Starting point is 00:02:04 All right, let's do get to know you Monday. The question is, if you could completely get rid of one. month out of the entire year, what month would it be in why? You eliminate one month. I'll go first. You can pick mine if you want. It's not mine. I don't own it, but I'm to go January, month born, now. It's kind of the no man's month when it comes to that. I hate cold weather. Because some in December where we live, you can still do some stuff outside for like part
Starting point is 00:02:28 of the month. And then February, like the back end of it, you can start to do some stuff outside. And with January, college football ends. Baseball hasn't started yet. It's the early part of basketball season. Yeah. So would February just become like the start? Because you need something new. Yeah, February. It's a time of.
Starting point is 00:02:48 Well, just eliminate what our Earth does in January. Right. Go to February. Go to February. Yeah, I would eliminate January. Okay. Just because I hate cold weather. And all the sports, it's the worst month for sports just about.
Starting point is 00:02:59 There's a month in this, part of the summer that's bad too, but this is it. Amy? Yeah, I'm going to go August because that's the hottest month, I feel like. And I don't like super hot. weather and then, I mean, if I was a kid, that's normally when we had to go back to school. Ugh. Ugh. Sometimes people get married.
Starting point is 00:03:17 I like going back to school and I like super high. Outside in Texas in August and I don't understand that. That's tough. Eddie? Just an example. I'm going to get rid of May. I've been thinking about this because I want to go straight from spring, March, April, and then straight to summer. Dude, you're getting rid of Cinco de Mayo.
Starting point is 00:03:34 You are not back to that. Oh, wow. I didn't think about that. Yes. Get rid of it. Let's go straight to the summer, dude. Also, Sikido, Maya is really an American holiday. Correct.
Starting point is 00:03:42 He's really American. I know. I've never celebrated single American. But it's not really as Mexican as some would think, as I've been told. And it's kind of like just an excuse for restaurants to sell like dollar margaritas. And like, let's be honest, text mex restaurants mostly. Right. Not even real Mexican restaurants.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Okay, lunchbox. Man, I don't want to copy January, so I'm just going to move on. And I'm going to say April. And that's because we don't, then we wouldn't have to pay taxes. It's Bobby's birthday. I don't care about the birthday. But you'd still have to pay taxes, I think. No, tax day is in April, man.
Starting point is 00:04:11 But then how would you have roads and police and fire fighters? Oh, wow. And how would you have schools? I hadn't thought through that through, really. You just went with April and committed to it. That was the day you got to pay taxes. Got it. Hey, it is your answer.
Starting point is 00:04:25 So, I mean, that's what I was thinking, because every other month seems to be pretty good. Because January, you aren't right on. There's nothing going on in January. It's cold. It's miserable. There's no holidays. It's like Christmas is over. New Year's over.
Starting point is 00:04:37 What are we waiting for? Valentine's Day? Oh, you're right? You know what? We get rid of February because Valentine's Day. Makes you mad? Yeah. It's just a commercial holiday to charge you more money for everything. Like single a mile.
Starting point is 00:04:46 Yeah. So you're changing. I'm changing from April. I went to January. Now I'm on to February. So you'd rather pay taxes than have... Oh, yeah, because it's all... Oh, go to the store.
Starting point is 00:04:56 Pay $500 for a dozen roses. Go to the next day. Pay $6. Ah, I'll wait for a day. I'm curious to know what flower stores you're stopping by. Man, you've been to the Kroger? Extreme. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:05:07 All right. Time to open up the mailbag. and email and we read it all the air. It's something we call Bobby's Mailbag. Yeah. Hello, Bobby Bones. I'm planning my wedding and my mom is upset that I don't plan on having my younger half-sister there.
Starting point is 00:05:23 A mom thinks it would be rude to me not to include my half-sister, but we're not very close. Plus, she will only be 19 and unable to come to a bachelor's party. My mom is worried that my sister will be extremely hurt by me not including her. However, if I include her, I would also feel obligated to include my step-sibling, which I don't want to either. Including them would bump friends out of the bridal party, who I'm close with. Should I kick two friends out and include my siblings to keep the peace? Signed, not trying to be a bridezilla.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Well, I don't think you should. I don't think if you include them in a part of the wedding, or even the Bachelorette party, they have to be part of the wedding party. Yeah, or vice versa. Like that doesn't... They don't have... Yeah. There are no rules. Your mom's trying to put rules on it.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Not because she's trying to be the angry mom. She's trying to keep the peace. Yeah. Yeah, that's what she wants. And stem the drama. Because it will be a bit dramatic if you don't invite them. But you don't have to invite them. That's okay.
Starting point is 00:06:26 I would say if you don't want them at the wedding, don't invite them to the wedding. But just think about it macro versus micro. Maybe you're irritated with them now. But think about it three years from now. Think about it whenever their kids and your kids or it's something together, family-related, and you've got to see them over the many years. Sometimes macro on micro, it does make a difference. If you just don't want them there and you can't afford to have them there, don't have them.
Starting point is 00:06:52 However, if it is something that you're just like, it's just annoying. And I don't really want them here right now because this is something two weeks ago that really irritated me. You should probably have them there because it's going to be better long term. Yeah, and definitely you don't have them in the bridal party. party. You don't have to kick a friend out. Yeah. Nothing like that.
Starting point is 00:07:09 They could even get this, because I haven't read the rules lately, but they could come to the bachelor at party if you wanted them to and not be in the bridal party. Yes. The rules. Yeah, I haven't read the rules lately. The rules of weddings. No, that's very common. Or they don't have to come at all.
Starting point is 00:07:21 They just come to the wedding. You're not going to see them in much anyway. Or if you do, you're not going to spend a lot of time with them and give them a lot of attention because there's so many people there to give attention to. If you really don't want them, don't have them. but I would say if it's recent that has made you feel this way I would have them and there are other ways for people to feel included
Starting point is 00:07:43 like cinema link watch the why still webbing not like that ushers yes there's people to hand out ballet like if you have a it's not a brochure but what's it called like you know the invitation no like when you sit down you're seated oh the program the program yeah five o'clock oh that's the word you were looking for program
Starting point is 00:08:04 Yeah. They could pass the program out or they could be... I think, but I mean, they're not assuming to have them at the wedding. Okay. I just invite them to a wedding. You don't got to give them a job. Just invite them to the wedding or don't. But if you feel like it could be a lot of... Is it worth the drama, I guess, I'm asking? Is it worth the drama?
Starting point is 00:08:22 And if the answer is no, act one way. If it's yes, then act the other. Yeah. But it's your wedding. In the end, you do what you want to do. We got your email and we left out the clothes. Bobby's mail pack. This story is so crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:39 You know the story, but maybe you don't know the end of the story. Well, so remember the girl, the Ukrainian orphan, and she gets adopted, and then she's like supposedly all crazy and killery. And the family's like, she's not a kid. She's like 20 something. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So just from the beginning, this story has been like eyeball emojis. Like, look at this. So let's walk it back.
Starting point is 00:09:02 Natalia Grace, a Ukrainian orphan accused of trying to kill her. adoptive parents about 10 years ago. I don't want to spoil the end of this until I get there. Do you guys remember the story? Yes. There's a like a Netflix special or a six part where they, and this is it. They go and they test her DNA. And the story was, they said that she was just like had stunted growth and that she needed
Starting point is 00:09:29 a way to get to America. If I'm remembering the story correctly, and she had like an orphan, small kid to get adopted and then she went crazy. Yeah, she acted like a child. And you know what? I was like, that's a crazy. I believe it. Did you guys believe it?
Starting point is 00:09:42 Yeah. Yeah. What? There were some details early on where I'm like, that's crazy. Me too, I thought, like, for sure, adult snuck in. Yeah. Especially how the news was, like, painting it, right? So, well, they did all the tests.
Starting point is 00:09:55 She is close to 22 years old now. She was 10 when she got here. She was the age of, she was a kid. She was just crazy at that age? Well, I wouldn't call it crazy. A lot of times there's some trauma there, and I don't know if she was really trying to kill her adopted parents. but
Starting point is 00:10:10 what's... They accused her of masquerading as a child. DNA test confirmed that she has been truthful about her age. She's like this one
Starting point is 00:10:20 little piece of paper shows that that's all a lie. And 13 years, she says it's them lying their butts off. They ruined a kid's life. They painted me as some big monster.
Starting point is 00:10:30 The results of the DNA test confirmed that Grace was just nine years old when she was abandoned by our adoptive parents who ran off to Canada. They previously accused the grace
Starting point is 00:10:38 of emotionally and physically abusing them as well. was looming over the couple when they were sleeping with a knife in her hand. A claim she denies, but regardless, it's still a kid doing it who's not developed. Not an adult who's so developed. Totally. They tricked their way in. Very different.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Wow. Both scary. Survival mode. For everybody. It's scary for the kid more if you're, too. Yes. So Michael Barnett was ultimately found not guilty. And Christine Barnett had all the charges dismissed in 2023.
Starting point is 00:11:05 I think they were accused of like not being good parents. what's that charge? I don't know, but I want to make charges because we almost got sued already. The whole thing just seems hard. But she was a kid? Yeah. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:11:20 That's shocking to me. I had convinced myself she was an adult just by looking at pictures. I was like, oh yeah, for sure. Yep. Because I'm like, okay, clearly they wanted to adopt going through that whole process and then maybe when it became more than they could handle, they freaked out and didn't handle it well.
Starting point is 00:11:36 But at what point do they go not, there's a lot of trauma and this sucks for everybody including her and what do they go? She's 40. Right. Right. Because that's way off. That's a weird way.
Starting point is 00:11:48 That's a weird jump, man. Maybe they just, because maybe they went into you know, a survival mode of like, we got to get out of this somehow and we don't want to seem like bad people that just want to abandon this situation. So let's just make up some crazy wild story. I'm not justifying what they did at all
Starting point is 00:12:01 in any way, shape or form. But it's like you think that with DNA? I know, but maybe they just weren't that sharp. And why did it take this long for this to happen for us to know it. Yeah. Like a DNA test? They do that quick, don't they?
Starting point is 00:12:12 Dude. It takes a couple weeks. I do it to my wife every day to make sure she's on a clone. I don't say that out loud. I'm kind of nervous about that, you know? Just make sure that she's still real. I haven't replaced her. That's all.
Starting point is 00:12:24 I want to talk about that story and that, yes, I'm sure the child had a lot of trauma. And I'm not even saying she wasn't standing over someone with a knife. She may happen. That sucks for everybody. And that does, it is scary to wake up. And she might have been a terror in their mind. However, there's a lot of trauma. And we're not going to assign our beliefs on that trauma.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Listen, Amy, you've to adopted kids from another country. Yeah, no, I mean, I definitely have compassion for any difficult situation that, you know, biological children can have certain traumas as well. So it's not just exclusive to adopted kids. But it's almost like when you're adopting in some of the books and the training that you receive, like you're, you're, you're, you're, you're, you're aware certain things can happen for sure, but then you just kind of think maybe they won't happen to you. And then when certain stuff starts to pop up, it's like you shouldn't be totally shocked by it.
Starting point is 00:13:19 But then you do have to do what you need to do to handle the situation. Well, it's also not real until it's you. Right. And then also the other part of the story is, and I'm not a victim of it. I'm an idiot because of it. I just believe the news sometimes. I think we all do.
Starting point is 00:13:36 It's such a sensational story. I'm like, this crazy. She's like 30. She tricked them. She snick. And then they made like a movie. Yeah. Not, I don't know if it was based on her, but it was like a similar type story. Orphan. It's not based on it all, but same kind of thing. So, we hope everybody finds some health.
Starting point is 00:13:55 Right. And if those parents knew they were lying, that sucks and they're bad. I wonder if they were somehow convinced by somebody else. And they got bad information. Moral of the stories, we don't know. But I'm glad that the answer is out. That's wild. It's time for the good news.
Starting point is 00:14:12 With Amy. Tell me something good. So congratulations to Bailey Davis because she recently got engaged. However, when you're newly engaged, you're not used to having a ring on your finger. So when she was traveling for work, she stopped at a rest stop to use the restroom. And she was in one of those just single family bathrooms. And there was a little shelf by the sink. So she took her ring off.
Starting point is 00:14:35 Wash your hands. At the rest stop restroom. Yeah. It's not good. And then she got in her car. Do you take your ring off to wash your hands? Do you? Sometimes, it depends.
Starting point is 00:14:44 If she's new to it, she might want to because maybe you get nervous that it's going to get soapy and wet and fall off your hand in the, and that would be bad going down the drain. That's not a thing, right? That is a thing. Soapy water, if your ring is loose? I don't know that it is. I don't know that it is. I'm saying that's why I would take it off. Okay, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Okay. Or if you want to get your hand really dry because sometimes the moisture gets under the ring. That's my guess. So anyway, she gets in her car and drives two. hours down the road and looks down at her hand and realizes, oh no, my ring is not here. She realized she left it there. So she put up flyers, Facebook posts, all the things. Did she go back before she did all that, though?
Starting point is 00:15:19 I would go back first. Yeah, I would turn around. Instead of just started putting them up right there. I don't know the order of events. Yeah, got it. But I assume she made flyers. She went back. There was Facebook posts.
Starting point is 00:15:31 And then a guy contacted her because he saw the social post. His name is Cody Warren. and or Cody Warren with a T and he said I bet it was Cody C-O-T-Y That what? Not Cotty It's spelled different yes
Starting point is 00:15:46 But I bet it was Cody Because I used to D-Y But anyway Cody Said he did not want a reward For his good deed He said that being able to return A ring to someone that has lost it
Starting point is 00:15:57 Is rewarding enough So shout out to him for finding it Seeing it on social And then Bailey said that She has a deeper connection To her ring now that she's gotten it back What was Cody doing on the women's restaurant? Well, here's the thing, Eddie.
Starting point is 00:16:09 I was going to bring the same thing up, but Cody may also be a woman, right? No, no, but it's a family bathroom, so anyone can go. Oh, it is? Okay. Yeah, it's one of those ones. I started to think maybe it's spelled weird because it's a female code. Yeah, okay, I didn't think about that. Wow, it never, oh, nope.
Starting point is 00:16:22 You said family bathroom. Cody or Coddy declined any reward for his good beer. Okay, no, Cotty. It's not Cotty. Cotty found the ring in the pot. All right. Cotty and the potty. All right. Nice job.
Starting point is 00:16:34 That is what it's all about. That was Tell Me Something Good. A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care what you're saying. Yep, that's me, Clivert Taylor the 4th. You might have seen the skits, the reactions, my journey from basketball to college football, or my career in sports media. Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.
Starting point is 00:16:56 And now I'm bringing all of that excitement to my brand new podcast, The Clifford Show. This is a place for raw, unfiltered conversations with some of your favorite athletes, creators, and voices that not only deserve to be heard, but celebrated. One week I'll take you behind the scenes of the biggest moments in sports and entertainment, and the next we'll talk about life, mental health, purpose, and even music. The Cliverts Show isn't just a podcast, it's a space for honest conversations, stories that don't always get told, and for people who are chasing something bigger. So, if you've ever supported me, or you're just chasing down a dream,
Starting point is 00:17:28 this is right where you need to be. Listen to The Cliverts Show on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. And for more behind the scenes, follow at Clifford and at TikTok podcast network on TikTok. There's two golden rules that any man should live by. Rule one, never mess with a country girl. You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes. And rule two, never mess with her friends either. We always say that trust your girlfriends.
Starting point is 00:18:01 I'm Anna Sinfield. And in this new season of the girlfriends, oh my God, this is the same man. a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist. I felt like I got hit by a truck. I thought, how could this happen to me? The cops didn't seem to care. So they take matters into their own hands.
Starting point is 00:18:20 I said, oh, hell no. I vowed. I will be his last target. He's going to get what he deserves. Listen to the girlfriends. Trust me, babe. On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Starting point is 00:18:41 What's up, everyone? I'm Ago Wadam. My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell. Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo. My dad gave me the best advice ever. I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and dad, I think I want to really give this a shot. I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings. I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come look for up and coming talent. He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about. which is really sweet. He goes, but there's so much luck involved. And he's like, just give it a shot. He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
Starting point is 00:19:29 It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat. Just hang in there. Yeah, it would not be. Right, it wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck. Listen to Thanks Dad on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. I want to go over and talk to Trevor and Montana. Hey, Trevor, good morning to you, my friend.
Starting point is 00:19:52 Good morning, Cidio. Morning. What's up, buddy? I was just curious. Was there any update on the whole pallet situation and then also Eddie's hair transplant? Two great updates. So the pallet situation is we found out that you can go buy a pallet of crap. You don't even know what's in it.
Starting point is 00:20:08 And then you can sell it if you want individually and try to make money. We did it. We put our money together, spent about 600 bucks, went through it all. It's still in the room over there. We haven't done anything with it. Lunchbox is our leader on this. So we're kind of following his direction. So what is the plan lunchbox? Yeah, it's a new year. So we're going to, you know when he starts with it, it's a new year? He got nothing. It's a new year. So we're going to come up with a new business plan to get rid of that stuff and sell it. And yeah, I probably autograph a lot of it because I know people are going to want signatures on it.
Starting point is 00:20:41 I'm not opposed to that. I agree. I know you think that's what you're selling. What if only you signed it all? Well, I mean, we'd make a lot of money. There you go. You don't even need us. So just get it going.
Starting point is 00:20:51 Yeah, just do it. You're right. You're right. So as you can hear Trevor, we don't have a plan. Wait, wait, wait. Trevor, you calling about a certain item? Well, I mean, you never know. Here's what we do.
Starting point is 00:21:02 I'm just going to take this thing by the horns a little bit. Lunchbox, I need you to individually photograph every single item. No, no, I'm not the web person. It's not the web person. You're the, you can put photographing. Yeah. No, that's, I mean, that's Morgan's job. Like, when we were unboxing it, she should be taking pictures.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Stop. I need you to photograph every item. I want you to hold it like you're the model. And we need a picture of you holding every single thing listing out exactly what it is. I don't know all that. Right. This is called work. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:21:30 And then Morgan, you have to get them on and list them up there. And then if a listener wants to buy something they see up there, sign they can call us. We'll put the price on it. Then call us and just buy it and we'll ship it off. Sounds like what I had planned last year, but no one listened to me. Okay, that's great. Okay, good. You did it all, so you get to work.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Trevor, thanks for that. The other one is the hair transplant. We want to send Eddie to Turkey. Did I send you a video? Of what? Which one? Because I've seen a lot of videos. Dude, I saved it.
Starting point is 00:21:54 I was going to send it to you, but I saved it this morning. I put a bookmark on it on Instagram. Is that the dude's head that's like really big? No, I'm sure. I'm sure there are a lot of them, but it's people talking about going to Turkey. And this one guy did his whole process where he's like, hey, I got on a flight. It was 13 hours from L.A. a really nice car picked me up when I arrived.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Yeah, because they provide transportation. They do? Yeah, it's included in the fee. Oh, wow. So, Eddie, what is the latest? Are you going to Turkey to get a hair transplant? The latest is, I told you I was going to go on the break and kind of just think about it, talk to family members. And I did.
Starting point is 00:22:24 I did just that and bones. I got to tell you that I was surrounded by a lot of people that had good heads of hair. And I was like, I need to do this. I think I came out of the break saying, I need to do this. I haven't made my decision yet. I'm really another good head of hair. Look at that. I haven't cut my hair.
Starting point is 00:22:42 And I'm not really growing it out for any reason specific, but I haven't cut it. And it's getting pretty long. Would you agree? Yeah, I thought that when you walked in. What? That your hair looked long. So, Eddie, let this.
Starting point is 00:22:51 I just need both of you. Lunchbox, I need all the pictures taken with you standing beside each item by two weeks from today. And Eddie, I need your answer two weeks from today. You got it. Yeah, I mean, I just need to get with Morgan so she can take pictures. No, stop making excuses. That's fine, but you have to hold each item. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:23:06 She can take the picture, but you have to hold each item. and then you have to do all the work on what the item is. Well, don't we have a list? Didn't Mike make a list when we did this? Hey, Trevor. I'm asking. Thank you, Trevor. I appreciate you bringing that up.
Starting point is 00:23:16 We'll have it all. Everything good to go in the next couple weeks. And if not, we're moving on from these bits forever. And we'll lose our money. Thank you. All right, buddy. Have a great day. You too.
Starting point is 00:23:25 There's Trevor in Montana. Let's play the Bobby feud. But you have a chance to win $100 today. More money than ever before. You have a chance to win $100. The players are Amy, Lunchbox, and Eddie. So we asked about 3,000 of our Bobby Boneshow listeners.
Starting point is 00:23:42 That's many replied. New Year's Resolution for 2024. What are the top 10? Amy, you won the dice roll. Go ahead. Okay, I feel like it's just always a common one, but like lose weight. Show me lose weight. Number one answer.
Starting point is 00:24:00 Okay. Yeah, I'm not going to do much for me. So, oh, man. I feel like we all want to, would someone answer with this? Okay. Save money. Would someone answer with it? No, no, I switch.
Starting point is 00:24:17 That's the most generic, general one you could possibly. Yeah, save money. A lot of people did. Three, number three answer. No, no, I knew that one would be on there. This is what I went away from. They're going back to it now? I'm going to go back to it.
Starting point is 00:24:31 Hopefully that's further down. More sleep. Better, more sleep. More sleep. More sleep. Sleep, better sleep. Better sleep. Sleep.
Starting point is 00:24:42 All right. I just, what? See, I took a risk because I thought maybe that'd be at 10, you know? Yeah. Let's go over to the lunchbox. Lunchbox, we had about 3,000 of our listeners. Yeah. Talk 10 resolutions.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Yeah. This bald guy next to me, he had this resolution a few years back and he reached his goal. Pay off debt. Pay off debt. What? No, you said save money. That's not paying debt. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Because that he wanted to pay debt. pay debt. Could go hand in hand, you know. But it could have been that. That would have been two different ones, but it didn't. It's not. Eddie? I'm going to go with working out.
Starting point is 00:25:23 Working out. That has nothing to do with losing weight. Working out. Exercise more. Get healthier. Yeah, I would say exercise more. Number two, working out exercise, let's do that one. Healthy.
Starting point is 00:25:39 Being healthy. Okay. I'm on the board. Number two answers. You got two points. Working out. I'm going to go with Bones, read more. People like to read for some reason.
Starting point is 00:25:49 They like to read, but they don't like to read it, but then in the new year, they're like, I'm going to start reading more. They like to say they want to read. Yeah. Show me, read more. What? Okay, so after round one. We're struggling. Round one of three.
Starting point is 00:26:02 Amy with four points, lunchbox was zero. Eddie with two. It is round two, so points are doubled. There are only three answers off board, one, two and three. to be healthier exercise, to lose weight, which is different, by the way. We had to kind of define that. Because you can lose weight to not be healthy. We wanted to make sure everybody was happy with us on this.
Starting point is 00:26:22 That's a good point. Yeah. And then save money. Yeah, drink less. Oh, that's good, Amy. Alcohol? Yeah. Drink less alcohol.
Starting point is 00:26:33 That is the number nine answer. Wow. Worth 18 points. Okay. I wouldn't have got that. Me either. I never want to do that. Man, I'm trying to think of what. Okay, maybe travel more.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Travel more. Number eight answer. We're 60. What on earth? What in the world? Yay. How are these people? This is fun. Top 10 New Year's resolutions from our audience. 3,000 people answer.
Starting point is 00:27:10 Number one, exercise more. Number two, be healthier. Number three, save more money. Number eight, travel more. Number nine, drink less alcohol. Drink more water. She's drinking, and she's not drinking. Show me water.
Starting point is 00:27:27 Lunch box? Oh, man, it goes hand in hand with saving money. And so I'm going to say eat out less. You got to cook at home. Cook those home-cooked meals. That's a good one. Yeah, cooking at home. That was a good one.
Starting point is 00:27:46 It was a good one. I don't understand. I'm taking this one off of Morgan. I'm going to go with a lot of people are trying to find a partner. Find themselves a partner. Let's go. Get lucky.
Starting point is 00:28:04 All right, round three. Final round, Amy, with 38 points. Now, you can make a lot of points up here. Lunchbox zero, Eddie, two. You have four, five, six, seven, and ten. Oh, boy. Big points on the board, Amy. Okay, less screen time.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Show me. last screen time. Dang it, that's what I had. Okay, do you? Number 10. Oh, okay. Last time on screens or social media. Dang it.
Starting point is 00:28:33 Not good. Not good. Besides, oh, stupid. Yeah, me too, man. I have that too. Okay. That's all I got, though. I went with the one of the two and I missed it.
Starting point is 00:28:43 Good game, Amy. Well, you don't have to give up. Yeah, there's still points. A lot of points on the board. Have fun. I have fun. I like that. Like, do more fun.
Starting point is 00:28:54 Fun stuff. Lunch, Watch? He's out. He's dry. I'm really dry. Be dry. Eddie? Oh, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:29:08 That wasn't, no. You threw in the towel and you're like, I got nothing. I'm dry. He said there aren't enough points. So, dry. Get a new job. No, it's not it. Eddie.
Starting point is 00:29:17 I don't understand why I got better. Without even giving an answer. Find a hobby. Show me a hobby. Yes. Number seven answer. Yes. 21 points.
Starting point is 00:29:26 Learn a new skill or hobby. Go ahead. Let's go. Did you really turn down a new job? It's not on there. Okay. I'm going to go with... No, I mean, we listened to him.
Starting point is 00:29:39 It's not new job. Okay, so it's not on there. Let's go and make more friends. Show me new friends. Okay, stop. Stop. It's not part of you have fun. Stop, it's not part of you have fun.
Starting point is 00:29:58 That's hilarious, but it's not. It was. Number five answers. Spend more time with friends and family. Wow, wow, wow. What's the score? Do I have a chance here? What do I do?
Starting point is 00:30:07 Let's see. Yeah, you can tie if you get these two. Okay, okay. I have to get two. There are two left. There's four and six, which would be ten points times three is 30. They'll be tied, right, Mike? Yeah, you get both these for a tie.
Starting point is 00:30:18 I told you there was enough points before lunchbox quit. But Eddie had points. I didn't. I had a sleep for ready. You're welcome. Oh, I'm thinking. Bones, let's go with. That was nice if you did.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Thank you. Such a nice guy. New year, new me, man. more giving. You know what? That was nice. I want to say that's a resolution. Be nicer. Be nicer. No, sorry. Game's over. I just David's when you wasted it. What? Give more.
Starting point is 00:30:45 Donate. Volunteer. That's being nice. Oh, no. Improvemental health. And stop smoking. There you go. With 68 points, our winner is a game. You have a chance to win up to $100 here. So, have fun, Amy. There are three versions of the game. You can play the $20 game, which is one of three doors.
Starting point is 00:31:11 You could play the $50 game, which is one of five doors, but you play the $100 game, which is one of $10. $1.00 game, let's go. Okay, so I want you to think I have the doors all in front of me. Now I have put behind this door, which I have drawn on this piece of paper, Magic X, you picked this door,
Starting point is 00:31:34 and when I open it at this sound, here's the door open. If you hear this sound right here, you win $100 in cash. Okay. What door do you not want? Do I not want? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:45 One. Door number one. I don't want that. Show me door number one. That would be good. Oh, it's a donkey. You don't want that. You don't want that one.
Starting point is 00:31:56 What other door do you not want? So that's good. I want that noise on the ones I don't. Okay. This game always... Now there's only nine left. You don't want that one, yeah. Yeah, I don't want ten.
Starting point is 00:32:06 Let's open ten up. One and eight shots. I don't want nine. Okay, she doesn't want nine. Seven shot. I don't want eight. I don't want seven. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:32:27 Hold on. I'm trying to link my exes here. Okay, hold on. Don't push it by here. So we have two, three, four, five, six. Okay, we have that block. Right, those are all in line. Okay.
Starting point is 00:32:38 You have two, three, four, five, and six. What do you, what do you want? You're going a little too fast. No, I know. Now I got to pick what I want instead of what I don't want. Now, give me another way you don't want. Again? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:48 Six. Okay. Are we going all the way down until you pick two? Because if we are, just tell me what we're going to pick another one. It's fun. Unless you're walking me to go to two. It's fun, unless you're walking me. the way down. No, I'm just...
Starting point is 00:32:59 Okay, so you have two, three, four, and five. So am I picking one I don't want? Yes. Okay, I don't want five. Oh my God. You're the one and three shot of a hundred. Yeah. Okay. Go ahead. So what door? You have door number two, door number three, and door number
Starting point is 00:33:22 four. That I want? No, a door do you not one. Oh my gosh. Two. Two. I was like, if you want two, just take two. I know. I already had in my mind. I was just going to guess four. Oh, that's good. Sorry, you didn't want anything. That was fine. No, that was fun, though.
Starting point is 00:33:44 All right, here's a voicemail from this weekend. Bobby, what happened to? It's time for the percolator. It's time for the percolator. What happened to that? Huh? You don't remember the percolator? That song, I'm telling you, it kind of rings a bell.
Starting point is 00:33:57 There was a station that we were beefing with. And you started percolating. With them? I'm no idea. Like, two them. With your body? Yeah, I don't remember this idea. You remember this?
Starting point is 00:34:10 That caller sounds like Was it North Carolina? Yeah, as a North Carolina It was like when we finally beat them I'm gonna go do the percolator at their station It's starting to come back to me now And you said something about poking the bear They were poking the bear
Starting point is 00:34:21 So you're gonna percolate on them Yeah Is that right? It sounds like it I don't remember though And I guess you would sing it like that It's time for the percolate Is that a real song though?
Starting point is 00:34:31 I don't know I have no idea what It's time for the percolate But what is percolator It's a dance To dance I should look that up Into the history of this show
Starting point is 00:34:38 Huh Because whoever it is we beat them I probably just didn't want to pay for the ticket. Fly it out there. This is crazy that people, people remember the randomest stuff because that is so random and none of us remember. It's time for the percolator. He's been thinking about it for a long time. Oh, wait.
Starting point is 00:34:55 Oh, it's Boston, Eddie. Oh, that station's been out of business. That station went out of business and chflip like four times. All right, so that's what happened. Hey, we've percolated every day. Got them. All right. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:35:04 Tasha in Bakersfield. I am an active listener. I just want to tell you guys. You guys have been on point with the comments and the funny this. It has made my day. Thank you for what you guys do every single day. Thanks. That's very nice of you.
Starting point is 00:35:20 The percolator, we looked it up on Facebook, August of 2014. Because what happened was the station in Boston who was like, and I'm not a big steel bits guy because who cares. What are you going to do? But they were doing it just to irritate me. They were literally taking exact segments. not to just try to make their own. It's a good idea because nothing is new ever in the history of creativity. But they were doing it exactly the same.
Starting point is 00:35:47 And I was like, all right, it's on. The nerve. I don't even remember that, though. I guess I couldn't have been that bad. All right, here's that one more. This is Brittany. I just wanted to tell you a morning corny. Simba was walking slow, so I told him to Mufasa.
Starting point is 00:36:02 That's good. You like that, Amy? Yeah. Here's Amy's pile of stories. Well, your afternoon slump will start at 3. 3 p.m. today and last approximately 29 minutes. Nope. It will last 59 minutes because 3 p.m. is when I work out and it sucks. Oh, that's right. So that's not possible. It is a slump. I hate it. I hate exercise. Okay. Well, the top five things that cause are slumps in the afternoon. Squats. Lundges.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Your caffeine, maybe wore off general boredom, lack of energy. You need to eat something or... That's a big one. Sometimes if I'm like, oh, it's just I didn't eat anything or drink enough water. Right. Or you didn't get enough. sleep the night before. Yeah, water and sleep, man. We take it for granted. Yeah. Where I was like, we can make up for it, especially sleep.
Starting point is 00:36:46 I'll just make up for it. The older I get, the more I realize how much I did not treasure and value it as much as I should have. Yeah. The good news is we can just, we keep doing it now. We've learned. Yeah, but I've already killed those brains of us. Can't get them back.
Starting point is 00:37:01 All right, what else? So travel dupes are a thing. Have you heard of this? No, like a fake travel? Well, yeah, you know, like you've heard of tennis shoes. You might have one brand, but you get the dupe. It's like a look-alike. well, if you love Paris, London, New York,
Starting point is 00:37:14 but you don't want the crowds or the cost, you can find a location that is similar and just as enjoyable, and it's called a travel dupe. So like Paris, Texas. Not the same. Or Las Vegas, Paris Hotel. Okay, that's closer. Very good. Okay, okay. Travel experts say that
Starting point is 00:37:29 a destination like Montreal could be a good swap for Paris. But they're both far. How is that a swap? I might as well just go to Paris. It depends, I guess, where you live, but it might be... I guess if I live in Ottawa, it's probably easy. It might cost less for you to just... How about you just fake it and take a picture inside a house and be like, I'm in a house in Paris?
Starting point is 00:37:48 I don't know. Maybe their thought was you're already in North America, so you just scoot on up if you're going to leave the country. And isn't it weird we call ourselves America? Why is that one? What do you mean? That's what we are. Yeah, that's our name. Because what's odd is there's Canada as part of North America.
Starting point is 00:38:03 There's Mexico. It's all North America. There is no... That's all America. That's all America. But we've declared ourselves the America. We're actually the United States. You're telling me Argentina doesn't say they're America.
Starting point is 00:38:14 They don't. We're the United States of America because all of North America is the of. But isn't, okay, yeah, because South, he's saying because South America might say America. Right. Why wouldn't they? They should, though. Everybody could be like, we're America. It's weird that we've just declared we're America.
Starting point is 00:38:30 That's basically everybody in North and South America. But we're the United States of America. Of America. Of America. Okay. Well, they say expert travelers that do that. this, they say that if you want it to feel like the real place, you go to do your homework. And when you're right, make sure to immerse yourself in the local culture.
Starting point is 00:38:51 I do like lunchbox's idea of the Paris casino. Same deal. Okay, yeah, whatever. The restaurants have French food there and everything. No, sometimes the restaurants still have hoagies from right down the road. Different, yeah. Speaking of traveling, Yahoo Finance shared that we will go approximately 600 miles to see our favorite band or artist.
Starting point is 00:39:13 That's how far. Okay, we're wrong, though. We're not good people to question it because we're in the industry. Yeah, like work aside. Yeah. The farthest I think I've traveled to see someone is when I went with you, Bobby, and Eddie, and we drove to Little Rock to see Garth Brooks. Right.
Starting point is 00:39:26 Yeah, but that's not 600 miles. No, and that was me going to my home. But that was a real, wasn't, we weren't there for work. We weren't for fun. That's true. But we got tickets from work. Didn't I call you tickets from work? Yeah, probably.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Okay, but that. That's only 346 miles. Bones, we've talked about going to see Hootie in Mexico. What? No, Eddie, that's a youth who pays on for drugs. Oh, right, right, right. Shouldn't say that here. Hey, man, you want some hooty in Mexico?
Starting point is 00:39:53 Wait, well, just kidding. Eddie went to Hawaii to see Pearl Jam. Yeah, that was a long time ago. Yeah, I went to Minnesota to watch John Mayer. That's crazy, man. It's my only weekend off forever, and I was like, I got to go see him. I love him. Lunchbox, you went to New York to go see Jay Z and Eminem.
Starting point is 00:40:11 But that was, I mean, long time ago. Yeah, yeah, but I was gifted the tickets. That was for work. Who got it for you? Oh, some guy named Bobby. I also found this study that one in ten fans would even go into debt to see their favorite audience. Eddie did. That's how it started for me.
Starting point is 00:40:26 That's right. That's how it started for me. I got a credit card to go to Hawaii to see Pearl Jam. It was the Hawaii part more than it was the Pearl Jam part, though, Eddie. But that's the reason we want to go to Hawaii. No, I know, but you're like, that's why I went into so much debt because of Pearl Jam. It started right then. You could have went to Tupa.
Starting point is 00:40:41 Mississippi to watch Pearl Jam. Wow. That is baffling that people go into debt to go see a concert. I know. It's crazy, man. I don't think it's just a concert. It's like an experience. People are going to debt to go on a vacation. Any experience they feel like it's that they value. You can do like the travel dupes we're talking about. Is there like an artist's doop? Yeah, like a cover bag. They don't understand what doaps are.
Starting point is 00:40:58 Only when you said that, just so you know, because I remember there, but like, a fake. Oh, okay. Okay. A duplicate. A fake. Yeah, I know, I know. We didn't want to say anything. I know. Oh, you know, like, like, The only reason I know what doops are shoes, because I like shoes and watches. So the dupe is like if I give you a fake $100 bill. That'd be a dupe.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Yeah. That's cool. That's counterfeit. Or like lunchbox when your dad would take you to look at the elephants in the parking lot until you get was the circus. That's a duke. You told us it was a circus and we thought that was a circus. And it was the circus to you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:33 It was the circus to you. It was the circus to me until I got older and I still am like, that is so crazy. All right, Amy. Thank you. I mean, that's my file. was Amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news. With Bobby.
Starting point is 00:41:45 Tell me something good. During the holidays, travel is obviously crazy. Guy named to Darwin Hickman. He works in the Bay Area at an airport, at the skycap there, and he just helps people with the luggage. Like, you get out of the car, you can give those people your bags or you can go in. And so he's there, and he's like, man, this has been crazy. You got a lunch break. And when you bought a $30 set for Life Scratcher.
Starting point is 00:42:08 By the way, that's a big one. Yeah, that's a lot of money. $30 for a scratcher, that's crazy. So he uncovered the word life. Scratch, set for life. What does that mean? It means you get it for life. Payments every year for a life.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Well, what it meant is he won the top prize of 20 million. It means he's set for life. Oh, my goodness. So can you choose to get it all now or do you get it over life? No, I think you lump sum it. This one's a lump summer. I would always lump summit because why did you die? That's what you're known as a lump summer.
Starting point is 00:42:38 That's what we call you when you're not around. Anybody say you know a lump sum? But yeah, you want that to... I'm looking at the picture of it here. L-I-F-E, $20 million. Did he go back to work? No, chance. I wouldn't.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Why would you? Done. We're done. Maybe. I would have, but the first time I got any crap, I'd be out. Which is like going to be in five minutes because it's the airport. Hey, late. Hey, your break's over.
Starting point is 00:43:00 No, it's not. What? Your break's over. I'm out. Yeah, the first time somebody gave me the lip, I'd be out. And I'd make a scene but record over TikTok. That's awesome. All right.
Starting point is 00:43:10 That's what it's all about. That was tell me something good. A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care what I'm saying. Yep, that's me. Clifford Taylor the 4th. You might have seen the skits,
