But if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration. It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat. Just hang in there.
Starting point is 00:02:56 Yeah. It would not be. Right. It wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck. Yeah. Listen to thanks, Dad, on the eye. Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Bobby Bones Show. Let's go. All right, a couple of voicemails here. Let's start with number one. From Carolina, and I could not be more excited. I just heard that Bobby picked the Carolina Panthers. And yay, Bobby, you made the right choice. Just couldn't be happier. Me too. Keep pounding, baby, is what I say. Always. Got a big game against Jaguars, week one. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:31 Hey, have you thought about getting a Panther or keep pounding? tattoo because lifelong fan I already have one. It's just not in a place you can see and I don't feel comfortable sharing it. Yeah. Sure. Okay. It says keep pounding with an arrow. It's got double meaning. You got that way before you were a fan. As soon as I was old enough.
Starting point is 00:03:52 Oh my gosh. Okay. Dude, that was good. I like to be efficient. I'm in, but yeah. Okay, let's go with give me voicemail number three. I recently had an interview with a school for a radiology program that I'm really interested in. However, I'm currently in school for pre-dental hygiene.
Starting point is 00:04:17 I'm very conflicted in what I should do, so I wanted to get some advice and see what you guys think I should do. I love both fields equally, and they both pay really well. Anyways, love the show. Bye, guys. What's the worst action? Oh, no action at all. In action, that is correct. So this is what I would say.
Starting point is 00:04:40 We don't know where your heart in your head is. And I also wouldn't let money drive you at this point because there's not a significant difference. And also, you're not in a place where that significant difference, even if it was, would be life or death. Sometimes you have to make a decision based on your needs if it's financial. This does not seem like that's the case. If someone said you can't do pre-dental hygiene or you can't,
Starting point is 00:05:03 do radiology, which one would you be most disappointed? And whatever it is, whatever you're going to do, whatever you commit to it fully. And don't second guess it. I think a lot of times people will second guess things before they even let their original guess take course. So you'll start second guessing it as you're in the middle of the thing that you guessed to go do, like the choice that you made. And you're like, I don't know, maybe I should have done the other one. And you haven't even given your first choice ample time to be right or wrong. So someone said you just can't do radiology or you just can't do dental hygiene?
Starting point is 00:05:36 Which one would suck the most that you couldn't do it? That's the one that I would do. And then when you pick one, don't be second guessing that you should have picked the other. Now, at some point, you can change if you want. But I think, you know, there's a saying having two quarterbacks is having no quarterback at all. If you're like, I don't know, I'm going to do this one and then you do nothing or you're always wondering, should I do the other one, it's never, you're never going to be fulfilled.
Starting point is 00:05:58 Speaking of quarters, what's that one thing you've shared with us before of about, it's like the coin toss trick. Like flip, no, no, you flip a coin, but you assign like heads, dental, tails, radiology. And then you, in that moment, like, if it lands on which one, are you, do you have that feeling of disappointment or excitement? Like, you've told us that before. The problem is if you know that's the test and then you do the test to yourself, you already know how to beat the test and you're like, well, I know.
Starting point is 00:06:25 So. Well, fine, gun to the head. I don't know. Oh, wow. Now it's talking. Now a gun to the head you got to pick, but have someone actually put a gun in your head and if you don't pick you. Oh, that feels... A lot of these tests are tests that you do for people. Like the coin test, if I were to say,
Starting point is 00:06:37 Amy, okay, right, flip the coin, boom. I'd have to do it to you without you knowing that I was administering it in the way of, we're going to check your disappointment level. What I was trying to tell her is that same exact idea. Yes, without the... But then you could do it to yourself. Also, I'd look at it as like, I don't know. My experience is radio with my parents and stuff or just like imaging. I don't know the full... I'm thinking of like the full scope of like what you do. Like you're helping give people information that could save their life. Now on a dental hygiene level, you know, there's, I heard heart disease can come from not flossing.
Starting point is 00:07:09 So you could also be helping people and save their lives. But you're also inside dirty people's mouths all the time. So I'm in radiology. I would meet you and say dental hygiene, you get to actually have light days, conversations, fun days with people you like. And everything's not, oh my God, am I going to die? It could be like, hey, guess what? Your scan showed nothing. But they just take the picture.
Starting point is 00:07:33 They don't deliver the news. The doctor does that. I don't know. The level depends. I mean, I guess they really wanted to tell them. They could tip them off. She might be the type of radiologist not just taking the scans, but also reading them. Because like, every time I've dealt with those people, I'm always like, how does it look?
Starting point is 00:07:48 And they're like, I don't do it. Oh, the doctor would tell you. And then I think that probably could tell me, but it's not good. So they don't want to tell me. Yeah, they just. Yeah, you can't do radiologists. How does that feel? Sucks, right?
Starting point is 00:08:00 Okay, well, there you go. Whichever one sucks the worst that you can't do because both you can do, that's the one you want to do. If there's not a significant difference financially and that's not the biggest part of it, like literally do the one you think would be the most fulfilling for you.
Starting point is 00:08:13 But lucky for you, you have two jobs that you feel equally passionate about. Some people can't even figure out one. And mostly it's because of, I don't know if I like this one, maybe there's another one. It's that same mentality I was talking about. I'm going to go. It's not that they don't have a job that could fulfill them. It's that they don't
Starting point is 00:08:32 put themselves in a place to actually be fulfilled because there are so many other options. It's the Netflix dilemma. When you really don't have a show that you're dying to watch and you go on to find something to watch because there are way too many options and you start something and you weren't dying to watch it. It looks pretty good. But then you're like, I don't know, maybe there was something else that would have been better. So you never are quite fulfilled. I started watching the paper yesterday, by the way, not on Netflix on Peacock. Oh, that's the office spin off? Yeah, your name.
Starting point is 00:09:00 I watched one episode. I feel really good about it. Oh, cool. Well, that's good because you were a huge office fan, so that says a lot. Yeah. It stays true to the office. They were in a no-win situation because if they come and they completely go opposite office-sensibility, people are going to know, this is nothing like the office.
Starting point is 00:09:20 And if they stayed and made it the same as the office, they're going to go, this is too much like the office. They stayed very much on it with some new people. You know who's in it is the, you know, the, you know, The White Lotus, Italy one. The Italy one? Okay. The woman who worked the desk. She's like one of the main people in it.
Starting point is 00:09:37 I saw the commercial, the preview and I was like, who is that lady? I know her. Yeah, she's the hotel manager. Yep. In Italy. She's one of the main people. She's like the, I forget her title, but she is like the temporary boss until they get somebody new. Of the newspaper.
Starting point is 00:09:54 Interim boss or whatever. Yeah, I forget her title. But yeah. Oscar's in it too, right? He's the one because what happened was, and this is all in the first episode in like the first five minutes, they sold the company. And so they allowed people to move within the company to Toledo, Ohio, to the toilet paper division. And the toilet paper division and the newspaper division are in the same office, the same room. And he works.
Starting point is 00:10:19 He moved with Dunder Mifflin. Got it. Yeah. So he's the one roller. Is he the only one? Yeah. So far, I've watched one episode. But I think I'll like it.
Starting point is 00:10:26 It's very much like the office, just with newer people. What do you got? I was just looking her up. Yeah, I recognize her. Yeah, I think I'm going to have to check that out because I need something light. It's light and funny in like 30 minutes. And they're renewed for season two already. Are they all out?
Starting point is 00:10:41 Yeah. Oh, that's cool. I feel like everything I've been watching lately is, you know, heavy or just intense, little suspense, trustful. So I need something light. Did I talk about the Lazarus Project? Sounds familiar. Watch it on Netflix is great. I think there are two seasons.
Starting point is 00:11:01 I know it's not Tuesday or Reviews Day and I can't remember because we had vacation, but the Lazarus Project was really good. I think it was like a BBC show, but it's on Netflix. I'm going to take it as not light. Medium. Medium.
Starting point is 00:11:14 It's some time travel stuff. Oh. Not my thing. It's not your thing. What's your thing then right now? What's your thing then right now? Murder, right? Scandal.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Yeah, scandal. Scandal or true crime documentaries. It's my thing. Oh, or the summer I turn pretty. It's either like high schoolers falling in love. Is that what that show is? High schoolers falling in love? In season one, they're in high school, but thank God now they're in college,
Starting point is 00:11:43 so it feels more normal for me to be obsessed with what's going on with them. Well, you guys cannot go to jail in your fantasies then. Right. I wasn't planning on watching it. Like they can drink and stuff now, I think. I think they're legal or maybe their parents just let them. I'm not sure. Give me another voice now.
Starting point is 00:11:59 As someone that had an ankle monitor on for four months, I can tell you, you have to charge it every day. They do have a geo fence on them. So basically, if you go out into the zone that you're not allowed to be in, it vibrates. I accidentally trialed into one. It started freaking out. I didn't realize I did it. It was on accident. I had to do a U-turn and speed out of there and call my parole officer.
Starting point is 00:12:25 It's there to keep people safe for sure. So you have to charge it every day. So you have to plug your cord into your leg and sit close to it, right? Wow. Yeah. I wonder what his geo zone was. Liquor store maybe? Well, I don't think it keeps you from.
Starting point is 00:12:42 I think you have an area you can't leave. Yeah. Oh, you can't leave. Got it. Or whatever. And he didn't know he was like county line. I don't think it blocks out liquor stores. Sometimes, you know, like the county line is a little bit like, I didn't know.
Starting point is 00:12:55 I don't even think it's county line, guys. It's not Duke's Hazard. Whatever. I'm making it up. but probably either a mile distance from his house or a state those would be my two guesses you don't think county's an option because they're so small and you can work in a different county no liquor store like if he's I don't think it blocks the liquor stores so that's what's up there is a new crime where people are stealing people's gutters to sell for scrap and it's
Starting point is 00:13:25 happening in broad daylight like copper gutters probably the metal is probably working The metal, yep. What? Security footage of one of these in particular shows a silver minivan. Residents suspect the culprit is scrapping the metal for over a dollar a piece, and they're going around and they're ripping down in gutters. Oh. So you need to put alarms on your gutters.
Starting point is 00:13:44 Okay. You're going to spend more saving your gutters. Saving the gutter. Then you would. I didn't know just any old gutter was worth something, but I do see people sometimes have those copper ones, and I'm like, legit. Oh, I have seen those, the real shiny copper ones. You really. always just feel like they're painted.
Starting point is 00:14:01 Oh, really? No, I don't know that it's true. And also, I don't really look at gutters. They stand out. They're beautiful. They're beautiful. You guys live near the same gutter man or what? No.
Starting point is 00:14:11 I just drive by nice houses. Occasionally see them and I'm like, wow, they really went out on their gutters. Like, money and a thing. Usually, you know what happens to me is when I drive in nice neighborhoods, I'm always like, that's a nice house. I know. I look at roofs. I'm like, wow.
Starting point is 00:14:24 What about secretly rich Eddie? No. Oh, Rolex. Eddie? Yeah, Rolex Eddie? Yeah, Rolex Eddie. No. I have
Starting point is 00:14:29 I have Copter gutters Okay guys I have them I love him Amy's like I need to tell you somebody Eddie I saw him
Starting point is 00:14:37 He was up It was a loki flex one day Eddie just was like casually wearing his Rolex And I'm like What is he
Starting point is 00:14:44 complaining about retirement for right now I can sell us Because I thought he had like Just My only two options Well I guess I did Rolex Eddie
Starting point is 00:14:51 Is funnier Than secretly rich Eddie That's pretty funny His dad got it for him So you're good Yeah a long time ago The Draft results for our draft of movies that started with E.
Starting point is 00:15:02 Come on. Oh, gosh. That was hard. This is hard. Tough one. So there were only, the winner had the biggest winning percentage of all time. Hmm. As I'm seeing here on that.
Starting point is 00:15:12 That's got to be you because I think you had movies that we all knew. Like, who had E.T. I did. I did. I did, but that was only my first pick. Because Eddie had E.T. Eddie. We'll whip you goldberg.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Sorry. Never mind. It wasn't Eddie. and enter the dragon. Yeah, Bruce Lee. Never mind. Okay, I'll read you to them again. You tell me who you think lost.
Starting point is 00:15:35 Okay. There's Eddie, yeah. Eddie's a movie. Yeah, Whoopi Goldberg. I saw it. She's got a basketball. Oh, does she play basketball in the movie? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:15:45 You saw it? It's a long time ago, man. She's a chauffeur. She is fanatical about the Knicks after she wins a contest to be their honorary assistant coach. Eddie so impresses the team owner that he fires the head coach and replaces him with Eddie. She is instrumental to turning the floundering team around
Starting point is 00:16:01 Just in time to make the playoffs I don't know, we need to re-evaluate this vote After knowing how good that movie sounds Okay, so Amy had Enchanted Everest And Encounter Now how many of them did you know as movies?
Starting point is 00:16:17 The first two. Eddie had E.T. Eddie and Enter the Dragon. Lunchbox had Ernest Goes to Jail. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. and poop. Morgan had everything but you enough in Emerald City. I think this was an example to getting the first pick was a nightmare.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Lunchbox got it. I got to go last because I had some good answers, but it was because I got the most time to think about it. Edward Cisorhans, solid. Elf and Aaron Brockovich. Oh, yeah, you won. You won.
Starting point is 00:16:50 I had 69% of the votes, the biggest winning percentage of all the time. Because people knew those movies. And because I got to go last. Who finished and last? It has to be Morgan or Amy because I didn't know either of their movies, any of them. But I had Ernest goes to jail. He said something people have heard of.
Starting point is 00:17:10 And Eternal Sunshine and Spotless Mine. So, you all should watch Everest. Is Everest the movie? Yeah, it is. What about Emerald 4? A guy that climbed it and died, I think. You think. Well, I don't want to give anything away.
Starting point is 00:17:23 Well, we'll be Goldberg in it. She was a basketball coach. So, I'm at 69% Lunchbox had 11% in second place. He got second with poop. Yeah. Well, because he had earnest and eternal sunshine. It was all about just movies that people knew. I'd heard of, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Oh, man, that's tough. I mean, ET, you can't lose with ET. It's better than... Eddie, you did not lose with E.T. Eddie and Enter the Dragon. Okay, so yeah, it's down near. Eddie, you finished next to last, though. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:53 Wow. I feel pretty confidently that I took last. And you did. I didn't even know what I was guessing. Yeah. Yeah, and you had to go second, right? Yeah, my brain was not operating during this draft. Morgan's in last place.
Starting point is 00:18:07 Everything but you enough in Emerald City with 5% of the vote. Ray Mundo's back in next week. Also, for everything but you wasn't even the movie I was thinking of. I was thinking of anything but you when nobody called me on it. It's hard to question what you don't know. Right. Yeah, we're like, that's probably a movie. Somebody's combined those words.
Starting point is 00:18:26 in some shape at the cinema. So congratulations to me. And Ray, Moendo, congratulations to you. You're back in. Sounds good. Big day. It's Ray and Abby's birthday. Oh, finally. It's Ray's birthday. Oh, it's Abby's birthday too. And Abby. Well, I know, but Ray, we've been celebrating that for a month. Happy birthday, Ray and Abby. Let's go over and get some birthday talking. Ray Mundo, how you feeling? Big 4-0? Yeah, I feel great. Wife, when I woke up this morning, had the Big 4-0 on the counter. Definitely surprised me. Balloons all sparkling. 40. That's a big number, though. But,
Starting point is 00:18:56 She did teach me. You celebrate the birthdays. You don't dread them. Never know when the next one's going to come. That's true. That's true. There you go. And Abby, what are your birthday thoughts? I'm excited. Not really. It's just another day. I don't like getting older. 35. But learn from Ray. Well, Ray's wife. Yeah, that's true. Yeah, Ray's wife almost died. Right. You know, she's cancer. So, yeah, that's somebody you should listen to. Yeah. I mean, she was not to get technical with the 40 and 41. No, no, don't walk down this road.
Starting point is 00:19:27 Oh, no. It's all the things you've ever talked about is. You're 40, okay? You're not 41. Leave it. She was a year off on the kitchen table when she put 40. I'm actually 41. You're not 41.
Starting point is 00:19:38 Because I've ended my 40th year. But you're not 41 until you hit 41. Like if you walk a mile, your first step, are you at one mile? Just answer to the question. If you're going to go walk a mile, your very first step, did you just walk a mile? No. Right. What are you?
Starting point is 00:19:53 You are one step. Right. And you're, right now what are you? 40 and one step. I get that. But also with the new year, 2025, when we started this year. No, no.
Starting point is 00:20:04 You're just messing up. You're trolling me right now verbally. You're verbally trolling me. When we started this year, we celebrated and toasted a glass to 2025. We hadn't completed the year yet. We should have been toast. Your 39th year. For whatever reason, we celebrate the beginning of new years,
Starting point is 00:20:20 but we don't celebrate the beginning of our birth years. We celebrate the beginning of our birth years. We celebrate it. No, we're like, here's to 2025. Like, we're not like, wow, it was a great year. We're like, it's going to be a great year. We're starting this year, step one of 2025. Right, but with birthdays, it's just backwards because we celebrate, we should be celebrating the completion.
Starting point is 00:20:38 I want to jump off the ledge. We're not really doing the road. We don't know how they used to celebrate when they invented the calendar where they were like, year one. Ray, you could change it to where instead of celebrating your birthday, you're like, here's to looking forward to 41. Happy 41 year. And that means you're going into 40. You're not 41. You're only 40. My 40th year was crazy. It was a good year, but I mean, yes, now starting 41.
Starting point is 00:21:01 I was already 40. You're in your 40th year now, and then you'll hit your 41st year on, what's today? September 5th of next year. Because that'll be the completion of it. But I've already, I'm beginning my 41st year right now. Yeah, I'll accept that. Okay. But you're 40 years old.
Starting point is 00:21:16 I'm 40 years old, but I'm beginning 41. Correct. And when you take your first step, you're no miles, but you're starting your first mile. Correct. But society told my wife. life to put 40 on the kitchen table. And that's right. No,
Starting point is 00:21:28 I shouldn't have said 41. I see what he's saying. No, no, don't give him that. No, no. What you're saying is why he's wrong. What you're seeing is why he's wrong. But like, like we're saying January, like we start to write the date as 2025. Like all year it's 2025, even though the year's not completed.
Starting point is 00:21:42 It's not the same. I think I'm trying to understand where his brain is. Don't. So if the cake isn't made yet, make sure it says 41, Beezer. Oh my gosh. She's probably making it now, dude. I just want to go home. We've done this 8.
Starting point is 00:21:54 times. Yes. Abby. Yeah. You good? Yeah, I'm good. That doesn't make sense. What are you doing for your birthday?
Starting point is 00:22:01 Oh my gosh. I'm going to Six Flags. Which one? In Georgia. You driving down? Like Atlanta? Yeah. I've never been.
Starting point is 00:22:09 I need some roller coasters. That's not, I mean, that's fun. I get so emotion sick now. I mean, it doesn't sound fun to me, but that's fun if that's your thing. That you're older? I like roller coasters. Man, I get off of them. Oh.
Starting point is 00:22:21 Well, yeah, I haven't been in a while, so I'm kind of nervous. What if that happens the first ride? Nah, you're good. I was watching this base jumping thing on TikTok. I ended up putting a piece of it on my Instagram story. And I'm not sure where they are. Maybe like Arizona, and they get on top of these, whatever these formations are. And they don't have, I mean, there's no backpack.
Starting point is 00:22:43 He's holding the parachute in his hand all wadded up. And they walk to the edge. And it's him and he's got this woman who paid for this, obviously. And she's freaking out. Oh, I didn't know if that was like a. girlfriend or something. I think that's just part of it. He was like her instructor.
Starting point is 00:23:00 And it's pretty inspiring because she does not want to do it. Except she does, but she's like, I can't even move my mouth. Like I'm so scared. And he's like, I got you. We got this. We got this. And then it's like a three minute clip just to get them to jump and you're so compelled to watch the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:23:15 And he's like, all right. There's what we're going to do. We're going to count from five. And when I get to three, you count with me and we'll jump off. and they get to five about a foot more forward this is us this is where we're gonna base jump from
Starting point is 00:23:34 oh fuck how's the view around I don't even want to look oh my god screw the view right now do you have anything inspirational or heroic to say before we go base jumping
Starting point is 00:23:47 oh my god nothing inspirational or heroic I'm just scared to death and I can't believe I'm about to walk off a cliff We're going to jump off of this clip together, and it's going to be awesome. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Right on, Kelly, with that being said, are you ready to base jump? Keep here with you. I got your back. Okay. We're going to have an excellent base jump. He's holding a thing in his hand. Like, there's no parachute on their back. It's just, he's just holding it. Because when they jump, he throws it up in the air.
Starting point is 00:24:27 She might curse again, I don't know. Ready to rock and roll? They're looking right off the edge, and it is hundreds and hundreds of feet out. She's not looking at all. I mean, the camera. How are they filming that from... Comes off the head. It's like a GoPro that looks back.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Oh. Gotcha. But it's able to eliminate the stick. Are you ready to base you home? All right. I'm going to start counting at five. You join me on three. We're going to go after one.
Starting point is 00:25:03 Five, four, three, two, one. Here we go. Yeah. That's awesome. So you think you're going to do that? No, God, no. Oh. No.
Starting point is 00:25:20 But you just said it was awesome. Yeah, to watch somebody be so scared and still do it. I've had a couple. those experiences and I got better at doing it. It never got easier. There were times where when I was doing Breaking Bobby Bowens, the scariest thing I've ever done. Worse than skydiving by 100, 100, 100 times is had to hang off the, on a single rope, thousands of feet over the Grand Canyon and clean the bottom of the sky bridge. And just for me to jump off to come off that cliff, I set it for 30 minutes. Yeah, that's crazy. And I was like, I can't, you guys, I can't do it. Can't do it. Like,
Starting point is 00:25:53 my body physically will not allow me to trust this one. one bungee rope to hold me 3,000 feet over the ground. And they're like, right, well, the cameras are on me. It wasn't a bit. And then once I got up there, and I remember just going, I guess I'm going to do it at some point, so I might as well get it over with. And when it caught me, I was like, oh, thank God. And I finally, I climbed my way to the bottom of that.
Starting point is 00:26:19 And you can watch this. It's on Amazon. If you go on search for Breaking Bobby Bowens, it's episode one of the whole show. I remember getting there and there was a hiccup with a camera and they were like, we got to hold for like 10 minutes. No. And I'm like I'm very easy to work with in situations. I was not easy
Starting point is 00:26:37 to work with then. I was like, guys, I don't have 10 minutes to sit here. Like we got to move. Use a different camera. You were dangling for the 10 minutes. I was dangling. You got your iPhones. It was I was so scared. There have been a couple of those. Another time was we were in Iowa in the snow and we were going up to repair a like a windmill
Starting point is 00:26:57 and that's like 350, 400 feet up high it was like one of these clipped things but you're on top of it in the wind which is blowing because it's up and you're up and you it'll blow you off the top but you're clipped onto the different pieces of metal up there
Starting point is 00:27:12 and so as soon as you climb all the way up the ladder and the ladder is really hard to get up and you have to clip yourself every four ladder rungs in case you fall so you get all the way to top you climb outside and the wind is blowing hard. And you can't even climb out
Starting point is 00:27:26 until you clip yourself and the wind's blowing you but you just have to trust the clip and then you have to grab another place clip that, remove the clip and move all the way across the top of it. It was awful. The worst.
Starting point is 00:27:37 So that's your base jumping like you've done that. I've just done a couple of things that were so scary to me. I thought I'll never do this but I've done like three or four of those now and it's never easier but once you do it a few times
Starting point is 00:27:48 and realize well you got yourself in this place. You are going to do it even if it takes you three hours you go, I don't want to be here for three hours. so let's just go but yeah like I see her do that and it's admirable
Starting point is 00:27:59 because it's easy to pay for it and go up there that's the part I always wanted to do this that's easy when it's time to just let yourself go if that's not your thing that's hard everything in your body
Starting point is 00:28:11 every means is going nope nope nope nope nope and to still fight through that and to just let yourself go and to also trust somebody else oh nelly That guy was so patient, too. I would have been, I would have just been like, let's go.
Starting point is 00:28:26 I'm sure he's dealt with people that are like, never mind. Yeah, for sure. I'm out. Yeah. When I went skydiving, they didn't give me the opportunity to say no. Because I went by myself with another family because I was like, hey, can I go skydiving? And they're like, are you by yourself? I think they thought I was going to take the plane down or something.
Starting point is 00:28:43 For sure. And I was like, yeah, and they were like, okay, you can go with this family. But they didn't have anybody ready for me because I didn't book it ahead of time. And so I had a very small woman. who was attached to me from behind. So her behind me, she couldn't see over me. Because I'm six inches taller than her. She was really small.
Starting point is 00:29:00 And so we get up there. And she was really good, but she was just small. We get up to the top on the airplane. And the family wanted all jump together, and we were the first ones to go. And we're walking backward. And they wouldn't let me touch the things because people don't let go of those.
Starting point is 00:29:14 And we back flipped out, but we only back flipped out because they wouldn't let me know we were going. They were like, okay, we're just going to walk toward the backward. And then she just went barreling out. Which went barreling out? That's awed. And then when it pulled on your nuts, when you hit, it goes,
Starting point is 00:29:29 and pulled. Oh, and the parachute. That's the worst. That's the worst. It's the worst. Powerball tomorrow night. They have the number that is most overdue. Are you guys going to play?
Starting point is 00:29:40 I feel like we talk about it. I was just thinking I might need to send myself a note. How many numbers are there? Remember to play. 60? I don't understand your question. How many walls are there? Yeah, one is.
Starting point is 00:29:50 Or, how many numbers? How many numbers are the lunchbox? Like you get drawn six. No, on the up to. No, yeah, like what are the numbers that you get to pick for? Yeah. You don't know. 69.
Starting point is 00:30:00 No, thank you, Ray. Dude, I do quick picks every single time. 69. But you see the numbers. Yeah, but that doesn't mean I count them. 95. Ray was wrong to.
Starting point is 00:30:12 Oh, wow. Okay, so zero to 95 or one? A total of 95 numbers are in the power ball drawing system. Players choose five whiteball numbers from a pool and a pool of... Mike, what does this mean? So a total of 95 numbers. A ticket, it's 69 numbers
Starting point is 00:30:27 for the five numbers you choose and the Powerball is 1 through 26. Why does it say a total of 95 numbers? Internet's... Or in the Powerball drawing system. I'm looking at a ticket right now because I fill out, I pick out numbers
Starting point is 00:30:37 and so the first five you can pick between 1 and 69. Hold on 69. 79. 79. Oh, so that's what... Oh, okay, so it's all together. Yeah, I guess it's 95. Yeah, good point.
Starting point is 00:30:47 Yeah, good point be having together. When do we need to buy the ticket buy? Saturday If I give you money We go just get us Some duo tickets Amy Yeah well I'm
Starting point is 00:30:56 We can't let anybody else be in it What do you mean? What the heck? It's just you two? Yeah Oh that's fine I'll be my own billionaire What in the world?
Starting point is 00:31:02 You guys can split your billion I just sent a note Like we need to find the lottery by side Guys I already told you if I win I'll share If you'll get the tickets I'll go in with you Can I give you money? Sure
Starting point is 00:31:11 How do I? What do I need to do? Why are you going to Amy? Yeah because I don't know what to do But I'll figure it out She's just on? She's just on? She's just on?
Starting point is 00:31:19 He was going to come back with $101 scratchers and be like, we did it. Why are you going? All people. You're bad luck. Even when Scoobie was doing it, we were winning. We do it with you. We don't win anything. And if you do win something, he doesn't tell you what you want.
Starting point is 00:31:33 That's true. You can't reinvest it to buy more tickets. And then we can't get our money. That's a lie. That's a lie. So what is you do with that money then? All the money. We always bought tickets on the next drawing.
Starting point is 00:31:42 He supposedly. Exactly. Yeah. He ran a Bernie Madoff scheme. Totally. We literally did it. He for sure made out. He's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, we got tickets.
Starting point is 00:31:50 Oh, my God. No winner's here. How many are we getting? I'll give you $50. Okay, so then I match that. And then you put in $50 and then just get as many as you can. Okay. Can I give you the cash?
Starting point is 00:32:04 That's 50 tickets, guys. Okay, $2 a piece. $2 a piece? Because I have $50 in cash. Okay. Amy, I'll give you $50. Hey, we're going to Dan and shade this. Oh, 50-50?
Starting point is 00:32:17 Like we're a duo. We're a duo. What's up? I don't know. understand like, I think it's great. I don't understand why lunchbox is mad that he wants to jump in on you all's thing. Because I always try to get you guys to buy lottery tickets together. We have a lot, but it's always like, buy your own, dude. And then Amy is like the most anti-lottery. I don't know what's up. I didn't say anything. All I said is I'm going to send
Starting point is 00:32:36 myself a note to go buy them. Well, you remember? Yeah, I just texted myself. That's how Did you respond? That's weird. No, I didn't. Okay. You should respond to yourself. But I'll thumbs up it later. You know what happens to me every single time I'll Amy buys the wrong tickets because she doesn't know how to do it. She gets the other one. Lunchbox. What's the other one? Make a million.
Starting point is 00:32:57 Pick three. Yeah. She gets daily five or something. The beauty is if she would do that and we'd be like, Amy did the wrong and they'd draw that next night and we went like 40 million. Thanks guys. Over the past 10 years. Oh, the number of the number.
Starting point is 00:33:11 The number that's most likely to come up of all the numbers is 61. The number that gets drawn on the lease is 13. The number that's most overdue is 26. The five most commonly drawn numbers over the past 10 years, 61, 21, 21, 23, and 69. Yeah, 61 and 69, we're in Wednesday's drawing, just so you know. So that is accurate.
Starting point is 00:33:32 And 21 red, right, Eddie? 21, it's my number. There's really no way to game the system. Even if you see patterns, it doesn't actually affect anything forward. But I'm going to give you this money. I got a text, like... Let me see when it was. I'd like to be accurate in my story here.
Starting point is 00:33:50 I got a text on August 15th at 1035 a.m. It says, Hello, Bobby. I'm on the yearbook committee. I've been put in charge of selling ads. I am curious if you'd like to buy one for the Bobby Bone Show or any of your other projects.
Starting point is 00:34:08 I will attach options below. Thanks for the consideration. That's cool. I don't know the number. It's just a number. How did they get your number? Exactly. And I was like, somebody just got my number.
Starting point is 00:34:17 And how do you know someone in the yearbook committee? Exactly. That's interesting. That's weird. Right? And so I didn't respond. So this is August 15th. So last night, the same number at 9.15 p.m. sends me the sheet of how the price is on the yearbook.
Starting point is 00:34:37 And so it says the name of the school. And then it says how to approach a business about buying an ad. They send me the whole thing. It says, introduce yourself. Say hi, my name is Blank. And I go to this high school. And I'd like to speak to your manager. I was wondering if you'd like to purchase an ad for the 2026 yearbook,
Starting point is 00:34:51 your financial support will help us and then it gives me the prices and then it says if interested ask them if there's a time we can check back with them ask for a good phone number or follow-up if not interested thank them for their time if they're a question whatever so they just sent me this there was nothing to it and i told katelyn i said some kid has my number it won't leave me alone about buying an ad in the yearbook at the school and so my wife being way smarter than i am She goes, what's the school? And I say the school. She goes, that's, Stasheera, Amy's daughter.
Starting point is 00:35:24 And so I texted Amy last night. And I said, hey, is St. Shear on the yearbook committee? And she's like, yeah, I texted Amy at 10 o'clock last night. I was watching the game, the Cowboys and Eagles. Yeah, I was already asleep. And so Amy texted me this morning and it's like, well, yeah, could be a yearbook scam, though.
Starting point is 00:35:45 So then I texted Schia back this morning. And I said, hey, I didn't know this was you. I thought it was some random. You got to say who you are. Because she never at once said, hey, this is DeShera. She just said, hey, you want to buy an ad in your book? And so I'm going to buy a full page.
Starting point is 00:35:58 There we go. I was thinking about it in the full page just putting something like Wu Pig Suey. Oh, not by Vibon Show. How funny. It was about that. Yeah. I mean, she did say anything.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Yeah, like I can do anything, right? Yeah, you knew whatever you want. Amy, did you buy one? Well, I just got sent the sheet, too. And what is funny? Did you get the sheet? So she's with her, her dad this week, but she texted me the sheet last night as well. And then when Bobby texted me
Starting point is 00:36:23 and I woke up and I saw that from him this morning, I was like, it's hilarious that she just, I think she just sent us the sheet. I don't think she would do that to like an actual business. Because at the top it does say, hi, I'm blank. Introduce yourself. Yeah, there was no introduction. I think maybe she thought, because you've gotten a new number, she's gotten a new number. Well, I went to Kailan, I said, hey, type this. No, first I said when she said that, I said, well, what's to share his number? And it was your number. your old, she had in her phone, your old number. Right, which is what she had for a long time.
Starting point is 00:36:52 And then she got a new one. So y'all just hadn't texted since the new number. And so that makes sense. But she maybe just wasn't thinking about how she had gotten a new number and that you would know who she was. And she had told me she was going to reach out to you. And then she was like, will you say something to him? I said, no, this is your, I wouldn't her to practice.
Starting point is 00:37:11 Like if you're going to be on the yearbook committee and she's president of the photography club, like she's having to do all these things that maybe. are a little more uncomfortable for her. I was like, you need to practice. I'm not going to Bobby. So I'm glad she reached back out because I didn't know when she originally texted you. Well, she just said a picture of the sheet. It wasn't even that she reached back out to say, hey. Well, I think in her mind, she thought based on what she knew of her old phone number, you probably had her saved in your phone. So she thought you knew who you were talking to and that you were maybe just ignoring her. And I was like, I don't think he would do that. No, I had a 512 number for her on my phone.
Starting point is 00:37:46 Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, yeah, I'm going to. by a whole page. Cool. But I definitely thought some kid was trying to, I don't know, either found my number somewhere. Or you were getting scammed. But I was like, say your name. Yeah, no, I'm glad that happened.
Starting point is 00:37:59 And I'm glad you told her that because she needs to learn. You got to say your name. Introduce yourself. I just texted her again. I said, hello, because she didn't respond. Oh, she's at school right now. Well, dude, she's in class. Sometimes she realized, for money, you got to jump out.
Starting point is 00:38:11 Get the deal done. Well, I know, but they're cracking down on phones in school. Mark Cuban says if you win the lottery, don't take the lump sum. Wait, what? Why? So, billionaire Mark Cuban from the Dallas Morning News has advice. First, hire a tax attorney who's much smarter about handling money
Starting point is 00:38:29 than you could ever pretend to be, especially when it comes to how overly complicated your life will be when it comes to taxes. One huge check is appealing about taking the cash payout as a mistake, and it makes it way too tempting to blow it all way too soon. Taking the money in annual disbursements, overtime is smarter, and we'll guarantee it last longer. Money doesn't mean instant happiness.
Starting point is 00:38:47 If you're miserable already, you'll be more miserable. If you're happy without the money, you'll be happier. Tell anyone who asks for money, no. That includes friends and relatives. You already know the people in your circle who need help and there's nothing wrong with giving them a lift, but anyone who asks is not your friend. Oh, and talk to an accountant before giving money to anyone. Winning the lottery doesn't instantly make you a smart investor. Pay someone you trust to help you with those investment strategies. Someone hitting you up out of the blue to invest in their can't miss restaurant idea or real estate flipping concept isn't sound investment advice. Good luck. So mostly it's if you get a lump, you think you have all that lump to spend, you start spending through it. I understand that. It's like a budget. You have a rich person budget. I wonder if you would say something different if you are going to handle it differently and like you would be wise and do everything that he's saying in there, but also receive the lump. I think he's talking like just generally speaking.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Yeah. I don't know any rich people that play the lottery. And I think there's a reason for that. You're about to. We might win. Oh, yeah. You. People do it for fun.
Starting point is 00:39:52 No, scratchoffs is different. Yes, to your point, there's not a lot of extremely wealthy people out there that are like playing the lottery every single day. But when it gets, when it's like a fun thing. It's culture. Yeah. It's grown so much.
Starting point is 00:40:05 It's in the news. It's something people talking about. Yeah. I don't, any of the people that I know they're rich, and I don't play the lottery, because they're like, why would I just piss my money away? Right. Because that's what it is.
Starting point is 00:40:15 No, it is. Ask Edwin Castro. I don't know him. Yeah, exactly. He's richer and all of us. Who is not? He's a guy that hit the big one in California. He has like four houses.
Starting point is 00:40:25 But does he still play it? Did he do lump some? Yeah. Is he happy? Yeah. Look at those houses and cars. Yeah, because like Mark Cuban said, if you're already miserable, you're going to be even more miserable. And the first thing I thought was lunchbox, you're going to be worse than you are now. How would I be more miserable?
Starting point is 00:40:42 He will not be more miserable. You know why? Because he ain't going to win. Oh, well, that's true. Well, he might. He's not. But Eddie Singh, what if he did? He has a better chance to be president.
Starting point is 00:40:49 What are his odds to be president, guys? Zero. I would never want to be president. And I mean that for anybody. That's too much stress. But that's not how the stat works. It's just the chance to be president. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:02 So that's what's up. I mean, someone's got to win. Why not me? And that's how you're gotten. Someone's got to win. And it's fun. If you do it for fun, it's awesome. It's like my friends are like, hey,
Starting point is 00:41:14 take me out of sports bet. Ah. Yeah. It's fun. If you're doing it for fun, we love to do it for fun. But the people that are like that, I'm worried about them. Because it's a slippery slope. It is so much fun.
Starting point is 00:41:27 I love Drive Kings. It is one of my favorite things. I don't have a problem. If it was problematic, I think I would have to go, you can't do this anymore. It is a lot of fun because we don't go crazy with it. A win is a win. A win is a win.
Starting point is 00:41:39 I don't care what I'm saying. Yep, that's me. Cliver Taylor the 4th. You might have seen the skits, the reactions, my journey from basketball to college football or my career in sports media. Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.

He goes, but there's so much luck involved. And he's like, just give it a shot.
Starting point is 00:44:17 He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration. It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat. Just hang in there. Yeah, it would not be. Right. It wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck.

Starting point is 00:45:27 In 2023, former bachelor star Clayton Eckerd found himself at the center of a paternity scandal. The family court hearings that followed revealed glaring inconsistencies in her story. This began a years-long court battle to prove the truth. You doctored this particular test twice in someone, correct? I doctored the test ones. It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case. I wanted people to be able to see what their tax dollars were being used for. Sunlight's the greatest disinfected.
Starting point is 00:45:56 They would uncover a disturbing pattern. Two more men who'd been through the same thing. Greg Alespian and Michael Marantini. My mind was blown. I'm Stephanie Young. This is Love Trap. Laura, Scottsdale Police. As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Ladies and gentlemen, breaking news at Ameriopa County as Laura Owens has been indicted on fraud charges. This isn't over until justice is served in Arizona. Listen to Love Trapped podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I did hit last night with the Cowboys. Yeah. Did they win? No, but they lost by less than they should have. So I've been on what they call a heater.
Starting point is 00:46:41 I'm not on many heaters. I've been on a heater recently. And so yesterday, and I never said it. I'm like, I'm going to win. I've been on such a heater. Ride with me. What is it when you're not on a heater? What's it called?
Starting point is 00:46:51 You're cold. You're just, but you're on a heater. You're on a ice cube. You're on. I don't know that you're on anything. You can't know anything. No, I'm like, I didn't know if there was a saying. That's why I wanted to know.
Starting point is 00:47:01 Make it up. Most people say that you're cold. You're hot. The saying is, I'm in the movie Frozen. And then you sing, let it go. Let it go. I'm in Antarctica. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:10 Not really a saying for that because you don't like talk about that if you're cold. You don't talk to anyone when you're cold. It's not talking when you're on a heater. Yeah, it sucks. I'm on an air conditioner. That'd be the opposite. That's not good. I'm on a heater.
Starting point is 00:47:24 I'm on central heat and I put it on cool and I've taken the temperature down to 68. Yeah. That's the term. Football is still America's favorite sport. A new NFL season kicks off this weekend. There was a game last night. There's a game tonight on YouTube. The only place you can watch it tonight is YouTube.
Starting point is 00:47:39 It's from Brazil. It is the Chiefs and the Chargers. And so, yeah, football, 48%. Baseball, 29%. What, hold on. There's a football game. American football is broadcasting from Brazil. Correct.
Starting point is 00:47:58 Tonight. Yeah, and in the booth will be rich eyes and Kurt Warner. Just, like, this is just like a fun thing they thought of? No, like let's fly our team. Oh, they're trying to internationalize. International appeal. the sport
Starting point is 00:48:10 Oh Well that's cool They play like in London In Germany Yeah I've seen the Titans in London They play in Mexico Yep The field was all torn up
Starting point is 00:48:20 This makes sense now I didn't think about that So they just go a little further south to Brazil They try to find better fields Let's keep going Let's keep going Maybe we'll find a better field But yeah that kind of suck
Starting point is 00:48:29 I hate to have to go play a freaking game in Europe Europe's awesome But you go and you land And you try to get your body right Then you play a game And you get back And you fly back You try to get your body right
Starting point is 00:48:40 and then you're playing again and you're all off. In college football, these teams are affected by three to four weeks whenever they play. They went to Ireland, like Kansas State and Iowa State, and they played. Kansas State almost got beat by North Dakota State last week. They won. Rich does a lot of those games, huh? Works for NFL Network. But like he does the over, the other international games.
Starting point is 00:49:01 Because they're often on NFL Network. But this one's on YouTube. This is on YouTube. I guess in partnership, right? Correct. Oh. So what time will it be in Brazil? Around the same, because it's right below us.
Starting point is 00:49:11 I think it's, because I'm wondering, like, if it's on at 7 o'clock here, is it? It's probably close to the same. Because when I was in Costa Rica, what time is it now? So it's two hours different. So it'd be like Eastern plus. What's someone called? That time zone they're in. South American.
Starting point is 00:49:29 Isn't it east and west, though? Like, isn't that kind of how the time zone changes? Well, I don't know if there's a. Okay, yeah. So they're further east. Yes. One is two hours. So one more.
Starting point is 00:49:40 Then Eastern. So it's going to be later for them, lunchbox. Yeah, so I was just wondering, like, is it like a midnight game for them or is it like a... I guess it's 9 p.m. But they have carnival all night. Yeah, they do. Do we know what it's called that time zone? It's called Fernando de Norah time?
Starting point is 00:49:59 Is that what it's called? Brazilian time? Four different time zones there. Oh, all through Brazil. So it's seven here. So who is it, the chiefs in the... Seven here. Oh, you mean.
Starting point is 00:50:10 The game is seven here. Chargers. Chiefs versus the Chargers? The Chargers are from where? L.A. Yeah, good job. They moved. Brasilia standard time.
Starting point is 00:50:20 So is Taylor going? I'm sure she'll, yeah, I would imagine. I don't know, but it's Travis's first game. Oh, what is the Chargers head coach? You tell me. I don't know. I know that Reed, Andy Reed, is the Chiefs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:34 Harball. Harball? Mm-hmm. Are you? I'm already thinking about. Okay. Jim Harbaugh? I'd have to Google him.
Starting point is 00:50:42 His brother is John Harbaugh, coaches another team. I know that I'm not. You like Jim Harbaugh. I'm getting a little older now, but. Andy's not my... Jim Harbaugh was not saved by the bill. He was?
Starting point is 00:50:54 Like as what? As Jim Harbaugh. Oh. Like one episode? Yeah. Oh, you're saying Harbaugh? Yeah, B-A-U-G-H. Harba.
Starting point is 00:51:02 I Googled Harba. Type in... Google what? I thought you were saying Harbaul. Google. Jim Harbaugh, say by the bill. Who's older, John? Great question. Don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:19 Oh, are they twins? No, they're not twins. Jim Harbaugh is 61, John Harbaugh is 62, so John, but close. Wow, when you're... Like as soon as mom healed up, they went at it again.
Starting point is 00:51:29 It looks like... You see Jim Harbaugh and say by the bill? Mm-hmm. Well, right now it's like they're in the classroom and there's like a teacher scene. He was at the max when I saw him. Oh. It's the max.
Starting point is 00:51:44 Are you watching the whole clip, Amy? Oh, he comes in in a, oh, screeches comes in in a football uniform. Uh-huh, a blue one? Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. And they're inside. Because he played for the Colts.
Starting point is 00:51:56 Oh, he was a player then. Mm-hmm. Oh, there he is. And the teacher's freaking out. Mostly it was a bear when I remember him playing. Wait, he was cute. That's why I thought you'd like him. He's older now, but yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:08 Okay, so maybe I need to do, like, when I... When you do, which coach would you bang? No. Which coach would you date? I should go look at... No, this is the part two version. Andy, you've got to do current time. I should go with...
Starting point is 00:52:22 I know, I do current time, but I can also, if I'm confused... No, you can't go back in time. What? Because if I go back in time, he's cute. Yeah, but you can't go back in time. Well, got to see what Andy Reid looks like back then. Let's go. So when he did pat, Andy Reid, look up Andy Reid
Starting point is 00:52:36 punt passing kick. Who? That competition. Andy Reid. Punt? Oh, okay. That's cute. Yeah, it's a top ghool.
Starting point is 00:52:43 So he was a giant. a child and he was in the competition and he was like double the size of every other kid he's always been big yeah like nine inches taller than everybody and 70 pounds taller it is a super viral clip when he was in the punt passing kit competition for children oh yeah okay well what do you see I see he looks like an adult man he looks like Danny I you know remember the kid Danny Amante who was way bigger in the little league world series oh yes yes yes yes yes he looks like an adult man against kids Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:15 Whenever you find the clip of this. Yeah, double up. Adult man. He does not look like an adult woman. Right. No, I guess I was thinking, I get what you're saying now because he was a kid. I'm watching NFL film presents and they're all running out to the field. He's number 34.
Starting point is 00:53:34 Look at him. That's who I'm standing at the front of the, you know, I got him right here. It looks like he's the dad. And all of the kids are behind him. He's like, I was, he's even saying, I was a big. a kid. Oh, dang, he's huge. Yeah, how old are the rest of those kids?
Starting point is 00:53:48 Have you not seen that, Eddie? I've never seen that. Yeah, they're all the same age. Wow. You age out of that at like, I don't know, 12 or something. Oh, yeah, you're right. He looks like an adult man. And then this teeny tiny little child is behind him.
Starting point is 00:54:01 Andrew Reed. It's crazy. Like, if those kids, they walk out on the field, they're like, well, I ain't gonna win. Yeah. That is hilarious. They're all like, well, we're playing for a second. Football, 48%, baseball, 29%.
Starting point is 00:54:14 percent basketball also 29 percent what do you think the fourth most popular sport is in America amy at 12 percent sorry you went football baseball basketball I don't know if soccer made it there yet if it's not soccer then maybe tennis I need one answer oh dang usually how it goes Amy
Starting point is 00:54:31 yeah Amy's like well okay fine soccer no ice hockey ice hockey is more popular in America than soccer I mean we have a team here Amy you're right we do you don't have to talk down to her No, I'm saying like most cities have a team. Hey, you idiot, Amy?
Starting point is 00:54:48 Yeah. Amy. But have you seen the big arena? Soccer's at 11%. We have a soccer team too. That's what I just said to him. It's definitely smaller. Smaller.
Starting point is 00:54:57 Okay. Soccer's at 5, 11%. What's next? Soccer is at 5. Isocky soccer then. Okay, tennis. Golf. Oh.
Starting point is 00:55:09 Keep going? There's 10. Okay. After golf, tennis? Nope. Pickle ball. Mm-hmm. Uh, lacrosse.
Starting point is 00:55:17 Auto racing. Okay. NASCAR. Never would have said that. At eight. But that makes sense. Uh, tennis. Correct.
Starting point is 00:55:26 At nine. La Crosse. No. Um, uh, polo. Polo. I've never seen a polo game. Water, polo. Swimming.
Starting point is 00:55:42 MMA. And it's in a 10 wrestling. Oh, okay. They put wrestling down? Like, is that like, a, a poll of Americans or what like I don't know. Yeah, all Americans. They asked every American. No, I just wondered if it's like TV viewing or like what. Well, I thought maybe it was to be like people registered for how many people play these sports. A new poll found that yes, football is still
Starting point is 00:56:05 American's favorite sport and 48% of Americans follow football at least a little bit. And second place baseball, basketball, third, hockey, then soccer at five, golf, racing, tennis, MMA, then wrestling. So when you say wrestling, are you saying the kind of wrestling that like they're doing in high school or like WWE. No. I don't know. I don't, it doesn't say, but I would assume that's not considered a sport at the same level because it has, what I was that what you were going to say?
Starting point is 00:56:33 That's what I was going to say because I was like, well, hold on because I thought it was more entertainment, not a sport. Everybody's getting offended here. Why not offended? I was just pointing it out. You were a little rude with your tone. Well, the hockey is like, what? No, I wasn't.
Starting point is 00:56:50 No, he was rude to you. Oh, okay. I was like, no, I wasn't. Yeah, you were like, Eddie, this is how I heard it. Amy, stop being such an idiot, you loser. But that's not what I said. Look down the road with your stupid eyes. There's a stadium down that has our hockey team stupid.
Starting point is 00:57:03 Yeah, we have a hockey team here. Yeah, idiot. And there's way more seats there, dumb, dumb, dumb. But I didn't say that. But that's the tone. No, it was. Yes, it was. You sound like my wife.
Starting point is 00:57:11 No, I was going to. Then learn. Then that's what you sound like. My tone is bad. Maybe. Peek stress hits parents at 716 in the morning. Our schedules are different. I'm not there for that.
Starting point is 00:57:22 Yeah, but, yes, I can see how that's, yes, because you're trying to get your kids out at the freaking door. A new survey of 1,000 parents pinpoint the exact time. Peak stress kicks in, 7.16 a.m. For 15% when kids can't find their shoes, the pressure spikes. I've heard. You have? I've heard that it's not a fun time for parents. That's from talking points.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Okay. Tough for us because our schedule is a bit different. Darth Vader's lightsaber is on the auction block. That's awesome. The iconic prop from Star Wars is up for grabs. it is estimated it could go for $3 million. Wow. But what is it?
Starting point is 00:57:56 Because I think it's not real, right? It's just probably just the handle part. Because like the light part, I think that was all visual effects. Do you think the lightsaber is real at some point? No, like I guess. Hey, stupid. Do you think the lightsaber is real? Wow.
Starting point is 00:58:10 It's like if you were to buy like a sword. It would look like a sword. But the lightsaber, I think it's just. Yes, it's just a handle. Okay, that's what I thought. It doesn't go. There's like a little stick. that comes out at the bottom.
Starting point is 00:58:22 So it's like the handle and then like a little stick that comes out at the like, I don't know, foot. Yeah, you're moron. Yeah, you're stupid. What's the stick part? What is that?
Starting point is 00:58:32 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what it does. Amy, really? An iconic prop from Star Wars is up for grabs. Darth Vader's iconic lightsaber from the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi
Starting point is 00:58:45 set for auction. The three-day auction runs September 4 through the 6th. It also includes Toby McGuire's Spider-Man two costume and Michael Keaton's Batman 1989 bat suit. The lightsaber is estimated to go for $3 million. Gosh, that's awesome. Those would all be cool to own. I'd want all of them. Yeah, I'd want all of them for $500. Yeah, it's a lot of money. Three million dollars. And you're buying that not to display in your house and go look at me. You're buying that as an investment to resell later on.
Starting point is 00:59:14 Like that high end, you're not buying it just to show your friends. Really? Yeah, because I wouldn't let you guys touch that. You'd put that away. That's like $3 million in cash. You wouldn't just have that out. Someone could target your house, break in and steal that. But don't billionaires have stuff like that just to have in their house? It's usually not billionaires that buy the stuff.
Starting point is 00:59:34 It's groups of people that put their money together to buy as an investment. For the most part. Now, the owner of the Colts, Jim Mersey, who died, he would buy a lot of the stuff. And he made a museum. He traveled around. Traveling a museum, yeah. He moved around. It was a bunch of music stuff, like super famous music stuff.
Starting point is 00:59:48 this Cambridge professor says we'll be talking to the dead using AI in five years so here's the idea though it's not that we'll be talking actually to the dead but it's that from my understanding is they will have enough information about the dead to put into AI to do predictive what they would have said back so it feels like you're still talking to them boom right you're the presence it's making you feel better because you're talking to someone who could be my mom, your dad,
Starting point is 01:00:23 oh, we should pick our death numbers on our lottery. Remember we're going to do that? Do that for Powerball. What are our death numbers again? Not that we're going to die. We're going to pick numbers from when our moms died. Oh, yeah. So the dates they died? Don't say the numbers, though, because those still are numbers. But that's
Starting point is 01:00:38 only two numbers, isn't it? Yeah, but we can add them and then all the rest are 69's. Can the same number be picked twice? I believe so, right? No, no, no. It can, if the white, on the first five balls, they are only you can pick on that red one though, right? And then the red one can be the same number of it's
Starting point is 01:00:54 over there. Because the five come from the same bucket but the other one's a different bucket, right? Right. Got it. They're all a bucket, bucket, bucket. And here's the thing. If you want to do your dates, you can do because it's six numbers, so you have a day the month and the year. That's six numbers.
Starting point is 01:01:12 And that works. So if you guys want to do that. We can do it. You can't pick zero. No one died on zero. Like 0.3, if that's a month. If you get 6, you'd have to have zeros. Because my dad's... I don't understand how much you're fighting about. I'd like to hear more.
Starting point is 01:01:27 Lunchbox is saying you can do some year, which is like 09, 05. Just pick 5. 85. Right, right. They were saying there's not enough numbers to be able to pick their dates. And I said there actually is... I wasn't saying that. Most likely, a date is going to have a zero in it.
Starting point is 01:01:43 And it's going to be a number higher than 69. No, Ray, you would just pick the number after the zero. Yeah. Like 0.3 would just be 3. Right, but then you wouldn't have 5. Raise 41 right. Or a total number of numbers. Yeah, no, no.
Starting point is 01:01:54 There's three numbers in a date, right? I wish I wouldn't open this up to Ray with his numbers. So, like, say like 3.22. 81. Right. That's three numbers. And that's Bobby's. And then Amy does three more numbers.
Starting point is 01:02:06 Then what about the Powerball? Well, you guys pick that one. I'm going to send you my numbers. So you have the day your mom died. I have the day my mom died. The day my dad died. That's too many numbers. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:20 Who's speaking to you? Yeah, if you're on your way, do you see a cardinal or illusion? Who talks to me most? My mom. She does. Okay. But if I do, then... You can't pick zeros.
Starting point is 01:02:37 But I can if it's a second number. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like if the number was 20. Yeah. Oh, that's crazy. We both said 20, dude. That's got to be a number. I send you my three numbers.
Starting point is 01:02:49 And then for the Powerball, I'll just pick 69. Can you do 69 or it's only 25? you're going to have to use if you're using your deaths one of those numbers is going to have to be your powerball you have to decide which one because the first three your dates if those are the first three numbers and then amies are the next three one of those has to be the power ball unless they died the same year and we've already used it correct then you can just pick whatever you want why because it's five numbers and one yeah it's the six number yeah do you guys have a crossover number maybe that's our moms died the same like the same time basically like that's A few days apart. Same time of the year? Yeah. That's why I said we could do our own Powerball number. He jumped in and said they couldn't,
Starting point is 01:03:31 but we had the same number there. Right, but I didn't know your dates. I was just saying if you don't have the same dates, that's all I was saying. I don't know your dates because you didn't say them, so we didn't have that information. I don't want to start my number. This is valuable.
Starting point is 01:03:44 We could always look at. What do you want to do here? Oh, yeah, look it up. It's probably on there, huh? Oh, what if like 80 people win? because it's our numbers. No, that'd be terrible. I know.
Starting point is 01:03:56 And we only get a hundred million. They might do the combo that we do. Like, because aren't we? I say you my three numbers. Okay. And what are your numbers? Just text them back to me. Well, just my mom's.
Starting point is 01:04:10 Yeah, we don't have enough numbers for your dad. Sorry, Dad. That could be a separate ticket. My mom died first, so. But my dad played the lottery. My mom didn't. Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 01:04:22 So what I would do is that sixth number Make that a parable number Okay And do the numbers They have to get picked in order Like so Wait wait wait wait wait wait
Starting point is 01:04:36 Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait Will you text me what you think the number should be Yeah you want to get dyslexic Because she gets it wrong and the numbers that I thought we were doing it I'm celebrating at home We did it we did it Amy would you send me the numbers Whoopsie
Starting point is 01:04:53 My disc calculator or whatever it's called So they do have to be in order, right? Like the numbers to win the real thing. Yeah, this is good. I don't think they have to be in order because they're all drawn from the same bucket. Yeah, I think we need to have this in writing. Lunchbox. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:05:08 They don't have to be in. Right. That's what I just said. Whatever you. I know, I'm trying to agree with you. I'm saying, Eddie, no. So they don't come out in a specific. Like, number one is not going to come out first if it's going to come out.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Like 21 can come out and then one can come out. No, no, no. No, no. What I'm saying is the way you write the number down here. Like if it's 21, 47. It's going to print them an order. It has to be in that order. No. It'll print them in the order you ask for them, but they're all from the same bucket.
Starting point is 01:05:33 So if those numbers are up, right? Aren't they all from the same bucket? Yes, but they won't print them. If you put 69 on your ticket, 69, if that's the highest number you have, will be the last number on your ticket. No matter how you write it. Oh, okay. Okay. So they don't have to be in order.
Starting point is 01:05:45 They don't have to be in order. Got it. Right. All right, Amy, I got it. You ready? Ready. Boom. Consider us rich.
Starting point is 01:05:56 So I just, I'm buying those numbers She doesn't even know how to do it You're going to her No, I got 50 I mean Like, this is what I mean Like, no, but I can learn
Starting point is 01:06:06 I've got 50 You've got 50 Don't buy a hundred of that number So you just want to buy one of that number Oh my gosh What if she tried to go No it wouldn't be any better though Right
Starting point is 01:06:15 You guys would just win the same amount Yes Yes Or you just cut our odds way down So is that what you were thinking of doing Well so now my dad can be included Because he can be another number Yeah
Starting point is 01:06:25 So you can do whatever want for the other ones. Let's do your dad and my dad. When my dad was dead to me? But when he was dead to me, yeah. Like age five. Do you pick a day? I looked to see when I was put in the hospital as a kid when he left. Daddy.
Starting point is 01:06:43 My daddy died to me. Yeah, so do that as the first one. And then by 49 quick picks. Okay. Yeah, thank you, quick picks. I thought I was going to have to sit here and come up with like combos for. 50. She says at home.
Starting point is 01:06:57 She does like a beautiful mindboard. She's got numbers attached. Well, this is the day Bobby got married. Yeah. Just, yeah, do that as one and then the rest of be quick pick. Gotcha. And then when you get it, take a picture of the ticket and text it to me. Okay.
Starting point is 01:07:13 All right. Do you want a picture of all 50 or just that one? Just probably just a one because the quick picks, you don't. No, I want a picture of all of them because you went and run off. See? Oh my gosh. You never hear from Amy again. Amy, you could.
Starting point is 01:07:27 You never know until you hit it. You never know what you're going to do. What if your boyfriend's like, no, no, no, no, don't tell Bobby. Let's go. Just you and me, baby. He's not like that. Or. Also, we have responsibilities and children and nobody's running off.
Starting point is 01:07:40 Not for that, right. Kids don't need the school. You're good. Yeah, you can school them on the island. Yes. No, he's definitely not like that. He would be like, you're putting that away. You have no desire to live on an island.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Yeah. You know, away from. Okay, homeschool in Arkansas. You can hire a. teacher to teach your kids. They don't need to go to school. No, he wants them to go to school because he wants them to have a good school experience and play sports and have friends.
Starting point is 01:08:03 That's great. Why are we going to take our kids to an island to just be? And then we're parents 24-7? No, thank you. And think about this. You can form your own league on the island where, like, you win every game. You can bring whatever friends you want. That seems fun to you?
Starting point is 01:08:16 To create a league where only you win? You just bring in kids that aren't good at basketball on the island here, play my kids. No, that sounds, how do they learn and have growth? They don't need to. were that kind of money to grow? They're rich, man. Okay, see, this is why
Starting point is 01:08:30 we need to win the money. This is who's Mark Cuban's talking about. No, no, no, no. Don't take the lump sum, guys. I wouldn't take the lump sum. Eddie, what? Yes, you would. Let's do one more.
Starting point is 01:08:40 For the first time in the U.S., an identical twin has been convicted of a crime based on DNA analysis. Usually, from DNA, twins, they can't use it because they can't solve cases because they're the same. So, they have the exact same DNA, basically, but this is the first time
Starting point is 01:08:54 this has happened. For the first time in the U.S., an identical twin has been convicted of a crime by using DNA analysis. Russell Marubio, 54, was found guilty of some bad stuff in 1987. Normally, identical twins can't be distinguished by DNA, but scientists have used a ultra-deep genome sequencing to detect tiny genetic mutations that differ between twins. Those mutations link to Marubio and to his semen found of the crime scene. So you can guess kind of what the crime was. The case is considered landmark
Starting point is 01:09:25 because it's the first time this advanced technique has been admitted and accepted in a U.S. court. You ever see the meme where the young girl's like if I donate my hair to locks a love and the person who gets that commits a crime and they find the hair while I go to jail? Whoa. And the mom's like, dude, you're nine.
Starting point is 01:09:41 Oh my gosh. I've not thought of that. Wow. That's crazy. Didn't lunchbox donate hair? Yeah, but they didn't take it threw it in the oil. They wouldn't accept it. They threw in the gold. up oil. Oh, to soak up the oil. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:09:55 Yeah. I mean, I kept waiting for my certificate. Never came. And I got a note saying. I think you would get a certificate for helping the environment. He got a picture of an oil spill and a thumbs up. Yep, they're like, your hair went to the oil spill. He got a text from a guy that works on an oil rig being like, hey, man, thanks.
Starting point is 01:10:11 You know those pictures where like the sea otter covered in oil? Yes. The sea otter is covered in his hair now. Hey, we saved the sea otter. That's right. You guys give me no credit from being a hero. You had cool hair, dude. I liked your hair.
Starting point is 01:10:27 My hair was awesome, dude. It was, I would, I mean, it was, yeah, it was long. It was Joe Dirty. Yeah. Oh. That's why I would compare it to. No. Because it had that kind of body.
Starting point is 01:10:40 Oh, that's when people thought I looked like Brady. No, nobody thought you looked like. Tom Brady. Yeah, Tom Brady. Tom Brady. Who's the bad Brady? A bad Brady. Is there a Unabomber?
Starting point is 01:10:51 What? Oh. A buddy? Ted Bundy? Oh, the serial killer? Yeah, no. No, no, no. He was...
Starting point is 01:10:59 No, no one compared me to him. No. Just checking. We're done. Amy, what are you doing this weekend? Well, I don't know. I got to figure out what my kids have going on. I know there's some birthday parties.
Starting point is 01:11:11 I get them back on Friday. I don't know the schedule. You got a whole floor at guards. Oh, are you guys going? Because you all got invited. We did. I didn't really get invited. I got a, hey, you can come.
Starting point is 01:11:21 No, we got invited. That's an early invitation. My boyfriend's daughter's birthday is a brunch. It's like basically the same time his race. And I'm thankful to be invited to hers. Nice. Yeah, because, you know, she's turning 17. And I think it's at the beginning she was the most hesitant about her dad having a girlfriend,
Starting point is 01:11:46 which I totally understand, especially being that she lost her mom. But we're going to, she's going to be with her girlfriends. and then we're going to kind of just sit at a, we're going to be there, but we're just like eat at the bar or something. Buy some beer? No. Not like that kind of bar.
Starting point is 01:12:02 Just like the bar seating. What other kind of bar is? Well, I don't know. I guess I was clarifying it's a restaurant. Like there's bar seating. There's a Mexican restaurant we go to. And you can sit at the bar and eat. Yes.
Starting point is 01:12:15 Like I was clarifying. And mostly it's the seating is that the seats are beside each other and then cram a whole bunch more against a bar than it is like a full alcohol bar. Oh, okay, I got you. Yeah, there's alcohol there, but it's not, it's mostly for eating, but they just happen to make alcohol behind it. But all the seats are always taken for food. Like, there are so many birthdays in September.
Starting point is 01:12:33 Oh, my God. Isn't that crazy? Let's go nine months ago. Is that New Year's? People banging on New Year's? March, April, May, June, July. Well, yeah, that's it, nine. It's got to be, right?
Starting point is 01:12:43 Well, because I think Valentine's Day is. I think it's really 10. Or New Year's Resolution? Yeah, you're right. It's more 10. Yeah, it's more early December. Okay. So, yeah, it's probably.
Starting point is 01:12:51 Probably New Year's and Christmas. That holiday time, there's nothing to do. And it's cold. It's cold. Cuddle buddies. Many September birthdays occur because conception rates peak around winter holidays Christmas and New Year's. That makes sense.
Starting point is 01:13:05 Roughly nine months prior, it's called the holiday effect. It is due to increase time off from work festive atmospheres and possibly biological factors that promote conception during colder months. Additionally, some parents plan for their child to be oldest in the school year as September is often the start of a new year and allows for a late summer or early autumn birth. Oh, yeah. Okay, well, that explains it because I just feel like there are so many birthdays. Your daughter just texting me back? Which, oh. Oh, should she not be a text? Be like, are you, are you better? A check. I don't have checks. I don't even own a check. Well, this is a high school. Do you have checks?
Starting point is 01:13:41 I think, yeah, I have checks. Can I just give you, Venmo you the money and you write a check for me? Sure, but you don't have any checks. No. Like you're, what about your, no, you're, you're, you're, Your mortgage. Does your wife have checks? I don't have a mortgage. What about a business manager? Bobby, you have checks somewhere. I guarantee you.
Starting point is 01:13:58 I don't own a checkbook. Right. I don't know where a check book is. Okay. So someone's like, write a check. I'm like, okay, give me a spaceship. Two things I don't have. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:08 So maybe somebody. So, okay, I can do one or two things. I can give you the $300. Is it how much it is? I think it's two. Well, he bought a whole page. Oh, you got a whole page. For a new business,
Starting point is 01:14:20 if you've never bought in the yearbook for a whole page is $300 $300.000, it's $2.80. Okay, that's the one I saw. Yeah. Are you going to buy a page? I'm going to try to buy something, but I was trying to figure out what to put on it. But now you're going to do Woo Pigs. I'm like, what should I do?
Starting point is 01:14:34 Alabama. Roll Tide. Giggle. No. No. Gagum, we'd accept it. It's all Amy's teams. War Eagle, Giggum.
Starting point is 01:14:46 Oh, Alabama. Roll tide. Cowboys. I like the Cowboys. No, you don't. What about your junior college? Yes, my dad was a... Oh, Baylor.
Starting point is 01:14:52 I like Baylor. Oh, Blin. Blin? Stay Blin? I don't know. The blend that I went to, we didn't have the football team. That was the other blend.
Starting point is 01:14:58 So, let's see. Go Maroons. I would be my high school. Mustangs is my elementary school. Falcons was junior high. I could just name all my schools. You should buy all the pages and it'd just be one page after the other.
Starting point is 01:15:10 That'd be cool. I thought about doing that buying multiple pages and just like writing a story. Oh, that would be hilarious. Bobby on one and then you flip it over and it's like another word. No, I was just going to do a whole store like they can print words yeah so she was the salesperson of the year she was able to sell i don't know that i want to pay $1,200 though for this bit they don't even
Starting point is 01:15:29 have room for the kids pictures because you bought the whole book the yearbook it's one yearbook but two books here's the book of the one ad and here's the book of all the kids um okay what do what do you what do that i guess just been moaning if it's going to be a pain of the butt i can that's not a pain of the butt just then we and all write the check And if you want to just Venmo me the Oh, I guess you have cash for the lottery But you could just do it all Just do one big minmo
Starting point is 01:15:57 I'll just do you $350 right now All right. Bobby, I'm getting comments on our live stream That normally the ads in the yearbook Are more about the student That you're buying for Oh really? No, they're to businesses
Starting point is 01:16:08 Like you're supposed to write a note To the student you're buying from And like pictures of them Oh, I think that's if it's like You're presenting it Like she's on the committee and she's trying to sell it to businesses. Like, that's why she was saying,
Starting point is 01:16:22 do you want to promote the Bobby Bone Show? But I do know, like, when I was in high school, we had a senior page and, like, all of our friends got together and it was, like, to us, or parents would buy it. I'll ask to share it. I was so jealous of those. Can I do an ad?
Starting point is 01:16:34 Because your parents didn't do one. No, my parents didn't buy one. So maybe these commenters, like, our listeners, they had really awesome parents. Do I have to talk about you? I mean, not that our parents weren't awesome, but you know what I mean. I say, can I do an ad for me
Starting point is 01:16:45 or do I have to talk about you? You could throw it like way to ghost to she or no she's not a senior She is Oh yeah you gotta do way to ghost to Shira in there They like you did it And then you tell your story You did it Dude I remember those pages
Starting point is 01:17:02 It'd be like we're so proud of you Carlos And you like How did Carlos get this? So jealous of those His Barrett We never had those That was not a thing Really?
Starting point is 01:17:12 No That was not a thing Okay Everybody good Yeah I was waiting to say if she texted me back quick, but I guess she's not. Weekend, you're doing that.
Starting point is 01:17:22 That's good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, just kids, and birthday stuff, and obviously, football. Got all those teams roof for it. I'm kind of getting... Yeah, you are overwhelmed. I kind of been getting excited, getting back into it, because, you know,
Starting point is 01:17:32 I used to do football commentary, and that forced me to watch football, and that made it kind of fun, and so now I think I'm back into it. I need something. Did you watch the Cowboys on that? I don't know. It didn't have to.
Starting point is 01:17:42 It wasn't. That's your team. You just said that you loved them in your yearbook ad. Oh, I was, I played a book. Bunko last night. That's why I was at a birthday party. Bunko? See, another birthday. My mom played Bunko. Yeah, we played Bunko.
Starting point is 01:17:53 That's a sex game. No, no, no, it's like a old lady. Yeah, it's my mom played too. With like tables and cups and dice. Yeah, lots of tables. Annabelle. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Did you win? No. I had three wins, three losses, but
Starting point is 01:18:06 there's like winner table, loser table. You're good? Yeah, but I didn't win overall. What do you win, money? Prices? I don't think she had any prizes. I think it was just like a fun birthday party game. Okay.
Starting point is 01:18:21 Eddie, what are you doing this weekend? Games. We got baseball game tomorrow morning. Basketball game. Basketball game at, I have a basketball game. Dude, I have two basketball games on Sunday. Same. Like, what are they thinking?
Starting point is 01:18:36 Are we in the same tournament? Maybe. I'll see you there. Maybe. That'd be cool. Yeah. But like it's NFL Sunday. Like, what are we doing doing basketball games on Sunday?
Starting point is 01:18:44 Well, you're just not going to go, right? That's my son. Like, I have to. to go. I'll take the phone. I'll take my phone. I'll probably watch it on my phone. You're not going to be the only parent. They're watching sports on their phone. It's tough.
Starting point is 01:18:55 Lunchbox? Ray's birthday is tomorrow. Oh, you're going? The party. No. You're not going? No, it's at 11.30 a.m. When you have three kids, it's not really conducive to a...
Starting point is 01:19:06 Take them. They were not invited. And so I... You're like the other one. Just take them anyway. Show up. And then start a feud with Ray when he gets irritated that you brought him. And they have soccer games.
Starting point is 01:19:17 tomorrow so we have that and welcome back to school party for the neighborhood that's about it Morgan we're hanging up a projector screen on my deck at my house
Starting point is 01:19:31 I'm gonna redoing the whole deck and stuff you and the boyfriend yeah I can't do it by myself that's not an easy task and then I'm doing a one of my friends is in a mental health walk so I'm gonna go visit her I was like oh my gosh you don't need to say that
Starting point is 01:19:47 I was like, should we know this? I go every Saturday. I was like, wow. One of my friends just... I mean, I thought she was going on there. I did too. I was like, Morgan. No.
Starting point is 01:19:58 I said it weird. Suicide prevention walk. Okay, there. That makes sense. One of my friends is. If you would have started with suicide prevention too, I would have been... Yeah, the setup was all. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:07 Sorry, guys. My friends in. Yeah. Eddie, your game at that place that's an acronym? I think they're all acronyms, right? Oh, dang. Is it start with an M? No, it starts with a T.
Starting point is 01:20:19 Oh, I know what you're talking about. I don't know. Maybe, maybe. Can I ask a question about Cowboys' controversy? Because I learned this last night. Go ahead. What color are their pants? Well, they wear different color pants, but are silver, white?
Starting point is 01:20:31 They're supposed to be silver. And last night, the ones that are supposed to be silver last night were definitely baby blue. Yeah, I think they're blue. I think they probably have different colors of pants, though. Obviously, we've learned that teams don't like to stick to their colors. No, cowboys are pretty consistent. Well, it doesn't sound like it if they had to. baby blue colors.
Starting point is 01:20:48 It's almost like it's a baby blue, but like it shines. So it could be silver. Yeah, they have apparently like I was reading on. Maybe they're metallic. And my boyfriend was talking about this. This is a big thing, I guess. Not a big thing. Cowboys have written this.
Starting point is 01:21:01 Not a big thing. No, Cowboys have written that it's a silver colored pant, but it's baby blue. That walk you're going on. Yeah. Tell us more. You well? I just, I do. I didn't know if that was like a thing.
Starting point is 01:21:16 I'm going to go. I have somebody I used to work with that's in town tonight. It's one of the days I'm coming to Nashville, so I'm here for like five days. And he invited me and my wife to go to dinner, and it's just such a, it's like after 8 o'clock. Yeah, you don't eat that late. Unless I'm like up having a midnight snack at 8 p.m.
Starting point is 01:21:35 I don't eat that late. And so, but I think we're going to try to do that. And then I got a bunch of football. Tomorrow Arkansas plays Arkansas State, which is awesome. And then Sunday I got my Panthers. Oh, yeah, you're Panthers. lifelong. I was going to go by Garth's Bar, but.
Starting point is 01:21:50 So what time does that end, Ray? We start at 11. I mean, I don't want to give the exact times, but yeah, it'll end, man. Is that like security reasons that you don't want to give exact times? Yeah, I mean, there'll be a beginning, a middle, and an end. All right. You guys are such idiots. Didst assure reply?
