Starting point is 00:02:45 And we're transmitting across America. This is the Bobby Bones show. That's right. Now, here you. Turn it up. Hey, good morning. Welcome to the show. Morning studio.
Starting point is 00:02:55 Morning. Okay, here's your dumb debate. We'll start with this. Is it okay to walk fast down an escalator when you're in a hurry? Escalator's going down. Is it okay to just like, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, and go down an escalator if it's moving down and you got to ask people to kind of, excuse me, excuse me, Amy. Yes, it's okay. Yep, yep, because sometimes there may not be stairs.
Starting point is 00:03:19 It may just be the escalator and you might be in a hurry. I go up escalators faster. I don't ride it. I walk it. If there's people in the way, though. Yeah, you said excuse me, right? No, I know. But how much time are you really saving?
Starting point is 00:03:33 It's like, to me, in traffic, if there's a lot of traffic and you're, like, jumping in and out of people. Like, you save like 19 seconds. Hey, sometimes I'm coming to work, and I make it just in time within 19 seconds. Sometimes you have to be somewhere and you might need those 19 seconds.
Starting point is 00:03:50 Lunchbox, if there's someone standing in an escalator, Would you be like, excuse me, I got to go and run down an escalator? No, don't be that annoying person. I hate when people do that. Just sit there or take the stairs. Find an alternate route. These are free, leisurely people that are trying to enjoy the trip up or down the escalator. And your time is not that.
Starting point is 00:04:10 Go up the stairs. Get out of my way. You're annoying if you do that. You cannot do that. You do bring up a good point. Like, if you're in a hurry, take the stairs. Right. But sometimes there's not.
Starting point is 00:04:18 No, there's always stairs. Okay, maybe not right there. maybe not right there maybe the stairs are like further away then that's certainly not convenient according to an engineering professor we have to stop walking on escalators
Starting point is 00:04:31 when we're in a hurry because it slows everything down Oh it does? I don't I don't understand that engineer According to an engineering professor We need to stop walking down Or up escalators when we're a hurry The most efficient thing to do on an escalator
Starting point is 00:04:45 is to have two people ride side by side That would get the most people up or down the fastest When someone starts walking they may get get up or down a little faster, but overall makes the whole process slower. Thanks, Amy, for slowing us all down. I didn't mean to. Thank you, Amy. Sorry, I, sorry.
Starting point is 00:04:59 And sorry in advance, I'm probably still going to do it. You want to get science there? Yeah, I mean, that's one engineer. Yeah, but it's you versus you. Anyway. Bobby bones. Short men are aggressive towards taller men. I'm going to start with this story this morning.
Starting point is 00:05:21 Let's do the heights around the room. Don't lie. You got it. Do not lie. Amy, if they lie, you call them out on it. Okay. Okay? You look at me and I'll hit the buzzer.
Starting point is 00:05:29 The liar button? The liar buzzer. Yeah. Lunchbox. 5.11 and a half. Free shirt? Yeah. Are you buzzing him?
Starting point is 00:05:38 I mean, he seems pretty confident. It's fine. How did I get buzzer? Eddie? Six foot? No. I'm tall to the lunchbox. Ramundo?
Starting point is 00:05:51 Five six and a half. No, there's no half. You're 5.6. Why are all you guys lying about your height? It's what it is. Why add a half? It just sounds so like you're not confident in your height. You have to add the half.
Starting point is 00:06:01 I'm just telling you what the doctor told me the last time I went, was 5.11 and a half. That's what they said. Eddie, your doctor told you you're 6 foot. Were you wearing a hat? Nope. All right. My turn.
Starting point is 00:06:10 6.1 and a half. All of you. Why are you guys lying about your height? I told you what the doctor said. Maybe it's because I had my shoes on so I got that extra half inch, but that's what they told me. I'm the tallest one on the show, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:23 By probably half an inch. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Me than Eddie. Eddie, lunchbox, y'all stand next to each other real quick. Oh, my goodness. Eddie's taller than lunchbox is. No, lunchbox is taller. Yep.
Starting point is 00:06:35 Oh, it's close. Yeah, lunch is taller. I can look at the top of his head right now. No, I think lunchbox has got you, man. Yeah. Wow. So there's no way you're six point. Man, this guy's going to six foot.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Yeah, no way. And then Ray is exactly my height, so he's five six. According to a new study, short man are indirectly aggressive toward taller men. Is that why you guys are aggressive toward me? No. Bobby, I think it means significant difference, not like... Half an inch. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:02 Researchers found that shorter men are more likely than taller men to try to keep more for themselves and to share less and to prove their worth. In other words, you all are Napoleon's compared to me. You have Napoleon complex. Bobby bones. What do you think is happier? Parents are people that don't have kids? Man, it could be a toss-up.
Starting point is 00:12:32 I've been both. You've been happier without a happier with? I mean, I feel like I felt both feelings in the last year or two. So I feel like it could be a toss-up. people without kids, you always think you want kids, it's great, and then you get the kids, and you're like, whoa, this is a constant grass is greener. Yeah, yeah. Life is just battling the grass is greener because everything you do, you want the other thing. And I think that's where, like, regardless of kids or this story, like, I think that's where genuine happiness comes from is when you can finally go the grass isn't greener for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Because even if you have the best situation, there's always something where you're like, ooh, what if I did this? Like, that's always going to happen. And I think that's where real happiness comes from when you stop doing that. But science says that non-parents are happier than parents. Really? Okay. Because I was going to say, having said that and lived both, my kids bring so much joy and randomness in my life that we would have never had that I would choose having them.
Starting point is 00:13:29 I would hope you would say that. Eddie has kids. What do you think? Yeah. Like grasses greener aside, I think that people without kids are probably happier. What? Because you think about like, oh, you're having a bad. bad day or whatever and then you go home
Starting point is 00:13:42 it's like oh god go the kids but if you're single you're like let me go out with the friends and we'll make it all better you know but like sometimes you go home and the house is a wreck and the kids are yelling and you're like this is my life this is it so yeah I'm going with no kids. Wow okay
Starting point is 00:13:58 I don't have I change anything in my life I don't have kids but I often go because I just sit at home I don't call my friends that go out yeah you should when I get down I just take a nap and you listen to sad music I don't listen to that music all time anyway. I don't even like upbeat songs for the most part. If it's got some sort of tempo to it,
Starting point is 00:14:16 I'm just like, me, what do I need it? I've been listening to a lot of like old school like Aretha Franklin. Oh yeah. Like the really slow, just depressing stuff. Why? Are you good? I don't know. I think so. I think I'm good. You don't know? I'm not bad unless I've always been bad and don't know that I'm good. But here's the thing, you've always liked that kind of music. Always, my whole life. It's nothing. I don't think fast. Just give me the slow, the slow, the slow, The lowest saddest songs you can give me, like, that's my jam. That's why I like. I love ballads.
Starting point is 00:14:46 You do. Just rip their heart out. Rit my heart out. You do. And most people, like, they're sad. They listen to sad music to get sad. You, you just listen to sad music all the time. If you look at my, like, just pulling up my, I heart radio streaming playlist.
Starting point is 00:14:59 You want to hear the last songs I have up here? Yeah. Oh, boy. Well, I don't know. I'm just going to read them straight up because I have, Arita Franklin, do right woman. This is the last ones that I've heard. See ya, California Dreaming. Have you heard?
Starting point is 00:15:10 version of that? No, that's not sad, though, is it? Um, it's just, it's slow. Sure, do you want to hear it? Yeah. If I play this, will play on my Alexa at home? No. No, no, right now? No, I mean, it's connected. I wonder if it'll play. Here, this is California Dreamer from Sia. Off your laptop. Yeah, off my laptop. It's pretty slow. It is, but that sounds cool. Oh, it's super cool. Here we go. I said, oh my gosh. Like, if I, like, if I, I would just be in a depressed state if all this is what I'll listen to. Do you turn all your lights on
Starting point is 00:15:45 at the house or they're off? All the time. Dark house. Dark in my bedroom with this music. And then I have this one. This is Chet Faker, no diggity. That's like a slower version of the bike street. You take all these upbeat jams and make up. Yeah, I do that. Lark and Poe, Gillian Jacqueline. Yeah, it's all slow, man.
Starting point is 00:16:06 Looking at all of it. Mr. Sandman. Oh, that's one you dance too. Yeah. It's a jam. Yeah, I'm a slow music listener. When that comes on, is that automatically take you to... There are songs and triggers and I don't like it. Because I have dancing as D.
Starting point is 00:16:21 Yeah. Yeah. Because it's just a constant pressure. Yeah. What are we talking about? Being happy with kids. Happiness. Happiness.
Starting point is 00:16:30 And then you don't have kids but then you're just dark and... I don't think I'm dark. No, no, I mean, physically your house is dark and then... Oh, yeah. Sad music. Some of my lights, they break.
Starting point is 00:16:39 I don't even fix them. I'm like, who needs them? It's a Bobby Bones show. Throughout the year, Napa Auto Part Stores and Napa Auto Care Centers have special offers and promotions to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which is a very special organization that we're also involved with. And I have the CEO Dave Winters on the phone. Hey, Dave, how are you, bud? I'm doing great. It's good to talk to you. Yeah, good to talk to you again, too.
Starting point is 00:17:02 I guess my first question is, and a lot of our listeners wonder this too, what does Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund do to support military and their families? We're a national nonprofit organization, and we're building treatment centers. at military bases around the country for service members suffer from traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress. And these afflictions afflictions afflicts hundreds of thousands of American service members. So the centers we're building are providing the greatest care for treating those afflictions. Talk about that for a second, the intrepid spirit centers. Like, where are they and what do they do specifically?
Starting point is 00:17:37 Their treatment centers, again, they're specifically for treating traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress, and they're built specifically for the intrepidstic. that reason and not just hospitals where they've adapted and, you know, put your TBI patient here. These are built around a specific model of care specifically designed to help soldiers suffering from those injuries. We are building a series of 10 of them at military hospitals all across the country. Seven are already open and operating. We're beginning building the eighth in just a couple of weeks, and we have two more to go. So we're building them all across the country, so no matter where a service member is stationed or where he lives, he or she can go
Starting point is 00:18:12 get the care they need. I know you guys are partnering with Napa Auto Parts. So tell me about that partnership. We have a wonderful partnership with Napa and they're amazing. They can to us in 2012 all the way back then looking for how they could help military service members. So we formed this great partnership and through their own efforts, their corporate efforts, through their help of their store owners, their suppliers, and most especially their customers, they've raised over $11 million for building these centers since two. 2012. So they're an amazing, amazing partner. They're wonderful Americans. Dave Winters is on with us from the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. And what can our listeners do to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund either directly or through Napa?
Starting point is 00:18:56 All the funds to build these centers come from donations from the American public. Don't take any government money. It's all donations from the public. So we need to build two more of them. They cost about $13, $14 million each to build. So we have a little ways to go. We encourage your listeners to please visit our website at fallen heroes fund.org or follow us on social media and please support our efforts. Napa is dedicating the whole month of July as military month for Napa, and they have all sorts of promotions at Napa stores going on in July as well. So please, please patronize your local Napa store during the month of July. Napa is proud to support the men and women of the armed forces and provide hope to those suffering. What are the invisible wounds of war? and Dave is good to talk to you again, and thanks for sharing with us. Thanks for giving me the time. I appreciate it.

Starting point is 00:22:54 Sunday is a company trying to make that part easier. They start with a soil test and climate data to build a yard plan tailor to where you live, then ship everything directly to your door. No guesswork, no dragging bags of fertilizer. And instead of harsh chemicals, Sunday uses simple, nutrient-dense ingredients like seaweed, molasses, and iron. Everything hooks up to a hose, which honestly sounds like my speed. If your yard feels more stressful than satisfying, Sunday's approach makes a lot of sense.
Starting point is 00:23:24 Go to get sunday.com to get your free custom yard analysis. That's get sunday.com. It's time for the good news With lunchbox Rob is a cable guy in South Carolina and he reports to a home because they're having internet issues So he shows up, the mom answers the door and he walks in And her three-year-old son just jumps in Robert's arms and wants to be held for 45 minutes Because he was crying, she'd been having a rough day
Starting point is 00:23:54 And instead of, you know, like throwing a fit, Rob said, okay, sat there and rocked the three-year-old for 45 minutes while he worked on the woman's internet. Wow. Nice. Would that be a weird, Amy, if your kid jumped into the, like a maintenance man's arms? I mean, like Stevenson? I mean, he would do whatever.
Starting point is 00:24:12 So, no, not too weird. But just appreciative. Yeah, I mean, I think that that's pretty cool of him to do that. I just wonder if your kid was just jumping at somebody's arms like that. Does that mean you're not loving them enough? Oh, that's the case. If that's real bad because, yeah, I'm pretty sure if Stevenson might be. be like, you want me to come live with you?
Starting point is 00:24:34 Stevenson's eight. I know. All right. Let's focus on. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Amy, what happened with your son and the police car? There was somebody, there was a traffic stop in your neighborhood? Yeah, like, someone got pulled over in our neighborhood for like, I don't know, it's like 35 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I think they were speeding. Honestly, I don't know why, but I'm assuming they ran a stop signer were speeding because it was in our neighborhood, like on a side street pulled over and Stevenson's on his scooter. So he's going way faster than me. because it's an electric scooter. So he stays ahead of me and I'm far behind and I've got the dog, but I see him going up to a police officer who has pulled someone over.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Like he's busy doing the traffic stop, riding the ticket. And Stevenson's like, hi, excuse me, what are you doing? Can I play with your phone? You know, because he thinks, especially now that he went to like tour this police station, I mean, he wants to be a police officer. He waves at every single one. He like gets the biggest smile on his face if they wave back. So he's always trying to talk to him.
Starting point is 00:25:30 And yeah, it just got a little awkward when he went up to an officer literally pulling someone over. Like, I'm sure the person getting the ticket was like, kid, like either thank you for the distraction and maybe you'll brighten this police officer's day and he won't give me as bad of a ticket or can you carry on, kid? I got to get this over with. What the cops say? See, I'm talking and I just apologize. I was like, I'm so sorry. I know you're trying to do your job. I said he just a police officer when he grows up.
Starting point is 00:25:53 And the police officer is really nice. So he's like, oh, no worries, ma'am. It's totally fine. But I just felt awkward. It's like coming up. Like, hey, what are you doing? That's pretty funny Well and good for that police officer there too
Starting point is 00:26:05 Lots of good in this year All right that's Tell Me Something Good That's what it's all about right there That was Tell Me Something Good Bones show This story up the day This story comes with us from Dundee, Florida Brian Anderson was supposed to be at work
Starting point is 00:26:19 At 11 a.m. at Hardee's But he just wanted the date off You know and instead of calling in sick What's he do? He calls 911 It says look I've been robbed at gunpoint They stole my phone, my wallet, and my necklace. So police respond, and after asking him a few questions,
Starting point is 00:26:34 his story unraveled. He got arrested for misuse of 911, so he got the day off, but not the way he thought. Oh, yeah. That's good, man. Got him. There you go. That's it.
Starting point is 00:26:44 I'm Lunchbox. That's your Bonehead story of the day. Folks, it's your buddy and my... Mr. Bobby Bones. Let's go. I got a game for you guys. I'll give you three facts about a country artist. You buzz in with your name once you know who it is.
Starting point is 00:27:06 Okay. Cool. Got it. Three facts. Artist number one, ready? His name is on the welcome sign for Leesburg, Georgia. His middle name is Luther. Eddie.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Luke Brian. Correct. Here's what we'll do. It won't be a speed game. I'll read the clue. If you know it, multiple people can get it. You can say, I'm in. Okay, okay, okay.
Starting point is 00:27:38 All right, Eddie with one point, though. Ready? Three facts about the country artist. His role name is Troil. Eddie. I mean, I know it. Go ahead. Garth Brooks.
Starting point is 00:27:50 I thought you just said me both. He can't. After a clue, anybody can get it. Right. And since he got after one clue, we had to get after one clue or we don't get that point. Amy, I'm sorry. Yeah, Amy get mad.
Starting point is 00:27:59 Amy's mad. All right, ready? Thanks a lot, Eddie. He's one name's Troyal. Yeah. The other clues were he went to Oklahoma State University and a track scholarship. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:28:09 Okay. And he had an alter ego named Chris Gaines. All right? Yeah. Artist number three. At age 26, she became the youngest member of the Grand Ole Opry. Number two. She graduated as salutatorian of her high school.
Starting point is 00:28:24 Number three, she earned college credit for her time on a reality. Lunchbox. Lunchbox. Oh, yeah, I forgot. You guys can all guess now. I'm in. Mike, is this game that hard to understand? I got excited.
Starting point is 00:28:40 She earned college credit for her time on a reality TV show. I'm in. Okay. Youngest member of the Grand Ole Opry, saluted to a neighbor high school, college credit reality show. Amy. Carrie Underwood.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Lunchbox? Yes, Carrie Underwood. Eddie? Kelly Pickler. Kelly Pickler. We're back even, right? Oh, that's right. Yeah, I'm like two.
Starting point is 00:29:05 All right, ready? Sorry, I got excited. Artist number four. At age 22, this artist moved to Nashville and parked cars for a hospital in order to pay the rent. Clue number two. He was a star athlete in college.
Starting point is 00:29:23 Lunchbox is in. Go ahead. Sam Hunt. Lunchbox says Sam Hunt. All right. Show me Sam Hunt. Tied up. Lunchbox tied with Eddie?
Starting point is 00:29:39 Yep. Okay. Here we go. Next one. He went to the same college as Eric Church. He is engaged to his girlfriend of two years. Final clue? Ooh.
Starting point is 00:29:55 He was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. Eddie. We're all in. Girlfriend of two years. Yeah, he's engaged with his girlfriend of two years. Those three. You guys are struggling with how this game was. Yeah, we are.
Starting point is 00:30:09 But I got it, though. I got it. I got it. I got it. But I see what you're doing, Eddie. The clue was over, so you're excited to say you were in. But under three, you don't have to say it. Carly Pierce has been with that guy?
Starting point is 00:30:19 That guy? No, we don't know who that guy is. Not two years. a week or something. I don't know. Engaged for two years. What was the other one? Where is he from? They don't think they've been engaged for two years. They just been together for two years.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Oh. Oh my goodness. Who recently got engaged? Yeah, it says that he's been engaged to his girlfriend. Okay. The question's written weird. Okay. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:30:40 He's engaged to his girlfriend of two years. Not he's engaged, been engaged for two years. I still can't even think of anybody that's engaged. Go ahead. Amy, time's up for you. Lunchbox. Luke Combs. Eddie?
Starting point is 00:30:53 Luke Combs. There you go. Cashville. Yeah. Can we do the same college as Eric Church? That's like his hero. That's so cool. Okay, here we go.
Starting point is 00:31:05 She was born as the fourth of 12 children. She never sleeps in hotels on tour. Lunchbox. Okay, lunchbox is in after the second clue. Eddie, you got to have something here. You're going to come in, Amy. All right. I'm in.
Starting point is 00:31:22 Eddie, what do you have? Wynonna. Amy, what do you have? Miranda. Lunchbox? That's my girl, Dolly Parton. Oh my goodness. The third one was, she's written over 3,000 songs.
Starting point is 00:31:33 25 of them have been number one in the country jar. Oh, my goodness. She's stay on her bus? Yeah. She said that on this show. Yeah. So dumb. Lunchbox is in the lead?
Starting point is 00:31:42 All right, one more. I win this game. Okay. Why? We're not letting him. Lunchbox in the lead? Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:31:51 He has five tattoos. One of which is a lepricon with a cowboy hat. It's on his thigh. What is buying? What? Who is this? Amy. Amy's in after one clue.
Starting point is 00:32:05 You have this? Yes. Okay. Do you guys in or no? I got the guess. Y'all don't have a leopard coat. Uh-huh. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:32:13 I'm in. I want to know this is so bad. I've been so bad at this game. Lunchbox. Kid Rock. Eddie? Eric Church. Amy?
Starting point is 00:32:22 Tim McGraw. It's Tim McGraw. He has a leopardone with a cowboy tattoo. The other one is. He has three daughters. There's Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey. I have no idea how I know that, but I do. Yeah, we don't know either.
Starting point is 00:32:33 And his real first real first name is Samuel. That is so crazy. Is that it? Did I win? Amy lost. What? How did I win after that clutch get? Lunchbox, you won.
Starting point is 00:32:42 Thank you, Amy. You apply with a hose. It's designed to make yard care feel doable. Go to get sunday.com to get your free custom yard analysis.
Starting point is 00:36:25 That's get sunday.com. It's a Bobby Bones show. Lunchbox loves Shark Tank, and I guess they're coming to town. Yeah. Who's coming? They don't tell you who's coming. They say bring your pitch, bring your idea, bring your business. Is it like the American Idol where you don't see,
Starting point is 00:36:43 Katie and Lionel until you get through a couple rounds of producers. I would imagine so. Okay, so Mark Cuban won't be here. Probably not. But they're still accepting people to bring their business. And so how are you feeling about this? I am feeling like we have about 24 hours to invent a business or a product and get on this show. I don't think that's really the play. I think the play would be to spend time and then take your idea in a year and prove your worth. But the time is now. Yeah, the time is now. They are coming to town. They are coming to our front doorstep saying, come to me, my friends. Come to me. What's your favorite thing you've ever
Starting point is 00:37:15 seen on Shark Tank? Oh, my God. Oh, that nut butter. You love that peanut butter. I love Wild Squirrel peanut butter. It is so good. I bought the scrub daddy. And what's the mush thing you eat? A mush is like some of like oatmeal that you eat.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Is it basically a lunchbox infomercial? I buy so much stuff off a Shark Tank. It is unbelievable. Is it easy to order? Can you order it on Amazon or do you have like a Shark Tank account? No, you just go to the product's website. Yeah, that's always too. Amazon's so easy because they already have my credit card.
Starting point is 00:37:44 And they know my address. So you reenter all your information to all these different products. Absolutely. You're dedicated. Like some of these stories, like there's just one guy that invented a clothing company and I want to buy his clothes, but they're kind of expensive. Wait, so you want to come up with an idea for Shark Tank. Yes.
Starting point is 00:38:01 Well, so you don't have an idea. Not right now. I thought our snow cone idea would be good, but I mean, there's snow cone stands everywhere. Well, there's clothes everywhere. What's so great about this guy's clothing line? He was a genius. He moved here from somewhere overseas. But what are neat about his clothes?
Starting point is 00:38:15 Like, why would Shark Tank invest in clothes? He dress you? You just stand there. Look, I don't remember his exact way. He was, he gave up his job, his life, and he said, I just want to be, he wanted to be a fashion person. And he did it. And he had run our test, the basketball player, he got him to model his clothes. Like Fubu?
Starting point is 00:38:33 That guy's worth money. He's on there. Damon John. He is? Yes. Yeah, he's one of the guys. He's a shark, right? I didn't know that.
Starting point is 00:38:40 But his story's crazy. He just started sewing in his mom's house and then started selling him outside of malls and now he's a billionaire for Foo Boo. Yeah, Spank's Lady comes on every once in a while as a guest. Barbara Corker. I mean, guys, it is amazing.
Starting point is 00:38:54 It makes dreams come true. Well, I'm being told in my ear that someone does have a pitch here on the show. Get the shark music up. Does anyone know who that? Coming into the room now, Ray Mundo, our audio producer.
Starting point is 00:39:09 Oh, boy. Ray Mundo. Tell us about yourself your product. What's up you guys? I am Ramundo. I'm from Nashville, Tennessee, and I came up with this product just sitting in my living room at night. Okay. It's something we all face every single day of our lives. What do you value it at? I value it at $500,000. How much do I have to pay you to get in what percentage of your company do I get? I'm asking for $100,000 from each of the sharks, and that's going to get this company up and running. All right. And so tell me about
Starting point is 00:39:31 what's it called and what does it do. We are calling it. Turn down for what? All right. It's very simple. Every night when you're about to go to bed, when you're about to Turn down for the night. There's so much to do. You got about 30 minutes where you're taking the dog out. You're shutting doors. Turn off lights. Trying to turn down the bed.
Starting point is 00:39:48 So that's where my company comes into play. Turn down for what? Before you're about to head to bed, we roll in for those 30 minutes and we're getting everything taking care of. We're packing lunches. We're putting the kids to bed. We're making sure that everything outside is handled. It absolutely stinks.
Starting point is 00:40:04 It sucked when you're trying to go and get in your room and turn down and you got so much to do. So here we come, turn down for what? Turn down. It's a pretty good idea. That is a pretty good idea. How are you to turn me down? He hasn't, like, the problem is that he hasn't created this company and it's not something new.
Starting point is 00:40:22 Because anybody can do it. You have no. There's no. But that's a pretty decent idea. Hold on-demand. Yeah, you could be the original, like, on-demand, like, you're like the Uber for shutting it down at night. Yeah. Of all the businesses I brought to the table and you think that's the good idea?
Starting point is 00:40:37 It's so different. And it's catchy. Could that be the theme song? Well, that costs money. Turn down for what? But the sharks would be into it. I could see. Mark Cuban being like, I'll buy the song.
Starting point is 00:40:47 Listen, the sharks won't take it because you have nothing. Right, I need more to work with and stuff. And you have to have a business going and people. But that's a pretty good idea to chase. It expedites it, baby. Here we go. Get to bed. Because everybody wants everything on demand. We want our shows on demand. We want our food brought to us.
Starting point is 00:41:03 Do you put kids to bed? That's what I'm saying. If they're being feisty, turn down for what? Turn down! You read to kids? If that helps them turn down, turn down for what? Turn down! So you're going to have strangers coming to your mouth? Yeah, these are all strangers? Amazon's doing it?
Starting point is 00:41:21 Yeah, it's fine. They get to know you. But these are like, I'm picturing like five of Ray's friends, like coming into your house like, all right, Amy, don't worry about it. We're putting the kids to bed. We're cleaning the kitchen. When you hire anybody to come into your house and work, aren't they, do all your people get background checked?
Starting point is 00:41:33 Yeah, everything's going to be. Yeah, they would be very legit people. It's my buddy, Billy. It's buddy South Beach. Turn down for what? Turn down! I mean, think that any, like y'all, how much do you think Mary Maids is worth? I know.
Starting point is 00:41:46 And that's a bunch of people. They show up in a car with a hand and they clean. Like, I like to raise an idea over Christmas where we go and turn on the Christmas lights and get the fire going before people come. This, when you're sitting in your house, I don't really get it. Yeah. But Christmas is seasonal.
Starting point is 00:42:00 This is like... Nobody got Netflix either before it was Netflix. We were like, they're going to mail us DVDs. Yeah, I used to think my mom was so weird for getting a DVD every week and she'd mail it back. But I'm shocked out of everything I brought and you guys like this one. I don't think that's a bad idea, Ramundo. And it's going to lead to more well-rested employees. The person that's so wide away created a take on the day, they must have called us
Starting point is 00:42:19 turned down for what? Turned down for me. That's good. It is good. I mean, hmm. Man. So you need someone to come in and turn off your lights? It's just take.
Starting point is 00:42:36 I don't understand that. You probably write your list out. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then you guys come and check it all down. Anyway, I think it's a great idea. You probably get to know him and you're like, hey, Jimmy. And like you get to like, you get to just do your own thing. Maybe I would get, if I had someone turning down my house at night, I would get to maybe take a bath.
Starting point is 00:42:51 Bubble bath. Amen, sister. While they're doing all the work. So you're in the bath one. They're in your house. Turn down the wood. Maybe at South Beach, can I come in the bathroom? No, he just comes.
Starting point is 00:43:01 No, no, no, no. That's part of the rule. We have a contract. Like, I'm not in the bathroom. I mean, if I'm in the bathroom, you can't come in. You just... You guys act like people being in the house is a weird thing. It's not.
Starting point is 00:43:09 It's not anymore. You're right. It's not. It's raised friends. It's just raised buddies, yes. Okay, Raymond, I love the idea. Thank you, sharks. You'd have to expand.
Starting point is 00:43:16 I see this going nationwide. I give you $5, you know, and for 100% of it. That's worth... I mean, are you sure you have to have to have the full... Do you are... Does your lunchbox? Does your business have to be in motion? No.
Starting point is 00:43:28 It doesn't. Free production, you can be in. But they will say, what do you own? Like, what about this? Why can't I just start doing it? A product is usually what they do, but business. Even services, they'll go, wait, why don't I just start my own? Yeah, and be like, well, that's why I need y'all.
Starting point is 00:43:42 And it was my idea. You don't own my brain. Unless you've trademarked it or copyrighted it. Ray, have you trademarked it? Well, different. Too late. Ray Mundo, I think it's a great idea. Thank you, guys.
Starting point is 00:43:52 I applaud you for coming up. BBA at least. What do you say whenever you leave it in the night? Like you shut it down and... Oh, as we're heading out the door, turned out for what? Turned down for what? And you plan it fades away as you get to your car? It's...

Starting point is 00:47:58 What would that show be? Oh my gosh I know And I asked this question Because over the weekend I finished the office again And I've watched it all the way through Probably seven times
Starting point is 00:48:09 Not every episode But all the way through Like just starting it And going all the way through Nine seasons It's a lot And I've probably seen every episode More than that
Starting point is 00:48:18 But I finished again And I cried And I cried Every time that last episode happens. Wow. I cry. When Jim and Pam get married, I cry.
Starting point is 00:48:26 When Michael leaves and goes to Colorado at the airport and then at the very last episode, I cried every time. I haven't gotten there yet. Well, listen, spoiler alert. But I'm dabbling in the office right now. I think I'm on season two. Did you start at the beginning? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:38 So my show would be The Office. You get one show to watch the rest of your life. What would it be? Amy. Friends. Strong. Yeah. I mean, Friends was the show that you watched all the time until the office kind of took
Starting point is 00:48:51 its place. Because on Netflix, the office is like the most watched, non-original. Friends is up there too. Yeah. But yeah, Friends is a good one. Lunchbox?
Starting point is 00:49:01 Seinfeld. Yeah? Yeah, because I think it's funny and there's enough episodes. That's a thing, enough episodes. Because you know, if you, there's certain shows that are like four seasons. That would get old.
Starting point is 00:49:10 You need something with a longevity. Yeah. And that makes you laugh. Nothing too serious. Yeah, with the office, you're talking about nine seasons and like, you know, 20 episodes, a season.
Starting point is 00:49:21 It's like 180 episodes. That's crazy. You've watched it how many times? All the way from front to back on Netflix, seven times. But again, that doesn't count when I was a kid. When I was younger, I was watching it. Eddie, I want to have to go full house. Think about all the life lessons in all of those episodes.
Starting point is 00:49:37 What? Does Fuller House get lumped in? No, no, no, no. The original with the OG cast, Bob Saget and Dave Coley-Ey. That's the one show you'd watch all the time? Yeah, I think so. Because your kids are with you? No, no, just me.
Starting point is 00:49:48 Okay. Of all the shows, you'd watch Full House. Man, I would go breaking bad before a whole house. Oh, wow. Morgan number two, what would you do? You're 25. It would definitely be one tree hill. That's my big one.
Starting point is 00:49:59 I've never seen an episode. What's that about? Is that a Kramer? Yeah. Is that like their version, your age groups of like our 90210? Or Dawson's Creek? Probably, yeah. But none of you guys have seen one tree hill.
Starting point is 00:50:11 Not really. So let me get this right. There's a hill and there's a tree. Only one tree. It's basically the show that made Chad Michael Murray famous. Who? Chad Michael Murray? Oh,
Starting point is 00:50:21 Chad Michael Murray. Sorry. Is that the one? Sophie Bush or whatever? They got married. Yeah. Oh my goodness. Jana Kramer was on it for sure.
Starting point is 00:50:30 You mean Johnny Kramer? Is there a name Sophia? What's One Tree Hill about quickly? It's basically a bunch of kids in high school and they're going through life and you just get really connected to the characters. It's your typical. Yeah, teenage soap opera. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:45 And oh, the OC. Remember that one? Ramundo, what's your one show, buddy? Yeah. Everybody loves Raymond. All enjoy. Oh, good one. Oh, yes.
Starting point is 00:50:55 Raymond's strong. That's one. Is that on Netflix? Yeah. Okay, I might need to do that because sometimes it's just good to have that one on. Raymond Strong.
Starting point is 00:51:02 All right, there's your one shows. On the list, they talked 10,000 people. The office was number one. Friends is number two. Parks and Recit at number three. Gray's Anatomy and number four. Who I dabbling that?
Starting point is 00:51:13 Because of all the episodes. Yeah. And then... It's still going. And then Full House? New Girl on number five. No, Eddie Full House didn't make it, bro.
Starting point is 00:51:19 Yeah. Yeah. A bunch of haters. It's time for the good news. With Amy. Tell me something good. So this guy lost his wallet, but he had one of those trackers in it, like a tracking device. You know, those little tile things that are tiny you can throw in your backpack or whatever.
Starting point is 00:51:36 And he knew that it had gotten thrown away, hauled away by the trash man, and taken to the sanitation department. Like, so now it's amongst like a 2,000 pound pile of trash. So he shows up and he's like, hey, I know my wallet's here because of a tracking device and I'm going to go out and dig. But one of the workers at the sanitation department was like, you know what? I'm going to come out there and help you. And because he helped him, he's the one that ended up finding it. And it took him only 15 minutes to track it down. Hey, good for him.
Starting point is 00:52:07 He didn't have to do that. No, not at all. It's good. I mean, yeah, because who wants to go dig through trash? But this guy did it. And they found the fact that they found it. I thought you'd be in a certain range of the. little track of thing. Well, they still had to dig around.
Starting point is 00:52:21 Yeah. Like even if you find it and you're in a bunch of trash, you still got to go digging around. Yeah. All right, there you go. That's it. Thank you, Amy. That's what it's all about. That was Tell Me Something Good. Folks, it's your buddy and my... Mr. Bobby Bones. Let me. Transmitting across America.
Starting point is 00:52:37 This is the Bobby Bones. Turn it up. Did you just give me like a sign? Yeah. A wink? Like a... This one's a little... The setup's different. So I said, follow me. Okay. Before that thing was hitting, Amy looks at me, goes,
Starting point is 00:52:53 have interest, it gives me a week. And I didn't know what that meant. All right, time for the morning corny. The morning corny. I got fired from my job at the bank today. You got to tell me more. A lady asked me to check her balance, so I pushed her over. That's funny.
Starting point is 00:53:11 That's pretty funny. That was the morning corny. There you go. Bobby Bones. So Lunchbox called businesses yesterday and said, hey, I can't come in. I'm sick. They doesn't work there. So what's the first place? Like what kind of place is it?
Starting point is 00:53:30 Just a restaurant. Like a sit-down restaurant or a fast food restaurant? I sit down. Okay, here he is. Calling into a restaurant saying, I can't come into work today. Except he doesn't work there. Afternoon. How can I help you?
Starting point is 00:53:42 Oh, yeah. Who's this? This is Jason. How are you doing? Hi, I'm good. This is... Hey, girl. You sound constipated.
Starting point is 00:53:48 No, no, I'm sick. I'm sick. Oh, yeah. being at 3 o'clock and I'm just, I'm not, I'm feeling under the weather. I don't think I'm going to be able to make it. Okay, and I'm sorry, what was your name again? Jason, Jason Gibble, yeah. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:54:00 I came down with something this morning. I don't know, and I'm, I'm supposed to work 3 to 11. I just can't make it. Are you, are you a cook? No, no, I do the, I'm the waiter. He stumbles. I'm the, don't know what they're called. It's in the waiter, yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:17 I didn't know anybody here was, a server by that name. Yeah. But I was just hoping you could cover my shift or, you know, get Alyssa to cover my shift. I'm hearing a lot of names that I don't recognize. No, I said if you could get Melissa to cover my shift. No, you said Alyssa. You said Alyssa, not Melissa.
Starting point is 00:54:41 Gift. Oh, wow. She does not have time for you anymore. Wow. She didn't even, like, mess around. You want to hear him cough? And I'm sorry, what was your name again? Jason, Jason Gible, yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:51 Oh, okay. It seems like you broke a rib. Like you're coughing with a broken rib. Yeah. That's funny. It's hard. Bobby Bones. The Bobby Bones Show.

Starting point is 00:58:51 So lunchbox calls places he doesn't work and tells him he's sick. Here we go. Call two is what? Another restaurant. Sit down or fast food? Sit down. Okay. Oh yeah, this is Jason.
Starting point is 00:59:06 I'm supposed to be in at three and I just don't think I can make it. I'm sick. Supposed to be in at three? What do you do here, sir? I'm a server. I wait tables. He waits tables. You know, I do a little bit of this, a little bit of that.
Starting point is 00:59:24 You know, like, yeah. Ugh. Ugh. We don't have. I have a Jason here, sir. Yes, ma'am. I'm supposed to work three to 11, though. I don't want to leave you short-handed, but do you think you can cover?
Starting point is 00:59:36 What restaurant? What restaurant are you calling? I'm calling. No, you don't work here, sir. Yes, ma'am. Ma'am, I, am I getting fired? I'm getting fired for being sick. Oh, wow. Got fired.
Starting point is 00:59:49 It's funny you knew what a server was that call. Like one call later, he knows what he does. Exactly. Here we go. What's number three? Another sit-down restaurant. You're calling. Tell me I serve you.
Starting point is 01:00:01 This is Jason. You know, I work later today. Boy, he's dying now. Yeah. He went from him. It was quick. It went from him not feeling great to he's struggling now. He may not make it through this call.
Starting point is 01:00:14 Thanks for calling. So may I serve you? This is Jason, you know, I work later today and I'm just, I'm under the weather. I woke up and I just don't think I'm going to be able to make it. Jake? No, Jason is bad. I don't have anyone who works here by the name of Jason. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm new, but...
Starting point is 01:00:34 I'm the manager. I would know if there's a Jason that worked here. No, no, no, I've done two shifts. I mean, I got a paycheck on the 15th. And your name is Jason? Yeah, well, that's my nickname. Yeah, Chase, my real name's Chase, but you guys call me Jason. Oh, now you've pivoted. Okay. Also, I like that he got a paycheck on the 15th. Yeah. It was on the 9th yesterday.
Starting point is 01:00:55 December? Yeah. Yeah. But he's only worked two shifts. Almost a month ago. Yeah. Addin up. That's the way is not adding up. And like, right now, like, I'm on the toilet and I'm puking in a trash can right now.
Starting point is 01:01:10 Okay. And what job do you perform here? You're on a toilet and you're puking in the trash can? Like, stop. Man, it's flying out of both holes. Server, but sometimes I cook too. I mean, I'm a... Wow.
Starting point is 01:01:21 He does everything. I never did both. I never served and cooked. No. No. No. You know, like when the order's ready, I'll grab it and take it out for people. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:01:30 Yeah, I know exactly who you are. Thanks for calling. Yeah, thank you. I shouldn't know you were. I guess they gave you the day off, huh? Yeah, at least I don't get fired. True. You are on the toilet and peeping into a bucket.
Starting point is 01:01:47 Let's get on a few Monday morning confessions. Hey, Jenna and Texas, you're on. Hey, so my Monday morning confession is, actually, it's been pretty extensive, but I have a five-year-old. And since she's probably about two, I tell her things are spicy when I just don't want her to eat it. Like if I'm eating cake and I don't want to share, I just tell her it's spicy. And she doesn't like spicy food, so she goes, okay, cool, mom. Yeah, no, no, she hates spicy food. So she's like, oh, no, no, no, I don't want it.
Starting point is 01:02:15 I'm like, sure, are you, you can try it? No, no, no, I'm good. That's funny. That's a good one. It's Jenna in Texas. Okay, how about this here? Let's go to Crystal in Kansas. Crystal, you're on.
Starting point is 01:02:25 Hey, good morning. Monday morning confessions. What do you have for us? My Monday morning confession is in my husband and I second-air marriage we got into a pretty good fight
Starting point is 01:02:36 and I ended up scrubbing the toilet with his toothbrush Oh my goodness How long have you been married now? Why? Almost 10 years. I've never done it since.
Starting point is 01:02:48 You were so mad that you grabbed this toothbrush and put it in the commode. I did. What was the fight over? You know, I can't remember. Oh, of course. You have to remember if you scrubbed his toothbrush.
Starting point is 01:03:03 I don't know I've ever been that mad at anybody in my life where I would take the thing they put in their mouth and put it where I do the number two. I'm not proud of it. Wow. And you're not going to do it ever again, even if you fight about the same thing. No, no. Did you think when you were kissing him after you made up? Ooh. Right.
Starting point is 01:03:18 Like you get through the fight obviously. You're together still eight years later. And as you're kissing him, his mouth had been where he had used the bathroom. Yeah. No, I mean, he's obviously gotten rid of the toothbrush. Well, yeah. I would hope. But you wanted him to brush his teeth with it.
Starting point is 01:03:35 That was the whole point, right? She's hurting right now. We got it. That's all right. You know what? Release it. Don't even worry about it anymore. Let it go.
Starting point is 01:03:44 You've been forgiven. Thank you. All right, Crystal, in Kansas. Have a good day. Stephanie in North Carolina. Hi, how are you today? I'm really good. Monday morning confessions.
Starting point is 01:03:54 What do you have for us? All right. So many years ago, I left a man that I had to live with for five years, and I knew he was on dating sites. So he was not one for changing his password. So I went on his dating sites, and I changed everything about his profile. Like to love it. Yeah, like to what? Actually, to the truth, because that's what I did.
Starting point is 01:04:18 I was so angry that he was putting in all these lives. He always put himself 20 years younger, college-educated, that he made grand. the money that he was a social drinker when he was an alcoholic and he was up looking for a younger woman so I did change it so he would be looking for somebody between 65 and 85. Oh, got it.
Starting point is 01:04:39 Go ahead. And that you know that I love to drink heavy and like somebody who can drink heavy with me. Yeah, she's smart. I'm supposed to laugh. I forget this is supposed to be a convention.
Starting point is 01:04:56 Yeah, yeah, it's all right, that we're laughing with you. What else? Give us one more thing you changed. What else did you write? Oh, my gosh. His age, his own his weight. He said he was physically fat. He had one of those big, like, you know, alcohol gut. So he was the lowercase B. And you put that?
Starting point is 01:05:12 Yeah. What'd you write specifically? Gosh, it was so long ago. Oh, gosh. Oh, gosh. I just said, you know, I just lift out the truth. I'm not very physically fit. You play dirty, Stephanie. I never went to college. Can you imagine?
Starting point is 01:05:34 I love it. I love it. You're scrolling through it. You're looking at profiles. And it's the most honest profile ever. I drink a lot. I drink heavy. He never went to college.
Starting point is 01:05:43 I don't make a lot of money. I love it. I'm looking for someone who's 85. He asked me about it. What? He did ask me about it after about a month. And what did you say? When he wasn't getting any feedback at all?
Starting point is 01:05:57 No, no girls were coming back to him. What did you say to him? He said, you know, he came with her profile, didn't you? And I said, yeah. And he laughed. And you never got back together. Oh, God, don't. No, of course, no.
Starting point is 01:06:09 I know the truth. Yeah, the truth. Obviously, you wrote it on his dating site. Hey, thank you very much, Stephanie. I appreciate you calling. Yeah. All right. You've been forgiven.
Starting point is 01:06:18 That's funny. Clean your sins. Shonda in Louisiana. You're on. Hey, good morning. Good morning. What do you want to say? All right, so my husband likes to put these
Starting point is 01:06:27 blue lights for Christmas on the, like, lining our driveway. Personally, I think it looks like, you know, like a runway or something, but he likes it, and it makes him happy so small potatoes, right? Well, I was backing out of the driveway one morning and I ran over like half of them. And when he got home in the afternoon, I told him it must have been the UPS driver. And he believed it, and you're all clear? I'm all clear. Yeah, well, good for you.
Starting point is 01:06:51 Probably listening right now, so now he knows. Well, thank you for calling. See? Oh, wow. This is how he's finding out. Yeah. Everybody feels better, right? I was looking at this article on BuzzFeed. Do you know who Henry Cavill is?
Starting point is 01:07:14 The guy from Superman, really good-looking guy? Oh, yes. Now that you say Superman, yes. Okay, so apparently he has a lot of chest hair. And the whole article was about how some women love chest hair, some women don't. I want to bring in, let's bring in the girl group here. We have Amy. Amy, go ahead and introduce yourself in your age. Hi, I'm Amy. I'm 37 years old.
Starting point is 01:07:39 Married for 12 years and co-host here with Bobby. All right. Let's bring in our head of digital Morgan number two. Morgan number two, say hi. Hello. How's it going? Good. Now do the thing Amy just did.
Starting point is 01:07:49 Okay. I'm Morgan number two. I'm 25 years old. And I'm the web girl on the show. All right. Say a little fun fact about your life. I'm really excited about, I don't know. I got nothing.
Starting point is 01:08:04 She has nothing. I really have nothing. All right. Let's bring in. Hillary, our phone screener who's moving off the phone. Hillary, go ahead. Hi, I'm Hillary. I just turned 26.
Starting point is 01:08:13 I don't know what my fun fact is. We got to get better on our fun facts, guys. You love Chick-fil-A. I love Chick-Fleigh, yes. And you've never dated. Yes, she's only kissed two guys in her life. That's her fun fact. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:24 Thank you. How many dates in your life? Two. Wow. You're on one-for-one on dates, though. On both of your dates, you got kissed? Yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 01:08:34 All right. Dang. Pretty good. Okay. Are we ready with this? Let's talk about chest hair on guys. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 01:08:44 Because it's a lot. Did you see this picture? Yeah. What do you think about that chest hair? I mean, I could do it a little bit less. Okay, yeah. Less, maybe, yeah. But I don't want it to be fully no hair.
Starting point is 01:08:59 You don't? But maybe less hair than that. Like, what about mine? You don't have any, do you? I don't have any. Yeah. So it's a little bit different. Y'all's chest are very different.
Starting point is 01:09:10 Yeah, because he has muscles. Yeah, you can say that. That's okay. Okay, so, yeah, I could do it a little bit. My husband has just a little bit. I feel like he has a good amount, but that's just me. It's not too much, not too little. If 0% is me of chest hair and 100% is this guy, where do you like your...
Starting point is 01:09:29 I guess I like it. If he's 100% and I'll like it at 50. 50%. Okay, Morgan number two. How do you feel about chest hair on men? I'm like, I'm like a 25%. A little bit, but not too much. Have you ever met a guy that has a lot of chest hair?
Starting point is 01:09:43 Yes, and I couldn't really do it. I wouldn't be, if it was a lot, that would be a, I don't know, I would just be like, there's a lot when it's like out of their shirt and you're like, what's happening under there? So it's like a teddy bear trying to crawl off from underneath the shirt? Yes. So you like about 25%. Yes. Okay, Amy's 50, Morgan number 2, 25%.
Starting point is 01:10:03 Hillary, what do you like on a guy? I'm with Morgan number 2. I would say about 25%, not a lot. So what about, let me just walk you. But you're at zero. Nobody has said that so far. I'm at like 5%. Because I got little,
Starting point is 01:10:14 little meaty ones. But it also take clippers to the little bit that I have. Okay. So if you didn't, you would just have like a few? It grows in weird patches, Amy. Okay.
Starting point is 01:10:22 And I don't do it to have fully clean, but if I let it grow, it's weird patches. Yeah. And I look like I have mange. Like, I just have a little bit of hair and it's mangy. Okay.
Starting point is 01:10:31 So let me, Morgan, number two, let me run this by you, okay? Okay. You and I were, We've been on 10 dates. Okay. And I'm taking my shirt off. We're like watching a TV show for the first time.
Starting point is 01:10:41 And I don't have any chest tear on my chest. It's not a deal breaker. It's more of a deal breaker if you had a lot. Is it gross, though, that I don't have any? No. I think that's more common than chest hair typically is, honestly. So no one's like, because Mike D who wants in the show, he has the crawling out of your shirt, chest hair.
Starting point is 01:10:59 Oh, yeah. Lunchbox, where are you got in chest hair? I'm probably at zero. I got a baseball diamond. Ugh. Look, that's disgusting. Hey, what do you think about lunchbox's chest air, Morgan number two?
Starting point is 01:11:12 It's a little spotty. He has it on his belly button and then he has it like on his chest. And only between his nipples. Yeah, between my nose. That's it. And up to his neck. It's like a diamond.
Starting point is 01:11:21 That's like a triangle. Yeah. Like from his neck, the point down to the nipples and then back in. Hillary, we think about lunchbox's chest air? I'm a little uncomfortable right now. It's fine. That's a good amount.
Starting point is 01:11:30 Yeah. Would you like that? It's a little patchy though. than 25%. No, no. And it's like a little pillow with the girl's head right there. Does your wife like it?
Starting point is 01:11:38 Oh yeah, she's playing with it. No. Have you ever had a guy with a lot of Chester, Amy? No. Nope. Is your husband the guy with the most Chessair?
Starting point is 01:11:47 Yeah. I'm starting to think maybe my boyfriend when we were like 20 had Chessier. I wonder what it's like, no. I don't know. He maybe had the most. Amy likes 50%
Starting point is 01:11:57 and she's a little older than the other two girls who like 25%. Maybe we're trending downward. And then like the 10-year-olds of today's generation is within like 0% when they grow up. Right. Yeah. Yeah. That sounds right right. Thank you, Girl Group. I appreciate your commentary.
Starting point is 01:12:11 Because women that are probably 10 or 15 years older than me, they probably like a lot of hair. Yeah. I mean, that's like dudes, like the younger you get the less condition you are to want hair. Oh, right, right. You know what I mean? You with me? Yep. All right. There we have it. Thanks to our Girl Group. We learned a lot today.
Starting point is 01:12:35 It's time for the good news. With Bobby. I got this for you. As Adrian Salgado was starting work, he's a gardener in Santa Ana, California, somebody jumped and stole his truck, and they didn't just run off with his truck. If you do maintenance, everything's on your truck. And so he had his phone, his landscaping equipment. He had about $1,000 cash for rent that he'd been saving for months.
Starting point is 01:13:04 So the Santa Ana Police Department tracked down the truck and the thieves. They arrested the suspect, but they'd already. gotten rid of all the tools. Ooh. Because that's what you do. You sell everything you do as you can. And so the officers raised the money and bought him a lawnmower and edger, hand tools, leafblower to replace the stolen ones. The officers did.
Starting point is 01:13:23 They raised up their own money. They have tons of money. Right. Of their own money. So officers should probably make more than they do. Shout out the Santa Ana Police Department. That's just above and beyond. I love that.
Starting point is 01:13:34 That was Tell Me Something Good. It's my ball. It's a bobby, boy. All right, grab your writing tool. We're going to play Name That Baseline. So what I have is just bass lines from very famous songs. You have to name the song. Okay.
Starting point is 01:13:59 What is a bass line? So you know the instrument. It's got four strings and it goes, boom, boom, boom, boom, ba-da-da-da-da-dun-boom-boom. So the guitar. No. It's the fat guitar, the fat strings. Okay. The low one.
Starting point is 01:14:10 Yeah. Got it. So this is your first one. Write your answer down. Tile or artist? This is the name of the song. I'm in. We took this off the studio recording.
Starting point is 01:14:26 I'm in for the win. That's pretty cool, huh? Amy, what do you have? Beat it? Lunchbox? Beat it. Eddie? Beat it.
Starting point is 01:14:35 Come on. Name this famous bass line, ready? You like this one? Yeah, okay. I nailed these. You got it? Amy's puking the song out of it. Okay.
Starting point is 01:15:13 This isn't right. Okay, go ahead. Smells like teen spirit. Lunchbox? The first letter writes, Seven Nation Army. Eddie? Seven Nation Army. Wow.
Starting point is 01:15:25 Watch Fox. I talk about this song all the time. Yeah, he says it's an interview song. It pumps you up while keeping you down. Yeah. Why don't I have that title in my head? All right, ready for this one? Okay.
Starting point is 01:15:37 Name it by the baseline. Lunchbox is killing this. Okay. All right. Amy. Another one bites the dust. Lunchbox? You gave it to her.
Starting point is 01:15:59 Another one bites the dust. No. Another one bites the dust. Hey, my token. And another one down, that another one down. That's good. Another one bites the dust. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:11 All right. All right. Got it. I sing it loud. Is that right? Is it? Yeah, it's hard because it's not like the main melody of the song. But if she's on it.
Starting point is 01:16:53 I mean, she's on it. Sing it. No, don't. Hey. Well, hold on. No, because I don't know it. So I need you to sing it. Anything?
Starting point is 01:17:00 Just I sing it. No, another than what's in my head right now. Okay, your answers are down. Everybody good? I'm in for the way. All right. Eddie, you know what the right? Yes, I do.
Starting point is 01:17:09 Just a small town boy! Is it? Is it hot? It's far in the sound Detroit. Yeah. Amy, what do you have? I have written down small town boy. That's Dustin Lynch, I think.
Starting point is 01:17:21 Yeah. Lunch, Bugs? What's this life for? Eddie? Don't stop believing. Don't stop. Yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 01:17:28 That was hard, though, though, but. Yeah. Was it? Yes. Tricky. That got me. All right, let's do one more. For five points.
Starting point is 01:17:35 Here we go. Name this song by the bass. Oh, my God. Hey, Bose. Stop, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop.
Starting point is 01:17:56 Come together? Come together. Come together. Over me. Did you miss one, Eddie at all? No, no. Come on, Ben. Give me some credit.
Starting point is 01:18:31 Well, Eddie, you're the one. What's the final score? Eddie five. Eddie five, lunchbox four, 83. I'm shocked at how many lunchboxes. That guy, that's my name that too. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's right, that's right, that's right.
Starting point is 01:18:44 There you, yeah. Who. Nice. Yeah, there you go. All right, those are all them. You wouldn't have missed one. Come on. Come on.
Starting point is 01:19:23 Come on. Yeah. Hanging out with the Bobby Bone Show Hey, so what happened? So I went to a stop sign And kind of rolled a little bit Too ahead of the stop sign. I stopped fully.
Starting point is 01:19:33 I was obeying the law. But I was ahead of the stop sign And the white marks that would cause If anyone was crossing the street To have to go around me a little bit. And there was a person jogging And he was really irritated That I was a little bit ahead of the line.
Starting point is 01:19:49 So he had to run and then run around the car Then get back into the line. Yeah, but you know what? I do when cars are stop signs and I'm trying to cross. I just go ahead and go behind them. So it's like not a thing. It's not a thing. That's what I do. And it's not like I did it on purpose. And it's not like I knew he was about to jog up there because he was moving fast. He wasn't there when I got there. But then boom, there he was. And he had to go around me, gave me the death look through my windshield. And I was like, I even looked at him like,
Starting point is 01:20:14 I'm so sorry. Like that. Then I'm watching him. And as he passes me, he stops on his run, turns all the way back around while running and flips me off. Wow. Nothing wrong with that. Wow. That's really aggressive. It was like a, it was like a, he wasn't like flip off. Yes.
Starting point is 01:20:34 He pulsed his hand at you. It was like brer, like I'm not seeing it. And he just looked at me like I ruined this guy's day because of this one thing. Like it was so much that that I wanted to roll down my window once I turned right because then I could, you know, pull up beside him while he's jogging. I was going to roll down and be like, are you having a bad day? That seems like a lot to flip someone off over. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:59 Because you have to go around the car just a little bit. I just want to be like, I hope whatever is going on with you. Like, you just feel better. I am so sorry if I contributed to your bad day. But, I mean, obviously I didn't. But I was tempted because Homeboy, it was rude. I've done it before when I'm out running and someone rolls through the stop sign like that. Not rolls through.
Starting point is 01:21:17 She stopped. No, no, no. but you are putting their life at risk because you're not making attention and stopping before the stop sign. I've hit the hook. The life at risk. He's already stopped when he runs up to her. I didn't roll into him running. I was already there.
Starting point is 01:21:30 He was annoyed. He had to go around. She was stopped. No one's life was at risk. I've banged on the hood of cars before, giving him the bird, cursed at him. And the reason he doesn't go behind you is because if he goes behind you, there could be cars coming the other direction. He doesn't see them. And you need to go in front of the car.
Starting point is 01:21:46 It's easier to see cars coming from the other direction. cars. It had to be a small part of the neighborhood. Lunchbox is acting like you're running across Times Square. In a busy area. Y'all, it was quiet. There was nobody else around. Listen, if a skinny dude, like lunchbox flips off another dude,
Starting point is 01:22:01 you'd probably get beat up. If it's like a man, like it also has a short temper or a gun, all it takes is you to get irritated. Like me, I'm not. I'm just going to be like, sorry. Yeah. But like if it's a big dude, they'll whoop lunchbox. I should have just yelled out.
Starting point is 01:22:14 Have you ever heard of Grace? I didn't mean to do it. You didn't do anything. wrong that he hasn't done either. I've never flipped anybody off of my life, I don't think. Oh my goodness, guys. Careful with that. Not as far as, like as a joke maybe years ago.
Starting point is 01:22:27 But never like in my car, do I flip someone? It just doesn't happen with me. Oh, I've been flipped up a lot. Well, since you can't drive. Especially, I mean, and all over, I got flipped off a lot in Houston. That was probably a rough summer for me. My mom was there at M.D. Anderson, and I, we lived there for six weeks, and I didn't know where I was going.
Starting point is 01:22:45 and that's where I know some of the most hardcore drivers are. I won't classify them as rude people, but I just feel like in Houston, they got places to be. And if you don't know where you're going and you're messing up their drive, they will flip you off. Do you say flip off or flick off? You say flip off. Launchbox flip them off. Does anyone say flick on the show? No.
Starting point is 01:23:04 I think I probably have. Flip. Yeah, like, you all taught me a long time ago, I think, to start saying flip. Well, it's like Coke and soda. You know, it's like where you're from. Regionally is wherever you're from. Bobby bones Bobby bones
Starting point is 01:23:18 I'm reading this story It's a YouTube star 24 years old is going to marry his 61 year old girlfriend What? Wait, so He says we are truly soulmates They met on Tinder
Starting point is 01:23:31 Here's what I'm thinking I'm listening to the story On the news One of those dumb news Pop shows And I'm going, wait Aside from the age difference Did he have his options
Starting point is 01:23:41 Where he could actually meet A 61 year old Because you have to set your parameters Of what you're looking for Yeah. So he must have been open to that. Oh, wait, it's two women. I didn't know that.
Starting point is 01:23:52 Two women with 37-year age difference. For some reason, that seems as crazy to me. You're like, oh, okay, right? I don't know why. But that doesn't seem as crazy to me. The age difference is pretty gigantic, 24 and 61. Yeah. But here's why, because I think women are just better people.
Starting point is 01:24:08 Yeah. And they can probably bond and be cool with an age difference. Like, I thought it was a young guy in an old woman. in. We truly are soulmates. You know what, good for them. This story is not even what you think about that. That's Sarah, what's her name? Sarah Paulson. Do you know the actress that was in Birdbox, the sister, she was in Joe Simpson? I think her girlfriend is the mom from two and a half men and she's like 80. Oh yeah, I think you're right. You know what I mean? And good for them, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:24:37 Yeah, that's all. Like I don't get that. But I don't get it. I don't care what's going on. I don't get it. When a guy and a girl, a girl, girl, I don't know. It's just the old, like, when it's like 40, 50 years difference. It's getting up there. Right. Right. You know, okay. Yes.
Starting point is 01:24:54 But who are we? Whoa. What are you looking at? Whoa. What? He's looking at the age difference. Yeah, the girl, the wife is Holland Taylor. She's 75.
Starting point is 01:25:04 Yeah. Isn't it the girl from two and a half men the mom? Yes. Another girl, 44. What? What? Wow. What?
Starting point is 01:25:11 With their love. Again, it's an adult. It's two a doll. Adults. What's your age range? I don't know. Oh, 25. No.
Starting point is 01:25:22 No, to what? What range do you go to? Oh, you're saying up. 25 to 21. Not down. That's what we're talking about. Up. Like, how old will you date?
Starting point is 01:25:31 That's the thing. I'm 38. Probably. 37. I don't know. Have you ever dated anybody older than you? I only dated older people until I turned about 27. By older, do you mean like six months?
Starting point is 01:25:43 No. I was like 21 to a 26 year old. It was like things like that. I forgot. For a while. Like, yeah. Nice, man. I'll always try to date my maturity level.
Starting point is 01:25:51 I think I've gotten older and they've stayed about the same. Yeah. Amazing confusing. Yeah. I get older. That's right. But yeah, probably. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:26:02 So if you fill out a dating profile or a dating app. What do you mean? Well, like, are you on a dating app? Aren't you on that one that's like for famous people or something? It's not. Not that you're famous. But you know what I mean. It's like everybody famous and me.
Starting point is 01:26:16 That's his on the Zapp. But what's it called? Oh, is this secret? No. I don't like talking about it. And I'm on it a little bit. A lot of people don't match me. They don't think I'm cool.
Starting point is 01:26:25 Well, maybe you need to increase your age range. No, I'm not doing that. Oh, yeah. Open it up. Brod and me. Me and Carol Burnett are going to be leaving a party like Pete Davidson and hate back and so. She turns 97 next week.
Starting point is 01:26:39 Betty White does. Oh, Betty White does. She probably would be awesome to date. I wonder if she's on Raya. That's what it's called. Araya? Yeah. Wait, so you officially got on there for real?
Starting point is 01:26:47 I get on about once a week, and I don't get a bunch of matches. So how does it work? I got on Bumble for a while. I've done pretty much all of them. You know the same way as everything else. I need to get on farmers only. I need to just fully. There's another one I saw a commercial called My Time.
Starting point is 01:27:02 It's for people over 50. That's how I would get on for this. I would be such a stud on an older person dating app. I'd probably just be slaying them. Probably, but you're not old enough. I know, but that's what I like about it. And farmers only just know that they're not all farmers. Because my friend, she was complaining because she ended up going out with the mechanic.
Starting point is 01:27:23 And she really wants to date a farmer. Like she does. You finally signed up for farmers only. Oh, you mean like they're not all. They don't all own farms. And you get an architect. You're like, wait, what? You get this great job.
Starting point is 01:27:33 You're like, no. Yeah, no. She really wants a country boy. Like she wants him to drive a truck, him to have a beard, maybe wear overalls on the weekend. Like, just super cute. That's like her jam. She wants that. So she thought that was her way in.
Starting point is 01:27:46 And she ended up going out with the guy and he was a mechanic. She was like, what? But how, okay. No. I think the commercial is for country people, not just farmers. She wanted a farmer.
