Everybody's here.
Morning.
All right, cool.
Let's talk to Kelly in North Carolina,
the phone. Hey, Kelly, good morning. Hey, good morning. What's happening? I just wanted to tell you,
thank you so much for doing a show in D.C. this fall. We have been trying to get to Nashville.
We live in North Carolina, and it's just been difficult to get there. But I was able to snatch tickets
to your D.C. show in the pre-sale, and my kiddos and I are just super excited to finally get to see you.
It's awesome. Thanks. I really appreciate you guys coming. I cannot wait to get there either.
that DC show will be September 16th
the Saturday. Tickets go on sale today
for my shows. Wichita, Tampa, Nashville,
Vegas, Virginia Beach, D.C., Louisville.
Get tickets at 10 a.m. local time if you want
to get them. But yeah, super excited.
Thank you. And can't wait to see you.
Everybody ready to go around the room? Yeah.
All right. And mine's kind of
not about that, but sort of about that.
But we'll go to Eddie first. He's the dad of four boys
and keep him on his toes and he always
wears a hat wherever he goes. Here he is.
Producer Eddie, everybody.
Guys, you all need this in your life.
I got it for Father.
Day. It was a gift my family got me.
And they're called Earpods.
Do you guys have these things?
Like Airpods? Yeah. Yeah. They're earpods.
Like Apple AirPods?
Yeah. Check it out. Look. It even comes with a case.
Dude, I've seen people with these. And I'm like, okay, like at the gym.
Like Apple AirPods? Yeah.
What? What year is this?
What are you talking about? Is this an old show that's playing back?
What are like five years ago? When you buy a phone, they give you what you're wearing, Amy.
Like that's what I'm cool. Those are old school. No, no, no. Oh.
these are new
Scooby on listening to a rerun of show five years
like how long have part of the show to hear at that point
yeah how long have these been out
four years no
now I see my boss
Rod walk around with these
and he looks awesome dude I put these things on
and no one knows I'm talking or I'm listening
when AirPods came out
because I've had last maybe two years
I've seen our boss maybe two years
walking around with these when
16 seven years dude
yeah wow they're awesome
especially the new kind of have the silencing for airplanes.
Yeah.
What do you do?
You tap on it and I don't think yours have that.
What do you mean?
You'll get to those.
What do you mean?
Mine aren't the top of the line?
No.
Standard.
Standard.
No, not even standard.
Old.
These are old?
Oh, yeah.
The stick is long.
Yeah, dude.
Do they have a short one?
Your stick like hangs on your armpit.
You tell them my family about the cheap ones?
It doesn't matter.
They're still good.
I want to take that away from you.
I'm just saying.
Does he look like a grandpa with the case attached to his key?
Oh, yeah, definitely.
No, that's the best form.
You need to get a holder for your phone for your belt, too.
You look like such a fork.
You're making fun of me.
I've seen people wear those.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's old.
That's old.
I like it.
It's cool because you're right.
These are legit.
They're awesome, yeah.
They're so cool.
Like, when I'm on the treadmill,
I don't have to worry about my cord getting tangled in the water bottle.
It's amazing.
When you use your rotary phone at home, do you ever have to start over when it doesn't go?
I don't have one of those.
You don't?
Do all you guys have one of these?
AirPods.
I sure is heck dang got those things.
You do?
My, uh.
Oh, do you?
Yeah.
Yeah, I have a few pair.
Yeah.
For different reasons, yeah.
Like what?
What reason?
The bigger ones, they suction your ears a little better.
My wife and I share a few pair.
There's the kind of, I fly with a different kind of pair.
I've never seen you have these.
What?
I wear them to sleep sometimes.
I figured just me and our boss were the only ones that have me.
That's what I thought.
My daughter, she was starting to sell her old pair that looks like that.
Oh, old pair.
The wireless headphones were first introduced way back in the day.
Hey, when I'm listening to music, I just tap it, and it goes the next line.
song.
That's pretty cool.
Is that cool?
It seems like the wire ones came out in 2016.
But when did the wireless ones come out, Mike?
That's wire.
Oh, that is wireless?
Oh, dang.
So why don't these come with a phone?
Because they're not for a fun.
These are for your phone?
They're expensive, but you can use them for a bunch of stuff.
Yeah, they're separate purchase.
It's Bluetooth anything.
You can listen to them with any speaker, Bluetooth?
Can I use these for the show?
I can't do this.
I can't do this and go backward.
What do you mean?
I feel like I'm excited to you.
Oh, could you use those for the?
Instead of these big headphones there?
We're not Bluetooth's in here.
Oh.
Oh.
I'll look into that.
You get cable like Amy's.
No, see, that's old school, man.
I'm not doing that.
No, not.
Okay.
But that's also new school again, because people are now using the cable again.
It's come all the way back around.
Stop it.
I just threw mine away.
Good.
So I never left style.
Boom.
Because I have those like Amy and that's what I use.
I'm making fun of anybody, but it's just, I'm making it.
Yes, I am, Eddie.
Just because you didn't know they existed.
Well, I've only seen a couple people have them.
You and our boss.
That's right.
Okay. The next guy says it's going to be in his first commercial on TV.
Turns out it's only Instagram and he's doing it for free.
Here is lunchbox.
I really need an update from Amy because like two weeks ago she came on here talking about how she had some dead bushes and she found this green spray that sprays the bushes and all the bushes.
And all the bushes look like they're, you know, alive and well.
Well, we've had rain. We've had all different types of weather.
And I was like, huh, if it works through the rain, I'm buying some.
So Amy, are your bushes?
The bushes still green.
Yeah, they look pretty good.
And I bought more cans.
They got back in stock because they were sold out for a little bit.
And you can do touchups if you need to.
It's great.
My neighbors, I feel like I want to go over and spray some for them.
They got some dead bushes.
And I'm like, gosh, maybe I should leave a can for them.
What if it kills the bushes?
And Amy doesn't know.
She's spraying everybody.
That's what I wonder, because I do have a couple, like, half the bush is dead and the other half is green.
I'm like, oh, I just want to spray it.
But is it going to kill a other?
Yes.
I'll send you a link.
Or you just send me a can.
You can pay for your own can.
I'm just saying if you just ordered some more.
Moving on.
She won an employee of the month for May and she never runs out of things to say.
Here she is.
Amy.
I got parent shamed.
My son asked someone's age.
And the woman looked at me as a mom and said,
don't you know you're just to teach your children to not ask?
Well, don't you know?
age.
Any such as don't you know, I don't care what it's about.
Maybe I don't know, but don't say don't you know.
Right.
So, anyhow, I thought, yeah, I've tried to tell them we go overall, don't, don't ask
A, don't ask how much money they make, don't ask how much their house is.
Like, I try to tell my kids, but sometimes they get curious.
Yeah, and your son's very curious.
Very.
By everything right now.
But how do you ask it?
Oh.
Hey, Braun.
Tuts?
Hey.
No, no.
Just, hey, oh, how old are you?
You know?
And then numbers with him are...
That sounds so bad.
It's risky with him in numbers, though, because I don't know that he has the swing of it yet.
Because, you know, 50 to him.
Like, he'll tell me, Mom, you look really good.
You look 50.
I had a niece of mine who's three, say, she thought I was 60.
Right.
I thought you were?
Oh, man.
Yeah, so I have a whole plastic surgery thing happening next week.
Because of a three-year-old.
You have a complex now.
Ray, go ahead, buddy.
From Mountain Pine, Arkansas.
He's an inspiring, giving funny guy.
So let me ask you, where's the lie?
Bobby Bones. Boom, thank you very much.
Hey, I do want to mention it because we talked about the BB
Rex the phone situation where the guy took chunks of the phone
hits her in the face, right?
Busted her eye and he was like, I thought it was funny.
I threw a phone at her.
Not funny.
So now there's a singer named Ava Max.
Do you have a song of Ava Max, right?
She's sweet for the psycho, a little bit psycho.
Right, so she's doing a show.
Somebody reached up and slapped her in the face.
What?
Now, remember Zach Bryan with a person who like grabbed his gift?
It's getting out of hand.
Yeah.
where people feel like, well, I paid for a ticket, I can do this.
I like to say this.
My ticket's going on sale today.
Do not slap me or throw stuff at me.
I just want to say, I don't want that.
I've had incidents.
People screaming they're going to shoot.
I would rather you not come to the show than try to assault me.
Don't even grab.
People even like to grab the artists.
I know.
I'm happy to do it.
We're doing meet and greets and VIPs and whatever.
Radio winners.
But you just can't.
me or anybody else. Don't throw stuff. Don't hit.
You don't have a right to physically do anything.
Except your ears. Listen to music.
Yeah. Enjoy yourself.
Yes. But the fact that somebody slapped her.
That's crazy. Remember the meet and greet the girl who got killed?
Oh, yeah, yeah. That's a lot back.
Yeah. Wait, what? I don't remember.
Yeah, we talked about it. Somebody went and killed her to meet and greet.
I forgot her name. And it's in Florida. She was like an idol before I was on there.
And then she was an artist. Yeah.
It's crazy times
So
Yeah
Christina Grimmy was her name
That's it
So I would just like to say
I know that I pivoted to this
Because I was gonna talk about AI
But the caller earlier was like
I'm coming to your show
I'm looking forward to everybody
Coming to the show
We're gonna have a good time
And I'm gonna do comedy and motivation
But no hitting me
Or throwing stuff at me
I'd rather than come
So that's that
Tickets go on sale today
10 o'clock
If you want to come
From you to us
It's the mailbag
Let's go
You send an email and we read it on the air.
Oh, Bobby's mailbag.
Yeah.
Hello, Bobby Bones.
I caught my son playing his Xbox at 2 in the morning on a school night.
As a result, I donated his console to Goodwill, and now he won't talk to.
Wow.
Wow, that was harsh.
That's a little extreme.
Wow.
I need to read more of this first, but holy moly.
Maybe it's not the first time.
Yeah.
Maybe it's not.
He was grounded for playing video game.
Okay.
Because his grades have been so bad, I've given three strikes, and this was his final one.
Did I overreact in the situation?
How can I tell him it's his fault?
Signed, Mom, who went too far?
Okay, the backside of that paragraph makes me feel a little better about it.
Maybe I got led with that.
Like, he was having trouble.
I told him, don't do this and he did it anyway.
I have no problem with this in, well, I'm not a parent,
but I'm going to tell you that somebody who's not a parent.
I have a problem with this because you told him.
And this isn't just a kid rule.
If we establish a guideline here in the studio and you don't meet that guideline or expectation,
we say, hey, we need you to.
meet that expectation. And then if you don't again, then there's usually some sort of punishment
or there's some sort of reprimate, whatever the case is. And if you say something to anyone,
and then you don't live up to that that you've said, they're never going to believe anything
you say because they'll just go, well, they don't really mean it. An example that I would give
is being late here on this show. When's the last time anybody's been late on the show? Ever.
I can't remember. Years. It's been a while. It's been a while. Because
I feel that if you're late, unless there is a life event that's gotten in the way, a wreck, a kid's sick, that stuff is allowed to happen.
But if you're just late, well, you didn't respect everybody else's time who got here on time.
And then they could be resentful that Amy gets to come in late.
This always makes you think at the time my alarm was going off and I just left my house because I didn't want to be late.
Your home alarm.
Not your alarm phone.
Right.
Yeah, yeah.
Police.
Yes.
Okay.
So.
Well, I'll finish real quick and then we'll get over to you.
And because of that, the culture here is it's not just based on your world.
It's based on everybody else's.
We all put in a lot of effort.
We respect each other.
We get here on time.
And I say it.
And if I let people get away with it, why would you ever be on time?
So I say it and then I enforce it.
And it sucks to enforce sometimes because I think I've sent every, maybe not Morgan,
but I think I've sent everybody else home.
Oh, so stupid.
One minute late.
You got to go home.
remind me of college when they locked the door you know the professor would lock the door and you're like I was one minute late you guys are so great now because you're so respectful of each other yeah and I love it and it's it's really one of my greatest accomplishments on my tombstone please write he made everybody be on time so that being said if I didn't live by it you wouldn't live by it same thing and your child or you and a subordinate and you and if you say something once twice and you don't actually hold up to the part of the bargain that you offered then
they're never going to trust you.
I'm totally okay with you.
Now maybe I would have said
I've donated to Goodwill
and just hit it in the closet
for a few months
and act like I bought him
another one later
if he earned it back.
That's just to save some money.
But I definitely think
you did the right thing.
If you say it,
you got to do it.
Maybe you can afford another one
and not that big a deal.
But for me,
I'd probably put in the closet
and like I've donated it.
Now you can work back
and buy another one
and then when he finally worked back,
I'm going to buy you another one
and bring the old one back.
But hey, that showbiz, baby.
It's a goodwill.
Some kids got it now.
Amy, what are we going to say?
Oh, I mean, just our commitment to being here on time.
Like, that's, like, I got a flat tire once.
And I called Eddie and I'm like, are you on, are you on Highway 65?
Because I'm on the side of the road.
Pick me up.
Can't be late.
We did it.
And I was on time.
But you also know that's okay.
But I just abandoned my car.
Oh, man.
Me and Lunchbox were to have been abandoned the car.
Oh, man.
We were going to some event where we were meeting listeners.
I wasn't at the event.
No, you were there.
Oh, we were all supposed to be there.
And I mean, for some reason, the traffic on the bridge was just, I mean, stopped.
And we sat there for 20 minutes.
And we had eight minutes to get there.
And I looked at Eddie.
I said, dude, we just got to leave the Ultima.
We were in the middle lane, too.
Like, we're in the middle lane.
And there was three lanes.
And we're like, dude, we're just going to ditch the ultimate.
We were about four blocks away.
So we ditched the car.
We got to be telling me a dictator and I like it.
And he goes, dude, I don't think it's worth you ditching the car.
I think Bobby will understand.
I was like.
I would have, well, traffic, unless there's a bad wreck and you can prove it.
I don't understand because there's always traffic for everybody.
Oh, it was bad.
If a flat tire happens, I get it.
Sometimes Amy's kids sick.
Somebody, oh, that's fine.
But if it's just you...
The only problem is it was summer and we were dressed up and we were going to be sweating if we ran those four blocks.
Because we would have had to run.
Yeah, we'd had to run.
We'd only had eight minutes.
But it's also rolling over into people's personal lives.
Eddie and his wife had a situation recently.
That's right.
And I turned into Bobby and it scared me, dude.
She was like, I have a hair appointment.
And she left.
And then she comes back like 20 minutes later.
I'm like, what happened?
She's like, you would never believe this.
I got there.
I was five minutes late.
to this dumb hair appointment and they said, sorry, we're going to have to reschedule.
I was like, she said, I'm only five minutes late.
And I said, wow, wow, wow, well, whose fault is that?
And she's like, what do you mean?
I think she wanted me to be on her side.
And I said, well, you shouldn't have been late because now you're not respecting their time.
And if they accept your reservation, five minutes late, you're going to push back there
a whole day.
I'm not getting into the culture of them being late on me because it happens to me and I get so
mad.
I get there on time and they're like, well, it'll be 30 minutes.
No, no, no, no.
Or reservation.
I worry about that right now.
But Eddie, I like that.
Hey, and then in the middle of I'm like, whoa, what am I doing?
I'm turning to Bobby.
Stop it.
Gosh.
It's just respect.
It's all respect.
Yeah, I know.
And am I, I, I don't want to jinx myself, but am I ever late?
No, not really.
Let me check.
And it might be, what was that year?
In 1997, you were late one time.
Yeah.
Or I might, car wreck.
All that's good.
All that counts.
It's something.
But I will never expect anything from you guys that I don't do myself.
Ever.
In the history of the world.
Yeah.
You're starting to make me do that with my wife, too.
It's crazy, dude.
Like, I mean, her maiden name is Mason.
I'm always like, I guess we're on Mason time.
That's how she used to be?
Yeah, well, because she's always, I guess I'm like, you're always late.
Like, so we're just on Mason.
And when we show up places and people are like, oh, you guys, I was like, yeah, we're on Mason time.
She goes, stop saying that.
That's not funny.
Do you ever say that around her family?
No.
You did it good, mom.
You have a chance to Arna back, though.
Yeah.
But you did good.
We got your email and we read it on the air.
Now it's about the clothes.
Bobby's mail pack.
It's about to be fun fact Friday time where I bring
Amy brings lunchbox brings Eddie brings Morgan brings the most fun fact of the week.
For example, there is no word in the English language that rhymes with month.
I just said there's no word.
I mean, you can try.
Months.
Bunth.
Buntz.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Funtz.
Yeah.
The next one.
The theme music for the TV show Alf was composed by a guy named Alf Clausen, no relation.
Oh, wow.
Here you go.
And here is the Alf theme song.
The guy's name is Al, which is crazy.
I mean, he had to get that job.
You think they were looking at it?
It was a tie, and they were like, all right, let's just go to Al.
Yeah, for sure.
That's, everybody ready?
Yeah.
Let's go with Fun Fact Friday.
Fun Fact Friday.
Around the room, lunchbox.
A blue whale releases 52.8 gallons of poo and a single bowel movement.
Wow.
That's a lot.
Wow, 52.8 gallons?
Yeah.
And a single bowel movement.
Let me think about a gallon, a gallon of milk.
50 of those.
That's like an oil spill, boys
In one sitting
I wonder if he needs a book
Like I wonder
How long it takes?
It takes a while
Orvis just one push
Like, oh
Wait, did you just not get
Yeah
Yeah
Okay Morgan, what do you have?
All right, so if you ever go to Arizona
And you see all the cactuses
And they're really cool
You want to take one home with you
Yeah
Well, don't
Because if you got one down
You're going to jail for up to 25 years
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa
That's like conscious in like Florida
Don't take those, they'll arrest you
Really?
I took like four of them
So why does it say?
I think it's because they're protected.
Like they're a protected plant in their state.
And if you cut one down, then multiple people start cutting them down.
And they're all gone.
Yep.
Well, I don't know anybody's done that.
But if any, there's a reward for a conch.
I was an idiot trying to wash them out at Walgreens.
And like, the guy was like, whoa, whoa, wait, buddy.
Did you just take those from the ocean?
Like, yeah.
They're cool, aren't they?
He's like, that's illegal.
So a conch, someone out from the beach.
It's like a big shell.
Right, but was there something that lived in it?
Yeah, yeah.
There was one.
Right.
Like one.
But there's not in what you have.
Well, there was.
But I didn't kill it.
You ate it?
No, just got rid of it.
Oh.
I literally, I thought it was cool.
Like, I stepped on it and I'm like, that's amazing.
This is a big queen conch or whatever.
And I had a living thing in it.
And I was like, well, we'll just get rid of that.
But is every living thing to say, is that the conch part?
Or does people take over the conch shells like some sea animals do?
Yeah, it's like that.
It's like a snail.
Got it.
Don't do that.
All hell,
Queen Conch apparently.
Not a fun fact.
Yes, Morgan.
I got more information on why.
It's because cactuses take up to 150 to 200 years to grow back.
So since they don't grow back quickly,
that's why people can get a lot of trouble for taking them down.
And in any of his case,
conscience only have one life just like humans and he kills them.
So dope.
Eddie what's yours?
Okay, the deck of cards.
The King of Hearts is the only card that doesn't have a mustache.
That king is mustacheless.
And it's not because they're like,
like, oh, let's make them different, King of Hearts or whatever.
No, it's because when they were replicating the cards,
they forgot to put the mustache on that guy.
I don't understand. The Jack has a mustache.
Yeah, but I'm talking about the Kings.
All the Kings have mustache except the King of Hearts.
Oh, God, it, guys. The other Kings, dude, just not hearts.
Oh, really?
Yeah. So next time you're playing cards, take a look at that.
That is a fun fact.
Pretty cool.
The Conch thing I don't like.
I know. I'm just, no, I was just telling our listeners, like, you see a conch,
don't take it home.
Fun fact, isn't it conch? Like, is that an aphrodisiac?
Amy, the other you're single?
I don't know.
Isn't it though?
Tell us.
Yeah.
What do you've been up to?
Hey, well, I should have eaten it.
You've been conscious?
You paid a high dollar to Eddie for his conscious.
That's not.
Eddie to Amy Hey, if you can bring back any conscience,
100 bucks a pop.
Zero percent.
Am I wrong though?
Don't know.
I don't know, Jenna Jameson.
You're up.
That is not the case.
So Nutmeg is a hallucinogen.
It contains a natural compound that has a mind-altering effects if it's ingested and
a large dose.
Guys, let's do it.
But on the wheel.
That sounds like we should not do that unless the per tic-tok.
Hey, let's do it Saturday night.
I'll bring the web.
We have it over the nutbag party, guys.
Mine is, when you get a kidney transplant,
did you know this that when it happens,
for the most part, almost all the time,
your kidneys are not removed.
They just stay in your body and they put another one in.
Hmm?
I don't understand.
When you get a kidney transplant,
in most cases, your old kidneys aren't removed.
Oh, so the person getting the new kidney,
I get what you're saying.
I thought it was like, wait,
Wait, if I'm giving a kidney to someone, you don't take it out.
I didn't understand.
But now I get it.
If I'm getting a kidney from Amy, my old kidney stays in.
They just...
That's crazy.
Why?
So then you have three kidneys?
No, you only have one.
You have one or two?
I think you have two.
You have two kidneys.
Oh.
And then if you give away one kidney, you'd have no kidneys.
Amy's still thinking about conscientious effects.
Sorry, fun fact.
Why do they do that, though?
Because that seems like a waste of space.
I'm not a doctor in kidneys.
I'm a doctor on letters.
Fun fact.
Yes.
So I am a doctor, yes, but not in kidneys.
And then you would think they would have to remove it to have a way to attach it.
You would think, but I'd also think that they know what they're doing.
Yeah, you would think.
Do you think they were just like, ah, in the beginning we were like, we couldn't figure out how to remove it?
Leave it in there.
And then what do you do?
Is it like, do you poke a hole in the side, then hook it up?
Because it's already connected.
Right.
Right.
To it.
Wow.
Maybe a doctor could.
Yeah, if there's any kidney specialists out there, we love to know.
All right, thank you.
That's Fun Fact Friday.
A win is a win.

My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day.
And I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.
It's time for the good news.
With Amy.
Tell me something good.
This is a shout out to the Powder Springs, Georgia, Police.
department. They had three officers that were talking to a veteran. They realized, man, you're not
looking so great. He's like, yeah, I'm actually pretty hungry. I haven't eaten in days. So these
officers got together, pulled their money, and went and bought this guy food that was sustained him for a
while and gave it to him. And officers do not have to do that. Yeah, no, it's their own personal
money. And it's just a way of them going above and beyond. And to keep that in mind, you never know when you're
talking to someone, like what they're going through, how you can help them out. And it's because
these officers ask questions that they were able to find that out. It's a great story.
We love shining the light on police officers doing awesome things. We appreciate you protecting us.
And I talk about it a lot because I feel like there's a lot of negativity on police officers,
but also just once, like a police officer to pull me over for speeding and go, I heard that story,
I'm going to let you go. That'd be pretty cool, too. All right, that's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
It's the easiest trivia game in the whole wide world. It's called easy, easy, easy trivia.
We could have a champion today, but let's do the first round.
It's so easy.
Question number one, in the category of famous birds.
Seattle's NFL team is named after what bird, Eddie?
The Seahawk.
Correct.
Morgan, which bird is often associated with delivering babies?
A stork.
Correct.
Amy, which social media company has a blue bird logo?
Twitter.
Correct.
Abby, what's the name of the big yellow bird on Sesame Street?
Big Bird.
Correct.
Good.
Easy, good.
Easy, right?
Easy.
Now, we play to five.
This has been 14 weeks.
This is our 15th week of doing this.
Yeah, that's the longest ever.
Eddie's got the tiara on, which means he's the champion.
I'm so mad.
Like, enough is enough.
Eddie's got four wins.
Amy's got four wins.
Morgan's got two wins.
Yeah, I do.
So, if you get five wins or the champion,
which, by the way, I'm going to play easy trivia as a game show at my shows I'm doing,
my comedically inspirational shows on stage.
You need me to be there?
For what?
Since I'm the champ.
And my tiara can go on the road.
I mean,
tickets go on sale today at 10 a.m. Central if you guys want to come to the show.
Let's go here.
We ready, everybody?
Yeah.
Yes.
The category, Eddie, don't miss it because if you miss it, you're going to hear this sound right here.
You've been bowed.
You don't want to be boned.
At least not today this morning, Eddie.
Which online marketplace in the category of famous websites established in 1995 allows users to buy and sell a wide variety of goods, both new and used?
95, that would be Craigslist.
Incorrect.
You've been boom.
eBay.
Yeah.
Well, that was one of them.
Because Craigslist is not just used to say stuff.
Craigslist is like meetups.
Craigslist is like, it was a whole.
Wow.
Watchbox is screaming from the back room.
He just said.
Craigslist is a lot of stuff.
Really?
Yeah.
What online marketplace?
Okay, you're done.
Lunchbox is clapping and you would think he won the whole round himself.
Bobby's like...
Wow! Yeah, Eddie! You! Hey!
Gonna go on the road with that tiara!
Lunchbox is not even in this room, by the way, for those wondering.
Since he's not in this... He's in the glass room.
All right. Come on, Morgan.
That's what's all... It is just kind of funny that you're like,
yeah, I'm going to play easy trivia at my comedy shows.
And then Eddie's like, you want me there?
We're going to do real money, too, it's comedy shows.
Really?
Yeah. How much?
I'll worry about all the ends and outs.
I was like, because I don't have figured out yet.
Oh.
All right, Morgan.
Come on, Morgan.

Category celebrities.
Morgan.
Who is the American rapper
and entrepreneur known for hits
like Empire State of Mind and 99
problems?
Oh, I got 99
problems. I'm not going to sing
it the whole thing. Who is the American
rapper and entrepreneur known for his
hits like Empire State of Mind
and 99 problems?
I have like five different rappers.
this is not good for you, Eddie.
Sorry.
Talk it out real quick because I'm interested to know because if she's out, we'll have a new champion.
Usually we won't expand this much.
Well, I initially went to Snoop Dog.
I know it's not him.
And then I went to Kanye West.
And then I went to 50 Cent and then I went to Nelly.
I know it's like a big, really massive rapper.
How would you sing Empire Set a Side of Mind?
I don't even know.
It's not coming to me.
The only one that's coming to me is the 99 problems.
And your answer would be.
Kanye West.
Booze.
Wow.
Lunchbox is jumping up and down again.
Turn his mic on there.
Hey, Amy, Abby, you get to ban him.
You better do it.
You better use your power and fail.
The winner gets to ban the cocky guy.
I don't want to say the bad words.
What bad.
Yeah.
All right.
You can turn his mic off now.
Thank you, Ray.
Wait, who was it?
Jay Z.
JZ.
J. Z.
Empire Center Mine is.
New York.
Concrete jungle,
which is made of it.
Now that you're singing it is coming back to me.
Okay, well, if either one of them gets this right,
there will be a new champion.
Abby, no, Amy.
Sorry, you're sitting in a different order.
Amy, who is the American singer known as the king of rock and roll?
The king of rock and roll?
King of country is George Strait, and the king of rock and roll is Elvis.
Is that your answer?
Yes.
Correct.
Okay, he's jumping up again.
Ray, give me a little mic in the room.
Okay, thank you.
Where is you?
Okay, now you're done.
Thank you, man.
It's all I need of just a little.
Lunchbox, I don't know.
not that I'm going to be able to ban anybody.
You'll have to if you win.
Abby.
Uh-huh.
Who is the American actor and comedian known for his roles in movies like
Dumb and Dumber in the Mask?
He's in my head.
The American actor and comedian known for his roles in movies like Dumb and Dumber
and The Mask.
I gave Morgan a little bit of room here to expand.
You can talk it out if you need to.
No, I know exactly what he looks like.
His teeth are really big.
Uh-huh.
Oh my gosh.
I don't know that ever thought that.
Oh, really?
I thought he had a big mouth.
Maybe.
In the mask, I think it is really good.
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
What's his?
Oh, no.
I can see him in my head.
It's...
I might ask it one more time.
They give you 15 seconds.
The American actor and comedian known for his roles in movies like Dumb and Dumber and the Mask would be what actor.
You have 15 seconds starting now.
No.
Don't do this.
Don't start arguing with your head.
It's doing it again.
Don't do this.
Don't talk to her, guys.
She gets five more seconds now because you got to talk about her.
Oh, no.
His name is
No, I know what he looks like
He has like brown hair
Abby, your answer, time, go
I don't even have a name
No, I don't even have one
His name is
No answer
Time
You've been boom
Oh, exactly
Is running back in the room
Hold on, hold on
Gosh, dang it
It's Jim Carrey
Yes
Our winner is Amy
Amy is the champion
And you deserve it
Good job Amy
Eddie with the biggest
Collapse
Lunchbox is taking the tiara
Off of Eddie's head
and putting it on, Amy.
Wow.
It feels good.
It's been four months of this game.
Eddie jumped up four to zero on everybody and didn't win a game.
Yeah.
It's been a minute since I've worn the tiara and it feels good to have it back.
Well, now you have to eliminate somebody because we have to have a certain amount of players to play.
Do it, Amy.
So you can either eliminate, well, Eddie, Morgan, or Abby, because lunch pocket will be back in starting next week.
Mr. Cocky, get rid of him.
You know, Amy, it would be a good strategy to get rid of me.
You know what I mean?
Oh, you think so?
Yeah, get rid of me and it's be easy.
You probably win it again.
He's trying to be all humble now.
That's a pretty good strategy.
No, that's not humble.
That's not humble at all.
That's him going, you won't dare keep me in because you can't beat me again.
Amy, get rid of him.
Amy, who are you kicking out?
Who do you think?
It's up to you.
It's all your world, yeah.
God, can I just eat, me, me, any, mommy moat.
No, because you know how that ends.
Or I want to draw somebody.
Listen, I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.
Not about feelings.
Okay, Eddie.
Eddie's out.
All right.
Now, Bones, I stuck in one video.
Eddie.
Do you want me to go to the glass room when next time we play?
No, you'll just have to run the cameras, but your microphone cannot be on and you cannot talk unless I go to you.
Hey, I think it's smart, Amy.
I think it's really smart to take me out of it.
That's why Eddie got rid of me.
He deserved it.
Okay.
Eddie's out for the next round.
Amy, you are the champion.
Thank you.
Great job, everybody.
Abby.
Go, Amy.
You played well.
You really sucked at the end there.
No.
You really played well.
Maybe even give an answer.
You need to say who it is.
It was your head.
He said Jim Carrey.
He said.
I was coming from you.
I know, I had nothing in my head.
It went blank.
Literally nothing.
How I'm going to do it on tour, because I'm going to take a time during my shows,
is I'm going to bring people up, and I'm going to start at a dollar.
If they get it right, then go to $2 and $4 and $8, they get to keep risking it until they miss one.
Wow.
Yeah.
I'm going to build a little game show set, and then we'll do it in the middle of that show.
I think that's what I'm going to do.
Not here because you guys get too much of my money.
You should go $5.10.
No, no, no, that goes way too quick.
We're not doing that.
It's not your money.
Okay.
Don't be spending other people's money up here.
You should do 100 to start.
Or you could say, Mystery Card.
in my wallet. I like that game too. Okay, so congratulations
to Amy. By the way, tickets on sale today, 10 a.m. Local time for the
comedically inspirational tour that I'm doing in Wichita, Kansas, Tampa, Florida,
in Louisville, D.C., Virginia Beach, Vegas. I think that's it, Nashville. All right, thank you.
A voicemail from Deborah in New Mexico. I'm listening to your segment about
the DACON, Morgan's Jeep, and she said she has to be real close
steering wheel. If she's within
12 inches at the steering wheel when the airbag
goes off, she has a
huge chance
of being seriously injured
or killed because of the force
of the airbag. So she needs to be
at least 12 inches away
from that airbag. Thanks so much. Love
the show. If you missed a segment, Lunchbox said
he rode with Morgan. She had, she has ducks
all in her Jeep, like 10, all over the dash.
But one huge one with a crown on it, he's like,
she can't even see over it. Then Amy drove
and he's like, yeah, it's tough. But then Morgan said, no,
she drives with her nose touch on the window, the glass.
It's like she's way up there.
So for now, I put the duck here.
You can have the duck back if you want it.
Duck and I are chilling here.
I don't want you to not have your favorite duck.
I would just say don't put it on your front.
Yeah, no, it just made so many people happy.
They drive by me and they smile.
Yeah, but you didn't see half of them because the duck is blocking the view.
So do you want the duck back or do you want to leave it up here for now?
No, he can stay up there for a while.
So, yeah, thank you for that.
Everybody has a Jeep, they duck each other.
They wave, they duck.
Jeep's got lots of things they do.
That's why I got rid of mine.
too many things.
I got too many obligations already.
Today, 10 o'clock local time.
You can get tickets to my comedically inspirational show.
They are going on sale today, 10 a.m. local time.
Every city is up at Bobbybones.com if you want to go.
It'll be the front link.
And every city's link separately because there are all kinds of, like,
Ticketmaster does some.
This other company does some.
So it's all up there.
And if you did not get meet and greets, VIPs and the pre-sale,
and you're like, they sold out.
No, they held some back for tickets,
going on today. So very excited about it. Can't wait, but 10 a.m. local time today that's going on.
Here's Amy's pile of stories. So after Father's Day passed, the Rock shared that his biggest regret is,
you know, that he didn't make up with his father at the time of his death. And he's like, man,
kind of give anything to just say, hey, I love you. Happy Father's Day. And so this is just a reminder.
I love that he shared this. Why are you staring at me so hard?
Just to reconcile with people. It's a reminder. I'm not saying.
with your dad, it could be...
I don't know, you look like you're staring a hole through me right now.
No, no. I'm saying just with anyone.
I did try that, though.
Yeah, I know. That's why I'm not saying...
You're still looking at Bobby.
You're not... Yeah, yeah. She's not unlocked.
She's in, yeah.
Yes. I look at you normally during this segment.
But I think that sometimes we need the reminder to, you know, reach out to somebody before it's too late.
Well, that's sad before it's too late.
What if you just reach out to somebody in general?
Like, we've done it before where it's like, you know,
Hey, here's the goal for today.
Just reach somebody and talk to in a long time.
Just be like, hey, what's up?
Just saying hello.
Because when someone checks in on me, I always feel weird.
And I think I'm the only one.
But when someone's like, hey, just checking in.
I'm like, why?
What have you heard?
What happened?
I know.
Yeah.
It's like, why?
Check it on what?
Where if someone's like, hey, I was just thinking about you, just saying hi.
And I think they're the same thing.
And I think people have great intentions.
And I think I go into semantics too much.
If someone's like, hey, man, they give me a compliment.
And they're like, I think you're really talented.
I get so offended because I don't think I'm talented.
I think I work really hard and I've had to develop a skill set.
But then people like my wife or the artist Breeland, they sit me down and they go, no, this is just what people say when they feel a certain way about you.
They're just complimenting you.
And this is the same thing with just checking in on you.
I think it's the same thing.
I just am nuts.
I'm crazy.
So today, here's the goal.
Let's do it again.
Everybody listening.
We feel like you're part of the group too.
Everybody in this room.
Just send a text to somebody you haven't talked to in a long time just saying, hey, was thinking about you.
not that it's weird, but you're probably like,
oh, I should reach out to them and say hello.
Okay?
I like that.
Everybody in?
Yeah.
And then if you've had a huge fight with anybody,
reach out to them as well?
I'm not going to do that.
If you want to reconcile.
Like, that's what the rock was saying.
He wanted to do with his dad because they had a fight three weeks before he died.
But that's also not anyone's fault because some people are like,
well, if I die in a car crash and the last thing we did was fight, that's what,
no, I'm not going to, it's not about the, we could fight or love or hug or kiss or, you know,
It doesn't have anything to do with what's about to happen
in a car wreck or not.
I don't think, you know what I mean?
They're just saying don't hold a grudge, you know?
Just like whatever it is, solving.
I love a grudge.
I know you do.
I know.
If I need to hold it, I'll hold it.
Bobby's like, why are you looking at me?
Yeah, my arms are tired.
I've been holding a few grudges for like 20 years
because they deserve it.
But some I get rid of.
Yeah.
There's like three, though.
I'm holding like a baby.
I'm cradling.
How long?
How long you've been holding those?
Let me think.
That other morning show, these just screw me over and lie.
I'll go to my grave.
Dang.
It feel healthy because of it.
Wow.
Well, would you go to your grave or if they go to their grave first?
Is it over?
No.
That's a good question.
Nope, because I might just, I don't know, have to go pee-pee-pee somewhere.
No.
No.
Anyway, moving.
Okay, yes, moving on.
To this very interesting story, Denise Richards makes $2 million a month on Onlyfans.
Man, there are people, I can't believe it.
I don't know how you build a fall.
She doesn't show her boobs and stuff.
Right.
What does she does?
And her daughter does too.
Her daughter's making 80 grand a month.
And they don't show anything.
They just like tease?
No, they're in bikinis.
Amy's saying anything like anything.
Well, because I thought only fans.
And turtlenecks?
Anything.
No, they're in bikinis and stuff because I saw the story on only fans.
No, no, on page, daily mail.
Correct that quick.
I never been on only fans.
But on daily mail.
Where'd you see it again?
Well, I went from OnlyFans to page 6 to Daily Mail.
But Daily Mail
And it was like Charlie Sheen's daughter
We'll call her a mex worker
They say she talks about her life
As a mex worker
But then she's not
She just is on only fans
But she didn't show stuff off
But I guess if you're just hot
And you get in a bikini
You can make money
Which is why lunchbox has just been dying to do it
Well I mean and I just clicked on
Denise Richards and it says
Let's have some fun
And I can subscribe for 30 days for free
Click
Okay, let us know
I don't even want to go to the site
because it's in my pro.
And if that's your thing great,
but for me,
I don't even want to go to the site
and click on it
so it's ever in my profile
for any reason.
But it seems so easy to make money.
You don't have to do it.
You're only hearing about the big ones.
Like,
you only hear about the big music stars.
You're not seeing the $10 million
that are struggling.
But you would for sure make money.
You're hot.
That's what I think.
Right, yes.
If I don't even have to show anything.
No, you would need to do.
No.
I demand it.
Okay.
What else?
Moving on.
Okay, Bobby,
what do you think the song
the summer is going to end up being?
Jake Owen on the boat.
Yeah.
That's what I would say.
That's a good one.
For me, that's the easiest one.
Yeah.
So a few years from now, we may look back and be like, yes, that's a summer song.
Or maybe even next summer.
Because the boot put out a list of the best summertime songs, like overall.
Like, we can go back to strawberry wine, Dina Carter.
Okay.
Too young to really have a summer.
It was just a good song.
It's summer.
It says summer in there, right?
Like Kenny Chesson.
I remember that song.
Hot July moon.
Yeah.
You're not.
I'm not deaf.
Yes, yes.
That was at 5.
At 4, we got Luke Brian drunk on you.
Good song.
I guess I don't go summer, but okay.
What else?
Three toes, Zach Brown Band.
Summer song.
Vacation song.
Yeah.
And vacations are mostly summer.
Go ahead.
Little Big Town at 2 with Pontoon.
Lake song.
Could be a weekend song as much as a summer song.
Spring, summer, early fall, even.
What else?
Alan Jackson's at number one with Chattahoochee.
Yeah, I don't.
Kenny Chesney's summertime.
It's a man.
It's the one.
It's a one.
That's a good one.
Like American kids, feels like a country's summer song to me.
It was blue-o-ze-ba.
See you down, see me.
Oh, that's a summer song.
Hey, yeah.
Summer-loving, Greece.
Summer-loving, having a blast.
Yeah.
Summertime blues.
Well, there ain't no cure for the summertime blues.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
Summer in the city
Oh wow wow
Wow
Like my neck
Getting total pretty
Yeah
We should just give you a word
And the living's easy
Summertime
What?
Like not now
But
Yeah
You know we should just give you a word
And see how many songs
You don't want to do that
Oh we can do that
All day
All day
And it'll be annoying
And I'm
I get annoyed with me too
But that'd be fun
That would be fun yeah
Fun bit
If I'd bet for us to do

Tell me something good
Mike Stallone is a police officer for over 20 years
But about three weeks ago he stopped working the streets
And he started working at an elementary school
As the resource officer
And him third week on the job
He's watching little Mikey walk across the parking lot
And all of a sudden he's in between two cars
A car starts reversing
And the kid is about to get pinned between the two cars
Uh-uh-uh
Officer Stallone runs
Grabbs
the kid just in time before he gets pinned between
the two cars. I was going to crush him?
Yeah. He's his name, Little Mikey,
or did you throw that in there? I just threw that in there.
I liked it, though, made me feel like he's even
more vulnerable. Yeah, and the sound that the
officer made kind of sound like Sylvester
Stallone. Oh, true. Yeah, yeah. That's why I did that because his last name is
Stallone. Officer Stallone.
Hey, little Mikey. Yeah, and he was from New Jersey, you know what I?
Adrian.
Right, right. Little Mikey.
Watch him.
Grab the kid just in time before.
got crushed by the two cars. It's good, though.
I mean, who, three weeks on the job.
He's already saving live. Love that.
Shout out, Officer Stallone.
And little Mikey, went back to class, no problem.
Got all A's for his whole life.
He passed his spelling test.
You made that up too, huh? Yeah.
Yeah, it's good, though. I like it.
All right, there you go. That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.

I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like,

I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come.

which is really sweet. He goes, but there's so much luck involved. And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it

The Morning Corny.
Why was the tourist disappointed seeing the Liberty Bell?
What was the tourist disappointed in seeing the Liberty Bell?
It wasn't all as it was...
It was cracked up to be.
You were struggling, so I helped you.
I felt you like you're losing your step, but I got you.
It's nice of you.
It wasn't all that's cracked up for you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You got it.
Good one.
I felt you stumble.
So I was just there for you.
Thank you.
All right, there it is.
Thank you.
That was the Morning Corny.
It's a Bobby Bones show interview.
In case you do.
Did it know?
His name's Jake O.
And he's got 10 number one songs.
His first one ever, 2011.
Barefoot Blue Gene Knight.
Never gonna grow.
The second one ever, alone with you.
He's got so many good songs.
I don't even know where to go.
His eighth one was homemade.
His best, in my opinion, the most fun song he ever did.
Got to like number two only.
And I don't know if we have a clip of it.
It's like, I go down.
Do the honky talk.
I go down.
That's the one.
For me, it's like a fun one.
But yeah, Jake's here.
He's got a new album out today that is called Loose Cannon.
He's a real good golfer.
He acted in our friend with Casey Affleck.
He's just nine credits away from a degree in English and political science.
Look at this guy.
Doing it all.
He's here today to talk about a new album.
Here he is.
Jaco.
The Friday morning conversation with Jake Owen.
Got a new album out today.
It's called Loose Cannon.
Good to see you, buddy.
Good to see you guys.
So I was looking at your Instagram story.
You have a bunch of chickens at the house.
now? Oh yeah. We have eight of them.
So did you build the chicken
coop type? Where is that
thing? Well, yeah, we
did. I had a guy kind of help us
with it, but I needed a large
home for these chickens. They're
world-class champion chickens.
Got them at the co-op.
The tractors apply. Okay. So
I wanted to make sure that they were living
their life, and so I got them a nice
coop. It's a little nicer than probably a coop.
But yeah, they just started
laying eggs. So.
How long?
do you have them before the eggs start to lay?
Since you don't really know their age.
Right.
Well, we got Eller, our dog, we didn't really know how old she was.
When did he start laying eggs?
Well, she didn't lay eggs, and she's a dog, so none.
But yes, but we didn't really know how old, so chickens, you definitely don't know.
Chickens, you definitely don't know.
We didn't even know which ones were going to be hens and which ones are roosters.
Pearl just picked them out based off of their cuteness at the time.
And it turned out to be five of them were roosters, and three of them were hands.
So does that mean that the three hens have five boyfriends to switch from?
Like, are they all mating, but now it's five on three?
That's a great question.
I've never really, I'm not into that kind of thing.
Well, because if it were like six on two, that'd be even worse.
But one of the hens, the back of her head, has been pecked out.
What?
Yes.
Dead?
No, no, she's the one that's been laying the eggs, too.
So just her little feathers are gone?
Yes, which at first I thought, because I do a lot of research on these chickens these days,
that they're so-called like about this time of their age,
they start molting for the first time.
Shetting.
And, right.
Oh, you know, Amy has it.
That's what she did in college.
You raised chickens?
No, she did.
Texas A&M.
Well, I have an ag degree from Texas A&M.
Okay.
But also I love birds.
You do?
And birds that bits of my feeder.
Birds aren't even real.
Exactly.
They're not.
Didn't you not know that?
What?
Birds aren't real.
I don't know.
Shut up.
Okay.
No, they're not.
They were here.
They were planted here by the government years ago.
So I have a cardinal that would visit me, and he looked like he'd been in a fight.
And I...
A cardinal?
A cardinal was missing all his feathers.
He looked like he'd been beaten up in a fight, and I researched it, molting.
Right.
He's molting.
Speaking of cardinals, I have a fond appreciation for cardinals.
Since the time I was a child, my mom always told me, a lot of people probably know this,
but like a cardinal can be like a sign of someone from your previous life.
Oh, she thinks her mom's a cardinal.
Hey, so my best, like my best friend growing up, she was my dad's best friend, but she's like another mother in me, her name was Pearl.
And the day she passed away, I was leaving the hospital and like this cardinal wouldn't, like, just wouldn't, I would see it everywhere.
I swear it was the same cardinal.
And to this day, it's like every day I'll see like a cardinal somewhere.
I feel like it's Pearl.
And then my little girl, Pearl, I feel like that's.
But anyways, we started talking about chickens and cardinals.
No, I wasn't even making a joke about Amy.
Like she really.
So I guess birds are real.
Her mom.
Yeah, no, I really, the morning my mom passed away,
which she was in hospice care, but at my sister's house.
And my sister was in her bedroom, set it all up,
and there's this window by this tree.
And after my mom had passed away,
like this cardinal came to visit right there.
And my sister and I were like, oh, well,
and so ever since that moment,
I mean, obviously you know that people have said that forever.
Right.
But then for us, anytime we see a cardinal.
And then my dad's a blue jay.
Okay.
Yeah. Only cardinal I like is Jim Edmonds, maybe Ozzie Smith.
Other than that, all good.
What kind of bird do you think you'll be when you come back?
Eagle.
Nice.
Why not?
Can I hear your screech? Like your best one?
You can't be an eagle if you don't have a screech.
That's pretty good.
That's like a crow.
Yeah.
You know what?
You guys like your critics?
Yeah.
Yes. Okay.
Look.
You mean Oaxali?
That's what you would be?
Take a break. Let's all take a break.
Jake Owen is here.
He's got a record out today on the boat again.
We'll talk about that in just a second as far as all the songs.
But we're going to play the single right now on the boat again,
which it is just the best song.
It is possibly the best summer song in five years.
Wow.
It's that good.
Wow.
I really appreciate that.
I wouldn't say it didn't mean it.
Well, thank you.
I retweeted a very hateful post yesterday that I read about the song.
People are like, you're either going to love it or you're going to hate it.
And I think that's why, you know, that's why I like it.
It's so good.
Awesome.
It's, yes.
What are people talking about?
Because it's rooted in an awesome song that has stood the test of time,
and then you have made it your own because of who you are.
It makes sense for you.
It feels good to me.
I was a sweat, dude.
I was just, I'm just doing what I do.
And I love from the time I was a kid.
It's awesome.
Yeah.
And I've been on boats.
And so I love Willie Nelson tune.
It's a nice marriage of both worlds.
So thanks for playing it.
Thanks for saying that.
The Friday morning conversation with Jake Owen.
It's been like four years since you put out a body of work.
Why so long on a new record?
I think that's a great question.
I've made a lot of music.
I've been touring a lot.
The 2020 thing was kind of a bit weird for everyone.
And so that was like, take that year out of it.
So it's been three years since I put out a record.
I don't know.
I think I've just been doing other things.
I hear you, man.
Me too.
To be real good.
Just doing some stuff here.
Chilling, right guys?
Just hanging out.
No, I mean, I've been touring just as much as I always have.
I hear you. It's just frustrating for like fans, like myself, big fan, that we're like, give us some more.
I'm going to start giving people a lot more music, and I'm going to give people a lot different sides of kind of who I am as far as like just an artist.
I feel like I have never really been able to do that. And that's been a big goal of mine is to put out as much music as possible.
But, you know, I'm lucky that a couple of few years back, I switched labels and went to Big Loud,
and they've really helped to amplify a lot of things in my career.
But at the same time, too, sometimes it's hard.
You know, you can be throttled as an artist, all of us as artists.
We all want to put out as much stuff as possible at any given time.
And then you've got people that are like, nope, not yet.
And so you've got to play that game too.
So I'm excited to get some more music out.
But this record that's coming out has a lot of songs on it.
Do your Mount Rushmore of musical influences for influences on who you are
musically as an artist now.
Who would you put on that?
I could tell you who I enjoy.
I don't know if it's who I am.
You know, you can do whatever.
I mean, it could be whoever.
I love Alan Jackson.
Okay.
I just, from the time I was a kid,
and I don't think anybody would tell you
that my music sounds like Alan Jackson,
but I've always loved the simplicity
and the songwriting of his songs.
I love the way that's made you,
like, even Chattahoochee, to me was like
a summer fun song that I always just
even still go back to.
So Alan Jackson will definitely be on my,
on my Mount Rushmore of country music.
And it doesn't even necessarily need to be country music.
I love Van Halen.
Yeah, it doesn't have to be country music.
It just in it all.
So I love Van Halen.
You could catch me on any given day listening to a Van Halen song,
but I will also have listened to a...
Chaddoochie.
Alan Jackson song.
So those are those two.
I think the middle ground in between those two
would probably be something like...
The Eagles or James Taylor,
something that's like breezy, feels good, it's pleasant to your ear.
And then on the backside of going towards the Allen Jackson side of things,
go back towards like a Don Williams, like a very, which is really a goal of mine to put out that type of record sometime soon.
And then...
Well, that's four.
That's four.
Yeah, yeah.
And then my final one would probably...
No, no, there's only four.
And you've actually done five there.
You've already kind of cheated the system.
I did?
Yeah.
Oh, I didn't even get into hip hop yet.
That's what I was going to say.
You did leave that out, but I guess you don't get it.
No hip-hop.
It's okay.
I love hip-hop, but I think I could live on an island for the rest of my life and not hear that kind of, like, I would take the, I would take the Van Halen, the Don Williams.
You're a big hip-hop.
I am too.
We're both big hip-hop fans.
I was surprised, who would you put?
Let's say you get to add one more, hip-hop.
And I could add hip-hop?
Yeah.
Outcast.
That's Southern Playalistic Cadillac funky music album.
Yeah, that's really good.
Yeah, it's pretty good.
And he kind of put Atlanta on the map.
They did.
For hip-hop.
In 1996.
There are a lot of songs on the record.
We keep doing that.
We do it behind the music outcast.
Cool.
16 songs.
So the reasons that records are getting longer is,
why did you put out so many songs in your mind?
Because it's been a long time since I put out
and I just felt like if I'm going to put music out
and as you've seen a lot of artists lately.
I don't necessarily agree.
I'll be honest with you.
I don't necessarily agree that putting more songs on an album is better.
I actually think it could be worse.
I think it could be worse for the listener.
However, if you put a whole bunch,
the likelihood of some of them sticking,
I do see that.
I just don't think, I generally believe, like, I don't care how good artists you are.
Like, all these artists that I told you that I love, I don't want to listen to a 30 song album.
Agree?
Like, I don't know.
Maybe there are five songs out of the 30 that you do end up loving, just a numbers game.
Totally.
But I think, like, I think that there, that you just have to be, like, I would like to hone in more on quality over quantity.
But then again, it's all about just like feeding the beast right now.
So I can understand why there's a, there's a effort to.
put out as much music as possible for sure. It's been due, man. Here it is. It's here. It's here. It's here. It's here. It's here. It's here. Uh, Jake's
Album is out now. It is called Loose Cannon. We're going to come back with Jake one more time in just a second.
Of all you, because you have 10 number ones here, which one to you, because I'm going to play whatever your
answer is here, which one of all those number ones, were you most surprised that it was the hit it was?
Not that it wasn't good. Maybe you thought, I love this song so much. I just don't see it being a hit.
It could be for any reason. Of all of your number ones, which one were you like, wow, I can't
This is cool. I can't believe this is the number one song.
I can answer for you if you don't have one immediately.
I'll gladly take your answer.
I would say it's probably best thing since Backroads
because I think we were having dinner once and you were like,
this is a really good song. I love it. It's so catchy. I just didn't expect it to catch
on like it did when it did so far. Because it was like, boom, hit.
Yeah, that was definitely one that was cool.
I think made for you for me, it was, I knew that people would gravitate towards
that song from from a love aspect and a reality of that feeling of having someone in your life that was
made for you but it's also like four minutes long it's a great song i mean and and so to get played on
a radio you know that's a long song and it was during 2020 and i wasn't touring so i didn't even know
that that song was connecting the way it was until 2021 i went out and started playing it for the first time
and it was a number it had been a number one song while none of us could play so it was just like it
But when you release a song and you play it on the road and watch it grow and then become a number one,
I've been able to do that nine times previous to that.
But that song was like, I'd never played it, but the minute I played it in 2021, it was already a hit.
So it was pretty neat.
That was an experience.
It was cool.
We should do that one.
I remember calling Jay going, hey, we're going to walk down the aisle to this song at our wedding,
but we're going to play it instrumental.
We're just going to let you know it's going to be playing.
So don't, like, feel like you have to stand up and start singing or anything.
It's mostly just like you're going to hear your own.
songs are walking down. Would that have been weird though?
If like during your way, I know you didn't
tell me to stand up and sing, but I just can't help myself.
He's like, fine, fine. And the girls playing the violin.
And it's like, water towers for me.
The Friday morning conversation with Jake Owen.
We have uncomfortable questions from our listeners coming up in a second with Jake.
The new album, Loose Cannon is out now.
What's the song right now?
You've probably spent different seasons with this record as you made it.
What's a song right now that you hear and you're like, man, I'm so proud of that one song.
I'm going to play everybody one song.
What is it?
I think loose canon.
That's why I mean, I name the album
Lose Cannon.
It does have a lot of similarities
to a song like Made for you.
It's about finding the anchor in your life.
Like, as long as you're my anchor,
baby, I'll be your loose cannon.
And I feel like I've kind of been that guy
in my whole life.
And I'm lucky that I have ladies in my life
that are my anchors.
So that one for sure.
Ray, would you play it?
Some of that, please?
As long as you're my anchor,
baby, I'll be your loose can.
And I think we should clarify that Jake's daughter is in the room and he pointed at her.
He wanted me to mention her being here or not.
Oh. Yeah. I'm so, look, probably good.
I am so proud of this kid right here. She's 10 years old. She's here for the summer.
Pull that mic down a little bit to you. All summer she's here with me hanging out.
How has it been in town with your dad?
Really fun.
Yeah? What's the best thing about him as a dad?
We get to do a lot of fun stuff together.
Yeah. I mean, you've been going to shows since you were like tiny, huh? Like as long.
You just remember probably forever just going to shows, right?
Yeah.
And like putting the headphones on and then did you?
Yeah, I mean, I remember seeing pictures of her.
Like you're taking her on stage as tiny.
Just like protecting her ears.
Oh, yeah.
Do you want to be a singer at all?
Do you like that life?
A little.
Yeah, can you sing?
She's really good.
She is?
Yeah, she's kind of one of the, she's kind of in a weird way.
I find, I see a lot of myself in her from a standpoint of where she gets bored with things.
Like, she can get decent at something.
And then she just wants to move on to the next thing.
thing. And I was always like that. But I've encouraged her to just do anything she wants.
I'm not going to push anything on her. She just competed in a drive, chip, and putt.
You play golf? A little. That's what I'm saying. I said to her, I went down to watch her do it.
And when I picked her up and I said, have you been practicing Pearl? I mean, this is kind of a big deal.
She's like, no, not at all. I was like, you're just going to show up and do it. She's like, yeah, we'll see what happens.
And we got there. And she did. She showed up. She did pretty good.
The girl that hit before her was the youngest girl to ever try to compete for the U.S. Open women's.
She was nine years old.
Wow.
Yeah, she's pretty cool.
But Pearl is just, she's doing anything she can.
Well, I'm going to ask you two music questions, Pearl real quick, and then we'll leave you alone here.
Your dad's, your favorite song are your dad's ever if you had to pick one?
Solo, solo.
Oh, from the new record.
Ray, would you play a little bit of solo solo solo?
Oh, yeah.
This is your favorite song ever?
Mm-hmm.
Feeling pretty high, but I'm down.
Your kids love a drinking song, you know?
You know?
It was funny.
But she knew immediately.
Like, she went right to solo solo.
What about the song that you're okay
if you never hear and play again?
Oh, wow.
Anywhere with you because I've heard it so much.
Yeah.
It's a good one, though.
Did you like it at first?
Mm-hmm.
I remember you were standing side stage at our show
and she was like, barefoot blue jing night?
Oh, my God.
I've heard.
You've heard just 10,000 times.
Oh, that too.
Yeah, that too.
The record is out.
is loose canon. It's out today. I do have to do a few uncomfortable questions from our listeners.
Here we go. Does anyone call you Joshua? Nobody does.
Hilarious story on the Bobbycast. I had no idea of this. You didn't, there was like somebody
already named your name when you moved here and you had to pick Jake Owen.
Yeah, well, my granddad's Herbert Sanchez. That's the funny thing. I knew it. My granddad's name
was Jake. I never met him. He's my mom's father. And she always told me how much he loved country
music. And so when I moved here, there was Josh Grayson, Josh Turner. And there was another
Josh Owen. That's the crazy part that somebody had. Is your name? So I took my great name.
Your mom calls you that. My mom doesn't. I think she'll slip into Jay. She doesn't call me Joshua.
Josh. Yeah. Because that's almost like, who's the, who should, huh?
Does anybody ever call you Bob? No, because that ain't my name. Whoa. No, it's literally not my name.
It's not Robert. It's literally Bobby. Really? Yeah. Yeah. Don't ever say it again. I get mad.
He hates it.
That was awkward?
Yeah.
Not really, not for me.
No, it's not awkward.
I got fired up about it.
I was like, I've got something now.
Nobody ever.
Okay, second one.
Have you ever taken someone on a tour?
Don't say who it is and found out,
I don't really like it as much as I do.
I thought I would as a person.
Oh, yeah.
Totally.
Like, what tour?
No, no.
And then finally,
they know.
They know.
What do Jake Owen's tattoos mean?
Is there anything you want to mention about your tattoos?
The first one I ever got right here says pearl.
That on my.
right on my wrist. And that was before Pearl was ever even born. It was for my friend,
I mentioned earlier, Pearl. And I remember when I got it, she was so mad at me. She said,
why would you do that? And I said, because I'll always have you with me. And I said,
and then if I ever have a little girl, her name will be Pearl, so it'll just be fitting.
And it was. Did you dad, cool, Pearl? Yeah. He's pretty cool, huh?
Yeah. Sometimes, though, it kind of gets on your nerves, right? Yeah. Yeah, same. All right,
I'm a good girl dad, though.
Jake's out on the road, doing a lot of shows.
It's you, and you took Tyler Booth and Dave's Highway, right?
Yeah.
That's a good show.
Dave's Highway, they're good, good, good, good, funny guy, great music, and I'm excited to get out there.
Yeah, go to Jake Owen.net.
Thank you all.
Jake Owen.comin.
The new record's out today.
It's called Loose Cannon.
Jake, always great to see you.
Thank you guys.
Go stream the crap out of it.
Save the songs you like and stream them.
If you leave the house, leave it streaming at home, he could use the money.
He's got chickens to pay for
That's right.
There he is.
Jake Owen, everybody.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.

What's up, everyone? I'm Ago Vodam. My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman,
Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo. My dad gave me the
Best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and dad, I think I want to really
give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming
talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and
it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
Hope everybody had a good weekend.
Scoobo Steve, our executive producers in studio.
We don't know what segment he's going to suggest here.
but we do whatever he says.
Scuba, what do you suggest?
So I want to get vulnerable for a second here.
My wife set up a Facebook swap.
It's where you basically go online, find people you can give them things or sell it.
We were just going to give it to somebody to donate.
So I go out during the show the other day last week and I'm gathering all the things.
And I'm walking out to meet this lady and it's like a bouncer, like things for my kids from the past that they don't use anymore.
And as I'm walking out and even thinking about I got choked up because I realized as I'm giving these things to this woman, I'm no longer going to have children anymore.
And I'm giving him to the lady and I start to cry.
And I was like, hey, this is really hard for me.
But I'm giving you these things right now.
Why are you guys laughing?
He literally said he wants to be vulnerable.
I'm not laughing.
Both of you guys just snickered.
He's literally having a human emotion right now.
Go ahead.
Like you see something.
Like you guys have, you guys are laughing.
You have four children, Eddie.
You have three lunch.
And imagine.
Yeah.
Lunchbox cries about his kids.
Don't get her.
Yeah.
They're acting on big shot.
But go ahead.
I'm sorry they interrupted you.
Yes.
And then for those who don't know I had a vasectomy.
That's why I can't have children anymore.
But as I'm giving these items to this woman, I'm realizing I'm never going to have a baby again.
I'm never going to be able to put a bouncer on the floor and put my kids into it.
And I got so emotional.
And she's like, yeah, your wife told me you're going to get emotional when you give this to me.
I was like, cool.
Thanks a lot, babe.
And so I'm walking back and I just, and I can feel my eyes started dampen a little bit.
And then I'm like, I want to hold back, but then I just let it all flow.
And I just start crying in the garage by myself.
And I'm like, what in the hell is wrong with me?
But I've realized it's a very emotional part of my life.
and I wanted to know if you guys have had a moment recently
where you've cried and bonus points
if it was somewhere weird or awkward.
Last time you cried.
I don't have any bonus points, but I was in a...
Man's locker room.
You make one up.
I was in a porta potty, right?
Bonaroo.
I saw poop on the wall and made me think, oh.
Amy.
Car.
My car.
This morning?
I mean, before the segment or why?
Maybe it's a joke.
It's a joke.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
No, but I was in my garage.
And I mean, gosh, I guess in the last handful of days, I can't tell you exactly which day.
But yeah, I mean, it's just been, it's been a roller coaster for a while.
And I think that I pulled up to my house, my garage is very, like, things, half the things are gone.
There's things missing.
And like my house is honestly very empty right now.
That could definitely be sad.
Right.
I have no couch chairs.
No, like, just, like, just say.
My dining room got replaced, so that's good.
I have something for that.
But I just have to...
What you took the dining room?
The dining room set went to his house.
What did he leave?
Because everything's gone, it seems like.
Sealing fan.
Love the ceiling fan.
Like the fixtures in the walls?
Well, this is the way we chose to divide it up.
I'm not...
In no way do we need to paint this that he like took stuff.
No, I know, but everything that we're talking about is gone.
You never mentioned, hey...
Oh, yeah, the washer and dryer.
That would be crazy.
You took the washer, not the dryer?
Or one kid.
They never said.
see each other again. Okay, I'm taking this
one. So, like, what
did he, and all jokes
aside. I know, yeah. Because I don't want to, he's
not just a taker. What's your favorite thing that you
get to keep? Oh, oh,
these orange.
Or socks? It's like something like that.
No, no.
Oranges, you said.
You kept the orange. Did you keep the fridge?
Yes, because it's, it's... He never had the
bowl of oranges. I have the kind of fridge that
it's built into the...
So what was your favorite thing to keep?
The I got to keep these orange chairs.
I chose to keep.
When we divided, there's these four velvet orange chairs.
Good.
And let's see, I'm a rug.
What about Patty?
I feel like you live in college.
I feel like Amy's a college kid again in an apartment.
She got posters on the wall.
She got a boy on the rack at Walmart with the slap slaps.
I remember that.
Okay, Amy, thank you for sharing that for being vulnerable.
Eddie, last time he cried.
Man, this is like a year ago.
We were moving houses and I was trying to coordinate.
just been a long week coordinating painters to come in and new carpet for the old house and all that
and it had just been exchanging things it was five days of nonstop and then finally the last day
the painter said i need this kind of paint so i go i spend five hundred dollars worth of paint
and i take it to him and he says that's the wrong paint i say all right let me go back and
exchange it and they're like we're not accepting that paint they already mix it oh i've done that
before not that much not that much dude i'd have cried out of frustration i started crying yep
I started crying. I call my wife and I said, I can't do this anymore. I'm like, I get. I can't do this anymore.
I don't want this house. I don't want to sell the house. Like, I'm done. I'm done. She's like, it's okay. Calm down. It's okay. Calm down. We'll figure it out.
$500. Dude, the fact that I could not, I'd lost $500 on paint and I was not going to get it back. And it was five days of just nightmare. I started to cry.
So Amy's was kind of sad or happy to new beginnings, but unknown. Yours is frustration. Lunchbox.
last time I cried
about a week and a half ago
my friend Joy from high school
passed away from cancer
and...
Okay.
What?
He's answering the question.
You guys ask me a question.
That's true.
It's the true question.
I think they thought it was
because you always do jokes
or they didn't think it was going to be
so dark and sad
but I'm glad that you did that.
That's really what happened.
You're not making this up.
No, absolutely not.
But don't say absolutely not
because you do make stuff up
but yes, I agree.
I'm with you.
I think you did great.
It's a great answer.
It was a week and a half ago.
like she passed away. She went in the hospice and they said she had a certain amount of days to live and
we sent videos and stuff. Sorry to hear that. Sorry for your loss, man. So I think as much as you make
stuff up, they thought at first you were kidding and you went over the line kidding. But it's the boy who
cried wolf thing. No, no, I don't ever make things up. Okay, but you can't say that here. You also can't
say that here because that's not true. Because then we start to think you're lying about everything.
And I know you're not lying about this. I'm not lying. But you do make stuff up sometimes. I'm on your
team here. They were like,
I'm with you. Thank you for sharing that. I'm sorry
to our family and for your loss.
Thank you. And that's a very difficult thing. A lot of us have
dealt with family members that have died of cancer,
Amy included. And that sucks.
But you can't say I don't make stuff up because then you
make it, then it becomes trivial.
And then you were the first one to laugh at scuba see
for crying over something.
Well, hit over a bounce. It was just
a bouncer. It was the meaning behind it, knowing
that I won't have any more children and I still wanted more
kids. That's what it's hard to accept.
Death. Life. Life. No life.
Amy's is to new beginnings.
Yeah, I mean, yeah.
Sadness.
And Eddie's is for paint.
Well, I feel stupid now.
No, all for different reasons.
That's why I'm glad he brought it up.
We all, uh, mine.
We were in Utah.
I'm very close with my brother-in-law named DJ Gassow.
He went over to coach Utah.
The team was, it was not a good team.
And he is an awesome dude.
Great softball coach.
And he went over and I was there.
whenever they made in the college world series for the first time it's like the 90s.
And when they had won, and I don't know, I was kind of embarrassed.
And like, I was just so happy for him that I freaking started crying in the stand.
I didn't let anybody see.
I think I had, I was picking my eyes.
I was doing something, my glasses or whatever.
But like, I was, and I was like, why am I crying?
And then it's one of those times where for me, I was just so happy for somebody else that I started crying.
Like, tears were coming down.
Tears of joy.
Yeah, I don't know if joy is the word.
Oh, okay.
Because it wasn't like just super joyous for me.
I think I was just so proud for what he had done through all that hard work and moved across the country and like sacrifice so much.
And you have family, which is kind of crazy.
That's weird.
You know, loving something about your family.
Maybe that's why it's so weird.
Yeah.
You actually felt it because.
And I'm sure the energy in the stadium too, like there was probably a lot of feeling things.
Most people were just like, we can't like, yeah.
Right.
But I was like.
I was like recording him walking down.
Like I was recording them way too much with my phone.
Oh, that's cool.
So, yeah.
Well, Scooba Steve, I'm sorry that had to happen.
It's okay.
It's life.
As a wise man once said,
Ubla di,
Ubla da,
life goes on.
It does.
Brah.
And it will.
Life goes on.
Everybody now.
Oh, blah D,
Ola da,
life goes on.
Yeah.
The light goes on
Well, let's get back to it.
It's pick a bit.
These are the three bits that our listeners could pick from.
Number one, Amy's back in the game.
Number two, Eddie, I saw a UFO and I got video footage.
I'm getting ready to text to you guys, the footage.
Number three, how did lunchbox scam a local charity?
No, and how they...
They gave him a chance and he pulled off the perfect scam.
Yes.
So similar to my plan from Verizon, which put you in control of your phone plan.
We put you guys in control of our segment.
Pick a bit.
And we had a lot of votes.
And this one won by far.
But it's definitely not the alien.
I got it queued up.
The winner is Amy's back in the game.
So now you let us to believe it was a dating game.
So what's the deal here?
What's the deal?
What's the bit?
What's the segment?
Well, in getting back in the game, I don't know.
I thought that I could have y'all help me.
Oh, no.
What?
I'm happy too, but it's going to be a disaster.
Matchmaking?
What?
Yeah, you're going to.
Oh, I got some friends.
Here we go.
Here we go.
We can do it.
Yes.
Go ahead.
It's not friends.
It's a lot of pressure.
Go ahead.
Okay.
I got a dude.
If, no.
You date him?
What?
I mean, no, I wouldn't.
Okay.
Maybe would.
What do you think about an app that y'all help me with?
But I have final say.
I have final say.
But yeah, but I don't know which one.
I don't.
Yeah, because it's.
So all my girlfriends are on.
A lot of them have found success on Hinge, like proposal type stuff.
Like they're getting married to the person I met there.
Morgan, and asked this in the most loving way.
Are there 40-year-olds on Hinge?
Oh, okay, yeah.
Or is it too?
Because I wouldn't say Tinder.
because that seems too young.
Oh,
I will not do that.
Too young and slammy baby me,
you know what I mean?
What about hinge, Morgan?
Yeah,
I think you can still find people.
I mean,
mine goes up to like 35,
and there's a lot of 30s on there.
So I'd imagine it does go up a little bit older.
Yeah.
I could check it out and see if there is.
But I do think Raya may be the best option for it.
Uh-uh, don't.
That's not.
You do not.
Nope.
Well, they have the most 40-something.
Nope.
Do not get on Raya.
Why?
It is the worst.
It is awful.
Do not get on Raya.
It's the worst.
Okay, okay.
Yeah.
I think you get only fans.
Okay.
That's not a dating thing.
It could be.
You don't have to do anything, though.
Craig's list?
Yeah, you go, just do Insta.
Just say, hey, your DMs are open.
Amsta?
Instagram.
No.
My DMs are not open.
Okay, it's probably, it's not Raya.
You don't put her on Raya.
I know it's just, I know that there's a lot more older on there.
All the dudes on there is trying to hook out with many Instagram models as possible.
That's it.
Oh.
Yeah.
Hinge it is.
until we'll check back on Monday.
Morgan, do some research.
Okay, I'll look into hinge.
Right, and so this is going to take this group effort.
We're all...
But we need to have final say, if you're going to have us do it,
because we're going to do all this work,
and then you're not going to let us do it.
Okay, oh, no, I thought we could do all the work,
and then, yeah, I...
I'm not going to go blind if you get to write whatever.
Lunchbox, you pick the pictures,
I'll write the caption.
We need photo shoots, though.
We need new pictures.
We know.
That sounds like a pervy.
I'm being honest with a bunch of success.
No, no.
It's in summertime.
We need pool sides.
Lake videos.
We just need normal photos.
Car wash video pictures.
How about you let us create your profile, then you get to see it all at once,
and then you can say yes or no.
That's what I'm saying.
You don't get to see it until we're done with it.
Okay.
And then we flip a coin to see if you have to use it or not if you don't want to.
Got it.
You got it.
We're on your team, man.
Wait, I just said God it's flipping a coin.
You did?
No.
That's not what I meant.
Save it.
Ragit.
Do you have a day when we can come over and shoot all this?
No, no.
We're not going to shoot anything.
There's no.
We're going to find the content.
Photo shoot?
No.
You guys sound like, again.
No, no, no.
We need you in the kitchen.
Like, just apron, though.
You like to forest bathe?
Is that right what you say?
Forest bathing?
That's just going to be with nature and sitting down and breathing.
You have clothes on.
Yes, Amy.
Okay.
We're going to create your profile for you.
Thank you.
Morgan, you tell us, you come back Monday and tell us what we should build her app on.
Okay.
Her profile on what app.
I can do that. But not, not right.
Okay.
I got an idea.
What if we all pick an app?
Put a profile up and see who gets the best one.
I'm not doing multiple app.
No.
It's one app.
Like I go on.
I don't hate it.
Nope.
That wasn't.
Pick a bit.
It was me being back in the game.
Okay.
All right, all right, all right.
Got it.
So that's what we're going to do.
We'll come back.
We'll check back in Monday or Tuesday or so.
Morgan, give us that first and then we'll build from there.
Deal.
Okay.
One.
One app.
It's the loneliest number that you'll ever be.
You should be on three apps because you will have so much dudes that are trying to get with your butt.
Nope.
Better odds.
Stop.
I didn't even rhyme.
I know. But it made sense.
Yeah. It was wrong.
Just like Verizon, which lets you take control of your phone plan.
With my plan, you get exactly what you want.
Only pay for what you need.
Pick a bit. And that's the bit that was picked.
Sorry, no aliens and sorry, no scare.
Don't worry.
I just deleted my video.
Cool.
Can we pick a bit for next week now?
We'll see.
Me versus Eddie?
I pick a bit.
My bit is.
We're going to come back in a second.
All right.
Bobby Bones show.
Boney up the day.
This story comes from Salt Lake City, Utah.
A 55-year-old man walked into a Carl's Jr. and
asked for a free burger and fries.
And they said, sorry, sir, can't do that.
He goes, oh, you'll be sorry.
And he went outside and let the building on fire.
What?
Were they sorry? Do we ever check back in with them to check?
They did not say anything, no response.
No one injured, but the building was a...
It's always hard to light a building on fire, though.
You guys are at...
You know, you probably just think, well, he went and lit a match and away it went.
Like, you have to do things to light a building on fire.
Either a gasoline.
That'll do it.
It'll do it, but is it going to catch the whole building?
Are you trying to like...
Brick's on fire.
You know, a lot of the stuff is built with brick.
Two, you can't just hold a lighter up to the wood and then the building catch on fire.
It just takes a lot.
So you got to commend him.
He got it done.
Yeah, he had cardboard, plastic, wood, and other.
He was prepared to set something on fire that day.
It was just unfortunate that they didn't give him what he wanted.
Okay.
I'm Lunchbox.
That's your Bonehead Story of the Day.
You have any weekend plans that are of note?
Not really. Just first weekend feeling somewhat better in like 12 days.
Yeah, me too. Somewhat better.
So I just want to probably take it easy.
I'm going to have to cough right now. Hold on. Let me turn it.
Okay.
And fighting it.
Yeah, what about you?
Yeah, Dad, I'm going to watch Eddie's stupid movie.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, that's going to be great.
We drew a movie. It's called the rope.
Oh, my God. It's from 1948. I did not know what was that old.
Yes, we've been talking about because it's Alfred Hitchcock.
They keep saying it's in color. So they added the color later.
I don't know. I don't know when they discovered.
It's not like color that we're used to.
Has anyone watched it yet?
No.
No one?
Everyone's putting it off to the last movie.
Guys, come on.
You're going to thank me after you watch it.
Okay.
It's called The Rope.
We have to watch it.
It's just rope.
The best part is it's 55 minutes.
Jimmy Stewart's in it?
Yeah, dude.
The guy from It's a Wonderful Lash.
It's so good.
I want to tell you guys what it's about, but I can't.
You're going to love it.
You're going to love it.
It's really only 55 minutes?
Yep.
No, it's an hour 20.
Oh, where did I read 55?
I mean, it feels short.
It's so good.
It feels like it just goes.
So we're going to do that.
I feel like Eddie told me 55.
Nah, I didn't say that.
Also, tickets, 10 a.m.
