And Alex was there with me so everybody was hanging out for a second we were all just standing in a circle talking

ha ha ha ha oh and hugging uh well then Alex told me when we left that I he had to introduce himself to her that I didn't do it and I was like oh shoot I'm sorry I think I was a little nervous but he's like yeah I was just standing there and then he went in and was like hey I'm Alex nice to meet you and I was like okay I'll do better at that somebody's echoing is it I hate to tell a story a vibe of a story in No, live, but somebody's echoing. We can all get along and vacation together. Wow. Yeah. And then I was like, that may not happen. And then after we were all standing in a circle, I was like, maybe that could happen.

I hear you. And that's a very immature thing. and I'm sure that's awesome for people who can do it, but it would be tough for me to vacation with somebody who had at one point had sex with the person I was currently with. I didn't think about that. Yeah, because that's her side of it.

Well, no, because, I mean, but my boyfriend's there too. Oh, yeah. It's what I'm saying. It's every one's side of it. Yeah, like you're all, it's like the Spider-Man meme. Like, you did, you did... I bet Amy, though, you probably would just want to move on. Like, move forward.

Yeah, no, we're moving on. I think the only reason that would happen would be, like, for the kids. It's like a help, like, but I don't see a situation where that would make sense. I mean, you see other people do it and she doesn't have kids, so it's not. She younger? Mm-hmm. Man, guys a date, younger women. Okay, that's you.

And my boyfriend. All the guys we're talking about here. It's every guy, the history of time. Right. I know. Well, how about that? Yeah, so here we are. Was there a chance you would run into her?

In Kills 4, it was him. Mike texted him, and Mike, it turns out... It was not him. Oh, dang. He said he was at the airport. He'd better hit the road. Yes. And then we'll never know if he wears his ponytail

through the hat hole. Well, I'm assuming he doesn't. Yeah, I was curious about that. I would think you have to, if you want it to look like a ponytail. Correct. Because otherwise, it's just going to be the long hair coming out of your hat. Yeah. I don't think that's as feminine as you guys led me to believe it was.

Okay. Maybe guys do it. You made it seem like nobody does it, but I've seen guys do that. Okay. I think it's the aesthetic you want. Do you want the long hair coming out, like down over your shoulders? Or do you want the ponytail look? Because unless you're going to pony tail,

tell it with a ponytail holder and then put a hat over it, which will be hard. You got to put it through the hole. Yeah. I've never had long hair, so I don't know that decision. Would you like to have a long hair? I'd love it. Would you like to have long hair, or do you just wish you had long hair because that means you would have some hair?

No, when I was younger, all I wanted was long hair, but my dad didn't let me have long hair. And, like, at some point, like in college, I wanted dreads. I've always wanted dreads. Even if it was like the corn guy. Have you ever seen many Mexican guys with dread? No. Yeah, I haven't either. I'm just thinking like...

No, I don't have ever seen one. My cousin had dreads. And he looked pretty cool. Yeah. See, dude, that'd be awesome. But they always said like, oh, you can't wash your hair. You've got to tangle them up. I'm like, that'd be tough.

Well this is new to me This is new to me But I guess it no Sure I've messed up before and said It's a free shot Sometimes given to a golfer An informal play when the previous shot was poorly played Yeah yeah but I'm saying like

If she catches you cheating, it's hard to just go, I'm going to use my molligan on this one. Okay, well, it's not going to work for that. Just how big can the molligan be? Well, that's going to be up to you when you want to call it. But it can just be like an understanding. And I feel like, like, would you like it if you had, like, sports terms for your relationship talk?

Yeah, there are analogies that I use with her because she's also a sports fan. so yes, it works some. Okay. Well, the rule is when a mulligan is called, the other partner doesn't get to hold you to what was said in the first round. It's all let go of.

You reset and then have a quality conversation after. So maybe it's more when you're in a discussion and it's not going well and you're like, can I call a mulligan and then you take a beat and then you start over? Yeah. It's just a little something for your back pocket. See, I always say I didn't say that.

And she can't prove that. that. Did you say it? Probably. Yeah, and I always say you are misinterpreting me. That too. That works. See, y'all are just a bunch of gas liars. Well, no, that's better than a mulligan. We don't know. Amy, we're not gaslighters. You're misinterpreting what I'm saying. Okay. That's not what I said, Amy. You can't do that here though because everything's recorded. Right. We have audio and visual. I don't know. I guess I just thought like a mulligan that was like a cute little way to have a do-over. Yeah, I guess it depends on the significance of the allowed mulligan. Yeah. I think more so.

If you're in a moment. You walk in on her and she's on top of some other dude. Stop! And she's like, Mulligan. Oh, crap. You haven't used yours this year. I use mine. Let's start over.

I give you 10 minutes. I'm thinking that it's more of like you're having a major disconnect in the moment. And you're like, can we just scratch this and start over? Oh, yeah, we do that. Yeah. So, but it's kind of cute to give it a name, like Mulligan. Yeah. But if I give it a name, it means I'm a name.

admitting that and mostly I was just misinterpreted. What's so bad about admitting that you were wrong maybe? What's so bad about that? I do admit I'm wrong a lot. A lot? A lot on things that absolutely don't matter. So then I'm like, you know, I just admit I'm wrong so much around here. It's kind of one of my techniques is where like, I'm like, I'm so sorry.

I was so wrong. And you know what? It seems like a lot of times in the past few weeks I've been talking about how sorry and how wrong I am and I'm just going to try to get better at that. But it's always about stupid stuff. Like where did you put the mango? and I'm like, it was in the fridge and she's like, but why would it be in the fridge?

I'm stupid and I'm wrong. And I'm like, you know what? One of the things I need to work on is admitting that I'm wrong and I'm sorry about that. This doesn't sound healthy. I didn't claim it was. But then I can't be told

you never admit you're wrong. I can list five things I admit that I was wrong about. The mango. They were stupid and significant things. But am I lying? Am I lying about saying I've been admitting I'm wrong a lot lately.

You're patting a case. Yeah, okay. Great. Isn't that what marriage is? One big padded case? No. It doesn't have to be. No.

No. I don't know what marriage is, actually. Yeah, I think it's different for everybody. This month it's a padded case. Next month it's a mulligan. It's all different things. Yeah. Okay, well, there you go. Now you know what a mulligan is in golf and in a relationship.

Kylie Jenner's New York love nest that her and Travis Scott lived in was one of the Manhattan places that they were using for the illegal gambling, the poker games. Do you call it a love nest? That feels like the Super 8 where you go to just get it on with somebody at work during lunch. Yeah. Was that not where they live? It's just where they did that. Probably just like a third home. Yeah, it was where they lived when she was pregnant with their second child. before they moved back to the West Coast, but why they owned it or rented it or whatever,

that's where the poker games, one of the two places in Manhattan that they were going on. Yeah, so one was in Manhattan, but then one was out, where all the rich people go? Greenwich. Oh, no, Hamptons. The Hamptons, yeah. Oh, so all east coast.

Well, from what I read, this story is developing every day. I know. I looked at what they were doing with the cards. What? It's so cool. Oh, the cheating. Yeah, because they would show you what, It looked well with glasses.

So they would show you how they had marked the back of the cards. And then it was like, here's what it looks like with glasses. And you put, because you play poker with glasses on. You can. A lot of people do. So you can't see their eyes because eyes will do a couple things. Not only is it looking around. It's hiding emotion.

Sometimes you're showing emotion whenever you don't mean to. The poker face. You need that poker face. Sure. But they said, here's what it looks up with glasses. And they put the glasses on it. It shows on the back of the cards. Q.

what it was. Eight. They took the glasses off. It's just a normal deck of cards. See, what's funny is my wife was like, the technology is so cool. And I'm like, that's not big technology. Captain Crunch used to do that with a decoder lens.

You remember that? I think it was slightly elevated, but yes. Same concept, man. That's what it felt like, yes. You had this little monicle or whatever, and then you can read stuff on the box that wasn't really there with the naked eye. They did have X-ray technology underneath the tables.

That's cool. You could see it like underneath the cards. You just wonder how it got out because there's only a few ways that would have got out. Either a somebody got in trouble for something else, smaller, and it's like, okay, we're going to take in.

We know there's some, I don't know, grand lars something, whatever. It's like, yep, but I know something bigger and I can give you this for you giving me a lesser sentence on that. Because they'll do that a lot. if you can turn over and give them something even bigger. Yeah.

They'll limit the smaller that they're going to hold against you. Is that a plea bargain? I guess. I've heard that term. I don't think that's a plea bargain. Or you don't get in trying, what is it called? Whatever you tell them they can't hold against you, they're going to let you off scot-free.

I don't know what it's called. Immunity? Yeah. That's it. But immunity is a bit different. Immunity is you're going to fully, like, let's say we all went rob to bank together. Nobody knew. And it's like, you know what?

I think we might. all get in trouble. So I'm going to go to the cops to be like, hey, if you give me full immunity, I'll tell you about everybody, everybody did it on this situation that I'm in. I think they're similar-ish, but this is only one of the options that I think could have happened. One, somebody was getting in trouble for something and they're like, I also know about this legal gambling ring. It is so much bigger, so much more significant that it'll lead to not only poker, but the NBA, you give me lesser charges down here. I will tell you all about that. But then I think after they, so I was recently watching something where there was a murder committed

and someone did, the cops were desperate for, like, the body. So they're like, if you tell us where the body is, I guess now that I'm thinking about it, I think he got immunity. But he's the one that ended up doing it. So eventually later, like, here's- Immunity. Immunity gets taken away.

You can't murder somebody and say, I'll tell you where the body is for my murder if you give me immunity. Yeah, he- But then later he- But immunity is not, immunity means nothing can happen to you. Well, then maybe it's not,

I think it was that, because then later... Then I would murder somebody and call him, and be like, I'll tell you what I did, where I did it, immunity, immunity. Right. So then he confessed to everything, but they couldn't convict him for the murder

because whatever deal he had made previously, so now that person doesn't have a convicted murderer. So there must have been a ton of other things that he was going there for. There were other things, yes, but still that person's life, there's still nobody convicted of his murder. And that, that's, where you call them all again.

Do it over. I see the legal term is called concessions, where they lighten or take away some charges. So, okay, these are just my theories. Either A, it was concessions. Didn't know that was a term. Where they lesser charges, or somebody found out that they had been cheated

because that's what was happening. High dollar people were going into games. They never had a chance to win. Somehow it got to them, they were cheated. They were like, that's not true this. I'm going to just let everybody know. or tell a couple people in the FBI. Those would be the two theories that I would,

if you were to guess what's happened. Yeah, because if you weren't part of that crew and you were losing a bunch and you found out that people were cheating and winning a bunch, yeah, I'd be pissed. Yeah, but then what if somebody finds out you're the one that told? They won't because you have human body immunity

is one of those five people in that little, with that bust, looking through their information is where they were turned onto the bigger ring and started looking at these other people and that's how it got it has been that's how they started investigating the

gambling the poker and the Terry Rosier and then there was a guy there was a professional poker player that five years ago on his podcast talked about the Chonsie Billups poker games and said oh I have some buddies that were professional players and they would go to these games and they would all

lose and we all decided we're not going to those anymore they're all rigged and he said it on his podcast. There have been a few of those stories come out. I'll watch that guy's story, but there have been a few guys, too, who have been, like, they're bringing up old tweets too. Like, you don't play with these guys because they cheat you. Dang. Yeah, but the FBI has had to be involved in this for years. You know, this isn't just, we figured it out yesterday. Oh, yeah. Kick in the door. Yeah, I can't wait for this documentary. It'll be a good one. Well, the crazy thing is, to me, as a sports guy,

like, they cleared Rosier at the NBA. They were like, they cleared them of the charges. Well, the FBI is like, nope. And so, the crazy thing is, and so, the crazy thing, The NBA got egg on their face because they cleared them because obviously they didn't want someone in their league that was basically cheating. And so they were like, no, no, cleared him. And the FBI was like, no. When did they clear him? Not only that, what last year? Okay.

He set out a bunch too with an injury, but probably the NBA was like, you're done. But there are other instances. I read some of the court documents this morning or some of the documents this morning where it was. They were also telling people, hey, this guy's not going to play, load up on the Lakers this game. And they would either get a cut of the winnings or paid a flat fee, like different people involved in basketball. But it just turns out that because there is no such thing as the mafia. It's not a- But it sounds cool.

Well, so there are, I said this yesterday, there's organized crime. And there are families specifically in their Italian. But there's no proper mafia. It's not like a group. It's not like I-heart radio. where the mafia is just a generalized term for organized crime and sometimes it's family, multiple families, but there's not like one universal.

Who are you representing? The mafia. No, no, no, no. But yes, it was organized crime families. But it's pretty wild story, pretty cool story. You know, we talked about this a minute yesterday, but you look back at the referee scandal that happened, and NBA is like, nope, just him, nobody else.

And you saw what they did with Terry Rozier, when they're like, nope, we clear them. They just don't want, again, egg on their faces. so they just try to isolate it, cut it out, and go nothing else was going on, where it looks like there was obviously a lot more going on. And see, that makes me mad. As a sports gambler, that makes me mad. You know, you can play poker in your house.

It doesn't matter where. You can play high stakes poker in your house. But I can't be taking a cut from people. What do you mean? Like, I can't have a big poker game and then whatever you make, the house. The rake. My house. Right.

Yeah. They just look like that. But they did it all in seven minutes. I know. I wonder if they built, because you know, Navy sales will build exact replicas of places they're going to break into based on their intel and they'll practice running through it.

Yes. I wonder if they built like, not a whole loof because that's, you know, but if they built like a replica of getting up into a building, going down, shattering, taking, getting out. I wouldn't feel if you're going to do it right. That's what you would do. So this professional jewelry heister guy. was being interviewed. I guess he's one of the more infamous ones.

And he said, these guys are a bunch of amateurs. Hold on, like, where did he say this? Like BuzzFeed or something? I don't know. Amateurs,

but they got away with it. They don't even have, they have no clue who it is. Right. Oh. He said something about how they, they have something where he's, he's certain they're probably going to get caught.

Maybe he's jealous. Yeah, because he's what it sounds like, this sounds like a haterade. Well, he said the fact they dropped, that they dropped a crown. He was like,

what are these? losers. But this guy who's the best he's the best he he's he got caught, right? Obviously or else he wouldn't be talking about stealing jewels. But if you do it over a lot, a long period of time. Yeah, he did it over like in the 80s and 90s and had.

Man, I could have been heist in the 80s. With what we know now, we could have been heist. If we were put back into the 60s, can you imagine the crimes we could get away with? Yeah. Yeah. Man, those were the days. Like, who's the guy that jumped out of the plane? D. L. Lewis. D. D. L. Lewis.

However, it's unlikely the stolen jewels will ever be recovered, but they do predict that the thieves that enter the Louvre will likely be caught. Yeah, so there was one... It was a motorcycle helmet and a glove were found. And that's what they're using. And will the glove fit?

Man, that is amateur hour. Wonder if it's Chauncey Billups. That's the basketball coach for those are wondering. The head coach of the Portland Trailblazers was freaking arrested for gambling. That's crazy. At first, I thought when they arrested it for that, it was going to be just the poker games. It was like, who cares? It's poker.

But then when you find out there's basketball related, oh, man, what a nightmare. Also, if you're the one of the four or five of the heisters who leaves behind a glove. I know. But the move would be, the ultimate move would be to leave behind a glove or a helmet accidentally with someone else's DNA in it who had no involvement at all and get those dogs sniffing on that.

Well, I hope whoever they leave behind their really bad, bad, bad, bad person. Yeah, like a... Hey, that's showbiz, baby. That'd be terrible. A dead person. Okay, that's cool. Anything.

Somebody that cheated on your wife. And didn't have them all again left. Yep, that dude. Get his DNA. But it's... Like, that would be the move... if you were really thinking intelligently about it,

you would want it to look like an idiot did it and got away with it because they think they could find you because you did stupid stuff like leave it home in the glove, but you actually did that on purpose to make people think you were dumb.

Like that's... That's the next level. Man, you, I was watching... You know, the guy that killed all the college students in Idaho? Brian Kohlberg or whatever. But now there's footage of just him hanging out, going to Costco, like the next day. I still got to echo really bad. I don't know if it's that screen.

Yes, I would say, his ability to do that is also that same thing that allows him to go to Costco though the next day. The ability to kill? Cold-blooded murder multiple people and

it not really affect him. It's the same thing is to not be affected by it the next day. It's the same thing that led him to do it that actually allowed him to do it and that allowed him to go about his day. And then the fact that there are so many people there at Costco just interacting with him not knowing that he just killed four people.

You know Costco's going to be like, what the? I bet they revoked his card. Oh yeah. He's not a member there anymore. For sure, they turned it. No chance. It turned it off. All right, your story. Yeah, my story is Lori Loughlin. I was looking at their divorce. You know, she's getting divorced from her husband.

He's worth $100 million, but they're saying that she signed a pre-nup, so she will not get any of that money. But I'm assuming she's okay, right? Like, Lori, she had a good career. She probably has her own money. But did she have a good career? I mean, she was famous in the 90s and stopped working. Well, but Fuller House came back?

Was she in that? I don't think she was honest. She wasn't? I don't know. I don't remember. Why wouldn't she be? But even shows like that are different because... She probably had a lot of legal fees.

You make a lot of money now through shows that you did that were syndicated then. They don't syndicate shows anymore for the most part because one, cable television, not what it was. And two, when you do a show on a streamer, that's not syndicated. They just have it and it lives there. Through syndication, friends would be syndicated. They would do the season of it. Everybody gets paid all this money per episode. And then, syndication, you can sell it to a different network in every city.

They pay a bit of money to have the syndication rights to it. But on a streamer, you don't need to buy it because it's always there. You don't resell it to anybody else because it lives on that place. There's almost no syndication money now because people aren't buying as many things that are syndicated. So we have like Netflix buys Full House. Fuller House. They pay them one time. They pay them one time.

So she was in Fuller House, but then in the final season due to her involvement in the college admission scandals, she was cut from the show. I can't imagine she made a much money from that. Probably decent, but also she's not getting paid over and over again like she did, because I'm sure she made some really good money depending on her syndication contract from full house being syndicated. But again, now those shows aren't syndicated as many places

because not as many people are buying shows anymore because there just aren't as many shows anymore. I think I've seen her in a lot of lifetime hallmark type of place. Yeah, yeah, I've seen her in some of those. Probably. I would assume, though, when she has the lifestyle that she had with this guy, you don't have to work. Why would you go work and kill yourself whenever you don't have to?

They're making it seem like she's going to be in financial trouble. Once this is all said and done because, I don't know, this guy's rich, I guess. 100 million, it's pretty rich. I would imagine he's probably richer than that. That's just what they know of. Yeah. Honestly, I thought that was kind of low for him. The Mossimo brand was massive in the 90s, 2000s.

Oh, dude. I remember I used to write the logo on my trapper. Like the cursive, the M and stuff. Yeah. It was just so cool. It was so coolly written that I would always try to trace it. Yeah, I saw John Stamos going after him a little bit in an interview. Yeah, he said he was a narcissist.

Here's a story about a guy's 24 years old Dylan Lang. He admitted a state troopers. He shot a 55-year-old man when he learned that that guy was having sex with his mom.

So Hagan is the older guy. That's the 55-year-old guy. Reportedly Hagan had been out drinking with his mom and had returned to her home when they just started you know, doing what adults do, hooking up. The kid, who's 24, not a kid, we'll call him the kid in the situation because there's a mom and a kid.

The kid lived at the house with the mom and was mad enough when he discovered them in the truck kind of getting it on that he walked out there with the gun. The mom says, don't shoot, don't shoot, don't shoot.

He fired two shots into the guy's chest, killed him. He's now facing multiple charges and being held with that bill. Foxballed more with the story because he was hooking up with his mom. But he wasn't against the mom's will. No, she's an adult.

And you're living at home still? Dude. I mean, it would be tough to see that. Yeah. I wouldn't want to see that. And as a parent, I bet it's tough that you're 24-year-old still lives at home too. Yeah. Wouldn't want to see that.

That shouldn't happen. New study shows that banning cell phones in school may lead to higher test scores. I'm telling you guys, they're starting to put them in cubbies. Taking those phones away Yeah, I think Florida recently released Like all these stats proving That I mean, if I had a phone in call in high school
