All right, ladies and gentlemen, the United States House of Representatives is moving ahead on a bill to protect Haitian immigrants in a slap to the face in the face

to the Trump administration and to all of his voters. Why the hell is this happening? Because there are about a half, about a dozen, traders amongst the Republican caucus that are voting for full amnesty, including for hundreds of thousands of Haitians that are brought here and came here illegally. They remain here illegally, protected by a judge's order. Trump wanted to send them home and take away their temporary protected status. An important question for the Haitians here. Why are so many of them on welfare? 65% of them on welfare. Wow. Well, you know, lips keep telling me that immigration.

is about bringing the best and the brightest to our nation, if 65% of the people that are bringing here have to be on welfare, it's not the best and the brightest. Also, if you are bringing the best and the brightest, then why don't you have them stay in their countries? Most of these countries, you can see here, Afghanistan, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Ecuador, Mexico, Haiti, Cuba, Vietnam, Colombia. These are third world countries. These are countries that have a really tough role. Why not keep the best in the brightest there? Wouldn't that make sense? So two lies in one. They're here. They're on welfare. Some 87% of Afghanis are on welfare here. They come here not because they could assimilate or make America better. They come here parasitically. And if they indeed were the best and the brightest,

Libs would want them to stay home, right? Help these third world countries. The ones that were already sending money to. The Dignidad Act is traitorism to our party. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the names of those who voted in favor to give and keep patience here in this country. Democrats broke out into applause after it was passed here, the Republican, to their great shame, we should ban every single one of them from the show. There are some names that I certainly recognize here. We're going to ban every one of these names on the show.

Or maybe bring them all on and let's roast them over why they would ever vote. to pass a three-year extension for 350,000 Haitians living in America so that the next Democrat president could make them all give them all intimacy, like immediately, naturalize every single one of them. And that's what they promised to do. It's absolutely critical. It's what they promised to do, ladies and gentlemen, Brandon Gill set and ready to go. I want to talk with them about this. Top Democrat strategist James Carville says the first thing that Democrats are going to do when they regain power. Grant Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood so they can lock in four X or Senate seats. They've already stolen like eight Senate seats. Pack the U.S. Supreme Court,

nine justices from nine justices of 13, adding four new left-wing justices, reopened the U.S. Mexico border and grant mass amnesty to every single alien currently living in the United States. Well, you'd probably get Republicans to help you do that. Don't run on it. Don't talk about it. Just do it. There's one man who's been warning about this, literally the eating of the cats, on this program. He's gone viral and he is one of the single clearest voices on this subject that exists in Congress. His name is Brandon Gill of Texas. He joins us live right now. Congressman, welcome back to the program. You went thermonuclear viral last week on the show saying that you want America to look like America again that calls to prayer. Doesn't feel like

the Texas you grew up in. That cast systems in schools doesn't feel like the Texas you grew up in. And a lot of people agreed with you that clip alone did 10 million views. Why are Republicans not agreeing with you in voting to grant mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of Haitians? Yeah, I mean, this is probably the most frustrating vote I've seen in Congress since I've been here for the past year and a half. And I think the reality is there's a large cheap labor lobby to put it to put it very simply in Washington, D.C., who they descend upon the city. they go meet with a bunch of members of Congress, and they beg and they plead and they say, please, we need infinity Haitians and small town American communities

because if we don't have them, our health care system is going to collapse. Now, I think you and I can hear that and recognize that that is just frankly idiotic on its face, that we recognize that our health care system does not depend on mass migration from Haiti. But nevertheless, you'll hear some of my colleagues, especially on the other side of the aisle, say things like, And I think it was Pramela Gaiapal who said that 20% of American health care workers are Haitian. Just completely ludicrous.

The number actually is 0.6%. But that's the kind of stuff you hear regularly that is used to justify mass immigration. And I think, again, most people hear that and they realize this is complete nonsense. But for some reason, not every member of Congress recognizes that. So Republicans did in fact vote for this. This is an absolute scar on the face of what we promised vote, you know, that we would do for voters. I mean, the, the cats, they eat the dogs thing. It's funny, but it's like actually happening.

And there's, there's once again, no explanation as to the best explanation is health care workers. That's it. That's the best explanation I've received. I mean, you'll have some humanitarian concerns, which I don't think are justifications that I find compelling, at least. But you're exactly right. I mean, you saw that Lids of TikTok picture of a Nigerian immigrant grilling a cat in a school park. I mean, that's what every small town in America is going to look like if Democrats regain control. But what's frustrating to me is that anybody on our side would go along with this, to your point.

I mean, the key question we should be asking on immigration is, does this benefit the American people? So the question on temporary protective status is, does mass migration from Haiti benefit the American people? And the answer is clearly no. And you're showing that graph right there. 65% of Haitian non-citizen-hattan-headed households are on welfare. That makes our country weaker and poor. It rips apart our social fabric. in no way does that make the American people better off. So for that reason alone, we ought to reject temporary protective status,

which, by the way, has metastasized into de facto amnesty, which it was never intended to do. This temporary protective status, which was originally granted in 2010, after an earthquake in Haiti, has been re-uped, re-uped, re-uped again and again and again, to the point now, where the majority, 69% of patients who are covered under temporary, protective status came in under the Biden administration. In other words, they were part of Biden's

open borders. So voting to extend temporary protective status is voting to essentially codify Joe Biden's open borders. And remember, that's what amnesty is. And this is de facto amnesty. That's why I've been so frustrated with this, because it codifies everything that we ran against, which is open borders under the Biden administration that has been tearing our country apart. Yes. Could you expound on why does it tear our country as part, Congressman? Yeah, you know, I would put it this way. America is unique.

We have a unique civilization here. We have unique culture and institutions and a unique way of life. And mass migration transforms that on a very fundamental level. You know, immigration is the one issue that really. touches everything else in American life. It impacts your children's education, how safe our streets are, the viability of our social programs. It impacts, you know, whenever you, it impacts whenever you're walking down the street, how safe your communities are. So it's the one thing that I think we should be focused intensely on. And I think that's the reason why the left is so focused on it,

because their desire is to transform American civilization. And you do that through mass migration. What temporary protective status does is completely plays into that. You're bringing in 350,000, or allowing 350,000 people who are in the country who originally came here temporarily to stay virtually permanently. And remember, this bill, by the way, extends temporary protective status to just after the next president gets sworn. And in other words, it was designed specifically despite President Trump. So what you're doing is you're undermining American communities. And you've got, I mean, we ran last cycle.

One of the big elections, big issues was Haitians, mass migrations from, mass migration from Haiti, transforming small town, Ohio towns. I mean, that's an abomination. And we ought to recognize that. This is something that I've always wondered. and perhaps you could, I mean, I'm not the member of Congress, you are. And so hopefully you can elucidate for our audience. This number right here, which is total, all migrants. Obviously, there's outliers, like nearly 90% of Afghanis are on welfare.

But 54%, the absolute majority of every single migrant we bring into this country, goes directly onto welfare. These are all migrant-headed households right here. 54% congressman. Okay, a couple of things. One, if we're bringing in the best and the brightest and they have to be here on welfare, why are they, why are we bringing them here at all? Two,

shouldn't this be illegal? Like if you're coming here, shouldn't the point be that you are going to contribute immediately and not parasitically make our country poorer and steal from the taxpayers of which you've contributed nothing? Your ancestors have contributed nothing. You fought in no wars. you've had no children, you've added zero to our culture, you've built no churches, you've done, you haven't mowed a lawn in this country. Why are you entitled to welfare? Shouldn't there be a law

that bans all migrants from welfare? I mean, doesn't that make common sense? It makes complete common sense. And most Americans would agree with us on this. I mean, American immigration policy used to be predicated on the idea that you cannot be what's called a public burden. In other words, you can't do exactly what we're saying. here, which has come in from any part of the globe and immediately hop on welfare and expect the American people to pay for your food and your education and your housing and your health care and everything else. And yet that's what we're seeing now. That doesn't make our country stronger. It makes our country weaker in almost every single way. So what you're doing is you're saying

that some middle class American family who's been here for generations should all of the sudden pick up the tab for people from the third world flooding into our communities, which by By the way, no American voted for, almost no American supports this. If you poll the American people, they routinely consistently say, we either want immigration level, legal immigration levels, either currently where they are or much lower than they currently are. Very few Americans want more immigration, and almost no Americans want illegal immigration. So that's, forgive me, please continue.

No, so that's the first problem. The second issue is one of cultural compatibility. which used to be a key pillar of American immigration policy, which is if you come into the United States, you are expected to become American. You're not expected to be a hyphenated American perpetually. You are expected to adopt American culture and revere our history

and adhere to the cultural norms in our civilization, which, by the way, is the whole reason why people immigrate into the United States, because our culture, I believe in many ways, is superior to other cultures across the country. globe. We've got to recognize that not all cultures are equal. They're not all equally compatible with America's governing framework. They're not all equally moral. They're not they don't all have equal dignity. And we ought to recognize that bringing in third world countries where some lunatic is grilling a cat in an American park where children are playing around with is a culture that is

incompatible with our own. Speaking of incompatibility is sometimes it's important to like compare just broad numbers. The average IQ in Haiti is 68. The average IQ is 68 and 67, depending on with the numbers. I have Grok pulled up here between 67 and 68. Average IQ in America is like 105. How is that supposed to be compatible? Like how is that supposed to work?

Same thing with Somalia, by the way. Like the average IQ in Somalia is, it hovers around 70. And that's the threshold for mentally handicapped, according to most psychological theses here in this country. So like, how are you supposed to square that, Congressman? Well, that's the problem. And perhaps there's a link between this

and between the welfare usages that you see from migrants in many countries, which is that whenever you bring in a population who largely has not really interacted with what we would consider, you know, the modern American world and the modern American economy, We have a very hard time staying afloat. And the result is that become a net drain on economically on the rest of the society.

But again, these are basic facts that we've got to recognize. And I don't think that, you know, think just as just to use one example is how does importing these populations, given the statistics, which you just cited, impact American education, whenever these are the people who are going to schools with our children who have to be taught alongside our children. children by any measure, I mean, common sense would tell you that this would decrease the quality of education for American children. And that's before we even start talking about people who are speaking foreign languages and having other kinds of cultural issues. Congressman, I know that you have to go. I hope you'll allow me one more question because it's prescient and important and it's breaking news that just broke yesterday. Ilhan Omar has now rescinded her. $30 million net worth and says that she is only worth a poultry, $18,000.

She says that her liabilities now decrease her net worth. Of course, that's not how it works. And I just filed my taxes. That's not how a liability works. Lying to Congress is a big crime. What's going on here with Ilhan Omar? What should happen with Ilhan Omar? It's bizarre here.

You're telling me that you had an accounting error to the tune of $30 million. I mean, I know Democrat math is pretty bad. but it's not even this bad. You know, to suggest this and think that the American people are going to buy this and not believe that there is something shady going on is completely crazy. I would like to know how do you revise your net worth down by $30 million? And I think most people want to know as well. I mean, that's an astounding difference.

And, you know, there's been all kinds of questions about Congresswoman Omar, her immigration. status, whether that was fraudulent whenever she initially came in, what types of businesses she and her husband run. You know, I believe her husband is supposed to have run a winery, which I'm not quite sure how that squares with the rest of Ilhan's Islamic persona. But, you know, I think there are a lot of open questions here. And we checked. It's very haram.

Like, you're not allowed to own a winery. You're not around to own wine at all. You're not allowed to be involved in alcohol. It's not something that, you know, lucky for her, though. congressman in conclusion here, lucky for her, the winery is fake. So she didn't have to worry about it. This is not real. It's only real on paper. She said it's worth $5 million. Uh, so lucky her. You're right? Like, boom, it's fake. So she's good. It's what it seems to be. Just don't ask questions, I guess, is the, uh, the message from Democrats right now. Yes. Yes. Yes.

But if you could break off Somalia, if you could break off Chad, you know, if you could break off the eastern front of Ukraine, would you really want that as an American state? The answer is no. These are very bad places to live. So why are we mass importing people from those lands? Because the geography isn't the point. It doesn't matter if it's an island and the south side of Africa, the north side of Africa.

Some remote region of the world doesn't matter like where the geography is. It doesn't matter if it's right off our border. Right. There's an enormous amount of Mexico. You would not want to be American. Like, you would not want to naturalize the next 50 miles into Mexico. That would mean an increase of one. million hardened cartel member terrorists to our country.

The question is, and it's very simple when you actually frame it this way, what cultures do you want to live next to you? Do you want to live next to the island of Haiti? No. Do you want to live next to Somalia? Would you visit Somalia on a trip? Summer's coming just around the corner. We're rounding the corner on the end of April here.

would you wish to like go on a summer vacation to Somalia or Haiti? No, you don't. You don't want to go on a summer vacation to the vast majority of cultures. In fact, the cultures that often are the ones that you go visit are the ones that are homogenous. Japan, people like to go to Korea. People like to go to Eastern Europe. Some parts of Western Europe, the ones that haven't been just completely lost. by diversity as our shrine.

They're joyful, they're gleeful as they talk about the rape and killing of your children, the destruction of your safe and secure neighborhood, the atomization of your dollar, the desecration of your grandparents' graves.

They want it. They're excited about it. Let me know when we have that. 10%. I mean, it's unspeakable. You have to see it to believe it. Pew Research Center. About 9% of U.S. births in 2023 were unauthorized or temporary illegal immigrant mothers. These would be called anchor babies. This is why President Trump is trying to end birthright citizenship. Seems like that's going to be an uphill battle in the Supreme Court. So let me like just make my stance extremely clear. It's a very consistent stance. We want to win elections because the alternative is insufferable. The alternative is the end of our nation. If we don't win elections, then this is what we will be subjected to.

To win elections, you need to focus on domestic policy issues. I also don't want Iran to get a nuclear weapon. I don't know anybody who does. But if you have $5 gas during the midterms, if grocery prices remain very high, if the housing market remains very high and affordable, nobody can get a house, mainly because there's 20 million criminal aliens here in this country, then you will have a very, very, very tough midterms. So how are you going to be tough?

Because historically, it's always tough for the ruling party. And so I want America to win. Therefore, I want the distraction in Iran to go away. Now, reports are out right now that Iran is meeting with Trump's negotiation team and that it's going actually quite well. And that they're responding very positively to new terms. And so pray. Pray that we can get back. We all saw what happened on Friday as like the tensions eased.

Pray that we can get back, ladies and gentlemen. This is why I sue for peace. I pray for peace. Blesser to the peacemakers. All right. Fantastic. Okay. The congressman is set.

We're thrilled, ladies and gentlemen, to have Clay Fuller for the first time on the program from Georgia. He just won Marjorie Taylor Green's old seat. And we're excited to speak with him about what baptism by fire is like in the U.S. Congress. Congressman, welcome to the program. Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be with you, Benny. All right. Well, a belated congratulations.

Well, how is it been your first week in Congress? You know, I've heard from a lot of people, a lot of commentators. This may be the best first week in the history of the United States Congress. So we've been on fire in this first week. You know, our focus is really to be to show that not only is there a nuclear warrior here for Georgia 14 and the hardworking people here, but also that as you were talking about, there's, there's a movement on the right to say it's okay to be proud to be an American. It's okay to be proud to say we need borders. And it's okay to say we don't want amnesty and to stand up for our Second Amendment rights. And so that's what we've been offering in just the first week.

and we're just going to be offering so much more over the next couple of weeks. You know, you come from a MAGA district. I think you had a very, you had a very comfortable win. Libs were losing their minds. They were saying like, oh, you know, we're going to take the seat. We're going to steal the seat. No, I think you blew him out, but like 15, 20 points. So well done.

You know, well, like, can you, can you explain like what exactly happened there? Like, you know, do you have any take on Marjor Taylor Green? and what occurred? Like, do you know what, I mean, I guess a lot of issues to come on the show a lot, right? Like, it just seemed strange to us. And a personal question, but I wanted to ask. Yeah, no, I don't know. And the thing for me is I was focused on the opportunity that was presented to me to fight for the people of Northwest Georgia. And they were looking for somebody who was going to embrace the president. And, you know, one of the things that I try to tell viewers across the country, because there was a little bit of a meeting. narrative coming out of April 7th, that there was some sort of shift in Georgia 14.

Remember, it was a special election. And within the special election, we had a dominating performance, primarily because President Trump got in early to support our campaign. He came down and campaigned with us in the district. And so if I have any advice for Republican candidates across the country, if you want to win, embrace President Trump in his policies. Yeah. You have had a winning first week.

I mean, you get to Congress and then Congress has one of the largest sex scandal blowups in history. I don't know how close you are to Eric Swalwell's old office or Tony Gonzalez. But this has been a bit of a roller coaster. What have you learned the last week? Well, and that was one of my first legislative priorities. And that's something that I'm currently working on is to hold bad actors accountable in Congress. My background, I was an elected district attorney before hopping into this position. And I was in a lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard.

My job has been to ensure the integrity in honor of the institutions that I was a part of. We have to bring that back to Capitol Hill. So I'm working on some ideas and some legislation that will hold bad actors on Capitol Hill accountable because I think the American people want to see it. What does that sound like? Those are like, we call them weasel words, but it's like, hold them accountable. like, okay, like, people are sick of hearing that because nobody ever gets held accountable. So you can be real on our show.

You can, you know, like, I know there's other shows that you have to stay all locked up for, but like, what does that mean? What would you like to see? You're a prosecutor from Georgia, right? For the country. Like, what's country justice look like for you? Absolutely. I want to see people in jail.

And the thing is, we need targeted specific legislation that provides stiffer penalties for people who are in a position of trust. And it could be a member of Congress and you could talk about a number of different positions where people are in a profession of trust. And I think you need stiffer sentencing penalties. And then for our most serious crimes, if you are in a position of trust

and you commit rape, then you should face the death penalty, in my opinion. I know that there's a Supreme Court case on point related to this issue, but I think we are on the right as conservatives, should be offering, I don't think it's controversial across the country. If you talk to people about how should we treat child molesters, how should we treat rapists, they would expect that the death penalty should be on the table for those crimes.

And so that's what I'm advocating for, just making sure that people go to jail and go to jail for a long time and for our most egregious offenses that they face the stiffest penalty that we can offer as a society. Yeah, I mean, Libs love China, right? They love old school totalitarianism. like the amount of things that you can get the death penalty for in China, drug dealing, you can get the death penalty, right? Like rape, of course, you get the death penalty. Exactly what you're talking about, you know, because you want a structured orderly and clean society.

And so you have to show people that you're not allowed to behave this way. And that's like the best deterrent, frankly, is a harsh punishment. So you're saying that under, you know, just law, that somebody who behaved allegedly in the way that Eric Swallow behave, but like there are a dozen or more different people with varying arrays of allegations. A ton of them worked with Eric Swalwell. A lot of the data and evidence is all backing up. You know, he has 50 staffers sign a letter saying he's a monster. So you're saying that that could like under just law, that should be the death penalty. And I haven't looked at the allegations specifically and I'd have to look at a victim statement to see if this would apply. But yes,

if you use force, if an individual uses force to rape somebody, which is an element of rape, my personal opinion, and this has been my personal opinion as a prosecutor, as a father, if a woman is raped, that person should face the death billing. I think we'd have a better country, quite frankly. I do, too. I'm so glad I asked the question, guys. Yeah, it's important to turn it. You mentioned, you mentioned drug,

distribution. That's another thing that I want to take a look at. So there are foreign actors who are bringing in car fentanyl is pouring across our border now. Fentanyl is pouring across our border and they're coming from foreign actors in China in the cartels. And I know you know this as well as anybody, Benny, but the number one killer 18 to 40 in the United States right now is fentany. And if you were bringing poison in our community, if you were killing Americans at that rate, you should also be facing the stiffest felony that we can offer as a society because you are literally murdering people.

So those foreign actors that are a part of this, I know that the DOJ recently indicted some Chinese actors for fentanyl components. I would like to offer the DOJ the ability to offer the death penalty when you're killing that many Americans. Absolutely. Absolutely. I love this answer. Again, this is exactly what people want to hear.

Well, at least we want to know where someone's heart is. I had Tim Burchett went viral saying he wants to he wants to convict and then hang some of the some of the Epstein people he said that on our show and boy that was a banger what would you like to see most change in Congress I know you haven't been there a long time but considering the fact that you're a relatively young man and you could potentially see yourself in this you know rock solid maggot district for the next who knows how long you know what would you like to see change what would you like to work for to change in Washington. Well, the main thing for me is continuing to work for the policies that I believe in that will make Georgia 14 in the community that I represent better, because that's my number one job, right? I represent the hardworking people of Northwest Georgia.

And the number one thing, again, going back to my career as a prosecutor, in January 2025, when President Trump secured the border, I literally saw fentanyl prices in my district increase. And we were saving lives because people weren't overdosing from. from fentanyl that was pouring in across Biden's wide open border. So that number one thing, just fighting for those policies to make sure that we're securing the border because it saves lives in my community. The other thing is over the last 34 years of macroeconomic policy, it has hollowed out

Appalachian communities like mine in northwest Georgia. And so I'm going to support President Trump in fighting for the policies that are going to bring back that manufacturing base that we've completely lost over the last three to four decades. So those two things, I know that's not changing necessarily the institution of Congress, but maybe it is because I want to be effective here and effective for the people that I represent. So those two things, just making sure we're bringing the manufacturing base to the good, hardworking people in Northwest Georgia, and saving lives, making sure if fentanyl isn't coming across a wide open border. Yeah, I mean, very much a rising young star, Brandon Gill, has made quite a name for himself on the immigration front,

but also just protecting what we call America, like, you know, heritage Americans feel like they have no champion. You talk about Appalachia. That's like Heritage America right there. I mean, if there ever is one. Everything from the music, to the culture, to the way people speak. It's like the truest, frankly, form of American. And yeah, it's under constant and total attacks.

It's wonderful to hear you say that. Brandon Gill was on railing that Republicans just joined with Democrats to keep hundreds of thousands of Haitians who came here illegally in the country. What say you on that? Yeah, absolutely. So I was honored to take that vote and say that there shouldn't be amnesty for Haitian illegals in here. The number one takeaway, and I know Brandon agrees with me, we cannot continue as a country to import the third world to the, the United States. If we continue to do that, our country is going to fail. And all you have to do is look at just, it seems like every week we have a new story coming out about some vulnerable American who's being murdered by an illegal immigrant who should have been removed from this country

a number of different times. You look at the student at Loyola in Chicago. You look at the Air Force veteran who's pushed off a subway platform in New York. It's just day in, day out, we continue to get these stories. And that's why I look at Brandon. Brandon kind of looks like super looks like Superman. Maybe I can be Captain American with him. So you've got kind of an Avengers team that is assembling up here who's going to make sure that we're going to secure our borders, never offer amnesty, and keep our American ideals as something that we should be fighting for each and every day. That's wonderful to hear. Final question for you because you're going to have to share an office and maybe even an elevator with her one of these days.

Make sure you have your Marlborough lights ready. Is Ilhan Omar? Ilhan Omar had a wild thing happen recently. Surely you've had to fill out your congressional disclosure forms. And she said that actually her $30 million net worth is only $18,000 that everything else is just a liability. But like that doesn't make any sense. I just see by taxes. It's not how liabilities work. Seems like she lied to Congress. What actions would you like to see taken against Ilhan Omar? Also as a as a former prosecutor, perhaps current prosecutor, how will you be prosecuting to ensure that Ilhan Omar is thoroughly investigated in Congress. Yes, and that's why I hope to be on a committee where I can use my prosecutorial skill set.

If normal Americans made these types of mistakes on paperwork to the federal government, they'd be facing an investigation and they'd be worried about going to prison. And that's why I talk about, in general, we should be holding members of Congress accountable. The other thing that's so problematic about that, you look at those. What would you like to see, Congressman, happen, you know, as a prosecutor who surely wants to uphold American laws? What would you like to see it happen there?

Well, I became a judge advocate general because I saw a few good men, and I never thought I'd be able to use this line in an interview. But, Benny, I just want the truth. Can we just get the truth? And when that truth comes out and they have those documents, we look at that evidence, let's hold people accountable. That's what the American people are asking for. That's what they're begging for. And honestly, that's what the good folks of Georgia 14 sent a prosecutor to do. And I'm going to start going through that evidence.

And I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that the bad actors that are up here on Capitol Hill are going to be held accountable. That's my pledge to every person that put me here. And that's my pledge to every American citizen. Ladies and gentlemen, this is why we need fresh blood. This is why we need people that haven't been rotted and corrupted to the core from and by the system. you can see what it does to people. Oh, it's great. Have you seen what Nancy Pelosi looks like these days? I mean, it's

I think it's people that don't put God first. Crisis King, I don't think they put their faith first. That was actually part of my campaign. It was the first word in every document that I had in my campaign. God put me here. God has kept me on this planet. I'm a cancer survivor.

And I put my faith first. In Christ is King, and I think people lose that perspective when they're here. You're doing God's work here, and you're doing the people's work. And that should be focus every day. Oh man you'll have the demons after you right? No, no, no. You'll have the demons come after you. I'm not worried. That's not Haram, by the way, but she does smoke Marlboro Lights. And that's how they were able to get her DNA to prove that she's actually related to the man that she married her brother. the great Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, and also the leading Senate candidate for the Texas General joins us live right now. Thank you very very. much for joining the program, Mr. Attorney General. My production team is telling me you have massive news to break. Perhaps it just broke on the internet, a huge lawsuit that you have filed against Act Blue. The floor is yours, sir. I assume you've heard of Act Blue. Yes. We just filed a lawsuit this morning in Tarrant County, which is in Fort Worth against Act Blue. We've been investigating

them for several years. We actually turned over some information to the F.E. the Federal Election Commission in 2004, obviously that was during the Biden administration. Nothing occurred. But since that time, they've been in front of Congress. Their lawyers have admitted that they misled the public, that they misled Congress, and that they actually didn't have safeguards in place to prevent people from giving donations and other people's names from taking foreign donations. There's a lot of issues with compliance that they have not followed.

And yet, they told Congress that they had, and they've represented. to us that they have. And so we filed a lawsuit. We believe that they have misrepresented to us and to the people of this state that they're actually raising money illegally. And it has a dramatic impact on elections that when foreigners can donate money and they can take money from people that they're not disclosing, they're completely violating our laws and they are impacting our elections. So we follow this lawsuit today and we hope to get to the bottom of this and stop this from happening and hold Ag Blue accountable for their violations of at least state law. We can't stop them. from violating federal law. So, okay, a couple of important follow-up questions here. What is it that makes you believe? What evidence is it that makes you believe that they are engaging in fraudulence?

Obviously, there's an enormous amount that we've covered on this program, everything from James O'Keefe going up and asking donors if they donated to Democrats, friends of ours, like Matt Van Swole, finding his name on random Democrat donations in Kansas. I would encourage everybody watching right now to go look up your name

in the FEC website to see if Act Blue has stolen your identity and is utilizing it in order to do straw donations of small numbers to Democrats throughout the country. This is what they've been documented doing. Did you find something like that, Mr. Attorney General? Well, first of all, they confessed it in front of their lawyers confessed it and said they willingly and knowingly violated federal law. Second of all, we, my office has registered in a way that you shouldn't build a register to give money on Act Blue. Now, we didn't give a lot of money, but we just wanted to test the system.

And we were able to register and give money on Act Blue without following appropriate disclosure guidelines knowing who we were. So we know for a fact because we were able to do it that they are not following federal and state law. So you went and tested this out. Can you explain that test? Yeah, so I just had some of my investigators, some of my lawyers give money to Act Blue through their website. And they did it without disclosing the proper information. And we were able to demonstrate that they are not, that they are not following federal and state law.

It's shocking to me that we haven't already pursued this. But the feds under the Biden administration completely ignored this. And they, I believe, knew that Act Blue was violating. federal law and as a result, HECLUS raised billions of dollars for liberal causes, liberal Democrats. So you believe that this is happening across the country? This is just like the biggest political money laundering scheme in history?

It could be the largest we've ever seen. We will find out in litigation through discovery, hopefully exactly the extent of how big this is. But the numbers are large. And if they are not following federal law, I think some of the suspicions that people have had for a long time, some of the ones you just mentioned that they use straw people fake names. I think that's very likely happening.

Yeah. So for anybody who doesn't understand some of the more boring nuance of campaign finance law, you know, there are limits to how much you can give. There are these limits if you break them, you can get in big trouble. And they're very strict. And if you give a penny more, then you could be facing prison time. The way to get around that is obviously to give through thousands. hundreds of thousands, millions of straw donations, of people who don't even know that they're

having their name and identity used as a donation vector because they would never check, because who cares, who wants to send their days on government websites. And lo and behold, you're able to then fund these campaigns. So you get some billionaire that wants to fund a campaign. You get a thousand fake people, you know, or real people that have no idea that they're having their, like their names and identities used. And then you donate through them and you're able to funnel millions of dollars. You know, you're able to funnel as much money as you want to any candidate that you want.

What would be the penalties if you found out that this is true, Mr. Attorney General? Well, so they are doing it other ways as well. They're using gift cards that do not identify debit cards that do not identify who the donor is. They're using out of Venmo and some other types of platforms to give without identifying who the people are. So it's not just that they're using fake names. They're sending these gift cards in without having any names. So look, it's a huge problem. And this is one of the most active sites for Democrats,

maybe the most active site in U.S. history for raising money for liberal Democrats. And that's a problem if this is being funded largely through illegal donations, particularly illegal donations from foreign countries. So we have foreign actors who are. influencing our elections and directing elections that they want instead of what U.S. citizens would prefer. What would happen under Texas law if you're able to prove these things in court? So we have no criminal authority.

That would, a local district attorney would have to take that up, whether they would do that. Who knows? We have a lot of district attorneys in the bigger counties that are controlled by George Soros, and they would never follow up on this. But we do have some Republican DAs in smaller counties. So we have to follow up with our civil law, which is we hold them accountable for violating civil law. And we have penalties. Violations of these laws amount to large penalties depending on how many people were affected.

And the more people were affected, the largest those penalties can be. Why hasn't the Fed looked into this? That's a great question. I know for a fact that they had the information we had. Congress heard the same thing we heard. and we, of course, referred this to the FTC Federal Election Commission back in 2024 after our 2023 investigation pulled up the fact that we thought that federal law was not being followed. Obviously, we can't enforce that.

All we can do is refer it. So we did that, and nothing happened. So I can't explain that other than the fact that the Biden administration clearly didn't want to do anything with it. And I don't know if it got buried there. And, you know, the current FEC doesn't have knowledge of our referral, but it's there. Yeah, but it's been like nearly two years of the Trump administration. So why haven't they done anything about it? I don't, I don't have an answer for that.

I don't know. I don't know if they just, I don't. That's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's really, in their purview, we can refer. We can't force any federal action on any particular issue. Got it. Okay. Uh, disappointing, obviously. Thank you for, uh, keeping the heat up.

How about the heat in this, uh, Senate race? How is the, this race going? We have some, uh, new. polling here. You're up eight points. Looks like the President Trump endorsement potentially is up for grab. Is that so? Well, it's obviously that's his decision to make. I should note John Cron has never done anything about our FEC letter requesting some type of action on the issue we've just been talking about with Act Blue. So it is interesting. He has some authority in the federal government to do something about this and has not done anything. But right now,

you know, I'm in Corpus Christi today in Victoria, traveling the state. I have not seen my opponent traveling much of anything. He's depending on his fundraising advantage, which is significant, because as you know, McCain-Feingold gives income its tremendous advantages in fundraising over challengers. So he spent $100 million against me in the first round. I spent 5.8. Despite that, we are going to win this reelection. I've got, I think, better chance of picking up Wesley Hunt's votes, which his and the other five, about 18%. So we're on a good, track. Early voting starts May 18th through the 22nd. Yes. So that's, you bring up a great point. And we've played so many of these clips. And there's a new one every single day of the obscenity.

How would you define his theology? Not Christian. Anti-Christian? I'd have to say anti-Christian. He claims to be a pastor. This is what's so dangerous about him, that he is convincing people. He's like a false prophet, convincing people that he is a Christian pastor. But everything I hear from him is as far from the gospel of Jesus Christ as could possibly be imagined.

I know that there were references in the Bible about better to have a millstone thrown around your neck and you drop to the bottom of the ocean that to mislead. children. This is this guy is misleading people in Texas about what Christianity really is about. There's no doubt that any mainline Christian pastor would disagree. Any mainline Christian theologian would disagree with his presentation of what he claims is the gospel. It is the antithetical to the gospel what he is preaching and it is dangerous for people to not understand that. Hopefully we can make that real. We can make it clear that he is deceiving people. about what Christianity really talks about. Yeah, I really hope so because it's, we will, we will skitter very dangerously

towards the edge here if we allow too many of these. Yeah, I just don't know how anti-Christians, I suppose, would be the right way to say it. Whatever it is, it's not Christianity. And it's something we've been warned about. What about the culture of Texas? I mean, this is something that, you know, we constantly talk about, but it's something that shocks our viewers regularly looking at the number of mosques that are being built, looking at the number of H-1B, scams that are being run through Texas. This has been exposed time and time again. How in the Senate will you fight this?

Many people saying, you know, like Texas just ain't Texas, Texas is not Texas anymore. And weak republicanism and the club for growth and the Chamber of Commerce. you know in in we need infinity laborers that's not the point um and it's certainly not moral like when it comes to preserving your culture how would you how would you keep texas texas well first of all i would actually do my job that's something john corn has failed to do this is a federal issue we've gone after some of these developments based on sharia law which is a problem because sharia law is in absolute conflict it's a different set of laws it doesn't doesn't match our Constitution. It doesn't matter to match federal law. It doesn't match state law. This is a federal

problem that John Cornyn is allowed to happen. He's encouraged it to happen. You cannot find anything that he's actually done to stop this. He has been the encourager of it, including bringing in Afghan refugees that were not vetted into my state, into our state. And he has caused great problems for our state. And he needs to be for that. And so he hasn't done his job with the federal level. I've tried to do my job with what I can at the state level. We've sued some of these developments. We've sued Epic City, which is in my county, Collin County. We shut down one in Copland County before they ever really got off the ground. And we are pursuing every angle we can if these communities are discriminating and they're using Sharia law.

Now, we can't enforce federal housing laws, which also could be done at the federal level. We can only focus on our job at the state, which we enforce state laws. And if they're violating our state laws, as we believe like Epic City was, they were violating. state and federal securities laws. We can only go after them for state security laws. And they've obviously, we view them as having other problems beyond just securities laws. Some interesting. I didn't know that number on Afghanistan. You're saying that John Corny brought in infinity Afghani refugees to Texas? I am. I'm saying you work with Joe Biden to do that. And they were not vetted. And it is a problem for us because now we have them here. We don't know

their backgrounds. We don't know what they're going to do. And some of them were going to be problems. And that's one of them tried to blow up a building in Dallas. Yes. We caught him on TikTok. Like, we caught him actually saying that. We broke that story. Like, this is an Afghan refugee saying he wants to kill as many Texans as possible. Well, this is the responsibility of John Corny. He worked with Joe Biden to make this happen. So that is the problem. He's worked with Joe Biden. He never really, he didn't like Donald Trump until I got into the race. And that suddenly changed on April of the 8th of last year. Prior to that, he was criticizing Donald Trump saying shouldn't be reelected and that he was probably guilty of a crime. On the other hand, Joe Biden was congratulating John Corrin for helping pass restrictive Second Amendment legislation and helping John Corny to do this Afghan refugee resettlement.

It's sad that that's what Texas has, but that's what we put up with for the last 24 years in the Senate. Final question here, just since you brought it up, but we haven't have data. right here that shows that 87, you can round it up to 90% of Afghans are on welfare. So 90% because has John Cornyn ever had to answer for why he has simply brought another parasitic welfare recipient population to this country that in no conceivable way is additive to American culture, the average IQ in Afghanistan hovers just below 80 points. You know, that's, that's, that's, that's dangerously near where, uh, the, you know, where, where, where, where American, uh, psychiatry says is, is being mentally handicapped.

Like, had John Cornyn had to answer for this? No, John Cornyn for the last three or so years, ever since he got booed at the state Republican convention for his position. gun restrictions, helping Biden, has not shown up to speak to Republican crowds. He avoids it. His campaign is all about taking D.C. money and trying to convince people that somehow all of his views are different than what they are. And so he's never had to answer this question.

He's never had to face the voters because he does not campaign in front of Republican voters. This is a campaign, you know, $100 million campaign so far. It's going to be $150 by the time we're done that tries to deceive voters and, Texas Republican voters who campaign ads that present him very different than what he is. He's never faced the voters in answering these questions. And he won't. He will stay away from actual Republican voters. He has for the last three years and he has during this entire campaign because he does not want to answer the question that you just asked,

nor does he want to answer all the other questions that many of us have for John Corny. Yeah. How does Infinity Afghans make America America? How does that make America any better? How does it keep anything that our ancestors built? People like John Cornyn don't have an answer to that. Refer you to the Chamber of Commerce. It's not Republicanism.

It's certainly not Americanism. It's certainly not America first. That's why you have our full and total endorsement for this Senate seat. And we're thankful for Ken Paxon for fighting. We're giving Texans and, you know, an alternative. And you can see here he's been rewarded for his fight. He has over half a million subscribers on X. You should be one of them.

Thank you for your, for your fight, Ken. And you said in one month will be the primary. May 18th through the 22nd, 5th, and then May 26th, the day after Memorial weekend is the election.
