We're all yelling football.
No.
You're hitting it.
All right, blow it.
In the first real football news, though, in a long time, the Cowboys and Eagles will play week one.
Okay.
This is where we get to show them that it's our ear.
Do you like that that's happening?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I think it's such a selfish thing for me.
Like, we get to start the season with my team.
Like, that's awesome.
Okay, so you just want to see your team in the first game.
you're not really considering if you get be bad, how good you'll be, how bad you'll be.
I can't.
I can't look at that, that, like I can't look at how bad we're going to be.
I didn't say you're going to be bad.
I know.
I gave both options.
I just can't even think about that because we're probably going to be bad, but I can't
go into the season thinking we're going to be bad.
I'm going to do it like we do every year.
It's going to be our year, baby.
We're going to the Super Bowl.
You change.
You change like crazy.
Dude, this is the life that we live.
No, but yours is weird.
You gave up like just four weeks ago
And now you're back
I know
It's a bit bipolar
It is a little bit
I think I'm a little crazy
I'm a little crazy
Because yeah you know
Like you get excited
And then you start losing
And then we suck
And then you start talking with all your friends
How bad we are
Man being a Cowboys fan sucks man
And then like they win one game
And you're like okay
Then they get George Pick
It's like hey
You weren't like hey
You were down about it
I understand
But I talked to my mom for a little bit
You don't even remember
How upset you were
I wasn't upset. I just wasn't like, you called it a sexy pick and I'm like, we'll see.
What did your mom say? She's like, this is amazing. There's no sexier pick than a dynamic wide receiver that has a really high ceiling.
So my mom says.
Because sexy, sexy pick doesn't have to be a great valued pick. Sexy pick is like a big name that has the potential to do big things and great highlight. Real. And he has all of that.
He does have all that.
That was the sexiest.
You just hit me in a bad, and I think our group texts, whatever, the Cowboys, whatever
group texts that we're in with all our buddies, they're just losers, you know?
And like, you know, why?
Because you're all Cowboys fans.
I don't want to be in that group.
You're in it.
I know.
I try to get out of like three times.
I'm trying to get out.
I'm back in it.
You ever say anything, Bobby?
Yeah.
I post like memes about how the Cowboys.
But I've bet like a thousand bucks I'm in the Super Bowl every year.
Yep.
That's going to hit one year, dude.
But I'm going to have lost like seven.
$70,000 to win 20.
Money back.
You're not even going to break even.
Yes.
So, yeah, that's going to be fun, dude, week one,
Thursday night game.
That's fun.
It is fun.
Unless you lose and then it's real bad.
But I think it's why it could be advantageous to the Cowboys or anyone in that week one game.
The Eagles have not had time to actually become the Eagles yet.
No, they've been celebrating.
No, any team week one is not really going to be the mature version of that team.
So I think the Eagles, and look who the Eagles lost.
not even player-wise,
personnel-wise, but even coaching.
Who do they lose, Eddie?
Yeah, Jason Kelsey.
No, that was last year.
They lose.
I don't even know where they lost.
Bro, Donovan McNabb.
Come on.
Offensive coordinator.
Yeah, he's now the Saints head coach.
Yeah, Callumore.
Oh, Callumore.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
So they've had to install a new offense.
You want to catch a team like that
when they're not fully equipped
or fully educated
and how equipped they're going to be able to be later.
And they think they're like hot stuff.
Well, they want a Super Bowl.
They're all still hung over.
Super Bowl.
If they're still hung over, that's a problem.
I think it's fun for the Cowboys fans, though.
It's awesome.
You want to play the best teams way, way, way early instead of mid to late.
I did also see that we're playing the Chiefs.
The schedule's not out yet, but they did mention the teams that we're going to play.
The Chiefs are on there, so.
Home or away?
That'd be tough.
You can't see that part of it.
I think it's a way.
Oh, that sucks.
That's going to be bad.
I believe it's where I'm a dog.
Have you seen how Jack Mahomes is right now?
He's been working out?
I've never seen the guy look so jacked.
Yeah.
All right.
Dang it.
And not just cowboy related, but he's, they lost.
Is it an ugly Super Bowl loss.
Yeah, he looks like a freaking machine.
Oh, no, Chiefs are at home.
We got him.
You should have just looked up and have asked him.
We got him.
Oh, yeah, he's looking good.
Yeah, right?
Like he's looking at Mahomes right now?
He's ripped.
Your mom just sent me a picture.
Don't talk about my mom.
I mean, what?
There is a Pope Leo bet.
So the people that won the money on Pope Leo.
I mean, the odds were probably crazy on that.
At least two betters made more than $50,000.
Cool.
On Robert Francis Prevost, long-shot selection.
Here's a finance guy, Gannon Breslin, on TikTok talking about it.
This guy on Polly Market bet $1,000 that the next Pope would be the American Cardinal Robert Provost.
and ended up winning $64,000. The odds on that were plus $6,400, which is truly insane.
The craziest part, not that any of these things are accurate, he wasn't on anyone's board.
Most media sites weren't even talking about Robert Provost as a potential candidate in any way.
There was also another guy on Kalshi, who won $50,000 off of a $500 bet on the Pope.
Congratulations, boys.
It's a big win.
That's a good win.
One of my favorite stories about that is when it came out, it was like,
the Pope's a Cubs fan, and they're like, no, he ain't.
And they found footage of him at a White Sox World Series game.
It's amazing.
Wow.
Just hanging out.
And that shot was just on him.
And when they say, well, he hasn't lived in America in a long time,
he lived in Peru.
He's full missionary, right?
He lived as a missionary forever.
Here's why he's very American.
Massive White Sox fan.
A diehard Villanova Wildcat basketball fan.
keeps up with the Knicks because of all the Villanova players that play for the Knicks.
If you're a Knicks, a Villanova, and a White Sox fan, you are as American as you could possibly be.
Yeah, because you care about college basketball, NBA, and Major League Baseball, you are very American.
And outside the Knicks, like there's no, I don't know, it's not like the Yankees, Lakers, you know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah.
But even that he cares about American sports, if he were like he's also an Arsenal fan and Pele is his favorite, you're like, okay, maybe he's not so American.
But the fact that he's so diehard into two professional sports and one, we'll call it semi-pro college, that's American.
Best Pope ever.
And so he's probably, I mean, it'd be cool, right?
If he goes like the Villanova games during the season.
I don't think he's going to show up with the finger on.
That would be cool, though.
He's got the Pope cane and everything and his hat.
I don't think he's throwing out the first pitch or anything, no.
He's in the Popemobile.
It's carried out.
You don't know, man.
That would be cool.
That would be cool.
Would he have to be in the glass?
He just, like, praise and it throws itself.
Yeah, that's pretty awesome.
So, for sure, American.
Yeah, it seems like a good dude.
His brothers are hilarious.
They've interviewed.
I think he has two or three brothers.
I know I've seen two of them on the news being interviewed.
I saw the clip where he's like, I'm not calling him Pope.
Yeah, he's like.
Or Leo.
He's like, I didn't call him father.
He was a priest.
He's like, he's my brother.
He's Bob.
That's hilarious.
And another one was talking about,
how they were kids and that the Pope Leo was like always the good one.
And we were always like,
ah, one day you're going to be the Pope.
But he only became a cardinal like a couple months,
a few months before he became the Pope.
So crazy story.
It's amazing.
It's a Disney movie.
For sure.
Or it's a religious.
Or just a religious leader.
A Pope Francis signed baseball is going up for auction.
Wow.
A baseball signed by the late Pope Francis is going up.
The number is way lower than I thought it would be.
I mean, it's the Pope.
Was it like $100,000?
15,000.
What?
That's what it says.
A baseball signed by the late Pope Francis.
Because the thing about buying autos from people who have died is they can't sign anymore
and saturate the market anymore.
The number's limited already.
Yeah, it is what it is.
A baseball, I think my any pope would be very, very valuable.
Maybe it's just that it's a baseball.
But it doesn't matter.
If it was like a candle or something with a cross on it,
and it'd make more sense.
I think that would be weird to sign that to begin with.
Not really a thing you sign.
But like why a baseball?
Like it is pretty random.
Apparently a collector in New York spent years
trying to get Pope Francis to sign a baseball.
It will fetch more than $15,000.
I'm going to say this right now.
I got to find it.
I'm going to find the site.
If it only goes for $15,000,
I will be the owner of that ball.
Oh, my goodness.
Yeah.
If it only goes for $15,000, I will buy.
You could use your Amex points, bro.
I will spend $15,000 to buy the ball.
There's no way it only goes for $15,000.
Oh.
Mike, if you could find the site, that would be cool.
Okay, I'm seeing one that sold in 2021, and it went for $18,000.
Yeah.
Okay, you're in the same area then.
Maybe it's there, dude.
It's yours.
It's got to be higher.
than that. It's got to be higher than 18, because that's the comp, right? You go, you buy,
cards, buy cards. You think maybe the Pope just signed a bunch of baseballs in one
point? There's like a million baseball signed by the Pope. You're doing a signing.
That's funny. Am and Pete Rose, I did not gamble on Conclave.
That's why it's so cheap. There's a bunch of those baseballs, man. M&P.
I went to one of those with Pete. He did? Yeah, I walked by. There's literally nobody
there. I've seen those in Vegas
and like the mall. It was in Vegas. Yeah. It was super
sad in the mall. Like the store mall.
We walked by, we're like, wait, is that Pete Rose? And he's sitting
there waiting for people to come in and sign
something. We walked in and he was like, oh yeah,
it cost this much. And we're like, no, I'm good, man. I'll see you later.
Oh, man. Mike has sent me the site here.
That hurts my heart.
I know. R-R auction.com.
Pope Francis.
And he literally, oh, he wrote Francisco.
But that...
Okay. What?
That's not his name, is it?
Well, Francis and Spanish might be Francis.
I don't know.
You're a Spanish guy?
No, no, what I'm saying is that's not his real name, right?
His real name is something else.
Yeah, but I think you change your name.
I know it's Pope Francis, not Francisco, I don't think.
Okay, so it's at 10,000.
It's at a little, yeah, 1044.
Okay, when does it end?
Wednesday.
Oh, dude, that's yours.
That is your baseball.
Okay.
Are we, Pope Francis?
Has it been authenticated?
sure it has been right and he just wrote
Francisco on it there's a letter on the second
slide not even poop
bro oh it's got some
people stuff
I'm gonna log in and bid
I probably won't get it
you can tell your wife
no
just checking
she won't care
no no let me say this
I shouldn't say she won't care
she will roast me
endlessly
but there'll be no don't do that
Yeah.
And not that I'm like, there'll be no, because I said, no, that's just, that's not our relationship.
And I have money right now.
So I always say that because I might not.
Right now.
If I'm buying up with these balls, I ain't going to have much money.
Where did you put it?
Oh, the living room?
No, no.
I have a.
Your prayer room.
You put it in the prayer room, but.
Of course.
You build a prayer room.
I take it to church.
I'm not even Catholic.
I take it a church in the every week.
Um,
Um,
so dumb.
Uh, I would put it in my safety deposit box that I have
okay,
some other highly valuable stuff in.
What's the code?
Exactly.
Uh, yeah, I gotta remember.
Hey, Mike, can I ask you a question that I don't remember?
It may not even been on the show.
Why did I order a ninja outfit?
Because it came to my house.
What?
It came to my house.
And I remember you sending me the link.
And last week, I was in and out so much because we did.
The Iraq country I was in for like a day, then I'd be back in Dallas for rehearsals on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I'm doing the show from Dallas. I was exhausted last week. So I don't know why I bought a ninja outfit. Man, I'm just going to start sending you links. I remember talking about something. Can I guess what it was? Yeah, I know. You can guess. Okay. So was it on this show? No. Okay. I think when I talk about ninjas, it's only for one reason. It's because I had read that they could stick their balls and remove vulnerabilities by pushing their balls into their body. Right?
That's one of the things that, and ninjas knew or it can't do that.
But like way back in the day.
The older ninjas.
It was one of the things, they had to remove vulnerabilities.
You kick them there, not vulnerable.
But you can tuck them in.
So I think wearing a ninja costume to me would be like showing I have no vulnerabilities,
but I don't think I would do that.
Why did I have a ninja costume?
We got there eventually, you told that whole story,
but there was that story about the kid who ordered a bunch of lollipops.
And then we had a collar who said their son ordered a ninja outfit.
Ninja stars and Unchucks.
And then why did that?
did I order one though?
Because he said I wanted to dress up like a ninja.
That really was the reason.
Them being able to retract their nuts, yeah.
It was that simple, man.
I remember now.
Okay.
Well, I have it at the house, and my wife goes, this is like the roasting of my wife.
She doesn't go, how much did you spend on the ninja outfit?
She said, why is there a ninja outfit here?
Did you get the sword, dude?
Yeah, what does it come with?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I said, I said to her, it's for a bit, but I didn't know what the bit was.
Yeah, because I sent you the ninja outfit, and you're like, I need
a sword, so I sent you the sword too. Oh, there you go. I don't know if I have the sword
or not. We talked about whether or not it was appropriate for you to wear it based on...
Oh, like, uh, cultural appropriation. Correct. Correct. Are there white ninjas?
The last samurai? It was Tom Cruise, right?
Three ninjas, there's that... Three ninjas frankly. Oh, yeah, they were...
But I mean, Beverly Hills Ninja? Really, though, are there white ninja? No, I guess, like,
are, first of all, our ninjas even real? Like, that's another question.
White power range. In Japan, they are. Yeah, okay. So, so,
Is that like a place you get, like a level you can get to?
Because there's like Cardinal Pope.
Is there like, I don't know if you can fill out an application and you put ninja.
Yeah.
That'd be cool.
What are you going to do with that thing?
You're just going to wear it?
I'm going to bring tomorrow and put it on, I guess.
Absolutely.
That would be amazing.
I don't remember.
I didn't remember why I bought it.
I wonder if I walked my dog in a ninja outfit, like what my neighbors would think.
Oh, there's Eddie.
Well, I think this might have like a head cover.
too.
Yeah,
ninjas?
You can't see their face.
I just want you to see my eyes.
Okay, so I want...
But your glasses would give it away.
That's true.
That's true.
Okay.
So the things that I wanted to mention off the top was...
Okay, I have one more thing to mention off the top.
Is Bill Belichick affecting you in any way, Kevin?
Yeah.
Because you're a massive Patriots fan.
The Belichick stuff, he was at his girlfriend's...
Is it a recital?
Padgette.
No, no, page.
Her beauty pageant
She was competing for Miss Maine
She finished third
But it's become such a distraction
And the report came out first
That she was not allowed
On the campus
In the football facilities
And the report came out
That she now was
It seems to me like that first report
Would have never happened
Unless there was some smoke to that fire
Yeah there's something there
But I know you're such a Patriots guy
Is this affecting you now?
I hate it so much
Just because the Belichick I know
is this is not it at all.
And that's a Belichick I love.
And this Belichick,
I wish he didn't even exist,
like this whole life that he's living now.
It drives me insane.
Absolutely insane.
Because for 20 years,
we had to hear about no distractions,
no distractions.
And here we are.
Every week there's something new.
It's never ending at this point.
And it makes me upset.
And it makes me sad
all at the same time as a huge Belichick fan.
I could see all that.
And the serious part, it makes you sad.
Yeah.
Because that's like your guy.
It's who gave you championships.
who, you know, a big part of your young adult sportshood is based on Bill Belichick and Tom Brady.
Yeah.
But he's done.
Like, he's done who should be upset as North Carolina fans.
I mean, everything you're talking about, that guy's done, dude, he's retired, he's chilling.
Now, Belichick is still Bill Belichick, the coach of the Patriots.
He's the greatest NFL coach of all time.
He's still the Patriots Super Bowl winning head coach.
Yeah.
And now you don't even think of them as that.
At this moment, you know, in five years, three years,
whatever from now, we can probably get back to that, I hope. But at this moment, like, if you're a
kid that didn't watch the Patriots, say you're, I don't even know, 12, 13 years old, and you
don't really remember the Patriots because you're so young, all you know Belichick now is
this guy with some 20-year-old girl who's all over the news. I agree. Which is wild to me,
because that would have never, ever happened in those 20, 20-plus years as an NFL head coach.
I agree. Yeah. It sucks. I'm starting to feel bad. I don't know who four, but I'm starting to,
it's not just all funny now.
No.
Well, no, for us it has been.
For you, it got a little not funny earlier, but for us it's been hilarious.
Yeah, at first it was like, even for me, I was like, oh, he's dating this young, 20-year-old, who cares?
Like, good for him, you know, he's still got it, this and that.
And then now it's just like, dude, come on, what are we doing?
Like, why are you continuing, not to date her, but why do you continue because you know the distraction it's creating to still allow it to grow as a distraction?
Yeah.
Because you go and you're sitting in the first few rows that are recital or whatever.
No, no, pageant.
My bad.
Pagent.
Yeah, I feel bad for you.
Is that disconnected from social media and everything?
Or is he just not care?
I would think so.
From what I have heard and have pretty good sources.
My sources now are better than they've ever been.
Nice.
Yes.
He, one, does not get on social media.
Two, didn't know fully the context of some of the stuff that was on social media.
how much traction it was gaining.
But he did understand as it gained.
And then people did say, hey, the yoga thing has happened.
And that got some, that was weird.
They were doing airplane like you do for a kid.
They were doing yoga on the beach.
I don't think I saw that.
I didn't see that either.
You know how you take somebody like a kid and you put their hands on your hands and you put your legs and you lift them up to do Superman?
Yeah.
You didn't see that.
Oh, my God.
He did that with her on the beach.
She was on top or Belichick was on top?
No, not him on top.
I'd be willing to bet rarely is he on top of anything, you know what I'm saying?
I see what you're saying.
See, I've tried to separate myself so far from it that I didn't even know about this
pageant thing or whatever until you brought it up and it's just like, oh my gosh.
Sorry, dude.
Bill Self texted me back.
What?
He did.
Speaking of Bill's.
Let's go.
Yeah, Bill's.
Did I ever say, I told you I texted him and got nothing.
You told me off.
Offline.
Got you.
Hey, Bobby, Bill Self here.
I told them been tied up with recruiting the last couple weeks.
Let's connect if possible.
What?
All right.
Let's go.
I don't know if I...
Yeah, we talked about it here.
What was the initial text?
We're one...
We only have one from me and one from him.
I started on April 10th.
I'm back April 28th.
And today's May 12th.
Okay.
So it's about time for me to call him back.
You got to do in the...
April 28th?
Yeah.
Okay.
But then I was gone.
I hate calling people anyway on the phone.
So I did bring it up here, right?
Yeah, yeah. Okay, got it. Thank you. You have to start the next text with, sorry, dude, ACMs.
I should just call him. But that's weird. Sorry, I was thinking I was Ronnie Dunn.
It's all, when do you call him? You're going to go straight to a call?
I was told just call him. Huh. That's tough. I don't like calling anybody.
Right. Send him a voice message. Oh, that's even weird. I FaceTime him. You do FaceTime.
Yeah. Yeah, there you go. I facetime him. Okay, so, okay, so we, I need to hold myself accountable. I will call him.
Nice. All right. Okay. So, so hope.
Hopefully by the show that we do on Thursday or Friday, I'll have called him.
Even if he doesn't answer, I'll have called him.
Ugh, sounds terrible.
Oh, man, it's nervous for you.

What's up? I'm Miles Turner.
And I'm Brianna Stewart.
And our podcast, Game Recognized Game, has never been done before.
Two active players giving you a real look at our lives
and what we actually think on and off the board.
Nothing's off limits.
We talk trade requests.
What's the vibe of that when it's like,
Your star player is like, well, I want to leave.
And then actually now I'm going to stay.
We talk tanking.
I mean, honestly, like, I might get in trouble for this answer,
but I think it's, like, definitely happening in the WBA.
And yeah, we talk about our mistakes, too.
They pulled me to the side and was like, hey, man,
we got a call last night, man.
You can't be rolling around the city like this tonight before games,
no, you know, doing this, doing whatever.
And of course, family stories.
And we'll be like, Mommy, why did you miss that?
Do you play basketball?
Check out Game Recognized game with Stulian Miles on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
So our very old Kevin is leaving us, kick off Kevin, after this show, it'll be his last whistles for a couple weeks because he is having a baby.
Two babies.
Two baby.
Wait, two?
Did you know?
Two.
I just found out this weekend.
So, yeah, what's up?
Yeah, I'm pumped, man.
I'm so excited.
this is something I've wanted for pretty much my whole life.
I mean, I have a great relationship with my dad, so I think that's probably why.
And until this day, we're like best friends.
So I've wanted this for a very, very long time.
I'm super pumped, super excited.
I know it's going to be a lot, but I mean, at the end of the day, it's kind of what life is,
and I know we'll be able to handle it.
So I'm ready.
It's been a long journey.
The last nine months.
I know my wife Alex, God bless her.
She is ready because these last couple weeks have been rough for her.
So we're ready, man.
And I'm excited, like I said, and I can't wait to see them for the first time.
So I guess my question, I don't want to get too sentimental here, make you cry or anything,
but will you be able to watch the Celtics in the hospital room?
I got a dilemma here, guys.
Uh-oh.
Yeah.
So after game, you know, I watched game one, of course, game two.
And she usually hangs out with me, excuse me, for a minute here.
She usually hangs out and watches the games or just hangs out in the same room, does whatever.
And I can watch pretty much any game.
She's totally cool with all that, and she knows how big of a fan I am.
And game two came along, and of course, you know, we all know by now they blew another 20-point lead.
And I was so pissed.
I was so pissed.
I was yelling at the TV.
I was, you know, she would try to say something to me, and I wouldn't even, like, hear her.
And she would try to say it again.
I wouldn't hear her again.
And then she just got to the point where she just went upstairs to go shower and do whatever
because she's like, I don't even want to be in the same room as you right now.
And I said, you know, please receive.
respect my time right now. This is so frustrating. And then she told me after the game, after they lost, she said, I'm sorry, I love you, but you cannot be in the hospital room while a game is going on, watching that game with these babies. I do not want that stress in that room with me and these babies.
Well, so I think the solution is to put it on your phone. Yeah, earpiece. But that's still in the room. It's still in the room.
Yeah, well, she can't sit up. She's a little busy. Yeah.
I agree.
You just can't let it affect you.
Can you do that?
Because what she saw in you, she doesn't want around her fairly right after having the babies
because she's obviously going to be hurting.
There are also new babies to take care of.
Her body's going through a lot.
You should be going through a lot.
And if you're acting like the way you just were and all that's happening, that's bad.
Had you just been, had you acted like an adult initially, I don't think this would have been
an issue.
And usually I'm pretty good, but man, this loss pissed me off.
Well, yeah, because it was a second one in a row.
I haven't been this mad in so long.
They won't lose another game. They don't lose another game.
You promise?
And it just so happens that game five lines up on the same day that the babies are covered.
Time and everything?
Well, no, the C-sections in the morning and the games at night, obviously.
You guys could move it.
Well, here's the thing about game five.
I would think that if the Celtics win the next one, game five will not be the decider.
It's a little easier to watch a game that's not the decider.
If the Celtics lose to the Knicks,
I think you keep that thing away from you.
Because if it's 3-1...
And they lose a series.
You lose the series.
Yeah, yeah.
You don't want that energy.
That's the start of their life, man.
You don't want that.
I would say 2-2.
You can passively watch it on your phone
in a strategic location.
Because if you go down 3-2, that's okay.
If it's 3-1 Nix,
I don't think you even...
This is the one time in your life.
There's no game happening.
Yeah.
that's probably the right thing to do.
And it's probably what I will do if they are down three one.
The right thing to do is it doesn't matter.
Don't watch the game at all.
But we're not talking about the right thing.
We're just trying to put you in the best situation.
I know.
You shouldn't watch the game though.
No matter what?
I think you can control yourself.
Can you not control yourself?
Dude, I thought I could, man.
But if they blow another 20-point lead, I'm probably going to break stuff in that hospital.
He knows himself.
He knows himself.
I'm going to break something in that damn hospital.
Okay.
Don't bring the babies near me at that moment.
The guy knows who he is.
Yeah.
Hey, the Thunder, I don't know, man.
Two-two.
I don't know either.
That's going seven games, I think.
Denver's playing tough.
Yeah.
I thought Denver was going to win that.
Me too.
It went down to the very end.
If you just saw the score, it ended up being four or five points, but it wasn't that.
Because with one second left is a two-point game and they fouled.
And Aaron Gordon hit like a bank three.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I just think about, I want Oklahoma City to win.
My family are all Thunder fans.
My father-in-law does not miss a Thunder game.
So I want them to win.
However, if they do lose, that he has to wear a woman's thong for a whole week.
It's true.
This series is getting a little too close for my thongs.
I thought it was a month.
Yeah.
Nah, it was just a week.
Okay.
I do want them to win.
I think the winner of that Denver, Oklahoma City series probably wins the West.
I don't know about the champ because Celtics.
Problem is Celtics, they got one of their biggest weapons has an injury.
And so, yeah, it's, I just don't think, I believe in the Thunder,
fully because they're the thunder.
The same reason I couldn't believe in Houston
in the NCAA basketball tournament
because they haven't given me a reason to believe yet.
Yeah, they're really good, but they've never won.
And they're young.
So you could convince me
Denver wins the title again
because they've done it before.
With basically the same guys.
And Yokic is now the coach too.
Yes.
What do you think about indie though?
Awesome.
Pretty awesome.
But here's the thing about Cleveland.
They're another one.
But they have an injury, yeah, not Garland.
The other Garland.
Yeah, Donovan Mitchell's hurt.
He's out
He's out
He's weird
He pulled his ankle
Like at half time
Like warm it up
Yeah
They're done
So Celtics got a knee
The calves got an ankle
Warriors have stuff
A hamstring
Hamstring
It's all about help now
Yeah
So
So Indiana
That's kind of cool
It's awesome
It's kind of cool
Because there's like
Small Market
But literally nobody cares
About Indiana
Which is kind of
Imagine if it's like
Indiana
But nobody cares
About Cleveland either
To be fair
Nobody cares about Cleveland
Either
But if it's like
Indiana versus
I don't even
Minnesota in the finals.
Yeah, that's a nightmare for the NBA.
Small market.
But at least Anthony Edwards exists.
True.
Yeah. And he's next baby Jordan.
You say baby Jordan?
He's next man up as far as like superstardom.
So that would be probably not short term the best idea for the NBA to have happened.
But long term, it'd be great for them and great for him.
So there would be a benefit to Minnesota making it because that would be the natural evolution
of a superstar.
with Anthony Edwards.
The pros of all the teams making it.
Denver,
Yokic is awesome.
They've won it before.
Yokic now has enough star power
for people to know who he is.
Last time,
maybe not so much,
but now, yes.
So Denver, yes.
Oklahoma City is a really cool story
because they're so young.
But they really...
I mean, Shea is not like a household dame.
Most people can't even pronounce his last name.
Yeah, so...
I think Oklahoma City as good as they are
if we're at that small market
like probably not the best for networks.
Let's go stay in the West.
Golden State would be awesome for them because of Steph.
Old, but superstar.
But without Steph.
They can't do anything.
They did play this last game a lot better.
Yeah, Kaminga stepped up.
Yeah, that 30 points.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
And Jimmy Butler too had like 30 too.
Close to it.
Yeah.
And they were running like 10-man rotation.
Like Steve Karr was playing everybody
just trying to figure it out.
So, Gold State, that's a plus.
We talked about the wolves.
It would be Anthony Anderson.
Not Anthony Anderson.
Edwards.
Anthony Anderson hosts a freaking family feud or something.
On the other side, Boston, we know that, Tatum, and they've won big market.
That's good.
The Knicks, that's New York.
So that's just awesome anyway.
Yeah.
Just because it's New York.
It's Market One.
That's a big market.
Cleveland, that nobody wants that
And Indianapolis, nobody wants that.
I'm not saying me, but I'm saying just generally.
They like to at least have a team or two
where there is some sort of casuals
really know and
fractional casuals still kind of know,
a player or two.
Yeah.
So anyway, what cares?
We still.
It's a long way to go.
Yeah.
Long way to go in these playoffs.
At least they're getting good though.
I don't think that the Celtics losing out the game.
Wow.
Nixon 7.
Is that Casey?
Nixon 7.
They shouldn't have lost the first two is the thing.
That's the most frustrating part is, and I'm not even just because it's your team, Casey,
but they are obviously the better team of Celtics.
And it makes me so angry when they lose to a worst team two times in a row.
But credit to the Knicks.
Jayla Brunton's awesome.
Brunson burner.
I like Josh Hart.
I mean, I hate Josh Hart, but just because he's not on my team, but I like the way he plays.
I mean, think about Luca and Brunson on the same back court.
Yeah.
There's not a little than one ball.
They had two balls.
It'd be real cool.
I don't think he can play like that.
I do want to, and I saw this on TikTok,
and it's not a sport we talk about much,
but it's hilarious.
Fishing?
We never talk about fishing.
The most controversial scandal in bass fishing history,
and I just was roped in.
Come on.
It's a story of a guy named Tony Christian.
Tony's won multiple tournaments,
including the All-American for $100,000,
but many say he cheated his way to victory.
Here's a clip of Jake Bagwell fishing on TikTok.
This story is unbelievable, if true.
Explain in the story.
So since the last time I posted a video about Tony Christian,
I've had tons of messages about guys that were fished against him
and were involved in this whole deal,
and the things that they have told me are unbelievable.
So apparently his brother or whoever,
one of his kin folks, was a scuba diver.
and he would scuba dive underneath those docks and he would make sure that it was a dock
that was either a floating dock or one that was just barely off of the water so that he could
hide the bubbles coming up from, you know, his breather.
They would put the fish underneath there and he would come by and if it was a popular dock,
he would come by and pitch a certain color worm or a certain color bait in there so that the guy,
his brother, whoever, would know that it was his bait.
He would take the bait, hook it to a fish and then,
jerk on it and he would reel the, reel the fish out. He would always use like a, you know,
a sherbert colored worm or something that you just didn't see a lot, something so the guy would
know that it was him. To go to that length to win, now he won 100 grand. He cashed that
check, a $100,000 check doing some crazy stuff like this. But if that's true, that is the
most absurd thing I've ever heard in my life. Wild, huh? Yeah, that's crazy. So to use a color,
an atypical color in that situation
so you would know it was him
if his scuba diving cousin
or whomever it is under the dock
close so he can breathe the bubble
because the bubbles do come up
but if you're in a place where there are bubbles
already
unbelievable and like how's he holding that fish
like what have you let's go
he texts underwater
and throw it I accidentally let go the fish
well so when he pulls the fish out
the fish almost looks dead
yeah okay so you see it
I sent you guys last night
yeah you sent in then I went down a little rival
whole myself. So I had to check out some more videos to see this guy. And yeah, there's multiple
videos of him pulling it out. And it kind of looks at you can't really tell. But he's also like
he's waving it around to make it look like it's alive. But you don't think about it in the
moment, obviously. When you're watching it and you didn't know. He is like moving.
Yeah. I got a mom. Yeah. No, I'm trying to know when he picks it up out of the water.
Yeah. Because normally, I've done a lot of fish in my life. The fish are like,
it's like moving. You know, you're trying to get together. Yeah. He's doing the movement.
and they really are not supposed to be dead when you weigh them in.
Like, I've fished in probably four or five fishing tournaments,
and so not a ton, but I fished in enough that for the most part,
anything like the live wells needs to be alive whenever you go and you weigh them.
Yeah.
But I don't know the rules of these big ones.
Remember those guys, too, to put the weights in the fish?
Oh, yeah.
That's what I was good.
Two years ago, I was like roped into this whole thing,
like watching updates and all that kind of stuff.
Fishing or just watching?
Just watching the scandal of what happened.
And I saw it like, I guess the day after it happened.
The weight one, right?
The weights, yeah.
They got whites in the fish.
You know, they're freaking out all the crowds, like, turning on these guys.
They arrest them.
Yeah, and they did get arrested because they found proof.
Stole money. Fraud.
Yeah, they found proof of them doing it in other tournaments.
Yeah.
And, like, they won a bass boat with like a trailer.
That had to be taken away.
It's big money.
Crazy stuff.
Yeah, because that's fraud.
Like, if you're taking money from something by not being on
about what you did to get the money. That's fraud. You should watch the video. We'll put it up
in the clip. When he picks the fish up, it is a big fish. It ain't flopping like he's thinking
normally flopping. I'm also not saying he did it or didn't do it. I don't know. But I thought
what a crazy story. And usually, though, if there's a lot of smoke, there's at least a little fire.
Not saying he cheated in this situation. But if a lot of people think this guy cheats a lot,
there's probably reason they think he cheats a lot. He's won a lot of money too. Tony.
But, okay, Tom Brady. Tom Brady. Okay. Tom Brady. But any
who wins all the time, they find reasons to go, well, they must have had an advantage.
Well, in this case, he did.
Well, we don't know for sure he did. We don't know for sure. We don't know.
We don't know for sure. So let's not get me sued, okay?

Lance McCuller's Jr. received death threats during Astro's loss is the headline from ESPN.
And this is about mostly, you guys see the college commercials where it's like, don't send your
favorite players
threats and tell them
they suck afterward in their DMs.
It's like a commercial, yeah.
So the Astros give up
10 runs in the first inning against the Reds.
Seven of those runs were courtesy of Astro starting pitcher
Lance McCuller's Jr. After that performance,
McCuller said he and his family were the subject of death threats
on social media. The Astros confirmed that police
in Houston were notified to the threats.
It goes on and on, ESPN. And I don't want
to minimize any sort of death threat at all.
But if I called
the cops every time somebody they were going to, they wanted
to kill me online, in a DM,
It'd be, I'd have a death threat a day.
Literally, I'd have a death threat at least five a week.
But it's not people going, I am going to come to your house at this address and murder you.
It's mostly like, if I could I kill you.
Or something like that.
There should be like a separator of like real death threats and social media idiots.
Like tears to it.
Yeah.
Tears system.
Yeah.
Tears the death threat.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Is it a Smy?
I don't know.
Let me see.
You're kind of idiot.
Yeah, it looks like Smy.
Social media idiot.
So we're not going to actually...
And again, I didn't see his death threats.
It could be people saying,
we know where you live and we're coming for you.
That's a death threat.
I just don't even call them in anymore.
I never have called one in.
We had a stalker situation.
Those were real threats.
At your house?
Yes.
Multiple.
Yes.
And that could have been this too.
But when you play bad and a bunch of idiots
are just messing you because you play bad,
I understand calling the cops,
especially if it's your first couple of times.
My point is, if he throws enough bad games,
he's going to realize he can't call in the cops every time.
Right.
Because you do anything,
there are so many idiots out there that just message you.
So he will be numb to this.
This is how you know he's good.
Because this is like his first experience
at getting crazy fans going idiotic on him,
and it's scaring him.
It's like game 40 of 152.
I was going to say it's like a random regular season.
And he did say,
he said there have been many, many threats over the years aimed at me,
but I think bringing kids into the equation.
I need to find them or next time they see us in public,
they're going to stab my kids to death, things like that.
Okay, that's not good.
Yeah, that's not great.
That's not good.
I'd call the cops on that one.
I would.
But you're right.
If they don't have an avatar, I ain't calling the cops.
And the people that send these messages come from accounts.
By the way, I'd have called the cops too.
On that one.
Just generally, because I don't know all of it.
I think you should always protect yourself.
I just want to say that again.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
My point is, if they don't have an avatar, or it's like the bird, the egg or whatever on Twitter,
and you go look at their page and they're just repug...
It's still weird, man.
You don't know who that is.
It's even worse to me.
If they're that dumb, they're not going to be able to find you or get to you.
But yes, you should not do that.
But my point is he hasn't been so bad that he's had enough of this to where he starts to numb a little bit.
And then that gets unsafe too because you're like, well, none of them are real.
Then it only takes one.
Right.
But yeah, I hate that for them.
Yeah, that sucks.
And also, why...
Wait, wait, just threaten him.
Don't threaten his kids.
Oh, yeah, exactly.
If you're going to be a social media idiot, just threaten him.
You think he sucks.
You want to punch him in the face.
You don't need to be threatening about, don't even be specific.
The stabbing?
That's crazy.
Like, the more specific you get, the more, again, you have to think about calling the cops too.
Yeah.
That's why I said like a dress.
Like, when they get specific, that's when it gets scarier.
So, yeah, I'd probably call the cops on the stabbing the kids.
Ugh.
But I've had a lot.
If I had to call the cops on every death threat or someone said they were going to kill me or wish I was dead,
They answer
They'd be up every day
We just meet every morning
Before I went into work
We'd have a meeting every morning
They know you by name
Hey Bobby
Pre-show meeting
What do you got today
Well here's this
No Avatar guy
It looks like
The Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz
Is his avatar
Oh that guy
Yeah
He's back
He's back
Okay
So there's that
Let's do
This here
This is
Oh our time machine
Celebrity Crushes
All right go with that
I had the biggest crush as a kid on Marsha Brady.
But we were not, by the time as a kid, she was already like 40 or something.
But I had a crush as a kid on kid Marsha Brady.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Like I'd watch the Brady bunch and I'd go like, I'd have like a time machine crush.
That's what I call it, time machine crush on Marsha Brady.
Because that show was like 60s and 70s.
I wasn't born until the 80s.
And now Marine McCormick.
So I made a list of time machine crushes.
Oh, interesting.
This is good.
Throughout time, they can't be a crush now or when even we were younger because we were too young.
They weren't the same age as us.
Well, can you do a crush like you see them now when they were younger and you're like, man, if I were that age, I would have a crush on that.
I think that's kind of a time machine crush.
That works.
Okay, good.
Yeah.
Why it came to mind was Marshall Brady.
Because I would watch the show on Nick and I'd be like, man, I'd like to go out on a date with her.
I don't even know what that means.
I was like 11.
You're just new.
There was some inside of you.
Yeah, but I like butterflies.
She was my age on that show at the time,
but she was like a real,
so I have three time machine crushes.
One is Marsha Brady.
Two was, if I were to go back even further,
she has dark hair.
Eddie, you would know those black and white movies.
She's on my list too.
Who is it?
Aubrey Hepburn.
Yeah.
Nice.
Audrey Hepburn was so freaking hot, dude.
Yeah, Audrey Hepburn.
Yeah, she's my number two on my list.
She was freaking hot.
All right, Eddie, calm down, dude.
She's number two on my list, too.
She is.
Did you see her age, though?
Did you look up her age?
Well, she died in 1993.
Correct.
If she was still alive, though, I asked AI.
Oh, no.
How old would she be?
Audrey Hepburn would be 96 years old to that.
Dang.
And probably wouldn't look the same.
Probably.
Probably didn't look the same in 1992 before she died in 93.
But yeah, I think a time machine crush, Audrey Hepburn.
So, Marsha Brady.
Marie McCormick because
Marine McCormick.
What is Marie McCormick?
That's Marcia Brady.
That's the actress?
Oh, that's her actual name?
Yeah.
Oh, never even knew that.
And that's a name you would remember.
But Marine McCormick was always older than me.
So that doesn't count.
Marsha Brady, though, is the time machine crush.
Audrey Hepburn is never a character.
She was just hot back in like this.
She was super hot.
Born in 1929 in Belgium.
And the other one.
Oh, yeah.
Are you all right?
Brain is in?
Brain is looking around?
Oh, yeah.
The other.
other one that I have, and it's only because I went down
a rabbit hole, and I knew the song, but
she got big in the 80s, and
she ended up marrying Paul Simon.
I know Eddie'll know this, but if I...
Oh, Brandon might know this too, because Brandon is a... Oh, I bet he does.
Producer, songwriter, musician. If I sang,
I'm not aware of too many things. I know what I know if you know what I mean.
Do you?
How about philosophy?
Is the top of a cereal box religion?
is a smile on a dog.
I have no idea.
I'm not,
you've heard this song?
No.
Really?
Yeah, you have.
If I've heard it, you've definitely heard it.
Oh, yeah.
What I am.
Oh, that's the chorus.
Oh, okay.
What I am is what I am,
but for you what you are the one.
Do you know that is?
I don't know who it is.
So it's Edie Burkell.
Okay.
Now, she ended up marrying Paul Simon.
They were way ahead of their time,
which is like 1988's when that happened.
But that's probably the end of what can be considered
a time machine,
crush.
Because anything about 90, I'm 10, and I'm like, why is that thing getting bigger?
You know what I mean?
Even though you don't understand.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm looking at her.
Look up a young Edy Brichael.
She's old.
She's probably in her 70.
Yeah.
And she's still married to Paul Simon.
Oh, okay.
So if you look and I could.
Okay.
I just keep getting Zach Edy.
Oh, no.
Hey.
A little different looking.
A little bit.
That's a real list of it.
Yeah.
I see.
Like, I'll send you a video.
She kind of looks like Janice Joplin there.
Kind of if Janice Joplin like brushed her teeth to put on deodorant.
She smells better than Janice Joplin.
No armp hair.
Okay.
I'll send you this video.
This is like, so this, yeah, that would be my three.
Did you know that she was hot when you were younger?
Nope.
That's a deep cut.
Just now that you know what she looked like then.
I like Paul Simon.
Yeah, but not anymore, dude.
She's your crush.
No, time machine crush.
She's like 70, dude.
Oh.
Yes, I know.
She's my taller.
1988,
Edy Brichel.
When I was in first grade,
second grade,
I didn't even know
what she looked like.
Brandon,
I'll send you this video
to Kevin.
Okay.
Just so you can have a better picture,
a better view,
and then I'll do
Casey.
Oh, wrong Casey?
He's going to be like,
what the?
Boom, sent.
So those are my three.
I would go,
Marsha Brady,
not Marie McCormick,
Audrey Hepburn,
E.
Time Machine Crushes.
Pretty good.
They have not exist at the same time.
Eddie, who are your three?
My first one would be Marilyn Monroe.
It's a good one.
And this is easy to me because I watch old movies.
And now that I'm older and I look at these old movies, I'm like, gosh, she was smoking hot.
Like, back then when they were in their 20s or their 30s, they were it, right?
Marilyn Monroe to me is like, in those old movies, like, pretty hot.
Yeah.
Yeah, I was never a big Maryland guy.
Me neither.
And if she was, she's dead too.
I could understand why people were then.
Yeah.
Yeah, but I guess.
Yeah, really.
Really?
You know a real molding into it for you?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Hold on.
Give me a second.
Give me a second.
Marilyn Monroe's real name.
Stage name, obviously.
Yeah.
Gosh, it's like three names, right?
Like Thelma Lin or something?
Like, um.
Yeah, it's Thelma Lin.
It's not Thelma Linn, but it's something like that.
Give me a hint.
You probably know it from Elton John.
Whenever she died,
did candle in the wind.
Oh, I thought that was Princess Dye.
The original was about Marilyn Monroe.
Okay.
Redid it for Princess Dye.
Gosh, what is her real name?
Give me a hand on just...
In.
Norma. Norma Jean.
Norma Jean. Riley, gonna marry me.
Diamond Rio?
No.
Norma Jean Monroe.
Mortensen.
Mortensen.
Oh, yeah, you gotta change that.
Yeah, you got to take...
We don't agree without Mortonson.
You got to get off Mortonton.
Yeah.
Okay, Marilyn Monroe, strong number one.
She was still alive.
She'd be 98.
So I like these older women.
Yeah.
It's time machine, dude.
She's almost a hundred, dude.
It's time machine.
All right, go ahead.
And then Audrey Hepburn was my number two, just like you.
Super hot.
And then, this is a weird one.
And I have this conversation with my father-in-law because he was young when she was young.
It's just like you're out of your mind.
But when I watch Barbara Streisand, like these days.
Wow, what a poll.
She's hot to me.
And like, I'm attracted to her.
A young Barbara Streisand.
What's up, Doc? Did you ever see that?
No.
I don't know why we had it as a kid, but I always thought she was beautiful.
See?
Was it a role?
I don't know, man, because she does have a bigger nose, and I know that's like, you look at that.
I need to look her up, young.
I can't picture her young.
Young Barbara.
I thought maybe you'd go to like Willie Nelson or something.
What?
Red hair, younger.
I could see that.
Yeah.
Older.
I mean, I do like Willie.
Let's see.
Red-headed stranger.
Yeah.
Okay.
What's up, Doc?
you looking up Barbara Streisand Young
Like there's a movie she did with
Dude right here
Yeah that one
That's right I mean I get it
I get it
Hold up hold up
Not really my thing but I get it
Right here
Look at that
Look at that
I'm on the Google images
I see it okay
And maybe maybe you think about her like now
Because she's still she's still alive
No no she's 83 yeah
No I get it
What do you think Kevin
Maybe I don't know
He's fine
He's showing everybody this picture.
No, she doesn't do it for me, man.
I'm sorry.
There's also that segment,
is she famous or is she hot?
And you put up pictures of people
and you're like,
Tate McCrae.
Oh, yeah.
Katie Perry.
It's like, is she famous or is she hot?
Because sometimes they get hotter
if they're famous.
Yeah.
So, okay.
So those are your three.
Those are my three.
None of yours are recent.
No, they're all old.
Yeah, really old.
Yeah.
Weirdo.
Black-a guy.
Movie.
Movie, yeah, all right.
Kevin.
Thank you, Kevin.
For me is Phoebe Kate.
I need to look her up.
No that is?
From a movie.
When I was a kid and I saw it, it came out about 10 years before I was born.
Lisa Kudrow?
This is the name of the actress.
Yes.
Oh, she's 61 now.
Okay.
Oh, okay.
I can see that.
And what movie?
Fast.
Yeah?
Times of Richemont.
Yeah.
Yeah, I've never seen it.
What?
I got it.
Yeah, I'm not going to say when.
What are you going to say?
The number one question is, is Phoebe Kates half Chinese?
I'm like Google
Are you asking me?
Cates is of Eurasian or a mixed European and Asian descent
I don't know I just see what the number one question is about people
Okay
Time machine she's 61 it counts
61 now Phoebe Cates
And number two is Olivia Newton-John
Oh great one
Absolutely
Come on
That's the one that I want
I wish I'd have thought of that one
I don't know who I'd have kicked out
But that's a plus
I'll watch her sometimes because I watch a lot of
My algorithm feeds me old country music awards
shows and she performed on some of them.
Oh, really?
Yeah, because she was a country artist.
She was.
And she's an awesome singer, but yeah, you're right.
A plus.
Dude, when she's wearing the...
And she can really sing.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, I just know that from Greece, obviously, but...
Yeah, living in John was late.
Yeah.
It's like your stepmom.
Oh, what?
This is getting weird.
Don't ruin this for Ken.
No, no, no.
And...
And...
Farrah Fossett.
Oh, yeah, dude.
Absolutely.
Not really for me.
No?
Really?
I get it, but I never saw the famous poster and was like, oh, yeah, I don't know, I get it.
The feathered hair thing is very much a style thing, and I get it.
I'm not saying she wasn't attractive, of course.
But I was never like, man, she was no Marsha Brady guys.
But that is different.
It is different.
You were 11 and you had a crush on Marsha Brady.
Yeah, she was also 11 in the show or whatever it was.
Brandon, would you have a number one if you just had to pick one?
Just off the top of my head,
Goldie Hawn
Like way back in the day
Oh yeah
Yeah because now if you look back at
Wildcats
Wowcats the football movie
Great movie
The only reason I never watched it
It was because football
You're like oh man
She was young
Like she had it
She had it going on
Overboard
Yeah I lose it
I really don't know much
About Goldie Hawn except for that
Yeah
Do you have one Casey
That comes to mine
Come to I think Susan Sarandon
From Rocky Harrow Picture show
I was like cute
Okay
You know top of mine
I'd need to look back at that
Mike D?
Is Dolly Parton count?
Yes, it does.
A plus. Great one.
Great one.
We only know her for being old, but we know her.
We only know her from being like 65, 60 plus.
Well, I'm good with that.
Being old.
Yeah.
I saw Mike going there.
That's a good one, Mike.
Yeah, that's fun.
Yeah, good job, guys.
Just all, like, bonus.
Oh, we're doing bonus round?
You got a bonus for?
Guys, I have a bonus.
Suzanne Summers.
Yeah, solid.
Three's company.
You know what I mean?
You know what I just had to say it.
Solid.
I was very jealous of Jack Tripper.
Oh, every day.
Yeah, I think, though, I'd have probably not been as, yeah.
I don't know.
Is it pervy for a time machine, is my question.
No, no, no.
We're a time machine, dude.
It's a time machine, right?
Yeah.
If we didn't have a time machine, they'd be pervy.
Yeah.
Creepy.
Hey, man.
Queen Victoria.
Now, I'm doing $1,300.
Okay.

And I'm Brianna Stewart.
And our podcast, Game Recognized Game, has never been done before.
Two active players giving you a real look at our lives and what we actually think, on and off the court.
Nothing's off limits. We talk trade requests.
What's the vibe of that when it's like your star player is like, well, I want to leave?
And then actually now I'm going to stay.
We talk tanking.
I mean, honestly, like, I might get in trouble for this answer, but I think it's like definitely happening in the WMB.
And yeah, we talk about our mistakes too.
They pulled me to the side and was like, hey, man, we got a call last night, man.
You can't be rolling around the city like this tonight before games, no, you know, doing this, doing whatever.
And of course, family stories.
And we're like, Mommy, why did you miss that?
Mommy, do you play basketball?
Check out Game Recognized game with Stuy and Miles on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I do have a pickleball tournament this weekend.
Yes.
Nice.
I haven't played at all in like two weeks.
I've been on the road and it rained today.
So I don't know if I can get any work in today.
But I'm going to play.
I have no idea how good I am.
Meaning against people who actually play.
Right.
How many people in the tournament?
I don't know.
Okay.
I signed up like a month and a half ago because I probably wouldn't have signed up
knowing that I'm coming right off of being on the road that much,
not being able to play.
And then who knew it was going to rain.
Yeah.
That's why I don't sign up because I'm,
I'm looking at the Almanac.
But I have no idea.
I have no idea how good I am.
We're going to need to stream this.
So I play, it could be a two-day tournament.
Oh, nice.
So Saturday, because I'm playing in two different categories.
I'm playing singles, which was I just signed up to do that.
And then I have a buddy who's like, let's just play doubles.
So we're going to do both.
Don't forget to pack your water and a lunch just in case you get to hydrate this.
Yes, please.
Oranges.
Orange slices.
That's a great point.
Dang, I can write that down right now.
Yeah, we do.
tournaments, man, every weekend.
You've got to be aware of your dancers hip, too.
That's true.
I've been fighting that one for years.
Yeah.
I'm also considering, like, do I just stop wearing my favorite baseball team,
Chicago Cubs and stuff now?
Why?
How come?
Yeah, why would you do that?
We reached out to do too much access, and they were like,
now we'll pass.
And so now it's like...
Did they say it like that?
I don't know.
Kevin said they passed.
Did they say, nah, we'll pass?
They said, uh, we've got a lot going on this year.
Sorry, we're going to pass on this.
This year.
Oh.
this year. So it's like,
do I take it personally?
Another boycott, another curse.
No, trust me. You're not going to curse them.
They've had a curse for a hundred years.
Billy Goat. They're doing well though.
Yeah, well, they're like five over, five games over.
Yeah, everyone's doing, no one's like going crazy anymore.
So my thoughts are, because I are A,
it's hard because my whole life I've been a Cubs fan.
Yeah.
But I do take that stuff personally.
Because I think you've got a lot going on,
but when like a diehard fan of yours wants to come up and spend 45 minutes, like
highlighting your team.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, let's also, it doesn't matter.
So it's either A, just go ahead and step, step back from my fandom, or B, I can go
different routes to try to get us there.
But then am I like, you're begging.
Yeah, am I like begging?
I don't know.
Yeah.
And if you do stop wearing their stuff, that could hurt their finances.
Like less people.
will buy it.
Yeah.
And think about that.
Come a white socks fan with the Pope, dude.
You know what I mean?
A lot of good publicity, man.
They'll be really upset.
Don't do that.
Who knows they need it?
I should get on the big show tomorrow and threaten it.
Do it.
Because we're on Chicago.
Do it.
Let them hear you.
I think, and Casey should get credit for the, for planting that seat in my head.
Yeah.
Bring it on.
Good or bad.
We're going to make sure.
We'll see.
Casey, don't forget, you're the one that started this.
TBB.
Bobby Boones.
Get shut down on Chicago.
Yeah.
Well, no, I would just move to the White Sox.
You got the Pope on your side, dude.
Yeah, I would just be like me and Bob, Bob and Bobby.
That's what I'm saying.
Too much access with the Pope?
I was saying the White Sox.
I thought you were going to say the White Sox.
Oh, that would be good too.
The Pope's doing batting practice.
The Vatican.
I'm bad.
It's cool.
Okay.
Yeah, that's it.
Thank you guys.
Kevin, good luck.
Thank you.
Good luck, Kevin.
Love you, dude.
If they win game two, you should watch game five passively.
If they lose,
wait, I don't know, game four.
Thank you.
If they win their second game, that's what I meant to say.
Thank you.
Then you're good.
Yeah, they win tonight.
Yes, they went tonight.
I think you should passively keep the game on.
But control yourself.
But if they lose, you can't watch it down one three
where you could lose the series.
Because you may also lose a wife.
And babies.
The day of.
If you lose your cool, your whole family, basically.
Yeah.
And that'd be the quickest.
All right.
That'd be the quickest, like, move out.
She didn't move back into the house
She just moved somewhere else with them
Take some babies and runs
Yeah
Okay cool
We'll see you guys
Later on this week
And Kevin good luck
We're losing Kevin for a couple weeks
We lost Reed
Rest and Peace Reed
Oh he's coming back though he said
I got his picture up over here beside me
I talked to him yesterday
And I said what's been going on
Man he goes
Well
In St. Louis
The mover showed up
And one of them wouldn't get off TikTok
So I had to move it all myself
With one of the other movers
and not only that, it was touch-free, and I was touching.
What?
What?
I heard that.
He told you that.
He told me that, yeah.
He said it's touch-free and set up free, and I had to touch and set it up,
because one of them wouldn't get off TikTok.
TikTok.
And they only do that in St. Louis.
The big, Steve.
That sucks.
So, yeah, rest of piece, read.
And that's it.
Eddie, blow the whistle.
Here we go.
We'll see you guys later this week.
everybody.
