated Press. Okay, fantastic. Ladies and gentlemen, our Trump wins stinger. I was looking for a dance move. Let's go. Oh, baby. Okay. So much in the show. Such a slam-packed show.
Starting point is 01:34:01 We've been live for two hours. We haven't even gotten started. We haven't even gotten started. We just freaking love you all so much. And it's so amazing. All these titan billionaires are now on Donald Trump's side. Ladies and gentlemen, I am certainly not a rich man. But I have the advice of very wise men.
Starting point is 01:34:27 And one of the wisest people a little while ago, a couple years ago, told me to invest in gold, told me to get started right now, that there's going to be obvious chaos in our political system, and it's time to protect your investments. And so I went and I bought gold. And out of everything that has performed in our modest portfolio, gold has hit all-time highs and no end in sight. And I am so happy about that investment because it's something physical. I have it. It's mine. And it has real commodity value, ladies and gentlemen. There's going to be ups and downs. Trust me. They got evil things planned. Make sure that you are set today. Invest with my friends at Allegiance Gold. Allegiance Gold has a five stars from TrustLink, A plus from the Better Business Bureau. Baby, they can lock you in, get $5,000 in free silver, by the way, with a qualifying investment
Starting point is 01:35:20 today. Go to protectwithbenny.com. Call 844-66-BENNY. Don't risk your financial future. On some of the, well, just insanity out there, make sure that you protect yourself today with protectwithbenny.com. That's protectwithbenny.com. Performance may vary. Consult with your tax attorney or financial professional before making an investment decision. Baby, we've made investment decisions. The country decided to invest in four more years of Donald Trump. And oh, man. Oh, it's just it's just glorious. A reminder that we told you yesterday morning that we may bring this is how we started the show yesterday morning. We may bring about this moment once more. If only we all got out there and voted, then all of our work, all of our work would create this moment once again.
Starting point is 01:36:10 And well, ladies and gentlemen, I bring you 2024's version of this. Oh, it's great. Oh, my gosh. Just let it roll. It's perfect. Oh my gosh. Just let it roll. It's perfect. Into my veins. Into my veins. Look at them go.
Starting point is 01:36:35 Oh man. Cry more. Again, it's a miracle they're not burning the flags. We'll take it. We'll take it. Thank you. Thank you for your conscientiousness, for not actually lighting the flags on fire. Insanity. Oh, so much fun.
Starting point is 01:36:53 Oh yeah, baby. We're not going back. We're going back to the future. Here we go. Supporters, common supporters crying. They're literally sobbing big salty tears. We did it. We did it. We filled up our cup with the salty tears. Oh, that's my favorite one right down there. The dude crying into his hands. You're not a man. You're no man.
Starting point is 01:37:19 You are. You are no man. The line from Lord of the Rings, right? Some good Lord of the Rings memes out there, actually. Jerry, didn't we have a Lord of the Rings meme from yesterday? Can we load that up? Oh, it's glorious. For Peanut.
Starting point is 01:37:36 Look at this guy. Talk about no nuts. Can you imagine sobbing for Kamala Harris? Can you imagine crying for Kamala Harris? Could you literally imagine? So while everybody at whatever this was last night is like very sad, very weird, very macabre. All of the reporters who were there were like, it's it's quiet. Everyone feels awkward. People are nauseous. One of the reporters were described as nausea, right?
Starting point is 01:38:07 This was what was happening at the Trump event. People were singing and praising their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My God, when I in awe some wonder, consider power throughout the universe is plain. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee, How great Thou art! How great Thou art! Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee. I got a I got a little lesson for those who wish to run in any party for political office on any level in this nation. When somebody says Christ is king, don't tell them they're at the wrong rally. Here's the moment that Donald Trump won inside of the event from last night. Here we go, watch. Listen to this.
Starting point is 01:40:24 President Trump wins. Oh, man. Donald Trump at his victory party last night. We've been, we've had a wild show here. Maybe we shouldn't have booked any guy. We had too much to crystallize in this moment. Too much to talk about. We were too amped up.
Starting point is 01:40:48 It's too exciting. Donald Trump, this will forever be remembered as the day the people regained control of their country. We're going to do it in every way. This will forever be remembered as the day the American people regained control of their country. So I just want to say that on behalf of this great group of people, these are hardworking people. These are fantastic people. And we can add a few names like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He came in. And he's going to help make America healthy again. And now he's a great guy and he really means it. He wants to do some things and we're going to let him go to it. I just said, but Bobby, leave the oil to me. We have more liquid gold, oil and gas.
Starting point is 01:41:56 We have more liquid gold than any country in the world, more than Saudi Arabia. We have more than Russia. Bobby, stay away from the liquid gold. Other than that, go have a good time, Bobby. We're going to be paying down debt. We're going to be reducing taxes. We can do things that nobody else can do. Nobody else is going to be able to do it.
Starting point is 01:42:18 China doesn't have what we have. Nobody has what we have. But we have the greatest people also. Maybe that's the most important thing. This campaign, this campaign has been so historic in so many ways. We've built the biggest, the broadest, the most unified coalition. They've never seen anything like it in all of American history. They've never seen it. A young and, men and women, rural and urban. And we had. Ladies and gentlemen, things are happening now. Things are happening at a pace that will be hard
Starting point is 01:42:53 for even us to keep up with. And I would argue that very humbly that an ALX can tell me if I'm wrong here. ALX, feel free to join the show if you want to talk to us about Donald Trump's... Ah, yes, okay. ALX is on his way to Tampa, actually, right now. Okay. ALX will be in the studio, then. We'll have a conversation tomorrow. ALX is coming to Tampa, baby, along with Danny.
Starting point is 01:43:19 We were the fastest on the stream when Donald Trump was shot, when Joe Biden dropped out, when Elon Musk and Donald Trump held a historic spaces event. We were some of the few people in the room for this. It will be hard for even us to keep up with the pace of change and the glorious new cycle that we were about to enter into. But we're going to start. Okay, let's begin. Ladies and gentlemen, Jack Smith has been fired.
Starting point is 01:44:00 According to Fox News, the DOJ confirmed that Jack Smith will be gone before Trump is sworn in. They confirmed that Jack Smith's cases will all be dropped. Boys, we did it. What do I mean by that? I don't mean, obviously, we love the women in the audience as well. But look at the way that the vote shifted with young men. Young men, 18 to 29, which I'm sad to say, I'm well into my 30s so I'm not part of that demographic.
Starting point is 01:44:40 But our staff is on this program. Killer Klein and Eric the Artist are in that demo. Shifted 30 points to Trump. The bro vote was real. The bro vote outvoted the childless cat lady vote. Take that, Taylor Swift. Shove that in your jet engine. For your multiple private jets. Look at that.
Starting point is 01:45:14 Young voters made up 16% of the electorate continue to shift towards the right. Men aged 18 to 29 decisively voted for President Trump by a margin of 30-point swing. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, Mark Zuckerberg has congratulated Donald Trump. Congratulations to President Trump on a decisive victory. We have great opportunities ahead of us as a country. Looking forward to working with you and your administration.
Starting point is 01:45:36 Pissing off Elon Musk. You know, all these guys love Elon Musk. They all love him. Pissing off Elon Musk is the single dumbest move. And this is, there's a lot of very dumb moves. It's very hard to make that list. But pissing off Elon Musk is the single stupidest move that ever happened in American politics. Elon Musk was a Democrat.
Starting point is 01:46:00 Elon Musk brought Tulsi together, RFK together. Elon Musk brought Joe Rogan of the world. Dana White and all of these people and all the ecosystem around them, that was all brought together by Elon. Elon was the man through the wall. There's always a first man through the wall. This is what I'm talking about. These vote totals, Boy, oh boy. People need to start asking some questions here. This is what we're talking about.
Starting point is 01:46:30 We were the first one out of the gate last night and we were saying, Wow, very strange how 20 million Democrat voters just disappeared in an election. Boy, I thought this was the most important election of our lifetime. Weren't you going to save democracy? Clearly, if you actually had these votes, they would have shown up, right? You've radicalized these people enough. Zoom in here. Totally uniform and valid vote totals. John Kerry, 59. Obama, 69. Obama, 65. Hillary Clinton, 65. Joe Biden, 81. Kamala Harris, 66. Yeah. One of these things is not like the other.
Starting point is 01:47:13 One of these things doesn't belong. Oh, man. It was a glorious night. This is my favorite clip of the night. My favorite clip of the night. Kamala Harris, how well did she do? Well, Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper were on TV and were looking at the county by county performance as to how well Kamala Harris did in contrast to Joe Biden. And guess what they found? Here we go.
Starting point is 01:47:45 So you asked, are there any places that the vice president is overperforming Joe Biden in 2020? So we could show you that as well. We just bring that out here. Harris overperforming 2020. Holy smokes. There you go. So let this go away and see if there's anything on the east side there. Literally nothing?
Starting point is 01:48:01 Literally nothing. Literally not one county? Literally nothing? Literally nothing. Literally not one county? Literally nothing? Nothing? Tapper, Tapper, having to fight back tears. Chew his words as he says, this is the greatest political comeback in American history. Here we go. And Anderson, it is hard to think of a political comeback
Starting point is 01:48:23 that is actually more significant than this one. I'm tempted to say Richard Nixon, but that really falls short of what Donald Trump has achieved. Yeah. I mean, winning not just the electoral votes, but the popular vote as well. The greatest political comeback ever, winning the popular vote, the electoral vote. Oh, you know, we got the salt. We got salty libs. Libs were salty yesterday. They were crying. They were seething. Sorry about that. Oh, I'm sorry. I apologize. I twisted the top of this beautifully 3D printed salt shaker from members of the show. So thank you. We love you and we care about you. And we're not gonna twist that again
Starting point is 01:49:10 because it squeaks very loudly, we apologize. Salt that lip, ladies and gentlemen. Van Jones and Joy Reid. This is so salty. Please pour salt into the comment section. Fill up your cups. We have so much more salt to collect today. Here we go. There are African-American women who know a little bit about being talked down to,
Starting point is 01:49:42 and know a little bit about having their economic dreams crushed, who tried to dream a big dream over the past couple of months. And tonight they're trading in a lot of hope for a lot of hurt. And they were hoping that maybe this time, this time, one of their own could be seen as worthy. And once again, they're facing rejection. And that hurts. They thought tomorrow morning they're going to walk out with their shoulders back a little bit,
Starting point is 01:50:17 maybe able to breathe for the first time and feel like they belong someplace. They did everything that they knew how to do. And it's going to be harder than it should be to morph them to hold their heads up. And they're not the only people who are hurting tonight. If you're a parent of a trans kid, your child's face was used as a springboard to power for somebody. That doesn't feel good. There are going to be people tomorrow who are going to be handing clothes at the dry cleaners to people who don't have papers. There are going to be people tomorrow who are going to be handing clothes at the dry cleaners to people who don't have papers. There are going to be people who are going to be cleaning your teeth tomorrow who don't have papers. And they are terrified tonight. And so it's easy to
Starting point is 01:50:52 blow this off. Oh, look at the elites. They're going to get their comeuppance. It's not the elite that's going to pay the price. It's people who woke up this morning with a dream and are going to bed with a nightmare. And those people didn't deserve to be respected and held and talked to those are the people are going to pay the price for whatever donald trump um you know governor desantis has bet his political future on being the champion of denying women their rights over their own bodies he's competing obviously with the governor of Texas. He's thinking about a future in which he would like to inherit Donald Trump's evangelical, white evangelical base. And he's decided that this is his marker. And he's been willing to use really the awesome powers of the state to try to intimidate and bully even television stations in the state against running ads in favor of that protection.
Starting point is 01:51:47 So it will defy all of the other states, including very, very red states that have protected women. Florida, in a lot of ways, it's going to be interesting. And when, you know, when Stephanie is back, it will be interesting to talk about what Florida's future looks like as a place that can attract corporate headquarters and investment in a state where the governor routinely bullies companies, routinely sues companies that displease him, sued Disney, sued cruise lines, bullied schools about mask mandates, bullies TV stations about what ads they can run. It's a pure Project 2025 in miniature in Florida. And that kind of extreme sort of extremist right wing fascist type government in Florida, does that make it a more attractive place or does it make it more like some of the other southern states that don't get a lot of investment and interest from it. I mean, it also... Hey, lady! Hey, lady!
Starting point is 01:52:45 If you hate this country so much, there's going to be free flights out of here! You can just hop on one! If you hate it, somebody says it's an awful place to live. You know, it's a terrible place to live, you see. It's so bad, actually, that tens of thousands of Latinos in
Starting point is 01:53:07 Texas decided to make the state redder than it's ever been in my lifetime. Here's the difference in Texas between 2020 and 2024. I can't stop looking at this. This is the demolishing of what Barack Obama has tried to rig and build. The goal of the Democrat Party has been to flip Texas purple. If they can flip Texas purple, then you can ply away a couple dozen electoral votes. I think 34. How many electoral votes for Texas? I think 34. How many electoral votes for Texas? I think 34. You can ply away those votes and make it really, really quite hard for a Republican to win the win a national election. And it's backfired. It's backfired so spectacularly. It's backfired so beautifully.
Starting point is 01:54:05 Oh, man. Now, look at the Rio Grande Valley. They've lost everything. Latinos, black men, Texas is a very diverse place. One of the most diverse states in America. All voting for Trump. All voting for our movement. 40 electoral votes. My apologies. 40 electoral votes.
Starting point is 01:54:28 That's the end. That's the end, baby. You're done. This is the demolishing of, this is the demolishing of the dream of Barack Obama. We told you the Barack Obama house has been razed to the ground. The new compilation of liberal meltdowns is here. We told you the Barack Obama house has been raised to the ground. The new compilation of liberal meltdowns is here. We're going to, this is only a 10 second clip, so I won't torture you too long, but you have to see the brand new leftist, unhappy leftist woman meltdown compilation just dropped wake up honey here it is into my veins come on i collect salt. We're the salt collector. Jack Smith news has now broken. Let's go, baby. We have some news about special counsel, Jack Smith, this man right here. Donald Trump said recently that he would fire Jack Smith,
Starting point is 01:55:40 quote, within two seconds of taking office. Well, we found out that he may not have that opportunity. The reason is that the Department of Justice, where Jack Smith works, cannot prosecute a sitting president. Fox News is told that Jack Smith will be gone from his post as special counsel, meaning the cases will be gone before Trump takes the oath of office at noon on January 20th. This is the documents case, though that was dropped already by Judge Eileen Cannon back over the summer, and it's on appeal, but also this case for Trump's alleged efforts to try to overturn the 2020 election. So given the fact DOJ policy says you cannot prosecute a sitting president, expect Jack Smith's cases to be done. THE LAST CASE, AND I WILL END ON THIS, IS THAT ATLANTA CASE THAT DEALS WITH THE 2020 ELECTIONS, THAT'S A LOCAL
Starting point is 01:56:26 GEORGIA CASE. WE'VE SEEN OVER THE LAST YEAR HOW THAT HAS PLAYED OUT WITH FONNY WILLIS, NATHAN WADE. THAT HAS MANY PROBLEMS, MANY DIFFERENT DELAYS. SO THE BOTTOM LINE FOR MY STORY TO ALL OF YOU RIGHT NOW, DONALD
Starting point is 01:56:40 TRUMP'S LEGAL PROBLEMS HAVE ESSENTIALLY ALL GONE AWAY SINCE HE WON LAST NIGHT. HARRIS. I THINK THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE. I THINK THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE FOR THE STORY. So the bottom line for my story to all of you right now, Donald Trump's legal problems have essentially all gone away since he won last night. Harris. It's the greatest timeline. It's the greatest timeline. I can't, I can't stop watching. Guess who they're blaming for all of this? All of they're blaming us.
Starting point is 01:57:14 Oh, yeah, baby. They're blaming you and me. We are to blame for this current moment in American history. Yeah, not them. Not them attacking our children, attacking our freedoms, attacking our families, attacking our liberty. Not them trying to take away our free speech and push a fascistic Orwellian rules on all of us, poison our food, lock away political prisoners and rip a president off the ballot and then try and kill him. Not that. Not that. Not opening the border to murderers and
Starting point is 01:57:43 rapists to come into this nation and do unspeakably. Not that. Not the Satan worship or anything. Not them being evil lizard people. Not that. That's not what destroyed their movement. No, no, no, no. Not them constantly, regularly, consistently ignoring the will of the people. Like the voter, like the voter ID poll that I showed you, 85% of the country wants voter ID. It needs to be the first thing we do. First thing we do, mandatory voter ID. You can't vote in a federal election without an ID. The end. That ID needs to be checked through, okay? First thing we do, I'm going to push. I'm going to push hard, okay? The show's got some friends. We got some friends, all right? Let me know in the comment section
Starting point is 01:58:25 what you want to see as first priority. Because now, ladies and gentlemen, it's looking like Republicans are going to keep the House. Republicans have a 97% chance of keeping the House of Representatives. So clean sweep, baby. Proud to play a note in all this. We love you, the chat. We love you. Here's Mika Brzezinski melting down about our show and what we do here, saying that, well, we are now the predominant
Starting point is 01:58:57 cultural force in America. Let's go. A lot of very legitimate discussion here about how Democrats lost this. But other, I just got a text from a member of Congress saying, you know, something else we need to look at is how people are turning to social media, podcasts and other nontraditional sources for their news and also news stations that aren't news. And I canvassed in all of the battlegrounds. I was shocked by the amount of misinformation voters were truly repeating back to me. Truly shocked. I do believe this is what caused the collapse of the Democrats nationwide.
Starting point is 01:59:32 You cannot win when people believe lies. But I mean, I think that's fair, too. Yeah. OK, name one. Name a lie that we've said to our audience. Name one. Go. You know, sometimes we, you know, sometimes in breaking news environments, we get stuff wrong. You literally hear me talking with my producers all during the show. We get things right. If we say something wrong,
Starting point is 01:59:55 we correct it immediately. Immediately. We've never lied to you. We have never lied to you. Hey, crazy Xanax lady. Hey, like Chardonnay mom, Mika. Did Donald Trump collude with Russia? Answer, go. Is Donald Trump a felon? Answer, go. Is 75% of the country Hitler Nazi fascistic garbage? Go. Did a joke about Puerto Rico cause the entire election to be swung in the direction of the Democrats? Go. You know, you've lied here. Your entire show is lying to your audience. Your audience is the most psyopt, least informed, dumbest sheep that there are.
Starting point is 02:00:50 And your audience is shrinking. Our audience is expanding exponentially. You know why? Because we bring on people like Scott Pressler, Rich Barris, and Julie Kelly, who've been telling you the truth about what's going to happen in this moment for years. When people laughed at us, we brought these people on in the show and we've grown the show through just telling the damn truth and speaking with people that actually understand what's happening in this country. It's such a fun ride. Oh man. Even on CNN though, you can get something right. Scott Jennings is this, you know, the token Republican that's allowed to go on CNN. I made it. He spit fire last night. It's worthy. It's worth it's worth seeing. Here we go.
Starting point is 02:01:29 This is a mandate. He's won the national popular vote for the first time since for a Republican, for the first time since 2004. This is a big deal. This isn't backing into the office. This is a mandate to do what you said you were going to do. Get the economy working again for regular working class Americans, fix immigration, try to get crime under control, try to reduce the chaos in the world. This is a mandate from the American people to do that. I think I'm interpreting the results tonight as the revenge of just a regular old working class American, the anonymous American who has been crushed, insulted, condescended to.
Starting point is 02:02:12 They're not garbage. They're not Nazis. They're just regular people who get up and go to work every day and are trying to make a better life for their kids, and they feel like they have been told to just shut up when they have complained about the things that are hurting them in their own lives. I also feel like this election, as we sit here and pour over this tonight, is something of an indictment of the political information complex. I mean, we've been sitting around here for the last couple of weeks, and the story that was portrayed was not true. I mean, we were told Puerto Rico was going to change the election. Liz Cheney, Nikki Haley voters, women lying to their husbands. Before that, it was Tim Walz in the camo hats. Night after night after night, we were told all these things
Starting point is 02:02:58 and gimmicks were going to somehow push Harris over the line. And we were just ignoring the fundamentals. Inflation, people feeling like that they were barely able to tread water at best. That was the fundamentals of the election. And so I think that both parties should always look at the results of an election and figure out what went right and what went wrong. But I think for all of us who cover elections and talk about elections and do this on a day-to-day basis, we have to figure out how to understand, talk to, and listen to the half of the country that rose up tonight and said, we've had enough. What a profound and beautiful speech. What a perfect crystallization of this moment that we are living in. What bang-on analysis.
Starting point is 02:03:51 Man. It's been an exciting and wild ride. We have so much more winning to do. Yeah, you're going to get sick of winning. Oh, baby. If you wish to join us on this ride, please consider signing up for the Mending Brigade. And please consider supporting the program if you can.
Starting point is 02:04:15 Hopefully you'll have some extra money in your back pocket. We all will, I think, with the Trump presidency. But you can support our work. You can sign up to become a member. You can join memberships on YouTube. Those are open. You can join memberships on YouTube, those are open. You can super chat. We just are profoundly thankful.
Starting point is 02:04:36 This like feeling of deep thankfulness in this current environment. Because, well, we show up for you and you show up for us. We had the number one independent, we had the number one news stream last night on all of YouTube, the biggest social media platform in the world. And it's incredibly humbling. And so we do our best
Starting point is 02:04:59 to bring it every single time. It's been a wild ride. There's been a lot of days where it's been tough to do the show because some days just suck. Donald Trump's got a mugshot. Donald Trump's going to jail. Donald Trump's been convicted. Donald Trump felonies.
Starting point is 02:05:15 Some days suck, man. You know? But then you realize, man, you realize the point of discipline. The purpose of discipline is to be able to see the reward when you go through the pain. And there is no growth without pain. And there is really no appreciation for where you are unless you go through something to get there. And so this, ladies and gentlemen, is where we are today.
Starting point is 02:05:59 We have the CEO of Apple, Tim Cook, praising Donald Trump on X of all places. Here we go. Congratulations, President Trump, on your victory! Exclamation point. We look forward to engaging with you and your administration to help make sure the United States continues to the man that they all worked to censor, deplatform, and rid from their tool, their tech tools. Yeah. Yeah. The days of darkness, the dark ages are over. The golden era starts now. Thank you for being there through all of it with us. It's been profoundly exciting and the ride of a lifetime.
Starting point is 02:06:53 We're not going to quit. We're just getting started. Ladies and gentlemen, our verse of the day. The light shines in the darkness. The darkness has not overcome it. From John 1.5. Well, that's about perfect, isn't it? That's just absolutely perfect.
Starting point is 02:07:10 So here we go. The crystallization of our movement, what it means, spoken by the, well, the high priest of populism, Tucker Carlson, in the greatest Trump ad that never hit TV. Well, because it was made by us. It was made by the internet. And it was put together. And it's a moment in time that it's a moment in time right now where those who are faithful and those who fought and those who challenged the darkness, we've seen the light, ladies and gentlemen. Some of us never left it. Here we go.
Starting point is 02:07:52 Ladies and gentlemen, taking us away, the Tucker Carlson voice of a movement. Okay? And it's been an honor to be on this trip and journey with you. God bless you. It's your boy, Benny. See ya. Millions of Americans sincerely love Donald Trump. They love him in spite of everything they've heard.
Starting point is 02:08:12 They love him often in spite of himself. They love Donald Trump because no one else loves them. The country their ancestors fought for over hundreds of years has left them to die in their unfashionable little towns, mocked and despised by the sneering halfwits with finance degrees but no actual skills who seem to run everything all of a sudden. Whatever Donald Trump's faults, he is better than the rest of the people in charge.
Starting point is 02:08:38 Donald Trump, in other words, is and has always been a living indictment of the people who run this country. That was true when Trump came out of nowhere to win the presidency, and it's every bit as true right now. Trump rose because they failed. It's as simple as that. If the people in charge had done a halfway decent job with the country they inherited, Donald Trump would still be hosting Celebrity Apprentice.
Starting point is 02:09:04 But they didn't. Instead, they were incompetent and narcissistic and cruel and relentlessly dishonest. They wrecked what they didn't build. They lied about it. They hurt anyone who told the truth about what they were doing. That's true.
Starting point is 02:09:18 We watched. America is still a great country, the best in the world, but our ruling class is disgusting. A vote for Trump is a vote against them. That's what's going on in this country. What a nasty woman. For Peanut. Ain't got no guns. No I'm the powerhouse What's your name? D&D
Starting point is 02:10:31 D&D The biggest ships in the sea All owned by the oldest kings. And their dying legacy, media deal reads. Soon will the Benny show come to mind, the salt from lives for fun. Feed the gold and bring the gun. We sail for number one. The biggest ships in the sea.
Starting point is 02:11:29 All owned by the oldest king. Former MLB All-Star Sean Casey, a.k.a. the Mayor, keeps hitting it out of the park. Take my 30 years of experience. Take the wisdom and knowledge I've learned from the failures. When I got sent down my rookie year, all the injuries I had to overcome. Your mind is the most important tool you have in life. Be relentless. Keep charging.
Starting point is 02:11:50 It matters how you talk to yourself, how you look at the world. That matters. We talk about that. I don't know. I'm fired up. Baseball's back, and it's going to be incredible. I love it. The Mayor's Office with Sean Casey from Belize.
