Everybody out there in quarantine, that's for you.
Shut out.
Living your best Tuesday life.
Wash your hands.
Yeah, mother.
Where do I start?
Hey, let's play a couple clips here.
There's a podcast called the Get Real podcast with Caroline Hobby.
And Dave Haywood from Lady Annabelle's wife, Kelly Haywood, goes on.
Pretty interesting.
And so again, check out the podcast called Get Real with Caroline Hobby.
She talked about how her and Dave Heywood became friends before they started dating.
It was after Lady A started blowing up.
And with Need You Now was out and she decided to tell Dave how she felt.
And then they were getting ready to put out their second record.
But I decided to tell him, you know, listen, my feelings for you are no longer just friendship.
If you want to see if there's something else here, like I want to do that.
but I also understand that your life is crazy.
And he, at the time, he was just like,
I just don't think I can't commit to anybody right now.
And I was like, that is totally fine.
You need to stop calling me.
Dang, dang, got him.
He's blowing up.
Can't commit to anybody.
So they're obviously married.
And Kelly talked about Dave's extravagant proposal
that he set up while she was at work.
I was at work and he had hired someone
to completely transplant.
transformed my house into a winter wonderland. And so I'm talking like when you walked in the front
door, there were real flocked Christmas trees so that you had to walk like it was a maze to get into
my house. Do we know how a month that was? That is baller. I'm assuming it wasn't a Christmas time.
And out of context, it's even crazier. Yeah. And so he blindfolder took her outside and
here you go. So he told me to close my eyes and then we went outside. He was down on one knee and he had like a little
clicker, I guess. And in Christmas lights, in this huge yard sign in letters, it said,
will you marry me in Christmas lights? Are you kidding me? No. It was epic. There you go.
Dave. Check out that whole story. It's the Get Real podcast. That's Dave Haywood's life, Kelly Haywood.
And so Lady A's three people. Charles Kelly, the big tall guy, Hillary Scott, the girl,
and Dave Haywood, the guy that's oddly tall, but because Charles Kelly is so tall, he's so tall,
He looks like he looks small.
Good point.
But I think Dave Heywood's 6-1 or 6-2.
But in the pictures, he looks tiny because Charles is probably 6-7.
So, again, check it out.
Get Real with Caroline Hobby.
Really great podcast.
She talks to a lot of country music wives.
Also, she talks to like a lot of really strong women and kind of follows their journey.
Yeah, Dave Heywood's 6-2.
Whoa.
And he looks like the small guy.
Oh, my gosh.
So what's Charles?
6-4?
6-6-6-7.
Oh, my goodness.
Yeah, that's crazy.
Crazy, huh?
So yeah, check that out.
I did a podcast.
We'll mention it later, but Matt Jones, who does Kentucky Sports Radio.
He's syndicated all through Kentucky, big Kentucky guy.
He came on, and we talked about Kentucky country music, Stapleton, Sturgle, Tyler Childers, all of them.
And we mentioned it in the show, which we're doing a minute.
But really funny because him and I, we document verbally our first date together, which we just had.
Because we've been friends and fans of each other for a long time.
But we talked about it on the podcast, how we met and he goes after me pretty hard, which is pretty funny.
What?
No, I just, you mean he goes after you on the podcast pretty hard?
I thought you meant he was going after you pretty hard to get like a date with you.
Well, so I walked into my house and he had planned Christmas all around.
So winter wonderland.
There was like flocked trees everywhere.
So search for Bobbycast, and you can hear that too.
There's a new parking spot out here that says parking for MVP.
And is it next to my spot?
No, it's over on the far wall next to the door.
I typically, I park there a lot.
And I was parked there one day.
And when I parked there in the morning, no sign.
When I left later, the sign was up.
So I kind of felt like MVP for a minute.
And so they're giving that to someone who works in the building who they
nominate as MVP of the month.
Of the month.
Parking spots are so tough in this building because there aren't many.
Yeah.
Then now they're just giving a spot to somebody who's awesome.
My last contract, I had to put it in mind to get my spot.
because if I'd come up here
anything after noon
like after 12 noon
there was nowhere to park in the building
and I've come up trying to work
and can't get in
and I told Amy
you're like you need to go to spot
your next negotiation
and she's like I don't know
I'm like what
you just saw me do it
yeah I just don't know
I feel like they laugh at you
but they laughed at me
everybody laughed at me
when I first happened
of course I was made fun of
just nonstop
but you know we got to probably
has a parking spot
you did
yeah
you got to
get you one. I know. Put it in your deal. But are people even coming to work right now?
I'd say it's half empty. Like the parking lot now is about half empty. I went ahead and left that
spot open for whoever it belongs to right now. I parked right next to it today. Ramundo, I saw that
a couple of B-teamers over at your apartment, huh? Yeah, we had them over. They're actually our neighbors.
One of them is. Really? Yeah, she moved in, got us that referral bonus. And so we said,
hey, come on over. We ended up. She got you a referral bonus? Because they said, how did you hear about
apartment and they probably said, oh, Ray and Bay.
No, well, yeah, but she saw the beautiful views and she's like, where do you live?
Boom.
Told her about the place.
Gave her a tour of our place.
And the next thing you know, they're over for like four hours.
We're playing all sorts of games.
Drinking.
Sunset pictures got, it is pretty over there.
So what is the referral bonus if someone says Ray told me and then moves into your place?
Solid 500.
What?
Dang.
$500?
Yeah.
I'm going to start referring people.
Do they take it off of your rent or they just keep 500 bucks?
Yeah, they take it off your rent.
And then also if you see somebody, if they're dog poops and they don't clean it up, you get $50 if you'd tell on them.
So are you doing that?
Well, I've been at the dog part, sometimes scoping it out.
I don't even have a dog, but I'll just be looking for somebody not to pick it up.
Ray's got to swipe up on his Instagram story.
If you see anybody, you want to tip me swipe up and tell me.
Hey, Ray, what if I don't live there?
Can I go scope out and wrap people out too?
That's also an issue.
There's been people bringing their dogs poop and they don't live there, so I'm looking for those as well.
You can't find them.
You can't find them.
I know.
but you can tell on them and maybe get authorities involved.
Okay.
Right now, that's exactly what authorities need to do.
Being involved in the great pooping controversy at Raids apartment complex.
What happened on the vending machine with you, Ramundo?
Yeah, so not a funny story.
Ended up being very hungry.
It was one of the mornings when it was crazy here.
Powers not working and I needed some food.
So I go to the vending machine and I get some nuts out of there.
You think it'd be totally fine.
Well, I look at the expiration date.
it expired over two months ago and I was about to put these nuts in my mouth.
And so did you put the nuts in your mouth?
I will say I did have one of the nuts and they were for sure expired.
So wrote a little note on the vending machine.
I said, I need to be reimbursed a buck 50 because those nuts were expired.
I saw that post-s note on the thingy and I did not know what that was.
So is this what it's about?
Did you eat the nuts, Ray, and then ask you for your money back?
You can go check the trash.
I threw them away.
Did more than one nut go in your mouth.
I had a couple nuts.
That's what she said.
Now it's a couple nuts.
And I knew they were expired, so I don't care if I look like a tool.
I put a note on the vending machine.
Be honest.
How many nuts did you put in your mouth?
Two nuts.
More than two nuts.
No.
That was it.
I mean...
Had them in my mouth for a second and spit them out.
I'm not eating those nuts.
They were expired two months ago.
If you didn't eat the nuts, then I'm okay with you putting the note up there.
Spit the nuts out.
Did not like the taste of the nuts.
I need my money back.
Have you had a lot of nuts in your mouth, though, over time to know what's spoiled and what's
not?
I'm not a nut guy, but I needed something to eat.
So dumb.
He's not a nut guy.
A dollar, it says, it's a pink note.
It says, O's Ray Slater, $1.50.
Nuts expire by two months.
And I heard if you put up a note that they will get your money back.
Well, the note's still up there.
I don't know if that's going to happen.
Oh, whenever the vending machine filler hasn't come yet.
I don't know.
you this guy's uh he's hustling he is that's what that's what i worry about though it's always something
with him he's always looking for somebody to give him something mike d is only reviewing streaming
movies now and i think later on in today's show we do talk in movie mike's movie minute about the thing
movie theaters are doing but you're only reviewing streaming movies in your podcast yeah just new movies
and then i'll try to go back and find some that maybe people haven't seen and recommend those are they
closing down all theaters um regal is closed down all their theaters amc still at 50%
but probably by the end of the week, everybody will.
But you're not even going to go risk it.
Nah, not got to go.
What do you review in the latest movie Mike's movie podcast?
It's a movie called Big Time Adolescence with Pete Davidson, and it's on Hulu.
Oh, okay.
Oh, that's what you mean by streaming movie.
Yeah.
Like Netflix will put out.
Mm-hmm.
Hmm.
I'm going to watch this easy top documentary.
Yes.
Amy's husband texted me last night about pandemic on Netflix.
Me and your husband talk.
Don't look at me like that.
We talk all the time.
Okay.
What did you say about pandemic?
I haven't watched it.
I read it to you.
It's kind of a late text at 9.26 p.m.
He's wild and crazy.
I don't know.
9 p.m.
Have you watched Netflix pandemic came out?
And he doesn't call it coronavirus.
Amy Southerty calls it COVID-19.
Of course.
Of course he does.
He goes, have you watched Netflix pandemic
came out prior to COVID-19?
I said, I haven't.
Is it good or timely or both?
And he goes, both.
It puts global influence impact
into perspective versus the coronavirus.
reaction to COVID-19.
I'll check it out.
So I'll probably watch this too.
What's that called?
You can ask him.
He's your husband, Amy.
He didn't text me about it.
So he said watch Pandemic and someone else told me to watch.
I'm going to watch that today.
The Ben Naff, Matt Damon.
What's the movie about the diseases that Matt Damon is in?
That came out like five years ago.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
I saw that.
What's it called?
It's not called pandemic, but it's called like...
Same thing about a virus?
Yeah, it's a virus.
Contagent.
Contagent.
Oh, yeah.
It's 2011.
It's been a minute, but...
Okay.
I said five years, but that's...
Everyone's worth 2020.
It's nine years.
Who cares?
Movie snobs?
A few years ago.
It was almost 10 years.
Movie snobs.
Okay.
I have some news.
Bay Area locks down as six counties face unprecedented
shelter in place is what they're calling when you have to go and be in your house.
Shelter in place.
Got it.
You'll hear me not know how to say this later in the show because I'm like, it's called
shelter something.
But shelter in place.
They announce shelter in place restrictions confining millions of residents to their homes
with exceptions for essential work, food, and other needs.
What is considered essential work?
Like the power company?
The emergency responders.
I would assume if you go out, they'll ask you what your work is.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
Would we fly that test?
What do you do?
Radio.
Media.
Go ahead.
Maybe.
It depends.
Yes, because if we're broadcasting information for the public health.
Yep.
Yes.
What did Steve say he's working on getting us special cards for something?
Is that what that is?
Steve.
Yeah.
So like if an officer stopped us, we could be like, officer, I'm allowed?
Correct.
Wow.
What are these times?
that we are in right now.
It's like we're in a movie.
The Big Brother guests in Germany,
they're doing that version of the show there.
They're unaware of this happening.
Whoa.
They won't tell them.
What an experiment.
They're in natural quarantine anyway, right?
Some of the last people in the world to find out
are a group of 14 men and women
sitting in a house in Cologne, Western Germany,
where they're competing in the country's 13th season.
Which, by the way, it'd be great to watch.
I would watch Big Brother if they didn't know about it.
Yeah.
And then all of a sudden, want to...
No.
No, they can't get it.
They've been in there alone.
The majority of the housemates have been in isolation since February 6th.
Oh, they're good.
When it was only trickling out of Wuhan, China.
So they defended the decision not to update the housemates
because this is the only information
would be given would be a family member's illness or death.
Heck, they're probably safer anyway in there.
Yeah, I agree.
I just saw a funny thing earlier on Instagram that was like,
we're about three weeks away from knowing all the girl's true hair.
color.
Because you can't go
to the salon?
Yeah.
That's funny.
Someone walked right into
Jennifer Lawrence's
house while she was
home.
Jennifer Lawrence
on Sunday night
had someone walk into
her house in Los Angeles
because she just wanted
to meet her.
Oh my gosh.
Jennifer was home at the time
but the intruder never got to
her.
A bodyguards made sure of that
but only after the woman
strolled through the unlock front door.
You laugh when people
have bodyguards, but look at this.
I don't laugh.
I do sometimes.
Why did you say you laugh?
I never laugh.
No, not a lot of.
at all. You all don't laugh. Oh, you're talking about you generally? I laugh kind of that she has her
door unlocked. I thought you were coming at me for some reason. No, no, no. I just, man, like in general,
like we just kind of like laugh like, okay guys, you really need a security guard. No, I don't.
I take that so seriously now, especially all the scary stuff you see happening to people.
I mean, think back, remember what happened to Kim Kardashian? Yeah, the deal. That was totally
nuts. Man. Rand Paul pushes for July 15th to be the new tax day. Right? Yeah. Good move.
Yes. Sure. Like, we need to move.
everything back.
It just makes sense.
And anyone that's making these decisions for us,
they probably haven't crap in their life too
where they can't do all their work.
America is just going to be delayed a few months.
We'll catch up later,
but America is delayed a few months.
Speaking of hair, I mean,
I'm just going to go full Dan Smyers from Dan and Shay.
Oh my gosh.
Growing hair and not shaving beard.
Beard too.
If I don't have to work on TV,
I'm not spray tanning.
I'm not cutting my hair.
I'm not shaving.
I'm not wiping.
Oh, what?
You can be smelly too.
But I don't think I'll cut my hair or shave or anything.
For a couple months, right?
Not a big deal.
COVID-19 look.
Oh, Zizi top, dude.
Yeah.
So Bobby, when did you start to get this way with your looks?
Well, March 2020.
That's what it all started.
I think that's it for me.
Just kind of looking through.
Okay, I'm good.
I'm good.
Amy, anything you like to say?
I have a new Q&A episode up today at Four Things with Amy Brown.
So every Tuesday, Q&A, every Thursday is the Four Things podcast.
So at least you got that to listen to you, if you're looking for things.
Yeah, I'm listening to Maybe trying to kill time at home, find stuff to do.
Hopefully you listen to the podcast that we do.
This show, obviously, maybe you're listening to now.
Unless you're watching on Facebook, am I on that camera right there?
Yes, right there. Look at it.
Hey, zoom in.
Hey, everybody.
It's your friend Bobby.
And I know right now you're watching this on Facebook
But I'm gonna tell you
If you'll listen to the podcast too and listen to the show
We could use the streams
It's gonna be honest with you right now
Listen to it
Let's jack up those streams
If you get an Alexa
Maybe you're not able to listen to the radio as much
But you have an Alexa or a Google Home
Or a cousin that just memorize as well
Have them recite the show back to you
Check the show out
The cousin won't get us any streams though
Yeah but as long as the word gets out
Okay
Thank you
still zooming in anything else.
Did you see the water bottle move on my Instagram story?
No, I still haven't seen it.
Yeah, how did that happen?
Go to my Instagram story, Mr. Bobby Bones.
This water bottle was sitting right here.
It did.
Oh, really?
And randomly, I have no hands.
And as it goes, it moves.
Legit like that.
Guys, hold on.
Was there water underneath it?
Because that's what happens.
Eddie, look at my Instagram story.
No, what do you mean?
That doesn't happen.
Yeah, so there's water underneath the bottle.
It'll move.
But why?
Please look at my Instagram story.
Yes, I will.
I will.
Stop being a smart apple.
No, there was no reason.
At this point, we have to listen to scientists,
and I remember that in science class.
If you put water in something, it slides.
There's no water under it.
But why would it slide?
Condensation.
But take a look at it.
Stop saying big words just because you know that.
Condensation.
It's also not French.
Go ahead.
Possible ghosts.
Pull it up.
I'm watching it right now.
Tuesday.
Whoa.
Whoa.
That didn't slide, dude.
That twisted and moved.
That's what he just said.
It got up and moved.
It's very bizarre.
That almost looks like the ghost,
just if it was a ghost, a spirit.
COVID ghost.
Accidentally bumped in.
Whoa,
whoa,
didn't see that bottle there.
Raymond,
how'd you find that?
I was tipped off.
A couple listeners said to check the tape
and I did and found it.
Holy.
I didn't believe it either.
But I know I'm not going in that studio.
Ever.
Check out my Instagram story, Mr. Bobby Bell as you can see it.
Crazy, dude.
You see it, Mike?
What do you think that is?
I think it's a ghost.
Good one, my friend.
Yeah, I think so too.
It completely turned.
At first I thought it was condensation.
Yeah, we know. You started arguing with us not even looking at it.
But it's not, after looking at it, that's definitely a ghost.
All right, we'll see it tomorrow.
On tomorrow's show, you're about here today's show, but on tomorrow's show, I think we get Arkansas Keith on.
Oh, that would be fun.
My former stepdad, see how he's handling the COVID-19.
The coronavirus.
You know, he works at a state park in Arkansas, working on the grounds.
I'm curious to see what they're doing, if anything different at all, and what's up with his life.
Okay, here you go.
Here is Tuesday's show.
March 17th, Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Tomorrow's Amy's birthday.
A lot.
We'll check you guys in.
Bye, everybody.
Bye.

Hope everybody's having a good day.
Hope if you were stuck in your house all day yesterday

I find for me, I can dial in and do 24 hours straight, but then I don't feel as good.

And I have a little, uh, a little irritation with Ray Mundo and even Eddie.
Because I get on this Bovada account.
Yeah.
And I bet.
And I did the Arkansas games.
I want some money.
the Super Bowl, wants some money.
And then, apparently, it was loaded into my bank account statement as like My Little Pony or
dance lessons.
And so I didn't know what that was.
So all I know is I got something on my account saying dance lessons.
And I'm like, nope, cancel.
I cancel the card.
I'm shutting down my whole bank account.
Oh, no.
And then Bovada calls and goes, no, no, no.
We just use something fake.
Yeah.
So like, you're.
Wink, wink, man.
So like your wife or people at work don't know what you're doing.
Oh my gosh.
What?
I shut down the whole thing.
I was calling the bank, the credit card company.
I was outside my front door.
While everybody else is yelling Corona, I'm yelling, bovada.
Yeah, sometimes it'll come across as gaming or online service.
Stuff like that.
It's never going to say sports gambling.
I got Jimmy's sandwich shop one time.
Mine was something like that.
It was like pony lessons or something.
And I was just for sure someone stole my card.
So anyway, my whole account's been shut down.
Sorry, man.
It was a whole thing.
We should have warned you.
Yeah, a little heads up would be nice.
Yeah, my bad on that one.
That happened to me yesterday.
Hey, what's the hat?
Amy?
So with my extra time yesterday, I decided to watch a show that a couple of friends have been telling me about called Jane the Virgin.
It's an old show, huh?
Yeah.
It's old, which is, you know, kind of something cool to look forward to because there's a lot of episodes, a lot of seasons.
They're kind of long.
And at first, I was like, I don't know if I'm going to be into this.
I don't know if it's just that I had a lot of extra time.
I'm totally into it now.
What's good about it?
It's just the storyline is so out there and crazy.
You know how she got pregnant.
She is a virgin, but she went into her OBGYN just for a normal checkup,
but the OBGYN was having a distraught day and got rooms confused and artificially
inseminated her.
Oh, wait, what?
I had no idea that was about.
I mean, I knew nothing about this show.
Other than that, I legit do have a couple girlfriends that are like,
I promise you you're going to like it, give it a try.
And so, yeah, it's just, she has to go tell her boyfriend, like,
un-pregnant. It's the whole thing.
The average audience score on Rotten Tomatoes is 86% positive.
Okay.
And it is based on the telenovela, Juana la Virgin.
Oh.
I think I said that French.
That's like Eddie or Mike D.
What's the first part?
Juana.
Juana, which is Jane.
Juanla Viggen.
Yeah.
That's what I said.
So, parts of it are really absurd and kind of like a Mexican soap opera.
How many seasons?
Are you going to be able to corona binge this whole thing?
Maybe I'll make my way all the way through.
Five seasons.
Five seasons.
That's awesome.
Hour long or 30 minutes long?
Oh, they're like an hour, I think.
No, not for me.
Forty-five?
I'm out.
I'm out.
All right, there you go.
Hey, what's the ass?
Lunchbox.
I've been catching up on Jersey.
Shore. It's been on my DVR and I'm like, I'm never going to get to it, but I have a lot of free time.
So I'm watching Jersey Shore and I'm like, man, when's the next season coming out?
And I start Googling.
And I find out that Snooki has announced her retirement from Jersey Shore.
She's not coming back.
And I was heartbroken because she's the MVP of the show.
Wait, that show's still on?
Well, it came back.
Yeah, they do like little weekend trips.
Like, oh, they go to the shore.
They go to Vegas for like five days and they film the whole time.
And it is incredible.
Still hilarious.
But without Snooki, I feel it's missing the main component that ties
everything together. One of them and I
are friends. Jay Wow. Okay.
She just went through a divorce. Yeah, why did you know, how did
you meet Jay Wow? You met her somewhere. Presenting
at the award show. The CMT
Awards. Okay. And we
message each other sometimes on
funny answering up story. She'll just match me like,
ha-ha. Really? Yeah, and I don't
again, I knew she's from the show. Is she funny?
Not funny. She's kind of aggressive and crazy.
Oh, she's one of those. Yeah, she wants to fight.
She's a fighter. She should be nice.
Yeah. Yeah, but yeah. So, yeah, so
Snooky not coming back to Jersey Shore and I'm just finding this out and I'm very sad about it.
It's like heartbreaking news.
Wait, that dude she was with or not together anymore?
No, her and Roger, they divorced and then she was dating a 24 year old.
I met some dude, some good looking guy, like short hair.
Oh, yeah, 24. They broke up, I think.
They broke up too.
Yeah.
Oh, look at her.
I mean, he was 24.
I think that was just kind of a rebound.
Pretty good-looking guy.
All right, there you go.
Hey!
Hey, what's the hats?
Eddie?
It's pretty rare that I get compliments on my clothing.
I mean, back on the day, I had a hat.
People would say, oh, cool hat.
What was on that hat?
It was like the hat that I wear for raging idiots.
Okay.
Back then.
And so now the shoes that Bobby got me, I mean, I'm getting compliments everywhere I go, bones.
Like, people say, ooh, cool kicks.
Thank you, walking by.
The best one I got, though, was I was pumping gas and a car drives by, and there are these two kids in
the back seat, and their face is just lit up, pointed at my shoes going like, those are
so cool.
Come on.
You knew all that from a gas station pump.
You could tell they were pointing at your shoes.
They were just looking around this.
all my shoes and go,
behind them was like Luke Bryan or something.
I promise.
And I was like,
thank you.
Give them the thumbs up back.
They are pretty cool.
I just,
I forgot I googled them.
I'm actually wearing them today.
Yay.
When I started 20 without even knowing you're going.
You're making fun of me,
but I'm serious and I feel good wearing these things.
Those are good shoes.
I have the exact same pair.
Wait,
can, is it cool if we,
can I get them to?
Oh,
we all have to make sure.
I might order some,
but I didn't know if that was okay to like copy all.
Well, just be ready for all the compliments.
Be ready for people to be having
Rex.
Okay.
Rubber necking at the gas station.
Hey.
What's the hat?
Here's the Bobby Bones show podcast.
Highlight segment of the day.
Eddie and I were playing NBA 2K20 yesterday at the house.
We did a podcast and then we went and played video games.
It's fun.
I think today we're going to do it again.
Yeah, I got the itch now.
I mean, I haven't played video games in forever.
Me either.
We had a blast, Amy.
I mean, we were having fun.
Yeah, it was good.
We got it all set up.
Think about getting on Twitch where you stream people.
People can watch.
you play video games, except I suck.
So, but that, the Starbucks near my house, they've eliminated all the chairs, right?
And then I saw that it's as a national thing where if you go into a Starbucks, there are no
more chairs because they want you to get out.
You go in your order and then you leave.
You can't just hang out.
First I saw it was Mike D's Instagram story.
He's like, when I go to Bobby's house, I stop at the Starbucks and there are no chairs.
It is weird.
It's like, whew-wee-wee-oh.
Yeah, my sister owns the coffee shop and the governor of Colorado.
shut down all restaurants.
So they can still serve to go, though.
But she's like, it's weird.
We're used to people just hanging out and doing work and seeing people.
But now they're just going to, I guess, do to go orders.
It's crazy.
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have left the hospital.
They're still in Australia, but they have left the hospital.
So their coronavirus is in transition.
Good.
The TV journalist Richard Wilkins, who talked with Rita Wilson after the announcement
they had coronavirus, now has coronavirus.
Oh.
Wow.
They say this is 10 times more contagious than the flu.
That it's a super contagion.
Dang.
So.
Golly.
Isn't that crazy?
Because I'm sure he took precautions.
Yeah.
I'm sure he didn't shake her hand or anything.
Hey, Rita and licks her arm.
That didn't happen.
The Idris Elba, the actor, has coronavirus.
He announced it yesterday.
He's a actor, a list actor.
And he has it. Now here's the clubby I'm talking.
So look, this morning I got some test results back for coronavirus and it came back positive.
And it sucks.
Listen, I'm doing okay.
Sabrina hasn't been tested and she's doing okay.
I didn't have any symptoms.
I got tested because I realized I was exposed to someone who had also tested positive.
I found out last Friday that they were tested positive.
I quarantined myself and got a test immediately
and got the results back today.
All right, man. Stay positive.
Don't freak out.
It's crazy to hear him in a British accent
because all the movie roles he plays
are mostly American accent.
Hey, Mike, what do you know him most?
Mike does a movie podcast called Movie Mike's Movie Podcast.
I know him from, he goes in as the boss in the office for a while.
He was people's sexiest man like two years ago.
What movies he from?
I know him most from the Thor movies.
He plays the guard in that.
Idris Elba.
I-D-R-I-S.
You'll know him.
I know. I just have to look him up.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, wow.
What?
He's not American?
I'm more shocked by that than the fact that he has Corona.
I know.
Sometimes you see a dude that speaks like Rick Grimes on Walking Dead.
He plays at an Atlanta sheriff.
Yeah, what is he?
I think he's Australian because when he talks, I'm like,
who are you?
This is not the same person.
This dude, he's on Supergirl.
Idris Elba is?
I'm pretty sure.
Yeah.
They were saying he was going to be the next bond.
I don't think.
I could see that.
I don't think he ended up being the next bond.
Oh, okay.
But.
Gosh, you said he didn't have symptoms, huh?
He just knew he was exposed.
He was near somebody.
Well, yeah, he didn't have them yet.
Yeah, so then do you wait and go, oh, boy, here it comes.
I would think everything that was happening to me was a symptom.
Like, oh.
Right.
Right.
What do you say, Amy?
I don't know.
Then now I'm just on a number.
rabbit hole about Idraselba and he is on Supergirl. Wow. Crazy. An American Airlines passenger
claimed to have coronavirus on board a flight. The flight to Nashville from Dallas was delayed
eight hours and he was removed. Authorities in hazmat suits arrested the man who claimed he was
joking. Oh my gosh. After the passengers claimed triggered panic in the cabin, the plane was boarded
by police officers and authorities and protective suits. However, the aircraft said to depart
6.30 p.m. on Saturday evening was delayed eight hours.
You know, dumb thing to say, I can't say I'm better than it.
What's you drunk?
No, I don't think so.
But imagine you're just like, it's just offhandedly,
because it is the most biggest thing of pop culture.
If you and I were joking about it,
we quickly would be like, just kidding.
We're just joking.
But it doesn't.
I don't think if you say that.
I can't unring that bell if you say it.
And you probably have so many people around you that are like,
okay, is he now just saying he's just kidding because he doesn't want to get kicked off
or have the flight delayed or whatever?
I mean, you just, man, can't be too careful.
I guess you can't joke about that.
No.
You want to do St. Patrick's Day trivia?
Sure.
Today is St. Patrick's Day, Amy.
Okay.
And a lot of people can't celebrate because of quarantine,
but we can play a game here on the show.
I have 10 easy St. Patrick's Day questions for you.
All the answers are something that you see or hear about on St. Patrick's Day.
You have to get them all right in 60 seconds.
Okay.
Okay.
Hey, get a caller on if we can and all, if Amy wins, they can win a prize.
So I want the pressure to be there so you're playing.
for someone.
Okay.
Hey, Ray, just pull one of them up.
We'll see what happens.
All right.
I don't care what happens.
Everything's broken anyway, like our infrastructure.
Let's see here.
Turn somebody up.
Hello.
Hello.
Hello.
Somebody's there.
Hello.
This is Bobby.
Who is this?
Okay, let's try this.
This is Aaron.
Aaron, you're on the air.
This is Bobby.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
How are you?
I'm going.
Where do you live?
I live in New Hampshire
Okay cool
So we're gonna let you play a game with Amy
She's gonna play for you
If she gets
Oh my god, what?
Well if she gets 10 questions right
About St. Patrick's Day
Which I
I'm going to give
What do I give her?
I don't know
Do we give her some of that crap in the back?
Yeah, we've got to pull boxes
We get some cool prizes
At least I won't feel bad now
I'll give you some of the crap
And I'll give you $50 in my own money
Whoa! Okay now now the pressure's on
crap in the back
I was like it's okay if we lose
You get some crap
You get some crap in the back and $50 cold, hard, cash.
Wait, so we get to both answer, right?
No, because it's only 60 seconds.
You'll run out of time conferring with each other.
Okay, so it's just all on me.
You're just on the phone?
Okay, great.
Amy, you're going to do great.
Thank you.
I believe in you.
I appreciate that.
What's your name again?
Aaron.
Aaron.
And you're from New Hampshire.
What do you do for a living?
I'm a teacher, actually.
Oh, so are you out of school now?
Well, I'm in school right now, but we don't have students, and I'm prepping, and I needed a social
break. Okay. Well, let's take it together. Are you ready? Amy, are you ready?
Ready. You're representing Erin. She'll get some crap in the back and $50 in cash. Do you want to give us an
idea what some of the crap in the back is in a second? Or we can do it now. What's the coolest
crap we have back there, Ramundo? I really want a vintage t-shirts. Oh, a vintage t-shirt or two.
What is that? Carolina Panthers doll. Who is the doll, though? It's just a random
doll, but it's if you're a Panthers fan. Okay, well, what else you got handed to you? We have a
It's a toy probably for a dog.
Okay, so we're going to give you a Carolina Pretzels doll, a stuffed pretzel.
Carolina Panthers doll.
Yeah, what I say?
Pretzels doll.
Okay, whatever.
We'll sign the pretzel and $50 called hard cat.
Okay.
Anything else, Ramundo?
That's all we got up.
Okay.
Like, I got to be honest, I don't know that I know anything about St. Patrick's Day.
Besides.
You do, trust me.
Okay.
Ready with the timer, Ramoto.
60 seconds.
It starts at the end of the first question.
Here we go.
This is a plant.
four leaves that will bring you luck.
Clever.
Correct.
The type of animal St. Patrick drove out of Ireland.
What?
What?
Come on, come on.
I don't even know.
He drove an animal?
A leprechaun.
The lepercon is the lepercon.
A traditional leafy green that you boil and eat on St. Patrick's Day.
Cale?
Incorrect.
This is the Notre Dame mascot.
A leprechaun.
Correct.
This normally goes down Fifth Avenue in New York City every year.
A float?
A leprechaun.
This musical instrument commonly found at funerals and in St. Patrick's Day parades.
A.
They wear it with the kilts.
The thing.
I forget what it's called.
Go ahead.
Bagpipe.
Backpipe, correct.
This body of water gets turned green every St. Patrick's Day.
Beer.
What?
What's wrong with you?
That'd be awesome to have a body of water beer.
Keep going.
He's going. I can win.
No, you don't deserve to win.
What animal did he ride out on?
Oh, a leper?
Leopard?
I mean, it's a disease.
A leopard?
Hey.
A leopard?
Aaron.
What's the animal St. Patrick drove out of Ireland?
Wasn't it snakes?
It snakes.
Oh, he didn't.
He like got them out of there.
Yeah, he drove them out.
I was picturing him leaving Ireland driving.
on an animal.
That's what I said.
Yeah, I kind of picture that too, Amy.
Like, that should be reworded.
Okay.
But snakes, okay.
The plant with four leaves is a clover.
You got that.
Got it.
The snakes you did not get.
A traditional leafy green that you boil and eat on St. Patrick's Day.
What do you think?
What's wrong with you?
Hold on.
It's not bok choy.
It's cabbage.
It's cabbage.
Or it's not kale either.
The Notre Dame
I'm not to find cabbage as a traditional leafy green, by the way.
The Notre Dame mascot is a lepricon.
Okay.
That's even a broken clock, right?
Twice a day.
She's just yelling lepricon every one of these.
No, I knew that.
This normally goes down Fifth Avenue in New York City.
You set a float.
The answer's a parade.
If it was close, I would have accept that.
Thank you.
A bagpipe is the musical instrument found.
Nailed it.
Okay.
This body of water gets turned greened every St. Patrick's day.
You said beer.
I have no idea.
You know what?
If we went to the judges, I think we'd have probably accepted that.
Because that body of, maybe, but it's really the Chicago River.
Okay.
The type of meat is found in New York City deli sandwiches and often served with cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.
Spam.
Bologna.
Honey.
Honey.
Honey glazed.
He's like, is it pepper turkey?
What is it?
What is it?
Carri.
Car.
Car.
No, Aaron, Aaron.
Aaron, what do you think that is?
It's an Irish name.
How do you keep forgetting it?
The type of meat.
Her name is Aaron. It's Irish.
I can't hear it really.
They finally wrote it on my screen.
Corn beef.
Oh, yeah.
I don't know that I've ever had corned beef, but okay.
The shake served by McDonald's around St. Patrick's Day.
Mint.
The Shamrock shake.
But it's mint, isn't it?
And the plant?
That is the symbol of St. Patrick's Day.
A clover.
The shamrock.
Oh.
Aaron, you did not win.
Oh, sorry, Aaron.
That was hard.
But did you have fun, Aaron?
I had a great time.
Thank you so much.
A little social break from your teaching job.
Yeah, it's great.
Are you all having to be there to prep for distance learning?
Yep, we're just making everything for online learning.
Wow.
Yeah.
Well, thank you for all.
that you do. As a mom, I appreciate it.
Thanks.
All right, Aaron, have a great day. Thank you for listening.
Thanks. Have a great day. You too. See light on this shows.
Man, that was a bummer.
I know you really let her down. We had some good crap in the back, too.
Crap in the back.

Let's go talk to Jordy in Texas, who's on the phone.
Jordy, good morning.
Welcome to the show.
What's happening?
Okay, well, I'm getting married in Las Vegas, May 15th,
and with everything going on, I am just completely unsure if I should just cancel or pay-going,
everything, have a wedding in Texas.
I just don't know.
May 15th wedding in Vegas, would you consider yourself a gambler?
For sure. That's why we're getting married in Vegas.
Well, if you're a gambler, I would just hold to it then.
Just gamble that it's going to be back up and rolling by May 15th.
That's probably about when things are going to get normalish again.
If you're asking me, what do I know?
I watch the news all the time.
I've got two doctors that I talk to, but still, most people don't know anything, right?
The reason that this is also shocking to everyone all the time is because it is new.
It's the first time that this virus has ever existed.
I will think by May 15th you will be able to have your wedding
So what I would say to you is we're on TBD
We'll check back in a couple weeks
That's what I would say
Okay well I guess we'll just see
I just want y'all to know I love y'all so much
And listen every day still
Thank you very much appreciate that I hope your wedding's awesome
Thanks Robbie bye bye Jordy
What do you think would you have your wedding May 15th for you?
Yeah I feel like that's a
safe enough. I mean, I'm hopeful. I want to be super optimistic about it, so I would keep the May 15th.
You just don't have to cut it right now. It's my only point. You can cut it in four weeks.
Exactly. Like wait another month and then you could postpone it or move it to Texas.
Or just don't get married. Single life, baby!
Yeah. Don't hit me with the mean calls if you don't agree with that.
Flights to Vegas cheap, I'm sure. Oh, that's true too, like a nickel. Get your ticket now.
Get on a plate from nickel.
The Bobby won't show
Amy's birthday's tomorrow
What are you going to do for your birthday?
Nothing.
I mean, there's nothing to do.
Quarantine theme?
Basically.
Probably FaceTime with some friends or something.
Yeah.
Like, so, yeah.
And your husband's not even in town.
No, he took the kids to Texas.
We had planned to be gone.
Right.
I was going to do Kelsey Ballerini's album release party tomorrow night.
Amy was going to Austin.
I was going to Austin.
So I had like, yeah, birthday plan there.
people, other friends flying there.
Yeah, it was the whole thing.
My husband had even got, like, behind my back,
organized some stuff with some of my high school buddies,
like for my birthday.
And he just told me that plan, which I was like,
oh, that's so sweet of you.
Because when my trip got canceled,
he's like, well, guess I'll text Luke and Django,
call off the troops.
I was like, oh.
So, yeah, I'll be at home by myself.
Well, my birthday, which was going to be big
because it was 40 for me, April 2nd,
I don't think we can have a party.
I know, I agree.
Did you call my girlfriend?
Yeah, but not to talk about canceling it.
It's weird to talk about iron through another detail that I just, I kind of wanted affirmation.
I thought she would kind of pick what I had in my head, but I didn't give her like anything I was thinking.
I just laid out two options and told her to pick.
I didn't even sway her and she picked the one I had in my head that I liked best.
And I was like, boom, that's what we're going with.
So that was decided.
But now I'm like, but listen, I feel like so much work has gone into this that we should.
just postpone it, not cancel it.
Much like the caller from earlier.
Don't cancel it yet unless we get closer to it.
But there's a lot of people coming.
We're close to your birthday, so I feel like it's probably the smart.
I don't know.
I didn't think you would want to gather people.
So, yes, in my mind, it's postponed.
Because again, we have to have this party.
Were you surprised that Caitlin picked the same as you?
No.
I loved it.
It was like perfect.
And after we hung up, I was like, I love her.
I was like, plus she was just so sweet.
And like, I can tell how much she cares about you and already knows you so well.
It was, yeah, it was a good talk.
You should feel good about your girlfriend.
Well, you know, I didn't until right now.
I did.
I did.
Yeah.
So, I mean, so is that the decision?
Like, are our 2020 birthday just nothing?
That may they shouldn't even count.
Maybe we don't even age up a year until 2021.
Am I still 38 always?
Until we can, until coronavirus is gone?
Well, I don't want to have a big gathering, obviously.
I know, but I don't even, I mean, would you be okay with a small gathering?
I don't think so.
Okay, well, then it's postponed.
It's not canceled.
Again, I don't know if we're going to do it for 41 or 40 and a half, but like you're having this party.
Okay.
We're postpone it for now.
Okay.
Dang you, Corona!
Dang it.
All right.
from Nashville and Hollywood.
Morgan number two, 30 second skinny.
All right, Bobby, filling in for Morgan again today.
John Party said since most people are hanging out at home right now,
he's planning to live stream a mini concert from his house on social media.
He has a workshop party space that he recently built on his property.
He will do the concert from there.
He said to keep watching his socials for details.
Also, Justin Moore talks about wanting to have a sports podcast one day.
And I've actually talked about starting a podcast for over a year now.
I just haven't pulled the trigger on it.
And if I did it, a lot of it would be sports.
There'd be some music-related stuff, but more just kind of current events and sports stuff.
I've actually said down the road, when I can slow down substantially, I wouldn't even mind having a sports show.
Kane Brown says his daughter Kingsley recognizes his music.
We have noticed that for my daughter, she really pays attention to, but Kate used to play it for it through her stomach.
So it was cool to see her react to the song like that.
You can feel the vibration.
I can feel it right then.
I can feel Cain Brown.
There it is.
All right, I'm Bobby.
That's your 30-second skinny.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Tell me something good.
13-year-old Lauren Terry was a Girl Scout,
and she was trying to get her Heimlich badge,
which you learn how to do the Heimlich maneuver of someone's choking.
She didn't know she had to use it until the day after she gets her badge
and learns the maneuver because her four-year-old niece starts
choking in the kitchen. She hears the noise,
runs to the kitchen, and in 30 seconds,
does the heimlich, and the food comes out.
Wow. I would be so, like, ready
if I got the badge, to do it.
Well, she was ready, right? That's the crazy part.
That's the crazy part. It's like a year later. How are you
remember all that? Or the day before.
But how good are these organizations, though? Like,
the Boy Scouts, the Girl Scouts, the Cub Scouts, the Bub Scouts.
I don't even know what they are anymore.
Bubs. I don't, I'm not sure. But they are teaching
kids really good things. Yeah, for sure.
And she didn't, not only got her badge,
she got the Girl Scout Medal of Honor,
which is the highest recognition that the Girl Scouts gives.
Nice.
Pretty cool.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
Bobid Bones Show.
Bonehead.
This story comes to us from Houston, Texas.
A 19-year-old was babysitting when she was going through some drawers and she found the family gun.
She was like, hey, let me show off and take some selfies.
So as she's posing, she goes to click the camera on her phone, accidentally clicks the trigger on the gun, boom, shoots herself.
If I had a nickel.
That's so terrible.
For any time I hit the wrong trigger.
All right, there you go.
I'm Lunchbox. That's your Bonehead Story of the Day.
You know who Gary Seneas is?
No.
He is Lieutenant Dan from Forrest Gump.
Oh, okay. Well, now I know.
He's 65 years old. He's also been on Apollo 13, the Green Mile, and CSI, New York.
For example, why I bring this up?
Lieutenant Dan, ice cream.
What movie's that from?
Lieutenant Dan, ice cream.
Amy.
Amy, come on
Tundan ice cream
Nice some ice cream
I don't know
Lieutenant Diane ice cream
Forrest Gump
Oh yeah
Oh I thought this was like a
Okay I got it now
I thought it was like a trick
Like from another movie
Where they were quoting that movie
Because it was like this seems too easy
Okay
No don't give me it seems too easy
No no no
Obviously we were just talking about Forst Gump
You were talking about Lieutenant Dan
Okay never mind
Amy I give you a 90s movie
Quote
You tell me the movie
All right
So you're telling me there's a chance.
What's that one from?
Oh man, have I been saying it wrong?
So you're saying there's a chance.
That's how I say it.
So you're saying there's a chance.
I don't know.
I know the quote.
So you're saying 90s.
So you're saying there's a chance.
What do you see when you see this?
I've seen, in my head I've seen Will Ferrell,
but I've also seen Steve Carrell.
but I don't know why.
It's neither one of those guys.
Same kind of pattern.
It's dumb and dumber.
Here you go.
So you're telling me there's a chance.
Yeah!
Jim Carrey.
Okay.
Okay, how about this one?
Name the 90s movie quote.
This one's going to be pretty easy.
Take a breath before you yell the answer.
Big mistake.
Big.
Huge.
Pretty woman.
Big mistake.
Big huge
I have to go shopping now
How about this one?
Excuse me, yeah
I believe you have my stapler
What
Excuse me, yeah
I believe you have my stapler
I have no idea
Never heard that?
You know it? Yeah, of course
What is it? Office space
Yeah
Excuse me
I believe you have my stapler
That's Milton
1999.
Do you ever see office space?
I have seen bits and pieces.
I don't know they've seen the whole thing through.
One of my favorite movies of all time.
So good.
And you won't like it the first time you watch it.
It's like Napoleon Dynamite.
You have to watch it and then find friends who also watch it
and find funny parts of it.
Okay.
Look what you did, you little jerk.
Look what you did, you little jerk.
1990.
That's Home Alone.
Maybe, or is that, look what you did.
filthy animal.
Shoot.
Look what you did,
you little jerk.
Look what you did,
you little jerk?
Now, when that plays,
what do you think it is?
Home alone.
Yeah.
Okay.
It's home alone.
I don't think you got the right part.
I think you just guessed
I know.
The right movie.
Yeah, I don't think that.
All right.
I think you think it's that old movie
that's playing there
because that's what she was doing.
Yeah.
Okay.
You're right.
Name this one.
Well, I got our number.
How do you like them apples?
From 1997.
Goodwill hunting.
Nice.
Well, I got a number.
How do you like them?
Nice.
All right.
Let's see.
How about this one?
Ooh, somebody stop me.
Well, that's Jim Carrey.
Ooh, somebody stop me.
Sounds just like it, maybe.
Yeah.
Is it the mask?
Ooh, somebody stop me.
Yeah, it is the mask.
Nice.
I'll give you one more.
Let's do this one right here.
What's in the box?
What?
What's in the box?
One more time.
What's in the box?
And then later it's like, what's in the box?
Come on.
What's in the box?
What's in the box?
What's in the box?
What's in the box?
Play the club?
What's in the box?
You know what that is?
Is that Bruce Willis?
Oh. Okay. That's what sounded like to me, so I went die hard.
No, it's seven. And that's Brad Pitt.
Yeah. And what was in the box was a head.
Oh, I never saw seven.
It's a good movie, Amy.
Really?
Mm-hmm. Coronavirus worthy?
Oh, yeah. I mean, you should probably go back and watch all those old movies.
Well, yeah, I was thinking maybe the office might be.
Or the office space. Yeah.
Here, one more. This one time at Ban Camp.
Oh, gosh.
Play the clip.
American Pie.
Nice.
Oh, and this one time at Band Camp.
Yeah.
There you go.
There's shit.
You did okay.
I did okay.
Four of seven.
Mm-hmm.
You didn't pay, four of eight.
You didn't, you got a 50%.
That's actually not that great.
Yeah, not nothing.
Oh, Mike's not changed it to five of eight.
Oh, well, even better.
It's still kind of sticks.
Yeah, yeah.
Coming from the Bass Pro Shops and Cabella Studio on Music Row, the Bobby Bone
Show.
I saw a picture of people going, hey, everything at the grocery store sold out except
vegan cheese and it's like everything's surrounding the
vegan cheese. Vegan cheese is good.
Even if you
eat dairy. I think
vegan cheese is slightly better
than no cheese at all.
But it's not as good as cheese.
Okay, okay, you're right. It's not terrible.
But like everything in the supermarket
is just gone. It looks like
people have just looted the place
except for the perfectly shelved
vegan cheese, which nobody wanted
any part of. And
I'll have vegan cheese put into
things if I don't really know it's there.
Like, I don't like onions.
I don't eat onions.
But if you mix onions and something
and I don't quite know it's there
and I don't do the texture,
I'm okay with onions then.
If I don't know.
There was a whole story about cheese, though.
How much do you love cheese?
One through ten.
Oh, man.
Ten?
Lazzania.
Would you put cheese on lasagna?
Well, yeah, doesn't cheese go already in lasagna?
Parmesan's a top choice.
92% of people say yes.
Hey, don't hassle me.
I'm asking you.
I'm asking you about people.
Because I mean, lasagna has got like
mozzarella ricotta, cottage cheese
depending on how you make it.
Now you're a cheese scholar.
All of a sudden she's like, I don't know, vegan.
And now all the such, she's rocking all the, all right.
Hot dogs.
Do you put cheese on hot dogs?
No.
Ketchup only.
40% of us put cheese on hot dogs.
I would say that I don't,
unless it's just there oddly and I'm feeling a little frisky.
Maybe if you put on it, I would sprinkle cheese on top.
Oh, the best.
The best cheese, though, is the, yeah, is the bro shredded.
Yeah.
Shredded sharp cheddar.
I'm not above putting a velvita slice on it, though.
Let it melt in real nice.
So, but we'll go no, generally hot dogs, right?
Generally no.
Scrambled eggs.
Mm.
How good is cheese mixed into scrambled eggs?
So good.
Is it?
I don't know.
I guess I've had it on like Wevo Sereniros.
Oh, nice, Amy.
Thank you.
I don't.
I tried.
I tried.
I couldn't even take it all the way there.
I really wanted to go with lizard toast.
But it's like you tripped on your tongue just in.
It wasn't even like she was really, she was like,
I was really trying to go right.
I know.
Okay, that's why I didn't take it all the way.
Go ahead.
I like eggs with cheese mixed in them.
I'm going to go yes on that.
I'll go no.
You're going to know.
Pizza.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Duh.
Duh.
That would be stupid question.
It's like lasagna.
Mashed potatoes.
No.
The key with mashed potatoes is to putting it in the potatoes, covering it, and letting it melt inside of it if you're going to do cheese.
Okay, well, I wasn't thinking of all the cheese options.
So now that I'm really thinking about it, I could see goat cheese being really good in mashed potatoes.
It's like you're taking Arkansas and just taking a big crap on it with goat.
Like that's us, mashed potatoes.
Don't judge me for what kind of cheese I would want in my potatoes.
It's like something an Instagram influencer would do.
Okay.
Shut up.
It's not fancy.
Probably not even real potatoes either.
Whatever.
Oh, you mean cauliflower?
Yeah.
Coliflower potatoes with vegan goat cheese.
Okay, whatever.
Tacos.
Yes.
Yeah.
For sure, right?
Shredded, sharp cheddar.
Eddie, let me ask you this.
Come on.
You're talking about tacos?
Go ahead.
Or in a taco.
Keseo.
Not wemos rancheros.
Tacos.
Go ahead, yeah, yeah.
In a taco.
How come sometimes when I order tacos from like a Mexican restaurant,
it comes with no cheese.
There's nothing in it but meat.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Then you ask for the toppings.
It's like getting a burger just plain.
You want lettuce, you want tomato, you want onions.
But if I order a burger, I expect that stuff to be on it unless I take it off.
When I order a taco, sometimes at a Mexican restaurant, there's nothing on it at all.
It's just meat and a tortilla.
But they don't give you a cup of cheese on the side of anything?
I think they're respecting your taste buds because me growing up, it was always, they would put cilantro and like...
Stop.
And onions in there.
And I hated it, so I'd always pick it out.
So I love that they do that.
You got to watch out with cilantro.
Is that a Mexican herb?
That's how my parents have always pronounced it.
It's not even said that way.
Maybe just to throw.
Parsley.
Cilandro.
Yeah.
Okay.
Garrett.
So dumb.
You're doing it.
Hey, it's natural, man.
Just comes out of my mouth like that.
Eduardo.
Lemon.
Okay.
And on a salad.
Yeah.
Don't hate me for what kind of cheese I want on a salad.
It's probably goat.
Most people, I say, for me, for sure, yes.
Like going to a salad bar, there is an old school place near my house.
Sparries.
Oh, that's what it's called Spirries.
And I'll go to that salad bar.
And you shouldn't eat about salad bars really with the corona.
Right now, yeah.
But when times were better.
Back in the good old day.
It's like three weeks ago.
Oh, you get the lettuce and you get the iceberg lettuce,
although there's almost no nutritional value in iceberg lettuce.
That's so good because it's crunchy.
You get that, and then it doesn't matter what you put in between the iceberg
and you just pile it with cheese like that is what I'm talking about, you know?
Anyway, that's our cheese conversation.
It all stem from me saying that meme of all the vegan cheese on the aisle.
Do you have stuff at food at your house ready for this?
Yeah, locked and loaded.
Did you go load it?
Yeah, I mean, we weren't like trying to hoard by any means, but just stuff that, especially that we could cook and freeze, I went ahead and did that, like, some soups that are easy to throw, like, in a one pot and then let it cool and put it in the freezer.
That way we're good to go.
Because I started, you know, I just wanted to be a little bit prepared, but also not try to freak out.
I have about 10 cans of Campbell chunky soup.
I kind of can't wait to get in them.
Oh, that's good stuff.
Because they're not going to go bad.
You know what else doesn't go bad is almond milk.
There's kinds of almond milk that doesn't go bad.
Really?
Well, it doesn't have to be refrigerated.
Well, once you open it, you need to refrigerate it.
Yeah.
Wow, that's cool.
Just chill with it.
So I just lay around with it.
Put on the bed next to me.
Hey, that Campbell suit, what is it?
Chicken noodle?
What do you got?
Beef stew.
Oh, my gosh.
It's delicious.
With the beef clunks.
So good.
Or as you would say, the beef clunks.
No, I would just say beef clunks.
Oh, okay.
So, Ramundo watched the Taylor Swift documentary on Netflix and did not like it, huh?
Yeah, Miss Americomicon.
I thought you didn't really learn anything.
It was just glamour shots.
She's on stage looking perfect, cool.
And then it would go to her and say something deep, Taylor,
and she would go, I'm just having fun.
And you don't learn any.
It was no in-depth stuff.
The only thing that was cool is every once in a while when she was in the studio,
she would swear.
And you usually don't see that side of Taylor.
But they were never talking.
It was all just slow.
And it's usually a documentary.
You want to feel more educated.
I don't know Taylor any better than I knew her before.
Oh, wow.
I totally disagree.
I was even thinking about watching it again.
Like, I thought it was so good.
I don't think it was meant for Ray Mundo, though.
Yeah, I guess it's just not.
I think you may be checked out.
If you weren't tapping into some of the moments
that she really let you in,
then you weren't, I don't think you were all in.
What about, and they tried to show a stressful time in her life,
and they go on the private jet,
and like, they were hitting turbulence.
So the whole family had to put their bodies over the food
because they couldn't eat a normal meal
because of the turbulence.
So they're like, oh, just get through it, get through it.
then we can eat our meal and then the mom dumped ranch dressing all over her crotch.
Like, that was it.
What?
Oh my gosh.
That was actually a time where I think she was even like voicing over just how important her
relationship is with her mom.
And when her mom got cancer, it kind of was this really scary time.
And then the dog is on the plane and that's her mom's cancer pet.
Right.
And Taylor was joking about the dog.
And then her mom was actually, I got it because it was a cancer pet.
And Taylor's like, oh, sorry.
Yeah.
I thought that was a moment.
On the private jet, yeah.
Yeah, of course.
I mean, I'm not shocked at Taylor.
Taylor's flying private. I mean, she's super
rich loaded. Like it's
like... But what was what? I give it one
Swifty out of five. Oh, wow. Wow. Wow.
How many did you give it? Probably five. I don't
remember what I gave it, but five.
Mike D., did you watch it? Because Mike D.C. and everything. He does movie,
Mike's movie podcast. I say it's like a 3.5 out of
five. I enjoyed it. Probably right in the middle where Ray and Amy are.
How did you feel about her? Do you feel like it was pretty authentic?
Or did you feel like some of it was made as kind of like a promo?
A little bit of promo, yeah.
I think she put it out there that way, but I still, I felt like I learned stuff about her.
But there you go.
Ray gives it one, Mindy gives it three and a half, and Amy gives it five.
So, yeah, something for everybody.

Here's Amy's pile of stories.
So if you are going to fly or travel during this craziness with coronavirus, heads up,
you can now take up to 12 ounces of hand sanitizer through airport security.
Oh, good.
Yeah.
I was thinking about keyster and some extra, though.
Just in case.
Stick it in there and just get it through.
You know, I'm not really into taking drugs.
But if I got a keister some sanitizer and get it in.
That bottle breaks there's no keyster on the...
You can get drunk quick.
The thing is, it's disgusting.
It's not like I can just get someone on the other side.
There's no sanitizer anywhere.
Yeah.
So...
But if you've got yours and you want to take it with you,
you can take up to 12 ounces.
This only applies.
The policy has only been changed.
for hand sanitizer. You can't get 12 ounces of cooked oatmeal through or chia seed pudding.
Or can you. No, you can't. By my method, you can get anything through you want. You know,
speaking of flights, I was looking up flights. I would like to make an odd recommendation right now.
Yes, what is that? If you want to get a flight for like July or August, I'd probably go ahead and hop on it.
Because I have my Southwest app right now. Not a commercial, by the way. But let's say I'm going to fly from, I'm in Nashville right now, to
Los Angeles because that's a flight.
I take a lot to do American Idol.
Or to see your girlfriend.
Sure.
So I click it.
The flights are like $100.
Wow.
That's crazy.
So some of these are 99.
Some of these are 129.
And this is for tomorrow.
I would, if you're going to fly
something in the summer,
just tossing it out there.
You can get a really cheap flight right now.
I might check some.
Colorado flights. Mike D's girlfriend changed her flight and got money back because she had an old
flight that she had booked to fly from Nashville to Austin, canceled it. So let's say that's $320,
then took that $320 and just paid $100 to get the ticket that day and made $200. Perfect.
So anyway, that's all. Thank you. The more you know. Appreciate that. Amy, what do you go?
So if you happen to be working from home and you're under quarantine or your kids are home from school
so you can't go to work and you're having to still try to get stuff done.
with kids all around your house.
Here's some things that might help you.
Maybe have a snack area or snack station or drawer set up so kids can just help themselves.
They're not constantly like, mom, dad, mom.
Can you imagine any if you just put snacks out to your four kids?
They would be gone in like in a second.
Gone.
I mean, we have a snack bin and that thing just empties out quick.
If you just gave free rein to all the snacks.
Gone quickly.
Before you even know it.
I mean, I think that's a novel concept.
Well, they're just saying, like if you're busy.
like just have things out that they can reach and get to
because for me that is a thing.
If I'm trying to get some stuff done, mom, mom, can you get me the milk?
But won't they reach and get it all real quick and then it's over?
Oh, won't they eat it immediately, all of it?
Well, this is where you teach your kids how to ration.
Yeah, okay.
If you have an important call, like a conference calling you about it and you don't want your kids to bother you,
like make it a game with them, like set a timer and be like,
hey, we're going to play quietly until this timer goes off.
And that way you're set for there.
Let them build forts.
It says here, let them play with toilet.
paper, but I say, no, you might want to save that.
Did you see someone actually spilled thousands of feet of toilet paper on interstate in Arkansas?
Oh, no.
That's like finding money on the road.
I know.
If a truck of money fell over and a truck and toilet paper fell over, where would they go?
They'd go, oh, no, you go to the teepee.
I'll go to the cash.
Oh, man, that's crazy.
Yeah, thousands of feet of toilet paper littered the roadside on I-49 near Razorback Road exit in Fayetteville.
meteorologist Rick Katzfei was on the scene
the local supermarket shelves have been sold out
and they reached out to the state police
but they don't really know what happened either
they're not aware of the mess
but they're going to send a crew to clean it up
you know that crew was folding to that
just right
rolling it back on the roll
just right I saw something
I don't know on Twitter Instagram
I was like well
guess it's probably going to be a while
before we see a house get toilet papered
yeah I also saw Tori Spelling
on Instagram saying she has seven people in her house
that couldn't find a toilet paper. She got seven bucks
to wipe. They can't find toilet paper.
Jason Aldeen wrapped his CVS receipt
around his toilet paper thing. No, that was
everybody doing that. That was a picture he posted, but that wasn't his.
I thought he really did that. Like, I was
like, so clever. Look at Jason Aldean, bringing the jokes.
But what if Al Dean was the first
going to do that picture? Yeah. I'd just seen it
a few times before. Oh, man. I pictured Brittany going to the drugstore
and being coming home and be like, here's my receipt and Jason being
like, watch this.
Nope. Okay.
Also, just lastly, if you are working from home with your kids, like don't feel bad about if they're watching a little more TV than usual.
Like if you've got to get stuff done, she says here, who cares?
Just let them watch TV. We're all just trying to survive here.
So those are tips.
And then I kind of wanted to talk about this because, Bobby, I'm curious what you would do.
A judge has ruled that a will written on a McDonald's napkin is totally valid because that's what one man did.
he wrote on a McDonald's napkin that he wanted to split his property evenly and it happened
like months earlier at the restaurant and yeah.
Why didn't he get that changed though?
I'm going to see if he wrote it down and you die like five seconds later.
Well, at the time he thought he was having a heart attack so he was like, okay, this is what
I'm going to do.
Yeah, but still, don't you probably take that and get it like typed on roll paper?
I don't know.
And then he ended up passing away, so that's what happened.
And the judge is saying, okay, yeah, that's, this is legit.
It's like his last words.
Well, I don't talk about my will because I'm afraid the people in my will will will will will kill me.
Okay, whatever.
What?
We're not going to kill you.
But he hasn't talked about it.
No.
I mean, we're in it to save your life.
You don't, no, no, no.
We're in the medical part.
You are.
You can say, and now Eddie is too.
That's right.
Amy's first up, but your second string.
I will say this.
I will let you know one person who's in my will.
Shut up.
Yeah.
Right now?
Yeah.
Come on.
Gaylon!
Eddie?
Is Gail?
No way she's in it.
Eddie.
The dog.
Stanley, the dog.
What does he get?
He gets taken care of.
Oh, yeah, that's smart.
Yeah, yeah.
That's good.
The house.
He doesn't get any money, though, does he?
It's like everyone comes and the dog gets everything and it's nothing to do with it.
He's just like, oh.
Stanley, can I use the pool this week again?
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
But does Stanley need a caretaker?
Yeah, but that's what some of that money will go for, make sure he's taken care of.
Okay.
And you just have.
an executor, like the decides everything.
That's cool.
I'm not telling you guys anything else because you will have, I've seen too many
documentaries and listen to many murder podcasts.
Okay. I see how you see our friendship.
You don't even know if you're in it.
I know, but you're not even wanting to tell me.
I'm done.
Okay. Wrap it up.
I'm Amy. That's my pile.
There you go.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With lunchbox.
Stay home, it's something good.
Josh is out celebrating his birthday in Illinois.
He's leaving a restaurant.
Yay, we're going to go home.
And he hears a car wreck.
And a woman gets out of the car.
She's screaming, my baby, my baby.
There's flames everywhere.
There's smoke.
He runs over.
She goes, my baby's trapped in the car.
He pulls out a knife, slashes the airbags.
Boom.
Rips the baby out of the car.
Lady couldn't get him because the airbag was trapping the kid.
Wow.
I didn't think about that part of it.
You've had an airbag come out on you ever?
No.
Me either.
People say like burns a little bit.
Yeah, it gives you like a, like a road, like a scrape.
Like it roped your skin off.
Yeah, there you go, road rash.
I was going to say road rage, but yes, road rash.
Maybe it gives you both.
If you're still driving and you didn't mean for it to come out, I bet you get road rage too.
That's a great story.
The guy saved a freaking baby, pulled his knife out and went to town.
There you go.
That was tell me something good.
Come on, Bobby.
Over to Amy with the morning corny.
Here we go.
Morning corny.
Why can't you ever tell a joke around glass?
Why can't you ever tell a joke around glass?
It could crack up.
That was the morning corny.
Bobby bone.
Coming from the Bass Pro Shops and Cabella Studio on Music Row, it's the Bobby Bone show.
Well, we thought someone would get this on the first try, but here we go again.
We're going to play Name That Secret Celebrity.
Here is the clip.
One more time.
In time, after being perched to top them.
mother's feet for a thousand paces, like a child learning to dance on her mother's shoes.
The chick takes his first steps alone.
Okay, let's go to Kendra in Oklahoma, who is sitting there.
Hey, Kendra, how are you?
Hi, good.
How are you?
Morning studio?
Morning.
Now, here's the thing, Kendra.
Someone yesterday guessed Mel Gibson.
It wasn't right.
Would you like to take a guess at the secret celebrity?
I'd love to.
All right, who we got?
It's definitely Eddie Murphy.
Eddie Murphy. Is it Eddie Murphy?
Oh, it is not. Well, thank you for guessing. Is there anyone you'd like to shout out to right now? You're on the radio. Why not?
Yeah. Yeah, I'm a shout out to my husband, Darren, and my mom, Debbie, and my aunt Sandy usually listen to you guys.
We love that. There she is. Where do you live in Oklahoma? What are you near?
I'm near Tulsa. I work in Tulsa, but I don't live in Tulsa.
You know, I have a certain fondness for Tulsa. My girlfriend's from near Tulsa.
Yeah, I know. I've been listening. I think that's so awesome. Oklahoma girls rock.
Well, I would say for the first time ever, I agree.
Yay.
Hey. Thank you for playing. Thanks for listening to the show. And better like next time. Okay.
All right. Thank you.
All right. Bye-bye. There she is. That's Kendra in Oklahoma who guest Eddie Murphy.
So if we're just eliminating celebrities, it's not Mel Gibson. It's not Eddie Murphy. We'll do it again tomorrow.
All right?
Okay.
I just can't believe people aren't getting that.
Am I crazy to think that's easy?
That's easy or no?
Am I crazy or no?
No.
Okay.
The World Health Organization and CDC has come out to answer
if we should worry about our pets giving us coronavirus
or getting coronavirus from our pets.
And they say no, not at this time.
One, there's not enough evidence, though, to really stay either way.
But so far, early studies say there's no evidence
that pets can spread it to other pets or even people.
Okay.
I'm getting a lot of people asking me that.
and so I did a little research and found that's their statement right now.
You know, yesterday I guess about 2 o'clock, I was waiting at these press conferences
where they come out every day and they're like, all right, here's the latest news today.
And it's the president, the vice president.
That Dr. Fauci is the guy leading our country right now.
He's good, yeah.
He's the head of the president's team of doctors and experts when it comes to coronavirus.
Everybody talks and I'm like, I'm just waiting for Fauci.
I need a sure that says like, hashtag,
Fauci lover.
Because he comes up and he's very a matter of fact and direct and says,
is what's going to happen?
Been following him for a couple of weeks because he's been a guest on a lot of the news channels.
So I'm watching yesterday and the president comes out and he's like,
all right, we're now going to say it was 50.
Now it's 10.
You don't need to be in a group larger than 10 now.
And they're walking us toward being a little more comfortable with semi-quarantining.
Right.
I don't want to come out and say we're all going to be shoved in our houses and locked in our houses.
But you can see that it's getting to where that's what they want us to do.
Like, hey, if you don't have to be out, don't be out.
It was 250 people.
Then it was 50 people.
Now it's 10 people.
So that was a thing yesterday.
And everybody knows about food.
And people have been grabbing a lot of food and toilet paper.
But let me make a suggestion is that if you have kids or if you're just an ad, get a couple of things to keep you occupied, like games and books.
And the good thing about a book is that you can, if you have a Kindle or something, you can, or even a computer, you can read online too if you want.
But I would make sure that you take care of yourself because even they were saying yesterday, this could be July before life is back to normal.
And I don't think that it's going to get better before it gets worse as far as more people getting it and more restrictions on people and what they can do.
because we as humans are kind of morons
and we'll just go gather and have a party.
We're seeing that all over America
in Nashville, in New Orleans,
on the beach yesterday in Florida.
They were packed.
So my recommendation is
just make sure that you're taking care of
as far as keeping you occupied.
What I'm doing
is I'm making a goal list
because what's today, March 17th?
It's today, St. Patrick's Day.
I'm making a goal list March, April, May, to June 1st, right?
So you got like 10 weeks or so before June 1st.
Is it things that I want to accomplish before June 1st because I'm going to have a lot more me time.
And so I'm probably going to start working on a new book.
I'm going to try to get in.
If they end up making us work from home, which they haven't yet, and if they don't make us, we're not.
I'm going to start doing two bike rides a day.
Oh, two bike rides.
Yeah, I'm getting a little chubby and chips.
I got too many chips for my, for my corona closet.
Wow, two a days.
Yeah, but there's a lot of things I'm going to read more books.
I'm going to be deliberate about what I want to accomplish.
Because otherwise, we're going to have two and a half months and get nothing done.
Right.
And we're going to go, dang, I wish I would use that time for something good.
Like you can teach your kids something new.
Well, a lot of us parents are about to just become teachers.
Yeah.
So get ready for that.
Yeah, I know teachers are being very proactive.
at least at my kids' school
and they're sending out one of the kids,
my son's teacher set up this Facebook group
that we can all log on to once school is back going.
They're on spring break right now,
but she's going to be doing videos from there
so we can just log on to Facebook and she'll be there.
It's almost like she's in the classroom
and I'm like, genius.
Love you, teacher, because it's going to be hard on a lot of people
and teachers are having to scramble
because they have lesson plans and things that can be interactive.
And that's why I feel for a lot of teachers right now
too, trying to figure out how to still educate.
their kids.
It's a lot.
It's a lot.
Yeah.
But don't let this two and a half to three months go by without accomplishing something that
probably wouldn't have been accomplished at this not happen.
Look at this as a way to actually grow more so as a way to be like, I'm just trapped
in my house.
It's good advice.
So I believe in being very deliberate with goals, riding them down, putting them places
because it's hard to hide from them if they're literally right in front of your eyeballs.
It's easy to hide from a goal if it's just in your head.
because you just be like, you know what, I get to it later.
But if you write it down or you put it on the, you know,
in my last book, I talked about putting it on the lock screen of your phone.
You want to know what you look at a lot, the lock screen of your phone.
And so even if it's one or two things, be very deliberate.
I would treat this as like a real life New Year's resolution, but you have two and a half months.
You don't have a whole year to act like you're going to try something and give up by February.
This is a time.
So our lives are going to be altered a bit because of this.
we're going to come together.
We're actually going to be more socially responsible than we thought we'd have to be.
But we're going to be fine.
We're going to be okay.
Some people are going to get sick.
We're going to help them through it.
Our goal is to not get a whole lot of people sick at the same time so the hospitals can't take it.
And mostly that's older folks or immunow weakened folks.
You know, I don't have a spleen.
Never thought about it, honestly, until I was joking about it yesterday on the show.
I just assume I'm Superman.
Don't we all a little bit?
I'm sure.
I don't have a spleen.
I had it taken out when I was a kid.
I fell off the roof of a house,
ruptured my spleen, they ripped it out.
I don't know if ripped is the word.
They took it out.
Probably gently.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I'm going, wait, am I immunocompromised?
I haven't been to a doctor about this since I was 12.
Well, I googled it and I feel like you could be.
But I'm not a doctor.
And I don't want to-
Wait, wait, wait, you're not-
I know.
I don't want to scare you,
but I think it's something to definitely
consider, like I think in normal everyday life, you're fine. But if there's some crazy virus,
are you fine? I don't know. I'm going to, I think my goal with our listeners, because I feel like
I represent the people that listen to this show. I feel like there's a reason that people listen
to me and us. It's because we're like them. We have like sensibilities. We grow up the same.
We grew up without a lot. We have the same sensibilities as far as, you're like, we're like,
appreciation and just we have the same feelings about what it takes to get ahead.
Nothing's really given to us.
Like I feel like people that listen to the show kind of relate with me on that.
And so, that being said, I'm going to show up to work.
And if I need to show up to work at my house, I will.
But as of right now, we're rocking it here.
Again, I'm also not working at the mill like my stepdad.
I'm coming in.
I'm talking on a freaking microphone.
Right.
The only thing I worry about is the doorknobs out front.
So that's what's up.
I got a text here.
What do you feel about dental professionals continuing to work?
I feel like it's a personal decision that everyone gets and has to make.
Gets to make until it's made for them and then has to make for themselves and their family.
So I trust scientists and doctors.
And if scientists and doctors say dentists shouldn't work anymore, then they probably shouldn't.
But I haven't seen that happen.
So, yeah, I would just encourage you to, with all of the things happening on the internet and people are all saying what's going on, listen to scientists, listen to doctors.
And whatever politician you listen to this talking as an expert, don't.
Listen to scientists and doctors first.
They know what's going on.
You had politicians two days ago going, hey, go to your local pub, have a party.
Hang out with everybody.
Well, the next day, six hours are like, well, we were wrong.
So I don't care what politician you were listening to.
You know, don't.
Unless they're quoting a scientist or a doctor when it comes to this.
So there you go.
And you know, you got an old person that lives next to you.
Check on them.
Hit them up.
How you how are you feeling?
Do you need anything?
Because they shouldn't be going out to the store or whatever.
Or can you have something delivered to them?
Because they probably don't know how to use Amazon.
I'm just speaking from maybe they do.
Dang.
old person Andrew? I know. I know. I'm thinking
on my dad. Like he would, he
just wouldn't. Like you can't, he thought
you know, you could call Uber like a
taxi on your, like a, he said, what's
the phone number for Uber? Let me
take Josh in North Carolina who's on the phone.
Josh, what's happening, dude?
Morning, studio.
Morning.
Not a whole lot of,
I was, uh, sending fuel is willing to make a trade.
All right. Well, we're going to trade here.
Okay.
I got some
nice old bottle of a
Germ X for a good old signed Bobby book.
Let me see here.
How big is that bottle of Jermex?
Oh, it's eight ounces.
Is it new, or have you been dabbling?
It's brand new.
Come on, Josh.
Are you been dabbling a little bit, getting a couple squirts out of freezing it to me?
No, it's brand new.
Two bottle, eight-ounce bottles, baby, brand new.
So you're telling me, Josh.
It's 16 ounces.
Which book do you want, bare bones or fail until you don't?
fail until you don't
Okay, okay, let me see here
You're gonna send me two
Bottles of Jermex
For one signed fail until you don't
That's right
Take it
In a consideration for later
What, what?
It's rare, man, you ought to take the deal
How did you get this Jermax?
Let's just say
I work for an environment
That you got to have Jermax
Let's just say
Wait, hold on
And it's pure Jermax, 100% pure.
Oh, yeah.
Did you water it down?
Yeah.
That's what I mean, it's all.
Yeah.
I believe him.
He's like, let's just say.
Bobby, make the deal.
All right.
Okay, Josh, you got a deal, bud.
I will send you a signed, fail until you don't book.
And then you send me.
But we got to trust each other because I'm going to send it out today.
I'll send mine out today.
All right.
I'm going to put you on hold.
I'm going to mail.
it to you today and I'll get whatever you want me to write in the book and I'll write it in there.
All right. That's a good. That's a deal. We got a deal. All right. We got a deal. All right. Josh,
see you, bud. Don't hang up. Don't hang up. Don't hang up. Was this prison?
Right. Can someone get me a shank?
I can make you one.

I'm home yesterday and kind of stretching out because I know I'm just going to be at home a lot over
the next few months, which is weird because I'm not traveling for work.
Everything is shut down.
Everything in my life is off except still this show where I drive into work, which I don't
know how long that's going to be because as I'm reading emails from the company, it seems
like eventually they're just going to go stay home and work from home.
And it's what's going to happen to most of us.
But here, we're in studio today.
You can watch us.
We have cameras in the studio.
Just go to Facebook.com slash Bobby Bone Show.
But I'm home.
I think I'm a PlayStation 4.
I didn't started playing it really yet.
I got booted up.
I had to some work from the home studio.
We did a podcast last night, which was great.
Matt Jones from Kentucky Sports Radio came on and talked about Kentucky country music.
So I'm getting ready for it.
And all of a sudden, all my power goes out.
I lose my internet.
And I'm like, what is happening?
have no power, no internet.
It felt like church camp all over again.
And so I'm sitting around.
My phone's almost dead, which means I would have no cell and I have no way to charge it.
Yeah, I felt like Walking Dead, guys.
I was about 10 minutes away from being on Walking Dead.
Oh, wow.
So, and I don't want to go back to what, like, church camp was.
I did not have a good church camp experience.
It ended up being okay, like year two that I went.
Year one, I go.
and I would get so homesick anyway.
I'd go to church camp because I wouldn't leave home.
I would go and I would be home.
And then I didn't only have a lot of friends.
I would never do to spend the nights.
And I wouldn't go places because they didn't have TVs in their living room
or TVs that I could sleep with a TV on.
And so church camp was always miserable or just leaving home.
So I went to church camp first year and I get to church camp
and I'm excited because it was like all of our youth group.
It was like nine of us.
I went to a small Baptist church, but it was like nine of us.
And I had a scholar.
Someone from the church paid for me to go.
I couldn't afford to go to church camp.
Oh, you go.
And the first night, I remember sneaking out
and just sitting outside wondering
how I'm going to do this for the next six days.
I fell asleep outside.
And they had like rocking chairs.
It looked like Cracker Barrel, rocking chairs.
You know what Cracker Barrel is?
I fell asleep in the chair.
I remember waking up when the sun was coming up.
I got like three hours sleep.
And so I got a little better as it went.
But the whole goal at church camp was to get a girlfriend,
a church camp girlfriend.
and all the guys, because it was like bunks.
It was kind of like prison.
There's like bunk beds all the way through
inside of this big wide open cabin floor.
And so not only did you worry
that someone was going to prank you,
not shank you, but prank you,
while you were sleeping.
And again, I didn't have a lot of friends.
You wanted to get a church camp girlfriend.
I tried so hard to get a church camp girlfriend.
I remember asking, basically,
I went down the whole,
I started at the ones I wanted the most.
I got all the way down to the end
and nobody wanted to be my church camp girlfriend.
And I remember the day
before church camp was over.
I was still trying hard.
I was shooting my shot with everyone.
No one would say yes.
I was like over 30.
And they had these,
you know those things you get on that's like two people
and you pedal on the water,
like the pedal,
pedal boat?
Yeah, paddle boats.
Yeah.
But you get in and you just do it with your feet
and two people can get in it.
So we had this little creek.
Little creek,
little creek, kind of creek pond.
And I went and I took one of these paddle boats by myself.
I wasn't supposed to.
And I pushed it out.
And I was like,
you know what?
No girl wants to be in my church camp.
girlfriend, I'm just going to go sit in the middle of the creek and not come out. I decided I was
just going to go and stay in the creek. So I paddled out to the middle of the creek pond and I was
ready for like about an hour later than to worry about me and come get me and be like, where's Bobby?
Nobody ever came searching for me. Finally, the sun went all the way down and it was dark.
No. Yeah. And you know who came searching for me? Nobody. No church camp girlfriend, no church camp
counselor, no church camp friends. You know who was in the middle of the pond creek by themselves?
on a two-person paddle boat
but with one person,
me, me.
And finally, when it got so dark,
and I realized there was nobody coming,
I just pedal back in.
Oh my gosh.
Went back in my cabin.
And how old were you again?
And laid down.
I was probably 11.
That's, like, that's traumatizing.
For an 11-year-old,
to put yourself out at sea.
So I had no TV.
At Creek.
To put yourself out at Creek
and nobody with the intent of seeing who's going to come get you and then nobody come.
Nobody even was like.
Have you worked through that?
Well, I didn't even think about it.
My power went out yesterday and I'm reliving it all going this stinks.
Yeah.
So my power went out.
It reminded me a church camp and how I never got a church camp girlfriend.
And then it came off for like an hour and then it went out again last night.
And there had no TV.
And if you're new to this show, I see.
sleep with the TV on. And I can't sleep with that off. Growing up, I never had a bedroom. So I slept
in the living room. And so the TV was always on in the living room. And my closet was underneath the
couch. You know, we didn't have a lot of money. So I didn't have a bedroom. I didn't have a bed.
And so the TV was always on. So I slept with the TV on. That was what was comfortable for me.
So if the TV's not on, I can't sleep. And the TV wasn't on because I couldn't connect to the internet.
And it was there. And Caitlin, who's at my house now, my girlfriend, because we're basically quarantined
together. She has no problem. She can sleep with the TV on, with it off. She can sleep with me
slipping channels with the internet. I can be watching a YouTube video. She's like she has no
problem sleeping. She'll sleep through anything. And so she falls right to sleep. And it's like 9.30.
I got to wake up early and do this show. 10.30 comes. 11.30 comes. 12.30 comes.
Nothing. I cannot fall asleep. So I get up and I'm basically, I'm eating everything.
I'm in the quarantine food.
I'm in the food closet going through all the chips.
The food you're supposed to ration?
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
But because I can't sleep, my hormones are off.
I'm eating chips because I'm bored.
My dog's like what's happening.
There shouldn't be noise at 12 o'clock at night.
I fell asleep at like 1.30 this morning.
Woke up about three hours later and here I am.
Oh, great.
Reliving church camp.
So anyway, my power went out yesterday.
It's a little dramatic.
Yeah.
I woke up this morning and I checked the scratch.
And I said,
power should be back on. First of all, like 9.41. It wasn't. I woke up this morning and it was
on, but it was like kind of broken up. So please, if I need to have a prayer right now for me to have
internet today, I will. That's what happened. That's my day yesterday. Okay. It's the whole thing.
It's a lot. It's a lot happening inside that power out of it. Yeah, it's more than the power.
I think there's more stirring up in there. Do you, what, how's coronavirus affecting your therapy sessions?
I haven't been since, I mean, I went last week.
Oh, okay, I just didn't know if like,
I have a session.
Now, there's your birthday tomorrow.
I didn't know if like people were, because like I've-
Oh, I have one on the 25th, a week from tomorrow.
But I assume it's still going.
It says therapy at 2 p.m.
I'll write with Jim Beaver's at 3 p.m.
And then Bobo at 7 p.m.
But this is all pre-corona.
Yeah.
So, well, my calendar, it would be dotted every day.
I still have American Idol on my calendar.
They haven't cut us yet.
I'm sure that they will, will delay it.
There's been no word yet.
Crazy.
But I tell you, I watched the show last night, Hollywood Week.
Great.
And they're starting to use me more.
They didn't really know where to put me during the auditions,
because I wasn't in the auditions last year.
And so they kind of had to,
find new places
because I wasn't really mentoring them
on what music to pick.
It was mostly like giving them
all right, this is what you're going to see.
But last night we started to see
a little injection.
Yeah.
Little injection of your boy on Idol last night.
It felt pretty good.
GMA did a story this morning
on a coronavirus patient in Kentucky
who is under armed guard
after refusing to isolate.
Oh my goodness.
Because he got it and I was like,
I'm isolating you crazy.
They also talked about the video posted over the weekend about the bars being packed in Nashville.
And they quoted, they quoted my tweet.
Video posted online from over the weekend showed a packed bar in downtown Nashville.
In response, radio host Bobby Bones called this irresponsible.
This morning, a change of heart.
The attorney representing many of the large bars here now says they will all be closing their doors.
There you go.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
because of you, you think?
No.
Hey, listen, there were like five of us that came out just firing at it.
Marin came out, Merrin came out, firing, I was firing.
My whole point was, as humans, if we're sick or we could possibly get sick,
and a doctor, or we put scientists in there too, if they say,
this is going to happen to you, if you don't, we go, ooh, I'm sick or about to get sick,
I should listen to you.
But if a doctor or scientist goes, okay, if you're,
you don't do this someone else could suffer.
It's like, we don't care.
We're going to go party.
That was my only point,
because they showed all these people
jam packed with each other.
What are you going to ask?
I don't remember.
I have no idea.
Yeah.
Someone who says,
Bobby's hashtag first world problems.
Oh, for sure.
Yeah.
No one's saying it's the worst problem in the world.
But yeah, I lost my power yesterday.
I was like, oh, dear God.
Because I'm going to be at home alive.
It's time for the good news.
with Bobby.
Tell me something good.
It's a cool story about a car dealership because they were giving homeless people who are living
in their cars a place to park safely for the night.
Like that was the original plan, which, by the way, is a big deal.
Like, hey, you're living in your car.
You have to worry about getting robbed or just come park it here and you'll be safe.
And the name of the place is Kepler Automotive Group in Charlotte.
They open it every night.
They let them stay in their well-lit lot.
There are security cameras looking out for them.
and you don't have to want to park there.
But when word got out, people flocked there to sleep safely.
Others have heard about this and started donating hats, coats, blankets, and even a porta potty to the same lot.
Oh, wow.
For them to use as well.
So that's about someone addressing a need, publicizing that, and others hearing it and helping.
There's just so many goods in this story here.
Although if you're the car lot and then there's thrown up porta potty's real quick right next to your new Jeep.
I'm like, oh, hey.
That's pretty cool.
They did a fundraiser too, and they raised over $23,000.
and just love to see people helping out.
That's awesome.
And let's shout out Kipling Automotive in Charlotte, North Carolina.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
Here we go.
Come on, Bobby.
Well, and the craziest news of all, Tom Brady is leaving the Patriots.
Wow.
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
He just posted a few minutes ago.
Tell me something good was happening.
I don't want to jump in.
But Tom Brady put up a whole thing on his Instagram and Twitter.
Forever a Patriot.
When I just saw that, I thought he's going to stay with the Patriots.
Yeah.
But it was forever a patriot, meaning regardless of where he goes next,
he will always be a patriot in his heart.
And he hasn't revealed where he's going next, right?
I just read the whole thing.
Yeah, I have benefited from all that you have given me.
I've cherished every opportunity and on and on.
Wow.
So, listen, where is it probably?
Tampa.
I would think so.
That's the Vegas favorite right now.
Possibly the Chargers.
Yeah.
But Tampa, because he can't go to the Raiders.
because Marriota just went to the Raiders
He can't go to the Titans
Got Ryan Tannehill
There you go Amy
Amy! He just got a really nice deal
Can't go to the 49ers
Because they said they weren't going to
Trey Grappolo for him
Right
So, I'd be crazy if he goes to the bucks
But hold on question
Why doesn't he just stay
With the Patriots?
Like why does he have to leave?
Well, if he wants a two-year deal
He's a free agent
Yeah
And they're going to put
weapons around him.
Okay, I don't know.
I just feel like that would be like
me being with you guys all these years
and then all of a sudden I'm like, peace out.
But what if I eliminated lunchbox,
Eddie?
Oh, did they get rid of some of his people?
He didn't have a crap.
That's kind of what...
And the only thing that I put it in their place
was that cut out of Jason Aldeen.
A bunch of turds.
Yeah.
Okay, and I need to protect my body
from getting tackled.
You're just not going to win
with this crew like that.
So anyway, we're not going to turn this into...
I was just curious.
I don't know.
The sports hour, but...
That's a big deal.
Yeah, it's a big deal.
I mean, I wouldn't hop on and talk about a free agency change if it was on somebody else.
Because there's been a few we're not going to talk about.
It's Tom Brady.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Even I care.
So, anyway, there's that deal.
So he's leaving the Patriots.
Wow.
go. Let's go. The Bobby Bones
Show. Draft Update.
The winner of the draft yesterday was Lunchbox
with his first pick of Garth Brooks.
Do we have his whole team up here or no?
Well, Lunchbox won with Garth Brooks
is the pick. The score
is now
Lunchbox 3, Bobby 3, Morgan number 2,
2. Wow. Now, I've been
scolded a little bit by Scoobo Steve. He's
coming in for some rule changes.
I have, first of all, like to
apologize to everyone for what I did. Do you break the rules?
Well, I don't think I broke them, but rules
have been changed based on my actions.
Wow. Scoo, Steve, welcome to the show.
Thank you. I appreciate you having me here. He's the referee
and the executive producer. What are the changes in the draft?
We have four changes here. Okay.
In order to keep things fair, these are the new rules.
Okay, go ahead. Rule number one, the draft voting
is open for 12 hours at Bobbybones.com.
Which we implemented starting this week,
but just so we know you have 12 hours to vote.
Got it. Correct. So 720P Central Standard
Time, it's cut off. Okay.
Number two, due to you, Bobby, campaigning
for Amy yesterday, that'll be no longer allowed.
What?
I saw yesterday in Instagram live and I was cooking dinner.
Well, there was no rule against that.
You were campaigning for your enemy?
Well, because she has no wins and why don't want people that are close to me in the leaderboard?
What is it, World War II?
I know.
I've never felt like more special.
I just kind of got on Instagram and it was a surprise and I was like all the sudden
Bobby looking out for me and posting about me like it made my night.
It was fun.
I don't care that I lost or this is now against the rules.
I appreciate you, Bobby.
You're welcome.
And I'm, my bad.
I won't do that anymore.
It's a rule.
Go ahead.
Another rule?
The next one.
This one actually is pretty cool.
So each show member can do one five minute Instagram live or Twitter during that 12-hour voting period.
Now, once it's over, you can't do it.
And if you do any more than one video, you'll be disqualified.
So we have five minutes total.
Correct.
Any more than five minutes you're disqualified?
Correct.
Yes.
Okay.
And then finally?
Finally, anyone that argues any of these rules is out for two rounds.
Dang.
All right.
Scuba Steve, thank you very much.
Again, I apologize.
It wasn't cheating.
I was just playing strategically.
What was the point?
Who was close or what was the situation?
Well, lunchbox would have been,
is tied with me now.
So I'm trying to keep him from that one.
Got it.
Got it.
That's all me.
All right, thank you,
Scoo of Steve.
You're welcome.
I accept your apology.
We appreciate that.
Dang.
First, Tom Brady.
Now I can't campaign for Amy anymore.
Right?
What is happening?
What is happening?
Keith Urban played a concert last night on Instagram from a warehouse.
That's cool.
Pretty cool.
Yeah, I watched it.
He did a bunch of songs.
Nicole Kidman was there.
and did he have a DJ with him or something?
He's like the beat guy.
He's like the big guy.
Here's a clip of Keith Urban.
Do we have a, it says audio on my sheet here.
Okay, here's a clip of him performing Coming Home.
So that's pretty cool.
What you're going to see with everyone is a ton of great digital content.
Because Keith Urban did this concert.
John Legend, either did or is doing a concert.
Garth Brooks announced he's going to do a show.
So people can't get out and do shows.
People are just going to do them online.
That's cool.
and I were going to do a raging idiot show.
Wait for that.
Because we said if wash your hands went number one in the kids chart, we would do it.
And it took down Baby Shark.
Can't believe it.
Baby Shark is our chump now.
Yeah.
We did it, team.
70 weeks in a row, number one baby shark.
Crazy.
And that's only because of our listeners and our team.
So last night on American Idol, it was Hollywood Week, and I'm getting to mentor these kids a little more now
because they're actually having to come in with questions.
now what do I do? And so this kid Francisco who is so good, he wanted advice on nerves because
he comes in trembling. He's so good, but he's so nervous. The first time he auditions in front of the
judges, which wasn't last night, it was during the auditions, he's shaking. And so my whole thing
with a lot of these people and even friends that have to speak at work or a public setting or people to
sing for the first time or just anything where you get super nervous because you have to do something
in front of people is that you're not going to do.
do anything to will away your nerves. There's no trick to just going, okay, if I think this,
the nerves will go away. There's no thinking about people being naked in all the nerves. That's just
not realistic. So this is the advice I gave him last night. I'm going to give you a little advice
about these nerves. You can't will them away. So what I would suggest that you do is just
embrace the fact that you're just a nervous person. We want to take nerves and go, do not come with
me. But the more we push them away, the more they jump on our back. Exactly. So you,
you're like, getting the backpack nerves.
We're going up on the stage.
It's time to go sing.
It's like you have your own backing band.
Yeah.
The nerves.
So my point with this is you're wasting energy
trying to get your nerves to go away
when you can be focused on something else.
So you're not going to do anything in that moment
to be less nervous.
You'll go out and you'll succeed or fail
and you'll be a little less nervous
because you've had that experience.
So what I would say to everyone
who is going through something
where they're getting super nervous
because you have to, oh man, I hate talking in front of people, is that you can spend time going,
what do I do? Or you can just go, you know what, I'm just going to be nervous. Now let me just be a little more
prepared than I was. Because you only have so much energy. And you can spend some of that energy
worrying about being nervous. Or you can just go, you know what? I'm just going to be nervous.
This is what's going to happen this time. But I can focus the time I would spend on what do I do
not to be nervous to spend on going, how can I prepare just a little bit more? Like instead of
thinking about that, I'm just going to be nervous. Now, let me go over my lines again.
or let me go over my message again.
So unless you take a Xanax,
you're just going to be nervous.
But if you take a Xanax,
you're probably going to go up and say stupid stuff.
Yeah, or you might fall asleep.
So that's my point there.
And I think we all suffer at some point
with nerves in situations
that we aren't comfortable
or situations that are new to us.
Or having you said before situations
we just really care about?
Well, I think that's why people get nervous.
And it's so rare that you get to be
nervous about something good. You know, and I talk to them about that too. I'm like, hey,
you're nervous about something good. Most of the time we get nervous about something, it's about something
that sucks. Somebody's sick. We got to go up in front. We're uncomfortable in a situation.
Like, if you have the opportunity to be nervous about something good, that's a cinnamon
role in life. That's just, that's pure, that's just pure extra, pure fun. So be happy that you get to
be nervous about something good. Because a lot of times we're nervous is not about something.
good. So that was what I gave him last night. I just think there's a lot in common with a lot
of people that may you're not a performer. But sometimes people have to have to get up at work and
talk about the plan or the idea or you have to get up at church or whatever it is. You're like,
I'm just not comfortable doing it. Oh no, how do I make myself not nervous? Yeah, don't make yourself
not nervous. I'll stop trying to make yourself not nervous. But what you can do is focus on what you were
brought in to do. And by doing that, it's automatically going to make you a little
that's nervous because your mind is somewhere else.
Thank you. You've all been mentored the end.
Oh, thank you, man. Thank you.
You're welcome.
We get to sit with America's mentor every day.
I know.

Okay, let's open up the mailbag
here on the Bobby Bone Show.
Bobby's Mailbag.
All right. Morning studio, they say.
Morning.
Morning.
My name is Bailey.
I needed some advice on an issue I'm having
right now with my 13-year-old daughter.
She recently asked me permission
to wear leggings to school.
I bought her up here for Christmas
that she is only allowed to wear around the house.
I don't know how I feel about her wearing them in public
because they are very tight.
In my eyes, leggings are not pants.
They are more like footless tights.
But she wants to be like her friends who wear them to school.
Am I being too strict on her?
Is this what all teenage girls are wearing now from Bailey?
By the way, you can call us and give us your opinion.
877-Bobby.
She has a 13-year-old daughter.
Amy, you have a 12-year-old daughter.
Mm-hmm.
Your advice?
Oh, man.
my daughter wears leggings,
so I don't,
but I see your reservation
and depending on,
maybe if you compromise,
like I don't know what kind of top
she's wanting to wear with it,
but could it be like a longer
sweatshirt or button down or something
and maybe make a compromise?
Like, hey, yeah, wear the leggings,
but let's make sure this is the top we have on.
I don't know.
I mean, my daughter still,
she doesn't seem like her body is there yet.
she still seems like such a little girl to me.
So I might have, as she gets older and her body changes, we might have to rethink it.
But my husband isn't that into it.
He doesn't even like me wearing leggings.
That's true.
You know, I'm an adult.
True.
That's also true.
Yeah.
Like if I would wear them.
We've gotten over it.
I wear them all the time now.
But remember early in our marriage?
It was a really big deal.
Like, I couldn't go places unless I tied something around my waist.
I would say that as long as,
There's a compromise that could be made here.
Like Amy says, a long sweatshirt.
Even you can wear them under a skirt.
Yes.
I think you can wear them at home, but at school, if you're going to wear them,
you can wear them like your friends, but you need to wear something over it.
Right.
And I think sweatshirt's probably, because that's borderline, but a long sweatshirt works.
I would personally recommend, you know, a shirt and then a skirt and even more.
But I think there's a compromise to be made here.
There is.
It's just tough on all the friends get to do it.
I know.
I wish all moms could, like, get together and be like, okay, look, here's the deal.
This is what we're going to do with our kids.
Unionize?
Yes, because, listen, what you're doing is causing me a lot of issues in my house.
So if we could just agree that, like, let's meet in the middle.
Maybe moms compromise.
But lucky for this mom, like, oversized sweatshirts are really popular with kids right now.
So it could be an easy way to win is like a big oversized sweatshirt with the leggings.
The bobby bono show.
All right, so grab a couple calls.
because in the mailbag, we have a mom, her 13-year-old daughter,
wants to wear her leggings to school.
What do you guys think?
Let's go over to Tori in Arkansas, who's on the phone.
Hey, Tori, what's going on?
Hey, morning studio.
Morning.
What do you think?
I think it's okay.
Of course, more inappropriately, I mean, if you wore, like, a long shirt with it,
because I wore leggings, my daughter's worn leggings.
I wore leggings in high school.
I'm wearing leggings now.
Like all leggings all the time over here
So you think it's okay
13 years old you can go and just chill
And wear leggings of school, no problem
Yeah, wear longer shirts
You know, cover up stuff
Yeah, I think that's the general consensus
With most of the ladies
That are listening to this now
I appreciate that call Tori, thank you for listening
All right, I always listen to you guys
Well thank you and hey listen I don't know if you're
in your house because of corona.
But if, you know, you can watch us on Facebook or YouTube.
You can listen to the podcast after the show.
You can turn us on your Alexis.
So however you listen, we appreciate you being with us, all right?
All right.
Take care.
Bye, Tori.
Let's go to Caitlin in North Carolina.
Caitlin, what do you think about this?
So when I was in high school, my mom told me that I was only allowed to wear them
if I wore a long enough hoodie or a shirt to cover my butt.
So, you know, the guys don't look.
Because when you're that young, it's a little in a problem.
Yeah. So you're saying, I should say to her, you agree with Amy that if she wears them, she needs to make sure she's covered.
Yes. She should only be seen from the thigh down is what I said in leggings.
See, but, you know, some girls nowadays are a little thicker on the thighs and it's like and then catch them on.
I don't understand what she just said, Amy. She said some girls nowadays are thicker on the thighs.
Yeah. I don't know. I don't know.
But, Kayla?
Like, I know when I was in high school and I wore them,
I would go against my mom and I wouldn't cover up.
Right.
And I get in trouble for that.
It would catch the wrong kind of eye.
Right.
Like girls, some girls, maybe nowadays she's saying,
are developing earlier so their curves are coming out sooner.
I think at 13, I want to even talk about curves.
I think if you're 16 is a different conversation.
But 13, I think we're all on the same team.
Yeah, I mean, my daughter's going to be 13 in mid-April.
And I'm like, if I were to even talk with her, try to get her to understand why she needed to cover certain things, she would be so confused.
Yeah.
Hey, thank you for that call.
Thank you all for the calls.
We're all on the same page here.
Yeah.
You can wear them, but cover up the butt.
You said it.
Not me.
Close the mailbag.
And that was Bobby's mailbag.
So we do a segment with Mike D who loves movies called movies.
Movie Mike's Movie Minute.
Hit that, Raymondo.
And now Movie Mike's Movie Minute.
So movie theaters are shutting down all over the country,
and a cool thing I saw that Universal is doing
is they're releasing movies the same day
they were to come out in theaters on demand.
Dang, dude, you kind of call that.
Well, and you know what's going to happen?
They're going to see a nice hit from this,
and it's going to kind of be the newish norm.
Yeah, it's going to jumpstart sadly the end of theaters.
Not sadly.
I have been on the don't go to a theater
because it's gross anyway train for a long time.
Dang. Mm-hmm.
So what do you think about that?
I think it's pretty cool.
Starting this Friday,
you can pretty much get on like Amazon or Apple
and you can rent them for 248 hours.
It costs 20 bucks,
which is a little more than a movie ticket,
but I mean, if you have people over, it's worth it.
You have a family?
That's amazing.
You know what I mean?
Oh, is Top Gun going to come out this way?
I know it's not coming out until like June,
but if maybe they decide to throw it out early
because that'd be awesome.
What do you think about that?
I mean, they're testing it right now.
The biggest name they have right now is a trolls movie.
So they're not really going past anything with like April release date.
So that's not coming out until June.
But I mean, I think they might do something like this now.
What's on your latest episode of Movie Mikes and Movie Podcast?
I'm talking about how movies make money.
I don't understand.
So essentially all the costs that go into making a movie and then how they get all that money back.
You're like ticket sales, DVD stuff and streaming.
Okay.
So if you love movies, check out Movie Mikes, Movie Podcast.
podcast. That's the movie Minute. Thank you very much. And that was movie Mike's movie
minute. That's a good song. It's very relaxing. We can do that just to watch.
Caitlin and I did review Uncut Gems on Instagram. I just posted it at Mr. Bobby Bones,
if you want to check that out, where she did compare it to something she did in junior high.
So you can see that there. There was a guy in Kentucky who tested positive for coronavirus,
and then he refused to self-isolate
because if you have it,
they're like, you go into mandatory quarantine.
And he's like, nope.
So then the governor said, all right.
So they put him in a house
and they have armed guard outside his house.
I mean, that's such a waste of resources
because he should just be responsible,
human and quarantine himself.
Come on.
Coronavirus patient is a 53-year-old resident
of Nelson County, Kentucky.
And then he refused the shutdown.
He refused the quarantine and was like, I'll come out if I want to.
And they're like, no, you won't come out if you want to.
You know, you see where San Francisco is doing the mandatory shelter.
I forget the exact name for it.
You're going to see this with more cities where it's like a for sure quarantine.
Like, you don't come out of your house unless you got to get to work.
Oh, wow.
Because what we have now is, hey, it would just be good if you stayed in the house.
Right. Right.
And there are closing a lot of restaurants and places where more than 10 people can gather.
But if you want to go now to Starbucks, you can.
you want to go even towards some of the restaurants you can.
But in some place, San Francisco, I think maybe you'll see like Seattle.
I forget the term that they're calling it specifically, but it's some kind of shelter.
There's a, can you give me the name of this?
It's some kind of shelter term.
But yeah, the people are in their house and they're not allowed to leave unless you're going to and from somewhere specific.
Wow.
And I think eventually there'll be more of that, especially what they're calling hot spots.
Even the president said that yesterday.
So, listen, it's a wild world we're in.
We don't really know what's happening.
Here are the biggest three songs in country music this week.
All right, first up, Luke Bryan, what she wants tonight.
At number two, J. Co. and Homemade.
There's some things about me that I can't change.
I'll always be the man that at home.
And at number one, Kane Brown, homesick.
I'm homesick
You don't quit
It's like half of me
The biggest pop song is
Doa Lepa
Don't start now
Don't show up
Don't come out
Jam, hear my drum part
Three, two, one
drums
And the number one
Kid song
It's from Bobby Bones
And the Raging Idiots
Wash your hands
Come on!
Yeah, there we go
Number one, baby
took down Baby Shark
Like the chump it is
Amazing
Anyway turn it up
All right, those are the biggest songs right now.
Let's go over to Morgan number two who is in quarantine at her house, self-quarantine.
She has what's up today on the podcast.
Morgan, what's happening?
Well, your birthday party got canceled or postponed for the time being.
Yes.
You can hear in...
I prefer to use the word postponed.
Sure, of course.
April 2nd coming up, my birthday.
We're having a big bash, apparently, now postponed.
All right.
What else?
There was some controversy over the latest draft, and we had to change some rules.
Yeah, it's fluid.
This is the competition that's fluid.
It's unbelievable.
But you can hear that in the podcast.
What else?
Tallard Jordy talked with us about canceling her wedding in May.
She wanted some advice on what she should do.
Great.
We did that.
What else?
And you lost the power at your house.
I did.
I thought Corona got into my house.
I think it was more than the power that got you.
We got, it went so much deeper than just the power.
Definitely some more in there.
Definitely some inner reflection came from that.
We did trigger some stuff in.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right.
Morgan number two, is that it?
Yep, that's it.
All right.
And how are you doing at home?
I'm doing good.
I haven't left my house besides to take my dog outside to go to the bathroom.
So I am truly in my house for the long haul.
There, she's in her house for the long, not the short haul or medium hall.
The long haul.
All right, Morgan, appreciate you.
Stay on the line, please.
Let's see, Amy.
What's going on today?
I mean, just working from my house.
I think I'm going to organize a few things.
And I do have to figure out some medicine for my dad.
He's out of a couple of his drugs,
which normally I go pick up and drop off to him, no problem.
But I just need to make sure we've got those.
And then I think I just leave him at the front for him.
So maybe I'll see him today or tomorrow, like through the window.
He told me to call him when he's.
there and he'll come down and wave at me.
Like jail when you touch it through the glass.
Yeah. Yeah. What about you?
It's a weird question now because really,
what do we do? What do we do? But
I think Eddie was going to come over and play
video games again today. It's a whole different life I live now.
When I have like 94 things I'm like that. Oh, y'all have video
game in person? Yeah. Okay. I thought you were
buying it so you could do headset. Not yet.
Okay. Mike D. is coming over.
We're going to do another Bobbycast. But there's a great one
that we put up last night where Eddie and I are
talking about biggest musical feuds, which Eddie didn't know the Luke
Brian, Zach Brown one.
I didn't.
It's a crazy story.
Yeah, it happened on the show, too.
We talked about it with them.
I know, but I don't remember it.
It was way early in our, yeah, yeah.
And then we had Matt Jones, who is from Kentucky Sports Radio, who, when I say Kentucky
country music, who comes to mind?
Kentucky, Kentucky ends the new country music.
I don't know.
Chris Ableton.
Okay.
I just wondered who you would think.
Tyler Childer.
I didn't think a single person.
I didn't.
Loretta Lynn.
Okay.
Yeah, I just wondered.
We talked about that, and he picked us five quarantine songs, which we're doing with people.
And he's a pretty funny guy.
Yeah.
So, yeah, check out the latest Bobbycast.
There's this whole show, and there's the Bobbycast.
Check it out.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Bye everybody.
