Monday, December 9th, 2024, Donald Trump vows to pardon all January 6th political prisoners
as libs rage in Washington, D.C. and rend their garments.
We have breaking news for you from inside of the Senate.
Today we're going to be joined by Will Kane and Corey Lewandowski.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
We went to Mar-a-Lago this weekend. Let's just fill you in on a little bit of the happenings
here. This weekend, we got a little bit of a bee in our bonnet. There's a senator named Joni Ernst,
who for some reason has decided that she is more powerful than Donald Trump,
and she is more powerful than Donald Trump.
And she is more powerful than all of Team Trump.
And this is something that is really fascinating as an Iowan,
because I know Joni Ernst, and I have watched her entire political journey from this.
Here's a video of Joni Ernst from when she first ran for office.
She said she was going to castrate the pigs in Washington, D.C., that she had worked on a hog farm,
and by damn, she's someone who's going to go there
and clean out the hog stalls of the swamp, right?
Muck those stalls.
Yet Joni Ernst herself has become quite a war pig.
It's amazing what happens in D.C.,
and this is something that you gotta really, like,
you gotta really understand. Republicans go to D.C., and this is something that you got to really like, got to really understand.
Republicans go to D.C. saying they're going to drain the swamp.
When they get there, they realize it's a little more like a more like a jacuzzi.
And they get very comfortable and they get bags of cash from defense contractors.
And they become the thing that they told you they were going to fight against.
And it's a real issue. It's something that we are seeing rear its ugly head right now in Donald Trump nominations, where multiple senators
are becoming squishy or getting cold feet, either because they want to be secretary of defense,
which we believe is what's happening with Joni Ernst, or because they're getting paid off by the influence vectors in Washington,
which is the war machine.
Washington can produce a single piece of the economic puzzle in this country,
and that is the creation of war.
The furtherance of those inside of the Pentagon who wish to continue forever war
is going to affect greatly senators like Joni Ernst.
Now, Pete Hegseth is a war fighter.
He's a man who has served his country and taken up arms.
He's somebody who that wants to end wars because they are horrible,
especially for the people who fight them.
Now, the people who live around Washington, D.C., they don't fight our wars, do they?
The privileged and fortunate sons of members of Congress, of senators who may vote to send billions of your tax dollars to Ukraine, they'd never, ever be taken up arms.
Liz Cheney would never find herself in a foxhole, right?
Yeah. So these are the important battles of our time, and it is very important for us to say, Joni Ernst, you're a direct beneficiary of President Trump taking a bullet for this country and dragging the Republican Senate's old asses across the finish line.
Onto victory and into a majority.
Now, you could have had a 55 seat majority or 56 seat majority, but the senators couldn't get on board.
You got a majority nonetheless deliver for President Trump because there is absolutely no historic precedent
for the president's party to not give him his cabinet.
In fact, in the last 70 years in this country,
only two members of the president's cabinet have been rejected by his own party.
It is utterly historically unprecedented
to have the issues that we seem to be having now. So we put our shoulder up against Joni Ernst.
This one, pretty nuclear. What did it do? Killer Klein. What did we do? Yeah, Yeah. Okay. All right. Who do these people think they are?
You know, I just I really don't understand it. Trump won in a landslide. He won the popular
vote. He won 312 electoral votes. He won all seven swing states. There really is no ground
to stand on for these senators. And oh, if you take a little step back, you'll realize that
all of these people
including joni ernst voted for lloyd austin dei darth vader to come in and turn our entire military
into a woke liberal arts experiment that loses wars and begins forever wars
that we could never possibly win
and so you have no ground to stand on.
46 Republican senators voted for Lloyd Austin, yet they're going to hold up Pete Hegseth? No.
It's not going to fly around here. We're not going to allow it to happen. And if you choose to do it, we got a great visual for you right here. Killer Klein, put it up. Here's what it looked like when Liz Cheney decided to run against President Trump in her state against someone who was on Trump's side.
You just had it on screen, Killer Klein. Yeah, go back. Click back.
All right, never mind.
It was right in your timeline, Killer Klein.
There it is, right there.
Hagman.
There you go, baby.
There you go.
This is what awaits.
This is what awaits senators
who believe that for some reason
this moment is about them. It's not about you. This is for the first time an opportunity to
realign our party and say this is about a Republican base and what we want in this country. And we delivered a majority to you. We delivered a historic majority
to President Trump. The popular vote, all seven swing states, 312 electoral votes.
And ladies and gentlemen, this isn't about you. So that's our message to these senators. Lo and behold, we had some time to chill with some of our best friends this weekend at Mar-a-Lago.
We have Alina Haba and Kash Patel, who we were able to have some great conversations with.
And Alina Haba got tapped to be the counselor to the president
just this weekend.
It makes us very, very happy.
We are building a team here,
and we're so thrilled about it.
The energy is incredible,
and we're not going to take our foot off the gas.
This is our one shot.
We must break down these systems today.
They're retreating.
Now's our time to advance.
We're not going to let them stop these picks.
We're not going to let them use these filthy, dirty trick tactics
against guys like Pete Hegseth or Cash or Alina.
You know it's all going to happen.
We're going to break the tactic.
Alina Haba was announced as counselor to the president this weekend.
Man, the lineup for this show is literally going to be running the government.
We're so freaking thrilled to be part of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, there's breaking news at time of the show today.
Tom Cotton, who's a very, very powerful and very influential senator,
was up on Fox News this morning saying,
we will not be sabotaging President Trump.
This is very, very good because Tom Cotton,
somebody who's, again, deeply connected, deeply respected,
represents a wing of the Senate that is obviously warfighting.
He's on many, many important committees like the Intelligence Committee and Armed Services.
Tom Cotton served his country and did so honorably.
And he's also somebody who has really firm inroads into Senate leadership.
Senator Cotton this morning made huge news by saying, nope,
we are not going to allow the Republican Senate to obstruct and sabotage. It says advise and
consent, not obstruct and sabotage. And most importantly, don't get cuddled by the corporate media with slanderous accusations and Kavanaugh.
Senator Cotton taking a hard line, so wonderful to hear. Here we go.
Lastly, real quick, Pete Hagseth seems to have got momentum behind him,
but you're in Washington. You talk to these senators, you go to lunch in the cafeteria
together. So is he on track? Is he gaining momentum?
Brian, I expect a Republican Senate is going to confirm all of a Republican president-elect's nominees. I had a good meeting last week with Pete Hegseth and with Pam Bondi. I know many of
these nominees, two Arkansans, have been nominated as ambassadors, Marco Rubio, Kelly Loeffler,
Doug Collins, and I served together. In fact, if you go back 32 years
to Bill Clinton's transition, there are only two nominees out of 72 cabinet secretary nominees in
which senators of the president-elect's party voted against them. So no one should be surprised
that a Republican Senate is going to confirm the Republican president-elects cabinet secretaries. Why is this even a question? No one should be surprised that a Republican who wins in the
historic landslide of our day. I never thought I'd live to see a Republican
president win the popular vote, just the way things were trending. I think that the sheer momentum and inertia of President Trump's
victory just one month ago shocked everyone, including President Trump. We heard that this
weekend. So it's the single most popular Republican in my life or yours.
And the only thing standing in his way is the Republican Party? No, we're not going to allow
it. And in order to, and here's, this is perfect, Senator Cotton taking the line here and explaining
of the 72 cabinet secretaries nominated since the Clinton transition. Only two nominees have
ever received no votes from the president-elect's party. No one should be surprised that a Republican
Senate will confirm a Republican president's nominees. Yes, this is the role of the Senate
here. Now, there is one nomination that has received the Brett Kavanaugh treatment. I expect all of them to receive the
Brett Kavanaugh treatment, right? The wrap-up smear. We play the clip all the time.
The merchandising and utilization of the corporate media in order to smear and sabotage and destroy,
character assassinate Republicans who they don't want to win, that they don't want to achieve power
is a sick and despicable tactic. They've been using it against our friend Pete Hegseth,
who rightly, by every measure, is an American hero, loves this country probably more than
any Secretary of Defense in my lifetime or yours. They have been using the media and anonymous
allegations to destroy Pete Hegseth.
Now, Pete Hegseth has fought back, and we've been happy to fight with him.
Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who stood aside Pete Hegseth for decades,
anchors and hosted up until recently a Fox News program with Pete Hegseth live every single weekend.
And somebody who knows Pete on a deeply personal brotherhood level is the great Will Kane, who joins the program live now.
Will, how are you doing, brother? It is an honor to have you on. Merry Christmas.
Benny Johnson, what an honor to be on The Benny Show. I'm truly, truly excited and same to you, man. Merry Christmas.
Dude, what's going on here? In what universe does the Republican Senate answer to the pages of The New York Times and not to their not to the Republican voters.
And more importantly, can you explain to me why a republic, why any member of the Republican
Senate would think that they're wiser, smarter, have more political power than Team Trump right
now or don't recognize the moment or seem to think they have a bigger mandate or responsibility than
Donald Trump? You're exactly right in that we shouldn't have to worry about these defamation-based, libelous, slanderous attacks
from the likes of NBC.
We shouldn't have to worry about it
because there's 53 Republican senators
and Donald Trump's pick for the cabinet
should be rubber stamped in.
Let's recognize the moment.
You did a great job in your monologue, Benny.
This is a unique moment in history.
A real, I do believe this,
a real opportunity for
reformation on something that seems irredeemable, the United States government.
And the way that it can be reformed is by appointing disruptors to the cabinet of Donald
Trump.
And that's exactly what he did.
RFK to HHS, Tulsi Gabbard to DNI, Kash Patel to FBI, and Pete Hegseth to DOD.
Now, some Republican senator that stands in the way of this, to me, says you don't recognize the moment or you are opposed to that disruption.
This is our chance. This is the moment. And I do believe that it will happen.
I'll give you two pieces of news today, Benny. Number one, there's been much made of Ron DeSantis.
Ron DeSantis will be attending Army-Navy game with Donald Trump.
Well, Ron DeSantis, the Navy vet,
will have to square off there
because also in that box with Donald Trump
will be an Army vet, Pete Hegseth.
And then secondarily,
pay attention to my X feed
throughout the day if you would
because I'm going to give an update.
I know for a fact that
there is a petition going around
among the Navy SEAL community
that is gathering an amazing number of signatures and some very big names
who are all saying that we need a warfighter to lead a Secretary of Defense
and we need Pete Hegseth.
And not to be outdone, I happen to also know the Green Berets
and Special Forces community are circulating their own petition.
Can't let the Navy SEALs have all the glory.
And Green Berets will be throwing there from the ground, from the grassroots,
from the warfighters, Green Berets will be throwing their support behind Pete Hegseth.
Is there going to be, so that's awesome. I was wondering that. I was like, you know,
this was leading into some of the rumor mill that was happening, some of the scuttlebutt
last weekend. Oh, wow, DeSantis is going to Army-Navy game. Listen, man, I live in Florida.
I moved my entire business and family down to Florida. So I like Ron DeSantis his leadership, but I want
Pete Hegseth in the chair. I need Pete Hegseth in the chair at sec death. Right. And I didn't like
the rumors that were circulating last week. And we did our best to do our own research there.
And then when they announced that he'd be going to the Army Navy game, that added to the rumor mill, Pete Hegseth will be in the box standing next to President Trump,
maybe even on the field next week, this weekend. That's so awesome. Yes. And that's correct. You
said something really. And here's why we need Pete, truthfully. And I and I do this and I want
to do it on your program as well. I want to acknowledge to your audience, Benny, that I am
biased. There is no doubt I have to start any relationship with an audience with truth.
I think it's the authenticity and truth is the only differentiator in today's media economy,
Benny.
So here's the truth.
I am biased when it comes to Pete Hegseth.
But I hope that doesn't turn off your ears.
I hope, in fact, that turns on your ears to say, why would Will be so biased toward Pete
Hegseth?
And your monologue, you laid this out really well.
Benny, you ever seen that clip
of Jordan Peterson going around?
He's talking to, I believe it's actually John Stossel.
And he's talking about being dangerous,
that men should be dangerous.
Whether or not that means learning MMA
or how to fight or work out, men should be dangerous.
And Stossel pushes back on that.
He goes, no, no, no.
If you're not dangerous,
then there's no such thing as self-discipline. You're just weak. You want to be dangerous and
then exercise self-discipline and control. This is what I think Pete represents to DOD,
Benny, because we have the worst of both combinations right now. We are weak. We are
infused with DEI, with trans ideology. We're looking and picking for fights everywhere we turn.
And we are intent on losing those fights by making ourselves weak.
Pete's the opposite, man.
He is going to focus on lethality for DOD, making us the most feared and respected fighting
force on the planet.
And then, Benny, exercising wisdom wisdom prudence about where to,
to flex that muscle,
not looking for forever wars,
not looking to Lindsey Graham,
our way into bombing every war,
but instead exercising discipline after establishing our danger.
I think Pete Hegseth is the guy,
the moment and the only person for DOD.
I'm biased because I know Pete.
So please take a step back and explain to me
the horrors of Pete Hegseth having a beer on St. Patrick's Day.
I know that was one of the hits.
Oh man, I just, you know, the moment I saw that, Will,
I was like, you know, and I married,
I married like a hundred percent Irish woman.
And so it was just horrifying in the Johnson household.
I was like,
wow,
I don't even know,
man,
somebody has a beer.
That was one of the hits.
I just took to inform the audience.
One of the big media scandals was that Pete Hegseth once drank a beer on St.
Patrick's day after working.
Some of the others were anonymous level,
anonymous level,
Kavanaugh level smears,
which is a tactic that has been used for decades against
men like Pete Hegseth, Brett Kavanaugh, Donald Trump and anyone that they wish to keep from power.
And I want to destroy that tactic, Will. So can you please, as a character witness,
talk about what you've seen working with Pete Hegseth for the better part of a decade?
Yeah, look, I haven't had trouble keeping up, to your point.
Like, I saw something going around, like Pete Egg said,
in his underwear at the 9-11 memorial.
He's wearing silkies after swimming three miles with the Navy SEALs and doing 300 push-ups and 66 pull-ups
in honor of the people that lost their lives
and then fought subsequently in 9-11.
There was a rumor going around.
The alcohol rumors have been ridiculous.
Like you pointed out, St. Patrick's Day, there was one video where around. Uh, the alcohol rumors have been ridiculous.
I don't know. Like you pointed out St. Patrick's day, there was one Vinny where it's like,
Oh my God, he's drinking on the job. And it was this special he did with war fighters
where the whole bit was, we're going to have a sip of whiskey and talk about war fighting stories.
That was the program. Um, and so it's all been this Kavanaugh level, uh, effort to,
to turn him into an, an alcoholic and abuser.
St. Patrick's Day, first of all, look, man, never seen him drink on the job.
Never.
Okay.
And don't just take my word for it.
On my ex on the Will Kane show, Fox News, YouTube, we've laid it out.
I mean, I've got, I don't know what I'm up to.
30 plus on the record sources saying this is not the man that NBC has portrayed.
So you've got 10 anonymous sources.
Cool.
I see your 10 anonymous sources.
I raise you 30 on the record.
Is there beer on a St. Patrick's Day set?
Yeah, there is.
You know, by the way, we don't drink on air.
We know the rules.
You know, during commercial, did we joke around and take a sip?
Yeah, as a joke, perhaps.
But this is not something that's like, I need my alcohol.
I can't wait to drink at 10 a.m.
This is a joke.
And the fact that you would turn it into something beyond a joke.
I saw Jake Tapper do this on CNN.
Well, if you rewind Pete's life, and he's been open about this, when he came back from war,
when he came back from war, so well over a decade ago, did he turn to the bottle at times?
Yeah, he said he did. And
he came back, but he wasn't an alcoholic. He just did made the same mistakes that other vets have
made when they're looking to reestablish themselves back into normal life. Pete's a flawed guy, dude.
In his past, he's not without his mistakes, but he believes in redemption and saved savior.
He says, he's got two saviors, Jay and Jay, his wife, Jen, and Jesus. And I know the guy and I've seen him.
I'm just here to tell you.
I'm not sitting here telling you, hey, your next nominee at DOD has been a perfect saint
at every step of his life.
But he certainly isn't a criminal.
He's not accused of the things.
He's not guilty of the things they're accusing him.
And he is somebody that I vouch for their character today that not only is a good human
being dedicated to his children and his wife, to his God, but also has the wisdom. And by the way,
the experience to bronze stars, army commendation medal to go lead with strength and philosophy,
the right philosophy, the Department of Defense. I find it particularly rich, Will, that the party that wanted to put Bill Clinton back into the White House, the party that wouldn't even bother reporting on the credible ex-girlfriends of Doug Emhoff, talking about what an abuser, what a horrible monster that man is,
wanted to put him in the White House.
The party of Diddy, the party of Jeffrey Epstein.
I find it rich that suddenly they have the highest moral values
when it comes to anonymous allegations from decades ago i really do i i really i think
i think that the american people have rejected this officially in 2024 and has said bring lizzo
on stage all you want liz lizzo has her own problems and her own lawsuits to deal with. Like we don't need to hear moral lecturing from the
Diddy list. And the quantity when it comes to Pete, Benny shows the weakness of the totality.
They've thrown everything against the wall. This is spaghetti against the wall. It's tattoos. The
latest from Politico is about his aggressive adoption of Christianity, which they would
never write about any other religion whatsoever.
They have talked about abuse and infidelity and alcohol, and I don't even know what else.
They've thrown everything against the wall, showing the invalidity and weakness of them in whole.
And so that makes you go, well, but why?
Why are they doing this?
It's because they fear the disruption.
It's not because they fear any one of those
things in particular. When you throw that many things, obviously you're saying the other one
wasn't that bad, so I got to move on to the next one. No, they fear the overarching thing,
the umbrella thing, which is the disruption. I've thought about this, Benny. Is it because
he works at Fox and it's an undercutted cut on Fox by going after Pete? Maybe. Is it because
he was in the media and they want to attack somebody in the media who doesn't fall in line? Maybe. Is it? I don't know, man, why he got
the Kavanaugh treatment. But I also want to say one more thing about why you can see that it is
insincere. While they throw thing after thing after Pete, when it all fails, they'll start
throwing thing after thing after thing. And we've seen it start this week at Tulsi. And then when
that succeeds or fails, they'll move to RFK. And when that succeeds or fails,
they'll move to Kash Patel.
This is why it's not sincere.
It's a coordinated campaign to take down Matt Gaetz,
then Pete Hegseth, then Tulsi Gabbard,
you know, then RFK, then Kash Patel.
And if any Republican senator is willing to give in
to these insincere attacks,
then maybe if you vote for Merrick Garland and
you vote for Alejandro Mayorkas and you vote for Lloyd Austin, but you cave on Republicans,
maybe you're a Democrat. I think this is a perfect jumping off place because as somebody who is
a strong, possibly the strongest character witness to Pete Hegseth and also an ally and a brother of
his will, I wanted to get your take on the way
that he's been treated in the Senate by some senators. We're not going to name them.
What's your message to those senators who have come out and said, we had frank conversations
with Pete Hegseth, who voted for Lloyd Austin willingly and proudly, yet are giving Pete a hard time.
What would be your overarching message, I think, to the entire Republican Senate about
potential cold feet being badgered and cuddled by anonymous media reports?
Well, Benny, I would say that I am somewhat skeptical, maybe even cynical, that me coming
here today or even in person, if I were to visit Capitol Hill
and giving character witness, giving character testimony for my friend would be the thing that
influences any holdout among Republicans, because I say, why are you holding out? Why?
And I've talked about this on The Will Cain Show. To me, it's a it's a couple of potential options,
you know, three potential options. One, you trust the word of NBC
over on-the-record voices
who've known Hegseth for a decade.
That's really disappointing to hear
if that's what your choice
in alignment is.
Two, you want the job for yourself.
You're not really concerned
about his character.
You want the job for yourself.
Or three, another Republican senator
who seems to be supporting Hegseth now,
but had some hesitations
at the beginning,
might have been so deeply embedded in the Department of Defense,
the defense contractor lobby, the Pentagon.
He doesn't want to see that disruption that you and I talk about.
He doesn't want to see a change to the Pentagon.
And I don't think those motivations are going to be swayed by character witness,
but instead they only will be swayed by repercussions.
And quite honestly, those repercussions are twofold. And
you've done a great job of laying it out. You are out of touch with America. You are out of touch
with the Republican base. You are out of touch with the mandate for Donald Trump. But I'm here
to offer one more thing for you, Benny. You are out of touch with the rank and file. If you are
a senator who cares about the military, and I know that some of these senators
that we're talking about care about not being seen as aligned with the Pentagon, some, but rather
with the rank and file, I'm just here to issue you a warning. It's not a threat. It's a warning.
I know. I'm not a vet. I'm not an American soldier. It'll be one of my great regrets in my
life that's been highlighted to me by Pete Hegseth. I'll have two regrets. Both have been highlighted by Pete Hegseth. One, I didn't serve
and two, I didn't have more children. I wish both of those things. But Benny, what I can tell you
is I've gotten to know war fighters. I know them well. I swim with them in the Hudson. I know the
SEALs. I know special forces. I know Raiders. I know the guys. I know the rank and file. And I'm
here to tell you,
Senator, it's a warning. If you're out of touch on Pete Hegseth, you're out in touch with the rank and file of the United States military.
Will, just really quickly, I want to touch on one or two real quick things. One,
will there be a march, given what you just said about the rank and file, will there be a march
on Capitol Hill? I keep hearing rumors about it. Can you give us any firm details on that? I fully expect
that there will be a march
that includes hundreds of SEALs
and SEAL community supporters
of Pete Hegseth.
And I would expect
that that might be joined
by other elite special operators
from other branches as well.
And for that matter,
infantry, combat, support,
veterans of the United States military. I think that is something
that you should expect come whatever it may be, January 8th or January 9th in Washington, D.C.
Fantastic. Given your sources in the Senate and given your close proximity to Pete and this battle,
what is the landscape right now? We began your segment by showing the breaking news of Tom
Cotton on Fox News saying, no, we will be nominating President Trump's selections and appointments.
We will be confirming them. Does that play out in your reporting?
I think Pete Hegseth will be nominated. I think confirmed. I think his nomination will be confirmed by the United States Senate.
I think he'll get enough Republicans. I think he'll get at least one Democrat.
I think that will happen as well, Benny. And I think that Pete Hegseth will be your next secretary of
defense. Fantastic. And are you going to be are you are you going to be flying with Pete out to
an aircraft carrier with a mission accomplished banner on St. Can I just tell you, Benny, what
my favorite tweet when this happened and now now just allow me to be a person for one moment, not a journalist for one moment.
One of my favorite tweets was I would pay big money to have a hidden camera the first time Will Kane walks into the Pentagon and Pete Higgs and Will Kane close the door behind them.
It's incredible.
It's incredible.
My friend is in a much well-deserved position to be the next secretary of defense.
Fantastic. Will Cain is the host of the Will Cain show on Fox News Audio.
It airs weekdays at noon. YouTube, Facebook. And on YouTube. That's right.
Rocking and rolling. We're working on being as big as the Benny show.
Three hundred and fifty one thousand followers. You can follow here. Right? Rocking and rolling. We're working on being as big as the Benny Show.
You can follow here.
This is a cover photo of... Who is that?
This looks like a total badass.
Who's this guy, Will?
Danny, come on.
This is a reflection of your age,
but I'm just going to give you a little bit of culture to help you out.
I'm sorry.
I'm looking at it on a smaller monitor here.
This is from the greatest movie of all time,
although it was a television miniseries.
It's one of the greatest actors of all time, from the greatest movie of all time, although it was a television miniseries. It's one of the greatest actors of all time
playing the greatest role of all time.
Robert Duvall as Augustus McRae,
Texas Ranger in Lonesome Dove.
Come on, baby.
You know, we could have used some of that
Robert Duvall Western energy in,
it was actually on display in New York.
Breaking news, Will, right now.
I can't let you go without announcing the breaking news.
It is a news show.
Daniel Penny acquitted on all charges.
Acquitted in New York.
Victory for the good guys.
Victory for the good guys.
This just happened, what is it, two minutes ago.
Okay.
Wonderful.
So talk about some Western energy right there.
We need more masculine energy in our country.
I know I'm putting you on the spot.
And I know you're going to talk about it on your show here in just a moment, but like, can I get your snap reaction? Well, yes. So let me
tell you something, Benny, on November 4th, probably you and I and everybody watching and
listening realize something. You're not alone. You're not extreme. You are the mainstream.
People out there are rational and they want a vision of America that you share.
What we just saw in New York city is it's not exactly all the way full of insanity, that there are good people that sit on
juries that understand the nature of a hero. We're watching people take the side of a villain
everywhere we turn from men that play women's volleyball to an assassin that takes down a CEO
of UnitedHealthcare. Now here you have the good guy being vindicated, the good guy, the hero in
the situation that we need more of, Benny, being supported by the people of New York. Just like
Americans supported Donald Trump and had that vision of America, it should be heartening to
all of us. The world around you is not totally dominated by insanity. We are the majority. We can win with heroes. Yes, we need more masculine
energy. We need Pete Hegseth at secretary of defense. We need men to stand up in this culture
to stop listening to the lies that we don't matter or that we have no power or that we have no
obligation or responsibility in society to make this a better place. Ladies and gentlemen, one of to the lies that we don't matter or that we have no power or that we have no obligation
or responsibility in society to make this a better place.
Ladies and gentlemen, one of the people who's been fighting is the great Will Kane.
You should check out his show.
It's awesome on Fox News Audio and on YouTube.
Will, thank you so much.
It's great to fight with you, brother.
You as well, Benny.
Thank you so much, man.
All right.
Godspeed.
Daniel Penny.
Daniel Penny acquitted on all charges breaking right now.
Daniel Penny acquitted on all charges breaking at time of show seconds ago.
Had to do it live. Freaking love seconds ago. Had to do it live.
Frickin' love Will Kane.
Had to do it live.
Wow.
Incredible.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's go ahead and jump into this article.
We do run a news show here.
Let's rock and roll. Manhattan jury has cleared Daniel Penny of criminal wrongdoing
in a chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a crowded subway.
Sorry, I'm going to give just a little bit of a zoom in here.
Jordan Neely is a man who had been arrested 42 different times.
He was a felon.
He was a degenerate drug addict and homeless person who was threatening the lives of every person on that subway.
He said someone's going to die today.
Something, context that's often left out
of this story. So Daniel Penny, a Marine, decided to save innocent Americans
and to serve his fellow countrymen, something that is rarer than,
yeah, rarer than what? The roar of Borealis, that seeing a shooting star.
Freaking the rarest thing you could possibly see.
Then going out in the woods and seeing Bigfoot.
Seeing a man who actually has chivalry in society.
Daniel Penny is a hero.
He's, of course, a Marine.
And he acted in the defense of his fellow countrymen,
who he does not know is the actual definition of Christianity,
to be willing to step in and lay down your life for total strangers.
Caught on video killing that sparked a fierce debate over the city's mental health system and crime underground.
The panelists acquitted Penny of criminal negligent homicide,
which could have put him behind bars for up to four years.
Neely's chokehold death aboard the crowded subway F train in 2023.
Manslaughter, the top charge against Penny, was tossed on Friday after jurors twice said that they couldn't reach a unanimous verdict.
Jurors sided with Penny's defense attorneys,
who had argued that the Marine veteran was justified in rushing to protect his fellow
subway riders when he subdued the erratic homeless man. The lawyers had always questioned
whether there would be sufficient evidence for the cause of death.
What do you want on the next train ride with you? One of his lawyers said
in closing statement, the guy with earbuds minding his own business, not doing anything for you.
If something happened or perhaps you hope to have somebody, uh, someone does not enter the train at
all alone. People are frozen in fear. The lawyers had also questioned whether there was sufficient
evidence that the chokehold caused Neely's death. He was on an enormous amount of
pills and amphetamines, drugs, as tends to happen. The toxicology report
came back and it showed that Neely had enough drugs in his body to put down an elephant.
Well, there you go, according to Dr. Cynthia Harris. So there was absolutely no reason
for this trial to even have happened. They were doing it because of, well, clearly,
anti-chivalry, anti-man hatred. If the races were reversed, then I think that Daniel Penny
would already have gotten a statue in New York City. But unfortunately, we just lived through
a horrifically, like a bigoted racist time when people were judged immediately by their skin color and were
tortured, which is exactly what just happened to Daniel Penny, tortured by a justice system
because of some type of blood libel? Some type of vengeance for past sins? That's not how this works.
That's not how the justice system works. And so we're so very thankful for this ruling.
It does prove that there's no such thing as a permanently blue city. There's no such thing as a
completely and totally corrupted or lost system here in this country that we have been
set aside and set about correctly by our founders, and that justice can still prevail,
even in some of the darkest and most lost places, like in a Manhattan jury. This is so very good. And we're so profoundly grateful for this moment.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have lived through one hell of a lot of, well, disasters in this country.
Part of the disaster that just happened to this nation over the last four years was deeply
economic. I think it was moral really at its core, but
it manifested itself economically and everything was crippling. Gas prices are still way too high.
Grocery prices are still way too high. People can't afford homes. They can't get started on
the American dream. My friends at American financing can help you get out from under a
pile of debt that most likely occurred. I have a wife that comes
home every single week from the grocery store, like just a gas. She actually leaves the growth.
She leaves the bill at the corner of our countertop. It's like hundreds of dollars for
what used to cost a hundred bucks, 300, $400. You probably have the exact same story. Ladies and gentlemen,
American Financial is there for you. If you're a homeowner, American Financing can help you unlock
the equity in your home and start saving. Their customers are saving $800 per month on average.
Just imagine what that could mean for you and your family. Act now and don't delay. American Financing. Call now. 888-528-1219. That's 888-528-1219 for AmericanFinancing.net slash Benny. NMLS 182334. NMLSconsumeraccess.org. to what Donald Trump has to say about Pete Hegseth. Donald Trump did his first long form,
it was over an hour, corporate media sit down interview. It went about as well as you could
imagine. And this was with NBC News. Donald Trump on Pete Hegseth, the full backing of the president.
Let's go. They're going very well. We have for the most part, I think they're going extremely well.
It looks like Peter's doing well now.
I mean, people were a little bit concerned.
He's a young guy with a tremendous track record, actually.
He went to Princeton and went to Harvard.
He was a good student at both.
But he loves the military.
And I think people are starting to see it.
So we'll be working on his nomination along with a lot of others.
We are going to delve into your nominations.
But since you bring him up, do you still have confidence in Pete Hegseth?
Yes, I do. I really do. He's a very smart guy.
I've known him through Fox, but I've known him for a long time.
And he's basically a military guy.
I mean, every time I talk to him, all he wants to talk about is the military.
He's a military guy.
I used to kid him about it.
I didn't think it would be in this position where he may be, hopefully will be secretary of defense.
But every time I was with him, he was fighting for soldiers where he said some soldier was unjustly put in prison because they were really doing what they were taught to do in some cases.
So, yeah, I think he's going to do fine.
This is something that, of course, mirrors what Pete Hegseth has said multiple times before,
which is that President Trump has his back. Pete Hegseth has gone directly into the war.
After all of this began to bubble up, Pete Hegseth ran toward the gunfire,
as they say, went into the Senate and began meeting with senators and turning the tides.
Now, again, as of this morning, Senator Tom Cotton out saying, yo, we are not going to be voting
against President Trump's nominees.
It's not the job.
Advise and consent doesn't mean sabotage and destroy an incoming administration,
which is the most popular in my lifetime.
Period.
Unequivocally.
President Trump pushed on the allegations,
totally unfounded and anonymous,
against Pete Hegseth.
Let's go.
The fact that there are these allegations against him, misconduct, sexual misconduct,
heavy drinking, the fact that he said to some senators reportedly he'll stop drinking
if he gets this job. Does that worry you?
No, I think that everybody has something that they can stop. Some people can stop eating.
I'm lucky I'm not a drinker, but I could stop eating.
And we all want to stop doing something.
And if he said that, I mean, it's a nice thing to say.
That's a good thing to say.
But he's very respected.
I can tell you I know a lot of the people at Fox, they think he's fantastic.
And the people that work with him, really, they love him.
So I think you're going to have somebody that's really terrific.
And again, all he talked about with me, I said, you know, you're not really a television guy, even though he did very well, as you know.
You're really a military guy.
He said, I'm all about the military.
And I told him, so he's making a lot of
money at Fox. They're doing very well. And I said, you know, if for some reason you don't get this
thing, you're not going to be able to go back. And all that money you're making, you can kiss it
goodbye. He said, this is all about America. You know, he and he didn't say, well, let me think
about it. Let me discuss it.
That was it's a very big, risky thing he's doing when he goes and he he says, I'm going to give up, you know, millions of dollars in order to possibly become the secretary of defense.
A lot of people would say it's a great position. It's probably almost no greater position. But
a lot of people would have to think about it. He said, I don't have to think about it. Good. It's perfect. It's a perfect answer.
Yeah, let's see. There's hundreds of people on the record
saying that Pete Hegseth is the man. And oh, by the way, find me somebody who's gone off and served their country and gone into war, been rocked by IEDs, been shot at, had to consider every single second of every day that I'm going to die in a desert 5,000 miles away from my family, away from my kids.
Show me somebody that doesn't have some mental scars from that.
Veterans in our family?
Veterans in our family, veterans in my family,
brothers of mine who deal with these demons
and fight these ghosts every single day.
Don't we all?
What a despicable, sniveling, high-minded,
virtue-signaling, fraudulent worldview to have that these senators are so
perfect and that pete hegseth because something because he might have come back from war carrying
some burdens is to be sneered upon look down upon how i mean honestly how dare they? Who the F do they think they are?
I'm, I am very done with the,
this attitude from Republicans that somehow they're holier than thou,
that they've, well, they've never,
yeah, had anything wrong with that.
Cast the first stone, do it, do it.
We know you live in a glass house.
Cast the first stone.
Our friend Mike Davis says he's going to start thoroughly investigating every senator that says they're going to vote against Pete Hegseth because you know what's going to happen?
Because you're a human, you're going to have something completely garbage in your background.
Maybe the voters don't know about it. Maybe we happen to know a few things about a few senators that are very cold on Pete Hegseth.
We may happen to be working with Mike Davis on some of this since Mike Davis and I are both from Iowa.
Just a thought. Just a little fair warning there.
And so best not to throw stones in glass houses.
I bet your grandmother and your nana said the same thing mine did.
Right?
Based on scripture, based on truth,
we're all fallen. We're all sunken. We all have things that we regret in life.
And it's an important thing to build a world together. Not thinking that we're perfect,
right? Yeah. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it. Now, uh, we, again, we're with cash Patel,
uh, this weekend at Mar-a-Lago. Got some great chance to chat with them.
We've been obviously pushing and muscling for Kash.
He's just the man at the FBA.
He's the man.
This weekend, Kash got a standing ovation at Mar-a-Lago.
Do we have the tweet?
Do we have that set up?
There's this roaring standing ovation.
It was the biggest standing ovation it was the big the
biggest standing ovation at mar-a-lago this weekend um uh turn at turning point uh it was
incredible just the name cash didn't even speak just just the name uh cash patel and people went
nuts it's freaking awesome uh here we go why? Why not have a listen? Standing up.
Charlie was like going through a couple, you know, he's just mentioning some people in the audience.
He had to pause.
That's kept by President Trump.
And, Cash, we are going to help any way we can to get you through Senate confirmation.
That is a big one. Couldn't be more thrilled about that.
We have so many more guests here. So we we are obviously going to be hitting the bricks for cash. Now, what does President
Trump have to say? President Trump, again, in this interview, was asked about Cash Patel.
And the answer should give you a lot of hope. Here we go. You named Kash Patel to be the next FBI director. He has a list in his book of 60 people that he
calls members of the so-called deep state. It includes Democrats like Joe Biden and Hillary
Clinton. It includes former members of your cabinet from Bill Barr to Christopher Wray.
You campaigned on destroying the deep state. Do you want Kash Patel to launch investigations into people on that list?
No.
I mean, he's going to do what he thinks is right.
Do you think that's right?
Do you think that's right, sir?
If they think that somebody was dishonest or crooked or corrupt politician, I think he probably has an obligation to do it.
Are you going to direct him to do it?
No, not at all.
Not at all.
We have two great people there. we have him and we have Pam. Pam Bondi has been like a rocket ship. She's
very popular and very good and very fair. And Cash Patel is very fair. I'll tell you,
I thought Cash may be difficult because he's, you know, a strong conservative voice.
And I don't know of anybody that's not singing his praises. The other day,
I was watching and Trey Gowdy, who's a moderate person and very smart and very respected in the
party. He's Cash's biggest fan. He said this is the most misunderstood man in politics. He's great.
I guess they work together on the Russia hoax or something. And Trey Gowdy became a fan. You know Trey Gowdy.
Everybody respects him. And, you know, just like him, others also. I don't know of one negative
vote. I don't think he's going to have any negative vote. Boom. I don't think there's
going to be one single senator, says President Trump, voting against him.
Well, that's a gauntlet thrown down.
I just got to get to one final bit of news here
from this interview.
It's a great interview, and to their credit,
they released the entire thing.
Now, of course, Kristen Welker,
who's a Russiagate collusion conspiracy theorist, right,
who we called out from the stage with Vivek.
Remember, it was such a great moment.
It was one of the happiest moments of my entire life.
Why is Kristen Welker asking us questions
here at a GOP debate?
Who are you?
Kristen Welker, can you apologize
for what you did to Trump?
Oh, just awesome.
It's something that needs to happen
every single Republican debate for all time.
You need to look at the hosts and the moderators and say, no, no, no.
The reason that there's any division are these frauds. Right. Yeah.
Remember, it's asking the question in asking of the question. That's where the power comes from.
Anyway, this is a question that I loved. Why are you firing Christopher Wray? Why are you firing
Christopher Wray? Now, let me dispatch some fake news. Christopher Wray, I see this all in my
timeline. Christopher Wray gets a 10-year sentence, 10 years as FBI director. No, no,
that's not how this works. He doesn't get a 10-year term.
It's a term limit, actually, of 10 years.
The FBI director serves at the pleasure of the president.
So he'll get a, it is a 10-year term
or until there's a new administration
and you are no longer serving at their pleasure.
That's how it works. Really important. Here we go. From the FBI website.
The FBI is led by a director who's appointed by the U.S. president and confirmed by the
Senate for a term not to exceed 10 years. Doing our job, ladies and gentlemen, to give you the knowledge to dispatch the fake news.
Not to exceed 10 years. So do not buy the lie that Donald Trump is firing the FBI director.
Nope. That's not how it works, ladies and gentlemen. Donald Trump, though, talking about
Christopher Wray, saying he raided my home. I'm not really happy about that.
Go. Are you going to fire the current FBI director, Christopher Wray, who you appointed?
Well, I can't say I'm thrilled with him. He invaded my home. I'm suing the country over it.
He invaded Mar-a-Lago. I'm very unhappy with the things he's done.
And crime is at an all-time high.
Migrants are pouring into the country that are from prisons and from mental institutions, as we've discussed.
I can't say I'm thrilled.
I don't want to say, I don't want to, again, I don't want to be Joe Biden and give you an answer and then do the exact opposite. We're going to talk about that.
So I'm not going to do that.
What I'm going to say is I certainly cannot be happy with him.
You take a look at what's happened.
And then when I was shot in the ear, he said,
oh, maybe it was shrapnel.
Where's the shrapnel coming from?
Is it coming from heaven?
I don't think so.
So we need somebody to straighten it.
You know, I have a lot of respect for the FBI,
but the FBI's respect has gone way down over the last number of years.
Don't you have to fire him in order to make room for cash?
But tell if he is in fact confirmed.
Well, I mean, it would sort of seem pretty obvious that if cash gets in, he's going to
be taking somebody's place, right?
If cash gets in, he's gonna, I mean, they're not going to be two directors of the FBI. Duh. Right? Trump's too, he is, he's pure class. We're like sitting here watching these answers.
It's like, these are such, these are such vicious questions and they're biased questions.
And they're always, there's always biased against the president.
A moment, a moment that I'm really looking forward to talking to Corey Lewandowski about,
who's going to join the program here in one second. Corey Lewandowski, who's the senior
advisor to the president and a man who has stood by President Trump through it all. One of the
original advisors to President Trump. It's our honor to have him on the program. But just one
quick thing. Where is the deference?
Has you ever heard, I'm going to ask Corey about this.
Have you ever heard any of these reporters say, sorry, you got shot in the head?
You remember the ABC News debate, which is the first debate that Trump did?
And the only debate that he did with Kamala Harris.
And they didn't ask a single question about the assassination attempt that happened like 10 days earlier. Not exactly 10 days, but it was very, very early
in the summer. The ABC News debate goes on just weeks afterwards. President Trump just barely
had the bandage off his ear. His ear had stopped gushing blood. And ABC News doesn't even say, sorry, you got shot.
You know, you literally ate a bullet
and they didn't mention it.
They don't even mention it.
And the people who allow that to happen,
Kristen Welker's defending them.
Do you see how it works?
A man who has seen how it works for a very long time,
somebody who we're honored to have on the program,
the great Corey Lewandowski,
senior advisor to President Trump,
joins the show live now.
Corey, I don't want to rehash this
because it makes me angry every time I do,
but I know you were in the room with President Trump and you were staffing him for the debate and you were there.
And did you did it boggle your mind that the that the anchors didn't even say, like, sorry, you got shot?
Well, they don't care is the difference, right? They have this fake outrage when some comedian at Madison Square Garden says something about Puerto Rico, but can't give him the deference of two assassination
attempts on his life. I was in the room for that debate. I was standing right there. And, you know,
the vitriol that came out of their eyes, I mean, if they could have laser beams coming out of their
eyes, Donald Trump doesn't deserve to be on the stage. And then the deference they showed the
vice president, oh, Madam Vice President, your microphone will be right here. And we will make sure that every
question is not interrupted, Madam. And then she's interrupting Donald Trump. Remember that?
And they never cut her off. They never fact checked her. It's the same thing that the American people
have seen now for almost 10 years. And that's why Donald Trump won in a landslide because they're
tired of the fake news, making up fake stories with their fake outrage. Yes. So there's going to be a lot of outrage
when Donald Trump pardons Jay Sixers. He made a ton of news this weekend. I think that's what NBC
News led with actually in their write up of this is that President Trump plans to pardon January 6
political prisoners on day one. As somebody who's so close to the president and what the plans are,
can you expound on that or what that plan may be as it stands right now?
Well, he has a huge agenda on day one.
I had the chance to spend some time with him on Thursday at Mar-a-Lago.
We sat for three or four hours talking with a small team about ideas of what's most important day one.
Listen, day one, Donald Trump's going to seal this border.
Okay, that's most important. Day one, listen, day one, Donald Trump's going to seal this border. Okay, that's a fact. Day two, we're starting the deportation of the murderers and the rapists
and all the convicted felons who are in this country. When they emptied out their mental
institutions and their jails from other countries and came here, those people are gone. Goodbye.
But also you have to take care of the people who've been prosecuted and persecuted from a
two-tier justice system.
And that includes the January Sixers. Let's be very clear.
Those people who went to the Capitol in a peaceful way, who were, it seems to me, let in by the Capitol police who opened the doors on some occasion, said, come on in.
I've been sitting in a federal penitentiary for what is likely almost four years now without any due process other than some leftist judge
saying, hey, you committed a crime of trespassing, go sit in a prison. And you juxtapose that to the
BLM marchers and the rioters who blew up police substations through Molotov cocktails at police
cars, lit cities on fire. And what do we see? Vice President Harris is bailing those people out of jail if they were even given any monetary
discernment to have to pay because these liberal justices and liberal DAs are letting people
off when they commit crimes on the left with no bail at all.
Hmm.
It is watching these videos.
And we're so thankful for Tucker Carlson and Speaker Mike Johnson for finally releasing
this.
It does look entirely like entrapment and we have been lied to and it's music to our ears.
Thank you so much, Corey, for pushing for this. Sincerely, we've been talking about this on the
show for years now and this is wrong. I mean, it's wrong and it's sick.
Change is coming. Listen, Kash Patel is going to fundamentally reform
this broken, crooked FBI.
These guys who use their badges and their guns
to go after American citizens
because they didn't like our politics,
they lied to the FISA court to get warrants to spy on us.
They went to our friends around the world and said,
hey, you can listen to Americans on domestic soil.
We can't go and do that.
We know that happened.
James Comey lied under oath.
Andy McCabe lied under oath. We call that happened. James Comey lied under oath. Andy McCabe lied
under oath. We call that perjury. No criminal prosecution from them. When Kash Patel is sworn
in as the next FBI director, and I'm so excited about this one, things are going to change over
there. Pam Bondi at the Department of Justice. Wholesale and fundamental change is coming to
Washington, D.C. seven weeks from today. And when that happens, guess what?
Federal employees are going to have to show up at work every day to earn their salaries,
not just once every two weeks, which is what they're doing now.
So since we're talking about these confirmations,
and we've been hitting it as hard as we possibly can,
can you explain to members of the Republican Senate what will happen when they vote against the single most
popular president in my lifetime, a man who won the popular vote, who won all seven swing states,
if they vote against these nominees, which it is the single greatest cabinet that has been put
together. You got Cash, you got Hegseth, Tulsi, RFK, Alina Haba, Corey. We're like, every single
day is a Christmas morning. And these senators, for some reason, think they're more powerful than the MAGA movement,
more powerful than Republican voters, and more powerful than Team Trump.
And I think it's possibly the worst miscalculation in the history of politics.
Let me just give you a couple names, Bernie Moreno and David McCormick,
neither one of which would be a United States senator-elect today if it wasn't for Donald Trump.
Tim Sheehy may have pulled it out in a squeaker in Montana, but the fact is it is only because of Donald Trump and what he's able to bring to the ballot box that those individuals came across the line.
And because those individuals came across the line, we have a Senate Republican majority for the first time in four years. So if the Republicans choose to vote against the president's
nominees, the people who he has decided to surround himself with as the prerogative that he has,
the ultimate recourse will be at the ballot box. And when you want to challenge Donald Trump at
the ballot box, listen, I know how to run elections. I know how to win elections. So does
he. This guy wins 99.8% of his primary elections that he weighs in on, there will be no resource that we
will not use to go after those United States senators that vote against Donald Trump's choices
for his cabinet picks or his other nominees. So listen, whether you're in Maine or you're in
Alaska or you're in the state of Iowa, get on team Trump because the MAGA movement is across
all 50 states. We will find you and we
will beat you in a primary. Corey, I love having you on the show because like in the back of my
head, I'm like, that's a viral clip. That's a viral clip. That's a viral clip. Something that
just went viral across our timelines. And I know you are a former law enforcement officer. So I
know that you must have this must mean something deeply to you. And I don't think the campaign has responded just yet.
But there was a man who was being persecuted in New York City that was finally acquitted, Daniel Penny.
And it happened live on this show just just a few minutes ago.
And I'd just love to get your snap reaction to that.
I'm sure you've been following that pretty closely.
The fact that he was even tried is a tragedy of justice.
Let me just tell you that.
Listen, this coming week, I'm going to have the privilege to go to New York City for a YR gala
that they're doing over the weekend. I'm going to bring my family. I've got four young kids.
We'll be on the subway. If something happens on that subway, I want Daniel Perry next to me.
I want him protecting me and my family, my four young children, my wife. You know,
this is the United States Marine who was trained to protect people. That's what we invest in these individuals. And
he did everything by the book. The fact that he was prosecuted just tells you how out of touch
Alvin Bragg is, how much he wants to politicize. They tried to make this a case about race,
had nothing to do about race. This is about a guy who walked on the subway, who is willing,
who said, I'm going, someone's going to die here today, and I don't care, and I'll go to Rikers for it.
Daniel Perry heard that.
The other participants on that subway car heard that.
And Daniel Perry put him in a move, a submission hold,
that ultimately was the right thing to do to protect the people on the train.
And God forbid somebody else is on a subway car in New York City
and the same thing happens, someone is going to give themselves pause before they step up and try and defend somebody else because of Alvin Bragg. I'm
so happy that he has now been acquitted, that they will not try him again. And this is the right
decision by the jury. Fantastic. Just really quickly, the lawfare. There's one more. President
Trump talked about Fonny, Fonny. So the lawfare in New York's been defeated. The final one is Fonny Willis in Georgia.
Any message to Fulton County?
Yeah, Fonny's another name for ass in my business, right? That's what it is. And so that's where we are. She's a disgusting, terrible prosecutor.
She was sleeping with her boyfriend who the taxpayers paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. And then again, tried to use the issue of race to say that, yeah, we paid in cash and, you know, I have no receipts for any of these transactions.
But you're attacking me because I'm a rate because you're racist.
No, we're attacking you because you have gone over above and beyond the line for criminal prosecution.
You have not. You should not be prosecuting this case.
This case, too too will go away.
Fannie will have her day. And the truth is Donald Trump has won every single one of these cases
because he never did anything wrong. Yes. We're excited. We're excited to see how this one,
how this one shakes out. So we, we have some breaking news. I can't believe it. You said
she paid in cash. Well, we have some breaking news for your boy cash cory joni earns officially
backing cash patel holy smokes uh i maybe she's tuning into the show bro like maybe maybe she's
watching you live have you ever considered maybe she's watching you live right now and literally
like out of fear making these decisions well she'd be one of the many millions watching us live right
now which is what i love bro we bypass the mainstream media. We go directly to the people on a platform like this. And listen, I traveled on a bus tour with
Joni Ernst Cash, who's on that bus tour, Matt Whitaker, people that you know and the show knows.
The truth is she can be very reasonable on some cases, but when it comes to Pete,
Pete, we're all in for. I've known Pete a long time. This guy's a hero. He's a warrior,
two bronze stars, Harvard educated, Princeton educated.
If his name wasn't Pete Hegseth, they'd be giving him another medal right now.
But you know what? They don't like him because he's not a general, because he doesn't fit the military industrial complex that they're saying they have to.
So I'm glad that Joni Ernst is supporting Cash. Cash is going to be the next FBI director. I'm super excited about that.
I love that. I see my friends going in to reform this
government, to make people come to work every day, to fix a broken system. This is a step in
the right direction. Yes. Fantastic. As a, as a former law enforcement officer yourself, what do
you want to see cash do day one? You talked about Trump day one. Okay. What about cash Mattel at
FBI day one? You look, I want to see my FBI file, right? I can only imagine what's in that baby.
Hey, Cash, baby, let me just take a quick peek.
Just a little peek.
That's a first.
This thing's the size of the Gideon Bible, probably, but that's okay, right?
Because I support Donald Trump, I'm a bad guy.
No, but the truth is what Cash said, and I think he's right, is let's close that Hoover
building where 7,000 people come and push
paper and let's put our officers back on the street to keep us safe. Let's make cops cops
again. Let's go after those people who lied. If the statute of limitations has not expired for
those people who committed crimes against American citizens, let's go hold those people accountable
and let's retrain the members of the FBI because I'll tell you what I'm sick of hearing. Well, the rank and file is great, but it's the leadership. Really, the rank
and file went down and kicked the door down at Mar-a-Lago. The rank and file has been at my home
on multiple occasions telling me that they've got a search warrant for my home or for products
because I was tired of the Russia collusion, fake Russia collusion narrative, right? I was there
when Comey, Clapper, and Brennan walked into Trump Tower in 2016 after Donald Trump had won and pulled out this fake BS steel dossier and then turned
around and leaked that directly to the press saying, well, you know, it was given to the
president during his presidential daily briefing. So there are some bad apples there, but that
doesn't just start at the top. So let's go and let's get those people out and have fundamental
change. And by the way, there's no way we need all these guys running around the federal government.
Let's cut the workforce by about a third, if not half.
And I hope the Doge guys come up with that plan so we can get the American people's tax
paying dollars back in the path where it should be.
Yes.
In closing here, Corey, I'd love having you as a guest because you have seen all the battles
and you've seen it and you've been a
victim actually of some of the dirtiest tricks there are and there's such a difference everyone
feels it but you have a you have a very specific perspective on the difference because you were
there you've been in the room at the debate during the first dirty tricks russia gate uh you've been
a victim again a victim of a lot of this.
And now you can see it with clarity. Please explain the differences between
now and 2017, 2016 with President Trump. Well, he's a much more sophisticated candidate,
much more sophisticated person. And I think this, I'll equate this to a professional athlete. When
you make it to the pinnacle of your sport, whether it's the Super Bowl, the World Series, as a rookie, you think you get to do it all the time. And sitting out
the four years that we had to sit out because of what they did during the election. And we know
that part of that election was completely fraudulent. I don't care what anybody says.
I was there in Philadelphia when they were separating the ballots from the envelopes,
not letting us watch it. But going back now, four years later, gives us a stronger resolve,
more of a titanium backbone, right? To know that
we're going to go do things and not have to be accountable because we're in that second term.
And I don't mean that in a pejorative way. I don't mean we're not accountable to the American people,
but we are, but not accountable to the bureaucrats and the mainstream media who's going to call
Donald Trump all the names. He is completely resolved to not make the mistakes he made in
2017, which was, and I've said it a hundred times, we weren't ready to
go on day one. I can tell you that is not the case. Seven weeks from today at noontime, when
Donald Trump puts his hand on that Bible, this administration will be ready to go. I implore the
members of the U.S. Senate to get his nominations through as quickly as possible and to get them on
the ground so that we don't have a bunch of career bureaucrats running these government agencies,
because that's what they do when the Senate doesn't confirm our nominees. So let's get them on the ground so that we don't have a bunch of career bureaucrats running these government agencies, because that's what they do when the Senate doesn't confirm
our nominees.
So let's get them done.
Let's go in and take over the government and let's execute on the plans that Donald Trump
has laid out on the campaign trail on behalf of the American people.
I cannot I cannot underlie to the audience how important what Corey just said is if you
do not confirm what the Senate is allowing
is career bureaucrats,
the parasitic class in Washington,
to run these agencies.
So every day the Senate
doesn't confirm Pete Hegseth,
they allow for Joe Biden
to run the Department of Defense again, right?
And the continuance of the Joe Biden regime.
So it's Republicans in not confirming President Trump's
nominees. I'm so glad you brought this up. They're literally voting for Joe Biden to continue running
these agencies. Am I wrong, Corey? You're exactly right. It will be a continued extension. Listen,
and I'm involved a little bit in a couple of these agencies. A lot of my friends are going
into the cabinet, whether it's Duffy or Zeldin or so many others. And they say, hey, what do you think of this guy? What do you think of that guy?
I say, here's the problem. If we don't get our people through the bureaucrats that are there, that were appointed by Biden, stay in their positions until you get through.
So we have to push the U.S. Senate because just because Donald Trump takes the oath of office doesn't mean we get control of the full federal government. Those unelected bureaucrats, those senior executive service employees, those politicals that are appointed by Biden who aren't fired on day one,
stay in those offices and continue to, you know, stop our agenda from going forward because they hate Donald Trump and they hate everything we stand for.
And they don't want to come to work. So they want to try and obfuscate as much as possible.
Wow. So this is such a, that's such a,
it's a brilliant point. You said when Trump lays his hand on the Bible, everything's going to
change, but Trump's been laying his hands on people this weekend. We have the official handshake
from Emmanuel Macron here. This is, this is America's back baby. America's back baby.
Did you teach Trump this handshake?
Corey, you can tell us.
Hey, I've taught Trump nothing.
I'm just not along in the roller coaster ride.
Every good idea is his.
Every bad idea was mine.
Just remember that.
And so, listen, but here's what it is.
It's amazing.
This is the world domination that Donald Trump brings.
Every world leader looks to Donald Trump knowing that he is the boss.
He's the boss of the bosses.
OK, and they all recognize that.
And so when he shows up on the world stage, whether it's Emmanuel Macron or it is Zelensky,
who maybe we can take a collection up and buy the guy an effing suit.
I don't know.
I met the guy a couple of times.
The guy can never wear a suit.
You know, it's just incredible.
But what we should I mean, look, he's only taken about 150 billion out of us.
You know, go to Brooks Brothers or something, right?
But Donald Trump is the boss and the world is about to change.
Yeah.
Yeah, baby gap.
I mean, I've seen these little suits that they let, you know, your nephew, you know,
walks down the aisle throwing the flowers, right?
You just get him one of those.
That's right.
I think my nephew might have one, actually.
So this is, you're exactly right, man.
This handshake, I think, went the most viral of anything that happened in Paris over the past weekend.
But the vibes were immaculate.
It's so wonderful to see America back.
This, Daniel Penny, Kash Patel, Pete Hegseth, masculinity reasserting itself.
American dominance reasserting itself.
It's such an incredible time of your life. It's not going it become a bad word to be a masculine man, to take care of
other people, right? I mean, when you're opening car doors for women and you're saying, boy, you
look pretty today, you look nice today, right? How come that's such a bad thing all of a sudden?
You know, in the world of government parlance, you say those things and they put a little
note in your file that you can't get a promotion. That's why I don't work for the government,
okay? Because I'm unapologetically a man. I got nothing to, no one's ever questioned,
say a lot of things about me,
but they've never questioned that.
So it's like, we're excited for this moment.
We don't want to miss though what just happened.
And I want to close with this.
Since you were at Trump's side through all of this
and we love the art of the surge,
we love sort of the back,
the documentary of what's happening behind the scenes.
What's when I say most memorable moment of 2024? What comes to mind, Corey?
You know, I was there when he did the garbage truck. That's pretty amazing.
I was there when he did the debate. That was pretty amazing. I was there. Butler, too. Pretty amazing.
But, you know, here's the thing. The best moments for me, and I've done it,
I've been so fortunate to do it so many times, is on the airplane, just having conversations about
not just politics, but life with the president, talking about things, listening to the music
that he blares at, you know, decibels that are probably north of 200, you know, and watching
and listening to this. I mean, you know, it's like a routine
and you get into it and you say, boy, you know, James Brown is beyond, he's going to be on tonight.
And so it's just, it's so special. You look back at it and with all the giant, many rallies I've
been to hundreds and hundreds and hundreds, I never take them for granted, but those private
moments on the plane with a small group of people where he can really have candid conversations is
super special. Yes. Since you brought it up, since you brought it up, I just have to ask the village people,
will they be performing at the inauguration?
Well, I saw that they want to. The number one song in America, like 70, you know, 1972,
I think they came out with that thing. All of a sudden, these guys are very rich from Donald
Trump again. So that's what Trump does for the guys who were successful in the 70s. That's what
he's going to do for America. He's going to make everyone rich. Ladies and gentlemen, if this interview
isn't proof enough, then please take my word for it. Go follow Corey Lewandowski. Go follow him.
He's past half a million and we're going to get him to a million. A million by Christmas? I don't
know. Seems aggressive. Maybe we can do it. But ladies and gentlemen, this is a man who has been by Trump's side and is, what's the best way to say it? Like a protector of the
president, quite frankly, from some pretty, from pretty evil forces. And you got to follow Corey
Lewandowski. The guy spits pure fire. And he's on the, he's on the side of right. Godspeed, Corey.
Thank you.
Completely based.
What a based show.
What a great show.
These guys, like, coming on here, just letting it rip.
I love it when we have breaking news on the program.
We have some very good news about Laura Trump.
Ooh, what do we know?
What do we know about Laura Trump?
What did we find out?
Ladies and gentlemen, first, I mean, listen, if you want a solid gold Senate pick,
then go with Laura Trump. If you want solid gold in your bank account, then go with Allegiance Gold, ladies and gentlemen. Allegiance Gold is who I trust and who I have used to make sure
that there is literal gold in my bank account,
physical gold and silver.
Silver, man, a sleeper.
Don't sleep on silver, dude.
Allegiance Gold takes care of me and my family,
makes sure that we have our precious metals set and locked.
We do a lot of, we take a lot of risk on this program.
Like my entire life is risk.
So I like assets that don't actually,
that are not going to go to zero, okay?
I'm not buying any of the Hakatua meme coin.
Gotta tell you, I didn't trade any gold
to buy Hakatua coin, but I do own gold.
The reason why I do is because, well,
it's been like the best performing physical asset
of my entire life, for my entire life.
Go gold today.

OK, ladies and gentlemen, here we go. Rocking and rolling.
Very exciting. We talked about the Trump pardons.
Here's the actual clip of Donald Trump saying, why not?
Let's pardon these political prisoners. They've been rotting in prison for years.
You promised to pardon those
who attacked the Capitol on January 6th. Are you still vowing to follow through with that?
We're looking at it right now, most likely. Well, you know, people have suffered long and hard
and there may be some exceptions to it. I have to look. But, you know, if somebody was radical, crazy,
there might be some people from Antifa there. I don't know, you know, because those people seem
to be in good shape. Whatever happened to Scaffold Man? You know who Scaffold Man was?
He stood on a scaffold telling everybody to go and nothing happened to him.
Whatever happened to Ray Epps? Now, I don't know anything about Ray Epps, but
it was sort of strange the way he was talking. Where is he? What happened to him?
Because the people that did very little, they arrested an old woman because she, I don't think she did anything.
They don't even know what she did.
These people have suffered. Their lives have been destroyed.
You know who hasn't said a single word about J6 political prisoners?
Joni Ernst. You know who commemorated January 6th and talked about it like it was Pearl Harbor?
Current Senate leader John Thune. We're not going to forget this, and we won't forget the
political prisoners and those who the Biden regime tried to destroy. Many of them, they
actually succeeded in destroying their lives. we'll never get back the January 6
victims of the deep state terrorism because some of them very tragically
have committed suicide taking their own lives the horrors that have been wrought
by this administration we can't ever really make it right. The best you can do is say it'll never happen again and to pardon those who are currently
suffering. Ladies and gentlemen, there's somebody who I think should be in the Senate, who you
definitely would have heard from in the past four years if she were in the Senate. Laura Trump has
stepped down as RNC co-chair at time of recording and show today.
We do the show live.
We don't actually prerecord the show.
But at time of show, Laura Trump, dear friend of the program,
somebody who right after announcing that she may or may not have been part of the Laura Trump groundswell of support for Senate.
Right after that, she came on to this program, Laura Trump did, and said, yeah, you know what, Betty?
I would totally serve in the Senate. I think it'd be awesome.
And she broke that news on this show.
So what's going to happen next? Let's read.
Republican National Committee co-chair Laura Trump is stepping down from her party role Let's read. know exactly what that would look like. And I certainly want to get all the information possible.
Something that is very real for me. But yeah, 100 percent, I would consider it. She says Trump, Trump selected RNC chair Michael Watley in March and then Laura Trump as co-chair. And
Laura Trump is the single most successful chairwoman of the RNC in living history. She replaced, of course,
Ronna McRomney in the greatest upgrade that any human has ever experienced politically.
And we're very thankful for Laura. So we'll invite her on the show this week or next,
and we'll get the straight news from Laura Trump. Okay? This sort of took me by surprise this morning.
I'm like, wait a second.
Is it happening?
It's happening.
It's actually happening.
Laura Trump.
The AP report noted that Trump and RNC heavily invested in resources ahead of the election.
The GOP's success can be tied to Laura Trump at the RNC.
I mean, Laura Trump is the first person, and she came on this show many times to say,
I am the first RNC co-chair to talk about election integrity and election fraud.
For the first time in our nation's history, the RNC actually has a team of lawyers to hunt down and to fight election fraud.
Would we have even had a Republican Senate without Laura Trump?
We certainly wouldn't have had a President Trump.
I really don't think so.
I don't think it would be possible without her leadership at the RNC to have had a President Trump right now.
So yes, Laura Trump should be the next senator from Florida
as a Florida resident.
And I will never leave here.
I really like it here.
I got to tell you, she would represent our state beautifully. She would represent a different
generation in the Republican Party. She'd represent working mothers and mothers of young children.
She'd obviously represent the political dynasty that has made Florida so powerful right now.
So yes, obviously, as we
have said many times, we are in favor of Laura Trump being the next senator, and we will have
her on the program soon. Kara, who's our awesome booker, Kara, let's get a call Laura right now.
I texted her this morning. She's excited about what the future may hold. So why not? All right,
why not ask her about it?
This is going to be exciting.
An exciting moment.
None of these shenanigans happening in the Senate.
I mean, imagine how different it would be if Laura Trump was actually in the Senate right now.
It only makes sense, right?
It really truly does stand to reason.
Okay.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
You know what time it is.
It's Monday. And that means time for Monday Day, brought to you by Spike Sackle.
How about this?
How about this?
When somebody wishes to ban guns, when somebody wishes to outlaw any firearm, then ask them first this simple question.
Go.
You first.
You.
AOC.
Nancy Pelosi.
Chuck Schumer.
Disarm your security forces. Disarm your own guards first,
all right? Because they're carrying weapons that I couldn't even get commercially.
They're carrying such sophisticated tech and such heavy, heavy work.
I couldn't dream of having what your security guards have.
So how about this?
You start.
And since we don't live inside of an autocracy or inside of tyranny,
they do in Canada, unfortunately,
and that's what we're going to talk about here.
But since we don't live like that,
since AOC and me are the,
we have the same equal rights before the law
and before the country,
then maybe, just maybe, we should the same equal rights before the law and before the country, then maybe,
just maybe, we should have equal rights to defend ourselves. This is what it looks like when Nancy
Pelosi walks around. I just want to, I just want to pop this up. This is what Nancy Pelosi
walking from place to place looks like. Look at that. ALX is, interesting okay nevermind not gonna say it Michael Byrd guy
who shot Ashley Babbitt I wonder ladies and gentlemen keep going scroll over you're not
even showing the whole other way.
I'm sure I'll scroll over.
There you go.
Not even showing the full team.
Four or five armed men surrounding Nancy Pelosi at all times.
Interesting.
There were no lady Ghostbusters like we saw surrounding Donald Trump on his assassination day.
Funny how the lady Ghostbusters disappear when they actually want the protectee to stay alive.
Isn't that interesting?
Curious that.
Something, hopefully somebody starts asking questions about that.
I would love to see the Lady Ghostbuster interviewed.
You know the lady who couldn't holster her gun?
Didn't know, couldn't actually put her gun in the holster?
Yeah.
Curious.
The point is, anybody who wishes to take your guns from you are by definition saying that you should be on you should not be protected the criminal element who we've allowed into this
country should be able to rape and pillage and destroy and steal from you and you should have
no recourse but they have recourse they have. They have guards. So that's how you
begin this conversation. You first. You first. Okay? And of course they won't. They would never.
They only ever vote for security increases for themselves and for their staff and their teams.
They only ever vote for enormous amounts of more money lavished upon capital security forces inside of the U.S. Capitol.
Got it.
Anyway, moving up north, Canada, potentially our 51st state, bans more guns, but suggests sending them all to Ukraine.
Would you look at this?
Canadian Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc announced on Thursday that 324 assault-style firearms,
of course, something that you couldn't possibly define.
Define an assault-style firearm, please.
Go.
Anyone?
I wonder if Dominic LeBlanc has ever fired a weapon before.
Have you ever shot a firearm?
Somebody should ask him.
And exactly what?
You remember Kamala Harris?
I shoot guns, too. What gun do you shoot? A Glock? Because I heard Snoop Dogg
rap about it once. It's been added to Canada's list of banned guns. Oh, wow. Defense Minister
suggested the legally purchased, now banned weapons could be confiscated
and shipped to Ukraine for use against Russia.
Oh my God.
Oh, sorry.
It hurts the brain.
You first, dude.
You know?
You first.
How many men,
how many dangerous men with firearms
protect the public safety minister of Canada.
I'm so glad we don't have dystopian Orwellian names like that.
We don't have a public safety minister in America.
Thank God.
Again, Justin Trudeau is going to get his ass handed to him in the Canadian elections.
Do we have a date for that, ALX?
Do we have a date for those?
When are those going to be?
We'll cover them like we did.
We'll do a full live stream.
We'll cover it like we did the presidential elections. We have October 20 for those. When are those going to be? We'll cover them like we did. We'll do a full live stream. We'll cover it like we did the presidential elections.
We have October 20th, 2025.
Jeez.
10 more months?
Canada, I'm so sorry.
You got 10 more months of this?
Ugh, woof.
Well, anyway, these guys are going to be out on their asses.
Polling shows that Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party in Canada will be the third party in power. They're actually set to lose hundreds of seats, and and they want you to be unsafe while lavishing, lavishing spending for themselves and security for themselves and their families.
And no, no, we don't do that here.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is our Monday Gunday brought to you by Spike Sackle. We have something we weren't planning on showing you
because we didn't know how freaking epic.
I mean, first off, we love you, chat.
Okay, so we love you.
We love the chat.
We love every single person that watches this program.
We do the show for you.
It's the only show on earth.
Hey, Alex, did we pin something?
We didn't even pin a poll today.
Hey, Alex, we're going to pin a poll every single day.
We pinned a poll on Friday, and it said,
what do you want Cash Perfell to investigate first?
And you all said Jeffrey Epstein.
I want the Epstein list.
So rip roaring.
We got our marching orders and we get them from you.
And we're deeply thankful and appreciative for you.
But not even we were prepared for the absolute epicness of what was just emailed to us.
I just received an email from Dulse Sara Cortez.
Dulce Sara Cortez emailed me saying,
ornament at the White House.
Ladies and gentlemen,
the official Benny Show ornament
has been brought to Joe Biden's White House.
Come on, baby.
Let's have a look.
Dear Benny, hope you guys enjoyed.
Had a blast taking these pictures over the weekend
in front of the White House.
Thank you for spreading the truth.
Pop them up.
So this is the Benny Show.
This is our ornament at the White House Christmas tree
in Washington, D.C.
That's epic.
So that's a hand.
You can see, like, someone's hand or, like, selfie stick holding it up on top.
More.
Here we go.
This is in front of the actual White House itself.
This is us trolling, trolling the current administration.
This is the Benny Show ornament in front of the White House.
And then there's more.
Here we go.
This is the official White House Christmas tree out there in the South Lawn of the White House.
Joe Biden did a little Christmas tree lighting.
Look at that.
They see me trolling.
They hating.
Patrolling.
Trying to catch me riding dirty.
Red Christmas, baby.
Look at that.
Thank you so much for sending it in.
These ornaments are available.
They are $5.
We make them at cost, and we make them with our partners,
our veteran partners, who are going to be so excited to have Pete Hegseth in the chair.
You can find them at our store, the Benny Shop at BennyJohnson.com.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are still shipping.
We have shipped close to 50,000 of these ornaments
and we will continue to ship.
We will continue to melt down our machines,
making them 50,000 ornaments.
That makes this the most popular ornament
in American history.
I don't think that there's ever been
a more popular single ornament with data behind it in American history. So we've produced
the most popular Christmas ornament ever, the official red Christmas ornament. Go
get yours today. Ryan, who's the veteran who does our shipping and does
this manufacturing for our show, told me that, well, he's up to date, and we can still get him by Christmas.
So order today, ladies and gentlemen. Exciting, exciting times. Our verse of the day to keep us
centered and locked and focused on what truly matters, from Matthew 22. Jesus replied,
you must love the Lord your God with all of your heart, all of your soul, and all of your mind.
Make sure that you are protecting your hearts and your minds.
There's going to be crazy psychological warfare.
Obviously, we've just lived through some of the world's greatest psyops that are meant to break your brain.
And it's meant to discourage us. These sick pagans, these sick degenerates, they put together an environment during COVID, during the 2020 election, that was heart, protect against it. How do you do that?
It's not one man who's the savior of this country. It certainly isn't even a movement.
It's the hand of God itself. Put God first in your life. A confluence of miracles and the literal
hand of God protected President Trump and is guiding our nation.
And so it is important to remember who's really in the chair, right? Who's in the chair.
And so in this Christmas season, make sure that you are refocused and recentering yourself
and that you have that confidence walking forward because that's what it really gives you, right?
It actually gives you confidence, right? Marching forward.
And with that confidence, we are going to win.
We're already winning.
We're going to continue to win.
We're not sick of it yet, are we?
No, no, no.
Not sick of winning, ladies and gentlemen.
We're going to march together.
You and I, confidently.
We're going to stand up straight.
We're going to be an army of happy warriors.
And you can't defeat an army of happy warriors.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's your boy, Benny.
See ya. And got no gun
And got no knife
Don't you stop, no fight
D&D, fight
I'm fine, I'm fine
D&D, fight
Now I'm in the fight
D&D, fight
I'm a powerhouse
D&D, fight
D&D, fight
D&D, fight Oh, I'm sorry.
Did you have plans this evening?
You okay?
Who are you?
A friend.
Thank you. I believe you
Listen, there's something I have to do
I'll see you later
