This is an I-Heart podcast.
Guaranteed human.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.
Yep, that's me.
Clifford Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits,
my basketball and college football journey,
or my career in sports media.
Well, now I'm bringing all of that excitement
to my brand new podcast, the Clifford Show.
This is a place for raw,
unfilled conversations with athletes,
creators, and voices that not only deserve to be heard,
but celebrated.
So let's get to it.
Listen to the Clifford show on the IHard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.

In 2023, Bachelor star Clayton Eckerd was accused of fathering twins.
But the pregnancy appeared to be a hoax.
You doctored this particular test twice in someone, correct?
I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives to uncover a disturbing pattern.
Two more men who'd been through the same thing.
Greg, Lesbian, Michael Marangini.
My mind was blown.
I'm Stephanie Young.
This is Love Trapped.
Laura, Scottsdale Police.
As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences.
Listen to Love Trapped podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
When a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist, they take matters into their own hands.
I vowed.
I will be his last.
target. He is not going to get away with this. He's going to get what he deserves. We always say
that trust your girlfriends. Listen to the girlfriends. Trust me, babe, on the Iheart radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Morning Studio. Morning. I was reading this story
about morning habits that doctors and psychologists wish that you would do. And there are a lot of things.
morning habits.
The only thing that I thought was who has time for all of this?
Like who wakes up in the morning?
I've just never been a person that wakes up in the morning to just hang out.
And yes, I've had this job for a long time where we wake up really early.
But I wake up and go, I sleep as long as I possibly can.
I'm asleep.
I don't wake up with time to spare.
I sleep and get as much sleep as I can.
Then I wake up and go right to work.
And I would do that even in school.
I would get all the sleep I could get
and I'd sleep till the very last second
until I needed to wake up and function and then I would start functioning
immediately. Are you like that?
I, yeah, I wake up with enough time to make sure that I make my bed
but I wish I woke up
with like maybe 20, 30 more minutes to do other things
but I don't. Here we go. Let's see what's up.
Get dressed.
Okay. Got to do that.
Now I come, because of this show, I get to wear sweats most of time.
Does that count? Sometimes I do shave my face.
If Scoo Steve emails me at 2 o'clock in the morning, it's like, we have to cut videos today for Seattle.
Then I'm like, okay, I got to get camera ready.
So, number nine, do something you enjoy.
I don't really do anything I enjoy the morning besides making my coffee.
No, no, you know what I do?
In the morning, I do things I don't enjoy, like waking up.
Yeah.
Like driving to work.
I will drive to work and I will listen to the Razorback Daily podcast every morning.
I click the Bluetooth and I listen to that.
Does that count?
Yeah.
But I would just be listening to the radio anyway.
Okay.
Number eight, take a short walk.
No, take a short walk.
Short, no.
But we're just waking up at a time.
Remember some?
It doesn't matter.
I wouldn't do that normally.
But we went through a season where we would work out before the show once.
That season was like three weeks.
And we were crazy.
Yeah, we were.
Number seven, stretch.
Nope.
Oh, sometimes I might do a downward dog.
Number six, do some exercise.
Nope.
I do that in the afternoon.
Number five, get some natural light.
Is that the cheap beer?
No.
They mean.
Get yourself a nanny.
So wake up.
Open your Yeti, have a natty, and go to work.
I'm sure some people do that.
These doctors are not the doctors I'm used to go into.
Okay, yeah, but for us it's dark out.
Keep going.
Make your bed at four.
Yes, I do that every day.
What?
Yeah.
I haven't always been that person.
That's, like, I'm probably three years old at making my bed.
Okay.
If my making bed were in age, it'd be three.
Well, I tell you, I don't make my bed ever, and I used to make it all the time.
But here's why I don't make it.
There's a human in it now.
Oh, yes.
It's the greatest excuse to not make my bed.
What if I made it over Caitlin?
I'm like, nope, you gotta go.
Let's get and tuck the corner in.
Number three, meditate.
And here's why I don't meditate in the morning.
I will fall back asleep.
I'm like, okay, calm, close my eyes.
Next thing you know, it's 8 o'clock, and Scoob is like,
where are you missed half the show?
Oh, I was meditating.
Drink water at two.
I do that.
The number one thing they say you should do in the morning is write down something
for which you are grateful.
I don't write anything down until I get here
and then I write down lots of notes,
But I don't.
I do that at night.
Yeah.
Because I have my gratitude journal by my bed.
But that's, and I don't, I'm not doing it every night.
But I mean, I want to.
It's a good habit.
When I'm in a routine, I do it.
And then I get out of the routine.
Yeah, that stinks.
Because I was keeping a food journal for a while.
Because I wanted to know exactly what I was eating because I had all these stomach problems.
And so I would take a picture of every single thing.
And I had an app.
And you loaded up everything you would eat.
And I was really good at it for about two days.
Then it gets old.
And then I was like, oh, I missed that day.
Oh, well, I forgot to put that up.
So then I was like,
That is stupid. I'm not doing it.
I got about three days in, all combined.
But then I gave up on the food journal.
But I will say this, and I'll end on this with this.
My eating, I've struggled with stomach issues.
I got a colonoscopy and endoscopy.
We can't figure out why I have IBS so bad.
But I will tell you, anyone that's struggling for this, you know what's helped me a lot?
Almons.
I have a handful of almonds about three times a day.
Just raw almonds?
Just raw almonds.
And it works like a lot.
charm.
40% better.
I shouldn't say a charm,
but it is significantly better.
I wonder why.
Did a doctor tell you that?
No, I diagnosed myself.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Maybe it's a fiber issue
where I need significantly more fiber
than the average person.
By the way, this is Old Folks Radio
101.1.1.2.
Old folks all the time.
Coming at you.
I'm like, what?
You do one of those bath towels with an armrest?
Hang up.
26 after the hour.
We're going to have.
Hey, those look awesome, especially the ones
you can install with a door.
Okay.
I agree.
No, I tell you, I've sat up and watch those infomercials where they're like, you can sit up in the bathtub.
It looks awesome.
And then you just walk out.
Yeah, then you just get up and walk out of the thing.
Glad you guys are here.
We really, really appreciate you.
Let's go to Brianna real quick, who is on the phone.
I was just wanting like a birthday shout out for my mom.
She's an RN.
And she has been listening to your show since I was in elementary school.
And now I listen to your show every morning when I go to work.
All old people all the time.
92.2.
Yeah.
Well, what's her mom's name?
Let us say a shout out to her.
Go ahead.
My mom's name is Sonia.
She's turning 41 today.
Okay.
Wow.
That's how old I?
Yes.
How old are you?
Mom.
I'm 23.
I will be 24 coming February the 4th.
Okay, so she had her young.
Yeah.
She had her young.
Obviously.
But we have a young listener.
She's 23.
That's cool.
And she's listening down.
We can put a number on them.
If you're below 25, we're just going to start numbering you.
How old are you again, Brianna?
I'm 23.
Okay.
Brianna is now registered as Young Listener Number 1.
Yeah.
That is your registered number.
You are a young listener number one.
Are you, Brianna?
Yes.
She supports Pimp and Joy.
She's read your books.
We actually got to go see you and Eddie as the raising idiot when you came to Lubbock.
Oh, awesome.
So, I mean, yeah.
She loves you guys.
She listens to you all when she works out because she works night.
So she catches up when she works out during the day.
Well, tell her we said happy birthday.
We appreciate her support.
And this is on the radio so she can listen back to it on the podcast.
Of course.
Thank you guys so much.
You all have a good day.
Have a great day.
See you later.
Thank you.
Bye.
All right, here we go.
Open the mail bag.
We call Bobby's Mailbag.
Yeah.
Bobby.
That's all it says.
Not hello?
Nope.
Bobby.
I have a problem with your show.
My co-worker who listens to your show live from 8 to 10 a.m. every morning.
And then after lunch, she listens to a podcast.
Sometimes she will listen to old episodes again and again.
My problem isn't so much with you.
It's the fact she plays it over computer speakers.
And even when she does wear headphones, she has the volume up.
so loud, I can still hear it.
I've never listened to your show before,
but my coworker listened so much
that I've memorized the mailbag email address
and decided to write you my problem.
I'm at a loss on what to do.
Am I wrong for wanting to ask her to either
turn down her volume or stop listening
to the show? Am I the problem here?
Signed anonymous co-worker. This is interesting
because this does happen in a lot of offices,
or even at a restaurant or an airport
when someone's listening to their phone out loud.
And you're like, what are you doing? Don't you have
any social sense. So the answer is yes, you're the problem here. And yes, you're the problem
and just let her live with this show. We don't get much. Let us live. Why don't you listen?
And then you can enjoy it with her. I hate this for you except it's our show. If it's any other
show, I would go to her and say, hey, would you mind turning it down just a little bit? I can hear it.
I'm trying to listen to my own podcast here. And I don't think that's a mean thing to say.
Just, hey, it's a little loud. But since it's our show, I do not say.
that. Amy, how would you address this to someone other, some other loser show?
I guess I would just, I know, me personally, I'd probably just end up putting up with it.
But if I had to say something, I would just, yeah, kindly be like, hey, that's a little bit
loud. And it's, I'm trying to concentrate over here and get some work done and I can't.
But since it's our show, you would, what?
Oh, see, I still think he could say that even though it's our show.
I would say, turn it up. That's right.
Turn it up. Turn it up.
What's that from?
Okay, I'm going to do it.
Ready?
Here we go.
Turn it up.
Turn it up.
Oh.
Turn it up.
I never have heard that before.
And on the radio, you can't really turn it up because everybody's the same.
Anonymous co-worker, thank you for the email.
If you would send us another email, if you do happen to hear this, and let us know her name and maybe her email address, we'll scold her.
Yeah.
By sending her free gifts.
All right.
Thank you for the email.
We got your email and we read it on your air.
Now it's about to close Bobby's mail back.
On the Bobby Bones show now.
Chris Stapleton.
Chris, what's up, buddy?
How's it going, buddy?
You're all right today?
Yeah, I'm doing good.
I haven't seen you in a while.
How you been?
Oh, man, you know, better not deserve, I suppose.
Hey, I was thinking about you.
I was talking to a lady that listens to the show who's from Kentucky.
And where's she's from Corbyn, Kentucky?
Yes.
So, Chris, you grew up in Stafford.
Is that where you spent most like your childhood?
Yeah, I mean, that was where my home was,
the kind of the county seat with Paintsville, Kentucky.
Staffordville consisted of a few houses in a post office.
When you were, you know, wanting to do music,
I mean, you were musically inclined a bit as a kid.
Where did you start to flex that muscle growing up in a small town in Kentucky?
I grew up singing in church with my brother and some buddies bars,
and we did a bit of a bunch of that, but also we just, you know,
I had an uncle that played guitar, and his brother was in a kind of a popular regional band,
and so I had those influences.
They would show me chords and things.
That was my probably guitar education on that end, songwriting too.
Yeah, I don't know.
This kind of always was there.
It was part of the ethos of hanging out was playing music a little bit.
Were you the music kid in school?
What were you known for?
Obviously, you were an athlete, too, but what would you say that in 10th grade people knew Chris Ableton for?
I mean, I played a lot of sports.
I probably played more sports than I played music in high school that consumed a lot of my time.
But I would, you know, I'd sing now and then and do some things, other things, too.
Are you still a big sports guy?
Are you watching, like, all the NFL games right now?
No, not really.
I mean, I like to go to sporting events when that opportunity to present itself, baseball games or football games or, you know, anything.
I'm a fan of the kind of the fellowship of the whole thing
and the energy of the whole thing.
It's kind of like a lot of shit.
It's the same thing.
I don't know.
To sit around on a TV and watch it all the time,
it still to this day kind of makes me want to play.
And so if I can't play,
I'm not going to watch that.
It's going to be a little depressing.
Do you have any, I still have injuries,
like from me thinking I was an athlete when I was younger
and, heck, even a year or so ago.
Don't we all?
Yeah.
Do you still have any links?
Because you were actually a really good ball player.
Anything lingering with you?
You know, I have arthritis in my shoulders.
You know, my fingers, none of them are straight.
But, you know, nothing that kills me.
What position did you play in high school?
What sport.
And football.
In football, I was a linebacker and a fullback.
I was both ways.
What is wrong with you?
I mean, he's a linebacker and a fullback.
All you're doing is craving violent contact in both of those positions.
Man, I loved it.
That was what I wanted out of it.
Oh, that is punishment.
I played wide receiver in a little bit of corner,
and I did not want to get hit at all.
And no way.
I wanted no contact whatsoever.
You and I would have been the perfect little buddy cop movie.
You'd have been the big guy doing all the damage.
We'll pitch that to somebody.
You and I is high school buddy cop.
Oh, my goodness.
Chris Stapleton is on with,
us and you should probably leave.
You know, when they made this a single,
when you guys made this single,
I was so pumped because I've known this song for such a long time.
I've seen you play it live so many times.
And when it was on the record,
I think I said something to you like, hey,
what was the reasoning,
you know, what was the motivation on putting it on the record?
Then you made it a single.
Are you as surprised as I am
that this song has just remained so awesome after all these years?
Well, you know, I have to give credit where credit due.
My wife kind of required that this song
go on a record.
She's like, you have to put it on a record.
Stop not putting it on a record.
And that's how it wound up there.
You know, you have a tendency when you play it,
have a song or a song that's been around a while,
that you're like, well, maybe it's not sticking or something,
but it's, you know, it's kind of had a cult following on YouTube
or whatever, whatever performances are out there before it was on a record.
So, you know, we kind of stacked a deck on putting it on there, I guess.
Well, I loved it.
I was pumped to see it on the record and then pumped to see it as a single and to see it,
you know, here we are.
I love talking with you.
I can't wait to see you again.
And congratulations.
I mean,
I feel like your life is you showing up to accept awards and then disappearing back into the abyss pretty much.
Oh, man.
That sounds good, doesn't it?
Yeah.
It's like, you don't hear, see you hear from Chris in a while and all of a sudden he's winning like the award for greatest artists of all time and then he disappears again.
Like, it's a pretty good life.
Yeah, it's just that easy, too.
Yeah, of course, of course.
Hey, Chris, great. Congratulations.
Great to talk to you.
And, you know, love what you do and love how you do it.
And hopefully I'll see you soon.
Molly, thanks so much, buddy.
I hope you well and everybody around you is doing well as well.
All right, Chris, see you.
I thank you.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Tell me something good.
This is crazy.
Kirsten Martin, she's from British Columbia,
and her and her family are headed to Mexico for vacation.
When she realizes, oh, my,
gosh, I forgot my son's medication. He really needs it. It's critical to his health.
But we're almost to Mexico. So she's like, you know what? I'm going to try this out.
See if it works. He gets on Facebook and says, hey, anyone from British Columbia headed to Mexico,
is there any way you can find a prescription for this medication and bring it with you?
Someone answered. Someone by the name of Marina Miller doesn't know Kristen at all.
She says, yes, I can get a hold of that for you and I'm sending it to the hotel. And she did.
She sent it to the hotel. So when Kristen, her family arrived,
The medication was there.
That's crazy.
I got a couple of medications I like to ask for.
Dear Facebook.
How did she get this?
I don't know.
It's pretty crazy.
I am so anxious today.
All right, good story.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
Sarah, you are on the Bobby Bone show.
So I've been with my boyfriend for four years and we lived together.
And in the last three and a half years, he has always come to bed.
We've slept in the same bed.
but in the last six months he started sleeping on the couch and he doesn't come to bed at all.
I told him it bothers me and he tells me that I'm overreacting and that it's normal.
And I don't know how to feel about it.
Well, first, I don't think that's normal.
So I'll just say that.
But that doesn't mean it's wrong.
Let's investigate this a little bit.
Why do you think he's sleeping on the couch?
I don't know.
Like, I mean, I shower every night.
Like, it's not that I stink.
Like, I don't know why he doesn't come to bed.
bed. I cannot put
a dot, like a pinpoint on it.
What does he say is the reason
he doesn't come to bed?
That he watches TV and he just falls
asleep. But there'll be like mornings that
I wake up and I come into the living room
and the TV's off and
like he's obviously just
gone to sleep on the bed.
Or on the couch, I'm sorry. Do you
kick in your sleep, night terrors,
talking your sleep, any of that?
No.
Is there any
possibility that he could just like watching TV until he falls asleep?
I mean, yeah.
Like, he used to watch TV until he was going to go to sleep and then he'd come to bed.
But now he just doesn't come to bed.
Do you have a TV in your room?
Yes.
Oh, so he could watch TV in the bedroom and fall asleep, or do you not allow that?
No, I do.
I watch TV until I fall asleep.
Any chance that, have you noticed anything suspicious with him?
Well, and that's no. I mean, no. Like, I have nothing's changed in our relationship, because I've
way overthought this. And I'm like, well, maybe he's cheating on me. But there's nothing
suspicious. He doesn't go and do anything. Like, he just, I mean, he just doesn't come to bed.
Do you guys still have adult time?
Yeah.
Okay. Amy, what do you want to say? I don't hear anything that's happening that's a massive
have red flag, maybe he just likes to sleep on the couch. And that's not normal, but that's not
also not bad if that's the case. Yeah, I agree with that statement that it's not normal, especially
if it's a change in behavior where he was doing one thing and then we've shifted. So like, is this,
is there a conversation of like, okay, is this the new normal? Like what really, because you can
show him, this is how we were and now this is how it is so you can see how that would make me feel.
And then he can have his opportunity to share. And then you could say, well, can we,
we, could we kind of compromise?
I miss having you by me.
So, like, can we have a couple nights a week where you're by my side?
Do you miss having him by you?
Or is it, are you just worried that something else is going on?
You can buy me, but I was just worried something else is going on.
And I've told him that it bothers me multiple times, and he just tells me I'm overreacting.
And that we're fine.
Do you think something else is going on?
That's what I'm going to ask you.
Do you think something else is going on?
No.
Okay.
If you don't think there's any.
anything suspicious happening and you have no reason to think that.
I don't think you should think that.
I think maybe you try to figure out why he wants to sleep on the couch.
And if it is, it could just be the fact that he wants to watch TV and fall asleep every night
and just feels more comfortable sleeping on the couch.
That really could just be it.
And you could, not fair to you, but in his mind you could be overreacting because that's
literally the only reason he's doing it.
Maybe so.
I don't know.
I was just so confused and conflicted and I didn't know how to feel about it or what to think about it.
And so I thought I'd call and get some advice.
An outsider's view is, you know, it is abnormal.
And I do understand why it would make you feel uncomfortable with the overall situation.
But if you have no reason to think that something bad is happening, don't think that something bad is happening.
Don't let yourself spiral into that.
I just don't want our kids growing up thinking that it's normal.
Because, like, our daughter calls our bedroom, my bedroom, and the couch is daddy's bed.
Yeah, that's a situation.
I had an aunt and uncle that slept in different bedrooms, and they were as happy as could be.
But they were like, this just works out better for us.
We are married.
We love each other, but we sleep in different beds and we have different bedrooms because we like to watch different things on TV.
He liked to eat in bed.
There were just a lot of things happening.
So I will encourage you.
you not to accept this as the new norm,
but first of all, not to take yourself to a bad place,
but try to understand what he's taking from this,
and maybe you guys can figure out how he can get a little bit of that with you,
but also you can let him have a little bit of that with him too.
Ooh, lay on the couch with him.
Oh, no.
He's not going to like that.
I definitely don't think that can move.
That might get him to move to the bed.
Well, it would.
Until you move back to the bed, he's going to move back to the couch.
Well, then that would show you the problem.
Final statement, don't freak out.
This could only be a phase with him.
Phase. We're hoping a phase.
Like maybe he's, I don't know, just not motivated.
He's getting lazy.
Maybe he's sad about something.
Which has nothing to do with her.
It could possibly just be something inside of him.
I would like him to revisit or anybody in any relationship.
If you're significant others bringing something to you that they're feeling or thinking or whatever
and your constant response is you're overreacting.
I feel like that's not a good place.
Did he say anything to you other than you're overreacting?
When you say, honey, why are you sleeping on the couch?
Sleep with me?
Like, what is his reasoning to you?
That he just falls asleep and that I'm overreacting.
Okay, so he does use that every single time.
Yeah, because I mean, then I just feel like he's not hearing you
and how you're really feeling.
Okay, good luck.
Don't assume he's cheating on you because I don't feel like he is.
he may just need a little time for him.
And I would bet this is only a phase.
I think you can only sleep on the couch so much
until you want to go back to the bed.
Tell him to call us.
Yeah, we'll talk to him.
Yeah.
We want to know why he's on the couch.
Send him back to us.
Okay, Sarah, I'm sorry we couldn't fix the problem,
but we will tell you we don't think it's end of the marriage.
Okay.
Well, thank you guys.
I appreciate it.
All right.
See you later.
Bye.
I hate not being able to fix a problem.
I know, but we're not experts.
It's fine.
And you only talk to you.
one side too. Exactly.
Let's go over and talk to Evelyn, who lives in North Carolina.
Evelyn, appreciate your calling. What's going on?
Hey, so I actually had a comment on the last caller. So I personally love sleeping on the couch.
I'm not going to say that I do it every day, but it will happen every once in a while.
And it's not because I fall in sleep watching TV. I just find the couch really comfortable.
Yeah, I think it's a phase, especially if she doesn't think there's any funny business going on.
think you should assign funny business to it. Do you agree?
Yeah. I mean, I'm definitely not cheating if I'm sleeping on the couch.
I don't know. We need to check our phone. No, Evelyn, we're just giving you a hard time.
Thank you for calling. I tend to agree with you.
Thank you. And Bobby, my son loves you.
Well, tell him I say hello. Heck, I'll send him a Beanie Baby.
Does he want, how old is he? Is he 25? If so, he won't like it. How old is he?
No, he's free. Okay. Hold on. Let me get on a Beanie Baby stash here. Hold on one second.
This is a red dog.
Good?
Yeah.
I have a red dog named Rover.
Oh.
And I'm going to sign the tag
and we're going to send it to your son, okay?
Great. Thank you.
All right.
Thank you for calling, Evelyn.
Have a great day.
You're welcome.
You too.
All right, let's take one more call.
Let's go to Angel and Georgia.
Angel, thank you for calling the Bobby Bone show.
What's going on?
Hey, I just had a thing to say about the lady by her husband,
sleeping on a couch.
Yeah.
My husband went through the same thing.
would, you know, fall asleep watching TV.
Sometimes he would get up and come to bed at 3 o'clock in the morning.
Sometimes he wouldn't.
It was just a phase that he went through, and I know there was nothing going on.
And I actually liked it because I can't stay in the TV on in my room.
So I just think it's a phase he's going through, and it'll stop.
Like, now it's stopped.
He's back in my bedroom, but, you know, it's just a phase,
and I don't think shows anything to worry about.
All right, I appreciate that call.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.
Yep, that's me, Clivert Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits, the reactions,
my journey from basketball to college football,

this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.

This began a years-long court battle

I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case.
I wanted people to be able to see
what their tax dollars were being used for.
Sunlight's the greatest disinfected.
They would uncover a disturbing pattern.

And now time for a segment we call
What's wrong with people?
What's wrong with people?
First up, a man is arrested
after allegedly mooning
a Delta flight attendant and passengers.
He's now looking at a felony charge
for intentionally assaulting
and intimidating member of flight crew
and could get 20 years in prison.
Oh.
You can't do that stuff on an airplane.
No. Only in a car passing by, right?
Well, or only if it's an 18-wheeler.
Now, mooning was a thing.
20 years ago. It's really not anymore.
No.
Still funny in the right circumstance, but no,
you shouldn't do this, especially in a public
place of people you don't know, right?
We were in a pharmacy drive-thru, and an elderly
man mooned S.
And the pharmacist called the police,
but I didn't stick around to see what was going to happen.
I felt more bad like it was a
mental thing happening, which
I know what it feels like to just hit
rock bottom and
do something crazy. But I don't moon
because of rock bottom. I'm like, because of like, the day's
awesome. Yeah, you're having fun. Let's celebrate, baby. Here's my butt. I felt bad because I feel
like this person was in that state. How old was this man? This was not too. This was like a
couple weeks ago. He's elderly. I haven't mooned someone in 20 years, but it used to be a thing.
Don't do it anymore. Yeah, no, no. Also, you got to stop doing crazy stuff on airplanes.
But it's to the point now where if I get on a flight and nothing happens, I feel let down.
Every time we read a story, it's about something happening in the air. But yes, this dude could
go to jail for that. What's wrong with people?
What's wrong with people? Here's another one. A woman
whose vehicle had become stuck in a snowbank
was carjacked by the same person who offered to help her.
Oh, man. The woman in her 60s was offered help by a so-called Good Samaritan
at around 9 p.m. Friday. The suspect then carjacked
the woman at knife point and fled in the car.
Luckily, she wasn't hurt.
Police located the vehicle with the male driver inside. About 20 minutes later,
the suspect entered a nearby house and was taken into custody.
Jordan Gary Moore 20 of Winnipeg has been charged with the robbery.
He remains in custody.
What's wrong with people?
What's wrong with people?
That's from chr-isd.c.com.
I mean, do you think he was already going to carjack no matter what
and this just opportunity came along?
Yes.
I don't think he saw her and thought,
no, I never thought about carjacking, but she's ripe.
You guys can leave us a voicemail at any time, day or night.
877-77 Bobby.
That's our phone number.
Here's one we got last night.
I only get to listen to the podcast,
and I used to get, on Fridays, you guys did a thing with the Friday,
I don't know, where you played a bunch of music.
And you don't do it anymore.
I'm just curious why it's not on the podcast anymore.
You're referring to the Friday morning dance party.
We do it every Friday, but we can't put it on the podcast anymore because the music rights.
We can't put any music on the podcast, really,
of music rights. Dang those artists and writers
for wanting to be paid. Right? What the heck is
happening? Greedy. Yeah. So, uh, we still
do it, but listen live. That's,
if you want to hear the dance party, you've got to listen
live on Fridays. But thank you so
much for the call. Here's one more.
Want to find out what happened to the guy with the car watch
that you took to your, um, concert.
Thank you. So, remember
Josh? Yeah. From Oklahoma.
Yeah. Yeah. He worked at the car wash in Tulsa. He performed
here on the show. He then performed with the raging
idiots at Iheart country festival.
Um, on his TikTok.
Because we went to read his bio, see if he had updated anything.
He says, work in progress for a few songs with some of Nashville's help.
Stay tuned, y'all.
So apparently he's been writing with a bunch of Nashville writers.
Let's go.
Because something wasn't going to happen in a day.
So apparently he got a little lift from this.
That's awesome.
And he's been using that to write with some folks.
He also posted a video from The Eagles, Take It Easy.
He's doing a cover.
It's got a million views.
Is he still working at the car wash?
I imagine, yes.
Take it easy.
Take it easy.
Don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy.
He's still at the car watch.
I'd assume because his videos are still at the car watch.
Yes.
So that's why I would say yes, I assume.
Unless he's quit, but he goes back.
Hey, Chuck, can I come into two?
I need to record three videos.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
So I have a list of the hardest easy foods to make.
Okay.
I would say eggs are easy, but eggs.
To me, are tough when you start to put things in the eggs.
Yeah.
Or if you're trying to do like a runny type egg, but you make sure the white part's cooked
and then you flip it and you accidentally crack it, that's hard.
Yeah, I don't try that.
All right, what do you got?
I do.
Okay, so in it number one is pancakes.
Like, everyone's like, oh, pancakes are easy, but then we end up botching them completely
when we start cooking them.
Are pancakes hard for you?
They are, because you can't get it just right.
Sometimes you feel like you almost burn it.
If you get it a little too thick, then it's not cooked on the inside.
within the end. And I get so upset at
Caitlin if my pancakes aren't shaped like the choo-choo train
that I ask for. I want it to be shaped
exactly. You know what you should have her
start doing for you is put the batter. She doesn't make
pancakes for me. I'm kidding. I don't eat pancakes in the
morning. Just kidding. Okay, but here's the tip
for everybody else's thing. Something fun to do,
especially if you have kids or Bobby.
You can put it in a squeeze bottle
like a ketchup squeeze bottle like when you
buy it's a store that's empty and then you
can make shapes or spell their name out
or something. You put the better on that.
I'm texting Caitlin right now.
Okay, what else?
So pancakes, eggs, pasta, can't ever get that cooked just right.
To me, the pasta part, though, is the timing of it.
Yeah, I even said a timer.
Wubbery or, yeah.
Too hard.
And then you got to throw it against the wall.
What?
Mac and cheese.
Well, if it sticks against the wall, it's done.
Okay, but you test that that way every time?
I just checking.
No, no, I do.
If I, no, I thought you were serious.
Idiots do.
And I don't cook a lot, maybe a couple times a year.
But, yes, we'll toss it up against the wall.
I will.
Sweet potatoes.
But it stains the wall.
That's why I asked you.
Yes, you have to throw it up against a wall
that no one's going to see.
You got like a tie, like a backslash maybe or something.
Okay, so sweet potatoes.
I mean, yes, you can't get those just right.
Rice, grilled chicken and fish.
Okay.
And then Bobby, I saw you.
Let me say this about fish real quick.
The greatest thing for fish for us has been the air friar.
Chiching.
Oh.
Because Caitlin, again, I'm not going to take any credit for this.
I just watch.
Or we have the meals from Hello Fresh, which I can make.
Other than that, we'll,
She'll take the air fryer, put some parchment paper in it, cook the salmon.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, it's good to go.
Yeah.
Me going boom, boom, boom, boom.
I don't know what's happening, but I know it's quick.
That's just what I insert for sounds when I don't know what's happening.
Well, I saw you made a boom, boom, boom, boom video on Instagram with, like, your fancy toaster skills.
Well, that's the only thing anybody cared about was the toaster.
I know.
That was the star of the post.
I mean, Kay, let's show we had to make a nice bagel snack, and then I made it on Instagram.
Oh.
I credited her at the end, but only people wanted to talk about my toaster.
And you can see it on Instagram, Mr. Bobby Bones.
All right, what else?
A 101-year-old woman, she shared what she credits her longevity to.
And I loved her answer.
Cigarettes and whiskey and taking no S for men.
It's always like that.
Please say that's it.
She said it comes down to two things.
First, her greatest joy comes from serving the Lord.
After that, her secret life powers come from being served a Big Mac.
Okay.
So she said Faith and Big Macs kept her a lot this long.
She may be the last to 110 without the Big Macs.
I think the Big Macs probably going to.
peel a few years off.
All right, is that it?
Yep, that's it.
I'm Amy.
That's my pile.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
Come on!
It's time for the good news.
With Bobby.
Tell me something good.
A South Carolina FedEx driver rescues a child from a car accident.
That's the headline.
His name is Damien Rose.
He's working, driving around, finishing up his shift, and he was headed to return to his truck
when he saw smoke ahead.
And he's like, man, I guess I should pull up there and just see.
but how many times do we see smoke and it's like
purposefully a little fire
or controlled
so he knew right away when he got to it it was an accident
he jumped out and he saw
someone yelling get the kid get the kid
so his mind just clicked into
overdrive he ran to one of the vehicles
reached in pulled a little boy from the car seat
and that what that is even unbuckling
oh that's hard rip a kid right yeah so he does
that holds the kid
waits for the emergency crew to arrive
and that car
It didn't blow up like in the movies, but it did catch on fire.
Wow.
And had he not been there to actually rescue the kid, who knows what would happen.
Yeah, it's awesome.
But also, the big story here is that he drove to smoke.
I don't know that I want to.
I would have just been like somebody cooking something.
Would you know what to do if you try to get a child out of a car seat?
Yeah.
You know the buckles?
No, I would go, how do I get a kid out of the car seat?
Exactly.
Is anyone not working car seat?
Or what I think I would do is probably grab the seat belt, the big one that's probably holding the whole thing.
Just carry the whole seat.
That's what I would do.
I don't know how to do all that stuff.
That's a great story.
That's what it's all about.
That was Tell Me Something Good.
In a few minutes, we're going to get into this topic about someone wearing something inappropriate to a wedding or maybe your wedding.
And I'll tell you why.
But I do have a lot of calls that we're just ready to talk about this.
And this one, not so much wearing something inappropriate, but doing something inappropriate.
Brooke in New Orleans.
Appreciate you calling.
What's going on?
Hey, good morning, studio.
Morning.
So I got married.
leap year 2020. It was not a matter of what someone wore to my wedding. It was what a bridesmaid actually
did at my wedding during my reception. The reception's going on and her sister comes out and grabs me
and my husband and it's like, hey, can y'all come back here? We need to tell y'all something. So I said,
yeah, sure. We get back there. My friend, my bridemate, she's crying and I'm like, what's going
What's wrong?
I just took a positive pregnancy test.
At the wedding?
At the wedding?
30 minutes into my reception.
She had it in her purse or?
What?
What did she go about Walgreens on the way there?
What just happened?
Does she want to know if she could have a drink?
That's probably what it was.
Yeah, but you just check later.
Right.
You know, weddings just shouldn't be about anyone other than the two people getting married for any reason.
And if something does happen, you keep it to your sense.
until the next day.
Because this is very selfish to take a pregnancy test during the reception.
Yeah, and was she crying tears of joy or sorrow?
Yes, it's the joy.
I have never heard so much of my life.
These are two particular friends that we held very close to our heart.
They shared their fertility journey with us,
and there were some, you know, problems along the way with her fertility.
So, of course, we were excited for her, but at the same time, I was like, you can do that this morning?
12 hours from now.
Yeah, or the next day.
Yeah, and this is not anything toward their story and their journey, but this night was not about them.
Don't even do that.
Because you might get a positive bag, or you might get a negative and that makes you sad.
I know.
I'm sure they were just were so eager to know.
Okay, she's eager to get married and not have someone steal her night.
I know.
I know.
I'm getting angry for her.
Friendship over.
Yeah, Brooke.
No.
Thank you, Brooke.
I appreciate the call.
I assume you guys are...
That's not like not be friends anymore worthy.
That's just you probably weren't thinking.
You were accidentally selfish.
I do it all the time.
Yeah, you're emotional.
But you probably just should have made the decision not to get...
You shouldn't have got a pregnancy test at the perception.
No way.
All right.
All right, thank you, Brooke.
Have a great day.
Thank you, y'all too.
All right.
See you later.
All right, time to go for the morning corny.
Let's do it.
The morning corny.
What do you call a sick e-g-g-goree?
What do you call a sick e-egris?
What do you call a sick eagle?
Illegal.
That was the morning corny.
I want to know if someone showed up at your wedding
and what you thought was an inappropriate outfit.
And maybe it took some attention away from you
or maybe you were just like, what are you wearing?
Luckily for us, we didn't have that.
But I read a story about Kendall Jenner
who wore a really, like, well, I'll call it racy.
racy dress to a friend's wedding.
I mean, the dress is like stripes
and then skin
other than the stripes.
Those cut out dresses are really trendy
right now. Yes. So people are like, why would you
wear that to a wedding that's not about you?
I'm sure her friend is cool with it.
I don't think Kendall Jenner,
who seems to me like the coolest Jenner.
Yeah, like the most, like doesn't
get a lot of the attention.
Let's go and talk to Autumn in Florida.
Autumn, we're talking about
did anyone come to your wedding
and dress inappropriately?
Yes, they did.
It was my mom.
And he was a bartender, so she didn't have mother-appropriate clothing.
So she showed up to my wedding in a blue mini dress with no underpants
and accidentally flashed the crowd.
No way.
How did that accidentally happen?
She bent over to say hi to her grandkids.
Oh, no.
It gets worse and worse.
Oh, no.
This is awesome.
Oh, no.
I will never live that down.
Did you say anything to her, or were you just like, ah, classic mom, all right?
Honestly, it was classic mom.
I couldn't say anything because I just didn't want to make a scene.
But everybody said something to me at the end of the night.
But there was a scene, obviously.
There was definitely a very, a lot of gross faces in the Christmas.
Oh, no.
I don't appreciate that call.
Thank you.
Thank you for your story.
Let's go talk to Chris in Oklahoma, who is on the phone.
Chris, welcome to the show.
What's going on, buddy?
My dad was the preacher of our wedding, and he was a big I Love Lucy fan, die hard, watched
every one of every episode, went to the house in California, and all that.
When he shows up to our wedding, shows up wearing I Love Lucy tie with all four of their pictures on there.
That's pretty funny.
So it had Lucy.
It had Ricky, Fred, and Ethel all right there on the tie.
That's great.
Yeah, they're pictures on his tie.
Did you say anything to him or were you like, again, classic dad, am I right?
It was actually my wife.
She was like, do you know your dad as we're standing in front of each other?
And I looked over like, oh, my God.
That's funny.
At least it was Lucy.
He got to not more underwear like that.
That's true, like the first car.
And his skirt.
Oh, my.
And that would have probably been a scene.
All right, count your blessings.
Chris, thank you for the call.
All right, thanks, guys.
All right, see you, buddy.
Nathan and Tampa, you're on the show.
Nathan, what's going on?
Hey, how are you guys doing this morning?
Pretty good.
What you got for us?
So, like, a ridiculous outfit to my wedding.
Yeah.
G. 70, I had a COVID wedding, so it was a couple years ago.
My mom's mantra, though, is flashy and trashy.
Like a bright purple top with a mini skirt, like a silver sequin miniskirt to my wedding.
I walked down the aisle and then made a matching tire for my dad.
Weird that a mom would do that for a wedding.
I know, I know it's a mantra, but someone else's wedding is not about your mantra.
Weird question.
Yeah.
Underwear?
Wait, no.
Let me ask.
Hold on, let me ask.
Hey, Nathan, weird question.
Underwear?
Did you have.
I don't know.
Wait, so, but how does your dad feel about flashy and trashy?
He goes with it.
My mom goes out, like, every Friday night.
They go out on the weekends with all their friends, like the Eagles clubs and all this stuff.
And she's 72 now, but doesn't look at.
Everyone thinks she's, like, in her, like, 40s and 50s.
And everyone kept asking the Weston.
The people at my wedding that didn't know my mom's like,
who's the lady in the bright purple?
I'm like, that's my mom.
Well, I love that she still has a spunk about her.
And I love flashy and trashy, just not at the wedding.
And your dad doesn't have a mantra like, old and bold.
Or, like, gray and crazy.
You know? So he's good. He's just, he's just
sidekick to flashy and trashy.
Wherever she wants, then they go out.
You know, good for them. I love that.
I just probably would have scaled it down for the wedding since it's not
about you and your mantra.
You know? Well, thanks for the call, though. We appreciate that.
Oh, no problem. Thank you, guys. Have a good day.
All right. See you later, buddy.
Thank you guys for all the calls. You can
add some more up on our Facebook page. Just search

Something new tickle you? I was about
to play a song here.
I was just trying to imagine if my mom was like, you know
We.
I am who I am.
Hey, coming up at a second, what a mom named her baby,
and everybody's freaking out about it.
And I'm like, if you name your kid this,
this kid's going to have to deal with being named this.
It's not just about you.
It's like when you name your kid something weird,
for example, my friend, he was named Sue.
Okay.
What?
He was.
Was he a boy?
Yeah, he's a boy.
Stop it.
He was.
You had a friend named Sue that was a boy?
Yes.
And so, and his dad left.
And so he had to grow up his whole life being named Sue and people beat the crap out of him.
Because if you had met a boy named Sue, lunchbox.
Oh, we would have made fun of him so much.
Right.
I mean, so much. Relentless.
Exactly.
But when the dad left, he knew that that son needed to be raised strong.
So he named him Sue, so he would get picked on a beat up so he would develop a sense of toughness.
So the dad planned on leaving all along, so he named him.
The dad left, yes.
That was kind of weird.
He met up later, and they got into a fight because the son was looking for him, found him.
And it's like, why did you name me Sue?
And that's when he found out that he was only named Sue because the dad was like, I know I'm going to have to leave you.
And this world's tough.
What?
Yeah, it's the whole thing.
I mean, you're still friends with Sue?
Yeah.
I mean, I know him.
Yeah.
He's a man now.
From time to time.
Yeah.
It's the whole thing, you know.
He just wanted, I mean, he wanted to be named Bill or George or Frank.
Anything with Sue, that's what he said.
You want to tell everyone what's going on there?
I don't. If you don't know, you don't know.
I-Y-K-Y-K. I-Y-K-Y-K.
We'll talk about that name thing coming up next.
A win is a win.

Hey, Tom, thanks for taking part in the show.
I'm not talking about in the morning studio.
Morning.
I don't know if I can beat the woman that flashed everybody,
but we got married in my sister's backyard,
and she has a swimming pool.
So I told everybody, bring your bathing suit
because we're going to party after the wedding.
We're going to go swimming and all that.
My family shows up in their bathing suit.
To the wedding.
They're ready.
Expedite that thing.
Go right to do it.
Yeah, I mean,
they didn't have a tendency to wear a pair of pants
over their shorts.
You got to respect the fact, though.
They knew what they were coming to do.
Yeah.
Be at a wedding, have fun, and go swimming and swim and pool.
Yeah, but my family doesn't tell.
Okay.
Okay.
You know what we did at our wedding?
Because of where we both grew up, which is Arkansas and Oklahoma,
we had to let our family know, hey, no camo.
That was a real thing.
Did you get pushed back from that?
Not really, but, and it wasn't like, hey, don't wear camo.
That's bad. It's like, hey, no, let's just not wear camo to this wedding.
Because we don't want you to show up being camo and everybody else not be.
And you feel like, oh, I shouldn't have worn camo.
Because most of our families, that's what they wear, camo in all shapes and sizes.
And so we had to be like, hey, we had to call people specifically and be like, hey, you can't if you want.
But most people aren't wearing camouflage.
And they didn't.
Nobody wore camo.
It's actually pretty cool.
Thank you for that call.
Tom, we appreciate you, man.
Hey, by the way, how was the party after, though?
Like, were they the first ones in since they were already dressed?
Oh, yeah, man.
No sooner than we walked away from the preacher.
They were jumping in.
Of course.
I now pronounce you man and wife.
Bouch, Cannavo!
That's awesome.
All right, Tom.
Have a great day, buddy.
You too.
All right, see you later.
Okay.
Thank you.
You want the story about the baby's name?
Yes.
Okay.
A mother who named her baby's son, Lucifer.
Really?
Yeah.
Why?
Reveals that critics have warned he'll be bullied for life.
But insist he's not called that after the devil.
What's he called that after?
Well, even if it's not after the devil, you have to realize that most people are going to assume it's after the devil.
Or most people are just going to go, hey, what's up with that name?
His whole life he's going to get this.
Like a little bit you have to think about your kid, not just why you would name them that.
Right.
A mom has described how she's been trolled after revealing she named her baby son Lucifer.
Josie King, 27 years old, insists there was no religious reason.
choosing the name for her seven-month-old.
She just liked it.
The mother of two said her son is a miracle baby
who was born after she lost 10 other children
and insists she didn't call him after the devil.
Jody claims she spotted Lucifer,
which means bearer of light in Latin,
in a baby name book and like the sound of it.
Yeah, but you still know what it means to people,
even if it's not you.
The mother revealed the name when she was on a TV show.
She said,
I've been called an atheist.
I didn't even know what an atheist was.
The devil is not the meaning of my son's name.
That's from the Daily Mail.
Yeah.
It's tough because that's the association with 99.
It would be like, I've always wanted to name my kid Alexa.
And not the same religiously, but I've just had this.
If you name your kid Alexa, they're going to deal with that.
Now, yeah.
For a lot of their life for the next 10 years, 15 years.
I can't see Alexa going away anytime soon.
And so you have to realize they're going to get, not made fun of, but that's always going to be
something. And if you're okay with your kid going
through that, then go for it. But it would be tough to name
your kid Alexa right now. Agree?
Agree? Yes.
One of my friends wanted to name his kid Google Home.
And I was like, don't do it.
Because you
You never know.
We have a box of hot dog
flavored candy canes. It says
plump and juicy. Sounds
disgusting. So we have a wheel
in studio. Imagine the wheel of fortune
wheel, but instead of laying down on its back,
Willa Fortune Willa
Fortune Willis standing up.
I spin it.
Whose ever name it lands on
will have to eat
the entire candy cane
over the next hour
on the show.
Oh, the whole thing?
So like enjoy it,
savor it as the show goes.
Yeah, it's really something to spend some time with.
You know, invest in it.
Okay.
I hope it's shockingly good.
Me too, because I love hot dogs.
Yeah, why wouldn't it be good?
Because...
Pepperment sticks are good.
Hot dogs are good.
Yeah, but I don't know
that I want to lick a hot dog for
an hour.
It's a mixture of pepper.
I've ever meant in hot dog.
Okay, are you guys ready to spin the wheel?
Yes.
Whoever name it lands on is the loser.
Okay.
You know it's going to be lunchbox, right?
I mean, bad things always happen to me with that wheel.
Ready, everybody?
Let's take a practice spin.
No, no, no.
I just want to make sure my shoulder's loose.
I've had some shoulder pain.
I want to make sure.
Let's do a practice spin.
Let's spin that wheel.
Of course.
The practice spin, it won't land on my name.
The practice spin, it lands on.
Ramundo.
See?
There you go.
You.
Do you feel better it landed on you?
Yeah.
Because I had the weirdest feeling that it was going to land on me for the bad one.
I'm glad we did a practice for it.
All right.
You guys want to do another practice?
No, no, no, no, no.
All right, we have hot dog flavor candy canes.
We're going to spin this will.
Somebody's going to be eating it.
Here we go.
Let's spin out.
Bad luck, turn around.
Bad luck, turn around.
Let's go.
That's a good spin bone.
That is a solid, no.
Oh, crap.
Oh, crap.
Oh, crap.
Oh, crap.
No.
And the loser.
The loser is.
Eddie.
Hey, Eddie, this is like, because you always win.
Hey, you keep winning, Eddie, keep winning.
I don't want to win this one.
Eddie, come over.
I mean, I thought that was going to click over to my name, and I was like, oh, no.
It was one-off from Lunchbox.
Oh, yes, it was.
All right, Eddie.
Yes, it is, you know, it's the standard white on a candy cane, but the stripes are like a hot dog pink.
Hot dog color, yeah.
It might be good, though.
You get a great point.
You like candy canes.
You like hot dogs.
Hey, I love hot dogs.
All right, here we go.
Eddie, now with the candy can't.
I'm going to picture I'm like, I'm at a baseball game.
Okay, just put it in your mouth.
Take a bite.
Bight.
Bites.
Yeah.
But, no, only a psycho bite to candy can in first.
What?
There you go.
Oh, God.
Dude, it tastes like meat.
It tastes like meat.
That is crazy.
All right, I'll do a bite.
Oh.
It does go away faster.
Okay.
The meat's kind of gone away.
Now it's pepperminish.
Oh, that's nice.
Now the meat's,
back. Oh my goodness. This is crazy. Like, you know when you taste something and you breathe out your
nose while you're eating it, you take that's what it tastes like. Dude, it tastes like dog food.
Now this is like not a good hot dog. This is peppermint stick mixed with dog food. This is not
Oscar Meyer, I'm telling you. So you're, you don't like the hot dog flavor candy canes.
Like my tongue tastes a candy cane. But the overall taste is dog food. Like Alpo.
Why do you keep saying dog food? Yeah. How many times do you eat dog food?
You smell it.
You know the out of the can
and you put it in the dog food?
That's what you smell.
That's what I'm smelling right now.
Well, you have half a candy candy eat there.
Where is it?
There it is.
Okay.
So go ahead and eat at it.
Enjoy it?
Yeah, like you said,
savor it.
Dude, honestly, if I don't breathe,
it's fine.
It doesn't taste like dog food.
Eddie checking in on your hot dog flavored candy cane.
You want to know something weird?
It's starting to taste like root beer.
It feels like it tastes like everything.
Dog food.
Hot dog.
I feel like the inventor of root beer was like, hey, try a little peppermint, try a little hot dog, and voila.
That's where root beer came from.
Eddie continues to eat the candy cane.
In the next segment, I got two questions for you, country music related.
Number one, Amy, who is your favorite country music couple to follow currently?
Okay.
Number two, I got a note from someone, someone that I really admire in the world of country music.
And I cannot tell by the note that he wrote if it was insulting or celebrating.
Oh, interesting.
Do we get to know who it's from?
Yeah, I'll tell you the whole thing.
All right.
Either it was insulting to me,
ish, or celebrating-ish.
Okay.
I'll read it to you.
It's not a terribly long note, but I read it,
and I was like, is he being nice or is he being mean?
I feel like probably, I'm not even going to tell you.
This is fine.
We'll come back.
We'll do both of those next.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what I'm saying.
Yep, that's me.
Cliver Taylor the 4.

In 2023, former bachelor star Clayton Eckerd found himself at the center of a paternity scandal.
The family court hearings that followed revealed glaring inconsistencies in her story.
This began a years-long court battle to prove the truth.
You doctored this particular test twice in so-ins, correct?
I doctored the test ones.
It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case.
I wanted people to be able to see what their tax dollars were being used for.
Sunlight's the greatest disinfected.
They would uncover a disturbing pattern.
Two more men who'd been through the same thing.
Gregalespian and Michael Marantini.
My mind was blown.
I'm Stephanie Young.
This is Love Trap.
Laura, Scottsdale Police.
As the season continues,
Laura Owens finally faces consequences.
Ladies and gentlemen,
breaking news at Maricopa County
as Laura Owens has been indicted on fraud charges.
This isn't over until justice is served in Arizona.

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield.
And in this new season of The Girlfriends,
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed.
I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.
On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I love that you.
Let's check in with Eddie real quick.
He's been eating a hot dog flavored candy cane.
It tastes like dog food again.
It just goes back and forth, man.
I honestly think it's my brain.
Just like, ooh, peppermint.
And then like, dog food.
Is it enjoyable at all?
I mean, if I forget about it, it's a candy cane, you know?
And then you just kind of like...
You forget about it.
Like, if you just live in the life...
But then are you like, why am I?
It's always weird.
You're like, where am I?
So Eddie's still eating the candy cane.
He lost on the wheel.
I have a couple of things.
question is country music related.
I'm going to tell you guys, I got a guitar sent
up to me by Alan Jackson.
And on it, he wrote
three words, keep it
country.
Oh.
So I wonder
is, and
spend some time thinking about this, Amy.
Is Alan Jackson saying, hey,
keep a country. Like,
you're not doing it. You're not doing a good job
of keeping a country. Keep a country.
Or is he doing like, hey, keep a country.
Like you've been doing it. Like you've been keeping it.
Keep it country.
Yeah.
How would you interpret that?
I lean towards keep it country.
Like positive.
The positive.
Like keep it country.
Like you already are having it country.
Keep it country.
Exactly.
Okay.
Keep doing what you're doing.
Okay.
Eddie.
I mean, I'm trying to Google.
Is there a song called Keep It Country by Alan Jackson?
You say keep.
All he wrote was Keep it country, Alan Jackson.
Bones, I think he's telling you stop being what, stop doing what you're doing.
Keep it country.
But what am I doing?
I don't know.
I am a country music historian.
I get it.
Maybe he's just encouraging you.
Hey, buddy.
Country music could be going in a weird direction.
Keep it country.
Like Santa Claus?
I'm watching.
Always.
Alan's always watching you.
Okay.
So you think it's...
So that would be a little insulting?
Scoo of Steve, what do you think about this?
You see the guitar that's in my office?
Yeah, I think he's just being like kind of like when you say like, yo, keep it real.
It's just a phrase.
Nothing meant to it at all.
Just keep it real.
a country.
Lunchbox?
Man, I feel like he's saying, look,
country's going in a bad direction and you are,
you are steering the ship because you have the biggest
platform in country music and he needs you to steer
that ship back towards what real country is.
So maybe it's not an insult then.
Maybe it's like, hey man, okay, keep a country.
Yeah.
Yeah, like don't let it get too far off brand.
Like we're getting off brand and we need to get back to country.
Well, now we have a few different.
We have Amy who go, hey, keep a country.
We have Eddie who's like,
keep it country.
Yes.
We have lunchbox.
She's like, hey, keep a country.
Different tones in all those.
Yeah, it's three words, but he could say so many things in three words.
Dang.
Does he think the ship's going in the wrong direction?
So what did he send the guitar for?
I don't know.
A little hint saying, hey, man, in 2022, we need to get back on the right direction.
But why did he send the guitar?
I didn't ask for it.
I'm happy to have it.
He said it quite a while ago when he's in the show.
Yeah.
That's like a gift.
Just like, hey, thanks for having me on.
Oh, that was pretty much it.
Like a happy, would you say it was a happiness gift?
It seemed like a happiness gift.
Like, keep a country.
Okay.
Well, hey, Mr. Jackson.
I'm gonna keep on, I'm a keep on keeping it country.
There you go.
Yeah, I wish you to just wrote keep on keeping it country.
Yeah.
That would be better.
But that's what I would, that's the spiral my brain went down this morning.
Does Alan Jackson hate me?
Did he send me a guitar just to insult me?
That's my first question.
My second one is, I enjoy following Chris Lane and Lauren Lane on Instagram.
I know him a little bit.
They're super funny.
And if I were now to rate my favorite couples to follow now, they're number one on my power list.
Chris Lane and Lauren Lane on social media especially.
That's my number one couple.
You?
I'm currently following Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in 1883.
Oh, so yours is because of the show?
Yes.
Okay.
Who else is good?
Who's another?
Luke and Caroline.
I love Fawkes.
They're hilarious.
Luke and Caroline, Brian.
Yeah, they're really good.
Ramundo, who's your favorite?
favorite country couple that's like now?
The Browns?
Caitlin and Kane? Yeah.
Social media-wise, they pretty good?
Oh yeah, they always post and I mean, it seems like the relationship's awesome, so you kind
are envious of it.
I should have went to Morgan first on this. Morgan, what do you think?
Yeah, I'm the same with Ray. I would have said Kane, Brown, and his wife, because I just
think they're always posting TikTok, so they're very much happening right now.
Okay, let's do this one. Who is the most annoying couple?
I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I have a trust man. I got a gobble.
But okay, that's our, that's, those are, that's funny.
That's an annoying couple.
I think if I turn the mics off, we probably all say the same couple.
Yeah, I agree.
Well, but annoying is relative.
Relative.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know.
So who would be yours, Amy?
No, I'm not saying.
If you want to speak up?
No way.
You think we have the same one?
I have no idea.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But, I mean, not in a bad way.
It's just not.
I'm trying to take who you guys are thinking of.
Come on.
We're not even going to guess out loud.
No, we're not doing that.
Anyway, to end on a positive note,
I'm going Chris Lane and Lauren Lane
because I think they are hilarious.
Hey, you always said,
if you got to have people that like you,
you got to have people that don't like you.
Well, no, for people to love you,
what you're doing that makes people so passionate about you
is also going to make people the opposite.
People feel that way about this show.
Like, people hate us.
I don't hate that couple.
I just define them.
How do you even know who it is?
We don't even know.
We all have the same one.
Morgan, do you know what we're talking about?
Yes, we do.
I think I know who it is.
Of course we do.
Write it down.
No, no, no, no.
I don't like the game either.
I want to stay positive.
Chris Lane and Lauren Lane for a couple of the year.
Bobby Bones show.
Boney up the day.
This story comes up to us from Kalamazoo, Michigan.
A 26-year-old man was going to pick up some beer,
poles in the parking lot, instead of hitting the break,
hits the gas,
right into the liquor store.
He was arrested for DUI.
I figured he was drunk or old.
Yeah, that's normally what happens.
Those are usually that if you're 90, you do that, or if you're plastered, or if you're
Amy.
Yes, I was going to say, if you're young and sharp, you realize you're doing it fast enough to stop it.
Like you do it and then you're all, but your reflexes are fast enough to stop any damage from happening.
Yeah.
Young and sharp.
Okay.
I'm Lunchbox.
That's your Bonehead Story of the Day.
Thank you guys for hanging out with us.
It's the good news countdown.
Counting down the biggest good news stories across the lab.
Three, two, one, hit it.
Number three.
A flight attendant from Salt Lake City got delayed to Kentucky last month.
So they just sat there, and they went over and bought a lottery ticket, and they won $50,000.
Oh.
My bad.
He's just hanging out.
$50,000 richer.
Number two.
An eight-year-old kid in Idaho named Dylan loves his local library.
He wants to be a writer.
For years, he's been talking about having a book he wrote in the library someday.
And so I guess he got sick of waiting.
So he wrote his own book and hid it in one of the shelves at the library.
The library found it.
They were so impressed they're adding it to their permanent collection.
Here is Dylan talking about the story.
I've been wanting to put a book in a library since I was five.
There was a lot of librarians that I had to get past, so do you know what I did?
I covered this part and covered the back with my body and just snuck it in.
And then I put my book right here.
The next time I came back, it was gone.
He's smuggling books in.
All right, let's go.
Number one.
A woman hadn't seen her lost cat in eight months, but found him when she recognized his meow.
She called her vet to check on her other cat that just had surgery.
Then while she was on the phone, she heard meowing in the background.
She was like, wait, that meow sounds like,
familiar and she was right it was her two-year-old cat Barnaby who had been brought in a week
earlier. The vet assumed it was just a stray. That's crazy. Come on. That's crazy. Come on. That's crazy.
Come on. I mean, there must have been a super, it's, it was a distinct meow. Like her cat must have
meowed like a Boston accent. How is that? Interesting. It goes like this. Wicked.
Mew. Yeah, okay. See if the cat did that, you would know.
That was the good news countdown.
Hope you guys have a great rest of your Monday.
We're back tomorrow.
All right, thank you guys.
Have a good day.
We'll see you tomorrow.
A win is a win.
