We've been working hard and we are launched. The inaugural episode of The Benny show. I'm your host, Benny Johnson. Why are we launching a podcast? I think the why in life is more important than anything. It's more important than the how, where, why, why are you doing what you are doing? The why for our podcast is very simple. We are sick of being lied to. We're sick of being manipulated. We're sick of people telling us disinformation and misinformation. We are sick of false stories, fake stories, fake news. Indeed, a charged term, but a true term. I would know better than most, I suppose, if I have any point of authority.

I've spent the last 15 years in the belly of the beast, Washington, D.C. I've lived and worked on Capitol Hill. I've done every job inside of the punditry class and political class that there is. I have filled every position there is inside of politics and conservative media creation. I've worked at a phalanx of publications, and I know exactly how these people operate, and I know a singular truth. The story they are telling you about their country, about your country, what they see as their country, what they're telling you about your country is false. They're telling you a fake story. They're telling you a narrative that is untrue about America. And we're going to peel that onion layer back a bit on this show. We're going to be exposing precisely what real America is.

We're going to be telling you the story that they do not want you to hear. And we're going to be explaining what America is actually all about on this channel. We're going to be highlighting some of the good stories, some of the things that make you feel good about your country. They don't want you to feel good about your country. We're going to hit back at that. The stories you tell yourself about yourself, about the place where you live, the family that you are in, the people around you, those stories become reality. And the prevailing winds of this country show that the people who are telling our stories hate America. They hate this country. They hate what it's founded on. These people have corrupt intentions.

They don't want America to survive. They don't love America. They are stateless, globalist people who are cruel and wish for one singular thing above everything else. Authority, oligarchy, fascistic control over your life. And so we are going to hit back against them in the medium that they fear the most. Storytelling. They don't want you to hear a true story. They want you to hear the fake made up garbage about America. They want you to be depressed and they want you to be discouraged. We will not be discouraged on this channel. We're going to tell the truth and we're going to do it from our points of authority. Now, I am no Ivy League educated genius. I can tell you that. I grew up in Iowa. I grew up working on farms. I went to community college, and I went to the University of Iowa. But I also have a shining degree from the School of Hard Knocks, the School of Hard Knocks in Politics and Punditry.

Again, as I've said, I've worked as a political campaign manager, a door knocker. I've worked as a political campaign manager, a door knocker. I've worked the polls. I have worked in cable news and in online publishing. We have done radio and we have headlined major events. It's been a wonderful career. And for those of you who have followed me on social media on this career, I thank you. I truly love this audience and I truly care about this audience. That's why we're launching this podcast. We want to inform as many people as possible

about the true story of America, the truth about this country. The corporate media superstructure ecosystem is designed to control. It's designed to manipulate. It's designed to keep narratives at bay and to crush the narratives that they don't want you to see. The only way around that superstructure, because it is funded and has billions of dollars backing it up, is for us to launch independent podcasts, independent media, independent journalism. Journalism that can't be pushed around and forced into saying what they want you to say or doing what they want you to do or killing the stories they want you to kill. That's how a corporate media news entity works.

They control what you say. We have no puppet masters here on this show. We are 100% independent. We have no money backing us up. You back us up, our audience, and the truth is our guide. I want to say one thing in closing that this show is about muscle. I am not a particularly athletic person, but I do understand this. I played a lot of high school football. The muscles that you don't use atrophy. The muscles that you don't work on, they go away. They become small, weak, and can snap. And the body politic functions very similarly to the human body. The body politic is a muscle, a grouping of muscles that is bound together in this country by our freedoms, by our inalienable rights given to us by God,

that we must exercise and exercise vigorously. Otherwise, they'll be snapped away from us. They'll be snapped because they are weak. Therefore, on this channel, we choose to exercise our freedom of speech, freedom of thought, our freedom of assembly, our ability to say what we want, when we want, within the confines of our home or outside on the street, which we do go on the street actually quite often and speak with people, we are going to exercise those muscles, those civil liberties that bind our true society together, bind us together against the oligarch authoritarians who wish to strip us and snap those civil liberties away from us because they are a threat to them. We are about exercising those muscles on this channel, about

telling those stories that may make our ruling class and our establishments, our military establishments, medical establishments, political establishments, and our finance establishments make them uncomfortable. Explain the realities that do indeed underpin what they are trying to tell you, express to you the true stories about America, and also, frankly, uplift this country, uplift this nation, a nation that has so often been kicked around. It's a great nation. It's the best nation on earth. We believe that. So we're going to keep fighting. We're going to keep meaning. We're going to keep telling our stories and we're going to keep a steady assault on those

who wish to tear us down because they need pushback more than ever. We need independent creators more than ever. That's what this channel is going to do.
