Starting point is 00:02:59 An owl. That's what I thought. I saw it? Mm-hmm. Is that a special owl or something? It's the owl that I saw on my hike. It's my first owl that I've ever seen the most majestic, beautiful thing
Starting point is 00:03:10 I've ever like really honestly seen on a hike like it was so cool and I took a selfie with it. Huh. I mean, it's far away. I tried to get it. Like I didn't want to disrupt it
Starting point is 00:03:23 but I mean I took it and I'm in the picture with it too. I saw your phone you kind of had turned it this direction before one on the air and I was like is that Amy with a bird? We know you're obsessed with birds. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:35 But of all the people, pictures you have, that's the one that means the most to you right now, huh? Well, right now, I just feel like it's so pretty when I look at it. Like, it just makes me happy. So sometimes it's been my kids. Sometimes it's just a pretty wallpaper, whatever. Right now, it currently happens to be my owl. Eddie, what is your wallpaper?
Starting point is 00:03:52 Well, Mind Bones is just the default one. What? Whatever it comes with. It's like red dots or something. Nothing special. You? Why don't you have a picture of your kids or something? Because if I lose my phone, I don't want random stranger to see my kids.
Starting point is 00:04:06 Do you have no picture? Oh, because I guess it's the lock screen. Yeah, like anyone can see that. So, no, just red dots. Wow. You two are weird. Me? How is mine weird?
Starting point is 00:04:16 Amy, you took a picture with a tree bird. My's special. I'm about to send it to Eddie so he can use it. No, I'm good. I don't need the owl. I'm depressed for him. You can even put one of me and you up. That'd be cool.
Starting point is 00:04:26 That'd be nice. But then they wouldn't know it's my phone and then what would they want to do with it? But then when your phone's lost, they can return it to you. Oh, that's true, too. Mine is a picture of Caitlin and I at Mike Dee's wedding. thought it was a great picture so I put it up there so when I look at it it's us you want to see it it's us yeah that is pretty cute yeah I feel like you rotate a lot of just you and Caitlin yeah sometimes I find sometimes I find one well it used to be a razor back football helmet and then that kind of
Starting point is 00:04:51 stopped so you know what she said to me the other day we're talking about you know we're getting married in this couple months and talking about kids and she goes you know what I'm going to do and I was like what she goes it's going to drive you crazy but every time you're away I'm going to take a little set of headphones and put them on my pregnant stomach and play boomer sooner in the ears. So when it comes out, it loves Oklahoma. And that was... That's funny. And as funny as it is, I don't like that.
Starting point is 00:05:13 That's not fair. Yeah, because she's with the baby more. She can do that. That's why I want to be pregnant. So you can do woo pig to it? Well, just so she doesn't play boomer sooner and it's pregnant self. Lunchbox, what is yours? It's just waves, I think.
Starting point is 00:05:28 I don't even know what that... What are? Yoles. It's just the home screen, whatever, it came with the phone. Oh, it's water. It's just like a water ripple. Yeah, it looks like it has ripples in it, so I call it waves. Ray? Yeah, I got Nashville, baby. There we go, bam.
Starting point is 00:05:42 Like a picture you took yourself or you grabbed from Google? Yeah, I'm kind of a nerd. I went down at 6 a.m. with the perfect lighting, with the sun and everything. Are you sure you took that? Be honest. Did you take that picture? I'm dead serious. Yeah, so it's actually, not only, it's like a little bit, you know, like nostalgic to me because I went down there and I wanted to take a dope picture in Asheville.
Starting point is 00:05:59 I'm kind of surprised Ray doesn't have one of his sunset picks. Trust me, that was for months, but yeah, I switched it up. Morgan number two? Oh, it's just me and my dog. It's really just with my dog in focus, so that way every time somebody sees it, I can talk about my dog. So you haven't thought about putting, you know, you haven't talked about your boyfriend yet. So still no, nothing, huh? I do have pictures, but no, it's still in the private area of my phone.
Starting point is 00:06:24 I don't need anybody to see photos yet. All right, we still don't know anything about Rocky Balboa. I mean, that's like a big relationship move, too, because even if you were, were to do that. Like as a guy if you were to see that the girl you're dating makes you the lock screen? Is that? It's like a big statement, isn't it? It is, but I think it's kind of known before they do that. Yeah. That's maybe something you do together. But is that a talk
Starting point is 00:06:46 you have? Like, hey, FYI. It's not a surprise you give someone. Yeah, it's not a surprise where they just see it one day. About to open up the mailbag. What's funny is what this mailbag's about is a certain TV show. I've been trying to get Caitlin to watch it. And we each have our own shows that we watch. We watch most shows together, but we kind of always have one show off to the side. She's like, why don't you watch this show off to the side? So I'll talk about it in the mailbag. You guys can let me know if you've watched this. Let's open up the mailbag. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:07:14 You send an email and we read it on the air. It's something we call Bobby's Mailbag. Yeah. I need to read this email to Caitlin. It says, hello, Bobby Bones. I heard you talking about Formula One Drive to Survive on Netflix. And even though I'm not any kind of, kind of race car fan. I was intrigued. I watched it and it's so, so good. I give it five out of five race cars. I was wondering if there's any other show that you've watched recently that you'd recommend. Thanks. Anna T. in Houston, Texas. Which, the fact that she says it's so, so good, I know. That's what Caitlin said. Amy's shaking her head, but I think it's like any show where it's not so much about racing. It's about people and relationships and character building. Like
Starting point is 00:07:56 last chance you? Yes. Yeah, because that's a sports one that I didn't think I was going to like, but then I end up liking it because it's more than about the football or the basketball. I'm folding up this email take to Caitlin. Because I've been trying to get her to watch this show with me, but she's like, I don't care anything about racing. And I'm like, I don't either.
Starting point is 00:08:12 But I've just heard such good recommendations. But that being said, a show that you would recommend. The number one show for me of 2020 was Ted Lassow. We're about to have it back again. It's the best show I've seen in a couple years. It's so good.
Starting point is 00:08:28 The first episode's kind of, weird and quirky and you're like, what am I even watching? Halfway through the second, you're like, I'm in. It's fantastic. Then you're totally invested in Ted. So I'm going Ted Lassow. And they're making a second season right now? It's done.
Starting point is 00:08:41 My point's to come out. July 23rd. Yeah. That's exciting. And I think it's only going to go three total, is what they've said? Yeah. That's cool. And you don't have to know anything about soccer to like it.
Starting point is 00:08:51 So I go Ted Lassow. Amy? Well, I just started a show on HBO Max called Hacks. And it's really good. I needed something more light. and funny. Like, mayor of East Town was very heavy.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Which we all watched, yes. So then after that, since I've been spending time on HBO Max, I'm like, I paid for this and might as well find things that I like. Hacks is so funny. It is?
Starting point is 00:09:14 Yeah, it's like this older woman that is a comedian and has a residency in Vegas, but she's getting older and she doesn't want to change up her act. And they're wanting to cut her dates at the casino. And so there's just like drama behind that
Starting point is 00:09:27 and getting her set up with a younger writer who's like 25 that. Got canceled from L.A. Like, she was writing for a really popular show, and then she put out a bad tweet and got fired. Well, it's got 85% on Rotten Tomatoes. Oh, yeah, it makes you laugh out loud. 30 minutes or 60?
Starting point is 00:09:42 I had a good question. I don't know. Oh, you know what's streaming? I'm like, I don't really pay attention to that. All right, there's hacks on HBO Max, which I think I'm going to watch now. Yeah, that's good. Eddie?
Starting point is 00:09:52 Selina on Netflix. I mean, they're on the second season right now. It's so good. We're starting to, in the second season, starting to introduce the her murder. Oh, wow. Yeah, so you start seeing that kind of a relationship develop. I mean, it's such a good show.
Starting point is 00:10:05 I'm a huge Selena fans. I love it. Lunchbox? It's easy. It's Brooklyn 9-9. Listen, I don't know if this show is still on, but I just found it on Hulu, and it is absolutely hilarious. It's 22 minutes an episode. I watch it on Hulu, and I mean, Andy Sandberg, or whatever his name is, is great.
Starting point is 00:10:24 The show has been canceled for the second time. Oh, wow. But it's all up there. There's a lot of seasons. Because first it was on. Fox. Yeah, it was on Fox. And they picked it up
Starting point is 00:10:34 and it ran on like NBC. For a season and they got canceled again. But it is very funny. So there's some TV show recommendations from us. We all liked mayor of East Town. Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:43 It's M-A-R-E. Her name is Mayor. That's good. It's dark. Yeah, it is. But it's good. It's only seven episodes. But it's good.
Starting point is 00:10:51 So there's that too. But thank you for that email. Those are our recommendations. Close it up. We've got your email and we've read it on the air. Now it's about. to close Bobby's mailbag.
Starting point is 00:11:03 Morgan, if they want to reach out, what do they do? Mailbag at bobbybones.com. Brianna is on, who lives in Massachusetts. Hey, Brianna, welcome to the show. So I am a maid of honor in my best friend's wedding, and we've been friends for 10 years, so we've been kind of planning our weddings out forever. They decided, the bride and the groom decided to do a combined,
Starting point is 00:11:23 like, bachelor or bachelor's party. And I didn't know if, like, how, you would feel about like doing one with you and Caitlin and kind of if I should do something separate for just like the girls. I don't know. We've always like looked at it as such like a traditional thing. So I just wanted to know your opinion. So it's their idea, right? It's the bride and groom's idea to do it together. Am I hearing that right? Yeah. Yeah. Well, they both wanted to do like a cruise and then they're like, well, why don't we just do the same cruise? And so we're all just going on like a cruise together. I got you. So here's what I say. If that's what they want to do,
Starting point is 00:11:58 then that's what they should do, right? This is more about... Them. Yeah, them and what's exciting to them right now. I do think, though, as the maid of honor, you don't have to plan something for all the girls again, but I do think you could do something for your bride separately, your best friend who's the bride,
Starting point is 00:12:14 and be like, hey, I know we're doing this. This is awesome. I can't wait. But how about on one night, Saturday night, I got a little something planned for us? And you can do dinner and do a little activity, do whatever. And so it's like a mini-bachelorette party, even though she didn't ask for it. I do think there's something there,
Starting point is 00:12:28 but I don't think you have to pull all the other bridesmaids back together for something secondary because they may not be able to do it either. Yeah, because that's a lot. A cruise is already a lot. But maybe some of her other friends, even, too, that aren't in the bridal party or people that aren't going on the cruise. Yeah, I think she deserves a night out as a mini-bachelorette party. Maybe like a lingerie party. Well, I don't even know that has to be that.
Starting point is 00:12:51 You just woke lunchbox, though. But I do think you could make the gesture of, hey, also, I want to do something for you. you're my girl, this is what we're going to do. But it doesn't have to be bachelor's party style where there's a lot of work and effort that goes into that, okay? Thank you so much. Are you nervous?
Starting point is 00:13:07 Because you know, as the maid of honor, you've got to say a little something. Do you have that speech ready? Yeah, actually, we both kind of planned our speeches. We met both of our boyfriends at the same time, so we kind of wrote them back then. I mean, we don't know each other, but it's kind of been a long time coming.
Starting point is 00:13:25 Oh, that's special. Maybe just read her to that on our party. I'm done. All right, hey, good luck. I hope it's awesome. I thank you. All right. The Bobby Bone Show is proud to be supported by Grand Canyon University,

Brad Paisley will be taking part in Discovery's Shark Week next month. Brad, along with comedian J.B. Smooth and a marine scientist will see if sharks are attacked or repelled by country music. It's called Brad Paisley's Shark Country. It premieres July 13th. Carly Pierce still can't believe that Dolly Parton invited her to become a member of the Grandal Opry.
Starting point is 00:18:13 It's the most full circle, unbelievable moment I think I've ever had in my life. The fact that she took the time to do that for me and what she means to me, it was the best moment. I think I've had so far in this journey. Lady A. talks about what Fourth of July is all about to them. Celebrating this country and the freedoms that we get to have. But of course, you associate it with fireworks and hot dogs and family. I think it's just celebrating community. I think now more than ever, celebrating how far we've come and also being mindful of how
Starting point is 00:18:48 much further we have to go. A Morgan number two, that's your skinny. It's time for the good news. With Bobby. Tell me something good. There's a dog named Chloe. She's a nine-year-old Shih Tzu. She recently had to have her back legs
Starting point is 00:19:03 partially amputated. After the amputation, the Humane Society trained her to walk again using a wheelchair and some prosthetic devices. You have to the dog that they're up in the two legs in the chair? Oh, yeah. My aunt and uncle had a weaner dog that had a wheelchair. Really?
Starting point is 00:19:15 When I was a kid, it'd come visit us and they would wheel around the backyard. one time it fell in the pool, wheeled right in. She was resting. Did you save it? Yes, of course. We saved it. It was awesome. Well, San Diego police detective Chappie Hunter and his family have been fostering Chloe since her recovery at the shelter and have now decided to permanently adopt her.
Starting point is 00:19:33 Chappie, the police officer, lost his leg during a crash years ago, uses a prosthetic as well. So the perfect owner for Chloe. Yeah. I can't believe that dog went in the pool. Yeah, she's wheeled right in. So did someone jump in? Yeah, I can't remember who saved it. I'd have to maybe ask my sister if she remembers. But, I mean, yeah, none of the other adults are around to ask.
Starting point is 00:19:55 But it was definitely an event. I mean, it was an event when Stanley and my bulldog fell in the pool because bulldogs can't swim. They're so fat with skin. Yeah, but then when you have the metal and the wheels attached, like you go down. Yeah, so it's a sinker, basically. Yeah. Well, this story's awesome. I don't want this to be lost on Amy's drowning weiner dog story. The weiner dog lived.
Starting point is 00:20:14 I know, yeah. I'll just go ahead and say it was me. I jumped in. That weiner dog had to be like, what just happened right now? Yeah. Nice save, Amy. Yeah, no problem. That's what it's all about right there.
Starting point is 00:20:22 That was Tell Me Something Good. What's happened to friends? Thank you guys for hanging out. You know, it's been a minute since we've heard from Lunchbox's alter ego, Nico Jackson. Nico, how are you today? Yes, I'm doing good. Bobby, thanks for having me on the show. And for people that think this is Lunchbox doing this fantastic impression of somebody else.
Starting point is 00:20:42 I mean, we also know that it's not that good of an impression of anybody. Excuse me? If new listeners are going, wow, this is their voice guy? I just don't want him to think that we are looking at this impression going, hey, everyone, look at this awesome guy we have. No, this is a very good impression. This is Nico Jackson sounds nothing like lunchbox. This is Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:21:02 This is Nico Jackson. There you go. It's different now. And Nico Jackson's how old? He's in his 60s. He sounds like 80. Okay. I can be in my 80s too.
Starting point is 00:21:12 I don't know. I can't really read my driver's license anymore. Okay. Well, Nico is back. this time he called the news tip line to let them know of a great story about lunchbox. Oh, boy. Nico Jackson, hold on, hold on. Nico Jackson called and said he was listening to the Bobby Bone Show, and then what happened?
Starting point is 00:21:28 Yeah, I heard this story about this lunchbox fella about he found a wallet at the park, and I just thought that was something the news needed to do a story on. So you're just trying to get you on the news. No, no, I'm trying to get lunchbox. The lunchbox is a lot. Sorry, so I'm talking to Nico Jackson. All right. So here, was the local news station interested?
Starting point is 00:21:46 That's the question. Yes or no, guys? No. I'd say no. Okay. So you don't think they picked up the story? I don't think so. Here is the clip. News Desk. Yes, this is Nico Jackson, and I got a great news story for you that I think deserves some national attention.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Okay, wonderful. What is it? Yes, I was listening to the radio, the Bobby Bones Show, and there's a fellow on there by the name of Lunchbox. and he did a great deed I heard he found a wallet in the park and he returned it to the owner. Oh, that's really nice. And I think that's definitely newsworthy.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Well, it's very nice, but I don't think it's going to fit into our stories this week, but that's a really nice story and I appreciate you sharing it with us. No, no, no, this is Nico Jackson, this lunchbox guy, I mean, he has a heart of gold you can tell
Starting point is 00:22:38 because he took this wallet back and I think you should call this lunchbox guy up. Um, you know, I really appreciate that, but like I said, it's a little bit of a busy news cycle right now, and I don't think we're going to have time for a story like that. Maybe further on down the road. Okay. All right. Well, I thought I'd give the news a tip, but I guess you don't like good tips. We do appreciate your call. And please call us again if you have any other news for us, okay? So you know that guy that you've been looking for on the news at Robben the convenience store? Well, I was there. I know exactly who it is. But I guess you're not interested. Okay, goodbye. What? Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:23:16 I don't understand what happened at the end of that call. We're at the end there. She didn't work. Okay, talk like Lunchbox, please. I just thought that, well, she didn't want a good tip. I'll just make up another one and see if she wants that one. Oh, so you made that up. You know, it wasn't even a story. Okay.
Starting point is 00:23:29 I figured, look, I got good tips and she doesn't want to take them. Fine. I'll throw that one in the end, see if I get her back in. Nope, she didn't care. Okay, well, there he is. Nico Jackson, added again. Lunchbox. I would say nice job, but. I guess nice job at entertaining us, but you probably shouldn't call in clutter up the news tip lines.
Starting point is 00:23:47 No, but that's what the news tip line is there for is for, is for when you have a news story, you call them. Why don't you call and tell him about Eddie? Didn't think that was newsworthy. Eddie looked on Twitter and thought I was putting out a job posting to replace him, which I think is hilarious. What happened? I mean, come on, dude, that's my job description. You're like, I'm looking for this. I'm like, oh?
Starting point is 00:24:08 I said, I'm looking for somebody to hire. I said not for the radio show to do like video editing, video shooting, pictures, stuff like that. And then Eddie thinks I'm trying to replace him publicly on Twitter. But you didn't put the radio show part until later. So you're like, to clarify this is not for the radio show. I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:24:26 I think I'm put, I think I'm, shut out. Weirdo. Amy's won the last two months. Can someone be crowned the riddle master for June? Riddle me this? You have 10 seconds left on the timer. What is always in front of you but can't be seen? It's always in front of me but can't be seen.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Three seconds. It's always in front of me but can't be seen. Need an answer, Amy? I don't know. My nose. Incorrect. Anybody want to take a shot at it for fun? Future.
Starting point is 00:26:35 The future is correct. Oh, dang. I guess, you know, you get stuck on a body part and you can't see past it. Lunchbox, if you get it right, Amy's eliminated. The more you take, the more you leave behind. What am I? The more you take, the more you leave behind. What?
Starting point is 00:26:58 am I? Riddle me this. Amy, it's been fun. Enjoy your two-month rain steps. Correct. Wow. That's so good. Lunchbox. Good job. Eddie made a little hand motion kind of helped me out there. No, I didn't. Oh, Eddie. I didn't do anything. I don't even know what he's talking about. All right. Next up. Eddie. Come on. All right, it's a coin. Correct.
Starting point is 00:27:33 Two people remain for the riddler of the month of June. There's no reason for me to delay speaking words. But I do anyway. Next up. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:27:52 What two words, when combined, hold the most letters. What two words when combined hold the most letters? When two, say it again, two words, when combined, hold the most letters. Riddle me this?
Starting point is 00:28:12 Well, I don't know if I can say that that's not right. What? What are you going to say it? I can't say it. Then that's probably not right. Yeah, that's why I can't say it. Five seconds? What two words.
Starting point is 00:28:32 I need an answer time. I'm library. I don't understand. Oh, you were close. You're on the right track. What two words, when combined, hold the most letters, post office. Oh, letters. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:46 Oh, yeah, that other one was not what I was thinking. I didn't think so. Eddie, for the win. Come on, come on. A man went outside in the pouring rain with no protection, but not a single hair on his head got wet. How come? A man went outside in the pouring rain with no protection.
Starting point is 00:29:03 No umbrella, nothing. But not a single hair on his head got wet. How come? Riddle me this. 15 seconds. What? A man went outside and the pouring rain with no protection, no umbrella,
Starting point is 00:29:18 nothing. But not a single hair on his head got wet. How come? Five seconds. Got it. Thank you, Bones, for customizing this to me. He was bold. He had no him. Yeah. A riddle
Starting point is 00:29:34 master of the month. What do you want to say, Eddie? Oh, man, what a month it's been and this just tops it all. Thank you so much. I am your riddle master. Can I do it, Bones? Do it, Eddie. Riddle me Z. The Bobby Bone Show is proud to be supported by Grand Canyon University,

We do have a voicemail line, and you can leave us a message. Same as our phone number to the show, 877-77 Bobby. Here's one I want to play you. Hey, Bobby. I got to tell me something good that lunchbox will enjoy. So, like, I think there's this guy from a radio station that went on this walk, got all the money for this charity.
Starting point is 00:33:45 I think his name was Eric, Eddie. Actually, no, his name's Eddie. And he did an amazing thing. If I wanted to shout that out, thanks. Bye. Tell me something good. Let's watch just shaking his head into it.
Starting point is 00:34:01 I mean, it's just so disgusting. Like, I return a wallet. It's not disgusting. No, no. I return a wallet to a lady that lost it in the park and how many voicemails have we got about that? None. I mean, it's amazing.
Starting point is 00:34:11 It's like, I do something good and no one notices. Eddie does one little walk and everybody wants call about it. I like how he keeps calling it a little long. I mean, look, did I return someone's life to her? Yes, I did. But no one seems to care about that. And then you brought it into the bit and went, how come I didn't get a reward? That's a great question. Why didn't get a reward? Eddie got a reward? No, he actually didn't. I didn't get a reward. He got nothing. Here is a voicemail from Connie and Isabel in New Mexico. We have a question. My sister Isabel is getting married in October and we're going through her registry. We want to know what is
Starting point is 00:34:46 too much to ask for. Thanks, Bobby. No such thing. Yeah. The only thing that's going to happen is you're not going to get it. And also what we learned in our registry was you can register for stuff that you know no one will get you and you still get like 15% off after if no one gets it for you. So they're like register for stuff that you don't even think you'll get because after the wedding's over. If you don't get it, you get 15% off. Yeah, and that's amazing. So, a little tip there for you. Here's Amy's pile of stories.
Starting point is 00:35:16 So women have spoken, and they have revealed the small gestures that they wish guys did more of. You want the rundown? Yeah, let me think about this. I'm going to say it, and you tell me if you do it. Well, hold on, I'm trying to think you hear what I can do better with Caitlin, because, okay, so it's small gestures. I think with me it is just eye contact and talk.
Starting point is 00:35:36 total focus whenever it is communication time. I struggle at it, but I'm getting better at it. But I think if I were to outwardly identify what I'm not very good at, that would be it. Let's hear the list. Okay. Well, and at number one on the list is putting phone away during quality time. There you go. Yeah. Well, bam. Yeah, well, bam. Sometimes they just want their guy to be a listener, not a fixer. Which is tough for me because I'm very much a fixer and not a very good listener. Yeah, that's most men. That's why it'd be great if y'all could just do this because it's a really small thing. You just have to sit there and listen.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Sounds easy, but it's hard. It's actually less work. Hey, Amy, it's funny you bring that up because yesterday, because I'll be guest hosting the talk one more day today. But they kind of asked a question about focusing and, you know, if you pay attention to someone. And Ray actually recorded this on his Instagram and predicted that I would give Caitlin a shout out. Here's a clip. Bonds, you got to talk about Caitlin. Dating.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Bouthing out of my fiance. Yes! We feel like we're busier. Hey, with the Caitlin reference! It's like he was like creating his own little bet during the show that you're about to... Ray's now gambling on the talk. But I did say what Caitlin tells me as she goes, all right, and poop to poop. And at first I didn't know what that meant, but she means pupil to pupil.
Starting point is 00:36:53 And so then I focus and I'm a better listener because of her. So that's number one. What else you got? Okay. Head scratches when like we're just laying down or maybe sitting on the couch, like just taking your hand and like scratching our head. We like that. Okay, well, I like to add feet rubs to mine. If we're just adding stuff, like I would like to have my feet rubbed randomly. Well, that sounds, that is not, feet rubbing is not a small gesture. Oh, yeah. Well, if feet were up near, here's the thing about scratching heads. It's near where your, your hand is anyway. I think the struggle with us is I like
Starting point is 00:37:23 my feet rubbed. She doesn't really love feet that much, but my feet are always not at the end of the bed, so it's a difficult, you know, type physical situation. Yeah. And then here's one more thing that goes a lot further you would think. If you're complimenting a woman, like, don't make it physical. Give her a compliment about her personality. But I do both. I try to even it out. I'm like, you look so hot in that. But I mean it. That's the difference. Where these other guys are they don't mean it. But you say you look so hot, but then where's your compliment about her personality? She already knows she's the funniest person ever met. It drives me crazy. She's funnier than me and I get paid to be funny. Is this you complimenting her with that? This is me being jealous of her right now and resentful of how funny she is.
Starting point is 00:38:01 Okay, so now to the woman who had something up her nose for 37 years. I'm going with a nickel. It's not. It's not a nickel. Sorry. It's a bug. No, it's not a bug. What?
Starting point is 00:38:14 But it's a, have you ever heard of a tiddly wink? Oh. It's just. A tiddly wink. Yes, it's a little game we used to play. Yes, it's a like a little. You dropped the dice or you dropped the ball or whatever. Yeah, it's a little plastic disc that used to flip smaller ones into a cup.
Starting point is 00:38:27 And she used to love to stick them up both of her nostrils as a kid. and then hold one nostril and blow it out and see how far it would travel. And one day she was doing that and it went up her nose and she never told her parents about it because she didn't want to get in trouble. And now she's 45 years old and she went to get a COVID test. And when they stuck the thing up her nose to get swabbed, it like, I don't know. It disrupted the tiddly week. And she started having like a runny nose and she couldn't get it to go away.
Starting point is 00:38:57 So she went to the doctor ultimately landed her getting an MRI. and they discovered the tidily wink. I'd like to say two things. One, you say titilly wink really funny. It's to the point where it almost feels like it's dirty. Two, I'm confusing Jackson tidily winks. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You were, but I was just going to roll with it
Starting point is 00:39:13 because some people may not understand what it is. But either way, luckily, she's going to be fine. And what is she getting out of her nose? A tiddly wink. Okay, yeah, you say it makes me uncomfortable when you say that. Okay, what else? If you're a Keith Irvin fan, well, I got good news because he has zero plans on retiring. He was talking to CMT about it, and he just said, hey, look, I will retire after Mick Jagger does, which is never going to happen.
Starting point is 00:39:37 He thinks that when it comes to retiring, like, that's more of like a desk job. And for him, he's playing music. You don't have to retire. Even if nobody buys your stuff, you can still make music and put it out. Now that's happening with him, it's a weird question to ask Keith Urban, though. Like, he turns 50 and they're like, all right, time to go out to pasture, young man. That's weird. Like, what are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:39:55 Yeah, if you're a creative, you can just keep making music. All right, there you go. Yep, I mean me. That's my file. That was Amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news. With Amy. Tell me something good.
Starting point is 00:40:09 Joanna Williams is 65 years old, and not only did she recently graduate from high school, but she was also the valedictorian of her class. Now, her city has this program called the Educational Options Program, and it allows adults to get their high school diploma. And so of all the adults in her program, she had the highest, GPA. So she was valedictorian. So she was valedictorian of the adult part of it. Yeah. Okay. I was about to say, if I'm 17 and 18 and I've been grinding through. Yeah. And then some 65 year old comes to me mom flies in here and it's like yeah. Yes, I think it's fantastic story.
Starting point is 00:40:43 Yeah, no, I had the same thought as you. And then I realized that it was of the adults that were in the program. Hey, just love that she went back to high school. Like, let's not let valedictorian take away from the fact that she went back to high school and finished her degree. That's amazing. Yeah. She said, quote, I hope to inspire people that are my age and older that have dropped out to go back to school, it's not that bad. You can be Granny Dictorian too. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:41:08 I like that. Thank you. I just came up with that. I didn't know if you're laughing. I did. I get it. All right, that's a great story. That's what it's all about.
Starting point is 00:41:15 That was Tell Me Something Good. Ramundo, who runs our audio, told me that his maintenance guy thought he was me for years. So your maintenance guy thought you were Bobby Bones. Correct. and they would do work on our blinds, other maintenance stuff, dishwasher, stuff like that. And he'd always do on note and say, I love the show, man, huge, huge fan. And I mean, almost timely-wise, they were on it. I mean, we would get stuff fixed in 30 minutes.
Starting point is 00:41:43 And there were even times there was another one of the maintenance guys. He would be like, Bobby Bones! And so I thought he was a fan of the show. He literally thought I was Bobby Bones. And then we had a going away party. And he goes, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Why'd they call you Ray? And I go, that's my name.
Starting point is 00:41:57 I'm Ray. he goes, I thought you were Bobby Bones this entire time for two years. And he just learned on his final day that I wasn't. But did you know that he thought you were me? A little bit. And you just let that play out. After two years, it was about to be real awkward if I busted his bubble and said, hey, dude, I'm not that guy you put on all these notes and said all that nice stuff too.
Starting point is 00:42:17 That's an awkward thing too because there are people that I've met and then I talk to quite frequently, but I don't, I didn't catch them in the first time. So you can't be like, hey, guy, we've had seven conversations. Hey, what's your name again? Yeah. That's awkward. Was he cool about it? He goes, so you're a producer on the show?
Starting point is 00:42:31 And I was like, yeah, yeah, I am. But I'm on it, though. I'm on the Bobby Bones show. Trust me, man. Here's me and Bobby together in a picture. Look. That's funny, man. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Let's get over to Amy with the morning corny. The morning corny. Why can't you hear a pteradactyl use the bathroom? Why can't you hear a teradactyl use the bathroom? Because their pee is silent. It's spelled tip terra. I have to explain them to lunchbox. He does not.
Starting point is 00:42:57 how to spell taradactyl. Who would? Is it an easier one? Children know this. Amy, I got that one. Thank you. It's teradactyl spell with a P. Oh, you spell it P-T-R.
Starting point is 00:43:08 Oh, gosh. You look at the lunchbox and he's like, no, immediately he shook his head. Yeah, because the pee is silent. He shakes it and turns it like my dog does when he's like, huh? You want me to do what? Do you have an easier one that you can read?
Starting point is 00:43:21 For a lunchbox? He's not having a good moment. I mean, guys, this is spelling is hard. Okay, here we go. Okay, here we go. The Morning Corny. Why do ducks have tail feathers? Why do ducks have tail feathers?
Starting point is 00:43:34 To cover their butt quack. Okay. That was the morning corny. All right, there you go. Okay. All right, big announcement here. Eddie and I, the raging idiots, are going to perform one other show this year. We will be performing at the new.
Starting point is 00:43:57 York State Fair, the New York Experience Festival Grounds on Friday, August 20th. So, just know, this is the only other show we're doing. The concert is free with a $3 fair admission. Hey. Yeah, exactly. So if nobody comes, we're just idiots. It's three bucks towards the show. So they're just doing so many concerts.
Starting point is 00:44:22 98 degrees, Brothers Osborne, foreigner, train, Jameson Rogers, Russell Dickerson, the Beach Boys. not all with us, but all throughout the... Different nights. Yeah, all at the fair. And so Eddie and I are playing the fair in New York and Syracuse. So we hope you guys come Friday, August 20th, put in your calendars, type in your phone right now. We are playing at 2 p.m. that day.
Starting point is 00:44:40 Got the whole stage to ourselves. Let's go. Yeah, so hope you guys come. It's the only other show we're doing because we're just so cool. Actually, we're just tired. And now we have to practice. And now we do have to practice because we haven't. So there you go.

You know, there is nothing more controversial on this show than if someone spoils a movie. Like, you better yell spoiler. No, don't even yell spoiler or just don't spoil it. Even saying like, there's a twist coming. Then you're like, oh, well, it must not be what I think. So I'm going to think something. We've had this discussion on the show from when Amy used to ruin the Avengers movies to where, oh, you know, like that? I did it once. It's not like you're acting like I ruined all the Avenger movies. Basically. Or when Eddie ruins Mayor of East Town for everyone.
Starting point is 00:48:54 Here we go. I mean, we've heard enough about this, Bones. Let's move on. But we are all sensitive to spoilers. And there was a story about Scarlett Johansson where her husband won't even read lines with her for Black Widow because he doesn't want the spoilers to the movie. That's funny. Because he's a super fan of the Marvel Universe. And he's like, I don't want to read this with you because I don't want to know what happens. And so I thought that was funny. And then I got accused, and I'll play this for you, of giving a spoiler. Here you go. Here's voicemail number one. Mr. Bobby Bones, I'm very disappointed in you on Tuesday's show what you really gave Amy down the road for doing and what you really gave Eddie down the road for doing, you spoil
Starting point is 00:49:34 a big major block point in the Fast and the Furious Part 9. I get it. You didn't like the movie. That's cool. You're allowed that. But that was fun. And you should not have spoiled that for people who don't know it because that was awesome and stupid and so much fun.
Starting point is 00:49:49 We still love you. But you're going to need to apologize for that, buddy. Yeah. I saw it on the previews. I saw space on the previews. I said nothing that wasn't in the previews. And I asked Mike D before I went on the air with it. He was like, yeah, it's in the previews.
Starting point is 00:50:00 Oh. Well, I never saw the preview. And I thought after you said that, but then I didn't even want to make it a thing that you really gave away something major. No, Mike D, come on the mic, please. Yes. I saw it in the previews before I even went to the movie.
Starting point is 00:50:12 It's in the trailer. It's in the trailer for the actual. Hey, buddy. I watched the trailer? Buddy, who didn't leave his name on voicemail? I would never spoil a movie. All I did was give away things that were already in the trailer or any clips at all. So call now and take your voicemail.
Starting point is 00:50:28 I don't know how that would work, but I demand you call us back and take this voicemail off our lines. You know what I have been watching though is Loki on Disney Plus. I love it. Is that good? I love it. It is just such a fun character. I mean, that show, I just love the Marvel stuff.
Starting point is 00:50:46 And so I like Loki a lot because he's a bad guy who you kind of start to love. like. He's the god of mischief. Oh. Yes. Which I've been referred to similarly. Oh my gosh. Not without the god. Not the god. I'm like the prince of idiocy. Like never heard of that. Amy, should I feel ridiculous? I feel embarrassed to talk about a bachelor party because I'm 41 years old. Right. But isn't that weird? Am I not a little too old for going my bachelor party? What do you want to call it?
Starting point is 00:51:19 I don't know. I don't know. Pre-wedding celebration with your boys. Like hang out with my friends before the wedding party. Yeah. I mean, I guess ultimately it is up to you, but I don't think anybody's thinking twice about it. Like, I don't think they're like, oh, Bobby's 41 who shouldn't be having a bachelor party. It's your first wedding.
Starting point is 00:51:35 I mean, if it was like your fourth wedding and be like, okay, stop it with the bachelor party. But I think it's totally acceptable and fine. Well, Eddie, who is on this show is my best man. And to be fair and honest, I have not. giving him an opportunity to plan any of it, at least for the most part until very, very recently. I've planned the whole thing myself because again, I'm a 41-year-old man. And I'm like, let me plan this. I'll get travel there. We're going to Fayetteville, Arkansas. I'm going to plan a lot of the stuff that we're doing. And then Eddie tells me, you're never going to believe what we're doing.
Starting point is 00:52:08 And I'm like, yeah, I am. I plan the whole thing. Like, what, did you, is there something else I don't know about? Yeah, so we kind of have a theme going. Oh, no, not a theme. We've been, me and some of the guys We're on a text thread And we're kind of bouncing around ideas But we have events planned at Nightbones That I think you're gonna love No, there's like no matching T-shirts
Starting point is 00:52:26 Events at night Oh, what do you mean? You know about it? Caitlin's in the room with you right now Caitlin doesn't know anything about it She, anyway She just walked in the room with me Do you know anything about it?
Starting point is 00:52:39 Just yell yes or no Yeo yes or no Yes She said yes Man, why are these people that were, why are they telling other people? It's supposed to be top secret. Who told you? I can't.
Starting point is 00:52:52 She's on the group text. No, she's not. Wait, I don't want to wear matching shirts that says like, oh, no, I see all your groomsmen wear black and then you wear a white one. No, no, no, guys, we're not 16. But it's a bachelor party bones. This is the whole thing. We're a dull men. Once in a lifetime, buddy.
Starting point is 00:53:11 We're going to have fun with this. I could. realistically have an adult kid if I'd have had one 20 years ago This is true Well now I'm weirded out Yeah me too
Starting point is 00:53:24 And I'm really upset That somebody has leaked out to Well Caitlin hasn't told me a dang thing Because she just walked in the room We're doing the show from California today And she came over into the room And I said that She kind of lit up and she's like
Starting point is 00:53:36 Oh no they're matching shirts At least let them be cutoffs Wait well if that's what you want We can do that She didn't say that. She didn't say matching shirts. Okay. She said she didn't say it.
Starting point is 00:53:48 You lit up, though, part of it. She knows something. Oh, great. Well, you know what? We might just go back to the drawing board and change things up. Oh, there's Bachelor Party teas that are available. There's some that say last ride. I know.
Starting point is 00:54:02 We have a theme with that, too. We already have a name, bones. Oh, no, that's not a name for it. Caitlin's shaking her head like, yes, there's a name for it. She knows the name, too. You know the name? She said we're having a lingerie night for me where I wear a different lingerie.
Starting point is 00:54:18 No. In front of you go. No, we're not. Yeah, I'll try it on. Unless some of the guys are doing something behind my back. Mike, do you know about this? No. You don't know.
Starting point is 00:54:27 No. Are you lying? Yes, he's lying. I can tell him the inflection. No, Mike has no clue. So he's not on the group test? Wait, I'm not in a group thread. Oh.
Starting point is 00:54:35 Not this one. But Mike should be. He has nothing to do with this part of the planning. Mike has other duties, but not Not this part. Guys, I'm not 19. Oh, boy. No, you've said that multiple times.
Starting point is 00:54:48 We know. All right. Now I'm weirded out. I thought I had the whole thing planned. There would be no surprises. We would go. We play ball. We play golf.
Starting point is 00:54:57 We play more ball. We grill. There's a shirt, Bobby, that you can wear. That has two thumbs pointing up to your face. And then it says... That might be it. Well, it's on Amazon. Sorry, ladies.
Starting point is 00:55:12 This guy's getting married. There you go. Is that it? Okay. Well, you know what, Eddie? You know, I'm going to tell you this, because sometimes Katelyn tells me you just have to let go and let your people do stuff for you. That's right. And let go at control.
Starting point is 00:55:27 So since I've controlled 95% of this, I will give you the other 5%. I appreciate that. Thank you. And we're having fun with it. I'll just tell you that. Okay. What? Nothing.
Starting point is 00:55:37 I just feel like you should. Typically, grooms have no. control over anything. Amy, who are you talking to right now? Okay, I'm talking to you. Right. And you know I'm a control freak. Yeah, but this is like a one time in your life to just let loose and let it be and let your friends take over. All right, Paul McCartney, appreciate that. Let it be. And let's be real bones. After you get married, there's no more like you in control.
Starting point is 00:56:03 Well, there's already not a lot of me of that anymore. All right, well, we'll see what happens. It's time for the good news. With lunchbox. 81-year-old Edwin Hendrickson of Muskegon, Michigan, has done a lot in his life. He was a chemical engineer, repaired clocks, been a pilot. And 10 years ago, he said, I'm going to start making violins. So he'd sit at his house and he'd make violins, finish one, put it on the shelf.
Starting point is 00:56:30 Finish one, put it on the shelf. Well, 10 years later, he's made 75 violins. He's like, what am I going to do with these things? So he called up the school district and said, hey, I got 75 violins for the orchestra. And he donated them to the school district. That's pretty cool. So every kid in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, if they want to play the violin, they can play the violin.
Starting point is 00:56:51 It took them 75 to get to what am I going to do with these? I think about it after 4, you'd be like, well, I've got four violins here. That's a good story. That's awesome. What's his name again? His name is Edwin Hendrickson, and the orchestra teacher said it was like winning the lottery. Yeah, I bet. That's awesome. That's what it's all about right there.

The show is awesome. I've literally been listening to y'all all day at work and y'all keep me in good spirits. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:01:17 Love the show. Thank you very much. I'll tell you, this weekend's episode is Ralph, who went and served in Afghanistan. He lost both of his legs to an IED. And, you know, I've mentioned on the show before, but he was like, I don't know what to do with my life. I was suicidal even. And he never played hockey in his life. He was from California, but learned how to play hockey through the video game and then
Starting point is 01:01:38 played sled hockey. Represented America, U.S. Paralympic team, they want to go medal, and I go out, and I'm going to tell you this. They beat the crap out of me. But his story is so good. I mean, that's what an American hero is. I hope you guys will watch Sunday night. After the fireworks, 10-9 Central.
Starting point is 01:01:53 If you're around, it may not even be firework night. What is Sunday? A Sunday 4th of July? Yes. It is? Okay. Well, if you can't watch it live, I'd love you. you to watch it live. If you can't, though, be sure to check it out. And other news, it is not on
Starting point is 01:02:06 Disney Plus July 2nd. It's now moved to the 7th. Bump, bum, bum, bump, bum, breaking news, July 7th. They moved back five days. All right, there you go. Let's do the big news stories. Bobby's Big. Stories. A South Omaha woman told police that she arranged to have a tarot card reader bless the $20,000 she had withdrawn from her bank account. The 46-year-old woman told officers she had tracked down a tarot card reader through Facebook Marketplace and arranged to have her money blessed that Saturday morning. Amy, what do you think happened here if you had to guess?
Starting point is 01:02:38 Oh, she took the money? At 9.30 a.m. Saturday, two women came to the woman's residence to perform the blessing, obviously. At some point during the ritual, the woman said the tarot card reader and the woman switched the $20,000 for a stack of newspaper clippings. Whoa. The newspaper clippings with a $1 bill on top were wrapped in foil, sealed an envelope. Oh, my gosh. After the woman left, the 46-year-old opened the envelope to
Starting point is 01:03:01 find their money was gone. Oh, that's terrible. That, okay, yes, go to jail. Time to go to jail. I hope you looked at your tarot card card because you're going to be behind bars. But I mean, do people really pay tarot card readers to come to their house from Facebook Marketplace? Like, every part of that feels wrong. One, to pay a tarot card reader, but if I'm going to do that, I'm going to go to their place. I'm not going to have them in my house. Two, to go to Facebook Marketplace and hire it. See if there's one near us, Mike. Yeah. I'd like a tarot card reader to come to the studio. and read us some tarot cards. Because I don't believe in it at all,
Starting point is 01:03:34 but hilarious if somebody got the death card. No. Oh, gosh, that'd be terrible. I don't want to play with this. Okay, we don't have to do that then. Chick-fil-A earns the seventh annual customer satisfaction win as Subway continues to slip down the rankings. I was talking about this the other day with Kaylin.
Starting point is 01:03:52 We were talking about Subway and how good their service is. And our theory is that a big part of that is because you can't own a chick- You mean Chick-fil-A? Yeah, Chick-fil-A, that I mean. You can't own it unless you work at it at the same time. Did you know that? Yes, I've heard that. Yes, so if you own it, they're not just going to sell some rich person and they get to have their, you know, hire people to run it.
Starting point is 01:04:11 They've got to be a part of running the establishment. So I think that helps the culture. Would you agree? Yeah, I mean, I think that's super important. And different, like other, I mean, I grew up in the restaurant business and I did see, like, people being successful in fast food if they worked every position, like Taco Bell, for example, Like, everybody that worked in the office, like the main office, actually worked in the Taco Bell and knew what it was like to work the line. And I think that that just, yeah, it creates a culture of unity and teamwork and family and I like that.
Starting point is 01:04:42 And empathy for everybody below you. Yeah, because you know how to, like, they weren't going to have anybody managing a Taco Bell that hadn't done all the positions. Top five, Arby's, Duncan, Chipotle, and Papa John's. They scored in that fifth tier. Oh, nice. Which Eddie went to Arby's for the first time and didn't love it. First time my entire life. I never went to Arby's, but we decided...
Starting point is 01:05:02 You got to go back. You got to go back. I may have ordered the wrong thing. I got a brisket sandwich, and I guess that's newish part of their menu. What do you guys recommend? The roast beef or something? Well, you got to go to the traditional. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:11 And you got to get those fries that are curly from. Drift and cheese. I'm not opposed to trying it again. I do love fast food, so I'll try it again. But my first experience, not very good. You are cursing if... Caitlin. She's, Arbys is like her favorite place to go.
Starting point is 01:05:27 Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you just didn't have a good experience at that one Arby. All right. Number four, that tier over here is Pizza Hut, five guys in Panera. Boom. And number three, KFC and Starbucks. Why did you go boom, Eddie? Pizza Hut, dude.
Starting point is 01:05:39 It's my jam. You know that. Tied in the number two tier, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, and Texas Roadhouse. Oh, shout out. Texas Roadhouse has the best rolls in butter and you can put peanuts on the floor. Well, if we're shouting out restaurants, Olive Garden rocks. Shout out. We'll turn to go to Olive Garden every couple of weeks. And the number one chick-fil-a wins.
Starting point is 01:06:00 They're the only person in that top tier. Wow. And then finally, flight attendants will get self-defense training from July to stop violent passengers assaulting the staff. Oh, my gosh. That's, ugh. I mean, I guess that's a great life skill that your work is helping provide you with. But gosh, the stress that you have to be like in this tube, 30,000 feet and fighting to fight somebody is crazy to me. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:21 Okay, well, here, we got you a job serving drinks. Now, bow to your sense. No, yeah. What the crap? I hope they get a raise. People have just gone berserk since people are coming out of the COVID, you know? Yeah. They've gone absolutely insane for different reasons.
Starting point is 01:06:36 All right. Those were Bobby's Big. Stories. Eddie, tell Amy what you saw at the grocery store. Guys, this is crazy. You're not going to believe me, but I'm at the grocery store checking out on a self-checkout place. There's like, you know, six of them or whatever. And I'm checking my stuff out, and there's a lady to my right.
Starting point is 01:06:54 And I can hear her machine go, put the items in. in the bag. Oh, that's the worst. When you do put it in the bag and it keeps saying that over. Oh, I'm about to go crazy. Just you're talking about that. And again, it repeats it. Put the items in the bag.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Put the items in the bag. And then she just goes, shut up! Shut up! And we all just look at your talk like, oh my gosh. I literally bones. I hit cash out, got my stuff, and I split. I'm out of there.
Starting point is 01:07:21 Oh, that's so awkward. What's wrong with her? I have no idea. I just stick around to find out. with her. I've wanted to do that myself. Because I've put the Q-tips in the bag machine. Register it. Oh, yeah, but I feel like she must be having like other things. I mean, I feel like that could easily be me, but she's clearly not really that angry at the machine. There's probably other things. I told my wife and she's like, did you give her a hug? I'm like, no, I didn't give her a hug. I got out of
Starting point is 01:07:46 there, ASAP. Yeah, that's it. Do you go to self-checkout? If both options are there and you have, let's say, 10 items, the person or the self-checkout, where do you go? Person. I like person, especially. I mean, it's just a lot easier that way. What will send you to self-checkout if it's the only thing open and there's a line in the other ones? Yes. And I only have like two items.
Starting point is 01:08:08 Really? Yeah. I'll go if I have more if there's a long line. If I have produce bones and like that. Oh, there's no way. If there ain't a barcode on it, I'll go stand in line for two hours because I know. I'm going to be yelling at that machine going, shut up! Shut up!

Starting point is 01:15:30 Yeah, that's my favorite. Well? Show me life. Oh. Oh. There are still three answers on the board, Eddie. Yeah, no one's going for the healthy cereals here. Let's just get the healthy cereals out of here and give me Apple Jacks.
Starting point is 01:15:44 Oh, you're saying you're not picking a healthy cereal. Why would I? That's a waste. They're not America's favorite. Show me Apple Jack. Yeah! At number nine. All right, now I'm in trouble. Eddie, with 43 points. Only two answers left here on the board.
Starting point is 01:15:58 I'm scanning the aisle, like literally in my head, scanning the aisle, and I'm looking and I see pops. Huh? They're called pops, right? Pops. Yeah. The big yellow pops. The fact that I'm so confused, you know that's not on the board. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:13 Show me pops. Amy? Man, I'm debating between two right now. One of them could kick me out and keep me in. Well, you're not going to win anyway because Eddie's already got 43 points. Oh! I know. I still just want to be right.
Starting point is 01:16:27 Yeah, go ahead. I guess I'll go with... I don't know. I feel like you ate this, but you ate the... You would talk about the generic version. Honeycombs? Show me honeycomb. Honeycomb.

Starting point is 01:17:45 I mean, I'm the guy with four kids. We eat a lot of cereal, so. I think we came up with the new rule here. In the speed round, all point doubles are doubled. Okay. I can make things interesting. It's like in a game show, it's like, oh, point values are triple.
Starting point is 01:17:57 And you're like, but I dominated the first round. And then everyone's trying to do the math like that. How do I? So all point are doubled the last round. Eddie, you are the cereal champion. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:18:06 What is your favorite cereal? Cinnamon toast crunch. Me too. Hands down. And the milk at the end? It's fantastic. What I like to do is put the milk in my coffee after I'm done with it. Wow, you go a whole egg.
Starting point is 01:18:15 Try that. Amy, your favorite cereal is Raisin Brand? No, I like it. It's probably life or golden grams. Lunchbox? You? I love raisin brand. I also like O's.
Starting point is 01:18:27 O's are amazing. O's are good. But yeah, cinnamon toast crunch is probably if you're going for the sweet factor, that's the number one. All right, Eddie, you are the champion. Yeah. Great job. Hey, have a day. Thank you. Oh, to do anything I want? On me. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 01:18:42 All right, there it is. This story comes to us from Miami Gardens, Florida. A man went through the Starbucks drive-thru, ordered a coffee, and a bagel with cream cheese. Goes up to the window, gets the bag, opens it up, there's no cream cheese. So, instead of just asking for cream cheese, pulls out a gun, and poised it. at the employee. Wow. He messed really like cream cheese.
Starting point is 01:19:09 Or did he know the employee and was angry at them? Was there some altercation before that? Nah, he just said it pointed at the Starbucks employees, mad that they left out the cream cheese, and the employee happened to be the daughter of the police chief.
Starting point is 01:19:23 Ooh, busted. Well, he's going to get busted anyway. But you would think for him to pull a gun that quick, something else would have had to happen unless you just want to show off that gun. That was wild someone would go to the gun for cream cheese, though. He says that he was
Starting point is 01:19:37 arguing with them. It fell out and he was picking, he was catching his gun and he was holding. So. Do we know that's not true? Ah, police believe the video surveillance shows he pointed it at that. It's just hard for me to believe someone to go right to the gun for cream cheese. But I guess that's why they're a bonehead. I'm Lunchbox. That's your bonehead story
Starting point is 01:19:53 of the day. Let's do the top three songs in country music at number three. It's Chris Young and Kane Brown famous friends. At number two, Luke Combs forever after all. Starting point is 01:20:53 Who is? Which one is it? The baby? Come on, bo. Well, there's a lot of babies. I don't know which one it was. Yeah, it's a good one. That's what's up with today's show.
Starting point is 01:21:02 Amy, what's happening with you? I'm just preparing, taking a trip this weekend for Fourth of July, so I got to, like, shop. And it's a road trip, so I feel like shopping includes car snacks, stuff like that for the kids. What about you? I will do one more day today on the talk, which is very exciting. That's been a great group. Some people are like, that show. they just can't spit people out.

Starting point is 01:21:37 And so I'm going to do one more day, and it's been fantastic for me. I've had a lot of fun. If you guys want to watch, great. If you don't, okay. But then you're going to fly home after that and be back in studio tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Yay. So that's the deal. But the talk is on CBS at 2 Eastern. one central, then Pacific time. It's also on it. One. Is that how you say times if you're like not sure? What? Like really slow. Yes. It was because I'm looking at Mike D. He knows when I start stalling to give me some help. Yeah. Yeah. So that's what's up today. Okay, that's it. You guys have a great day.
