It's the best bits of the week with Morgan, number one. No, it's Morgan number two. I am counting down the biggest moments from the show this week.
Starting point is 00:03:03 We had so much happened from people coming in the studio to our one chip challenge to basically us voting off one show member to die. Yes, that really happened. So I'm going to count everything down that happens so you make sure you don't miss any single thing, especially the big moments. While Amy was out and about in Nashville, she saw not one but two country artists and one of them was doing their own grocery shopping and we couldn't believe it. You have to hear this. And of course, Amy gets all the awesome encounters with celebrities. So these are just two more good
Starting point is 00:03:34 ones. Number seven. Let's go. Let's do another round of stars are just like us, Bobby Bone Show edition. Where Amy, you're at the grocery store. Yes. And I look over, I'm in the produce, somewhere over by the lemons and apples. And I look up and I see this lady with a red hair doing her own grocery shopping. Reba. No! Yes. I couldn't believe it.
Starting point is 00:04:01 I thought, oh, wow, that lady looks a lot like Reba. And then I heard her say something, and she has a mask on. You know, so you can't fully tell. But then once I heard it and I double-taked, a hundred percent Reba, they're by herself, pushing her own little cart. Yeah. And then when I was checking out, she was in a checkout line sort of next to me. And I was just kind of side-eyeing.
Starting point is 00:04:23 Totally her. And no one went up to her and said, hey, can't get a picture? No, honestly, I don't think people were paying that much attention. And with the masks, it's got to really help celebrities out. And she could also be like, I ain't Reba. Right. What are you talking about? You know, earlier we're talking about Reba, and she's one of the ten richest country stars period.
Starting point is 00:04:42 She has about $100 million. And she's out grocery shopping for, what was she getting? Because I would have gotten to her cart and seen exactly what Reba was buying. I tried to take inventory, mostly fresh produce. Not shocking. No spaghettis or anything? I knew Reba. And maybe some sort of jam.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Like there was a jar full of something. But I definitely. No ice cream. Trying to creep on her a little bit. But gave her her space for sure. Are you surprised, Eddie, that she doesn't have someone that does the shopping for her?
Starting point is 00:05:09 Yes. I mean, with all that money, you wouldn't have to leave the house ever to do anything, much less go apples and oranges. And she had no security with her? Nope. She was just there by herself. Dang, that's the life.
Starting point is 00:05:19 And she went through the checkout. And I thought, what is she, when she pays? some credit card, does it say Reba? Great point. I don't know. I thought about the checker-outher.
Starting point is 00:05:28 I bet you that her credit cards are under an LLC business name. Ruba. Oh, guys, I think this is her. No, Ruba McIntyre. So it can't be her. So close, Jim. Holly, so close. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:43 So, um, stars are just like us. I was thinking about Chris Tableton the other day. Same situation because in his song, Arkansas, I talked about the blue lights being behind him. And he says that whole song was a true story. so they pull over. Can you imagine if a cop comes up
Starting point is 00:05:54 and gets Chris Stapleton's ID and is like, all right, Mr. Staplet. What the. Yeah. You got to keep it together though. Right. Or do you go, hello, Mr. Staples? I'm a huge fan.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Hey, drive as fast as you want, buddy. You know, to be a police officer pull over somebody famous would be pretty cool. I'm sure, and you know what's happened. Yeah. The mask thing is weird, though, because they make people put on masks now when they come up to the car.
Starting point is 00:06:17 So I bet you there are some celebrities that are like pulling it off. Like, no officer. Just to give him a glimpse. You know, you know, don't you recognize my face? That's fun you saw Reba. Was it a fancy grocery store? Sort of a health market-ish.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Like you can't find Heinz ketchup there, if that's what you're asking. What's the name of it? Fresh market. I knew Reba would be at Fresh Market. Only the best for her. So you're at the dentist yesterday. Yes. And?
Starting point is 00:06:44 And I see Jimmy Allen. What? And what's he doing? He was checking it. He was like, I was walking. I was checking in. He was checking out. So we were across from each other.
Starting point is 00:06:58 And he was paying, I guess, her to make a little joke to the girl. She said something like, okay, you can go ahead and just run your card. He's like, okay, dude, I don't, I don't know if I get the joke. Something about, do you try to, can I pick the amount of whatever it's going to be? And she was like, no, this is the total. Sounds like a bad joke. Yeah. Maybe I'm, maybe I'm misinterpreted that joke.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Maybe I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, it was good. So we saw each other across the counter and said, what up? You have a mask on? He did. He had on like a buff thing pulled up over his neck. And then I had a mask. So you guys recognized each other without mask? I don't recognize anybody with a mask. Yeah, I don't either. Even people, like the other day, there was this one blonde girl who was in my house with a mask and I was like, Caitlin? Is that you? Was that you? Well, there's another instance of Amy seeing a celebrity. If you count back through the years, Reba, obviously Jimmy Allen, Kip Moore.
Starting point is 00:07:52 at the grocery store. Yeah. Brett Eldridge, Thomas Wrett, Chip Esten from Nashville. Dolly? Dolly driving around. Dirk's, Cheryl Crow. Kimberly, Karen.
Starting point is 00:08:03 You just hang out where all these people are there? No, I just see them. Miranda. I see them in parking lots. Oh, yeah. Miranda? In parking lots. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:11 Who's the I'm a redneck. Gretchen Wilson? Gretchen. Where did you see her? Parking lot. That one makes sense. That's one that I would understand. It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two.
Starting point is 00:08:29 So this week, Mike D shared his first photos from his engagement shoot with his fiancé Kelsey. They were so adorable. So I brought on Mike D to share a little bit more about that because we all love hearing about love. Right, Mike D? We love, yes. Okay, so these were your first photos from your engagement shoot. How long did those photos take you guys to do? We took about two hours to get all those done.
Starting point is 00:08:51 And where all did you guys shoot in Nashville? So in Nashville, we went to our favorite coffee place, which is frothy monkey, and we got coffees there, and then we just walked up and down like the street, kind of like the little side little, like, mural things they have there. And then we went downtown for a little bit to take some shots on the bridge. Is coffee like a big part of your guys' relationship? I'd say it's like the foundation of our relationship. No matter what we do, something ends up with us getting coffee, whether it's like our daily Starbucks run or on the weekends. try to venture out and try something different. But yeah, it's been a lot about coffee.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Well, and during the segment that's going to play back, you know, we talked about the engagement photos on air, but the guys kind of gave you a hard time for the filter of the photos and your hands in it. You know, how did that kind of make you feel when that went down on air? Honestly, I didn't notice it. Like, I loved the pictures so much. And when we got them back, we were so excited about them. So it was just, I don't know. I didn't see that when I saw the pictures. I do have hairy hands. I'm a Mexican. guy. So, um, I don't know. It was unexpected. Well, I will say I didn't notice it either. I mean, I was like, these are really cute. I was just in love with you guys. Like, I was like, oh, they
Starting point is 00:10:02 look so happy. I'm so jealous of them right now. So I didn't notice it either. When you guys chose which photos you were going to use, was there like this huge debate over which ones you got to be careful with? Because trolls on the internet, let's be honest, are just so mean. Uh, I didn't really even consider that when I was posting them. I just kind of went with our, my favorite one. And We made sure we, like, didn't post the exact same one on, like, our first picture on it. But no, I didn't think about that at all. No, good. Well, are you happy?
Starting point is 00:10:30 Are you okay after that segment aired? Because I know some listeners were checking in on you to make sure you were okay, you know, I mean, a little insult to your hands, but I thought the photos were fabulous. So I just wanted to make sure you could come on and share your piece. No, yeah, I'm all good. It's fine. Well, there you have it, listeners. Mike is okay. All is good over there.
Starting point is 00:10:50 So listen to this segment. Here it is them talking about his engagement photos. Number six. By the way, Mike D put his engagement photos up. And Mike D, they're extremely cute, whatever you say about it. But let me have a talk with you about these. Okay. Because in the one,
Starting point is 00:11:04 Amy, look at it. Mike D has somewhat hairy hands, but not crazy hairy. Mike, it looks like the lighting is so weird. It looks like your wolf man in that picture. Yeah, they look very hairy. Have you seen it? Yeah. Why did you not go, hey, switch the camera on that?
Starting point is 00:11:18 I don't know. All right. Amy, look at Mike D's hands. That's his hand. No, no, no. It's my hands. Look at the light in these pictures on Mike D's hands. Because they're great pictures, but he's not that hairy.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Okay, yeah. It looks hairy, but also like you got a really tight grip on her. It looks like a full moon is out where wolf. And not only are your hands super hairy, but you're choking her. Yeah. It's like not letting her go. It's like really tight. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:42 Like not letting her go. But look at his hands in real life. He has hair there for sure. Dude, you look totally different in the pictures. You really do look like Teen Wolf. Caitlin goes, What is it? Caitlin goes,
Starting point is 00:11:53 Does Mike that hairy? And I didn't see the picture. And I go, yeah, it's probably the hairiest guy in the show. He's got chest hair. And she's like, look at his hands. And I was like, Teen Wolf. Did he ride on top of the van getting to these pictures? But the other ones, you look, your hands aren't that bad.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Anyway, they're great pictures. But holy moly, like braid those knuckles in this picture. Wow. They're great Mike. But, they are. great, but that's just a weird light on your hand. We'll post it on our... Do we have permission to put them up so people can go,
Starting point is 00:12:28 dang, that's what I'm asking. How is it? How were engagement photos? Mike, do you have to pay for those extra or does your wedding photographer do them? We have a different one, so yeah, paid extra. What's that run you? More than I thought. Are you going to take them? Engagement photos?
Starting point is 00:12:48 I think so. You have photos from your engagement. No, no, no. Let me say this. If it were up to me, I would be like, let's just get married tomorrow. Sure. Like, you are the right one for me. We will be together forever.
Starting point is 00:13:01 Let's just go. I don't want to rob her of any experience based on me just going, let's go, let's go, let's go. So, yeah, we'll do engagement photos. And we put them in the invitations, apparently. I'm not sure what happens. Even for registering for stuff, I was like, I don't need anything. But then I was like, I don't want to rob her of the joy of getting to go somewhere and do some registering for stuff.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Like stuff that, like towels. Yeah. You know? I'm sure we'll do something philanthropic as well. But I don't want to rock. I can't let my selfish behavior going. I don't need anything. Take the experience away from her.
Starting point is 00:13:35 So that's my goal. I'm trying to be more present and aware. And we're going to do engaging in photos. Don't know. You don't know where or anything? Don't know anything about it. You just got to pick a tree, right? And just have her, like, touch the tree and then you're behind her.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Or in the big old field with overgrave own grass where you never go, but you've got to go there to take pictures. It's so ridiculous. They look pretty, though. They're not ridiculous if they mean something to the person in the pictures. And I haven't found that filled yet, but I will. It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two. We are getting into the Christmas spirit over here on the Bobby Bone show. And this week, we talked about our best and worst Christmas songs. Some of them that you may totally disagree with and they might even be a little controversial, but there's also some that you will
Starting point is 00:14:23 really love just like we did. So hopefully you enjoy this segment and get right into the mood for the holidays. Number five. I'm going to go first. It's tough because there's so many great Christmas songs. Great ones. But I just went with the first one that came to my head, which was Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday. And sing. Merry Christmas. As the best. Merry Christmas. Happy holiday. And it's an original. The best. So good. The first one that came out of mind makes me happy and smile is this.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Happy holiday. Amy Best. Best is Mariah Carey all I want for Christmas. Another original, which is good. This played a little bit much for me to be a favorite. I was way more of an in-sync fan than Mariah Carey. Eddie Best Christmas song. Easy.
Starting point is 00:15:22 Bing Crosby, White Christmas. Listen to the warmth. That's the warmth, that's static. I like it. And you picture all the soldiers over World War II wanting to come home listening to this. White Christmas for me, I prefer the... Hummelah. Yes, that's a good one too, but this is my favorite.
Starting point is 00:15:47 I think it's a drifters or the platters? Yeah, drifters. The drifters, yeah. Morgan, best Christmas song. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas from Michael Bluebley. It's beginning to look a lot. It feels like Christmas. morning. Yeah, it reminds me Christmas is here.
Starting point is 00:16:01 He's becoming Christmas guy, right? I think that crooning style is Christmas. That's why we think of Brett Eldridge's Christmas. That's why we think of Michael Boubley. They put out great Christmas records. This is good. Yeah, it is. It's really great. Lunchbox, your favorite Christmas song ever?
Starting point is 00:16:19 Well, you just played it. Michael Boobley is starting to look a lot like Christmas. Wow. Surprising coming from you. My wife really likes it. And so we listen to it a lot, and I'm like, that dude can sing pretty well. Now, back around the room, the worst Christmas song. And I'm going to go with jingle bells by the singing dogs. Pretty bad. First of all, it drives me crazy.
Starting point is 00:16:49 Secondly, if you played around a dog, they go absolutely berserk. This song's awful. Amy, worst Christmas song. I'm going to go with Santa Baby. Oh. Yeah, what's the deal with this? This is great. What?
Starting point is 00:17:04 Santa's like her husband. No, he's not. In this song. You don't think so, I always thought this. She just sounds so rotten. I want a car. Give me this, Santa. Do you think she's really trying to get with Santa?
Starting point is 00:17:19 She's sick, too. Okay. He's married. Eddie? Oh, mine is Carol the Bells, Trans-Siberian. orchestra. Great. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:17:28 Jam it. Hit it. This Christmas? Get out of here. Yeah. Jam right here. Have you never seen them live? No.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Oh, boy. Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas. Bad song. Great song. Morgan. Oh, it has to be Christmas shoes by a new song. I cry every time this song to the song. Damn.
Starting point is 00:17:54 You know, it makes me bald. We used to do this bit with Lunchbox. on the year every Christmas, where he'd go out and act out this song to stores with like some change and say the words of the song. You would go say what? I would go to a shoe store and I'd bring a pair of shoes up there and be like,
Starting point is 00:18:12 oh, and then they'd tell me the total and I'd throw a bunch of pennies on the counter and be like, I just, you know, I want my mom to look beautiful. She meets Jesus tonight. And they're like, well, do you have the rest of the money? I'm like, this is all I got. I just came straight from the hospital.
Starting point is 00:18:26 And they'd be like, I'm sorry. and, you know, some people in line would offer to pay for them for you, and they were really nice. It was the best, it was so fun to do that one. That was made you my favorite thing ever. Just to make them feel so awkward because they're denying this guy. That's why I don't like the song that much, because I felt so awkward in his bit. We're not going to do it this year.
Starting point is 00:18:45 No, we're not going to do it this year. Lunchbox, the worst Christmas song. Madonna. Santa Baby. Santa baby. Same versions? I sent in Madonna, Santa Baby, because it just sounds so creepy to me and I find it weird. I guess she did like a version of it.
Starting point is 00:19:05 I'm sure people covered it. But the original is like Earth the Kit or something. Ramundo, did you have a couple? Yeah, the worst one I got Kenny Chesney. All I want is a real good tan. That was terrible. Then I copied Amy on the good one, Mariah Care. I'm ready for it, though, right?
Starting point is 00:19:28 Let's go. No, no. Okay, Eddie goes, then. I mean, let's get a little bit of time. It's the best. bits of the week with Morgan number two. One of our special guests on the show this week was one of my personal favorites, Miranda Lambert.
Starting point is 00:19:43 She came on the show to talk about the podcast she's part of, all of her amazing rescue dogs, and she even gave us some info on that steamy music video. She released with her husband, you know, the one that Amy and I both really liked. Yeah, she talks all about that. So here we go. Number four. On the Bobby Bones show now. Miranda Lambert.
Starting point is 00:20:02 Miranda, how are you? How's doing? Hey, I'm pretty good. Hey, I have a question for you because, you know, you're super famous. People have to recognize you everywhere you go. But can you wear a mask now and do things that you weren't able to do prior to everybody wearing a mask? I probably just do whatever anyway.
Starting point is 00:20:18 I just live and it's usually fine, especially in Nashville, but definitely flying. Flying has helped a lot on flying. And I bet people look at you and go, that might be her, but I'm not sure because three-fourths of her face is covered. I bet I'd recognize her. Somebody did the other day, and I, like, how to keep, my mask was actually too big. It was, like, covering my whole face. And I was like, you know, I was like, hey, I love your music.
Starting point is 00:20:43 I'm like, how the hell? Probably my tattoos. It's always a giveaway. Or it says Bluebird on the front. I sing the song Bluebird. I have my logo on my mask. Miranda is part of the Make It Up as we go podcast. The song Champion is the song that's in the last episode.
Starting point is 00:20:58 I'm going to play a clip of this here. Here's Champion. The whole soundtrack's out today. Miranda, how'd you become a part of this podcast? My manager, Marillon, kind of brought the idea to me, and I've never actually heard of a scripted podcast. This is the first one I've ever even heard of, but I thought everybody involved was really cool,
Starting point is 00:21:25 and Nicole Galleon was writing the songs for it, and I was like, okay, so I dug into it a little, and I was like, this could be really cool. I mean, I love that it's about Nashville and about a female singer-songwriter, And, you know, I think it's really turned out great. How exciting, speaking of songs, will you be when you finally get to go on the road and sing a song like Bluebird, which has got to be weird? You have a massive song, the biggest in a long time, and you can't sing it to folks yet and hear them sing it back.
Starting point is 00:21:51 It's very odd because I waited a long time. I waited like eight years for number one. And then, you know, I sang Bluebird on the road. We toured until March 2nd. So I'm one of the lucky ones. I actually got the tour this year early on. but I was doing it in the show really early in the show because it was just an album cut,
Starting point is 00:22:09 nobody knew it yet. So it'll be awesome to actually get to sing it for people and hear I'm seeing it back. What's the coolest thing as you're driving the airstream around that you've been able to experience? You know what? When we traveled up through, we've traveled up to the northeast
Starting point is 00:22:25 and going through like Virginia and West Virginia, I've played there and I've been around there, but I've never like, fit time. It's the most beautiful country. and just like there's something very freeing about having your house on your hitch is like very flip a coin where are we going today and um my husband I were just talking about that now that we know we still have more time off because it's a waiting game for tour right now we're planning on mapping out some trips for the next however many months so we have to go on the road but
Starting point is 00:22:55 I really love it it's it's I love that everybody's sort of getting into it too I mean when I was at the dealership they were like running low and I was like good everybody's getting out in nature and I'm not the only crazy airstream freak now your husband who you mentioned here he is in the video for settling down a shirtless in the video was that a conversation you had to have with him like hey when you just take your shirt off I kind of had to for like I didn't want to rob the world of that I mean if you have that you should use it and show it I don't so I don't but um he was such a good sport it was his first time to ever be on camera or do anything like that.
Starting point is 00:23:32 We shot it at our farm, and I'm like, usually you, like, take out a video, but I've never had a video with a romance in it, but how that works is they've, like, cast a haughty, you know, girl or guy, whatever it is. And I'm like, well, you're here and you're free, so I'm casting you as a video babe. And he killed it. It was actually really fun to do together. And he is a haughty, I will say. He's got more abs than I do.
Starting point is 00:23:55 Hair's on my head, yes. Yeah, I know. It's kind of annoying, actually. One final thing. You know, I love the work that you do with Mut Nation, and you've been doing so much during the pandemic. Just for a second to talk about, you know, rescuing a dog. You know, why is it important for folks listening right now
Starting point is 00:24:13 if they're thinking about an animal to rescue a dog? That adopt shop thing is so real. I mean, there's so many amazing dogs that need homes and the shelters. And luckily, the pandemic has helped with that. I mean, that's one positive of 2020 is people were home. So they were adopting animals out of shelters. and but it's still a problem. You know, there's breeders that overbreed
Starting point is 00:24:33 and then there's, you know, dogs that just get left on the street. So I encourage everybody. Shelters are not scary places. They seem like they will be, but once you go in, I think it's a very special moment when your pet picks you and you can't describe it until you live through it. And so, you know, it's a passion of mine, and I do preach it, but I also have eight dogs of my own that are all rescued.
Starting point is 00:24:55 So I practice what I preach. Tractor supply carries Mutt Nation pet accessories, dog toys, beds, leashes, collars. So if you're by a tractor supply, which the weird thing about tractor supply now, too, is so you can go and like the Carhart stuff, there's a, the new trend with the fancy folks in Hollywood is to wear a car art hoodie. And they're like selling them online for $300. You're going to want for $9 a tractor supply. I hate to be the one to break the news to everybody. Yeah. That's what I got my husband for his birthday in October.
Starting point is 00:25:23 I mean, a good old Carhart. Everybody's got to have a staple car heart in their closet. Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores, by the way, but we do have our Mutt Nation line in there. And part of the proceeds for everything sold for Mutt Nation goes to rescue dogs and shelters. But I'm a big tractor supply fan. You can find some treasures in there. Okay, I'm going to plug a few things here. The Make It Up As We Go podcast, the soundtrack release is today.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Miranda Lamberts on. She has the song that is on there that everybody's super excited about called Champion. I'm going to play the new single now, which is called Settling Down, which you can see the video, and you can gaze upon the abs of her husband, which I'm not going to lie, I've done, and been very jealous. Miranda, thank you so much for your time, and hopefully we'll see you soon.
Starting point is 00:26:05 Thanks, Bobby. All right, bye-bye. You too. It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two. We had one of our most controversial games possibly ever on this show happened this week. It was the Good Sun-inspired game. If you've seen the movie The Good Sun,
Starting point is 00:26:24 you'll probably know what we're talking about. But if you haven't seen that movie, you may not know. Either way, it was super controversial because we had to basically pick one show member to save over fictionally letting the other person die. It was really awkward. You screwed me. Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, you screwed me. Don't tell him. Don't tell them.
Starting point is 00:26:42 Don't tell me. No, no, no. You did me so wrong. I know. I did you dirty. Like, if you guys want to hear someone just get like stabbed in the back and in the front and in the back, oh yeah, get ready for this segment because you're going to feel my pain. after something went down, Morgan number two had the audacity.
Starting point is 00:26:58 Yeah, I said audacity to do something to me that I'm just, I don't know if I'll ever forgive her. You know, and I hurt my heart. Even after this segment, I texted lunch and I was like, I'm so sorry. And you know what? I couldn't even reply because I was dead. This is true. This is so true. This all happened.
Starting point is 00:27:15 So you have to listen to this segment. And you even have to go and watch it on bobbybones.com after you listen to it because it's just that good. And we all, yeah, it was intense. Let's just say favorites got chosen, and it was very uncomfortable. I know where I stand now. I'm very sorry. Still very sorry. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:27:32 Number three. Okay, Mike Diaz told me about a movie called The Good Son, and he's created a game called The Good Son Game. By the way, has anyone seen The Good Son? No. I think that's with McCulley Colkin. Macaulay Culkin and Elijah Wood. And so what's this about?
Starting point is 00:27:44 So it's about this kid whose mom dies, so he goes to live with his aunt. And then there's this famous scene at the very end where she has to decide which one to save, the Good Son, which is her son or her nephew. Oh. She can only save one. They're hanging off a cliff. Okay, so the game Mike has suggested is we draw two names out of the hat. Those are the two people hanging off the cliff. We have to save one of them. Oh, interesting. I like that. Amy, you get to draw first.
Starting point is 00:28:07 Here, I'll draw for you. Oh, no. Ready? Your people are, you get to Good Son. Scuba Steve. Oh, guys. Come on, come on, Amy. Or utility Hillary. Oh!
Starting point is 00:28:20 They're both hanging off a cliff. So you've got both of their hands? their hands? You can only save one of them. Yeah, okay. Oh, this is great. So you have Scooba Steve or Utility Hillary. They're both hanging off a cliff. This is horrible. Who do you save? Okay, well, I've known Hillary longer and Steve can maybe pull himself up.
Starting point is 00:28:39 No, they can't pull himself up. They're going to die. Yeah, one of the person you'd like you. It's over. Okay, I'm saving Hillary. Okay, Scoobie Steve, sorry, buddy. Look me in the eye when you say that, Amy. You just got the good son. Thanks a lot. I'm sorry. Eddie, you ready? Yeah, come on. You're two people. are.
Starting point is 00:28:55 One person hanging out the cliff is lunchbox. Oh, it's great. Whoever the next person is. The second person is Bobby. All right, Bobby, I got you, dude. Lunch, sorry, man. Of course you won't go. Eddie kicking that. Eddie kicks on.
Starting point is 00:29:06 I don't know. I'm not going to. I knew that one. That was the easiest game of ever played. Yeah, that was so dumb. You know, Bobby against anybody he'd pick him. Eddie. All right, sorry, lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:29:17 Yeah, give it to me. Ready for yours? Yeah. You get drawn out of the hat. Morgan number two, Oh, man. Or Amy. Who?
Starting point is 00:29:27 Oh, man. Number two or Amy. Let's just be real. I mean, this is a tough one. I mean, they're both hanging there and they're screaming, lunch, lunch! And I'm like, what can you do for me? What can you offer me?
Starting point is 00:29:41 I'm saving Morgan number two. Wow, wow. Why? Just because then I get more, I'll be more in the spotlight, I get more air time. Like my role, increase and so Oh, okay
Starting point is 00:29:56 That's fine Dang savage Alright, I'm up I died Have I haven't done to get right? No you have not done it I died for air time Okay
Starting point is 00:30:05 The first person drawn is Amy Oh well Here we go Don't even draw the next person They're dead Who's dying The person she's up against is
Starting point is 00:30:17 Raymundo Oh That's a tough call Ray, I mean. It's not a tough about. Ray, you die. Sorry. Let me draw somebody else against Amy.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Up against Amy is Mike D. Oh, sorry, Mike. Bye, Mike. Good life. I don't know. I'd have to at least think about that before I kick Mike's hand. You would think about it and then be like,
Starting point is 00:30:40 oh, that was easy. Yeah, Amy, you went. We'll do one more. Morgan number two. You have two people. Okay. Remember Morgan, too. Thank you for saving me.
Starting point is 00:30:48 You have. You have. You're welcome. Lunchbox. Oh, yeah, what up? What up? owe me. Don't play around. You owe me. Don't play around.
Starting point is 00:30:56 I saved your life. Or Amy. Oh, come on you two. What up, girl? What up? They're both hanging off a cliff. I basically cannot answer this question. Same scenario. You have to save, they're both hanging off a cliff. That's not even fair. Morgan or two. Just pick who you like better.
Starting point is 00:31:13 I like them both equally and it's really unfair because Lunchbox did save me and he's going to be so mad if I do not choose him right now. Oh gosh. They're both hanging off a cliff. to save one. Go ahead, Morgan number two. Save me. Save me. I need an answer. Amy. Amy! Oh, no. Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 00:31:33 I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. What happened there? I got you, Morgan. I just, you know, females. I don't know. I don't know. I had to have Amy's back. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. She can't even look at him. We can do one more. We can do one more. Can I go back to mine? Ray Mundo. You have lunch. lunchbox or Eddie.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Oh, what up, right? This is good. This is real good. They're both on me on the Soar Losers Show podcast. But who's your boy, though, Ray? Who do you save? I've lived with lunch. I've known him longer.
Starting point is 00:32:10 Eddie has been a better friend as of late. Just more friendly, nicer to me, more caring. But even though because of that, I still am going lunchbox, ride or die. I've known him the longest of anybody on the show. Yeah! Remember when y'all live together, though? You hated each other. You hated the dogs.
Starting point is 00:32:30 Ray, that's the way I have some morals right there. You hated each other. Sorry you're not as m-tuned and have morals, too. Hey, do that game at Thanksgiving with your family. Oh, yeah, that would go well. And that's called the Good Son. You know people will. That and tell usrations of the two games I recommend.
Starting point is 00:32:45 It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two. Another super fun guest we had on this week, John Pardy. He came on and talked about his life, what it's like living on his farm, and what he really likes to do. But he also talked about his wedding and gave us a serious detail. He did something for the wedding that he hasn't told anybody until this moment. So that was really cool. But after his interview and after he performed, he brought in his fiancee summer and Bobby brought in his fiance, Caitlin, and they played the newlywed game, which is so fun to watch, because you can see how well two couples really know each other during this game.
Starting point is 00:33:23 And let's just say everybody knows each other super well. So it was really fun to watch. You have to listen to this one and then go back to our YouTube slash Bobby Bone Show and watch John Party's performance because honestly, there was nothing bad about John Party on the show this week. Number two. The Friday morning conversation with John Party. How you doing, bud? I'm good.
Starting point is 00:33:44 John comes in and goes, I got allergy, something going around, and we're all like, oh boy. I think you just don't even acknowledge it if it's just allergies at this point. Are you sure it's allergies? Oh, yeah. Yeah, we went and did the whole noth cleaning yesterday. Yeah, you got your negative back? Got my negative back. Summer was negative two.
Starting point is 00:34:02 So what did you guys do last night? Just hung out, yeah? Just you two? Because then if you re-expose yourself to other people. Oh, I wasn't even asking about that. I just generally wondering what he was doing last night. Oh, I thought you're quizzing him. Just hanging out?
Starting point is 00:34:15 Just hanging out? Yeah. Did you go hard last night? No. Okay. I felt good this day. You do? I felt good.
Starting point is 00:34:20 We woke up. I feel good this day. Today was a good day. I felt great. Woke up and my publicist is just like going off about the wedding and it's just like, it was really chaotic this morning. Well, let me say. And then traffic hit. Tomorrow, which is Saturday.
Starting point is 00:34:36 John's getting married. This is it. This is the day we've been waiting for. Since you proposed at the Ryman stage, we've been following it very closely. How do you feel right now? I'm excited. I'm excited. We planned and planned and planned and then shrunk.
Starting point is 00:34:48 shrunk and shrunk in the wedding towards family and friends. And it's finally going to happen. And me and some are excited. And she's been going through a lot. She's refilled her prescription for Xanax. So she's doing better. Well, let me say about this wedding. First, they were getting married far away.
Starting point is 00:35:09 It was family and friends, a small one, right? And I wasn't invited. Okay. Then it was coming back to Nashville. And then I was invited again. and then it was shrunk down again. Oh, no. And then I wasn't invited again.
Starting point is 00:35:21 Oh, no. Hold on. Hold on. There's a beauty to the end of the story. Then Haley gets a text from summer going, hey, you guys should come to our wedding. So we got re-invited. But then now I'm already out of town shooting the show, so now I can't go. So we just root you well.
Starting point is 00:35:37 That's all we can do. I know. I mean, I had, you know, I had my band and crew all come in, and I had to tell him, like, hey, guys, you know, we got to be safe. safe. I can't have, you know, a bunch of 300 people. And so it was hard. And, you know, we tried to get you back. We had to, you know, because I'm like, get you back. Try to get you back, Bob. My grandmother, she's 83 and she called me. She's like, I just can't take the chance, you know. There's a lot of, you know, family in California that want to fly out, but it's just hard. And, you know, like anything in 2020, life's a little harder for all of us.
Starting point is 00:36:16 So it was Grandma Out, Bobby N? No. Oh. No, no. John has a show on CMT called Party Time, P-A-R-D-I, Party Time. It's super funny. I didn't think it would be at first, honestly. I was like, what are they going to do?
Starting point is 00:36:28 They'll shoot the show themselves. It's freaking hilarious. And I wasn't even a fan of it, really, until Caitlin was like, this is the funniest show I've ever seen. And we watch it on Instagram story now. And so how did you guys start doing this show called Party Time? Well, it was started off with a segment called Off the Rural. and we recorded it. Did the same way.
Starting point is 00:36:48 I'll shot by iPhones and 4K and just kind of had little projects and falling around. And, you know, I get to talking and I'll say some crazy stuff. It's funny. And it's kind of, I don't think they thought it was going to be good either until the editor got all the footage we gave them. He's like, man, this is crazy, funny. Like, we have so much footage.
Starting point is 00:37:10 And it was fun to really shoot for, like, a purpose. like, you know, instead of like just going on Instagram being like, doing my hair today. It was like, I knew this is going to be a segment for a show. So I was a little more interested, interested to film myself, set up the tripod, like doing this like a whole, like what the TikTok people do. Well, and they do interviews too. Who's asking you questions on computer? It's a producer.
Starting point is 00:37:37 There's a producer. And there's this thing called, uh, last, no, I forget what it's called. But it shoots in like Zoom. It's called Zoom. No, no, no, no. Zoom quality isn't as good as one's in like 24 frames. So I'm learning all about the frames and everything. And it comes in, I think it's called that real time with like a real, like a movie reel.
Starting point is 00:37:58 Interesting. We'll check that out. We'll download it immediately. Thanks, Joe. Listen, here's the thing. You guys, watch. We're going to come back and talk more about party time in a second. We're about to play the newly wed game in studio now.
Starting point is 00:38:14 John Party, his about to be wife, Summer. Hi, Summer. Hi. Have you done a show yet? I have not. Oh, this is your first show? I'm a first time. Hey, look at it.
Starting point is 00:38:26 She's the star of party time, though. And as Caitlin says, the star of party time. Yes, the most enthusiastic, amazing character. I know. Thank you, thank you. And also my fiancee, Caitlin. Here she is, everybody. Now I'm turning it over.
Starting point is 00:38:41 I'm not even sitting at my desk. For the first time in show history, Ray Mundo, who I told them as I was walking up, I was like, hey, man, if I'm out of here, this could be yours. Yeah! He is sitting at my table at my desk. Grand Mundo, you're going to host a newlywed game. Are you ready?
Starting point is 00:38:55 Yes, I'm ready. I'm passing it over to you, my friend. All right, everybody, welcome to the newlywed game. We have Bobby Kalin, John Pardy, and his soon-to-be wife, Summer. Here's how this is going to go. There's going to be seven questions, okay? Very simple questions. If you guys get them right, the same as your partner, you get one point.
Starting point is 00:39:12 We're doing seven of them. Whoever gets the most points wins. We do have some tiebreakers if they tie. And if you see her, me, them looking at each other's board, they automatically lose the question. Nice. So if you see us cheating, call us up. We should have had opposite seats. That's true.
Starting point is 00:39:28 Yeah. Summer, when you get your own show, you let me know. Okay. All right. Raymond, are you ready? Yes. Question number one. Where did your first kiss happen?
Starting point is 00:39:41 So we're guessing. Well, you should have the same answer. You just put it. You just put your answer down. What would you say? No, I'm sorry. Great. Caitlin, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:39:50 I'm saying where his first happened? No, you guys. Our kiss together. Oh, I think the first kiss ever. It should be the same place. I was like, wow, I got to think that. Yeah. Caitlin, cover your board.
Starting point is 00:40:02 Ask the question again, Ray. Where did your first kiss happen? With each other. Are you being, are we taking city? Are we saying what room? We just have to have the same answer. What were you wearing? Wow.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Okay, okay, everyone. All the details. Okay, I'm in. You guys in? Ding. All right, here we go. John Party? Denver, Colorado.
Starting point is 00:40:25 And Summer has Denver, Colorado. There's a point. It looks like she has a back. I'm going to left out the back of the bus. Back of the bus. All right, we're being real here, okay? That's what I was asking. That's the juiciest part, back of the bus.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Did you do the whole come on my tour bus thing? There we go, John. No, I did not go with the tour bus first. Actually, she came in the day before. and they got a hotel room somewhere. I took a girlfriend with me. Because she, in case I was creepy or something. Because it was a setup.
Starting point is 00:40:57 Yeah, yeah. Yeah, she wanted to escape plan, you know. Yeah. We ended up having a blast and it. It was the second night and we were parting ways and we didn't know we were going to see each other again. And he's like, I got to kiss her right now. And then he waved at me out the tour bus window and he left me in the parking lot.
Starting point is 00:41:13 Nice. Waiting for me. It ain't always a car. You didn't even wait for you. her Uber to get there? That was not right. Tray, it's time to go, Trey. He's like, we gotta go, we got to go, we got a schedule, we got to co-drive,
Starting point is 00:41:27 we got to make this. But we had the Grizzly Road security out there waiting for it. Okay. What are your answers? All right, here we go, Caitlin, your answer? Uber in L.A. Bones? I have. Uber in L.A.
Starting point is 00:41:45 Wait, I just like you said, that's all him. I was very cut off guard. Wait, was the Uber driver in the car? Yeah, of course. Hey, when it's time, it's time. How do we have raised? Oh, by the way, we have our special uniforms on today, Caitlin and I both do.
Starting point is 00:42:00 We're big fans of John Party and Party Time. Hey! Kaylon has her John Party shirt on, as do I. That's cool. I have to get you guys a summer shirt. Is that the one that you went jogging in, somebody asked you if you were me? Yes, this is the hatless John party.
Starting point is 00:42:14 They said, are you wearing your own shirt? That's cool. And I was like, I'm not John Party. Do you have any board cleaner offers? Can I use this? Yeah, you have. Toilipaper. It was good.
Starting point is 00:42:22 All right. All right. Question number two, what is her shoe size? Ooh. What is her shoe size? So Summer, you would write down your shoe size and then John has to write down what it goes. John Pardy and Summer and Bones and Caitlin.
Starting point is 00:42:39 Right now tied one to one. We are on the second question. All right, I'm in. Everybody ready? Mm-hmm. Let's go with Caitlin first. Eight. Oh.
Starting point is 00:42:52 Bones? Oh, no. Eight. All right, Summer. She says eight and a half to nine. John says eight to half to nine. Okay. I mean, that word.
Starting point is 00:43:04 You're all of them. Fine. It's true. I've seen her in eight. I've seen her in nine and I've seen eight and a half. I have three numbers. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:43:13 Question number three, you guys, ready? What is his? worst habit. His worst habit. Oh gosh, he has two. Scores side. Okay, we don't have to have two worst. Let's see. Cover your board, Caitlin. I just, I don't even have anything. No, they're turned. I think it's totally good, but yeah, definitely y'all will let us know if anybody's turned their board over. Two to two, third question. What is his worst habit? I don't know which he'll say. I'm in. Hold on. By the way, we're playing the newlywed game. It's Caitlin and myself, our
Starting point is 00:43:47 is John Party in Summer? Can I put or? No, one answer. You good? Yeah. All right, John Party, let's see that answer. I say underwear on the floor and sweaty gym clothes on the floor.
Starting point is 00:44:01 All right, so clothes on the floor, and then we got summer, dirty clothes on the floor, that's a point. Nice job. All right, Bones, what did you put? What did you put for me? I'm the count of three, say it. One, two, three,
Starting point is 00:44:15 weighing yourself. Nice. That's a close second frame. She can hear it. It's always like five times a day. Beep. Like, can you quit? John weighs himself too.
Starting point is 00:44:27 Why? At night. What's wrong with you? You don't wait yourself in the morning. You're skinny in the morning. You do morning night. I like to do both because you see how much you put on every day. That makes no sense.
Starting point is 00:44:39 Tied up. All right, three to three. Question number four. What are you most likely to argue about? Good one. Don't write so fast. What are we most likely to argue about? Playing the newlywed game, John Party and Summer and Bones and Caitlin.
Starting point is 00:44:57 Question number four, all tied up three to three. Oh man, I already have a few for Caitlin. Okay, relax. Amy has two girls answering. A couple more seconds. All right, John Party, let's see it. Christmas decorations. Oh, damn.
Starting point is 00:45:14 What did you put? I put big t-shirts. Oh. What's that? shirts my like my baggy t-shirts he doesn't like anything baggy he don't like it like you know sometimes like see curve what's my Christmas decorations that was three years ago we still got into it because you're like I want my Christmas decorations right now okay I was like it's November 3rd all right
Starting point is 00:45:37 I have the temperature of air air temperature and house temp that's the exact same Well, we take the lead. Man, better couple already. Oh, my God. I'm just saying the score than line. Yeah, maybe whoever loses has to push their wedding back. Oh. Or it's canceled.
Starting point is 00:45:57 That's costly. Can't cancel their wedding. They're costly. Get it serious. Question five. I just scored 20 cases of beer. Got a good deal on them. Next question.
Starting point is 00:46:07 What is her favorite podcast? Question five, her favorite podcast. Caitlin. Answered carefully. to be honest. Yeah, it ain't ours. Yeah. But I mean I love yours. But the Bobbycast. Exactly. All right. Make sure you get on that mic when you talk a little bit so it picks it up. Ray's our first show. Give her the benefit of the doubt. All right. Party, you ready?
Starting point is 00:46:31 Mow. He's still ready. And it's a long podcast. Bobbycast, my episode. Oh, Bobby Bones. And are those the same thing? That's acceptable. We're still in it. We're still in it. Everybody wins. I feel like, yeah. All right. Oh, are you trying to get them their point taken away?
Starting point is 00:46:50 No. Oh, okay. Well, I mean, that could be your show podcast. We don't know, but that's fine. Hey, you know what? I feel okay. Both put money into our account. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:47:01 All right, favorite podcast, Caitlin and Bones, let's see it. It's this show called The Morning Toast. There it is. Every time I go into her bathroom, I'm like, oh, are you listening to the show? Oh, that's not us. The Morning Toe. It's the morning.
Starting point is 00:47:12 It's two sisters that live in New York. And they talk. Yeah, it's our favorite show. Okay. Let's try the bobbycats. Pretty good. Please do. We haven't missed one yet.
Starting point is 00:47:21 We got two questions left. Bones and Caitlin up five to four on party and summer. Here is question number six. If he was on who wants to be a millionaire, who would his phone a friend be? Oh. If he was on who wants to be a millionaire, name the phone a friend.
Starting point is 00:47:37 It should be me, but that's not who he's going to choose. You don't know? Five to four, Bones and Caitlin right now in the newlywed game, beating John Party and his soon-to-be-wife. Summer. Question six. Are they ready already? John Potty let's see it. Senior. Senior and senior. Call my dad. Why your dad? Smart guy. I don't know for the who wants to be a millionaire smart but for farm equipment and such. Are you still writing your answer? Oh okay. Well I want to let me know when you're ready. I'll flip it.
Starting point is 00:48:16 All right, so the question is, whose bones phone a friend on? I'll go first. I'll go first. I have probably behind Caitlin. Because I think she'll be in the crowd with me, so I wouldn't have to call her. That's why, Caitlin.
Starting point is 00:48:29 Yeah, you'd be with me. Those are smiles. I went with Matt Jones from Kentucky Sports Radio. Matt Jones, even though they've met twice. Wow. He's smart, dude. We talk all the time just because we've only ever hung out in person twice.
Starting point is 00:48:42 But he's super smart. She's like, you're an internet lover. And I'm like, we've... Great guy, though. We've missed. We never missed any yet. Look at us. All right, this is the final question.
Starting point is 00:48:53 Bones and Caitlin up six to five, so I guess if party and summer get this wrong, it is over. The question is, if she could eat only one food for the rest of their life, what would it be? If she could eat a food, what's that food? Summer and party got to get it right to continue the game on. Oh.
Starting point is 00:49:15 You don't get this right. I think I know. But this, my food I pick free isn't a full food. That's fine. But are we thinking a meal? I'm in. All right, y'all got to get this one right. So let's go, Summer.
Starting point is 00:49:29 What's the food? Taco Bell and party says Taco. Yeah. All right, it's 6 to 6. Nice job. You do? Let's see some Taco Bell. I feel like, yes, I feel like for whatever reason I would even,
Starting point is 00:49:43 I don't know if John, you've talked about that on here, about her in summer and her love for Taco Bell? She wanted to have the truck come to the wedding. We're having Taco Bell at 11 o'clock hour at the wedding. Oh, he didn't know. Amazing. Oh, he didn't know anything about the wedding about 20 minutes ago. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:49:57 No, this is Taco Bell 11 o'clock. We're on question number seven. It is all tied up at six. Bones and Caitlin, if they get this right, they win. And the question was, food for the rest of your life. What is it that you choose? What do you have? What do you have? To sing Kaysa?
Starting point is 00:50:15 Are you sure? To win? Think of that. To win her. Winner! Bones and Kailen over party and song. Yes. Cup all work.
Starting point is 00:50:28 As our prize, Kailen would now like to sing the party time theme song. Oh, yes. Sing it. Because she sings it all the time at the house. It started off. Sitting at home, nowhere to go.
Starting point is 00:50:41 Guess I'll just start a show. Work from home. Got a bun. A bunch of dogs and my girl's. Summer is really fine. Drinking all the beer. I thought it was beer. Drinks.
Starting point is 00:50:53 All the drinks. All the drinks. Makes everything right. It's party times. There they are. Yeah. Show and party. And summer, which, after tomorrow, will you be summer party?
Starting point is 00:51:05 Yes. Well, I mean, once I finalize the. Yeah, but you're going to be summer party. Yes. Summer party. Yeah. Just say yes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:51:15 Yes. Yes. Summer party. What's your Instagram name? SummerFon Duncan Party. What's your Instagram name? Currently. Yeah, so people can follow you right now.
Starting point is 00:51:24 SummerFon underscore Duncan. D-U-N-C-A-N. F-A-W-N? F-A-W-N like a baby deer. Summer Fawn underscore Duncan. That's my first name. So what will it change to? Just Summer Party, maybe?
Starting point is 00:51:36 She has five names. My first name is Summer Fon. I thought your first name was Carolyn. What? Carolina. Different girl, John. What's your first? name.
Starting point is 00:51:47 You know, I don't know about this white girls. Well, listen, friends. Party. John, thank you. Summer. Thank you. You guys check out party time on not only their socials, but also the CMT YouTube channel.
Starting point is 00:51:58 Caitlin, nice win. Nice win. You guys. You guys nailed it. If I was someone in a foreign country and they had to check us to see if we were marrying illegally, we'd pass that test. You would definitely pass. Yeah, what color would be stuck?
Starting point is 00:52:10 What color is my toothbrush? We'll say on the count of three. I don't. You change it all the time. Because I have good dental. That's true. I don't know. Just pick a color.
Starting point is 00:52:19 One, two, three, red. All right. We're out of here. It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two. Coming in at the number one spot, it is the hottest thing that happened on our show, so it only makes sense. It comes in at number one. It was the pocky one chip challenge. It's supposed to be the hottest chip in the world.
Starting point is 00:52:40 And I have the man himself who had to eat the chip to testify. Don't ruin it. Don't ruin it. Let's just say we... It already happened. Oh, well, yeah, okay. We spin the wheel. And let me tell you...
Starting point is 00:52:52 In case you don't know his voice. It's lunchbox. He had to eat the chip. And luckily, my mouth is working again because after I ate that freaking chip, I didn't know if my mouth or my tongue or my teeth or anything in my body was ever going to work again. And let me tell you, it just seems like I have the worst luck in the world. I mean, when when he announced this and we were going to do the wheel, I was like,
Starting point is 00:53:14 That wheel seems to hate me for some reason. And guess what? It hated me, all right. Well, and I need to set some picture for the listener here. If you didn't watch the video of this all going now, which is really funny, by the way. Lunchbox manifested this, right? He brought in milk and he brought in two little tubs of yogurt. Like, he was the only one that came in.
Starting point is 00:53:33 Did you say tums? No, he did eat tums middle of the show. I ate three tums before we did it. On the off chance, he had to eat this chip. So he was the only one that came in fully prepared to eat it. So he totally manifested that he was going to be the one that ate the chip. First of all, okay, just paint that picture. But then second of all, when he did have to finally eat the chip, he ate it.
Starting point is 00:53:54 And he chugged the milk, normal, totally get it. But then he somehow couldn't find a spoon in all the land to bring with him or find one here. And he was eating the yogurt with his bare hands. This man was eating yogurt with his hands, okay? Until that chip touches your mouth, you have no idea how you're going to, going to react. And I felt that I was like, there is no, and I couldn't find a spoon in the kitchen before because I was going to have the spoon ready to go in the yogurt just in case it was me. And there was no spoon. So what is your best option is to stick your fingers in the yogurt,
Starting point is 00:54:27 scoop it like a spoon and stick it on your tongue because I googled the night before. What is going to help me with this chip? And it said yogurt and milk and tums. So I came with all those because, listen, I'm one of the most unprepared people in the world. Everybody says lunchbox It's never prepared. Listen, I was going to be prepared for this because I don't like eating spicy, hot things like that. Well, were you prepared? Did any of those three things actually help you? I have no idea because I don't know what it's like to eat that without that.
Starting point is 00:54:57 I can't even imagine it was that hot with milk and yogurt and tums and painful. I can't imagine without that. Oh, how would you even? You wouldn't be able to sit down. You wouldn't be, you would just be dying on the floor. And on a normal scale, like just eating normal food. Do you like spicy foods? Like when we order Thai food, we get the medium spice, whatever that means.
Starting point is 00:55:16 Okay, so not like totally spicy, but you're into a little bit of spicy. I mean, I like a little bit of kick. Like, I like jalapeno chips, but I don't like jalapeno times this on crack times steroids to the 10th division. No, I don't like any of that. So was your wife mad that you had to eat this chip? Because I guarantee when you came home, you were not of much help with the children. No, she said before I left, I hope you don't have to eat the chip. That's all she said.
Starting point is 00:55:39 And then I texted her, I had to eat the chip. and she said, sorry. And then when I got home, she was ready to make out. But I was like, whoa, I still got chip in my mouth. I was like, keep your tongue to yourself. So we didn't get to make out. She feel bad for you at all. Oh, she felt bad.
Starting point is 00:55:50 She was like, that sucks. That sucks. Is it really that bad? I'm like, yes, it's really that bad. So how are you feeling? Wait, we are like two, two-ish three days after the fact. I'm back to normal now. Yeah, you're all good.
Starting point is 00:56:01 I'm still angry about it, though. I'm still frustrated. Do you have some like PTSD with hot things now? Yeah, if I ever see that pocking chip again, well, I mean, I'll probably have nightmares for a couple months. months. If I see it again, it would not be good. Would you suggest to our listeners to try this? Absolutely. Try it. Try it. If you're an idiot, try it.
Starting point is 00:56:19 And I know we have a lot of idiot listeners that will try it just because they're going to be like, you know what? It can't be that bad. Okay. Go ahead, big shots. Try it. What would you compare the feeling to? If you could compare it to something happened in your life. Like paint us a picture, right? I'll paint you a picture. I'll paint you a Birmingham. How about that? Okay, not the song. I want you to compare it to something.
Starting point is 00:56:44 That's a song. No, I just came up with that. No, that's a song. Okay. Like 90s song. I don't think so. Country music. I think you're making that up.
Starting point is 00:56:51 I think you're making that up. Okay, well, paint me a picture. I'll paint you a Birmingham. Of what this looks like. Well, I don't know what it looks like. I can't compare it to it because I've never eaten anything that hot. I mean, like life or death situation. Was it as bad as something else would happen?
Starting point is 00:57:04 I don't know that I was going to die. I don't think that was the situation. But it was not good. Did you, after you ate the chip out at one point or another, thank you might die. No, I didn't ever think I was going to die. I just thought, okay, this is the worst. This is the dumbest thing I've done in a while. Did you ever throw up?
Starting point is 00:57:20 No, I didn't throw up. I did the other one. Okay. That's all. It's the reverse of throw-up. Okay. We'll leave it at that. Is there anything else you'd like to caution or tell our listeners how you felt about us?
Starting point is 00:57:32 And when I say, like, we have idiot listeners that are going to try it. It's like idiots in a good way. Like, I'm not calling it. You know what I mean. You love them. Yeah, they're going to have a couple. they're going to have a couple of beverages and they're going to say, you know what, I bet you I can eat that chip and they're going to, Jim, I bet you can't eat that chip.
Starting point is 00:57:45 Dale, don't dare me, Dale. I'll do it, Dale. Okay. Jim, I dare you. Oh, Dale, I never turned down to Dale and a dare and Jim's going to eat the chip. No, serious question. Do you think if you had a few drinks in you, it would have made it a little easier? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:58:00 You know, when you drink some, you kind of stop feeling some of your body. I think immediately you'd be like, ah! Maybe heightened even worse? Yeah. Okay. All right. Well, there you have it. It was our Pocky One Chip Challenge.
Starting point is 00:58:12 Try it or don't. Whatever you do, be careful, and you can listen to how it went down for us. Number one. Are you already eating a heartburn pill lunchbox? Yep. Just in case? Got my thumbs. Tums?
Starting point is 00:58:24 That's like my dad. All right, three of them. We're ready to do the, is it called Pecky? Pocky? Yes, sir. One Chip Challenge, the Carolina Reaper, Sicilian Heat. We've had so many people tell us this is a bad idea. But we have a chip here that cost me $13.14.
Starting point is 00:58:44 Okay. So what we're gonna do is we have everybody's name on a wheel. We're gonna, oh. What, you can smell it already? Oh, they say once you open it, it burns your nostrils. Oh, yeah. Does it really? Round one, a spicy punch to the tongue.
Starting point is 00:58:57 Round two, a fiercely jab to the face. Wait, wow. Dude, do we have to eat a bite? Impaired vision from tears. Okay, stop it. A low blow to the gut. Round five, K.O. One chip challenge.
Starting point is 00:59:07 versus the Reaper, everyone's name's on a wheel. If I spin it and it lands on your name, you're off the wheel. Do you eat a bite or the whole chip? Oh, it's the- It's a bite. The chip? The whole chip. Okay.
Starting point is 00:59:22 Three, two, one, let's go! It's not real! Oh my gosh, come on, please, please. Morgan number two is off. Okay, yes. Oh my gosh, that means like close. I can't do this. It's not good, dude.
Starting point is 00:59:37 Oh, I'm so heavy. I can't. That feels so good. I really hate spicy things. Oh, calm down, Morgan, over two. Bones, you want to hear something messed up? No one likes a bright. I brought cum-pow chicken for lunch.
Starting point is 00:59:50 I hope I don't get this. Oh, come on me. On the board still. What? Raimundo, Mike D, Scoobba Steve, Bobby, Amy, lunchbox, and Eddie. Oh, come on. The last one remaining has to eat the chip.
Starting point is 01:00:04 I'm praying. Here we go. Let's spin that wheel! Oh! Oh, we're out, around it goes. We're starting. Nobody knows. Come on.
Starting point is 01:00:13 Oh, Amy. I wasn't even, I couldn't even look. Thank you. It's not good. Oh, this is just, this is not good. Oh my gosh, I'm starting to get scared. All right, I think I've killed all the Amy's off. I'm starting to shake.
Starting point is 01:00:31 Yeah, me too. This is not good. Lunchbox Eddie, Ray Mendo, mighty, a scoop of Bobby. Oh, come on. Ray, how do you feel in there? I'm a hot guy. No, you're no. I have, my name's Raymundo.
Starting point is 01:00:42 I'm fine with a little spice. You want to take the chip then? No. Big talk. Come on. I just, like, three, two, one. Spin it that wheel. I'm so flustered.
Starting point is 01:00:54 I don't even know what to say when I spin it. All right, here we go. Let's spin that wheel. Please, come on. Come on, L.B. Let's go. I see Eddie. Slow down, slow down.
Starting point is 01:01:05 Stop. Eddie. Yeah. Yeah. Now this is a fun game. It got hung on that last. little. I know, dude. It's like that big wheel I play in Vegas. Okay, still left.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Lunchbox, Ramundo, Mike D. Scoobabody. This isn't going well. Bones, I said a little prayer while you were spinning it. Lunchbox, it's landed on everybody around you. No, I get that, Amy. That's a bad sign. It's like a lottery ticket when you have all the numbers at top and then it's like, your number's 23 and then you scratch and you get 22, you know you're not going to win. Oh my gosh. They put all the numbers around.
Starting point is 01:01:38 I'm nervous now. Yeah, you should be. I am shaking. I've already had three tums. He's got milk. I got milk. I got yogurt. I got it all.
Starting point is 01:01:50 So you know it's you then? I mean, I'm not taking any chance. You're going to. Come on. Hey, you're ready, dude. Yeah, I don't know what you guys are going to do. Listen to the people that are off the wheel, like freely talking, having fun. I'm nervous too, bud.
Starting point is 01:02:02 Who's left bones? Ramundo Mike D. Scuba Bobby lunchbox. The odds are starting to dwindled. Guys, this is getting so close to us being the one. Scoobo Steve is shaking his head in disbelief. I'm going to throw up. My heart is like pounding through my chest right now.
Starting point is 01:02:14 Me too. me too. I'm super nervous. All right, here we go. Let's spin that wheel. Oh, wheel gods. Wheel gods, get me. Get me, wheel gods. There we go. We got one. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Bobby.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Bobby. Thank you, Mike Drey lunchbox. Let's go. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I always lose these stupid challenges with the wheel. Are the bosses not losing? They not want to call and cancel this? They're okay with it. We're going to take a break. I'm getting sick. We've got to fix the wheel.
Starting point is 01:02:46 Only four. for Maine and I'm one of them this sucks. Oh, this is awful. It's Lunchbox, me, Mike D or Raymundo has to eat the chip. Yeah. Look at Scoba clapping now. You guys that got off the wheel are such good mood. I hate hot food.
Starting point is 01:03:00 I'm so excited. Thank you. It's a great feeling to be off the wheel. Lunchbox has his hands in his mouth. I'm scared. I love it. We have this really hot chip. The One Chip Challenge cost $15 for one chip.
Starting point is 01:03:12 It says you versus the Reaper. It's the hottest chip they make in the world. You have to eat it. There are four people left on the wheel. One of us is going to have to eat it. Hotest chip in the world. Mike D. Bobby, lunchbox, and Raymondo. This is the way I go out.
Starting point is 01:03:25 You think you die from this? Yeah. The Reaper, dude. It's coming to get me. Die from this. We got to take a break, but do one spin before the break? Yes. One spin now?
Starting point is 01:03:33 Yeah, let's go. Let's go. Give me off that wheel. Give me off that wheel so I can rest comfortably in this break. Let's spin that wheel. Come on, baby. Come on. Come on.
Starting point is 01:03:44 Oh, come on. Oh, oh. I'm off the wheel. Good job. This is the greatest bid ever. I'm telling you. Doesn't it feel good? Oh my goodness.
Starting point is 01:03:59 It went right past lunchbox's name and landed on mine. Oh my goodness. Baby, baby, baby. Oh, yo, unbelievable. You're like a medley now. Oh, I feel so good. Yeah, it's awesome. It's been by my name.
Starting point is 01:04:17 Lunchbox, it was right on yours. And then just went to it. It's been the story of the week. Baby, baby. I even had to talk with this wheel before the show. Oh, okay. We're gonna take a quick break. We're gonna come back.
Starting point is 01:04:29 Somebody's gonna eat a chip. It ain't gonna be me. Uh, lunchbox, Ramundo, Mike D. You're all on the board. Ramundo, how do you feel? You? He's scared. He's terrified.
Starting point is 01:04:44 Mike D. How did- I'm terrified. Mike D, in lunchbox, you have your milk and Tums. I mean, I just know it's destiny, guys. This is starting to hurt. You think it's destiny that you're going to lose? Yeah, like, the way it's been landing on every space by my name just tells me that it's just teasing me like, oh, we think you're going to get off.
Starting point is 01:04:59 No, you're not going to get off. But no one else came prepared like him. Like, we're just like, it's not going to be us. Him. He came with milk, yogurt, thumbs. Like, he expected it to be him. You manifested it. I know how the wheel works, guys, and you've got to be prepared.
Starting point is 01:05:12 You know, you got to stay ready, never get ready, something like that. I don't know. I think Bobby says that. Next. Be prepared. Opportunity meets destiny. I don't know. There are only three people left.
Starting point is 01:05:20 Yes. One of these three have to eat this chip. By the way, we started and everybody was on it. I was on it. Amy, Morgan number two, Eddie. We've all, Scoobah Steve, we've all at random been taken off the wheel. Thank goodness. Yeah, lunchbox.
Starting point is 01:05:34 Can I pay someone to get back on the wheel on my spot? How much you offering? A thousand? I'll give you 100 bucks. I mean, that's how bad I don't want to do this. Eddie? No. I'll do it for 500.
Starting point is 01:05:45 But you have to think, it's just to get on the wheel. You don't even lose. You don't have to guarantee your spot. Just take my spot on the wheel for 100 bucks. Like, I mean, Eddie, will you take his offer? That's $100, Eddie. Oh, Amy, you want to do it? Amy, I'll give you $100, Amy.
Starting point is 01:05:58 Amy, I'll give you $100, Amy. Amy, I'll give you 100. Why, do you have four kids? I can definitely use the money. Okay, no takers. All right. I hate you guys. Are you making a $500 that we said?
Starting point is 01:06:06 No, no, I thought you said it. $500, I'll do it. No, I don't have $500 give. I don't, I don't know how he feels. I know how he feels. Chip got my tongue, guys. Chip got my tongue right now. The.
Starting point is 01:06:20 Pocky. hottest chip in the world No fear One chip challenge It says the Reaper Shows no mercy Yeah Do not eat if you're sensitive
Starting point is 01:06:30 To spicy foods Allergic to peppers Ooh there's a lot of warnings on that Too much to read There are three people left Lunchbox Ray Mundo on Mike D Let's spin that wheel Alright think positive
Starting point is 01:06:43 Positive thoughts Positive results Positive thoughts positive results Come on Oh baby Ray Mundo is off the wheel Wow, wow, wow, wow. This is amazing.
Starting point is 01:07:01 This is amazing. 500? I was taking Tom's in the break. It's like he knew it. He knew what's going to happen. Now the problem is... What's the problem? There are only so many spots.
Starting point is 01:07:24 I know. We're going to have some empties, but I guess that's the fun of it, huh? Yeah. There's nothing fun about it. Okay, let's go to our people. There are two guys remaining. Lunchbox and might be. Lunchbox, how do you feel?
Starting point is 01:07:37 50% chance you're eating the chip. Man, this is just awful. This is so awful. Like, I feel so terrible. I'm shaking. I've already had tums. I've got yogurt and milk. And when this bit was brainstormed alive on the air,
Starting point is 01:07:52 I was like, crap, this is going to be me. And here we are, and we're down to two people. and I'm on that stupid wheel and I am so upset and I hate it I hate it, I hate it and I hate it Oh my God, Mike Lee, go ahead.
Starting point is 01:08:05 We have a quote from Lunchbox We're talking about this a few days ago This is the greatest bet I've heard of in years I cannot wait to watch someone eat this chip He said that? Yeah, huh, interesting Mike D how do you feel? The thing is I'm the one who ordered a chip
Starting point is 01:08:18 And when I ordered it, I was like I have a feeling I'm going to end of having to eat this You ordered your own demise I think I did this to myself Okay, two people left Mike, you want to take my spot on the wheel? How much you offer now? 100 bucks.
Starting point is 01:08:29 Nobody wants a... Come on, dude. Come on, dude. Well, hey, Ramuda, you just got off the wheel. You want 100? 200. Here we go. Last.
Starting point is 01:08:38 That's it. The end. Let's spin that wheel. Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. How are we doing it? Whoever it lands on has to eat it? No, no, no, no, no, no. We're not changing rules now.
Starting point is 01:08:50 No. No, no. No, no. No, no. Whoever lands on is off the wheel. I'm not changing. I'm not messing with. karma right now. You do not mess
Starting point is 01:08:58 with production. Like, karma. This isn't karma. What you do to get karma? You don't change the rules. Okay, so you want it to land on you. Yeah, but if it lands on Mike D, we'll go to that other way. No. No. Same rules apply. Here we go. Oh my gosh. Bobby, Bobby, Bobby, spin it as hard as you can. Don't do light spin. Do big spin like you're on the, like on
Starting point is 01:09:16 Price is right. Price is right. The big wheel. Let's go. Let's spin that wheel. Let's spend that one. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Please. Please. Please. Please, please, please, please. Oh, oh. My dear! We gave them a chance. We're all of manifesting something.
Starting point is 01:09:52 This is so weird. Everybody in the glassrooms put their arm in the air, like they just want a race. How does it play out like this? And we spun it all live. You can watch it. The glass room's going crazy. I mean, lunchbox, you had an opportunity to switch it.
Starting point is 01:10:09 The switch how the results were going to end up. Gloves. He's getting ready. If I touch that chip, I don't want to touch anything else. He brought everything with him. I mean, you made this happen. You do realize that. How does this happen?
Starting point is 01:10:23 Nice. Can you believe it? No, I can't believe it. Why does it play out perfectly? I feel like now if people want something, they just show up ready, you know. It'll happen. Lunchbox has his hand on the milk. He's undoing the milk.
Starting point is 01:10:39 He's got gloves on. It looks like winter gloves. Would you mind holding the chip up so we can see it? Don't spill that. No, no, the actual chip. Hold on. He's mad. He's not even talking.
Starting point is 01:10:51 Cat got your tongue? Sorry, Chip got your tongue. I thought he said earlier. Chip got my tongue, y'all. Amy's opening the box. Amy, don't touch it. Be careful. It's burning my nose already, he says.
Starting point is 01:11:08 Oh, come on. It's not my nose already. She's gagging. All right. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. What? That is hot.
Starting point is 01:11:17 You haven't even to put it. I can smell it. I'm just telling you. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. Okay. We're counting it down.
Starting point is 01:11:27 In 19. I'm kidding. 100. I don't understand this. Final thoughts. How does that happen? Final thoughts. I could have changed the dang rules.
Starting point is 01:11:37 But no, I wanted to stick with them. Karma, you see. We told you. So do you think karma in the end won? The worst year. Yes, you're right. You're crediting this to 2020? You're right, man.
Starting point is 01:11:52 You know what this is? This is, I don't know. This is what? It's just. It's a problem with America. It is. It's a problem with America. Like, the good people get punished.
Starting point is 01:12:03 Like, oh. You want to recount the votes? Okay. Are you ready? We're going to count them down. He's got the chip in his hand Wait, is the plan for, is you just gonna put the whole thing in your mouth? No, no, no, there's no dang away Oh, you're not wait a minute, what are you gonna do? I'm gonna take a bite and I'm gonna see how bad it is so I can cry and then I'll do some more

There you go Don't spit the chip in the milk. I'm not spit oh my god. You got half of the chip left? I'm not just Got it. You got half the chip left. You got half the chip left? You're going to drink on that milk?
Starting point is 01:12:49 I have to. He's going to town on the milk right now. Gross. Eat the rest of the chip and just get it over with, though. Hurry. I don't know if I can eat the whole chip. You got it. You got it.
Starting point is 01:12:57 You got to eat the chip. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. He's got more milk. God. Just eat the chip and get over with. Now he's going to yogurt with his hand. Oh, could we get him a spoon?
Starting point is 01:13:10 Oh, what? How much of the chip? Chip is left. About half. Okay. Guys, that's really bad. Oh my God. Just get it over with. He's got milk on his mustache. Get it over with, got milk. Just get it over with. Oh my God. My mouth's on fire. I'm trying. It's on fire.
Starting point is 01:13:26 Put in your mouth. Go. It's easy for you to say. Get the chip. Eat the chip. Eat the chip. Come on lunchbox. You got it. There he goes. No. No. Don't bite it. Just get it. He took another bite. Oh. So, guys, this is.
Starting point is 01:13:40 He's sticking his bag. A hand into a thing of yogurt. I don't understand. Four fingers. ...to his mouth. Gosh, somebody that's super professional just asked what I did, and I think today's the first day they're going to listen to the shelf. And I was like, they're like trying to understand what I do.
Starting point is 01:13:57 And I'm like, oh, we just, we talk. Oh, positivity. We're positive. You know, talk about our lives. About a quarter of the chip left. Guys, this is awful. He's got yogurt on his nose. knows.
Starting point is 01:14:12 Yes, there is. Final part of the chip. He did it. He's now all the way in with the chip. Ow. You're just turning us on lunchbox. He's like the hottest chip
