And I'll say Kentucky really laid an egg.
You know, I think they had a chance to win the game.
I think they had a chance to keep it close.
They dropped two balls early that were very, made it very hard for them to get any momentum at all.
Levy still a ball, like their first possession, went right through his hands.
It was like third and 11 or something, like maybe the second drive.
And then they dropped another ball that was right at the end zone when he fumbled it.
The pick or no?
It was, he was running a slant.
Yeah, he picked it.
So it hit him in the hands.
That was a drop.
That was a drop because it hit him in the hands.
Then he was popped.
Other dude runs it back.
Tennessee was bigger and better.
But I think those two plays early probably changed the entire outcome of the game or change
that I got bored and changed it.
Yeah, probably both
and even the blocked PAT
after they scored to try to tie it. It's just like,
oh, we thought we had it for a second here?
No. Tennessee blew them out, 44 to 6.
And listen to this scenario.
So Tennessee plays Georgia this week.
Let's say Georgia beats Tennessee.
So you got Tennessee with one loss,
you've got Georgia with none,
and you've got Alabama with one loss.
So let's say Alabama wins on out,
and it's Alabama and Georgia in the SC championship game.
So you have Georgia
from the East with no losses.
You have Alabama with one loss,
who was beaten by Tennessee.
Let's say Alabama beats Georgia.
You have three teams with one loss now.
You have Tennessee, which beat Bama.
You have Bama, which beat Georgia.
You have Georgia, which beat Tennessee.
You all are in the circle of one loss.
Now, since Alabama just won the SEC championship,
they are automatically end to the six teams.
You have Georgia, who was at least in the SEC championship,
and won their side, so they're probably in.
The question is, do three SEC teams get in?
It depends how that championship game goes, the SEC championship.
If Georgia gets blown out by Alabama, they might get left out.
Even if Georgia beats Tennessee, because Georgia has to beat Tennessee for this scenario to happen.
You're right. I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just saying, let's remember.
They've all beat each other.
It's a perfect paper rock scissors.
Paper beats rock, ruby, pepper, da, blah, blah, beda, beta.
So I'm rooting for that, actually.
I love mayhem.
Yeah.
I think they'll all three get in if that's the scenario that plays out.
And I think Oregon may get into...
And they'll get blown.
I mean...
Well, I mean, yeah, you just...
And then Ohio State, they got to take care of business.
Yeah, the Ohio State Michigan game's probably going to be that.
Yeah.
Right?
I mean, whomever it gets in.
Mm-hmm.
So, yeah, as far as the...
The quick deal there, Tennessee whoops up on Kentucky,
setting up the big game this week,
which is Tennessee and Georgia.
Obviously, game day will be there.
Georgia ran away from Florida.
You know, it got kind of close for a second.
Florida was out, then back in,
and then Georgia just ran them.
Yeah, like, oh, we're bored here, let's do this.
Ohio State beat Penn State as close.
Yeah.
It's closer than it probably looks,
because I think it ended up being a 13-point game.
But Penn State had a shot.
Yeah.
And Penn State had more than a shot.
early but ohio state again is warm down what was and we'll move with the NFL what
college game did you were you most uh entertained by and then a secondary question what team
were you most impressed by overall entertained was probably the penn state Ohio State just because
I thought Ohio State would blow them out and they hung in there and then Penn State just blew it at the
end with the two late turnovers and then most impressed by Kansas State
Kansas State ran it up on Oklahoma.
I mean, we were watching that game.
Yeah, it was zero.
Yeah, they shut them out.
They ran it up quick, too.
It was like, all right, time for the game to start.
Boom, touchdown, boom, touchdown, boom.
My God, because we watched that whole game.
It was after the Arkansas game.
The TCU West Virginia game was pretty close for a while.
Yeah.
I was pulling for West Virginia to win there mostly just because I like to see Mayhem.
And the Big 12 is where it could all happen as well
because you're going to have Oklahoma State, Kansas State,
TCU, possibly Texas.
Listen, Texas ain't out of it.
Mm-mm.
So there are a lot of those teams still.
fighting for a spot in that. So I love
Mayhem. All right, this is the recap episode.
So we're just kind of looking at the games over the weekend.
When we go to the NFL,
Tom Brady looks old,
but I think he only looks old because we know he's old.
And if anybody else was playing with that same
beat up offensive line
and lack of receivers, they would look old too, even if they were
22. That's my
unpopular opinion that I think Brady
I think Brady still got it.
I don't think he looks any older. And I think he's
going through the divorce now, and that's really dominating the storyline of why he's not good
when it really should be, they don't have the arsenal right now. They can't run the ball.
Yeah. They can't, he's been sacked more than anybody else. That ain't really a Brady thing
unless he's holding the ball for seven to ten seconds, which he ain't. He has no time. Yeah.
So I still, call me crazy because the division they're in. I still have faith. I still have faith in Tampa
to one, win the division, and two, make a run if they can get some players back.
It's just because they have Tom Brady.
Yeah.
If they can get that O-line in sync and get some type of run game and off of that play action,
they'll be fine.
Yeah, that's the thing.
He has no play action.
Nobody respects it because they can't run the ball.
And where Brady is really good is off a play action.
And unless you got Fournette popping them for four, five, six, seven yards of carry,
they're not going to have to respect it and keep the linebackers in.
Right.
So what do you think about the bucks?
Just overall.
We're eight in?
They look awful.
They look bad.
But I'm with you where I'm just not going to count them out.
Until they're completely out because of that division,
if they make the playoffs, you never know what can happen from there.
And then their defense also has to step up.
They're a great defense.
They're hurt too.
They're secondary.
They're very thin there.
But even in the run game the other day, like Devin White,
he looked like he was getting run over the whole time.
So if their defense can get it together too,
at the right time
and they can click
late in the season
I think they'll be okay.
I mean, I think you can probably go
9 and 8,
maybe 8 and 9
and win that division
as to what it's looking like now.
I mean, the Falcons are in first place.
Crazy thing to say.
Wild.
Considering when you watch the Falcons play,
it's like watching
a pretty good army team.
meaning what they do looks weird
and there's nothing dynamic happening
yeah
they just find a way to stay alive long enough
their quarterback runs
mariotto run he doesn't
but those army teams would do that they're not dropping back
throwing 40 times a game
right they're running weird formations
I did like the pits got in the game got a touchdown 80 yards
or getting him more involved maybe because he's been hurt
yeah is why he hasn't been but the falcons won
I'll tell you, the Panthers,
what?
I text Mike, and I was like, hey, bet on the Panthers money line.
And he's like, all right.
Because they were the underdog, and I was like, they're going to win this game.
So bet on the money line.
And so we both did, and we both lost.
I thought we had won twice.
When they scored the touchdown at the end of the game, I was like, game over.
Weird penalty.
They got him taking his helmet off, but he wasn't on the field.
He was off the field.
He was out of the back of the end zone.
there are way more severe things that have happened
and 15 yards for that
you're going to get a 15 yard penalty
for the same thing you get for a clip
or for a targeting
that was worth 15 years
so then he misses the field goal
yeah of course
and you knew he's going to miss it when that penalty
and I'm like are you kidding me
are you kidding me like I just knew
that that hell Mary-ish type throw
is awesome
he nailed it
unbelievable yeah
And so then, okay, we're going to overtime.
Marriotta throws a pick.
I'm like, all right, let's go.
We're going to do it again.
All right, you got me a little tight,
but we're about to do this, baby.
Let's go make some money.
Misses again.
Could not believe it.
Yeah.
But count me in.
Panthers making the playoffs.
I wanted them to win yesterday
just because I wanted them be in first place.
Yeah, me too.
That would have been fun.
That would have been fun too because the first place team
would have had a losing record.
Exactly.
Exactly.
I'm in, though.
I bet them to make the playoffs.
Love it.
I think the pan-I, I like the Panthers.
I like the Panthers now, I think better than I ever did.
Because they have, they have dynamic players now that are able to be a bit more dynamic.
Now, I picked up on the old waiver wire and fantasy on both of my teams immediately when it happened and was criticized by the entire league, Donta Foreman.
I went against him yesterday.
He scored 31 points.
Oh, killed me.
He's the only, I mean, I have so many players heard on my team.
I got Chase, I got Zeke, I have my homes out, Eckler, Kelsey.
I mean, everybody's gone.
I mean, terrible.
But Foreman sat in and scored 30 points.
I just got his lunch repel and went to work.
Love it.
Love that for the team.
So, you know, I like the Panthers.
I really liked them early.
And then I was convinced that I was an idiot.
And now after watching that game, man, they had two kicks.
Did you make the kick?
Make one of the kicks.
They cut him today, anybody now?
I haven't seen that.
Because they'll do that if the kickers, like, if it's a new guy and that's put a bunch of money on them.
All right, let's do this.
Who are you most impressed by NFL-wise, Kevin?
Seahawks, man.
These Seahawks just keep doing it.
I know.
I mean, they, it's like, every week, you're like, ah, it's going to die down at some point.
But no.
Gino Smith, what is he, 23 for 24 yesterday?
The only drop, or the only incompletion was a drop touchdown.
Yeah, it's crazy to watch.
I mean, and looking at Gino's career and all the, I mean, he obviously was with the Giants
behind Eli. I mean, he's kind of bounced around a whole bunch. And then up in Seattle,
they're like, all right, we got two quarterbacks, which means you don't have any. And so we all
thought Seattle was just going to be awful. And here they are. Yeah. They're running it like crazy.
They're not, and you thought maybe it would be, Gino would come in and just do an adequate job,
which would mean good. And Seattle would get a pretty good draft pick. And they'd move on and
trade or draft their quarterback of the future. But I don't think they have to. No. Because I think
they have it now, which is taking this long to kind of see that. But yeah, the Seahawks were good.
I thought the Giants might do it. I thought they might pull it out again because a lot of those
games have been that way where the Giants just stick around, like just kick sand around long enough.
It didn't happen yesterday, obviously. But till the end, I thought they were in it. Reminder,

The parlay, I couldn't believe South Carolina lost. That was the one. If you would have told
Same.
That was the one I was like, this one's guaranteed.
The other ones, we'll see.
Same.
I couldn't believe it.
For sure.
So, Arkansas won, and I told you guys to bet these games individually as well, so I hope you did.
Arkansas won, Oklahoma won, South Carolina lost to Missouri.
What is happening?
Yeah.

Cowboys, Mikey, they ran away with it.
Yeah, they look dominant.
Well, I tell you, the bears kept it interesting in the way of,
I think they're on to something with how they're running their offense now.
Meaning, Justin Fields is doing a lot of design running.
and they didn't do a lot with him early
because they probably don't want to get him hurt.
But now they have to
if they want to be in these games at all.
So the Bears scored 29 points.
Yeah, that's a lot.
It's a lot.
And these weren't all junk points either
because the Cowboys got way up
but then the Bears would just think, think, think,
they would just stay in it just enough
to keep it from changing the channel.
I mean, it was within a field goal at one point.
Pollard had 130 yards.
I mean, he,
and everybody's like, Paulard's the guy,
I think the reason the Cowboys run both of them
is because look around the league.
Everybody gets hurt.
Everybody gets hurt.
And so they've got two number one backs that do different things.
The reason I think Pollard can't be the number one guys,
he doesn't block well, and Zeke does.
So they're both going to be a one, depending on the situation.
But Pollard does not do well with a lot of the blocking assignments
on some of the linebacker-type guys that are coming in,
where Zeke obviously is a bigger guy.
and can do so.
But Pollard looked great.
Yeah, he's explosive.
Yeah, he's quick.
Yeah.
Can catch.
I mean, he, but he also does the things that Zeke doesn't do, and Zeke does the things that Paula doesn't do.
Like, they compliment each other well more than just it being one back needs to replace the other.
Mike, what's your position on the Tony Pollard and Zeke situation?
I mean, to have two people who can do that, for him just to be able to carry that game, that's amazing.
If either one of them get hurt, the other one is right there.
You get that perfect, yeah.
To do all of it.
The best scenario we could be.
Yeah, Broncos be the Jaguars.
That was the 7 a.m. game where I was
because I was in Utah.
And so woke up and watched that.
I mean, the Jaguars have sucked
ever since we thought they were good.
They've sucked.
We were like, oh, the Jaguars are good.
Look at them.
And they've sucked every since.
Yeah.
So Broncos got a win. They needed that win to just stay in a mix
and not be the laughing stock of the NFL
because Russ has definitely made them
somebody that we laugh at and make fun of.
Absolutely.
Your past one.
Yeah, ugly, but I'll take it.
There was an outside kick at the end, right?
Yeah, the jet scored with like 40 seconds or something left
and then tried to win the game.
Yeah, it was ugly.
How you feel about your quarterback situation there?
He still didn't look good, a Mac Jones, that is,
but there is some miscommunication going on.
I don't know, their offense when he is in there
just doesn't look the same as Bailey Zappy.
And I don't know if it's a run game
that's not as good, but it just doesn't look the same.
Mack didn't look as confident, but
Nick Fult, the MVP, he had, I think,
four or five field goals yesterday, so I'll take a win.
Eagles look great.
Do the Eagles go undefeated?
The easy answer is no, because it's the NFL,
but I'm going to ask you again, do the Eagles go undefeated?
Absolutely.
That'd be fun.
You think they have a chance?
Yeah, I got to, well, they got to play the Cowboys again,
so that's going to be a tough one, too.
They do have the Cowboys.
And their division in general is pretty tough right now.
I've got some easy games coming up.
Read their next few games,
They got the Texans.
When?
They got the commanders.
Win.
They got the Colts.
Win.
Packers.
Win.
Titans.
Win.
Then the Giants.
Okay.
Bears.
When?
And the Cowboys.
Okay.
Saints.
Win.
And then the Giants again.
So let me say again, NFL, anything can happen.
It sounds like they've got five or six games that they should easily be the favorite.
Three that they will be the favorite probably.
But the Cowboys game should be good.
That'll be in Dallas too, right?
Yeah.
Because the first one in Philly.
and then those Giants games,
I don't know what to think about the Giants.
Right.
I mean, again, they lost,
but they also played competitive.
Daniel Jones is starting to look like an actual,
take the snap, take a few steps back,
look good, stand tall, throw the ball quarterback.
Like, even though he is not thrown for 350 yards,
he's actually starting to look like a legitimate quarterback.
More than running.
When he threw for 200 and ran for 100,
that's like, that's cool, that's dynamic.
That's neat to see for the Giants
and maybe Daniel Jones is their guy.
But now he's starting to actually look like a guy who can step back and just throw.
If they need him to just dish, he can dish.
So, yeah, that whole divisions.
And I'll tell you what, Heineke and the commanders.
Love him.
He's going to throw five interceptions in a game eventually and lose a game for them.
But he's also probably going to win them a couple games because he's a spark.
Yeah.
And he's a slinger.
And that's what that team needs.
They need somebody throwing, trying to knock out punches because they're not going to win any fight by,
by sitting in and trading body blows for a whole game
because they're going to lose those games.
Yeah.
So they need somebody to take some shots for them,
and he's a risk taker.
Yeah.
He's fun to watch.
I just want to play for him.
Yeah, he's fun to watch.
So, you know, that whole division is good,
and even the bottom is getting a little bit better.
You know, I think that's also what's frustrating
if you're in that division,
if you're the Cowboys or the Eagles or the Giants,
is that even the worst team in your division
is now actually starting to get a little better or two,
and that's frustrating because everybody wants a Vanderbilt.
Everybody wants a team.
Okay, well,
They're coming up so we can just chill.
We can have an easy week
because we know we're going to pound them.
But the commander's defense is pretty good.
They didn't have all their guys yet.
I saw Yong on the sideline.
He's not playing yet.
I'm waiting for how long it's going to take him?
I don't know.
And obviously week one,
he can come back playing a full every snap.
Right.
But, and I don't think they're going to make the playoffs.
Don't get me wrong.
But I think they could end up winning seven games.
Six or seven games.
Yeah.
And give those teams like the Cowboys a little run for their money.
They can be a spoiler for sure.
Two or through for almost 400 yards.
Are we over thinking he can't be the guy?
Or are we going he's the guy because he has so many of the guys around him?
He's the guy.
He's like the Jimmy G, but on steroids.
So I guess he's the guy.
Right now, if he's confident in the way that he's playing with the guys that he has
and with McDaniel coaching, they look good.
That offense is just explosive.
Is the explosiveness of that offense,
is it, in your mind, in any way credited to a?
Or again, is it the guys around him and the coach?
Is he a system quarterback?
For that system, if that answers a question.
I've always been a big to a guy, so I'm going to check out.
I think he's perfect for that, though.
He's very twitchy, very, you know, makes his decision,
and boom, gets it out, boom, gets it out.
He was like that Alabama, though.
He had the same guys, right?
The same slants, let them do their work.
So it's perfect for him.
The Raiders suck
I don't understand
They got past midfield twice
I think
Yeah, that was awful
I don't understand
I don't know
Devante Adams had the flu
all week
But where's Remfro
The Derek card back
Everybody's hurt
Everybody's hurt
So you can't go
Well they were hurt
Everybody's hurt
Yeah
And if they're so hurt
Then they shouldn't play
Wow
And well I don't know
I didn't see his numbers
But Josh Jacobs
I think last week
He had three touchdowns
This week
Just nothing
You know we had
No touchdowns
Because they didn't
score a single point
Exactly
Vikings beat the Cardinals
Vikings are
record-wise completely legitimate
Are they legitimate to you?
Are they a real contender?
I say yes
because they can keep up with these teams
that are the legit contenders
They can put up the 34 points like they did
or 30 plus every week with Justin Jefferson
Adam Thiel and Dalvin Cook
It's all about Kurt Cousins
Kyler's performance yesterday
It seems that Kyler either
will win you a game at the end or just
I mean absolutely lose you the game at the end
you know that team just doesn't
methodically okay we're gonna play pretty good
and win a game we'll be up 10 with a minute left
and we got like there's always some sort of stress with the Cardinals
and Kyler sucked it up
probably playing too much Call of Duty
so everybody says like they knew it came out
he was in trouble but yeah the Cardinals lost
Kyler threw two picks I think he got
sacked at the end of the game to kind of end it right
The Titans, they went again.
I saw that in the plus minus score,
they're like minus six just on score
and they're like, I think, six and two.
So the other teams have scored more points than them.
I mean, did they plan for Malikwilis to throw the ball,
a forward pass, or, I mean, he threw 55 yards.
Obviously, Henry went off.
I saw him, he had over 100 in the first half.
Yeah.
So Titans went again.
They beat the Texas.
Texans are really, really struggling now.
They're bad.
But you thought for a second maybe there was something to it
that they were going to be pretty good.
The 49ers looked great.
McCaffrey ran it, threw it, and caught it.
I think there are only two of the people that have done that.
I think LaDanea Thomas and Walter Payton were the only of the two that have done that.
Caught one, threw one, ran one in.
So 49ers are real deal.
Way more realer than we gave them credit for at the first of the year
because they had a second year quarterback, obviously.
and no running back.
Now they've got Jimmy G who's back,
who definitely isn't a rookie,
has done it.
He's not going to go out and throw for 400 yards,
but he's got weapons all around him.
Debo, McCaffrey.
And he didn't have a Dibault yesterday.
It's going to be,
I saw a thing where Debo went up to the owner
in San Francisco's going, like, thank you,
thank you for trading for McCaffrey.
Thank you, thank you.
So, you know, here we are,
basically halfway through the season now.
Top four teams?
Right now,
I got to say the Bills won
Chiefs 2
and then after that
try to go with
Eagles, Cowboys
Yeah, I was going to say Eagles for sure
You got the, yeah, so Bill's Chiefs, Eagles
and then I'm trying to get that NFC
I feel like the second tier NFC team could be the Cowboys
could be the Niners if they're healthy
Yeah, the Niners are itching up there too now
I want to say the Niners just because I feel like
if they're healthy and they're good
and they're on their game,
I'm going with the Niners.
Who do you feel like's going to make a run
that right now you're looking at going,
when are they going to do it?
Maybe they're playing a bit under,
they're underwhelming us a bit,
but you still expect them to deliver in a way
and make it interesting near the end of the season?
Because I'm going to go with the Rams.
Really?
They've been playing poorly, obviously.
I'm going to go with the Rams,
though.
I still feel like they're going to put it together,
make a run,
playoffs. I'm going to go with the Rams.
And I think
Tampa Bay, the problem is
I really want Carolina and two teams from that division
probably ain't going to the playoffs.
I know. That's the first thing I popped
in my head was Tampa Bay. Yeah. Again, you're
just waiting. I don't think the Packers are going to do it.
Yeah, that's tough.
I keep waiting for the Packers to do it too.
But, I mean, on TV, to hear
Aaron Rogers curse out like a center and stuff,
you see the clubs on TikTok, like, get the effort over here.
It's hilarious. It's hilarious.
Yeah.
So I'll go with the bucks.
I'll still trust Brady.

I saw a picture of you and your girl.
Never seen her before.
I know.
That's what they call a, everyone would sell me a hard launch.
Oh, so it was purposeful and going, all right, this is my girl.
showing you guys so that's the deal yeah did you guys plan out the picture we had a great weekend no just
kind of went down there hey let's take some pictures and took that picture together and went to the tennessee
game you're like a you're like a fan i love it i just what a year to be a tennessee fan got a hat on
oh my god go ahead i embrace it i i don't have a team so i'm uh like i said a couple weeks ago even
i said i'll jump on that bandwagon that's all right and they're fun to watch that offense is insane
the atmosphere is cool, so I'm just riding it while I can right now, why not?
And so what's the deal with her?
We are, what do you mean?
Well, born is she a Tennessee fan?
Oh yeah, she doesn't care.
She's just along for the ride too.
That was her very first football game.
Ever or college football game?
Ever, yeah, ever, yeah.
Her very first football game because she lived in Canada for 20 years.
She's going to take you some curling?
Yeah, I think so.
Yeah, big hockey fan.
But yeah, that was our first game.
She had a great time.
We had a great weekend.
Do you guys drive over back same day?
No, we went Friday, so we made a weekend out of it.
And what do you guys do up there the whole time?
Just hung out Friday night, went out a little bit, went to dinner, grab a couple of drinks.
You just stay in Knoxville?
Came back, yeah.
How do you get a hotel like that close?
It was, I mean, it wasn't really cheap, but it wasn't bad.
About 10 minutes from the stadium.
It wasn't the best hotel either, I will say that.
The door was a little sketchy, but yeah, we stayed there in Knoxville, went on a hike in the morning on Saturday, a couple hours.
It was a great hike and then made a whole day out of it.
He's in love, Mikey.
He's in love, Mike.
Thank you. Oklahoma minus one, that hit. Told you guys to be on that one. Arkansas hit. They won. Pulled away from Auburn pretty easily late. O'Niss minus two, one, which is nice. That game Ole Miss had, and it was over, and then Texas A&M just came fighting back. And I was like, please A&M, don't win. Don't win. I love to watch the Jimbo conversation happen. And they lost again. And what was funny was, as soon as the game was over, Lane just started trolling Jimbo, right in the interview, and then back in the room. Because Jimbo called
him, what, a clown in the off season?
Yeah.
And when the announcer came up to him, the reporter,
it's like, hey, I do you feel you won the game?
And he's like, oh, it's Halloween.
I guess I'm going to go get my Joker costume.
You know, see if Jimbo has one for me.
And then he did the same thing.
They were like, hey, why are you trolling Jimbo?
He's like, well, he called Sabin and me a clown.
So, yeah, it was great to beat him.
That's a bad situation.
It's only getting worse.
That's a bad.
And they're probably going to lose more games.
Yeah.
If you're a Texas A&M fan,
it's tough right now. And players.
Oh yeah. You know there's going to be a
semi-mass exodus.
Yeah. At the end of the season, for sure.
Oklahoma won. That was a good one.
I think overall,
of all the bets I told you, we went five and two,
which is pretty good, but we did lose the parlay,
which sucks. Because I always take pride in that.
I just did not think South Carolina was going to lose that game.
I thought the same on that Saturday. I was like,
the one for sure, it's got to be South Carolina.
Yeah, I thought so.
Missouri?
I know.
Missouri?
Same deal.
Mikey.
Yeah.
Do you watch Cowboys?
Yeah.
What are your thoughts
just generally on that game
as a fan?
I thought it was awesome.
I don't like
DAC running out there
to get the first down.
Like I still feel like
he's going to do something
and injure that hand,
but we look really good.
scored a bunch of points.
I was just surprised
the defense allowed so many points.
Yeah, and I realized
like having Dak back
in that position,
it's like, that's how you run a team.
It feels a lot different.
You're right.
It does.
There's a little more zip on the ball.
there's a little more room for the receivers
because they also have to make sure
DAC doesn't take off running
because he can,
what you're talking about there.
You don't really want him to, but he can.
And especially when the Bears
just start coming back, scoring points,
you're like, oh man, this could have been bad here for a second.
It's like you want Dak there.
And you know he's going to score points.
If they do happen to score a whole bunch,
you know you got a shot.
But yeah, the Bears made it interesting.
They're probably going to win some games
and be a spoiler.
Unless, it's almost like a hitter in baseball
where a hitter comes out and he's,
I mean, batting 3.30.
He's hitting home runs, putting him off the wall.
Well, after you get enough tape on the hitter, you go, okay.
Yeah.
This is what we do to counter everything that he's good at.
And then the hitter starts about $2.40.
Then the hitter's got to go, okay, then here's what they're going to do.
So that's what's going to happen here is that people are going, oh, crap,
the bears are now running at us in every direction.
We did not expect fields.
But now they're going to adjust.
And then let's see if fields, now that they are queuing on the run, can actually make some throws.
and if they can, and if he can be 20% better at throwing than he was,
and he also has some of these design runs,
and they're going to be a pretty good rest of the season as a Bears fan
if you're looking to the future.
Filt has no weapons either.
Nothing.
He has a tight end that's pretty good.
That's it.
So you feel bad for him, but man, when he gets in the pocket,
and there's like, he takes off.
And then somebody blow, he's out of there, man.
But maybe I wouldn't either if I just got crushed,
all the time. So all right, that's
the recap episode. Just us going
over games. Not really a real episode.
I guess it is if it's up.
We won't count this one though, Mike.
Okay.
Because that means we're still
further away from 25.
Then we retire. Yeah, yeah. Then we retire at 25.
Hope you guys had a good weekend.
Looking forward to this week.
I mean, the Tennessee, Georgia game.
NFL games kind of suck this weekend.
I haven't looked yet.
You get six teams on by,
and there really are no
like crazy good games where you're like
I cannot wait to see how this turns out
let's walk it down real quick
you can keep the music going
but I remember looking
just taking a look and going oh man this is like the worst week
all season for the NFL so you got the Eagles and Texans
the Eagles are 13 point favorite
you got the Bengals and Panthers
Bengals are a 9 point favorite
you got the Patriots and Colts
it's the Who Cares game
I care I know you
the Patriots are the charge
and Falcons, I guess, would be a game that could be close.
But it's, you know, the charges are a three-point favorite, but it's like nobody really cares about the Falcons.
They're just surprised by them.
The bills and the Jets, it's 13-point spread.
The Raiders and the Jaguars.
I mean, God dang.
It's this, whoever loses has to quit, go play college.
It gets relegated.
Yeah, you get sent back down to the SEC.
Vikings and commanders, Packers and Lions.
Maybe Rogers can win that game.
Hawks and Cardinals.
I mean, there's just not a lot.
Titans and Chiefs play on Sunday night.
The Bucks and the Rams, I guess they're interesting,
but it's only because the Bucks have Tom Brady,
not because they're good this year.
And you're just waiting for one of those teams
to turn it around, so maybe it's this game.
So, yeah, next week's NFL slate,
not the best, but still better than not
having any NFL games at all.
So, all right, that's it. That's a recap.
Appreciate you guys, and we will
see you on Friday. We do
have Rocket Sanders lined up
for tomorrow to put on Friday's show.
we'll see what happens. When classes come, like, dude, if anything happens to class, you just cancel. Go to class.
And so he should be on tomorrow, but he's leading the SEC in rushing. He rushed for like another 140,
150 yards when we pounded Auburn. So he's killing it right now.
What is he supposed to play runnerback at Arkansas? Really? Yeah, came in as a wide receiver.
Oh, wow. A couple guys got hurt. They needed him from practice. He played wide receiver and
runnerback in high school, but came to Arkansas as kind of a receiver. And they were like, hey,
Rocket, can you practice a runnerback? He did. And here we go.
That's where you call an athlete.
Yeah, yeah.
People call me an athlete, but that ain't.
That's an athlete.
All right.
Thank you, guys.
We'll see you on Friday.
Bye, everybody.
