Part one.
Behind the scenes with a member of the show.
What's up, everybody?
Happy weekend.
Ray Mundo is joining me.
Hello, Ray.
You!
There's the yeah.
I haven't heard that one in a hot second.
Bringing it back.
Are you or is just the one moment?
I am.
It goes with anything.
It really just starts the party.
It does start the party.
You and your yeep.
What's the other one?
Yep.
That's actually just an inside joke with other people in the building.
The other one is when bones, when we're being productive,
and it's to move on to the next thing we do, I go,
yip.
That's your notifying sign.
Yes, I developed, like, words that aren't words, shorter versions of words.
So instead of saying, yeah, I'll just go, yep, which is shorter than yeah.
And then instead of saying, let's move on to the next, I'm like,
it goes for everything.
It really does.
the brain inside Raymondo
this is where all of it comes from
and so then Bones will want to know
when is he good to record
and I'll just be like
it's like good
it's always just like this shorter
version of an already short word
and are you making like an
imitation of somebody else or is this just
something you came up with? Something I came up
with because you never want to be talking
while he's trying to record so I try to do it
in like one tenth of a second
where he goes all right am I good and he'll start talking
and so in between that
one second, I go, and it never overlaps his audio.
Got it.
It's the audio brain in Raymondo.
Look at him being a professional.
Well, we did have some best bits this week.
We can go check out part two if you want to get caught up on the Bobby Bone Show.
But what we're going to talk about here is Las Vegas, aka Sin City, aka the coolest city in Nevada.
A lot of sins.
Yeah, a lot of sins.
I want to hear about your trip.
you went there the week before I went there
you were on vacation there for Thanksgiving with Bay
yeah we get away with that so many people have said to me
how do you guys pull that off well it's also a Beezer's birthday
so that's kind of how it works out
and there used to be a huge gathering
Bayers from here in Nashville and you know a couple
deaths here and then they don't have the big gathering they used to
and her mom and dad are so chill and we see them all the time
and they're just like yeah we're not going to do anything
so they're not big oh tradition come over to the house
And my parents live in Michigan 2,000 miles away, and they were here a month ago, two months ago.
So it just works out.
So, yes, we went to Vegas.
Because you guys have been doing this for the last couple of years, where you go on a trip.
Correct.
We did Charleston one year.
Dope as well.
Yeah.
You had so much fun there because of all your reality TV people.
That and the food is great.
Drinks are even better.
And it was the perfect weather.
Which one is your favorite now?
Because you did used to love Vegas all the time.
But I feel like Charleston may be creeping in.
Yeah.
Justin's it. We met a connector there. Katie, she's awesome. Introduced us to so many people.
And we know the bar scenes. All the reality shows we watch are filmed there, Southern Charm. And what is it like some other? Summerhouse. Summerhouse is like in the Hamptons. Okay.
There's another one that kind of just started that we know the people from, but we actually don't even really watch the show that much anymore. Southern hospitality, I think it's called. Oh, got it. Okay.
But we know Joe Bradley and then, you know, we know Craig. He's retweeted me. Amy's had him on her podcast before.
When you say know you, like you guys know each other, like your friends, you have each other's phone numbers and you talk to each other. Are you meaning like you follow each other on Instagram or like they retweeted you?
So Craig was on Amy's podcast and then at one point he has over a million followers. He followed us. His names like Craig Conover. He owns on the way a new bar that just opened last night. Maybe this is a week ago. I don't know when this airs. And then he's also on Southern Charm. He's huge on that. And he invented the sewing down south, which just opened in Nashville and there's one also in Charleston.
Okay, you're still not giving me any like...
He followed me on Instagram.
Okay, but why?
We're friends.
He knows I'm dope.
I'm like a dope dude.
Did you guys meet each other in person?
Never met.
Right.
But it's just like internet friends, retweets.
Amy has them on the pod.
She says he's cool.
My wife gets comments back.
One time she got retweeted.
Okay, but this doesn't mean you guys are friends.
Yeah, it does.
No, it doesn't, right?
This means like you have an internet
buddy, maybe.
But, like, friends are you
hang out with each other, you know each other in person,
you've had like multiple interactions,
you purposely hang out.
Okay.
That's your definition.
Hey, oh, we all got our own definitions.
Okay, so your internet buddy, Craig,
canover.
Conover.
And then there's the, what is the energy drink?
Not the energy drink, it's a seltzer that they have.
Lover Boy.
And so he's retweeted Bayer before.
So a lot in it's,
it's, yeah, Loverboy.
They just came out with like a sweet tea version of it.
It's a really good seltzer.
And so, yeah, all that's happened, we love Charleston.
And all that to say, we love Charleston.
But do you love it more than Vegas?
Or is Vegas still number one?
I got to say, man, we got a little condo.
No, it wasn't even condo.
It was a house.
Airbnb right around the corner from King Street.
And it was Allie Colleen, me, Beezer, our best friend, BJ.
We lived in that house for like a week during this summer during our vacation.
You had your own summer out?
And we had a blast, yeah.
And it was just walking distance.
Weather was perfect.
I could have squeezed in runs every morning.
I didn't.
People are nice there and they dress better.
American were known for dressing sloppy.
I talked to so many people when I was in Cancun.
I sound like a world traveler, guys.
I swear I go, like two places a year.
But in Cancun, I go, how do you know Americans?
Because they just knew it.
And they go, you guys, not you specifically.
They said, you guys just dress terrible.
You guys are known for just being sloppy.
And I go, that's so bad.
You go to Charleston.
takes them 20 minutes to make your drinks
because they make them the right way.
They're cutting the ice.
There's conversation.
There's pleasantries.
And everybody wears their nicest clothes.
You're not going to wear t-shirts and sweatpants,
which is what I'm wearing right now.
You're the definition of the American that's sloppy right now.
Go to the airport.
That's America.
Oh, man.
That is crazy.
I mean, like, I even think about, like, Europe and you,
they dress so much differently than us.
Like, everything is very tailored and slacks and very nice,
like almost clothes.
that you'd want to wear to the office, but you don't.
You know what I mean?
You don't have to look like a rich kid, like somebody fed with a silver spoon.
But just don't wear this pajama pants to the airport.
Beezer tells me, she goes, just step it up one notch.
Okay, one notch.
Beezer with the advice.
I think you are going Charleston.
Yeah, I'm going Charleston, but Vegas, Vegas.
Are we talking Vegas?
Yeah, we're talking Vegas.
Tell me about your trip.
What'll happen?
I'm trying to think.
I'm going to give you the sum up, sum down.
I totally broke it.
Don't give me the real version.
Well, this is the real one, but I gave a full, like, minute by minute on sore losers' podcast, so I'm definitely not going to do that.
But it was, it was just me and Bayser heading out.
We took some cash because it was her birthday.
So we knew we were, we were totally fine with losing it.
And we had had some plans.
We were going to go to Shania.
We were going to go, we went to like four awesome restaurants.
We did cat, no, not Nobu.
We rocked Nobu.
We rocked.
Nobu also is the like the celebrity one in L.A.
that everybody eats that, right?
Yeah, but this one, way more low-key, you can get in too easily.
Got it?
On open table.
And then we went to Vanderpump Rules.
They've got multiple spots.
We've been there before.
And we did Alexis right on the strip.
It's in Paris.
And there was definitely another one, Gordon Ramsey.
So we did some good meals in three days.
We're actually only there two days.
What is your favorite food?
Let's be real.
I was drinking.
I hate drinking and eating.
Why?
Because you don't remember the food?
No, no, no.
It's just, I don't like the food.
I don't like the mix.
I like either getting the meal done and then we start to drinking or skip the meal.
Let's just drink.
Okay.
Right over here.
So if you notice me at brunch, we always go out to brunch.
Yeah.
You don't ever eat?
I'm sitting over there in the corner like cutting French fry and half, eating half of it.
Right.
Just not a big eater and drinker.
I feel like you haven't found your combination of the drinks that you should be having while you're eating.
No, I know it can be done.
You do the wine.
You got the spaghetti like you're in front.
France, crap like that.
But I, you know, I just don't do them together.
You know what I mean?
Okay.
You're an interesting character, right?
I like hanging out with guys.
I like hanging out with girls.
I don't include them all in the bedroom.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not all the same thing, but sure, well, you can roll with that.
Okay.
You guys hate a much.
So we did that.
How much did you gamble?
We gambled quite significantly.
We did some sports betting.
It was also NFL because we had Thanksgiving, so there were all those NFL games.
Sports wasn't, there was a bet.
going to place and we're stuck in traffic for two hours because of F-1. And I call it
one. Blee button, one. Because-F-1 was happening there at the same time? They're taken down.
Oh, I was going to say, you guys should have totally gone and checked all of that out if it was
happening. We would have. We got to see the aftermath where all the escalators were closed down
and you had to walk up them because they were not working, operating. Were you in an Uber?
No, like we stuck in traffic? Correct. In an Uber, which now thinking about it, I bet we could
have gotten out on Vegas Boulevard and walked into Benfaster, but stuck for two hours.
The bet I was going to place would have hit out of one a thousand dollars. So that was the start
of the trip. Bazer's doing the slots. Sometimes she finds her hot ones. This trip, she had this thing where she
goes, I'm going to go for the ones that have dust on them, that nobody plays. They need a little
loving. And I bet they're just about ready to explode. They didn't. So, you know, either the
slot, she's winning thousands or it's ice cold, and that's what it was. There was one time that she did win
300 and crazy enough.
She hit the button and she usually was hitting the $8 amount.
Again, it was her birthday.
We took money there.
Fine with losing it.
It's not a great attitude, but we enjoy playing and the camaraderie and the drinks
coming around and people laugh and making friends.
You're in Vegas.
The prospect of winning millions.
And so she did this machine.
She accidentally hit the 80 cents instead of $8.
It would have been like $1,500.
Instead she won $70 free spins and won $80.
but it would have been like, yeah, it would have been 20 times that.
But maybe she wouldn't have won anything if she hit that button, because that's how those
systems work, right?
I don't know.
I don't invent slot machines.
I just know, I don't play them.
I didn't do one slot machine.
I didn't do one blackjack, but I did a ton of bubble craps, won a lot.
What is bubble craps?
It's where you just touch the bubble and the dice spin.
You'll see them.
They're in little sections at a casino.
Is that where you put like something on black and something on red or is that blackjack?
That's roulette.
That's roulette.
That's roulette.
Yeah, black jacks you're trying to get 21.
Okay, the card game.
Mm-hmm.
Okay, I've played that one.
Rulet is the wheel, and that's black or red.
And I've never seen the bubble craps.
Is that where they, like, throw the dice?
They can throw it, or you can do the automated ones where you just hit the bubble, and they'll pop up.
It's a lot quicker.
Is there a person involved in that one?
Yeah, you.
Oh, okay.
So it's, like, kind of a version of a slot machine, but craps.
Exactly.
Okay.
But there is, like, some sort of strategy I like to tell myself.
But, yeah, we did that.
I put on my Instagram.
We played that for, like, 72 straight hours.
Our best one, though, was Aria.
We won, and then I went over to roulette.
Over a thousand there trying to win some back, but it's not like we ended up.
We were definitely down on the trip, but we won so much at Aria.
The girl came around every 10 minutes with a high noon.
I took a picture at one point.
It was a graveyard of high noon cans.
You were just rolling in it.
Yes, and then went over to roulette, and I never bet numbers.
It's a $25 minimum.
I would pick five numbers and put $5 on a number, which if it hits, it's over $100.
Yeah.
I almost hitting that.
every time. That's how we, I mean, we cleared like 1.4 that day.
1.4 what?
Thousand. Okay.
Every time you say the numbers, I think you, like, when you say 1.4, I'm like, 1.4 million?
And you're like, no, no, no, thousand.
And then.
Wait, so how much did you lose? Like, how much did you take?
We took.
And how much did you lose?
Took a couple grand, came back with 1.1.
Stop saying it. Like, so we were definitely down.
Definitely down.
Okay. Definitely down. But didn't lose all of it?
No, no.
I always come back.
I was just kind of done with it.
I had won what I needed to prove that I could.
I proved to the casino that there might be.
Oh, you did?
Yeah.
I feel like you only prove that if you like come out on top, not.
I did come out on top.
It's just the slots were ice cold.
So you're starting at a deficit.
I did well.
I mean, I had control the craps machines.
I knew exactly when to press, when not to.
You try to take the edge away from the casino and I did that in every facet of gambling and
sports and everything.
I absolutely crushed them.
And how many casinos did you guys go to, different ones?
Oh, we went to all of them because we did do the monorail when you're out there because you can ride the train and it connects you to all the casinos.
We did there's a new one called the shoe, horseshoe.
We did that.
We did Cosmo, Paris, Aria, we were at Link.
We did Harrah's little rundown.
You know what?
Not a lot of people playing there.
Pretty lucky.
One, a couple hundred there playing craps.
Have you been to Circus circus?
No.
I can't say that we've done that one, Luxor.
didn't do Fountain Blue.
I told you that was off the beaten path.
Dang. You so should have gone there.
I think you would have loved it.
I think you would end up spending most of your time there.
I think we need story time with you, though.
That was pretty much it. I summed it all up.
Shania, rocked that.
How was Shania?
My only complaint went up to the bartender.
I was kind of done with drinking.
We'd been doing it all day.
I go, hey, I'm going to do a Red Bull and a high noon.
Hands me, the high noon was like 72 ounces.
Like, good God, I don't need four high noons in a can.
And the Red Bull was,
the size of one of those Stanley cups.
Seriously?
Good.
And it was $60.
Guys, I don't need that much alcohol.
So the entire Shaniya, I'm holding two gas cans of booze.
And like Red Bull, which is already not great for your heart and that big one along with the high noon.
Yeah.
And that's probably why I barely slept that night.
I was going to say, did you guys get much sleep?
Like when you go to Vegas, are you staying up all time?
Are you like gambling to a point?
And then you're like, let's get some sleep.
and we're going to be back at it again early.
What's the strategy?
We started out of deficits.
We got there so late, it ended up standing the first night till 1 a.m.
But then every other night in bed by 9.
And then you get up super early?
I'm up at 5.
Are you down?
Like if Bay's not awake, were you like down gambling?
No, I would go do a sports bet, which I guess technically is gamble, but I'm not going
to the tables.
I'm not playing slots and stuff.
But I would go get coffee and I'd place the sports bet, but it was usually us together.
Yeah.
Yeah, rocking it.
Did you spend a lot of time in any of like the sports?
book places? No, no. The link doesn't really have one where you sit down and it's all fun.
It's just one you place your bet and get out. But the one at Cosmo, I did. I sat there a little
bit and I was on the Instagram on sore losers. I was making fun of people. Not like maliciously.
I was like in a humorous way. It was Thanksgiving. It was Thanksgiving. So I'm like,
oh, this dude would rather hang out with a gambling, a bunch of gambling dudes instead of his family.
I'm like, oh, this guy, look at him. He's losing his ass on Thanksgiving. So you're a roast and
everybody while also roasting yourself in a way.
Yeah, this one guy was eating a banana and I'm like, dude, hates turkey.
He said, give me the banana on Thanksgiving Day.
That is funny.
Have you ever spent 24 hours gambling, like stayed up all night, pulled an all nighter to gamble?
No.
No, because I always, we always have, for the day, we'll say, okay, 300 for today, 300 for tomorrow.
We have envelopes.
So you never do that and ruin your whole trip.
Because I've done that before and it's the worst feeling ever.
Okay, so you have done it before.
Not stayed up all night, but lost my money to where the retina.
next three days, you're like, okay, you want to go see the fountains at Bellagio? Because I have no money.
What about the flamingos at the Flamengo?
Is there flamingos at the flamingo? There is. I didn't know they were still there.
Girl, we got to show you Vegas. I have. I remember I've seen them now. I've stayed at
Cosmopolitan, Aria, MGM Grand, and now Fountain Blue. So I've been around.
We were in Vegas with Abby one time, and we showed her Vegas. And she said that was the best time in
Vegas I've ever had. Because you guys are the pros. Yeah, some of the stuff that went down there
we can never talk about. You know, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Oh, that is true. Yeah.
And honestly, when you watch, I think the coolest thing about Vegas is all the people watching.
You know what I mean? Like the experience of watching everyone in this different environment and every, all bets are off.
Mm-hmm. And you just don't know what is going to exist. Okay. We'll get into it, but we're going to take a little break here. Is that okay?
Yeah. It's your show.
There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that, trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of The Girlfriends...
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed. I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.

It's Will Farrell.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like,
and dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up-and-coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

Former Bachelor star Clayton Eckerd found himself at the center of a paternity scandal.
The family court hearings that followed revealed glaring inconsistencies in her story.
This began a years-long court battle to prove the truth.
You doctored this particular test twice in so-ins, correct?
I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case.
I wanted people to be able to see what their tax dollars were being used for.

You can have like a strong stance.
And then there's your body having its own program.
I'm Dr. Maya Shunker, a cognitive scientist and hosts of the podcast, a slight change of plans,
a show about who we are and who we become when life makes other plans.
We share stories and scientific insights to help us all better navigate these periods of turbulence and transformation.
There is one finding that is consistent, and that is that our resilience rests on our relationships.
I wish that I hadn't resisted for so long the need to change.
We have to be willing to live with a kind of uncertainty that none of us likes.

All right, Ray. What questions do you have for me before I get into this?
Okay, Fountain Blue. Was it a long Uber ride from the airport?
I want to say it was 15, 20 minutes.
Okay.
So not terrible.
And then what about how people were dressed?
Was it because some of these casinos, it's a brand new, right?
Yeah.
It opened in December 2023.
Okay, so if I'm wearing what I'm wearing right now, which is a golf, long-sleeved shirt,
and for a lack of a better word, wind pants. What are these things?
Yeah, joggers.
A joggers.
Yeah.
Would I fit in at Mountain Blue?
You would have been fine.
Okay, see, because my worry is that people are too dressy.
They're more dressed up because it's brand new and nice.
I think you had some of that.
Like, you had to make sure of people that were dressed up.
You had a mixture of people that were there for NFR.
So I saw so many cowboy boots and cowboy hats.
I mean, it was like Nashville was planted in Vegas.
I saw people like dressed to the nines, genuinely in ball gowns and tuxes.
And then I even saw like at the end of the night, like, you know, the ladies that walk around.
That's what I'm talking about.
See, at Link, they didn't do that. Classy place.
Classy place.
I don't think, I think that was when we had gotten back, that was 3 a.m.
So I'm not normally awake at 3 a.m. in Vegas time, so I think I saw things that I shouldn't normally see.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
Yeah, I was, I mean, you had every type of character there.
Did you ask them for prices?
No.
And in all fairness, right, they could have also not been those kind of ladies and that's just how they were dressed.
So all bets are also off there.
Probably were.
Who knows?
If they were wearing super high heels and a super high skirt, they were those kind of people.
I didn't know any of that still existed.
It does.
Full force.
I know.
I would go down for coffee and I'd be like, hey, yo.
Really?
Yeah, ladies.
I just woke up and I got my ring on.
It is wild.
It is crazy, though.
If you actually do, when I was with my buddies, you'll ask them, what is your price?
And so I think they can get in trouble if you actually say the prices.
So they'll take you to a slot machine and they'll point at numbers on the slot
machine to tell you the prices.
Weird.
That's how they get away with it in case you're, if you're a cop, if they don't say anything,
they can't get busted.
Wild.
Yeah.
So.
Okay.
Yeah.
I, that's why I was like, you know, that's why I asked you.
It's not like you're asking a woman that you were, I'm not saying you were trying to
take a woman up to your fountain blue apartment house.
But that interaction because there's some negotiation that goes on.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
Interesting.
Yeah.
Okay.
Not that I know. I found from a buddy.
Buddy mine.
Yeah, right.
Okay.
All right.
What else do you got?
What other questions?
Okay.
So the gambling.
You're the Vegas guy.
Yeah, gambling.
You told me a little bit and it was like such a weak story, but you can tell it again.
It is.
I honestly, Ray, like we spent, we did $15 one night and I think maybe $15 another night.
It was all slots because I, I get intimidated walking up to any of the tables where people are sitting.
That's what it is.
Yeah.
It gives me anxiety.
Not because I, like, I've grown.
up playing blackjack like on Christmas I know that sounds crazy but on Christmas every year and
Thanksgiving we'd go to my grandparents house and the guys would all play poker together and I would
sit on my dad's lap and I would play with them so like I knew how to play blackjack and Texas
hold them and stuff super young okay and then like kept playing over the years like it started as me
playing with my dad's money and then I'd get and then I had my own money so it evolved guys she
started playing blackjack at underground poker dens growing up at my grandma grandpa's house
And it was fun.
I mean, I was playing with like quarters, right?
That's not a lot of money.
So I know how to play.
But when I see those tables, so intimidating.
I agree.
And they try to make it like that as well, especially if there's people around it.
It's just like a posse and you're trying to get in.
And if you don't have a friend rolling with you, I totally am with you on that.
And they have table minimums.
Yeah.
And I'm like, I don't know.
Ray, I went up to the cashier and I was like, how does this work?
Do I like just put cash in?
Do you give me a card?
So tell us what you did, gambling-wise.
So, well, it was probably 30.
bucks. I probably wasted 30 bucks on the slots. I did the Buffalo run on one because of you.
What casino? We were at Fountain Blue. Company girl. We didn't go to any others. And you did
Buffalo run. Buffalo run for one. And then we did Wheel of Fortune for another one. It just,
those were all we had. And that was it. And there was never a high. Like you never won a big amount.
No. I never, it never went anywhere. It just kept going down. And I was like, this is depressing.
Okay. So then what that's called is you got rinsed. Okay. I got rinsed hard.
It's not good.
So after that experience, then I'm out.
Well, and so the gambling usually gives you that urge then to win it back.
You never had that.
No, no.
I was like, that's gone.
Just leave that there.
Forget that happened.
As you're going to the airport, right before that morning that you're leaving, did you
think try and get it back and then get on the flight?
No.
I did see people gambling at like 5 a.m.
I was like, what is happening?
They do 24 hours a day.
I know.
That's wild.
And even wilder, you can drink.
They'll sell you drinks at any hour of the day.
That's crazy.
There's some. It's funny because you see the difference in the people who are staying up all night and they've been up all night.
And then the people who are getting ready to go to the airport and they're just like on their last one before they leave.
Let's be real. If people stand up all night probably had a salmon bomber. You all know what I'm talking about.
What's a salmon bomber? Adderall.
Oh. Why is it called the salmon bomber? Nickname. So hey, tell me this. With your $30 because I know you're playing all day at the casino with $30.
Yeah, I was. It's expensive there, guys. That's real. Did they come up to you for drinks?
I always am curious, are the host, are the secretary?
Damn it.
The waitresses.
Okay.
Different job.
Are the waitresses coming up to you offering you free drinks?
Because that's a huge, cool thing about Vegas.
Well, because we only played for like three minutes.
No.
We never have an experience.
Did you see waitresses walking around?
Yeah, we did.
But we literally, I'm not getting right.
I was on those slots for three minutes apiece.
Like, I lasted zero time for every.
for anything to happen.
But while I was sitting at one of them
and we were actually waiting for our
reservation at Mother Wolf,
which is the Italian restaurant in there,
this guy comes up to us and he's like,
hey, like, I'm not trying to be creepy.
My wife's on her way.
We actually have front row tickets
to this UFC slap night.
And I didn't really hear him because I was playing
the things like going like,
like whatever, and I'm paying attention to that.
And my sister's standing there and she's like,
yeah, and I turn around.
I was like, what did you just say yes?
to, I like didn't hear anything
and she's like ready to go, right?
And I'm like, and this dude's just
standing here. And he
looks at us and she's
and he's like, okay, well come on. I was like, girlfriend, we got
reservations in like 15 minutes.
Sis was going to go.
And she's like, yeah, but and I was like, also that's
creepy. I don't know who that man is and I don't know
that he actually has those tickets. She's like, no, no, no.
He pulled him out and showed me. I was like, okay.
But so he like kept
walking and he's like going up the
escalator and this machine is like just
perfectly aligned. So I look up
to look at him and he's looking back with some of
his friends. And so I turned
to my sister. I'm like, what just happened? Who is
this person? She's like, you know the
slapping stuff and I'm like, what? I'm like, can't figure out. I'm like, no, no, no.
That was for sure a dude that was about to show us
his private parts in a private room somewhere. Like,
that's what I thought was happening.
She's like, no, I promise. So she looks
it up. Sure enough. Slap off.
UFC slap night. Was it
Falun Blue? That night. See, so
my boys must go there because, yeah, Bob Mennery and all
them, Dana White, they're all involved with slap off.
And they were there. And this dude that had offered
these tickets, we saw him later. Sure enough, he
was in front row. Oh my
gosh. We missed out.
You lose again. I lost out on that because
it was just as stupid. I was little like
and I was like, can't hear crap. And all I hear is my
sort of saying yes to random stranger.
She did. She vetted it perfect. She did a great job. She had you
front row. She did. It would have been great.
So are we taking a break or we talked about your
steak place? Oh, we can talk about that.
Yeah.
Okay.
So you went to, what is it?
It's called Poppy Steak.
It was just a name that you would just freaking love, right?
And so one of my boys was there at the exact time that you were there.
Yeah, you were freaking out.
And so these reservations, do you get them on open table or do you have the hookup through IHeart?
Had the hookup.
I met the, I believe he's the manager overseeing it.
You met Poppy.
Not Poppy.
I met the manager that oversees.
Poppy's the one who, like, created the restaurant.
I think is the chef behind it.
And this is like the manager who was super awesome.
He's like, yeah, got you down.
Like, cool.
come in after the concert because we went to Thomas
Rhett and then we had our steak
reservation at like 10 p.m.
Late. Yeah. Well, I heard
this manager when we had met him the night
prior he was like this place turned into a
club. It's a party. I saw
in the video you posted there were girls dancing on top
of the table. There was. There was girls dancing on the bar.
It was like a kind of
speak easy Moulon Rouge vibe. It was like
dark lighting, cool
chandeliers everywhere and a DJ. There was
a DJ in a steakhouse and
there was even like feather girls and they had
all the bottle service type vibe.
Yes.
Because people were ordering $1,000 steaks.
Okay, so to get those people, they come out and they play music and they're dancing,
and they have like a briefcase and fire and smoke and mirrors and all that crap.
Yes.
How much do you have to buy?
Can I get a filet mignon and they do that too?
I don't think so.
I think the only way they do it is if you buy this specific $1,000 steak.
Or there was a $1,000 item on the dessert menu and a $4,000.
Trace.
I don't think it was that.
It was like Louis Vuitton dessert.
I have no idea what that means or looks like.
But I saw this happen in the course of time that we were there,
11 different people ordered this.
And I believe every single one was the steak.
And it's like, is it already made when it's in the briefcase?
Were you able to see that?
Or is that all for show?
And then they go and cook it and come out with it.
So I believe it's for show.
I do think they show them something, but I don't think it's the steak.
Okay.
Because they also brand the steak in front of them.
and then I don't know if it's raw when that's happening and then they go and cook it.
You know, and I didn't order the $1,000 steak.
I was seeing from all these from afar.
So my boy, who I also know from Instagram, I've never met him in person, but John Sarasani.
Instagram buddy.
He's known as a 2,000% raise.
He's all about W2.
Screw W2s make your own company.
So he's adjacent to you and you do a video.
And I was like, oh my gosh, my boy, John Sarasani's in your video.
So did you remember, like, I know you were probably busy talking with your sister and you're
like drinking?
Do you ever remember him ordering expensive stuff?
Because he says he's like super rich.
Yes.
When you showed me him, I had no idea who he was, right?
But when you showed me him and you showed me like his photo with his cake, I was like, oh, yeah,
they were right in front of us.
I watched them get that cake delivered.
Yeah.
And I don't know if that cake was the dessert that's that cup, but they got like the bottle
service with the cake and there was a sign.
It was the whole thing.
So he was celebrate and hard.
Yeah, I was going to, I knew you were busy.
So I didn't want to DM and be like, hey, you got to go say.
say hi to it because also you'd be like, hey, my friend and he doesn't know me, but we're friends.
Me and him are friends.
Listen, I would have gone up for you and just been like, listen, my buddy is obsessed with you.
Let me FaceTime him real quick.
No, that wouldn't, no, because that would have just been weird.
No, that would have been awesome if you had done that.
The second best thing, if you would have taken a picture with him, that would have been dope.
I would have done both of those.
I have, again, have zero clue who this man is.
I know, I just didn't want to bother you.
I would have done not.
Like, I genuinely would have.
What, I didn't know if you're checking your DMs or whatever.
I'm not going to text you that.
Hey Morgan, this isn't about business or anything.
I need you to really do this.
Very important.
I know it urgent.
I was at a state clubhouse.
You literally could have texted me.
I was very attention to my phone.
But usually our texts are work-related.
So I know, but you're there to kind of chill and have fun too.
Okay.
Yeah, but like you're one of my friends right.
You're going to text in me.
Damn it.
But then also I didn't know if you knew who I was going to talk about.
So I was going to screenshot it and circle him and be like, okay, that's the guy you're zeroing in on.
That's the John Sarasani guy.
Because he had like a table at 10 people.
Yeah.
He was still writing his birthday, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, no, you totally should have texted me.
Lesson Learn for next time.
Are we breaking or are we still talking?
We got like a few minutes.
Okay.
Because clubs.
Okay.
Did you go to any?
No.
Okay.
Well, hold on.
Tell me.
The club was under construction.
The live nightclub.
They all weren't.
No, I know.
But that was the only one that I like wanted to go to and it was under construction because
they were working on it.
it'll be open for New Year's.
They have, like, the craziest people coming.
They're going to have these wild, like, residencies down there and stuff.
So I do want to go back to go experience the club.
For New Year's?
No.
No.
Ray, I'll be in Barcelona for New Year.
That's in two weeks.
Oh, here.
No.
Barcelona, the country?
You're going overseas?
Dang.
I thought you're talking about the restaurant down the street.
Same, same, but different.
You know, a little bit different.
I, okay, listen, I have been, I've done the club thing.
When I was, like my last year of college, my whole sorority, my pledge class, there was 55 of us girls.
Delta, Delta, Delta.
Yeah, we went to Vegas.
That was our pledge class trip.
So we spent 48 hours at every, like, pool club, day club, club that existed.
So I have been over that nightlife in, like, Vegas.
And I have seen and experienced all of it.
The pool life is lit, but it was shut down when I,
I went and when you went.
Yeah, because in wintertime, it's colder.
But I can't ever experience that again because, Ray, we got everything for free.
There was 55 girls.
Oh, it's not for free.
I went and got a bucket, a booze.
This is one time I went.
It was for five Bud Lights when people used to drink Bud Light was over $100.
No, but what I'm saying is because they saw so many young girls, they gave us everything.
We'd get bottle service and all this stuff because they wanted us there.
Right.
You get it for free.
Guys have to pay.
Yeah.
Right, right.
We're on the back end paying.
I know, but this is what I'm saying.
I can't ever experience that again because that was the only way to ever experience those clubs.
Right.
Was that experience.
Right.
You're just saying if you're not in your prime as a co-ed, you're not getting free stuff or what?
No.
You got free slap off tickets or whack off.
What was it called?
Slap Night.
UFC Slap Night.
I probably could have finessed my way in something.
That's what I was going for.
But I just was not in that vibe.
Again, I was there to work.
I was saying something.
Sis finessed her way to front row slap night, dude.
She did.
That was wild.
That was so wild.
It was so funny because it's so out of character for her.
She's so much more like chill and laid back than I am.
So when I saw that happening, I was like, what is going on?
And at the same time you said the machine was kind of blowing up.
You're watching it or whatever?
Yeah.
Not blowing up.
It was just going off.
You know, like making all the noises.
It was bad.
Okay, but Ray, I did.
Have you been to Fremont Street?
I imagine you have.
We did it for the sore losers convention after, I'd say, about a whole rack.
of Mickey's. So to say that I remembered every detail, I would be lying. And Beezer doesn't like it.
Really? I loved it. She thinks it's dangerous. Oh, I mean, it could be. It's definitely like,
I mean, we did see a dude get arrested as we were walking in, like, by like, he was escorted
by like 10 cops. Did he look like me? But maybe a little bit. Backwards hat, joggers, golf
shirt. Might have been you, Ray. Might you go look for that mug shot. But so I literally walk up.
My sister's like, we have to go here.
You have to see this experience it.
So we walk up and that's the first thing I see.
I was like, where the heck are we?
I don't want to be here.
It is cool.
The sky, right?
It has a bunch of advertisements and it's like nuts looking.
And there is a live cover band because NFR was there.
So everyone for NFR was down there like listening to this live cover band.
And it was nuts.
Was it, Thomas Red?
No.
Thomas Red show was awesome.
This live cover band like, okay, so I walk in.
I see this guy getting arrested.
escorted by 10 cops.
The next thing I see is like this live van.
I'm like, where am I?
The third thing is a naked flamingo dancer.
I didn't see a lot of naked people.
There was naked women.
There was naked men.
Right, because they're they only, I think they can legally get away with it.
They just wear the tassels.
Yes, that's what they had on?
And I was like, what is going on?
Maybe that's why Bazer doesn't let me go.
Probably.
Then I go to get a drink.
It's like this bar that's out there, right?
And I'm like, can I just have like a Tito's and Sprite?
I'm thinking, and he's like a double.
I'm like, cool.
I'm used to a double, right?
Yeah.
He pours it just like you said, the size of your face.
It was, I literally was like, I don't, sir, I don't need that.
Guys, I don't need to carry around a 74 ounce can of high noon.
I just want a can.
Like, they can fit in my hand.
Like every gas station is inconvenient, not to steal from your store or take it away.
Every convenience store there, yeah, hi, I'll take a 48 ounce high noon.
I don't want that.
I want a can in Nashville that we just carry.
And sometimes you can shotgun it and it's like really easy to drink.
I don't want to carry a gasoline can around for the next two hours.
Like, what?
No, I'll be the exact same way.
I literally panicked.
He pulls, and it was so fast, right?
He pulls the cup and he starts pouring and I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, I don't need that big up one.
And he goes, you guys want to share?
And I was like, yeah, we want to share.
At Shania, he hands me a slurpy cup of a Red Bull vodka.
Buddy, I am not drinking this or I am not going to bed.
See?
Like, you seriously hand this out to people?
this can be, I go back and
I was like, is that a water?
And I was like, it's a water
with Red Bull and Vodka in it. Yeah,
it's way too much.
Oh, I swear.
Like, they know what they're doing, right?
And then you're just stuck in it and they're already doing it
so they hand it to and you're like, well, okay,
I guess we're here.
And we're too nice.
Yeah, I can't be like, don't take that back.
I should have so shut down the Red Bull vodka.
I wasn't paying attention watching him do it
his shaker is like two buckets.
He's shaking together two like literal
40 ounce buckets and dumps it in my
cup. I'm like, what do you think I'm going to do with this thing, dude? But they do that with
a straight face and hand it to everybody. And the guy behind him, I'm sitting there dancing
a Shania guy behind me. He's got a gasoline can. Guy in front of me, oh, he's got two 48 ounces
of high noons, buddy. Hey, yo, does anybody have a normal can? I don't feel like they do. I don't
think they make normal cans in Vegas. Every picture, I'm looking like a clown with a can the
size of my head. Oh yeah, you should see, right. I had a Tito Sprite. Literally, like, you go to
the gas station, you can get the 64 ounce? That's what it was. The super-sized slurpy from 7-11, baby.
I was like, what is this? So I had a great time on Fremont Street after I got that drink.
We sucked it down and we were jamming to the cover band, like having, we were people watching like crazy.
We went to everything. We went into the Golden Nugget, which is down there.
It's older, right? Yeah, super older. It was crazy. Like, vastly different experience.
Like, Fountain Blue is so elegant and beautiful.
in this amazing modern experience.
And then you go to Fremont, I was like, drastically different.
What you didn't experience was a pool scene.
I'm curious what would have been like there?
Well, so Fountain Blue actually turned their entire pool thing into like a winter wonderland.
Oh, that was the ice skating rink.
Wait, they turned their pool into the ice?
I don't think that it was where the pool was.
So I don't know if they covered it.
So what vibes did you get?
Would it be an adult pool spot or what?
Oh, it was so cool.
Okay.
Yeah, like it was so cool how they turned the thing in the winter wonderland.
And I was like, oh, yeah, this is like a party when it's actually like the day thing.
I know you didn't pay for it.
What was the cost of that thing?
The ice skating rink?
I think it was like 50 bucks.
Doable.
And it was real, like, so you know when they do the ice skating rink on roofs and you're like, oh, this is horrible?
Like, this is bad ice?
Yeah.
You go to some and you're like, this is real.
This is fake.
Like, you know, they made a skating rink.
And you're like, okay, this is really bad ice.
No.
I was gliding around.
Like, I would have never known that they just, like, planted this ice rink on a, like, a rooftop area.
Correct.
And it was so cool.
They put all the palm trees on Christmas lights.
They had a hot chocolate that you could order all over and they had little like fire station
pits for smores.
I'm not going to name the spot, but there's one they do downtown.
And it's like guys, they closed the street for it.
And it just looks so hokey.
Not naming any places though.
Wait, here in Nashville or in Vegas?
Yeah.
No, here in Nashville.
The ice skating rink.
Downtown.
Yeah.
It's like so bad.
I'm not going to go skate in that thing.
Yeah, I know what you're talking about.
Yeah, it's particle board and a bunch of ice that's all chipped and there's like a homeless guy sitting on it.
Okay, well, that was a vastly different experience in Mountain Blue.
I mean, they went like above and beyond.
And there was even like literal like ice chips.
Like it was spitting out like snow.
So it was real ice, not like fake ice?
Right.
So you're saying that they did fake snow.
No, it was like shooting out from the side.
That's how you could tell what was like that it was this real ice that was being made versus, I don't.
don't know how that other stuff gets made where it's like the particle board that you're talking
about it was not like that no the one down they downtown they make real ice no because sometimes
it melts if it's like 80 out guys you're screwed because it's gonna be a pond well this like i mean
they were rocking and rolling and it was great i had like literal figure skating ice skating rinking
and i was just gliding they had even like little reindeer that you could sit on so my sister
and i were pushing each other on it that's impressive though that's it because see in vegas you
really have to find the stuff that isn't gambling you have to and you barely gamble but you have to
find other stuff that's entertaining. You can't go there
gamble for 72 straight hours. I went
there to eat, ice skate, and watch
Thomas Rett. I didn't even gamble.
I mean, I gamble for six minutes
of the entire time that I was there.
I think we covered it all. Is there anything else?
A Vegas? Yeah.
I don't think so. I feel like I gave you my sum up pretty good.
I saw on Thanksgiving morning a couple fighting.
That's just not a good story, though. It's kind of said.
Well, let's take a break, and we'll let's sing on it
real quick.
There's two golden rules that any
man should live by.

I'm Ego Wode.
My next guest, you know from Stepbrothers,
Anchorman, Saturday Night Live,
and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Farrell.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with him one day, and I was like,
and dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you, you know,
you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.

test twice in someone's, correct?
I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives
to crack the case. I wanted people to be able to see
what their tax dollars were being used
for. Sunlight's the greatest disinfected.
They would uncover a disturbing pattern.
Two more men who'd been through the same thing.
Gillespie and Michael Marantini.
My mind was blown.
I'm Stephanie Young.
This is Love Trap.
Laura, Scottsdale Police.
As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences.
Ladies and gentlemen, breaking news at Maricopa County as Laura Owens has been
indicted on fraud charges.
This isn't over until justice is served in Arizona.
Listen to Love Trapped podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcasts. You can have opinions. You can have like a strong stance. And then there's your body
having its own program. I'm Dr. Maya Shunker, a cognitive scientist and hosts of the podcast, a
slight change of plans, a show about who we are and who we become when life makes other plans.
We share stories and scientific insights to help us all better navigate these periods of
turbulence and transformation.
There is one finding that is consistent, and that is that our resilience rests on our relationships.
I wish that I hadn't resisted for so long the need to change.
We have to be willing to live with a kind of uncertainty that none of us likes.
Listen to a slight change of plans on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
On a recent episode of the podcast, Money and Wealth with John Hope Bryant, I sit down with Tiffany the
budgetista Aliche to talk about what it really takes to take control of your money.
What would that look like in our families if everyone was able to pass on wealth to the people
when they're no longer here?
We break down budgeting, financial discipline, and how to build real wealth, starting with
the mindset shifts. Too many of us were never, ever taught.
Financial education is not always about, like, I'm going to get rich. That's great.
It's about creating an atmosphere for you to be able to take care of yourself
and leave a strong financial legacy for your family.
If you've ever felt you didn't get the memo on money,
this conversation is for you to hear more.
Listen to Money and Wealth with John O'Brien from the Black Effect Network
on the I'd Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Okay.
Anything else come to mind in our little break that we just said?
I mean, I told you, I told, I was explaining to Bayser.
I go, oh, yeah, Thanksgiving girl.
This would be just as warm as it would have been a national, you know, warmth like in your heart.
And the second we go down on the link escalator, there's a couple of domestic violence thing going down.
And there's two security separating on Thanksgiving morning.
I was like, yeah, maybe we should maybe do Thanksgiving in Nashville next time.
This isn't as heartwarming as I thought it was going to be.
Oh.
Like screaming at each other.
One security dude on the dude, one on the woman.
They're explaining their stories.
Yelling, crying.
It was 6 a.m.
I hadn't even got my dunk in coffee yet.
That's brutal.
So maybe that's why you don't do Thanksgiving in Vegas.
Yeah, well, Ray, unfortunately, I think it happens everywhere.
Okay.
You know, I just think you're a little bit more prone to it because there's a lot of alcohol flowing.
Yeah.
Especially in the casino, free alcohol.
It was a bender.
You could tell they'd been up all night.
Yeah.
So I got to cut it off.
What did you say 3M?
I don't know.
I don't even know what time we ended up rolling into the hotel.
Neither one of us did a club, though.
That's weak.
I know, but like if, if, if, live, I would have been there 100%
I mean, my freaking dude that I follow, I follow this late, he used to be on Big Brother
and now he works at MGM Grand at Tao.
I know what are your friends. I've never met him.
So Instagram, buddy, and he literally just posted a video.
I'm talking hour ago because he, think about it. He goes till 4 a.m.
It's six our time. I mean, this is him last, this is him six hours ago.
Another one?
Yay.
No other one?
Oh, yeah.
He's thriving.
He's like a manager or whatever.
You know what?
I was so mad.
One of my friends, and she's, um, Kate, she works with Kane Brown.
And Kane Brown performed there with Marshmallow, the Saturday night that we were there.
The one with Smoors?
And, Smoors.
You said marshmallow.
Marshmallow, the DJ.
Oh, you were making a pun.
Uh, I saw her at the airport the next morning.
And I was like, dang.
She was like, I wish I knew you were here.
You could have for sure been there.
For what?
For what?
Kane Brown performed with marshmallow out of club.
So you had that slap off and you totally missed.
I know. I didn't know.
You're like, hey, I lost my 30 guys playing one slot machine.
I don't know if we had enough money to go.
Sorry.
No, she was like, Kane went on at like 1.30 in the morning and went for like an hour and a half.
Do you remember what club and hotel?
It was one of the things for NFR.
I'm telling, Ray, you would love NFR week.
You would love it.
I got a taste of it.
As we were flying out, they were flying in.
I saw one belt buckle and one cowboy hat.
I said, I'm heading back to way more cowboy hats and way more bell buckles.
No, I'm telling you.
You would have, there's something different about the atmosphere there, and they bring in so many, like, concerts and people in town for it.
Like, Kane was there on my flight home, Little Big Town, Thomas Red and Abby Anderson were all on my flight.
Dang, they ain't flying private?
Everybody was on a Southwest flight.
It was like, I was like, oh, what's that, friend?
Oh, how, oh, wow, everybody's here.
This is weird.
It was crazy.
That flight back.
I don't wish that on my worst enemy.
No, but everybody seemed fine.
Like, Thomas, he was ready to go home to his family.
Karen and Jimmy were sitting next to each other.
They're married.
And then I never saw Philip, but I did see Kimberly.
She said hi to me.
She was with her kids.
Anybody sees Philip on Fremont Street.
He never made the flight home.
He may have not made that flight.
Or he was on it.
I just didn't see him.
But it was crazy.
Or he's still at the skating rink at Fountain Blue.
Oh, he could.
Jimmy was up there too?
Room-wise.
Did they give you guys a normal room or was it a sweet?
Or was it a cabana or a villa?
They have all these different stages.
The cabana is at the day.
That was the wrong name.
Villa though.
No.
We were just in like a regular, but we were on the 26th floor.
Because we got a cabana.
Oh, nice.
We got a room on the pool, but the pool was closed for the season.
So why did you do that?
Well, we didn't.
They said, would you like to upgrade for $30 a night?
So we did it?
The pool was closed down.
There's nothing but a bunch of overturned sun chairs.
Oh, so not a great view.
Yeah.
It was nothing.
There was nothing going on.
There was no reason to be next to the pool.
Cool. But we had that outdoor space and it was like 40 degrees.
Poodle room.
Poodle room.
Tell.
Okay.
So at the very top of Fountain Blue is the poodle room.
The only way that you are in there is being a member.
Blonde hair.
Or, you know, VIP style.
Or you get invited by the hotel to be there.
So like a Thomas Red or Little Big Town.
Fountain Blue, the sore losers are looking for an invite.
We would love to come gamble there.
We can promise 400 for me.
Lunch will probably gamble like 900.
Okay, that's what you guys got.
But this room, Ray, it had a 360 view of Vegas, all, like, glass windows that you could look out.
It was the most insane thing I've seen of Vegas.
Not only that, like, there was a cigar room that had these TVs on it.
There was, like, multiple private rooms to, like, hang out in.
You could hang out at this circular bar.
There was poodles everywhere.
And it was so fancy.
You can't take photos or videos.
Like, it's that, you know, upper echelon.
They take your phones at the door
They don't take them
Okay I would have taken a video
You can't
I respect the photo
Because it's like the members only
Right
My hand slapped off
You would
And even in a bathroom
Right she took us into
Because like girls love a women's restroom
So she took us in there
The view was in the bathroom too
You can see it was all glass windows
Bourbon and steak Nashville
View in the bathroom
Just like that
But imagine Vegas
You see everything
It was crazy
But poodles
There were dogs
What are you talking about poodles
So they had a
real make, like, you thought it was a real poodle that was sitting on one of the toilet seats.
I was like, oh, sorry, occupied.
And then they had these giant poodle statues everywhere.
Statues.
Yeah.
But apparently the reason is that is because there's a poodle that lives on premises, a real one.
Were there any guys at the poodle room, or was it all women?
It was actually mostly a lot of dudes.
Were there any common guys, or was it just all rich guys?
No, they looked important.
They looked important.
Even my sister and I were like in, we had her cute outfits on because we were going out that night.
But we were just in jeans and like cute tops.
And my sister and I looked at each other.
We were like, we're severely underdressed.
Really?
Yeah.
Okay.
So you had to even go one more dress up to go to that spot.
Like if I would have been wearing a dress or just anything about jeans, I would have been okay.
But I was like, ooh, I should have had something else on.
They were like NFR girl, get her out of here.
I was.
I could kind of look like that.
Even though I didn't even have my boots on at that moment.
So did you go to any NFR stuff?
We didn't go to the actual NFR.
show. Oh my gosh. You're saying
I would have loved it and you never
went to it. We went to Cowboy Christmas.
Okay. So we didn't go to like the NFR like the
bull riding, that stuff because they were
tickets and by the time we could have gone it would have made sense.
Donkey kicking. But we did go to Cowboy Christmas which is the
massive expo at the convention center.
Donkey show. That's where I saw a mini horse.
Donkey show is not that.
No, not the donkey show. Somebody brought a mini horse in there.
That's called a Sheldon pony.
It was a Sheldon Pony. You're right.
I thought it was a donkey at first. My sister
correct in me. Probably looked the same. Your sister would know
Wichita. A lot of
don't a lot of don't want to walk around on the street. Okay, we don't have a lot
of donkeys walking around. Yeah. So we did go do that and
Calvaux Christmas was wild. I've never seen an expo so
large and so many things. I mean, you could buy everything you
ever wanted in there. You Instagrammed from there. It was a bunch of livestock
in there, too, right? No, there's no livestock in there. I could
have swore you showed something. It was, it was the mini pony. That was the
only one that was there. Okay, okay. That's what I saw.
Somebody was walking around with that. But no, there was no
livestock in there. I thought it was a
4-H thing. No. No, it was like all these clothing you could buy
you get all kinds of hat makers like you drink alcohol and walk around.
Is there a cowboy slot machine? No I'm saying? There probably was. I just
you can't even like we were there for an hour and a half and we barely touched the surface
of it. It was wild. But that was like it was just cool to be around all these people.
It's like the boozy cowboys. That's who in FR is. It's like all the bougie cowboys from all
across the world come to this one event. It's all the people. It's all the people.
that have watched Yellowstone for the past two years and think they're cowboys.
I mean that too.
Stop, guys. Stop. I've been to why. I lived in Wyoming for 15 years.
Y'all don't know nothing about Wyoming. It's nothing but sagebrush. It's boring.
If somebody does have a ranch, they're so tucked far back. You never even see the person.
Most of the guys have no personality. They don't even talk. All they do is look at their boots.
Guys, Wyoming ain't it. Just because you all watch this Yellowstone show and you go to NFR in Vegas,
you ain't a cowboy. All right. I'll cowboy up.
You're not a cowboy.
I lived there for 15 years.
You need a cowgirl up.
I, okay, I was born and raised in Kansas.
I was born and raised in Wyoming.
You cowgirl up.
And you moved for 15 years and you don't even claim it.
You say you're from Michigan.
Girl, I'm a cowboy.
No.
No, no, no, no.
You claim you're from Michigan.
I'm a cowboy.
Which is vastly different from Wyoming.
See, all you all of.
And I've maybe seen you wore cowlub boots like twice in the entire time I've known you.
Ariots.
Yeah, I also have those.
I have a few pairs of those.
But literally maybe two times in the entire time.
I've known you.
Shut your face.
Cowboy.
That's why you said I would have liked NFR.
I'm a cowboy.
No, I think you would have liked the experience.
No.
Right?
You are many things.
All you fake Yellowstone Cowboys and NFR, get out of here.
You ain't no cowboy.
You are many things.
The cowboy is not one of them.
But I do think you have some country roots.
Is that better?
Yes.
Next topic.
He's offended.
No, he's like, dang.
We just crushed Vegas.
And guys, the stories we just told I was there for two days.
If I would have been there a month, I would have been a dead body and a homeless person
as my best friend.
Literally, 48 hours I was there.
Yeah.
That's wild.
They did real world in Vegas for three months.
How did anybody come out of there alive?
I mean, max you can do is three days.
You experience a month worth of life in three.
It was also crazy too, like walking around Fountain Blue, my sister and I looked at each other,
we're like, you never have to leave.
Do you have everything you ever want?
There's a Fountain Blue in Miami.
I want to go to Miami. I've never been to Miami.
Fountain Blue, Miami's where the guy that was a owner of Liberty University and they had that
pool boy.
Never mind.
The scandal situation.
The scandal situation, guys, look it up.
Liberty University scandal.
Pool boy.
It all went down at Fountain Blue.
Not your Fountain Blue in Miami.
I do want to go there, though, too.
Especially now after I've witnessed the Las Vegas one.
Yeah, I want to see the Miami one.
I loved it.
Drinks were smaller.
They weren't the size of a slurpy cup.
Fair.
Yeah.
They weren't one of those Wasaka.
What are the new things?
The Stanley's.
What is it called, though?
The new one that are popular.
Watugas.
I don't know.
Owas.
Guys, there's no more Owas.
It's a normal drinking cocktail drink at Fountain Blue.
Shout out.
Okay, Ray.
We're going to go jump out of here.
You want to tell the people where they can find you and see more of your Vegas and Charleston adventures?
Yeah, guys, I should actually make a little tab of Vegas.
I will do that.
Thank you.
Noted.
And check us out, sore losers.com.
We have the convention coming up.
Middle of January, it's going to be massive.
It's huge.
It's here in Nashville.
It's a convention.
So the NFR in Vegas, guys, this is the sore losers, the losers convention.
So you met all the cowboys.
You're going to meet all the losers.
Oh, yeah.
So that's how it's going to go down.
But sore losers.com, you can check me out.
Cizan Ramundo.
It's me lunch.
It's going to be massive.
It's going to be huge.
It'll be bigger than NFR.
I can attest that it's a great time.
And if you love the guys, you should totally come to Nashville for it.
It's a great time.
You came last year.
I did.
