Ladies and fellas, we just following a spirit. where it's telling us. From the real stuff to the chill stuff and the in between. Sometimes the best thing you can do is just out and feel things.
Starting point is 00:02:50 This is Feeling Things with Amy and Kat. Happy Tuesday. Welcome to Feeling Things. I'm Amy. And I'm Kat. And I am feeling refreshed. Okay. So I got an aura ring and it's now my new identity.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Wait, I saw you wearing that and didn't even register. is that new? Yeah. How new? At this point, one, two, three, four days or so. So I've seen you wear it. It's very new. I saw you wear on Friday. Maybe. Yeah. You probably just wasn't registering. So tell me about, I tried this life. Okay. Well, I'm feeling refreshed because I've never had anything ever in my life that has ever tracked my sleep. And I have received so far a good score, a couple of good scores and I already received an excellent score, which apparently is rare. And it gives you a little crown by your sleep score if you do good. And I love a good celebratory notification. So even if your sleep isn't different, just knowing that like it was good, it's like,
Starting point is 00:03:56 okay, then it's double good. Yeah. Okay. Sort of back to the placebo effect we talk about sometimes. Like, who knows if I'm actually really refreshed, but I feel refreshed. Is that why you got the ring Drift to track sleep? Yes. I don't, I mean, I suppose, oh, in my cycle, especially now that I'm in my hormone replacement therapy, I just want to be in the know of all the things. Yeah. So I'm sleeping with it and I'm tracking it and I'm refreshed.
Starting point is 00:04:21 What's your feeling of the day? Okay, I also have to say this. I got, I acted like I got an aura ring. I got the off brand called the ultra human. Oh, I've never heard of that. You can get at Costco. It was less expensive. And they were saying that, oh, you don't have to pay a subscription for it.
Starting point is 00:04:37 So all the features just come with it versus, or you have to pay a subscription. I got it to track my cycle and it always would die. Oh, you know, it's like, what's the point if it's dying? So anyway, maybe I'll, I don't need to track my cycle now, but I learned that I can't track my cycle. My cycle is untrackable. Anywho, I'm feeling excited. And I was trying to think of a word for this, I guess, celebratory.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Tori because I won a competition in my household and the prize is really good. Like a Easter game? No. I wish. Like reindeer games? Like bunny games? No. So every year Patrick and I will do a competition for March Madness.
Starting point is 00:05:27 He's in like four other competitions, but then we have one together that will fill out brackets and whoever wins gets a prize. The first year it was like, I think. we were dating so I was like you have to take me to a fancy restaurant then I think it was like you have to whoever loses has to clean the bathroom the last two years it's been whoever loses has to plan a day a full day for the person who won of like all their favorite things I think I talked about this one I had to do it for Patrick last year yes I remember yeah and I won so he has to plan a day for me okay that's really fabulous and I'm excited about what it's going to be and also I'm just like what does it feel like
Starting point is 00:06:06 to lose to me. I don't know anything about basketball. He, like, studies it. Celebratory fits. You're feeling, yeah. Maybe what's, I'm feeling gloaty. Like, ha-ha, nah-na-na-boo-boo. And my team that I put to win is in the finals.
Starting point is 00:06:24 So, like, I could get, that's crazy to predict who won. And I don't know anything about any of the teams. So you could get a prize from that too. No. Oh, there's no difference. I didn't put my bracket in any other. Oh, okay. Last year, I got,
Starting point is 00:06:35 I got really close to winning the bracket at my gym, but I lost because of the last game. Isn't that crazy? All these guys have their brackets and it's like little old me at the top. You show up at your gym. You played the bracket there? Yeah, they do every year. I'm not a member anymore because we moved, but you can pay. I think it was like $25, $20 or something.
Starting point is 00:06:59 And then you would win like $800. My Pilates placed an Easter egg hunt thing where they had these golden eggs hidden throughout the studio and I found one of the golden eggs and I took it and it was empty. Yeah. And so then they were like, oh, it maybe was one that somebody got and then they set it down when they were putting their shoes on or something. They should give you something. Well, they did say that, but I already felt awkward because I felt, how awkward would be like, oh, you're actually a loser. Yeah, I walked out of the bathroom and it was sitting right there on the windowsill. So I was like, well, I feel silly, but the egg is right there waiting for me.
Starting point is 00:07:35 and then the front desk is right there. So I just grabbed the egg and I was like, I just found this. And they were like, oh, fine. And they opened it up and they go, oh, it's empty. And I was like, oh, that's okay. Because I already felt silly turning in the egg for the prize. And then they're like, well, we've got to get you something. And I was like, no, no, no, no, seriously?
Starting point is 00:07:54 It's okay. And then I just walked out because I was like, I felt. What? I felt weird. I want to give you a hug. Why? Because I can imagine that feeling of like, it's okay. I know I wasn't excited.
Starting point is 00:08:05 like, right, right, I found the golden egg. I found the golden egg. And then I was like, okay, I'm not, like, you walk out and you're like, it wasn't that big of a deal. And then you start crying. I definitely didn't start crying, but I definitely just wanted to get the heck out of there because I didn't want to make it a thing to where they now have to come up with an extra prize because. Well, what were the prizes? Like a free shirt or something? Like a new pair of socks, like, sticky socks. That would be legit. I should give you socks. I mean, I'm not worried about it. I already walked out. I was like, how. Happy Easter. I got to go. I can't even believe I grabbed the egg. I should have just kept walking
Starting point is 00:08:41 because I was like, if I knew during class and they announced it, I was like, well, if I see an egg, I'm going to leave it for somebody because that will be fun for them. But then when I walked to the bathroom and the egg was like staring at me, I was like, no, I guess. Like, why wouldn't? I can't walk past the egg. And then I went in so excited. And then it was empty. And I was like, womwom. I do have a fun thing that I saw since we're at the start of the episode, that this could be something you could use at the beginning of a meeting. I mean, not really, but it's just a perspective to like think about and maybe we start keeping in a mind at the beginning of an episode. Okay. It was just a little, it's satire. Okay. Like someone had posted it on Instagram of like,
Starting point is 00:09:19 this is the perfect way to start a meeting. By the way, before we begin, we're all going to die and none of this really matters. None of this is life or death. We're not saving lives. It's not that deep. So just a reminder before anyone gets too worked up over something with no real significance. I wanted to set that straight. Okay, let's get started. And then, you know, so I thought, okay, yeah, like we're here. We're doing a podcast. We're having a good time. We're not saving lives here. Now, if you're on a medical team and you're having a meeting, you are. You cannot use that. You are saving lives. And I'm sure some meetings are very important and they are significant. However, a lot of times we can get worked up throughout the day at work about things that just really don't
Starting point is 00:10:02 or we can treat things with such urgency that don't really need the attention at that exact moment. I had a boss when I taught cycling who would get very worked up about things, which like, he owns a business, he's probably stressed, whatever, blah, blah, blah. And the manager would always be like, we're literally just riding bikes. It's not that serious, which I don't know if she said, would say that to him, but she would say it like if we were in the mix of all of it, which was helpful. It's like, yeah, no, everything's fine. Everything is figure outable here. You know? Open to creative solutions. Yes. Okay. So we can't get worked up about this because we're not doing brain surgery and we're all going to die one day. Right. Cool. So we can talk about whatever you want.
Starting point is 00:10:50 Okay. Then I have something I want to talk about. Oh, what do you want to talk about? So this just made a really big difference and brought me so much joy. So I just want to share it. I had this itch. You know, I moved into my house in September. There's a lot of things I want to do, but we're trying to do them slowly so we're not spending a ton of money at once. And I made the smallest change in my house. And I walk around being like, I could sell this house for $4 million now. We could not do that, Not even close. I switched the light switch covers from white. Do you have the white ones? Well, mine are I changed them to brown. Oh, oh, I can't even see one. Okay. So you know this feeling. The walls are brown and it blends in. So like, but you have to, I had to have an electrician come because the little, the little switchy knob thing is also not white. It's not just the plate cover. Oh, you really did it big. Shoot. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I will say. Your dad could probably change it out. He could.
Starting point is 00:11:48 I will say it does bother in a little bit that like the switches are still white and you can Because I switch them to this like gold brass. Yes, I have some that are brass with a white. I'm talking about my brown like if I did a brown plate I got a brown switch. But my some of my brass plates my some of my unlackered brass plates so that they'll create some patina they are white. Okay, that makes a feel better. Mine are lacquered brass. They're probably actually plastic. They're from Amazon. They're so cheap and it made the biggest difference and now I just love staring at my walls. I love that. You get something new and you just want to look at it. And I felt really adult because I just went around with a screwdriver and did it myself. Just changed out. Look at me. I'm an electrician. So if anybody needs an easy, inexpensive switch to liven up their house, light switch. You know who has, and Amazon may have these, but you know who has really cute light covers. Anthropology.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Yes. They're so expensive, though. It's like $30 for like one. You can type in to Amazon anthropology light switch and it'll pull up some that they're not anthropology brand, but they have that whimsy vibe that can be a little more ornate. Well, it's okay. You got some that made you feel happy. I'm just saying for future, you haven't, you're taking it slow, so you didn't do every
Starting point is 00:13:12 room, right? Oh. Or do you did. Or every light switch. I did almost every light switch except our bonus room and the baby nursery. So maybe for the baby nursery you could get a cute whimsy one. We're going for an antique vibe in the nursery. I got a little, I didn't get, my sister-in-law is giving me a crystal chandelier that
Starting point is 00:13:33 she had an old house and I'm like trying to, I'm trying to build around the light fixture. You know? I don't like pink and I'm not very girly. so I don't want it to be too girly, you know? Yeah. I think it's good to like keep it neutral because then also. Well, I don't know that's going to be neutral. Oh.
Starting point is 00:13:51 I'm going to do wallpaper. It's going to be more feminine, but. But not too cutesy girly, if that makes sense. Watch it be like all pink. It might change my mind. That's okay. Anyway, light switch covers. Shout out.
Starting point is 00:14:05 I wanted to share that. Well, so speaking of life, not taking life too seriously, I have been enjoying way more Diet Coke's than my usual gas tank reward because what was it? A week ago, I came across this Instagram video from a doctor that is pretty wise. I like a lot of her input on some things and I saw her talking about Diet Coke and that you could have like 18 a day. Which nobody's having 18 a day. I guess some people might be if they have a real addiction to it. but that's so expensive i know but there there are people that drink a lot of mountain dew
Starting point is 00:14:43 diet coke like i'm sure they're out there if they're having multiple coax throughout the day i eliminated diet coke altogether then i started to bring it back if i fill my gas tank up on time i get my little diet coke reward well this last week i probably had more diet coke than ever but not no more than one a day but it's the amount like we have all this fear around us all the time which I have contributed to the fear as well. I've regurgitated it. I am sorry. I am doing my best as a human to get by in this world. And you hear, okay, the ingredients in this are bad. But this study was done on a rat and a rat is this tiny. I am big. Yeah. Rat, tiny. Tiny. Me big. Right. Other people bigger. Like, so therefore you can maybe have more.
Starting point is 00:15:37 more than 18. You can have two five, maybe 25. I don't know. But it's, it's all about, it's, it's all relative to your size, your weight, what you can handle. And while I'm not going to be throwing them back all the time, I am going to enjoy them. Which brings me to last week, I was at a track meet when I learned this. And if you are a track parent, you know, and your child is in more than one event, you can be there for long time. Long time. Long time. So in between one of my son's races, I thought, oh, I think there's a McDonald's
Starting point is 00:16:15 around the corner. I'm going to go get one. As I was driving to McDonald's, it occurred to me, oh, cat lives around the corner. I wonder if she's home. So I go through the drive-thru and I get a Diet Coke for us, me, you. And I'm just going to drop it off real quick because I don't have a lot of time. But again, I had just seen that study. So I thought, cheers.
Starting point is 00:16:35 bottoms up. Let's go. I'm going to take how to Diet Coke. And then I texted and you were still at work so you weren't home. So I took the Diet Coke back to the race with me, which my friend Claire was there. And it was so funny how that worked out because she was sitting in the stands. And when I walked up holding two Diet Coke, she was like, if that other Diet Coke is for me, like, you're my favorite person in the world. And I was like, it is. And then I gave it to her. I'm glad I could offer that to her. Yeah. And so I enjoyed that McDonald's Diet Coke. and then I also got another Diet Coke when I went to Chick-fil-A with Stevenson and then I got another can waiting for me.
Starting point is 00:17:15 It's just... You feel freedom now. Yeah. It's like, why you don't have to be so serious about the Diet Coke people? Well, I got really scared because I saw a lot of people saying that you can't drink them when you're pregnant. And at first I thought it was because of the caffeine. Oh, shoot.
Starting point is 00:17:33 like, well, there's only 50 milligrams of caffeine or whatever is and you can have 200. So I could have, technically, I could have four of those. Okay. Well, I only got you a medium. Well, I would have probably drank a lot. Okay. But I, so I stopped drinking them for a while and it was really sad. At first I got the, at first I got the caffeine-free cans at the grocery store.
Starting point is 00:17:55 They're not the same. I, okay. Do you feel like they taste the same? Well, maybe I was just telling myself that. Okay. But then I started seeing more people saying like, you're not supposed to have it because of the ingredients of it. And so then I was like, well, shoot, I can't go nine months without, I don't drink a Diet Coke every day. But like when I want one, I want one. And if I have like
Starting point is 00:18:12 Chick-fil-A or something, well, Chick-Flea or something, well, Chick-Flea I like to get a lemonade. But anyway, if I have certain things, if I'm out to eat, a lot of times I'm like, I want a Diet Coke. And so I ask my doctor. And this is some information for all of us. Your doctor knows best. TikTok and Instagram sometimes knows what your doctor knows, but also sometimes scares you. Well, to be clear, the person I saw on Instagram is a legit. Doctor. Doctor. She's the family practice.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Well, I think I was just seeing like other pregnant people say this. I never saw a doctor say, don't do this. Also, she wasn't even talking about pregnancy, so I don't know. Carry on. She didn't say anything about the caffeine. She said to limit artificial sweeteners to one serving a day. So she said, you can have one a day if you want one. And you're likely not going to have one a day.
Starting point is 00:19:01 No, but can I say. save them up and have a large at the end of the week. I mean, potentially. But I guess it's probably how much your body can process at once in one city. That's not the answer that I wanted. Sorry. But yeah, I mean, what are they, what are they based on with like a little pregnant rat? Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:19:20 I think she also, I don't know, because this is a new doctor for me. I think she airs more on the side of caution and is more like natural and stuff. I had to get a new doctor because I moved. And my doctor moved to California. You both moved. We both moved. Did you know a rat's only pregnant for three weeks? What the heck?
Starting point is 00:19:36 Yeah. They can get pregnant and deliver the baby in a three week period. What? Yeah. That's why there's so many rats. That's like if there's a rat. So they could have a lot of babies a lot of the time, a lot. Yeah, that's why in where there's high volumes of people and trash in places like New York or D.C.
Starting point is 00:19:55 Did you see a lot of rats? Yes. That's how I know this. That's how I know this. I talked about this on the Bobby Bone Show. in D.C., they're doing a pilot program where they're giving rats birth control. How so? Like, they're setting bait, and in the bait is birth control for the rat.
Starting point is 00:20:10 And then, so not, they need rats as part of the ecosystem. So they don't want to kill the rats. They just need to control the amount they, that they are producing. So if some of the rats receive the birth control, then that's less rats. Because, and they're monitoring them in a three-week period. And I was like, a three-week period, because that, like, first I was like, why three weeks? I don't know. They're the specific bait somewhere and then they're monitoring the rat population. Oh, the population. Okay. It's a pilot program. I mean, there's a lot of people, they're spending like $150,000 on the pilot program to try to control the rats.
Starting point is 00:20:43 I would be curious. Would they just have to take one pill? Because like, you wouldn't take birth control. I know. No, they do it the same time every day. So I don't know. They have to like take the bait and eat it. And then they're, it's a pilot program so they don't really know for sure. It's going to work. But yeah, they're giving the rats a little. some BC, some birth control. Huh. Yeah. So good times. Di-co. Diet Coke and less rats.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Yeah. Let's do a little bit of what are we watching. What are we reading? Pride month Toronto. Pride is an opportunity for you to create your own space. To celebrate your existence. Iheart Radio is proud to be an official sponsor of Pride Toronto Festival and we won't stop. Celebrate Pride.

Pride is so great because it gives a whole bunch of people this visibility that they've never had before. We have a ton to celebrate Toronto. Happy Pride. Iheart Radio. In the moment, it felt like it was going on forever. I didn't think I was going to live.
Starting point is 00:21:58 I was terrified. There was no anything inside those eyes. They turned black. It scared the hell out of me. That was your first murder case? Yes, yeah. Fair to say this was the biggest case of your career? Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Rape a murder for a child. He's as bad as it gets. I would think so. People, wake up. I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Krivac and DePippo. Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse, appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum. I said I'm not guilty.
Starting point is 00:22:35 I'll take it to the grief. Listen to the devil's quarry on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Let's do a little bit of what are we watching. What are we reading? I'm reading nothing.
Starting point is 00:24:32 But my goal is to read, read, read with my eyes in my brain, Theo of Golden. I just finished with my ears, my husband's wife. Well, so you are reading. Listen to a book is reading. Yes, it is. But I want to, I'm saving Theo of a Golden because I want to read, read it. But what that's doing is just making me never read it. But this book, I would give.
Starting point is 00:24:56 have a three out of five wasn't terrible wasn't jumping up and down about it your book well i finished the of golden and i give it five out of five yeah five stars all the feels i love it do you need the actual physical copy because i can give you mine yeah because i keep saying my kindle is broken and i keep saying i'm going to read but like does it just seem like i'm going to do that just take my physical copy it's so good did you cry i got emotional i did not cry i did not cry during this, which is interesting. I don't know. It's because you're feeling so good. Yeah, maybe it's my testosterone. I, you know, a man now. Just kidding. I saw you on Friday and I, what did I say to you? Oh, I don't remember. What did you say? Your vibe is so different. Oh. Like your vibe was vibing on Friday.
Starting point is 00:25:49 I had way more energy. Yeah, Friday. I don't know that I feel that same energy because obviously with our hormones, they fluctuate all the time. So whatever was, whatever my concoction was, whatever was happening inside my body on Friday, I felt legit. Yeah. I did feel really, really good. And I get my iron tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:26:10 And so finally we'll get to do the study of two weeks after the iron, I'm going to be a new person. So we can set the clock. And maybe, well, I have to get two infusions. So maybe we have to set it after the second infusion. But it's apparently, that's where I'm going to become a new person. How long does that infusion take?
Starting point is 00:26:29 Like a couple hours? 45 minutes, I think she said, but I have to go back twice. And you can't just go anywhere. Like I thought I could go, like cryocat works at where they give infusions like drip, IV, all the NAD, different things like that. So I thought, oh, well, maybe they can just do the iron. But no, it's a prescription. The two places I could go here, one of them was in an oncology place, like where cancer patients go.
Starting point is 00:26:55 And I thought. Oh, this is hardcore. You would think you would go to like a, what is the blood doctor, a phlebotomist or something? Isn't that what? The person that studies blood is like you'd go to their office and they would do it because it's just in your, yeah. I get the first injection or infusion tomorrow and then the following week I'll get the second. And then the clock will start. And then the countdown happens in two weeks.
Starting point is 00:27:20 Then we can report back if you feel like I'm a different person or not. Oh, gosh. I will be so sad. I'm just kidding. If I get worse, then... Get this iron out of me. Who cares? Like, I don't know what I'm going to do, but...
Starting point is 00:27:34 It will not be good. So Theo Golden, that's what I read, so good. And what I'm watching is, heads up, your friends and neighbors returned to Apple. Did you watch season one of that? Is that the show with John Hamm? Yes. And he, there's like the robbery.
Starting point is 00:27:49 Yes. I had to stop watching that because it was giving me anxiety. Because I was just like, don't do it. It was one of those shows where you're like, don't do it. But then there wouldn't be a show if you didn't do it. Correct. So I didn't finish the first season.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Yeah. You liked it? I liked it enough to where I was like, oh, season two is back. Cool. So that is what I have started to watch. What about you? Okay. This is hilarious because Amy did say, I'm going to give it behind the scene, that we
Starting point is 00:28:16 were going to share this, what we're watching. I wrote a note in our doc that I wanted to talk about. I wrote Lamar Odom, colon, or is that a semicolon? Colin. Colin. Semicolon is the dot with the comment, right? Yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Okay. Yeah. Colen, meta world. Because I wanted to share something I learned today. Amy said, well, you can share that you're watching MetaWorld. And I was like, I'm not watching MetaWorld. Okay. There is a new untold, which are, there's sports documentaries, right?
Starting point is 00:28:49 I like the untolds. Those are good. It's on Lamar Odom. I'm only like 30 minutes in. It's very interesting because like the arc, I'm like, what's the point of this? Like, and why did he agree to do this? Does not paint him in a good light.
Starting point is 00:29:03 However. Wait, is he alive? Yes. He's in the documentary. He's, and this is a, that's a big part of it, his overdose and stuff. Why did I think he died? Because he almost did.
Starting point is 00:29:15 And he overdosed at a brothel. Oh, okay. It was a huge story. And Chloe Kardashian is in this And he had a whole He had another fiance That he had three kids with She's in it
Starting point is 00:29:27 It's very interesting It is very interesting life But the way he met Chloe From my understanding Is this guy This basketball player that was on I think he was on the Lakers With Lamar
Starting point is 00:29:39 His name is Ron Artec But when they show him You know how they show something The first time in documentary They'll say their name Instead of his name It said Meta World Peace
Starting point is 00:29:48 Formally known as drawn our test. And I thought to myself, this man changed his name to Meta World Peace. Yeah. Did you know that? Yes. This was like shocking information. I texted Patrick and I was like, there's a basketball player named Meta World Peace. I thought this was like great on news. He was like, yeah, he's a little crazy. Apparently he's, are there stories on him? Oh. So you know who this is? Yeah. Shoot. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Okay, well, I thought that was interesting. That is how Lamar met Chloe Kardashian is this guy had Chloe host something for him. Oh, META did. Does he go by META? I don't know. I'm just calling him that. Anyway, I would recommend, even though I'm not done watching it, it is, I mean, as sad as his story is, it's very interesting. However, I don't know that it gets, you know how a lot of people have the documentary at the end.
Starting point is 00:30:42 It's like, and they made something of themselves. and they changed their ways. Oh, there's not like a redemption story happening? I don't know. He was on a recent episode of the Kardashians. And it seemed as though he still was, I don't know if he's using. He could be sober.
Starting point is 00:30:58 But I don't know that he is on a, I don't know what he's doing with his life. I don't know how to say. Oh, my gosh. When Shannon just looked this up, when Chloe met him at the party that she was hosting for META, they married 30 days later.
Starting point is 00:31:13 Yes. They met at the party, instantly connected married 30 days later that is really crazy and he didn't invite any of his family to the wedding well his family i think no he has like he has like an aunt that raised him like he wouldn't have invited his dad i think his dad was using and his mom had passed away but like his aunts and his cousins and any of them none of them were invited because his aunts in the documentary and none of his kids went his daughters were like and then i don't want to give too much of this away but his daughter or his son were basically like, I didn't want to go to this wedding and be like a show pony kind of thing.
Starting point is 00:31:48 Because it seemed, I think they were like, what's going on? You're marrying my dad in 30 days. But apparently he, I think he just wanted to be more famous. Well, Lamar mentioned in a documentary that Chloe's eyes reminded him of his mothers, which made him feel an immediate connection. Is that like some Freud stuff? Yeah. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:32:10 Yikes. You look just like my mom. want to be with you. If Padraig reminded me of my dad's eyes, I think I would have to be like, we'll be friends. I saw a clip of like, who's the guy from Entourage, Adrian Grenier, or what's his he's like the really beautiful guy from Entourage with the pretty eyes and the good hair. He was doing some podcast talking about how in his romantic relationships, he wanted to be like, he was very much a mama's boy and like, you know, wanted to be held. And he was like, you know, like, I I was just like still like on the boob or whatever.
Starting point is 00:32:45 And I was like thinking, what? And then now you're associate, you're talking about like, and he's like, and then when I'd be cuddling my wife, like I'd be like, you know, holding her and on her boob and be like, why aren't you holding me? Why aren't you comforting me? Why aren't you, you know? And I was like, this is weird. I mean, it's not.
Starting point is 00:33:01 I understand, but it just felt weird, but good for him. It seemed like he'd done a lot of internal work. And he wanted to be held like his mother held him. I don't know. He just didn't need to say like on the boo. Yeah. The way it was like on the, like, however he said it, I felt uncomfortable. But I appreciated overall what he was saying.
Starting point is 00:33:18 It was just the way he went about saying it gave me the ick. Yeah. So I was like, oh, and it just reminded me about like him seeing his mom's eyes. And Patrick was like, I want to be on your boob. Yeah, like I want to like be on your boob because I used to milk from my mom's poop. Like I don't know. Like that just I don't. That's just like not what I want to hear.
Starting point is 00:33:36 I need to find this clip because I need to know what he actually said. Oh, I can try to find it. Okay. Find it for you. But that's just something that... Interesting. I never watched Entrage. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:49 I watched it a little bit here and there. Why are you smiling? Because I know what you're smiling. You're like, oh, the other guy from Entrage, Jeremy, what? Piven. Don't act like you don't know his name. No, I couldn't think of his last name. I was going to, I couldn't, I do know.
Starting point is 00:34:04 But yeah. No, I haven't replied. Well, okay. Do, do, do. Not everybody has what you're talking about. He DMed me. Yeah. That's it.
Starting point is 00:34:12 And I let it go. And then I said, I don't know that he has the best track record. With women. Yeah. So per the internet. Yeah. Per, yeah. We don't have, we don't have insides sources.
Starting point is 00:34:22 Yeah, we don't know. We just. Wikipedia. Yeah. That's my source. Yeah. It's like, just some quick research disclosed that maybe I don't, I don't know. Well, that's interesting about Lamar and Chloe and meta.
Starting point is 00:34:37 And meta. And the world. And Theo. We got. Yeah. So you're not. You watched the untold. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Well, I watched the first half of it. The first half of it. And then you finished the book and then you're going to start Theo of Golden. If you give me the book today, I'll start it tomorrow. I will give you the book today. Okay. Speaking of reading things, I saw that there are signs of dyslexia and someone's speech. And I want to go through the list and you tell me if you think any of these apply to me.
Starting point is 00:35:06 As someone, I already know I have dyslexia, so it's fine. You're not going to like, we're not like diagnosing me here. But it's just sort of when I saw this list, I was like, huh, I know how I feel. But like, when you hear me say these things, do you recognize them in me? Okay. Why did you make a weird face? Well, I was going to say, but then I don't know if this is like ignorant. You read very well.
Starting point is 00:35:26 Thank you. Out loud. Yeah. Like that feels like that would be a struggle if you have dyslexed. Do you feel like you struggle with it? Because I feel like you read very well. I struggle with certain words. I think I'm okay.
Starting point is 00:35:36 I think I've done well with speaking and I've had to read a lot the last 20 years for work. So therefore I read well in that way. But if I come across a word that is a struggle for me, I will change it. You'll just use a different word. Okay, yeah. That's smart. I'll use a different word. I think it's one of those tools I had to just develop over.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Because Disney also came out with a movie about dyslexia, a little short film recently in the last couple of weeks. I forget what it's called. Maddie and maybe it's Maddie has dyslexia. We'll look it up. But in the movie, they address the misconception that, which I'm not saying this is what you're implying, but other people think of dyslexia as that just automatically words are jumbled and you can't read. Or it's difficult to read because if you see T-H-E-D, people think people with dyslexia are seeing H-E-T. And it's like, what's the word?
Starting point is 00:36:31 Where it is, in some cases, they do have letters that get jumbled. That's not my form of dyslexia. Well, that's why I said this might be ignorant to say. Like, I don't know what I'm talking about. So, interesting. I'll figure out the name. So I'm telling you if I think you have these things. Yeah, and this is from a dyslexia expert.

Starting point is 00:37:31 In the moment, it felt like it was going on forever. I didn't think I was going to live. I was terrified. There was no anything inside those eyes. They turned black. It scared the hell out of me. That was your first murder case? Yes, sir. Fear to say this was the biggest case of your career? Yes, sir. Rape a murder for a child. It's as bad as it gets.
Starting point is 00:37:57 I would think so. Evil, wake up. I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Crevette and DePippo. Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse, appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum. I said I'm not guilty. I'll take it to the grief. Starting point is 00:39:58 And for more, follow Timbo Slica Life 12 in the TikTok podcast network on TikTok. Here are some of the signs of dyslexia in someone's speech. They struggle to say long words. They misuse or mispronounce words often. Do you have a couple? Yeah. Yoke. Dwar.
Starting point is 00:40:22 Crown. I don't like when you say yoke. They mishear words, which leads to misusing words. I don't know. I know that one's hard for you to answer. They struggle to find the words they want to use. Yes, but I feel like that's common. Is that part of our ADHD too?
Starting point is 00:40:38 Yeah, maybe. They use um a lot. I don't think you do that. Really? But maybe it's because I'm used to you saying it. I don't know. I'd have to go back and look for it. You have things that you say, but I don't know if um is one of them.
Starting point is 00:40:53 Um and like. I was going to say, I like you use, but. They can speak articulately when speaking from the heart, but if they need to explain something specific, they can really struggle to articulate and make themselves clear. Yeah. That's why you love a script. I like a script in a moment if I'm having to deal with something very specific. That helps you keep it concise. Yes. And say what you want to say. And say what I need to say because I can go. You can over explain. Yeah. Or I have a difficult time even recalling what I'm supposed to say because I'm so. But if I get to just speak from the heart, but if it's something like I've been
Starting point is 00:41:27 given a script like from a therapist or something. And it's very important. And it's very important. that you say it exactly this way or you could enter into a pattern or doing a dance, as they call it, with someone in your life. So that's why I like a script. They can use a lot of language. There's not always a lot of substance to what they're saying. Do you feel like you do that? Sometimes. Well, you would call this a word salad. Maybe because I like the way you do it. I don't know. Oh, cool. Word salad to me is when somebody is trying to like avoid answering something or when somebody's trying to sound more eloquent but they're actually saying nothing. You know what I mean? Okay. You're just animated and interesting. Oh, thank you. The final thing is it can take them a long time to get
Starting point is 00:42:10 to the point. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. But again, I like the way you story tow. Yeah, I don't, I'm not going to change any of this about me. These are just some signs. And of course, if you have any of these, it doesn't mean that you have dyslexia. Yeah. There are other variables at play. You might have a different disorder. Yeah, maybe you have a different one. It just is, I never heard someone talk about how you may be able to pick up on it or get curious or about their, if they have a disorder based on how they talk. Talk, yeah. In their speech patterns. And now I am like, this is why I say yoke and drawer and crown wrong.
Starting point is 00:42:51 Every time. And poem. And poem is where it all started for me. And there's some words I avoid at all costs. I can't spell certain things for the life of me that I'm spelling. Like restaurant. Can you spell restaurant? I can spell restaurant because I guess I grew up in the rest.
Starting point is 00:43:05 I spelled guarantee. Guarantee is actually not that harsh for either, but what about license? Or diarrhea. Oh, I can't do diarrhea. Or nausea. Yeah. Naja. I like give up on those when I'm like trying to autocrect.
Starting point is 00:43:20 I'm like, whatever, you get what I'm saying. Yeah, and it can't, but it can't. Sometimes it doesn't get what I'm saying. It can't auto-crect it because it doesn't know what I'm saying. But I'm like, how can you, I, obviously trying to spell nausea here. Like just get it to me. Like I'm feeling if I say I'm feeling in, you should know I'm trying to say nauseous. So you should do it. Wait, try to spell diarrhea. D. I can't do it either. A. Dia. R. E. H. A. I was going to say H-H-H-A. I was going to say H-H-H.
Starting point is 00:43:54 It's two R's. Oh, it's two R's. Yeah. Okay. D-A. D-A. D-A. D-I. I-A-R-R-E-H-A? No, Shannon's shaking her head. Okay. H-E-A. We'll see. Why'd they make it that way? Why did they spell it that way?
Starting point is 00:44:07 I don't know. I wish I would recall this funny video I saw someone make the other day. I'm not going to do it justice in telling back the details of this, but just trust. It was so funny. It was like, let me use restaurant. Okay. Restorant. Like your brain is telling you.
Starting point is 00:44:22 And it's like your brain talking to you in this video and he's like, restaurant, he's dummy. And it's like giving you the ways to remember it. Like February, stupid Ed. February I can do restaurant. Yeah. Restaurant can be difficult. Maybe I think I can do guarantee. Do guarantee.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Okay. G, you. I don't have to tell us when I'm looking at Shannon. Okay. G-U-A-R-E-N-T-no. Oh, you were like, oh, guarantee is actually pretty easy for me. Apparently not. Well, I could see it in my head and it looked correct.
Starting point is 00:45:01 That's the problem. It looks correct, but it's not. There's something tricky about it. Okay, try again. I see it. I saw it too late. I didn't mean to. I saw it.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Oh, see, I put two T's, but it has two E's. Oh my gosh, diarrhea. I had nothing right. So like his, the video I saw, his brain would be like, Dara, darre. Idiot. idiot you know
Starting point is 00:45:27 like um nauseous it's we should say nauseous na na naeus na na naeus like he
Starting point is 00:45:38 his brain would be like nasio us stupid but oh license lec and say lick and say like
Starting point is 00:45:49 these are ways we need to start remembering it because we need to know how to spell license lick and say I can spell license I cannot ever. So I avoid it. Do you want to hear a new thing people are doing in the dating world?
Starting point is 00:46:03 Yeah. Why are you doing that? Because I'm single now. Are you telling me this? Yeah. And I want to make sure you're not being caught up in this. Because not good. No, Buen-N-O-S-I-W-S-I-W-S-I-W-E-A-S-M-E-A-S-E-E-A-S.
Starting point is 00:46:13 I actually just learned about this this morning. Have you heard the term seagulling? Spell Siegel. Just kidding. S-E-A-S-E-A-S. Spelling podcast. G-U-L-L. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:27 Okay. So this is a new thing that people are doing. It's when you have no real romantic interest in a person, but you still keep others from him or her. Well, wait, I don't really know how I feel about this. This sounds... It's not good. Very problematic.
Starting point is 00:46:42 Yeah, it's not good. It's bad. You don't want to get caught in this. Yes, this is bad. You may like having control over the person or be getting something that you don't want others to have. So when I first heard this, I thought something different. I thought it was like when, you know, in middle school, when you're like, I like Brian.
Starting point is 00:47:00 And then none of your friends could like Brian. Yeah. Tell me you did that too. Yeah, of course. It's like you're not allowed to like him because I like him. That's what I thought it was. But then Brian obviously doesn't like me, but nobody's a lot of date them. I thought that's what it was.
Starting point is 00:47:13 But it's no, it's when you, you're, I do not like Amy, but I do things that make sure nobody else can get to Amy. So subconsciously do you like this person? Because why would you be locking? Well, why do people Siegel? This is what they say. This is from an article on psychology today. So the reason why do people Seagull? They do this because they're not ready to let go of you for whatever reason, despite the lack of romantic interest in you. Maybe the Seagull, which is, I don't know if you're the Seagull or I'm the Seagull. Well, we're not romantically involved. What are you talking about? Maybe the seagull can still get something from you. such as companionship, status, or financially, that he or she doesn't want to lose. It can be about possessiveness and control as well.
Starting point is 00:48:00 The Seagull may like the idea of keeping you on the hook, keeping you from anyone else. It can be an ego boost to have that type of sway over you that whenever the Seagull calls, you'll be available. This can essentially be food for someone who likes to manipulate. So this is more so like I know that I don't want to be with you. It's probably why a lot of people end up in situationships. I know I don't want to be with you, but I get some. something out of you. So I want to make sure that you don't leave me and go to be with somebody else.
Starting point is 00:48:27 Does that make sense? Do you think that that one person that we talk about sometimes, did he seagull me? Because it's like he wasn't interested in until he was. And it was when he lost kind of getting, I don't want people to take this the wrong way. It wasn't like things for me other than it could even be like a meal. You know? Oh my gosh. Like I'm not saying things for me in other areas, but like just the comforts of a home. He was. He was. was in a car groceries right right right right a hundred percent he was seagulling you and he was manipulating because i don't want to speak too much on this if i'm going to say this we can cut it out if you want me to just if you say too much i'll start screaming okay try it you were not able to
Starting point is 00:49:15 be interested in anybody else while he was in your vicinity what was also interesting is like i didn't know what would be going on with us. So then I got on hinge. And then things would kind of uptick in communication, sharing of photos, like appropriate photos. Like I'm not. Just naked photos. No, no, do, do, no, no, no, no, not even that. Just more like, yeah, like every type of communication, sharing more of life day to day, you know, I'd be like, wait, what? And then it was confusing. Yeah. But yeah, we didn't have a term. for it, but now I guess we do, and it was seagulling. And do you remember there? It was just kind of more early on when we were talking. You'll remember this. I was like, you just need to know what the deal is.
Starting point is 00:50:03 So then like you can act appropriately. If he's trying to date you, you need to know if he's trying to date you. If he's not trying to date you, then you need to know that. So then you can like be friends with him if you're if you're okay with being friends with him. Remember you asked him like what the deal is. I don't know how you said it. But he sent you back this voice memo and you sent to me. And I was like, this says nothing. That was word salad. It said nothing. And it was so long. And I was like, there's so many words. And like he, it was like he was talking in the clouds. But then it gave you enough where you were like, well, he might be trying to date me. But like he wasn't. Until I set a boundary. And then suddenly he was like in love. Then he wanted to marry you. Right. Forever.
Starting point is 00:50:42 Crazy. So I didn't know this. But they call it seagulling because it says it's similar to the tendency of seagulls to grab food whether or not they're hungry simply because they don't want others to get the food. Seagulls are not friendly. Who knew? So watch you back. Pride Months Toronto. Pride is an opportunity for you to create your own space, to celebrate your existence.

Starting point is 00:54:24 You knew that. Did you know that joke or did you just guess it? Put us together. You're smart. No dyslexia there. Just kidding. People with dyslexia are smart. I don't want to imply that you're plenty of people with dyslexia are brilliant.
Starting point is 00:54:39 There's just a lot of who the governor of California was talking about, he was dyslexic and there was whole thing of like people saying he like our president was saying well that doesn't surprise yeah so we went off what has he not said yeah you know that's good times good times the more you know wait did we look up the name i want to know the name of the disney movie that was about dyslexia so maybe we can figure that out if people want to watch it okay we've got mattie in the test is the name of that disney movie that i was talking about earlier we looked it up so it's a short film. Apparently it can be very helpful.
Starting point is 00:55:14 I have not watched it yet. I only have heard about it, but I'm going to watch it. But it might be good for your kids too. Where can you watch it? It's Disney, so I imagine Disney Plus. That makes sense.
Starting point is 00:55:25 It's a short film on Disney. For some reason, when I hear short film, I think that you can't watch them anywhere. I feel like you have to go to a film festival to watch them. Maybe it's YouTube. Well, this is something I've made up in my head.
Starting point is 00:55:37 I don't know. I think you probably can watch it on Disney Plus. But when you hear like at the film festival, the best short film, I'm like, where are people watching this? So it's a 26 Disney Plus animated short film that depicts the experience of a 10-year-old girl named Maddie with dyslexia. The film illustrates the anxiety and challenges she faces during a math test, such as letters shifting and merging while highlighting her inner strength to overcome these challenges. So this particular character, it does do that. Actually, now that I'm reading this description, the guy I saw talking about this online, he loved this film
Starting point is 00:56:15 and thought it was so great and was encouraging others to check it out. He, I think, now if I'm recalling correctly, one of his frustrations was he wished they would have made it more clear that it's not just about letters shifting and moving around. I think when I explained the movie earlier when we were talking about it, I think they did touch on that. But that was his one little teeny tiny gripe with it as someone that is dyslexic himself. Otherwise, he thought it was done. Really well done. Well, I think your homework, my homework is read the of Golden. Your homework is to watch this. Maddie and the test. Yeah, and see if you, if that would have helped. Well, you didn't know you had dyslexia as a kid. No. And when I found out a couple of years ago, right when she told me,
Starting point is 00:56:58 I just started crying. But I was like, I couldn't even help it. You know, when she was administering the test to me, I already was like, okay, hmm, some parts I was doing. Some parts I was doing, I did really well, so I thought, oh, well, maybe, you know, not. And then when she told me, it's like the floodgate was open. And it was just this relief because suddenly it all made sense. All of my various struggles, I now had a answer to or a reason as to why certain things were difficult. And yay, I figured it out.
Starting point is 00:57:32 What would have been different if you would have known that as a kid was maybe you would have more resources? would have been different. You would have had like... I'm telling you, I think I don't... I am not exaggerating at all when I think sometimes teachers just passed me. I don't know. I wish I could go back and talk to some of my teachers like in a little time machine and be like,
Starting point is 00:57:53 did I really... Did I really make that grade? Yeah. Or were you just like, hmm, she's bright enough. Okay. Yeah. I obviously was... But you got into college.
Starting point is 00:58:02 Yeah. So that's interesting. You say that because I didn't. I only applied to one college and I actually didn't get in. Well, you went there. So what happened? I went there. Okay. So out of high school, I just applied to Texas A&M. I didn't get in. So I had to go to the junior college in college station, which is Blin. So I moved to college station. And then I was so mortified that I didn't get in. That whatever that does to my brain, especially in ADHD, being under pressure and feeling and shame and wanting to prove to people. Like it was almost like I had a deadline. I had one year at this junior college to get into A&M. Because I was, wasn't going to spend two years there. Oh, I mean, and I know some people do that. That's fine. But for me, I was like, I couldn't believe it, which looking back, I shouldn't have been that shocked. I did not really prepare for college at all. And I just applied to one place because that's
Starting point is 00:58:53 where my sister went. So I was like, well, that's where I'm going to go. And you had no doubt that you would get in. I just kind of thought, I just didn't really think about it. Nobody really talked, but I didn't do college visits. My parents didn't really talk to me about college. Again, that's just where my sister went. So that's what I did. And even my sister. had to figure that out herself. So if you could go back in time, are there colleges you wish you would have applied to or went and visited now, like, looking back? I mean, it would have been cool, but I loved going to NAM.
Starting point is 00:59:20 So I wouldn't have changed anything. But when I see moms taking their kids on college visits, like, I'm like, oh. Well, I asked that because I wish I would have put more effort into like looking around. Yeah. The school I went to, I went to because my sister was there. And I was literally the same thing. and I was supposed to go to Alabama, but I got scared because I heard, this is how anxious I was, although I think this is kind of legit reason not to go somewhere.
Starting point is 00:59:46 I heard that in the sororities at Alabama, they're like hazing is that they sat you on dryers and had them shake and had guys come circle all your fat. That was shaking. What? That was a big rumor. I don't know if they really do that, but I was like, I had also, I had a lot of body image issues back then. And I was like, that's my worst nightmare. And I didn't really like drink or party anything or anything in high school.
Starting point is 01:00:11 And so going to a school like that, I was like, are people even going to like me? Okay. So, but as someone who rushed in college, which I think you did too. I did too. But they didn't have hazing. Well, there, also, I was at Texas A&M where I think there was rumors of hazing, but I had, in the fraternities, sure, they had certain things. But the sororities, there was zero hazing like that.
Starting point is 01:00:30 And I would put like A&M and Alabama in the same category of types of schools. Well, if you went to Alabama and you were in a sorority and they made you sit on a dryer and circle your fat, let me know because that's the sole reason I didn't go to that school and it changed the trajectory of my life. However, I will say it worked out for the best. I have a feeling if I went to Alabama, I don't know if I would have lasted or like I could have gone crazy. Yeah, if that happened to you, which sorority was it? We want to know. Certainly it was not. We're going to report them. It wasn't. I was capa, tapagama. What were you? A fime you. Fime you. Fime you. K KKKha Kappa Kappa Kama. But also I went to, I was in the same sorority as my sister too. So that's one thing that I wish that like I had, which my sister was two years older. So I had time by myself. But I do wish that I, and that's why I wanted to go to Alabama as nobody in my family went there. I wish I had my own complete old thing. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 01:01:22 Or nobody knew me. I did end up going to it. My sister was like high omega and that was my one thing where I thought, I don't want to go somewhere just because I'm a legacy because I felt like they were picking me. I wanted to see if some place would pick me just for me. And so I ended up going capo, which my sister was very sad about. Well, I think that was why I did find me as that my sister would have been, I don't know if we would have made it through. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:46 Well, and she was still there. My sister had already left, so it would, we're four years apart. Oh, I didn't know that. Okay. Well, back to my freshman year, I really dialed in and I got a 4.0 and then got into A&M. I don't even know. That was crazy to me. Was that your first 4.0?
Starting point is 01:02:01 Oh. Yeah. Or it's like a three, let me back up. Let me back up. You can round up. No. I definitely just had a little revisionist history there. I got a 3.9, which is basically a point.
Starting point is 01:02:13 But I mean that, yes, at 3.9, that's the highest. Yes. In high school I had a 2. Something. What is that face? I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make that face. You made it right after I said 2.
Starting point is 01:02:24 something like, because I didn't know that. Oh, yeah, yeah. No, I was not a good student. But also being a good student doesn't mean you're not in I think that's why that's my shock. I'm like, you're pretty intelligent. But to your point, if I had had the tools and the resources, I wasn't a good student because school was hard. Yeah. I was very social. I could get by enough, but I didn't read. I hated to read. I think eventually I figured out, but I didn't start reading until I was an adult.
Starting point is 01:02:51 Like, I read books now and this is my year. You have to qualify what you're saying. You mean like you didn't start reading books for fun until you're an adult. Correct. But I also didn't I also didn't read any of the required reading that I thought you meant like you didn't learn how to read are you kidding I just bought the cliff's notes for everything yeah yeah of course I feel like that's pretty normal oh okay well and I barely read those so you read them like right before the test so math was difficult because also with dyslexia there's and I don't know how to say this because of my dyslexia I can never say it correctly but it's like discalculia that's the math version of it and I have that too so nothing. is hard. Yeah. I feel like some teachers are like, she's got potential. So let's just send her on to the next grade. She's trying her best, but would you even say you're trying, or do you just kind of give up sometimes? I don't know. I don't know. I have little memory of memorizing things and having tips and tricks and tools on how to remember things. Because I think I was just surviving in the moment. Because by the time I got to high school and people knew all their adverbs and
Starting point is 01:03:58 nouns. I was like, what the? Don't you learn that? You were like? Yes, but I remember my freshman year of high school. Like, there was like a pop quiz the first day from our English teacher, Mr. Warren. He was very hardcore. He used to work for NASA. And I was very intimidated by him. And I think he was frustrated by me. But we had this pop quiz. And I remember looking around and all these people, they knew exactly what they were doing. And I was like, what the? Like, I don't know what he is talking about. And it was basic stuff. And I failed the quiz. But that's just like it didn't retain like whatever I had learned maybe in seventh, eighth grade, it didn't retain and come over
Starting point is 01:04:38 with me to ninth grade. And I was like, first day of school. Like I needed, I could survive. Who gets a pop quiz on the first day of school? What's up with that? He did. Come on. NASA. He didn't mess around. I think he was a disgruntled astronaut who didn't get to go to space when it to you wanted to maybe. I'm not sure. I'm sure he was a lovely person. I just was very, very intimidated by him. Like he, I remember he called my mom to talk to her. But then I think I've told you before, my parents didn't really have the bandwidth to worry about my school. They just didn't. My dad wasn't that involved. And then my mom was so busy trying to figure out her stuff after my dad left, like trying to build her career. And she was so busy. Like they never asked for my report card or anything. So I didn't have accountability at home. I had good parents. They were involved, but there wasn't accountability. Do you think you would have, if you, this is a hard question to ask, but if you would have had the resources and you felt more confident in school, is there a career you feel like you would have gone into?
Starting point is 01:05:38 Sky's the limit. There wasn't like something that you wanted to do and you're like, I could never do that. Like maybe you wanted to be a doctor, but you're like, I'll never be able to do that. I mean, I thought about being a veterinarian for quite some time because my uncle was and obviously A&M, that's, and then at some point you figure out that's off the table. some point you're like, probably not going to happen. I don't know exactly when that revelation was, but I realized like, probably not in the cards for me. But I was like, if my uncle Frank can do it, I can do it. I can do it. But anyways, that's, that's my journey. Yeah, I'm fine with it
Starting point is 01:06:14 because it gave me, who knows what other qualities that gave me as part of my personality, how I show up, who I am. Like, I don't know. The resilience factor. Yeah. I, don't know. I don't know. At this point, we're not going to change it. I'm just going to drink Diet Coke's and who cares. None of this matters anyways. We're all going to die.
Starting point is 01:06:35 Just kidding. Full circle. Don't think that way. Don't think that way. You told us to think that way. No, it's being satirical. Satirical, yes. Is that right?
