Have you ever been to Dreamland? Why? Is Dreamland in Ohio or something? It used to be. Now it's a shopping center. I just wondered if she'd ever been to Dreamland. Had you ever been to Joyland in Kansas? What's that?

Because you were born there. No, I've been to World's of Fun. No. Joyland used to happen. It was like right outside of Wichita. No. Had a whole amusement park. It was really cool.

No, but have you ever been to Worlds of Fun? Yeah, I've been to Worlds of Fun. Oh, that's the greatest place ever. I hated it because the slides were too high and I was scared. Oh, well, that's where I went. I'd go to a Royals game and then we'd go to Worlds of Fun. Yeah. Okay.

And so it's still there. Yeah, it's still there. I wonder if my kids would like it. Yeah, it depends if they like high slides. I did not as a kid. If you take a kid really young, he's going to traumatize them for life. Yeah, man. Okay, well.

Wait till they're older. Was it Ohio where Dreamland was? You said it was. Yeah, it had to be. Yeah, it had to be. Yeah, I think it was. Okay. Did you get to hang out with No Teeth Keith over the break?

James in Virginia. 100% hung out with No Teeth Keith, make it a priority because he is a priority in our lives. always good to see him because How's he doing? Is he in good health? He's great, man. Hey, kid, it's so beautiful to see you. Oh, your kids are just so amazing.

Oh, look at him, kid. How old is he now? Keith is probably 69 or 70 or 71. Okay. I thought he would be older than that. No, he's same age as my parents. Okay. Right there, yeah.

The way you talk about him, I would assume he's like 90 at this point. No, he just talks. He's talked like that from forever. Like, we'll be in the car and I'll talk to him and I'll be on the phone and I'm, kid, that's beautiful kid. I'll get out the phone. My kids will be like, dad, why did you get going? Kid, that's beautiful kid. And I'm like, oh, that's it.

And then so they've met them before, you know, but kids, it's hard for them to remember if they don't see him that often. So they saw them over Christmas. I'm like, hey, guys, you know how I'm on the phone and I'm always like, kid. And it's like, this is Keith. They're like, what? I don't know what you're talking about, Dad. I'm like, okay. You literally make fun of me and, oh, kid.

And this is him. Yeah, he's great. Yeah, he showed up in his 49ers sweatshirt and watched his San Francisco 49ers take down my Chicago Bears and he did his stupid clap. Oh, kid, that was a beautiful game, kid. Oh, kid. How about my Niners? I'm like, all right.

get out of here, get lost. Really just stuck a knife in you? No, really, I mean, here's a deal. I don't lose my, I'm not one of those people that's like, oh my God, my day's ruined if they lose. It was just, it was fun to watch and fun to have him there to watch with him and like laugh and joke. And we played left, right center. Okay, yeah. During the game with the kids and he played.

Have you ever played that game? Yeah, I think so. It is fantastic. Yeah. Fantastic. And he loved that? Loved it. and he, you know, we're all, and the kids are going crazy.

It was so fun. So great. I'm glad you guys got to hang out. Yeah, so yes, we hung out. Who was that? And that was James in Virginia. Oh, James in Virginia. You ever been to Jamestown?

Okay. When will lunchbox let his kids have phones or social media? Maria from Austin. Ah, my kids, phones. Are you talking smartphones? earliest 16. Earlyest. Okay.

A little better than Eddie. Eddie said 18. Yeah, the kids just don't, they don't need them before that. It's just stupid. But might give them like a flip phone or something to contact you before. Yeah, maybe middle school. I don't know. Like why do kids need phones?

Well, their friends have them. The only problem is to call their friends because when you used to talk to your friends, it used to be on a house phone. You don't have that anymore. So that's tough. But really, we everybody's like, well, you need a phone so you know where your kids are. Guess what? When we were kids, we didn't have phones.

So our parents didn't know where we were. Why can't we do that? Different world, I guess, now. No, it's not. It's not a different world. A little bit. What's different about it? I think you've had technology and things that have changed people in the way that they

interact with people. So people are a little bit different now. Yeah, people are a little bit more overbearing. Yeah, but relax. Let your kid go out and play. Also a little bit more intense. They've spent so much time online that they feel certain ways. That's the problem.

I know. That's why they don't need the phone. I don't disagree with you. But we have changed a little bit. It is a little bit different out there than it used to be. Because people are stupid now. No, they're stupid. Like, people are stupid now.

Like, they really are. They are like, oh, my gosh, the world's so unsafe. No, it's not. The world has never been safer. Ever. Hot take. Ever. Okay.

Wait, so 16, maybe have a smartphone. Maybe. And then social media? Oh. As long as you can. Yeah, as long as we can keep it out. They don't need it. There's no need for it.

It's just crazy. It's just crazy. Like, I just can't understand. people like that oh i can't let my kid go out and play why what's wrong with it kids get out go that's how they become kids that's how they learn stuff they climb trees they go up on dirt mountains they i mean run around the neighborhood go knock on friends doors it's amazing i don't disagree but also please don't ding dong ditch because people are crazy now well see here and that's another thing every person if they ding dong ditch who cares it should be that way no i don't agree with

These people that are shooting kids that ding-dong ditch, who gives a crap if they ring your doorbell? There is no way you feel unsafe because someone is ringing your doorbell. I know. Because they have two options. Don't answer it. And B, don't answer it. So there's no threat. It's not like they're breaking down the door.

They're ringing your freaking doorbell. I know. Ringing your doorbell. You're missing the side of this where we're also in like one of the biggest mental health crisis we've ever been in. So you have people that aren't thinking clearly. They're not seeing things for what they are, right? Well, I mean, I don't want to get into it too deep. But I'm pretty sure the people that are shooting kids that are ringing their doorbells,

I think there's a race thing that kind of is there. Okay, yeah. That would be my more thing. I don't think it's more that they're scared. I think it's more of a prejudice feeling. This reminds me. Did you ever watch the day? documentary on Netflix about the neighbors, the one that, like, it was a big news story.

Crazy neighbor is what it's called. Hold on. Let me see. You had to look it up because I don't know. I don't know anything about this. No, I think you would like this. The perfect neighbor. Tell me about it. Where's it from? It's based on, it's a true story. It's the whole, the whole show is police body cam footage. And it's from where? What city? I want to say minutes. Hold on. The perfect neighbor. Yeah, I would love to hear about this. Neighbor Netflix. Where does it happen?

I know they said it on there, but. Florida. Okay. Yeah. So, and it's a, I'm just going to read you exactly what it says. The Perfect Neighbor is a 2025 American documentary film directed and produced by Gita about the killing of this person. And that's all I'm going to tell you. Okay.

Because I don't want to give anything else away. Yeah, and maybe I'm real. I don't, like to follow those. If there's, you know, the ding-don ditch, I used to do that all the time. And there was this guy, Ray, that moved in two houses down the street and diagonal from me. And my buddy Forrest lived around the corner for him. So he lived five, Foress lived five houses from me. Six actually.

One, two, two, four. He's the sixth house. And Ray's house was on the corner. Yeah. And we would cut through his yard to go to Forrest House. because it saves us two seconds instead of staying on the street and going around the curve. And one day, we running through his yard, like going back and forth or whatever,

and he comes out and starts chasing us. And he chased us for like an hour on his bicycle. Okay? And this is a grown adult? Grown adult. Okay. And finally we get to, I don't know how we ended up back in my house, and he's knocking on the door.

and my dad's like when he's like they're looking in my windows and he goes they weren't looking in your windows they were probably just cutting through yard and he goes yeah well where I come from we shoot people for doing that and he goes well guess what you're not where he used to come from so you don't do that here because they ain't looking in your windows he was like in San Antonio I'm like what in San Antonio that's right down the road you shoot people for and my dad was like you need to calm down a little bit man but my dad does say that nowadays if we would have done what we did back then, we would be shot. Yeah.

Because we were crazy. We were crazy. There's a thing now. But you need to watch Perfect Neighbor because it'll really light that fire under you. And maybe that's bad. Maybe it's not a race thing on the ding-dong ditch. But from what I see, I think that's what it is. A little prejudice thing.

There's a lot of things happening for sure. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, people, like, let's let kids be kids. Like, who cares? Like the other day, there's a house being like remodeled or redone in my neighborhood. And they're working on it. The workers are all there.

and they got these big old dirt piles. Guess what we did? Why they're doing construction. We stopped. We played. Did they say anything? No. Thank you.

They did probably enjoy it. It was probably a cool break for them to watch kids. Yes. And like when there's a house being remodeled and it's like, it's just the shell and whatever. It's okay for kids to go in the house and look around. This is true. I do it. I don't know if it's okay.

Maybe not. Okay. For a grown man. What is one thing your kids do that drives you crazy, but they got it from you? Susie and Missouri. One thing my kids got from me, but drives me crazy. Yeah. Okay. Oh man, this is tough.

My oldest. We are so similar in our patience level. Which is not very high. Not very high. So he gets frustrated very easily. And that is me. That is me. Like I am no patience whatsoever. So it drives me insane when something doesn't work the first time or whatever. It's like if we're doing something and it doesn't work the first time, he loses it. And I totally get it, but it drives me nuts. Okay.

Drives me nuts. Yeah. There's always one kid. Like if you have kids, there's always one kid that's a lot like you. Yes. Mm-hmm. And they'll always get you. That is tough for me because I know we're so similar.

And so I think that's why it gets me. Mm-hmm. Yeah, that's tough. Let's see. The other two. maybe not old enough yet to have quite things that? No, they have stuff that drives me nuts. They, I mean, but it's not that anything that I can say like, oh, I do that, but I know my oldest is the patient's thing.

Like, I can tell. No question. That is your child. Oh, no question. No question. All right. We are going to take a quick break and we're going to be right back. Good.

and I want my kids to understand what a stranger is and what a non-stranger is I don't want everybody knowing who my kids are because I want them to live their life and have their individuality and their privacy. So my kids will never be shown on social media. What about when they turn like 18?

That is their decision. Okay. And if they say yes, then you will. But at this age, I don't want anybody like knowing what my, I mean, it's just a personal thing. Like, it's just a choice I made because people tend, like, I mean, out in public, people do recognize me. and I don't want them to be like, oh, hey, you're, you know what I mean, whatever, or if they're somewhere without me and someone recognizes them and talks to them, that's a little strange.

So unfortunately, no, you will see a baby picture maybe every year on their birthday, but it's usually the same picture I posted when they were born. And that's usually it. And besides that, they'll have a smiley face or a frowny face or a poop emoji over their face. Okay, maybe not the poop emoji. Well, what if they're being poopers? Okay, well, they don't deserve that. Would you want a poop emoji over your face? Why not?

I don't care. But yeah, so, unfortunately, I will not be showing you my kids on social media. I'm sorry, Chrissy, but thanks for listening. Guns up. Sorry about your Red Raiders. Are you still playing soccer? This is from somebody in Wichita, Kansas. No, I haven't been playing soccer.

And because I've had my injury for the last seven months. I mean, but I haven't played soccer. I played through the pain. And then about three months ago, I said, all right, I got to just shut it down. Okay. So I still am on the team. Are you sure you're still on the team? Well, I'm still on the text thread.

Okay. I'm asking, you sound really sad when I asked to do that. And so I'm hoping I'm still on the team. But they do text, text me about my, you know, my injury. And they text, like when the Instagram post from the show goes up and they're like, I haven't inflated, you know, you. unit down there. They say, oh my God, did you see what he said about his one member down there?

And yeah. The whole thing. Yeah. So they're following along the saga. Okay. And they ask me every week, how are you playing this week? And I don't know if that's just out of pity or if they know I'm going to say no. So they keep asking me.

I guess we'll find out when you're actually better. Yes, exactly. That's going to be the... But I will still play when I am better. Are you all as excited as I am for the cruise? Does Lunchbox get to bring his family? No, I do not get to bring my family. And I'm excited about the cruise.

I don't really know what a cruise does. Like, I'm not really... You've never been on. You've been on an Alaskan cruise. Yeah. But it's different because it's cold and I don't really know. Yeah, this one, you got to bring a speedo, you know. Yeah, I got to bring a speedo, maybe two.

And I really have no idea. The cruise is going to be awesome. It's going to be so much fun. It's going to be great. I don't know the places we're going. Never heard of these places? Have you been to islands before? Never.

In my life. Doesn't be fun to see you witness this. Like that's what I mean. Like I am, I'll be honest. My wife always says, oh, we should go on a cruise, but I'm terrified of going somewhere where you can't see land. You're doing stuff on the boat. No, no, no.

You don't really. No, no, no. It's not about that. It's about not being able to see land. I know, but I'm saying like you're going to be doing so many stuff. You're not really thinking. Like, you're not standing at the top of boat the entire time being like, I can't see land. No, no, but I'm thinking in my head when I'm doing that stuff that if something goes down on this boat.

They have lifeboats. Okay. They have them for everyone. And those little old lightboats and that big old ocean and there's big old sharks that eat... The lifeboats are huge. And those waves are really big out the ocean. Okay. Okay.

So I've always been terrified to go on a cruise because I don't like being where there is no land. Okay. Well, I promise you, you'll be okay. Yeah, I know we are. It's going to be great. It's going to be great. It's going to be fun. I know the beach party and they have a casino.

And I'm excited to eat at the buffet. The buffet, man, I'm hoping I can get room service too. That'd be cool. Eat like a king. Yeah, but the buffet is eating like a king. No, I know. But whenever I go into like a hotel, I think I am baller if I order room service. I think I used to be like in movies and it was like a thing you shouldn't do.

I never, like I'd never done it until 10 years. go. Yeah. I did it one time on one of our I heart trips and I was like, this feels wrong. I shouldn't be doing this. But I needed breakfast and I couldn't go anywhere. There was one time I was in Vegas and it was New Year's Eve and we were playing Blackjack and it was me

and my now wife. We were engaged at the time and we were playing Blackjack with this guy and he was loaded Rich. Loaded. It was me, my wife, Ryan, Garrett, Missy, we're all at the table, Sal and we're all playing. We played with this dude for hours and he's there by himself. self, super rich dude.

And he was from St. Louis. Shout out. And he talks to us, talks to us, you know, blah, blah, blah. The next morning, we get a knock at our door. He ordered room service one of everything, maybe two of everything on the menu and said, congrats on your engagement. That's so cool. And so he fed everyone in my part, like me, Gary, Missy, Ryan, Sal,

sent food for all of us. And we had a big old freaking breakfast in the room. That's a cool guy right there. Crazy, right? Yeah, that's awesome. Crazy. And that's like, I was like, that's room service, yo. Like, that is awesome.

So yes, I'm excited for the cruise. Okay, that is our last question, Spitfire. Marriage advice for Morgan, Samantha from Oklahoma. Marriage advice. Like, don't, like, don't expect people to mature. Like, you fell in love with someone that, how he is. Like, don't be like, oh, you're still, you act like a child still. no, it's supposed to still be fun.

Like, you're supposed to still laugh. Oh, we laugh a lot. That's what I mean. I love that part of them. That's, people are like, oh, you got to grow up once you get married. No, the point is, they fell in love with you because you're an immature idiot. So be an immature idiot. Like, if you're really buttoned up and you don't like you are, you know, by the book, then stay by the book and buttoned up.

But don't just still laugh and make fun of each other. That's the key. I'm telling you. That is the key. I don't disagree with you. I like that marriage advice. I know. I'm freaking great. I've been married for, I don't know. Nine years, ten years. You should make sure you know that. Yeah. That should be my advice.
