Owning a home comes with a lot of things nobody really prepares you for, including yard care.
Sunday is a company trying to make that part easier.
They start with a soil test and climate data to build a yard plan tailor to where you live,
then ship everything directly to your door.
no guesswork, no dragging bags of fertilizer.
And instead of harsh chemicals, Sunday uses simple, nutrient-dense ingredients like seaweed, molasses, and iron.
Everything hooks up to a hose, which honestly sounds like my speed.
If your yard feels more stressful than satisfying, Sunday's approach makes a lot of sense.

Welcome to Wednesday show.
Morning studio.
Morning.
Okay, we get a lot of emails.
We do a segment every single day, which we'll do in a minute that's called the mailbag,
where people mostly ask for advice.
But we have a different kind of email here now,
rating all the guys on this show and their looks.
Why?
I don't know.
Why, Scova, Steve?
What prompted her to write this?
She doesn't say why?
She just sent it to the mailbag, and I felt like she's just a bold listener
that wanted to talk about the guys in the show.
Okay, guys, do you want to?
I mean, I don't mind it.
Does Amy mind it?
Am I in it?
I think it's just the guy.
I mean, if every guy is okay with it, if even one of you is like, I don't feel comfortable with it, then we pull it.
What guys did she rate, Scuba?
So she rated Bobby, Eddie, Lunchbox, and Ray.
Okay, Ray, are you good with it?
You'll!
Lunch?
I'm not embarrassed to be called a 10.
Let's go, dude.
Let's go ahead.
Do you want to start from Least to most?
No, just read it in the order.
She wrote it.
And just keep in mind, guys, like, looks are relative, like everybody has done the opinion.
Why are you looking at me?
Yeah, because, no.
You think Bobby's going to get his feelings hurt.
No.
You think I'm ugly?
No, and I just think in general, I don't like commenting on people's looks or bodies, but go ahead.
All right.
So, K.P. writes, Bobby, you're a solid 8.5, and if you lose the glasses, you're a 9.
Wow.
So if you won't see.
But you won't see if you lose the glasses.
Exactly.
You pick.
8.5?
Pretty solid, though.
That's about 2.5.
Higher than I think I am.
Anything else about me?
That's it, yeah.
Okay, who's next?
Eddie is next.
Okay.
Eddie, you're a seven.
And he'd be even better if he wore his beanie hat.
He'd be an eight.
He's hot.
Watch me tomorrow.
Wear my beanie hat for the rest of the year.
She wants snowboard ready.
Next up?
Lunchbox, you're up next.
Lunchbox is a 5.5.
But could be a six if he's a bit nicer and less of an egomaniac.
I love how she at least.
She's penalizing you for your attitude, though.
I mean, that's fine.
I mean, here's the thing.
Did she send a picture of herself?
I doubt it because I'll rate her, and I bet you it's not very good.
Stop it.
Okay, and?
And Ray is up last.
And Ray, the guy next to me is an 8.5.
Yeah.
But with stacked shoes, he's pretty much a nine.
Yeah.
I love how she bumped everybody out based on if you do this,
you will get a half a point.
Now, she did talk about the ladies.
Do you want me say that as well?
I don't.
Is anything, nothing mean about the ladies?
Then actually not mean.
It's pretty nice.
Go ahead.
So Amy's a 10 just because.
Oh my gosh.
Have you looked at her?
That's not true.
Wow.
It's not.
And she's French.
Ooh la la la.
Okay, go ahead.
And Morgan is a nine.
If she studied here with her geography a little more, she'd be a 9.5.
Oh.
Geography.
There.
You know, that's fair.
Is that it?
That's it.
Yes, it's from K.
Is K.P.
Is K.P. a guy or girl?
I assumed a girl?
I assumed a girl.
I assumed, too.
.
She's loyal, then it's true.
Yeah.
I'm really doing with this.
Well, KP, thank you.
And if you guys want to send anything to the mailbag, Morgan, what do they do?
Mailbag at Bobby Bones.com.
There you go, guys.
All right, mailbag time.
You send an email and we read it all the air.
It's something we call Bobby's Mailbag.
Yeah.
Hello, Bobby Bones.
I discovered a Snapchat conversation my husband was having with another girl.
He was telling her he wished he could see her and commenting on how beautiful she was.
I confronted him and he acted like it was no big deal
because he never, quote, cheated.
What should I do?
Signed anonymous and concerned.
Oh, I'd snatch a knot in his butt.
My goodness.
You can't do that.
That's cheating. That's emotional cheating.
Yeah, she caught him.
If he's saying he wishes he could see her.
And you look beautiful.
Bad news.
You look beautiful?
Bad news.
Is it his sister?
That's the only way this works.
Yeah, you're right.
A relative?
If it's a random girl,
yes, this is cheating.
And maybe it's not,
you know, the...
Physical cheating.
Mm-hmm.
It's just, this is emotional cheating.
If you don't consider it cheating,
it's this last step right before the physical stuff happened.
But it's emotional cheating.
How did the snaps get...
I guess did he save the snaps?
Because don't snaps disappear?
Morgan?
I haven't been on Snapchat in a couple years.
I haven't either, but they do disappear
after 24 hours,
but conversations do not.
Conversations can stay.
I just don't know how long.
Okay.
But pictures go away.
Yes.
Yeah.
So I guess she just opened up his Snapchat
in his phone and found it.
So, Dad, this is bad news.
I would get on this immediately
because he's cheating.
And if he hasn't cheated physically yet,
he's going to.
You don't tell a girl you want to see her
and that she's beautiful
without the intentions of seeing her
and making her feel beautiful
if you know what I'm saying.
Yeah, and she already felt something maybe.
She felt the urge to go into his phone.
That's a great.
That's a great point.
Yeah, this is bad news, anonymous and concerned.
So what does she do now?
You confront his butt about it and be like, hey, what is this?
She already did, and he said.
No, you confront him in like, you're cheating.
Okay.
He's like, well, you're not cheating.
Yes, it is.
It's emotional cheating.
What did you say in the beginning?
Snatch a knot in his butt.
There you go.
Oh, so that's what she needs to do.
Snatch a nod in his butt.
What does that even mean?
It means he's in trouble.
Yeah.
Okay.
And if it happens again, you're out.
Or you're going to go to a lot of therapy.
Yeah.
Don't sit and take this.
Either run or get some help.
Yeah, bad news.
Bad news.
Bad news.
Eddie?
Yes, bad news.
That's a terrible news.
He's cheating.
All right, close it up.
We've got your email and we've read it on the air.
Now it's about to close Bobby's Mel Pack.
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
Eddie's kids basketball coaches on the line because I'm 41 years old and I'm getting asked to play on a lot of pickup games.
with a lot of guys that are better than me, and heck, 10 years younger than I am,
and I was like, man, I really need to figure out how to play again.
So I wanted to hire a coach.
And so we have Coach Mike on the phone.
Coach Mike, it's a pleasure to have you on.
Thank you for coming on and inhumoring me for a second.
This is Bobby here.
And I was talking to them.
I think I may need to hire a basketball coach so I can get decent at playing and pick up basketball.
You know, have you ever had an adult man call you and say,
hey, I need basketball less than you went to their house?
No, I've never had anybody.
that immature, I mean, that level ever asked me that.
But, of course, for, you know, the right price, I'll do it.
Yes.
Coach Mike, what will we work on?
If I was like, hey, you know, I've played, and at times I've been pretty good,
but I really haven't played in a few years.
Like, what would you come to my house and teach me?
Well, first of all, you'll have to come to my house, okay,
because that's a lot of trouble for me to travel around, so that's part of the deal, too.
and but I would
since you're older
I would just watch you for three
or five minutes I'd watch your shot
how you dribble and then
I would just back
all the way up and start from scratch
I'm being told that if I dribble while you're talking
you have to do push-ups correct
exactly that's exactly right
what age do you usually work with
we usually
start with first grade
and then
but
But some of the kids that come over are seventh and eighth graders, and we've got all different levels of skills.
Some kids are just starting. Some kids are really good, and they just want to be really great.
Do you wear a whistle?
I don't.
How much do I pay to get you to wear a whistle?
Oh, no.
How much extra?
Well, at practice, I just say stop, and then they stop.
I just, I want them used to my voice, and you need to pay attention when I talk.
So when I say stop, then everybody stops.
So I don't use a whistle during practice.
Okay, let's cut to the chase here, as they would say, back in the 70s.
How much an hour?
The kids is $40 for one kid, $30 for two.
Then we keep pro-rating it down.
$25 for, or $20 for three or four, $15 for five or six kids.
Coach, I told Bobby that maybe I can bring my kids and he can get like a group rate.
Is that okay if he joins other first graders?
And he can dominate a lot of those kids.
too, I'm sure.
I post them out like they've never seen.
But that's for an hour?
For an hour.
Yes.
Okay.
Well, Coach Mike, I...
Does that seem expensive?
Oh, yeah.
He's good, though, Bones.
He's really good.
If you'll check with other schools and coaches around the area, I think mine is actually
very competitive.
I think I actually give the best deal in town just about.
Okay.
Well, Coach Mike, I appreciate your patience.
I appreciate you coming on the air with us.
and I'll have a lot to think about here, okay?
All right, man, yeah, holler at me, enjoy it.
Appreciate, Buck.
All right.
That's my dude.
Coach Mike.
Coach Mike.
I'm thinking about going to get basketball lessons.
I'm serious, bones.
I can vouch.
I've seen him coach, and these kids get better quick.
And he's honest.
He's brutally honest.
If you're not good, he'll tell you, like, we have to start from scratch.
He has me starting from scratch.
Drivel with your left hand for five minutes, and then he'll go inside and come back.
Well, Amy still has somebody she wants me to talk to.
She's more than 40.
Oh, well, that's what Coach Mike was telling you.
Best deal in.
She will come to your house.
Can we just lie?
Don't I look 12?
Can I just wear like really, like kid clothes and show up like Kramer when he fought karate on
Seinfeld, where he fought all the kids?
Yes.
Or Joey when he dressed up like a kid to get an acting role?
I can do that.
I can pull that off.
All right.
Thanks to Coach Mike.

Jimmy Allen will be one of the mentors on the upcoming season of American Idol, along with pop artist B.B. Rexa.
The show premieres Sunday, February 27th.
I'm Morgan number two. That's your skinny.
It's time for the good news.
With Bobby.
Tell me something good.
A male carrier in California surprised the little boys battling cancer with his very own male truck and uniform.
Jacob Haywood was diagnosed with stage four cancer of the kidney, which has since spread.
he's seven years old.
He has undergone multiple surgeries,
more than 50 rounds of chemo.
Dang, this little boy's been through it all.
But through it all,
the one thing his family could always count on
to improve his day was Van Singletary,
the mail carrier, the mailman.
And so the kid loves to see him
and has kind of makeshift
made his own mail carrier uniform.
He'd be like, hey, I'm here.
And so to surprise him,
he had an official one made for him,
and then got him a little mail carrier truck as well
so he could drive it around.
Love it.
Which is cool,
guy just deliver a mail. He doesn't have to go, he doesn't do all this. And so he also said,
hey, if he can, if he's healthy, bring him up and they tore the kid through the whole post office.
Can you imagine if you love the mailman, you get to go to the post office behind the scenes?
That's awesome. Get a backstage pass in post office. Yeah, that'd be cool. I think that's actually
cool in their backstage pass at a concert. People think stuff backstage at a concert's cool.
It's not. It's terrible. What a backstage pass is, I do finger quotes, is you go back for a
quick meet and greet with the artist, who also isn't hanging out backstage.
They're usually in their bus, which is kind of their road home.
So backstage, kind of awful, actually.
And even the sound, the audio back there is not very good.
The audio in the front row is usually not good.
Yeah, correct.
Like, people are just like, okay, I was back.
We had front row seats and we were backstage.
What I hear is, well, you spend a lot of money to have kind of a crappy experience.
Yeah, but you get, for someone to be, like, super close to someone they really love.
That's kind of cool.
physically you're kind of close.
But the sound's never that good.
About 10 rows deep in the middle.
Sweet spot.
Kind of the sweet spot for listening and enjoying a good concert.
You can still see them and you can hear it perfectly.
I went to watch Chris Rock do you stand up once.
We were in like the first two rows.
We got tickets as gifts.
And you couldn't hear anything.
We had to listen with our ears to him on the stage
because the sound wasn't coming to us.
Oh, that's no good.
It's a comedy.
Yeah, it's terrible.
But then you can't, when you tell people,
oh, yeah, I was 10th row.
And if you tell people I'm first row,
They're like, oh, dang.
Why do you tell them what road you are?
I went to the show.
It's awesome.
Oh, I'll have to let him know.
He likes to say his row.
Anyway, that's a great story.
That's what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
The most expensive home in America is on the market for $295 million.
Whoa.
It's wild.
I'm obsessed with looking at these pictures of these big houses.
I told you, Caitlin and I will go drive on a weekend and find the really expensive houses on the internet and drive outside of them.
And just be like, holy crap.
Amazing.
So it's nicknamed the one.
It's on sale for $295 million on sale.
It's on sale.
It's bigger than the White House.
It's 105,000 square feet of living space.
21 bedrooms, 49 bathrooms.
You can see the Pacific Ocean on one side,
downtown Los Angeles on the other, the mountains,
and Bel Air on another.
Five swimming pools.
I'm going to say that again.
Five swimming pools.
Yeah, why do you know those?
This is incredible.
How much swimming can you do?
Right.
There are indoor swimming pools on this, too.
There's a moat around the house.
Oh, that's cool.
It has a private theater for 40 guests.
Oh, my gosh.
Wow.
A 400-foot private running track.
What are you looking at over there?
It's got like a golf course.
On top of the roof.
Yeah, on top of the roof.
Oh, my goodness.
We need this.
There's a four-lane bowling alley, a putting green, a gym, a tennis court, a two...
It's like a city center with like a 24-hour fitness or a...
Lifetime.
Like, who owns this? Just some normal dude?
I don't know who's selling it.
It's got a 10,000 bottle wine seller.
10,000 bottle holder.
Like, I don't ever have more than two.
A 30-car garage.
Wow.
This is popculture.com.
Is it one of those things where you can check out the payment, Mike?
We can go to it say if you put...
The mortgage?
Yeah.
What's the note on this?
That is...
I'm assuming...
Oh, and it was listed for...
It looks like $500 million.
time. Oh, so it is on sale. Yeah, get it while it's hot. There's a clearance right now on this
sale. And brokers say interest has been very strong for the one. But I got to imagine there
are not many people on Earth who can afford this house. $300 million, basically. Wow.
How's interest strong? And how do you even get to go look at it? Because you've got to show that you
have enough money to go look at these fancy houses. They said they expect some offers from
crypto buyers very soon. Crypto buyers.
Yeah, cryptocurrency.
Those are the rich people, the ones that have the crypto?
Yeah, I guess so.
I guess they have a lot of money in crypto and they're going to try to buy this house.
We've got like $27 bucks in Bitcoin.
Right.
Think that'll do it?
We'll go check it out, dude.
We'll put this up on our website.
That is wild.
Lunchbox, I would love for you to try to go tour one of these.
Not this one because it's not here, but these massive houses here in town.
See, if you can just get a tour.
See, here's the problem.
When you call those expensive ones, they want documents.
They want my bank statement.
So I'm not to call up, you know, one of these.
Hey, you ever heard of the word forgery?
Ever heard of it?
Ever heard of jail type?
I'll try that.
Photoshop.
Oh, ever heard of it?
Yeah.
See what I can do.
All right, we found riddles for children.
Let's play Riddle Me This.
Amy, I'll give you a riddle.
You'll have 20 seconds to figure out the riddle.
If you miss it, you've been eliminated.
Ready?
Ready.
Who can shave 25 times a day but still have a beard?
Who can shave?
25 times a day, but still have a beard.
Time starts now.
Who can shave 25 times a day, but still have a beard.
Shave, shave, shave.
What's another thing that shaves besides a razor?
Razeer, shave.
Who can shave? A man can shave.
Shave you still have a beard.
I mean, a guy still has a beard.
Time!
Well, okay.
That's fast.
Whoa, that's loud.
That was fast.
Answer?
Razor?
No, that's incorrect.
Yeah, I don't know.
Do you know?
Did anyone have got that one?
No.
No.
Out of the gate, you came hard.
That's the first one that's listed here.
Yeah.
A barber.
Oh, they shave a lot.
If the barber has a beard, though.
Yes, yes, but a bar.
Yes.
Okay, well, that's quite the leap there because some barbers have no beards.
All right, here we go.
Next up, lunchbox.
Yep.
What two things can you never eat for breakfast?
What two things?
can you never eat for breakfast.
Riddle me this.
When does my time start?
No?
When I say riddle me this?
All right.
Lunch and dinner.
Correct.
Oh my gosh.
Eddie.
I'm over too.
I have wings.
I'm able to fly.
I'm not a bird,
yet I sore high in the sky.
What am I?
I mean, can that be that easy?
Is it an airplane?
Yeah, that's it.
Okay.
I mean, I guess it can be that easy.
Airplanes do not have
Beards Amy
Lunchbox

Collie.
So aggressive.
Lunchbox, answer?
Um, E.
Incorrect.
Good answer.
What begins with an E, but only has one letter in it, Amy?
I had E.
An envelope.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, unless you put two letters inside.
Okay, Amy, stop.
Eddie, for the win.
Dude, I'm just not in the mind frame of this game right now.
To be the riddle master for the month.
Come on.
I fly around the entire.
day, yet I never go to a new place. What am I? I fly around the entire day. Yet I never go to a new place.
What am I? Riddle me this. The time starts now. Fly around the entire day. Never go to a new place.
What are you? They never go to a new place? Can you hear it one more time? I fly around the entire day,
yet I never go to a new place.
What am I?
You have five seconds.
It scares me every time.
Dang, dude.
Sense.
What's your answer?
A flyer.
Oh, I thought you had it.
What is it?
Is it a fly?
No.
It's a flag.
Oh, they fly all day.
Yeah.
Did you say I fly around all day?
I fly around all day.
That around is tricky.
It's more like I fly all day.
No, Amy, that's what threw me off.
I know, because the flags don't fly around.
They just fly.
I didn't ride them.
Amy is a little bee hurt because she lost early.
I am, so I have a problem with every single one.
Lunchbox and Eddie's sudden death.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
Speed round.
Oh.
If you know it buzzing with your name.
All right.
And this one I'll give you 45 seconds before we move on to the next one.
Okay.
Four legs up.
Four legs.
down, soft in the middle,
lunchbox. Lunchbox.
Bed. Correct.
I don't get it.
Bed. Four legs, four legs, two people in the bed.
The mattress is soft and you're soft
because you just lost. Let's go!
Let's go! And they stay there!
Let me read it here in its entirety.
Four legs up.
Which would be the human legs.
Okay. Four legs down.
which would be the legs on the bed.
Soft in the middle, which is the bed.
Hard all around.
What am I?
That's a stretch.
It isn't really, man.
That's a tough one.
That's assuming there's two people in the bed.
I didn't ride them.
And there's firm mattresses.
Yeah, but it's still soft.
A firm mattress is still soft.
Lunchbox, you're the winner.
Don't listen to these haters.
Don't let them take a shine.
I don't listen to these haters.
Amy's act like she was hard.
I had Barbara over here.
It's no big deal.
And you know what that makes me?
That makes me the champion.
And when you're the champion, you get to say something.
And I want to say something to Amy and something to Eddie.
Go ahead.
Riddle me.
He had to stretch it out.
They said it.
There it is.
All right, nice job, lunchbox.
Lunchbox is our winner for February.
Riddle me this.

All right, a voicemail from last night.
Morning show, I just had a little request, the little cartoon versions of like bits of the show, and I think they are hilarious.
So more of that content, please.
Thank you.
Appreciate you.
About once a month, we get a little cartoon version of our show.
It's pretty cool.
Follow us on social at Bobby Bone Show, and you can see those.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
So there's some sleep habits that might be making us more tired, a sleep expert,
wait in on some things that we might be doing,
that maybe we shouldn't if we want to be more awake and alert.
So I'll run through the list and see if you do them, Bobby.
All right.
Okay.
Going to bed early, like even if you're not tired,
but you think going to bed early will wake you up and make you better the next day.
Hmm.
I got a feeling you've approached this in a way that I shouldn't go to bed early.
That's what I feel like.
I mean, I do feel like I do.
I try to go lay down and fall asleep early,
but it never tends to work out.
If I'm not tired, I don't fall asleep for some reason.
Yeah.
I mean, he said that going to bed early or trying to force yourself to do it before you're ready is the most damaging sleep tip ever.
And he advises you to go to bed when you are tired.
Ever? Wow.
All right, what's next?
Striving for eight hours.
I do that.
I look at my phone and go, okay, well, fall asleep now.
I can get seven hours of 26 minutes.
Okay, but now I can get seven hours of 22 minutes.
Okay, but now I do that.
But they say eight hours is not exactly right for everyone or what?
Yeah, he said everybody is different.
So if you don't get eight, it's not the end of the world.
He says, just get as many hours as you need to feel alert and active the next day.
So you might test it out and find out you're a five hour, a six hour person.
And then you can let go of striving for eight.
I need 11.
I'm not kidding.
Well, yeah, so you need to figure that out.
I'm not kidding.
All right, what else?
Napping if you're tired.
That's what we're told to do.
But he says, no, tough it out.
So that way you're actually tired when you go to bed.
Napping is a bad idea.
Okay.
Catching up on sleep on the weekend.
He said, yeah, you don't need to try to try to.
do that. You might end up more groggy on Monday. Just continue doing your thing and then get into your
routine come Monday. You don't need to catch up. This guy's telling us to write it out too much. I don't like it.
That's two in a row. He's like, write it out if you're tired. Don't like that at all. Okay. Last one.
Do you use a weighted blanket? No, I do not. Yeah. He said that this is a hot trend right now,
but test it out, it might not be for everyone. Just because you see someone online or on socials
recommending a weighted blanket, it might actually give you terrible sleep. So you've got at least
test it out for yourself. Oh man. I base
my life off influencers, so that's really tough
news to hear. All right, what else you got?
Okay, so most people insist that love
is more important than money,
so I thought I'd pull the room. But love
of people or love of job?
Love of life, no.
That's funny, good twist, well, because I love
what I do and I was making no money for
most of my career, like was broke, but I loved
it, so I kept doing it. Yeah, no, I'm
talking romantic relationship.
Oh, I would say love.
And here's why. Eventually,
this ain't going to be here.
This job ain't going to be here.
You jabonies ain't going to be here.
That's right.
Paycheck ain't, you know.
But you know who's going to be there?
The person who's there.
Love.
Yes.
That's right.
Lachbach's just scoffing at that.
I mean, I'm just saying they can, their divorces happen all the time.
I mean, your money will never leave you.
A woman will leave you.
Money leaves when you spend it.
It basically was made to leave you.
It was invented to leave you.
Yes, Amy.
Lunchbox, you wouldn't give up any amount of money just to find your perfect partner,
romantic love for the rest of your life.
No, I mean, I found my wife.
wife, but I mean, she could leave me at any time.
As long as I'm still getting paid, let's go.
Would you leave her for $5 million?
Okay, he's thinking about it.
All right, what else you got, Amy?
So I've got the top three country songs that are turning 25 years old this year.
Okay, I'm ready to feel old.
Let's go.
Okay, and number three, Shania Twain, love gets me every time.
That one seems about 25, though.
Some of these, I'm like, dang, but that one seems, that's aged appropriately.
All right, what else?
That was a five-week number one.
Yeah, things were different back then.
They used to have songs that lasted longer because it wasn't just a system to game, you know, like it is now.
What else?
Okay, because also another five-week number one and at number two, George Strait, one night at a time.
Let's take our love one night at a time.
Not in top 50 of George Strait songs.
Oh, no way.
It's so good, though.
Yeah, okay, but not in the top 50.
Yeah, all right, and.
Tim and Faith at number one with It's Your Love.
It's your love.
Hey, do you want a slow dance?
No?
Okay.
I'll get punched.
That's a quick impression of me at all the junior high dances when this song came on.
Yes.
All right, Amy.
I'm Amy. That's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
So back in the beginning of the pandemic, this mom, Ashley Manning, was looking for a way to bring a little extra money to her family.
So she decided to start a floral business.
Well, Valentine's Day was rolling around in 2021, and one of her son's teachers had lost her husband.
So she was like, you know what?
I want to send her a bouquet of flowers, like because, you know, she's a widow.
This will be something special for her to receive.
Well, her son's teacher loved it so much.
It meant the world to her.
So then Ashley was like, I'm going to take this online, see if there's any other widows out there.
So last year, she ended up sending 120 widows flowers for Valentine's Day.
Well, roll around to Valentine's Day this year.
And because of a lot of volunteers and awesome people and her team,
she was able to send out 350 bouquets for Valentine's Day to widows.
Yeah, that's awesome.
Yeah.
That's a great story.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
I found the story about a British woman who said she spent the last 40 years not smiling
so she wouldn't have any wrinkles.
Interesting.
I mean, I just feel like you're really missing out on some joy.
Her name's Tess.
She claims she doesn't have any wrinkles because she's trained herself to control her facial muscles.
She says, everyone says, hey, do you have Botox?
She goes, no, I don't have Botox.
She says it's due to the fact that she hasn't laughed or smiled since she was a teenager.
Wow.
That's so sad.
What a dedication, though.
Maybe she found a way to laugh internally.
She didn't look that young.
I'm telling me.
She doesn't.
I mean, laughter is necessary, right?
And her dedication is paid off because, quote, I don't have a single line on my face.
Does she have a resting B-face?
Yes.
Yeah, because I would think you would get droopy.
Well, I laugh and I still have that.
Oh.
I laugh.
Yes.
I laugh a lot.
Yes.
I still have resting.
That's true.
Amy's like the polar opposite.
She's like, oh, hey.
Okay, let's go over to Amy with the morning corny.
The morning corny.
How did the telephone propose to his girlfriend?
How did the telephone propose to his girlfriend?
He gave her a ring.
Ring.
That was the morning corny.
Amy, how was your trip back?
It was really good.
Except for on my flight,
I definitely had a time-marches-on moment.
And I felt like my dad,
like how he used to be with technology.
So I'm trying to connect to watch a movie
that I had downloaded on my phone.
And in my earbuds, like my AirPods,
the volume is really low, but I have it turned all the way up, and I'm so frustrated because I cannot hear it.
And the young girl next to me taps me on the shoulder, and she's like, ma'am, I don't think that your AirPods are connected to your phone because, like, we can all hear everything.
Oh, no.
So it was just playing through my phone, and I thought it was coming through my ears, but that's why it sounded so faint.
And then sure enough, I went to my settings and my Bluetooth was off.
So, yeah, turned on the Bluetooth, connected right up to the old AirPods, and voila, sound was better.
That's always embarrassing.
I guess one for me a little bit is because Caitlin is 11 years younger than I am, my wife.
Hit it, Time March.
We were listening to Counting Crows, one of my favorite bands.
And she said, had you not played them from me?
I'd never even heard this name of this band in my life.
Oh, man.
That's tough.
She's missing out.
I don't think she is because she makes fun of them how they sound, how they sing.
But she was like, I just wouldn't even know the name.
And now she gets counting crows, black crows, and black keys all confused.
All different.
Very different.
All different artists, but still artists.
What movie did you watch on your phone, Amy?
Marry me.
What's that?
So it's the new J-Lo movie.
J-Lo and Owen Wilson are in it.
And it's just a rom-com and it is so cute.
It's available in theaters, so you can go see it there.
but if you have Peacock, then you can watch it through like Peacock Plus or something.
So I highly recommend it.
Bobby, you should watch it with Caitlin.
It looks terrible.
Bobby, don't do it.
Really?
It's like she's a singer, right?
She's a singer, Amy.
This is what I get from the previews.
And I guess she gets broken up with or cheated on.
And some guy in the crowd holds up a sign says, marry me.
And she says, yes.
Oh, my God.
That's the movie.
That's what I got from the previews.
Okay.
Okay, that's kind of the premise.
That sounds awful.
Terrible.
No, it's not awful.
But get this, because she's a singer, IHeart Radio gets a shout out.
And it's so funny because her manager is getting a phone call.
Because, like, tickets to her wedding when she's marrying this other superstar, yes, before she cheats.
Or before he cheats, gets a phone call.
And it's like, oh, he goes, IHeart Radio's calling.
Hey, Tom.
And so I'm like, oh, my gosh, is he talking about Tom Pullman from IHart Radio?
Shout out.
So then you should go watch it just for that.
I mean, it's amazing.
No, I just heard it.
I'm good.
I'm good.
I still haven't watched Tinder Swindler.
Oh, you got to watch it.
I know.
It is my story.
And Eddie sent me a whole paragraph about it and was spoiling things.
I had to stop reading it.
What did I spoil?
No.
I didn't spoil anything other than what I said about the whole thing.
Yeah.
You think that's, you think I spoiled it?
I had to stop reading it because you were telling me too much.
Eddie thinks it's all set up.
You're an idiot.
Is that a spoiler?
You're an idiot.
I feel like I got swindlered by the Tinder Swindler.
That's all I'm saying.
Do you think the movie was fake?
Yes.
I, after watching the whole thing, and then what I saw after it, I'm like, oh my gosh.
After the movie, two days later, I saw something on social media.
I'm like, well, I mean, I think I got swindled by the Tinder Swindler.
The movie, not the person.
By the person.
Have you seen Tinder Swindler, Ray?
Give it a number one through ten.
It's an eight.
Morgan?
I haven't seen it.
Eddie?
Oh, I say nine.
It's really good.
Lunchbox?
Nine and a half.
Wow.
It is so good.
It's really good.
Listen, my dad does not watch movies.
He watched the entire thing called me as like.
I can't believe it.
This, that.
And he just starts going off about it.
Mike D.
Movie Mike, have you seen it?
I feel like they're overhyping it a bit.
Well, they can't live up to this.
It's interesting, but it's not as interesting as they're hyping it.
These guys are giving it a Oscar.
I think you would love it, Bobby.
Love the premise.
Love exactly what it's about.
Love it.
You don't love the premise.
You're just going to be shocked at everything that goes on.
This guy fold a bunch of women on Tinder that he was a big diamond broker.
Yes.
Yeah.
Amy, you've seen it too?
Yes.
and I give it, I'm with Ray, like I give it somewhere between an eight and a nine, just because I was so fascinated.
I was interesting, like the crazy part to me was, what, what, okay.
She stopped talking.
She puts her hand down, okay.
I do this all the time, but it says, don't drink water from a plastic water bottle that's been out at all.
Oh, yeah.
Don't drink old water from a reusable soft plastic water bottle, which is just the kind you get at the store.
researchers tested the water
they've been sitting in those bottles for 24
hours and it was full of chemicals.
So, they even
say don't drink it out of a reusable
water bottle that's been in there for 24 hours.
What if it's a BPA certified?
I don't know what any of that means.
I don't know what any of that means.
New report says you should stop
doing that immediately, at least with the
soft plastic bottles for sure.
Yeah. The ones that we get.
Researchers analyze water samples
after the water had been in there for 24 hours
and it was just loaded with chemicals.
They found all the stuff that I can't pronounce.
And it might even be worse.
They did it again after the bottles had gone through the dishwasher,
some of the bottles that we keep,
and there are even more chemicals.
It's probably because your dishwasher wears down the plastic
and allows it to leach more chemicals into your water.
Yeah, the heat maybe brings it out.
And then, yeah, I've heard that too.
Like, if you have a water bottle and you've kept it in your car
and it's a hot day, like the heat from the car
will make the chemicals release into the water.
Well, that's why we have a water hose in our house.
I just drank it out of it.
I just turn it on and I get thirsty and do it like that back in the day, you know?
Yeah.
But I didn't know.
I remember hearing that a long time ago, but I didn't know that was still a thing.
Yeah.
I didn't know.
It was just a thing of it just sitting there 24 hours and it like taking, I guess it's after you pop the top.
Because, I mean, plastic water bottles sit on the shelf.
Oh, yeah, forever.
Ever.
Is it after?
It didn't say after you pop the top, but.
It must be.
We would assume where the grocery stores is just throw them out every day.
It must be after you open it or you drink it.
That would not be a good business model.
Hey, you guys can call us if you want, 87777-B-O-B-B-B-Y.
American Idol announced that Jimmy Allen's going to be mentoring
on one of the sections of American Idol this year, which is very cool.
Although I'm insulted, he didn't ask me for my advice to him.
Oh, maybe he just hasn't yet.
No, he has.
Oh.
They shot because they put the clips up.
They shot at Alani, I think.
Or maybe he's there now.
I don't know.
But they're like, in all the stories like Jimmy Allen mentors,
Bobby Bowles will not be returning.
I'm like, you can leave me out of this. I'm good.
My new show, I can't say what it is yet.
We'd have a meeting about it yesterday, which is why I can't do Idol.
Hopefully, early summer.
When it premieres.
Yes. I mean, I don't even know when I can announce it yet, but that's why I'm not doing Idol.
But Jimmy's going to be awesome.
Jimmy and B.B. Rexa are both the first stage, and they're going to do different people who have been on Idol over the years,
mentoring all the way to the end.
But that was your old job.
They took over your old job.
Yes.
Okay.
I'm going to watch and critique.
I'm going to tweet along.
Oh, I would have never done that.
That's why they lost.
Oh, bad advice.
There's a story about a priest who was baptized in a lot of folks over many years,
and he was saying the wrong word while he was doing it.
And now they're saying if they don't count.
Which I think they should count because if it's in your heart.
Yes.
However, the story came out.
A Catholic priest has resigned after the church investigation found.
He performed invalid.
baptisms throughout most of his 20-year career.
It is in Phoenix. He performed thousands of baptisms. He would say,
we baptize you in the name of the father and the son and the Holy Ghost.
But we baptize should not be said.
I baptize should be said.
Oh.
I mean.
The issue is using we.
It's not that the community baptizes a person, but rather it is Christ and him alone
who presides at all of the sacraments.
So it is Jesus Christ who baptizes.
But then...
I think if you reached out and let's say,
DM Jesus. You were like, yo, Jesus.
Are we cool? Like, we said we, but we knew I.
I think he'd be like, yes. Yeah.
But if you're saying I, he's like, I allow the baptism.
So is the priest then taking
on that role of Jesus? Because he really should say he,
I on behalf of Jesus. I think he is I.
Okay. Well, this just seems like
semantics. But I don't think you're reaching
out to those folks and be like,
good thing you didn't die because I probably got to hell.
I'm out. Or it's like,
hey, you lucked out. You didn't die.
so you need to come back in immediately and be careful on your drive in we'll tell you what happened
when you got here they don't tell them until they get back to the church what's he how why would
they let him go it's like a simple little thing like was he refusing to say I or did you do it on
purpose it saddens me to learn that I've performed invalid baptisms throughout my ministry as a
priest and by regularly using an incorrect formula I deeply forget my error in this uh la la la
But I don't know.
It seems to me, what do I know?
I know nothing about this other than what I read.
I don't think this would be a reason enough to fire a priest.
I don't know this to be true or false, but maybe they didn't like his work ethic.
Maybe they're something else.
Maybe they, yeah.
And they were like, okay, we've went for three years to get this guy on something.
He's been saying all his baptism's wrong.
Go get him now.
Then somebody goes, well, he's always said I and I thought that was wrong.
Yeah, I've been holding on to this.
Hey, Chuck, let me bring this to the meeting.
Yeah.
The guy says we.
Oh, we?
Yeah.
You can't do that.
Okay, that's what's up.
You guys call us.
We'll grab calls.
Obviously, in a second, tell me something good.
I'll tell you about that in a second.
We'll do the news coming up where one of the things is the odds on favor
to win the Super Bowl next year.
Already.
They're already doing it.
Already.
Already doing that.
So you pick your team.
And if you're right, I'll give you all the money in my wallet.
Do we bet that later?
You give me money in your wallet a year from now?
I don't have that much money my wallet, honestly.
Well, you've got to wait to the results, Amy, so yes.
Okay, true.
You got to wait for who wins a Super Bowl.
Oh, okay.
I have.
He has quarters.
25, 50, 60.
I have 60.
You're going to bet for 63 cents.
Bones, you good, man?
Rough weekend, buddy.
60 cents, huh?
Yeah, all right.

Martin lives out in Tucson, Arizona, and he's like,
hey, I'm going to go for a ride on my dirt bike.
I'll be back in a few hours.
Well, he crashes and he falls in a crevice and he's stuck and he can't get out, can't get a hold of anybody.
Well, he never returns home.
So he's gone.
And his ex-wife's like, man, he's supposed to pick up the son.
So she calls authorities, hey, he went for his motorbike ride never came back.
He's stuck in the crevice for four days.
No water?
No.
Guys, four days.
Is it called a crevice?
It is.
I double-checked him.
Really?
Wow.
This is accurate.
It's like crevice.
What do you call it?
Oh, it is a crevice.
I thought it was a crevice.
He's been saying crevice.
Yes.
And I wanted not to laugh.
I couldn't.
I couldn't laugh because I looked at Ray.
Well, what'd you Google?
Crevice, but I also was pronouncing crevice like him.
Okay.
I was like, wow, have I been saying this wrong the whole life?
Me too.
And I'm trying not to laugh.
I look over at Ray through the glass wall and he's trying to hold back a smile.
Okay.
So he's trapped into Crevis.
Yeah.
And so they don't know where he is.
So she goes to the authorities.
Hey, he's missing.
they send out search parties looking everywhere
and this one guy Coleman sees it
and he's like, man, I'll go looking
and he comes upon Martin.
Martin thought he's going to die.
Four days with no food or water.
Trapped in the...
No trapped. Trap. Not trapped.
What's it called?
You're really struggling, huh? I feel you. It's one of those days.
Yes. Yeah.
And Coleman thinks he's going to be funny at this point and goes,
hey man, that's a nice bike. Can I take it for a ride?
And he says, hey, as long as you'll go get me help me.
He goes, dude, I'm joking. I'm here to rescue you.
and he ran to the convenience store, called authorities,
got the guy out of the crevice.
Wow.
Crevasse.
Crevas.
I think it's crevice.
It's crevice.
It is.
Okay.
It is?
Yes.
And I really try to hold it back.
I'm not from Arizona, so I thought maybe I was missing something.
Yeah.
Like geographically, it's something that we don't have here.
But like there's crevices all over.
Yeah, in your body.
And maybe that's the minor league team, the Arizona crevices.
I didn't know.
But yes.
We got there.
That's a great story.
It was overshadowed by the word crevice and he was crapping in the hole.
But do you want someone joking with you when you're getting rescued?
I mean, he's been stuck there for four days and the guy comes with the comedy.
Hey man, nice bike. Can I take it for a ride?
Yeah, the joke was weird.
You in a crevice?
Okay. All right.
That's a great. That is a good story. Good story. Save his life.
That is what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
All right. Time to check on the big stories.
Bobby's Big. Stories.
Amy, for 68 cents.
Who's the odds-on favorite to win next year's Super Bowl?
Can I have a list to choose from?
No.
Oh.
Okay.
I mean, I assume the Bengals made it to this year's Super Bowl,
but they weren't supposed to, really.
So I don't know.
The Rams won, but I don't think they were supposed to win either.
I think it was a shock they were both there.
I don't, oh, oh, Mo Holmes, Chiefs.
Your answer is the Kansas City Chiefs.
Yes.
For 68 cents.
Yes.
The answer is, I can't say cheese.
Wow!
Take your money.
Come take your money.
You deserve every cent there.
Every single cent.
Why is this the one day you don't have any money in your wallet?
That's true.
I mean, every day we like roll dies for 100, and then today it's 68 cents.
Hey, that's showbiz, baby.
Okay.
The Can City Chiefs are already the odds on favors from the Super Bowl next year.
The bills are second.
The Rams are third.
Bengals are fourth. For double
that 68 cents,
who's last?
Ooh. The Cowboys.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Sorry, I love the Cowboys, but
I'm just saying. Close.
The Houston Texans.
Oh. Close in vicinity.
Yeah, close in vicinity. Yeah, close. Yeah.
A 31-year-old man appeared
Monday in federal court on allegations he
tried to open an emergency door on a Delta Airlines
flight from Portland to Salt Lake because
he wanted to make a statement about COVID-19
vaccines. His deal was,
He was going to get up, run over to that door in midair, start really trying to shove it open.
People were going to record him because this stuff always makes the internet and goes viral.
And while they were recording him, he was going to talk about COVID vaccines.
Oh.
This was his way to create a platform to share his thoughts on COVID-19 vaccines, he says.
Multiple people on the plane reporter, they heard a loud wooching as the defendant yanked on the door repeatedly.
He was directed at the back of the plane, and then he was physically restrained.
that's from Oregon Live.com
I like when they tape people down.
We don't get enough of the taping
when people don't go crazy
because taping is not only restraining
but it's also public shaming
and that rhymes.
That's why I like the taping, yes.
And then finally, here we go again
a Louisiana teen is under arrest on claims
that she reached out to rentahitman.com
to kill her ex-boyfriend.
Whoa!
This site, a guy created as a joke in college
but he left it up now
because people are really trying to hire people to kill people.
so you know they're trying to hire people to kill people.
Oh my gosh.
Baton Rouge police say the 14 year old, 14, is accused of solicitation of murder by submitting
a request at rent-a-hitman.com.
The team was arrested on Valentine's Day after the side administrator contacted officers.
She's now housed in the East Baton Rouge Juvenile Detention Center.
Wow.
That is from the advocate.
I almost don't want to tell people that rent-a-hitman.com is fake, because if anyone's listening
and they want to go, they should use it.
Yeah.
Catch them.
Yeah.
I mean, it's real.
It's a great site.
Got great reviews.
So there you go.
Those are your big stories.
Those were Bobby's big stories.
I want to talk to Dr. Lucky in South Carolina.
Now, Dr. Lucky seems like a name I'd create for myself, not being a doctor.
Dr. Lucky, are you a doctor?
I am a doctor, Bobby.
How are you this morning?
I'm pretty good.
Thank you for calling.
What would you like to say?
Well, I just want to touch base on the plastic story.
You know, plastics in our food and our water are really doing a disservice to our own bodies.
In fact, it's a hormone disruptor.
So when you allow those plastics to get into the body, it's going to definitely affect your health in a negative way.
And then the story y'all told was great.
I just want to remind people when you go to the Chinese restaurant and take a go soup home,
that's if you can press in on that soup container and it feels melty,
I wouldn't eat the soup because those plastics are in that soup then.
I eat it twice a day.
I have a standing order for two soups a day.
Yeah, then you look at your dog toys.
Any of the dog toys that are real soft and plasticy,
that can affect the dogs and babies.
You know, I would recommend for parents to use silicone
or wood toys and let their babies chew, not plastic toys.
So it goes way beyond just plastic water bottles.
So what's the deal?
let's say I'm drinking out of a plastic water bottle or I'm eating my Chinese soup because I do love soup.
Hey, I'll eat some wonton soup like you've never seen.
That's some wonton soup last night.
I'm like kidding.
And so what happens to me?
Like my body is doing blank.
So essentially when those plastics melt into the food, you're eating what they call psalates.
It starts with a pee, but the pee is silent.
It's called phthalates or by Bispidols, which are BPAs.
And those actually get into your.
system and then disrupt the hormone uptake.
You know, hormones are needed by your mental health, your cardiovascular health, your
muscle skeletal health, your blood sugar health, and your sexual health.
So it actually can change the way your body is reading those hormones in that capacity.
So you don't, well, how I order Chinese or Thai food soup is, hey, don't heat my soup up.
Just put it in a bowl.
Sometimes I'll take my own container to have them dump it into.
But I've never will.
You know the plastic containers I'm talking about.
Yeah, the plastic would like the half-sealed lid.
It feels like it's sealed, but it's just clicked on there pretty tight.
That's exactly right.
So those can really dump those plastics into your body.
We talk about this on a daily basis to our guys and our women, too.
You know, what's causing hormone disruption.
That's one of the things, glycopostics, the roundups, all those things causing hormone disruptions.
What about, and Dr. Lucky's on with us, I have no way to verify he's a real.
doctor, but let's trust him, right?
Sounds good.
Yeah, it sounds good.
What about if you're just buying water in a water bottle from the grocery store, you just go to Walmart?
So, you know, for me, I would not drink a Walmart water bottle.
I would want to see that the bottle has no phthalates or no BTAs in the plastic.
You can find those.
You definitely don't want to leave them in your car, especially in, you know, the south where it gets
over 100 degrees in the car.
You know, you don't leave your kids in the car, your dogs in your car.
car, your water bottles in the car because they will melt down.
Okay. Well, now my life has forever changed and I'm a bit inconvenience.
So that's what, BPA was what I was trying to think of earlier and I couldn't, but they do sell
like reusable water bottles that are BPA free, right?
Absolutely. Yes, ma'am.
Well, Dr. Lucky, thank you. I'm literally drinking out of a water bottle right now.
Right now. Me too. And you know what? My sex drives down right now.
and how do you know that?
Right in this second.
I'm telling you, I have...
Okay, well, I think it should be right in this.
Well, it's just a coincidence.
I think not.
Dr. Lucky, thank you.
No problem.
Hey, anytime you hear us talking about nonsense,
call us, we like you.
We'd like for Dr. Lucky to be a regular here.
Well, you know, I called in about the test offers show a couple months ago.
I wasn't able to get on,
but I was going to offer some free testosterone checks
with all the men in the group to see who had the lowest one.
We can do that to laugh for you.
We're all big.
Not me.
We're good.
I mean, how?
I would never subject myself to this second.
Why?
Y'all are so big.
What's the big deal?
We're good.
I got high.
I got high.
You're right.
But I'm telling you because it's a natural body, right?
And let me just say something here.
We can't control it.
It's naturally in our body.
It's a hormone.
But measuring that, and if you say, well, there's no big deal, high or low,
that would be like us having like a weiner measuring contest.
And there's no, it's all our natural bodies.
We would never do that.
We would never, but I'm saying there's nothing wrong and it's natural, but somebody would get made fun of.
There's something wrong with a wiener contest.
No, we can stop saying that word.
No, that's my point.
We said it once.
My point is both would be wrong.
Yeah.
I get it.
So we're not doing it.
We're going to pass on that.
Yes.
Unless Dr. Lucky, I can grease the pig a little bit before.
Like hand him a few bucks.
You know?
You know?
Man.
And it comes out and all of a sudden I got the highest taste of all that was around.
I don't mind that.
All right, doctor.
Thank you.
Yes, not a problem.
You have a great day.
I'm already called the most feminine person on the show.
And I'm not a woman.
Oh, boy, if your testosterone is low.
We'd have a field day.
See?
See?
Okay, but you could also be the voice of low.
I don't want to be that voice.
I'm the voice of a lot of things.
There's other men that have it low.
And you can be like, hey, guys, just like me.
I'm a lot.
Everyone's like, great.
I'm like Bobby.
Hi, guys.
Bobby volunteer for low T.
Yeah.
There's a, it's relatable.
Why are you looking at me though?
Like, I'm the one.
Well, we're hypothetically saying that you're the one with the lowest.
She's betting it's going to be you.
No.
Oh, no.
I'm the odds on favor on Drap Kings.
Oh, no.
Drap Kings has me as a favorite for lowest testosterone.
This is the one bet that finally gets me to place my Draft King's bet.
Crap.
Crap.
A couple weeks before Valentine's Day,
lunchbox said, hey, I'm calling these rest.
restaurants and reserving these tables, then I'm going to sell them for 75 bucks each.
And he did. How many did you sell? Five. So you made a grand total of how much money?
Like $300 and something. You don't even know how much money you made? No, I got to do the math.
It's in the books, man. Yeah, it's in the account ledger. And that's in your Venmo? Yeah. And you're
going to file this in your taxes, right? Yeah. Yeah. Now you are. Yeah. Now it is.
So these people all bought these reservations. How many days?
prior to Valentine's Day. Would you say the average purchase was?
Most of them were day before. Yeah.
Were all of them sold by Valentine's Day?
Yes.
Tyree is on who bought a Las Vegas reservation from lunchbox. Tyree, how are you, buddy?
Hey, I'm good, Bobby. Good morning, studio.
Morning.
So how much do you pay lunchbox?
I paid lunchbox $75 through Vindmo.
And he told you what after you paid that money?
that he would email me at reservation link
and I'll be able to click
and I'll be all set to go for my dinner reservation
and did you get the link
I did get the link
I did get the reservation and we did go
boom boom hold on a second
you show up and who's the reservation under
it was under a name called
something gibble Jimmy gibble
Jason gibble
yeah lunchbox is alter ego yes
He has like eight alter egos, but Jason Gibble.
So you had to go up and be like, hi, I'm Jason Gible?
Yes.
And what did your wife or your partner think about this?
Well, my fiance, she loved it.
She loved the fact that we got a reservation through somebody on the Bobby Bonn show.
And we went out.
We had a wonderful time.
Our server was great.
Food was excellent.
We had a really good time.
Was it worth the $75?
All right. Now, here's the catch, Bobby. Studio.
Lunchbox did not reserve the hotel, I mean, I'm sorry, the restaurant at Javier's.
What did he reserve?
He reserved a restaurant next door, which was at the Cosmo called Halleos or something like that.
Wait.
Like the junior varsity of Javier's?
No, no, no, no.
Hold on. I want to hear him, lunchbox.
Oh, my gosh.
So you thought you were getting into Javier's, which lunchboxes?
said, hey, they're going to all the years.
It's at the Aria.
Yeah.
And so you go and it's not even the right restaurant?
It is not the right restaurant.
And I think last week, you guys were discussing, oh, maybe lunchbox didn't get the reservations.
And then now people want these reservations.
And now he's scrambling to get reservations.
And I think that's what happened because I called the place and I could have gotten that
reservation myself.
Wow.
So, okay, two things.
One, you paid $75.
for reservation you could have gotten yourself.
And two, was this place like a step down from Javier's?
I'd never been to Javier's, but I've heard that it was a top of the line type of restaurant.
This restaurant here, I could have just walked in and had a seat.
Oh, my goodness.
Your booms are, I'm not hearing them as well.
Well, I mean, boom.
What do you have to say?
Here's what happened.
I tried to book Javier's, and I guess I didn't get Javier's, and I didn't remember that I didn't get Javier.
and I had Haleos.
Haleos and Javier's is like, I mean, when you got all these reservations going, your mind gets scattered.
I'm not the most organized businessman, so I had Javier's in my head because that's my favorite restaurant in Vegas.
I booked Haleos where I had New Year's Eve about three years ago dinner, and it was amazing.
Right, Amy, Amy's looking at up.
But no, no, but he paid for something that you didn't give him.
Right, and so maybe I had the name wrong.
I get that.
You know what I mean?
This is a refundable.
I'm looking at the website
But it doesn't matter
You can't get it
Even if Burger King is as good as McDonald's
But you promise McDonald's
You can't get
You have to give McDonald's
Well let's see what the customer service does
I mean this is proof right here
Part of a good business plan is that customer service
Do you want your money back
Lunchbox you failed me buddy
Wait wait you just said hold on
Did you not hear him say
My fiancee had a great time
Food was great.
She thought it was cool.
He got a reservation from the Bobby.
Did you want your money back, Tyree?
Yes or no?
Lunchbox.
I was expecting Javier's.
You said you was a good business dude.
You sold a product that was not it.
I was supposed to have Nike's and you sold me Fikis.
Yeah.
Fikeys, man.
I think you should give us money back if you didn't give them what you said you're going to give them.
Guys.
Yeah, dude.
This business is cut throat.
No, no.
You didn't.
business is not cut throat.
You have to provide the product you promise you're going to provide.
I did.
I said a dinner reservation in Las Vegas.
You said Javier's.
Okay.
And when you mess up,
you got to make it right.
No.
See,
that's what's wrong with this world?
No,
what's wrong with the world is you gave him something?
You just,
you weren't,
Bones,
when he got the wrong pizza,
he said,
that is not my pizza.
That's true.
He went into a restaurant
and yelled at the people.
And guess what?
Did I get a refund?
I don't know, did you?
No, I didn't.
No, I didn't.
Did you get a new pizza?
No, I didn't.
What? And weren't you mad?
Yes. Okay, exactly.
Thank you.
So if they're still in business, I'm still in business.
Denied.
Oh, wow.
Well, Tyree, I don't think anyone's going to take advantage of this at any other point,
but we appreciate you coming on the show and being a guest.
I mean, hey, Tyree, like, did you have a bottle of wine, some drinks with your girl?
But he had to pay for all that, and he could have got in there without the reservation.
No, he couldn't have.
He just said he could have.
How does he know?
Limited capacity. COVID.
Okay.
Okay.
So it looks like there's empty tables, but they're not really empty.
Tyree, in conclusion, what would you like to say?
Lunchbox, next time you do anything like this, buddy, follow all the way through, make sure you have what you have,
and then you can make sure and guarantee that the people that you're giving the product to,
that is the correct thing that you're trying to sell.
That's not bad news.
Would you recommend me to other people?
No. No, I would not.
God, no. I know I screwed you in every way.
Would you tell a friend about me?
What's wrong with you?
I thought me and Tyree were cool.
Tyree, we appreciate the time.
I hope your Valentine's Day was good.
It was great, thanks to me.
No, it was.
It was. Thank you, guys. I appreciate it.
Bye, Tyree.
Wow.
I mean, a good attitude.
Did you know that was going to happen?
I didn't either.
Did you know what was going to happen, lunchbox?
I had no idea.
But you knew you sent him to a.
wrong restaurant. No, he forgot. He's a scattered brain business man.
Sorry. Haleo, Javier. Not the same.
They're different, man. Pretty much spelled the same way.
Two totally different hotels.
What about when you sent people, and you're going to lie, so it almost doesn't matter.
You sent people to Uchi and Austin?
Yeah.
Oh my gosh, did he do Uchiko?
Or did he do?
Or Mucci.
Yes.
Uchiko is same people as Uchi, but like the cheaper.
What happened? Did you get them in?
Yeah.
No problem? Nothing. Never heard anything back, so I guess they were satisfied.
Optimist here in town
Nothing back
So
You probably also thought Tyree was going to be positive, isn't you?
I did
And he started off that way
I mean
That hurts
Yeah
So this would be the last time we do this bit
Good
What about Easter?
Nah, I think we're good
Look
Also at some point
It's like not
Like we can't keep talking about it
He's just like
Screwing people over
And not owning up to it
Yes
And then not giving up to it
I think you should give his money back.
Did I own up to it?
No, because she's owning up to us giving the money back.
No, no, that's going out of business.
No, it's not.
Okay.
You do you.
Tyree, thank you for the call.
We'll move on from this, but it sounds like lunches tables was a disaster.
And we'll leave it there.
All right.
We'll take some more calls.
That's hilarious.
Oh my gosh.
Like this menu, I'm on their menu and it's like all in Spanish.
I can't even forget it.
Yeah, exactly.
Thank you.
Tell me.
Where he sent him?
Aleos.
He probably...
Javier, Haleo.
Same thing.
No, it's not.
I would not even know how to...
I would not even know how to order from this menu.
All right, calls 877-77 Bobby back.

Here's a voicemail from Paul and Virginia.
Just wanted to let you know that yesterday, WMZQ 98.7 in Washington, D.C.,
played Abby, the addition of the national anthem,
and the people just raved about how good it was,
and were putting down lunchbox for the way they treated her.
I just thought you'd like to know.
Thank you.
Abby Lee Anderson's National Anthem is getting a lot of spins on radio stations.
Here's the next one.
Who is going to have
B-Bohen up to slap the shit
out of lunchbox being so disrespectful to Abby?
Now, if you guys need somebody
coming to do it, I'll be more than happy.
Thank you.
I'm Roy D. Mercer.
How big old boy are you?
Roy D. Mercer.
You would not want to take on that guy.
I can tell by his voice.
How do you know?
I can hear it.
I can tell by his voice.
Not a little.
Abby's national anthem is wonderful.
And I think we should play it now.
Oh, yes.
Guys.
Abby, are you starting to hear from folks
now that it's being played nationally?
Yes.
What are you hearing from the people?
Oh, well, it played in D.C.
Yeah.
The nation's capital.
Yeah.
Which was crazy.
I think you should be very proud of this.
Right now, it's sitting at number 82 on the charts.
82?
Yeah, in all of country music.
Is it really?
Yeah.
It's behind, it's ahead of You Belong, Taylor's version, and behind Jelly Roll, son of a center.
Oh, dang, okay.
Hey, shout out Jelly Roll, nice guy.
Shout out.
Jell Roll is awesome.
Okay.
Let's move it up.
the chart.
Ray,
Abby, put your hands
on your hearts in there.
It's on it.
This is crazy.
I like to see Abby's face
while this is playing.
Eddie, you have it on her face.
All right, here we go.
This is Abby Lee Anderson
in her version
of the Star Spangled Banner.
Here you go.
Oh, say, can you see
by the dawn's early light?
What's so proudly we held
at the twilight's last gleaming
whose broad stripes and bright stars
through the perilous fight
or the ramparts we watched
were so gallantly streaming
and the rock is or the bite
that our flag was still there
Oh, see, does that star spangled
For the leg
That is amazing
Great job, Abby
Sitting in number 83, we're going to move it up the chart a little more today
What are we saying?
Let's go!
Let's move that up the chart!
Move that song!
We didn't know what to say there, but we got it.
We found it.
Yes.
Thoughts, Amy.
I think it's amazing.
I love it.
Everybody gets five seconds. That's it. Amy?
Oh, Abby, I'm so proud of you. It's so cool that it's getting picked up.
I hope even more stations start playing it.
I'm only saying five seconds because I need a box for lunchbox to talk again.
He's over there. It's like he's got an itchy butt.
Like he's ready to talk. He's moving in the seat.
You get five seconds. Don't insult her.
I'm not. Go.
Abby, just so you know, they're playing this to make me mad, not because you're good.
Time.
That's incorrect.
That's incorrect.
They could do a lot of things to make you mad.
No, no, you're making me mad.
Oh, you're still talking.
You're poking my band.
Hey, yellow card, mic off.
What?
Yes, his mic's off.
Yes.
And Abby, you should be very proud of that song.
Thank you.
One, because it turns his mic back on.
That's the key to it all.
Everybody's preaching up and pushing a button.
We all have a button.
Great job, Abby.
I say it over and over again, but I'm really proud of you.
I wanted to cry when I heard it.
It's really cool.
Like, when I hear it, because I listen live when it played in D.C.
And it's just like a cool moment for me.
Oh, what if the president heard it?
He did.
See?
He did.
On his way to work?
He probably listens to WMZQ.
He probably listens to WMZQ.
George Bush used to listen to WMZQ.
Really?
Yeah.
So it could happen.
Wow.
Abby, thank you.
Great job.
Hey, we'll play it again tomorrow.
No, is that the end of it?
We'll spend this week and try to move it up the chart a little bit.
To number one.
Tell it gets number one.
I don't think it'll do that.
Now she's getting greedy.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what happens.
Lobby Bones show.
Bonehead.
This story comes from
Allen Park, Michigan.
A man was driving his SUV
along the frozen river when he's like,
man, I'm going to get out and look at it.
And it gets out to take a
restroom break, and it's on a hill,
and the SUV starts sliding down the ice
onto the river, cracks the ice,
into the water.
Helpless feeling.
That stinks. I remember Arkansas
Keith's truck went in the lake once.
Like backed up like that.
He went up, put the emergency brake on.
There was nowhere to park the boat and the boat trailer behind the truck.
There was not a long enough space.
So he backed the boat trailer up after the boat was in the water, took it off the truck,
and then backed the truck up beside it.
And the truck started rolling down the hill, and he starts chasing it.
Boom, hits a car, boost right into the lake.
And it wasn't like a shallow part of the lake.
Oh, man.
The old Toyota just sunk all the way to the bottom.
I think he's been on the ear talking about that.
He rode it all the way down, trying to get in and stop it.
He rode the top of it all the way down.
Sometimes the brakes just don't.
Yeah.
You know, Bobby was having a birthday party when you used to live up on the hill over there.
And I don't remember.
I remember showing up.
I put my parking brake on and I got out of my car and my Jeep started going back.
Like, I had to run back to my car and stop it because it would have gone all the way down the hill.
So I guess sometimes you don't put it on all the way.
Yeah.
Or sometimes it's old and maybe isn't working.
I think with Keith's Arkansas Keith is probably old.
I may have forgotten too.
Yeah.
He's kind of old.
No, I mean, I know that it happens.
I mean, that's, I've told you all.
That's how my grandpa lost his life.
You always bring this up where he got run over by a tractor.
No, it wasn't a tractor?
A watermelon day.
A watermelon truck.
Oh, I knew there was a watermelon something.
He was unloading them and the, I guess the brake.
I don't know, the truck started rolling backwards, knocked him over and rolled over him.
Maybe this happens more than we think.
That stinks.
Everybody had a story.
We all did.
All right, lunchbox.
I'm lunchbox.
That's your bonehead story of the day.
A thief broke into a store and stole $250,000 worth of Pokemon merch.
still hasn't been caught yet.
Oh.
Mike, does that excite you?
Is that like the one crime?
He's like, oh, that would be so amazing to just go in and go wild with Pokemon merch.
There's a clip from a couple weeks ago where Mike D had on the doctor of appraisal.
She said Mike D had like thousands of dollars worth Pokemon cards.
Dr. Lori.
But things are only worth what you can sell them for.
Don't forget that.
But Mike D doesn't want to sell them, so that makes them priceless.
Y'all.
No, he was going to say zero.
No, we're going to say priceless.
I'm going to say priceless there.
All right, that's it.
Thank you guys.
Have a great day.
We'll see you on tomorrow's show.
This is a Bobby Bones show.
