Starting point is 00:02:45 Get started at redfin.com. Own the dream. All right. The Bobby Bones post-show pre-show. We have this screen in our studio and sometimes after the show, right now the show's over, I'll kind of scroll and see text that people sent us during the show.
Starting point is 00:03:02 I can keep up with it for the most part during the show, and Morgan number two looks at it as well. We both have it on our computers. I'm just getting annihilated for this text I sent that girl. Like, it is not pretty. What are they saying? Well, it's a lot easier to coach from the seats.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Oh, the backseat driver, yeah. I mean, it's like to go to coach from the seats. And you'll hear that later on in the show. But it's like, Bobby should have said this. Bobby, it would have been different if Bobby Bobby, you know, everybody's got an opinion. Yeah, you were just doing you. Amy was just railing me, though.
Starting point is 00:03:31 You'll hear it later. Well, I mean, yesterday I could not stop laughing about it. And then today, now that she replied, I was like, oh my gosh. I did, when I read that reply back, even this morning on the show, I was like, oh, she was a little more open to it than I thought she was. I was just like, let's just, what are we doing? How is time to sit here and do the whole wait a week and go on another date thing? Like, let's just if we'd like each other or not. And if we don't, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Yeah, because you were like. because I'm about to get busy. But I am. I know you were just being honest, but it just sounds bad. Since when do we punish people for honesty? There's nothing wrong with the whole like wait a week thing. Do people still do that?
Starting point is 00:04:06 But we did that. We waited like two weeks at one time. But it was like a week and a half? But it was because of your schedules? Sometimes, but not really. There's just a better way of saying it. Like I'd like to see you again because I like you. You know, I like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:19 That's probably better out of it. You know what I mean? Well, later on in the show I wasn't that receptive of this. Right. But also, Amy started making things up. I didn't make it up. You said it on air, so I didn't know what you had said to her and what you're not.
Starting point is 00:04:31 But yesterday you did say those words. I didn't make it up. Didn't make it up. Those words came out of your mouth. Yeah, to you. Anyway. Well, whatever. Because you say she doesn't listen,
Starting point is 00:04:40 but I'm sure I got back to her. I shouldn't listen to her. I don't think she cares. I just don't assume anybody listens to anything anymore. There are 10,000 things out there. No one's listening to us anymore. That's why we appreciate if you do listen. That's why are we here right now?
Starting point is 00:04:53 I got you. No, that's why I'm even more appreciative of people to do listen. There are all of these options. I've been saying it for years. Like, there's so many things you could listen to, the fact that you listen to us. That's why we feel like you're one of us. We represent you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Anyway, lunchbox was going to go over to her comments if she didn't answer on Instagram. Yeah, if she wasn't going to reply, I was going to go to all of her Instagram pictures. And I had saying, I was going to say, why are you ignoring Bobby Bones? What makes things you can blow off Bobby Bones? She doesn't blow me off. Bobby Bones is better off without you. That's not true. She's done nothing wrong.
Starting point is 00:05:23 Why would you say that? Bobby Bones text you? That would be so embarrassing. I'm embarrassed by the whole thing anyway. Yeah. But that's what I do. On yesterday's show, I was like, I'm exposing my heart, and you guys are still taking shots at me.
Starting point is 00:05:36 You were not exposing your heart, because you were fine either way. Oh, yeah. For me to read something that was embarrassing like that. But was it embarrassing? A little bit, sure. Yeah, he was vulnerable. Thank you. And for all you guys to tell me how wrong I was and take shots, yeah, you have to know
Starting point is 00:05:53 that's coming. You just have to put yourself out there and go, but I'm about to get beat up, but I'm going to talk about this on the year. Okay. Yeah, I was going to tell her, you missed your chance. Bye, Bones. Moving on. She didn't miss her chance. She actually... I know, but that was if she didn't respond. Morgan number two, what do you think about that? Morgan number two's madder. So what is your final remarked on this? I mean, I think if it was going to work out, it would have. There you go. And I think if you would have liked her, you would have, like, maybe...
Starting point is 00:06:21 Oh, no, it's on me now? Like, salvage. it a little bit more. You say, okay, there you go. But I, but I think what you said was fair. I don't, I didn't beat you up when you texted me what you said to her. I said, I think it's fair. I think what you said is fair. It is just a little more direct than most people are used to, but it's fair. That's not what I would have replied you. I probably would have facetimed you immediately laughing. Like, are you serious right now? You really sent that. Like, it's just funny to me. Why? It's just funny. It's funny. It's funny. It's funny. I hope we grew from this.
Starting point is 00:06:58 You learned from it and you handle it differently next time. There's a way you can still be honest, but say it in a different way and not make her feel because as we know from her reply, how she felt. She felt like, oh, okay, well, I don't really feel like I'm being squeezed in to your busy schedule. Maybe she was the penciled in, whatever. Okay, we learned a little something here. One, don't share it. But no, we open off with this show because they beat you up.
Starting point is 00:07:22 No, no, no. That's not what we learned. I was like, here I am. Take all my bones out. Only my organs are here. And you guys all pounced on them. Well, like,
Starting point is 00:07:32 I used to believe in fate. Well, actually, I still believe in fate. Like, you know, if it's, if it was meant to be,
Starting point is 00:07:37 it'll be. You know what I mean? Yeah, that should be a song. But you really have a way of, like, just killing that stuff. Controlling that,
Starting point is 00:07:46 like, making it not work. Right. Nothing's organic. Because she doesn't have time for that. Like, that could have been, like,
Starting point is 00:07:53 fate. Go ahead. But then that text is just like, I don't, I still don't. You sabotage things. Sabotage the fate. You're a fate sabotageer. But if you're a fate, isn't fate stronger than sabotage?
Starting point is 00:08:05 Unless you do it yourself. I'm not a believer in faith. I don't know the rules of fate. I'm not a believer in fate. I believe we all have control. What do you sure do? You definitely have control of that one. You have free will, whatever you want to text.
Starting point is 00:08:16 But you're not letting things be if it'll be. Maybe just let it be. But it's like. I think you guys are being unfair to me right now. And I'm glad we have a little space to talk about this because I knew my environment for the next few weeks. I knew how to get the most, how to squeeze the most productivity out of my environment for the next few weeks. Because you have some time. Because it's like, hey, I have time.
Starting point is 00:08:36 If we're going to do it, let's do it. Let's say we'd like it. We have time. We can actually go out like a few times instead of once and then wait a week and a half. And her response was very appropriate to that. Yeah, we both were appropriate. I don't want to be penciled in. Not penciled in right now.
Starting point is 00:08:48 To your little time. All right. I don't ruin it. She's probably in her head. Look at you, aren't you so busy. Special you, so busy. I don't think it's special. But I'm not busy.
Starting point is 00:08:58 That's why I sent her a message. Like, girls like to hear like, I'm not too busy for you. No, he was. You were saying for the next. But you have said if a guy ever tells you he's busy. But I was telling her I wasn't busy. That's what you guys are missing. Right now.
Starting point is 00:09:11 For now. You said right now. But I'm going to be too busy for you. Now's the window. If you want me, now's the time back. I just have space. I happen to not be as busy. So we can do this if you want.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Or nah. It's up to you. Or not. You guys just don't get me. Thankfully, I guess young ones like Morgan number two and I. We speak the same language. Okay. The people that probably get you the most right now, you're saying we don't get you.
Starting point is 00:09:38 Correct. That is funny. You're funny. What's the word I'm looking for? Comical. Ironic. Oh, ironic. Denial.
Starting point is 00:09:46 So, okay, are we good on this? It's the first step. Everybody good? Yeah. We're, uh. Are you good? clear. Yeah, I'm pretty good. It just doesn't, it's just not, not been in the cards for me yet. Okay. Again, if you have like a foolhouse, you would be like, at fold. A royal flesh, I'm good, fold.
Starting point is 00:10:06 So what you're saying is, most people would be like, I'm all in. I have a royal flesh, not bones. Oh, God, it's a perfect hand. Fold. That, you should bring up a good point there. I probably do sabotage things. Yeah. Do you feel like that sting Amy? Mm-hmm. No, I know it is. I don't think. Do you think I sabotage this, though? I don't know that you, well, I feel like you could have chosen your words more carefully. This isn't even real. Do you think subconsciously I cut this off? Oh, I think subconsciously you do a lot of things like that to cut it off before you can get hurt.
Starting point is 00:10:34 But do you think I cut this off because of that? I don't really know what this is. This is unique in that you're at a different season in life. I feel like you're ready to meet the one. Yeah, who has time to meet the third? And you're not, again, yes. You're at the height of your career, right? Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:59 So there's a lot going on. I mean, I feel like you have more to come in your career. That's not what I mean. But right now, you're doing as much as you possibly can in your career, more so than you were five years ago, 10 years ago. So you're growing in that. And so, yeah, your time is limited. And I want to be honest about it. That's all.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Yeah. So, sure. I have this Sharpie. It makes my life so much better. I saw they bought you a whole pack of them I'm telling you I have these It's called a king size sharpie
Starting point is 00:11:27 And it's like you know those government documents When they redact parts of Yes I just redact my show all day Like done with it Redacted Black it out Love it makes my life so much better
Starting point is 00:11:37 Things I can organize And control Totally into that Yeah we know We know Anyway enough Enough about me That's what I say
Starting point is 00:11:46 I mean you know how on What's that show you like Go ahead I like a lot of shows Umbreira, umbrella academy? Okay. The mom is a robot. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:55 You know? Yeah. Okay. I actually had this thought. I hadn't thought of it. I forgot. Huh? She did her?
Starting point is 00:12:01 No, I forgot. But these kids, and again, my husband's one watching the show and I just catch bits and pizzas, but I guess the kids, they like, that's their mom, but she's a robot. And they're like, they're trying to decide something about her. I don't want to give anything away. But they're, like, having to take in all this things, but half of them were like, well, she's a robot. And then the other half were like, but no, she's evolved. Like she can feel. And I mean, she was able to be a mom to these kids and a wife to that the guy, husband that created her.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Oh my gosh, husband. She's a robot. But like you could, I have a thought. Like, if you watch it, Bobby, okay. Because I feel weird saying this. But like when I was watching, I thought, wow, she seems so real that like, Bobby. Like, Bobby could actually have a good relationship with AI. I said that when her came out.
Starting point is 00:12:55 I know. But this, she looked so real and you wouldn't have to worry about time, you know? Boy, should Amy just hang on that one, huh? Wow. It's that time of day where Amy just gets tired. It's true. She does. She does.
Starting point is 00:13:09 Do you know that? She does. You know what I didn't say that. No. You do. Sometimes you just get tired and like nothing matters anymore. Like even your posture just gets to live. Everything is it.
Starting point is 00:13:19 I don't think you realize it and you get a little meaner. What? What do we all agree? Just kind of. Oh my gosh. I haven't been saying anything Eddie hasn't been saying. Lunchbox says you go crazy. I wouldn't say that.
Starting point is 00:13:29 I didn't say that. I would say. Crazy. Okay. Off the rails. Like Bobby's trying to keep it down and going down the track and Amy just takes a lot time. No, I wasn't taking it off the rails. Are you to that episode yet?
Starting point is 00:13:39 Amy. Is he trying to paraphrase crazy train? Is that what he's doing? Amy's like, listen. I don't want to be weird here, but you'd probably have sex with that robot. No. I didn't want to go there. But it took you five minutes to get there.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Because I'm like, gosh, you know, I mean, 20 years from now, we might be like, this is normal. Bobby has a robot girlfriend. Me and Brumhilda, my robot girlfriend, are celebrating 20 years together. Whatever. Whatever. Well, that's the deal. Yeah, we'll go home now. No, I can't.
Starting point is 00:14:12 I have too much to do. There she goes, boys. There she goes. Just let her build steam. Like a crazy train. And then I'll be back at two to find out my Enneagram. Up here? And maybe I'll understand why I do this.
Starting point is 00:14:26 I just get tired. We just told you. Yeah, like yesterday I was exhausted. I didn't get any sleep the night before. Those shows are like a million bucks are just in bankruptcy because I'm so exhausted. And it's just like, here we go, baby. Hold on tight. Yeah, I like those.
Starting point is 00:14:41 You never know what you're going to get. Most of them turn out to be award-winning shows. Some of them turn out tonight. be and I'm like, I regret that. Anything else I'm going to say, by the way, this wasn't on the year today. We have a little more space to talk. Anything else, Amy, you'd like to bring up?
Starting point is 00:14:57 Amy's actually Insta-Storing me while we're doing this bit. Oh, boy. Oh, I can't keep her attention. Oh, I've reposted you. Today I had to way better like three times. Like, hey, we're doing the show. Redden the middle of a segment. Like millions of people are listening and you're over there buying a dress.
Starting point is 00:15:11 No, I'm not buying a dress. I'm not right now. I'm going to quit talking. There you go. All right. Okay, good show. Tune in. Well, they are. Okay, then start the show.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Do anything else do you want to go over? Well, I got a lot to go over. Oh, okay. Well, let's do it. Nah, we'll just start the show. Amy want to start the show. No, pick something blindly. Just take your finger and... Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:38 This. Oh, start show. All right. Here's today's show. Folks, it's your buddy and mine. Mr. Bobby Bone. Let go. This is a Bobby Bones show That's right Good morning, welcome to Wednesday show.
Starting point is 00:15:57 Morning studio. Morning. Man, I was reading the story about this rapper. Never heard of him. Young Dolph, but he had $500,000 in jewelry stolen out of his car while he was eating a cracker barrel. Wow. There's so many parts of the story funny to me.
Starting point is 00:16:11 Okay. His name? Young Dolph. Is that like short for Dolphin? I don't... Mug. Rapper. Young Doff's car was broken into while he ate at a Metro Atlanta Cracker Barrel last week.
Starting point is 00:16:26 Thieves made off with roughly $500,000 in jewelry and other belongings. The artist no-born Adolf Thornton, so Adolf would be Adolf. Okay. Told police that thieves smashed his window of his custom camouflage Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV in the restaurant parking lot. They made off with a watch worth $230,000. Another watch worth $85,000. Two diamond chains worth $57,000 to $27,000. It's amazing to me that these are just sitting in a car.
Starting point is 00:16:57 Yeah. Just sitting in the car while the person's in Cracker Barrel eating. Like Cracker Barrel is also somewhere in the out of picture. Me going. Not necessarily. Young golf. Not a $500,000 sitting in a car. And if they did, God bless them, take it in with you.
Starting point is 00:17:13 And a Camo G ride. That's cool, though, Cammo. Is it a Cammo, right? Yeah. Oh, that is cool. Cammo G wagon. Didn't even see it. I don't know how they broke into it.
Starting point is 00:17:21 You see the G-Way. Right. It's camouflage. Maybe that's why you felt like it was safe to leave this stuff in there. Come on, guys, this screams set up. This says insurance scam, insurance fraud, written all over it in my mind. First thing, how is someone going to happen to break in that random car in the cracker barrel parking lot and it's going to have that jewelry? Come on.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Is that a thing? But I would break into a rich car. That's what you do. You'd break into the super nice cars. Here's what it says here. Police said the case was unusual in a number of ways. We got surveillance footage. Show the thieves.
Starting point is 00:17:48 They kept approaching the car looking in it. They would go, we shouldn't. Then they got, at the first time, they said it was possible at the end of the car without vandalizing it. The third time they smashed the window and made off with the items. They kept going back up to it, back up to it, back up to it. And so that's just a lot.
Starting point is 00:18:03 That's just a lot to have anyway. He has a watch worth 230. Let's take away the fact that it was even stolen. Somebody wears a watch worth $230,000. That's nice. It's probably got diamonds. The two Cartier sunglasses, each of these pair of sunglasses
Starting point is 00:18:20 is worth $12,000. I don't understand. Why? He added that $2,000 in cash was also missing. Like, you can't, you know. He survived two attempts at his life in 2017 after his bulletproof car
Starting point is 00:18:32 was shot more than 100 times. Oh, well. Like, I don't... You guys had some bad luck in life. No, wonder he made... I think it's bad luck. I think it's bad luck. If I've been shot at, I'd make my car camo too.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Well, that's the nutty story of the morning. You want to hear Young Dolph's music? Yes. Yeah. This is Young Doth called Major. That's major. Whole gang going crazy. I never, listen. Not that I'm the connoisseur of hip-hop.
Starting point is 00:18:57 I do listen to hip-hop. I never heard of this guy, and he's got half a million dollars of stuff in his car. Like, you can get rich. It's times are so different now. You can make money, making music, and not even be Uber famous anymore. Because think about the biggest pop star now. Ariana Grande. Not known by.
Starting point is 00:19:18 50 to 60% of America. You could show a picture. A lot of people wouldn't know she was. If that was Britney Spears, 15 years ago, everybody would know Brittany. Go back even further than that to like the 70s. When it was even, like, you're talking about, everything is spluttered so much.
Starting point is 00:19:34 Anyway, I saw that. I thought that was fun to talk about. Not for him, obviously. No. A kid spiked to stepdad's energy drinks with cow tranquilizers. What? A teenager in Wisconsin
Starting point is 00:19:44 facing two felony charges for spiking his stepdad's energy drinks with cow tranquilizers, he did it because he thought it was funny. He's either 16 or 17. His stepdad's a dairy farmer. That's why the tranquilizers were sitting around. Oh, my goodness. He started squirting the liquid tranquilizer in his dad's energy drinks.
Starting point is 00:19:59 But you got to wonder how many energy drinks you take before you start to go, well, this isn't working. I filled the opposite. I'm getting tired. He said the first time he did it, his stepdad started stumbling around, slurring his speech. Took him to the hospital. Doctor said it probably stress. Oh, my gosh. Or from having too many energy drinks.
Starting point is 00:20:15 I'm not kidding His symptoms came back And so I thought it was funny He never meant to hurt him But he's on the hook for two felonies Being in court later this month Can the dad just drop the charges? I don't know if you can allow a felony
Starting point is 00:20:29 Meaning I don't know if you can sign off and go You know what? This felony is on me Like no big deal Yeah He'll probably get community service I doubt he'll get jail time But
Starting point is 00:20:38 That's tough huh Yeah Hopefully other kids listening Yeah don't do that Anyone with a cow tranquilizer In their hand right now Yeah, don't put it in your step. You're about to put it in your stepdad's energy, don't you?
Starting point is 00:20:48 Stop. Even your step, mom, Amy. Let's just cover all the bases. The Bobby Bones Show. Big Three Stories. Let's go over to our producer, Ramundo, who is in the glass room with the news and his microphone. Ramundo, what you got over there? Yeah, to help out those affected by the Alabama tornadoes, just go to bobbybones.com.
Starting point is 00:21:04 All Pimpidjoy sales are going to go towards relief efforts. In other news, in Florida, passengers were heard aboard a Norwegian cruise ship after unexpected wind hit the ship. They had to be treated out of hospital in Florida. And finally, officials announced six weeks after the filing season started for your taxes. Returns are up. So expect to get more back this year than previous years. That $1.5 billion jackpot winner, that person came forward, huh? Oh, yeah, South Carolina.
Starting point is 00:21:32 They finally claimed it. They only had weeks to claim it or else it went, it was going to go back to the state. They came forward. But guess what? They remained anonymous. I wouldn't be able to set that long because you have all that. money, you're not able to spend it yet. Right. Because if you win the lottery, you go,
Starting point is 00:21:47 oh, I want to buy, like, my mom a house. Or a car. Or a lot. Buy me a Lambo. But you can't do that until you go and get your money. A yacht. And you have to sit there. The South Carolina resident who had the billion dollar lottery ticket. In October. So, today's Wednesday,
Starting point is 00:22:05 March 6. That means October, November, December, January, 6 months, they sat, knowing they have this money, but they haven't cashed it in What was the holdup? Right. What was the holdup? The winner who was not named said they even allowed a fellow customer to jump in front of them in line.
Starting point is 00:22:23 Wow. In line. Oh, no. The quote was, a simple act of kindness led to an amazing outcome. Wow. So they wouldn't have got that ticket had they not let that person jump in front of them. Man, do you go try to figure out who that person is and give them some? No, if you're trying to remain anonymous, you're just going off and living on stacks of money.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Because they didn't do anything for you. they didn't make it, that you let them cut in front of you. Oh, that's right. Okay. As allowed by South Carolina law, the winner has elected to remain anonymous and has chosen the cash option one-time payment of $877 million. It's the largest jackpot payout a single winner in United States history's ever won. So I wonder if this person has been working these last six months and just thinking, you know what, if my boss makes me mad, ha, I got $800 million waiting for me.
Starting point is 00:23:06 You would think that they're super close circle knows, right? Yeah. I have to. Unless it's just like a. old man who's 80. Oh. Who is it? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:23:18 If someone like this one in my town, everybody would know. Right. Because they would not go to work and everybody would know. Hey, buddy, pal. Or they have a new truck and everybody would know. The new truck. Yeah, that's crazy. $1.5 billion.
Starting point is 00:23:31 And the lump sum payout, the one time is $87 million. Just take a second and think what you could do with $877 million. I don't know. Anything you want. Whatever. Exactly. Byron Island. I mean, you can do...
Starting point is 00:23:44 I said always the go-to. His thing's always the island. It's a Bobby Bone show. This is Judy and Austin. Hi, Judy, Judy, Judy. Hi, Bobby. Hey, so you have an issue. You called the show.
Starting point is 00:23:58 We have a new phone screener. She wasn't nice to her, or what? It's been for over a month. Oh, wow. Okay. Spilled the team. I tried calling for my 60th birthday. And it was always like, well, we're through with that.
Starting point is 00:24:13 I'll pass the message on. I've called times since then. It's been the same thing. I am a long-time listener. I go back to the Jay and Sarah Day over at Magic. I've got the signed binder and trash can. I don't know what that means at Magic. Did you?
Starting point is 00:24:38 I don't know. I don't think so. Regardless, I do appreciate you being with the show. I hate that you feel you weren't to treat. to the highest standard. Is there anything that we can do to make it up to you? Excuse me? And I've been trying to call in with stories.
Starting point is 00:25:02 Apparently we're in a totally different time zone because what I'm listening to is not what's on the radio. Where do you live? I live in Austin. You're in the same time zone. Well, what I was listening to was the astrology story. and when she put me on hold y'all were talking about songs
Starting point is 00:25:21 are you yelling at me now I don't know how that works I think that's just the delay yeah I think there's just simply a delay because we have to go up to a transmitter and then send it back out so it's like a two minute delay probably I would like to apologize
Starting point is 00:25:40 if you feel like you were disrespected because like I said I think she just kind of cuts you off it's really difficult to get through and, you know, I tried to explain to her. That's all I was wanting. Could I call? I'll pass the message along.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Can I just say a couple things for her? One, she's brand new. So she's dealing with a bunch of phone lines. She only works here a month or so. And two, she's got to move quick. Like, she's got a lot of lines, and we have one person answering the calls. And so if she sits and goes, hey, I'd like to hear your whole story, even though we're not going to use it, then she's not able to get other calls on. I'll keep that in mind.
Starting point is 00:26:22 I don't think you're wrong. but just you know a little grace on the new person she won her fired I mean just to welcome her oh see and said hey Christine welcome to the show
Starting point is 00:26:37 glad to have you dang that sounds nice I think that's a little I mean you're chopping out I wouldn't put you through it right now I'd be honest with you because your phone's chopping out so bad I'd probably be like hey I'll pass that along
Starting point is 00:26:52 but because you're in a bad spot right now. But listen, I'm sorry that I didn't work out for you. Christina, right? Should we send her something? Like, make her happy? Lunchbox wants to send you something from his house. You want something? You want a present? You want a present? Send her that.
Starting point is 00:27:14 Frame that up and send her to me. Judy. I think Judy's a nice lady. And Judy, I'll talk to the phone screener and tell her to be nicer to you. She had with you on 6th Street lunch. That's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about. forgets those nights. There you go. Hey Judy, thank you so much.
Starting point is 00:27:35 Put you on hold so lunchbox get you a frame picture and mail it to you. Is that okay? Is that what you want? All right. You take it over since you said it. Don't forget. There you have it, folks. Go to Target today, lunchbox. Get that frame. We do have a new phone screener if you do call. That's

Starting point is 00:29:04 They live in Indiana. They're from Chicago, so they have a love for pizza. On the weekends, they would make deep dish pizzas and lasagnas and serve it to the homeless. Well, fast forward a little bit. And they've now opened Agape pizza, a restaurant, and they only hire formerly homeless people. Oh, wow. Living in transitional housing. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Yeah. They're joining it on the effort to give all these people a fresh start to turn their lives around. Love it. That's what it's all about right there. Bobby Bones show. Bonehead. Norrie up the day. This story comes to us from Iceland.
Starting point is 00:29:39 A grandma from Texas was on vacation with her son. They're in Iceland. And she's like, ooh, I'm going to sit on that piece of ice and take a picture because it looks like a chair. Only problem is the ice broke off and she floated away. Oh, wow. They had to call a local boat captain to get on his boat and go rescue her. So she's floating on the ice? Wow.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Yeah, it's pretty funny when you look at the footage. I mean, how scary would... I mean, you're on this ice. You're floating the way going, oh, my gosh, oh my gosh. And I mean, I guess you could jump in. But it's freezing water. I think they're calling her Ice Ice Granny. Oh, I like that.
Starting point is 00:30:14 I was going to hit that. Oh, she was sorry. I didn't know if he had that. But you said I think they're calling. You could at least credited them. He'd have been like, ah, call her, ice, ice granny. I was going to say, and that was our Ice, Ice Granny. I love that.
Starting point is 00:30:25 That's a crazy story. All right, there you have. I'm lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day. Folks, it's your buddy. Mr. Bobby Bones. And when Luke Perry passed away, a lot of people are talking about 90210,10,
Starting point is 00:30:45 a lot of the nostalgia of the 90s. So what I've done is I've actually put together, inspired by that, a 90s TV theme song game. Ooh, okay? Ooh. Go around. Amy, you're out first. Can you name this TV show?
Starting point is 00:30:58 The dream got broken, still not always lost, but could be the future. Could you pay the cost you want? Will there ever be a second time around? Is that familiar? Whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Yes. All right. What do you think that is? I'm like confusing a couple of them, but... It's the same singers. It is. I mean, that must have made a lot of money. Same riders wrote Full House.
Starting point is 00:31:26 You know that's not Full House. I know. I know it's the same singer as Full House, though. But I'm going to go with Family Matters. No, I'm sorry. I'm so stupid. That's step by step. Oh.
Starting point is 00:31:37 On the roller coaster. That was all TGIF, right? Part of TGIF. Lunchbox, you ready? Yep. This is pretty easy. Softball. She was walking in a bridal shop and flashing queen.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Still, her boyfriend kicked her out in one of those crushing scenes. What she did do? Where was she to go? She was out on her fan. Oh. The Nanny. There you go. There you go.
Starting point is 00:32:02 The Nanny from 1993. Eddie. Come on. Softball for you. Amy, you kind of got the bad end of that first round. It's okay. Here you go. You named this 90s TV show.
Starting point is 00:32:17 Eddie? Come on. That's King of the Hill. Correct. All right, Amy, back over to you. Okay, ready. You're down one. You need this one.
Starting point is 00:32:25 Ready? Ready. Definitely easier one. Five seconds. What's it called? Tim the toolman Taylor. Tim Taylor, the toolman. Final answer.
Starting point is 00:32:54 Tim, the toolman Taylor. Sorry. Home improvement. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I was on the tip of my time. I couldn't get it out. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:33:01 TV show from the 90s. Here we go. Any guess? Oh yeah, I'm waiting to hear the song. This is the song. Go ahead? The Monkeys. No, third rock from the sun.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Dang, third rock from the sun. That was hard. Eddie? Come on. Oh, shoot. What 90s TV shows is this? I'm between two right now. What are you between?
Starting point is 00:33:43 Matt about you and Frasier. All right. They're both wrong. So they're wrong. Everybody loves Raymond. So dumb. Yeah. Amy, ready for this one?
Starting point is 00:33:51 Yes. Got to go quick here. I'm in. Texas and City. Correct. What's the score, Mike D? All tied. All tied.
Starting point is 00:33:59 Lunchbox. Yeah. My eyes are getting weary. My back is getting tight. Yep. Family matters. King of Queens. The back is getting, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:11 Can Eddie win this one? Come on. Come on. Here we go. For the win. Let's go. Dude, this is amazing. I got this.
Starting point is 00:34:19 Do you know this one lunchbox? No. I'll get you in lunchbox. Go ahead. Over to Morgan number two, who runs all of our digitals, and you know what she loves? Food. Food. It's time for Food World.
Starting point is 00:34:46 Num, Num, Num, with Morgan number two. So there's two new mayo mixes dropping from Heinz. One is a mayo must, and one is a mayo Q. Is mayo must mayonnaise and mustard? Yes. Okay. And then mayo Q. Barbecue sauce.
Starting point is 00:35:02 Oh. Oh, that could be good. I don't like mayonnaise for any reason whatsoever So to me it's so good I love it I love it You guys like mayonnaise? I love it's bad
Starting point is 00:35:12 I don't I there's this also There's this vegan mayonnaise Like veganase And I'm addicted to it The bad I don't do mayonnaise And I don't do peanut butter
Starting point is 00:35:22 So good You guys like both of them Favorite condiment period Amy Catchup I'm gonna go a hard mustard Hard mustard Lunchbox Barbecue sauce is only one on touch
Starting point is 00:35:33 Morgan number two Peanut Butter Is that a condiment? Oh, I don't know. Okay, if that's not a condiment, then honey mustard. That's good. Eduardo. ketchup.
Starting point is 00:35:42 Yeah. Well, we're all a little different. Nobody went ranch, huh? Oh, that's... Ranch is a salad dressing to me. Of true. But I dip... No, no, it can be.
Starting point is 00:35:50 We all have different... Like, peanut butter can be a condoment if you want it to be. It's just something that is a side that you dip your stuff in. Oh, man. Chick-fil-A sauce. Morgan number two, when do these come out? So, Heinz hasn't confirmed their new condiments, but they've been spotted at ATB in Amazon. So they're out right now. How can they not confirm them but they're
Starting point is 00:36:08 selling them? Weird. That's a weird one. You cannot confirm nor deny. But they're out. Morgan number two, thank you very much. Yep. That was Food World with Morgan number two. Num, num, num, num, num. Lunchbox has been asked to do something and he feels a little uncomfortable with it. We're going to talk about that next? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm very uncomfortable. He's very uncomfortable with it. And I don't get uncomfortable. And he's very uncomfortable with it. So we'll do that next. Lunchbox's uncomfortableness on the Bobby Bone show. By the way, Eddie and I'll be in Boston. Come up on next Sunday, not this Sunday, but next Sunday, the Raging Idiots are playing Boston. If you want to come, Raging Idiots.com.
Starting point is 00:36:42 I think we're playing the Orphium. That's the theater there. Yeah. So, can't wait to see you guys. Ragingidiotes.com. Bobby bones. All right, so what is it? So my brother-in-law is getting married, and I've been asked to read something from the Bible
Starting point is 00:36:56 at the ceremony, the wedding. And I've never read the Bible in my life. and so I'm like there is no I feel so uncomfortable getting up and reading from the Bible I thought you were super Catholic like today is it today Ash Wednesday you always ask for it asked for work well you guys don't
Starting point is 00:37:16 give me off work so it so then you don't read the Bible it interferes in my religion okay and so I don't know how to read from the Bible and when they get up there when I listen to you know how to read though when I'm in just words no no no it's written differently than a normal you never read the Bible as a kid never in my life and so when I'm at church and I listen to them read the Bible there's some words there's
Starting point is 00:37:34 like, oh boy, there's no way I could do that. You could, well, I don't think you have to do like King James. You could go like... See, that's what I'm saying. I don't know. And he said, just pick a passage that's about love. Oh, he wants you to pick it? Yeah. Just as signifies love.
Starting point is 00:37:50 And I'm like, I don't know. What do you have over there? Do you want him to read a verse? Yeah, that would great. Eddie has an app, a Bible app on his phone. He was from the book of Peter. I was the Bible champion, by the way. Did you give him the one about love, though? No, I just picked a random one. What is it?
Starting point is 00:38:05 It's short. It's short. It's short. It's short. From the book of Peter 1-2. You would say first? Well, go ahead. First Peter, two second?
Starting point is 00:38:12 That's the second verse. We can help you. We can help you with it. First Peter, second verse. There you go. Oh, is that right? One Peter's verse? Just go.
Starting point is 00:38:22 I'm just trying to practice. See, he's going to do this at the wedding. Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit. Hypocrisy. Hypocacy, envy and slander of every. kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk so that
Starting point is 00:38:39 by it you may grow up in your salvation. Now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. What? That's what I'm saying. It's not written properly. You will practice it. Crate pure spiritual milk so that by it you may grow up in your salvation.
Starting point is 00:38:55 That's an incorrect sentence. That's a run on. And it's incorrect form. Maybe you are not comfortable with how that version is written. Can I give him something that actually could be written? Like, if he's got a pick, like, we need to help him. Okay. He can't just go open the Bible.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Oh, there's no way. His brother-in-law's letting him pick the verse. No, no, no. I think you pick it ahead of time. I think we go with 1st Corinthians 13, 4 through 8. And here you go. First Corinthians 13, 4th, 8. 13, 4 through 8.
Starting point is 00:39:23 That'd be verse 4 through 8. I mean, he's going to struggle with Corinthians. First Corinthians. Don't hate it. Yeah, don't hate on me. First Corinthians 13, 4 through 8. Go ahead. New International Version.
Starting point is 00:39:33 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy. It does not boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others. It is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered. It keeps no record of wrongs.
Starting point is 00:39:47 Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. This is a lot easier. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, always preserves. Oh my gosh. Love never fails. Oh, what did I say? Preserves. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:40:01 Jams and jellies. Always perseveres. fears. Dang. Love never fails, but when there are prophecies, prophecies, they will cease. Where there are tongues, they will be stilled. What? Just take your time and read it and you'll be fine. This is great. I wouldn't even do that much. Yeah. That's kind of low. It will pass away. Why don't you run that? That's a good one. It's an easy one. That's a common one for weddings. Why don't you ask if you can read that one? Okay.
Starting point is 00:40:30 So it's 1st Corinthians 4 through 8th 13 through 8th No We'll actually instruct you on how to You can do this It's like a calendar You know how you do day month year
Starting point is 00:40:43 Same thing with the Bible The book of the Bible Okay so that was first Corinthians Is the book? Right Then what was it 14? 13 13
Starting point is 00:40:53 4 through 8 Well but you could We're scratching 8 Let's do 4 through 7 So you got it Boy, guys, that's a lot of pressure. Well, it's going to be pressure anyway to get to read the Bible. But no one's going to judge you, even if you mess up.
Starting point is 00:41:05 Yeah, they are going to judge it. You're in God's house. God is going to judge you too. The judging isn't about how good do you read. It's, are you reading it with conviction? Okay. And sincerity. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:19 Well, I'll read with some conviction. But practice it, no other words. He's going to be like, love is love. You can really read it slow. Like, no one cares. Yeah, yes. No, no, because people don't want. They're not here to see me read.
Starting point is 00:41:31 They're there for the wedding. You're right. So they want me to get off that stage. Like, I can't be up there for 45 minutes. You're reading three verses. By the way, today's Ash Wednesday. You're very Catholic. You've always said every year.
Starting point is 00:41:40 This is the first I knew that you didn't read the Bible. Or you hadn't know the Bible as a kid. Yeah. So what are you giving up for Lent? Oh, man. I've decided to give up something huge in my life. Go ahead. Negativity.
Starting point is 00:41:50 Oh, boy. That's a, that's going to be hard. It's a challenge, but that's what it's about. This is the first time I actually think it's going to be challenging for him. So wait, you're not going to be negative at all for until Easter? Yeah. So as of right now, but again, every year he gets up something and he does it. Yeah, sometimes I give up chocolate milk, like hot chocolate.
Starting point is 00:42:13 That's hard. One year he gets. I give up lottery tickets. Hard for you, lunchy. Oh, yeah, the lottery tickets. That's hard. One of four Americans observe land. I don't observe land.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Only one in four? Do you think it was more? Yeah, I thought it'd be a lot more than that. I see a lot of people doing it. Number one is fast food. Number two, social media. Number three, alcohol. Four is meat.
Starting point is 00:42:31 Five is chocolate. Not to be forgotten as number six, hooking up. Oh. Really? Is that really on there? Yeah. I don't know. Don't you gave that up, did you?
Starting point is 00:42:39 I would not have a purpose. I don't think in a marriage lunchbox you give up looking up. No, you can't do that lunchbox. That's what I said, eh? No, you said I can't do that. I'm like, well, you're married. You're giving up negativity. Negativity.
Starting point is 00:42:51 Wow. This is huge. So what does that mean, though, to you? Yeah, like, define negativity. I don't know. I'm going to try to be positive. Okay. I'm not going to look for the negative in stories. Or just in things. No, just in life. In life.
Starting point is 00:43:03 Also, that includes you just not being negative, not looking for the... Well, right. That's what I mean. I'm trying to be positive. Will you be at church today? Yeah, I got to get my ash marks. Okay. Why not? Read the Bible. Man, I don't even have a Bible. But what are the marks for?
Starting point is 00:43:18 I have 10 of them. You want one? No, I'm good. Yeah, give them one, most. You can get one. Sure. Well, I mean, you can get one at a hotel. No, no, no. belong at the, they stay at the hotel. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:43:28 If you take one, it's okay. Is it? Yeah, why not? You're taking the good books. Like the towels? But why does he need to? I mean, I know why people go get the marks. I'm not asking you, what are they for?
Starting point is 00:43:36 Like, but why do you need to go? Well, because I'm Catholic. I got to go. I got to tell God, hey, I'm here for you, man. Because you want to walk around so people can see that you did it. Man, if you want to look at it negatively like that. Oh, yeah, you're not being negative anymore. All right.
Starting point is 00:43:49 I'm being positive. See if you can read that verse. Get back with us. let us know if that's going to be the one. We'll practice it again next week. It's Wednesday. We'll practice again next Wednesday. When's a wedding?
Starting point is 00:43:56 No, the wedding is Saturday, guys. Oh, we'll practice it again. Oh, yeah. We got to practice. And are you sure they gave you free reign on any verse? Listen, that's what his text message said. He said, I need to pick something that signifies love that I, you know, that speaks to me in the Bible. And I'm like, I told my wife was like, I never read the Bible.
Starting point is 00:44:13 She goes, well. Now you have. And now I have. I'm a Bible reader. Well, you know what? Good for you. I mean, how long is the Bible? How long it takes you to read the Bible?
Starting point is 00:44:23 Depends what version. Depends which version. Yeah. Well, it's us. People try to do it in a year, but it's hard. A year? Yeah, it's really hard. That's how long it takes it.
Starting point is 00:44:31 Yeah, see, because it's written, the one Eddie gave me is written not right. Well, they're different versions. Okay. When I read the Hebrew version. The Latin version, really tough. It takes 70 hours and 40 minutes to read the Bible. Not stop. Through and through, allowed.
Starting point is 00:44:47 Oh, my goodness. It only takes 52 if you want to just do the old testament. and then 18 hours for the New Testament. Well, let us know by Friday. All right. Here's Amy's pile of stories. Say you were checking out at the store and they gave back too much change. Do you keep it or you give it back?
Starting point is 00:45:06 I give it back. It's just change. I give it back. I keep it. Absolutely. It's their mistake. Well, it is their mistake, but I also make mistakes and I hope that when I make a mistake, someone goes, hey, got you, bud.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Well, over half of people say they wouldn't say anything. They just walk away with it. I'm in the majority. That's not always the best thing. Okay, but go ahead. Next. Okay, what if somebody left cash at an ATM, left it behind? Do you take it in the bank or stick it in your pocket?
Starting point is 00:45:30 It's going in my wallet. This happened to me before. I took it in the bank. Yeah, 48% of people say they would pocket the cash. Well, here's the thing, though, too. Even if you're not an honest person, there are cameras on you. So you got to think about that, too, on the bank situation. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:44 Okay, what else? People were asked if somehow they accidentally had $325,000 put into their bank account and they knew they could get away with it, like keeping it there. Would you keep it or tell your bank? Oh, you keep it. If you're going to get away with it, why would you turn it in? If it's free money, oh, give me the money. I just feel like that's somebody's that's missing it. And if I were missing it, I would want to have it back. I would not keep it. Yeah. Mostly, I just feel this way because I just see me as a person that's suffering in the situation. And I don't want if it were me or someone go, hey, gotcha, got you.
Starting point is 00:46:23 I think that's why I do. I'm not some good doer. So it sounds to me like Bobby, even if you do today with it, you wouldn't steal. No. No. Or lie about it and steal in lunchbox, you would. It's not stealing if it's given to you. It's not kidding. No. All right.
Starting point is 00:46:38 Okay, I have out of keep safe walking on icy sidewalks, and it totally makes sense. Go ahead. And some places to still have ice out there, so I want you to be careful. Walk like a penguin. Like where you take your like, then tighten them and then kind of shimmy back up for it?
Starting point is 00:46:53 Yes, health officials are actually warning people to walk like a penguin to avoid following. There was tweets going out from city officials in certain places that were icy. And yeah, if you keep your hands out of your pockets, loosen your knees, point your feet outwards, shorten your stride and shuffle. That is how. That's full cosplay penguin, huh? Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:13 And I really feel like, yes, if you ever have to walk on ice or something slippery, this is a good technique. All right. Mm-hmm. And then lastly, there's a man who drinks a pint of his own urine every day. I saw him. He says he feels great. His health is remarkable.
Starting point is 00:47:27 Mm-hmm. He said he's never felt healthier, happier, or smarter. And he's been researching alternative medicines. And when he read about drinking aged urine, he thought, I'm open-minded. I'm going to give it a try. So he's doing it. Oh. And again, he started to feel the benefits.
Starting point is 00:47:45 Like, he feels amazing. What if in 20 years? It's just normal. It's just normal. They were like, those people in 2019 are so dumb. They didn't even know you could drink your own urine and live an extra 50 years. I agree with you so much right now. Well, that's always what happens with everything.
Starting point is 00:47:59 We're like, how do people not even know back then? Like right now, we're like, why are people injecting themselves with baby blood? Like, so dumb. Wait, you're nuts. Amy to take it to the next level. What? That does seem so crazy to me and outlandish, but what if? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:15 No, you're right. You're right. It's like all we got to do to stay young or live for. forever, not get cancer, be healthy, is inject ourselves with baby blood and drink our own urine. Well, you're fascinated with that baby blood, aren't you? Have you been doing this? No, but should I? Anybody go to baby? Okay. I mean, that's my pile. There she goes. That was Amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news. With lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:48:40 Stay home, it's something good. Teachers always tell you, read a book before you go to bed. Have your parents read you a good night story. So the principal of one elementary school is having tucked in Tuesdays where she goes to the school's Facebook page Tuesday nights at 730. She's in her pajamas. She goes Facebook live and all the students can log in and she reads them a good night story. Isn't that cool? Yep.
Starting point is 00:49:04 I saw that. Love it. I mean, that's crazy. That's cool. She didn't have to do that. That's awesome. That's what it's all about right there. That was Tell Me Something Good.
Starting point is 00:49:13 Hey, over to Morgan number two. The latest from Nashville and Hollywood. Morgan number two's 30 seconds. Tim McGraw is releasing a book. It's going to be out November 5th, and it's all about his personal health journey and exercise tips. It's called Grit and Grace. Train the mind. Train the body.
Starting point is 00:49:31 Own your life. Only if there are a lot of pictures. That's what I want. I want to see Tim all angles. Oh, okay. He's got all the ads. All right, what else? The TV series Nashville is getting turned into a musical for Broadway.
Starting point is 00:49:44 The producer on the project says this shows complex, relatable characters, mixed with all of those emotions, is really perfect for theater. What would that sound like? I want to record your song. Why do you record that song? Put some banjo in it. Is that what the Broadway production of that it be like? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:50:02 You have to sing everything, right? Isn't that what it is? Why did you steal the song I wrote? I didn't do it. Oh yeah. It would be a lot of drama mixed in there. Yeah, yeah, for sure. All right, what else?
Starting point is 00:50:11 Morgan number two? Thomas Red was surprised to find out that actors, Ashton Couther and his wife, Milak Kunis, are huge fans of his. They met at Stagecoach and Beech. became basically instant friends with him and his wife, Lauren. Thomas said that never in a million years would he have dreamed that one of his favorite actors would have been a fan of his without ever meeting him before. Why can't I have people that are fans that are famous?
Starting point is 00:50:36 Nobody. Nobody. You can think all you want. Nobody cares. I'm sure I need. I'm like a famous fan where it would be like, I couldn't believe it. But holy cow, it was crazy. William Shakespeare was the biggest buy boncho fan. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:48 Well, he's not around. You gotta be at least like logical. Okay. George Bush, George W. Bush, was the biggest buy-bone show fan. He could. It could be. Him and Barack Obama used to hang out every Thursday and listen around the radio. Nobody does that, you know? Yeah. Well, one day, you might be surprised if you're playing at a festival.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Yeah. And then. I have played at festivals. I know. Everyone's like, get off the stage. Where's Thomas are at? Your time hasn't come yet. All right, all right.
Starting point is 00:51:11 You could be backstage and the next thing you know, Kate Beckenzell's back there, like, I'm a huge fan. Now, I was watching a TMZ video on her last night. Mm-hmm. Because her and Pete Davis and her dating. I know. It's so weird. Did you, but, good for her. She's dating so at 20 years younger. It's fine.
Starting point is 00:51:23 It's just weird because he's just with, no, no, lovey. We should celebrate the ladies that are dated a younger dudes too. I'm fine with that a little. I mean, if it was a guy, we'd all be like weird. It's weird to me that he was just with Arianna Crande and now he's with Kate Beck and sell. Maybe has his own deal, his own rap, right? Very different. She dated a 21-year-old.
Starting point is 00:51:39 And they were talking to him on TMZ and he was like, hey, Pete Davidson, run. What? Yeah, I was fascinated with it last night. He was like, good luck, dude. Yeah, good-looking guy. Now he's 23, but he was 21 when they dated two years ago. So I guess that's her thing, being into younger dudes. He needs to probably mature.
Starting point is 00:51:55 Or he's like looking out for his boy, like run. Run to me. So if you were warned to run, it came back in sales like your crush. So like if you were warned to run, would you run? No, because I think people's experiences together are just a reflection of those two personalities and how they did or didn't mesh. because I've dated girls and I've heard from like a past boyfriend
Starting point is 00:52:21 like, ooh we better watch out and then in the end you go you had to be the nutty one because this is just fine and then I end up being the nutty one but yeah so no you really can't now we're talking about yesterday if you're with someone and they complain about three or four of their exes at one time
Starting point is 00:52:34 like oh all my exes are just trouble no no they're the trouble it doesn't happen like that where everybody who's the common denominator you're the common denominator like for example if you use me I'm the common denominator
Starting point is 00:52:44 and my relationship's not working out not because anything's bad. I don't have a bad experience. But who's the nutty one who continues to run away? Yeah. This guy. All right. Good Morgan 2?
Starting point is 00:52:55 Yep, I'm Morgan number 2. That's the skinny. Thank you. Starting point is 00:57:23 Over to Amy with the joke. The Morning Corny! Why don't you iron four-leaf clovers? Why don't you iron four-leaf clovers? Because you don't want to press your luck. Come on, that's a good one. That was the Morning Corny. The Bobby Bone Show.
Starting point is 00:57:45 Jessica and Virginia, how are you? Hi, Bobby. How are you? Really good. Hang in now. for you? Well, I am headed to Nashville in May with a couple friends, and I was wondering how long your exhibit was going to be up in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Well, one year, actually. I thought it was going to be one week. Wait, is it really a year? Yeah. Oh. Okay, I just learned something. Last night, they put up an exhibit. It's called the American Current. So it's like me and Brothers Osborne
Starting point is 00:58:14 and Kane Brown, Dan and Dan and Shay. We have exhibits. It's the Country Music Hall of Fame. It's crazy. I have my own glass case. And so it was awesome. The show came out last night and they did a big speech and we got to, it was pretty cool. Yeah. So you're, I mean, a year, it seems like you could totally make it. I'm going to be there. I'm going to go every day after work and just look at it and then just stand there and be like, hi, this is my exhibit. Is it like a girls trip? Well, we will definitely be coming by when we, yes, it is. There's three of us. Shout out Allison and Roxanna. Oh, okay. How old are y'all? How do you say? Don't listen to Amy. No, Lovie, you should set up a little box outside your exhibit.
Starting point is 00:58:50 And they can drop. I would be in it every day. You know the cowboy of the thumb who does the thing to himself? Oh, yeah. The neon sun, right? The Cotton Bowl, the Texas State Fair. Or is that Las Vegas? That's Big Tex?
Starting point is 00:59:01 Yeah, whatever. You're talking about Big Tex? Whatever. Probably. I get a mixed up. I think you're talking about downtown Vegas. Probably. That's what I'm going to do.
Starting point is 00:59:06 I'm going to stand beside it and just point it myself. Like, that's me. I mean, could you imagine if people like make a trip and they come to see your thing and then you happen to be there checking it out? I can't imagine it because it's probably what's going to happen. I know. We went last night. There were a lot of us.
Starting point is 00:59:20 We go out as a show, and then it was pretty cool because I got to talk to Riva last night for a while. We sat beside each other taking the picture, and all we did is complain about how cold it was. Yeah, you probably think there would be some real talk about country music. Nope, it was me, Riva, Kane Brown, Dan Arbach from the Black Keys, and John Anderson. Talking about the weather? Talk about the weather. John Anderson swinging? We're all up there because we're all taking this picture together because we all have these exhibits.
Starting point is 00:59:45 And we're just like, and you see videos of us talking, but we're really. we're all going, it's so cold. Tell me you made a John Anderson Seminole winter. I didn't. I didn't. Oh. Roll, roll. Seminole.
Starting point is 00:59:57 I tried to play a cold next to John Anderson, too. I didn't even take a picture because I didn't take a picture with him or Riba. Because I just wanted, I was one of them to think I'm, like, not as big a goober as I am. You didn't even try to sneak a pick? No, I took one with Dan from the Black Keys, though, because how I'm going to. We're all in an elevator? Uh-huh. Okay.
Starting point is 01:00:15 You'll never see him again, though, so that's kind of like. Yeah, and you can see all these pictures. I put up on my. Instagram, Mr. Bobby Bones. So we did that last night and thank you guys for coming out. That was pretty cool. Everybody came out. Getting there and then actually seeing it, it was a whole, I mean, I was proud of you going into it and I thought it was super cool. But then being there, it was like looking around and was like, oh my gosh, Bobby is included. I'm excited our listeners want to take trips and come
Starting point is 01:00:37 see it or like make it a part of their Nashville vacation because like it's really neat. And they're a part of it too. It's my, it's like an ACM award, headphones. Dancing with the Stars jacket. Shoes. Yeah, a bunch of stuff. So, Jessica, if you go see it, it's cool. I'm pretty proud of it, actually. Yeah, we'll definitely make a point to go by.
Starting point is 01:00:59 All right, thanks. Last night afterward, we went to dinner. A lot of us did. You couldn't because your kids were with you. Were they so bored, by the way? No. Stevenson was like, great. My daughter, she's, you know, she's almost 12.
Starting point is 01:01:11 But they're 8 and 11, and they're watching a guy. They also didn't understand what, but they did realize it was a big deal, and they were, like, later, they're like, oh, that was neat. and they want to go back. To see what? Apparently there's tons of stuff. Oh, there's kids. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:24 But, I mean, of course, when we go back, we'll go visit you. Yeah, thank you. Visit your shrine. Thank you. Your exhibit. Okay, yes. And then later I saw when I got home and that y'all went to dinner and I was like, oh, everybody went to dinner.
Starting point is 01:01:36 Oh, I didn't know they didn't invite you. You didn't get invited? Who did? No, nobody invited me. It was me. Morgan number two, utility Hillary, who works in the glass room. It was Mike D. Brandon Ray.
Starting point is 01:01:47 Just, you know. Oh, yeah, no, I saw. But no, nobody invited me. Eddie, I got invited. Eddie didn't come. I just couldn't go. Okay. I thought that you, okay, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:01:56 I thought you knew. I thought you just intentionally didn't say anything to me because of the kids. No, I was in the car, right? Morgan number two? And she was like, we're going to dinner. I was already going home. They were driving me home. And she was like, do you want to come?
Starting point is 01:02:07 And I didn't at first. But I was like, listen, it's a Tuesday night. So no. I got an exhibit at the country music Hall of Fame. Oh. How often do I just, so I want to go hang out. And so I did. We went and had some Pacos.
Starting point is 01:02:18 Yeah. So how, I mean, you don't, yeah, you normally don't do that. I don't, I don't know. You can ask Morgan number two. How was it? It was good. We had a plan to go somewhere else and we didn't wait. Oh, yeah, we couldn't get in.
Starting point is 01:02:27 Morgan number two was like, we're going to this place called Barcelona. I got a table. Y'all couldn't get in? We couldn't get in. Morgan number two has no clout around this place. Damn, but what about, like you didn't tell my, I just got back for the country music Hall of Fame. I don't say anything like that. I don't do that.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Yeah, we did. So we went next door and had tacos, which was fun too. It was quicker. And how was Bobby? How was that? We figured that Bobby's in two things. You either get Bobby number one or Bobby number two. There's two versions of Bobby, by the way.
Starting point is 01:02:56 I don't talk about it. I'm a third person, but this is Bobby one. This is Morgan talking. Okay, I'm sorry. Morgan number two. Morgan, two is always two. Okay, go ahead. Bobby number one is like work Bobby.
Starting point is 01:03:05 He's like in work mode. He's not like super sociable. Number two, Bobby is like, woo, have a good time, Bobby. That's right. We had Bobby number two last night. Thank you. Oh, good time, Bobby? Bobby number two, good time Bobby was there.
Starting point is 01:03:17 I can see that being on a country music Hall of Fame high. Yeah, it was good. It was exciting. It was a good night. Who paid? That's what my question was going to be. Bobby did. He didn't really allow anybody else. He snuck it.
Starting point is 01:03:30 While we were all eating, he snuck it and did it. And next thing we know the check was paid for, and we're like, really, that was not the plan. This was like super casual. We were all just grabbing food after and Bobby paid. Well, and Bones, once in a while you have to let people pay for you. Yeah. But he's his signature move. He loves it.
Starting point is 01:03:45 And you know what? I think I'm speaking for you. Yeah, I can tell. Do you want to speak? Go ahead. He loves it. Go ahead. She's like, he loves to spend money on it.
Starting point is 01:03:53 Yeah, go ahead. No. He loves to like sneak to the waiter and be like, hey. I didn't sneak. She was there and I was like, here, I can pay for this. You like to be, you haven't always been in a place where you can do that for people and now you can do that. And you enjoy like being able to treat people. Like, there's nothing wrong with that.
Starting point is 01:04:12 That is true. For most of my life, people paid for me to eat. And now I like to pay for people to eat. Yeah. So, yes. And then I, and then how late you guys stay? I jumped pretty early. Like I finished eating.
Starting point is 01:04:24 And it's not even about the group, but when I'm done eating, I'm ready to go. And that's also another reason, to be really clear. That's also another reason why he goes and pays because he just wants everybody to be done. He doesn't want to, like, sit around and wait for the check. So if he just covers the bill, everybody's good. Everybody can go. Take that last bite and bounce. Even if I'm out and it's just one-on-one.
Starting point is 01:04:45 Like, my last, my last swallow. Oh, time to go. We're done. It's weird. So, but yeah, then. How late you guys stay after I left? Maybe like 20 minutes. It wasn't much longer.
Starting point is 01:04:54 20 minutes? Yeah, we were just kind of sitting there talking. Didn't really move. Did your waitress get mad at you? Or sitting there talking? No, she even asked to come refill our drinks. There were empty tables all around. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:05:06 That's different, yeah. Yeah, it was a good night. It wasn't a busy Saturday night, Eddie. Got it, got it. It was a Tuesday night at a taco place, like 80% of tables when I have It was a good night. Thank you for asking the question. Yeah, go ahead and check that out.
Starting point is 01:05:20 Hey, it's almost time to spring forward on a clock. I didn't know what's coming up so fast. Daylight saving time is this Sunday. Wow. Happens every year around this time. Well, I get it, but it just creeps up and all of a sudden you're stunned. Every year, I'm like this. I can't believe it's time.
Starting point is 01:05:33 I know. We push the clocks ahead one hour, which means the sunrise and sunset and sunburn. Repeat. Yeah, we'll all be one hour later. Yeah, anyway, this Sunday. In case you're wondering, it's still, do we like that? It's the one we like or not? No.
Starting point is 01:05:48 No, you don't. No, you like it because the sun is out longer. So I can play outside longer. Yes, but we don't like it because our bodies lose sleep. So kid Bobby likes it. Adult Bobby doesn't. Correct. Okay, got it.
Starting point is 01:06:01 All right. I'd never been on a cruise. I think at this point, that's something I would like to do, right? It was such a rich person thing. I was like, who goes on cruises? But now you can get them relatively inexpensive. for a vacation. And so I'm like, may that it be fun.
Starting point is 01:06:17 Although I do get super motion sick and like see sick. Oh, yeah. Is that a thing? Yes. Yes. But you can wear these little bracelets. No, those aren't real. Those are just placebos.
Starting point is 01:06:26 Okay, but placebo works. Okay. So you could wear the bracelets or take some pills. Dramamine. Well, then I read stories about people eating the food and getting really sick. You know how everybody gets like E. coli. Yeah. Or Ebola.
Starting point is 01:06:40 And the whole ship gets sick. Or E. Yeah. It's disgusting. Yeah. There's another one today. Eight people have been hurt after a cruise ship in New York was hit by wind. Wind!
Starting point is 01:06:50 Not even an iceberg. Like I get the iceberg. The near fire. I get that. That should make the ship go down. Wind? My son got up and he looked out the window and he could see water at that port window. And we know we're on the fifth level, so we didn't think that water should ever be up on the fifth level.
Starting point is 01:07:09 There was art destroyed everywhere. There was glass everywhere. Just a scary thing, you know, you're in the middle of the ocean. The wind was 115 miles an hour. Wow. That's crazy. You're just on a cruise ship trying to enjoy life. That's why I'm not doing it.
Starting point is 01:07:23 So you're not going to do one? I didn't know if you get windy on those boats. You're in the ocean. Yeah, I mean, hurricanes. You could probably get bit by a shark. That's like birds on an airplane. Like, those birds get caught up in those engines. Like, they're there.
Starting point is 01:07:38 Mm-hmm, they're there. That's just unlucky. Every time you take off. That's just unlucky. Anyway, I saw that. So I've put my cruise thoughts on hold for now. Those boats are so big. Have you seen what the Titanic look like then versus what cruise ships are now?
Starting point is 01:07:51 Yeah, tiny. The Titanic's like a flat bottom. Yep. Compared to what the ships are now. That's a boat. We used to get on a flat bottom of a trolley motor. That's what that look like compared to those, the boats now. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:02 And I saw that. Mike D pulled the K Beck and Cell audio. Do you want to hear this? Yes. So K. Beckencel has forever been, for like 10 years, been like if you have a select. who would it be? It'd be Kate Beckinsome. And now she's dating Pete Davidson, young comedian, funny guy.
Starting point is 01:08:20 And so that's the big story is that she's in her 40s and Pete Davidson's in his 20s and good for her. But they go up to her boyfriend, her ex-boyfriend, who's also like 23. And they're like, hey, what's up? Advice for Pete, man to man, run. Yeah, enjoy it. Enjoy it while you can. I don't know. I don't know. I haven't spoken to her in a while.
Starting point is 01:08:39 I haven't spoken to Pete in the same amount of time, if not longer. I wish them both the best, but hope they're happy. I don't really have any solid advice. Just be careful. Oh, wow. Be careful and run? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Okay, he is just hurt because she clearly dumped him. But he also said enjoy it. He's like, it'd be fun, but run. Like, if I was dating someone and a dude came up to me and was like, Bobby. Not, hey, heads up, but hey, run, I need to know more. Yeah. Well, maybe Pete hits him up. I doubt that happens.
Starting point is 01:09:13 And he's like, can you elaborate? Let's go to Terry in Pittsburgh. Hey, Terry, you're on the Bobby Bone show. What's up, Bobby? How are you? I'm really good. What can I do for you? Good. So I just had a question. I was thinking about all that you accomplished and how you've been publicly recognized for it. Sure.
Starting point is 01:09:28 And I wanted to ask, I feel like you're a guy with all heart. Whatever you do, you don't just do it. To do it, you're doing it with your heart. Like you put everything into it. So you feel proud of yourself in your heart. Say that again, your phone cut out a little bit. I'm sorry, do you feel proud of yourself, like, in your heart? Like, the public see how many...
Starting point is 01:09:50 No, the answer is no, but for what specifically? Okay, well, first of all, like, being an author, for the mirrorball, for the mentor, like all of you've accomplished financially. And then, I mean, that's, like, secondary. What about, like, proud of yourself for all that you've given back to people? Okay, that I can actually feel pride in. Listen, I always say I give very selfishly Because I give to things that reflect
Starting point is 01:10:16 That I wish I would have been given to as a kid Because I grew up, like I've said before on the show I don't have a whole lot and people took care of me Church took care of me PTA groups took care of me Like they literally made sure at holidays I could eat food Right? Whenever school wasn't going they came to my house And made sure we had food to eat
Starting point is 01:10:31 Because the free lunch program doesn't run at home Does that make sense? Yeah. Like free lunch program, you know you're going to eat I knew I was going to eat at school because they took care of that. The free lunch.com people, whoever that is, the state, whoever took care of my lunch.
Starting point is 01:10:45 But people would come, and so what I do now is I make sure that kids can eat or the kids have shoes or, you know, that kind of stuff because that's reflected on, it's just like I'm taking care of my old self. No, I don't feel like that way. I feel like I'm just being selfish and I'm taking care of like a time machine version of myself. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 01:11:04 It kind of does, but in a way too, like you still need to be proud of. yourself for doing that, for giving back. Are you proud of yourself for that? Sometimes. Yeah, I think more so now than I used to be. I used to just be like, uh, more so now than I used to be. I think I'm getting older.
Starting point is 01:11:18 I'm 38 now. So I think when I have kids, it'll be a different ballgame too. Well, good. Well, we all see it. We all recognize you and we're all appreciative of it. Because then it in turn helps me when I'm out and I do something, I can look at it and say, you know what? Like, you put that thought in my mind.
Starting point is 01:11:34 So if I see a need of those around me, you want to, meet that because, and not for, you can even do it privately where nobody knows you met that need because it makes you feel good. So you help us do that by being public about it. Well, I think you're giving me a bit too much credit. However, that's a very kind thing for you to say. I appreciate that. I was pretty proud of the country music hall of fame last night. Yeah. I thought that was a pretty cool thing. Yeah, I was like, man, that's cool. And I can tell with age and maturity, you've gotten more open to being proud of things that, of accomplishments. Yeah. Well, Terry, thank you very much. It's a very nice call.
Starting point is 01:12:07 How about that? Last night was that Bachelor episode where it's called Bachelor Women All? Women Tell All. It's where all the women come out and they just air out the dirty laundry and they fight all night. It's great. So the last we saw was that Colton jumped over the fence. Yeah, he was out. He was heartbroken.
Starting point is 01:12:26 He was on the show, though, last night, right? Yeah, they found him eventually in Portugal. They found him. They tracked him down. And he just said it felt good to jump over the fence. He said it felt good or a relief. So what was the big story? storyline on that show last night.
Starting point is 01:12:38 So last night, Courtney and Demi, they kind of went out of in the house and Demi told Colton, oh, she's the cancer of the house. So Courtney last night confronts Demi. And you know what she does? She goes, you're such a little baby. Go to timeout. And she stuck a pacifier in her mouth. Oh.
Starting point is 01:12:54 On the show? Yeah, live on the TV. That was set up, right? No. If someone stuck a pacifier in my mouth. Fight. Right. And it would have to, I mean, do you carry pacifiers with you?
Starting point is 01:13:03 Dimmy, you literally have the maturity of a three-year-old. All you do is talk about yourself and talk about other people all day. This sounds like Jerry Springer more than a network TV show. Was it good? It was so good. I mean, my wife and I were talking about it last night. It was probably the most catty women tell all that we've seen ever. And then, so Katie, when she was getting kicked off the show, she told Colton, listen,
Starting point is 01:13:34 there's some girls in there that aren't there for the right reason. So she was defending herself last night. To set the record straight, the Bachelorette conversation did happen on the bus from the airport in Singapore to the hotel. And honestly, it was just talking about being the bachelor's, or one of us winning, and one of us being the bachelor's after this. And honestly, like, it was the word winning. What do you think
Starting point is 01:13:53 to the person, you're on that show, you don't want to win? You want to finish second or third. So you're the bachelor. Yes, and that's what the conversation was. And that Katie girl took that to Colton and was like, hey. Oh, what a sellout. She was like, listen, those girls, they just want to be the bachelorette. And so this... But that's normal. You know that. When you go on that show,
Starting point is 01:14:09 if you're the bachelor, speaking to somebody who's thought about it himself, you know that 99, if not 100% of them just want to be the Bachelorette. Or they just want followers. Oh, honestly, I hadn't thought of that. But that's why people, but you don't think about going on the show. Okay. Good point. You go on the married duchelorette.
Starting point is 01:14:24 Well, yeah. I feel like some of them have to want to hope that it's going to work out with Colton. Right. But Pagant Girl defends herself saying, hey, you know what? We talked about that because we were trying to pick each other's spirits up. Oh, of course. So here's the conversation that happened. I would love to set the record straight.
Starting point is 01:14:40 obviously Cassie and our best friends and we were worried what was going to happen to our friendship if one of us were to be engaged at the end not when but be engaged so I said Cassie if it's me at the end of this I pray that you're the bachelor at you find your person because that's what best friends do and she said this is they really best friends or they just
Starting point is 01:14:57 bachelor show best friends I don't think they knew each other before the house but they got along real well so they were just looking out for each other I think I'm exhausted of this I have about five minutes of this and I find it fun then I'm like that's too much. Yeah. Did you watch it?
Starting point is 01:15:12 No. Anybody else watch it last night? No. Oh, we were all the thing. How long was this show? Two hours, like it is every week. And then we got next week the two-night traumatic season finale. How many hours total?
Starting point is 01:15:27 It'll probably be like five or six. I mean, I don't, I don't. It's going to be a long time. That's like a Netflix series. The Ted Bundy tapes. It's going to be great. It's going to be great. Six hours.
Starting point is 01:15:35 Yeah. But what's better? Ted Bundy or The Bachelor? Well, the show. I thought Ted MoneyTub's pretty good. Yeah. I felt guilty when I... I know.
Starting point is 01:15:45 I just... Yeah. It's, because it's entertainment, but it's, like, really sad. I think I'm pretty much shaking this illness, right? Yeah. And I wasn't sick, but, man, I got allergies so bad. And then what happens to my body is this in my nose and my throat, and then it drops down into my chest.
Starting point is 01:16:04 Does that happen to you guys? Yes. Post-nasal drip. Oh, man. It's not a drip, man. It's like a drain. A waterfall. Oh.
Starting point is 01:16:10 And so, like, I'm almost done. I'm going to go work out today. Maybe you'll sweat out the final drip. Well, I just, like, coughed before I came on the air, but it's just that, it's that relief cough. You're like, ugh, yeah. You don't feel good to get it out? Yeah. So, and I slept okay last night, but the night before I didn't sleep in the, and then whatever happens to my body the day before, it doesn't catch the next day.
Starting point is 01:16:32 Like, today I'm feeling not sleeping two days ago. Yeah. Everything's on delay now. The radio shows on delay. It gets people curse. My sleep schedule's on the way. That's what happens. Like if you go out...
Starting point is 01:16:42 Yeah, everything's on to late. What? If you go out and you stay up too late or something, the next day you feel kind of fine, and then the next day you're like, why did I do that? When Morgan number two and I went out dancing, the next day I felt all right.
Starting point is 01:16:54 I took a bunch of naps. But it wasn't until Monday where I was just like, oh, what has happened to me. And she's up on her Insta story the next day at like 10 a.m. having a little drink. Like drinking again. That's what she posted.
Starting point is 01:17:09 She's 25, though. Yeah. There you go. It's a little different. What's your friends think of me coming out with you, Morgan, number two? Everybody had a great time with you. Yeah?
Starting point is 01:17:16 Yeah. I never asked you that. Yeah, no. Everybody loved you. They thought you were great. They asked him, when's Bobby coming out again? Is that all your text messages? You're welcome to come be a part of the girls anytime.
Starting point is 01:17:26 There you go. Cool. I'm probably going to pass for a little bit. I'm injured right now. Your recovery man. Yeah, I'm still recovering from that one. There was a woman, she's 50 years old. She's had her fifth baby.
Starting point is 01:17:38 Did you see this? Well, no, I don't know. only what you've told me. Well, doctors told her that she was experiencing menopause and that she had zero chance of getting pregnant. Tadda! Fifth baby. Huh.
Starting point is 01:17:50 Yeah. Imagine being a 50-year-old woman and being told by doctors, menopause, zero. Now, then all of a sudden you're pregnant and you give birth. Wow. Yeah, and I think about you because,
Starting point is 01:18:02 by the way, their oldest kid's 34. And they just had a baby. Oh, my goodness. Wow. Wow. Wow, wow, wow. She had one really young. Oh, she was 16 and pregnant.
Starting point is 01:18:09 She was 16. So now she has... My fox can't ever do math, but when it comes to that, he whips the ride out. What about you? I... What about me getting pregnant now? Yeah. Or 50?
Starting point is 01:18:22 No, now. I don't know. No doctors told me that I have menopause or... What are they telling you you can't get pregnant? I haven't looked into any infertility stuff that I dealt with. I left that behind over five years ago. I haven't gone to any fertility doctors, which we went to three back in the... the day when we were trying to get pregnant. So that seems like a lifetime ago. So much has changed
Starting point is 01:18:46 and now we have two. But you could get pregnant. I could. Nobody's ever given us the reason why we're not getting pregnant other than... And you're not trying to not get pregnant. Yeah, right. So at this point I think we just assume we're probably not going to get pregnant. I'm not too if Amy got pregnant with a baby. I know. Like I could. You have two kids right now. Like, like, yeah. Eight and eleven. And they're adjusting finally. Right. Ish. Right? Yeah. I think honestly they would like having a baby. But then I'll be like, well, when it's crying, do you want to care for it? How they don't want the dog? They have a love-hate relationship. Sometimes she annoys them and they can't have been in other times they love her. They're adjusting. Because in Haiti, dogs were not a thing. So they're gradually warming up to like that a dog, you treat it with respect. Sometimes they like yell at her.
Starting point is 01:19:34 Like, that's not what you do to dogs here. The Bobby Bone Show is proud to be supported by. Starting point is 01:23:04 That's AMU. dot edu slash military It's time for the good news With Bobby This company in Florida is training dogs to sniff out cancer After seeing how dogs had been trained to sniff bombs and drugs They were like, can it sniff out cancer? And sure enough, because of the 300 million smell receptors
Starting point is 01:23:32 that dogs have, compared to us, we have 5 million dogs have 300 million smell receptors. So that's why they can sniff so much better than we can. And so some of them are trained in a general way, but some of them amazingly are advanced and they can be super accurate. Some of the dogs are accurate 99% of the time. Wow.
Starting point is 01:23:53 That crazy? We, as a show, this room and you're the listener, we bought service dogs for vets, and they were expensive. They were like $20,000 each. $20,000 a dog, yeah. We didn't know they were that expensive. So if someone goes overseas and they fight and they come back,
Starting point is 01:24:06 these dogs just aren't given to them. You would think they would be, but they're not. So we, as a show, bought some service dogs for some vets, and they're being trained right now. And there's one dog named Bobby that was named after me, and he's been kind of pushed out of the program. Oh, he didn't pass? He didn't pass.
Starting point is 01:24:23 He was the first one, like, made it into the program, and then apparently he talked too much. He's very vocal. He's very vocal. Yappy, yappy, yappy. And they can't have that. So they said, hey, he's going to be adopted by a good family. We're going to get someone else in the system.
Starting point is 01:24:36 He was disrupting the class. Well, yeah. He's probably just way funny, and he couldn't understand him. He's probably ahead of his time, you know? Bobby the dog. Well, that's Tell Me Something Good. Thank you, guys. That was Tell Me Something Good.
Starting point is 01:24:49 Folks, it's your buddy and mine. Mr. Bobby Bones. Let me know. We're transmitting across America. This is the Bobby Boll show. That's right. You know, this vehicle's stolen and police are chasing after it. It's one of those whole police chases down the street.
Starting point is 01:25:10 And so it's in Los Angeles. They're like, it's on TV. And so a good Samaritan in a black pickup truck sees it and starts to chase him too and like boxes him in, right? There you go. Pulling off there, but maybe trying to block the suspect now. So it looks like he's trying to get ahead of the suspect to box him in. But, sir, your services are not necessary. The LAPD has this.
Starting point is 01:25:36 They're ready to take this person in the custody. they're ready to do a pit maneuver. They've obviously been trained. We need this pickup to just pull off this pursuit completely. So guys like, I'm going to do the punisher here and be a vigilante justice. Vigilante, yes. So then the cops pull him over. Here you go.
Starting point is 01:25:55 Here's that clip. This was the person that was attempting to pull over the original Toyota Corolla. And then he started blocking him from the front. So they are now attempting to pull over this individual. They want to talk to him to figure out what his role was in all. of this and why he decided to chase the suspect vehicle. Yeah. Wow. They ended up arresting him. I get
Starting point is 01:26:16 it. Like, you know, cops have trouble with Batman. Like, they're always like, why does Batman have to do this? Like, this is our job. Oh, you're comparing to the guy to Batman? Yeah, same kind of thing. Oh. Well, Batman got arrested. Digilante. The Batman that we know on TV doesn't get arrested that often. He's not really living out some, like, childhood dream of...
Starting point is 01:26:33 Do you have the dream of running from the cops? No. I don't either. Do you launch marks? Yeah, I've done it plenty of times. It's fun. But you were like, none. I'm talking about now. That's not fun now, no way. Just nailing the gas and like any of the car chase. Oh, yes, absolutely.
Starting point is 01:26:46 Because you watch cops and things like that and LIPD and you think I could get away. And it would be so awesome to brag to your friends like, oh my gosh, the cops tried to pull me over. I did a left or right. Woo, woo, took that fly over and I was gone. But don't you think their cars are stronger and faster and they've been better trained than you at driving that there's really no way you're going to get away? My buddy Garrett, we were in high school. He had a Camaro. and he was going about 75 and a 50
Starting point is 01:27:10 and the cop, who, tries to pull out and we hit a flyover on the 183 off of Mopac and we were gone, never got us. Woo! Felt good. Were you like, come on? I was like, go, go, go, go, go. But you knew if you got caught.
Starting point is 01:27:25 I'm not driving, I can't control the car. You're in trouble too, though. For what? You're in there. It's both of you guys. I can't reach over and grab the wheel. Oh, so he kidnapped you. Yeah, I told him, stop, stop.
Starting point is 01:27:35 Stop, stop. into more trouble. Yes, officer. I told him. I was like, pull over, pull over. It's not worth it. But it was awesome. Would you have done that to your boy if you got pulled over?
Starting point is 01:27:46 Heck yeah. If I was going to get in trouble? Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. It's survival of the finish. You've got to look out for number one. Who's number one? Yourself.
Starting point is 01:27:53 Well, this guy got in trouble. Man. What's up? He's just trying to help. Yeah, but they don't need your help. Like, they didn't need his help. Right. And also you're risking your life and you're risking other lives too.
Starting point is 01:28:05 Yes. By trying to do this. because you don't really know what you're doing. So if there's a bank rob, you're just supposed to let him rob? I think so. Yeah. Yeah. I think so.
Starting point is 01:28:13 Just like when you're working risk management at Target, you're supposed to just let them rob. I mean, you're going to intervene and not. No, my question is, let's say you see a bank robbery. The guy runs out of the bank and you're in the parking lot and he has a gun and he's run it and you hit him with your car as he's going across the parking lot. Is that okay? I don't think they would want you to do that because you could hit somebody else because you don't know what you're doing. Yeah, but what if you only hit him? Well, if you only hit him at trial.
Starting point is 01:28:36 I'm saying, like, are you in trouble or is it like... I don't think you're in trouble. Are you a hero? But if you do something wrong, then you're in trouble. Like, it's the risk you want to take. If he's, I think it's different if he's hurting somebody or if he's, because then all bets are off. You're just stopping somebody from getting hurt. Man.
Starting point is 01:28:52 But just to be a vigilante for the sake of being a vigilante. Because I've always had that dream of seeing someone do something and them trying to run and me run into them in my car. That's been a dream? Uh-huh. I've always had to play that scenario out in my head. You want to hit a person with your car? Well, if they're committing a crime, yes, I think they're trying to run away. And then I'm like, you know what, no, there's no officer here.
Starting point is 01:29:09 I got him. Boom. And flip them up on your hood. I think a lot of times, though, you run over them instead of flipping them up. That's okay. Depending on where you put her body. He's committing a crime. But how do you know he's not running?
Starting point is 01:29:21 Or they didn't go, there's a bomb on you, act like you committed the crime, run away. Well, you guys are playing crazy scenarios. We're both playing scenarios here. You already hit the dude with the car. But doesn't that sound fun, though? No. You watch it in the movie and they fly up on the hood and it's like, oh, and then they lay there
Starting point is 01:29:37 and then the cops come, bust it, cuffed and stuffed. Did you see the police chase where they jumped up on top of the van? That was awesome. I posted it. Oh, yeah. What if you're in that van? So, this is what happens. When did you post it? A couple days ago. Shoot. I missed it.
Starting point is 01:29:50 I know. What happened, there's a police chase and this car darts across the median, right? Yeah. And the cops, they have them and everybody gets out on foot. And the guy jumps out of the car running from the cops on foot, and there's a van coming, and he jumps up on top of the van
Starting point is 01:30:06 that's in the highway. So the guy's standing on top of the van, and cops are surrounding him. And then one jumps up on top of the van and tackles them off. It's amazing they still think there's a chance. But even if you don't, you still fight to the end. You don't just go, yeah. But there are so many of them in one of you. Like, you're going to lose.
Starting point is 01:30:22 Yeah, you are. Every single time. Most times. Yeah, I think so funny. So if that guy damaged his car, do the cops pay for that? I don't know. You know what I mean? Because they're tackling the dude off the van.
Starting point is 01:30:34 They're probably putting dents in this dude's nice astro van. Oh, my gosh. You see it? Yeah. I'll post it back on my answer story. Wow, wow, wow, wow. William and Oklahoma. Hey, good morning, Bobby.
Starting point is 01:30:46 So I'm retired state trooper up to 20 years in Oklahoma. And I can tell you that somebody interfering or trying to help with a police pursuit just compounds the issue. That person doesn't know the geography. maybe you're coming up on a school zone. The police officers are trained to think. Police officers, deputies, state troopers are trained to think ahead. They're trained to know the geography.
Starting point is 01:31:10 They're trained to do the law enforcement driving, the pursuit and high speed driving. There's so much that goes into a pursuit that someone that doesn't have that training really compounds the issue and makes it more dangerous for everyone. So I think that's a great point. What about the point where lunchbox wants to run over someone with a car? If you were to hit someone, do they go under the car or over the car?
Starting point is 01:31:30 Usually, you know, I don't want to get too graphic for your listeners, but usually at speeds in excess of 20 miles an hour, we look for what's called a headslap. Oh, they go under. Oh, they don't need to go over. So my question, would I get in trouble? Let's say I'm going pulling into the bank and some guy who's running out with a bag of money and it's got his gun in his hand. Can I hit him with my car to save the day? Well, obviously, that would be up to the laws of the state in which jurisdiction is. that occurred, but I would say that
Starting point is 01:32:02 use your best discretion would be the answer to that. Man, so what he's saying is, if I did that, I would get a special badge, like an honorary badge for doing my... Would you guys make lunchbox share up for a day, William? You know, he could probably
Starting point is 01:32:18 ride with me at least for an hour or two. I'd let him work the lights and maybe take the first two shots. You should do a ride-along lunch and then overnight phones. He would be the worst cop ever. What do you mean, I'd be great. They do that, right?
Starting point is 01:32:32 Can we get like a state trooper listening? They do. They do. They do ride along. They do. But I need action. I don't want to just ride around and pull people on. You can't predict the action.
Starting point is 01:32:41 No, create the action. I want to call when a blue light goes out. Like, oh, we got a blue light. Roger, Roger, 4-1. All right. What's a blue light? What's a 4-1? Yeah, what are you talking about?
Starting point is 01:32:52 What, William? I might rescind my office. Yeah, right? He's yelling blue light and 4-1 into the mic. Hey, appreciate. Appreciate you serving. William, like us every day out on the streets. Like that's a big deal.
Starting point is 01:33:04 You're risking your life, so we appreciate that, man. Thank you, Bobby. We appreciate you. See you, buddy. Man, he retired over 20 years. I bet he doesn't ever get a speeding ticket, huh? I don't know. It shows that badge.
Starting point is 01:33:15 Hey, 20 years. Have a good day, man. Like, just imagine you give lunchbox a taser for one day. He would tease everyone. You talk it back to me. No, I was just in line totally. If anyone out there would like lunchbox to go on, especially we're in Nashville.
Starting point is 01:33:29 Maybe we fly up to Chicago Oh, then you're likely to have some action. You want action. You got to go to the streets. I don't know why I want to go that much action. Wait, do you want it or not? Do you want it or not? Listen, you want to be a cop or not?
Starting point is 01:33:45 You don't get to pick what action you get. You know what I want? I want to be one of those people. SAPD, coming in, boom, and we nailed the dog. Swat. That battery ram and they knocked the door down. You just want to do all the fun stuff. I just want to go do all.
Starting point is 01:33:59 the paperwork. I'm the opposite. I want to sit in the office. Do they have a special little camp for adults that just want to fulfill fantasies like this? Because if not I don't know. Cop camp. You can find that on the dark
Starting point is 01:34:16 internet. Dark web? Dark web. We can all sin luncheon. Where they're stealing your social security number and you get into cop camp. Yeah, they have everything there. Maybe for like his birthday. We send him to... Roger. We're responding. Call number 63. She's like, why do you keep calling me Roger?
Starting point is 01:34:32 My name's Becky. All right, so what happened with you? I was trying on a dress, and I wanted to show it to a friend. So I took a picture of the dress and texted it to her. That's it. You guys listen to this? She didn't say it. She didn't look it up on her phone.
Starting point is 01:34:48 She just took a picture of the dress and texted it to a friend. Yes. So, and I pay attention to the ads that pop up on my Instagram, because it's really gotten to know me. and I appreciate it now. But this one creeped me out because normally it's like I've said something or they've, I bought it and they know what I'm buying. I've come to accept, okay, fine. They know my transactions.
Starting point is 01:35:10 A year ago, we'd have been totally weirded out by the I said something and it showed up. Right. Now we just expect that Alexa knows everything. No, I'm like, wow, thanks for listening to me. At least someone's listening. Right. So, and actually I've gotten some cute clothes off of their suggestions. I'm like, you're really getting to know me.
Starting point is 01:35:26 But I know I've never had an Allison. Olivia ad. And that was the brand of this dress. However, I never said it out loud. Nothing. I took a picture, sent it to my friend, so it was on my phone, in my photos, and in my text messages. Then, in my Instagram ad, like an hour later, was the exact Alice and Olivia dress. What? What? They got it from your picture. They got it. They saw me texting. Then they're like, oh, well, I mean, they don't know. Did I end up buying it, they don't know, so they want to hit me up online. I bet you they didn't see you texting. You took a picture of it. It's in your phone. They
Starting point is 01:36:00 have access to your phone. Well, whatever. They took a photo. They used photo recognition. Whatever me. Dress. Angrily like that. Dress recognition. Do you know what this means? Oh, no. Someone like how a computer or a person or whatever saw the dress. They don't even know the brand, but they ran it through their dress database. And then found the dress, put it in my ad. And it only took them like an hour. That's crazy to me. I would assume every picture we have on our phone, once we sign and we agree to let these apps have access.
Starting point is 01:36:33 Access to your photos because you do have to agree with that. They have access to everything. They shouldn't have access to all of our stuff. Okay, now you're getting into a much bigger. Yeah. But we give on that access because we're like, we got to get on Instagram. Okay, have access. Oh boy.
Starting point is 01:36:44 We give it to them. Right. It's almost impossible to get it back, but we give it to them. Right. Part of me is like I'm impressed. Like, part of me is like this is crazy and well, like, pump the brink. breaks. But then the other part of me is like, wow. Like, you're good. You're good. You found that dress from an image. All the dresses and all the land. And you found it. Like respect.
Starting point is 01:37:06 That's respect. For dress recognition. I mean, crazy. There's a lot of time where I'm just thankful Alexis somebody to talk to in my house. It's like at least I can talk to somebody. Are you kidding? My poor kids. They talk to her every day. Stevenson wants her at his birthday party. Her son thinks Alexis is in there and wants her to come. Yeah, I mean, and I don't, I mean, I told him I tried to figure it out. I told you should just have a woman come over and act like Alexa. Yeah. Here she is.
Starting point is 01:37:36 Hi, Stevenson. Does it have her talk slightly robotic? Right, I know. We may have to do that because it would be like, you know, if you have a clown or somebody else come to your birthday party as like a special guest. There's a new episode of the Bobby cast up where Eddie and I talk about background singers you didn't know. For example, on drink a beer. I'm going to send out here. Singing with Luke.
Starting point is 01:38:01 Eddie thought it was a woman. I did. Initially I did. Or you're so vain with Carly Simon. You know the song? Yep. That's Mick Jagger. Not credited.
Starting point is 01:38:14 He just happened to be in the studio when she was recording the song. How cool is that, Amy? Oh, that is pretty neat. But it's stories like that. You didn't even know they were background singers. That's the County Crows guy. Adam Duritz, doing background of Woffel.
Starting point is 01:38:26 So we did a whole bobby cast of that. And this background singers. Search bobby cast, wherever you listen to podcasts. Man, walflars. They're so good. That's so good. So it's a bunch. We did a bunch of them.
Starting point is 01:38:53 And you're like, holy crap. So I have that. If you like sports, the sore losers lunchbox, Eddie and Ramondo do a sports. show every day. You can search for the sore losers. S-O-R-E losers. Correct. And they do that every day. These TSA guys at the airport, I feel bad for them. I got a job, a thankless job. They're protecting us, and all we want to do is complain sometimes. The lines. You don't need to touch me there. That's why I do, right? Yeah. Like why these guys found a
Starting point is 01:39:19 rocket launcher and a luggage. What? Yeah, it was a non-working one, but still, can you imagine if you find a rocket launcher? There's a picture right here. That was in the luggage. That you would go, Oh, my goodness. So why did someone think they could travel with that? Well, it was the guy in Florida. He was bringing a military rocket propelled grenade launcher back home because he bought it, right? And checked it.
Starting point is 01:39:42 And they got to open it up, and they're like, holy crap. You don't think you give them a heads up at the counter? Like, hey. That's a good point. But maybe you don't because you think they're not going to look, and maybe they won't let you take it through. You have to mail that, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:39:55 And even then you feel bad for the postman. He's got to, like, see it too. And then when they see it in the x-ray machine, they're probably like, there's no way that's a real rocket launcher, right? The rocket launcher was unassembled, but the alarm went off on the bag, and they will, like, here it is. It's huge. Yeah, it's like the kind of Rambo would use.
Starting point is 01:40:16 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Over his shoulder. The item was confiscated. He still caught his flight to Orlando. TSA says no realistic or replica weapons are allowed onto airplanes. So there's that. Oh, no replica. Okay.
Starting point is 01:40:27 Amanda in Minnesota. Hi. Hi. What's happening? One of you who can give me updates on finding a date to the wedding. When is Cody and Sarah's wedding, our former interns? Like two weeks or two? 26. It's a Friday.
Starting point is 01:40:40 29th. There you go. I don't have a date, no. I have nothing. No date. I'm nothing. Amanda, what I was supposed to do? Amanda, he had two, but then he lost both of them.
Starting point is 01:40:48 Well, first of all, I didn't have two. You had two. One girl I went out with the flight attendant. Yeah. Lives in Utah. And it was like, we were never going to. to see each other. So, like, why are we even messing around? We went out one time, right? It was good.
Starting point is 01:41:00 It was good. So you lost her. So it was like, we can't do this. And the other girl, I sent a text message and was like, hey, I'm in town for a few weeks. If we're going to, like, see if we like each other or not. You really said not. Or nah. But, I mean, now you're paraphrasing it to where it doesn't sound as bad. I mean, the whole text was very like, okay. It was very what?
Starting point is 01:41:18 What? Maybe some people missed it. I don't know. But that's not exactly how it went. I gave you guys the text and let you read it. And that is how it went. Oh, it just sounded much better. now. Maybe I'm getting used to it. What did I, Morgan number two, do you have the text? Yes. Hold on. Let me pull it up. I was just like, hey, listen, I'm in town for a few weeks. Why don't we take this time to get to know each other? We don't have to. But if we're going
Starting point is 01:41:38 to, let's do it. If not, that's cool. I just need to know, right? That's basically what I said. No, it's, again, very practical. Very practical, yes. Go ahead. Go ahead. Read the text. I'm in town mostly for the next few weeks, let me know if we're trying to date a little and see if we like each other or nah, too sporadic right now. See, the way that sounds is so different. Wait, wait, we interrupted because the last party is like too sporadic right now. Yeah, because we've been out like three times over like two months or like two times over a
Starting point is 01:42:04 month and half. It's both of our fault. That's what he's saying is their schedules are sporadic. But you're not just wanting to be patient and like play it out and see where it goes. Sure. You're like, my calendar is like clocks a tick in. I got to figure this out. It is because he's about to go out to idols.
Starting point is 01:42:18 a date or not. Because I'm busy. No, not that. But we have a few weeks. If you want this, get it now. No, my point was, we have a few weeks while I'm here to actually see if we like each other instead of once every couple weeks. Did you ever get a response? Yes. After 24 hours, I did. What did she say? Read that one, Morgan number two.
Starting point is 01:42:37 She doesn't have that one. Oh, wait. Hold on. What are we saying? Did she reply? Yes. She sent a pick. Oh. She didn't send a pick. Oh. Stop it. Yeah, don't do that. No, I'm confused. I know. Right. There's no pictures. She did reply after 24 hours. I can find it. And did you reply to her reply? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:51 Because you said you were going to ignore it. Yeah, but I don't do that, really. You're all taught. Here you go. Okay. Says, um. So again, what? Basically.
Starting point is 01:43:04 Just so people can follow. I'm almost embarrassed reading this back. Bobby sent the text that Morgan number two read. And then 24 hours later, she replied this. By the way, I know I'm the douche, right? After we already talked about it on air, did she hear the segment? Probably not. I don't even think she knows.
Starting point is 01:43:18 She knows I'm on the air I don't know She doesn't listen to the show Okay Today I really enjoy the future This is what she wrote I don't even want to say it exactly Because it's not fair to her
Starting point is 01:43:26 To read her text on the air Yeah good point Do you know what I mean? Yes Can you paraphrase it? Can you paraphrase it? Basically it was like hey It was fun hanging out
Starting point is 01:43:33 I don't love the pressure Having to get penciled in And you're a lot of time frame Yeah that's what you made it sound like That's exactly what you did Yes I agree But the fact that you don't
Starting point is 01:43:41 Oh wait You do agree Yes but yes I thought you're saying I'm not arguing I was right I'm saying I was this direct as possible. I have three weeks. I'm here. Why don't we hang out and see if we
Starting point is 01:43:52 like each other? Because then we'll know. If not, we can start wasting our time. And that's it. Did you finish what she wrote? That was it. I'm not reading what she wrote exactly. It's not fair to her. To read that on the air. And what did you respond? I was like, cool. I'll tell you. Yeah, yeah. I'm nervous. I'm right. I was said, hey, extremely fair. Love it. BFF's forever. That's what I wrote. Oh, boy. Awkward. Not for me. Reply to that? Then I was like, hand another note and then I had like a business thing. I was like, hey. Now you try to, now you're trying to do business with her? Not for me. A friend has, whatever.
Starting point is 01:44:25 But I was like, hey, then I just moved off of it. Who cares? Who cares? BFF's forever. Yeah, what do I care? I do care, but what do I like, you know? Oh my gosh. Wow. That went bad. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:44:37 I mean. I don't think I went bad. Well, she was, she, she, you, okay. If you're fine with that, didn't, wait, what did I? Did I miss the part in the text, Morgan, too? Did you read that part where you said, I'm fine either way? No, he didn't, no, he didn't say that. Oh, you just said that on air yesterday.
Starting point is 01:44:54 Yeah, I was like, you know, if you don't like me, good. No, but no girl wants to, okay, if you're trying to date a girl, you don't just say like, hey, are we going to date? Like, I'm fine either way. I didn't say that. But I know, I know. You said it on air. At some point you said it. But that's, when you give a girl that feeling, it's like.
Starting point is 01:45:11 But I didn't say that to her. Okay. Now you're just making, you're like, lunchbox saying. I'm not making it up. You said it on the air. But I didn't say it to her. I said to you, I'm fine either way as long as I know. I didn't say to her I'm fine either way.
Starting point is 01:45:21 You're trying to make the story more dramatic now. We don't do that here. No, I'm not. Oh, stop, please. And it sounds like she was into you. I don't think so. No, she doesn't. No, it sounds like she's done.
Starting point is 01:45:32 Well, no, I'm saying. She likes him, but she didn't want to be put on a deadline. Yeah. I get it. I get the pressure of being penciled in. But, oh, she didn't even, she put penciled in. Like, she might get to hang out with you. It's in pencil.
Starting point is 01:45:45 What? She said pencil. Yeah, but it just means. That's the same. You're too literally, me. That's the answer. No, I know what the saying is. That's the answer.
Starting point is 01:45:53 Okay, whatever. We're going to fight about this. I'm fine with how it shook out. I was open and honest, and I said how I feel, and that's all I can ask of myself. But now you need to reply to him and be like, well, actually, I got a wedding on the 29th. Do you want to go? Yeah, I'd be like, yeah. Do you want to pencil that in?
Starting point is 01:46:09 You mind penciling in a wedding. Yeah. What do you think about that ending, Morgan, number two? I think you could have salvaged it a little bit. Oh, you do? Yeah. I think, I think. Salvege what?
Starting point is 01:46:24 Because how she responded was saying like she just didn't kind of like that, but it wasn't that she didn't like the directness. She didn't like how it kind of came up. So I think he could have salvaged it if he wanted to. I don't think he wanted to, though. Yeah, you know, like I said. He's fine either way. But do you see how Morgan number two kind of like took her, that's her take?
Starting point is 01:46:43 That just sounds like you don't want to. That's what she's thinking. Like the way you write your text, like, if I was in the other line, I'd be like, well, this guy doesn't want me at all. Oh, yeah. But probably, I mean, I get it. I do get in trouble for email tone a lot.
Starting point is 01:46:56 Oh, yeah. Even us. I'm the worst at email tone. Here's what I do. This is consistent with how I live my life. Write how you feel, sin. Yep. Put it out there.
Starting point is 01:47:05 Doesn't matter who it is. Just go. Everybody's equal. Yep. I like to be treated like that too. Send. The end. No fluffy.
Starting point is 01:47:13 I didn't say it was the best I didn't say it was best or I'm fighting for how I did it that's just how I felt If you really like someone in the future You might want to revisit Yeah you shouldn't handle it that way In the future
Starting point is 01:47:24 Time to go fishing again But fail until you don't Go fishing Yep, get that pole All right I'm done with this You call us if you want Amanda
Starting point is 01:47:32 Thanks for the call Yeah Oh she still did Like 10 minutes ago She asked him about the wedding And it went to a whole thing Well it's just Because you put on Instagram
Starting point is 01:47:40 That you People could DM you If they were interested Yeah I don't know if you found anyone interested You know Or how serious you were about that I don't know
Starting point is 01:47:50 I'm just open to the world right now Right guys Wait is she saying she's interested I don't know I think so She lives in Minnesota That's not There's airplanes
Starting point is 01:47:59 There are airplanes There's cars planes trains automobiles That's a car Thank you Amanda The Bobby Bones This insurance company Put a $10,000
Starting point is 01:48:10 giveaway in the very fine print They didn't think anybody would read it, right? Yeah. Because who reads the fine print? No one. An insurance company in Florida secretly buried instructions for a $10,000 contest in the super fine print of an insurance policy form. They thought they could go at least a year without anyone noticing. But a customer who always reads the fine print sought day one.
Starting point is 01:48:30 Day one. Day one. So they wanted to do the giveaway? But again, they thought it would take a year and that... Got it. That would be a news story. They'd also make... Like, they hit it for a year.
Starting point is 01:48:42 That makes sense? Is this going to make everyone read the fine print now? Not me. I'm still out. Yeah, not me. Amy, what's going on today? Just kids stuff, really? And then working out.
Starting point is 01:48:53 And then hopefully dinner tonight is a family because we haven't gotten to do that, like, around the table the past few nights. We try to do that twice a week. I think tonight will be the night where we, I've got to figure out what I'm to make. So now going to the grocery store. Do you do all vegan stuff for your kids too?
Starting point is 01:49:07 No. They get meat. They have chicken or ground beef. They love, like, ground meat. They love tacos or meat and their spaghetti or little meatballs. Yeah. Who doesn't love little meatballs? I like little meatballs.
Starting point is 01:49:17 What about you? You know, Trisha, you're what's coming over to the house? Today? That's crazy. Just cash? You just say that's so casual. No, but she is. We're coming over.
Starting point is 01:49:26 We're doing a bobby cast from my house. That's where I do the show from. Yeah. So she's coming over, right this afternoon? Yeah. Well, that'll be fun. Yeah, it will be fun. I like Trisha.
Starting point is 01:49:34 I like, I like, my kids that like meatballs. We're going to make that tacos. I know. Trisha Yearwood's coming over tonight. I'm like literally don't even want to talk about my kids. day because it's so boring. I'm like, well, I'm going to go to the grocery store. I'm going to go to the grocery store. I'm going to try to eat. And then Bobby's like, oh, Trish. Trish stopping by. To be fair. It is work. Correct. But still it sounds awesome. And she came by here a couple weeks
Starting point is 01:49:53 ago. Or we went out how many times ago. And she was leaving and she was like, we should do your podcast. I was like, cool, let's do it. So a couple texts. Bam. Do you casually just say, hey, if Garth wants to come to, too, it's an open invitation? No. And you know what? I don't about her. It's about her. Not for Trisha time. Yeah. But what? Not for Trisha time. Yeah. But what if you just sat in your couch? You're like, you might have I watched them. OSU basketball real quick?
Starting point is 01:50:16 While you and Trudey are upstairs? Garth, there's beer in the fridge. You make yourself at home, bud. He can watch if you want it, but it's not a... That would be funny if she came over. But she came over. She was here? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:27 I don't ask questions about Gar. Right, that's true. Unless she brings it up. It's like when Kelsey, Ballerini, or Morgan Evans come in. I don't go to the marriage stuff until way later or at all. Because I think they're their own artists. Correct. And Trisha's, like, if she wasn't,
Starting point is 01:50:40 right to Garth. Oh, she would still be Trisha Yearwood. She would be freaking Trisha Yearwood. Amazing. Yeah. So no. But picture Garth in while you guys are doing the dropping. While you guys do the Bobbycast, he's in the lobby, like picking up one of your guitars. Or you hear your living room with one of your guitars like,
Starting point is 01:50:56 sometimes late in mind. I hear him down below. Garth, keep it down. We're trying to do the Bobbycats. And that damn old rodeo. It's fools and blood and the dust of my. Garth. Yeah, yeah, Bobby. I'm going to call you a Uber.
Starting point is 01:51:10 Go get a smoothie. Come back after this is over. I'm sorry, guys. I'm sorry. I'm loud down here. Tricia, you're going to come to the Bobbycast today. You should have snacks out just in case. Ooh, for Tricia, you should whip up something Southern. I'm not whipping anything up. Oh.
Starting point is 01:51:23 Sometimes people will bring stuff. Kimberly Schlatman brought, like, bars. That she made? Yeah. Oh, from like her cookbook. Wow. Yeah. No, it's a cool thing.
Starting point is 01:51:35 We just sit at the house and talk. That'll be up on the Bobbycast later tonight. Just search Bobbycast, where we listen to podcasts. and subscribe and listen. That's it. I have dinner after that with a friend. A girl? No, no, no.
Starting point is 01:51:49 Guy. Who? Somebody from work. Not even work, but someone I like, but I just work with. I'm so confused now who you're going out to you. I know. Oh, you know what? My husband and I do after day?
Starting point is 01:52:00 Oh, shoot. What? Where my husband and I are finding out our official, like, one-on-one we're meeting with an Enneagram counselor. I can't leave you're spending money on one of those online tests. No, no. A counselor? No, no.
Starting point is 01:52:12 He's someone that listens to the show, who lives in Franklin. He's coming up to do it, and then he's going to do my podcast after he evaluates me and my husband. So no. The podcast. But I would spend money on it. We're going to learn how to live together better. The Indianigrant, and most people don't know what that is.
