We got a couple more postponements or cancellations concert-wise.
So Parker McCollum canceled a couple shows, but that's because his wife is going to have another baby.
That one completely understandable.
He was like, I'm going to do this last show.
then I got to go home because we're going to have a baby.
And I think they've already announced the dates there.
But that one.
That makes sense.
That's not blue dot fever.
You're familiar with that, right?
Oh, yeah.
It's low ticket sales.
Yeah.
Do you know why it's called that?
Blue dots are available seats.
And if there's a lot of them, it's fever's high.
I mean, I would just say I had clospora or clospora perisite.
Well, you don't say you have blue dot fever.
People proclaim it by going to the ticket grid and looking.
No, I know they don't have it, but I'm saying if I was in this situation right now,
what a, what a thing to have like a national outbreak?
Ah, went to Michigan and got some bad lettuce.
But then what if people still went to the grid and saw all the blue dots?
Oh, yeah, then.
Okay, I see your point.
Yeah, because blue dot fever you can always tell.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
The other one is Bailey Zimmerman canceled the entire international leg of his tour,
which was 10 shows.
He says he needs to focus on important family matters.
Quote, everything's okay. My family needs my attention, and that's what I got to do.
That's not a blue dot situation. I don't know. I doubt it too, because a lot of times when you go overseas,
you play smaller venues anyway, just generally speaking. I don't know what that one's about,
and I hope everything's okay with his family. But you've got a couple artists here, canceling shows.
Well, Bailey canceled. Parker's going to reschedule. Another one is it's Zach Brown's birthday today.
How old do you think Zach Brown is? Oh my. Is he 15?
No.
Is he older or younger?
I don't know.
Oh my gosh.
Is he 53?
48.
You went the wrong way.
Whoopsy.
You went the wrong way.
That's never good.
Okay.
Good for him.
What do you think his biggest, I get there, but him, what do you think the biggest
stream song is?
Chicken fried.
Number one chicken fried.
Good.
Okay.
Toes in the water.
Toes in the sand.
Toes at number three.
Okay.
Highway.
20 ride.
No?
No?
No, but that's a big song.
That's one of my favorites.
I don't think it's Highway 20, right?
Highway 40 or is it Highway 20?
Is it 20?
I feel like I sing 20.
You're probably right.
I'm probably not right.
No, I bet you are.
Okay.
Mike, what is it?
Highway 20, right.
Okay, you're right.
So you look at you.
Memory recall sometimes works out for me.
You got chicken fried.
You got toes.
Colder weather.
No.
Really?
That's a good one too.
I'm saying they're not great songs.
I know, but I just thought others would agree.
I think those two songs that you said they're better than the number two song.
Yeah.
So I need a hint because I'm out of titles.
Part of the body.
Oh, that's not toes.
Good point.
A part of the body that's not toes.
He has two body parts in the top three songs.
He does?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Head, torso.
Sing the song that starts with head.
Head, shoulders, knees, and toes.
It's one of them.
Shoulder?
knee
knee deep in a water somewhere
knee deep in water somewhere
yeah yeah okay that's with like
Jimmy Buffett though right
is it solo
I don't know I don't know what Jimmy Buffett's
I don't know what Jimmy Buffett's hot
but that can't just be
I think that's Zach Brown only Zach Brown
but I was also wrong about Highway 80 ride
so is it Jimmy Buffett too on that one?
Yeah I'm really off today
Wow and I'm on
You're nailing it
So chicken fried at one knee deep at two
Toes at three
You have two left
I'm in the hand
Again, I tell you I'm out of titles.
I'll know it, but I just need a hint.
As to do with some, the place you live and maybe possibly something a garden does.
Homegrown.
Good job.
Number four.
Homegrown.
That's a good one.
Yeah, it's fine.
It's not as good as the other one you brought up.
No, it's not.
And then number five is, it's really one of their finest songs.
And it's older, I think.
It's kind of hard to describe this one.
It's three words.
Okay.
I know. I know. This one's hard because there's no clue I can give. Sure there is.
I give you some of the melody. Okay.
Da-da-da-da-da-da.
Oh, whatever it is.
And blows me away.
That's a jam.
That's a jam.
Yeah, you're right. That would be hard to describe.
I think of all five of those, I think whatever it is is the best song of just the five that made that.
I mean, chicken fried obviously because that's their biggest, but it's not my favorite.
Same.
The chicken fried from Zach Brown Band to me is bubble gum tongue from John Mayer.
Oh, I do love that.
This is like so down the middle and that's what everybody knows and loves.
That takes me back to college.
Your body's in Wonderland?
Yes.
We listen to that so much.
You know Zach spells the name just ZAC?
I did.
Yeah, he popped up in my Instagram.
I don't know that I follow him, but I follow his wife, Kendra, Scott, which is weird to say now.
and they just did
Celebrity Family Feud
I saw that
And that's
His feed popped up
And it was Z A C
Colder weather
Is it 6
Sing that one
Colder weather
I can't
Now I have whatever it is in my head
That's why I asked you to sing it
Yeah
She got whatever it is
She got colder weather
Hold on
Oh yeah, there's.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Can I call you?
I know I can't get there.
I'm stuck in colder weather.
That's it.
I'm stuck in colder weather.
That's a jam.
Ashley's walking away at 7.
This is just the highest stream.
Ash, she's walking away.
I don't know that I know of that.
You do.
I think Alan Jackson's in this one.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's it.
Yeah.
Cold weather.
Okay.
The next one is free.
Oh.
And I'm free.
That's free falling.
Free as I'll ever be.
Free as I'll ever be.
I'm really struggling getting one melody out for the next one.
The next number nine is keep me in mind.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's gonna give me mine.
Tens Island song, but I'm gonna tell you,
I can't do that one.
Oh, I remember this one for a minute.
This one's played for a minute.
Yeah, but they're like the best ones
aren't even on here.
Top 10, why are people streaming the songs that aren't the best?
We should encourage people to stream.
Let's see.
Highway 20 ride.
Oh, man.
I can't.
How that's not a top tenor?
You're telling me that's not in the top ten.
Maybe it makes people too sad.
How we, that's, it is, it's a, it's a, it's a feeler.
Yeah, that's, I know that's the point, but music, you know, to make you feel, but.
Let's see, there's that, let's see the second, that's from the foundation album,
homegrown, there's, uh, one day.
I'm looking at the other songs we mentioned that we didn't, they weren't the top 10.
The comeback, that's 2021.
I don't know. Anyway, happy birthday. He is 48. Yeah, he's 48. We can play a couple of clips here.
This is him doing a bobby cast with me talking about why he sleeps with a pee bottle by his bed.
I use a pee bottle through the night because I got used to doing that when I'm touring because you're riding.
You know, we play three or four shows in a row. So I'm sleeping on my bus. The bus is going down the road.
During that day for my voice, I drank two gallons of water. So through the night, I'm going to pee like two or three times.
So I have to get my pee bottle right by the bed. So you don't have to get in it. Yeah. If you get up on a moving bus,
and I have an overactive brain anyway.
You get up, you stub your toe, you bash your head in the wall, you're awake,
and then it throws you off.
So for people that have to do that, they make nice big ones with lids,
so it doesn't stink, it doesn't spill.
It's like, you know the deal.
This other clip, I think I'm going to ask for like a video clip of this today
because I think you can probably get some traction if I post it again.
And this is him talking about why he hates lazy songwriting.
Just in general.
Ray, it's number five.
But I hear songs on the radio all the time that I'm like,
They're just making that rhyme.
Like, if you care about every line of the song,
if a song is your baby,
it's like, to me,
songwriting is like the last,
like, real American form of poetry.
So for me,
the chase of a song is like,
I never love a song more than right
when we finish writing it
because you kind of forget what you did.
You listen back to it,
and you're like, oh, yeah, there it is.
But I have a really good radar
with, if that line's not good enough,
the song's not done yet.
I feel like that could get some traction
with him going,
he hates lazy songwriting.
Yeah.
I saw a funny viral
real that a guy did.
And you could tell he's a fan of Luke, but he also
was kind of poking fun of him. He's like, Luke, don't
hey me. He's writing the song? But he was doing his
latest deer
beer, beer, hunt.
Like trying to figure out the rhymes. And so he's like,
he's sitting there and he's like, he's acting like
he's Luke Brian that morning that he's writing that song.
And he's like, okay, what do I do first thing in the morning?
He's like, oh, I wake up, wake up.
And he's like, and then I have coffee.
Coffee.
I saw that one.
I watched the whole thing.
And I laughed every single line.
And then he's,
Yeah, but it seemed like he was poking in good fun
because some people have been really mean to Luke about that song.
Yeah, that song went viral for all the wrong reasons.
And then Luke embraced it and started to just show people
through different clips what he meant to be funny.
He's like, this is, this is Clim Tree!
And then he would take a tree stand and take it up there.
Yeah.
85-year-old Donna Mills is on OnlyFans.
Now, I did see a picture of her now.
And then I did see a picture of her back when she was a young,
sex symbol. I don't know her from shows, but she was from Nott's Landing. Look her up.
Donna Mills, Knott's Landing 1980s. But she is 85 years old. She'll be on only fans.
Lunchbox, do you have any interest in any 85 year? Oh, yeah. I definitely know her.
No, that's disgusting. She's beautiful. Not at 85. Did you see her in the 80s?
Nope. You would have thought she was taught. Look at her, though, in the 80s and then see if
it makes her hotter now.
Okay, I'm looking her up.
I mean, she-
Donna Mills in the 80s.
She looks really similar.
80.
At 80 that she did in the 80s.
No, I mean, she definitely looks older.
I'm not going to allow any meanness,
but I'm not going to allow that.
Because that's not true.
It is true.
Amy.
Bobby.
She looks similar.
I mean, she's not.
That picture of her,
where she's old.
is so made up and probably filtered.
But just look at a random picture of her.
Well, I don't know how to find random.
What are you think, watchbox?
What are made up?
I mean, back in the 80s, yeah, she was definitely hot.
I see her in a blue bikini.
Very nice.
I really enjoy that one.
But I'm not today.
That's a pass.
Okay, but she's 85 doing what on only fans?
Like, she's connecting with her fans?
I'm not connecting.
Because there's a variety of content that can be up there.
I don't know that there's a variety anymore.
I think for a second they tried to make OnlyFans also.
Wholesome?
Yeah.
And that did not work.
Oh.
It did not take.
Well, what in the world is she doing?
If I were to guess, I do not know.
So, so I don't know.
But if I were to guess, I would say she's not showing her naked body.
But you aren't subscribing to Donna Mills unless you either have.
have an old person fetish or you loved her back in the 80s.
And you're old too.
And you're old too.
So probably her on like workout gear, shorts.
Okay.
Otherwise you just get on a cameo.
No, I think you can make way more money on Onlyfans.
Yeah, but even even being wholesome.
Mike, have you ever heard of anyone making it wholesome on Onlyfans?
Not anymore.
But, but anymore?
So there was someone?
They tried that for a minute.
Like they tried to not make their sight so porny.
Okay.
All right. I just thought there could be, you know, like, do you want to watch me work out?
That's kind of porny, though, for old people. Like, there's levels of it.
Okay, but if you're fully clothed, then you're going to work out anyway and you just film it.
Is that? No, but how far away from the body are you? Like, all that matters. If you're going to
shoot a workout from five feet away and not zoom in on stuff or have stuff closer to the camera,
that's fine. Do that on Instagram. I mean, I guess there's workouts all over YouTube. So why would
people pay.
I'm doing a lot of assuming here, but you don't really get on only fans unless you're
going to give them something a little more than what you're giving them on social media.
Okay.
Yeah.
That makes sense.
Let's run a few voicemails here.
Ray, give me number two, please.
Amy, Eddie, and Abby did the National Anthem, and I absolutely loved it.
Good job to all of you.
I have sang the National Anthem at ballgames before.
It is the most nerve-wracking thing in the world.
So I especially love the throwback.
So thank you for sharing that.
Nice.
Yeah, good times.
People love that segment.
Sometimes we forget that we have listeners
that have only started listening in the last couple years.
And they didn't get to experience yours or yours and eddies or even Abby's,
which was the latest, but mostly yours.
Yep, mostly mine.
That was definitely way back.
And I'm glad we can occasionally go down memory.
I don't know that I could hear that back often.
Maybe every 10 years or so.
Give me number three, Ray.
Yeah, I'm calling about the push-up segment.
Amy wins that all day long.
Eddie wasn't even close to the floor.
Agree.
And watching Eddie's back, the first couple, he kind of gets close,
but then four on, just the bottom of his shirt is touching the ground and goes up.
So he very much cheated.
You did great.
Thank you.
You didn't get to 25.
I think you bit off a little more than you could chew.
But I got to 20 at least.
And you pushed hard.
And I pushed hard.
Go number four.
I got some suggestion for lunchbox.
You want to change the theme song and put Daniel too.
I mean, you get paid twice lunchbox.
They have to pay you as lunchbox and pay you again as Daniel.
Double pay.
Huh.
I wish that was the case.
But you don't want to find out anyways.
Yeah.
It's fine.
What if you were paid $10?
10% more, but you had to go as Daniel all the time and we killed lunchbox off.
I'd pass.
What?
You're crazy.
Pass.
10% more?
No, I've already built this name.
I can't just.
No, no, but you built it to get to this point to have.
Yeah.
Transition.
More money.
Yeah, pivot.
I mean, I'd love more money, but I mean, then everything, my brand would be starting from scratch.
Oh, my gosh.
You have a new brand.
If I went to in a restaurant and I was like, hey,
I can't use the name lunchbox.
They would be like, what, what?
You can still use it at a restaurant.
People would still probably know you from that.
So you're talking 10% of everything he makes right now.
Everything would just bump up 10% for nothing.
Yeah, a name change.
On the shows, go by lunchbox no longer, just Daniel.
No, I don't do that work.
Okay.
Because people would tune in if they'd been gone for a week.
They'd be like, what?
Who is this new guy?
Maybe they would stay longer.
No, they would hear your...
They're like, lunchbox is gone.
There's this new guy Daniels here.
Yeah, but your voice is so recognizable.
Well, your voice is part of your brand.
I understand, but you can't be changing names.
I mean, Denzel doesn't go by Danny all of a sudden.
You know what I mean?
Like, no, once you have a name, you stick with it.
Give me number five, please.
Hi, I'm listening to the podcast.
You guys are talking about kids and tablets at restaurants.
That's lazy parotene.
Engage with your child.
Don't throw a tablet at them.
Love the show.
Bye.
She's right.
People are so absolute that you're lazy.
I'm sure there's a lot of stuff she's doing that could also be
not perfect in the world of parenting.
And at times, if you're somewhere and your kid is going crazy and it's a public place
and they are not responding to human engagement, I don't mind if you throw a tablet at them
for 20 minutes so they can do something to not bother everybody else.
Yeah.
So when people are so absolute about things, that's annoying to me.
Yeah.
Don't you do that in an argument sometimes though?
I'm not arguing.
I didn't even ask her to call.
Oh.
I didn't go up to her and argue with her.
She just called.
I know, you're self, you're self-admitted sometimes just like, oh, you always do that.
But you don't really mean it.
So I guess that's the point.
Well, I don't understand your point.
I, so.
My point is she's calling in saying, if you absolutely do this, you're a lazy parent.
And that is not true.
It is not true.
It's not true.
I agree.
I'm sorry, I brought you into it.
Yeah, thanks.
I always do that.
I'm sorry.
You do always do that.
You know what?
I never deserve it.
You never deserve it.
You always do it.
I'm always the worst.
You're always the worst?
I'm never the worst.
And that's the thing.
Okay.
Everybody good?
Yep.
They're developing a new bracelet that will tell you if drugs are in your drink.
Hmm.
You just take a drop of your drink and put it on the bracelet.
You're seeing if you're getting roofied or not.
Oh, okay.
Was that not?
Was that not what I was...
At first you were a little like, huh?
Well, because I was like, huh, what do you have to do?
Dip your wrist in your drink.
That's what I was thinking.
Gotty, got, got, got it.
to drop on the bracelet.
I don't know if you're like anti-finding out if you're moving.
No, no, no, no.
I think that's great.
It's a very, very convenient way.
It's right there on your wrist.
Like, it can be inconspicuous.
Addison Bounds, a 22-year-old former U.S. beach volleyball player co-founded
Elora armor, a bracelet that creates jewelry with a sensor designed to warn its wearer
when dangerous substances have been slipped into their drinks.
Like when we were girls, like especially going out in college, like that's something
that had to be at the forefront of our mind, like, that we would talk about of like, don't
don't leave your drink or don't, hey, go over there and like, hey, will you watch my drink?
I'll be right back or when you go to the bathroom.
That's why I was so shocked a few weeks ago when some girl just left her plate and her drink and
she went to the restroom and she was there by herself.
But there was a guy sitting next to her at the bar and they were talking, but they weren't together.
But I was just like, it was such a vulnerable thing.
I don't know how much that is.
That's what I was asking.
Like, is that also a drug you take yourself to wipe yourself out?
Oh, it's not?
No, you would never want to do that.
No, there's no point in that.
That's literally a drug just to get somebody to come home
That wouldn't come home with you
Someone that you already have a connection with
But then once...
Not even a connection
You just met him at that bar that night
Yeah, that's what I'm saying
You have to have a connection in the meat though
There's some people that'll do it
And you've never seen them or met him
And they'll roof of your drink
And then follow you around at the bar
And then at the end of the night
They go, okay, boom, I'm taking them home
Because the drug has now kicked in
There's even bars that will roofie you
To get you to drink more
No way
There are, there's one here in town
That's been in the news
No way.
Yes.
Come on.
Yes.
I know nothing about it.
I'm just asking questions.
So, rehypnal is a powerful nervous system depressant.
They do use it to treat severe insomnia, induce anesthesia, and relax muscles.
So there is an actual use for it.
Like a positive use for it.
A medical use for it.
Well, good for this bracelet.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's good.
Geez.
They have to be, you have to test your drink when you get it, if you walk away.
Yep.
You come back.
I never thought about you being with somebody that you're already talking to and you're kind of
hit it off and they're waiting for that to meet somebody and then they, they drug you.
Because I always wondered, like, people just wasting drugs?
Like, they just see somebody and dropping their drink and now that they got to go through the effort of
forging a bar connection that night.
Yeah.
But I was wrong about that.
I've, okay.
I've never told you all this.
story. But maybe I will. Because I don't really know what happened at all. And I was with my husband.
So that's why I don't know why someone would do something to me. And I don't know why I was randomly.
And I don't even know for sure that's what it was because there's no way to test for it. But I don't
have any memory. And he, he, I, he had to, I had to be in a wheelchair. And I had to get out of somewhere.
Yes. And you were with your husband. Yeah. He's the one that ended up having. I mean,
he's the one that told me everything.
And like I, were you married at the time?
Yeah.
Yeah, we were mid-married a while.
And we had gone to an event and we were out of town and we were at a hotel.
And I don't even know how I got to the room.
And he was like through a wheelchair.
Were you ever split and like just talking to somebody friendly and you think?
Yeah, I think I, I do know that earlier in the night at the event I had taken drinks from people.
but I thought they were with people we knew.
So I didn't think about it.
But I've never in my, and I didn't over,
it wasn't like I had a crazy amount.
Whatever happened to me that night,
I've never experienced in my entire life.
And I think that's something I just sort of like put away
because it was terrible.
And I mean, even what Ben told me late the next day was terrible.
And I felt terrible.
When did he notice?
Something wasn't normal.
It wasn't just you drinking a little too much?
I don't know.
I mean, I'd have to ask him when exactly he noticed,
probably when I couldn't stand.
Did he tell you that?
I mean, of course, he could have carried me,
but I think when we went into the hotel,
the people that work at the hotel were like,
I mean, I don't think he asked for a wheelchair.
I think.
Yeah, that was my question.
Because I think he was trying to like,
but he just explained it like,
I think she's sick, something's wrong.
which I did get sick, like really sick.
The next day?
I don't know what hour it was.
I don't know by next day.
Was it three in the morning?
Do you remember getting sick?
I just know what he told me.
Yeah.
And I know that I spent time.
Okay, so you don't remember getting sick,
but he told you you got really sick.
Got it.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
So maybe it was someone just like throwing it in random glasses.
That's where I thought that sometimes like I think people just,
and then they're like,
well, she's with her husband.
And, I mean, I haven't been in, I mean, it's something I didn't ever want to talk about
again because I was so terrified.
And so Ben and I didn't spend much time talking about it.
And, and, you know, he was drinking too, but he wasn't obviously impacted or drugs.
So, and how I know it's different, I mean, I've, I've drank before.
Like, I've gotten alcohol poisoning before.
Like, I know what it's like to drink too much and be sick from that.
And this was not that.
far exceeded whatever that is.
Or I've done things where I'm like, oh, wait, I don't really remember that one exact
thing.
Like, I remember nothing.
So that's where it's different to me.
It wasn't like I drank too much and blacked out.
Like something, it even been for him to be that concerned, especially because he was
drinking and having a good time.
And that's why I don't know.
If I were to ask him now, his memory might be a little fuzzy.
But it was a scary trip.
I guess the practical part of me thinks, well, people aren't just going to randomly do it
because that's just wasting money.
Like you're just not going to throw it in a glass and hope for later.
But see, that's where I was coming.
I was like, I should explain why I think that sometimes they just do it random.
Or they want to do it to someone and see what happens.
Or they just either targeted me or I got the unlucky cup.
Like, I don't know.
That's wild.
Yeah, I don't know anything about it.
I'm probably wrong in everything I said.
But I never thought about it if somebody meets somebody and they're kind of,
they spent 10 minutes and they're kind of liking each other,
that's when they would do it.
because I literally have always thought
man people are just throwing roofies and glasses
and then just waiting around
that can't be that successful and you're wasting money
because you just bought those drugs and
that's just a low numbers game
but I'm sure all that's a fact
yeah I don't know and what's crazy
is I can't even tell you for certain that's what it
I don't know what it was
but that's the
for when we thought about it the rest of the weekend
and our drive home the next day
like the only logical conclusion then we talk to some
other people and our friend that's a doctor
It was sort of like, this seems like likely what happened to explain this series of events.
That sounds like what people say that have had that happen.
Yeah.
But it's like I'll never know because I didn't have that bracelet.
And you took drinks.
Did it stop you from taking drinks ever again?
Yeah.
I'm very different with it now.
Like I was way too trustworthy thinking.
Do you have an idea?
Do you have a guess?
Mm-mm.
I don't have a guess because, no.
But I just, I know that I wasn't.
I know.
Is there one shady character?
No.
Because trust me, I tried.
And of course, I remember the first part of the evening.
Like, I know that I was being careless with hanging out when we were having a good time.
And I'll tell you all fair like.
That's not careless.
That's normal.
Yes, I think.
But I know better, especially as a woman, we've always been told.
I hope you don't have guilt or shame over you being careless because you weren't.
No, and this was years ago.
And thank goodness nothing happened to me.
Thank goodness that Ben was.
with me and nothing happened to me because it could have been a very different outcome if Ben
wasn't there to take care of me.
I think that's crazy.
Yeah.
I'd look back and I'd find a guy that had a single mustache.
And that's who I would think it was. Find me somebody with a single mustache.
And then secondly, if there's not one, somebody with a goatee.
And then if there's not that, somebody would gel in their hair.
I can keep going.
If not that, somebody with a button up short sleeve that has a shirt,
shiny on it.
That's the four I would go first.
If I'm a detective, I need to see your
CCTV, and then I'll let you know
who I think it is based on those factors.
Anybody come to mind?
Nope. Okay.
Dang, that's crazy. You ever had to be put in a wheelchair for any
reason?
No.
That was my one and only.
I had to be in a wheelchair when I rupture my spleen
for a while, because I couldn't walk.
I was on a roller car when I had ankle surgery.
I'm not the same, but I did a wheelchair for three weeks after my spleen was ruptured.
As a kid, I thought it was cool because I was a kid.
Oh, yeah, as a cool.
As a kid, I wanted crutches and all the things.
Yeah, I mean, I guess there was a wheelchair after foot surgery to wheel me out to the car.
Oh, yeah, willing out to the car.
That doesn't count.
I didn't count it, but if you'd like to, who am I to say no?
But I had to, like, use a wheelchair for weeks as a kid.
And we used a wheelchair when we were kids because my buddy, AJ,
ran through a sliding glass door and had a bunch of stitches.
So he's in a wheelchair for a while.
And once he got better, we used a wheelchair to roll ourselves out in front of cars,
like in the neighborhood to make him stop.
Like, that was fun.
Like there's a person in a wheelchair.
Yeah, they had to get out in a helmet.
You know, I'd be like, ah, it was really funny.
That was a fun one.
Ray, you ever had to be in a wheelchair?
No, with me, it's been my wrist, elbows, never with the legs.
You know what?
Sucks as crutches.
Because I always thought those were cool as kids, but then I had to use them as an adult ankle
surgery, it's the worst. It hurts your armpits so bad. It's not even that you have to use the
crutches. It's just that it hurt your armpits so bad. That's why I went to the roly. I dumped over
in the house once, though, and almost had to be in wheelchair. Aw, you dumped over in the roly? Yeah,
trying to go up and down the stairs. And there's a dog. And so I dumped over and almost lost that.
Okay, let's take a break. So we're bringing in kickoff Kevin, who does a lot of production
on this show, and then there's one of the people, hey, come in this room over here. It's one of the
people on 25 whistles and he produces my NFL show. But hey, come sit down for one second.
Walking in the room.
You don't even need here. Sit over on that one over there.
Scooby's yelling at you.
Jesus.
Hey, so, why did you get out of the Bobby Bown show group chat so dramatically?
Well, I didn't mean for it to be dramatic. I felt like it was pretty like, I don't know,
calm, even keel, just like, hey, I'm getting out of here.
hit him up on the side if anything
or if you need anything and that's it.
Why did you jump out?
The short answer?
No, the honest answer.
The honest answer?
Well, one is a lot of that group chat
like is a lot of the show stuff
going on that doesn't really have to do with me
and I'm not making it.
It's obviously not about me.
But I just, there's some stuff on there
that I see where I'm like,
I don't know if this is good for my mental health, I guess.
Like, really?
Yeah.
And it's not like a personal thing.
It's nothing that anybody does is like personally.
Your mental health, what are they showing?
Nothing really.
No, I'm not saying it's nothing personal.
I feel like those pictures of like the Taliban when they were chopping heads off.
I was like, I don't want to see that way back in the day.
I feel like that's the kind of stuff you're being exposed to.
No, it's none of that.
Trust me.
It's more so like, hey, like,
like for instance, I mean, just being honest here, for instance,
like just social media stuff, I'm not involved in.
And I swear like I don't, I'm not like upset about it.
It's not my show.
I'm the newest guy here on this team.
But like it's one of those when you're not really involved in it,
but then it's also like being fed to you when you don't really ask for it.
I don't know.
That makes sense.
I think I haven't figured out.
He's dancing around saying what he really wants to say.
May I?
try to interpret what you're saying
because I never thought of it this way
and now that you're saying it I get it
I thought you were just annoyed with
yeah if you're not directly involved like
us all texting back and forth and people asking
for things from us then it's like yeah your phone might
be going off a lot and why
just hit him on the side yeah if you need
You've heard the chaos now you can see it

Does this mean I'm in perimenopause?
Maybe I have adult ADHD.
I need to look this up.
Where's my phone?
Julianna, your phone is hot to the touch.
I think it's asking you for a break.
You know what?
Maybe I should just ask chat GPT.
Or maybe we can ask an actual human.
Yes, like a couple sex therapist.
Whoa, that escalated quickly, but okay.
Because I have questions.
We have questions.
And I bet everyone has questions.
Like, is it normal to sleep in separate bedrooms?
We do that.
How about this one?
Is bribing your kids bad parenting or just negotiating?
Oh, and I still do need to know why was my poop green that one time?
hypothetically, right? Okay, well, instead of letting the internet guess, we've got actual people

I hope Kevin's okay. Like, I was worried about it. But is it that you're feeling like if there's
a request for us to all send pictures
to be posted on social, like, how
our weekends were, but you're the
one person on the thread that
they're not asking for
an update from you. So it feels
a little weird. So you felt left out.
So I just felt left out, yeah. And that's like...
That makes sense. This was just the latest, and
like I said, it's nothing anybody's doing
personally. I know this, obviously
it's the Bobby Bone show, and you guys
have all been together for 15, 20 plus years.
Well, to be clear, Bobby's not on this thread.
Yeah, that is true. Yeah, you know what?
I got out. I got it before it even started.
Yeah, I figured. But also, wait.
Yeah, you don't want to be on it. But also, we don't.
Like, it's good for us to have you not on it.
Yeah, good for me. It's really good for me not to be on it.
And it's not crazily active either by any means, but it's mostly just the time that it is active.
Usually is stuff where, to Amy's point this last weekend was, hey, we're looking for all this stuff.
but we don't want any of your pictures.
But nobody said that directly, yeah.
But that's just kind of the, I guess, the way that I interpret it.
And it's just, it's been five years now.
So it just got to that point where I'm like, okay, well, what am I even doing in here then?
Do you feel like they should ask you for pictures?
Well, I'm thinking so.
Well, hold on. Let's let them talk here.
Okay.
Not everything.
There's just certain things, I will say, I'll say like the one that hurt me personally the most, I think was Father's Day.
Everyone got a picture of Father's Day and I didn't.
And like, there's a fine line.
I'm not trying to cross here, but that's just the way that I felt.
But why?
I don't care if you cross the line.
We brought you into crossing line.
Okay.
Yeah, for Father's Day.
Like, everyone got a picture for Father's Day in the show like Scuba, Lunchbox, Eddie and everybody.
And I wasn't on there.
on the main show feed, I'm saying.
And yeah, that hurt for sure.
Can I present what I would say to you
so it didn't hurt your feelings?
Yeah.
You're not on the air on this show.
People don't know who you are on this show.
They know who you are on,
if they listen to other podcasts,
but if you picture where to pop up
in the Bobby Bone Show feed,
there'd have to be a long explanation
as to who you are
because listeners that listen to the radio show
don't know you because you're not on.
so publicly to them
like you don't talk
it would
wouldn't make sense
to put you up in a public
platform
right
we don't we wouldn't put
every producer
or anybody behind the scenes
on something that's not behind the scenes
social media is the front of the scenes
yeah
so we wouldn't put stuff from
behind the scenes on the front of the scenes
unless we were doing a specific
hey this is the behind the scenes type thing
so I don't want your feeling to be hurt
because people don't think
you're worthy, but you're not known to our listeners of this show.
So if you popped up in that, I think people would be confused as to who you were at all.
Because that is where we put the people that are on the air on this show, not just the people that work for the show.
Yeah.
And I've always understood that.
And like I said, I've tried not take anything personally.
I don't think it's a shot at me personally by anybody or any means.
But I think over five years, it kind of just took a toll on me.
and maybe it's my fault for never saying anything
and I just got to where I got to
but it just got to a point
where I was like okay
I just don't need this right now
and that's where I got to this fast.
Were you already having a bad day?
No, that was the day of the wedding.
Were you hungry?
I was watching twins by myself.
That's usually whenever I'm having,
when it cracks for me it's one of those things
like I'm sick or I'm having a bad day or I'm hungry
or something.
I think I was on vacation
and I was looking at my kids
and I'm like, man, I don't need this right now.
I'm having such a good time
and it was putting me in a bad mood.
And I'm like, I just don't need this right now.
I'm sorry you feel that way
and you are of extreme value to the organization.
But hopefully, I hope you can see that
the reason wasn't because it's not because of the job
that you're doing or how well you are like.
You're just not a public part of the show
and that is a public facing post
and Instagram, you know,
feed. Yeah. Yeah. No, that makes sense. It's just some days it hits a little harder than others.
When you're hungry or sad. That day. Definitely a little bit harder. And, um, well, I'd heard that you were
in the feed, you wrote, guys, let me know if anything about it. And then it shows a little thing that
goes, Kevin is now out of the chat. And so we were talking about, even Eddie now we're talking
about it. And then Eddie just added you back in. You see you got added back in?
I taught Eddie how to add back in. And he goes, oh, I'm mad and Kevin back in. So he added you
back in. So you're back in. There may
have been nothing shared, but you're now back in.
There hasn't because I haven't seen anything. So
I'm pretty sure there hasn't been anything shared.
Would that be accurate? You group
threaders? There's nothing, right? No, we haven't
seen anything. I mean,
when people were trying to catch you
before you left. I thought you were being funny.
Oh, I didn't. And I was like,
oh, he's being funny. Like, oh, okay.
And then everybody's like, no, man,
like he's upset. And I was like, oh,
I didn't know. Well, Eddie didn't know he was
upset. Also, I thought you were on vacation.
you're like, man, I don't want to be kicking texts.
No, I can always know we just muted it if I want or something.
Yeah, I can always do that.
I didn't know.
I was upset.
I guess I just thought you legit were like, oh, this is good.
This is a lot.
Like, if y'all need me on the side, just hit me up.
Just because like the only thing that I really get from that, like that I'm actually
involved, I guess, would be like something show wise.
Like if scuba text, hey, you know, whatever, something's changing here.
But he also sent it through calendar invite or email.
So I also see that too, which I know some people don't check their emails often.
Yeah, I know.
So I check my email and my calendar invite, so that's when I can usually see those things.
So then it was just one of those like, okay, then what am I doing?
Yeah, so why are you in it?
Yeah.
Yeah, so you're getting back out or you're staying in?
I mean, this makes sense.
I didn't even know I was in until just now.
Yeah, you're in.
I taught Eddie and then he's like, I'm putting it back in.
Oh, Skuba just texted the group chat.
He said, hey, Kevin.
I can understand why you would feel that way,
so I don't want to discount your feelings.
But do you also understand why it wasn't you that wasn't included?
It was you, the personality on this show.
You're not a personality on this show.
And that was all personalities on the show.
Yeah.
If we did one on 25 whistles, you'd have been up there.
Yeah, I know.
Oh, so I can't kick Kevin out.
Other group chat?
Yeah.
Whoever the leader is, Ken, I think,
or whoever started it maybe?
Lawn trucks definitely didn't start it.
Yeah, you definitely didn't start it.
Yeah, I didn't start it.
I just went to Kevin.
I was going to try to remove him, but it just...
Oh, yeah, it does say remove.
Oh, let me see if this works.
Is this going to remove you from my phone or just the group?
I don't think you're removed from your phone.
Let's see.
Remove?
So, right now, how do you feel?
I feel better.
I didn't know everyone.
I didn't, obviously, I guess I should have said why I left,
but nobody even asked me anyways after either.
They came to me.
Yeah.
Oh, really?
Right away.
I show prepped it that night.
Multiple people did.
It wasn't just Amy.
It was multiple people.
And Eddie's like, Kevin dramatically left the group chat.
I wonder why.
It's not even dramatic.
That's the thing I didn't want it to be dramatic.
I bet it was though because it's like, hey guys, I'm out and then it goes across the bottom
of the screen.
Kevin has left the chat.
Okay, the exact text.
I'm going to bounce out of this chat.
Please just hit me on the side for any show stuff if needed.
Thanks.
Not dramatic.
But then the bottom goes, Kevin has left the chat.
So that makes it feel great.
anything about that.
Yeah, that's the
just the way it's set up.
And then Eddie goes, you're quitting too?
Because a week before that, Morgan had
left the chat. So I feel like we lost two people
from the chat pretty quickly.
That's why I thought you're being funny. And then I'll be honest,
I didn't even see where you really left the chat. I didn't know
I didn't see it on my screen.
I'm not surprised by that.
Scuba, who is responsive?
Who is responsive?
Believe it or not, the most responsive is you.
I'm not saying that because you're right in front of me.
when I send out sales requests or anything.
Well, I believe it or not, that's what I do.
Well, I know, but I'm just saying most people would think, oh, he's so busy.
He probably doesn't check his emails as often as you think he would.
But, like, you're hella quick.
And I'm almost surprised by like, man, that guy's doing like so much stuff.
And he responds within 30 seconds.
It's unbelievable.
You want to get something done?
Give it to a busy person.
That's that saying.
Yeah.
Yeah, of course.
Because it's important.
Ray just one to ten on responsiveness.
Do you have to go to Kevin for stuff?
Because it's not.
My stuff, a lot of client stuff.
Yeah.
You have to go to Kevin for stuff?
Yeah, Kevin for sure.
One to ten.
Ten being...
Kevin's a nine.
Nice.
Your thoughts?
Accurate.
Okay.
Yeah.
Amy.
Depends on the day and the week.
I would say average five.
Okay.
Oh, we gave some eyeball there.
That's not good.
I thought the eyeball.
She didn't like that.
Why did you get in the ad ball?
Well, I understand some stuff takes longer.
I will say some of it I fire back pretty quickly.
Which is what he said.
Some days, yeah.
Some days she's a nine, but some day she's a four.
and so the average it out.
But the average of 9-4 is not 5.
Well, some days it's a 2.
Okay, fair enough.
Some days it's a 2.
I think mine, okay, let's say he sends an email that has 10 voice requests.
And some of them have social components.
And it's layered questions of would you endorse this or voice it?
And sometimes I want to get Bobby's opinion on it.
I want to talk to a couple of other people in the company that I'm like, oh, shoot.
the other day I had to hit up Elizabeth about one
and it took me a minute because I hadn't heard back
but I was like oh I'd like to do this one but I'm pretty sure
it's going to be in conflict of another deal
that we have in the works.
So then I get worried if it's going to be a conflict
so it's not just like I'm waiting to reply
and what I've started to do which maybe you've noted this
I don't know because I don't want to totally leave you hanging
is I'll be like or I have a podcast co-host
so sometimes that's also the hang.
We might be saying yes to it.
I might be all in but my co-host might be like
that's not in alignment with me. I can't do that. So I'll start to now say, I'm a yes,
but I need to get with Kat, so give me a minute. And then she's a therapist. So sometimes I send it
to her and she's like, sorry, I've had five clients today. And I'm like, all good. So it's not as
one person in my brain like, oh, let me fire that back. But I can work on that and I will get
better. And if I don't know an answer, I'll just say I'm working on this answer. That's why you
haven't heard back for me. I get the perspective of it all. Here's the rest. Here's the ones I can say right now,
but sometimes I keep it in a draft
and I've got the draft running
and I add to it when I get the answers
and I'll start, which I've sort of started this.
I don't know if you've noticed.
No, I've noticed.
And I'm not saying her response time
is because of anything other than whatever it is,
but you're just asking about response time
and the response time is that.
I guess my top four, you, Kevin, Pitts, and Mike.
And Ray's like right in there
depending what time he's awake.
Dang.
They're not like...
Lunchbox is the absolute worst.
Like the...
Sometimes they'll go days by where he won't respond
and I'm like, hey man, do you see this?
But then I'll wonder, why am I not getting deals?
Why am I not getting this?
See, here we go.
We're just painting a picture just to paint a picture, though.
No, no.
Okay.
No.
Can we also talk about cooks in the kitchen?
Well, hold on a second.
I'd like to hear more about lunchbox.
Okay.
Yeah, I think scuba is fabricating that a little bit just to make me look bad.
Ray can even attest to it as well.
Like, Ray's probably still waiting on some stuff from him.
No, I don't email that idiot.
Why not?
Exactly.
Why not, Ray?
Because it's better to talk to him in person.
Because he doesn't respond?
It's just he doesn't understand a lot of stuff.
And I think if he forgets, his memory's bad.
If he doesn't do something that day, he'll never do it.
That's where it goes with emails.
It'll be two or three days.
I'm like, dang, he hasn't responded.
But I have to do it through email because I need paper trail for if it's client sales-related,
they're working living emails.
I mean, yesterday was under two hours.
No, again, there are some days where he's great,
but there's a lot of days where he's not.
I'm just looking for all the emails you send me.
I reply all the time.
Okay.
Yep.
They both said that.
And sometimes I just talk to you in person.
Yeah, there are sometimes.
Yes, yes, yes.
Yeah, I'm just like, were you being serious about that email?
Yeah, okay.
I'm good.
You ask him if he's being serious about a client email?
No, no, just some emails he sends me.
And I'm just like, I don't know if he's being funny or not.
Like, is he?
So, okay, Rankus.
I'm one.
You're one.
Who's two?
Two would have to be, believe it would be Pitts.
Pitts is like right in there.
Like he responds to the calendar invites, everything, the absolute quickest to the point where I sent it.
And I don't think it's even made it through the internet.
And he's already responded to it.
I'm like, holy crap.
All right.
Three?
Three.
Kevin.
Four?
Mike and Ray.
Tie to four?
Yeah.
Six.
Six.
Abby.
Seven.
Seven.
Hold on.
We're comparing.
So Abby is going to go.
head of me, but how often are you emailing her?
Email her a lot, yeah.
Well, it's not a quantity thing.
We're just asking, like, who's responsive?
Okay.
No one's feelings you could hear here.
Again, I understand perspective of what we're at, what we're doing in life.
By the way, Eddie's not here.
We should put Eddie in this.
Eddie had to leave.
Yeah, Eddie's pretty decent.
Again, Eddie can also be kind of fluid, too, or he is hit or miss.
So he's somewhere down in that six or seven range, just depending what's going on.
Eddie or Amy, it's better.
Amy's gotten better.
So then Eddie?
Yeah, then Eddie, yeah.
So then Eddie's next to last?
Yeah.
And then lunchbox is last?
You're crazy.
This other one.
Lunchbox is probably...
But again, lunchbox can have...
He's in 334.
I responded at 356.
I mean...
Again, there are days where he can be on,
but then there's a lot of days where he's not.
Derry Queen Blizzard.
You emailed me at 8.87 a.m.
I replied at 9.09 a.m.
If I'm not running cameras, I can pull up a lot of them
where you never responded at all.
And I had to venture, like,
hey, dude, it's been like a couple days, man.
I really needed a response on this.
And also, you read one while you're at work.
I imagine that's a little easier to get a response from
he's sitting with his computer
open. Yeah, because it would be time for it to text and be like,
hey dude, can you please, I need a response in this one.
I got to send it in. They're waiting for it.
I mean, and I will say what he is really good
at, though, is he's super good at
getting me client videos like
that. If I need a client video, I text him. He's like,
yeah, man, no problem. I'm going to go by there actually right now
and I'll go do a video in front of that store.
So he's good at that. He's really good at that.
And it's actually landed in some deals because
he's put the effort in to go to the actual place to
shoot a video there. Say, look at that. You do something
good. Yeah.
I mean, Friday.
July 17th.
You're still in three.
These are the last five emails he sent me.
Yes.
6.10 a.m. I replied at 7.49.
Again, we're during work hours.
I'm just saying.
I know, I know. I know.
This one.
This one.
All Facebook.
All show long.
July 15th.
1030 a.m.
I replied at 1042 a.m.
I mean, I'm pretty good within the hour.
I mean, we're talking 20 minutes.
But I'm going over an overall average of being here seven years.
I mean, I could dig deep and find a lot more.
If you were to bet $100 bucks on somebody responding fast,
in the next 20 minutes, would you bet the $100 on lunchbox to respond?
Right now?
No, no, he's on the computer now, but within 20 minutes, generally speaking, at 3 p.m.
I would not put $100 on it now.
Oh, at 3 p.m. No, you're not at your email.
Well, that's what, mine come all in the afternoon, every one of them.
Nothing comes during the show.
Because during the show, we're supposed to be doing the show.
Yeah, but at 3 o'clock, you're supposed to be living life.
Okay, you are.
I mean...
It also takes five seconds, and I pull up my email, copy paste, reply under all of them,
Some of them I go, don't know yet.
Let's have a conversation about it tomorrow at this point.
I just wonder who you had confidence in.
Yeah, yeah.
Any thoughts on Kevin's situation?
I get where exactly because I've been there in other shows in the past
where I'm like, oh, man, I get a little butt hurt about some things.
But then I look at the big picture and I'm like, it really doesn't matter
because I got my kids, my wife, and my personal life, which I separate from work.
And I don't really care about it.
But I get you could be in a moment where, like you said, you're tired, hungry.
You have to go potty.
Jason kids around
Jason kids around
We're like
I don't want this
freaking text
Leave me alone
But then my wife
Will be the voice of reason
Who should be like
They're not really thinking about it that way
You can't think about it that way
There's no feelings
Time is an illusion
Move on
And I'm like all right
You're right and then I move on
If it was an internal thing
You'd for sure be on it
So sure
You're all internal
Yeah if we were all putting pictures up
But for Father's Day
Inside the room
For everybody that was on the show
You would definitely be on it
Because it's an external thing
You're not a personality
on this show, that's where we put
the personalities on this show. But I could see a little bit
of that where you're in the sense of like if you ever watch
football and it'd be the holiday times
and they show all the behind the scenes guys with their kids
or whatever they're doing. Camera crew. But this wasn't
that. This wasn't that, but I'm just saying, but I've seen versions of that
and Kevin's a sports guy so maybe Kevin goes, hey, they do that in football.
Why don't they do it in radio? Yeah,
just random, I guess, special occasions
more than anything. Yeah.
I get the, yeah, to your point. But
I get it. Well, I'm sorry
your feelings were hurt. I didn't even know about it.
Well, the good news is you're out of the group, man.
I tried to keep you out of it, obviously.
Yeah, Kevin was like, I know, probably you shouldn't even want to have to ever publicly.
But that's okay.
That's good.
You get it out.
Yeah, yeah.
Now it is good.
But I was like, Bobby's not involved in this.
He talks about how he doesn't want to be involved in this group chat.
So I'll keep him out of it.
And then everyone's like, yeah, show prep, show prep, show prep.
Show prep.
That's pretty significant.
If you're in for like a long time and you go, I'm out of here, I thought it was because
you're vacation.
Which I did see your vacation.
pictures. Yeah. And you got you have twins. How'd that go? Man, it was tough because this was our first,
like we've gone on vacations before, but only to see family like grandparents. So when we show
about a house where there's California where I'm from or Alabama where my wife's from, then the house
is all set up baby proof. We have grandparents helping. This was our first like true vacation without any
help, without any baby proof house. And it was just nonstop. How old are your twins? They're 14 months.
And so where did you guys go?
So we went to Canada.
My wife spent 20 years living in Canada.
So her best friend got married last weekend.
And so we went up there.
Flew into Calgary and then drove two hours after a four-hour flight to Lethbridge.
The wedding was that weekend.
I went to Bant for a couple days and had a little family outing there for a few days,
which was really nice.
But it was just a lot just because it's trying to stay on schedule, as you know,
with a kid.
It's just tough when you're on vacation.
How'd they do on the flight?
on the way there was pretty rough how long does it two flights four hours there and like three and a half back
was it two flights no it was direct oh wow yeah that's that's only way we can do it wow so how
how did they do were they fussy on the flights was one of them more than the other yeah one more than
the other the boy our little boy jack on the way there about half of the flight he was not having it
and you try to have them because they can walk now so they can walk up and down the aisle but you know
planes where it's just like tilting and they're falling into stuff. So it couldn't do much of that
and then trying to have them sleep. We tried to time it out with their bedtime. We left at night,
but it made it even worse, I think. And then we landed in. It was like midnight and we had to drive
two hours. So by the time we got in it, it was like 2.30. They were just over it. But then on the way
back, we flew out in the afternoon. And he slept for two and a half hours on the plane ride on
on my mom, my wife, while my little girl was with me and she would not sleep. They have this like,
when they're with their mom, they can sleep on her. But when they're with me,
they just want to go, go, go.
All the muscles.
I don't want to slip on all your muscles.
I think that's what it is, right?
I thought I was telling them, yeah.
So the flight there was pretty rough,
but the flight back was definitely better.
Are you exhausted?
Yeah.
Was it not as much vacation as it was a trip
that you came back more tired?
Yeah, it definitely didn't feel like a vacation.
Even when we got to Banff,
like we checked in our hotel,
and we got in our room and we got a loft
so we can divide us from the babies
because we didn't have that the first couple nights
when we had her friend's house,
and then the AC wasn't working.
Oh, my God.
And it was 90 degrees out.
So we had the AC cranking for two and a half hours.
We left the room.
Like, okay, we'll come back and it'll be all right.
We came back, nothing changed.
So we went down.
We had unpacked the packing plays.
We had two packing plays.
We had all of our luggage.
Unpacked everything.
And then I was like, okay, we can't do this.
So I went down and they were super nice.
The hotel was super nice.
And they were like, I'm so sorry.
We'll give you another room.
And they did, but then you got to pack everything back up.
And the pack and plays.
You got to fold them. Have you dealt with the packing plays yet?
Yes. Well, we have one.
Dude.
No.
I broke one.
I didn't travel with it, no.
Because I was getting so pissed and I just tried to put it together.
And it just broke.
And it was her friend that let us borrow it.
So I felt bad about that.
But it was just pissing me off.
So, yeah, packing plays.
And you just had the whole group chat.
Group chat situation.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I left the group chat before this, but.
Yeah.
So that just sucks.
Like trying to move from room to room.
You know, when you're by yourself or just with your wife or whatever on vacation before,
it was just like, all right, cool, we'll move rooms.
Like, no big deal.
But now it's like trying to get them situated and, like, in their bottles out.
And it's just a lot.
Like, you don't really think about it until you have to do it.
And now you're like, holy crap, this isn't really vacation anymore.
And now it's just like figuring it out and just trying to get through it.
It's crazy you have twins.
And you don't know any other way.
So maybe it's still crazy for you.
But for me, just to have one to think about having.
two at the exact same time as the first babies.
That's wild.
Yeah, it's insane.
And they're completely opposite for the most part.
So it's just, it's just nonstop.
Hey, on our Bobby Bone Show Instagram today,
let's do a picture of Kevin's and happy,
welcome back from vacation to one of our MVPs at Kickoff Kevin.
Let's take one of his vacation pictures and put it up.
Now we have a reason.
Welcome back from vacation, one of our show MVP's at Kickoff Kevin.
It won't be sarcastic at all.
Perfect.
Yeah, perfect.
Yeah.
I'm joking.
No, you don't have to do that.
No, we're going to do that this afternoon.
I know you are now, but I know why you're doing it.
Is that scuba Steve?
Yeah.
Yeah, I know.
That's what I get all the time.
Are you a bald guy with a beard?
You guys both are bald with beards.
Yeah.
But his beard's really bigger than mine.
Are you looking for a house?
I'm always looking for a house.
Did you go to an open house?
No.
No.
Why?
I tried to.
wonder who it was.
You tried to.
I met a listener at Target
who said they met one of the producers
and they were at Open House
and I didn't know who it was.
I figured it out.
Okay.
Just so you know.
If you want to know, I can tell you.
But that's their business.
Why are you doing at me?
How did you figure it out?
Fair enough.
I'm an investigator.
I could probably just go ask everybody, huh?
They all say something.
I went and looked at house, but not an open house.
Did you talk to somebody and you're like,
Okay, welcome the Bly Bone Show, woman?
No.
She goes target sometimes.
No.
I'm trying to think, because we were going to go to an open house, but we didn't go.
So I was like, no, we didn't go to that.
Yeah, no.
Is the house that you guys live in big enough for you guys and twins?
Right now, but it's getting small real quick.
And, yeah.
Do you know the song, Maybe you can be a purple monkey and a bubble gum tree and?
Is that a kid's riddle?
No, it's a song.
I don't know if that song.
A song from that toy
Made it yet to you
That Fisher Price
I posted a picture of it
Everybody was like
Oh the bubble gum tree story
I didn't know if you knew that song
Uh uh
Or super simple songs kind of family right now
Well that's what this is
That's from my Fisher Price toy
Oh okay
Yeah
Yeah I don't know
No I don't know that one yet
All right well I'll let you get back
To doing your stuff
What are you gonna go do right now
Just so people have an understanding
Of what your job is
Um
I'm gonna go work on some affiliate stuff
As far as commercial spots liners
And some other like night show
affiliate stuff that you do and where our whole show does right now.
Nice.
Yeah.
Well, we value you.
You're important to us.
And today there will be a post of you saying, welcome back from vacation.
God.
I asked for this, didn't I?
Well, everyone just thought your exit from the group chat was very dramatic.
I'm sorry, guys.
But you're back in now.
You're back in.
All right.
Thanks, Kevin.
Thank you.
There is.
The wonderful.
Important.
Lovely.
Be valuable.
Co-host of 25 whistles,
producer of lots to say.
One of the top responders to scoop out.
Absolutely.
Yep, good emailer.
Kikoff freaking Kevin.
There he goes.
I had no idea.
Now that he's out of the room.
I had no idea.
That was his thing.
Me neither.
I thought he was just vacation and he was like,
I'm out because I want to get blown up during vacation.
I know.
And I feel for him.
But now that he's gone,
because it is something to think about
I mean, so that was Father's Day
when I do
think we can be bendy. Like
Father's Day is once a year
and you know how you taught us there's that
thing on Instagram where each picture has a different
caption? I mean
I didn't really teach you that.
You did. Yeah, you did. I didn't know
it was possible until you. So
you taught me, which I get Morgan
was doing at this last Father's Day
whoever's and she was just doing what we've normally
done. But it could be, I mean
yeah, next Father's Day, it could be a little description of like, oh yeah, and here's Kevin, producer in the back.
It's a very slippery slope because then everybody wants to be included in everything.
And if some people get included and stuff, it needs to stay how it is for forward-facing things that have to do with us.
It needs to be.
If there are other people that are working side jobs, then they want to be involved too.
And then all of a sudden everybody's like sad because they're not involved.
I know.
He just hasn't been here five years.
I'm saying Father's Day because he's a father.
I hear you.
I'm not saying other things.
Nobody loves him more than me.
I know.
There is not a single person in this whole organization that loves him more than me
has brought him up and has given him more responsibility
and has empowered him to do so many things.
But it's not good.
We can't be throwing everybody on everything
because then other people get sad they're not involved.
That's just not good for the future of it all.
Got it.
And then we're not NFL on Thanksgiving.
Okay.
I'm going to wrap this podcast up.
I hope everybody has a great weekend.
Don't forget.
A couple things.
You know the Bella Twins are?
Yeah, they wrestle.
Yeah.
Did you ever watch their reality show?
Some.
I dabbled.
I guess it was on E?
I don't remember.
I never watched it.
It had to be either E or Bravo.
Some channel I was already on.
We're going to put up in the feed today an interview with the Bella twins that we didn't do.
Can you guess who did it?
Oh, battle.
Correct.
So if everybody's like, what is this?
Battles interviewing the Bella Twins.
We're going to put it up in the feed today.
So that's what's up.
He does a really good wrestling podcast,
but this is specifically that interview that we're going to put up.
So you're going to want to be on social media?
I'm just saying.
Oh, Amy, you're taking shots.
No, no.
That's a quick joke.
You're making the point.
I'm making the point.
It wasn't a joke.
It was more of like, okay, I get it now.
Like, I could see how it could snowball into including everybody,
because I would love to include everybody.
And that's just how I instantly think
And that, but I get it
It gets confusing with too many
I get it.
It's like even with the voices on the show
There's too many sometimes
And I'm like, we got too many people talking
Even with the CMA, I think at times they hold it against us
We put 11 people on there to try to get the award
Because they're going, oh, they have this massive staff
We're not voting for that.
Like there are things that you just should keep it simple
Because people don't know
So again, no one's a bigger fan of Kevin than me
And that sucks
We're going to do a post for them today
celebrating him, okay?
Got it.
I can do it.
I mean, I've been over there,
I just think I have the picture.
Yeah, somebody just remind me to do it.
Somebody remind me to do the Kevin's celebration post.
All right, thank you guys.
We will see you on Monday.
All right, bye, everybody.
