Oh, hit it. Thank you. It's the dog days, man. There's nothing happening. There's no
sports. I'm betting on WMBA yesterday. Uh-oh. That's trouble.
Not really because they hit big.
Oh, okay.
I bet Caitlin Clark plus 12 points,
Alia Boston plus 10 points,
Paige Becker's plus 15 points.
And I won $1,000.
Nice.
Solid.
Yeah.
There was nothing on.
There's nothing, dude.
So I didn't want to watch
like the future stars,
All-Star baseball game.
That's definitely doesn't interest me at all.
I did watch the baseball draft just to see where...
Oh, that's boring.
You got to do this.
That's the worst of the drafts.
I know.
I had a dad come up to me
basketball practice would be like,
are you keeping up with the draft?
I'm like, nope, all right.
I wanted to see where Ethan Holiday would go
because Matt Holliday is a friend of mine.
Oh, yeah.
And so he ended up going four to Colorado,
which Matt played for Colorado,
so it's super cool.
So, I mean, Ethan...
That is cool.
Yeah.
He got drafted by the Rockies, right?
Matt did?
Yeah, like seventh round.
Matt was also like a four-star quarterback
in high school back in the day.
Yeah, he was seventh round in 1998, I believe.
And so Ethan fourth overall.
That's cool.
Pretty cool.
Ethan is like six foot four.
He's four inches taller than his brother,
maybe three inches taller than his brother,
who got drafted number one overall two years ago by Baltimore.
Yeah.
Yeah, so that is a bloodline.
Yeah.
Seriously.
Like two boys, both the number one high school player
when they came out,
one went number one overall, one number four overall.
And their entire family, right?
If I remember correctly,
like grandpa and everybody played high football
or baseball players from back in the day.
And was Ethan at Oklahoma State?
No, he was in high school.
Oh, Strait of High School.
Okay, okay.
Stillwaterside, okay, got it.
Started at high school.
So that happened.
There's nothing, though.
And Eddie and I go through in a few minutes,
like all my favorite videos from TikTok,
we kind of walk through that.
That's where we are in sports right now.
There's a lot of TikTok.
Yeah, yeah.
No sports, but a lot of TikTok.
I'm so entertained by TikTok.
Isn't there always a lot of TikTok?
Yes.
I sent Eddie a video last night.
It's a kid.
He's like seven years old, and he's learning how to hit a ball off a tee.
And the coach is like, okay, look,
what you want to do when you swing,
you want to make sure you get your chest out in front
and you follow through.
And the kid's like, got it.
whack nails it, hits it right into the coach.
Like, just hits while the coach is standing in front of the tee.
That's what I understand.
The coach knew, like, he was facing right towards him and never move.
No, but the coach wasn't like hit now.
He was just saying, like, when you want to do it, he was standing by the tea just showing him.
And the kid just goes, okay, whack and just drills him right in the chest.
Hits it hard.
How old was the kid?
Probably seven.
Oh, yeah, he's a little.
But I'm talking about.
At least it wasn't a nutshot.
It was close.
It was close.
Maybe right above him.
Right in the chest.
Yeah, it was crazy.
So you've seen those videos where...
There it is.
You turn.
Oh, dang.
That was a loud pop.
Yeah, man, I'm telling you.
I get ripped it right into them.
What are you saying?
Those videos where they just show like, they're shown just like a regular baseball play,
but the ball flies right into the lens where you're watching.
It freaks me out every time.
Yeah.
Yeah, no sports.
The office spent off the paper will premiere on Peacock September 4th,
which I think it's going to be good because most people don't expect it to be good.
It can't possibly be as good as the office
Because the office was a part of our lives
For not only the years while it was on
It's remained in our lives
We formed a relationship with it
That's why it's so good
It's the same reason
A movie is never as good as the book
Because the book has time
The book
You're able to read on your own pace
You're able to get to know the characters
The book has 400 pages
The book
A movie has three hours
So people are like
Man the movie's never as good as the book
Of course
You had three hours with the movie.
You'd spend two weeks with the book.
Thinking about it in between.
It's the same thing.
When shows,
there's no way this show is going to be any good.
Except I just don't think they'd put it out if it wasn't really good.
Like, I'm going to go, I'm going to zag on this.
Most people are going, there's no way this show is going to suck.
I think it'll be good.
Are you going to be locked in or just kind of see how it goes?
I'll have to see how it goes.
Because I don't think there's a whole lot of continuation.
There may be a character or two.
I don't really know what's happening.
have ever been rumors about other characters like showing up in the paper.
But so I'm only going to be locked in if the sense of, if I think it's funny by itself,
I'm not really going to lock in because it's just a derivative of the office or it's a
spend off of the office.
I mean, they should throw chit in there.
Yeah.
I mean, chit is so funny.
It seems like he should be perfect for an office kind of show.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, do it, lady.
Do you see the one I sent you last night?
I'd seen it before.
So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you know chit?
No
Oh, come on.
You need to know chit, dude.
You gotta know chit.
We'll send you some chit.
Wait, is it like a TikTok guy or is it like a show?
He's a character.
He plays a character.
And the show, because Reed was with us this weekend, we took Reed to play golf when he was in town.
And we're like, Reed, are you watching chit?
He's like, no.
So I sent him a chit video.
And he goes, oh, I've seen this.
Thought it was a TV show.
We're like, no, they shoot this.
He's in like the groundlings.
And they just created a character.
Two of those guys did.
They created chit.
He just does the sketches.
And his whole profile has like 18 videos on it,
and it's only chit, and all the videos have millions of views,
every single one of them.
Really?
Yeah.
It's awesome.
Did he tell you, he forgot his headphones the other day?
Forgot him where?
He had to come over after you guys played golf on Friday.
Had to come over where?
To my house.
He left him at the studio.
Remember he was here last week?
So he texted me the next day.
He's like, hey, did I leave my headphones at the studio?
Can you check from me?
Oh, me.
So he did.
And he's like, can you take him to your house?
I'll pick him up later.
He said, yeah, so after you guys played golf, he came over and grabbed his headphones.
Classic Reed.
It was good to see all read.
It was good to see Reed.
Yeah.
I missed that guy.
He had a rough day playing golf.
But he was also playing with, like, my used clubs.
I felt bad for him.
He's left-handed.
He's like, yeah, I play.
I just, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, and I'm bringing clubs out.
I don't play.
So I went to the house real quick, and I'd got my tooth that day, too.
Like, I had, they're like, let's play golf.
And so I couldn't play it, like, two because my tooth, you know, getting
it, numbed up and stuff was at one.
so do I get my toothed place looks good
Nice it does look good
Can't even tell
Yeah
And I go straight to the golf course
And Reed's the one who wanted to play earlier
Still he was like 15 minutes late
With youth clubs and Eddie and I tied
Why do you have a boner about being better than me at golf
You're not better than me at golf
I beat you like 80% of the time
I'm better than you at golf
You're literally not
Yeah because like when we play golf
It's recreational to me
It's just a good time
But every time like we get to about
Whole 14, 13
Bobby's like
What do you got?
And then I'm like
Oh we kind of my
up. He's like, all right, I got you by one. And then I'm like, okay, here we go. Now it's a
competition. And then we start battling it out when like one person has a stroke lead.
And I feel like if we're going to do this, let's just play, dude. Let's just do a four-round tournament.
And whoever wins it is just the better golfer. That's fine, but what's up for grabs?
Because I'm better than you. I'm already better than you. You're not, though. You think you are,
but you're not. If we've played 20 times, I bet you I've won 14 of them.
But that's been fun rounds. That's like, that's like- But it's also fun for me.
and also I had my mouth.
We tied right out of the dentist
with a shot up mouth.
You tied exactly?
Well, I mean, I was up by two
and then I three putted and...
At the end?
Yeah.
No, I was winning going to the last hole.
Oh.
No?
Oh, that's it.
That's it.
He can't even remember.
Yeah, dude, because it's all fun for me.
But do you think you would be better
than if you were focused?
Absolutely.
I think he's better if he's not focused.
If I started the round being like,
all right, this is a competition.
Dude, I would dominate you.
Leave you in the dust.
What's your nickname?
the one you gave me
the one you gave me
the one you gave me is cookie
the cookie you know why is the cookie
why the boy loves to crumble
oh oh Eddie
he crumbles is what happens
Eddie
he crumbles
you think you think
the tiger is telling people
while he puts like you crumble
no
no he just beats them
straight up yeah yeah
Bobby's like mental warfare out there
not true again
coming from the dentist
rushing
Eddie got there plenty of time
I pull up Eddie just
hitting balls on the green.
There was no hitting ball
there. You're making this up. But it depends on you're playing too.
Like if you're going to say, if you're going to talk crap, right?
Like if you know somebody's mentally strong,
you're going to back off a little bit. But like if you know
that they crumble. The cookie?
The cookie may crumble.
If you might present a reason.
That's not the gentleman's sport way of doing it.
I'm happy to play against you. And we could do a four round of
Yes. Like a tournament?
Let's do it. The U.S. Open.
And we keep scores through all of them.
And we have to make every put. No give me.
Oh, we do it every play?
Yeah, yeah.
No, we should do gimmies because that makes the mental part of it.
No, no, no, no.
See, because he does that too.
And then when I make him play, he's like, oh, you're not going to give it to me?
We're not playing this game.
But when you normally play, have you ever played in a tournament?
No, no, never.
There's no gimmies in tournaments.
That's what I just asked.
Have you ever played in a tournament?
No.
Okay, so I've played in a few tournaments and they do.
Oh, wait, what do you mean?
Like, no, not a celebrity tournament?
Yes, I've played those.
But I haven't played like a real competitive college or high school tournament.
Never done that.
But even in the tournaments you've played in, they give you the putts.
Yeah, but that's because no one's watching.
It's not real.
That's just for charity.
Like, that's not real.
Okay.
Hey, you want to play?
Let's play.
I'm not going to play unless you make it worth my while.
What would that take?
Like money.
I know.
No, it's not money.
I'm not motivated about money.
I'm not motivated by money.
It can't be money.
Why?
Do you have?
It's like, okay, I'm motivated.
No, like, what would motivate you then?
You're making this presentation that you want to play some four-round tournament.
You present what the options are.
I could be in.
But right now, I'm not motivated by money.
I could put money on your side.
Like if you went, sure, four rounds, I give $500 if you beat me.
But what do you offer me?
I have to think about that.
But give me an idea of what tickles your fancy.
I know you want money.
A trophy?
Like what like? That's not fun for me.
Like yeah. So tell me what would be fun for you?
Hmm.
Like public shame. Like what's fun for you?
That's fun.
Public shame for you?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And you have to like put up on socials and all that good stuff.
Something.
Yeah. Like an array of public declaration.
So like.
I suck.
No, not even that.
I would just say two hours on a busy street holding a sign that's
as Bobby Bones is a way better golfer than me.
Two hours.
We're talking about, that's not even all.
Oh, that's just one thing.
We're talking about 500 bucks here on my side.
You don't have to have money.
We can play, I can do public too.
Now, that doesn't do anything from me.
So I would go two hours.
Unless I can just make a bunch of lies publicly.
Two hours of street sign.
That's one.
While also streaming it on Instagram live.
Yeah, two hours.
Dang.
You'd be honest.
And what does it say?
Bobby Bones is a way better golfer than me.
Okay.
Number two, you have to come and completely grill dinner and serve it to us.
And not make eye contact with you guys.
And serve it to us in a superhero costume.
Yeah.
Stakes.
That's very weird.
That's the kind of stuff you like.
This will be the second part of it.
More public shaming.
This is your fantasy?
Yes.
You, certainly, my wife and I.
Okay, so this is the deal.
I'll make that bet with you.
Like habati style?
No.
Oh, dude.
Do you want habati?
Nope.
I'm dominated in habachi, dude.
Two hours on the street, and then you have to go to party city or whatever and get a mutually agreed upon superhero costume.
Okay.
And you have to grill steaks or whatever my wife wants, sides, and serve them does.
Hold on.
The superhero costumes from both?
Do I do?
Am I wearing the superhero?
costume on the street too.
You know what?
Now that you mention it, yes, you do.
I thought that's what you said.
Now that you mentioned it, yes, you do.
And those are my terms.
And if you want those terms, I'm in.
I'll add nothing else.
Okay, I like it.
You want the terms?
Yeah, I want the terms.
And mine's $500?
Yeah.
Okay.
Deal.
Not only that.
Oh, no, you said that was it.
We already signed the deal.
I'm not asking for more.
No, no.
Those terms are done.
Okay.
But.
Oh, these are golf terms now?
These are golf terms.
Oh, let's go.
Every put.
You got to make every put.
You should do every put.
I think we should play competitive like we normally do.
Yeah, every put counts.
And if we shoot in the like 150, like that's what we get.
That's fine.
Three rounds or four rounds?
And we have to have a rules.
But see, that's the point.
What's the point?
Is that we don't.
Kevin can be our rules.
We don't even know the real rules.
You're right.
We don't play by like the super real rules.
You're right about that.
Yeah.
Well, we have to establish them well before you guys even begin to play.
Correct.
Yeah.
And somebody needs to be there.
watching it all.
My witness.
Yeah.
But that's boring if Kevin
comes out as just a rule guy.
Hey man, this is part of it, you know?
What am I getting out of it?
So you can be a superhero too.
Yeah.
Okay, I'm in.
Okay.
I like it.
We can play our first round this week.
Whoa, already?
Dude, hold on.
We have four rounds.
You're announcing the masters today, dude?
We're not even ready for this.
But the master's starting it's all over with.
It's going to take it's a month to play this.
It's true.
Oh, we can't play four rounds in a row.
No, we can't.
Listen, we're married.
We can't even do two and two days.
You're right.
We don't even know we can finish around.
Yeah, so, okay, I'm in.
Okay.
$500 versus two hours on a busy street and a superhero costume,
and then you have to grill us our dinner.
Yeah.
You paying for the dinner?
I don't know if I should.
Oof.
I mean.
Am I paying for the dinner?
I don't know that I should.
I don't know that I shipped it.
Am I going to rent the whole costume too?
Rent it.
It's like 20 bucks.
30 bucks.
Yeah.
Do you know which costume?
Does it matter?
mutually agreed upon.
Like, he'll have to go and like...
Superman.
You give you some options and be like,
oh, Superman's pretty good.
I was thinking Wonder Woman.
Oh, Wonder Woman's even better.
Nothing wrong with that?
Mutually agreed upon.
Okay.
Good deal?
Sounds good.
Can't wait.
This would be fun, dude.
And then finally we'll never ever talk about it again.
Are you guys playing the same course every time?
I just imagine we can get on.
I mean, we go play at my club.
That's probably the easiest for us to get on it.
Do you want to find courses?
I'm just saying it's hard to, like you're talking about,
it's hard to get one every week.
You have to go, especially right now.
midsummer
and finding the day is going to be tough
you've probably played at my club
almost many times as I have. Yeah there's no advantage there
yeah because I think anytime I've played I've been like Eddie you want to come play
yeah okay
all right cool
you're going down punk we should do press conference and everything
we talk crap this is it
oh this is it yeah this press conference loser
what's up
you okay
yeah I was standing if you want to play go play today
oh it's close today is it close today
my course is we could go play somewhere else
I can't do it today.
All right.
All right.
So we're in.
We'll just figure out this term.
I'm telling you, finding the data is going to be tough.
We're like, we're going to do it and then we never get around to it.
No, no, we're doing it.
Okay.
Four rounds is a lot.
Yeah, but we'll do that eventually.
So four rounds, whenever it gets done, those are the ones.
No, you got to keep it real.
And wait, so real quick, back to the...
We wouldn't make the cut, so that'd be two rounds.
There you go.
But it's total score after four, right?
Yeah.
Like, we finish one.
Yeah.
We don't even have to say what our score was...
Oh, my gosh, 25 over.
Yeah, it's just going to be like how many, Eddie's up by three strokes after 18 holes.
The end is going to be like whoever wins, and the score is going to be like 80 over to 79 over.
I think we don't do that.
I think we just say what we are in comparison.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So like you're going to the round two or three, like, oh, I'm up three strokes or two strokes.
Okay, from the day before.
Yeah, we can talk about it.
And we can keep it, you know.
We can know whatever it is.
But our scores are going to be a lot worse now that we're having to make all the putts.
I think making the putts is a dumb idea.
Hey, man. Of golf, dude.
It's not golf.
It's...
Play where it lies, all that stuff.
No.
I'm not messing my club up because it's on a branch.
Well, then you can take an unplayable.
Absolutely.
So this is in rules.
I do not agree to that rule.
Oh, my good...
It's golf.
Play where it lies.
If it's on a tree branch, I never hit it from Rock.
I'm not messing up a club.
Then you take the drop.
No, but we don't make the rule just because you declared it a rule.
We have to agree upon the rule.
And we already play a certain way that you're saying you're already better than me
the way we play. So why will we not continue to play in the
way we play if you're already better at me the way we play?
Because I think if we're going to do it officially, we have to do it
officially. But we're not doing it officially because we're not
playing from the tips. We're not... Well, we're not doing that.
No, we won't do that.
I don't want... My club is too expensive. I'm not
playing from... If it's on a rock
or a tree, I'm not hitting that. Like,
yeah, like Carpath. I'm... No, no. I'm saying
you don't have to hit it. You just take a stroke penalty.
No, I'm not... You don't have to hit it.
But if you think it's worth it, if you think that one stroke is worth it,
Get it, dude.
No, because I'll break my clubs.
Just let him fly, dude.
So no tournament?
Whoa.
If you're doing every put and you got to declare that rule,
then I should get to say, no, I don't agree to that role.
This is the rule that I suggest.
Because we don't usually play that way.
So we're doing every putt, but then, but what does play where it lie?
Like, what is it?
Club linked.
Okay, so you can move it if it's on something.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's fine.
Okay.
But if it's in the rough, it's in the rough.
There's no moving it around, getting a better lie.
Hey
Oakmont, baby
Yeah, that's fine
Okay
That's fine
I just don't want to injure
No, no, we won't hurt
A club for five or yeah
You're not sponsored
You're not going to get new clubs next week
No, exactly
Maybe we get new
Let's get sponsored for this
Cobra
We
No
Hey, any sponsors out there
Want to sponsor me?
All right, we're done
Let's take a break
We'll come back
The 2026 NFL draft
is here and the NFL Daily podcast has it covered from all angles. Join me, Greg Rosenthal and Jordan
Roderig after night one on Thursday. Nick Shook joins me night two Friday and then Sunday to
recap everything that went down over the three days in Pittsburgh. We'll tell you who won the draft
and which players were my favorite picks. Listen to NFL Daily with Greg Rosenthal on the IHeart

or my career in sports media.

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of the girlfriends...
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
They said, oh, hell no.
I vowed.
I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.
On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcasts.
All right, so I have some my favorite videos from the week.
I'm just going to play up to the microphone.
This first one,
I laughed out loud at this so hard.
My wife, while she was asleep,
and now my wife wears a sleep mask
because I will be on my phone in the middle of the night,
and it's like a sunball in a dark room.
And so she doesn't see the light anymore,
but if she feels the bed start to shake...
Because you're laughing.
Because she knows I'm laughing.
This clip is from a television show.
I believe the show is called Good Day Now.
It looks like it's for about 1991.
There are two news anchors, a man and a woman,
and they're talking with a kid.
And the kid looks like to be about 12,
A little pudgy, wearing a tie with a white shirt.
I just want to set it all up.
And so, bro, I shouldn't laugh at this.
I feel like I just saw it.
Yeah, okay, so you see the video, right?
It looks like, like 1991.
I did just see this.
What kind of names were these kids called?
Meathead, fatso, hard, but, well, either way.
Porky hog, fat ass, double wide.
Bro.
Like, why did the guy have to go so hard?
He already gave you examples.
Yes.
And the guy had a whole list of other names
that he felt like the audience
just needed to know.
Because he didn't hit the big ones.
Dude.
Why did he keep going?
I don't know, dude.
I saw the same clip.
I watched it twice
because it just,
it was beautiful.
It was beautifully awkward.
That adult man didn't have to go
that hard at that kid.
What kind of names
were these kids calling you
at the pool?
Meathead,
fat so.
Hard butt.
Lively the whale.
Porky, hog,
fat ass,
double wide.
Double wide.
Dude.
I'm the bed of shaking
What are you doing?
What I love about that video
is the reporter
is very professional
Like, you know,
he's even leaning forward
His ties there
Like double wide
And then he goes with bad eight
I know, dude
He hit him with that one
Leave the kid alone
He came on the news
Talk about bullying
And then the kid's like
Yeah, yeah those too
You're good point
I forgot about those
He probably didn't want to say those
Because it's hurt the most
Don't worry
Don't worry
FA
Here's another one
And this one
I kind of felt bad for him.
This would have been a funny sketch, but it wasn't a sketch.
So this is a medical condition this guy has.
And the question was, should he get disability benefits for this medical condition?
And it's like a docu-style video, and they're walking with them.
It looks like to be shot in about 2001 based on the clothes.
On the way there, I had my first five orgasms, and they've never stopped.
Dale has been unable to work since the accident,
and is mostly housebound through fear of experiencing an episode in public,
but he enjoys playing frisbee golf with his closest friend.
He has orgasms non-stop, and he can't stop having...
Oh, he's really...
Okay, he's really having orgasms.
Everywhere he goes all the time.
And so he can't work, because all the time he's like, oh.
What the...
No, I'm going to play more...
Yeah, keep playing this.
He's also in public, but he enjoys playing frisbee golf with his closest friends.
He's getting one. He's getting one.
He's bit down.
He's doubled over.
Stop, stop, dude.
In any situation, they happen when I'm awake.
They happen when I'm asleep.
They happen in the shower.
He's on the ground doubled over because he's in the middle of one right now.
Why did they have to play that?
They have to show.
No, they didn't.
They did.
Is he playing frisbee?
Yes, he's playing frisbee golf and he's walking to the hole.
Yeah, the basket.
And he goes, oh, oh, oh.
Stop, dude.
And then he gets on his knees on the ground and goes, oh.
Why don't we create something like that?
No, I think that's real.
It's not real.
Come on.
It was shot in like 91.
I can put it...
Or 2001.
Because I think a lot of that stuff that went viral back then, we've now found that isn't true.
For example, the girl that said that she got a shot a vaccine and now she has to walk back or to talk.
Yes, yes, yes.
Fake the whole thing.
Right.
Like, not true.
So I think we would know if that was...
You think orgasm man hasn't come out yet?
You can find him.
Does he still exist?
Have you Googled?
No, I don't chase that down.
Yeah, you don't really want to Google that stuff.
Apparently, it is real.
It's a condition called PGAD.
Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder.
I wish you could, like, just check into it for an hour.
Like, you didn't have it all the time, but you're like, you know what I got nothing to do tonight?
But Mike, what are the symptoms?
Like, how often?
Did you hear that guy?
Yeah, he told you, they randomly come on, all of a sudden.
Spontaneous persistent and unwanted genital arousal and orgasms.
it's not the worst condition to have i can think of some worse conditions but that no dude no
because the timing's terrible that sucks but i'm saying there are worse conditions this guy's name is dale
decker and he suffers up to a hundred orgasms a day whoa it also sounds like a porn star name
dale deck a hundred a day a hundred a day a hundred a day you imagine if you were like
doing one of your stand-up that's every 20 minutes it was triggered by a slip disc that's what he said
he got injured yeah yeah so it's just a brain a brain thing when it just kind of fires the
Same as it would be with someone as Tourette's, right?
Anything that you can't control or Parkinson's or, because you can't control what's happening
with your body, that's just chosen a different part of the body.
It's like some of those people go into surgery, they wake up and they can speak a different
language.
This guy woke up and just keeps having orgasms.
What would be the most awkward place to have an orgasm?
Yeah.
While you're getting baptized?
Hold on, hold on.
Giving a TED talk.
Hanging out of your parents.
Yeah.
Meeting your in-law.
laws for the first time.
Tough.
Yeah, that's like narcolepsy.
Because narcolepsy, you can't control all.
You're asleep.
Can't be around children.
This one, you're at dinner and all the sudden.
You can't be around children.
Can't be a teacher.
Oh, my God.
You can't do anything.
You can't buy a frisbee golf without having to stop.
Tell me, that's not crazy.
That is crazy.
Here's another video I saved.
This is from the possible Karen Reed movies.
Here we go.
Just 12 days after she was found not guilty of mowing down her boyfriend,
Karen Reed has a movie deal.
She and her attorney,
Alan Jackson have sold the rights to their story,
and there's already buzz about who will play her in the movie.
Speculation centers on.
All right, so who do you think she'll play Karen Reid?
It's a good question.
I like, I think Jennifer Aniston can do a really good job.
First person they mentioned.
On Jennifer Aniston or maybe Olivia Wilde.
Both physically?
Yeah.
Kind of have the vibe, the brown hair, thin, facial features, cheekbones, thin face.
Like, pretty.
Hey, dude, bring back Jennifer.
Jennifer Love Hewitt. She'd be good at that one.
I don't think that's a bring back. I see Jennifer Love Hewitt on TikTok all the time.
She's probably the new, I knew what you did last summer movie.
Oh, she is?
Yeah. Yeah. So I guess maybe she hasn't been like the main, what do you call?
The lead actor?
Lead, yeah, I think. I mean, she was 911.
Oh, yeah. She's never gone.
No, no, but I mean.
Ghost Whisper show or something.
Okay.
You're a hater, dude.
No, I mean, bring her up to the top, man. So we all see her again.
The actress Annie Murphy of Schitts Creek is a dead ringer for Karen Reed.
This is basically her.
Yeah.
Who is that?
Is that Eugene Levy's daughter?
Not the real daughter.
On the show, the character's daughter.
Oh.
I thought it was his real daughter.
No, his real daughter plays, is on the show.
That's not his real daughter.
His little son plays his son, but she plays his daughter.
Gotcha.
On the show.
Yeah.
But not his real daughter in real life.
Yeah.
I've never seen that show.
Good?
Oh, yeah.
You like it.
Because I love Eugene Levy and that whole thing.
Oh, dude, you-you-dove Seats Creek?
Never.
It's been so long since I've watched it, but I loved it.
Yeah, that was a show that just had me, like, in golf when I watched it.
Really?
Inmerced in that world.
And didn't watch it, like, as it was put out live?
Because I don't, I think it was on, like, some Canadian channel, like pop or something.
Yeah, like Pop TV.
The Netflix picked it up, and I started to watch it, like three years after it was out.
But it's been a long time.
You'd really like it.
How many seasons does that have?
It's a fun watch.
Five or six.
Five or six.
Okay.
I'm going to take that one on.
Alexis Bliss.
I like, maybe Bliss.
I didn't, I think her name's Alexis.
Her character's awesome on the show.
Not that you like want to be a friend or you really,
she's just hilarious.
Yeah.
Ah, yeah, you should watch that.
Yeah, six seasons.
Schitt's Creek.
I haven't seen that one and I haven't seen
Always Sunny.
So,
two on my list that I think I really want to watch.
I wouldn't tackle Always Sunny as a,
I'm going to finish the whole thing.
Always Sunny is an excellent show, right, Mike?
Yeah.
Like, it's really one of the best.
Wow, 17 seasons.
That is your, impossible.
constant you're on an airplane you you have some download on your phone for what or you watch them on
tic-tok you can watch scenes that show is so funny there's so much i don't think you tackle that from
episode one season one and just go i'm not doing anything else until i finish it yeah that's a good point
because like do you just go random season five episode four i do now with with it's always sunny because
i think i've seen most i don't think i've seen every episode because they're still making them yeah
so i probably haven't seen the last two seasons even
Yeah, I don't think I have either.
But I've seen a hundred episodes.
But I'm saying for the first time, I really don't even know what it's about.
Oh, I would start at 1-1.
I just wouldn't make it like, because I'll get it in.
I'm not watching anything else until I finish the show, whatever it is.
If it's, you know, an 8-episode series on Netflix, I'm not going to dabble around.
It's like books.
I used to try to read two books at once, but then my brain would get all fried with storylines.
So watch, I'll just call it sunny.
That's what I call it, but I don't want to see it like I'm too cool.
Watch it.
One-one.
But don't feel like you have to just stay on it before you do any other show.
Okay.
But it's a plus.
I mean, it's definitely been on my list.
But, like, you know, like, Seinfeld, whenever, like, I want to show my kids about Seinfeld,
I'm not going to take into episode one, season one, just to kind of, like, set it up.
I can really throw them into soup Nazi and they'll be like, oh, I, cool.
Yes, because you're not really developing what the characters.
You're showing them the texture of the show, the sensibilities of the show.
If you're going to start, though, do I need to see that character?
It's more so than Seinfeld, I would say.
Yeah, especially in the beginning.
Yes.
It's great.
But I think it's definitely a humor type.
I don't think it's for everybody.
But you know my humor.
I think it's very irreverent.
Okay.
Yeah.
And at times, like, it's over the line.
It's absurd.
It's really good.
Okay.
Yeah, I think you like it.
But I think you should watch Shits Creek first.
Okay.
And that can be a show I think you just watch.
Start from the beginning all the way through.
Okay.
It's really good.
You know, the show we're watching now, which I did not expect to be good.
And we'll do it Tuesday, Reviews Day,
on the Bibone show, so it'll come up, is the four seasons?
Oh, yeah.
Adam?
Oh, no, no.
Adam.
I don't know what Steve, Steve, Creel.
Yeah.
Did you say Adam?
Has that put me on that?
I was about to say Adam, but I didn't.
Maybe you did.
Whatever was, you took me.
So, yeah, Steve Crowell, I thought it was going to be super cornball.
I didn't want to watch a show about three couples in their 30s and 40s and 50s.
Like, they're from the city, right, going to somebody's house?
Have you seen any of it?
At the very beginning.
It's really, it's really good.
I loved it.
Yeah.
I went into it not wanting to watch it.
We don't have a good show right now because we feel like we've watched.
We've turned shows upside down.
Hey, man.
You can get there if you watch a lot.
And so my wife was like, let's watch four seasons.
I was like, I do not want to watch that.
It feels corny and 27 minutes-y and it's tough to do funny stuff now.
You mean 27-minute episodes?
Yeah.
It's tough to do funny stuff because I like my funny in like 31 seconds on TikTok.
And so to watch a whole show,
that's why they don't make as many movies, right, Mike?
Yeah, they're also not as profitable in movies.
So I was like, I don't want to watch it.
She goes, just watch one with me, kind of passes,
like give me her coupon.
Why was she so persistent?
Has she heard that it was good?
We were just looking for something to watch.
And it got good reviews.
And mostly once I say no to something,
then she digs in.
And she's like, yeah.
And I watched episode one,
and I was like, oh, man, but gradually,
I was like, I like that.
Let's do episode two.
And we're four in.
It's really good.
Yeah.
Yeah, I like Coleman Domingo.
It Will Forte is really good.
Who's Coleman Domingo?
Which one?
He's a black guy.
Oh, got it.
With the last name Domingo, I thought it was the Italian guy.
Oh, no.
But that's just me.
It's just you, man.
I thought that was like, there's a guy that's from Italy.
Is Domingo Italian?
I don't know.
It's just Latin.
It's, yeah.
Okay.
Let me finish Karen Reid here.
Her story, it's going to be her side.
I'm sure for dramatic purposes,
they will introduce things that maybe aren't necessarily flattering
to Karen and to Allen.
So they're going to make the movie,
and of course they should.
And those lawyers should get paid for it
because they did it all that
with the purpose of free her,
but make money later.
So is this,
could this be,
Mike,
maybe you know the answer?
Is this a big movie company film
or is this like homework?
I don't really have sold it yet,
but I would assume it's like a Netflix,
a streamer.
Probably like a lifetime,
one of those just quick movies
that they make after something certification.
I think they sell it bigger than that though.
I think so.
Netflix buys a series or a movie.
I think so.
a big story. I would think like a
Hulu or Netflix would get on the jump
instead of like the Britney Spears tell all.
Right. Which was lifetime.
I could be wrong. It's been a while since they've made
a case like this into like a real
theatrical release or even like a big Netflix movie. So that's why I say like one of the
lower tier. Candy was legit. I don't think it'll be a
theatrical release. No, no way.
Yeah, I think candy.
Yeah, that was good. But that murder. Which one did I watch? I watched
HBO Max one. So they had two of those
at the same time. Yeah, they did.
that Jessica Beale was one
I watched the one with the Olson sister
And I thought it was awesome
Me too
Which by the way
I think Jesse Plymonds is my new favorite actor
Oh he's great
Generic Matt Damon
I don't know if my sister made that up
Or if she read that somewhere
I don't feel like he's that though
Because I feel like he gets fat for characters
He gets skinny for characters
He's really skinny right now
You know that I had breakfast with him one time
Uh uh yeah
He was in this band called Cowboys and Indians
I think that was their name
And we did an interview.
He was in a band?
Yeah, in Austin.
And when I worked for the news, we did a quick interview with him.
And then he's like, hey, you guys want to have breakfast?
And then we just sat and had breakfast with him for like two hours.
You know how Baby Billy?
He started to be, once that role, and he started to have a White Lotus.
And all of a sudden, people are like, wow, look at his past work.
He's really a great actor.
He just didn't have that one spot to really highlight how great he was as an actor.
I never know how good actors are.
But I can see, his name is.
Walton Goggins. Thank you.
I can see you. Yeah, he's amazing. I feel like
Jesse Plumman does that to me now, where there have been a couple
roles that have actually shine the light back
on how good he's been in other stuff, too.
Yeah, and he has pretty good range. He can do really dramatic stuff.
He can do really good comedic stuff. He was
in the candy, the HBO Max thing. I don't know if that's why it came up.
Yeah, love and death. Love and death.
I didn't know if it was because that was a trial.
Because it's both. Karen Reed, I didn't know if you were pivoting from
that to go, there was another series based
on a trial, a murder.
Yeah, but I mean, this one was 80s, right?
Or 70s even?
Late 70s, early 80s, right?
Dude, you want to know some crazy?
What?
I think I still have his phone number.
Like, I have his phone number in my phone.
Look at this.
Cowboyne, Cowboy Indian, and he was the only one.
I didn't know his name.
I knew he was an actor because at that time he had been in Friday Night Lights.
He was?
Uh-huh.
And that's it.
Maybe another movie.
He was in Breaking Bad.
Not Van.
Probably not yet.
Ben, I don't think.
I think he's my favorite actor now.
you want to call him?
Yeah, no, I do.
He's married to Kirsten Dunst.
Yeah, no.
And I think I really learned and accepted that during a series they did together.
Because I watched a series.
Is that Fargo?
No, no, no, no, no, Civil War?
That's a movie.
He was in that, too?
Was he in Fargo?
Let me look here.
So he was in Breaking Bad, he was in Love and Death, he was in Civil War.
Black Mirror, he was a, yes.
episode.
Awesome.
Two,
more than one, too,
because he comes back,
right?
Yeah, awesome.

Yep, that's me, Cliver Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits, the reactions, my journey from basketball to college football,
or my career in sports media.
Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.
And now I'm bringing all of that excitement to my brand new podcast, The Clifford Show.

Killers of the Flower Moon.
Fargo.
The whole season of Fargo.
It's awesome.
Gosh, which season was that?
I haven't seen that.
It has to be like two or three.
Yeah, I do remember.
Because we didn't watch one until way later,
and we didn't watch the final one until way later.
Which one was, be squeaked?
The lady,
the girl from Ted Lasso.
Oh, yeah, that was a good one.
I don't know what you, yeah.
Two or three.
I don't know one of those.
Is that John Hamm?
The John Ham season?
Yeah, I think.
They all mixed together.
They do mix together.
Such a good show.
John Hamm, that season of Fargo, where he's the villain, and again, we didn't, I thought
Fargo was a comedy.
Like, straight up, I thought, is a comedy about people that live in North Dakota.
Yeah.
And one of our friends, like, no, it's like a drama thriller.
But you knew the movie wasn't a comedy, right?
I've never seen the movie.
No, I didn't.
The movie's weird because it's, it's a murder mystery, but it's also a comedy.
So like because the accent is so funny
And comedic overtones
Yes
But would you say it's a comedy, the movie?
Because we watched it and I don't
There's some
Yeah because it's Cohen Brothers
So they kind of mix that like drama
Crime and comedy all the time
Man Fargo
The John Ham season is
He is such a good bad guy
Like one of the best villain characters
I think I've ever seen in a television show
We've done that where I rank like bad guys
But yeah Jesse Plumman is my new favorite actor
And he has something coming out soon
that I saw
he was in
I don't know
it doesn't matter
dude you have his number
that's crazy
I bet there's no way
that still his number
from that long ago
it's an Austin area code too
I don't know
but he doesn't love
in Austin
do they did for a minute
I don't know if they still do
him and Carson Dunce
they did yeah
yeah they did
they did
they might have moved back
recently but I don't know
they moved again
maybe I should just text it
what's up dude
Jesse
Jesse
Jesse
I wonder what I saw him in
Did you watch Zero Day?
I did, but I just saw him in something recently.
I went to the theaters.
Is he an, he's not an F1?
He's going to be in a new Yorgos Lantimos movie.
I don't know what you just said.
What is that?
The guy who did kinds of kindness and poor things.
I need to look.
Okay, so continuing to go through stuff.
Favorite videos.
This is a really cool cover done by Philip Phillips,
who made his name on a,
American Idol way, way, way back in the day.
Oh, settle down.
It'll all be free.
Yeah.
That's a damn.
Home.
Gonna make this place.
Yeah.
Here he is doing a acoustic cover of ACDC.
Here you go.
Can you name it right now?
No.
It's familiar though?
I'm trying, of course.
Under.
Unders strut.
You've been Thunderstroth.
Dude, that's so good.
Tell me that's not next level good.
That's so good because you really don't even think that that's an ACDC song at all.
It took me a while to even realize what song he's singing.
And the lyrics were so familiar.
And I was like, I know this, but he changed the melody just a bit and slowed it down.
It was awesome, huh?
That's awesome.
You've been Thunderstruck.
That's cool.
Dude, I saw a really good, you know, we talked about Brian Wilson.
I've got some good, like, TikToks that come up with Brian Wilson stories.
And this one I'd never, ever heard.
And I wish I can credit the podcast or whatever clip that came up who was telling the story.
But they were talking about Eagles, drummer.
What's his name?
Don Henley.
The singer?
Don Henley.
Oh, yeah.
drummer and singer.
Yeah.
There were, like, five singers or whatever.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Don Henley got a chance to meet Brian Wilson.
And he was like, oh, my gosh, I love Brian Wilson.
I wonder if he can sign my vinyl because like I, since I was a kid, my first vinyl was Pet Sounds, big fan.
So he went and bought the vinyl and he asked Brian Wilson to sign it.
And Brian's like, oh, yeah, cool.
Thank you.
Like, yeah, sure.
I'll sign your record.
And then he signed, he signed to Dawn.
Thank you for the great music.
And then he crossed out great and then put good.
No way.
As a joke.
And then signed it.
That's hilarious.
And then he signed it, Brian Wilson.
That's really cool.
Because I don't think he was doing that to be a dick.
I think he was doing that to be a dick.
Yeah, I took it that way.
Even somebody who,
it's weird to just give this opinion.
I think now looking at Brian Wilson,
he probably has some autism.
He has a lot of traits of like being autistic.
Probably.
It's extra focus.
Or at least there's some traits.
In a time when they had to be.
no idea what autism was.
And I feel like his sense of humor is very direct and dry, which is, that's funny.
Isn't that funny?
I'd never heard that story.
And then he's like, and this is true.
The guy was saying it's true because I know people that have gone to Don Henley's house and
has seen the record for themselves on the wall.
No, that's good.
I want to give you a couple more here.
So this is a video I saved.
We're in the music space.
I am a, it's always Eddie.
We're both massive counting crows fans.
and this is Adam Duritz and all of his ladies.
11 goddesses, you won't believe Adam Duritz managed to bag in his youth.
It's what the video says.
hilarious.
I know.
But don't say anything.
Let me just play the video before we get to him.
Duret's managed to bag in his youth.
Number one, Emmy Rossum.
Adam Duritz started dating actress Emmy Rossum in September 2009.
Their relationship lasted for over a year.
Number two, Winona Ryder.
Duritz was romantically linked with actress Winona Ryder in the mid-1990s.
Number three, Courtney Cox.
Adam Duritz dated actress Courtney Cox in 1997.
The relationship happened after she starred in the Counting Crows along December music video.
Number four, Lara Flynn Boyle.
Rumor has it.
Adam Duritz and actress Laura Flynn Boyle had a brief relationship in 2002.
Number five, Mary Louise Parker.
Duritz and actress Mary Louise Parker were romantically linked in 1997.
The relationship lasted for about a year.
Number six, Jennifer Aniston.
In the mid-1990s, Jennifer Aniston briefly dated counting crows frontman Adam Duritz after meeting at the Viper Room.
Number seven, Christina Applegate.
Duritz had a brief romance with actress Christina Applegate in 2001.
They broke up after a few months of dating.
Number eight, Samantha Mathis.
Samantha Mathis and Adam Duritz had a brief relationship in 2000.
And then there are just like supermodels after this that I don't know them from shows, but they're all like, Samantha Mathis, was a model.
This is a Victoria's Secret model.
It just goes on and on.
Yeah.
I mean, dude, he was a good looking dude.
Like, he had dreads.
He was cool.
His music was awesome.
He's a rock star.
I didn't know he dated Jennifer Anderson, too.
I knew Courtney Cox.
Both.
Like, close to each other, too.
That's balzy.
To get both from friends?
Dang.
Yeah, that's...
And then Laura Flynn Boyle, dude, I loved her.
I recognized her once they showed her a picture.
I, if you would have said that,
is that an actress?
Yeah.
But I don't know what she's from.
Wayne's World?
She's a girl that
Hi Wayne
hits the bike
hits the car
She's running the bike
Don't remember it
I think I remember the scene
But I don't remember who it was
Yeah
All right I got a couple more here
Let's go over to sports
Yeah we should do that
This is a video
My wife and I were
sending each other videos
That made us
Oddly emotional
And she'd sent one at like
Some dance at a wedding
And I sent her this one
And so this is
his final bat playing for the A's.
Oh, pool host?
No, no, no, no.
The A's?
Oh, sorry.
Angels.
Because they wear an A?
Yeah, sorry, ma'am.
That's a brain fart.
So, okay.
Oh, crap.
Got out of it.
Hold on.
A's.
No, you're not going to know.
So it's Stephen Vo.
It's his last, Stephen Vote, V-O-G-T, I think they spell it.
It says, it's lasted bat.
So they have his kids up announcing him in his very lasted bat ever before he retires.
And so he gets up.
And he wasn't like, he was good.
He wasn't like a super, superstar.
And so he gets up and it's like it's cool
Because his kids are announcing him
And that to me is fine
But it's like all his kids up there
That's pretty cool
It's cool but
Last it he's emotional
Last to bat
And now he's running around the basis
And he's running around the basis and he goes out
And gets a curtain call
And I just got chills
That's what I'm saying
I don't know why that stuff gets me man
But it gets me
The same as you
Yeah
And so my wife was like yeah that's cool
And then she sent me one
I was like, yeah, that's cool.
So we were affected by different things,
but that one really got me.
That's awesome.
Steven Vaux is a former major league baseball catcher, coach,
and current manager of the Cleveland Guardians.
You see the video of them throwing self-lar seats out on the other day?
Yes, I didn't see that.
I got it, got it, got it.
And he was like,
yeah,
that was funny.
He also won a world tour with the Atlanta Braves.
So,
I mean,
I can give you stats,
but that's maybe why you know him now as the manager
and the video that went viral last week.
That's awesome.
Yep.
Okay, boom.
All right, let me say there's anything else.
I wonder what this is.
Because I save all these, and this is a sea turtle getting help.
Okay.
No idea.
Oh, let me tell you about this video.
Can I see it?
So what you see is a sea turtle that crawls up on the side of a boat.
It's a big turtle.
Big turtle and puts his arms over the boat.
Now, the turtle opens his mouth,
and he has all of like these shards of metal and aluminum in between his teeth,
so he's in pain.
Litter.
And he comes up and puts his arms over and opens his mouth
and lets the human pull it all out of his mouth.
Wow. That's amazing.
And so they're playing this emotional music
as the sea turtle is standing there with his mouth open
and this human who's in the boat
is aware enough to one not go,
get off turtle.
Or two, not go like,
we got us a sea turtle.
Pull it in.
Look in the mouth, start to pull it.
And as he's pulling out,
the sea turtle opens his mouth even more.
That's amazing.
And when he's done, the sea turtle just lets go
and goes into the water.
Wow.
I think I saved that too because it was kind of emotional.
This is a little different, but did you see the guy that got bit by the shark that he caught?
No.
Is in Nantucket?
And he caught like, I want to say maybe a six-foot shark.
It was a monster, dude, huge.
And there's people in the beach all watching and him and his buddies are like trying to get the hook off,
which at that point, just cut it.
Cut the line and let him go, right?
But no, one dude's on top of it.
He's got the nose, you know, pulling the nose up.
And the other one's trying to get the hook out.
And they finally get the hook out.
and then the guy that caught it grabs the shark by the tail
and pulls it in the shallow water.
And as he puts in the shallow water,
he lets it go,
shark turns around,
bites him in the foot.
Probably because he's so scared.
Well, yeah, I mean.
Like,
he just went to a traumatic experience.
Yeah.
He doesn't understand the intention of what just happened to it.
But yeah.
And then the guy,
you can see the guy get bit and then he kind of like,
let's the shark go, acts cool,
and then he just kind of like.
How was he injured?
Like bad bad?
Yeah, his foot.
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah, it's bad.
And he kind of walks.
So it was a significant body.
He looks like he's walking it off and then finally he's just like, dude, my foot's bad.
And yeah, it's chewed up.
Yeah, not the same, but that's the story.
Yep.
I'll do one more thing because I just have this whole list here.
We're doing a Bobby Bone Show cruise and you can go to the website if you guys don't want to come on the cruise.
Some of you may already be coming in February next year.
And so I think because of that and on this cruise, there are a country acts.
Like there's going to be a Keith Urban concert.
There's going to be on the boat with us.
It's like Libreis, Leon Rhymes, a bunch of artists.
So I think I'm in a bit of the cruise algorithm
and I stumbled across this 90s cruise.
And we've seen these before.
Let's go.
Would this be appealing to you?
Come on.
I think I'd be more, I'd probably be more prone to go to like a 90s
alternative cruise than just this 90s cruise.
But here's the 90s cruise.
It is starring TLC, two alive members.
So not going to be full TLC,
but they're going to do TLC songs.
Sugar Ray.
Cool.
Is that just Mark McGrath now?
Pretty much.
Oh, it's not the whole band?
But there's the whole band matter
when like the lead singer is the person.
Well, I mean, no, I guess not.
We wouldn't know the difference.
If you wouldn't know the difference,
I don't feel like it matters.
Yeah.
Better than Ezra.
And I don't think it's the whole original band,
but it's still Kevin, lead singer.
In vogue.
Ooh, pop.
Never going to get it, never going to get it.
Tonic, which I think is,
Just Emerson.
Emerson Hart.
If you can only see the way.
But he's tonic.
Yeah, he's tonic.
Fuel.
Shimmer.
She calls me from the sun.
Just in the life.
Living life is a year.
Yeah.
It's a break out the bend.
Here and now.
Book it.
Book it.
Oh, man.
Fuel was awesome.
We're going.
And then they had, they came back like eight years later.
Because they kept doing the rock stuff and they had,
had a bad day again.
Remember that one?
Yeah, I do remember that.
I guess I know the second wave
because I know in my head,
in my head again.
Leave and leaving.
I used to play that one
in my early radio days.
I didn't play shimmer.
I was before me.
I was in high school college,
whatever that was.
Fuel, smash mouth.
But is it he dead?
He's dead.
Lead singer's not there.
So who's the guy?
Are they doing smash mouth with Roan?
I think they went from some black to smash mouth.
I think they replaced them before he died.
No, really.
Because I feel like Steve Harwell, who was the singer.
Yeah.
He's Smashmouth.
Correct.
Some.
Yeah.
He's smash mouth.
Edwin McCain, which is cool.
Kid and Play.
I know they're alive.
They're old now.
Oh, I see videos of who's the one with the tall one?
The tall cut.
I think that...
Is that kid?
I think that's kid.
I think that's play.
But I don't know.
I don't know.
He'll pop up sometimes.
Maxi Preist, too, had a hit.
EMF. Did EMF have
Oh, yo unbelievable. Oh, that's
EMM? Yeah, my win song. Oh, that's cool.
Sponge. Okay, I know the name. Can't think of the song.
DJ Cool.
Let me clear my throat.
This one right here going out to
Everbaugh, I'm a man.
That's awesome, dude.
A special musical host, Robin Wilson of
Gin Blossoms. I don't know if he's the lead singer.
He's got to be. He's like guitars.
You let Gin Blossoms play then if he's the lead
singer. I agree. I'm sure he'll probably do some songs.
I agree. Posted by downtown Julie Brown
from MTV, Matt Penfield, who was on MTV. Dave
Holmes was on MTV back in the day. Matt Pinfield?
Have not? Okay.
Have you? Maybe in Austin for
like South by Southwestern. Yeah, I think that's it.
Also starring, and then it goes to it some other people.
But that's pretty cool, huh? Oh, I'd love that.
I would love every bit of that. I think
it would be a bit depressing, though, because everybody's old now
like us. And we'd be like, it would be
a reminder that we're about to tap out.
You know, I see what you're saying.
But like I just saw Pearl Jam and I know they're old and I know they're way older.
But I don't see it that way.
Like you go and you're live, you're as old as they are now.
Like whatever age you were when they were big, you're that same age.
So nothing really changed except all you guys are a little older.
I disagree because like Adam Durts is 61 now.
And it's like, yeah, he's looking older.
So are we.
We're all getting older.
And it kind of sucks.
Let me think about my.
Yeah, it's tough.
I think it would be fun.
I do think it would be fun.
I think it would be awesome.
But I think it'd be a constant reminder, too.
It would be fun because it's blast from the past.
Everybody loves reliving their glory days.
But it also reminds you you're not in your glory days anymore either.
That's true, too.
But if that's all there is on the boat, you have no reminder that there's anything younger.
Except lie.
Except when you get off the boat.
Your back hurts when you wake up in the morning.
I don't know how true this is, but I saw someone else was talking about gin blossoms.
What's the other band?
And I don't know why.
Maybe I'm not the only one,
but I always get them confused with Johnny Resnick's band.
What's the Gougu dolls.
Gougu dolls.
So apparently the Jen Blossoms like played a show and they just played all Gugoo Dog.
I saw that.
Nobody knew.
They say nobody knew.
I'm sure some people knew.
But yes.
I didn't know if it was true or not, but I did see that.
I don't know either.
Yeah.
Okay.
That's it.
We pivoted a bit on just sports,
the second half of this.
But it's freaking July.
I mean, what do we got?
So I hope you guys enjoy the episode.
I'm watching bare knuckle fighting, dude.
It's not good.
Yeah, it's dark times in sports right now.
It's dark times in sports.
Okay, you can watch some Summer League, NBA.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I see that on there.
Hey, you want to get Bronny and Cooper Flagg.
Whatever.
Thank you guys, and we will see you later on this week.
All right, by everybody.
Blow the whistle at.
Thank you, dude.
All right, bye.
