What do you have going on this weekend? supposed to have soccer tonight
Starting point is 00:02:58 but that's I think that that's totally canceled so I've been texting about it trying to figure out what to do Is it a real thing that when the weather changes you get sick or is that just a grommaw's tail? No. Because again I woke up this morning in my throat was just razor blades
Starting point is 00:03:11 Like right now it hurts really bad But it's like why in an overnight Would it all happen? How is that not a thing Your body temperature changes right? Like you have to adjust Your body temperature changes Give me a break
Starting point is 00:03:22 Or stuff gets stirred up I don't know Again stirred up What does that even mean? Well, I don't know what's bothering your throat. If it's allergies are like a sickness, but absolutely stuff gets, allergies get stirred up. But I just had allergies. Well, you know what?
Starting point is 00:03:34 Morgan number two's mind was blown yesterday to because I was telling her about mold. And she's just like, how does mold get to you? It was like because it. You breathe it. Yeah. Yeah. Like, so when it rains a lot, like the mold. Like it has been raining?
Starting point is 00:03:44 Yeah, it's a lot. Go ahead. And the moldy in like nature. And then the rain lifts it all up when it hits. I just don't believe anything anymore. Ever. Have you had your house checked for anything? All fake news.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Everything's fake news. Did you see my air conditioner filter that I hadn't changed in like two years? I posted on Instagram. Like, check that. Mine was black. That's so gross. Oh, yeah, that's so gross. People get really sick that way.
Starting point is 00:04:09 Even with mold in their house, like sometimes people will have like chronic diseases and they don't know what the heck caused it. And then they move out of their house. There's a whistle in their kidney. No, listen, they move. All they did was move and their life gets drastically better. And they realize it's because they had mold in their home. Yeah, I mean, that's like a one in a million. story, though. It happens. It happens. It's twice.
Starting point is 00:04:27 It is not. It is. Okay, stop downplaying it. It's true. It's true. What's true? You can't just yell. It's true. This is why fake news on Facebook is such a thing. I'm saying it's true that it happens. I don't want to downplay it. Like, people might be thinking what's wrong with me right now and then boom, they go check their house and they realize it's something growing. Being sick
Starting point is 00:04:43 sucks though, huh? If I can be sick in an environment that's, I can just lay in bed and watch Netflix and eat food, it sucks, but it's when I have to be sick and, like, go perform. Because people have paid money to watch me and I don't feel good. Like in Iowa, my allergies were so bad, I was at 20% voice. And I was like, I have to go out and nail this because they just paid 50 bucks a ticket. Yeah. Is how much your tickets are? Yeah, for those casino shows. Oh, okay, yeah. I didn't know. I was curious the other day. Why does the casino show make sense?
Starting point is 00:05:13 I don't know. Why does that make sense more than it? Because it's true. Because it's true. That's what they say. Casino tickets are more. Well, I don't know. Like it's seem, or those more, is it into me? I don't know. I have no idea why I said that. Stop asking so many questions. Sorry. I'm just wondering. I think they're like $35. In a big theater and they go up. Are casinos more intimate?
Starting point is 00:05:33 No, but casinos are just, they charge more. People walk into a casino and you're expected. The expectation of money, yeah. I guess somewhere in the back of my brain I was thinking casinos just seem to be more expensive. So that's why I said that makes sense. And you did. And I did. I was looking at the Facebook story yesterday about the anti-vax.
Starting point is 00:05:51 They're not going to let any anti-vaccation stuff anymore because it's all just people. like creating these stories and putting them on Facebook and that people are believing it like no vaccinations for the kids because I saw it and Facebook's like we're not and YouTube's taking it down
Starting point is 00:06:05 they're like we can't allow this anything that's up about vaccinations well not anything but they don't vaccinate because everyone has their theories right a lot of people have their theories on why not to yes the theories that why not to
Starting point is 00:06:17 are often which I just read created by these people that are trolling and like by these Russian troll houses. What about Jenny McCarthy? Again, who knows what she got?
Starting point is 00:06:28 But again, you're talking about Jenny McCarthy versus every doctor. I'm just asking. Yeah, again, I don't know where she got her information. But you're talking about that versus, it's like three doctors versus 10,000. Do you ever think like when, like, in the last couple weeks I was sick, but then I turn on the radio and everyone else on the radio sounds sick and then you turn on the TV and the news people sound sick. Do you ever think like sometimes like, maybe they're all trying to get us and they're
Starting point is 00:06:50 like trying to put something in the air? Like, we're all getting sick at the same time. Like, that's scary. I don't, but no. No, I don't think that. But I do, but also some people can take a vaccination and get sick from it, but the same amount of people are also getting sick from their houses like Amy's talking about. Like, it is a thing.
Starting point is 00:07:06 Yes, it's true. Right. Thank you. There have been like 11 people out of 1000 million who have reacted wrongly to a vaccination. But like measles are popping up places, mumps. Things they should have wiped out completely. Yellow fever, lock jaw. This kid had to go to court to fight his mom.
Starting point is 00:07:23 because his mom was like, don't vaccinate, and he went vaccinated himself. Oh, and that was the whole story in the news. Dang. She got it from Facebook. That's where she got her information from. Anyway, I was reading that. I got my phone up, looking all the stories I did look at.
Starting point is 00:07:35 That's what's the news all the time. It bums me out. And then I go over and I watch The Office. It's pretty much it. Balance. Yeah, I just watch both. I watched the Michael Jackson documentary. The second half of that, it's tough.
Starting point is 00:07:47 I'd recommend you not watch that. I know, but I feel like I should just to know what's up. but what do you want to know like well i'm i'm curious about it i get that it's going to be hard to watch and then it's dark but i watch that i again there's no mystery he's dead too so it's not like he's going to have any rebuttal okay i guess i'm just curious what these guys are saying michael jackson molested him and very graphically that's what did they say and and so you watch this it goes in a detail of everything i don't want to know that stuff there's one of the moms is like i don't even want to know exactly what happened to my kid oh they don't talk to their moms anymore problem
Starting point is 00:08:22 with me is when I watch stuff like that. I think about it for weeks and weeks and weeks and just like I just don't want that in my head. Yeah. What else I have over here? Do you guys screenshot things to talk about? I thought I do all the time. No. Oh, you don't? No, like you see something on the phone and you screenshot. Yeah, and then I texted or email it to myself. I got a throw back Thursday picture from someone yesterday. They tagged me on on Instagram. Dude, you guys see this picture. It's me in the year 2000. Look at this. Oh, I did see this. I have a goatee. I'm wearing a pager. Dude, you're wearing a hat?
Starting point is 00:08:54 Like, you have a pager! Are you? Oh, the braided belt. My t-shirts tucked in. I have in like a, I get some kind of necklace. Yeah, the chel, pucashell necklaces. Bo, this is great. Your pants are baggy.
Starting point is 00:09:08 You would never wear. I'm going to post that next Thursday on TBT. You would never wear pants like that anymore. I mean, not, maybe they came back in style, but dude, this is like, look at that. Your legs are not touching those jeans inside. They're so big. But that was the style then. I love that you're wearing the hat, too.
Starting point is 00:09:25 It's like a hat that you pull. It's like a... It's like a sailor hat. Like a fisherman's hat. Yes, yes, maybe. A fisherman's hat's good. It's a fisherman's hat. The sideburns are long.
Starting point is 00:09:37 Oh my gosh. Dude, and I bet you thought you look so cool. What? Who are you right there? That's so funny. I was 20-year-old Bobby. I know. Let me look at some 20-year-old Amy pictures.
Starting point is 00:09:48 And who are you? I know. I would say the same thing about myself. Don't worry. That goatee is rocking hard, though, huh? That's awesome. Rocking hard. And it's funny that people are smoking in this restaurant.
Starting point is 00:10:00 Like, how disgusting were we, where people smoked? First of all, people, I don't know why people would start smoking right now anyway. Like right now, when we know everything that we know and it's disgusting, why would you start smoking? Why do 20 and 30-year-old smoke right now? Yeah, I don't know. I get why 40- and 50-year-old smoke. Because they're hooked. It was a little more accepted than.
Starting point is 00:10:18 You didn't know all the bad things about it. It was cooler. Why you would smoke? Now, so disgusting. I got this thing in my house that does my body reading. Do you see that? No. I have a thing that you get on the scale.
Starting point is 00:10:34 Okay, what does it tell you? It tells you everything. Everything about his body. Oh, this is the cool scale you were talking about. How does it know that your body fat? It spins you around and shoots lasers on you. Wait, that's you? Yeah, that's me.
Starting point is 00:10:44 Dang, dude, that's like a statue of you. Yeah, I know. And my glasses are on my head. I move my head in the middle. You can see it there. You wear tidy witties? You have to. Those aren't tidy witties.
Starting point is 00:10:52 These are tight boxer briefs. And I just rolled them out my legs because they almost want you naked so they can really tell. So it may be a trick just to get you naked. Hey, dude, like, listen. They scan you. Listen, I'm not like, that's a good body, man. Like, if they put that statue up, like you look like David there. David, Gresh.
Starting point is 00:11:11 The statue of David. David. Oh, David. David. David. David. David. The philosopher.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Is that what he was? The guy with the penis. That dude. And even that picture. Dude, you should put that picture up. Well, I posted on my answer. That should be your profile. You're on that app.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Put that picture up. I'm a little heavy for me. I was a little embarrassed putting out that I weighed 161. What? It should be about 157. Oh, my. 158. Did you do that at night or in the morning?
Starting point is 00:11:37 In the midday, like afternoon, like 3 p.m. Dude, you should be proud of that one. That looks good. Oh, thanks, buddy. Like, if you were a statue, that's what you would look like. We've determined that you think I'm a good statue. I appreciate that. It's not bad.
Starting point is 00:11:50 That's it. we're going to get out of here. Short post-show pre-shift today. Lunchbox is not here. Has anyone talked to lunchbox? Is you okay? Well, they said he had the flu yesterday, and they said he's still not coming in today
Starting point is 00:12:01 because he's contagious. I was like, yeah, if you have the flu, it takes about three, four, or five days. He should be in Monday as of now. And he's going to give us some excuse, like, I wasn't the flu. Right. Why do people do that when they're sick?
Starting point is 00:12:12 Well, the traditional thing is to go allergies. But I actually have allergies right now because it's a difference. When I'm sick, I know it's. But everybody's like, it's allergies. And you end up catching their disease. because they're allerging it. There we go.
Starting point is 00:12:24 We're good to go with this Friday, March 8th show. Appreciate it. See you guys in about 10 seconds when we start this morning. Folks, it's your buddy and mine. Mr. Bobby Bones. Let me go. I've got a big one today. Marin Morris will be in because she got a new record out today.
Starting point is 00:12:50 The dance parties. Lunchbox is not here. He's sick. He says he never gets, he doesn't get a flu shy because he never gets the flu. I'm being told he has a flu. Oh, gosh. Now, you may come back and be like, I wasn't the flu. But, yeah, no lunchbox today.
Starting point is 00:13:04 So Eddie will be doing Bonehead. I'm ready. Morgan number two, will do it. Tell me something good. Let's do it. By the way, morning, studio. Morning. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:13:11 Sorry about that. Let's go to Ben in Indiana. Hey, Ben, what's happening, bud? Hey, Bobbi, so good to talk to you. Yeah, good to talk to you, man. What's going on? Just heard here, finding the emoji love song again. Hopefully you can hear me.
Starting point is 00:13:21 I'm driving an 18-wheeler. Anyways, we were taking a road trip. We took a little vacation from Chicago to drove to Connecticut, up to see New York and Beck, and we heard the emoji love song. We listened on the podcast, and my kids were singing in the back. It was so awesome. Oh, they like that, huh? They love all your guys' songs. Oh, thanks. Well, listen, a little band called The Raging Idiots. Got a song called The Emoji Love Song. We got that We got. We got a little ditty we wrote.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Yeah, thanks. I appreciate that. How many kids you got? Big Head Bobby. They look big head Bobby. Oh, it's her big kid song. Yeah. A ballad of a big head. What's your, how many kids you got? I got three, a seven-year-old son, a five-year-old daughter, and a three-year-old girl, too. Wow. Packed house. That's our audience, too.
Starting point is 00:14:11 Hey, thanks. Have a good day, man. Hey, you too. See you, man. Be safe out there. I was reading the story about parenting, Amy. You have two kids. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:14:23 11 and 8. Yep. Here you go. If you want to swear, or even if you don't swear, but you, you know, they're like, oh, what do I say? And there are kids around. Here are the words that parents use mostly. Ready? Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:35 Number five. Can I get a drum roll, please? Thank you. Oh, cheeses. Instead of, oh, Jesus. Okay. Cheez-its or cheeses? Oh, cheeses.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Okay. Number four. Fire truck. Oh. Fire. Instead of what? Yeah. No, we're not going.
Starting point is 00:14:58 We're not saying things they say. Sugar. Oh. Okay. Oh, got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Shut the front door. Nice. Okay. And the number one thing parents yell when they don't want to say a curse word is, what the frog? Frog. I'm going to do that one. It's a frog. Yeah, there you go.
Starting point is 00:15:15 Lindsay and Virginia, welcome to the show. Hi, how are you guys? What's going on? Nothing, just driving to work. Well, what can I do for you? I just want to say I'm a first-time caller, and I work two jobs, and I love to tell me something good because it just reminds me of, all the good in the world and everything when I work too pretty demanding jobs. Well, thanks a lot.
Starting point is 00:15:37 I appreciate that. 55 after every hour during the show, we do that segment just to kind of remind people, hey, there's some good stuff going on, which, by the way, if you want to help out anyone that's listening, all of our Pimp and Joy stuff is helping out the victims of the Alabama tornadoes. So just go to bobbybones.com. We don't keep any of the money unless you can find ways you can donate yourself or if you want a cool shirt with a great message and you also want to give back, just go to bobbybones.com.
Starting point is 00:16:01 all of our Pimp and Joy stuff. Proceeds go on to the tornado relief in Alabama and a little bit of Georgia over there. So, appreciate that call. Lindsay, hope you have a good morning. Man, got a big show. Might as well get started.
Starting point is 00:16:14 You know, some say yesterday show is disappointing, but today's not so much. They said that? No, no. What the frog? What the... Shut the front door. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:22 Son of a biscuit. Oh, that's a good one, Amy. Hope it's your buddy and mine. Mr. Bobby Bones. Let's go. Transmitting across America. This is the Bobby Bones Over to Amy with the Morning Corny
Starting point is 00:16:39 The Morning Corny. The Morning Corny. Why do hummingbirds hum? Why do hummingbirds hum? Because they don't know the words. Yo, you like that one? I like that one. All right, there we go.
Starting point is 00:16:53 There you go. That was the Morning Corny. Stop crushing candy. Make the switch to best fiends. Hey, it's Bobby. bones. Tell you about the five-star rate of puzzle game, it just gets better. It's better than all the other puzzle games.
Starting point is 00:17:09 Don't miss out. Best Fiends is not your average puzzle game, and once you play it, I think you will agree. Trust me, when I say Best Fiends, it's just fun. Use your brain, solve thousands of fun puzzles, collect tons of characters. If you're sick of playing the same old puzzle game, or you want to try something new, go download Best Fiends right now. There's no other game like it, if I can't convince you. Maybe the 90 million downloads of Best Fiends will.
Starting point is 00:17:34 There's a reason why Best Fiends has this many downloads. Once you play it, you're going to love it. It's one of the reasons we love it. We play it on the show. Best Fiends, you don't need Wi-Fi to play. Perfect for traveling. Download Best Fiends for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Today. That's Best Fiends.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Friends Without the R. Best Fiends, stop crushing that candy and play a game that I think you'll love. And we love here on the show. Best Fiends. The Friday Morning Conversation with Marron Morris. coming in the studio right now. There she is. Marin Morris, everybody. Hey, look
Starting point is 00:18:08 at this. Good to see you, Mary. What else? You too. Yeah, we keep multiplying. I know. Every time you come with, like, seven new people. You good? I'm good. How are you? I'm good. But a big day for you. Finally. Yeah. I feel like every day
Starting point is 00:18:23 leading up to it has been the slowest day of my life. But it's here. Yeah, is it more excitement, anxious? Do you watch the, like, online? See people are saying about it? Like when do you kind of get into that mix of things? I mean, I think I had anxiety, but now I just have this huge sense of relief that this thing we've been holding on to for so long is not just ours anymore. It's everyone's. So that's a
Starting point is 00:18:50 good feeling. And the response, you know, this entire lead-up to the record has been so positive and yeah, it's all good things. Everybody was looking forward to it. Like it's just generally a really anticipated piece of music, which is cool. It says a lot about you. Like, people root for you. Thank you. Thank you. Do you feel that? Do you feel like everybody's rooting for you? Yeah, I honestly, well, especially in this community, I feel very embraced by the Nashville peeps. And then, yeah, I just, I've seen such a crazy windfall of, I guess people being aware of my voice, especially after the middle. And just,
Starting point is 00:19:33 I feel like everything's been so widespread now. And obviously your second record is scary because, you know, no one really knew who I was when I released Hero. So there's a few more eyes on it this time around. But it feels great. Honestly, I'm so proud of it. I don't think you can be embarrassed or nervous about something that you truly love and are proud of. And I think that I'm just in a good place.
Starting point is 00:20:00 You know the saying you have your whole life to write your first record. in like a year to write your second. Yeah, I took three, but, I mean, it felt like a year. Let me play one of these songs. This is all my favorite people. You can listen if you want to hear. Yeah, I should be. This is with Brothers Osborne.
Starting point is 00:20:15 Yeah. And so tell me about this song right here. Tell me about that one. Is that John playing guitar? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's me. Yeah, he did that in like one take.
Starting point is 00:20:46 Yeah, that song I wrote with Ryan, actually, and it just felt like such a, like you can sit with us party song where it's not like, we're the cool guys and you're over here. This was a very inclusive come party with us type of song, and it's very trashy. And it felt like I was going back to Texas in my like Texas roots on this one. And obviously, you know, TJ's voice is so distinct. You know, the second he starts singing that second verse,
Starting point is 00:21:14 I just get chills because his voice is so deep and just fits the song so well. And I mean, it's called all my favorite people, so I obviously had to put some of my favorite people on it, and I'm glad that they agreed. What's the vibe when you and your husband write together now? It's always been similar. You know, that's how we met.
Starting point is 00:21:35 So I think we're never going into the right being like, okay, so is this for your project or mine? We just go in to try to write. Oh, you don't. You don't go in and go, we're going to write something for me today. No, I mean, I guess, yeah, we just try to write a good song and whether it works for his project or mine
Starting point is 00:21:52 or some other artists, we just want to, that's how we've always functioned is kind of be a team player. Marin Morris is here. Album's out today. Let's do this one. A song for everything. It's a good one. One of the writers on the song,
Starting point is 00:22:28 Laura Veltz, came over to my house and did the podcast. I listened to it. I loved her. And she's like a close friend of you guys. Yeah. She's fantastic. She's fantastic.
Starting point is 00:22:36 Yeah, that's right. Yeah. she's the best. I just saw her. I wrote a lot of this record with her and Jimmy Robbins. We wrote that on the road when I was opening for Sam Hunt. They came out for a weekend and we just started reminiscing and getting super nostalgic. Like what was your favorite high school band? And we're like, Coldplay. Teenage Dream was the best song of all time. And so we were getting really name-droppy nostalgic. And we realized, I think we're writing something. And we just put all of these kind of totem poles of memory artists in this song because that's the stuff
Starting point is 00:23:14 that really brings you back are those mixtapes and mixed CDs that got you through what you thought was the end of the world. And so it's like a really nostalgic but fun song. Let me say on Monday, Marron's IHeart Radio album release party will be live. I'll be up in New York with you. We're doing that. So you can watch it for free on the official YouTube page, Monday, March 11th at 8,000. P.m. Pacific, 5 p.m. Eastern. That's not right. That's not right.
Starting point is 00:23:41 8 p.m. Eastern, 5 p.m. Pacific would be what it is. So, yeah. Three hour. Yeah, it's three. I can't do math. Yeah, I guess with this record, you go to a lot of press, huh? Yeah. I mean, it's definitely ramped up. But that's like when I feel like I'm working. I like the work part of that. I like doing promo. I love doing like Jimmy Fallon and Ellen and all of those things. I really just love performing. So those are fun things for me. What's that like right
Starting point is 00:24:09 before you go on to perform on like an Ellen? Because you're sitting there, are you behind that screen? Are you behind a curtain? Are you listening to the producers run around? Like what's the difference doing one song and then going and, you know, doing a four or five or even a show? Like in preparation?
Starting point is 00:24:25 Ellen is a West Coast show. So I think it's a little bit more space because in New York everything's like a closet. But it's also an afternoon show. It's like a daytime show. So Ellen is super laid back and you can kind of, you don't have to get up at 4 in the morning.
Starting point is 00:24:44 You can just relax into your day. And I did it for my first record and then also with Zed last year. And I, yeah, I really love her so much. I love her show. Fallon is a little bit more nerve-wracking for me, at least in my experience, because you're performing. There's no curtain, really. Not that at least I remember, but you're performing and the roots are sitting right there because they're the house band. So Questlove is just watching you perform.
Starting point is 00:25:15 And that's nerve-wracking for sure. But also, Jimmy Fallon is so nice. Yeah, I'm excited to be doing all these things again. Marin Morris is here. Her record is out today. There's so much. Let's play a game. Marin's here.
Starting point is 00:25:30 Let's do, I'll give you two items. You tell me which one you pick. This or that. You ready? Cinnamon toast crunch or Lucky Charms. They're so good, both of them. Lucky Charms. Do you say stuffing or dressing?
Starting point is 00:25:44 I say stuffing. Really? Yeah. What do you say, Amy? I think I say both, honestly, but I lean more towards stuffing. Who's making the stuffing? Yeah, if I think of it in the context of like, it's Thanksgiving, who's got the stuffing, I'd say stuffing. I would say dressing.
Starting point is 00:25:58 Yeah. I wonder. We're both from Texas. Yeah, maybe that's it. Do you call it a shopping cart or a buggy? A shopping cart. Are you may call the buggy here? No.
Starting point is 00:26:08 Nobody calls it a buggy? A trolley. What's worse? Laundry or dishes? Dishes. I hate old food. Yeah. You know, I don't take pictures.
Starting point is 00:26:17 I try not take picture with food in it. Like, if I sit around on the table and I'll take a picture. I won't take a picture with like gross half-eaten food in a picture. No. That's a weird pet peeve of mine. And I'm not one of those people that can't have their foods touching each other. But I definitely, if I'm done eating, Ryan, like he laughs at me every time we're at, like, dinner. I put a napkin over the plate, so I don't have to look at it anymore.
Starting point is 00:26:39 Yeah, rest in peace. I'm done with you. And I won't continue eating it, so it's just, it's covered. Oh, that's a good way to. It looks cleaner. Yeah. And they know to pick it up. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:26:48 When I had waited tables, I hated when I would awkwardly go and try to grab someone's plate and think they were done. And they were like, no, no, no, I'm not done. You're like, oh, I'm so sorry. Yeah. There goes part of my tip. Did you ever look at them sometimes and be like, are you sure? Like, there's like nothing.
Starting point is 00:27:00 Are you sure? I would just feel so stupid because I would grab the plate. and be like, well, I guess we're done here, because you wanted to go in, get your business on and get out of their way. Exactly. How about the office or friends? Don't make me choose. I know. I would say I watch the office more now.
Starting point is 00:27:17 I mean, they both have such re-watchability, but when I, like, go to bed or I need something comforting, I put the office on. Amy just started it for the first time. I did. Yeah. I'm so jealous. I don't know what season I'm on because it just kind of rolls, but I just watched, I made it to Scotts tots. and I was like, Ryan cannot watch that episode.
Starting point is 00:27:36 I love Scott's Todd. That's my favorite episode. Ryan has to skip it because it makes him cringe so much. Oh, see, that doesn't bother me, but for years I've heard Bobby, you know, proclaim that that's like his favorite episode. How? And when I got to it, awful.
Starting point is 00:27:49 It's so awful. I love, I love to be, just to feel anything. Period. And that makes me, I watch a show and go, just to feel something. I have a joke that I do, I don't do it as much anymore. My stand-up act.
Starting point is 00:28:04 That I make people feel really awkward, not to laugh, but what I'll do is I'll go out. So I don't know my biological father. And I'll go, hey, I just got that fringe you should know to have on Facebook. It recommended my biological father. I said, except I don't. And they'll sit and think about that and go, oh, that's awkward. And then I'll go, I like to an impression of my biological father now. Then I walk off stage.
Starting point is 00:28:25 And again, nobody laughs, but it's that feeling. I just walk off. We'll see, that's like very British humor. seeming to me. So maybe that's why you like the really cringe office episodes. I love the cringe. Because if you've watched the British office,
Starting point is 00:28:41 every episode is like a Scotts Dodds where it's just so cringy. Yeah. It's not as like light and bubbly as some of the other episodes. But that's hilarious because Ryan cannot watch it. He'll leave the room. Like The Exorcist was on or something. Since we're talking TV, I know you love The Bachelor. And have you heard that Bobby might be...
Starting point is 00:29:01 No, no, no. No, that's not true. Okay, stop. We talked to all this for a second at the Trubodore. Okay, so what would do you think he would make a good bachelor? Do you think he should do it? Because you're a fan. Yeah, I've been watching all season, making Ryan watch it as well.
Starting point is 00:29:18 Yeah, I think you would, but I don't know if you would think you would. I think I would be, I don't. But some people have 25 women that you have. But you're good at talking. So I feel like you could get in with each one of them. on the first rose night and really make a great calculated decision. But I would go in thinking every single person is there just to get famous. Or I'd be worried they would want to leave the show as soon as they got out of the limo.
Starting point is 00:29:45 Which a lot of people have voluntarily left the show this season. But that was to see, I mean, you can relate to Colton. Yeah. No, I really can't. He's like ripped. If Chris Harrison ever decided, like, I think I'm done, I've done 8,000 seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, would you want to be the host? No.
Starting point is 00:30:03 I wouldn't host it. I'm not even, I don't think I'm going to be on it. Bobby, never say never. And I feel like you would respect Maron's yes or no. And she basically said that. We talked, yeah, we did talk about this, didn't we? Ryan Sean. At the Trubador. I think you would make a great bachelor. I just think that you probably wouldn't think you would. I don't think I would be, I would go, do these girls? They're going to, I would be the worst looking bachelor ever on that show. Because they get really attractive dudes. Well, and you are like in the industry. Like, I think if you were the bachelor or Amy. you were the Bachelorette, you've watched the season, so you know the games people play, it's a competition, and you've also been around, you know, famous people. So you'd probably be able to detect who was false and who was really there for love. I can't even do that in my real life, much less a TV show. Bobby Bones, fantasy suites. Yeah, what would that be?
Starting point is 00:30:57 I mean, what would be in my fantasy suite? Oh, gosh, I don't know. A gym? some books. All right, gather around girls. Let's play another song from Marin's new record. This is one that's been out for a bit. This is The Bones. Nothing's ever gonna move it when the bones are good. The rest don't matter. Yeah, the pain could peel. The glass could shatter. Let it rain.
Starting point is 00:31:24 Man, this one's been doing great. Like, streaming and selling. It's a really good song. Thanks. It's got to be cool to see it like taken well too, huh? Thank you. Yeah, it's been crazy. That song was like a friend and family favorite when I would play people my songs, they'd be like, oh, play the bones again. And I laughed at your comment where you were like, is this song about me? Yeah, she posted the, uh, the track list. The bones. I'm trying to do a better job. Can this be your walkout music for your comedy shows? It's a little serious. That's true. It's a little. Okay, it could be your post show song. I'll walk off to the bones. It'll be a reflective moment. I did comment. I'm trying to comment more on
Starting point is 00:32:03 people's Instagram pages. That's my New Year's resolution. to ex... Because I just take it all in and don't pay it back. I don't like that many comments. Yeah. I don't write. So it's funny you brought that up.
Starting point is 00:32:13 I'm trying. You are. And I've noticed... Thank you. I noticed the comments and the likes and... Ryan will be on... Ryan was at a bar at 3 p.m. during the middle of the day. Did you know that?
Starting point is 00:32:26 Yesterday? No, like earlier. Last week or so? Maybe he saw him is why. Well, no, I didn't see him, but my son was riding around the neighborhood as Captain America. protecting, keeping, you know, the neighborhood's safe.
Starting point is 00:32:38 And then I put it on Instagram and then I get a DM from Ryan. And he's like, I'm literally sitting at a bar and I just saw him like scoot by on his scooter as Captain America with his shield. Oh my gosh. And he's like, I already feel safer. And then I looked down it. It was like 2.45, 3 p.m. And I'm like, that's the life. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:55 That's the songwriter drinking schedule. Because you wrap up your right at like two and then you go get a celebratory drink. Oh, nice. Let me ask you about, I was walk the Grammys and you were up singing with Dolly and Miley, that whole thing. Is that nerve-wracking to you to hop up there on that stage with, one, with Dolly Parton? Yeah. It was because I knew that Dolly was also, like, close with Miley. Like, she's her godmother.
Starting point is 00:33:22 So I kind of felt like I was the one coming in and didn't really know them as well. And so when I showed up to rehearsal, Dolly immediately just put her arm around me. We jumped right into the song. She made me feel very, you know, deserving to be there. And it's Dolly Parton. She's immediately just warm and making jokes. And it made me feel like, okay, I can do this. And then it was just such a cool moment in the show.
Starting point is 00:33:49 It was actually one of my favorite Grammy Awards. I just thought it was such a positive show. Oh, the whole show. I did too. The whole show. Yeah. I thought Alicia did so great at hosting. All the performances were just like top-notch.
Starting point is 00:34:01 I love how many women were featured. It was just a really positive show. I really liked it. I thought that Janelle Monet and I came back to the next day and I was like, oh, that was a whole different level of just performance. She came out playing the guitar and turned it to a dance and while she was just killing it vocally,
Starting point is 00:34:18 that was next level. And what had happened, in my, you know, last year the guy got in trouble for saying, hey, women need to step up. And so they felt like they needed to put a bunch of women up front. But then it blew everybody's mind how good it was. Right. Which was great.
Starting point is 00:34:31 I know. And so much diversity, too. And Brandy Carlisle just, I felt like I watched a star as born because people, you know, that was her first Grammys, weirdly enough. You would think that she has 10. But, yeah, she just, I just saw everyone in the crowd lose it because they'd never heard a voice like that. So it was just such a proud moment. ACM's coming up? Yeah. You're up for Vegas. You're up for female? know, when you're there and they're reading the card, does your heart flutter a bit? Or you're like, you know what, I'm good either way? Yeah, I flutter a little bit. I'm like, ooh, I have to pee. That's usually the reaction. Yeah, I feel like I'm good either way. It's never fun, like, constantly losing, but I definitely
Starting point is 00:35:18 have gotten pretty okay with the loser cam face. That's funny you have to think about that, because that's a thing. because I think naturally, if you go, hey, Bobby, you didn't win, whatever it is. I would go, oh, you know, you're like, just for a second. But you can't do that even briefly because the camera's right on you. Right. And the people that try to make a joke of it or whatever, they end up looking like they're pissed. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:46 And I also really like that they changed it from female vocalist to female artist. I didn't even know that was a change. Is that really the thing? Because that thing has always weirded me out because it's my. not about who's a better singer. I think that category is honestly about who had the biggest year because you could, that's so subjective, like, who's the better singer. So I like that the ACMs changed it to female artist and male artist instead of vocalist. You know what? I like that too. I didn't even know that was the thing. And I'm on the board. I guess you pay attention on those
Starting point is 00:36:16 meetings. Good job, Bobby. I know. I go in, I've been working all day. You're good. I get sleepy. What do you do? Marin Morris is here. A girl is out. Talk about the tour. You got a lot of dates. It's like a page and a half. I was going to print it all out and we're going to run out of ink. There's so many shows. Yeah. And so you're going out, you're all over the world, huh? Is that what's world tours? Are we calling it? World tour. Yeah, not just Canada. I'm doing some Canadian festivals this summer. I'm doing some Canadian festivals this summer. I'm doing some Canadian festivals. And then my actual dates with Cassidy and Raylan are going to be in theaters. And yeah, I'm excited. It's a lot of, like, big cities and then a lot of bucket list venues I've never gotten to play. Like Terminal 5 in New York, Royal Albert Hall in London. We're kind of ending our UK run there. And then I'm doing New Zealand and Australia as well headlining.
Starting point is 00:37:15 So, yeah, it's in Europe. So it's going to be, it's a long tour, but it's like hitting all my favorite places. Marin Morris is here, and congratulations on the record coming out today. Super cool. Everybody's been waiting for it. So happy. It's out. I've kept myself from listening to it,
Starting point is 00:37:32 even though I've had about six of your people go, here's the record. I always wait until the actual day so I can list it with my listeners. Good for you. Because I don't ever want to be too cool. Because I'm not in any other way, so I don't want to be too cool musically either.
Starting point is 00:37:42 So I'm going to listen to all the other stuff today. Can't wait. I'm super excited about it. And then I'll see. I'll like, yeah. What about text you? I was like, you know what man, you could have done better.
Starting point is 00:37:50 How weird would that call be? Yeah. Right. This one could have been a bonus track. Maybe I had a banjo on track four next time. But I'm really excited to listen to it today. Thank you. And good luck and we'll see you Monday for the IHart Radio Theater in New York.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Yes, I'm excited. And yeah, we'll see you soon. Everybody check out the record. It's out today. Marin Morris and go see you around the road to all the dates are at your website, right? Yes. Marin Morris.com. That's it.
Starting point is 00:38:14 And we'll see you soon, Mary. Bye-bye. Bye. It's a Bobby Bones show. So the big story is that young people are leaving Facebook, but the other story is that all of them are going to Instagram. It's the same company. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:25 Like, we told you, Facebook is a loser, but they're staying inside of Facebook. So, yeah, 17 million young adults in the U.S. have quit Facebook the last two years, but that same amount has gone to Instagram. Listen, it's always shifting. In five years, people will be off Instagram. There was a time where we thought no one would get off Facebook or no one would get off Twitter. Yeah, it's always shifting. Eventually, it'll be some sort of Instagram where you can live picture.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Okay. I don't want to shift away from Instagram quite yet. Well, you're also 37 years old. I know, change is hard. Snapchat's blowing up again. It is. Yeah, yeah, very, very young. I have this list of celebrities
Starting point is 00:39:00 with the most kids, which I thought was pretty crazy. And we'll go Walker Hayes first. He has six kids, right? Yeah. Our friend Walker Hayes, country music singer, six kids. Taylor Hanson has six kids. Diddy has six kids.
Starting point is 00:39:13 Then you go on up. Kevin Costner has seven kids. Rod Stewart and McJagger have eight kids each. Then we get up into the nine kid classification. Mel Gibson has nine kids. Master P has nine kids Wow Eddie Murphy has 10 kids
Starting point is 00:39:28 And so I wonder how many times You guys been married Too Yeah because I picture all in one house But that's not the case No it's probably different wives or different Whatever Girls
Starting point is 00:39:40 Baby Mamas Dogg and Valony Hunter has 12 kids They may all be with her With Beth Maybe And then DMX has 15 kids Oh probably same person Same mom
Starting point is 00:39:53 What Probably. You're being funny or no. But I was joking, clearly, probably not. Clearly, who knows? A woman gave birth to 15 babies. The doggars, how many kids they have? Do they have?
Starting point is 00:40:05 19? Yeah. So yeah. My mom had 13 brothers and sisters, so. Wow. Yeah, my grandma had 14 kids. I saw one woman who had the record for the most kids at 69 kids. That's nonstop work.
Starting point is 00:40:17 To ever give births. She had 69 kids. What? Maybe 68 kids, something like that. Over her life, the world record for most kids had 68 kids. Where does she live? Down the street for me. The Bobby Bone Show is proud to be supported by Grand Canyon University,

And I just went through all this allergy stuff. And I woke up and I was like, ugh. Is it possible they'd come back after a week? I think so.
Starting point is 00:44:56 They just show up again? Yes. Like I've already told them to go home. I fought them off. They came. They broke it in my house. I fought them off. Now they're back.
Starting point is 00:45:03 I was going to catch up on sleep all weekend because I've been like, but now I read the story. Catching up on sleep is bad for you. Quote, catching up on sleep. According to this study, trying to catch up over the weekend can lead to serious health issues. Researchers found that skimping on sleep during the week and then sleeping in on weekends,
Starting point is 00:45:20 results in eating more and gaining more weight, first of all, your hormones are all off balance, insulin, all these things. Yeah. They're probably right, but gosh, it feels so good to sleep on weekends. I know. Like, I mean, I feel like there can't be that much harm, but... Well, if you feel it, it's got to be true. Gotta watch those hormones.
Starting point is 00:45:38 In Vegas, at New York, New York, if you take any container, they'll fill it up with the Hidden Valley Ranch. They're holding a Hidden Valley Ranch. bring your own container event for National Ranch Day this Sunday. Oh wow. You can show up with any type of container
Starting point is 00:45:53 and they'll fill it to the brand with ranch dressing. They claim there's literally no limit to what they'll fill. Will barrels, bathtubs, baby pools, all fair game. It's happening outside New York, New York, Hotel, like Casino for one hour
Starting point is 00:46:04 this Sunday, 11 a.m. to noon. You can bring your items. This is not a commercial. I don't know anything about that. You have to refrigerate that though. You better get it home quick. Yeah. Somebody's going to show up with a bathtub.
Starting point is 00:46:14 That sounds so gross. Yes. All that ranch? Sounds great. Do you love ranch? I love ranch, yes. I just don't. And Hidden Valley's the OG right there.
Starting point is 00:46:22 Oh, yeah. So good. Top three condiments, ranch? It's top three, yeah. It's up there with ketchup and chickfilet sauce. Those are my top three. We've done this before, but I go mustard at one. ketchup probably at two.
Starting point is 00:46:37 And I love that Mamma Chula hot sauce. No, no, no. Chilula. Which is Lady Chilula. Mama Chula. I'm cleared on everything. That's the new number three. Here's a woman, she reports a fake murderer to get a faster response because the car was blocking her driveway.
Starting point is 00:46:53 She called the cops and said her husband had been murdered. Turns out that she only said that so they'd show up faster and tow a car that had been blocking the driveway because she couldn't get out. Oh my goodness. Hmm? Boy, that's zero to 100 real quick, huh? Yeah. Car blocking you then my husband was murdered. She was like, how can I get this to move fast?
Starting point is 00:47:10 Murder. It turned out she just claimed it wasn't true because she thought they'd show up faster and towed the car that was blocking her in. She was drunk at the time. Oh. Okay. Well, good thing she was blocked in. Goodness. She's facing a large fine and possible criminal charges for misusing an emergency number. So I saw that so much. Hello. How are you doing? I'm good. How are you? I'm good. What's your name? I'm Jenny. Hey, Jenny. Thanks for calling. What do you want to say? Oh, my daughter tries to get me to call every morning on the way to school. To tell you how much we love John dancing with stars and we'll listen to you in the car in the morning. She's nine. I appreciate that. What's her name?
Starting point is 00:47:48 Jaden. Well, tell Jaden I say hello. She there right now? Yeah, she's sitting here in the car. Don't me on speaker real quick. Okay. Jayden. Jaden? What up, you crazy nine-year-old?
Starting point is 00:48:02 Yeah, and say hi, Jayden. Hi! Hey! Hope you have a good day at school. You're going to school right now or no? Oh, yeah. We're on our way. And tomorrow, I have a choir.
Starting point is 00:48:11 She has choir tomorrow. Yeah, she's in honor choir at her elementary school. Well, do a good job. I appreciate you calling. Thank you. Bye, Jayden, see you later. See? Look at us.
Starting point is 00:48:21 Influencing the next generation. Cute. Yeah, thank you for calling the show. It's time for the good news. With Bobby. Tell me something good. Heavy snowfall in the forecast for this New Jersey community. Patrick Lanigan knew his neighbor, Natalie, would need help.
Starting point is 00:48:39 She depends on dialysis treatments. So it was up to Patrick to make sure that she'd be able to leave her house for treatment. So he woke up, some of his other seniors in school, high school got to together at 4.30m. and shoveled out her driveway so she could leave and go to dialysis. It took him a half an hour at 4.30 in the morning. They did it. She still got in. Isn't that cool? Come on. That's what's all about right there. That was Tell Me Something Good. Ray Mundo is in here, our audio producer.
Starting point is 00:49:07 And on yesterday's show, he told us that he was chilling. You were in the bed, and a bullet comes through your window. Yeah. Into your television. Almost hit your cat. Exactly. Your girlfriend's in the bathroom, she'd have been shy. She would, yep, toweled up and got out real quick. And so, as we're talking yesterday, you didn't know who had done it, right? No idea.
Starting point is 00:49:26 I mean, it could be, we weren't ruling out anybody. So what happens after you leave the show? After we leave the show, we go back. We're looking for shell casings, me and her dad. We're just pretty much combing through everything. Any kind of evidence we can find. Really found nothing. We tried to use a laser.
Starting point is 00:49:40 It's tough to do it in daylight. Track the bullet. So did the cops ever come back? Cops? They're doing their own investigation. They're honestly, they're kind of back. with some other stuff, so they do take a little bit of time. They probably go after the more serious type stuff, very, very serious stuff than us. So how did you find out what time the bullet
Starting point is 00:49:56 shot? Did you get surveillance from the apartment complex? Yep. Apartment complex on it, absolutely unbelievable. They had four cameras rolling. So what did you see in the surveillance? Surveillance cameras showed that when I was asleep, that the bullet fired, and in 15 seconds, I turned the light on in our place. What time of night? It was 6.53, and I turned the light on at 6.53 and 15 seconds. So what kind of car was it? Still trying to figure that out. Still investigating. We do have pictures of it, but it was a black and white camera,
Starting point is 00:50:28 so they're all working on that right now, yeah. And then I saw a new television. Who gave you that? Apartment complex. They said, what kind of TV you had and what was the size? And I was just like, oh, I don't know, sweetie. Just tell them we had a 50 inch. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:50:41 I don't know. They come out with a 58 inch. They're like, we don't even care if you didn't have the exact size. Here's eight more inches. I'm like, give me those eight inches. Yeah. It was awesome. A bit are they freaking out because it's their apartment complex that's being seen as one that
Starting point is 00:50:55 just randomly gets a bullet shot into it? Yep, but then that's right. And you're on the radio? Yeah. You know, good people up above always make good decisions and they handled it like within 24 hours. They fixed your window? That was fixed literally as the show was going on. The guy was sending me pictures.
Starting point is 00:51:08 Hey, here's your new window. Are you scared because of the bullet randomly coming through your window? When the bullet hole was still there, we really did get chills going in the living room. last night we were in the living room but yes again we are kind of chilled kind of freaked out but I think over time we'll be fine What's your theory as to why this happened at this point?
Starting point is 00:51:26 Honestly no theory I thought maybe a dude was shooting into the woods and it was just a random shot into a window He didn't think anybody was there The TV's on of course someone's gonna be at the place It's tough to see the TV I went and I tracked it last night in the dark And you can't really see the TV
Starting point is 00:51:39 And you really probably couldn't even see my girlfriend Unless he was higher up on a hill If he was then he saw everything but I really don't think he was. And then he did drive off in a vehicle, so that kind of changed my theory. I thought it was a dude just hunting. He would randomly shoot in the woods a little bit,
Starting point is 00:51:53 but now it's kind of weird. He had a vehicle. It kind of had a getaway car. God, that's so weird. This is so crazy. Any chance they knew you lived there and they're angry at something you have done? No chance.
Starting point is 00:52:04 An ex-girlfriend, a scorn lover? Nope. Totally random. It was just a guy that wanted to fire a gun, and they were vacant. We'd only been there a week, and he probably thought it was vacant. but there was a family there and a cat
Starting point is 00:52:16 and like everything our entire life was there so it hurt us but like we're totally awesome with this cops have been great, apartment's been great and like first 48 most important I mean we're in that window right now just dominating it but the first 48 to solve it correct we will
Starting point is 00:52:31 you think so you're gonna solve it today yeah my chick's been on the phones with investigators and they're making moves well we'll find out Monday if there's anything else yeah I can't wait all right Ciz and Ramundo appreciate that Yeah, walls are closing in. By the way, Eddie doesn't like it that he's called Raimundo,
Starting point is 00:52:47 because Raymondo's white and Eddie's Eduardo. People are mixing us up. Got a lot of nicknames, you know? Yeah. But country music's youngest historian. Yeah, that's the one that liked the most. Yeah, thank you very much. The Bobby Bones show.
Starting point is 00:53:01 On this day in country music. 1980. On this day, 39 years ago, Willie Nelson has the number one song with my heroes have always been cowboys. been cowboys He was not the first artist to record this though
Starting point is 00:53:20 Waylon was No I didn't know that My heroes have always been cowboys This song was used as the wake-up call for the astronauts on the Space Shuttle Endeavor in 1993 I love that
Starting point is 00:53:33 Yeah right, it's cool huh That's such a cool fact The heroes Have always been cowboys That's right they sure Gosh I love Willie I love Willie too man And they still are
Starting point is 00:53:44 There you go 1980, 39 years ago That's the number one song of country music The Bobby Bones show On this day in country music You guys know I think Nickelback gets a raw deal, right? Now I can't say I'm the biggest nickelback fan But for their time and place
Starting point is 00:54:03 They had some monster songs And I think it's just cool to hate on nickel back People just go Nah, Nickelback sucks When they just hear other people say it They really don't suck Why are you bringing this back up? Because
Starting point is 00:54:14 No, Congress had two people fighting over it. Oh, of course. Yeah, here you go. I stand here to say that my colleague from Wisconsin, I know he did not mean to offend the many thousands upon thousands of nickelback fans. And yes, I actually do have a nickelback song on my running playlist that I listen to on a regular basis and was ridiculed by that when I posted my playlist one time.
Starting point is 00:54:41 And I know some in this chamber, even up at the dais, are still laughing about that. So this is the guy, after this guy made fun of Nickelback? In 2016, when the census and the Federal Registered asked for comment on this, 77,000 people did comment. Only four wanted to keep this provision. Everyone else wanted to change this out of 77,000. That's probably about the percent of people who think Nickelback is their favorite band in this country. It's pretty low.
Starting point is 00:55:09 And I think if you look at Nickelback's your favorite band, I apologize to the gentleman. Why would you criticize one of the greatest bands of the 90s? What is happening? One of the greatest bands of the 90s? Stop it. But statistically, using data, they are. You're just being a hater because their sound hasn't held up, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:31 Yeah. Still, but still. You remind me of what I really have. Sam, from the Spider-Man movie? Again, I don't listen to Nickleman. back when I'm at home. However, to hate on them is just you acting like you're too cool.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Come on. They're all jams. Oh, you're singing over there amy? Oh, yeah, sorry. Yeah, exactly. Don't act like you're cooler to other people. Sometimes our society, we have music that we're ashamed of that. Why would you be ashamed? I'm not ashamed of any music.
Starting point is 00:56:17 Okay. Yeah. Baby shark do, do, do. Baby Shark Like that's the jam Huh? They were playing this When I went out with Morgan number two
Starting point is 00:56:29 They had like a dance version of this Oh at the club At the club And everybody was jamming I don't understand this This is a kid's song right And then all the adults like it They play it at the club?
Starting point is 00:56:41 They did didn't they Yeah it was like a remix Mixed in with other songs Frikin frickin Baby shark do do do To do Boom jit to boom jit to Yeah
Starting point is 00:56:49 Okay. That's the earworm, though. We got that. We got that. Emoji love. Whoa. We wrote this for adults and that kids are loving it. Love it.
Starting point is 00:56:59 What do you tell your kids about the eggplant line? I just sing it and hope they don't even like, because last night we had a dance party. I sang to all the kids and they were like, what is it so great? You played emoji love? Yeah, over and over. They wanted it three times. You played it on your guitar? Yes.
Starting point is 00:57:12 And usually at the beginning I was like, ooh, like an egg eggplant. I do that. But then I was like, hey, you know what? Whatever, man. Just sing it. They don't ask, they don't care. SpongeBob has so many double entendres. Innuendos.
Starting point is 00:57:24 Sure. Yeah. And no one asks questions. Yeah. We're basically a SpongeBob. Basically. The line is, I can see I can remember this here. Send a smiley face when I'm feeling great.
Starting point is 00:57:35 And if it's your birthday, I'll send you a cake. And when I'm lonely, I'll send you the big egg plant. Hey, you up. That's what it is. Hey, you up. Even the kids do the Hey You Up part. We got that. Anyway, stop the nickel back hate is, oh my.
Starting point is 00:57:52 Fine. You can just not like them and not bash them. Yeah, that's all I've said. Why we bashing things for no reason. Yeah. Just in general, with our life, let's not tear things down. Let's take that energy and lift things up. Focus on what you're for, not what you're against.
Starting point is 00:58:07 Right. Okay. Eddie. What are you for? It's just bad music. No, it's not. It's not. Because some people think it's really good.
Starting point is 00:58:13 And actually, if somebody created that, that's their creativity. Not only that, Eddie. It also inspired a lot of other people. to make songs. Did it? Yeah. I don't hear a lot of people sound like nickel back. I'm just glad people were just like, let's not sound like nickel back. Let's do something more original. That's, whatever. Whatever. I can't take you any bad. Had they ever ever have number ones? Yeah, a lot. Okay, so how'd they get to number one
Starting point is 00:58:34 so bad? I have no answer for that. Yeah. Thank you. Chris Tableton, Millionaire, Bobby Bone, show. Don't be a hater. That's all we're saying out there. I watched that Michael Jackson documentary. I finished it last night. Oh, how many parts? Two parts, but each part's like over two. hours. Okay. I think it's almost five hours total. Wow.
Starting point is 00:58:53 It's tough to watch. And I just look at these parents that go, what are you doing leaving your kids with an adult man that's not even, it doesn't matter if related to you or not. Leave it. Your kids sleeping with an adult man. What's happening with you? Right. They don't even talk to their parents anymore, these guys on the show.
Starting point is 00:59:08 Oh. Yeah, because their parents gave them to Michael Jackson. Okay. For like a month. Oh, a month? Yeah. And week or day or any of that. I haven't seen the documentary, so I don't know what it was like.
Starting point is 00:59:18 I don't know if it was like, because I know that they, They were dancers for Michael, right? Like little kid? No, they weren't dancers for Michael. They were impersonators? Are they... Weren't they little mini-Micha's? Some of them danced.
Starting point is 00:59:28 I guess they both danced, but they weren't... One of them was in Australia dancing as, kind of as Michael. Okay. But he didn't just get kids who were dancers. Okay. I just wouldn't watch it. Well, I know, but I feel like everybody's talking about it, so I need to watch it. Did you watch the R. Kelly one?
Starting point is 00:59:42 No? I didn't watch that because I couldn't take it. Okay. I would tell you not to watch it. All right. So... It's the hardest thing I've... watched of all the shows, like Ted Bundy tapes of abducted in plain sight, this is the hardest
Starting point is 00:59:56 one to watch. What about, oh. It's the hardest one to watch. That's crazy, because abducted and plain sight is pretty messed up. Yeah, totally not so. Okay. Anyway, I just want to watch it if I were you. Okay.
Starting point is 01:00:07 Because you don't want to kill the parents, too. You don't want to kill it. That's why I felt about abducted in plain sight. That seems so ridiculous. It was, like, so bizarre. This one just makes it, this Michael Jackson just makes you want to strangle everybody. Okay. So, yeah, watch that.
Starting point is 01:00:21 I finished it last night. And I wouldn't have... Wow, so it sounds like you're leaning towards these guys are telling the truth. I don't... Listen. I just watched it. It was great.
Starting point is 01:00:29 It's just not a good situation. It's not a good situation. Bluh. I'm going to make all the sounds and that's how I felt. Oh. Yeah, it's rough. Okay. It's rough.
Starting point is 01:00:40 Bobby bones. Time to play easy trivia. These are all so easy. You shouldn't miss a single one of them. Lunchbox is out sick today. Morgan number two will be playing. There she is. Morgan, it's your first time to play Easy Trivia, and it's, Amy, what advice would you like to give her?
Starting point is 01:00:56 I mean, just roll with it. If you miss it, don't let yourself feel stupid because you will. Just don't dwell on it because then, you know, when you dwell on it, you go like a day or two or you're like, how did I miss that? A day or two? Wow, that long? Oh, sometimes it affects me big time because it's stuff like a first grader or second grader might know. And all of a sudden you freeze up because you're under pressure and then everyone is in their car yelling at you. She's overreact. It's not bad. Well, it happens.
Starting point is 01:01:19 Let's play. Easy trivia. Amy, you're up first. Yeah. What's the most spoken language in the world? English. Oh, I'm sorry. Spanish? Chinese. I should have known that. It's a bigger continent.
Starting point is 01:01:32 China's not a continent. Oh, then, Asian. Okay, let's move on there. See, Morgan R. Too, this I'm talking about. I was thinking Asia is a larger continent where they likely speak. They don't all speak Chinese. But in China, they do. All right, here we go. China has the most people.
Starting point is 01:01:45 I know they speak Japanese. Ready? Morgan. Yes. Morgan number two. Who's the CEO of Apple? Easy trivia. Oh. Who's the CEO of Apple? Easy trivia. I want to say Jeff Bezos. I know that's Amazon.
Starting point is 01:02:03 I don't know. Can I steal? No, can I redeem myself? No, but go ahead. Tim Cook. That's if it would have been, yes. Great. Now we know you know it. No point so far. Eddie. Come on. Easy trivia.
Starting point is 01:02:15 What does the W and George W. Bush stand for her? It's easy, bones. George Walter. Oh, Walter. The W. and George W. It's Walter, right? It's Walker. No.
Starting point is 01:02:33 So close, Eddie. You had the wall. Dang it. You had the syllable count. Thank you. Nobody got a point on the first round of easy trivia. Okay, ready? Let's go back around.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Amy, what continent has the biggest population? Asia. Are you sure? Uh-oh. Yeah. They have 4.5 billion this same continent. Do you want to change your answer? Shoot, is it Africa?
Starting point is 01:02:54 4.5 billion. What continent has the biggest population? Don't even mess with me right now. It's Asia. Are you going with Asia? I'm going with Asia. Show me Asia. Oh.
Starting point is 01:03:03 I thought it was a trick question. I did too. Morgan number two. Easy trivia. Who discovered electricity? Thomas Edison? No, that's the light bulb. Dang it!
Starting point is 01:03:11 Benjamin Franklin. Yeah. Easy. I didn't know that one. Easy trivia. Eddie. Come on. How many oceans are there in the world?
Starting point is 01:03:21 Talk it out. That's easy. Talk it out. Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Arctic. That's four. Did I say Indian already? Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic. And there's one more.
Starting point is 01:03:36 The Mediterranean. Five. What's your answer? Five. It's four. There's nothing thing as a Mediterranean Ocean. It's a Mediterranean Sea. There's four.
Starting point is 01:03:43 I'm such an idiot. Amy, who wrote the Star-Spangled banner? The Hidden Ocean. What are you talking about? Who wrote the Star Spankle banner, Amy? Francis Scott Key. There it is. There she is.
Starting point is 01:03:53 She's back. She's got the lead. Morgan number two. Easy trivia. What's the longest river in the world? The Nile River. Wow. Good job, good job.
Starting point is 01:04:05 Eddie. I have to get this to survive. Yeah. What does FBI stand for? The FBI. Federal Bureau of Investigation. There you go. You're right, Amy.
Starting point is 01:04:18 I'm stressed out now. See? Only one question left. Bones, you're looking for the hard. No, there's only one left. What's the score? Oh, Amy, you have the lead. Well, Amy, you won, it looks like. One question left. Can we do sudden death?
Starting point is 01:04:31 Sudden death worth ten points? Oh, sudden death stresses me out. Well, not worth ten points, but we'll just do it for fun. Amy's the winner, but here we go. Write your answer down. Okay. Who is the first president to live in the White House? The first?
Starting point is 01:04:44 Who is the first president to live in the White House? Yeah. I'm in. You know this? Of course. It's easy trivia. He wouldn't give us a hard president. Amen.
Starting point is 01:04:58 Okay, let's go to Morgan number two first. Abraham Lincoln. She did right. Honest Dave. You guys both picked the 16th president? Yes, we did. Amy? I picked Adams.
Starting point is 01:05:09 John Adams is right, the second president. Yeah! Yeah, it was under construction during George Washington, and then Adams moved in. How did you know that? I don't know. My inner child came out.
Starting point is 01:05:21 I can't believe you guys picked Abraham Lincoln. I thought they took them 16 years to figure all that out. It would be more than 16 years because he was the 16th president. it's a four-year term. Morgan number two, how do you feel about the game now? I am so bad at trivia.
Starting point is 01:05:34 Don't ever put me on a team on trivia and I ever. We will not. That's it. Here's Amy's pile of stories. So have you heard of milk Coke? Milk Coke. Milk Coke. What's that?
Starting point is 01:05:49 Well, milk mixed with Coke. And people are using the hashtag milk Coke, and it's trending right now because a lot of people are really into it. And at first I was like, ugh, sounds disgusting. but I do love a good Coke float. I don't really ever have it, but I did love Coke over ice cream as a kid. So when you think of it that way, it's not as gross sounding.
Starting point is 01:06:08 Yeah, it's not. And you just kind of mix half and half milk and Coke and stir it up and we'll treat. I'm not a big milk person. Me neither. But if I drink tea, I don't mind milk on my tea, which doesn't seem like it would be a good thing. But I'll take a little milk in my tea.
Starting point is 01:06:21 I've heard that. I've heard people say that. And I don't like a lot of, because dairy makes me feel like this. Same. But I'll train like almond milk Which how does that work? Tell me you get an almond milk. You can do almond milk.
Starting point is 01:06:33 You milk them. You just get the almond and you squeeze it. That's not really how it works. No, but you can't make it at home if you want to. But how do you? What is almond milk? Is it like, they like dead. Take the almonds and put them in water?
Starting point is 01:06:44 Yeah, you can soak them and then I've seen, I've never made it at home, but I have friends that have and they put all the almonds in a blender, the soaked ones, then with a certain amount of water and you blend on hydr, and then you have this mesh thing and you pour it over the mesh and it takes care of all the almonds that are left over and the juice, the water that's got that comes out of that when you squeeze the net
Starting point is 01:07:03 is everything that's the milk. That's almond milk, huh? It actually is pretty good. We were on the road once and Bobby put almond milk in his Cheerios and ate it. I was like, I'd never seen that before. And I tried it, it's pretty good. You wouldn't know, you would just think it was like not heavy milk. Right.
Starting point is 01:07:16 Yeah, it's pretty good. Yeah, I have it in my latte right now. A little pina rose on your nose. All right? What else, Amy? Okay. So I have Taylor Swift. She wrote a little essay
Starting point is 01:07:26 called 30 things that I learned before turning 30, and she's turning 30 this December. So I pulled a couple of her things that she learned. One, being sweet to everyone all the time can get you in a lot of trouble. So don't be sweet all the time. She learned to stop hating every ounce of fat on her body. I felt like this is all good stuff.
Starting point is 01:07:46 She learned that when tragedy strikes someone that you know in a way that you've never dealt with before, it's okay to say that you don't know what to say. And then lastly, vitamins make. feel so much better. And then it's Fun Fact Friday. Okay. You want the fun fact?
Starting point is 01:08:01 Yes. Okay. Cheetos only exists because of the U.S. military. Tell me more. It needed a new way to ship and store cheese during World War II. And a USDA scientist invented cheese powder. Then after the war, manufacturers like Frito Company, they bought the leftover powder and they came up with new ways to use it.
Starting point is 01:08:18 Cheetos were the first thing. Oh, wow. That's so cool. That's so fun. Yeah. Fun fact. And is that a fact? Yeah, it's Friday.
Starting point is 01:08:25 And that's how Fun fact. Friday started. That's a fun fact. Starting point is 01:12:13 All right, Morgan number two. All right. Arizona Cardinal. running back, David Johnson wanted to help his community during his time off. So he donated more than 22,000 cans of food to a food bank in Phoenix. Wow. He even took it a step further by bringing the Cardinals' mascot and some cheerleaders, and they packed up some cans into the emergency boxes.
Starting point is 01:12:33 And the cool thing is it also brings awareness. Like maybe people even know there was a food bank. Like whenever you do something like that, not only is it. And that's, sometimes people will get people a hard time for, like, their charitable deed being put out to the press. Right. Listen, here's why it happens most of the time. Especially, because I'll do things I don't talk about, but there are things I talk about a lot
Starting point is 01:12:51 because I want other people to see that it's happening and that people need. And we're like, as a show, we did this or I did this. And so other people go, oh, I didn't even know that was a thing. That was an issue. And so, like, that's awesome. I like that. About the cheerleaders, how can you say?
Starting point is 01:13:05 And the mascot. And the mascot. Nice work, Morgan, number two. Thank you. Thank you very much. That is Tell Me Something Good. That was Tell Me Something Good. The Bobby Bone Show.
Starting point is 01:13:15 Let's go over to Ramundo in the glass room with the news this morning. Yeah, to help out those affected by the Alabama tornadoes, just go to Bobby Bones.com, all Pimp and Joy sales going towards relief efforts. And on the news, YouTube announced there's going to be a new disclaimer that's going to show up if something is fake news or a conspiracy theory. And finally in New Jersey, a man won the $273 million mega millions jackpot after forgetting his ticket at the gas station. He had to go back the next day and get it. Bobby bones. A couple first cousins are petitioning to get married in Utah.
Starting point is 01:13:51 There's nobody else. Well, according to the story in Utah, you have to be at least 65 to marry family. What? Or prove yourself infertile. They say their love shouldn't be limited just because their parents are siblings. Oh, I get it. The age is because you've probably gone through menopause. You can't make babies.
Starting point is 01:14:08 And then if you're infertile, then... How do you feel about first cousins getting married? I mean, I'm not into it. I think if it's necessary for procreation, like say something happens and we need to keep the race alive, then okay, maybe. But obviously there's a reason why they don't want you to have babies when you're first cousins. I think the reason is because you're too genetically similar and there ends up being problems with babies. Right. That being said, I would be okay with first cousins getting married if they just didn't have babies.
Starting point is 01:14:38 They didn't do it. Yes. I bet you just don't do it. Yeah. You can hang out, have dinner. They just touch each other. Sleep in separate rhythms. Be like all my relationships.
Starting point is 01:14:47 You just hang. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Watch Netflix together. FaceTime. FaceTime. Angie Lee's father is the oldest of 12 children. Michael Lee's mother is number five in the same family. They've loved each other since childhood. They say their first cousins.
Starting point is 01:14:59 It is kind of creepy. Yeah. I mean, there's more people in this world. They were reunited after 10 years apart and they're finally ready to disregard the risks. They're crossing two big hurdles. The most obvious is genetics. According to researchers, first cousins share 12.5% of DNA. First cousins who have children face a 4 to 7% chance of their child having a genetic disorder,
Starting point is 01:15:20 as opposed to a 3% to 4% chance of average couple. Oh, that's the only bit of difference? That's not a lot to you? No, it's not a lot. Listen, I don't know. I've never been attracted to a cousin. I'm not going to be an advocate of cousin marrying. Bones, you're from Arkansas.
Starting point is 01:15:35 I know. Why do, is that even exist? Why do people say Arkansas cousins? Well, because you got a lot of families that are, And listen, I'm just going to speculate. Yeah, speculate. So you got a lot of families who are on land and there's really nobody else around. And so, and this is a thing from back in there.
Starting point is 01:15:50 Not a lot of options. Yeah, so you have a family of like 20 people. And then you get together, family gathering. No, not family gathered. You already live together. Oh. Like the whole family is like on a, got it. Like living on a mountain.
Starting point is 01:16:00 Okay. Listen, you shouldn't be able to get married if you're first cousins. If you're going to have a kid. Colorado, there is no law. So they went there Monday to get married. And then you're bringing the kid into that whole situation where it's like, My parents are cousins. Let me say this too.
Starting point is 01:16:13 Someone wrote a note on this because a story will get posted here on a little page that we all share. And someone writes a note. And they wrote, didn't Bobby go to his prom with a cousin? No, I didn't go to prom with my cousin. What did that come from? But you did, what did you do with a cousin one time? Wait, did you kiss a cousin? No.
Starting point is 01:16:28 I did nothing with a cousin. My sister sort of maybe thought about kissing one of our second cousin. His name was Sam. And I remember it was like one of those, it was like a summer. He lived in Arkansas. Oh, stop it. And we took a road trip, and we came back, and I remember my mom and my dad having to talk to her like, you know, he's your second cousin. But he was cute.
Starting point is 01:16:48 I get it. Oh, boy. But he was second cousins at least. And they just sort of. How do we feel about this? Yes or no. Can cousins get married? Yes or no.
Starting point is 01:16:55 Eddie? No. I say you can get married. Just can't. Just do it. You can't have babies. Okay. Well, you never know.
Starting point is 01:17:01 Babies can always come. You have to remove your organs. Oh, boy. I got an email from Amy last night. This is, uh, when I get a text. from a friend out to dinner saying they want to set you up and you miss your chance with like 20 exclamation points Eddie and I got a text from Amy too but I was already gone from the deal a lot of people try to set set you up trying to have you set me up yes I feel like you're on
Starting point is 01:17:26 everybody's radar then why why am I like catch any fish I don't know but I mean this was an opportunity and I was like okay like ship's passing she saw you somewhere where she had someone that she wouldn't introduce you to and then couldn't get a hold of you and then Poof, you're already gone. Well, here's the great part about that. I wasn't on my phone. Yeah. It took me an hour to respond because I was like dialed in the conversation with a friend.
Starting point is 01:17:48 That's great. And nice. Exactly. Satta-trial myself better one way. It cuts off other odds. I know. I know. I know.
Starting point is 01:17:52 I don't know. I mean, friend of a friend. But I just was like, wow, my friends are concerned about hooking Bobby. Like that's like, it's like sprinkling out into all the people. There's like a lot of people working for you, Bobby. Thank you. Marketing team. Thank you very much.
Starting point is 01:18:09 Promotions. Studies found that some junk food is just as addictive as drugs. Yeah. What have I been saying? God, the other day I can... You don't just say it. Science has always said it. It's like in the brain.
Starting point is 01:18:20 I know, but the other day I said something was like crack and y'all were like, Amy, stop being ridiculous. You don't know what crack is. Yeah, but I know what sugar is. But you don't know what crack. You're like, that feels like getting punched in the face. But you've never been punching the face, you don't know. Okay.
Starting point is 01:18:33 I know it's an intense urge to get your fix. I murdered a bag of Doritos last night. See? Like, but you know, but again, you don't know like a big bag?
Starting point is 01:18:42 But I do not know what crack is like. Researchers from the University of Michigan worked at the obesity center and they took foods like pizza, chips, cookies, ice cream. And what they found is that the processing
Starting point is 01:18:53 that goes into those foods get locked into our brains. Yes. Yeah. They seduce our taste buds. They leave us to crave them more than we normally would after we've had them.
Starting point is 01:19:03 So it's an addiction type reaction when it comes to craving foods like that. Amen. And there's even kind of withdrawal when you stop having junk food. Yeah, you get headaches. Of course.
Starting point is 01:19:11 Like what caffeine you do. I got that a little bit. And sugar. So I saw that this morning. By the way, Marin Morris comes in about an hour and a half or so. We also have the dance party coming up at the top of the hour, Friday morning dance party. This weekend, if you're listening to podcasts, I did a Bobby Cash with Tricia Yearwood. She came over to the house.
Starting point is 01:19:32 By the way, Trisha's awesome. And we talked for an hour. And she talked about because I was like, what's the deal? How come you and Garth are like so nice all the time? Like I've never had a bad experience with him. Good question. And I was just like, what's the deal? Because you're always such good people.
Starting point is 01:19:45 How do you keep up the facade? I was just kind of messing with her a little bit. And then she talked about how being on tour with Garth and how it even changed how she treats people. He became a superstar like no one has seen in country music. And I watched him helping roll up chords at Lod Out and being kind to every single person in his path. And I remember thinking, well, he's Garth Brooks. Like he doesn't have to be nice and people won't. Nobody's going to say anything because he's the star of the show.
Starting point is 01:20:14 But the way he treated people was a lesson for me. Yeah, she was like, I wasn't super nice, but Garth made me nicer. Yeah, it was crazy. She talked about how much money she made when she would sing background vocals back in the day, too. 20 bucks, maybe 40 if there's harmony, if there's more than one harmony and you're out the door, you know. So it was a, but you add those up in a day and it was a pretty good living. She would cram going, she listened to three songs, cram real quick. Wow.
Starting point is 01:20:36 It's a good Bobbycast. search for Bobby Cash wherever you listen to your podcasts or on IHeart Radio and check out the latest one with Tricia Yearwood. The latest from Nashville and Hollywood. Morgan number two's 32nd Skinny. You'll be seeing John Party and Lauren Elena using some tool belts this year. And we've got a big movie out this weekend, Captain Marvel, with 81% on Rotten Tomatoes in Triple Frontier on Netflix with 68% on Rotten Tomatoes. I'm Morgan number two. That's your skinny. It's time for the good news.
Starting point is 01:21:41 With Amy. Tell me something good. Man, so you know when you go up to pay for something and you think you have your wallet and then you don't. Yeah, been there. But you're already trying to pay. Well, this happened to a woman at McDonald's. Yeah, she forgot her wallet, but she was checking out,
Starting point is 01:21:58 and then things got awkward, but a kind-hearted employee at McDonald's paid for her meal. Oh, good. You know, what that happens to me is, like, tipping when you have to do cash. Like, if I'm, I go somewhere they only have valet or street parking, there's no parking, and I'm like, oh, I don't carry cash with me. Yeah. I'm trying to be better at keeping a bit of cash on me at all times.
Starting point is 01:22:19 Yeah. Well, this employee, he looked at her. He said, It's okay, ma'am, I got you. Then he took out his own wallet, paid for her meal. She was so blown away by his act of kindness that she asked, can I reach over and give you a hug? And he said, yeah, and so then they hugged, and then they got posted on Facebook. It was a whole thing. And then you find out undercover boss. Oh, what a good show. Yeah. When that show first came out, it was good, huh? Is that still on? I have no idea.
Starting point is 01:22:41 No idea. Where these CEOs would go in and act like either they were just working there. Yeah. Or they'd be a customer. Yeah. And they never knew. And if people were in trouble. Hey, good one. Amy, thank you for that.
Starting point is 01:22:51 That's good. That's what it's all about. That was Tell Me Something Good. The Bobby Bones Show. Lunchbox is out sick. So, Eduardo, our video producer. Not to be confused, Ramundo. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:04 It's going to do our Bonehead. You ready? Yeah. Bobby Bone Show. Bonehead. Norrie up the day. So a guy in Wisconsin was asked by his neighbor to watch their dog, so he goes over. He's like, ooh, I'm going to prank them.
Starting point is 01:23:15 He puts on a giant panda suit and walks around the outside of the house. So the security cameras can pick it up and the neighbor will later find out. So he walks around his panda suit. Another neighbor sees this. Calls 911. Cops show up. The news shows up. It's a big deal.
Starting point is 01:23:31 A big teddy bear. It's a big what? I'm sorry? Teddy bear. Honestly good. Somebody dressed as a teddy bear? Yep. Okay.
Starting point is 01:23:41 We do have officers that are going to be in the area in just a moment. This guy's just trying to be funny on their camera. Yes. He was joking around with his friend, his neighbor. All the other neighbors freaked out. That's funny. All right, Eddie, what do you say now? That's your bonehead story of the day.
Starting point is 01:23:55 The Bobby Bone Show. What's your kid's new jam? Oh, Post Malone's Sunflower. Yeah? How do they know this? Like, where do they pick up their music? Good question. I have no idea sometimes.
Starting point is 01:24:10 Maybe they say, Alexa, play me the hits. Does Alexa have a no-cursing rule? You have that says, is heading? Ugh. Sometimes a song will come on where I, I hear it's not the kid-friendly version, and I'll have to correct her. That's a newer one. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:27 But we're driving in the car. Yeah, sometimes I don't even know if it's just new to me or brand new. Both? But yes, it's crazy to me that I have an 8-year-old and an 11-year-old that don't seem in touch with everything, like teaching me about music. I kind of love it. It keeps me hip. What's going on this weekend?
Starting point is 01:24:44 We're cleaning out our closet, like literally. Like our literal closet. So California closets is putting in a new closet in my, in our house. And we literally have to move everything out so they can go in and do it. And that means getting rid of a bunch of stuff. I feel good about that. Kind of made a donation pile. But then we have to move everything to our dining room.
Starting point is 01:25:08 So that's my fun weekend. What about you? Well, I have the severe sore throat. It's got to be from allergies, right? I just had them. Can't you like be done with them, like full? You're all full? They just exist in the air.
Starting point is 01:25:18 Like I'm all allergyed up. I'm caught up for now. See you next spring. Right. Like you hit your limit of allergies. I woke up this morning and I just have a sore throat. So I have dinner with a friend tonight, like a dude. I know you're going to be like, is it a date?
Starting point is 01:25:32 That was the next question. I thought. I thought it. I have dinner with a friend tonight. But I think this weekend I'm just going to chill. Yeah, that's good. Allergy, come on. Dang, you don't look at a weekend of chilling and look forward to that.
Starting point is 01:25:44 I be like, oh, I can't wait. I do. Because you said that like, I got a chill. weekend. It's not familiar to me. I can only sit around so much. Is it uncomfortable? Yeah, it's just like I'm sitting around. Like there's so much I can be doing. You can come to the kids' first soccer practice. It's going to rain. Oh, shoot, are we going to get rained out? I guess it's, is it outdoors?
Starting point is 01:26:03 Soccer, you don't have? Yeah, they usually start outdoor. Okay, well, maybe not. I'll probably sit around and read books. Oh, cool. My butt starts hurting after a while. Eddie, what are you doing? Soccer. We have soccer. I got the kids in soccer. Dude, we've become a soccer family. Are you at the Y? We are doing the Y.
Starting point is 01:26:21 Us too. Shut up. What if we play each other? We might be in the same league. That'd be awesome. So that's what we do. We're a soccer family now. Morgan number two, what are you doing this weekend?
Starting point is 01:26:29 My sister's coming to town. Oh, yeah? So I'm going to be doing a lot of eating and probably a lot of drinking. Older or younger? Older. Yeah. How old is she? She's two years older than me, so she's 27.
Starting point is 01:26:39 Oh, she's old. Oh. Is she single? No, she's not. Oh, no. I'm not dating Morgan ever two sister. Is she a teacher, Morgan? I'm not going to get talked about more.
