Starting point is 00:03:05 You're rolling on this? Yeah. We just finished the show today. I really wasn't even that tired coming in after the Super Bowl. I tell you why. I think they moved the Super Bowl up hours, right? Didn't they used to start later back
Starting point is 00:03:15 in when we were kids? I don't know. It still ended late, though. Yeah, it still takes a long time. This football goes on and on and on. And on. Event, sister. Five.
Starting point is 00:03:25 Start at 5, 6, 7. Yeah, football games are long. Yeah, but also the halftime shows along. They got more commercials to put in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, anyway, I didn't feel that tired. I came in. I think they used to start a Super Bowl, like 7 o'clock.
Starting point is 00:03:37 Back in the day, though, Amy, back when the NBA finals, they would run that on tape delay. You'd watch it taped. Oh, really? When we were kids, kids. Yeah, it's recorded. Didn't I hear something about, like, when OJ was being chased? Like, that was at the same time as a game or something?
Starting point is 00:03:51 So they had to tape delay that game because everyone was watching OJ. I don't know. I may be making that up. I remember something like that where people were like, we're watching the game and then it interrupted, but we all wanted to see the game. Something like that just came to my head. I don't know why. Cool, cool, cool. Okay. Good story. Moving on. $10.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Yeah. I didn't. I didn't. Thing it. Yeah, anyway. Super Bowl was last night. Everybody was Morgan number two didn't even watch it. That's weird. Yeah, I didn't.
Starting point is 00:04:17 I watched halftime and then I was switching back and watching Netflix. Isn't that like a too cool thing, though? like, No, because she didn't brag about it. She didn't brag about being counterculture. The worst is when someone brags about being counterculture. For example, I was like, hey, I thought Maroon 5
Starting point is 00:04:33 did good. And this band tweets me and goes, I couldn't even recite one Maroon 5 song. It's not true. And I'm like, okay, but is it cool to brag about what you don't know? Does that mean you're cooler because you don't know something popular? Yeah, it does not mean that. As you tweet me on a social media
Starting point is 00:04:51 platform that millions of people are on, you know, with your iPhone. You're not that counterculture. You know, stop it with you indie band. Who was it? Don't worry about it. Okay. Do we know some of their songs? No.
Starting point is 00:05:05 You don't know any of them. Oh, okay. You didn't memorize any of them. Oh, I could know one word. You could recite any of them. We had our new phone screener start today. Did she work today? Or she just watch.
Starting point is 00:05:14 She worked. I think she trained. I have no idea. I got to bring her in. Christina? Yeah. Is her name? I mean, I hired her.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Hey, Christina, you can come here for a second. Come here for a second. This is her first time. Didn't you just hire her? Yeah, I think that I... Come on over to this mic right here. When did I hire you? When did we meet?
Starting point is 00:05:34 Last week. Yeah, like Thursday? Thursday. That's quick. Hey, man, when you know, you know, you know what they say. Hey, have you guys, everybody met her? Yes. Yeah, met her.
Starting point is 00:05:43 Yeah, how to go. I was great. I told her what up. Tell her what up. Tell her no screw up. Oh, that's the advice you gave us? And I told her, I hope you get a nap today because it's going to be rough. Like, how was waking up this morning?
Starting point is 00:05:56 A little brutal. Yeah. And today was exciting day. It's like the first day. So wait until like tomorrow I'll be okay, but like Thursday. Oh, I think it'll still be. No, no, no, no. The first week is still exciting.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Do you have a new other job? Not yet. Okay, good, because you're not going to want one because you're going to need to sleep. No, seriously. Like, I'm telling you, you're going to go home and like 11, 30, 12, you are going to be so freaking tired. You are going to crash out. I'm already exhausted.
Starting point is 00:06:19 It's the hour. hours are exhausting, more so than anything else. And I told, I think I told just in the interview, right? Yeah. I was like, it's brutal. It sucks, the hours. Yeah, you said, I hope you're a morning person. So you're going to get used to it.
Starting point is 00:06:31 And I believe I may have said, I hope you're a morning person because I'm not. Because if everyone here, I'm the least morning person. Would you agree? I mean, yeah, you definitely, when we're on vacation, like, you flip it totally. Like, I'll still get up at least, like, six or seven, hang out. Bobby's like, slept till noon. Oh, noon. Or one o'clock.
Starting point is 00:06:50 easily. And even here, it takes me the longest to get normal. Yeah. Because I'm, I'm cranky for a while. Can be. We all can be. No, but I'll, I'm, I'm, it takes me a while. Yeah. Like, it takes me a while to shake it. I go back and I read pages, liners. It takes me a long time. Sometimes Amy and I'll sit in front of each other and it's like, we just don't even say a word, because it's so early. Do you talk to yourself in the morning to get, like, warmed up right? Sometimes I'll try to sing in the car. Then sometimes I'll just come in and start ripping liners because I don't care. I'm just like, Boston one at one point.
Starting point is 00:07:25 And my voice is all tired. And I'm just like, I got a, you know, static, that static stretching man. So what did you do today, Christina? What did I do today? I answered your phone calls. But you answered them? Did you answer? Hillary threw me right into it.
Starting point is 00:07:40 How did it go? I guess good if I didn't. Yeah, it was good. So what do you say? Do you say, hey, this is Christina, thanks for calling the Bi Bibone Show? Or do you just say Bobby Bone Show? I don't know because when I worked at Jason's Deli, I always said, hey, thanks for calling Jason's Deli in the Colonnade. We cater and deliver. How can I help you? I just don't know if you threw your name in there or not.
Starting point is 00:07:56 I did a few times. I actually had two people say, I don't recognize. Who is this? Oh, really? Oh, cool. A few people asked if I was Hillary, and I had to say no, and they were a little disappointed, but it went well. Wow. So what did Hillary do today? She sat next to me. It did her work, but made sure that I was okay. All right. And that should probably happen this week, huh? Hey, what happened with Amy this morning? Did she yell at you for parking in the wrong spot? She didn't yell at me.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Everybody was making fun of it. She didn't yell at me. So you snapped at you though? No, she walked in and just said, hey, would you guys moving your car up a little bit? Okay. So here's what happened in the parking. Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:08:29 Wait, so, Amy, you don't have a reserved spot? No, no, no, no. Slow down, y'all already jumping to conclusions. It's not about a reserved spot. It had nothing to do with me in a spot. I parked somewhere else. It's not my spot. Let me explain for you, because Amy did nothing wrong.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Oh. So, do you know how if you pull through our parking lot, there are spots. You can pull all the way through and point out. Yeah. Okay. So she didn't pull all the way through, which makes it hard for someone to park in that one spot.
Starting point is 00:08:55 Oh, so her back bumper was over that line so the person can't pull in behind you. No, no, no. She didn't pull all the way up. There was two lines of spots. You would have to go up to the other spots, put your car in reverse to back in. And back it in. And we had three spots coned off for guests. And like, I parked somewhere else.
Starting point is 00:09:10 This wasn't about me. I just was recommending for her to pull forward because it was going to make a really complicated. People are going to start to get to work and not be able to get into that spot. And our garage is so small. It's so hard to drive in, which is why in my last contract, I was like, give me a spot, because I don't want to deal with this. Right. Amy was looking out for the rest of the staff. Like, it wasn't about me. I was like, hey. People were busting Amy's balls this morning. Yes, they were like, oh, yeah. Morgan
Starting point is 00:09:33 number one was like, hey, welcome to the show. I'm Amy. I'm a real B. And I was like, what? She said that? Yes. I was just trying to be. Stop at you. This is not the Sour Lucey podcast. where you guys just scream things. And I was like, oh, shoot. So then I even asked her afterwards, because of course I thought about it for four hours.
Starting point is 00:09:59 So then I asked her, I said, hey, did I say that okay? Or is it all right? Amy was sad to me. She was like, I think I may have said something mean to the new girl. Oh, my God. No, you were super sweet about it. Here's the rankings on friendliness on the show.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Amy is first. Morgan number two, second. Hillary is third. Probably Mike D. is fourth. Mike D. He doesn't say a word. That's why I'm saying. So how can it be friendly?
Starting point is 00:10:23 I mean, just ignores you. Very kind soul. Eddie is probably fifth. Hello. That's low. Eddie's like super nice. But then sometimes people wonder if it's, what do they say? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:37 Eddie's like so overly nice. Then you start to go. Yeah. See, that's my thing though. Is he trying to steal my identity? Even if I have a bad day, I don't even think about taking it out on you guys. Like even if I'm in such a bad. What are you talking?
Starting point is 00:10:50 about. Eddie, you snapped. Eddie, you snapped at me before two. Guys, we're like married. I see you every day. You just said, you don't even think about it. You just said. Also, I wouldn't even put myself
Starting point is 00:11:02 at number one. Bobby's putting me up there. No, I have, I cannot be in a nice mood. Then after Eddie is probably Ramundo. Oh, hello. Ray's super nice. He's just busy.
Starting point is 00:11:15 And that's, and all those people are super nice. Everybody's been nice to me so far. Then Morgan number one. one comes in lunchbox is probably last. Morgan number one is a grout. As well, she's next to last. No, you said me. It's last. What?
Starting point is 00:11:30 She's next to last and you're last. How am I last? You come in complaining about something. Every day. There's a dark cloud over you. It has to be removed during the show. You don't even come in an even. You come in a negative.
Starting point is 00:11:42 What was your complaint this morning? He said something about Twitter. What do you say Morgan number two? He goes, you know what's the problem with Twitter? He's doing angry Seinfeld? First thing I was to deal with Twitter. And I was like, stand by, we're shooting a video after we're done. What's the problem with Twitter?
Starting point is 00:11:55 No. Oh, boy. I don't know what's so annoying. This new Twitter or something is wrong with it. Like, you started to write a tweet out. And it shows a new box. And it says, do you want to write another tweet? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:04 But that little black box won't go away. And you can't see where the tweet is. That's what it was like at the start of the day right there. Yeah. Yeah. Just yelling about Twitter. We're like, hang on, lunchbox. Because I was trying to tweet something.
Starting point is 00:12:16 I had written out two sentences and then that little pop up box. Would you like to add another tweet? Well, it doesn't give you an X to say no, so it just sits there, and you can't type because it's just sitting there, and it's annoying. I think something may be wrong with your computer. Nope. Nope. You guys have never had this problem? There it is.
Starting point is 00:12:34 Look, would you like to add another tweet? But sometimes I'll be all the way down there, and there's no X to get out of it. Yeah, mine doesn't do that. Like, why does it do that? That is so annoying. Do you see that? No. Like you quit.
Starting point is 00:12:46 Very passionate about this. Well, yeah, because I have to waste 30 seconds. See, but that's just what scares people. You yell for no reason and you keep yelling. No, I'm not yelling. I'm not yelling. He's like, I'm not yelling. You guys are so weird.
Starting point is 00:12:58 But yes, that drives me. I had a question. Why does it do that? Christina, let's quickly, where are you from? Connecticut. You grew up there? Yes. And went to school where?
Starting point is 00:13:06 University of Kentucky. And then you moved to... Moved to Los Angeles the day after graduation, and then I moved here. And then what did you do in Los Angeles? Yeah. I worked for NFL Network and Podcast One. I wonder if you know more sports than these idiots do. And they do a sports show.
Starting point is 00:13:20 No chance. Like, what did you do the NFL network? I produced podcasts. Oh, okay. Yeah. Dang. What were you going to say? Well, I just, I didn't know if she was really into football or is it just a job or you really care about.
Starting point is 00:13:32 Oh, no, I'm huge sports fan. Oh. Did she play sports in Kentucky? She definitely does. I didn't play now, but definitely a fan. Lunchbox, how many wide receivers deep can you on the Rams? Oh, I can go all the way. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:45 How deep you want me to go? Done. I don't. I mean, I go deep. Okay, stop it. All right, all right, all right. Okay, cool. So your first day was all right? Yeah, it's great.
Starting point is 00:13:58 A little exhausting, but it's good. Okay. Well, any questions you have for us? I don't think so. All right. Any questions for her, guys, before we wrap this up? No. So what did you get your degree in?
Starting point is 00:14:10 Broadcast journalism. Nice. How old are you? 24. Oh, she works here now. You can ask for that. She works here. You can't ask that in interview, I don't think.
Starting point is 00:14:18 Do you want babies? What are like all the things you can't? Are you pregnant? Yeah, you can't. There's like a list of things you can't say in an interview. Are you engaged? No, not engaged. Not dating anybody.
Starting point is 00:14:30 Not pregnant. Just turned 24. Okay. Hey, bones. And so why did you move to Nashville? Was L.A. just not your scene or what? Well, I loved L.A., but it's so far from friends and family. And I have a lot of friends who I went to school with who now live here.
Starting point is 00:14:43 Got it. What are you going to ask, Eddie? What was the interview process like? Like, was she good? Did she hit the points that you always make? Well, so mostly, yeah. But what Morgan number two went through like a hundred or so and cut it down and then I interviewed the last three or four.
Starting point is 00:15:02 And then I thought Christina was overqualified. I was like, do you think you're too qualified for this job? He said that to me too about you. Oh, I thought you meant about you. I was like, no, I did it. You were not in me. No, I got a question. Oh, yeah, because we were like, we were both kids at the time.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Go finish your statement. No, he said that he's like, I think the girl I'm in a hire. He's like, I don't get it. I think she might be too qualified for this. He's like, but I'm going to go ahead and snatch her. Snag her up. He'll be good. I didn't quite say it like that.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Exactly. Yeah. Are you a party animal? Go ahead. Are you a party animal? No, it's all I'm saying. Depends on your definition. Party animal.
Starting point is 00:15:42 I like to go out. Do you like Spud's McKinsey? He's asking her using total old man tournaments. I know. Do you like to throw it down on the weekend? That's what I'm asking. Yes, I do. Morgan number two is your girl.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Are you a job, turkey? He's asking her old, old man questions. She's like, I don't know what that means. Are you too legit to quit? Well, I don't understand. That one said party I don't want anymore, dude. Yeah, they do. Like, you just officially aged yourself, like, so much.
Starting point is 00:16:12 You guys don't even know. And that's, like, embarrassing because you're our age. Like, you just put us all in this weird, awkward category. Oh, man. Hey, you got to ask the hard questions. You guys don't know the good questions. So, are you in gays? No, who cares?
Starting point is 00:16:26 Does she party? That's what you want to know. Are you a party animal? Hey, do you like to go out? Have you hit up Broadway? Who says party animal anymore? Morgan number two, do you say party animal? No, no.
Starting point is 00:16:36 You ever talk to your buddy? My dad says party animal. We're now. We're now old, y'all. This is, so now we have three girls in the show that are basically like 24, 25? Morgan number two is 25. Hillary's 24?
Starting point is 00:16:53 26. Oh, and then you're 23. 24. Morgan number one is... It's all the same. So she's new that night. 25. So we have...
Starting point is 00:17:02 Morgan number two is upset. Why? I'm not going to say. Because she's no longer the youngest. I don't care. I don't think that's a thing. No. What? Amy got upset when she wasn't the youngest.
Starting point is 00:17:13 Now Morgan was... No, I haven't been the youngest for like ever. It's fine. And you hated it. No, win. No, I never got that. Did I get mad about it? No.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Yeah, I don't think so. Can you get mad because you're not the youngest? Is that? Right now at this very moment, I'm the youngest I'll ever be. That's true. You're the youngest will ever be again. Old Dominion says that in a song where the youngest will ever be. My boys.
Starting point is 00:17:33 Old Dominion. Name one of them. Matt. There you go. We'll talk about that later on the show. He's a lead singer. Oh. You'll hear that segment later in the show.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Okay, listen. Christina, good work today, I guess. I didn't see it. Did they tell you if I don't, if I'm not yelling, I don't like yell, except in that room. No, sometimes you can kind of yell. Well, in that room, I'm like, hey, can I get, yeah, that's what I'm saying. When I'm in a faraway room, I yell to have people come in there.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Yeah, and I would like to also say about those moments, even to Hillary and anybody in the glass room, just that if we're in there and we yell something or in the middle of something, it's because, yes, we can't be heard. Or it's like, we're trying to maybe just get something done quickly and then we're just frustrated in that moment. It's not necessarily about you. I guess I'm speaking for myself, because sometimes I feel like I'm like, oh, like, Like there's a typo
Starting point is 00:18:20 It sounds so bad I'm like Mike Day What was the score? Yeah So it's all yelling from my office Man it sounds like a lot of yelling going on over there guys It is because nobody can hear us
Starting point is 00:18:28 Yeah From the friendly group Mm-hmm But you guys don't do anything You guys show up and don't do crap I'm saying Amy and I get here and have work to do They're saying
Starting point is 00:18:37 Amy and there are cutting liners and spots And then we're doing segments In different cities We're doing local segments And by we mean just lunchbox Me and Morgan two work Yeah I guess that's true Yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:18:47 You guys are doing What do you do when you get here? Oh, man, I'm chill. Exactly. No further questions, Your Honor. That's what Eddie does too. As you can, I told Christine, I was like, hey, it's a hard group to fit in at first because we've all been together for so long.
Starting point is 00:19:01 But Morgan number two had this problem. She was the first one ever brought in that wasn't part of the group from its infancy. And so, but you feel good now, huh? Yeah, I feel great now. I will say, like, probably the best advice I got was just kind of figure everybody out. Like, just kind of sit back and watch and see everybody's place. and then figure out where you kind of fit in. Because I feel like I didn't step on anybody's toes
Starting point is 00:19:23 because that was what I did was just kind of sit back and see where everybody's role was. And then I kind of came in and was like, oh, I can fit here somewhere. Where do you fit? You're welcome without advice. I don't know. I still don't technically know,
Starting point is 00:19:34 but I just feel like I found like a good middle in between everybody. I don't, I mean, you guys can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I stepped on anybody's toes. I came in and kind of figured out my place. I feel like we're dancing and I have you on my feet every day. I mean, I do send you stuff all the time, so. Yeah. You guys on text?
Starting point is 00:19:53 Oh, no, not really. What would I text her about? I don't really have nothing. I mean, we don't really have anything to talk about. Do you want to warn Christina about lunchbox and his how he gets with new people? He hates everybody new. No, see, that's incorrect. See, Eddie's starting the pot, though.
Starting point is 00:20:10 Is it not true? Morgan number two. I never got mad at her, never got mad at Mike D. No, yeah, you guys made fun of all. Even Amy. Oh my gosh. Couldn't even make jokes about Mike D. They were funny.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Mike D is the quietest, was the most sensitive guy ever. He would come in the room, work for hours on stuff. Take one foot in the room and all of a sudden you guys would just lash him. What about? You know who you joke with the most? The people you care about the most. There you go. That's what you always say.
Starting point is 00:20:37 You make jokes about the things you care about. All right. So we like Mike D. So we joke about it. We're going to start the show now. I do like him. Sometimes. Obviously.
Starting point is 00:20:47 He takes care of you. I know. All right, cool. We're good. Christina, welcome to the show. Thank you for having me. Oh, does she got a Twitter?
Starting point is 00:20:53 You got a Twitter we can hit out? I do. Do you have a Twitter we can hit out? Yeah, in case people want to party. Let's not do Twitter. Let's do Instagram. It's first and last name, so Christina Buswell. B-U-S-W-E-L.
Starting point is 00:21:07 You need to change that. You need to say Christina B-Buy-Bone show or Christina. No, let her be who she is. You know what? It used to be Bobby Bones-R-E-Bones-R-E. It's confusing me. It's confusing me. What is it?
Starting point is 00:21:18 What is it? Season Ramundo. S-Z-N. By the way, season's dumb thing, S-Z-N, but also his name's not even Rangundo. He came in one day saying
Starting point is 00:21:29 if he was going to change the name of Ramundo because he got like a twinge of Hispanic and his 23 and me. It's not even his name. All right. I was just saying if she wants to get her last name off there, you know, it might be. You got a M-Space or what?
Starting point is 00:21:41 I don't have a M-Space. Did you ever? I did when I first came out, yeah. How old were you? Like, to be ironic? Probably like seventh grade Your parents let you have on MySpace Not at first, no
Starting point is 00:21:55 Oh, you did behind their back A little bit, yeah She's a rebel Oh, she's a party animal So All right, we're gonna start the show now Thank you very much And here we go, where we go
Starting point is 00:22:06 Folks, it's your buddy and my Mr. Bobby Bones Let me know You know the Super Bowl was last night I was reading that an estimated 7.2 million people will miss work today because of the Super Bowl. Don't you think, here's what it would stink,
Starting point is 00:22:30 is if you get sick, really, and you have to call in? Oh, right. Legitimately sick. But then it just looks like you were irresponsible. They'll never believe you. Yeah. They'd be like, okay, Frankie.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Yeah, the largest ever anticipated day of Super Bowl-related absenteeism ever is today. Also, like a third of people believe the Super Bowl should be a national holiday? Should it be a national holiday, Amy? No. Lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:22:55 Yes, it's the biggest part of the year. I mean, we give President's Day off. No one parties on President's Day or the day before. So people party. I don't think it's about party. People party for the Super Bowl, so you might as well give that Monday off. It makes no sense. Then March 18th should be a
Starting point is 00:23:11 holiday because it's a day after St. Patrick's Day. Also, the President's Day is like the reason this country exists, like George Washington. So why don't we make President's Day the day the day after the Super Bowl? That way, we're getting it off. Anyway, I mean, boom. I am
Starting point is 00:23:27 genius. I don't think it should be it. Put that into law. I don't think it should be a federal holiday because we only get so many federal holidays. And I'm cool with today not being one. It is weird that we get presidents today. But you know, what they've done is they've combined those two days. They combined, I believe, Washington's birthday and Lincoln's birthday. Oh. And made it a day. Okay. So if we can't move President's Day, maybe Lunchbox is under something and we move the Super Bowl to the Sunday before President's Day. I just, no matter what day it is, the day after the Super Bowl should be a holiday period. Because, Because people, I mean, you're already missing 100 million people, you said, right?
Starting point is 00:24:01 You should say 100. No, 100 million. It's the fourth of the world. Whatever. You're missing a lot of the workforce as it is, so you might as well just give everybody day off clothes shop. I think that election day should be a holiday. I don't even know why it's not.
Starting point is 00:24:19 Everybody should be, have that day. It's only once every four years. Not even every year. Once every four years and then everybody would be able to vote. Because in some states, they close like 6 or 7 p.m. You can't get out of work. Like they make it harder for you to vote on purpose. So anyway, I hope everybody had a good Super Bowl last night.
Starting point is 00:24:35 Everybody's here. Yeah, we're not going to be very productive. Anybody call? Yes, we are. We're going to be super productive. Stop it. The Bobby Bone Show is proud to be supported by Grand Canyon University, an affordable, private, non-profit Christian University

Tons of rain in the South and the Northeast. And finally, in Boston, dozens of arrests were made following the Patriots victory. There was a heavy police presence. Luckily, there wasn't any major damage to the city. You know what they call me?
Starting point is 00:29:21 Oh, yeah, country music's youngest historian. The Bobby Vaughn Show. On this day. in country music 1974, Dolly Parton had the number one country song
Starting point is 00:29:30 with Jolene She wrote the song by herself. It became her second solo number one song. According to Dolly Parton, this song was inspired
Starting point is 00:29:45 by a red-headed bank clerk who flirted with her husband at his local bank branch around the time that they were newly married. Was her name Jolene? Or did she just... Dolly also revealed
Starting point is 00:29:57 that Jolene's name and appearance are based on that of a young fan who came on stage for an autograph. This song, Jolene, was nominated for two Grammy Awards. And in this song, eventually won a Grammy Award 43 years later because Pinatonic did it.
Starting point is 00:30:12 Really? With Dollet. So it went number one in 1974. So it went number one in 1974, but didn't win a Grammy until 43 years later. Wow. But on this day in country music, 45 years ago today,
Starting point is 00:30:35 Dolly Parton had the number one song with Jolene Encourged by a bank teller Bank tellers to get you every time All right so what's up That was On this day in country music Bobby Bones Yeah
Starting point is 00:30:49 One of my favorite moments from last week Was Amy not knowing the guys from Old Dominion Why do we have to bring this back up? So funny We were playing a game where it's Oh this is just so sad It was like hey do you know two members of the band Like boy bands, whatever
Starting point is 00:31:04 No, Rolling Stones. Oh, her hair bands. Hair bands, boy bands. And I said, Old Dominion. Amy didn't know any of them. Yeah. And so, do you see Trevor message me? He did.
Starting point is 00:31:14 He was like, yeah. Trevor from Old Dominion tweeted me and Amy at the same time. He went, hey, Amy, it's Trevor. I'm from Old Dominion. Good to meet you. He was listening to the show and you did that. How many times have you met him? And I really am a fan of their music.
Starting point is 00:31:29 And there's just so many of them. And they're so nice. I should know all of them. their names. I've been in a bunch. I am a bad, bad person. Yeah. I can't wait until they come in next time.
Starting point is 00:31:43 And Matt Ramsey's the lead singer with the beard. Yeah. Yeah. You got a love like there's no such thing as a broken heart. We even know the drummer. Witt. Witt. We're like, why don't you bring a let Witt talk?
Starting point is 00:31:56 Yeah, we do. Well, I had this song One Man Band from them that was playing last week. I love it. I don't want to be a one man band. And Eddie has a theory. about this song in me. Do you know this?
Starting point is 00:32:06 He said something that I can't believe you guys didn't catch on. Who did it? Who said what? You said, Bobby. You said that this I relate so much to. And I was like, listen to the song the other day. I'm like, I don't want to be a one-man band. Like, oh my gosh, Bobby's saying he's ready to get married.
Starting point is 00:32:24 Yeah, he's been saying that. No, no, no. But this is like the moment. He's always been like, I don't know. I guess I'm ready, you know? Like, I'm ready to find a girl. For those listening that have never heard this show, I don't even have a girlfriend.
Starting point is 00:32:35 Right, you don't have a girlfriend. Right, but I'm saying it's not like I have a girlfriend and I'm like, I'm ready to get married. How do I explain this? When guys are ready, I don't think guys are ever really ready to get married. I don't think it's in our blood to just say like, yes. What? Oh, wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:50 So when you are sure, like Bobby is saying right now. But he hasn't met the one. I think you're, I think there's a bit of confusion here. Oh, yeah. What do you mean? I thought long and hard about this theory. Okay, go ahead. I'll finish it.
Starting point is 00:33:03 I just like, like, you. You listen to this song, and this is them saying, like, I don't want it. I'm tired of being the lone guy anymore. I want my partner in life. Like, it's time now. I want to trash hotel rooms with someone, share my life with someone. You know the words. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:17 Yeah, he doesn't know the song. I did really listen to the song. And Bobby's saying, I really relate to this song. And he said it in passing, like, no, you know, like, no big deal. Dude, you're ready to get married. I don't know that I would just go ahead and throw marriage up there. I'll get married, sure. But I'm saying, I just don't, it's not about marriage.
Starting point is 00:33:34 But in your mind, in a guy's mind and heart, when they're open to marriage, that's a huge thing. It's just like, all right, I'm ready for marriage. I didn't go through that in my life. Lunchbox, did you go through that in your life? No. What do you mean you guys didn't go through that? What are you talking about? When it was time to get married, it was just like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:33:52 I guess I really can't find anyone more than I want to marry than my wife. Like, yeah, all right, I never really thought about this, but let's get married. No, he has a point. When you're with them, you're just like, you know what? We get along pretty well. Like, you're awesome. I want to marry you. So, like, Bobby's doing it different where he doesn't have anybody.
Starting point is 00:34:08 He wants to get married. So the next girl that dates you could potentially be your life. Fingo. But hasn't that always been the case? No. No. No. No.
Starting point is 00:34:16 No. No. No. So you see what I'm saying? I'm definitely open. I was thinking the other day I was in my house and I was like, I could definitely have somebody living here. I'd be cool with that.
Starting point is 00:34:28 Wow. That would be what would happen. I know about she would move in. Yeah, yeah. But I'm saying, I'm saying. Like even if you're dating you've never even Yeah, of course No
Starting point is 00:34:36 Even if you're dating what? If I were dating and we were serious I'd be like move in Oh that's crazy tall I don't know Why? You want to know why? Because then it's harder to break up
Starting point is 00:34:46 It's Listen, like you may want to break up You want to break up But you're scared You're like you know what She lives here It's easier just to stay together I don't think I'm going to wait
Starting point is 00:34:55 Until the day I get married To move in together Why? When you're engaged Then it'll be like nothing different It's true You want to wait for that moment When I get a new car, I don't just walk up to it and be like, I'm waiting to the day.
Starting point is 00:35:05 I buy it. A girl is not a car. But again, it's an announcement. Thank you. Eddie, shut up. You just say you didn't even marry your wife. You just want to. I don't want to feel.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I think all guys go through that where it's just like, I never really thought about that. Yeah, I am ready to get married. But you, before the girl even showed up, you're like, I'm also older than you guys when you got married. He is. I'm more mature. Wiser. Wiser. And you're ready.
Starting point is 00:35:28 You don't want to be a one man band bones. I don't want to be a one. I don't want to be a one-man band. I mean, the day you get married, I'm just really excited to see what happens in the next part of your life. Who's right? Like, if you're going to move in with somebody and then get married really fast or you're not going to get married?
Starting point is 00:35:50 I'm not moving over with me. I'm not moving over there. Oh, yeah. She's going to have to, like, some of your selfish tendencies are going to have to like, when you're sharing your life with someone. But, I mean, yeah, I mean, you're already laying down the law. you're not even with someone. Like, I'm never moving with you.
Starting point is 00:36:04 You're going to have to move in me. We're not going to get a house together. We're living in my house because this is where I am. And the pre-nup. Yeah. The pre-nup. Oh, yeah, BTW. I got this.
Starting point is 00:36:14 P-U. Oh, do you bring up the pre-nup before she moves in or after? Oh, she's going to need to know about the pre-Nup before they even start dating. The non-disclosure agreement. Yeah, NDA. Dang. I don't want to be a rule. All right.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Oh, do you make. Do people sign NDA to date? Do you do that to chicks that you're going to date? I haven't, no. You should. That hasn't been necessary. But at some point, do you think that people do that like, you know, Brian Seacrest or something? I do not know.
Starting point is 00:36:42 You don't know? You don't know? I know there's celebs that do. I signed in NDA not to talk about that. Oh, yeah, doesn't it? Like, aren't there some baseball players they do that? I have nothing to say about that. I'm pretty sure.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Don't know none about it. Every aspect of life does that. All right, well, Eddie, thank you for your theory. Yeah, man. Thanks for letting me share that. You're welcome. That song's so good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:02 Oh, one-man band? Yeah. It's so good. I don't want to be one. Shout out, Matt. This song speaks to me. Who's that? Trevor.
Starting point is 00:37:08 And Whit. And Whit. The boys. The boys. The boys. They're just calling. The O.D. Boys, right? The latest from Nashville and Hollywood.
Starting point is 00:37:18 Morgan number two. 30-second spinny. Zach Brown band is headed out on tour. It's called the Al Tour and it will kick off May 25th in Indiana. Old Dominion, Tim McGraw, Scottie McCreary, Lindsay L., Kelsey Ballerini and Morgan Evans who are among some of the celebs at the Super Bowl yesterday.
Starting point is 00:37:35 You can check out their photos on Twitter and Instagram. LoCash have a new album coming out called Brothers. It will drop on March 29th. I'm Morgan number two. That's your skinny. It's time for the good news.
Starting point is 00:37:45 With Amy. Tell me something good. So there's this coffee shop owner and she likes to write handwritten messages on all the coffee cups that she serves to people. Words of encouragement, positivity. Well, then she started to take things a step further
Starting point is 00:38:02 and started encouraging a lot of her customers to go out and do good deeds. And if they came and told her about them, she'd give them a free cup of coffee. Wow. And then she would write the positive message on the cup of coffee as well. So, I mean, over time,
Starting point is 00:38:13 she's given away thousands of free cups of coffee. And legit, I think you just have to go in and tell her. I put money in the Salvation Army, you know, can or whatever. And then she has a tip jar for people when they get coffee. And instead of keeping the tips for her and her staff, She always goes and takes it to do something in the community for the less fortunate. Well, that's a good one. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Tell me something good. That's what it's all about right there. Bobby Bones Show. Bonehead. Story of the day. This story comes with us from Del Rey Beach, Florida. One crook thought he was getting away with a lot of money. He broke into a domino's pizza, crawls across the floor, gets the safe, and leaves the restaurant.
Starting point is 00:38:52 Only problem is it's a fake safe. There's no money in it. They just leave it in there for criminals like him. So he broke in, stole it, and there's nothing in it. There's nothing in it. There's nothing in it. They always leave one there overnight with nothing in it. So if they get robbed, there's nothing to take.
Starting point is 00:39:03 Did they catch the guy? Didn't catch the guy, but they said, if you recognize them, please turn him into police. That's a tough way to make some dough. Oh, boy. I was about to give a thought on how disappointing it would be to actually get in and get out with a safe and be like, wow, then there's nothing in it. Right. And then he hit us with the line. I'm sure he didn't, right?
Starting point is 00:39:22 It's a singer. It was in the article. No. Come on. In the article, I says, this is not the way to make some dough. I said that's a tough way to make dough. So I kind of switched around on you guys. I flipped the script.
Starting point is 00:39:37 You made it your own. Yeah, I'm lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day. Okay, by now you may be racking your brain. Valentine's Day's coming up. What are you going to do to make it special? Well, I'm here to help you. 1-800flowers.com.

Starting point is 00:41:07 Amy's on fire. I'm catching up. So I'll ask Amy three questions that mostly dudes would know. I'll ask lunchbox three questions that mostly the ladies wouldn't know. We'll see how you guys do. Ready, Amy. Question number one. What city will the NFL draft take place this year?
Starting point is 00:41:29 I have no idea. What city will the NFL draft take place this year? Detroit. Detroit. Show me Detroit? No. Lunchbox? Nashville, Tennessee.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Correct. Really? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's cool. Question number two. I'll go check it out. A pounder and a tall boy are nicknames for what size beer can. Sixteen ounce?
Starting point is 00:42:07 Wow. Well, 16 ounces and a pound. Amy knows all about pounds. That's just a lucky guess. Hey, Amy. Yeah. Okay. NASCAR starts its season this Sunday.
Starting point is 00:42:18 Where? Okay. Think through it. Daytona. Talladega. She's doing her thing again. But she did say I'm going to think through it at first. She didn't just start saying words.
Starting point is 00:42:36 Yeah. I said I'm thinking through it first. What is your answer? Indie. Daytona. I need an answer. What is your answer? That's my answer.
Starting point is 00:42:48 Your answer is Daytona? Yeah. Oh, yeah! Woo! She almost went in D. I did. 500. Without him and bad.
Starting point is 00:42:57 Not NASCAR. It would not NASCAR. Not the right answer. Okay, so you got two points there. Lunchbox stole one from you. Lunchbox. You're ready. Yep.
Starting point is 00:43:05 What's the name of Carrie Underwood's second baby? First name. Talked about it here on the show. Oh, yeah, we did talk about this on the show. Let me think about it for a minute. It's not Blake. He's going to go through all the it's not. It's not.
Starting point is 00:43:20 It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not Fred. It's not Pierre. Golly, I like Carrianda Wood, too. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:29 Ryan. Ryan. Yeah. Show me Ryan. No. Oh, shoot. Amy, you can steal. I know, and I know we've talked about it.
Starting point is 00:43:38 All of the only name that's coming to my head is Isaiah, but that's the first one. The first one. Isaiah named their dog. All I'm thinking through. Isaiah named their new dog, name zero. How do I remember the doc's name? But I don't remember the new... Zero, it's a funny name.
Starting point is 00:43:52 It's a funny name, so I remember zero. Isaiah, Joshua. Three seconds? Sorry. It's Jacob, Brian Fisher. Jacob had the Jay. Ryan, that's where I got messed up. Okay, lunchbox.
Starting point is 00:44:08 I was going to middle names. Jacob. This style of women's bracelet named after a sport, it's usually diamonds linked together in a narrow chain. Yeah, it's easy. It's tennis bracelet. A tennis bracelet.
Starting point is 00:44:20 Show me tennis. Boom. Two to two. It all comes down to this, folks. Are you ready? I'm ready. It all comes down to this. What is the name?
Starting point is 00:44:33 I don't know how to say her name. What is the name of Ellen Pompeo? Pompeo? Yeah, Pompeo. Pompeo. What's the name of Ellen Pompeo's character on Gray's anatomy? Oh, that's Dr. Meredith Gray. That's correct.

Go to get sunday.com to get your free custom yard analysis. That's get sunday.com. Congrats to the Patriots. Won the game last night. Pretty cool.
Starting point is 00:48:57 And you cannot like Tom Brady. That's okay. You can not like the Patriots. That's okay. But I wrote this on Twitter last night. What you will be talking about is that you saw the greatest of all time. Now, you may not like it. You may not agree with it, but you saw it. With your own eyeballs, it's very rare in your life you get to see something that is so much ahead of everything else. He's won six Super Bowls. In our life, we only get to see greatness a few times. You don't have to even like it. You can think it's the biggest pile of crap ever. I don't. but still you saw it you can argue about it forever because you saw it with your own eyes
Starting point is 00:49:32 and that's really cool even if you're like not my champion okay well stop whining second of all you still get to say it because you saw it how cool is that
Starting point is 00:49:42 it's like Michael Jordan imagine the people that saw Babe Ruth 20 years after you retired you could have hated Babe Ruth but you were like I saw Babe Ruth who wasn't that good it's fat dude you know what I mean
Starting point is 00:49:51 so it's really special that you got to see that last night and you may want another two I personally like sustain success because it's so hard to do. So I'm a fan. They went to that 20 years back photo of like Bill Belichick and then Tom Brady. Well, everybody actually.
Starting point is 00:50:09 And it was so crazy to see like Tom Brady really has chiseled up his face in the last 20 years. That's what money will do for you, man. Yeah. That's what money does. I'm like, huh, interesting. Yeah. So congrats to the Patriots. Listen, the game was actually fine.
Starting point is 00:50:24 People were like, when they're a hundred point score, people are like, oh, it's too much offense, where's the defense? When there are no points scored, people are like, the game's terrible. The game doesn't owe you anything. The game just plays itself. So it was a fine game. Maybe boring if he didn't love defense. The commercials
Starting point is 00:50:41 were fine. Here's the problem with the commercials. They've been raised. The bar's been raised at every other time, all year, all the time. Internet, YouTube, TV, that they're fine. Now you're just paying for eyeballs, you know, more than you are to get something dynamic on.
Starting point is 00:50:58 when people have YouTube or Instagram to make these crazy no-ruled commercials when you put them back in the middle of the Super Bowl they're just not going to be as good the game has changed and commercials haven't been that good in 15 years
Starting point is 00:51:14 definitely different let's not act like they were great last year or the year before when we were kids we're holding on to the commercials have to be great so every year every year people like the commercials weren't good every year it's gone down after Budweiser
Starting point is 00:51:27 But Eddie, that's because there weren't 97,000 places to get content there. So, commercials were fine, people want to complain about everything. The halftime show was actually great for what it was supposed to be. The NFL wanted a pop halftime show. What's Maroon 5 going to do that's amazing? Nothing. They're going to come out and play their pop hits, which are fine, which actually were pretty good. They started with an old-school hit.
Starting point is 00:51:59 Which I thought was pretty cool. They probably went back to their first song ever. And they did play my jam. Yeah. I mean, you had to know Maroon 5 was just going to do Maroon 5. What do you expect for Maroon 5 other than them to be Maroon 5? Yeah. They're a pop band who plays pop songs.
Starting point is 00:52:20 Pretty safe. And every song Adam Levine lost a layer of clothing. Yeah? Yep. High tracked it. It was like strip poker. Then he went down to a jacket. I raised you one sock.
Starting point is 00:52:31 Then he took off the shirt. That's funny. So again, people just want to complain all the time about everything. It was all good. It was all fine. Again, it didn't cost you anything. If you paid $19 for it, maybe you have the right to complain. You didn't.
Starting point is 00:52:47 So it was good. Everything was good. Everything was fine. There was nothing political. The same people that go, don't do politics. The same people that go, how boring. Isn't this good? Room 5 came out.
Starting point is 00:52:58 They played their hits. Big boy was good. He did a great outcast song. Yeah. You know, the only thing that I wished maybe would have happened was that I thought maybe Christina would come out during moves like Jagger. Oh, yeah. Because she has a part.
Starting point is 00:53:11 She didn't. I thought Cardi would come out for girls like you. I didn't because she already said she wasn't doing the halftime show. Right. But how awesome was a surprise. But she came out and said she absolutely wasn't doing the halftime show because of her political beliefs. I thought that there was going to be a chance. No, zero chance.
Starting point is 00:53:28 So it was good. And if anyone says it wasn't, then they're just looking to have a hot take, as they say. They just want to have an opinion. It's definitely intense football. Going from watching Friday Night Lights with my husband lately because he's trying to catch up those games versus the Super Bowl plays. I was like, whoa. Because I've watched football in a while. And I was like, okay, these guys are faster, stronger, more powerful.
Starting point is 00:53:52 These plays are crazy. So you're comparing the Super Bowl last night to Friday Night Lights from school. That's what we're watching right now. And like some of the plays, I was like, whoa, this is way more intense than this high school stuff. We've been dabbling. I was happy. I was impressed. I was happy with it all last night.
Starting point is 00:54:12 You know, I just wanted a pretty decent game. And you know what? It was the middle of the fourth quarter and we were still wondering who was going to win. That's about all you can hope for with the Super Bowl is that you still ended around the fourth quarter. What did you do during the game? We went over to a friend's house and watched it there. And, I mean, it was fine. For me, I'm not super into football
Starting point is 00:54:30 So we had a good time The food was great, the company was great to me And then we watched the last quarter at home And I think I was like washing my face And I was like, who won? That was most of it. Yeah. What about you? I just watched it at home.
Starting point is 00:54:41 First half I watched in my living room, second half I watched it my bedroom. Okay. So it was good. Eddie, what did you do? I just went to the house Just me and my family And the boys brought out little lawn chairs
Starting point is 00:54:52 That we take out camping And they just sat and watched I mean, they watched 90% of the game Which is huge because they don't have an attention span like that. So that was cool. Did you know Adam Levine had a butterfly tattoo though? Who?
Starting point is 00:55:03 Adam Levine. He's a lot of tattoos. Like, I didn't know he was that tatted. He was just looking for a reason to take his shirt off. He was just like, this is it. Lunchbox, what did you do? Oh, we just hung at the house because having a baby that goes to bed at 8 o'clock, it makes it hard to go to a Super Bowl party because that's in the middle of the game.
Starting point is 00:55:18 And you don't want to leave early because then you miss half the game. So baby ruining social lives. Party animals, we are. I had a 30 minute drive from Brutwood Baby Run How about baby made your night better Because you got to hang out with your own baby During a Super Bowl
Starting point is 00:55:33 That's right thing Baby made my night better Yeah Well if you hear people complain about it today Roll your eyes at them Because they're just looking to complain Everything was fine I like people who get mad about the game
Starting point is 00:55:44 Like the teams would have chosen To do it differently Of course they would Everybody would have Anyway congrats to the Patriots You know We got some That some entertainment last night
Starting point is 00:55:52 Hopefully you hung out with friends I did not hung out with myself. But you know what I did last night? I got online and for the first time I looked through shelters at dogs. Oh, wow. I'm not there yet. But you let yourself look. But I did.
Starting point is 00:56:04 That's a big step. Yeah, I went to one of the Austin pet, like animal shelters, and we're just like clicking around. Yeah, I let myself look. Look, I'm window shopping. You see anything you like? Well, everything. I love all dogs. Are you kidding?
Starting point is 00:56:17 I loved all of them. So, I think the puppy bowl kind of put me there. Oh, probably. Yeah. Talking about the Super Bowl last. night. Hey, Tina and Kentucky, you're on the show. What's happening? I love the commercial about Verizon and the first responders thought it was awesome. Yeah, I did too. You know, they can do a lot of things with that $5 million in 30 seconds,
Starting point is 00:56:38 and they chose to highlight first responders, and it was a pretty interesting story. Yeah, but how did he get hurt? Was he in the wreck? Car right. Yeah. Okay. I don't know if I missed that part of the commercial, but everybody in the room, after we asked, we were all, like, about to Google, but then we didn't know who it was, so we didn't know who to Google. Anyway. And he was the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. And they're doing a little series with like all people in the NFL that have been saved by first responders and had near-debt's experiences. So you can go to their website and they have different stories for different players and coaches.
Starting point is 00:57:08 Okay. That's super cool. Yeah, the commercial was powerful. But I was like, wait, what happened? And then they put up on their Twitter. It's Verizon, right? Verizon. For every retweet, they were giving up to like a million bucks or something back.
Starting point is 00:57:20 So, yeah, that was a good one. It's pretty cool. Yeah. I like that too because, again, in the land of, A lot of people trying to be funny. That really cuts through whenever it's serious. You know what I mean, Tina? Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:57:31 And my daughter loved it too. She's eight and she was watching and she's like, Mom, that gave me goosebumps from head to toe. So it was just a great experience for both of us. Well, thanks. Hey, thanks for calling too. I appreciate you listening. Have a great day. All right.
Starting point is 00:57:41 See you later. Do you know what other commercial I liked and you're going to laugh at me? The Turkish Airlines commercial? Because it was so boring. It's like a movie. That it made you go, why was that commercial so bad? And again, when everybody's trying to do. so hard. When you don't, it leaves an impression on you. I don't remember half the commercials
Starting point is 00:57:59 from last night. But that Turkish Airlines commercial was terrible. It was just someone flying. Yeah. And then you go, well, why did they spend $5 million on that? And then you go, well, I just remember Turkish Airlines commercial. Because it was different. And you're talking about it today. So you're going to fly that now? When everybody's, no. No. Zero percent. So it didn't work. I know, no, but I remember it. When everybody zigs, you zag, right? Yeah. Yeah. The Bobby Bones show.
Starting point is 00:58:24 How was your weekend? Man, we just spent the whole weekend outside because weather in Nashville was like shockingly, bizarrely amazing. Probably a bit too because it was so bad. Like the winter vortex made it that much more pleasant. I know. So we just lived it up, being the kids outside as much as we could. What about you? Well, before the weekend started, I thought, I'm never home on a weekend.
Starting point is 00:58:45 Rarely, like five weekends a year. And so I said, anybody that invites me anywhere, I'm just going to say yes, too. So one of my friends goes, hey, you want to go to dinner? And I was like, okay, went to dinner. Another friend texted me and goes, hey, we're having like a party. By the way, a party means we played quiplash. It's a computer game. Oh.
Starting point is 00:59:04 It wasn't like a bumper. I don't know what that. Okay. So I went and did that after. And then another friend said, hey, you want to go for a hike? And I was like, I normally would say no. But I said yes, and I went for a hike. By the way, let me say this about hikes.
Starting point is 00:59:17 Back in my day, when you go for a hike, you actually went climbing like up mountains. rock climbing, but you went in hiked places. Yeah, look, you needed a backpack and a stick. It wasn't trails. Okay, yeah. Maybe occasionally you'd find a trail. Right. Hiking has now turned into trail walking.
Starting point is 00:59:34 So I went trail walking. Yeah. So, and by the way, how many of you guys are going to hit me up about this hike I was on? Oh, yeah. Like, my Insta story was blowing up. Well, I mean, come on. You put like an emoji to cover the face of who you were with. The girl?
Starting point is 00:59:51 When she walked in front of the thing... Because I didn't want everybody blowing her up. I know. But then it leaves us to wonder, okay, who is he with and why is he being so secretive? It wasn't about me. I'd put everybody on that thing. But I don't put people on stuff if I just knew... And let's be honest.
Starting point is 01:00:06 If Eddie hits you, you have to go on a hike, you're not going. I would have. He just said he would have. Yeah, I would have. But I don't know if you would have. No, I don't think you would have. I was accepting all invitations all weekend. No, I knew it had to have been from a girl.
Starting point is 01:00:18 It wasn't somebody I'm dating. Just a friend. was a girl. So what? It was a girl I went to the party with, a different party with the night before, too. Oh, really? Wow. But it was nobody I'm dating.
Starting point is 01:00:28 Interesting. I'm not dating anybody. Could be dating? No. No. No, not one of them. Sadly, no. And then the dinner was with a dude.
Starting point is 01:00:37 So there you have it, folks. Hate to crush all your dreams. Hillary, our phone screener was getting hit because people were comparing her body with the girl of that in the Instagram story. Right, Hillary? Or people compare it. Yeah, it was really uncomfortable. Why what was happening? They were comparing our bodies.
Starting point is 01:00:53 They thought I was with you. Interesting. It was really weird. Were you? No. I would have put Hillary up there. Hillary's a public figure. But if I put anyone on my answer story, people go tracking them, they go to their
Starting point is 01:01:06 pages, they follow them, they start, you know, writing messages on their page, you know. Yeah, it's the thing. Nobody wants that. I get it. But no, it's not anyone I'm dating. I would tell you. Okay. But I did put something over her face.
Starting point is 01:01:18 Did you see my magic trick on my answer story? Mm-mm. No. Oh, it's up there right now. It probably goes away in like four or five hours. Okay, what'd you do? Well, that's up there. Mr. Bobby Jones. Okay. Yeah. It's pretty good. Morgan number two hit me yesterday and was like, are you so bored right now? I was like, no, I'm just doing magic. And now I didn't know you were saying yes to everything. Now I feel lame because we invited you to come up to the Super Bowl with us and you said, no. You pulled it back. You said we were going to invite you and then you sent me a message from your daughter going, Bobby, don't come. Yeah, because she realized the Super Bowl was only football. And she's like, don't come. This is going to be boring.
Starting point is 01:01:53 My invite went away. You watching my magic trick? I'm watching it. Yeah. So far, he's got a paper towel over a pepper shake. Yeah, there you go. Watch it though. You guys see it.
Starting point is 01:02:01 Mr. Bobby Bones on Instagram. Whoa. See? I told you. Whoa. See? I told you. It's time for the good news.
Starting point is 01:02:08 With Bobby. Tell me something good. For months, this 13-year-old kid named Cody's been waiting in the hospital. He needs a new heart. And so that's the deal. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. So the transplant doctor, Dr. Matthew Bach, said, I'm going to make the announcement in a costume that the doctor thought would be really cool. So he showed up in a Stormtrooper costume that said, you have a heart.
Starting point is 01:02:33 Star Wars music played. Cool. There were complications with the surgery, but four months later, Cody's back in school. And zero rejection is what the recent biopsy shows. Now she's getting ready to play to track meet in school and run. How about that? Love it. Well, there you go.
Starting point is 01:02:48 what it's all about right there. That's Tell Me Something Good. That was Tell Me Something Good. Starting point is 01:06:20 Morgan number two's 32nd Skinny. Little Big Town and Marin Morris have been added as Grammy performers. The show airs February 10th on CBS. Yeah, that's this Sunday. Wow. So line up the long ward show, Super Bowl. It's the whole season. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:35 What else in Morgan number two? Zach Brown Band is headed out on tour. It's called The Owl Tour and it will kick off May 25th in Indiana. All right. Low Cash have a new album coming out called Brothers. It drops on March 29th. Here's the single called Feels Like a Party. Good one.
Starting point is 01:06:54 Good time to meet. A bunch of country girls. They were in the Super Bowl last night. They're everywhere. I think they signed it with the NFL or something. Or every sports team. I think it's Pepsi. Maybe.
Starting point is 01:07:08 Yeah. Yeah, that's what it was. I'm wearing my low cashes. my tennis shoes. These are the off white Jordans they got me as a gift. Oh, nice. Yeah, I put on my answer story
Starting point is 01:07:20 if you want to see them, but yeah. That's a good song. I'm Morgan number two. That's your skinny. Boom. Great slide. I'm a jam. A man is suing his parents
Starting point is 01:07:36 for giving birth to him without consent. Oh my gosh. What? How is this even happening? A young man is planning on suing his parents. for giving birth to him. He claims they did so without his permission. He believes in anti-nodalism,
Starting point is 01:07:53 which claims that reproducing is bad for Earth. He's 27 years old. He's planning to take his parents to court for bringing him into this world without his consent. But how do you get his consent, right? Like, how does that work? How do you reach through and yell into your daddy and be like, yeah, do you consent?
Starting point is 01:08:10 All five million of you guys. Sparmeet! Should this be a... class action lawsuit and we can all jump in on it. Yeah, and we all start suing our parents. Right. He wants others to know there are clearly two options when deciding to have kids. Either you do or don't.
Starting point is 01:08:29 Hence, we should ask our parents for an explanation as to why they thought giving birth was a good idea. But there's just no way to have that talk before you can talk. Yeah, it's impossible. Anyway, sue his parents. That's pretty funny. Like the judge has to get this and go, all right. This is dumb. Wise guy.
Starting point is 01:08:48 Why I ought to? The groundhog came out. Did you see that? Yeah. So apparently it's, you know, we're going to have spring, right? Early, isn't that what it is? It was super cold and that groundhog comes out. Punk-Sotani Phil?
Starting point is 01:09:04 Yeah, is that how you pronounce it? I thought it was punksyphony. Well, whatever it was. He failed to see a shadow, so early spring is on the way. People go out like crazy to see this groundhog. I was watching some of it on the news. There were thousands of people. that we're out to watch them.
Starting point is 01:09:19 It's about 80 miles north of Pittsburgh every year. So they were all bundled up. It's cold there too. Just to see that groundhog. I guess you could go just to say you've seen it, huh? Yeah. There was a family that's out $13,000 after their son got on Xbox and did all the endgame purchases. I mean, so Xbox they can just reimburse, right?
Starting point is 01:09:41 I would assume that that's the case, right? Because my daughter did that with Amazon and they gave me all my money back. Oh, the company did not reverse any of the charges. Oh. What? I just got handed an update. Dang. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:54 Oh, that's, oh, that's... As of now, the company did not reverse any of the charges. And how much were the charges? $13,000. Oh. A family says it's about $13,000 after their son made a series of in-game Xbox purchases. He pressed a button on the controller in an effort to get the games to go faster. They say it was unintentional.
Starting point is 01:10:13 I bet he thought it was intentional. They had up to $300 in charges in one day. They also admitted they weren't checking their monthly credit card statements, which were set up for automatic direct pay of this. They discovered what's happening. Bada bina bada boom, $13,000. Wow. And right now, the company did not reverse the charges. Your kids?
Starting point is 01:10:34 That's scary. I mean, they've done it before on Amazon, and so we don't have any gaming systems yet, but I could see how it easily happens and how it can get a lot of parents in trouble. I got busted for a credit card for odd this weekend. What do you mean? I downloaded an app to buy stuff. I downloaded this dumb app that's awesome called StockX for shoes. Oh, yes. They flag me.
Starting point is 01:10:56 I've been on there. Why? Because I bought shoes, and I guess I thought I was stolen my credit card. Oh, well, that's good. People watching out for you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Appreciate that. So I didn't get those shoes.
Starting point is 01:11:06 I'm going to try to get them again today, though. Folks, it's your buddy and mine. Mr. Bobby Bones. Let's go. Transmitting across America. Let's go over to Leslie in New Orleans. Hey, Leslie. Hey, good morning, guys.
Starting point is 01:11:26 Good morning to you. What's going on? Oh, nothing, just driving to work and me and my little girl are hanging out. Well, what can we do for you? We appreciate you calling. I just wanted to just say thank you to you guys. We have kind of a longer commute in the morning, so she really enjoys listening to you guys instead of, like, other morning music.
Starting point is 01:11:46 Is there anything that you guys like that we do? What do you like what they do? She likes the corny juice. All right. Well, you got one coming. Do you want to do a live corny? You're going to be on the phone for one? Live corny, live corny, live corny, live.
Starting point is 01:11:59 There's so much pressure with a live corny. I know. Leslie, are you ready to hear the corny live? We love a corny lot. Okay, here we go. Put it on speaker because I want her to be able to take this in. She can tell her kids about it. How old is she?
Starting point is 01:12:11 How old is she? Hey! Hey! Okay, listen to Amy's going to hit you with the corny. This is right up a six-year-old's alley. They all are, Amy. It's not just this one. I hope this one's not a little too risky.
Starting point is 01:12:25 though. What? Amy's doing dirty corny's now? All right, here we go. The morning corny. Why did the duck wear feathers? Why did the duck wear feathers? To cover up his butt quack.
Starting point is 01:12:41 Come on. Come on. That's it right there. That was the morning corny. Leslie, what did you think about that? That was awesome. There you go. Live corny, live, corny, live,
Starting point is 01:12:57 Thank you, Leslie. Hey, Amy has a podcast called Four Things with Amy Brown. This is from the last episode where they talk about face shaving for women, for women. And so it kind of makes like, oh, is it coming back thicker? And it's not. It's not. No. And I can, again, I've been doing it five years and it has not come back thicker.
Starting point is 01:13:16 Yeah. And again, it's so scary to do it the first time. So maybe you could get some of your girlfriends together and y'all could have scuffle facial. You all can have a scalpel facial party and shave your faces, basically. There you have it. You can listen to this talk. Four Things with Amy Brown downloaded on IHeart Radio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
Starting point is 01:13:37 I'm going to skip out on that one, but I think that would be good. Okay. I already shaved my face, though, as well. Hey, Dan and Tampa. Hey, I'm here. This is Dan. How are you? What's up, buddy.
Starting point is 01:13:47 Did you see a commercial last night you liked? Yes, I did. The Alexa with Harrison, Ford. Oh, again, a little Boston Terrier who kept buying all the dog food? That's pretty funny, right, Dan? That was very good. I enjoyed all the Alexa commercials.
Starting point is 01:14:05 I thought they were really good. Yeah, I thought that's pretty good, too. Hey, thanks for the call, man. Have a good morning. The commercials I like the most were really weren't anything funny. I like the ones that announced things now during the Super Bowl. It's more so, listen, they're just not going to be as funny as they used to be because the level of funny is so much greater, and you can only do so much on network television.
Starting point is 01:14:23 It's like cable TV shows have a little more grit than network shows. Every once in a while you get a This Is Us on the network, but mostly it's Walking Dead. It's all these shows that can go out of the lines a bit. That's why commercials don't continue to rise above, but where commercials are going are the big announces. Because I don't even know Avengers Endgame was coming out like that and what was going to be in the preview. And I was like, Avengers End Game, one of my favorite commercials. Because you're like, what's going to happen? And you see Captain America at a meeting, and it's like half of people are gone.
Starting point is 01:14:51 Now what do we do? He was like a support meeting. You know, that was in there. And then I liked the Handmaid's Tale. Oh, yes. But then it just said coming soon. Yeah, but... I was like, okay, but when?
Starting point is 01:15:02 But soon. Yeah, no, that was good. Yeah, I was pumped about that. Yeah, those are the ones that I like. Like, tell me something new. Give me something I didn't already know. Favorite commercial, Amy? I liked Google's translate one that united all the people from the different cultures,
Starting point is 01:15:16 and we learned, like, the most translated phrases. That was good because people would go to place. they didn't speak to language and talk into their phone and then the person on the other one, they didn't get married or something. They really brought people together. More than 100 billion words are translated every day. Lift your hand.
Starting point is 01:15:34 Thank you very much for your help. That's a good one. Yeah, and the most things, the most translated phrases are how are you, thank you, and I love you. All pleasant trees. Yes. Not move your car. Right.
Starting point is 01:15:47 I disagree with you politically. I hate you. I know. I thought, wow, okay, that's a good reminder. Most people are good. Lunchbox is what you like? The two guys sitting around making Pringle stacks. I thought that was hilarious. The Pringle Stacks.
Starting point is 01:16:01 Yeah, they're doing the different flavors. Then they ask Alexa or whatever. Hey, how many flavors could we come? And she does the combo. She goes, but I wouldn't know because I can't eat them. Oh, that's funny. That's right. How many Pringle's flavor stack combinations are there?
Starting point is 01:16:15 318,000. Sadly, I'll never know the joy of tasting any, for I have no hands to stack with. And you're supposed to start to feel sorry for it, except. No mouth to taste with, no soul to feel with. I am at the mercy of a cruel and uncarried. Cool, play Funky Town. There's a pringle stack for everyone, sort of.
Starting point is 01:16:37 That's funny. A lot of people like the Michael Bubbley one for Bubly Water. I didn't see that. He was like it's Bubbley. Blackberry Bublae, my favorite. You mean bubbly? No, I mean bubla. You're Michael Bublae.
Starting point is 01:16:50 That's a bubbly. She's right, Michael Bubla. It's pronounced boobly. I know, thanks. Davy. Can I have your autograph, Mr. Bubly? It's boobly. That's pretty funny. Yeah, that's funny. Let's do Austin in Arkansas.
Starting point is 01:17:01 Hey, dude. Austin, you good? Hey, this. Oh, it's a good. Austin, the female. My bad. My bad. Yeah. Austin, how are you? I'm good. How are you?
Starting point is 01:17:10 I'm good. What commercials do you like? I love that Microsoft commercial with the little kids with the disabilities and how they have the special remote for them to be able to play. It was just, that all the fields. Yeah, the feel good commercials were a big hit. I mean, you see the ones that were really the big hits where the announces are the feel goods. The Google one was a big one. What was an, oh, did you say they killed the Bud Knight last night? He's dead.
Starting point is 01:17:34 Did he die? Yeah, he died. And then the Game of Thrones dragon came in. Oh. Yeah. Those are funny to me. But they killed off the Bud Knight. Oh.
Starting point is 01:17:42 So he's dead. See, I thought there was just a spoof of Game of Thrones was doing a spoof of the Bud Light guy. It was like a hybrid. It was like, and then they, yeah. I don't know what this is a commercial for, but obviously. the NFL, but when they had all the football players at that... It was an NFL commercial for a hundred years of NFL. I was like, I don't know what they're promoting right now, but they all started throwing the
Starting point is 01:18:02 ball, and then Tom Brady had to take off all of the Super Bowl rings. It was funny. Yeah, it was good. Starting point is 01:21:46 So lunchbox is going to call places. He's going to quit his job, except he doesn't work at these places. So he calls in a place as he doesn't work, and he quits. There you go. What's up? It's Tom, and I just want to say, you know, I'm done. I quit. I'm out.
Starting point is 01:22:06 I'm tired of waiting on people. I'm tired of people not appreciating me there. You know, like I cover shifts, and it's like, oh, can you do this? Can you do that? Like, can you get me some orange shoes? Like, I work so hard and no one passed. me on the back. I quit. I'm not coming in today. And what is your name?
Starting point is 01:22:20 It's Tom. Yeah, you know, you know, the one that's always getting eggs. Oh, hey, can you get me the eggs? Can you get me the, you know, the waffles? I just can't do it. I'm out. Okay. You know, like, no. I was expecting you guys to beg me to stay like, hey, you know, Tom, you're a valuable employee, you're valuable, you're valuable, but no, I call to quit and you still don't even care.
Starting point is 01:22:40 Okay. She's out. There you go. He had to go back in a reminder that she didn't want him to quit. He's like, I'm out. No, no, no, I got more to say. Lunchbox calling jobs he doesn't have and quitting. Oh, hey, how's it going? Hi, how are you?
Starting point is 01:22:57 Oh, man, is it busy again today? No. Oh, so it's dead. Like, I mean, like, not making any money. Who's this? Oh, this is Nick. I'm supposed to be in later, you know, and, like, I go home every day, and I'm smelling like eggs. I get eggs on my shoes, you know?
Starting point is 01:23:12 And, I mean, it's just frustrating. And I just woke up this morning and I decided, you know what? I quit. I'm not coming back. Just take me off the schedule. Who is this? This is Nick. I mean, you can tell the manager, you can tell whoever.
Starting point is 01:23:24 I'm not going to call back in five minutes and decide I want my job back. I'm done. Nick, who? Yeah, Nick, the one that worst afternoons. I'm out. Have a good day. You know afternoon Nick. Morning, thank you for calling.
Starting point is 01:23:42 What about house? Let me help you. This is Isaiah. And I think you're one of the better employees I get to work. quit. Some of the coworkers are kind of rude. I think I'm a quit. Isaiah? Yeah. What shift do you work, baby? I usually worked the late night shit, but I've covered in the morning a couple times. Don't you think we have some rude coworkers? Like, they're just kind of mean to me, I feel like. I don't think you have the right Waffle House, we heard. Yeah, I mean, I just, I don't know. I think I got to quit.
Starting point is 01:24:08 Can you just take me off the schedule? I mean. Hold on one second. Hold on. Okay. Hold on. Yeah. Nope. It's so thoughtful. I feel like she would have been like, I don't want you to quit. But if you want to, I want you to have the right number. As long as you feel getting your heart, baby. One more.
Starting point is 01:24:33 Lunchbox calling places and quitting. Hey, this is... Hey, this is Tom, you know, and I'm tired. I am tired of cracking eggs. I'm tired of cooking T-bone steak. I'm tired to making waffles. I'm tired of getting horseshoes. So I quit.
Starting point is 01:24:48 I'm done. All right. Wow. She's happy with that. Nice work. This lunchbox quit. Whitting jobs he doesn't have. Don't you feel like anybody calling in sick today kind of gets eyes rolled at them?
Starting point is 01:25:01 Yes. Even if they really, yeah, well, obviously if they're really sick, there's nobody that believes they're really sick. Yeah, millions of people call in sick today. The first thing you do is go look at their Instagram stories and see what they were up to. If you guys called in sick, I'd go right to your Instagram story and see what kind of rager you were at last night. On any day, not just today. No, after the Super Bowl party. Yeah, I would think so.
Starting point is 01:25:21 This story says that most Americans are workaholics. Do you consider yourself a workaholic? No, but I did read that headline and you are. You think I ain't. Who do you think in this room? I'm unhealthily a workaholic. Because so much so this weekend, I don't know what to do. I had the weekend off, clueless as to what to do.
Starting point is 01:25:38 And then any time that wasn't scheduled, I was bored. At my mom, I was like, what do I do? Yeah, there was something like, there was like a checklist of signs. And I think most of them I was, I would be like, yep, Bobby, yep, yep, yep, bobby. Dang. Do you worry? You were texting me. Were you worried about me?
Starting point is 01:25:54 a little bit, I just wanted to make sure, yeah. I mean, but not, no, that's the wrong way to put it. No, I just wanted to be your friend. Thank you. Don't worry about me. Worried. Morgan number two hit me up, too. She was like, my parents weren't down.
Starting point is 01:26:06 I was like, guys, I'm good. I took every invite. I went hiking. I went dinnering. I went to a, well, it's a party. There's a bunch of people. Partying, yeah. It's a bunch of people.
Starting point is 01:26:18 It's a party. Yeah, we were playing computer games. Is that a party? Yeah, it's a party. All right. I mean, not a rager or anything. Yeah. If you're a workaholic, according to this poll, you prioritize work before your personal life?
Starting point is 01:26:30 Check. You? I'm answering for you. Okay. You worry about work on a day off? Check. You struggle to switch off? Check.
Starting point is 01:26:39 Do you check emails in the middle of the night? Check. Yeah, it's whatever. Anybody else feel like they're workaholic? No. I'm a social worker. No, no. Just for fun.
Starting point is 01:26:49 Recreational here. You have a recreational worker? No. I dabble in work. You guys, I just do it for fun. Just kidding. You occasionally look into it? We work.
Starting point is 01:26:59 We work. We're not, what is it, addicted to it? You shouldn't be. We're not workaholic. What I do is unhealthy. You guys shouldn't. I'll get balanced one day. Let's go over to Morgan number two.
Starting point is 01:27:11 She's going to do, what, 25? No, let's do Food World. How about that? Okay. That's all this big cheese thing. Here we go. It's time for Food World. Num, Num, Num, Num, with Morgan number two.
Starting point is 01:27:22 So Costco is selling a, five-tier wedding cake that's made of cheese. Are you supposed to eat that, though? Whoa. Morgan number two? Yeah, it's 24 pounds of cheese and it has like five cheese wheels, basically on top of each other. And it's meant as a wedding cake? Yep, it's $439.
Starting point is 01:27:41 You looking at the picture of it, Amy? Yeah. And, I mean, I love cheese. That's not what I wanted my wedding cake. But that is interesting. Yeah, you go to serve crackers. Does Costco make these things to make the news? Yes, they do like an 80 pound tub of Nutella.
Starting point is 01:27:58 Like, does anyone really need that? Does anyone need, how much is this? I mean, what's the... $439. And then what's the amount of cheese? It's 24 pounds. Oh, my gosh. I'd be blocked up for years.
Starting point is 01:28:09 For sure. It's five tears. I would never use the bathroom again. I hate that. All right, Morgan number two. Thank you very much. That's Food World. It's time for Food World.
Starting point is 01:28:20 Num, Num, Num, Num, with Morgan number two. There you have it. Morgan number two, I hear that you were out this weekend with your parents. Yeah, I took him out to Broadway on Friday. And so Morgan number two is 25, and she's out recently broken up with her boyfriend. And some dude tried to hit on you with your parents with you? Yeah, so I had come up to, like, the stairs of one of the bars, because all the bars are like three levels. So I'm walking up the stairs, and I kind of run into this guy at the top of the stairs, and my parents are behind me.
Starting point is 01:28:47 And he's like, wow, hi, my name's whatever, and he shakes my hand. and then my parents come walking up behind me and he just kind of stops in his tracks like oh maybe she's not old enough do I introduce myself to the parents how do I handle this situation weird what what does a guy say I don't know like at a bar what's a guy say he comes up to you and says what it depends if they have some alcohol in their system it's kind of like wow hi you're cute if they don't have any it's just like hi how's it going what would you prefer I think it's it's more entertaining when they're more themselves and they're more themselves when they're kind of like in shock almost have like just like a wow hi it's really nice to meet you
Starting point is 01:29:26 that wow is pretty cool like that's crazy she gets a wow I want to get a wow I'm going to get a loud people wow you I mean not saying you're not wow boy I just never thought about that it'd be like wow right that means they think you're hot you're hot enough that's the first time it's ever happened to me and I was very like okay thank you I really appreciate that reenact but you be the guy who came up to you I'll be you hi I'm Morgan number two Wow. I'm James. Wow. Wow. I got the guy selling me fish at the grocery stores that I had a nice smile. You say wow, though.
Starting point is 01:30:04 No, I did not get a wow. He said greetings, ma'am. And maybe it was more like, you should smile more often. Maybe I wasn't even smiled. I interest you in a trout. Care for a halibut? I definitely didn't get a wow. All right. Morgan number two, thank you.
Starting point is 01:30:26 There, yeah. Funny. Super Bowl halftime show. You knew they weren't going to be controversial. That's why you put them there. They weren't even the first ones asked, by the way. Cardi B was asked, or a few acts asked. And you put them on, they played their hits, so they did a good job.
Starting point is 01:30:40 It was good. But, man, people were hardcore. What did people want? And the Big Boy came out and did an outcast song, too, by the way. That was awesome. Like an outcast hit. I don't know what that Travis Scott was. I'm not a fan, so I don't know if that was good or not.
Starting point is 01:30:53 They were believing a bunch of words. Like, it was like, all right. The fire was cool. Like, he was standing in fire. That kind of looked cool. I thought there was going to be more SpongeBob because they only did it for a brief second. What did SpongeBob have to do with Travis Scott? Nothing.
Starting point is 01:31:05 Oh. But what happened was there was a petition that was put on Reddit. And after the guy who created SpongeBob died, a million people signed it because they wanted them to play that song from SpongeBob. Oh, that's right. You said that. Yes. And so all they did is show a quick clip.
Starting point is 01:31:20 that led into Travis Scott coming in. Gotcha. So I go beat Lunchbox halftime show? D. I thought it was super boring and I didn't think Adam Levine sounded that great. I thought he sounded really good. And he was singing live. Like there was no doubt about him singing live.
Starting point is 01:31:32 Yeah, and I didn't know he could play the guitar. Me either. He was playing guitar solos. Yes. And I was like, Adam Levine's playing the lead guitar right now. Right? Yeah. I thought musically he was fantastic.
Starting point is 01:31:42 Like at one point he had on the guitar and I was like, cute prop. And then he started playing. I know. And I was like, oh, wow. Yeah. That was really good. But then I thought you're in a band with like 10 other members. You can't let somebody else have the guitar solo.
Starting point is 01:31:55 Dang, Adam, let me. That's the first thing I thought. And also, there are more than five people in Maroon 5. There are a lot of people. Yeah. I was looking around going, how many of these are actually in Maroon? Yeah. And those drones were pretty cool that spelled out love.
Starting point is 01:32:07 Oh, is that what that was a camera trick? No, they were drones. That's cool. Lunchprix give it a D. Amy gives it a... B plus. Give it a solid B. It was exactly what the NFL wanted.
Starting point is 01:32:19 Play the hits, no controversy, nothing political. And they started with their old first hit, which was awesome. It sounded good. Eddie, what do you give it? I give it a B? I mean, yeah, he sounded great. Not once that I think like, oh, it sounds terrible. And it was entertaining.
Starting point is 01:32:41 I felt bad they were just getting ripped. The only time that I kind of went, was when he was trying to dance next to Travis Scott, Adam Levine, was. Oh, I thought he handled that well. Oh, I did. I was like, ooh, ooh, feel bad for him. I know what that's like. At one part, I thought maybe they had choreographed it
Starting point is 01:32:55 because they kind of did the same move, but I was like, no way. And then he tried to dance like to big boy. Awkward. I was like, yeah. I was doing that face emoji. Ew. Like, stop doing it again. But I thought it was good.
Starting point is 01:33:09 People just look for any reason to be harsh toward anything so they can be heard. That's it. All the negativity toward the game. Listen, it was a good game. It's half the time It's a blowout by halftime And you're like What a boring game
Starting point is 01:33:22 Or if they score 100 points You're like Well where's the defense Okay we got a different kind of game this year And then it was like The commercials Oh the commercials weren't good No no
Starting point is 01:33:30 It's that every other thing's better Like everything's elevated And the commercials now Aren't just supposed to be funny They're announcements They feel good It's not just funny commercials anymore So there's that
Starting point is 01:33:40 And then the halftime show I thought was fine It was pretty good It wasn't the most dramatic But that's not supposed to be Yeah Then Adam Levine took a shirt off and my wife's like, wow. I'm like, okay.
Starting point is 01:33:52 So you're going to get some tattoos or what? So I was thinking about getting Texas on my belly button. Get Austin, a crush your belly? Yeah. Or no, uh, McAllen. McAllen, Texas. Right there on my stomach. Oh, gosh.
Starting point is 01:34:08 Would it be weird for me? Let's say I found someone to take out on a first day on Valentine's night. Is that a weird first day? Yeah. Because I don't have anyone. Should I just kind of back off and take a break from even trying to date anybody until after Valentine's Day? Yes.
Starting point is 01:34:20 Yeah. Yeah. Is that it? But, okay. It just adds a little bit more to the date that maybe you wouldn't want to add it. And it's more expensive on Valentine's Day because a lot of places do this set menu thing where you don't get to choose and they jack up the prices. So yes, you're going in there with a lot of pressure. Then they hand out roses a lot of time.
Starting point is 01:34:38 And so this girl's like, man, this guy's really into me. He's taking me on a Valentine's Day. But what if it's like, by the way, I'm not dating anybody. I have nobody even on the, even to ask. So you're going to say, but what if it's just like... What if it's like, hey, let's go on a Valentine's Day. It'd be fun. First time going to move.
Starting point is 01:34:53 No. You used to be conscious of how she would take that. But it might be great for her to have something to do. Yeah, exactly. Because she will think it's serious. I don't know that I'm totally against it. Well, that's next Thursday, right? Next Thursday.
Starting point is 01:35:08 You better figure it out. No, there's nothing to happen. There's nothing going on. But let me, everybody, if you're a dude, call a restaurant now and make reservations. Because don't be stuck and have to get to get. 10.15 p.m. Or the 4.15 p.m. Because that's all that's going to be left.
Starting point is 01:35:22 Like, if you're listening to me right now and you're a dude and you got to make the plans, call and find a place now because you're going to be stuck with the early bird special or the late night. Okay. Why can't the woman do it? We always say, oh, the guy has to call him make a reservation. Why can't the chick surprise the dude? So all you the women out there right now. Traditionally, traditionally, Valentine's Day is a day that is meant to celebrate the women in our lives, romance.
Starting point is 01:35:50 That doesn't mean it has to always be, but that's always been what it is. It's pink, it's red, it's hearts for a reason. We're the lovy-dovey ones. We need it. Culturally, we've been taught that we need this day of affirmation. Exactly. Traditionally, the women do the dishes, but you guys tell me that's wrong. So why, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:36:06 Like, they're supposed to clean the house. That's tradition. But you guys say, I'm wrong and I'm so chauvinous for thinking that way. That was broken a long time ago. That was a thought for a long time. I don't think that's the thought anymore. You be the trailblazer on this one. You can be the charleblazer on Valentine's sake.
Starting point is 01:36:20 Get your wife to book y'allster's page. Yeah, 2019, ladies, you step up the game. Get off the guys back. Quit blaming them for everything and you do something. Okay. I think they probably do a lot. Anyway, there's a thought. Yeah, my thought too.
Starting point is 01:36:35 I was thinking about your lunchbox because you play the lottery a lot. Love it. You still play every two weeks? Every two weeks. And you spend how much of your paycheck? 100 bucks. Every two weeks, you spend 100 bucks out of your paycheck. Yep.
Starting point is 01:36:44 Have to. Do you and your wife ever fight about that? No, you don't have to. We don't have to. We don't fight, no, because it's my money. They have separate accounts. I know, but does she ever go like, lunchy baby? She does get mad at me because I leave them laying around. Are these winners? Are these losers?
Starting point is 01:36:57 I'm like, oh, those are losers. Because I leave them laying around the house. That's the only thing she gets annoyed with. She likes it because she, I'll let her scratch a couple. Well, good for you. Yeah, I'm a nice guy. A man arguing with his wife about how much he spends on lottery tickets discovers that he won $22,000 in the Kansas lottery.
Starting point is 01:37:12 Whoa. A Kansas man won $22,000. He was sitting by his computer, checking stack, his wife was griping at him, and he goes, uh, we just want $22,000. Hey, how dumb did she feel? Dumb. I mean, I'm all the answer for you.
Starting point is 01:37:26 Real dumb. She'd be like, oh my gosh, you're so smart. You should buy that all the time. She changed her tune like that. How'd she change it? Like that. That's pretty good snap. I know.
Starting point is 01:37:34 And you want to know what's crazy? I didn't know how to snap until seventh grade. And in English class, we had to write down three wishes. Couldn't be for money or more wishes. And I said, I hope I can snap. By the end of that year, I can snap. Wow. That's a great story.
Starting point is 01:37:46 That's a great story. That's a great story. Shut on a majority. That's what library is all about right there. That's a great story. It's time for the good news. With lunchbox. Tell me something good.
Starting point is 01:37:58 Man, Jeremy Davies has saved this woman's life two times. So back in 2015, he signs up to donate bone marrow if he ever becomes a match. He gets a call. He's a match. Matches with this lady. Saves her lives. They meet. They stay in touch via email.
Starting point is 01:38:14 And then she goes into kidney failure. He says, you know what? I'll go get tested. He's a match again, and he gives her a kidney. So he saved her life, not once, but twice. I mean, that is unbelievable. For sure, if he moves, she's got to go help, right? Oh, she has everything.
Starting point is 01:38:33 Shout out Jeremy Davies. Where are they from? Man, it doesn't say. Her name's Kelly, and he's Jeremy Davies. That's all I know. Well, that's what's all about right there. Do you want to know why 2019? is the year of Best Fiends.

Starting point is 01:39:44 Folks, it's your buddy and my Mr. Bobby Bones. Let's talk about doing funny things when you sleep. Hey, Dakota and Chicago, what's happening? How much, man? How are you doing? Hey, real good. What does your wife do?
Starting point is 01:40:08 My wife says I make race car noises in my sleep. Oh, you do. Does she ever recreate them for you to hear back? Yeah, every day for the most part. So what's it sound like when you sleep? She goes like a br-br-brum. That's funny. You ever wake yourself up doing that?
Starting point is 01:40:25 No, I haven't, but she's recorded me a few times. Oh, so you've heard it? Yeah. Would you agree they sound like race cars? Yeah, pretty accurate. That's funny. That's a good call. Thanks, man.
Starting point is 01:40:36 I appreciate you listening. So my shoulder has been killing me, but I sleep with my hands above my head. Like straight up, if you're diving into the water, that's how I sleep with my hands above my head. And I put my bicep over my right eye. So my right arm goes above my head, and I put my bicep over my right eye. And I've been trying to keep my arms down, but every time I wake up, my hands are above my head again. And so it's something I've done. You just drop down.
Starting point is 01:41:01 I've been thinking about taping my hands to my waist, but I can't tape them both because I sleep in my bed alone. How do you tape them both up? Yeah. So I sleep with my hands over my head, which is so weird. What do you do? I sleep like a frog. I have my hips hurt, too. So my legs are out, like forming like a diamond.
Starting point is 01:41:21 So you take your bottom of your feet and put your feet together? are touching and my knees are out and I mean well now that you bring that up I realize my hips bother me and I wonder if that's why I think my shoulder stuff is because I sleep like I'm diving into the lake but my mom said ever since I was a kid I slept that way and I still do I talk but again since I don't have anybody that sleeps in the bed with me most times I don't know I'll wake myself up occasionally talking hey Ashley and Georgia do you anything weird when you sleep yeah man uh I uh actually I was trying to lose some weight, and I sleepwalk, and apparently I woke up one night, and I had like a half a stick of butter by my bed, and it was peeled back like a banana.
Starting point is 01:42:01 So apparently I ate like a whole box, so those long sticks of butter. Is it tough to lose weight when you're eating butter? Yeah, pretty much. I kept gaining weight, and I guess that was what was going on. That's funny, man. Thanks for the call, dude. Lunchbox, do anything when you sleep? Yeah, my right hand will go in the air and I'll paw at the air, or I'll just rub my cheek, like,
Starting point is 01:42:22 I'm petting a cat or a dog and my wife has filmed me doing it because she's like, you are so weird she'll wake up, my hand will just be stuck in midair or I'll just be petting myself. That's weird. I sleep with my hands above my head like I'm diving into the water
Starting point is 01:42:38 and I just can't get comfortable but I'm trying not to because my shoulder's killing me and every time I wake up, my hands are back above my head. So we're talking about funny things you do when you sleep. Hey, Randy in South Carolina. I play guitar on my wife's body kind of. Well, okay, all right.
Starting point is 01:42:56 Tell me a little more, go ahead. Okay. She says I'm moving my fingers like I'm playing guitar a whole time. So do you play her leg? What part of her body do you play? Her arm. Her arm. And do you ever wake up playing guitar on her?
Starting point is 01:43:11 No. Do you have a specific song that you love that you think you may be playing? I don't have slightest idea. There's a lot of songs I like. That's funny. Okay, good one. Thanks, man. Hey, Matthew and North Carolina, what you got?
Starting point is 01:43:24 I yeah according to my wife I kick my feet and I sleep like I'm trying to start a dirt bike It's only my right leg Do you have a dirt bike? I do not Surprisingly I've rode a dirt bike Maybe once or twice in my life
Starting point is 01:43:38 I wonder if that's really what you're trying to do In your sleep or if it's just something similar You ever wake yourself up doing it? I have I've kicked so hard that I kind of jump out of the couch And scares myself I get it from my father He did it
Starting point is 01:43:50 It's my whole childhood That's weird huh It's genetically you have the same twitch when you sleep. Yeah. Wow. Hey, thanks for the call. Appreciate that. Man, thanks for all those.
Starting point is 01:44:01 Here's one. Stevie in Kansas. You're on. Hey, my husband will carry on entire conversations. Generally, something related to Santa Claus was zero recollection the next morning. Even in the summer? Oh, yeah, all the time. Like five, ten minute, full conversations.
Starting point is 01:44:21 I mean, what? Could you know Santa? I don't know. It's usually about not like Santa bringing presents, but just Santa in general. We've had conversations about Santa at the pool and what makes Santa's reindeer fly and everything. Does he ever ask you to dress up as Santa? No. Okay.
Starting point is 01:44:43 Just making sure it wasn't a thing, you know. Everybody's got a thing. All right, Stevie, thank you very much. I appreciate that. Well, I'm glad that I don't. have the night terrors because I have crazy nightmares. But you ever see the people that scream, right? Like they wake up in the middle sleeve and just start screaming.
Starting point is 01:44:59 Like a night terror. Yeah. Where they just, they're like, ah. Yeah, I've never been that way. I was worried that I was going to watch this Ted Bundy tapes because I watched all that on Netflix. Oh, I want to hear about this. Do you?
Starting point is 01:45:12 Yeah, I want to hear what you thought. Well, who's seen the Ted Bundy series? Oh, I know. Oh, everybody has. Eddie has, lunchbox has, Amy has. Morgan number two, have you seen it? I refuse. You know, I'm a scaredy.
Starting point is 01:45:23 Cat, too, but it's not even. It's crazy. I'll tell you what, let me hit this, okay? I'll update you on the Ted Bundy tapes. It's nothing even, like, crazy. You're not going to hear it and go, oh, I can't believe that. At least my version of it. So I'm on Netflix, and I decided to watch the Ted Bundy tapes, which is a four-part series
Starting point is 01:45:42 on that killer Ted Bundy, which I guess I didn't know enough about, because I knew he was a serial killer, but holy crap. Like, the dude's nuts. And not only that, by the way, it's all history. I'm not spoiling anything. You should watch it if... I'm not even into serial killers. And I get nightmares real easy.
Starting point is 01:45:58 But everyone was talking about how good it was. And I watched it and I enjoyed it. And I felt guilty that I enjoyed it because I enjoyed this story of a serial killer. And then I feel guilty that I'm looking for to the movie coming out with Zach Efron. Yeah. And Zach Offren really looks like him.
Starting point is 01:46:11 That dude escaped jail twice. Yeah. He escaped jail. He sure did. Unbelievable. So I recommend it because it wasn't like a scary movie. He doesn't even really kill anybody in the first episode.
Starting point is 01:46:23 I don't think. You just learn about him. I went and like Googled a bunch of stuff, though, about him. They think that maybe, this show left some stuff out from beginning. Oh, really? He may have done some stuff when he was a teenager that they didn't put in. Oh. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:46:36 So, but it's interesting. He, there was something wrong with his brain. Clearly. I don't know even what it means to be evil. I don't know if we do things that are evil because something was wired differently in us. Or they talk about maybe he had a tumor or something. certain parts of the brain that didn't allow empathy, but there was something wrong with him. And so, but I guess the crazy part of the story is that he was a really good looking guy,
Starting point is 01:47:04 really smart guy, and he had all these tools to actually be successful and instead of use them for really, really bad things. So I thought it was good. I feel so weird being like, I enjoyed it. I know. But I was entertained by learning. It was crazy, man. A couple, some things about him that.
Starting point is 01:47:23 wasn't in the show. Again, he may have committed his first murder at 14. Oh, wow. He worked at a suicide hotline in Seattle for a long time. Really? Mm-hmm. He aided the police and catching other killers, which they briefly touched about. They did talk about that. That was crazy. But the Green River killer, he helped catch. And that guy killed more than Ted Bundy did. And he was like, hey, here's what killers do. They go back to their spot. So the police are there waiting on them and they got them. So bizarre. And then, yeah, like Zach Efron's making a movie about it. Anyway, I don't want to sit on this forever But you liked it
Starting point is 01:47:54 I did Morgan number two You would be interested in it I say this guilty I watch that other true crime stuff So I shouldn't I should get off my little high horse About I don't want to
Starting point is 01:48:03 I feel all weird I watch all kinds of true crime stuff And I'm entertained by it That one on Netflix where it's like The innocent man Oh yeah That was good Watch that making a murderer
Starting point is 01:48:12 Watch that Yeah Don't be judging me Because you probably watch The stuff too Nobody's judging you I know I'm judging me
Starting point is 01:48:18 I hate myself for enjoying it We're not judging you I had them when Dr. Death and Dirty John were over. I was like, well, shoot, it's over. I mean, these people, these are real lives. And they're like, you know, they're really having to live it. And I'm just wanting to hear more. Yeah, so that's it.
Starting point is 01:48:35 Okay? I like it. Talking about something light now. Oh, you know what also watch was the Punisher season two? That's such a good show. As far as those Netflix shows go, that's the best superhero. He's not even a superhero. Punisher.
Starting point is 01:48:51 I don't know anything about him. Yeah, I mean either. I'm not into this. I thought you're about to give me something I was really going to get excited to watch. And now I'm like... No, it's fantastic. The Punisher's fantastic. In season one, they use a lot of vets, too, to tell the story about how hard that vets have it when they come back from more.
Starting point is 01:49:06 Because that's what he is. He comes back for more, and he has all these skills and he's kind of messed up from it. But season one, heavy, and they bring in a lot of vets and, like, tell their story without making it seem like a PSA. they actually intertwine it into the series. It's the best one. Not because of that, but it's good. Punisher. Okay.
Starting point is 01:49:27 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, then I watched Super Bowl. Thought that was good. I thought it's better than everybody else thought it was. People were griping about the game. Like the players could do any different. Right. They were just playing against each other.
Starting point is 01:49:38 Yeah, they tried as hard as they could. The game was boring. Okay, who are you mad at? Sorry. pretty good. The commercials are just different now than they used to be. Meaning it used to all be about funny. Like what commercial can make me laugh? It's not about that anymore. A little bit. There are a few. But it's about announcements. It's about the feel good. It's about anything that's just a little bit different.
Starting point is 01:50:05 So they announced Handmaid's Tale. It's coming soon. It's coming soon. Yeah. It's morning again. Yeah, I don't want to listen to it because it's crazy. Well, at first they got me. I was like, oh wow. Is Handmaid commercial doing like a Pampers commercial or something. It seemed like a real life thing and then it got real and I was like, okay. They announced the new Avengers,
Starting point is 01:50:25 which I'm totally into and ready to go. And they're going to make Thanos bad again, I know. I guess he never was good. Yeah. Because you feel bad for him. I just felt like he was having to make a tough decision in the last Avengers. And now they're going to go kill the guy. So that was there.
Starting point is 01:50:43 The game went down to like the last half of the fourth quarter. What more can you want? I'm going on on a limb and saying this is to win the Super Bowl. 116 to go, 41 yards. Cordona. Anyway, they win. Spoiler alert. I thought Gladys and I crushed the National Lampo.
Starting point is 01:51:03 So good. Oh, my gosh. So effortless. Good for anyone. I didn't expect that at all. I just figured she was older. It was going to be a train wreck. She's 74, by the way.
Starting point is 01:51:13 I didn't know if it'd be a train wreck, but I thought maybe she'd take it easy. She won't break it. You know, she won't break a hip. No. But she looks like she's in good shape. Come. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:51:36 It's like effort. Like, it just comes out of her. Effortless, yes. Not only that, the big controversy was, at the end of this, she said brave twice. So if you made the bet on how long the Super Bowl or the National Anthem was, when she said brave the first time, you would have won if you bet under. But she said it twice. And it was this big controversy. mercy. Here.
Starting point is 01:52:00 And the hope. She said, brave, brave! And it's supposed to be at the end of the first brave, but they ended up paying the people only that picked the over of the time. Can Gladys Knight bet on herself knowing that she could take it longer than a minute 47? I think so. They only take those lines down if somebody makes a huge bet. Because if someone goes on about $100,000 on Gladys Night, they'd be like, somebody knows. Like Maroon 5 last night.
Starting point is 01:52:37 The bet was what was the first song in the... act. And some people knew because they went to the press conference. But they didn't take it down. And harder to breathe, was it like 9-to-1? It wasn't even a favorite. The halftime show was pretty good. You know, it wasn't crazy, but the NFL wanted as little drama as possible.
Starting point is 01:53:00 So they got a band that didn't do drama. They played their hits. Sounded good. You know? Was it Britney Spears and Aerosmith? No. but nothing's been like that forever. Beyonce, that was a good one. Bruno Mars is a good.
Starting point is 01:53:13 Bruno Mars, that was a good one. No, I mean, I like that one, but that was the... Let me say this, though, about the boob, right? No, no. Hasn't he played it again since then? Oh, yes. Last year, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:53:26 That's what I was talking about. I wasn't talking about Janet Jackson. We all good at Janet Jackson. Like, now that wasn't good, Amy. Here's the big problem with people now. They say Adam Levine showed both his nipples and he didn't in trouble. Oh, yes. Literally, I saw the news saying this.
Starting point is 01:53:41 And I'm thinking of myself, are you guys insane? Yeah, come on, guys. Stop. They're like, Adam Levine showed two nipples and he didn't get in trouble. And Janet Jackson showed one. Here's the difference. On network television, for whatever rule our culture has deemed appropriate, guys can show their nipples and it's not obscene.
Starting point is 01:54:00 Girls can't. Now, if you feel differently, that's on you. Right. But according to the standards that have been set for us, guys' nipples aren't naked girls' nipples are naked we need to be more accepting I should we change the stinger
Starting point is 01:54:15 but to be fair we probably should be I agree 100% I know I'm not for the same reason I'm not for the same reason they are I think we should either cover them all or let them all go because it's not fair but a guy doesn't
Starting point is 01:54:32 while most men don't have what comes along with nipples which would be What? Extra tissue? Who cares just a human body? Yeah, it's beauty. We have fat, too. You can show a butt. I'm just saying what's good for the goose should be good for the gander, not for the same
Starting point is 01:54:48 reason they are. So you want men, no, you want men to cover up. No, no, no, no. Let them free. Let them free. But there's a difference. Some people are acting like they're upset. Like, what did Adam Levine choice?
Starting point is 01:55:01 Yeah. Well, because the rules of front of us say that it's obscene for women to show theirs. Yeah, change the rule. If you want to change the rule, fine. We just start a petition. They try that. SpongeBob did not show up last night, even after a million signatures.
Starting point is 01:55:13 I guess he did briefly. I thought SpongeBob would come out like a little guy on the stage. Did you guys think that he might? So, no. So really, we're the only ones at home that got to see Spongebob like nobody at the Super Bowl. They might have flashed it on the screen, but yeah. Hey, so Lunchbox has a surprise. We've given him some hints.
Starting point is 01:55:32 We're going to fly them to it. It's going to be a hotel. Amy and I are involved. bright lights. A lot of people are going to see you. So, okay, go ahead. What's your thought? Well, I had thought I was going to flip the coin at the Super Bowl. And so you said that wasn't it. I wasn't going to the Super Bowl. But I thought that was you tricking me. And I had my bag packed.
Starting point is 01:55:50 And it sat by the front door all weekend long thinking I'm going to get the call saying, hey, just joking, you need to get to the airport in the next 30 minutes. So I had it packed. And my wife, I put the bag there and she kept saying, you know you're not going to the Super Bowl, right? And I was like, yeah, yeah. Okay, Bobby told you to play it up like I'm not. going to the Super Bowl. And then finally, yesterday at noon, I finally took my suitcase back upstairs and took the clothes out.
Starting point is 01:56:14 Do you know who flipped a coin at the Super Bowl? Yeah, Martin Luther King's daughter. Yeah. Yeah. But okay. When that was happening, I was like, clutch box thought maybe he was going to be doing it. But do you see what I'm saying? They have celebrity coin flippers.
Starting point is 01:56:27 And so I thought that was going to be me. And I waited all weekend. Had a backpack, toothbrush ready to go. I mean, I was in. Yeah, that wasn't it. Had nothing to do with the Super Bowl. I will tell you this, that I will tell you next week. Okay, next week.
Starting point is 01:56:47 Well, at least you know. You'll know next week. You'll know next week. Unless you guess it this week. Oh, okay. All right, but you will at least know your super secret surprise by the end of next week. I don't know. It has nothing to do with the Super Bowl.
Starting point is 01:56:59 Guess it's not Grammys. That Grammys are this weekend, which is not the Grammy. Dang. All right, think about it. We'll come back to you. Starting point is 02:00:35 So this businessman in Atlanta, his name is Keaton Shaw, and he's been running a scam the past few months, got almost a million dollars from people, including close friends, old business contacts, and even his mother. For what? He was just saying that he had awesome, special access to great Super Bowl tickets. and they're comparing it to that Fry Festival dude Like just Oh sorry
Starting point is 02:01:00 I looked like like fries I know I know I know it is fire I always think of fries Yes fire festival And he was just scaming people Scammed close to one million dollars And
Starting point is 02:01:09 Scammed his mom huh The cops say they're trying to track him down So if anybody knows them They'd certainly like to get his side of the story And see if there's something more That they're missing You know That festival should have been doomed
Starting point is 02:01:22 They spelled it weird Who didn't spells fire F-Y-R-R-Y as being different. J-R-R-R-R-A. Well, it's being different. J-L-R-R-R-R-A. If you're coming to his shows and you're mad at him about that or whatever, he's like, I don't care, cuss me out while I'm performing. Do it. So, long as you buy a ticket. Like, cuss me out all you want.
Starting point is 02:01:38 All right, so the guy scammed his peeps out of Super Bowl money. Yeah, and now he's missing. All right. What else? Nobody knows where he is. So I've got the top signs that you've made it. Like, and it varies, depending on who you are. Like, we all probably think something.
Starting point is 02:01:51 Like, lunchbox making it versus Bobby making it. could be something totally different. Like some people are like, oh, having a wine cellar means you make it. But the top reasons are owning a vacation home or a second home, not having to work at all or being able to retire early. So basically a lot of people just
Starting point is 02:02:08 aren't going to be making it. I never want to retire. I know. I read this list and I was like, Bobby won't be satisfied with whatever. But also having a private plane is on here. I'm like, what land are these people living in? Okay, so speaking of making it, Paul McCartney's
Starting point is 02:02:24 obviously like a super rich and he sent a roadie this comes from his I guess he was a biographer that hangs out with him trip Paul McCartney to like document parts of his life he's made it he's made it whenever you get it you get a biographer with you and like takes notes on everything and he said that a few years ago Paul McCartney sent a roadie to pick up a bottle of whiskey and then when he got back he gave him $2.50 and was like thanks to pay for it and the biographer said that you know that he's just totally out of touch that Paul desperately wanted to stay in touch and, like, know what was going on. But obviously, like, giving the Rody 250, the guy was like, ooh, it was a little bit more than that.
Starting point is 02:03:02 Paul was like, oh. Well, to be fair, Paul McCartney, he doesn't have to stay in touch. He doesn't have to stay in touch. I know. It's just, it's sad because he really wanted to. He really tried. He put his kids in public school. Well, that's good.
Starting point is 02:03:16 Yeah. He wanted his kids to be somewhat normal. Do you know what he does what his plan is with his money and his kids? I haven't talked to him lately. I didn't know if you read, because I read, I thought you were going to answer that question. I thought it was in the story. What is he doing? What is he doing?
Starting point is 02:03:29 I don't know. Mommy always seems to know a lot of random things. Like Bill Gates. He was like, have you seen his will? Can you tell me paragraph 7? No, because Bill Gates is like, he's doing where he's like, okay, each of my kids, they get $10 million. That's it. The rest of it is going to charity.
Starting point is 02:03:44 I don't know what. I don't think I can handle $10 million. I don't know what Paul McCartney is doing with his kids. Dang. Oh, he's trying to be normal. Maybe he's like, you get $2.50. $2. $2.50.
Starting point is 02:03:54 And then donating the rest of charity. Okay, I'm Amy. That's my pile. What's your favorite Beatle song? Hey, Jude. Is that your favorite? Well, that's the first one that just came into my head.

Starting point is 02:05:08 Oh, wrong one. If I had to pick a favorite Beatles song. You picked Twist and Shout. I don't know they're going to be friends. It would be... Hold my hand. Oh, that's a good one. I want to hold your hair.
Starting point is 02:05:16 Yeah, but I can't. I want to hold your hair. But I can't find it. I mean, Eddie. How do I? They spell want to... Or want to. I think it's I want to hold your hand.
Starting point is 02:05:25 I searched Wana. Oh, so it's I want to hold your hand? That doesn't sound like the Beatles. Here we go. I want to be your man. No, that's not it. Could it just be under a hold your hand? I don't know.

Starting point is 02:06:24 I'll say Sergeant Pepper. Oh. Okay. Play it. Why would you laugh at him, Eddie? Because, I mean, that song's like, I don't even know if it's a hit. Yeah, I think his is better than yours, is Eddie. What are you talking?

You're 25, but you know stuff. I mean, you can try and play me some, but I don't know that I know them. All you need is love. I've heard of it.
