But that's one game we played. Another game that we played before the show started, kind of a new show I did that was kind of being tossed around, was Caitlin, my girlfriend was up here,

and her and Amy were catching up. And they were kind of workshopping a show called The Overie Hour. Were those two just talking about their ovaries and all the girl stuff? They were talking about bottoms and peels and... Yeah, face peels and what we're wearing. And yeah, it could be a thing. You never know. So a little BTS, as the kids call it.

Can you imagine all the yelling in my house that would be in the background? Because Eddie's at the studio.

Yeah, it would be impossible for me to have a studio in my house just because I was just thinking, like they wake up at 7, you know, 637 a.m. So from there on, like it would just be a complete racket. and I wouldn't be able to get anything out. And I would probably do it in my bedroom and I can't kick them out of the upstairs. So it'd be impossible. So when you drive into work, Eddie, is that a nice escape for you or no?

Yeah. You know, like I was talking to a friend of mine and they asked like how my life's going. And I was like, really no difference because, you know, I go into work like every other day. You and Amy, you guys stay home. But for me, traffic is nice. No one's on the road.

I go into work for, you know, a few hours. And I come home in time for lunch. Yeah. It's a good day. Yeah. And then my poor wife, though. We're lucky. We're lucky when we get to work.

Oh, yeah. That's not lost on me. Me either. In town, or any of us. Right. They say 80% of the hotel staff was laid off or furloughed. So, you know, it's a weird time, man. Just hang on.

Just hang freaking on. What else you want to talk about? Let's see. You'll talk about Tom Brady for a second? before we get into this show. Let me ask you, Amy, what you think about this. So Tom Brady, I mean, fill in the blank, Tom Brady is now playing for?

Oh, shoot. He left the Patriots to go play somewhere in Florida. Yeah, close enough, Tampa Bay. Thank you. So they're trademarking a couple things. One of them is he wants to trademark Tampa Bay. His company filed two. trademarks.

That's funny. One for Tampa Bay and one for Tampa Brady. Tampa Bay is awesome. Tampa Bay is awesome. Tampa Bay doesn't make sense. Yeah, but Tampa Bay. I like that. Do you like that?

You think it's nutty? No, I'm into it. I'm in. As long as people have pride that now they have Tom Brady and they're welcoming with open arms, like I think it could be awesome. When people start to make fun of his trademarks, he tweeted, I never understood why Drew Breeze wasn't making Drew Orleans shirts. I don't understand that now either.

I mean, yeah, good for you, Tom Brady. That's hilarious. Who else could it be? Tompa sounds like a villain from Mario Brother. Is there a Kampa? Kappa? Yeah, but isn't there like a Kampa? I don't know.

Tampa Bay is stretching it, but I get it. If fans are going to make the shirts and make money off his name or likeness, he should probably try to trade money. Give me another athlete in a city. This is fun. I don't know. I'm trying to think of athletes, but then I don't know. What about like Dak Prescott in Dallas?

That was my thing when I said that in the draft. If you have a fork, you can do both. However, Eddie, when I would go, because every day I would go by Popeyes to KLAZ, I'd drive an hour to work every day. I'd go to school all day, drive to KLA, and I would get,

sometimes I could just afford a container of mashed potatoes, and they would give me a spork, which was very spoony with a tini fork. So with that being said, I would say it's 90% spoon if you only have mashed potatoes. Got it. But I always serve mashed potatoes with a spoon. Like if you're going to get it out of the pot or whatever, use a spoon. That's a good point too.

Hey, tell you, Amy, I'm one episode away from finishing season two of Ozark and it's good. I mean, we're going to do a little palate cleanse in between the last episode of season two and the first episode of season three because it's dark. It is. But we're really, really enjoying it. And I stopped. After season one, I just couldn't get into

season two, but again, I just wasn't the right season of my life for some reason. And so I will recommend that. Ozark is fantastic. Good. I'm so. glad. It's great. And then you tell me season three is even better than season two. So I would say season one was, if you're looking for a show, I know Amy and I were talking about that the other day, like, we're just looking for stuff at this point. If you're looking for a show, start Ozark from the beginning because you will love it. The only thing I don't love about Ozark is the episodes are an hour. Every episode's basically an hour or more. I like them that are longer than 30 minutes, but not quite an hour. You can even treat me with a 53-minuteer, and I'm like, oh, this is a short one. I can get this one in real quick.

anything below that one colon zero zero. I'm totally into. But that's what I would say. I say give Ozark a run. Have you tried any new shows with your husband as you guys are trying to get in and find something? We tried self-made together, which is a new one on Netflix,

but he was not into it. And it definitely is more of a female thing. So that's not one we're going to be watching together. But, I mean, I kind of like it. It's about the first African-American self-made millionaire. Oh, yeah? And she created hair products back in 1908.

Oh, wow, that long ago. Wow. Yeah, and sold them all. She ended up living, she grew up in the South, very poor, and then ended up moving to New York, built a mansion next door to Rockefeller. True story. Well, if it wasn't for the hair product thing, I think I'd be totally into it. That's what they're, he's like, I don't really care what it's happening with this.

And I'm like, but this is a true story. It's fascinating. I kind of want to watch it with my daughter, Stasheera, so she can see like how these women, they had to work so much harder than everybody else. One, because she was a woman, two, because she's the African-American woman. But she made it, she did it.

She had a goal, and she didn't let anybody stop her. Do you like it for you? Yeah, I'm into it. I'm all in. But the thing is, I don't have much TV time alone. If my husband and I have TV time, it's together. So I kind of need something for both of us. That's why I was bummed that I finished Ozark, which I was going to tell you, if you need a pallet cleanser between season two and season three because it's heavy, there's some episodes in season three that are so heavy, you're going to need a pallet cleanser between the episodes.

Well, we're doing a one episode palette cleanser of the Tiger King special. And we'll talk to Eddie and my idea about that in a little bit. Glad everybody's here. today. Amy, did you know that Dirk's Bentley was once banned from the Opry? No, I didn't know that. Listen, we know Dirk's a good dude. You just wouldn't think he'd be somebody who was banned from the Grand Ole Opry, right? No, he's a good dude, not a bad dude. Yeah, and he's not somebody who's been playing a bad song. Hey, Eddie, did you know this?

I had no clue. What did he do? Well, he was banned before he ever even played it. Several artists in country music have been banned, because I looked it up. Hank Williams, Sr. Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, also, Dirk's Bentley. But Dirk's may be the only singer band from the Grand Ole Opry before he ever got to even sing there.

During his early days in Nashville, Dirk's was a researcher for TNN, which was the Nashville Network, which was what I used to watch all the time as a kid. It was actually how I used to watch the Grand Ole Opry with my grandmother. But it was located on the Opry-Layland grounds. And so what Dirk's would do when he was working there is he would stay late on the weekends and he would slip backstage at the Grandal Opry

to watch the show and visit with the musicians. the Opry caught on to what he was doing, and the general manager, Pete Fisher at the time, made him leave, said, hey, don't come back. You can't do this. You're banned. And then later, Darks became a star and then got re-invited to play,

and then was like, so he never got banned as Darksmanly the artist, but he was banned as the guy who wouldn't stop sneaking backstage. Isn't that funny? Wow, yeah. Dang, Pete. Dirk's made his Opry.

Do you know, I know Pete? Do you know Pete? Yeah, I know him. Yeah. Dirk's made his Opry debut April 2003, and sang his breakthrough hit, What Was I Thinking? Which, by the way, speaking of the Opry,

was inspired by a girl he met backstage at the Opry during one of those early visits. Here's a clip of what was I thinking from Dirkson. Because I was thinking about a little white check job sitting right there in the middle by me. I was thinking about a long kiss man. So a band from the Opry had his first hit inspired by a girl he met at the Opry

and then was invited to be a member of the Opry many years later. Isn't that pretty cool? Come on. Love it. Who doesn't love, who doesn't feel knowledgeed a little bit this morning? No, I feel knowledge. There you go.

Well, with a name, though, with a name, you kind of get to dictate how your name is said. If I wanted to be called Bobby Y, you'd have to call me that because it's my name. Maybe the person was a Martinez, but I was like, you know, I'd rather call it Martinez because I'm in Georgia. What, Amy?

Don't roll your eyes at me. No, no, no, no, no. I agree with you. But I doubt it's Martinez, and I doubt it's Martinez. It's probably just Martinez. Like, just go with that. Like he thinks it's like a pillow and he runs up and he just wham, slams his arms right on his chest because he thinks it's kind of like a stuffed animal. And so we're trying to teach him not to do that. It's kind of bad. And he gets really mad. Like when you tell him no, he doesn't understand. He's like, no, I'm just saying hello like I do to my stuffed animal. And that's bad.

Baby Box 2 has grown. He has grown three pounds in the last four weeks. And, I mean, if you guys want to know the name, we need to reveal the name. America wants to know if you're ready for it. I mean, you're ready. So Baby Box 1 is the older kid. I'm just making sure this is right with the numbers now. Okay.

Yeah, Baby Box One came first. Okay, go ahead. And then Baby Box, the sequel is the younger one. Yeah, Baby Box 2 is the younger one. Two could be sound like it's older. But okay, got it. So Baby Box One, Baby Box the sequel, got it. And the baby's name, the second baby's name is.

Yeah, no one knows the name. And it's not my number one choice, but it was what my wife, you know, that was her number one choice. So we went with it. I wanted Maverick. That was my, that is the one I was going. for I pushed really hard for Maverick. Maverick was rejected and it did not make it.

Why Maverick? Hold on. Before you go to the real name, why Maverick? I don't know. I just thought it was a cool name. Like, I don't know. I just liked the name. Maybe it's because of Top Gun. I don't know. But that name, it was in my head and I liked it and I fought for it. And she just couldn't come around to Maverick. She wasn't having it. Sounds like a mascot because of Dallas Mavericks or a cowboy. Yeah, she said it sounded too much like a Cowboy.

Boy. Okay. What was her first pick? Her first pick is the one that, I mean, that was the one, this one that we're about to say. So she won? I won on the first one. And so this one, I like the name. Don't give me wrong.

I love the name that we picked. It just was Maverick was number one for me. And she couldn't get there. So I had to, you know, be a good husband and that word that you know you like to say, compromise. And so I, this, people say, I, I, people say, I, I, don't do anything for my wife. This is me doing something for my wife. All right. Go ahead. And the name, a baby box the sequel is. Is Maddox.

Maddox is the name. There you go. Yeah. Yeah. Cute. I like it. And unisex. Yeah. Well, it was on the unisex name because we didn't know if it was a boy or girl when it was being born. So we had a list and a lot of them were unisex. Did you name it after Greg Maddox, the baseball player? That's what I would have thought.

No, not after Greg Maddox. No, did not name him after that. You should just say that, though, as a Cubs fan. It's like, yeah, we named after Greg Maddox. Yep, Greg Maddox. Half of them were from out of town. So they were going to tie the knot on April 4th. Obviously, that's right in the middle of Corona.

So they decided to take back their wedding day. Now, what that means is they planned a Zoom wedding on the balcony of their high rise so 150 attendees could watch virtually. The bride's sister got ordained so she could officiate and they introduced themselves to the next door neighbors for the first time

so they give you witnessed as a couple and they had their whole wedding up there. They still had it safely away from everybody. Some neighbors, even pop bottles of champagne and they're saying that they're still going to have hopefully the wedding. They just wanted to be married. And so Zoom allowed all that to happen.

I do too. They had to go present themselves to someone because I now present that's like a witness but they did that to the neighbors from many feet away. Isn't that funny? Love it. That's a good story.

I was reading a story about concerts and how they were talking to this doctor. His name's Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. He's a special advisor to the World Health Organization. He doesn't think it would be safe to have concerts, sporting events or other big old public gatherings for another 18 months. Wow. He says restarting the economy has to be done in stages or it's going to start and you lose it

all again and have to start over. And that people yelling, hey, just restart the economy. That's actually worse for the economy overall. Like if you really want a healthy economy, you have to roll it out slow so it's sustainable. Here's this exact quote. Restarting the economy has to be done in stages and it does have to happen. to start with more physical distancing at a work site that allows people who are at lower risk to come back. Certain kinds of construction or manufacturing or offices in which you can maintain six-foot

distances are more reasonable to start sooner. The bad news, again, from Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. Larger gatherings, conferences, concerts, sporting events, when people say they're going to reschedule, I don't know if it's a possibility. I look at these things. They're last to return. Realistically, we're talking fall 2021. Restaurants where you can space out the tables maybe sooner. Again, this is a doctor, right? And people are like, who do you listen to? I listen to doctors. I listen to people that have spent their whole life researching and studying this. Doctors have something in their hearts, in their heads to make people better. Politicians have something in their hearts and their heads to get reelected. Let's not forget that. That's all. But I'm into it.

I'm into people being safe. I'm into a slow rollout because I don't want to do this again, Amy. I don't want to, this is terrible. People can't work. People aren't working. You know it would be worse than having to wait? Send people back to work and they have to stop working again forever.

Coming up in about an hour, Joe Exotic's husband will be on. So a couple things have happened. First of all, that new episode is up, still haven't watched it. As I mentioned earlier, getting through Ozark Season 2, one more episode left.

Mike D has watched the new episode of Tiger King, and it's not from the documentary, right? They all sit around? Yeah, they all sit around in quarantine and just Joe McHale hosting it. Is it from a computer? They're all like on iPhones. Okay. Oh, okay.

I guess that's everything now, huh? Yeah, so he just talks to everybody one-on-one and then it just rolls through them. So when Love is Blind was a thing. I watched that gathering of folks after the show and I was kind of disappointed by the show, by the extra show. Will I be disappointed by this one?

I think it's still pretty entertaining because you get updates right now while they're in quarantine. That's kind of cool to see. And he asks pretty good questions. I was seeing people push back that he wasn't the nicest in this interview. Did you think, I'm talking about

Joe McHale? Joe McHale, yeah. I mean, you kind of roast him a bit, but it's funny. I love Joel McKell. Yeah, he's funny. I love Joel McKell, and I have worked with doing American Idol some makeup artists

that they give me, that I've worked with Joel McHale and they say he's the nicest guy. And I love it when someone unsolicited goes, you know, who else is really nice? It's whomever it is. Because then I just always think that person's a great person. So, all right, I'm going to watch it. It's my palate cleanser in between seasons of Ozark.

But at the same time, we started Eddie on season one of Tiger King. It was episode one because he'd never seen it. Eddie, episode one review after not wanting to watch it. So it's tough because I'm having to zone out all of what everyone has been talking about. I mean, I've heard people talk about Tiger King. So I'm going to try to watch this thing very unbiased. Episode one, I mean, it's a great setup. The characters are great already.

The storyline. As soon as you hit Murder for Higher in there, you're like, oh, man, there's more than these crazy people. Yeah. So, yeah, I'm excited. I didn't have time to watch two. I think I would have watched two if I had time. But as soon as the first one ended, I'm like, all right, I'll just wait. Okay, how many, episode of one, as far as your excitement level, how many tigers do you give it? Oh, five out of five.

Yeah, and you know what? I wasn't fully, fully in until halfway through episode two. Like, at the end of episode one, I was like, okay, yeah, yeah, I can watch this. Middle of episode two, I was full butt cheeks in the lake. You know what I mean? Like, it was all, and that's a tough one. But, okay, well, check in with you. Let us know when you watch episode two.

I will. I mean, I'll probably do it tonight. I can't, it's one of those things where I don't think I'm going to be able to wait because they leave you with that perfect cliffhanger where I got to watch next one. They do perfect cliffhangers on this show. You're like, oh, well, that was interesting. I don't know if I happened. What just happened?

and you kept going with your show, and we were talking after the show, and that was the song that I was like, hey, dude, you know that song you played about song seven? I was sitting by myself, and I got a little emotional, and ever since then, I've held onto it in my heart, Jake. Well, man, I'm glad that it does a little song, too.

and hopefully it'll do the same to other people out there. You know, it's really cool. Speaking of doing events like that, and I know the story's been told that I was sitting next to. And we sing that at my wedding. And I sing it for him and Carly. Interesting song the way that that song really connects to people. Well, what are you doing all day, every day now? I've taken care of all the things that I really wanted to do by being home. First and foremost, and most importantly, he's like, be a dad. be my little girl be a year old in another couple weeks and for the first year of her life a lot like Pearl

my first daughter I'm gone a lot and these are really formative parts of her life and I just I got to be around her and I've been you know

just doing like yard work around my farm and I've been writing tons of songs which is really nice I think there's a whole new way with the whole online Zoom thing I will tell you

thanks to you man like I've had a blast with my family I just hadn't seen it a while because of all this. And so the other day, I've been doing nightly trivia with her over Zoom, like you've done. And thanks to you helped me out with that. It's been great.

And I've, like, taken it to another level, man. Like, she loved it and all of her friends doing, like, you know, elementary school for that, man, you've really helped me elevate my game as a dad. A question that Amy and I were talking about, by the way, Jake Owen is on with us. If you have to fill out an application, not for a job, but maybe at a new doctor or anywhere you have to fill out. and they say, what is your occupation? What do you put down?

Do you put down Countrystar? I just always put self-employed. Oh, I didn't think about that. Self-employed. Or actually, actually, not take that back, because if it says employer, I always write self-employed. But if it's occupation, I always, I think I'm a okay songwriter.

I think I'm a, one thing that I think, one thing I think I'm, like, pretty decent at and is that I've always been able to entertain people well, whether it's on a stage, enjoy making people feel good. So, but we're making progress in the shopping department. Or I don't want to call it shopping. In the pig adoption department. I'm surprised that he's into getting you a pig. He's into researching the adoption process. I'm going to leave it at that. Because I thought he would cut me off,

even when I started pulling up pigs online, but I really think he loved piggy smalls. So that was like my gateway pig, you know? Now we're calling him gateway pigs. Oh, boy. Yeah. So foot is in the door, and now we just need the right pig

within the right location, because some pigs are available, but they're 600 miles away. And then they're, because we need specific details. I'm looking at size. I'm looking at, are they indoor, train do they get along with kids and other dogs?

because we have a dog, you know, all those questions were what my question my girlfriend asked me before we dated. Just wanted to make sure all that worked. Yeah, yeah. Well, if you get a pig and it's awesome, I'm probably going to have to get a pig. I'm just telling you right now. Oh my gosh, what if somebody out listening to us happen to have siblings available? I don't want to go on at the same time.

Here's Amy's pile of story So I got some good news and I got some bad news. Which one do you want first? I love choices. Well, I live my life the Lucky Charms Way where I ate all the oats first and have all the marshmallows last. So I'll take the bad news. Okay, the bad news is we're not going to get any new emojis until 2021 due to coronavirus. Well, to be fair, I haven't mastered all the current ones yet. So it gives me a little more time for that. What's the good news? Well, it's going to be September 2021. Do you know there's a whole nonprofit that's dedicated to emojis and making sure they're good to go and they've had to cut back staff and stuff because of corona.

So that's why we won't have them. Is that all the bad news or is there good news still? No, I have the good news. Totally different story. Go ahead. Okay, good news is crime rates are down, even in really big crime cities like New York and Chicago. Like, for example, in Chicago,

one of the most violent places in the U.S., drug arrests in the week since the city shut down are down by 42% compared to the same exact period last year. Now, some criminal lawyers are saying, that obviously dealers and crime people, they have no choice but to wait out the economic slump. Crime people. That's how you know we're deep in it here on the show.

Crime people. To summarize, overall, fewer people are being killed and fewer robberies are taking place. So I just feel like that's good news. Fewer pollution, too, fewer pollutants. Because I was looking at a map of the East Coast and they were showing one year ago versus today. And again, I'll take my pollution,

and everybody being healthy more than I would take what's happening now. But if there's a little trickle of good news, there's less pollution too. True. Yeah. What else you got? So, Bobby, what's your favorite thing that your girlfriend, Caitlin, has learned how to make while in quarantine? Man, she just will get into something and never have made it, and it's all been pretty great. Like, she made great cheesecake because I love cheesecake, but I can't have a lot of it.

But she also makes soups. Like, nobody's business. It's so, the soups. I'm going to go soups, but she was already a soup. champion before she met me. Yeah. Well, that's good. I mean, she's, she's someone that's out there doing it. And a lot of people you see online are researching recipes and making things. So I have the top five most search recipes on Google during this quarantine. And at number five, chocolate cake, which we made that in my house last week. My daughter wanted to make it. Chocolate cake. So check,

done it. And at number four is French toast. Oh, that sounds good. And at number three, while it's not food, a lot of people still want to make it at home. It's hand sanitizer. Okay. And number two, pizza dough, which we have done homemade pizza as a family because it was a great activity, amazing time killer with kids, people. They like doing that? They enjoy cooking? Well, they're getting more into it. And I think it's just because we're home all the time and they're, they're honestly looking for things to do too. And I say it takes place of a different school activity. and that's how they see it. It's because with baking,

you can practice measuring things and there's ways you can work school into it. So I think that's why they're actually doing it. And then the number one most searched thing is banana bread. And yes, I have seen like everyone and their mother making this. And I have all the stuff

and I'm about to make it. I saw the Starbucks release their recipe for it because people like the Starbucks banana bread. So they threw it out there. One of my friends made it is that it tastes exactly like the Starbucks bread. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, you see a lot of these companies

going, hey, here's our famous recipe. So, all right, cool. What else you got? That's it. Those are my stories. Wait, that's all three of your stories? Yeah, I had the good news, the bad news. Oh, I thought the good and the bad news were like one story.

No, no, no. Emogies was one, and then crime being down was another. Well, then let me throw one in then. Sure. I'll give you a random one over here. If you have Easter eggs at your house and they're hard-boiled eggs and you're like, man, we can eat these at some point. If you don't eat them today, you pretty much need your just throw them away.

because they have about a weak shelf life, and that's at max. So, and I don't know, maybe you were planning on saving them. You peeled them. You're like, we're going to eat these eggs this week. Eat them today or get rid of them because you will get sick. And here's what's going to happen. As soon as you get sick from Easter eggs, you're going to think you have corona, and then the whole thing's going to happen.

I'm Amy, and that's my pile. That was Amy's pile of stories. On with us, Dylan Passage, Joe Exotic's husband from Tiger King. Hey, man, how are you? Doing good. How are you? Good. Where are you right now? I am in Miami. Dang. Nice to be down there.

So how'd you end up being quarantined in Miami? I actually just flew down here today. What was the airport like? Absolutely empty. So were there a bunch of TSA people there or just like one? There was like absolutely nobody. Yeah, there was like maybe two people who did like the, the check-ins as you're walking through.

Dang. Is it to the point now where if you're even at airport, are people recognizing you? Nobody has recognized me at the airport, no. But I was on the river with a couple friends about like a week and a half ago, maybe two weeks. And this girl was like paddleboarding. And she's like, oh, my God, can I take a picture with you?

And then I was like, this is kind of weird, you know? But then I got pulled over the other day and the cop said, can I take a picture with you? I was like, are you fucking kidding? You know, what's funny is I have a friend, and, you know, all of us were all, you know, we're all in Texas for a long time, a lot of the shows from Texas, and we have friends that go to Stephen Abbotton. I know you went to school there for a bit, and they were like, we used to party with Dylan.

That was their, because I was talking about watching Tiger came, like, yeah, man, we used to party with Dylan back in the day. A lot of people are, like, reaching out from, like, I went to school in Austin for a little while when I was in high school, and people are, like, reaching out. I'm like, you were never even my friends in high school. I'm like, don't give me a nickname. They're like, hey, Dee, what's up? I'm like, don't call me that.

That's funny. Well, how is it all different now since that show blew up? And did you expect it to blow up like it did? So nobody expected it to blow up like it did, not even the producers, you know? So when it came out and then, I mean, I guess it kind of dropped us the perfect time whenever, you know, people were stuck in quarantine. And they really had no other choice but to watch this crazy redneck murder-for-hire show, I guess. And I mean, it was kind of the perfect time. But, no, my life has been completely overwhelming since.

I've had to get a manager so he can, you know, have his team set up all these interviews. And, you know, my life has been put on blast completely. And it's not something I was expecting or anticipated whatsoever. So it's been a lot for sure. How often do you talk to Joe Exotic? Or what do you call him, by the way? Hun. How often do you talk to him a day?

So whenever he was arrested and he was in Oklahoma and Grady County, we talked for like three to five times a day every day. But since he's been moved to Fort Worth, he's still in his little isolation quarantine. So I haven't really been able to speak to him. I've only talked to him one time. And it was for like three minutes because he can't have his prone privileges, I guess. Wow. Does he have an idea of how famous he is right now? Oh, yeah.

So like he was the day the show dropped, he like the next day he was like he started to receive hundreds and hundreds of emails. and he got a lot, a lot of letters sent to him. So, I mean, he absolutely enjoys the attention. He thinks it's really cool. On with us now, Dylan Passage, who is Joe Exotic's husband from Tiger King. What dating at did you guys meet on? Grindr, what else? Where else did you guys do that?

I don't know. I don't know. So when you meet him and see him for the first time, what is it that you see that you go, man, that sparks my interest? Well, he's saying to me, first off, but the first thing I noticed was his frickin' mullet. I was like, what in the hell? Business in the front, party in the back. And so did you guys go to the zoo early on in your dating?

And had you ever seen tigers or big animals like that up close? Never up close, no. So, like, the first time we met was the day before the first date in the show. And I went, me and my cousin, we went up to the safari bar, which is, like, little bar restaurant that he had. And, you know, it was about like half a mile away from the zoo. And so he sang to me. And then I got a little drunk.

And then we went down to the zoo and I got to play with some baby tigers. Dang. And it was pretty cool. How early in did you know that he was the guy for you? So we had more of like a companionship. I mean, don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Joe. I love the person he is.

He's a super good dude. But I was just in a really bad place. And, you know, he kept me away from the negative things. that were impacting my life. And he had just recently lost Travis, so he was really lonely, super depressed, and we kind of just helped each other get in the right mindset. And, you know, I grew to love him, and he grew to love me.

And, I mean, he was just super cool, and he's so charismatic that it was just hard to ignore the dude. And, I mean, he was like a shining light in my darkness at the time. When you saw the president saying that he would look into Joe being pardoned, How did that make you feel? I mean, it was super cool. I mean, Joe loves Trump. I'm not political myself, but I don't really care for it.

But, you know, he's a big supporter of Trump. And for when he finds out, I don't know if he does know yet, but when he finds out that, you know, Trump even said Joe Exotic, he's going to be super excited for it. But I thought that, you know, Trump kind of blew it off as a joke at first, you know, and then he said he'd look into it. So I guess it's just a wait-and-seat kind of thing. He's supposed to serve 22 years in prison.

Maybe he gets out a little earlier. But would you, are you just going to wait for 22 years for him? So, yeah, I mean, I'm not going anywhere. You know, he was there for me in my darkest time. And, you know, this is obviously not his best moment. And, you know, he definitely needs somebody who's going to stick by his side. And, you know, I plan to do that. And we've had the conversation if I meet somebody that is, like, super special to me,

then he's going to be supportive and let me move on because he doesn't want me to be alone. He doesn't think that's fair. But right now, that's not. anything that I'm necessarily looking for. Were you asked to be a part of the last episode on Netflix, the extra episode? I was actually not confronted about it, but they did ask me to give them footage for Joe to be a part of it and wanted an interview with him, but since he is where he is in his isolation, he can't necessarily do that kind of stuff. But no, they never asked me to be a part of it. I mean, I'm not worried

about it. I didn't really want to to begin with, I mean, especially after seeing how it turned out. Do you feel like there's some stuff that they unfairly portrayed in Tiger King? I feel like they definitely had an agenda to prove, but they really portrayed everybody to be who they are, in my opinion. You know, Joe's a wild character, and they really got that point of a cross, and, you know, he's not ashamed of it. He's going to speak his mind and do what he thinks is best in his own opinion. I'm going to ask about this because I see people are paying for you to leave messages on Cameo.

which by the way you can go and you can hire Dylan Passage on Cameo 50 bucks so what do people ask you to say on cameo really just like birthday shoutouts and you know this past week it was a lot of Easter and just like lifting people's spirits you know during the quarantine and really just like rooting on their co-workers a lot of nurses it's been a really good experience to be able to chat with people and you know answer any questions that they may have because they ask questions too and I mean, I'm not ashamed to answer anything, so I'm pretty, pretty open-minded and an open book, in my opinion. Okay, I have two more questions for you. One, have you seen an influx in money since you got, you know, a little famous? Has your bank account got a little fatter?

I mean, it's normal. It's not like I'm making any money right now. The only thing that's really I'm making money off of is this cameo app, and I mean, that's not even a big thing. I mean, we made some money off of the Netflix show, but they're, It was just, I don't know, not an immense amount, but it was a, I was getting paid every month over like a year and a half period. Dang, if you were not in quarantine and life was kind of normal, you could get it, you'd get paid by every club to go and make appearances there. Oh, yeah. So my manager has gotten many offers from like, even across country.

They're like, oh, you know, when all this virus stuff is, like, we want to book Dylan for this and this. So, I mean, there's opportunities that have definitely been brought to attention. and I mean they will see what happens with that kind of stuff. Dancing with the stars? Who knows? I saw you on there. Come on, come on, come on. This is not about me.

Hey, listen, it's been great to talk to you. I hope you're healthy and safe, and I know you're going through a lot right now. So you're wearing a mask. Obviously, we all should when we go out because we don't want to, if we do have something, we don't want to share it with people, like in a bad way.

What happens to you? Yeah, so I'm at the gas station. I got one that my mom made me. So it's not one of those N95 ones that are white and they look like the doctors wear. This one is kind of maybe it almost looks like something a bank robber would wear. But anyways, it really does cover my face. It covers my nose and mouth. And it keeps me from getting the coronavirus.

So I'm at the gas station. I'm getting a pop. And I go to check out. And I've been to grocery stores wearing the mask and it's been fine. And the till guy goes, hey, you're not allowed to buy anything with a mask on. And I told him, well, if I take the mask off, that defeats the purpose. And I look around me and nobody in the store has a mask. And apparently they're not aware of the coronavirus.

So I just look at him. And I go, well, I'm not taking my mask off. And then he goes, well, then you need to leave the store. Wow. Yes. So I took the pop, set it down, and left the store. Wow. I mean, I didn't even know that they could do that. That's really illegal, but straight shut me down.

Okay, so before corona, probably a rule. You can't go on with anything covering your face. Absolutely. Completely get that. But one point I would like to make a ray about your story is you don't wear a mask to keep from getting corona. That's wrong. The only mask that keeps you from getting corona are the special type masks, the N-95s.

However, why we cover our faces so we don't give corona if we're asymptomatic and we don't know we have it because they say half the people that have or have it don't know they have it because it doesn't affect them. We wear masks for others, not for ourselves. Does that make sense?

Mm-hmm. So when you're- I'm still going to wear the mask when I'm out in public, but not going to that gas station again. Yeah. I probably would have still paid for the soda. Something else you can tell Ray's from Michigan because it called it a pop.

But that's weird that nobody had a mask on, huh? Mm-hmm. Well, they were trying to buy stuff and that was the only way they're allowed to. Oh, that's true. They made them take all the masks off? Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Oh. Are you wearing masks, Amy, if you go out? Yes. I'm wearing a bandana, but it's more so for me because I touch my face all the time. Like, habitually. Like, I don't even know that I'm really doing it.

So that also protects me from touching other things and being on my hand and then touching my face. I think about in the old days of Corona, like a month and a half ago, two months ago, whenever I would say, hey, you don't have to have an N95 mask to wear a mask. Because the mask just keeps you from touching your face. Like it's a, if people be like, stop talking about wearing, oh. Remember when I used to be the person like Corona? I'm like the guy who discovered Coldplay, by the way. I was like, remember when I used to watch him in the club? I was like, remember when I was talking about Corona in January?

Yeah. Yeah, I posted something where I was wearing a mask and someone commented, stop. You can't do that because you're making masks like a cool thing and they're not a cool thing. You don't even need them. And it was a nurse. She said she was a nurse. And I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Zero percent of me is trying to be cool right now.

This is nothing to do with being cool. It's about being, it's a protective measure that you can take. However you want to look at it, why would you not do it when that's what we're being advised to do? I don't get it. Well, all I'm going to say as I shut it down is keep your head on a swivel, folks. Look around, look around, see who needs help around you. That's a lot. You're hearing a lot of stuff about Corona.

A lot of people saying a lot of stuff quoting, retweeting, factually inaccurate information. Some accurate, some not, you don't know who to believe, you don't know what's... I'm going to tell you what to believe right now. That there are people around you that can use your help. So keep your head on a swivel. I mean, turn it side to side, look around you, see who you can help. Because there's probably somebody a lot closer than you are. ready know that can use your help that won't say anything about it. So look around, give help,

because there are times that you need help to. That's it. We feel good about that, Amy? I do. Thank you very much. Have you somewhat fallen into a schedule with our new life? Yes. Well, my husband is making me one, and he loves it. It's amazing. Like, I think he's super attracted to me when I follow it, too. With his regimented schedule for you? Yeah. Every night before we go to bed, it's like what he loves to do. He gets out a notebook and he makes a graph and then we fill it in. Oh, you're turning me on. Stop.

Yeah. I know. Him and I speak the same language. I know. Some people will probably get in bed and do other things. That's what he does. No, I meant to it. And when we wake up in the morning, he's like, okay, remember the schedule we made last

night? And then we go over it. And then throughout the day he checks on me because, again, we're together through all of it. But it is, I get it. It's essential right now and it's the only way that we can survive this. Yeah, the time's weird. Eating for me is weird, and I was reading the story about eating, because I'm just eating at random times, because I'm home all the time. I'm around food all the time, which my strength and my life is keeping myself away from things. And so when we had s'm smores the other night, not something I would normally do, but I go, you know what, I've been working hard, working on my fitness, I'm going to have smores. Amy and you and your kids came over. Kayla made them. She made this crazy smores platter. But then the next morning, I woke up and had like four more smores because they were in the house, right? And I shouldn't have had them

at night, like nine of them, and then I had four more the next morning. Not even cooked, Amy, that were cold s'mores. I just took the stuff and crashed it all together. So then I told Caitlin, I said, hey, I can't have this stuff around. And she doesn't want to waste because she's not a waster at all, so she hides it. Well, I knew she hid it, so I found it that afternoon, ate it again. Oh, my God. And she was like, what are you, were you a bloodhound?

She hid it in the laundry room behind some extra sheets that I keep in case, like the dog pees on the bed or something. How did you find it? I don't know. I just knew where it was. Were you looking for it? Well, yeah, yeah, of course. I was looking. But I still knew where it was. I found it in like two minutes. So, because I just thought to myself, if I were smores, where would I go hide? And I found them and I ate them again.

So they're in the house again. I should probably not chase them down, but I probably will. But it's just there's food everywhere and not even good food, like quarantine food for the most part. So if we have just in case we're not able to get to the grocery store. But I was reading the story about us and eating on our schedules and we're eating more than usual, and we're eating earlier than usual. People are eating lunch at around 10 or 11, again, because we're home and we're near the food, and dinner about 4.30 or 5 o'clock. And I'm eating first dinner about 5, but then there's like a second dinner that comes around 8.30 or so now,

just because I'm home. And because I'm not waking up as early as I used to, because my studio was right up the stairs. So I felt this story. They did a study of food delivery apps. And they found that prior to lockdown, food delivery apps, busiest times for dinner were around 7.30, but now has switched to 5 p.m. We're just at home. We're like, well, we're going to, ma's well-eat.

Sitting in traffic waiting to get home. There's no, if their workday's over, they're ready to eat. No, what I'm going to do. Bobby, it's fine. Your body needs calories. No, it doesn't. Even when you're at home. Yes, it does.

Don't argue with me on that. Yes, it does. And Kayla knows my vulnerable spot, too. I don't like her to touch my stomach because I feel self-conscious about it completely. And so... I think you do need to listen to my podcast. What?

The disordered eating? Yeah, my special series. No. You might. I don't think so. You'll find freedom, Bobby. But as an absolute, just public service, Amy has a podcast called Four Things with Amy Brown,

and Amy had an eating disorder for a long time. A real life went. Mine, it's not a disorder. kid, I can control it, but I love s'mores. Like, I would knock down a wall if I know s'm behind a wall in my house. But anyway, Amy has a podcast where you actually talk about your real life eating disorder. Yeah, from when I was a teenager to being without it, but not thinking I was without it for many years. And then it coming back after my mom died, like lots of just different, you never know how trauma affects the brain. And, but it's not just my story.

there's other people and then experts that we brought on that help guide us through it. And I was joking just by listening to it, you won't find freedom. But our hope was that people wouldn't feel alone. And maybe it'll lead them to get some help so they get freedom. I don't feel like I'm like this if I'm not, if I'm by myself and don't have TV. I have a girlfriend I have to impress. I still have to impress her. I know, but you should be okay with your stomach.

Never have been. Never have been. When I was 11, I had these bones come out of top of my shoulder. Because I was so skinny that I wouldn't take my shirt off and go to the jump in the pool. I jumped in with a shirt on. And because I was just so embarrassed. And that wasn't about eating disorder. I just don't like me sometimes in a lot of ways and not just about my body.

And Ramundo is in our glass room. He's one that has the big board in front of him and runs all the sounds here. Ramundo, you were going to get married October 24th. Has Corona stepped in at all and made you change or think you might have to change? It has a little bit.

We've been discussing. We want it obviously to be in October because that's the plans. But we haven't done fittings. We haven't done tastings. There are site visits that haven't been able to go down. There's so much stuff. And we haven't even sent out save the dates or take an engagement pick. So it has been tossed around, possibly.

an April wedding. You know what's interesting is I never thought about all the stuff that was the early part. I thought, well, October, sure, it'll be open by then. You just go right to it. But you're right, there are so many things that are supposed to happen right before it if you want to have a wedding that way, right? Yep. And we had this designer lady.

We were supposed to pick out this stuff. Do you have to do months ahead of time? Still haven't done that. So it's like a laundry list of things that we're behind on. Can we still do October? Yeah, but I am just saying we're kind of thinking, maybe push it to next year, 2021. Who is the one leading the charge on pushing it?

You or her? My fiance, she said she's totally comfortable since we're in April now. She goes, this is a nice time period. It's not too high here in Nashville. It wouldn't, it would almost be weather-wise, very similar. And we just feel like it's going to be crazy. Everything keeps getting pushed back. CMA awards, ACM awards, kind of close to our wedding.

So we go, what if we just shoot it even farther than that, kind of like all these other award shows and sporting events, and all this other stuff is doing. Everybody's pushing back. Why not push back to wedding? It's funny. Ramondo says everything's getting pushed back and just mentions two award shows.

He goes, listen, ACM, CMAs. Would you guys just get married and then have a wedding or a big party later on? Because if you wanted to get married, you could just do that, but just you two, right? Correct.

We waited seven years. What's another year? Stuff? Yeah. All right, all right. A lot of people were asking what the update was. So as of right now, It's still going off in October, but you've now started to talk about April.

Possibly. Amy, anything you want to tell him? Any advice you want to give Ray Mundo about this? No, I mean, I think if they're comfortable with that, I mean, we're going to support your wedding no matter what. Like, if that's what y'all feel best to do, as a bride right now, just everything would feel so weird, not knowing what to do. Yeah. A good luck, Raimundo. Yeah, thank you.
