tarmac in Dallas on Friday. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Southwest Airlines flight 2494 was preparing for departure to Indianapolis when a bullet apparently struck the right side of the aircraft under the flight deck. The airline said no one was hurt. Dallas police confirmed the incident. No other details were provided on the circumstances of the incident. You wonder if somebody was...

I've been to that airport a bunch of times. There's some woods around it. I wonder if somebody was shooting in the woods or if somebody was trying to shoot somebody. Is this Love Field? Southwest, I would assume. Yes. The only one they're in and out of. And for it to hit the flight deck, like right where the pilot, I don't know, I feel like

you're specifically aiming right at the plane. Did it hit right where the pilots were? Well, that's the flight deck. That's the cockpit. Oh. It's the PC term now, I think. There were no injuries. We were struck by gunfire.

Did I say flight deck or did you read that? You said one deck. I guess I didn't know what that was. Yeah, so that's the front part of the plane where the pilots are. Oh, you're giving us some inside on piloting. Oh, hey, yeah, you know. You're right. If that's what that means.

I think just for people that feel uncomfortable with the other word. But not what that word means, but it's called cockpit, but it's like, eh. No, I mean, I'm spending time thinking about, yeah, I think now someone was aiming for the plane. Mm-hmm. If it actually hit that part of the plane. Yeah, because it's in the middle of the city. Like, it's not out in the woods. Are you sure?

D.FW. Yeah, okay. Well, yeah, that sucks. Luckily, nobody was hit. Philadelphia man, speaking of airlines, and I don't know which story's worse. I'm being honest. I do, but hot tea spilled and burnt and disfigured his penis.

Oh, no. Oh, no. Yeah, I think this one's worse. Oh, this is so much worse. Disfiger? A Philadelphia man, Sean Miller has filed a lawsuit against Frontier Airlines. after suffering third-degree burns and permanent scarring on his genitals

when he spilled a cup of hot tea on his lap. Now, let's go through the story. It does say when he spilled a cup of hot tea. The incident occurred September 20th while he was flying home from Myrtle Beach. The tea was filled to the brim. It caused severe burns on his penis and testicles,

leading to discoloration, loss of sensation. He's 56. He was unable to escape the pain due to the cramped seating on the plane. and was trapped, left in agony until the plane landed in Philadelphia. He was immediately rushed to the burn center. Wow. In addition to the burns, he claims the incident caused a herniated disc.

He is seeking $150,000 in damages for his injuries. This is from the New York Post. But again, it says when he spilled a cup of hot tea on his lap. But it was filled to the brim. Okay. If it were able to land and be put in front of you and he spilled it on himself, when do we ever going to take responsibility

for our own actions? Now I agree, but on an airplane maybe we shouldn't fill to the brim. Show me the cup. Yeah, I need to see. I think most cups are filled pretty close and you can say it's filled to the brim. It's just if he spilled it on himself,

maybe you go, maybe I shouldn't hover this right over my ding-dong while I'm drinking it if it's so hot. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. I guess I need to see the tea and his ding-dong. We'll call it. The hot tourist spot for foreign visitors to America

is Trader Joe's. That's from CNN. in. Oh, wow. They want to come and buy all the stuff of Trader Joe's. Good stuff, man. Yeah, I can see that being a thing. What about Trader Joe's do you like? I think they have a lot of unique items, especially are seasonal things. Like the fall just happens, a lot of pumpkin things and a Christmas time. I don't know. And they have some really good prices. Mandarin chicken. You think tourists come over for the prices? Well, they can get a unique item and not break the bank. A court in the UK has decided that a man's will that was written on the back of food boxes is valid.

and this charity is going to inherit $27,000. And from what I read, other people wanted that money. And they were like, well, I just wrote this in the back of boxes. I'm glad they held it up because I feel like anywhere you write, like, what your desires are for your stuff to go when you die. It should count if they can prove you wrote it and you were in like, what I'd say? Sound mind? Yeah. If you're in sound mind, it doesn't even matter where you wrote it.

And then finally, a mom in Michigan jumped a counter at a hotel and assaulted an employee after a credit card was declined. A Michigan woman fled a water park hotel with her nine children. Oh. After she allegedly assaulted an employee work in the front desk. Well, how do you get all nine kids to leave at once? That's tough. Yeah, like, guys, let's go. Come on.

Like, it seems like it's hard to get two to get up and go to school. Right. Like, just get on the bus, much less nine at once. According to the police department, the 20-year-old female employee told police that a woman jumped the counter before pushing and striking her after she was denied a room due to a declined credit card. the suspect had attempted to rent the room through a website and at the hotel. The suspect jumped the counter.

Yeah, anytime you're jumping a counter, that's probably not going to end well, even if it's like the hotel's fault. And it's not the hotel's fault. Underlying stress happening. Yeah, nine kids. I think that's the stress. I think we see where the stress is. All right, there you go.

That's a lot from a scratch-off. Usually those massive prizes usually come from the numbers. but Malvern's G. Smith said that her son gives tickets as gifts to friends and family members. And so it was a $10 ticket. She had for $200,000. That's awesome. Reminds me of what lunchbox used to do. He used to buy tickets for gifts, but he would be trick tickets.

And he would go to like a Spencer's. And regardless, you scratch it. You win like a million dollars, but it's a trick ticket. And then if you look at the back, it has like, aha, got you sucker. But you have to look in the fine print. Who did you give these two? I gave one to my brother for Christmas. I gave one in college.

We did a report on the lottery, me and a group, and I handed them out, like, people in the class. And some guy thought he won a million dollars. And my teacher was like 80, and he was, like, having a heart attack. So did you put a fake one in the middle of a bunch of real ones? Yeah, yeah. Because, like, no one in my group knew that I had a fake one, and they all had real ones to hand out. So we just handed out to random people like, oh, you, you know what I mean? You were paying attention to our presentation.

You get a ticket. And the dude's like, I'm paying all my money. student loans, I'm taking the rest of the day off. I'm not going the rest of my classes. And I don't know. I mean, it's just a random person in my college class. And then you turn it over on the back and it says, valid only in your dreams. Claim it your mama's

house. So when did he realize, was it in class or did you let him keep going? No, he left. What? He left. So you never told him it was fake. No. He came back the next day and he was like, or nothing whenever we had, and he was just, I can't, it was

fake. It wasn't even real. Oh my gosh. You want to talk about a ruined day. I had my hope so high I had to paid off my bills and my student loans and then to realize that it wasn't even real. He wasn't mad. Didn't try to, you know, fight me or anything. That's good. Yeah, that's good. Oh, my brother, man.

He was jumping up and down on the couch. Him and my cousin Andrew. Oh, my gosh. Was that one of Christmas? Yeah. The whole family was there. Grandma and grandpa are like, don't rip it. Be careful.

Don't mess it up. Don't mess it up. Oh, my brother's like, I'm buying a new car. I'm buying a new car. And you just let him sit with it. Oh, yeah. And at what point, though, in the day or night? It was like an hour and a half later.

When my grandpa was finally, he's very detail-oriented, he was like, let me look at the ticket. Let me make sure this is valid. And he flipped it over and it was only valid in his mama's house. There's a woman who was arrested because she was faking and working as a nurse. She posed as a registered nurse oversaw dozens of patients. That's nothing. This one dude we talked about was a doctor for like a year.

Remember that kid? Yeah. No, this is still crazy because she did it for a month in Burbank, California. She does not have a nursing license. She's also on federal probation following a fraud conviction in her home state. So I guess they didn't vet her. There's probably such a nurse shortage. And I would bet because they say she posed as a registered nurse.

I'm assuming she had some background in nursing to know how to do this stuff. And maybe even forced paperwork. All I'm thinking she used to be a nurse back in the day. Oh. Because they say she posed as a registered nurse. And if she, you know how to put a needle in a vein? You've done that before. So no nursing license.

But if she was really good after she gets out, let her be a nurse. Isn't that part of the rehab? Like, hey, you've done your time. You've served your debt to society. Your patients really loved you. Like, we looked at the, you know, the reviews. Maybe if they need nurses at like some high security federal prison. In jail?

That's crazy. She can do it there. Yeah, she wasn't out of nurse. Did you watch the Mike Tyson fight? No. I did not care. I saw everybody was watching it and then not watching it because it's frozen. That's mostly what I saw was everybody talking about it freezing. So I was watching because, well, Mike Tyson was massive when we were kids. Yeah. And Kayla wanted to watch it because of Jake Paul. And so she was like, it starts at eight, which was seven because it was eight Eastern. And so we turned

it on. I'm like, I don't think you're going to like what's about to happen. She said, there are three fights before the big fight. She was like, okay, well, how long are they? I said, I don't think they don't even walk down until 11 o'clock. She was like, no, they're They said it started at seven. I said, I don't think you, if this is like any other boxing or UFC event that I've ever seen in the history of time, there are going to be many fights before. And that's exactly what happened. The big fight didn't even happen to like 11, which was quite annoying. Did you all wait out for that?

Yeah, we watched it. The best fight of the night was the women's fight, the third fight. And it was having buffering issues too. But we would back out and then hit play again and it would kind of catch back up most of the time. but you would think that Netflix would have had a better plan, meaning they obviously were not ready for the amount of people that were watching the fight. But don't you think you set it up and go,

imagine everybody that has a subscription is watching. Like every single person that has a subscription to Netflix is logging in and watching, can we handle that? And if the answer is yes, then you should be good to go. Because that's everybody. But it was massive. Mike Tyson was way old. About the second round, his leg sort of quivering.

on an knee brace. He had been sick. They had to postpone the fight already before he had some blood transfusions. And he was also 58 years old. Yeah, I don't know. The whole thing just made me feel kind of weird. Well, he made 20 million bucks. Oh, well, yeah. Okay. Jake Paul made 40 million. Mike Tyson made 20 million. Wow. So fights like that, it brings in that kind of money. No, but fights like that do. And that's what I just said, right? That's what she just said. I did my emphasis on the that. Define that. I said fights like that Bring in that kind of money

Define that. There's never been a fight like that before. That. Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. Never been a fight like that as well I say that. Netflix has never had this before. It's an old guy and a YouTuber. It's all promotion.

I mean, the great part of the fight was to build up for weeks, months, and then the entrances. Then once it started, there was like a round. If you're Jake Paul, do you feel kind of like,

Oh, I got to... No, he's the greatest promoter. Him and his brother are the greatest promoters in the history of America. Right, but like, you're about to fight Mike Tyson. He wouldn't have fought him had he not known he could beat him. Yeah.

No, exactly. That's my point. Like, does he go easy? He did go easy. Oh, gosh. He carried him through the last couple rounds. Okay. Like, he could have killed him.

All right. And he didn't. And he bowed to him at the end. Because he realized they just made $60 million. It's the greatest thing I've ever seen. Oh, you liked it? It was the greatest hustle I have ever seen in the history of hustles. like we all were in i was betting on it i was on draft kings it was great

There's a podcast, a true crime podcast about this kid who died in 1996 and the guy who was convicted was then exonerated after 25 years in prison. So now he's suing the county. Do they ever do these podcasts and they find out that they were right to begin with? I don't know. I feel like if I were in jail and I didn't do it, I'd be begging somebody do a podcast on me. Yeah. Because I feel like these podcasters do such They're so intense with their

Detectiving, is that a word? Yeah, detective work. They're thorough with their... They're so thorough. Like, they spend a lot of time on it because they have the capacity to do it. I mean, think about the people that are actually working for, you know,

you know, cops. Like, they have 70 cases at once. They're able to focus on one or the jurors? That good point. I haven't think about that. What's that? 70 cases at once, you're right. They've got so much work.

So I would be begging somebody to do it. Now, if I was guilty, I probably wouldn't. I would just keep singing. Yeah, I didn't do it. That's true. I wouldn't want him doing a podcast on it. But yeah, this true crime podcast actually got this guy cleared from prison after being in for 25 years. He said he was set up by corrupt police officers who fabricated evidence, fabricated evidence,

and threatened a key trial witness into giving false testimony. Wow. That's terrible. Imagine you're in jail and you know that somebody lied to put you there. you did not do it. And he was in jail for a long time, right? 20 years, you said? 25 years.

That is so crazy. Do you see Ditties having his family from jail, like, do things? Yeah, like try to sway the jurors. Yeah, so. I saw, I'll say this, I just saw a story about allegedly happening. So I don't know. You said, did I see about him doing it? I don't know anything.

Well, I saw on ABC News early, early this morning, way, like way early, that he went to jail right when he got there was using eight other inmates phone time. So it was like on their record to make calls to his family, his lawyer, and then he would have them make a three-way call, allegedly, I'm going to use that word here. Then they would call on three ways. So then that call wasn't be tracked. And he set up a social media campaign specifically around his birthday

where his family posted them all singing to him and you hear his voice. And first time his voice has been heard from jail where he's like, y'all are just the most amazing supportive family ever. I love y'all. And apparently he created that whole. they called it a campaign to make him look, you know, like a good family dad. Human. Yes, personalize it.

And that's his plan to like win people over, potential jurors over is to see him as a human. Yeah. How do you find jurors that don't know anything about the case? Exactly. When something is that famous. That's why he's like trying to get two steps ahead. But God, you get there and you're ditty and I guess just like, hey, I'm going to take your phone calls today. I'm taking your phone calls today.

Or he could have paid him too. Yeah, I mean, and they're like, okay, yeah, you're ditty. Okay. Or they're like, I'll take your ditty. your money, that's awesome. You can have my phone time. Yeah. I'll take all the ramen noodles and sprees. Don't pay him in that commissary or the... Yeah, anything. Or you could pay their family outside of jail. Yes. Like, there are a lot of ways to make that happen. Who knew? Did he ain't getting out? No chance did he gets out. He'll be there for a while. He'll die there.

Oh, die there? Yeah, he'll never get out of prison. Oh, wow. Because that's like serious stuff. It's like kids. And like now, like there's no, I think other things, like even with like, Some stuff, you know, with Bill Cosby, it was like, you know, 19605 or something. And it's like, a lot of this is so current. It hasn't expired. A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care what you're saying.

Like, I can't breathe. You just gave it your all. And I said something. I was like, honestly, I don't even know where this is coming from, but it had to be you, Bobby.

Where I was like, once there was a guy and he didn't know that any burghers could be broken, but then once someone did it, it's like mental, right?
