They can't do that. Labwawa? Labwawa. That would be terrible. No, they would probably do a chadoodle. A chid. People breed with the poodle because they don't shed.

So then it makes some hypoallergenic. So that's awesome. A toy poodle is extremely small. A miniature poodle. poodle is really small. A standard poodle is small, but a medium poodle is pretty normal. Oh, okay. Well, I'm sure they went with the medium. Let me ask you guys a question. I got an email yesterday because, you know, we had the frontman of country on. If you love 90s country, this was a segment for you because it was for me.

It's the lead singer of Lone Star. It's the lead singer of Little Texas. And it's the lead singer of Restless Heart. And they came in, they played, they did their big hits. And then they sent me a message yesterday. And they're like, hey, if you want us to play a wedding reception, we'll show up and play a few songs. Oh my gosh, dude. Amazed? Can you imagine amazed at your wedding? Yeah, I say you do it.

It's the biggest love song ever. Is that your question? Do you do it? Yes. I never like to take advantage of this stuff. I mean, this is a once in a lifetime. It's 90s. Hey, Scuba, I saw the email.

We didn't pursue this in any way, right? No, not at all. They took it upon themselves and emailed us saying that they want to do it. I feel like that they're fans of the show because, was it Richie? It talks about how his wife listens to the show frequently. So I think they really want to do it. When she cries. I would do it.

At night. Come on, dude. Like, I get it. I feel weird taking something for free, though. I understand. But if they offer it, though, I feel like it's okay. If you pursued it, it would be weird, and you wouldn't do that. But if they're doing it and they say they want to do it, I say, I've had it.

Yeah. That would be a gift, my friend. That's a wedding gift. They would show up at the reception. Like, for example, like Jake, Owen. great friend of mine. We text or talk a few times a week. And he got my save the date.

And I'm just going to reply back. Don't worry about a gift. Just play song at the reception. I can do that, right? Perfect. Because I'm a friend. But I just feel guilty if these guys are like slugging their equipment across town. Well, they slugged it in here.

It's two guitars and a piano. Okay, I'm leaning toward yes. Tell you what. Me and the groomsmen will pick up all their gear and set it up for them. They carry it in? Yes. Okay. I'm leaning toward yes. but I thought that was very nice of them.

Let's open up the mailbag. Bobby's Mailbag. Hello, Bobby Bones. My husband started taking a spin class about a month ago. He did it because his doctor told him he needed to exercise more, but I recently discovered he chose the spin class so we can look at all the attractive women in the. the class.

He goes early in the morning. He gets a bike in the back. So he gets a good view of when they stand. No. When they stand to pedal. He didn't deny it. Even when I asked him about the workout aspect, and he said, hey, I'm there for that too.

My question is, if a guy goes out of his way to look at other women in a class or some other setting, is that cheating? Is it okay to look but not touch? Thank you, Anonymous. Well, first of all, it is not cheating. Not. It's in no way as looking cheating. The only reason that looking gets you in trouble is if you get caught.

Everybody's going to look. If you see a cute guy, hot dude, you're going to look for a second. You will. I mean, so I would be able to look at my husband. Because, well, I'm picturing this guy in the back of class. It's very different than walking by a good looking person that you think is cute. Just follow my lead here. But also, yes.

I would be able to say, oh, it's my husband. Like, that guy's, that guy's good looking. So, and then he might be like, I can't tell. If you saw a really great-looking construction worker and he slowly rips his shirt off. Where are you? Hot day. And he's drinking some of the water, but he also pours it down his stomach.

Perfect. Like, you were going to watch him do that. And be like, dang, that guy's hot. Dang, okay. If you're right there. Okay, if I'm right there. But I didn't go out of my way to see it. I didn't go out of my way.

I don't know why you're walking by construction sites in the middle of the day. My point is looking is not cheating. You're going to look if it's there. I think if that's what gets him into this class. What? Hold on. I think if that's what inspires him to get in shape because the doctor said so, then let him go. It might inspire some other things, too.

I don't think it inspires cheating. Okay. So you're telling me, you come home and you tell Caitlin that you now are going to a spin class and you sit in the back. because you loved it. Yeah, how did he even admit to this? I just wouldn't admit to it. Right. Like this guy,

okay, but he did. So what I'm saying is that it's, it's fine. Kail isn't going to be like, oh, sweet, yes, go to that class every day. Love it. Come home, tell me all about it. I don't expect her to say that. Nor would I say that to her. I wouldn't be like, oh, look at all the butts in here.

I just wouldn't. Yeah, but I also don't see you as a guy that would go do that and get a seat in the back and, like, purposefully. He's not too good for that. Yes, I am. I think he is. Eddie, you're not. Eddie, Eddie, you're, Eddie's like, I wear sunglasses so nobody can tell. I walk behind my wife. So, you know, I just think that that's the part I have a problem with because I would be like,

well, do you want me to come with you and I'll sit right in front of you? How are we not acknowledging his honesty with his wife? I think it's great. Because if he's honest here, he's going to be honest in other situations too. But part of me is like, ew, like you're that guy right? right now. Okay. If he's that guy, still not cheating. Looking isn't cheating. Going to a workout class. If that's what gets you there and your doctor says you need to get there to live along or life, have no problem with you. Look, it's creepy. I admit it's creepy to say that.

It is. It's creepy to talk about it. And, but I get it like looking, but then there's looking and then there's disrespectful looking. Well, I'm on team creepy buttlicker. Okay. I'm, I'm on team wife here. But, but there's no team. She has a question. Is it cheating? It's not cheating, but we still don't like it. So would you have rather him just not said that's why he was going? Well, I'd rather him not be a creepo that goes to a spin class and gets a bike in the back and stares at women. Well, you would rather that. Yes, I agree.

We'd all rather that. But you have two options. Well, doesn't she have the option to also talk to him and be like, hey, can we figure out a different workout? And if I were him, I would be like, I'll do no more steering. Yeah. Okay, here's the compromise. He's in the front. He sits in the front.

Problem solved. And he only goes to all male classes. He sits on the front and turns his bike around. Sir? To end this email, we're going to say... The man ride. It is not cheating. It does feel a bit creepy,

but there's also some good in his honesty. So I think he wins two out of three, therefore he's okay. I feel like now it needs to be like a mandatory thing. If you're a man at a class, you get on the front row. Yeah. I agree with you.

Yeah, like a chalkboard behind him or something. Yeah. But the big controversy back then was who were in your top eight friends, because your top friends were shown on the front of the page. It was like, I'm going to move you to my top eight.

That's a big deal. And you could decorate your page, but then it was all virus-filled. That's pretty good. Number three. So if a major league baseball player catches a ball with their hat, the batter automatically gets a triple and anyone else already on base gets to score. That's not true. Is this true?

Where did you see this rule? That's why I wanted y'all to confirm it, especially the guys with the sports show. I don't think that's true. I don't think it's true. Read where you read that. The onion? That's a big joke. Why would, yeah, I thought y'all would know this and you'd be like, oh yeah, yeah, you can't catch a ball with your hat.

It's to keep people from doing it because they may want to show off, I think, and get their hat and catch it. Here's Amy's pile of stories. So moving during a pandemic isn't easy if you're trying to meet your new neighbors because it's hard to just have conversations

or maybe take over some cookies because nobody wants to eat your stuff. We moved during the pandemic. So did I. And we really haven't met anybody.

One neighbor woman came running over with some cookies and kind of threw them over the fence. I was like, I got you something. Katelyn

thought somebody was screaming like there was something wrong because she heard like, hey! She was like, what's happening? And then it was the woman

next door with a tin. I respect an old tin. Oh, yes. You pull the top off. Man, my grandma had the worst tin cookies ever. They'd be in that little

white cup, the paper cups. Remember those? Exactly what you're talking about. They were awful, but they were amazing. Well, they could be any color, 10. It'd be a Christmas 10.

With a paper. But it'd be awful. But we got cookies. The only neighbor that we've kind of talked to in the pandemic because we don't want to go and kind of impose our will on folks right now. But you, do you meet yours? Yes. And some of them did bring me things, but they didn't bake on themselves.

They, like, bought them and would drop it off. And when you'd answer the door, they would socially distance. They're like, hi, welcome in the neighborhood. Don't want to get too close. But anyway, this couple, they thought, okay, we're going to post flyers around the neighborhood that say, hey, we're new here. We'd love to meet you. so we're going to be in our driveway with beer and drinks.

So stop on by. And that way people can just grab a drink, have it, socially distance, and they can meet their neighbors. That makes me feel like no one would come, though, because any birthday party I had from age, like, 9 to 13. It was like that. Nobody would come. I'd be like, I rented out the old gym. One time I rented out the old gym and nobody came. Oh, man.

I was like, I got roller skates. We got basketball goals. And I had to pay $25 to rent out the old gym Mountain Pine. And nobody came to my party. I can only imagine me standing there with like a lemonade stand of alcohol. All right, neighbors, and nobody comes. Ooh, all right, what else? This 22-year-old driving a Tesla hit a cop car on the highway.

So the cop car was pulled over because there was another accident. So it wasn't like all the way off the highway, but that's where he needed to park and his blinkers were on and everything. Everyone would know you just need to move over a little bit. Well, this person was driving on Tesla autopilot, and the Tesla ran into the cop car on the highway, I'm torn on this. Here's why.

Why? These cars that have autopilots are so much better than humans are. So when you hear about an accident, it's so rare. But you do hear one. People are like, those dang computers. But if the percentage is way lower than what humans do, when we're more idiots than computers are, I'm just like, okay, well, let's get the autopilot better.

But it's already better than how we drive. But like when it's on autopilot, you still have to pay attention, right? You have to keep your hands close to it in some states. Yeah, you can't just take a nap. Well, no, you can. So that's the thing. Like, this guy is not paying attention. I don't think it's the car's fault because I think we're close to having these.

In some cities, even in Arizona, they have basically Amazon delivery that are all automated. So I'm very much rooting for the automation of driving. So I'm rooting against the story to be true. Okay. Well, sorry. I just feel like you. You got to, if you have your car on autopilot, you at least, because if they would have been paying attention, they could have swerved.

So, that's true. Anyway, maybe they were taking a nap. Or is 1 a.m. and they're 22. Maybe they had just. That's probably it right there. He didn't want to admit he'd be. My new speculation is he doesn't want to admit he's a prime. Yeah.

And it's like, no, the car did it. No, no, no, autopilot. And I know you're jumping into the conclusion. It's a he, but it just says the driver. So. Gotta be a he. He's of the dumbness. All right, what else?

So if you were interested in buying Hillary. Scott's house that was for sale for $3.2 million. It's sold. How much? But the person got a deal. 2.4 million. Dang.

Yeah. I was going to buy that one too. Were you? Yeah, I was thinking about it. I know. It's a nice house. I'm looking at it right here. It's got a real fancy circle of grass.

It's got like a circle drive, but a circle of grass in the middle, like an island. I'm looking inside of it right now with all the pictures. That was six bedrooms, five and a half baths, about 8,000 square feet. They took a big loss on that, huh? About a million bucks?

Mm-hmm. They just kept dropping, dropping. Then I guess they got an offer for 2.4, and they took it. Was it Jason Gibble? Do they think they sold the house to somebody? All right, is that it? Yep, I'm Amy. That's my pile. That was Amy's pile of stories.

It's time for the good news. With Amy. Tell me something good. So when people move, they end up throwing away a lot of food that's perfectly fine. And Adam Lowry, who works for his family's. moving company, notice this. I just had a folder of submissions, of auditions, numbered, and I kept coming back to a version over and over again for a couple weeks and ended up being this beautiful lady, Miss McKenzie Porter. whenever we recorded together, awesome, we hit it off and then we showed up on set to shoot photos and the video shoot. And I'm like, gosh, she's making me look bad. But that's always what you want, right? That means you're elevating things around you? I didn't think it through, though, with the director of the video. So he was shooting her first in the day, and I'm like,

how am I going to follow this? Because she actually can do the thing. You have seven number one songs, Dustin Lynch. The first one, 2012 Cowboys and Angels. Now, I would like to do a little segment called First and Last, where we will play Cowboys and Angels. But if you ever hear this song come on the radio, what does it remind you of that was happening in your life at the time?

Oh, just it was just a one. whirlwind of new firsts. I grew up in Tennessee and we vacationed. My family is from Florida originally to South Georgia. So we would travel there for vacation. But other than that, I hadn't been really anywhere in the United States of America. And whenever Cowboys and Angels came out, it took me to all parts, all corners of the states and just all the first that come with that. Like I remember going to Seattle, Washington and literally drinking like 12 cups of coffee because it was the thing to do. It's like, I'm in Seattle. I'll drink coffee. You know, like all. You go to these different cities and you just do all the stuff you think you're supposed to do.

And yeah, so I think it just takes me back to those milestones of just new places. And seeing a high-rise city like Chicago for the first time is just mind-blowing, you know, pulling in there on the tour bus and walking into play. Each time we get to play that song, just how many people made that song a part of their lives? Because you see people step out into the aisles or whatever and slow dance and, you know, forget about us. That's cool to see every night. That song is always, you know, you get asked the question, what's your favorite song to play all the time? And that's it, just because it was inspired by my grandparents' love story. And to watch people dance and sing their song every night's really cool. Do you still get in the boat and they crowds up on the boat? Are you done with that?

Well, you know, New Year. Yeah. So we'll see. No, we retired that. Now you need to get in a ball, one of those plastic balls? Oh, that would be cool. A little bit more, yeah, a little safer these days in a plastic ball. But I ended up, I pulled a couple of muscles, and then I ended up sending, calling out in the boat.

He did some rides up. We kind of rotated injuries. As somebody would get injured, crowdsurfing. On the IR, yeah. We would send somebody else. The, kind of the juxtaposition of these two songs, too, with Cowboys and Angels. And then I'm going to have you do Mama's House, which is your last song here. a bit different in feeling.

Yeah, for sure. But both kind of stem from the same base ideas, Cowboys and Angels is about two high school sweethearts, my grandparents, even before high school, really. They're still married 65 years this year. Just amazing love story and their goals, man. I hope I'm like my granddad when I grow up. And Mama's house was kind of the heartbreak I felt

whenever my high school sweetheart moved off to college and left me in the dust, because I kind of messed up. All I knew in my small town was my grandparents and my parents, her high school sweethearts, and save with my sister, married her high school boyfriend. So whenever my girlfriend left for Knoxville,

and I was like, man, what do I do now? You know, this is before social media. So you didn't really have connection outside of your hometown. You just knew the girls you went to school with, and that was it. So it felt like the world ended, and that's why I relate to Mama's House lyrics so well. And Cameron, what do you not do?

Cameron walked in and was like, I'm from Wichita. And I have just a huge love for Wichita, Kansas. And then he looks at Morgan and goes, we went to high school together. And Morgan goes, oh yeah. Dang. So when did you That's awesome? Tierra, when did you move from Alabama up to Nashville? I moved here

three years ago. And I did the whole thing, like, you know, traveling back and forth, you know, from my hometown to Nashville. And after a year in college, I finally convinced my parents to move up here with me. So they moved here too. Yeah, and they're still here. I'm loving it. So with what you've been able to do so for, I know you played at the Bluebird, which isn't that the craziest, also coolest thing?

Yeah. Yeah, it was like one of my first performances here in Nashville, which was wild. But it's also like super nerve-wracking because it's like one of the few places where people are like actually listening. But yeah, I love it. It was super fun. And they're sitting, like I don't know if you played the round or you played the stage, but they're sitting like right on your elbow. And they're eating too sometimes. It's the right on you. Yeah, I've done the one on the stage and also in the round. And yeah, it's, it's crazy. But I mean, that's what, that's why I fell in love with Nashville and country music is like, you know, I feel like you don't really get those kinds of riders rounds everywhere. So it's a cool experience. I saw a picture of you and Shania Twain. How did that

come together? How did you meet her? Yeah. So I was on this show called Real Country. and it was a music competition show here in Nashville and it was Shania Twain, Travis Tritt, and Jake, right? Jake Owen. Yeah, and Shania was my, like, I was on her team. And I mean, that was, it was so random. She just, like, invited me to be on the show,

and I got to, like, be mentored by her. And she's been so great even after the show, like, you know, commenting on Instagram. posts and stuff and just being supportive of my music so how did you not win the or did you win the show I don't know who won the show so I won my episode but I didn't win the whole thing how did who in the world beat you like seriously uh do you know who won the show I don't know won the show um jada dryer she's awesome I know who jada dryer is yeah okay yeah she is actually awesome I wouldn't say she's awesome her I'd say you both equally awesome and they had to make a very tough decision that's what I

Yeah, so I kind of wrote it from, don't laugh, I kind of wrote it from like a relationship perspective. But really the song is about when I first moved to Nashville, it was really important for me to figure out who I was as an artist before anybody else could tell me. Because I feel like it's super easy to just be swayed in one direction and have people tell you what your music should sound like, what your brand should be. And so it was important for me to like figure that out before somebody else told me to. So that's kind of like the whole premise of the song. It's like,

I'm not a girl. Can't control me. It's interesting because I, you know, when I just see the title or I heard the song, I would think it was a relationship song, but then you describe it as, you know, you, your perspective in a career. It reminds me of not going to write you a love song by Sarah Borellis. Yes. Which you hear that and you go, oh, she's talking to some dude, not going to write you a love. But then you find out, she only wrote that song because she's telling her label, I'm not writing you a love song. Yeah. You are, you are fueling Cameron right now because he literally said that in the right. I so did not. I so did not want to write this song because I was like, I don't want people to think that I'm just like crapping.

on them, but I mean, it was just my truth, and he just encouraged me to write that one. I'm proud of her because she's the type of girl that is, this song couldn't be more true. She sticks to her guns, and she's like, this is who I am, this is what I do, and it's a breath of fresh air to produce something like that, you know? Okay. Like we do that all the time. We have like content days and just like have fun, take pictures. So we went out there and we went to this bridge and he set his camera down and he was like, we're going to do this really cool like slow-mo video. We're going to like turn around, face our backs to each other. and then we're going to turn on super fast and be facing each other, whatever. And so when I turned around, he was on one knee.

They literally went to the gas station. Then we call them or Caitlin does or something and they're like, oh, we're at Sonic.

And I'm like, what? What? Right before dinner. Yeah. Listen. She said you wanted a Bobby Water. Stasheera and I don't get to hang out that often. And so we were together and I was like, let's just go hang out a little bit.

I'm sorry everybody had to wait on food. So what happened when y'all walked in the front door? Was it awkward because we were all sitting there waiting? No. We had a great time. So we then did Like a birthday cake Yeah

Like, after you left, Stasheer wanted to continue playing games, so we did, but she was like, why did they leave? I wanted to play Disney code names.

And I was like, well, he has a basketball draft. It's very important. Yeah, and we scheduled three hours after the party started. We felt pretty comfortable about that. It's totally fine. I'm glad you did that. And we did that to what time? 10? 10, 10, 30? You technically had two parties last night.

Well, one was in my underwear in my bed with a bunch of dudes. They were on Zoom. They were on Zoom, though. We couldn't tell. The tournament starts today, but we all sat around and drafted teams last night, and you auction off team. Was it fun? Oh, it was a blast. So, like, how many guys or what are y'all doing?

Like 10 guys or so? And a team goes up and you bid on them, and if part of that team goes, the more money you win. Well, I got nervous because, you know, like, when I saw the people on there, I'm like, great. I'm not going to be able to afford one single team. That wasn't true. It was me, as a bunch of us are small group of friends that you would know, Ryan Hurd, singer, Matt Stel, Matt Jones from Kentucky Sports Radio.
