Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome back to the Pink Ladies Have Downs. They're at the gate, and they're off. Jumping out in the lead is one shared brain cell and never met her close behind. It's she needed help, and I saw a TikTok, and now here comes feelings over facts. I didn't read the case falls back as Cold Stare Lindsay takes the reins. And here comes Team Clown, followed by Believe the shirt and the dumbest thing we've ever heard. Coming down the backstretch is head-empty heart hands. It's system failed her, followed by I Relate So Hard.
Starting point is 00:00:28 Here they come spinning out of the turn courtroom groupie in the lead But here comes wine mom vigil And down the stretch they come Toxic empathy is pulling away by a length But coming in strong is I flew in from Tennessee Room temperature IQ is passing a loud screeching circle jerk And at the wire it's general stupidity
Starting point is 00:00:46 Crying Salty Tears and she's just like me for real Good morning Not allowed to laugh at that That's without a doubt one of the best best memes you've ever made, Jerry. This story is wild and dark and insane and something that we're going to cover today with one of the best. Matt Walsh will be on the program in just a moment. Bravo, Jerry.
Starting point is 00:01:21 It is a reliable template and also horrifying the reason why we're even having this discussion about Lindsay Clancy. It says something really dark about something about what we've done. as a nation and we've cursed ourselves and we need to ask for absolution from God and we need to pray for mercy. That's what today is going to be about, ladies and gentlemen. Today we have Matt Walsh on the show along with R&C Chairman Joe Gruders. It is September 8th, 2026. Lindsay Clancy trial has set women back a thousand years and copycats are already starting because when you make it permissible to kill a human being because it's inconvenient to you,
Starting point is 00:02:07 their life is inconvenient to you, bad things begin to happen. And if you give people a shield against doing that, because of communist revolution, because they had a bad morning, because their coffee wasn't hot enough, because they don't feel right, the intrusive voices,
Starting point is 00:02:29 just piqued them a little bit. You're going to see a lot more of this. And so it's time to speak out against it. We don't really like true crime on this program. It's not really the purpose of the program. We were far more about culture building and mission building and movement building. But today we're going to have to recognize the existential threat to the future of the nation. It is this.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Johnson Show. Okay. We're going to talk about some very unhealthy things. Let's talk about some healthy things just to kick off the show. Brickhouse Nutrition has a new product. I have been losing some weight. I want to get down to the weight that I was when I was playing high school football. I want to be healthy.
Starting point is 00:03:20 You sit in a studio all day and it's like a dark black box all day. You end up being unhealthy. If you eat Uber Eats, you end up being unhealthy. You don't get enough walking. I do work at a standing desk. standing the whole show. And I'm standing through, like, as we record for hours on end afterwards, but that's not walking. And so it is very important to stay lean. It is actually the greatest indicate, your leanness is the greatest indication of how long you are going to live,
Starting point is 00:03:49 how well your metabolism is, is a direct reflection of how well your ticker is. And that's the number one killer in America. Ladies and gentlemen, doctors created a weight loss supplement called Lean. The results are remarkable. Studies and ingredients in lean have been showed to lower your blood sugar, help burn fat by converting into energy, and help curb your appetite and cravings so you're not as hungry. Thank you for everybody saying I'm not fat. I appreciate that. I've lost 30 pounds. So not like this month or anything, but over the course of years of trying to do more cardio and eat better and not drink and cut out any bad habits and like manage my stress. And it's losing battle sometimes, especially over these last 24 hours. But it's some cold comfort to know that what we are fighting here in the Lindsay Clancy case is the Salem Witch Trials and the Aztex. and the Egyptians slaughtering the firstborn. And, oh, by the way, they tried to do this with Jesus.
Starting point is 00:05:35 Remember, Herod ordered the slaughter of the firstborn. Societies that make it impermissible. Societies that make it permissible. Sorry, not impermissible. We should make it impermissible. Our religion commands us. But throughout all time, societies have decided that those who can defend themselves the least deserve the most punishment and the most savage punishments.
Starting point is 00:06:00 You should judge a society by how it protects the most vulnerable amongst them. That includes very old people and fragile people. That also includes very young people. That also includes babies. It also includes unborn babies. And there's a cardinal. What's his name? ALX.
Starting point is 00:06:20 I'm not Catholic. But his clip went viral this weekend talking about Lindsay Clanton. Lindsay Clancy. His name's Fulton Sheen. Matt Walsh is Catholic. We've got some Catholics of Danny and Alex are Catholic. And this guy is a legend. And he's from a different era.
Starting point is 00:06:40 It's from the 1960s when they were legalizing infanticide in this country. The devastation and destruction of that decision has been the worst thing to happen to society. it directly has resulted in the problems that we see today. Mass migration, open borders. This is a result of 60 million or more Americans not being alive. We would have a much more vibrant, full, energetic country had we not legalized in fantaside. And this cardinal declared that we are going to,
Starting point is 00:07:25 to start seeing the horrors of women who have to grapple with the fact that they bear murderous hands, blood on their hands, for the rest of their lives after killing their children. Here we go. Guilt on his soul. Just think, my dear ladies, of how many mentally disturbed women we are going to have in the United States in the next 10 or 15 years when the guilt of abortion begins to attack the mind and soul. For the present, they justify it on the grounds that everyone is doing it and its only scar tissue anyway.
Starting point is 00:08:22 One doctor said to a girl who came in and said, well, it's only a little scar tissue. Would you remember it? Would you dismember it and the doctor said, what did you intend to call the scar tissue? So in years from now, the guilt will come out in a peculiar way. Though at present, there may not be any. The guilt may not manifest itself at once. That is very evident in the course of the life of King.
Starting point is 00:08:59 You're talking 70 years ago nearly this clip. Never seen a more accurate. prediction in my life. It's a prophet right there. By the way, I made a mistake there. He's a bishop, not a cardinal. And again, his name is Fulton Sheen, the original gangster Catholic influencer. Was he right? Well, look at these images. These are women lining the streets with their children, some of them. Cheering for matricide. Infanticide. A. And A beehive, true crime, wine mom, mass formation, psychosis that I personally believe is entirely predicated on these women wishing to cast their guilt, just like the bishop said, for murdering their own
Starting point is 00:10:10 children. How many of these women have had abortions? Well, a fourth of American women have had abortions. that's innocent blood that you don't get to wash off. And I think that the projection that is happening right now with the Lindsay Clancy trial is exactly that. Blood guilt for women that wish to make Lindsay Clancy innocent because that means then they will be innocent.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Not in the eyes of God, but in the eyes of the law. In the eyes of God, it becomes very clear here. Lindsay Clancy doesn't deserve a pardon as her lawyer is arguing this morning. I can't believe this clip is real, but here it is. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the lawyer. The last name is Reddington saying, please President Trump, pardon Lindsay Clancy. Next for Lindsay. I'd like to say that perhaps Donald Trump, who felt compelled to speak out about this case, may very well, Mr. President,
Starting point is 00:11:15 and I would hope that you would consider this young lady, the type of person she is, what she's been through, and consider a pardon. Consider a pardon. Pardon? Should we be in favor of that? Well, it kind of depends on which perspective you come at this from, and there are only two perspectives.
Starting point is 00:11:38 There are only ever two perspectives, darkness and light. There is the Bible, and then there is secularism, hedonism, Satanism. And so if you're coming at this from the Bible, justice will be Matthew 18. Matthew 18 is where Christ says, as children are playing at his feet and laughing and giggling and running around him, Christ says, harm a hair on one of these kids. And you should get a stone that is the weight one ton crushing your skull as you are thrown into the depths of the sea. It would be better for you not to be born,
Starting point is 00:12:18 is what Christ says. Jesus Christ has some really beautiful and flowery and profound language about forgiveness and the nature of the soul and the ascension to holiness. But he doesn't hold back
Starting point is 00:12:47 when it comes to people who harm. children. He says, and my religion commands me to not give Lindsay Clancy a pardon, but to give her the electric chair. Hook up a car battery to her chair. Do it in the middle of the town square so that anyone else can see that this is the result. You know, they used to hang people in the town square for this exact reason. Don't steal horses here. This is what happens to horse thieves. use an electric car battery, use an exercise band, as far as I'm concerned. It's not exactly justice because she's just one life, but men see this. Men see this clear-eyed.
Starting point is 00:13:39 And if you are a believer, in Christianity, there is no other solution. And it's always been the solution. Christianity is the West. The West is Christianity. They are inseparable. the first thing that Christians did when we conquered the West was end a child sacrifice. The first thing that we did was stop people who were killing for convenience sake or so that it would rain, or so that you'd get a blood moon, or so that it'd be a nice harvest.
Starting point is 00:14:07 We'll just kill a thousand more babies. Again, it's very cold comfort, but this is as ancient as the first writings. I mean, you're talking ancient Egypt. You're talking 5,000 years old when Pharaoh goes and just kills all the firstborn children. and they was slaughter him. Nothing happened. He got more popular for doing that. Everybody went and did it. That's how he got Moses.
Starting point is 00:14:31 But this is down to the first humans, you know, Cain and Abel. It's a murder right there. And these are the first human beings. And so it is ancient, it is dark. It is within the human soul. And we should eradicate it by law, as we are commanded to do. If you're looking at this from a secularist, humanist, atheist, hedonist, blasphemous, or satanic point of view, then you'll see that human life, and you'll always assume that human life that is inconvenient to you or weaker than you,
Starting point is 00:15:08 can be and should be eliminated. You don't want to structure a society like that. We've seen what those societies look like in practice in the last hundred years. We've seen the mass slaughters and the mass graves around the world, in secularist, in Marxist regimes, in particular. But we've also seen them here in our country with the legalization of abortion. I just want to remind everyone what the end goal is here. But the end goal was always to liberate Lindsay Clancy because the goal of the left, the goal of evil itself, is to make it permissible to end human life. to legalize murder.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Jesus says in the book of John that Satan was always a murderer. He saw him fall from heaven like lightning. He was always a murderer. That was his nature as to murder. To steal life, steal, kill, and destroy is the nature of Satan. I have come to give life more abundantly.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Here's Ralph Northam. You might not remember this guy. He was the governor of Virginia. And he made it very clear when he was passing, at the time, radical abortion law in the country that his abortion law was going to codify post-birth abortion. They were going to do, there is, there is no difference, absolutely no definitional difference
Starting point is 00:16:36 between what Ralph Northam is explaining here on a serious XM podcast and what Lindsay Clancy did. No difference. Quickly, here we go. Boy, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly, exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired. And then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother. So I think this was... You know what this is. It's infanticide is post-birth abortion. And that is what Lindsay Clancy did, ultimately, a post-birth abortion. And she has thousands of people supporting her. It set women back a thousand years and it's a threat to the foundation stones of our civilization. You've got to
Starting point is 00:17:28 bring on somebody who can actually talk about this and Matt Walsh is the perfect man to talk about this. So let's begin. Welcome Matt Walsh back to the program. Matt, welcome back. Can you hear me? Faintly. Actually, not at all. Remove Matt. Let's remove. Here we go. Can we We've got, can we do this now? Okay, there we go. Sorry about that. I'm not sure what's going on here. Hey, Matt, can you hear me now?
Starting point is 00:18:26 Yeah, I got you now. Can you hear me? My apologies. Ghost in the machine. Okay. Yes, I can hear you now perfectly. Thank you. What have women done to themselves in this Lindsay Clancy case?
Starting point is 00:18:40 Is it now, is now any single violation of law or any single horrific act? excusable because of hormones that they can't control. What does that mean when it comes to women holding power in our society? Why would you ever give women the nuclear codes if a bad afternoon or intrusive thoughts could mean nuclear winter? Yeah, well, that would seem to be the obvious conclusion. I mean, if it's true that as Lindsay Clancy supporters have said, I mean, this could have been any of us. Any of us could have done this. And when they say us, they mean women.
Starting point is 00:19:19 That's what they mean. And if that's true that, you know, at any time. And also, by the way, if it's true that, as was claimed with Lindsay Clancy, that she was a quote unquote good mother and a wonderful person, up until about the 18 minutes, there's an 18 minute period where she murdered her children, then she went right back to being a wonderful person again. And there's just no way of predicting that that would ever happen. And if it is true that any woman can be that volatile and that unstable and murdering,
Starting point is 00:19:48 murderous, then, yeah, I mean, the obvious conclusion is, well, these are people that can't be in power, probably shouldn't have the right to vote. Now, obviously, the feminists are not going to take it to that conclusion. Just like they're not going to, just like they blame the drugs, they blame the psychiatric drugs. And by the way, I'm a critic of big pharma also, a bigger critic than most of these people are, especially when it comes to psychiatric drugs. But you would also think there that, hey, if it really is, If this is also sort of the fault of the psychiatric drugs, then you'd think they'd be calling for a ban on any of the drugs that Lindsay Clancy was taking, or not taking, because she was prescribed, a lot of them, didn't even take them.
Starting point is 00:20:27 But you'd think they'd be calling for a ban on all that stuff. But they're not. In fact, a lot of these women, most of them, I would wager, a huge majority, are on the very same drugs that Lindsay Clancy is on. And not only do they not want them banned, they themselves are not even going to stop taking those drugs. So, you know, you would think that these would be the logical conclusions but they're not because, and this is the thing when it comes to the left,
Starting point is 00:20:49 and we try to talk about, oh, well, they won't hold themselves to the, it's a double standard, we always say. Well, it's not really a double standard, because the standard actually is on the left, and for feminists in particular, the standard is that, well, we can do whatever we want. And that's it, that's the standard. We can do whatever we want.
Starting point is 00:21:09 So if we want to murder our children, we can do that. If we want to be president in the United States, we can do that. we can do whatever we want. That actually is the standard and in a kind of a strange way, it's there is a consistency there, you might say. Yes, is the single most destructive force to Western civilization. Nothing else has ever even come close. Feminism is very close, if not already finished, destroying the actual foundation stones of Western civilization and of Christiandom because they are linked. Perhaps since you have a history series out right now,
Starting point is 00:21:48 could you take us through how common infanticide is throughout pagan cultures, how normalized this is, what they want to bring here? I mean, this is, of course, what we found when the Spanish, when Christian explorers landed in the Americas, for the first time, correct? Yeah, this is something we're actually working on an episode right now about Cortez.
Starting point is 00:22:12 and the Aztecs. And I'm looking forward to that episode. It's a story that I have read about extensively. And I think also one of the greatest stories in the history of mankind is the Spanish conquisadors conquering the Aztecs, one of the most certainly world-shaping feats ever accomplished. And what you find is that when the Europeans got to this part of the world,
Starting point is 00:22:39 particularly Mesoamerica, you know, what is now sort of central in South America, child sacrifice, human sacrifice in general. It wasn't just like it happened on occasion. This was a systematic, a systemic, as the left like to say, this was a systemic part of their culture. It's how, you know, they believe that it's how, it's how they kept the world turning.
Starting point is 00:23:02 It's how they kept the sun burning in the sky was by constantly feeding their gods, these like evil, hideous, demonic gods. this constant buffet of human sacrifices, very often children, which by the way is one of the reasons why when, not to get too into the weeds of the history, but it's one of the reasons why Cortez got here, got at least to what is now Mexico, one of the reasons he was able to conquer the Aztecs is because other tribes, other native tribes, allied with him because they were tired of being conquered and enslaved and their children kidnapped and used as human sacrifices. So this is a
Starting point is 00:23:42 very common element of a primitive pagan cultures that we like to think we have we have advanced beyond. We have vanquished and at one point we did, but that that is abortion. I mean, well over 60 million human children have been killed in abortion and you're exactly right when you say that feminism to my mind is the most destructive movement in human history. And I don't say that as hyperbole. I mean, it really truly is. There's nothing else you can point to to that's had the death toll that feminism has had. And then when you go even deeper than the physical death toll, the effect that's had on the family,
Starting point is 00:24:21 basically destroying the institution of the family, nothing comes close to feminism. And with feminism, it was like that from the very beginning. That was the design of feminism from the very beginning. And now we're seeing it sort of, I guess we're seeing the fruits, the very terrible fruits, appear before us in things like with the, with the Lindsay Clancy case.
Starting point is 00:24:43 Is this just a through line? You seem to connect it quite well. You've studied this history. Do you believe it's a through line? Is this just the human sacrifice of today? We just played a clip of Ralph Northam quite famously describing human sacrifice, post-birth abortion, legalizing post-birth abortion. I see no distinction between that law that the left wanted to pass and what Lindsay Clancy
Starting point is 00:25:07 did. Yeah, well, it's exactly the same thing. Look, there's already, let's be honest about it, obviously, there's no difference that any pro-abortion person can articulate between killing a child in the womb and killing a child who's been out of the womb for a day or 20 days or a thousand days. It's the same person, right? You take a child in the womb and then the child is born and then the child grows. all that's happening is his geographical location is changing and he's growing and developing, you know, the word fetus that the left uses to try to excuse the murder of children. Fetus is just a description. It's just a, it's a phase of human development, just like being an infant or a toddler or a middle-aged man. These are phases of human development.
Starting point is 00:26:00 And if we can look at one phase of human development and say that in that phase, human life is meaningless, it has no moral right to even exist in that particular phase. Well, if that's true of one phase of human development, then what that means is that human life itself has no inherent value. What does inherent mean? It means belonging to a thing by its nature. And so if human life has inherent value belonging to its by its nature, then it would have that value through every phase of its development. If you pick out one phase and say it has no value in that phase, then it has no inherent meaning or value. And if that's the case, which is what the left believes,
Starting point is 00:26:39 then it is not a logical leap at all to say, well, really, murder at any time is okay. If we determine that this person is inconvenient, that there are a burden on those around them, then we should be able to get rid of them. And we're seeing that, you know, that's why in Canada, you know, that's one of the, the suicide, euthanasia is one of the leading causes of death in Canada. And so we're seeing this kind of from both ends of human existence. It's kind of whittle away and determine that people don't have a meaningful life. Their life doesn't mean anything.
Starting point is 00:27:13 And that process just sort of continues. You mentioned being a middle-aged man. Consider myself, I think, middle-aged at this point. I got four kids trying to catch up to the Walsh's. What are you at six or seven now? Six, yeah. Six, well done. You know, pray for us.
Starting point is 00:27:31 You just family mogged me, I guess, is what you'd call it. Young men want families. I go to these conferences, and we talk with young people all the time. They do want families. If you're dating a Lindsay Clancy supporter, or if you're considering, God forbid, marrying a Lindsay Clancy supporter, what she's signaling to you is what Matt just described, which is if you become inconvenient to her, if you're a middle-aged man, let's just say, That's the season that she deems as inconvenient.
Starting point is 00:28:02 She'll kill you. There's no limit to these people. There is no logical boundary line as to when they wouldn't find murder impermissible based on their intrusive thoughts, feelings, or demonic, which urges. Am I getting that correct, Matt? Are young men justified in breaking up with their girlfriends
Starting point is 00:28:27 or leaving women at the altar or ending their engagements because they find out that their significant others are Lindsay Clancy supporters. Oh, for sure. I mean, that's, that's not even, that's, there's nothing to even think about there. That's, that's, she's, she's, she's telling you something about, uh, her value system. And, uh, and she's telling you something about, about, you know, how she sees the world fundamentally, which is that she sees herself as the center of the world as the most, as the main character, the, the, the center of the universe, the, the, the, the person. who gets to decide the value, the inherent value of everything else and everyone else around her,
Starting point is 00:29:06 that's what she's telling you. And listen, even if, you know, Lindsay Clancy supporter, I would worry about them with my kids. And, you know, if you're marrying a woman, one of the main things you're looking for is, is this woman going to be a good mother? And a Lindsay Clancy supporter, you have a lot of reasons to be concerned that she'll be not just a bad mother, but the worst imaginable. And even with her, with her relationship, relationship to you. I mean, you know, is she going to kill you in your sleep or something? I mean, it's possible she could do that. More likely, though, is that is that she'll kill your marriage, you know, at some point. When she decides that the bond, the marriage is not useful
Starting point is 00:29:45 to her anymore, not convenient for her, is getting in the way of her happiness in some kind of amorphous, ambiguous sense, then she'll just kill that. She'll kill the marriage. She'll kill the bond, kill the family. Whether she uses a, you know, an exercise band to do it or just goes to a divorce court, but that's what she's telling you. And so that's your, that's your cue. If you're not married yet and you hear that, that's your cue. If you're out on a date with a woman that you're just dating and she brings up Lindsay Clancy, talks about how much she likes Lindsay Clancy, I would just get up from the table right thin and there at dinner.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Don't even say, just get up and leave. And you know, don't even pay the bill because she's a strong feminist woman. She'll be happy to pay for herself. Just go leave and move on with your life. this lawyer is on ABC News this morning. His last name is Reddington. I guess everybody is entitled to legal defense, but to his great disgrace,
Starting point is 00:30:38 he's become sort of the face of infanticide and the face of child sacrifice. And he is out declaring that Donald Trump should pardon Lindsay Clancy. Two-part question. As a moral society and as Christians, what should we want to happen to Lindsay Clancy? What should Trump do?
Starting point is 00:31:00 Well, I saw that, and this is supposed to be a lawyer. Now, far be it for me to suggest that I know more about the law than a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that Donald Trump, as the president, is not able to pardon a state-level murder charge. So, you know, that's the first problem here. So this lawyer either doesn't know the law or more precisely he does, but he's lying to manipulate the public because this guy's a total scumbag. What we should actually want to see with Lindsay Clancy. And I know that when I say this, people, particularly Christians who are well, certainly well-meaning, they tend to recoil a bit, but we should actually want to see her suffer. We should want to see suffering. We should want to see punishment because that is justice.
Starting point is 00:31:43 That's what justice is. What is justice? Justice is giving to someone what they are due, what they are owed, you know, putting everything in its rightful place. That is justice. That is a just society. And when you, when you murder three children, you strangle them to death, these children who rely, who were turning to you, relying on you to be their safety and their help and you and you and you brutalize them, what you are owed, what is due to you, it is your, it is your, what you are entitled to now is, is punishment and suffering and ultimately death. You are, you are owed it. You are owed the death penalty. And I would say that that's the right thing for society at large. It's also the right thing for Lindsay Clancy. You know, it's the only
Starting point is 00:32:30 hope for her own eternal soul is to be forced to confront the full reality of what she's done with the ultimate punishment, facing her own mortality. And maybe in that moment, if she's forced to face it, maybe there'll be some kind of chance of repentance on her part. I mean, that's between her and God. But if she's never meant to, if she's never forced to face the reality of what she's done, then the chance of even repentance on her own end. I think is much, much slimmer. So this is what we should want. Punishment and death for Lindsay Clancy is the right thing to want,
Starting point is 00:33:04 the moral thing and the Christian thing. I think Christians recoil at that because they don't read their Bibles, Christ himself in every gospel, in all four gospels, is very severe about a specific type of sin, and that's a sin against a child, and that's harming a child. And Christ doesn't typically go into, alliterations about you know what kind of punishment you deserve but like having a one ton stone crush your skull as you're thrown into the bottom of the ocean for harming children having
Starting point is 00:33:38 better you not be born right if you and if you harm one of these children um that seems pretty cut and dry to me i don't know why christians should be squeamish about that i feel like that's that's setting a boundary stone for a just society where you judge a society by how they treat the most innocent, the most helpless, the most fragile, and the most incapable of caring for themselves, right? Yeah, I mean, it's right there. It's very clear. And this is why the, you know, I mean, the general kind of view of Jesus that's become very popular over the last 60 or 70 years is this kind of hippie character who never judged and never said anything harsh is just is all you have to do is pick up the Gospels and read them and you see that that that version, that narrative just
Starting point is 00:34:33 fades away very quickly. It's replaced by the reality, which is that justice is a theme in the Gospels, of course, and throughout the scriptures. And we don't have to get too deep into the kind of theology of it. But when it comes to capital punishment in general, I mean, look, I capital punishment is also prescribed by God himself. And if something is prescribed, then that means that it can't be fundamentally immoral or evil if God prescribes it and he does. And so that doesn't mean that we have to have capital punishment
Starting point is 00:35:13 for every imaginable crime. I personally think we should have it for many more crimes than we do, but we could talk about the policy where it's best applied, but it does mean that having this idea that capital punishment can never be used, even for the most heinous crimes, that's illogical and also just it's just simply not biblical. Speaking of not biblical, WMBA has a real tough time with Genesis, first book, first chapter, God, creation, women, men, and creating them separately and creating them distinctly. You've studied this.
Starting point is 00:35:55 You arguably could be considered one of the top scholars, one of the most successful commercially scholars on this subject of gender reality and biological sex in the world. And so I know it's a long shot, but I keep hearing rumors about you, potentially becoming the commissioner of the WNBA. And I know she just resigned. And the, you know, Bud Light, for instance,
Starting point is 00:36:26 really, really tried to overcorrect after Dylan Mulvaney. I could see this. I could see the WNBA doing this as a massive overcorrection to try and save their brand. Would you accept that position? Well, I appreciate you throw my name into the hat like that. And here's what I'll say. I believe in serving my country. and I had never imagined myself as a commissioner of the WMBA,
Starting point is 00:36:53 particularly when it's a sport that I've never watched more than 10 seconds of. But not only will I accept the position, but I will do it. I don't know what the past commissioner was getting paid. I'll do it for 50%. You know what? And this would be, what do they claim? That men always make a 10 cents on the dollar more. So I will, I'll try to, I'll try to make everything right.
Starting point is 00:37:19 I'll, I'll try to even the score. I will take 50% less than the past female commissioner for this job. That's the offer I'm putting on the table. Really look forward to that. And I think that'll make, I think those press conferences will be must-see TV. I think for the first time ever, you'll have sports press conferences with you flanked by the, women of the WNBA as their defender explaining to the press biological reality I think that'll be I think that it would be really special for the country I think it'd be
Starting point is 00:38:00 neat I think it'd be fun and that's what America's about big fun yeah your new show is about that as well this is the Matt Walsh History show it's absolutely remarkable I learned so much about slavery the slavery episode was the first one that I watched it was incredible I no idea. You learned so much in real history with Matt Walsh. Matt, like in closing, maybe you just told us that you're going to do the conquistadors next as a series subject. What other misnomer's or falsehoods and societies will people get knocked down when they subscribe to your new channel and show? Well, yeah, it's been a lot of fun to do, and it's great to also
Starting point is 00:38:47 just make some content that's kind of longer and in-depth and heavily, you know, just kind of laying out the facts. The audience responds really well to it. And I have a lot of fun doing it. And, you know, right now, I mentioned we're doing this, just thinking like Akisadores, we're kind of been focusing on the issue of colonialism. And, you know, this has been, we're told one of the great evils, maybe the great evil, certainly in, Western, the history of Western civilization is colonialism. And so we have a number of episodes that are looking in that. And that's a big topic.
Starting point is 00:39:26 So we're kind of breaking it down. What about British colonialism in Africa? What about this Spanish colonialism in the Americas? And so we're going to break it down and look at it. Now, what happened? The colonial powers that came in, what did they actually do? Was it, were they just enslaving and oppressing? Or did they actually bring civilization?
Starting point is 00:39:47 and morality to some of these places, advancement. And we're looking at that, and it's been very interesting. So stay tuned for those episodes. Yes. Very, very excited to deconstruct that. It's a topic of particular fascinations. Remarkable how when the colonists leave a place, it descends into darkness and madness.
Starting point is 00:40:14 And incomprehensible human horrors. in some situations. So I guess you have to ask if a system is the result of the, the purpose of the system is the result of what you get when you apply that system. If you apply colonialism, you get order and peace and structure, civilization, stability, indoor plumbing, electricity, and so on, roads, bridges, railroads.
Starting point is 00:40:39 And then without, you know, with the absence of it, you get a descent into anarchy and madness. Well, then you really need to start, questioning our understanding of systems, right? Exactly. Is colonialism evil if it created good things, you know, throughout much of the world? Sorry about that, Matt. I think I'm losing you again.
Starting point is 00:41:09 Yep. That was okay. Just your final thought. Final thought? Yeah, well, it's, I appreciate you bringing up the real history episodes. And as I said, I mean, look, we just talked about feminism early. that's another thing. I think that's a little bit down the line, but that's another thing we want to look at because when you start, when you really start, I think when we started real history, we were kind of asking ourselves, well, how long can we keep this going? I mean, how many historical myths are there that you could get an hour out of? And what you find is that, man, they're just all over the place, these misunderstandings and misapprehensions that are deliberate, you know. And so, and feminism is another one. it's the actual history of feminism. Is it true that the original feminists were these great, good women,
Starting point is 00:42:01 and it only went off the rails later on down the line? No, that's not true either. So we're also going to be looking at that. And as I said, just stay tuned. Really looking forward to your lectures during WNBA halftime shows about colonialism and feminism and obesity. And Matt Walsh, ladies and gentlemen, you know him, subscribe. He's got millions and millions of subscribers. you can find his new show on Daily Wire Plus. Thank you, Matt. Appreciate it. Thank you. We always love having Matt on. What a clairvoyant American patriot.
Starting point is 00:42:48 Sounds like Matt got some good sleep. Last night, Helix sleep for me, ladies and gentlemen, a little bit of a, you could probably hear, I'm stuffy right now. The entire family just like perfectly get, right when the clock strikes September, ding, fall. Everybody gets the flu or a cold or something like that. So last night, you know, the kids get stuffy.
Starting point is 00:43:13 They come running into a room, jump in bed. That is no fun because kids sleep and they go crazy. You better have a damn good mattress in a scenario like that. And we do, ladies and gentlemen, Helix sleep is what we use in our home. It is something that saves our night's sleep in evenings of absolute chaos, which we had last night. We have been using Helix for half a decade now, and we'll never go back, ladies and gentlemen. It has improved our sleep significantly. It was delivered, seamless, free shipping.

Starting point is 00:44:14 That's helixleep.com slash Benny for 30% off. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are excited to have on the program a man who's going to be very much the man of the week, the man of the hour, the R&C chairman who is going to be hosting a massive convention in Dallas. We will be there. We hope to see you.
Starting point is 00:44:37 We'll be taking it live on the channel. And I mean, he's done remarkable work at the R&C. The R&C is leading the DNC on an ever conceivable front. And it's going to be a very big week for our movement and our party. Chairman Joe Gruders joins us right now from the R&C from Dallas. House. Here we go. Mr. Chairman, welcome back to the program. Hey, Benny, how are you? That's honored to have you. What a special week you have lined up. Maybe you could give us the landscape. We've seen some pretty big names rolling into town. What's the atmosphere like in Texas?
Starting point is 00:45:20 Listen, it's electrifying. People are excited. You know, we, I got on the ground yesterday and, listen, people are ready to go. We have 109 speakers. It's going to be a absolutely incredible event. I think we'll have a few surprises, but really it's a way, you know, people have always said, how are you going to win the midterms? You know, only four times in last 150 years as it happened. Well, in order to do so, you've got to do things a little bit differently. And that's what we're doing with this convention. There was the president's idea. You know, and usually you have years to prepare, but this time we did it about, you know,
Starting point is 00:45:54 we had the idea about a year ago, but we solidified that idea and made it a reality over the last 60 days. And I think we're going to be able to bring this message directly to the American people. And I think we'll be able to hopefully receive that convention bump that we've had in the past. But we're very excited. And here in Dallas, it's going to be, you know, we're going to have, you know, 50, 60,000 people are going to show up for this. Wow. So it'll be at the, it'll be at a professional arena, the American Airlines arena. So it'll be at a big stadium.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Yes, it's, it's the American Airlines Center. It's going to be massive. And like I said, I think we've had, you know, this is the first time in history we've ever made it available to the public. You know, usually it's just delegates and special guests. And we have special guests. We have the all delegates from every state. You know, the president wanted to make it look and feel like a real Republican convention. I think we're going to be able to accomplish that. And it's, like I said, it's going to be two full days of packed entertainment. I'm glad you're going to come. Listen, you know, reaching people through people like you, uh, is. You know,
Starting point is 00:47:04 It's the way we could bring it directly to the American people. That's, you know, it's about the messaging. It's about all these great things that what the president has done. It's about showing the contrast between common sense on our side versus the craziness of the left. And we just have to make sure that we can deliver. And I think we'll be able to do that over the next couple of days here. Now, last RNC convention, I know you were there. Laura Trump was working with Chairman Watley.
Starting point is 00:47:30 And they delivered an, like, just a just a remark. remarkable presentation. You typically don't get memes. Alx, can you grab me the Hulk Hogan, please? You typically don't get memes out of an RNC convention. Now, President Trump had just been shot in the head in Butler, Pennsylvania, so there's certainly electricity to that. But the Hulk Hogan moment, Mr. Chairman, was, I mean, that that's a thing of legend. Kid Rock performed. There was a bunch of rumors that 50 cent was going to perform that ended up not working out. Listen, we have so many great guys on our side, but I'm with you. Hawk Hogan, my childhood hero, going to the stage, ripping off his shirt.
Starting point is 00:48:12 That was one of the all-time greatest Republican moments of politics. I wish that, I wish he was still alive with us to do that again. But I expect a couple of, maybe not the Hawk Hogan as good as that. but I think we'll have a couple of special guests that will knock people socks off. We have the moment right here. So what you're telling viewers is to prepare because nobody knew Hulk was going to do this. We were in the convention. I was in the convention having a conversation.
Starting point is 00:48:43 And I heard the place, I heard the place shake. I mean, the rafters were shaking. I said, what is that? I go running out to the floor and this is what I, you know, this is what I see on the floor. It's incredible, you know. And so you're saying that you have some special surprises lined up to get the... We have a couple of superstars lined up, and I think you'll see him over the next couple of days. It's a, like I said, I think Hawk Hogan's hard to beat.
Starting point is 00:49:10 And Laura, Trump and Michael Wally says such a high bar. But listen, I think that when we, I think we have the messaging down. I think we have the people in place that are going to be able to deliver that message. And I'm thankful to guys like you who are willing to. to come out and cover this because we needed this message brought directly to the American people. That's how we're going to get this convention bump. That's how we're going to get this whole campaign started. We have everything we need to win. We have the candidates. We have the resources. Now it comes out of messaging and delivering our voters. Turning out the vote is what I've done
Starting point is 00:49:44 over the course of the last 25 years in party politics. We need everybody to go to gop.com, join your local party, get involved with one of your local campaigns. We could do this. We can win this, but it's going to take all of us working together. So would you mind giving me just a 35,000 foot perspective on the messaging? We were at the White House last week. It was fun to talk with some of my friends in the comms shop, chilled out with Caroline Levitt on her last week. They were so good at messaging. Can you give me what is the take?
Starting point is 00:50:14 What is going to be the takeaway theme of this convention, Mr. Chairman? Well, listen, that the American dream is so alive and well. And what the president's trying to do every single day is go to bat for the American people, whether it's these fair trade deals or it's the working family tax cuts. We're going to talk about all the great things this administration has done, all the great things they want to continue to do, and then contrast that with what's happening on the left being controlled by Mondami, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, these radical leftists across the country that want to fundamentally change the way our country operates. If you believe that the American dream is still alive and you have hope that you can achieve it,
Starting point is 00:50:51 whether your kids can achieve it, hopefully we'll be able to deliver that message directly to the American people over the next two days. That's what it's all about. It's that the American dream is still alive and well. And yes, we have to continue to fight because the left wants us to follow in the path of Havana and Moscow and these socialists across the world. It's not going to work. We have to continue to move forward and create an America that works for the American
Starting point is 00:51:21 worker. And I think that's going to be the defining message over the next couple of days. I love that. Works for the American worker. Well, you're working overtime. My goodness, my team just sent me this from Vote Hub, National Committee Finance Update. This is from just a day ago. Here we go. Cash on hand, R&C, $130 million. Debt zero. Cash on hand, DNC. negative $3 million. It's pretty pretty impressive, Mr. Chairman. I don't have we ever seen anything? Have we ever seen anything so lopsided before?
Starting point is 00:52:03 No, there's been nothing like it. And listen, people have said why, you know, why don't I invest in mayor's races or state Senate races across the country? Because my entire objective since I've been chairman is to win the midterms. It's about holding on to the House and Senate. We knew the coordinated campaign limits was going to come down. which by the way, makes our $130 million worth $250 or $300 million.
Starting point is 00:52:26 They're still going to be at minus $2 billion. I say the DNC is do not contribute. We have all this money stored up. We have the candidates we need. We have the most cash on the hand. If you could believe this, the most cash on the hand on the hit. We're sorry,
Starting point is 00:52:52 ladies and we're sorry, ladies and gentlemen. We just ran into a glitch. We're going to make sure that the chairman can finish his thoughts. We just, perhaps he's in the convention center. You know how those things go. You know how bad internet is there.
Starting point is 00:53:05 And we're going to, the producers will bring the chairman right back on. As soon as we get a solid connection again so that he can, he can finish his final thought here and sign off. Too bad because he was, he was going in. He was going in pretty hard there. This is my, this is my favorite question. Speaking of cash on hand as we get the chairman loaded up. Advantage gold can make sure you have plenty of cash on hand.
Starting point is 00:53:33 $40 trillion in debt. Oof, ladies and gentlemen. You know, it's both parties. There's no one to blame for it. There's no way to point fingers at one side or the other. It's both parties. It's Forever Wars. It's a nightmare out there for the value of the dollar.
Starting point is 00:53:52 They're going to try and inflate their way out of this. It's not going to be great for the value. your dollar, just invest today in gold. Learn how to do this. Move part of your retirement into physical gold and silver with my friends at Advantage gold. You can do this tax and penalty free. Text Benny to 85545 for free gold investment kit. Today, America's gold company is Advantage gold. Debt keeps growing, the dollar keeps shrinking. Your retirement doesn't have to shrink with it. Text Benny, B-E-N-N-N-N-Y to 855454 today. Ladies and gentlemen, what do we think? Checking with my producers. Are we, are we, uh, ladies and gentlemen, the chairman was going in.
Starting point is 00:54:38 I'm going to, we're going to let, we're going to let the chairman lock back in and jump back on. Hopefully we can effort him and get him back in the saddle. That's some good news that I hope is covered, particularly in the state of Texas, which has a huge problem with criminal aliens or legal criminal aliens. What I mean by that is people who have abused. our H-1B systems. Trump has threatened now to increase the H-1B visa fee to $200,000 after a judge struck down the $100,000 fee. This has plummeted H-1B visa applications by 87% around the nation. And this is a massive, positive. Why? Because there is, an abuse of this system
Starting point is 00:55:33 that is the worst abuse probably of immigration, any immigration system in our country. Now that we've shut down the open border, that was number one, this is number two. The H-1B program is designed entirely for highly skilled labor that can come in and really make a difference. These are jobs that should,
Starting point is 00:55:54 by all right, you cannot hire an American for. And there are some jobs like that, extremely highly specialized jobs, physics laboratories or AI build centers and so on. There are specialists around the world that do special things. Okay, cool. Like, I get it. And if those PhDs are extremely smart and capable individuals want to come over here,
Starting point is 00:56:20 man, get me more Elon Musk's. Okay? Elon Musk's a good example of this. Totally. Do we, listen, we, we, we, we, we, Our country's been changed because for the better, when we were on a very dark trajectory, because a foreigner who was highly skilled and highly capable,
Starting point is 00:56:42 who came here on a skill visa named Elon Musk, bought X, and we will forever be indebted to him. So that's fine, fine all well and good. But ladies and gentlemen, that's not what the H-1B visa program is being used. for today. The visa program is being used as a open portal to bring as many predominantly Indian and Asian, sort of the Asian and Orient is the region of the world that takes the most advantage of this into our nation to do entry-level jobs. You can find H-1B for marketing
Starting point is 00:57:30 assistance or clerks at a 7-Eleven. You have a clerk job at a 7-Eleven? You can't fill that with an American? The whole point of the abuse of the system is to bring as many people from India over to the country as possible. And that is just mass illegal immigration by another name. It is also somehow even worse than mass legal immigration because it uses our systems to steal American jobs.
Starting point is 00:57:59 and steal entry-level opportunities for Americans. And then it fundamentally changes culture forever. Try going to Costco in Texas, in Frisco. They have the largest demon statue to a demonic Indian god, a false god, the largest in the world was just built by the lavish resources that these people get when they come here,
Starting point is 00:58:26 and then all politics, identity politics, I think that's time for people to understand that. There's a huge problem inside of the American tech industries and so many of these high-capacity industries, high-paying industries, where there's Indian nepotism, where the jobs will not be going to a heritage American. It will be going to a foreigner who will work as an indentured servant, and you'll get a pliant...
Starting point is 00:58:59 slave class in our country, a caste system that still exists in India can exist here today. That is just as antithetical to Western civilization as anything else we talk about on this show. So I say no to that. There have been plenty of lawsuits. This isn't me just popping off the top of the dome. I don't have the filings in front of me. But there have been plenty of lawsuits of Indians using racist and discriminatory. hiring practice in order to bring in as many other Indians as possible into various American
Starting point is 00:59:35 organizations. This happens at scale. The abuse is at scale. H-1B fraud and abuse is at scale, and it should be shut down. Why does the $200,000 fee make a ton of sense? It makes a ton of sense because if they're really that valuable to you, these AI scientists, these AI scientists that are building these programs, they're making millions of dollars in salary. Some of them are making, you could argue, billions of dollars in salary because they're getting paid in stock
Starting point is 01:00:09 and very valuable companies and so on. And so you have a really good reason if they're that valuable to pay $200,000. Go for it. Pay the money. Because, of course, they're exactly what a H1B is supposed to be. incredibly sophisticated professional scientist, whatever, in whatever field, they're just the best of the best.
Starting point is 01:00:33 So $200,000 is going to be nothing. If you're using the system for abuse, if you're using the system to get your cousin over by using the local 7-Eleven in order to get your cousin and all of his family over, then they get a mortgage and then they have kids here in America and those kids become American citizens and so on and so forth. you can see how it perpetuates, then you're not going to pay the $200,000. That's not skilled labor. It's genius. It's genius, and it's caused a collapse in this system.
Starting point is 01:01:05 It's been wonderful for the country. And so lots to celebrate. We do have a final Trump troll of the day. I wonder what your thoughts are on this. President Trump posting math renaming New Mexico to New America. Okay. I think that's fine. The governor of New Mexico is like,
Starting point is 01:01:30 we won't do it. We don't want to become New America. I think it's a troll. Either way, I think it's genius. And we need to laugh again. And we need to bring that meme energy. And that's what we're going to do at the RNC convention. So we're going to travel to Dallas.
Starting point is 01:01:53 We'll be there tomorrow. We'll be there for the next two days. We'll have some very special access to the RNC, and we'll have some very special guests. We look forward to bringing you as much along with us as we possibly can. You just saw the chairman, unfortunately, had to cut. That was the best answer, man, that sucked. That sucks.
Starting point is 01:02:18 That's a great answer. Maybe we can salvage it. Who knows? But you just saw the chair. chairman on and inside of the convention center. We're going to have a blast. We're going to do what we did in Milwaukee two years ago. And I hope you're locked in Patriots.
Starting point is 01:02:37 We will be also seeing our friends at Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is the cell phone service provider that will keep us connected to you when we're on the road in Dallas tomorrow. It's going to be a blast. We're excited for it. And, well, we are going to be doing our best. to make sure that we save the movement, save the country, and do it with our friends.
Starting point is 01:03:02 Patriot Muggle is the only Christian conservative wireless provider. We don't black pill. There is no third party. You're only going to help leftists. You're only going to help Democrats. You're not going to win. Marjorie Taylor Green or Thomas Matthew or whatever the hell is they're trying to do. It is only going to help the left.
Starting point is 01:03:25 So time to pick aside. Go to patriotmobile.com slash Benny. Call 972 Patriot. To be a Patriot today, use promo code Benny for a free month of service. Patriotmobile.com slash Benny 972 Patriot. All right, ladies and gentlemen. When we get done in Dallas, we are then going to go to Iowa. In Iowa, we are going to have a big campaign event.
Starting point is 01:03:51 It's going to be awesome. Before the Iowa, Iowa State game, Iowa is well. where I was raised and so I went to school. And so we're gonna be out there with Zach Lawn, governor candidate. It's fantastic dude. And we're gonna be throwing a rager for a tailgate. It's gonna be amazing.
Starting point is 01:04:11 If you're in the area, please stop by. We're gonna do events on Friday night and tailgating on Saturday. It's gonna be really fun. So, but ultimately, I mean, we're going to be tailgating. I'm not even fun anymore, right? Like I don't even drink anymore. But what I want to do is I want to save Iowa and put Iowa first,
Starting point is 01:04:32 and Zach Lawn is the man. And so we're going to be going hard in the paint for him and his team and doing as best as we can to uplift them, to make them go viral, and we're going to have a blast. So if you're around in Iowa, pop on in. It would be great. We'll be at the field house. I know we have the promotional.
Starting point is 01:04:54 Oh, that's fine. Hold on. We'll put this up for the first time. Jamie, Jamie just sent it in. We'll put that up for the first time. Hey, McClein, would you mind popping that on screen? That's great, man. Fun. It's, it's slightly incorrect because it's ISU, the Iowa State University versus Iowa. But that's okay. It's going to be a blast. So we hope you can join us. We have Iowa first merch. Merch, merch, merch, merch, merch. And we're going to be giving it away.
Starting point is 01:05:32 We're going to be pouring beers. It's going to be a rock and good time. So, ladies and gentlemen, lock in. Texas election Senate winner. Scary, Polly Market for today. Scary. James Tala Rico and Ken Paxson are both at 51, which makes no mathematics, mathematical sense, but okay.
Starting point is 01:05:58 They're both at 51%. They are in a dead heat. This is not. Ken Paxson just got a massive, massive bump from Elon Musk and from President Trump's pack. They're going to try and do the dam. The reason we're here is because of dirty trader John Cornyn, who betrayed us and ran $100 million worth of ads negative against Ken Paxton.
Starting point is 01:06:27 And so we have to undo that. We have to do a little sanitation job there. And this is what we're going to be. I mean, you guys all know Tala Rico. Don't have to, don't have to talk about that. Insane, though, ladies and gentlemen, insane that we are here. They often say this, though. Beto O'Rourke's going to beat Ted Cruz.
Starting point is 01:06:49 Yeah. I think Texas is going to come through. What do you think, ladies and gentlemen? Download the Polymarket app to track them in terms. Use code Benny to get to your information and data quick, fast, and in a hurry. And this is our hurry to our verse of the day. I always love this, my favorite part of the show, from Psalms 82. Defend the weak and the fatherless.
Starting point is 01:07:11 Uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy. Deliver them from the hand of the wicked. I know exactly why you chose this verse. Man, it's perfect. The weak, the fatherless, the poor, the oppressed, rescue them from the hand of the wicked. The wicked is always coming after the children,
Starting point is 01:07:31 coming after those who are the most vulnerable in our society. And we are commanded as Christians to protect them, and the best protection oftentimes, comes in the form of very brutal and very open and very public justice.
