Welcome back. We got another week.
How lucky are we?
Yeah.
Why are we lucky?
Do we have a job that we love?
Oh, yeah.
Like, I watch Arkansas
Keith to go to the mill every day.
He didn't like that job.
So we're here, we got a job.
The morning, the hours suck.
But all of our listeners listening now do too.
Lester on the podcast, then who needs you?
You get to wake up whenever you want.
Morning studio.
Morning.
All right, we're going to get to know here on Monday.
Which of your personality traits are you most proud of?
Which of your personality traits are you most proud of?
Lunchbox, do you know yours?
My awesomeness?
Is that a personality trait?
Sure.
Can be.
I would say that would be more of a confidence.
Confidence?
If you're going, I'm awesome, that's the best thing about me.
That's pretty confident.
So I would say you're confident.
Okay, my confidence is my best one because, I mean, I believe I can do anything.
I believe I'm better than anybody.
That would be going into a bit of arrogance.
But yes, I hear you.
Yeah, like I'm just confident.
I believe in it.
And I don't let people bother me.
They can give me their opinions in me.
And guess what?
Their opinion don't matter.
I like it.
What personality trait are you most proud of, Eddie?
My humor.
I like my humor.
I think everyone in my family is kind of funny.
Like, my dad's brother was a comedian.
And so, like, yeah, it just kind of runs in the family that we like to make people laugh.
I get joy out of seeing people laugh at what I say.
So I like that.
Amy?
I think that I'll go with, and I've learned this a lot about myself recently,
especially being a co-parent.
But my personality can see the bigger picture.
and try to see where the other person's coming from too.
Like I...
Like, understand.
I go there easily where I can...
I guess I can kind of be in the gray.
Things don't have to be so black and white.
You can also understand that maybe you don't understand.
Yes, that's, I think, too.
And I, when you...
This is just a new part of my life and things that I'm learning about myself.
And I even said that to Ben my co-parent the other day,
where I was just like,
I felt like I was really seeing
the bigger picture and I said
I don't want to have an inflated view of how I'm
handling this but I think that I am because
I felt at the time he was being a little
black and white but then I also had
compassion for that to some of his
how he grew up in his military background
and so then I gave space for that
and ultimately he came around. That to me
feels like the words of someone has put a lot
of work into themselves
yes and that's why it was even
hard for me to admit that to him on the phone
like I was like it sounds like I'm thinking
highly myself by saying this but actually
I think I'm proud of the patience and the work that I've put into trying to understand.
Maybe don't say that to him that you're proud of yourself.
But I mean, still, I think there's...
Well, I didn't.
I think I said, I have an inflated view.
Major growth.
I just wanted him to understand.
And mine is not going to make sense to you guys.
But if I'm picking what personality trait I'm most proud of now, you all, you guys are going to roll your eyes and be like,
let's see.
Try us.
No, we never, we would never roll out.
Your timeliness.
Mom, man.
I would say my patience.
What?
You don't have patience.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Talking about it.
Hold on.
That's not part of your person.
It's gotten.
It's gotten.
It's gotten.
I worked so hard.
No, it hasn't.
Yes, it has.
Yes, it has.
Yes.
You just shut up because I'm not going to take any of listen to your mouth.
I'm not patient.
You're being impatient.
I would say that in general, I have a bit of an understanding that because I need, want, desire something to happen now because I feel like it.
It doesn't mean everybody else should have the same feeling I have.
I'm still not good and not feeling like it.
But I think outwardly.
I've become even a much more patient boss.
Much.
Hold on.
We're not doing what we've most improved.
No, no.
It's what are you proud of?
You're doing whatever you want.
You don't get to make the rules.
The question is, what are you most proud of?
And my personality I'm most proud of is patience because I've gotten better at it.
It's not what I'm the best at.
I think that's like tenacity, just showing up.
What you're quick-witted?
Well, okay, but I'm saying if I was most proud of something, it would just be like, yeah, like tenat.
I don't have a, I'm not very talented.
What's tenacity mean?
I don't quit.
But I would say what I'm most proud of, the patients that I've developed in the past four or five years.
As a boss.
No, just as a person.
It's still not good, but it used to be terrible.
I think being married has, like my wife has instilled a lot of PTO.
What's that?
Oh, that's just me saying, praise the Lord.
Because I think it has since you've gotten married, there's been some healthy changes.
Yeah, I don't, I don't just.
You showed patients right there and not just jumping down.
I've showed like ignorance.
I have no idea what that means.
Confused.
Oh, I don't know.
I'm not a patient person.
I'm still not a patient person.
I'm very impatient.
But patient is what I'm most proud of now because I've developed a sense of it that I've never had before.
Okay.
I would agree with that.
It's your view on your personality, man.
So it's, you know, whatever you want.
He is more patient.
You two guys over in Kid Laney.
Whoa.
Hey, be patient.
Yeah, when I said mine, I think the lunchbox said, what the?
I didn't.
I said, I think it's weird.
I got confused.
I mean, about halfway through your speech.
What would you say?
say the personality trait you're most proud of yourself.
I think it would be empathy, my heart.
I have a lot of empathy for people and the situations they've been in.
Also just a really big heart.
It also is a weird question to answer because it feels like I'm asking you like what are you most proud of and it feels like you're bright, but I'm begging you to brag.
Right, right.
So it does feel weird.
I don't mind bragging.
I'm awesome.
I'm smarter than everyone else.
Ray.
Yeah, a chameleon.
What?
You can put me.
wherever and I'll always fit in. My humor
isn't just like in the studio.
Say if I went to a lumber mill, I'd be the funniest dude there.
So, I'd say, chamelema. Is it humor then?
Humor, but also everything. Work ethic, whatever.
I know, so everything? You could drop me in any environment.
You could just dominate any environment? I'd fit in immediately.
Got it. I like it. You should be a spy, dude.
Maybe he is.
Oh, my. What if we dropped you in Asia?
They'd be like, there's a white guy. I don't think you fit in there.
No, he's a comedian, dude. Why does he want to know our government secrets?
All right. We're good. Everybody good. What?
I don't know. I just, I'm sorry I turned mine into a story.
I think I was just talking through like something I've been thinking about recently.
Are you apologizing?
You know what your worst trait is?
You think too much and you're dwelling on things that you think we are thinking about.
Okay, but I don't know why I just didn't answer it like, oh, I think I've grown in the area of like, you know, have.
I have no patience for this.
Okay, we're moving on.
Exactly.
Let's open up the mailbag.
You send an email and we read it all the air.
It's something we call Bobby's mail bag.
Yeah.
Hello, Bobby Bones.
Lately, my wife and our teenage daughter have been at each other's throats.
I've refused to get in the middle on.
I've just tried to be supportive both.
It seems that being, quote, Switzerland isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Now I'm being resented by both of them because neither of them think I have their backs.
How long can I keep the neutral thing up before I become the common enemy here?
Signed husband, father trying to keep the peace.
I don't have kids, so I'll remove myself from anybody taking my real advice,
but I feel like I'd always have to set the president
of being on my wife's side just because,
but I don't have kids.
So, Amy?
Yeah, this is something you and your wife, I think,
need to work through.
I don't have the full picture,
but I would say,
y'all need to figure it out
and then present a united front to your teenager.
The teenager shouldn't feel like she needs
you to stick up for her versus mom
or mom to stick up for her versus dad.
I don't know, I just feel like that's when it gets really tricky.
I also feel like it's general teenagerie
that's making them fight.
There's not like one issue.
So it's just that age and stage.
Yeah.
Somehow you need to be able to step up.
If you don't agree with the wife, see, that's where it gets tricky.
Like maybe if you don't agree with her, y'all need to settle it on the side.
So that way y'all come up with the United Front.
That way you can support your wife in front of your daughter.
Because I feel like that is going to be the best.
As a co-parent, I'm not even, I'm not married anymore, but we're still parenting the same child.
And we disagree about things for sure.
but towards the kids, it's still a united front.
And we do everything possible to maintain that because that's just going to be best for our family.
And I would assume maybe yours too, but.
Eddie?
Yeah, Amy's exactly right.
You and your wife need to be on the same page.
And if you're not on the same page, Amy's right again.
Go in a separate room.
Make sure you're away from your kids.
Talk about it.
Okay, how are we going to present this?
What do you think?
What is what I think?
But if you can't come to the same.
You need to.
You have to.
it is. Even if you're wrong about it, you say,
you know what, I'm wrong about it, but if you feel stronger than
I do, I never have to. It's got to.
It's got to because you cannot be on your daughter's
side. I'm not demanding that I'm going to be told us right, but if it's like
I'm wrong about it, I'll just act like I'm wrong,
I'll just check out. Right. So then
you say, all right, then you're not being supportive.
And you have to tell your daughter, you know what?
You know, I love my daughter. I'm on her side now.
Checking out is the lazy way.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I got to get to
work. That's, like,
that's passive. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You got to be on the same team.
I gotta get up early in the morning, so you gotta deal with this.
No, but, um, I agree.
Unified front, right?
Has to be.
Even if we argue about what tend to feed the dogs, we go in a room, we go,
we feed Stanley away from the dogs.
7.30.
And we go back and we're like, 7.30 it is.
Yeah.
We both agree on that.
We both agree.
Good luck with that.
I bet that's a very common thing.
Yeah.
Mom versus teenage girl.
And dad being like, I don't know what to do because I don't understand.
Or just parents against kids, like,
oh, well, yeah.
A whole different war over there.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, it doesn't matter, you know, daughter, mom.
It's like even like me and sometimes my son and I'm like, man, I know what he's saying.
I know, I was a dude.
I know what he's talking about?
Like, I was in high school.
And my wife's like, what are you talking about?
Let's talk about it separately.
Come up with one thing and then we'll present it.
Powerpoint?
Yeah.
Pretty much.
All right, there you go.
Good luck.
As you hear, there is no answer that's right.
It's just be unified in your answer.
That's an answer.
Yeah.
That's the answer.
That's the answer.
There's no answer that's right always with the answer.
in the fight.
No, no, no, no.
It's just the answer is to be unified, even if you're wrong.
Yeah, right.
But you've got to get there.
You don't want to just, you can't fake it the entire time.
Although sometimes I just choose the United Front, and then I call my friends in a talk trash.
Wait, no, no.
What?
Just kidding.
No, you know.
All right, close it out.
I vent.
We got your email, and we read.
It's time for the good news.
Oh, it's Bobby.
Tell him there's something good.
If you're a dog guy, if you're a dog girl, you like this one.
So, Jason.
and Julia, I've been together for a while, and Jason was going to propose.
And he's like, oh, how do I do I propose?
If I do it boring, she's not going to have a good story.
You want it to be romantic.
And so he also worked at adoption services.
And so there was a dog named Banjo that had been there forever.
And so he inscribed, Will You Marry Me on Banjo's collar?
Nice.
And had Banjo, like, follow him and go up to her.
It's like, oh, because it was like a stray bulldog mix.
She was like, oh, look at the bulldog.
Will you marry me?
she did not think it was banjo proposing
she knew it was Jason
and so it was a success
the couple was overcome a joy
and then they both adopted banjo
that's cool which is pretty cool
that's a great story
that's what it's all about
that was tell me something good
today is April 1st

I know the opportunity.
I don't know what you're.
It's the station, right?
That it airs on.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But yes, but it's a program.
I know, but I was close.
But there's AM and it.
Okay, but you didn't get it, though.
Correct.
I didn't.
Polio could have been close to a smallpox.
But yeah.
Amy 5, lunchbox three.
Amy thing.
A la la la la la la.
A win is a win.
A win.
I don't care which I'm saying.
Yep, that's me.
Clever Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits, the reactions,
my journey from basketball to college football,
or my career in sports media.
Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined.
And now I'm bringing all of that excitement to my brand new podcast, The Clifford Show.
This is a place for raw, unfiltered conversations with some of your favorite athletes, creators,

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And rule two, never mess with her friends either.
We always say that trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of the girlfriends...
Oh my God, this is the same man.
A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.
I felt like I got hit by a truck.
I thought, how could this happen to me?
The cops didn't seem to care.
So they take matters into their own hands.
I said, oh, hell no.
I vowed.
I will be his last target.
He's going to get what he deserves.
Listen to the girlfriends.
Trust me, babe.
On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcasts.
What's up, everyone?
I'm Ego Wode.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman,
Saturday Night Live,
and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with him one day,
And I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.
Just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.
Guys, in a little bit of trouble, he left his fiance's $2,000 wedding dress on the roof of his car and just drove off.
They did not find it.
They're offering a $500 reward anyone who finds it.
Oh, they think someone stole it?
No.
Well, they think it just felt.
How would you know who to get it to?
Yeah.
Oh, man.
And it had to fall off back where you didn't look in the rear view because it falls off on the side, your side, you're going to see it.
If it goes off the front, you're going to see it.
Right.
But how upset would you be?
And I'm bringing our Swifty Lauren in here, who is engaged.
How upset would you be if your fiancé lost your wedding dress?
This close to the wedding, I'd be livid.
I would be livid.
Because this.
This is a bit of neglect by him for like prioritizing that dress.
Yeah, and I just don't like I don't understand how you leave something that big.
It's not like a phone or like a cup of coffee.
It's probably in a huge dress bag.
Like, how do you just not see that and drive off?
You don't care about it that much.
You don't prioritize it that much.
Guys, you set it on top and you open the corner.
But it's so big.
It's not a cup.
I know, but the groom doesn't wear the dress.
It's like a grocery bag.
And the whole reason you are where you are is because of that dress
because you wouldn't just go and walk around with that dress.
Also.
You went to wherever you were going because of that dress.
Otherwise, you wouldn't be carrying that dress around.
It happens.
It's a great point.
No, it doesn't.
Yeah, and it's bad news.
It's because it didn't happen.
He wasn't supposed to see the dress.
That's why I did it.
Karma.
Yeah, maybe that's the bad luck, yeah.
Yeah.
So, do you get insurance on a dress?
That's not a thing, is it?
I don't, no, I don't think so.
I don't have insurance.
Do you have your dress?
I do.
And you're getting married when?
In May.
Oh, my gosh.
Soon, real soon.
Yeah.
Did you do anything crazy like put yourself like on a crazy diet or take hair growing pills or anything where you're like, I'm going to make sure of my wedding I'm perfect.
Just watching what I eat, but nothing like crazy.
And you have your, how many bridesmaids do you have?
I have 10 bridesmaids.
Oh my gosh.
I know.
A lot.
Yeah.
He's like 10.
She's like, I got to cut it down to 10.
He's like, I got to have 10.
Are you going to have all 10 on your side and all 10?
Because the bride when I was one of the 10, there was.
she did it five and five on each side, so we were staggered.
Oh, that's a good idea.
So I like that idea.
We haven't really discussed the-
You're a cheerleader pyramid with them.
Yeah.
Four, three, two, one.
And they all do the pyramid where they're on underneath.
So that's a lot.
I saw a note on my desk and it says Bobby Bones and wife,
and it's an invitation from Lauren.
I'm assuming to our wedding.
I haven't opened mine up either.
So did you invite the whole, everybody here?
I invited everyone.
I wanted to be polite, include everyone.
You don't have to do that.
But I wanted to.
and I like want everyone to know.
I don't feel,
I hope no one feels any obligation to go.
Like I will not be offended.
I won't be upset.
I just wanted to extend the invite.
I would love everyone to be there.
If you can't come,
I'm not going to take it personally.
I'm like, okay.
Like, I totally get it.
And, um,
wait,
do you feel a pressure that we feel a pressure?
No,
you should feel like you don't have to invite us.
You're still polite if you didn't invite us though.
Or, or,
I,
of course,
would love for everyone to be there.
It's a celebration.
And I see you guys almost every day.
I would love for everyone to be there.
But I'm not going to be upset.
if someone can't come.
But we're going to cost you money.
Is what we're going to start about.
So this is what the thing is.
We are not eating?
No, no, no, no, no.
Oh, man.
You already have, like, a package.
So it was, like, between 150 and, like, 200 people.
And then we had enough open spots.
So we got the leftover spots.
Yes, because what it is is,
we just got this invitation and we're supposed to RSVP in the next week.
So basically it's saying, hey, we waited until we got RSDPs from enough people saying no.
It's not like you and Lauren
her best friends.
But that was the thing.
You guys were on a short list.
I thought she was using this for clout because she was trying to say,
hey, you guys come so I can tell my friends the Vi-Bone show will be there.
It's definitely not that.
I know Lunchbox, you think everything's about you, but it's not that.
Lauren, let me ask you this, though.
Do you want us to give a speak?
Are you concerned, Lauren, that like a celebrity, like,
lunchbox is going to be there, maybe take the attention off of you on your wedding day?
You know, I haven't thought about that because we all know how Lunchbox loves to just
I think he's the center of attention, but, you know, I'm not too concerned about it, to be honest.
Yeah. So who can go? Like, did Morgan get a plus one, or is it just Morgan?
Can she bring her a real eyes? Oh, whoa.
That's not a good weekend, man. That is a bad weekend.
Yeah, that's what I said.
Arkansas or something? No, ACM awards. I'm going to go. I'm part of the broadcast.
Oh, we're all nominated for an award. Oh, no. We're all going to be there. Oh, man. We're all going to be there.
More, you got a cancer your wedding.
Well, that's not true because it's in Dallas. I don't know that we're all going to
be there. I'm supposed to be part of the show.
We've gone to Vegas to get to accept
ACM. We don't even, we haven't won the award.
Being nominated, you don't just go.
We haven't won the award. I don't.
And you're acting like we already won.
If we don't win, Amy, just jinxed it. You guys,
you just heard, it's like when Eddie texted me
two minutes left in the game, good win, and then we lose.
Not true. It's not on me. Amy just did that to us.
I didn't. I didn't say you're going to win.
React. React, Ray.
I'm just glad I wasn't the one that jinxed.
Wow.
The jinxes.
Wow.
Amy, you can't say that either.
Okay, I honestly am starting to feel like...
Wow.
Lately, it doesn't appear as though I can do much right.
Exactly. Get back in your medicine.
Okay, look.
Good gosh.
Lauren.
Okay.
I will not be in town.
I'm very sorry.
That's fine, yeah.
I'm a part of the show, so I wish I can be here because apparently we're losing.
No, it's not that you don't go to Dallas if you don't win the award.
You don't even go if you do win sometimes.
Hey, but Bobby, you still get a gift, right?
I'll get her a gift.
That's good.
You don't even have to do that, honestly.
All right, I'm done.
Are you registered anywhere, Lauren?
Yeah, that's a birthday and everything.
Everything's up there.
But yeah.
Hey, Scoob, when will we know that we didn't win?
Usually, it's usually right now, but it's usually mid-Aprough, I believe, we find out.
Okay.
Well, I, regardless, even once we lose, I will be in Texas.
I'm very sorry.
No, I totally understand.
No, I get it.
And then who can go?
Anybody want to commit down?
I can.
San Francisco. I apologize. I won't be there. But thank you for
the invite. This is the official RISP.
Ray, did you get invited?
If it's midweek, I can't go a weekend.
It's not midweek. It's a Saturday. I can probably go.
You can probably go. You're not even committing.
I just don't know. My wife has her calendar.
Got it, got it. Got it. Got it.
You guys? Yeah, I got to check with the wife. I'm not sure.
Do you want to go? Yeah. I would love to go.
Is it a plus one for them?
Yeah, yeah.
But now that Bobby's out, I can bring two of my kids. I just need one person to be out.
There's no kids. No, no kids. Is it? No, no kids.
Is it?
Open Bar.
Open bar, 12-piece, live band.
Oh, yeah.
Let's go.
Oh, man, she's got some expensive stuff on this registry.
Oh, you want it?
Yeah, she wants a Dyson, cool, purifying fan.
Yeah, but that's probably like the most expensive thing.
That is probably the most expensive thing.
You probably click.
No, I just clicked on the first, so you can like rub it at, rub it in her face.
I literally clicked on the thing.
Do cheapest.
Put me that for those towels.
Oh, no.
She wants us to buy a new house for her.
A house.
It's a house.
Yeah, there's a picture of a house.
Buy me a house.
No, I don't think she wants a house.
I think she wants a fun to like buy towels and stuff.
I never see someone else for a new house.
She put the actual house on there.
It's a stock photo.
It's a stock photo.
And it's marked our top choice.
That is our top choice.
We just want like,
we just want money.
We plan on buying a house after the wedding.
I like that too.
It's much easier.
Just give you money.
Just please just do that.
Yeah.
It's not the point.
The point is actually buy the house.
Yeah.
This house.
I'm looking at Zillow right now.
It says estimate 700.
700.
What?
For this house.
700,000.
It's not the house.
It's a picture of a house.
I don't have that kind of money.
Oh, my God.
Okay.
Lauren, I hope your marriage is great.
Thank you, thank you.
Marriage?
Let's start with a wedding first.
Well, I hope the marriage is great.
The wedding's going to be a disaster.
Okay.
Hope that's all great.
The lottery drawing with the numbers 9-999 hit.
I wouldn't even pick those numbers.
No.
Like if I were picking, I'd be like, there's no way it's going to happen.
366 tickets won.
Jeez.
When the numbers 9-999 hit.
A total $870,000 and prizes are being destroyed.
distributed to 366 winners.
So.
That's awesome.
Yeah, you still won a bunch.
That's split.
But you got to split that 366 ways.
I didn't know that you can have multiple numbers, the same numbers on the lottery.
It's like a pick three or something.
Oh, okay.
Nine, nine, nine, nine.
Oh, I think.
Nine, nine, nine.
Whatever.
Yeah, it's one of those ones where you can, it's like the numbers are zero through nine or one through nine.
And those can repeat.
Yes.
Got it.
Where the power ball, once it comes out, it can't come back out.
in the same bucket, basically.
Here's Amy's pile of stories.
Guess what? Our life expectancy is
on the rise. We're headed in the right
direction because we've gone down, but now
we're expected to live a little bit
longer. The average age is 77
and a half years old now. Women,
we're going to live longer.
It's a conversation with my wife and I
because I am almost 12 years older than her.
And she's like, I'm already going to live to a
later life number than you,
just based on data.
Plus,
you're already a lot older, so I could die in a ton.
Yeah, women are at 80.2 years for life expectancy, and men are at 74.8.
So let's say I die 74. So that's basically 30 years.
Oh, man. I die in 30 years. And then she's got another like 50.
Yeah.
So she can get married again.
Over my dead body. Oh, so I guess she can.
Full of their life.
Do you all ever talk about that? Like, would you be okay with it?
Yeah, no problem.
Just don't, he gets into my money.
Would she, does she, would she be okay with?
Like, she want to get married?
Does someone else?
Well, I don't think she wants to, because I don't think she wants me to die.
But my wife tells me, like, I will not marry anyone else.
Yeah, but she can tell you that because you're not going to be alive whenever she does.
That's a good point.
Think about that.
Yeah, that's messed up.
I would just want her to be happy over my dead body.
Literally.
Yes, okay, go ahead.
So it's the end of an era for gum.
Apparently, nobody's really chewing it anymore, or as much as we.
used to and there's a few reasons why it's been a decline. Obviously, COVID, it went down,
but then it just hasn't caught back up like other things have. So there's a trend of limiting
sugar and eating foods with better ingredients. And even sugar-free gum has artificial stuff that
people are like, I don't know that I don't want to put that in my body. And some people are
concerned about, I guess, the litter from gum, like how seeing it everywhere is like disgusting
it and spitting it out. Does it go away though? If you, like, throw it out. Let's say throw it
in the yard. Decomposable, is that what you mean? Does it or does it, or does it,
it's, because it doesn't sit in your stomach for seven years.
That's what they say, though.
But I'm saying, Morgan, do you know about this?
I don't think it decomposes.
The thing that I learned is if you throw it out the window, birds are typically the ones to pick it up and it gets stuck in their beaks and it kills them.
I piece out bird.
I'm talking about us.
How long will it be?
Forget the birds.
How long will it be sitting in the yard if you just leave it?
Okay.
Well, I'm glad Morgan said that because I had no idea that that was a thing and that's, we need to save the birds.
Don't pick it up.
Birds?
Well, yeah, it's true.
But they don't know.
It probably smells good.
Or.
If you do, dude, make sure it's like hubba bub and you leave a little bit of flavor.
So at least they can have a little something.
And then another reason is because of inflated prices.
Like people just don't want to spend money.
Of gum?
Gum's gone up.
Yeah, slush box.
He's looked something up.
Guys.
He's coming.
His chest is puffed out.
This is crazy.
Go ahead.
For it to decompose on the ground, there has been in-depth research and they think it takes between five to 1,000 years.
Well, that's a big spectrum.
Five to one thousand.
That seems like they have no idea and they just made it up.
I don't know, Chuck, write this. Between one day and one million days.
I'm sorry, there has yet to be in-depth research, but they said...
Oh, well, that's a big...
The current understanding is...
I don't even listen to any fact checks.
The estimate comes from our current understanding of synthetic, plastic, and rubber,
and that is what gum is like.
And it's five to one thousand years when you throw it on the ground.
But there's such a difference in that.
But still five years to decompose.
That's a long time.
Just throwing the trash can, man.
And Amy said inflation.
my son, we went to the grocery store.
But even in the trash, if he's putting a dump, it's still going to be in a place.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, but you can save the birds.
Forget the birds.
Well, what about Eddie's son?
Yeah, so he had a dollar and I said, you can buy whatever you want in the grocery store for a dollar.
He can find a single thing.
Nothing was under a dollar, not even gum.
Surely like a single laffy-taffy.
No, man, it's crazy.
Nothing.
Maybe they didn't have single laffy-taffies.
The cheapest was 99 cents, but with tax, he couldn't afford it.
Yeah, and according to EcoFreek, it says about 500 years to decompose, and it is very bad for the environment.
80 to 90% of gum is not disposed of properly.
I just keep thinking of Red Solo Cup.
It's not disposable.
And you, my friend, don't have a pair of vegetables.
Yeah, yes.
Okay, anyone else?
Okay, so mom fluencers who glamorize motherhood are making new moms feel really insecure, just because a lot of times they're posting their happy kids.
they always have their hair and their makeup done and their house is clean.
But just remember that's not reality.
But a lot of people are watching the content and then they're like feeling depressed about how they mother or how their house looks or what their life is like or what they look like.
Just another reminder to not compare yourself to someone who's doing that on Instagram.
Yeah, I mean, didn't we see that lady that just did that and she went to prison?
She was this mommy blogger that was all about.
Ruby Frankie.
I don't know her name.
Yeah, so she was popular on YouTube.
There's now a special, like I think, who 2020 has a special or whatever I was watching it.
Because she got arrested last year and it was wild.
She had all kinds of mom tips on YouTube.
And I think she had like two million followers on YouTube.
And she was giving advice to other parents on how to parent and then get on the side.
She was abusive to her kids.
The 2020 thing is just wild.
Did you watch clips of the 20?
I don't want, who watched the 2020?
Oh, I did.
But I watched a clip.
of that 2020 thing.
And because it was on social media.
Awful. I don't even know. I don't even know what it is.
Yeah, I just saw the story. And I saw the kid walk up to, like, he snuck out, he broke out and he went to a neighbor's garage who was in his garage.
He's like, can you do me two things? Can you give me something to eat? And can you take me to the police station?
Which this kid's going to be, and it's going to have so much trauma forever.
Yeah. The crazy part is, is the person she was in partnership with. So she was like a mom.
influencer or whatever, giving mommy advice on YouTube.
But then she partnered with a therapist
and the therapist was bad too.
Was bad too.
They were at the therapist's house and the kids were being abused there.
I don't know.
I don't want to talk about anymore.
It makes you feel super uncomfortable this early in the morning.
I'll talk about later in the morning.
In an hour.
Don't believe what you see on Instagram is basically.
That's good.
Yeah, I don't like it.
Well, my final point was it was really part of that that stood out to me was a woman,
an adult woman now came out and said,
I told everybody years ago this therapist woman is like her,
aunt or something. She was doing this stuff. She did
it to me. It's bad. And like, a lot
of times people don't feel heard. And then
20 years later, it's like, oh, okay. So just
try to listen to people and hear
them and investigate. It was like, Tom,
something bad?
All right, Amy, is that it?
I'm Amy, that's my pop.
That was Amy's pile of stories.
It's time for the good news.
With producer Eddie.
Ever since he was a young child,
Joseph has dreamed of
owning a Ford Mustang. He loves
cars, but he always wanted that Mustang.
What, 11 years old, Joseph
found out that he had bone cancer, and after
years of treatment, it spread to
his lungs, and he was just given a month
to live. Well, now Joseph
is 18 years old. Oh, wow.
Yeah, he's fought and fought.
He's 18 years old now, and his dad said,
you know what, Joseph, I'm going to buy you that
Mustang. So he bought him a 2020
Mustang, and that's not it.
They put it on social media, and the CEO
for the Ford Company found out, and he said,
I'm going to send Joseph to
racing school.
So now Joseph is on his way to racing school.
He's going to have drivers instruct him
how to race on a racetrack,
and he's going to be able to drive the dark horse,
which is a souped up Mustang,
and he can drive on a track.
I love all that, but, I mean, you got me at the beginning.
He's like only a month to live,
and I thought he was going to be one of those.
So for a whole month, he got to live it out.
No, man.
He's 18, and he's going strong.
And his dad's like, you know what, man,
we're going to live hard right now.
So there's your Mustang.
Great story.
That is what it's all about.
That was tell me something good.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.

There's two golden rules
that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games,
you get stupid prizes.
And rule two,
never mess with her friends either.
We always say that
trust your girlfriends.
I'm Anna Sinfield.
And in this new season
of the girlfriends,
oh my God, this is the same man.

My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place they come look for up and coming talent.
He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you.
which is really sweet.
Yeah.
He goes, but there's so much luck involved.
And he's like, just give it a shot.
He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall
and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.
If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat, just hang in there.
Yeah, it would not be.
Right, it wouldn't be that.
There's a lot of luck.
Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A study found two back-to-back nights of bad sleep makes you feel about five years older.
But a full month of perfect sleep can make you feel five years younger.
So it's either two bads or a whole month, good or bad.
It's almost like eating really crappy food.
Like you can eat right, whatever that means to you, exercise.
And after a few weeks, really see a difference in a positive way.
or you can eat real bad and after like two days really see it for the difference.
Like the good stuff that we want takes a lot longer and it's harder to get to than the easy bad stuff.
But that's what's up.
How's your sleep been lately, Amy?
I mean, it's been pretty good.
I haven't had 30 days in a row good, but now that's my goal.
I've never had 30 days in a row.
That seems impossible.
I've never had 30 days.
Good sleep, I don't think.
I, you know, have sleep apnea just diagnosed a few weeks ago.
But I tell you, I didn't sleep on my machine on last night because I have a seat app.
It just goes across the nose, not loud at all.
all unless it falls off because what it does is it blows nose through the nose holes into your
nose. If it falls off, it's going, it goes, my wife hears it because it's basically a balloon
that's being air let out of it. That's what it sounds like. But I fell asleep without it on,
but I think now my body is trained a bit because of that machine to not breathe through my mouth
at all. Okay. So I slept like six and a half hours, no CPAP all the way through. That never
happens because I think that's been training me to do so.
and anybody else that's like, I never sleep, I get bad sleep.
I would advise go do one of those sleep studies.
They take forever to get in, took me forever to even get in.
And yeah, it's awkward, but it's worth it.
That and the finger in the butt.
Not at the same time, but that's a check that guys don't want to do because I don't want a finger on my butt.
Nope, don't want it.
Right.
But it's so, once it's over the peace of mind or the, okay, we found something that may not be right,
that going in after it, you're going to be so happy you did it.
Not that you actually did it, but the results of doing it.
And I know my doctor and he had to do it.
Imagine knowing the guy stays finger your butt.
It's awkward, dude.
As long as you weren't like knowing the guy.
It's a difference.
But that's what's up.
So good luck, everybody.
Amy, let's do the morning corny.
The morning corny.
What's up with Orion's belt?
Orion's belt.
Is that how you say it?
You called Orion?
I have dyslexia.
That's not.
Stop.
That's not the reason.
I never have read it.
It's okay.
But it's okay to say it wrong.
I've never read it.
can't blame everything on dyslexia. This is a bad
trend. She blamed it
on dyslexia and it's okay to say it wrong.
Okay, but look, no. I was trying to
do it phonetically. That's the thing.
Okay, we're not blamed on dyslexia
because I say stuff wrong all the time.
You just didn't know. That's okay. Phenetically, am I saying
it wrong or right? Orion.
I know, but to me it looked like
Orion.
Oh, boy. Why don't we hit the button again?
O-R-I-O-N.
Absolutely.
Now that you say it out loud, it is
I don't care that you've said it wrong.
I care that you blame it on dyslexia because now you're going to do that all the time.
But that is it.
Phonetically, I was really trying to work on it.
I hit it again, Ray.
Oh, boy.
The morning corny.
What's wrong with Orion's belt?
What?
It's a big waste of space, huh?
That was the morning corny.
You actually like that joke?
I was only going to give it three stars.
I don't understand why.
She got you again.
She didn't get me.
She didn't get me.
Yeah, that was a double.
Why is it a competition I liked it?
No, because Orion's belt has-
Oh, I'm sorry, I'm dyslexic too.
Okay, you idiot.
You do that on purpose.
You got me.
You got me.
Dyslexic versus Bobby.
Oh, I don't like this game.
Okay, okay, I'm sorry.
Oh, so stupid.
But I'm not.
If you would have said, okay, what's up
with Noraro's belt?
I didn't like who?
You said, oh, I read it backward.
I'm dyslexic, sorry.
No, dyslexic, that's a myth.
That's a myth.
That's a myth about dyslexia.
It's not just reading things backwards.
I know.
At all, no.
I know.
I know.
Okay.
Okay, thank you.
Is this lady a real doctor or like Dr. Love?
Well, I don't know her credentials.
I just know that they call her like the doctor.
The doctor in the woods.
No, she could be a medical doctor, holistic, I don't know, maybe a functional medicine.
Doctor in the woods?
I just know.
People go to her because she like heals people.
She's in the woods of Kentucky.
Tell these guys.
Oh, boy.
What?
Again, I just ask, is she what I would consider a doctor?
Someone who has been credentialed to give medical advice.
Go ahead.
I don't know yet because I'm still waiting on getting the email of the information on how to book and where to go.
Oh, my gosh, you're going to go to her.
But multiple people in town have gone to the woods of Kentucky and met with this doctor and they feel so much better.
What happens in the woods?
You're right.
Well, I think she just looks into your eyes and then tells you that.
He's a wish.
And what does this cost?
I don't know yet.
You think which, I think scam.
No, no.
What is her name?
Guys, all I know is I was at another medical appointment, like at a real medical facility in Nashville, and they were talking about her.
In what way?
Like, can you believe people go to this?
No, no.
And like, yeah, I'll send you the information.
I've had plenty of patients that have come in and talked about her and have had much success.
When you say in the woods, do you have to like...
By plenty, I mean too.
Like a trek by foot?
Yeah, because I've Googled,
go into the woods, Kentucky doctor, and I've got nothing.
You've got 100 Dr. Woods.
Yeah, I got...
Oh, that's a good one, Dr. Woods.
Right, no, no, no, no.
She is like a little house in the woods.
Little house.
What?
Are there dwarfs in there, through?
Why would you go to her?
So why are people saying to...
To feel better.
Like, are you sick?
Listen, I know a couple trailers you can go to if he was trying to feel better in Arkansas.
No, that ain't the same thing.
There ain't the doctor in the trailer.
Like, because I, you know, was...
I don't know what...
perimenopause, low testosterone, different things I have going on.
I'm like, you know, trying to not be on my ADHD meds to making sure that I'm good,
being off my antidepressants.
I feel like there's just a list of things like, I want to feel really good.
And maybe she could, you know, whip up a concoction.
I found her.
Why do you need a concoction in the woods of Kentucky?
Why not?
You know, console the medical professional.
Right, right, right.
Down the road.
Go to the medical center.
Obviously.
PhD.
I know, I know.
I know.
I know.
I know.
I know it sounds crazy.
But I think that she has a gift.
But you don't know because she's,
I know her name.
Oh gosh.
But I've heard she has a gift.
What I'm saying is I'm waiting on the email.
I'll see if it's legit.
I'm willing to go to figure it out and then I'll let y'all know.
And then Bobby, like, you're sleep apnea?
You're not sleeping.
I'm doing better.
You know why?
Went to a doctor.
Doctor, doctor.
Yeah, but I learned about this doctor while I was at the actual doctor.
So this doctor recommended you go to a woods doctor?
Or did you just hear them talk about it?
No, no.
And what's this magic pill she gives?
No, he was saying he was going to try to go.
your doctor here in the city said he wanted to go see the doctor in the woods the guy that works at the doctor
it wasn't a doctor it was somebody that worked there it was like a security guard or something
you're going to waste your money it wasn't a security card it was but no it wasn't it wasn't it
it's a highly respectable i promise you if you were to meet this person you were like okay
they're a legit which person the doctor the the business person
oh boy no no and the patients that he said that had already gone there they were very happy
Oh, he gave your HIPAA information out?
That's not good.
He didn't have it because he wasn't a doctor.
Do the cops know about?
HIPA is just not telling people's names and personal information.
You can have stories.
He doesn't.
Okay.
No, I thought you can't tell, talk about the people's medical stuff.
You talk about a hippo in your doctor.
You can't play hungry, hungry hippos.
You can't.
Okay, well, we don't think this is a great idea for a couple reasons, but please let us know the updates.
Okay, if I can get the address and I can go, can lunchbox go with me?
What?
No.
You need safety?
Why would you want to take him over somebody like Ray who could actually beat somebody up?
Can Ray go with me?
Is it during the week?
Now you need security to go to a doctor?
I think anytime you go to the woods alone, you should have to.
I have to.
I thought not go to a doctor in the woods alone.
Online appointments are only 8 p.m., 9 p.m., 10 p.m.
There's no online.
It's in the woods.
Amy, are you going to wear a hood, a red hood?
It's like fantasy.
It's a red riding hood.
No.
Listen.
I don't.
It sounds too.
going to be true. I know. No, it's not
we're going to say it. Just let us
know what happens with this. I will.
This is not. This is not ideal.
The salesperson that works here. This is why
you get scammed a lot. You just believe stuff.
Okay, there's a, we have a salesperson
that works here. The one
Rick recommended this? That sings with Abby
at Christmas time. He goes to her.
He heard it too.
So now everybody just heard it.
Where did he hear it? How did you talk to him about it?
Okay. We should be like hearing
in rumors that people are doctors.
There should be no rumor about a person being a doctor,
and that's why you want to go because the rumor of them might.
Anyway, let us know.
No, the rumor is not that they're a doctor.
Well, the rumor is what?
They can heal you by what?
The rumor is that people have gone to her,
and they come back and they feel so much better.
By what, though?
By what method?
Yeah.
I'm not sure yet, because I haven't gone.
Because, I mean, she could give you the drug ecstasy,
and you'd feel good.
Oh, well, yeah.
Oh, boy.
Well, I know.
Apparently one story was she looked into their eyes and was like,
hey, are you on this, this, this, and they were like,
yes, they're like, she's like, get off that.
You'll feel so much better.
That was her.
That's her medical advice?
She looked in someone's eyes.
Hey, everybody, I'm healing you right now.
Well, I once had someone.
You know the difference of me and her, though?
I am a doctor.
You are, for real, for real.
I once went to this person in a strip mall.
Oh, boy.
And they looked into my eyes and told me that my left knee had issues.
And I was like, but I was like, you're right.
My left knee does have.
That's like somebody saying they can talk to.
your dead relatives and going, I just see a vow.
What are you, somebody older than you had
a vowel in their name that died? And you're like, yeah, my
grandpa. I know, but this was
years ago. Like, if you say my left knee
hurts, it does. No, no, no.
It didn't until you said that, but now it's, I'm old
enough to where it's, everything hurts if I think about it
long enough. I'm worried. I'm worried about it
Amy. I'm, yes, I'm worried, but
I'm more entertained, so we're going to go with that.
On the Bobby Bones show now.
Ludacris. Hey, big fan,
ludicrous, Chris. Well, hey, what do
what do people? What are humans
call you in real life.
Chris, you can call me Chris.
Just make a sure.
It's all good.
Everywhere you walk, do people just yell
Luda?
And at this point, it's just like
white noise?
They definitely do.
And it's still not white noise
because those are the people
that have made me, man.
So I addressed them
just the same way they address me.
You yell back.
Random guy.
Yeah, yeah.
Gotta yell back.
Bobby Bones.
Luda.
We're all massive fans.
We're super excited
you're hosting the IHart Radio
Music Awards,
which by the way, tonight,
live on Fox 8-7 Central from the Dolby Theater in Hollywood.
It's like you've been able to do so much, obviously, radio, killing hip-hop,
Grammys, movies, and now you're hosting.
Like, where do you find the most joy now in your career?
Like, where are you most fulfilled?
Doing all of those things, man.
It's diversifying the portfolio, man.
I find joy and entertainment.
So you just named a whole bunch of things within the realm of the entertainment industry.
And I love it.
I love it all.
What do we not know that you do that you invest a lot of yourself in?
Man, hopefully people do know this, but, you know, just a family man, being a dad and having four kids, all daughters.
So, you know, I'm here and just making sure that I spend time with them.
I love doing that.
I think on that note, I just want to shout out Karma's World on Netflix, which is inspired by your oldest daughter.
I adopted two kids from Haiti about six years ago.
So just having, you know, representation and things like that, I seek it out.
It matters.
And having something like that on Netflix is really cool.
No, I greatly appreciate that.
Yeah, it's four seasons.
So if anybody's hearing it for the first time, go check out Karma's World.
You'll love it.
So when you host a show, like the IHeart Radio Music Awards, like, what do you have to do?
How many, like, clothing changes do you have to do?
Or are you just going out, it is what it is?
Like, I don't know.
Like, what does Ludacris do when he hosts a show?
Yeah, you know, it's more trying to give us artists
because I'm also performing, humbly speaking,
so, you know, we're going to give them as much time.
So I don't feel like I have to do
but so many changes as a host.
But they'll definitely be a change between hosting
and actually getting on that stage as a performer,
so I got to do that.
Do you feel, because then where we are,
a lot of the artists, if they have massive songs
from 5, 10, 20 years ago,
that they have to compete themselves,
their new music with their old music.
Like people, like, it's got to be as good as it used to be.
Do you feel that about yourself as much
where it's like, I'm put out something new?
Like, it's got to be, like, it almost is competing with your old stuff.
So if you're performing, people need to love it at least as much?
Yeah, yes and no.
It's like you don't, you never want to do the same thing over and over again.
You want to continue to, you know, do evolve with your music.
But at the same time, you want to make sure that you satisfy the core audience and the core of who you are.
But I believe evolution is better than trying to do the same thing over and over again any day.
For you, what was the first song where you actually felt it like a seismic shift, people come into shows, not just a grind?
Yeah, which one?
Nick, Nick, lick you from your head to your toes.
What's your fantasy smash, man?
And that was the one I did independently and then got picked up by Def Jam, so very happy about that.
Did you have to radio change any of the words?
And was that weird for you, if so?
Yeah, there was definitely.
But you know that this was at the time, and I think it still is like this, where you just do a radio edit,
where they take sound effects
and just bleep some of the curse words out.
Yeah, that's funny.
Also, to have so many songs
that you could probably just hold the microphone out
at your shows and everybody knows every word.
Like, if I had like a cold or something,
I'll be like, you guys do it.
Right.
That's got to be it.
Not having a cold,
and it's like the craziest thing in the world
because it's a performer,
you're getting paid to do all the lyrics
and you just holding the mic out to the crowd
and they're doing everything for you.
You're just staying there.
That's stealing.
Stealing.
What about international?
when you go to these other countries and they don't really speak English, yet they know every word to these English songs.
That's the most mind-blowing thing and let you know how huge hip-hop is, man.
I think that's the greatest thing ever, ever.
It's mind-blowing and it's just, it shows how music can bring people together.
Morgan, a question for Ludacris?
Yeah, I'm so curious.
You've been part of that Fast and Furious franchise for several years now.
Like, how did that all come about and how did you decide that was the right project for you to do?
Yeah, John Singleton, who was the director on Part 2,
and may he rest in peace, he asked me to try out for it.
And I was on tour with him and him at the time, believe it or not.
And I was backstage, and it was like, we need it by tomorrow.
And I was like, man, I got to hurry up and read these lines.
So I took maybe 20 minutes to try and understand the scene, read it on camera.
And the next day, they told me I got it.
That's pretty much how it worked.
And the rest is history.
That's awesome.
Those movies have shifted a bit to now they're also funny.
Like when you guys are in space, that's not a spoiler, but like, I mean, you've done.
so many of them, at what point were you like, all right, the fast franchise is, again, you guys
pivoted as well. How did you feel about that shift? I feel great, man. I'm like, to be a part of
something like that that is ingrained and real estate in people's heads for the rest of their
lives, I mean, listen, I'm just humbled and grateful to just be a part of this family that's so
huge worldwide, so huge. And we, you know, I think we have one more left because the last one
was open-ended. So we'll see what happens.
Favorite car that you own?
93 Accura Legend.
Is that the original?
That's not the original, but it's my original.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying?
Is that why you love it?
Because it was like the one that you had?
Yep, there you go.
Before the record deal, before all the fame and money, that's the one I had.
Ludacris hosting tonight, 2024 IHartRadio Music Awards live on Fox at 8, 7 Central.
JT, Green Day, TLC, JLLI, Lainie Wilson, Tate McCray, and a whole bunch of more.
Lunchbox the question before we go, before we let Ludacris go.
Yeah, I know you're really rich.
And so I want to know, did you get more rich from hip-hop, from acting?
Where do you make your most money?
It's about equal at this point, man.
Like, I still make a lot of money from music, humbly speaking.
You know, I do a lot of shows.
I do a lot of tours.
Publishing.
And on the other hand, you know, movies like Fast and Furious,
it's the gift that keeps on getting.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I'd be there for that pivot, too.
Yeah.
Like with the Fast and Furious, like if it goes way back, like a residual check.
like, you know, sometimes people get a residual check in the mail.
It's like $5.
Like, what are your...
You can't ask him what a specific checks are?
Yeah, we get.
Yeah, we can.
No, no.
From Fast and Furious, like, the first one he was ever in.
So you're asking if he still gets checks for number one?
Yeah, the first one he was in.
Yes.
Like, does he ever get, like, a random check in the mail for that specific one?
No, no, she's right.
She's right.
There are random checks that come along.
But I would say, the more you're in, the more you negotiate to get more on the back end.
That's basically how it works out.
But the first one I was in, I think it was just a,
upfront check. I don't remember getting
but so many back-end checks.
You were asking specific dollar amounts.
I'm not going to accept that.
Ludacus, good luck tonight.
Thank you. Bobby Bones.
Okay, listen, the Bobby Bones show,
listen, this is something that's never happened
in the history of ludicrous.
Since it was so long ago, I'm going to reveal
the information of the first check,
if I'm not mistaken, of too fast, too furious.
I believe it was like half a million dollars.
Oh, my God.
And that was just for the first one?
Yes.
This has never been done.
Hey guys, so for these, he's making multiple millions of dollars.
Yeah, but I don't think that's shocking.
I think that's what we expect.
Ludicrous is rich, rich, rich, rich, rich.
Yeah, but I think we expected that.
You never know, man.
Now I have four kids.
No, no, but I got a question.
Do you buy your kids anything they want because you're rich, rich?
Absolutely not.
They got to earn what they want.
Come on now, we got to teach them.
You got to teach them the fish.
That's good.
Oh, my gosh.
But then they get in the lambo to go to school.
It's like, whoa, this is weird.
Yeah.
And by the way, when I did that, I didn't have any kids.
So that half a million was a lot of money and I was rich.
Now I got four kids and a whole family.
So no matter if I make more now or not, that's right.
Ludacris, appreciate the time.
Have a great day.
Good luck tonight.
Thank you, man.
All right.
See you later.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what you're saying.

There's two golden rules that any man should live by.
Rule one, never mess with a country girl.
You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
And Rule 2, never mess with her friends either.
On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcast.
What's up, everyone?
I'm Ego Wodom.
My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman,
Saturday Night Live,
and the Big Money Players Network.
It's Will Ferrell.
Woo, woo, woo, woo.
My dad gave me the best advice ever.
I went and had lunch with them one day,
And I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.
I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.
I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come look for up and coming talent.
What's up, everybody?
Good morning.
Let's go and do the news.
Bobby's Big.
Stories.
An Easter egg hunt at a Michigan elementary school went horribly wrong.
when a fight over the placement
of the eggs led to a stabbing.
Yeah.
No, not the stabbing part, but yeah, placement.
Adults are kids?
Well, adults with the stabbing part.
Oh.
Because adults were probably helping the Easter bunny
put the eggs down.
But yeah, it had to be a disrespect thing,
more than an egg thing.
It's never about what it's actually about.
It's about the disrespect.
It's like when two people shoot each other
over a parking space.
It's not really about the parking space.
It's about the disrespect.
that someone had exhibited
when they cut someone off to get that space.
But deputies with the sheriff's office
were called.
There was a violent attack.
They arrived and found a 36-year-old man
wielding a knife.
Investigators say a male and his female partner
got into an argument over the placement of the eggs.
Sometimes the Easter Bunny puts eggs in like
very easy places and you want to be like,
hey, Easter Bunny, like hide it a little better.
Do you ever want to be like,
Easter Bunny, if you don't hide it better,
I will stab someone?
Because I don't think I have been.
Not that part.
A police dog finds a missing Florida toddler safe in the woods after following a scent from a blanket.
That's pretty cool.
Wow.
A Florida police canines being held as a hero after helping find a missing three-year-old who wandered from his home.
The child's family reported a missing from their home around 1130 a.m.
They launched a team.
Officers conducted a search.
They focused on the wooded area behind the family's home.
The dog named Midnight, who was trying to search for narcotics and missing people.
got the blanket, sniffed it up, found the boy.
That's amazing. A dog can do that.
It's crazy.
It's got to be a tough call to make to, hey, my three-year-old's missing.
Oh.
Because, one, it's scary, two, are you going to get blamed three?
I don't know.
Is the kid missing?
There's a hiding somewhere in the house?
Right.
Oh, yeah.
I'm not worried about the blame part, though, because like...
And the judgment.
Yeah, who cares about that?
But, like, that happened in my neighborhood one time.
I think I told you guys when maybe like six years ago,
somebody started screaming like,
I can't find my kid.
And we went on a whole neighborhood search and like, you know, 45 minutes later,
she was in the closet upstairs.
Happened to Amy?
Yeah.
Not with Amy.
I wasn't looking for Amy.
Amy happened with our kids.
Yeah, no, when they first got here from Haiti
and they didn't speak any English and we were all around the neighborhood.
Everyone was in cars.
We were driving around searching.
And they were up in this little like the upstairs area.
This is like this door that goes into a little out of area.
Yeah, they were just hanging out.
But I was so nervous that they were going to get found by somebody
and they wouldn't know how to communicate who they lived with where they were from.
Because their English at that time was not good.
Yeah, no, it was like right when they got here.
The balloon boy.
Remember that story from the news?
Oh, my goodness.
The balloons flying over and we thought the boy was in the balloon.
Turns out he was in the attic.
Yes.
Jeez.
Ozympic face.
It is a side effect of rapid weight loss, which many people experience.
When taking OZempic, users of the drug are recovering.
that rapid weight loss
and then what happens is they have facial
sagging and wrinkles around five months.
They say if you're using Ozempic,
even if you're using it for the reason it's made,
which is for diabetics
to control hunger, basically,
that you should still eat fruits and vegetables,
if not your face will wrinkle and look way older.
Raise the Ozempic expert here on this show.
I don't know how you got that title.
No, no, no. Because the Bravo chicks were doing it
long before all of most people.
Now it's, I mean, there's every fourth person
on the streets doing Ozzympic.
You pulled?
I mean, it seems like it.
You can tell if somebody's rapidly losing weight, probably on
Ozzympic. That's from BestLife.com.
Can I do OZimic for like a week?
No, it takes longer than that.
I just like five or six pounds.
Can I just get like half a shot?
Well, you got to get on some plane.
You got to get it with a doctor.
You can't just get it over the counter.
I can't stop eating cereal.
Can I get like Ozepic that just stopped cereal?
You won't eat at all.
It'll be obvious.
You'll go about three meals without eating.
All right.
I love it. Can you do it for like three days, though?
That's all I need is like a good solid three-day cleanse.
No, you got to do the cycle.
I mean, really get it into your body.
That's what it is.
It's a shot.
Ray loves his cycles.
Ray did steroids for a while.
I mean, that's back in the day.
But I'm not lying, am I?
You're not lying, but I mean, that was 15 years ago.
I know.
I didn't say yesterday.
But you do know about cycles because you have experienced the cycle of, I don't even know what
steroid.
That's just a broad term.
Right.
Well, I mean, it was a decant test.
It's a stack.
But what it is, you have to do the cycle to actually sing.
To see the whole cycle.
Right.
Some personal letters to Tony Bennett are hitting the auction block.
The writers include Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, Madonna, Quincy Jones, and MLK.
They are estimated to be anywhere from $7 to $30,000.
You're going to buy one?
No, but my George Washington comes in today.
The word?
Today.
The word of thee comes in today.
Handwritten by Mr. George Washington.
Our first president of the United States, we wouldn't even be sitting here, or we'd have a king.
if it wasn't for him.
That's amazing.
He said King George III, peace out.
I'm going to fight for him.
One of the greatest soldiers America's ever seen.
He wrote with a pen, the word the, and you know who's got it?
Me.
Me.
You know who's got the?
Me?
Yeah.
I feel like you have upped your passion towards George Washington.
Thank George Washington.
It should be justified.
It should be coming in today.
I wasn't home to receive it when it tried to come this weekend.
I've never heard you talk about George Washington.
Can't get a hundred questions.
Yeah.
All of our country.
You know what I mean?
A study identifies drinking diabetes and smog as major dementia risk factors.
Alcohol intake, I'm clear of that.
Smog, I'm pretty clear of that.
What is that?
It's smoke and fog together.
Major cities have smog issues.
I get it now.
I thought, sorry, it was some recreational drug.
Hey, man, you get any smog?
No, man, just go to L.A.
Hey, how much for a bag of smog?
I don't know.
And diabetes are the great risk factors for developing dementia.
according to this study.
Now, where diabetes can get tricky,
sometimes it's genetic too.
Like, you have no choice.
Oh, yeah.
Some you do, some people
will make improper
health decisions
over a long period of time.
It'll happen, but some people
will just get it.
Like, I know people who just got it.
Can you get rid of it or no?
You manage it?
You definitely can manage it.
Have friends that manage theirs,
and it is a beast to manage sometimes
because they're having to prick themselves.
It's what about when you're pregnant,
like gestational diabetes or something?
My wife had that.
Yeah.
I'm not going to say a whole lot here because I don't know except for that I have friends.
There is no cure for diabetes.
I know that.
Because I know you can wear that thing on your arm.
Which monitors.
It's like a nicotine patch looking thing.
Which monitors to tell you when you can manage it better.
Oh, got it.
Eric Passley manages his openly.
Yeah.
Like openly.
Well, he does.
You're not outing.
I don't know the official word.
to talk about it because people be like, you didn't say diabetes
and saying, well, you're canceled. It's diabetes.
And I'm like, I'm sorry, I don't know enough about it.
Disneyland attraction shuts down
after someone spreads their relatives
ashes on it. Oh, man.
I felt that. They probably loved
that ride. It happened this week on the popular Star Wars
attraction, Rise of the Resistance.
That's an awesome ride, by the way.
That's probably why they wanted to have the adage spread.
It's awesome, dude, it's so cool.
But it's like, just sweep them, just
do whatever, and then continue the ride. It's not
like it has tainted the ride.
There's no health risks.
You just don't admit what it is.
Just like, oops, I brought some fireplace ashes in my shoe.
I didn't know that I brought those.
You don't have to say it's Uncle Herbie, you know.
It's not the first time it's happened.
Guests have also chosen, it's a small world,
Pirates of the Caribbean in the haunted mansion to scatter their loved ones' ashes.
Staffors say it's not as beautiful an idea as you'd think.
Well, maybe you don't dump the whole thing.
It's a little bit.
Maybe you don't go full urn on it.
Maybe you go pinch here, pinch there.
Yeah, I guess strangers are probably not pumped about
the fact that they might be sitting on.
They're breathing in ash.
Don't even care.
It's ash.
You don't care?
We breathe in a lot of stuff.
If I don't know the difference.
I don't even know what's in my food.
They got a boat right in the eye.
I don't see what's happening.
But it's just, I mean, like when my mom died, we cremated her.
The ash is so thin.
Yeah.
But I didn't want to touch it.
But like say they're sitting in the front row and they throw it up and you're like right
right my head.
It's not confetti.
It's not confetti.
You sprinkle.
Okay.
And just do it.
Guys, just do a little.
There's no need to take the full earned up, you know?
Godzilla X Kong, big box office winner.
Hey Mike D, Godzilla X Kong.
How do they print it?
How do they say that?
Godzilla and Kong.
Oh.
But Dan and Shea is a plus sign.
So you're telling me Godzilla X Kong can be for a CMA duo of the year?
Exactly.
Did you watch it?
Yeah, and the first one is them fighting against each other,
and this one they team up to fight another monster.
So cool.
Is that a spoiler though for the first one, since you know they team up?
I mean, that's the whole plot line of this movie.
So, man.
Oh, no.
What?
No, he didn't spoil it.
Sure.
Yeah, because anything that's in...
It's literally in the plot description.
It's like Captain America Iron Man, which I bring up quite often,
because I could never watch it because I don't like to watch two of my friends fight.
And so there's two good guys fighting.
I was like, I'm not watching this.
But I know they end up being friends again because later on they were friends.
Right?
Yep.
So then I learned nobody died.
You liked it?
I know it's pretty good.
It's big dumb action.
So if you like Big Dumb Action, perfect for it.
I like Big Dumb Action, if I'm expecting Big Dumb Action.
Yeah, it's not like The Monarch show, which is.
a little bit more refined.
This is just like...
That's cool.
Final four, March Madness.
Here we go.
Yukon.
They're awesome.
Alabama, they're super fun to watch.
NC State, crazy.
They've had to win every...
It's awesome, man.
Oh, yeah, they beat Duke yesterday.
They did.
They beat them twice in the...
Good job, baby.
They beat them twice in the past, like, a couple weeks.
Big shout out to NC State fans because...
They almost lost to Louisville way early on in, like, their conference tournament.
And they've won every game all the way through.
Congratulations.
then Purdue. Those are the four here.
Yukon and Alabama, and then Purdue plays NC State.
Did you have any of those in your thing?
I do. I have Purdue.
Okay. And also had Duke, but they lost to NC State.
And I was just, you know, I can care. I mean, I wanted Duke to win because I had bought
them in our, you buy one team. But then I was, NC State was really cool to see him win.
Yeah, man, that's awesome. Like DJ Burns, that dude.
I love him. Have you seen him, maybe?
Is he on NC State?
Yeah, really, he looks like an offensive lineman.
Yes, I saw him. So my friend, she's a.
huge Duke fan and she left
my house yesterday kind of
in a hurry after that game and she texted
me after she left because our sons were playing
and all of a sudden they were like God. Your sons were playing in the game?
No, no. No, wait. Tell us more what's happening.
No, they were playing and then we were hanging out
and she had the game on and then she texted
me later. She was like, sorry I left in a frenzy.
I was really upset about that game.
And I'm like... Big Duky. Oh wow. I feel like
I've been friends with you for a while. I just learned
you like basketball.
And then also the Wider Super Super Bowl
Chief, Rishu Rice was in a car accident.
Oh, no. But they fled
because they wanted to get in trouble. They were street racing apparently.
Oh, boy. From the Dallas News.
Police are looking for Can City Chief's wide receiver, Rishie Rice,
in connection with a major multi-vehicle
accident Saturday evening. Now, from what I
know, nobody died. No, it was just a couple
people with minor injuries. So, I mean, the headline,
I feel like is way overblown.
Like, he robbed someone,
pistol whipped him. But the headline doesn't say that at all,
actually. But it's like, wanted for a major wreck.
The headline is, Can City Chief Risholice,
suspect in a connection with six vehicle
crash in Dallas. That's the exact headline.
Maybe he saw a different headline.
But I said this headline out loud, though.
That's the headline I said.
And there is now foot to them leaving
after they're erect, like running.
It's not good. He just got it.
You have his helmet sign, right?
No, I did. I traded it off to a listener.
And I'm supposed to be getting a DAC helmet
sent up here to the building. I think somebody stole it.
That's the trade.
Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't look at me, man.
I sent a Rishi Rice helmet and a hundred bucks.
And he sent me a DAC helmet.
helmet, but the DAC helmet was sent to the building.
Hello, everybody.
Hello. What's up? Where is it?
Mike? You guys wouldn't know what it was because it's in a box.
Right. Who stole my mail? I mean, there's only one person here that steals mail.
You. Lunchbox. No, you stole milk, but I don't think anyone... Mine was a joke, though.
I don't think anybody here stole it. Scova, do you know where my helmet is?
No, do you have a tracking number for it that I could see where it was delivered or not?
Do I have a tracking number for it?
Do you know what people provide a tracking number? I mean, Bobby, you can't even keep snacks anywhere
without someone taking it. You think they're not going to take your helmet?
It was mailed up here. I'm not giving my home address to mail something to.
I know, but people here, I don't, who knows?
When did he send it, do you know? I'll check.
If you have a tracking number, let me know and I can look into it for you.
But what if we track it? This is, what's delivered here?
And then I got to start crushing some schools here.
Oh.
Check Eddie's car. Interrogates.
The thing is, nobody would have known what it was.
I don't have it. Whatever.
Well, they just see your name on it and know, well, this is probably memorabilia of some...
That's a great point.
You?
All right.
Thank you.
That's the news.
Bobby's big.
Stories.
Let's play the feud.
All right, Bobby Feud, we asked 2,000 Bobby Bone Show listeners,
where is the last place you misplaced your keys?
Oh, man, that changed my answers.
Okay.
Where is the last place you misplayed your keys,
but you misplaced your key?
All right, ten answers on the board.
Eddie, you won the dice roll during commercial.
Go ahead.
easiest. It's in the couch. The keys are in the couch.
Show me couch or sofa?
Number two answer. Go ahead.
You left them in the car, bones?
Yeah. Car. Show me...
Show me car.
Yeah, there's a lot for car. It's ignition.
Console, car roof. So that's going to be full encompassing car.
Yeah. That's number seven.
All right? Here's what happened. Here's what happened.
You were cleaning out your car, right? And you threw all the stuff in a bag,
including your car keys. You threw it in the trash.
In the trash.
Yeah.
Our listeners gave a bunch of answers.
We had to combine together because trash is definitely on there.
So we asked 2,000 Bobby Bone Show listeners.
We said, where is the last place you misplaced your keys?
At 2 was sofa.
At 7 was car.
And at 8 was trash.
Eddie have 17 points.
Yeah, they're still in your pocket.
Oh, man, I've done that.
Yeah, show me pocket.
Number six.
Oh, boy, I'm running out now.
I think Bones, you might have done this.
Did you leave your keys in the refrigerator?
Oh, that was your remote.
I'll go with key, though.
Keys in the refrigerator.
Show me the fridge.
What about what we got?
What do you think?
No.
All right.
Okay.
Good question, now.
Let's go over to...
Could you guys hear Ray there or no?
Yes.
Okay.
Next time, just say to my ear.
That helped a lot.
Yeah.
Thanks, Ray.
I never know because he talks in my ear
to the whole show.
Okay.
Amy?
Okay, in the bathroom.
Show me in the bathroom.
Good, Amy.
That's the number nine answer.
Have yourself nine points.
Wow.
Okay.
Now I'm trying to figure out what the not fridge is.
That's the fridge.
Okay, but also, what about, like,
but Eddie said pocket,
but I feel like sometimes they're just like in your hand.
What that?
Okay, that's good, Amy says.
Good guess.
What, it is?
Like, you're walking.
Yeah, it's a great guy.
It's in your mouth, you know?
You don't even know.
You've been chewing on them for 10 minutes?
No, you're holding them.
Yeah, say it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's it.
That's what you are.
Listeners misplaced their keys.
Show me their hand.
I definitely for a second.
I'll be like, where are my key?
I guess I haven't misplaced them and, like, look for more than 30 seconds.
But I have been like in my hand.
I get it.
Yeah.
I mean, I'm also trying to just get to the double points because there's no way to be Eddie if we don't.
Sure you are, we think.
Lunchbox.
How many does Eddie have?
And what's left?
23.
You got plenty left.
Oh, man.
In the door.
Show me in the door.
Oh, good one.
Number four answer.
Oh, I was number four.
There's number one, number three, number five, and number ten left.
So far off the board, we have sofa couch, the door, pockets, the car, trash, and the bathroom.
Yeah, you said fridge, but that doesn't count.
Man, I'm going to say the freezer.
Show me the freezer.
Wow
But I had two much, Fox
So here we are
Points are now doubled
Eddie have 23 points
Off to a rousing lead
Yeah, yeah
That's good
Four answers on the board
You don't have the number one
That's what's crazy
Where do listeners
Displace their keys
Yeah, yeah the keys
Oh, I got it
The kids have them
The kids stole it
The kids have them
Yeah, the kids
Double points, Amy.
Your purse?
Your purse?
Number one answer.
Purse or backpack?
That makes sense.
Okay, well, the fridge is in the kitchen, so...
The kitchen.
Show me the kitchen!
What?
In the kitchen, drawer a countertops we'd have accepted.
Wow.
No, I don't.
So what number was that?
No, I keep mine in a bowl right beside the kitchen.
the front door. Or in my bag, my
panty pack. Your purse.
Yeah, your purse. That's the number one answer.
Maybe you have 19 points. You only need
four more to take the lead. Points are doubled.
The number three and number ten answers are left.
Your desk at work.
Desk at work!
That's good, Amy.
Everybody's still in it.
Yeah, man. I'm in it too.
Right. You're part of everybody. Last time of
checked.
Where do you lose them?
Ah, you're out playing with the kids,
throwing the football they fall out of your pocket
in the yard.
Show me the yard!
Oh, dude!
That was so good.
Eddie, there are two answers left on the board.
There's the number three answer and the number 10 answer.
Where's the last place you misplaced your keys?
Now, I'm going to walk through them.
Number one's purse or backpack.
Number two is sofa or couch.
Number four is the door.
Number five is kitchen drawer or kitchen countertops.
Number six is pockets. Number seven is the car.
Number eight is the trash.
Number nine is the back.
bathroom. Two answers remain.
I got it. I got it. Hit it. You left it at the gym.
Jim! No. So, Amy, you can win this thing here if you get the number 10 answer.
Okay. Oh man, I have two, and I feel like they're both equally good.
A lot of riptator chip.
I mean, we've said things like bathroom and kitchen, so I'm like, well, why not your bedroom?
room. But then there's also
restaurant.
Jim wasn't on there though.
So what it be when you're out to eat?
You keep using an inflection, but I need to answer.
You've inflected with like three different ones. He's waiting for me to...
Okay, in your room.
Lunchbox, if you can get the number 10 answer, you win.
Number three, you don't quite yet, but two answers still on the board.
Last place, you misplaced your keys.
I thought it was the last person or I wouldn't have said to restaurant.
Amy's given away.
All her, like, list here.
Okay.
Man, because I got no idea.
Do you like restaurant, though?
I love restaurant.
You know what I mean?
You go out of the car, like, oh, dang, I don't have the keys.
Because you leave them on the table at the restaurant.
So I'm going to go, I mean, because cup holders in the car, I would say cup holders, says, I'm going, restaurant.
If it's restaurant, Amy, just won on the game.
That's okay.
Show me.
Restaurant!
Spell it.
Rush, roll it.
You can't spell it.
Hey, dude, that's my kryptonite, too, when it comes to words.
Show me, Rush!
Right!
The number three answer was the washer dryer.
That was thinking of been washed in your pockets and had fallen out.
Yeah, yeah.
And the number 10 answer, because it was pretty top seven heavy.
But the number 10 answer was your dog got them and took them to their spot.
Oh, dude.
Yeah, anything pet related.
Eddie.
Yeah.
You're the winner, my friend.
Let's go.
Hello and welcome.
Good morning and all that stuff.
Happy Easter yesterday.
Yeah, happy Easter.
Time machine this yesterday.
Happy Easter.
Let's go around the room.
What'd you do, Amy?
Church.
And some friends came over, hung out, played softball with my daughter.
We had to practice batting and throwing.
Practice batting in the backyard, which was all stupid balls.
A bit risky, too.
No windows, though.
Yeah.
Oh, that's why I made her hit the other direction.
I'm like, shoot, that went over.
Oh, good.
Okay.
So she had home runs.
We liked it.
Home runs.
Yeah, it was a fun day though.
Eddie?
Yeah, we went to church and then I came back.
I smoked some meat, smoked some ribs, chicken.
My wife got mad at me, though, because she baked a cake and I posted on Instagram like I did.
You know, Eddie, I was going to mention to you today that that bunny cake you made looked awesome.
Yeah, thank you.
My wife did that.
So as someone who also steals content from their wife, let me say, I saw the picture of you holding the meat.
And I went, man, Eddie really cooked the crap out of some stuff.
and then I flipped it over to the second
and then it was him holding this big bunny cake.
I was like, he went all out.
I was jealous because the bunny cake is awesome.
It's like two cake ears that are big, a circle,
and then a square for the body.
And Eddie presents it like he sat and baked for hours.
And he didn't at all.
And what's crazy is my wife took the picture and she was like,
oh, that's cool.
What are you going to send out to your parents?
Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like some of the people online are like, man of many talents.
Right, right.
Yes, sir.
But I did smoke the meat, though, and it came out really, really good.
Yeah, the real highlight, though, is the cake.
I know.
And not only that, it looks so good all around the meat and the, I thought it was an ad.
Oh, really?
Yeah, man, it was an ad for me cooking.
Like an ad for Eddie's smoking hot chicken?
I don't know, but he's holding the perfect plates of meat and the greatest cake.
That my wife made.
But I didn't say that.
We're going to go to church with Eddie at 9, and then we're going to go at 11, then we're going to at 1.
I don't know.
I don't have to feel a great yesterday.
So we didn't get to go.
but we'd go Friday night to Chris Tomlin's show
so we kind of, then we kind of went, well, that counts.
We had church on Friday.
It doesn't count.
Did you go to nine, y'all rooms?
I went to nine, yeah.
Because we text Eddie, like, which one are you going to?
And he was like nine, because we'll go to the church with Eddie and his wife.
And I was like, oh, my God, not nine.
Why do you have to go to that?
I know, but for us, it's like we get it out of the way
and then we can have the rest of the day to do whatever we need to do.
I went to the Chris Tomlin show Friday night.
It was the Good Friday concert he does every single year.
There were like 12,000 people there.
arena. And the song
that I know all the words to his Good Good Father.
You're a good, good
father. So
I was really waiting for that, the big ending.
It's the first song you played. There was no opener.
It was the only song I know. But the first song you played
and I was like, oh boy, now I'm lost. I'm going to see her and not know the rest of
the songs. But they ends up bringing out
Anne Wilson was on our show.
She was awesome. Lainey Wilson came out
and did Amazing Grace.
There was a merry
couple. My wife knew
who they work because she listens to them all the time.
I don't know. I'm going to say, I think
it's the best concert I've ever been to, and I won't even say
about the message.
It wasn't about, to me, that was all, that was amazing.
It felt like a religious experience, but it was.
But just
sonically, the band, the music,
it was the best concert I've ever been to.
Seriously? I'm not, I'm going to tell you what, I'll tell
what I'll text to Chris. You've been to John Mayer. Yeah, you've been to like
concerts where I've known every word to every song.
Yeah. It felt like
if Cole play played all their good songs and none of their crappy ones, that was what that felt like.
Oh, wow.
Because it just sounded so good.
And so I texted Chris this.
I love that, dude.
I said, hey, man, happy Easter.
Your show was so good.
All the inspiration aside, which is a large amount to put aside.
But sonically, I may have been to the best concert I've ever been to.
You, the band, all vocals.
Just musically, it was A plus.
I was blown away to how good it was.
I just wanted to say I left going, holy crap, that's the best concert I've ever been to.
I couldn't
I didn't even
I didn't know a lot of the songs
and still
and I need to know every song
to really enjoy the experience
like I want all of a rush of blood
to the head
I want any of that cold play
disc
but it was
so good
and so
we really had a great time
at that show
funny moment was
did you see Ben
huh
okay I was just getting ahead of it
you didn't it
okay
your ex-husband
yeah
no wow
he was there
I thought you were about
to set that up
just now and I'm like, just say it.
I would have told you that before I went on the year.
I said, hey, can I say it?
Okay.
But secondly, there were 12,000 people there.
Yeah, I was going to say, were there only 10 people there?
How would you find that?
But you run into people?
I do.
It happens.
So we were sitting.
Wow.
We're nice enough to be put in like the Tomlin section, right?
Or the section that, I don't know what they put people.
And so I see Shay walk by.
And it's kind of dark.
Shee from Dan and Shay.
I know Shay well.
And he walks by and bother him.
At first it was dark.
It looked like him as wife were like.
rushing up in the middle of a section.
They walk back down and I'm like, well, I'm not going to at least just be like, what up, dude?
And so I tap him on the shoulder.
It's so funny because Shay just thinks it's a fan because it's dark.
And he's really nice to fans.
And he's like, hey, how's it going?
And he's always, oh, what up?
He was about to do his thing.
But he was about to do his really nice to fans guy.
And then it was kind of dark.
And he goes, hey, ha.
He goes, hey, ha.
Oh, hey, what up?
And I was like, keep going.
just stopping you know.
But it was the best sounding concert I've ever been to.
Question.
Yeah.
They sell beer there?
Don't know.
I never left.
Yeah.
We were down.
Sure.
We came from underneath.
I bet you that I don't know.
I'm just honest question.
That's a great question.
Like you're going to get drunk at a Chris Tomlin.
Well, I.
Yeah.
It's kind of weird.
On wine.
Maybe you get a little bit of wine a hundred times.
Right.
Well, I'd need to breathe.
They had alcohol.
Yeah, but need to breathe.
That's kind of style.
I know, I know.
They're a bit different.
Like they're a rock band.
They're a rock band who also is.
That's true, sure, true.
Yeah.
But still, I don't know.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're the wrong person to ask that.
I'll ask someone else.
Yeah, we never went to.
Hey, do you guys start a beer your concert?
I asked, I told him to.
I said, hey, because we're doing our million dollar show on Wednesday.
I said, if you're not tied up, you should come to the show at the Ryman on Wednesday night.
You and your wife come.
And he said, hey, thanks so much.
He said, I get in on Wednesday from touring and I try to come Wednesday night.
And I was like, I cancel.
I rescind my invitation.
There's no way you want to be on the road for three days and then come watch our stupid show.
That's a lot.
It's going to be really cool, but he's so nice.
He feels like since I came to his, he has to like make it up.
I have the greatest time ever.
It was an amazing show.
So I know he is on the road.
It sounds so good.
The other thing that I did that was annoying, here's the thing.
I hate eBay.
I've been selling this stuff, this memorabilia, and any of the stuff that is not stuff that I want or bought,
if I sell like to Funkos, I'm donating.
and all that straight to St. Jude.
Any of the memorabilia stuff that I won,
any profit I make of it,
I split it and give to St. Jude and give to the people running the site.
But I had no idea eBay takes so much money from it.
It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
Oh, really?
I saw like a Jalen Waddle jersey, dolphin,
and they took like $30 out of it.
Dang.
Well, it's a percentage.
I guess that's how they make their money.
No, I hear you.
I just didn't know it was that big.
I don't know.
It was like eBay fee, $30.
Then you got to like package it up.
I got six things I got to send off today.
Did you end up sending it to eBay for them to send to the...
Didn't have to do that.
Yeah.
Didn't have to do that.
Interesting.
Well, thou shall not hate.
About what?
No, thou shall.
No, here I am.
He said he hated eBay.
I hate eBay.
Yeah.
I got stuff up.
It's the only way I can say...
Would Chris Tomlin hate?
Right.
Probably.
He's a normal dude.
Okay.
Yeah, but he could figure it out.
I always feel like I can figure it out.
I always feel like I'm texting Jesus when I text Christ Tomlin.
Like, it has to go up through heaven and they come back down.
But I hope everybody had a good Easter.
What did you guys do, lunchbox?
The Easter bunny hit the house, so we woke up, did the Easter egg hunt,
ate chocolate for like an hour.
Then we went on a walk.
Then we played soccer for like three hours.
Then my wife didn't plan dinner.
So we had peanut butter and jelly to celebrate Easter.
Why didn't you order Uber Eats?
So we did.
We were going to do that too.
We weren't feeling well.
Why is it my wife didn't plan dinner?
No, always.
Well, is that her job?
You can do it too, dude.
Yeah, she plans the dinner.
I can do a call real quick.
From Anthony, real quick, Ray.
I know I'm in trouble.
Hey, Anthony in Massachusetts.
Hey, what's going on, guys?
Will you help us with this question about beer at the Chris Tomlin show?
Yes, so there's not so of alcohol beverages at Christian concerts.
At all?
Ever?
It's highly frowned upon.
Only water and soda.
No wine?
Is it highly frowned upon?
Sometimes I frown and still do it.
Yeah.
And he donated all the money.
Like, he just, he does the thing we do at the Ryman show.
Like, you got to pay for the Ryman and, like, the security,
and then you donate everything that you make off of it.
He did that with that show.
Oh, cool.
How does he make money?
Thank you, Anthony.
But this is his good Friday thing.
This is, like, his show.
He doesn't make money.
It's not every show.
Right.
He thinks he does this every show.
It's like, good grief.
Bobby Bone Show.
Bonehead.
Norrie of the day.
This story comes us from Vancouver, Washington.
Police got a call about a man breaking into cars.
They respond.
He runs away.
and then a block away, he breaks into a business, they chase him some more, and they lose him.
And all of a sudden he's on top of a building.
They got him trapped, right?
Yeah, got him.
And he says, oh, no, I've seen this in the movies.
There's a telephone wire.
I can walk between the buildings.
He's going to, like, balance.
He's going to, like, high wire?
Yeah.
For a couple reasons, that doesn't sound like a good idea.
One, he didn't put the wire up.
It could electrocute him, and two, you can't walk on a wire, bro.
Go ahead.
And he walked out on the wire, and then, oh, it starts to fall.
And he's like, oh man, they're going to catch me.
He hung there for 45 minutes before he fell off.
Oh, no.
At least it was rubber like it wasn't exposed anywhere.
Yeah.
I mean, 45 minutes, that's determination, that's effort.
Like, if he applied that energy elsewhere.
Lesson a sentence is what I'd say.
Would you lessen it?
Yeah, 45 minutes.
Whatever a sentence was, I would take off 45 minutes.
Okay, is that it?
I'm lunchbox.
That's your bonehead story of the day.
Thank you.
Goodbye.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Thank you.
Hit it, Ray.
Bobby Boom.
Come on.
